Its earnings for the spring quarter were stronger than forecast, and revenue rose to a record.
The expectations for its third quarter are based on fuel prices, anticipated future demand, and current bookings.

The stock's down 4.5%.

I'm your host, Craig James.
Hope you guys are having a wonderful day.
It's Thursday.
We got a lot to cover here.
And I'm very, very thankful to be joined, of course, by our co-host who joins us on Thursdays and Fridays.
You guys know him, our friend, Nick No.
Benghazi Whistleblower, US Air Force veteran and military intelligence insider, to say the least.
We're glad to be joined by him and welcome to the show, Nick.
How are you doing today, sir?
I am doing great.
Every morning I wake up, Craig, it's like Christmas.
I see something else that President Trump is doing for the people.
And then I get to see here that our former President Obama, who wasn't even a citizen, is now facing treason charges since the last time we talked, Craig.
And I got to tell you, it's felt pretty good.
I felt a little more relaxed.
And I think it's time to get the popcorn ready.
Well, I mean, again, our own in-house resident Alex Jones in Nick Know, because you've been saying this is coming, and I've been saying, well, I'll believe it when I see it.
And here we are.
Now, the formal treason charges have yet to drop.
And there are people out there like Ted Cruz and others who are skeptical, to put it mildly, about the possibility of actual treason charges being brought against the president, the former president that is of the United States, Barack Obama.
But it is, you know, definitely hopeful when you see the rhetoric coming out of the DNI's office, the office of the president, his press secretary, other officials.
I mean, it does seem as though there is an actual impetus to get some kind of case brought against Obama.
Now, will that be a treason case?
I don't know, but Trump's calling it treason, and Tulsi Gabbard's calling it treason.
And Barack Obama's been panicking and releasing statements about it that are immediately being contradicted by facts released by Tulsi Gabbard, you know, within hours.
So it does look like there is a movement toward this.
And we talked about this, you know, sort of at length in yesterday's show.
But, you know, there's the Epstein files too.
And the new left talking point, I shouldn't even call it a talking point, but the new like liberal fake news media gaslighting agenda or initiative is to say, well, Trump's just doing this to draw attention away from his connection to the Epstein files and the Epstein client list.
And I want to get your thoughts on that, Nick, because I think that's such an interesting thing that the news, the fake news, who's spent the last eight years telling us that if you believe there is any sort of list associated with Epstein, you're a conspiracy theorist who is not to be trusted.
Now, all of a sudden, when they see a political advantage to be had from its disclosure, are telling us that we should all be focused on getting that and disregard and ignore this story that is coming out about Obama and also making the implication that,
of course, we are incapable of having holding two thoughts simultaneously, meaning we can't both want to have the truth about Epstein and simultaneously want to know the truth about the Russiagate Obama hoax.
What are your thoughts generally on that?
I'm pretty convinced that the jurisdiction of espionage, counterintelligence, and intelligence in general has been reappropriated by the military where it was before 9-11.
So that responsibility for prosecution and managing those threats is given back to the military.
I think that will happen with Epstein in regards to that.
Don't forget, everybody, that Epstein had helped the Clinton Foundation form with their papers.
He literally helped them create the Clinton Foundation.
It was him.
The documents would have just been released.
Okay?
So he was a part of that.
So what was getting investigated?
The Clinton Foundation by Huber a long time ago.
They've been sitting on that case for a long time.
And just based upon Nate Kane and his testimony and then his information that he provided about the Clinton Foundation, they at least were paying for terrorism.
They got that on the books.
That's 100%.
So obviously, if you're paying for terrorists, that's not good.
That's a crime.
So it's all connected, though, and that's what they got to do.
This is the problem.
It's such a big network of criminals.
And now, whenever they approach this, I believe that as like Ted Cruz is like, oh, they're not going to do anything.
Because Ted Cruz is probably worried too.
I don't know what he's been up to, but he's probably not clean because he's still because he never really has any gumption about what he says or sticks to anything.
