Thank you.
You've got Graham Allen, then of course you've got Vince, then us, then Tim Pool, then you've got Jeremy the quartering, you've got Russell Brandt, you've got, I believe, Viva Frye, of course, and then you have now, now you have Andrew Wilson, the extravaganza, and then Nick DiPaolo, funniest man alive.
Of course, that is a very, very strong PG-13, and it's all free.
All day long.
You don't need to change the channel.
Independent creators coming together.
YouTube is dead.
Rumble did it.
Welcome.
Welcome, of course, Bongino Army.
Once Bongino Army, always, as I understand it.
Coming from Vince today.
Vince, which comes from Vincente in Latin, which translates to all the Romance languages are based in Latin.
translates to roughly, and give my money to those Mexicans?
So, today...
Lane the Brain, Ginger Snap, went down to the ICE protests in Dallas.
Actually, they've spread across the country, you know, like cancer.
And I'm not going to tell you that there's anything like, it's not like the DOJ story or the Jay Varma story, but it is pretty illuminating to see what is happening on the ground because this was largely covered from an aerial shot.
So we are going to get into that.
Cover some, well, since yesterday, just since yesterday, what has happened with these riots.
Is it an insurrection?
The answer is yes.
The answer is yes, and I think that Donald Trump should invoke his executive power here to use the Insurrection Act.
And Gavin Newsom leads us to that.
What a piece of crap, illegal alien edition.
Some exclusive footage coming up today.
What's this stuff?
It's 1775 coffee.
Supposed to be the coffee of Patriots.
I don't want to try it.
Let's get Joshy!
Yeah!
He won't try it.
Joshy hates everything.
What the hell is this?
He likes it!
Hey, Joshy!
What?
What the hell is up with this get-up?
What are you guys doing?
Let's make him drink brake fluid next.
Alright, I'll play along.
Alright, I'll play along.
What is that?
It's Maxwell House.
We gave him Maxwell House.
Mom's gonna be pissed.
1775 Coffee.
Joshy tested, Joshy approved.
Visit 1775coffee.com slash Crowder today to get your starter kit worth $200 for only $99.
1775 Coffee.
Mmm-hmm.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
Glad to be with you.
I forgot to tell you, of course, these protests right now, we will prove this to you today, are astroturfed, meaning these are organized, which also meets the threshold for insurrection, meaning there are people being paid to show up, the same people who were paid during the summer of love.
So let me ask you, which NGO do you think is involved?
We don't have that final piece of the puzzle with organizing these astroturfed protests.
Who do you think is paying the protesters?
Who do you think is paying to ship pallets of protective visors?
Who do you think is paying for the bail fund?
Very similar to what Kamala Harris supported.
I'm not going to say Kamala.
So we'll get to that and more.
Some exclusives here today.
And also comment below if you would like us to live stream tomorrow night.
a special live stream.
Chaz, as it was happening, I believe we covered Kyle Rittenhouse live as it was happening, and we haven't done that in a while because it's an off-election year.
Let us know if you'd like to sit down with us tomorrow, probably around 7 or 8 p.m., and we'd skip the morning show and prep to sit under punches because we do have Mug Club undercover on the ground in multiple cities.
Our eyes and ears are everywhere.
Mr. Cap Morgan, CEO.
Good?
Doing well?
Very nice, we're both We're not.
Not quite.
And then a new date has been added.
Saturday, June 21st, in St. Louis.
Helium Comedy Club St. Louis.
One night only.
Go see him.
Show him you love him.
Not underscore Firestein and X. You can check all of his dates.
This was just added because he's selling out Indianapolis and he's going to St. Louis.
And of course, hey, it's appropriate because St. Louis was in Ferguson.
Yeah, we're going to go out to Ferguson and we're going to be out there.
We're going to be rioting.
You don't.
What?
Well, we've got to be back.
We've got to be done with the riot by 7 o 'clock.
Yeah.
We've got a show to do.
Yeah.
We could do some kamikaze comedy.
Just get up on a police car.
Wait, do you do matinee protesting?
Yeah, I do.
Yeah.
I mean, it's cheaper that way.
Yeah.
You know?
There's less traffic.
You get in, you get out.
You burn a car.
Yeah, it is.
But St. Louis, it's a great comedy club, and you guys should go and see it, and I recommend you drive in.
All right, before we get to some of the exclusive footage here, this is just to sort of set the stage.
I don't want to say a palate cleanse because we haven't done anything else yet.
But I think that the Los Angeles riots...
When you're fake victims, you always create real victims.
In this case, I don't know if you realize this, but cops who have to go back to their families, people who have to maybe go to hospitals where the streets are blocked, emergency rooms.
And these police officers, they're walking targets.
And I don't know if you know this, but a lot of them, many of them, are some of those minorities.
So in L.A., I think the perfect crystallization of this is, this is the exchange to me that defines the Los Angeles riots.
I know you do, dog.
I'll spit on your plate.
I'll put my dick on your plate.
I can't sleep comfortably because of you.
He be getting a whole plate.
He be expecting us to give us a whole shit.
That right there.
Do you go to cover?
Yeah, you do.
I don't know your face.
Stop playing.
You're talking about can I get a discount?
I'm going to get a this.
I don't hear him talking at all.
He doesn't look like he's going to Kava, though.
What's wrong with Kava?
You have non-black people, at least that lady.
I don't know about that guy.
He could be generic, ethnic.
Oh, the cop.
I think the guy with the mask on was totally black.
No, they had the mask on, but the guy's saying the N-word.
The guy and the lady were both Mexicans.
They're yelling the N-word at a cop, and he clearly doesn't know what's happening.
He's like, I thought we had a rule about this.
You're not supposed to say that.
But then it comes to, I'll put my dick on your plate.
And it's almost a Wes Anderson shot where he's like...
He's in the camera pants.
Let's just see that one part again.
It's perfect.
It's perfect.
Fake victim creating a real victim.
Right at the beginning.
I'm fake.
I know you do, dog.
I'll spit in your plate.
I'll put my dick on your plate.
Huh?
I think I get it.
That guy, those two people work at Kava?
Is that it?
I think they work in common.
The lady's like, I see you all the time.
You want this and you want that and you want this and that.
You want a peanut bread.
That's right.
You come in.
You expect us to fulfill your order and shit.
Like, we're your servants?
No, you're my server.
N-word!
Like, it's just non-stop.
You're always asking for extra hummus, and my boyfriend's gonna give you a hummer.
That's right, that's right.
He's like, did that make him gay?
No!
He made you gay because you were a victim.
This all makes sense now.
I was like, put my, on your plate.
I was like, is that like a sexual term?
No, he means it literally.
By the way, I mean, it is.
By the way, please do.
Please do slap it on the plate.
Grab my fork.
Hey, can we find out which kava that guy works at?
Let's see if he's still dishing up pita bread.
It would be like Ursula with the shrimp.
I would just stab it right on that plate.
No, she was eating them live.
It's very disturbing.
Don't watch it with your kids.
It is disturbing.
So we have non-black fake victims yelling the N-word.
At a police officer who is there to ensure that the city doesn't get burnt down, which is inhabited by both Mexicans and black people.
Do you see the problem?
Do you see the problem with fake victimhood?
Do you see the problem with not understanding the concept of meritocracy, of equality versus equity?
This is all the byproduct of equity and diversity.
This is where you, hey, yeah, I guess the black, So now it's all about the brown people.
And they're free to hurl racial epithets at black police officers because they're not real black guys, right?
Isn't that the thing?
If they're cops, they're Uncle Tom, they're traitors, you know, deciding to actually serve and protect the community as opposed to destroying it.
Is that the rule?
You guys comment below.
I think it crystallizes this perfectly.
These people have no idea why they're there.
And a big reason for that is a lot of them are paid to be there.
Let me lay this out for you.
You have people on social who are making these claims, but some of them aren't substantiating it.
We've done some research, and it does seem that everything we're presenting to you today checks out.
I'll be very clear about what it is that we can confirm and what we're still digging, what still requires some digging, I should say, and then show you some exclusive footage in Dallas.
So the protests, you know, they're all over the place, but you wonder where are these people coming from?
Well, some of them come from Craigslist ads.
So here's an ad.
We confirmed.
That was posted on Craigslist.
It's since been removed for paid protesters.
It reads, compensation, $6,500 to $12,500 per week.
We are forming a select team of the toughest dudes in the area.
I'm out.
This unit will be activated only when the situation demands it, but you get paid every week no matter what.
High pressure, high risk, no room for hesitation.
We need individuals who do not break.
We are paying you for your time.
You are not being paid for fake support.
Well, the thing is, the time here equals fake support.
Because if they're only there for money, you know, it's not like the tea party or like the original tea party or like working class Americans who actually go out and peaceably assemble.
And maybe that's why these folks don't fully understand.
What an unlawful assembly is?
Sure, you can go someplace where you're not impeding traffic.
You can go someplace where you're not preventing people from getting hospitals, emergency rooms, the fire department from doing their job.
You can't destroy everyone else's property or infringe upon their rights.
But these are paid protesters, so they don't necessarily understand the rules.
Again, Craigslist.
You can go check out the ads.
By the way, one of our own guys here responded to one of the Craigslist ads, but it didn't pen out.
*Burz*
Hey, are you the guy from Craigslist?
I should say it panned out perfectly for the one posting the app.
Yeah, he got exactly what he wanted.
It was almost his intent.
But I still need a microwave.
Yeah, that was a lot of blur.
Here's something else.
You impressed, Gerald?
So people are being paid to show up and they're being given gear.
So gear is being supplied.
Local reporters in Los Angeles got footage of these These high-grade masks, these visors being handed out en masse to protesters.
This is not an organized rally that we saw earlier in the day where you have the different organizations that are backing some of these protests.
This is more, she said, organic, and maybe that's what you're seeing there.
Are those masks of some sort?
Are those masks?
That doesn't look like food and water.
Yeah, so people are prepping for some sort of altercation with police.
It's almost as though it's the intent.
This is a different scene.
You mean planning an altercation?
At this intersection, like I said, there's no local police.
We've been seeing the burnouts.
A very different scene.
Are those hats that you wear that are more like helmets?
I mean, this is a worrying sight.
This is troublemakers.
You don't put on a mask unless you have a plan of not wanting somebody to see your face.
Yeah, and here's the thing.
And the local news still has to act as though they're surprised.
I know.
You know, you've heard mask off.
Mask on.
During COVID, when you were locked down in your business, maybe if your small business owner was irreparably damaged, perhaps.
Shuttered for good.
They were allowed to go out and burn down cities to the tune of $2 billion.
And they said they were wearing masks because of COVID.
We all know that's not true.
You can go back to Change My Mind.
Antifa and Black Lives Matter is a terrorist organization.
Changed my mind.
And people were arguing back then.
We now know it's not because of COVID.
They're wearing masks because these are paid agitators.
And the masks are also being supplied.
Finally, if you look at some more evidence, so that there can be a revolving door.
They want to abuse the criminal.
I hope it's fake.
We don't have all the information on this.
Anyone who does, please send your tips in.
You can send them through X, direct messages, or tips at ladderwithcrowder.com.
She seems to be from a group that's very similar to what we covered before, the Jail Support LA group, which labels themselves as, quote, a grassroots collective dedicated to supporting anti-repression work in Los Angeles.
So protesters are being paid.
They're being given gear.
And they're being promised the ability to get out of jail so that they can return to the paid job, gear-supplied job, of rioting.
Yeah.
And by the way, it's LWCTips at ProtonMail.com.
Sorry, LWCTips.
So if you have any tips, that's the best place to send them, even above direct messages or anything else.
But reach out to us and let us know if you see anything about this, because I think you're going to start seeing more and more come out about these being paid protesters.
Yes, and this brings us to some exclusive footage.
Now, here's something else.
You're going to have to take my word for it, right?
Everything else, the references are available.
But Lane went down, gender snap here, he went down to the protests in Texas, and some people immediately noticed him.
They recognized him and said, hey, hey, you're with that Ladder with Crowder show.