So I don't trust him.
But anyway, so with everything that's gone on and the committed treason by Obama and these people, it's hard because you got 9-11, then you got the human trafficking.
So what they got to do first is go after the treason.
Because if you go after someone for treason, Craig, then you're going to investigate their whole life, right?
You're going to look through every email, every text, every phone call.
And at that point, that's when you find the hot dogs getting sent by, what's it called, Keith Rainier over to the party for Obama.
You know, that's the sort of stuff that you find.
So pick a crime, any crime.
Which one are we going to do?
So we start with treason because that'll blanket, get all of the people involved.
And with the treason conspiracy, like they said, the words conspiracy, that's very important.
That's a modifier.
The word conspiracy, after you use that word, now that's toss-up because, like I said, it depends on whether he did or didn't put it over to the military.
At that point, when they use the word conspiracy, that opens the door to surveillance of all of their associates without warrants.
And that's the most important part.
Because, yeah, they can go through all of their stuff and see all the text messages, sure, but they want to see the web.
So when they said the word conspiracy and treason, that in and of itself says there's no escape, whether it's the military that prosecutes it or the DOJ, it's over.
They have access now to all of those people's emails, texts, and phone calls that just talk to him.
If someone got Obama's phone number and just gave him a phone call and they're like, you know, oh, look, you know, someone, oh, I got his phone number.
Ha ha, let's prank call him.
Guess what?
That person, all of their history, all the people they ever talked to, all of their text messages will also be sorted through.
That's how deep this is going to go.
There's no escape, Craig.
Hmm.
It's almost as if nothing can stop what is coming.
Yeah.
To say the least.
To say the least, Craig, it's coming, baby.
All right.
All right.
Well, we're taking a break.
So nothing can stop the commercial breaks, unfortunately, either.
So we'll take a quick break, come back, keep going.
A lot more to cover, believe it or not.
Stay tuned.

Now, back to the story at hand, Nick.
Of course, you mentioned, we mentioned, I guess, Ted Cruz and what he said.
And I want to play that clip.
You shared it with me.
So, this is the clip of Ted Cruz saying he believes Obama will not be prosecuted for treason.
This was on, of course, you know, the best gatekeeping news organization in the country right now, Fox News.
Let's go ahead and listen to this clip.
A member of the press today asked if, because of the Supreme Court's decision, John Roberts'decision in the immunity case, could Obama...
Briefly describe why that's not accurate 100%.
Look, it is challenging what the Supreme Court has said in the immunity case is official decisions are protected by official immunity.
So it's clear, for example, Barack Obama ordered a drone strike on Anwar Alalaki, an American citizen.
He cannot be prosecuted for that because that was an official action.
That's what the Supreme Court said.
By the way, FDR could not be prosecuted for dropping atom bombs on Japan.
Truman could not be prosecuted.
There's a whole host of actions.
Rather, Truman for dropping atom bombs, FDR for detaining Japanese citizens.
Internment.
The point is, official decisions of the president.
So is December 9th an official decision?
That's a hard advice.
Look, there would be an argument about it.
I'll tell you.
He's not going to be prosecuted for treason.
That's not going to happen.
He's not going to be prosecuted in all likelihood for treason.
But where the criminal liability will start is with members of the Obama administration who went under oath before Congress and lied.
Flat-out lied.
We know Jim Clapper has lied repeatedly, and that will be the beginning of the investigation.
Also, fabricating evidence.
Fabricating evidence.
That investigation needs to play out.
This is a very important new trove of information Tulsi Gabbard has released.
Trevor Burrus, Jr.: Is Comey in trouble, in your view?
He's a smart guy.
He's not a dumb person, right?
Like Obama, they get kind of careful how they word certain things.
It depends what he knew and when he knew it.
Comey is someone who I think had delusions of grandeur.
He wanted to be Jay Edgar Hoover.
It was a serious mistake that President Trump didn't fire him on January 20th, 2017.
That was one of the most consequential mistakes of the first Trump administration.
By the way, one, he didn't repeat in this administration.
The second term, I will say President Trump has hit the ground running very different from the first term.
And I think he learned a lot of lessons in the first term and also in the four years being out of power.
I will say this, Laura, we have never seen, in your and my lifetime, six months with remotely as much accomplished as we've seen the Trump presidency in this Republican House and Senate do.
Never.
Well, Nick, I can hear you wanting to jump through your microphone on that one.
What do you think of Ted Cruz telling us that his executive privilege and immunity in that regard, I guess qualified immunity, is going to protect him from any treason charges?
Speaking about Obama.
Oh, boy.
Yeah.
Okay, first off, I want to make sure everybody understands how I feel about it.
Stop talking about Soxless Sandals, please.
Let's just get to the beat of it.
Okay, I think that him saying that in and of itself should get him primarily out.
He should be removed.
He's got no courage.
He's got no intestinal fortitude.
And what he said is incorrect.
Because guess what?
Guess what, Craig?
The people listening to this program, you and I, all of the other people that know the truth, will not let this go to the wayside.
No, no, no.
Okay, remember the term?
Remember that term, you know, oh, he's paid his debt to society.
Leave him alone.
Guess what?
They owe us a debt and they're going to pay it.
That's the way I see it.
And he better get right and understand that.
Unless he's a part of the coup.
Maybe he was.
Maybe he was, lying, Ted.
You need to get right.
We need to get the country right, Ted.
You have no courage, and you're a shell of a person.
All right, sorry.
Well, that's, you know, tell us how you really feel about him, you know?
But to be quite honest, I hear what Ted's saying, and I understand it.
And I think that's, to a degree, the argument I've made, but maybe in a different way, using a different avenue.
It's the same result.
It's that, you know, these people aren't going to face prosecution in the sense that, you know, I don't think it'll get to the point where he has to invoke the executive privilege because they won't bring the charges based on national security concerns to begin with.
Now, do I think there's like a RICO case to be made there?
Yeah.
And it's interesting because, so RICO is an interesting thing, if you ever sort of take the time to try to understand it, which is the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, which has been used to go after like organized crime.
And a lot of people are saying that that's how they'll build this case.
But there are predicate offenses that, or predicate acts that have to be used.
I think it's like 35 specific crimes that you use to bring a RICO case.
And none of those are treason.
So the crimes that you can bring, though, are, I guess, things like murder, extortion, bribery, like money laundering, fraud, you know, all of that you could say it will bring a RICO case.
So if you bring those charges individually, the RICO case is what sort of has opened the door to mitigating the effect of the statute of limitations so that these cases can be brought for crimes that were probably committed back in, you know, 2015, 2016, 2017.
And that is what they'll probably go with.
But there is a way to use treason with RICO, but the acts have to be related and it has to be, it can't be a part of the RICO charge itself.
And there is no statute of limitations for treason.
So I don't know if they would even need to bring the treason charge, if they're going to bring the other charges.
So this is just a purely legal examination of the whole thing.
I'm not saying that I don't think they committed treason by any means.
I'm just saying that there is a legal case to be made for Rico with all of the, I mean, if you look at what they did, fraud and extortion, well, you have the elections and the whole Russia collusion hoax.
Conspiracy to commit murder.
Well, there's plenty of cases, Seth Rich and others, that could be pointed out there.
And other things that, you know, you can go down the line.
This is a long list.
Acts of terrorism, I guess you could.
I mean, if you consider the BLM, like Summer of Love riots, I don't know.
Is that terrorism?
I guess.
But yeah, I don't know.
I think it's an interesting thought experiment, if nothing else, at this point, to consider what possibilities there are.
What do you think?
Ooh, another thought experiment.
Okay.
So, you know, everybody knows that Obama's not a citizen, right?
Most people that have dated.
Well, I mean, it hasn't been proven, but it's speculated that the file that you download directly from the White House?