That's right, we saw you at We saw it, and they list it like two or three other places.
We don't have it on camera.
I'm just letting you know that that happened as well.
Anecdotal, but combined with the empirical makes this pretty clear, right?
Believe your lion eyes and ears.
So the anti-ice protests made their way from Los Angeles to Dallas, which turned out very differently, but the local news was covering it from a bird's eye view.
See, if you see that, you might be mistaken.
We're misled into thinking, oh, that's peaceful.
I mean, they're blocking a street.
But, you know, they're just like people out there protesting higher taxes.
You know, like we saw with the Tea Party or whatever other group that's conservative that cleans up after themselves.
But now let's zoom in to see what was really happening and the kind of people even less organized in Texas when you're on the ground.
*Music*
It's about fighting the f***ing government.
F*** you!
Y 'all got to speak up!
Y 'all got to speak up!
F*** you!
How about all the money this f***ing state has taken to Gaza?
F*** Trump!
That's what I say!
F***ing Trump!
And f***ing ICE!
Say something!
It's funny that they're taking our f***ing families.
That's funny to you?
There's people dying out there because we're here.
My friends think you're handsome.
Oh, hey, what's up?
So I have some friends from the Rio Grande Valley, right?
The RGV down in McAllen and they're Trump supporters.
And when I talked to them, they said, well, we all waited.
We went through the proper channels.
We had to spend years.
And there's so many people that cheated the system.
And these are my Hispanic friends and RGV.
So I was wondering, like, how would you respond to that?
Okay, yeah, that's true.
I'm not going to say it's a lie.
There's people cheating the system, but they're not only Mexicans.
You know, you are from South America, too.
Why are you laughing?
Okay, so we got a lot of people from South America.
As long as you feel okay, that's all you know what that even means.
Yes, I'm in college.
I don't know what you are, but to me you are You are My friend was asking what your orientation was.
Oh, I like the ladies.
I like the ladies, yeah.
I know.
It's rough.
Life would probably be a lot easier for me if I didn't, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Y 'all are complicated.
I know.
The definition is expanding your territory all the way from other places, either economically, either militarily.
I think it's f***ing awesome.
I guess f***ing dead.
You want to read a book?
I'll give you like 40 books right now.
My brother, my wife is black.
I got mixed kids.
You too.
That's wild.
So why do you want to abolish ICE?
I see that you said immigrants deserve to be for ICE, but for someone that might not know, what does that mean?
It means to defund ICE, stop supporting them.
Okay.
Get them the f*** out of our city.
Do you think there should be any deportations or everybody should be able to say?
I don't believe there should be any deportations.
I don't believe there should be prison.
Okay.
Do you think there should be borders on countries?
I don't know about all that.
By the way, I believe her.
Yes.
I believe she does not know about all that.
I believe she's like, they don't pay me enough to have answers to those questions.
In case you needed more proof that the left can only destroy, they can build nothing.
You understand that?
Yeah.
They can build nothing.
They can only destroy.
They haven't thought it through.
Okay.
You don't believe in any deportations.
All right.
What do we do with people who are here illegally?
There are no answers other than handouts for life.
There are no answers other than citizenship for all.
When will you change your mind?
Right.
Will it be when you can't get an apartment?
Right.
You can't get your kids into school?
I'll give you books, bro.
Also, let's ask...
I was going to say, when do you want the ICE people to do their jobs?
Yeah.
I mean, I think that's one of the major complaints right now from the mayor in Los Angeles is that there are these raids, and if these raids would just stop, it's like, okay, okay, fine, fine, fine.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So when are you guys rounding them up yourselves and bringing them to us so that we can deport them because they're here illegally?
Yeah.
And it's 800 and something thousand people in your city.
Let us know.
We'll do it that way.
Right.
Yeah, they have no answers.
Also, let me just walk you through this because the left tries to do the, you know, first they came for the communists and I did not care because whatever it is.
First they came for the Jew, all that stuff.
Okay.
People on the right were concerned under Barack Obama because he was using the IRS to specifically target political opponents.
Specifically, you know, people who were members of the Tea Party, people who were conservative activists, right?
We saw a weaponization of the DOJ, where we saw people who were merely conservatives being targeted by not only the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, where they told you that the greatest national security threat or domestic terror threat were white conservative Americans.
So it was legitimate for conservatives to say, hey...
Hey, first they came for the Tea Party members using the IRS to audit them.
I'm concerned that could be me.
I think that's a legitimate concern.
You can comment below.
Let's compare that to the left saying, hey, this could be you.
But could it?
Could you point me to any example?
Any example of anyone being deported, rounded up, having their rights?
Completely violated who were not here illegally or currently in the act of breaking the law?
It's like, first they came for the murderers.
And I did not speak out because I was not a murderer.
Then they came for the child sex traffickers and I did not speak out because I was not a child sex trafficker.
Then they came for the MS-13 members and I realized that I was glad to not be in their company.
Yeah, good.
Wait a minute, this is a bad list.
It could be you.
Okay, let's look at the list.
Two very different lists.
Yes.
And that brings me to a very important point here, because people are trying to say, oh, you know, this is what Donald Trump has been itching for, just the ability to...
Is this an insurrection?
I would say yes.
And by that, I mean, by definition, it's an insurrection.
And I'll get to that in a second.
But of course, as this has grown, these riots, and this is not the first time the Marines were sent in, to be clear, in 92 with the Rodney King riots.
And they'll say back then the governor welcomed them because it was a Republican state.
What do you do when you have a communist governor?
Who wants his citizens to have their rights actually violated.
So right now we have the Marines, about 700, from Camp Pendleton who will be deployed to Los Angeles because we've gone on for days and days of rioting.
Now these Marines, to be clear, and the National Guard are being sent in to protect the rights of citizens in Los Angeles from the rioters.
So naturally, according to those on the left, It's the most egregious act in our country's history since stealing Native American land and slavery or something.
Now he's sending 700 Marines, supposedly, from the Marine Corps base at 29 Palms.
Okay.
And that is a portrait of weakness.
Why the White House has deployed Marines?
I can only venture to say it's because they want Marines being there.
I mean, this is a very small area.
It's maybe 30 people.
It looks like majority police and media.
I love the cameraman.
Maybe 30?
Why are we sending Marines in?
Our Marines are not trained to go in and to work with civilians.
She's on TV right now.
You're not trained to use the right side of your mouth.
So it's disturbing that they're bringing them in.
It's wrong.
I think it's an abuse of power.
And the Marines have never been called.
A traffic jam?
700 Marines who are normally used in a war zone, aren't they?
lot of people here in Los Angeles don't want to see the National Guard and don't want to see the Marines.
Is there any sense in which the National Guard or now indeed these Marines are helpful or in fact are they interfering with the city and the state's ability to respond?
Oh!
They are not helpful.
There was no reason for them to be here in the first place.
Well, the reason was actually, so first off, they are helpful because the reason was that you weren't dealing with it.
That cars were being firebombed and stores were being looted and police were being assaulted and so were, by the way, innocent bystanders.
You didn't deal with it.
And so, as we have done many, many times, the National Guard and the Marines will go in to protect the right.
Of the citizens.
And just this morning, by the way, Time Magazine released their new cover, just so you can see.
on something's Statue of Liberty, which was a gift.
Right.
Yeah.
Trying to turn half of America against our military.
And I want to clarify one thing.
She didn't say...
The mayor.
She's actually, she's blaming someone for this, but she's blaming people doing the rights.
She's saying that if you just stop enforcing the law, people won't be upset anymore, and we can all go back to our peaceful lives that we had with a bunch of illegal immigrants.
Yeah, it's like with your toddler.
He won't stop yelling at you.
Just give up.
Yep.
No time out.
I can't do this.
You are seeing the physical manifestation of what we've communicated with you for a very long time, that the left can only have their bidding done.
At the end of a gun.
Don't pay your taxes.
Someone with guns comes to take you away.
Right?
Someone with guns comes to take you away.
Big government is men with guns enforcing.
There's always an application of force.
There can be an application of force to protect your rights or an application of force to infringe upon your rights.
And so before we get to this, when they talk about Dreamers, when they talk about DACA, what they really mean is, yeah, sure, $150 to $450 billion a year is what it costs a taxpayer.
But hey, hey, you guys...
We're going to put you on a list.
You better support this.
That's a threat.
It's at the end of a gun.
So you've been paying for this for a very long time.
And now, when they're out of options, when you've actually managed to overcome the deck stacked against you as American workers, you voted in Donald Trump.
You voted in a Republican.
You overwhelmingly, meaning the United States of America, overwhelmingly supports deportations.
By the way, including legal immigrants here.
Legal Hispanic immigrants here overwhelmingly support it.
Now, the violence, it ceases to be figurative.
And we're going to get to more of that.
If you are watching right now, whether it's a clip on YouTube, download the Rumble app.
It's the best way to stay in touch.
We can say all of this.
We can discuss all of it.
And you don't have to rely on an algorithm.
We are live 11 a.m. weekdays, but you get a notification when we're live.
Rumble owns the live sphere.
Top shows on Earth in all times for a very long time.
Now, many, many months running.
We appreciate it.
Let's uh...
So, President Trump deployed the Marines, just to be clear, using Article 10. He hasn't invoked the Insurrection Act yet.
When asked if he would, he responded, Depends on whether or not there is an insurrection.
I don't know.
That's a perfect response from him.
Then yesterday, it seems pretty clear he's made up his mind.
What does your intel tell you about these people causing all the problems?
Are they people trying to deport or are they professional agitators?
The people that are causing the problem are professional agitators.
They're insurrectionists.
They're bad people.
They should be in jail.
Completely agree.
So, Mr. President, we'll define this as clearly as we can.
Some key facts that you all need to know.
Key fact number one.
This is my opinion.
You can disagree.
You can check the references as every show.
This is, beyond any shadow of a doubt, by definition, an insurrection.
According to 18 U.S.C.
Code 2383, an insurrection is defined as, quote, a federal offense that criminalizes inciting, engaging in, or giving aid and comfort to any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or its laws.
Okay, laws like deportation laws.
That have been followed by every president to varying degrees, just not as effectively.
Hey, would providing or giving aid, would that constitute actual money and aid, like gear, that we've been discussing?
Let me move on here.
It's more clear about what constitutes an insurrection, where it says a violent uprising or organized resistance against the government or its regulations.
That comes from the FCA.
So, okay.
Organize resistance against the government or its regulations.
And then you have to ask yourself, all right, we understand the idea of the federal government versus states' rights.
Is national immigration and the costs and crime therein, is that a legitimate role of the federal government to deal with?
I would argue, it's one of the only legitimate roles, is war, immigration, right?
And making sure that companies aren't screwing you and stealing.
Outside of that, it's kind of all a nuance, as the left likes to say.
But organized resistance against the government or its regulations.
Let's see, is this organized?
Because Los Angeles and California's leaders have been inciting rioters and giving comfort to illegals for quite a long time.
I believe this is just from yesterday.
I just have to say that if you dial back time and go to Friday, if immigration raids had not happened here, we would not have the disorder that went on last night.
I will tell you that it is peaceful now, but we do not know where and when the next raids will be.
They know how quickly we mobilize.
That's why they're changing tactics.
No, you don't do anything quickly.
and our resistance has gone...
Come around!
If people are afraid to go to work, this is a city of immigrants.
If they're afraid to go to work, you are going to hit our economy in a way that is completely unnecessary.
They can't get to work.
The freeway's closed off.
This is a problem that started on Friday morning when the raids happened.
This did not need to take place.
Let me just, before you go, it's one of two things with what you just said.
If illegal, if these illegal aliens cannot go to work, you're going to have a problem.
The economy is going to suffer.
Okay.
Either that's not true, and I don't believe it's true.
Just to be clear, you can go back to hidden camera videos that we did bidding for projects at places like Home Depot alongside illegals.
They started it at about $60 an hour and none of them would go lower when I accepted a bid for $25 an hour.
You can go and watch it.
So either it's not true or sounds to me like those Democrats love their slave labor, don't they?