Directly from the White House.
I know.
Yeah, well, I've basically an expert in Photoshop, and just because there are layers doesn't mean it's fake, I would say.
It is very suspicious, and there are some circumstantial evidence that points to the fact that he himself referred to himself as a Kenyan, as a citizen of Kenya, and that, you know, that lady, of course, the one who was in charge of records, died mysteriously in that plane crash.
And the Hawaiian, I think it was a Hawaiian lady, and the plane crashed down in Hawaii.
So there's plenty of circumstantial evidence, but nobody's proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law that he is not a citizen.
And then I guess, can you commit treason if you're not a citizen?
That's an interesting question.
Ah, see, and that's the thing.
See, that's my favorite part here, Craig, because if you all remember, there was a person that went in and stopped them from cheating in the 2016 election.
Okay?
So they knew they were going to cheat and commit fraud, and they stopped them.
Now, the way that that was discovered and stopped could be argued that that was presidential privilege.
Now, you can't have presidential privilege that would protect you from having a discussion about cheating in the election and someone knowing it.
Okay?
So if he's not the president or never could have been, then that's removed.
And then any sort of presidential or executive privilege he thought he had when he rigged the machines to cheat in the election, that's all on record now.
Like, this is all recorded.
So he's not getting away from this.
But I guess the argument could be made that, and I'm not trying, I'm just saying to look at this from both sides.
The argument could be made that if even though he was, let's say he was not qualified to be the president per the Constitution and how it outlines the requisite birth or citizenship or the citizenship that you have to have in order to be president,
wouldn't or couldn't it be argued, I guess, in any court of law that him acting as president, him taking the oath of office, him having the certification of his election, that all of that means he was the president,
regardless of his disqualifying citizenship status, and that for all intents and purposes, legally, he was the president, regardless of the fact that he was not, you know, eligible.
They certified him, they swore him in, they gave him the power of the office.
You know, it's like for all intents and purposes, he was acting.
I mean, obviously, this would have to be something that would be, I would imagine, heard and litigated through the Supreme Court.
And the Supreme Court would have to decide whether or not he was the president.
And if they decide, you know, well, he took the oath of office, his election was certified, he acted in that regard for eight years, uncontested, you know, he was the president.
I mean, there's no denying that.
And even if he wasn't eligible, he was the president, right?
Well, you know, PSYOPs can make people believe a lot of things, you know, but fraud vitiates everything.
The PSYOP was the certification, the swearing in, and the eight years he was the president of the United States.
The Supreme Court decided.
Well, yeah, the fraud.
The Supreme Court decided that fraud vitiates everything.
So it doesn't matter.
It's null and void.
Just like a marriage.
Like that marriage that they had between a man and a woman that wasn't real, null and void.
It was a fraud.
I guess if fraud vitiates everything, then would that mean that every executive act and order and every piece of legislation that he signed, it's all null and void?
That's a good question.
You know what I mean?
So then that's where the Supreme Court would have to really figure it out.
And this is probably a case they don't want to touch with a 10-foot pole for that very reason.
All right, stay tuned.
We're coming back.

Welcome back to Justin Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James with Nick No, and we're talking about an interesting topic here.
We're sort of, I guess, parsing through more of the issues that may come up with a treason case if it were to be brought against President Obama.
We heard that clip from Ted Cruz saying he doesn't think treason's coming down the pipeline, of course.
And then we looked at the, you know, basically the possibility of a RICO case to be brought against him and others.
And I also, we talked about Barack Obama, particularly the legitimacy of his presidency.
And Nick brought up a great point.
As I was saying, that, you know, for all intents and purposes, Barack Obama was the president for eight years.
He was certified.
He was sworn in.
He acted in that capacity.
And the argument that he, even if he was ineligible, even if he was not a U.S. citizen, as has been alleged, that that would be sort of a moot point given that he became the president and acted as the president.
So Nick said, well, fraud vitiates, you know, pretty much everything.