Because the only reason it would be that cheap would be these people are working off the books and they have to take what they can get.
So basically, the left is making an argument for modern indentured servitude.
Do you guys?
Do you see that?
Is it me?
Yes.
It sounds like a bunch of people in Los Angeles are about to find some work.
Yes.
Maybe that we're off the books, right?
So this is fantastic.
These people kind of select out of the process.
That's exactly what we want.
I have a couple of quick questions.
Did ICE not do any raids during Joe Biden's term?
How about Barack Obama's eight years?
Quite a lot of raids that actually happened.
Did you guys protest in the streets for those?
Because if it's just organic and it's just because of the raids, because before Friday morning or Friday afternoon, none of this was there, wouldn't that be the case?
And also, just so you're not feeling like you're out on a limb by yourself thinking this is an insurrection, Destiny, one of the leftist debaters, he's a pretty good debater.
I hate most of what he stands for.
Actually, by his own definition for January 6th, had to admit just, I think, last night or the night before that this does fit an insurrection.
He begrudgingly admitted.
So you're not the only one who looks at this and goes, hey, that's an insurrection.
Yeah, the difference is January 6th, there wasn't assistance in the organization.
It was just people there.
They were invited on a walking tour and it was chaos.
This is pre-planned.
Yep.
It's been going on for days.
It's going to continue until the law is enforced.
So I read this to you again, a violent uprising or organized resistance against the government or its regulations.
You just heard the mayor say, if they weren't enforcing this law, we wouldn't have this insurrection.
I'm paraphrasing.
Blaming officers, by the way.
And this goes to, you know what, to me, meets the definition of insurrection?
A sanctuary city!
It already meets That threshold, just to be clear, after becoming a sanctuary city in November, Los Angeles City Councilman Hugo Soto Martinez said, More than one out of three people who live in L.A., including my own parents, are immigrants.
One in ten.
I want to highlight this.
He said, we refuse to stand by and let Donald Trump deport our neighbors, family, friends, and coworkers.
You just defined yourself as an insurrectionist.
Again, let me put these side by side.
You've got a violent uprising or organized resistance against the government or its regulations.
Okay, now we have a city councilman saying we refuse to stand by and let Donald Trump enforce the law that is supported.
By a mandate of the masses.
And that's a dynamic, guys.
When Donald Trump first ran for president, he came down an elevator.
They jumped on him.
He said, hey, they're not sending their best.
And that was considered racist.
And back then, even with Black Lives Matter, initially people were swindled.
And they thought, yeah, I guess I kind of support the idea.
People do not support this.
The different dynamic...
Enforcing the law is right.
But now you actually have the majority of Americans who support enforcing the law.
The left is refusing to let your vote count.
Do you understand what is happening?
Through violence and through domestic terrorism, through an insurrection, and with their representatives on city council, mayors, governors, they are ensuring.
We're attempting to ensure that your vote doesn't count.
This is what you voted for.
This is what you support.
The numbers keep going up as far as support.
And the left is saying, not on our watch.
I don't know how that could be defined as anything other than an insurrection.
So with all of this rhetoric encouraging these protesters and stating plainly, we will not allow ICE to enforce the law.
Well, here are the results just from yesterday.
This is all since we ended our broadcast.
I'm fake, n***a.
I know you do, dog.
I'll spit in your plate.
I'll put my d*** on your plate.
He's like, I don't need a kava.
That worked!
Uh-huh!
Uh-huh!
Yeah.
You know Apple's just gonna nuke all those phones, right?
Yeah, oppose the ending of slave labor domestically by stealing products created through slave labor abroad.
Always leave a brother behind.
You are not free to leave.
You're under arrest for 49 BC.
They can't even understand.
What?
I didn't do nothing.
Well, we saw you just actually steal like 14 iPhones.
Bear with me.
That was somebody else.
What?
We arrested?
What?
The consequences?
Shit!
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because the national laws aren't enforced by the pussies of L.A. This is America coming to Los Angeles.
Do you guys understand?
Which brings me, by the way, to key fact number two.
President Trump is well within his authority to declare an insurrection.
Supreme Court confirmed in Martin v.
This is 1827 that the ability to declare an insurrection is solely an executive power.
Here's the opinion.
It says we are all of the opinion that the authority to decide whether the exigency has arisen.
We don't use that word a whole lot anymore.
We don't.
Belongs exclusively to the president.
And like I said, the dynamic is very different.
You saw the YouGov poll yesterday.
Here is the Enten polls from CNN.
Still no idea as to the methodology, but there's a guy named Enten.
And he's almost confused that the polling increasingly shows not only Americans, but you are about to see is a poll from, well, they're polling legal immigrants, asking them if they generally support illegal immigrants.
So the shift from legal immigrants here, including large, mostly Hispanic immigrants, changed dramatically from 2020 to now.
That means the adults are fed up.
Watch.
The net favorable rating, immigrants who are here illegally, among immigrant citizens, again, those registered to vote.
In 2020, look at this, plus 23 points on the net favorable rating.
But look at where we were in 2024.
Minus six points.
Underwater.
So immigrant citizens have become increasingly unfavorable in their views.
Of those immigrants who are here illegally.
So I think it's so important when we're talking about this debate from a political angle to separate those out who are undocumented immigrants versus those who are here legally and those who are citizens and those who are voters.
What does that tell you?
That tells you that the only people supporting these protesters and rioters, they're either illegal aliens or they are paid agitators.
Perhaps you could throw in some leftists who have no dog in the fight, who just protest anything because orange man bad.
But you are not seeing legal immigrants there.
When people say, oh, I know plenty of immigrants, even when the mayor, even when the council members in Los Angeles are saying, we are a nation, we are a city of immigrants.
Guess what?
The ones who are here legally are saying, they're not with you.
Specifically on this issue.
Even Dr. Phil has President Trump's back saying, This, actually, I believe we have exclusive to one of the protesters on his show trying to knock some sense into him.
You're all about drama.
F*** your family, f*** your kids, nigga.
I mean, if there's a drama queen in the house, it's you.
That's all it is.
I can't sleep comfortably because of you.
I mean, seriously, you're urinating on a woman in a bar.