And that could have, you know, could have gotten rid of the legal capacity that he could have held office in.
And then I asked, well, what would that do to all of the legislation that he signed into law and all the executive orders that he signed into effect?
And I left us by saying, hey, I think this is why the Supreme Court doesn't want to touch this case with a 10-foot pole because you would be opening a can of worms that could have second, third, and fourth order effects that are monumental for the entire country and the world, as a matter of fact, because the president signs off on treaties as well and other things.
So, well, I guess with congressional approval, right?
But, Nick, I mean, that's where I think we're at with it.
But is there anything else you wanted to add there?
Yeah, that would be a huge mess.
It might have to happen anyway, but it would be a huge mess.
They'd have to use AI to sort it out.
Then you'd have to decide, okay, the business deals that occurred based upon the executive orders or whatever, and they made money on it, like it, you know, that's got to stand because they didn't do anything wrong.
But then it's weird because then you think about it, yeah, yeah, he was not legally qualified to be president.
But the people who were the government employees were, you know, they were doing stuff.
And is that considered?
No one's voice.
I don't feel about that.
Yeah, that's why I think that pragmatically and realistically, there's no way that a case like that could be brought because as we point out, I mean, just think of all the effects.
It would undo so much, and our country doesn't undo anything.
It builds on top of, you know, look at how easy it is to get a law passed as compared to how easy it is to get one rescinded or taken off the books, right?
Right.
Or like a deprivation of rights under color of law every time they pass these laws that deprive us of our rights.
I mean, look, first off, okay, sorry.
That needs to be considered treason.
If they honestly know that what they're doing is going to violate the Constitution and violate our rights, then they should get the death penalty, period.
And then that would stop right away.
Think about how fast all of this law affair would stop if they knowingly are trying to subvert the Constitution of the United States or the Bill of Rights, and it's on record.
Let's say text to someone, oh, we're going to get them or whatever, you know, it is.
It's hard to prove.
I mean, what you're saying is it's very hard to prove.
Proving intent, and sometimes it can be very easy if it's clear and obvious and apparent and are sloppy and not careful.
But a lot of these people are very careful about their communications and how they word things.
And so those kind of people, I doubt you would ever be able to get to a point where you could prove the intent that you're, I mean, in ideal, I mean, theoretically, yes.
If you made the deterrent so extreme, then it would perhaps make people more hesitant to engage in that.
But simultaneously, it's like the people who already engage in it would just become wiser and more clever and just, you know, make sure that as they do these things, that there is no provable intent that could be connected in that regard.
And then they would just continue to do them.
Because if you're already doing a lot of this stuff, I've always thought to myself, you know, if you're already engaging in certain activities, it's like when a criminal, it's like a guy robs a 7-Eleven and then gets bolder and bolder and bolder.
And the crimes go bigger and bigger and bigger.
I mean, you kind of become emboldened the more you get away with.
And the more you get away with, the more clever you get.
Now, some people get sloppy and that's how they get caught.
But other people become politicians and they're just professionally good at it.
So, you know, it's just, it's kind of a, I don't know.
I'm not saying don't enforce laws because criminals do crime.
I'm just saying, or don't create laws because the criminals will become more clever.
I'm just saying that that is what you could probably expect to happen.
Well, yeah, think about this one.
This is why I bring it up because the Supreme Court makes a decision.
Like, for example, New York, the gun laws, like, dude, your gun law is unconstitutional.
And then what do they do?
Immediately make another law that would restrict the, I don't know, the ammunition or whatever.
That is intent, Craig.
And that is a flagrant violation of our rights.
And that should be a capital offense if anybody does that, period.
And believe me, it should be there, Craig.
Yeah, it might make people weary.
Yeah, they might be a little weary.
Man, maybe I shouldn't mess with that goal.
And then, yeah.
Because, look, it needs to be a deadlock.
Does punishment fit the crime is the question?
Yes.
Yes.
Well, according to you, it does.
Absolutely.
Anybody, because at this point, because look what they did.
They deprived us of our rights.
Okay, let me ask you.
Let me ask you this.
And I'm just saying they slowly got us.
Okay, fair enough.
But let me ask you this question, hypothetical.
I'm the staunchest Second Amendment supporter you'll probably find.
I believe in it.
Like, I think we should have bazookas and grenade launchers.
And I think it's like, you know, I believe that that is the interpretation of the Second Amendment that I think is the best one.
But, of course, we have laws and everything.
But let me ask you this.
So a parent's child is shot in downtown Chicago and they become an advocate for restricting Second Amendment, right?
They go to law school, they get their degree, they become a lawyer, and then they start creating cases to enforce laws or they become a politician and start trying to lobby to enforce laws against guns.
You think that person should be sentenced to death?
No, I think they're the R-word.
Well, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
As you just said, and look, I'm an astound supporter of the Second Amendment.
I'm just saying if your law went into effect, it would be, you would, But I mean, you're talking about does the punishment fit the crime?
Does a parent whose son is killed in downtown Chicago who lobbies for gun control, do they deserve to be killed?
If you're a government official and you do it, they deserve the death penalty.
If they're a government official and they say, okay, yeah, your idea is good, and then they do it, they deserve to be penalty.
This is all a hypothetical debate.
We're taking a break.
The Constitution.
I'm sorry.
I just don't like them.

Welcome back to Justin Forum Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and I'm joined by Nick No.
We're going to get right back to it.
But real quick, I want to thank our friends over at Houston.
If you haven't tried it out, it's an amazing service, satellite internet built for rural America.
They are really doing a great job at it too.
It's infrastructure backbone internet, which means it's just really reliable.
And that's something that is very valuable, especially if you're out in the more rural areas where connections can be spotty at best.
This is a reliable way to get internet, so you can look into it for that.
Or it's also a great option for anybody who's looking to get an auxiliary or secondary backup internet.
It's kind of internet that's used by banks and hospitals that is on sort of a fail-safe system that will be one of your best options to have access to information in any event, whether it's a natural disaster or an emergency or otherwise.
It's a great product and service that I think everybody should look into at least.
So call our friends over at HughesNet, the local HughesNet retailer, Elite Electronics.
Listen to me.
Write this number down.
970-712-5280.
Again, their number, 970-5 or 712-5280.
Give them a call today.
Thanks to them for being a sponsor.
And really, I think it's worthwhile to get that looked at wherever you are in the Front Range of Colorado.
So, Nick, I would like, if you don't mind, for you to restate your argument just so that we can keep going in this.
I think it's an interesting conversation.
So you're basically saying, and I won't restate it for you, but restate your argument about what you believe should be the deterrent for people who make laws that are, I guess, repugnant to the Constitution.
Knowingly, yeah, too.
So, okay, so we, the people, made a contract between us and the government about what the government is allowed to do by our permission.
All right, so keep in mind, we, the people, control the outcomes.
And we should always, and if we cannot, because the government is too corrupt, then it's all right to throw that, you know, overthrow that government.
So that's the Declaration of Independence.
Yes.
Now, they have free speech rights, the individuals do, right?
But guess what?
So does everybody else.
You know, as soon as you start infringing on someone else's rights, you say fire inside of a movie theater.
Now you're starting to get into dangerous territory.
So yeah, they can do whatever they want.
They can say whatever they want.
Sure, sure, sure.
But the government officials, they are subject to the laws that are governed by we the people and put in place by we the people.
And in order to protect we the people and our rights and our Constitution, we need to make deprivation of rights under color of law, meaning, I don't know, they don't give you a fair trial.
They withhold, you know what I'm saying?
They deny you your rights because they passed a law or because they just because of an arbitrary decision.
They can't do that.
And you know what?
And it's on the books as a violation of the law, and then they can't hold public office after that.
They might get 10 years in prison.
Craig, this is treason.