That's a little dramatic, isn't it?
Put my d*** on your plate, nigga.
I don't even know what that means, right?
I didn't even put a d*** on my plate!
And I eat it!
Do you finger food?
I want a male, not a snack!
Alright.
Make fun of the size of that guy's penis.
Dr. Phil did.
Key fact number three.
Those are mini corn dogs.
There's plenty of precedent for this because the Insurrection Act has been invoked 30 times.
30 times!
30 times.
Go check the reference.
Most recently in 1992, George H.W. Bush invoked the Insurrection Act to deal with the Rodney King riots, pledging to use whatever force is necessary to restore order.
Hold on, where was that?
It was Los Angeles.
Oh, Los Angeles!
Gosh, these guys always get the riots right.
They're number one in the world for riots, I think.
Right.
Yep.
According to Time Magazine, though, this time is super different, you guys, because H.W. Bush had the governor's support back when the governor was a Republican in California, Pete Wilson, which brings us.
to the current governor of California exposing his citizens to violence and thuggery.
The latest installment, a sequel of What a Piece of Gavin Newsom, Illegal Edition.
Ugh.
Face of Satan.
I'm not kidding.
He looks demonic.
Yes, he does.
He does.
Everything about him is fake.
Yeah.
And this man doesn't care about you.
Just to be clear.
He does not care about you if you are a tax-paying legal citizen.
And I would advise that Republicans in California, leave.
Leave and take your electoral college seats with you because it's the third largest Republican voting base in the country.
You guys often forget that because it's still just by sheer numbers.
I believe it goes New York, California, Texas, or New York, Texas, California.
But hey, let's see some electoral college seats.
Leave California and go to other states because it's not going to get any better.
It's beyond fixing.
They are exposing you to riots and potential murder.
We all know that Gavin Newsom is awful.
He's been extra awful with these new insurrections that are taking place.
So let me read some new examples here.
Here's a timeline.
Friday, June 6th, Newsom escalated the situation while blaming you.
For escalating the situation with this specific post about an arrest of union leader David Huerta.
He wrote, David Huerta is a respected leader, a patriot, and an advocate for working people.
No one should ever be harmed for witnessing government action.
except Querta was not just witnessing government action when he was obstructing an ICE vehicle again enforcing the laws that you voted for shame on you shame on you shame on you shame on you shame on you He was charged with conspiracy to impede an officer, and I'm willing to bet they'll stick because it's on camera.
Blocking ICE or enforcing your laws.
By the way, you do know that ICE has deported many, many murderers, sex traffickers, human traffickers.
Very likely Abrego Garcia, the one who the left made the hero of the day.
Human trafficker, it seems.
They found a lot of children that have been trafficked.
Yep.
When you bitch about slavery, you know there are more slaves on Earth right now than ever in human history, right?
Over 42 million slaves on Earth right now.
Most of them sex slaves.
How do you think that kind of operation still stays in business?
Oh, that's right, open borders.
That's right, open borders.
It's not a conspiracy.
Blocking ICE from deporting human traffickers, drug dealers, murderers, gang members, or even people who simply cost you hundreds of billions of dollars a year.
Blocking them is not peaceful.
But of course, Newsom took their side against you, the American worker.
What a piece of shit.
Saturday, June 7th.
It'll get worse.
While accusing you, when the left accuses you of something, they're accusing you of what they're doing.
That's, I mean, I came up under the tutelage of Andrew Breitbart.
Back before it was Breitbart.com, it was just big Hollywood and one of the first writers there along with a handful of people.
And he was the one who brought Alinsky to the forefront.
It's accuse your opponent of doing exactly what it is that you're doing.
It's not, it's a strategy.
So Saturday, June 7th, he escalated all these tensions.
Hoping for what is taking place right now so he could blame Donald Trump for it.
And this post specifically accuses Trump of terrorizing communities.
Your indiscriminate sweeps are terrifying entire communities and detaining hard-working, tax-paying Californians.
Let me ask you, is there a single legal immigrant out there right now who's terrified?
Can you tell me?
Comment below if you're an immigrant here.
Even if you're on a work visa.
Let me know if you're terrified.
I haven't met one, but that's anecdotal.
Just substitute in one word, criminal.
Yeah.
You're terrifying the criminals.
That's kind of the point.
Right.
Right.
And you know who's harmed the most?
Legal immigrants.
Legal immigrants.
Because they have these illegal aliens in their communities, by the way, who, since they're off the books, they engage in far more crime, and they end up taking control of entire municipalities.
You can go back to a Build-A-Wall Change My Mind where Mrs. Flores...
Minutes later, Newsom doubled down accusing President Trump, you, the American worker, of creating a spectacle with the National Guard order.
Because, hey, if you just didn't have ICE enforce the law that the American people voted for, there would be no riots.
And then you wouldn't need the National Guard.
They always blame you.
There's never accountability.
Here's what he posted.
The federal government is taking over the California National Guard and deploying 2,000 soldiers in Los Angeles.
Not because there's a shortage of law enforcement, but because they want a spectacle.
There's no shortage?
Could have fooled me with all the cars on fire blocking freeways.
They want a spectacle.
Don't give them one.
Never use violence.
Speak out peacefully.
Okay, but people are already violent.
Yeah.
People are already violent.
Now what?
The tweets were put out over 24 hours after the violence and riots had began, with no sign of them being tamped down by the leadership in California.
And that, of course, led to President Trump ensuring that you, the legal citizen, is kept safe, calling in the National Guard.
Gavin Newsom thinks that you have no right to safety.
What a piece of shit.
And I'm telling you, they don't get to reach across the aisle.
Everyone makes mistakes.
Lobbing a reputation-destroying, life-altering accusation against somebody and then saying, ah, you know, let's let bygones be back.
No, it doesn't work that way.
There's a pattern of this going on.
From those on the left and some people who claim to be on the right.
Gavin Newsom stoking actual, like literal fires.
And then Elon Musk flat out implying that President Trump is a pedophile.
Even Josh has been getting on the bandwagon.
He threw shade my way.
It's a trump card.
*music*
Hey, there's no more Dr. Pepper in the fridge.
Does anyone know when we're going to get another delivery?
We're not going to get another delivery.
Noodles cut the budget for soft drinks.
Oh yeah?
Wait, what?
Yeah, you, you sick bastard.
Everyone knows you're a kid dinner.
Don't try to deny it now.
No.
Josh, what the f***?
Oh, yeah, I know it.
What's going on here?
Oh, just warning the whole office that Matt here is a child molester.
Yeah, molester Matt.
That's what they call him.
You know why?
Because he likes children and he tries to have sex with them.
Come on, guys.
What's your kids?
Always with the kids.
All you should see is browser history.
This guy is a...
Hey, Matt.
Remember earlier with the whole Dr. Pepper thing?
Well, I found some in the studio fridge.
And I just wanted to say that I'm sorry.
I shouldn't have acted that way.
You told everyone I'm a pedophile.
Yeah, but, you know, I'm sorry.
Are you at least going to delete the ex-post about it?
Oh, no.
No, no, no.
It's got like 12,000 likes.
It's doing really well.
But, yeah, again, sorry, dude.
Thank you.
I'm disappointed in you, Josh.
Well, I'm an emotional guy.
I wear my emotions on my sleeve.
And you lied.
And, you know, I've seen Matt's browser history.
No, no, no.
There is no studio fridge.
You said you found more Dr. Pepper.
Matter of fact, everything about that seems to be dishonest.
Hey, you know what?
It's in the past.
Right, Elon?
Gavin?
I don't live there anymore.
Sunday, June 8th.
Here's the thing, too.
Gavin Newsom has never actually proposed any solution, nor has the mayor.
It's just things are fine.
That's it.
Well, hold on a second.
It's been going on for, what, three, four days?
There are fires.
Stores being looted.
Police are overwhelmed.
That's normal.
It's fine.
Okay, but what are you going to do differently because it's not working?
Nothing.
Yeah, and there's no other crime in the city on a normal night that they would normally be putting their efforts towards taking care of, right?
Right.
You sure people aren't being killed that would have been responded to?
Yeah.
It would be a great night for it.
We don't have a fentanyl crisis anymore.
I don't think so.
No drugs, no gang violence, nothing like that.
Sunday, June 8th, despite the violence continuing, Newsom, instead of announcing plans to protect legal Angelenos, announced plans to sue President Trump.
Again, accusing him of doing something illegal in enforcing the laws that you voted for.
And he has the authority to enforce.
But even when a step further and declaring it to be, oh boy, immoral.
Donald Trump has created the conditions you see on your TV tonight.
He's exacerbated the conditions.
He's lit the proverbial match.
He's put a fuel on this fire ever since he announced he was taking over the National Guard in illegal act, an immoral act, an unconstitutional act, and we're going to test that theory with a lawsuit tomorrow.
I was going to ask you that.
Sorry to interrupt you, but Governor, So that's news.
If you're going to sue the administration, tell me a little bit about it.
Give us a preview of this lawsuit.
Well, under his executive order, and specifically notes, and under what the DOD did, is they had to coordinate with the governor of the state.
They never coordinate with the governor of the state.
Wrong.
Well, he filed that bogus lawsuit yesterday, which, of course, will cost you more money, the taxpayers.
Remember, $400 to $500 billion a year in fraud, not just immigration, just fraud.
We have no idea where it goes.
I'm willing to bet some of these bogus lawsuits.
He's also wrong.
Because presidents do not have to coordinate with unwilling governors.
Yeah, Eisenhower, JFK, LBJ, they all defied governors to enforce federal laws.
Gavin Newsom is lying, and he's costing you money, the taxpayer, in order to engage in political theater.
What a piece of shit.
It's appointed.
He also called in more law enforcement afterward, trying to, again, blame President Trump, saying, now things are destabilized.
What?
And we need to send in more law enforcement just to clean up Trump's mess.
Do me a favor.
Leave that back up.
Remember the clip that we played of the LAPD chief basically saying that his post is in response to that quote from the chief.
If you look at the post on the right there, there's some guy named Bill or whatever.
He's saying LAPD chief and then the video we played saying that things are out of control and then Gavin's responding to that saying, no, no, no, no, it's Trump's fault.
Now that things are out of control, the chief was like, Things are actually gotten out of control already.
Yeah.
Let me ask you this.
Has a single National Guardsman or a single Marine, I know they're getting there now, lit a fire or broke in a store window with a brick?
One.
Can you point me to one?
Comment below.
Now let me ask you this.
If there's a house fire that was started by a crackhead, okay, in a crack den, and the firefighters show up, Do you blame the mess on the firefighters?
I need you to answer the first question.
One fire.
One act of arson.
One act of assault against a fellow civilian.
Store being looted.
Has there been one committed by someone on duty from the National Guard?
One.
But they're the ones responsible for the mess.
Okay, let's blame the firefighters.
So yesterday, President Trump, this is what the left wants to focus on.
And by the way, I agree.
President Trump commented on Holman possibly arresting Newsom and, you know, took the opportunity to throw a few shots, which was fun, but I agree.
Newsom is getting there.
"He's coming to arrest him.
Should he do it?" I like Gavin Newsom.
He's a nice guy, but he's grossly incompetent.
Everybody knows.
All you have to do is look at the little railroad he's building.
It's about a hundred times over budget.
We're putting a flagpole over there.
Under budget.
I always do under budget.
He finds time to troll him as well.
It's a little railroad.
Little train.
Toy train set.
What is it, Thomas the Tank Engine?
Yeah.
He's the little, look, they call him the little train that couldn't.
Ricky the rioter.
He says, I think I'm a bitch.
I think I'm a bitch.
And of course, Newsom with the political theater playing fake tough guy.
They all go to the same school of tough guy act.
Taunted President Trump.
And by that, taunting you, the American taxpayer, footing the bill for all this.
Taunting you to arrest him.
Come after me.
Arrest me.
Let's just get it over with.
Tough guy.
You know, I don't give a damn.
I care about my community.
I care about this community.
The hell are they doing?
These guys need to grow up.
They need to stop.
And we need to push back.
And I'm sorry to be so clear, but that kind of goreating is exhausting.
So, Tom, arrest me.
Let's go.
I'm sorry to be so clear.
I'm sorry to be so virtuous.
Yes.
I apologize for being the best amongst you.
He saw how the mugshot worked out for Trump.
He wants one now.
He wants one badly.
What a bitch.
He's like, how hard is it to shoot me in the ear from distance?
Fake tough guy.
Okay, never mind.
Fake tough guy meet real tough guy, Holman.
Who, by the way, the only way I can describe it is Holman, he does these interviews, he very clearly doesn't want to be.
He looks, every interview that I see of Tom Holman, He looks like he just got off a job site sitting on a cooler like, I gotta go deal with this bullshit, do this interview, I'll be right back.
I'll be back, boys.
Like, he's actually doing work.
He looks like a hitman from The Mob.
You ever seen one of those mob documentaries?
And you're like, this is the guy that killed 140 people?
Yeah.
Oh, he's the Iceman!
It's all about business.
He made it clear that there's no threat to arrest Newsom, but Governor Newsom could be arrested if he crosses the line.
Gotta love Holman.
There's no threat to arrest Governor Newsom, but the statement was made, just like anybody else.
If he crosses that line of impeding ICE enforcement efforts, if he anointing, harboring, concealing, that's a crime.
We would ask AG, the Attorney General, to seek prosecution.
It wasn't a threat.
Alright, I'm done with this interview.
I gotta go back.
I gotta find my Makita drill somewhere.
Makita.
Where's my dip?
But Gavin Newsom is...
He hates the American taxpayer, the American worker.
He wants you to stop expecting the enforcement of laws.
What?
Piece of shit.
That's not healthy.
I'm sorry.
That's not healthy.
No, it's not.
Yes, it is.
I'm pretty sure it is.
Here's kind of the tone underneath it all.
Gavin Newsom then, I think he probably went, oh, people don't like this.
So then he started pretending to call out rioters about whom he did nothing and vocally supported and said would protect while simultaneously blaming President Trump, you, for...
It's actually President Trump and your fault.
Sort of these anarchists that are in there to create real problems.
And they're just playing right into Donald Trump's hands.
And they need to be called out.
They need to be arrested.
It is wrong to destroy other people's property.
And it is wrong to create the conditions that only exacerbate this.
But Donald Trump, at the end of the day, is the sponsor of these conditions.
It's so clear what they're doing.
They all have a meeting like, okay, alright, alright, guys, we're gonna end up with an egg on our face.
Let's all blame Trump for this, right?
Yes.
The key word is Donald Trump here, with the word that is key being Donald Trump.
Blaming Trump.
Do we all agree?
will blame the rioters and the fires on Donald Trump.
Like this guy.
I'm telling you, this is not going to end up the way the left thinks it will.
This is very different.
They overreached and they screwed up so badly with Black Lives Matter.
I bet you if George Floyd occurred today, you would have an entirely different reaction from people.
The fatigue, and it's not black fatigue and it's not brown fatigue, it's fatigue.
With lawlessness.
It's fatigue with non-contributing human excrement dominating our national conversation.
I think if you don't pay taxes, you should have no say.
I think if you are here illegally, you should have no say.
I know some of you are thinking, some say, no.
No say whatsoever.
And they have had a monopoly on our national, on healthcare.
People who don't pay for it are the ones who decided.
On our healthcare future.
Medicaid for all, as you hear from Bernie Sanders.
But we have the Affordable Care Act.
Enjoy those premiums.
Enjoy those deductibles.
Immigration.
They've dominated the conversation.
I mean, even if you want to talk about foreign wars, they've dominated the conversation.
Those in charge with big tech and censorship, they've dominated the conversation.
People who should have no say in what you...
They have been dominating the conversation, and now they just can't believe that the populist movement, that the working class American demographic has turned on them completely.
And speaking of going, disingenuous Stephen A. Smith.
Is even calling out someone like a Gavin Newsom and the left, but of course because he sort of realizes now that his shtick has gotten old.
Why the hell are you playing right into the hands of Donald Trump?
Because I got news for you.
On this particular issue, as it pretends...
It's not, hey, come on.
I was a Democrat my whole life, but why are you...
Why are you advocating on behalf of lawlessness?
Why are you advocating on behalf of effectively domestic terrorists?
Why are you advocating on behalf of people who fly a foreign flag?
No, no, no.
This is how you know it's disingenuous, because he's going to move back to the left when it's convenient.
He's going, why are you playing into the hands of Donald Trump?
He's not playing into the hands of anything.
He's being a member of the party you've always supported.
Dummy.
What is in Donald Trump's hands?
Is this a master plan?
Yeah.
To do what?
Deportation.
To deport illegal immigrants like more than half of the country asked him to?
I'm sorry, but guys like him and Bill Maher and people who now trust, like, actually, no, no, this is not an example of a genuine person.
He's going, okay, I don't want to lose all of my audience because now I see the polls overwhelmingly show support for deportation.
I'm no longer...
So, I know.
I'll couch it.
Why are you playing into the hands of Donald Trump?
Now, careful.
I have to go hit some mitts that represent a four-foot midget as I punch him down on the deck.
You guys remember that?
Yeah, I do.
Mission control.
Play it again.
But let's play this from the top.
I don't believe a word this guy says.
Why the hell are you playing right into the hands of Donald Trump?
Because I got news for you.
On this particular issue, as it pretends, As it involves migrants, immigrants, those who are undocumented, dare we say illegal?
In the United States of America, he's winning on this issue.
There's a reason he won a popular vote.
There's a reason he won an electoral college vote.
There's a reason he won every swing state.
There are people within the United States of America that want our immigration crisis addressed and want the situation resolved somehow, someway.
And a person that seems eager to bring a resolution to the table is President Donald Trump.
That would be playing into his hands.
By the way, the same people who want immigration enforced, the people you accuse of racism for years upon years upon years.
This applies to both Gavin Newsom and Stephen A. Smith.
What two pieces of shit.
You need to see a doctor.
There's something wrong with you.
Oh, there was more?