It's not a slap on the wrist.
It's treason.
It's a foundational crumbling of our government if they allow deprivation of rights under color of law to be treated as anything other than treason.
Tell me.
Okay, so, but just to clarify, you're suggesting that your interpretation of deprivation of rights under color of law would be a politician and lawmaker acting in their official capacity to change law.
Yes, knowingly trying to subvert the Constitution.
That's subversion.
Okay.
So knowingly subverting the Constitution is a very vague term.
So you're saying subverting as in like repealing an amendment?
No, it doesn't matter.
Like, okay, like what I'm saying is, for example, like, okay, so Supreme Court says, okay, you can conceal Kerry.
There's no law, there should be no law made that says you cannot conceal Kerry.
All right, or whatever it is.
Then immediately after that, you have, and then the Supreme Court makes the decision, then you have New York immediately making a law doing something else.
And that's what I'm talking about, like removing, making it impossible to get bullets or ammunition to service your weapons or whatever it is.
If they do that, that is also deprivation of rights under color of law, and they're trying to get around it.
Those people need to be charged and then treated like they're committing treason because that's what it is.
It's subversion of the United States.
It's an interesting debate because you're basically stating a debate or a case that's been made for a long time on all sides of state versus federal supremacy and where that line actually lies.
I mean, the Tenth Amendment clearly states that basically all powers that are not delegated to the federal government, right?
Is that what it is?
No, it's reserves the powers not delegated to the federal government to the states or the people.
So this is where the argument's always lied, been lied in, or laid in, lied in, in lied.
Anyway, there's a word there that I'm sure works.
And this has been an argument that's been very long.
But I mean, let me ask you this.
So your argument could be used in an inverse way as well, right?
Let's say there's somebody who doesn't believe in, I don't know, the 16th Amendment, right?
So Trump said he wants to get rid of the federal income tax, and that is the 16th Amendment, right?
So he is advocating for repealing the 16th Amendment and removing that portion of the Constitution which would get rid of the income tax federally.
By your standard, if there was somebody trying to do that, then they would be deprivation of rights under color of law.
They would be trying to restrict or take away a constitutional – you don't – I'm trying to see this on all sides and make it a clear, you know, because you have to always have the other shoe argument or the other foot.
If the shoe goes on the other foot, how could it be used inversely?
And I think your suggestion is I'll let you respond because we've got to take a break.
I guess just gather your thoughts and we'll come back.
Stay tuned.

Okay, I've been hearing a lot about the LifeWave patches and they sound amazing.
And I'm thinking I want to try them for myself.
But can you tell me how they work?
Okay, well, you wear the patch, which is about the size of a quarter, 12 hours a day, 12 on, 12 off.
And the patch uses your body's own light and energy and copper peptides to reactivate the dormant stem cells in your body.
Once a stem cell has been reactivated, it can be used by any of the cells in your body that need it, creating a healing and growth process you haven't experienced since your youth.
So in a nutshell, this is how the LifeWave X39 patch works.

I think it's time we stop.
Children, watch that sound.
Everybody look what's going down Everybody look what's going down Welcome back to a SFORM Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And we're having an interesting conversation here.
Nick, please finish your thought, and then we have a caller that we'll try to bring on.
We have a very short segment.
Sure.
The Federal Reserve, I know that was an angle you're going at, but the Federal Reserve did not have a quorum whenever they passed, quote-unquote, passed the Federal Reserve Act, so they did not technically do it legally.
So it could be removed.
Hmm.
That's interesting.
Okay.
Let's go to the caller.
Caller, you're on there.
What do you got?
Hey, gentlemen, good morning.
You're just talking about the 16th Amendment.
Basically, each amendment after 10 needs to be looked at individually and whether or not it is in violation of the Constitution.
And the 16th Amendment dealing with taxes is also a violation of the Constitution because of the way the Constitution was set up for income.
That's something that needs to be looked at individually.
That's right.
You have to have an equally apportioned tax for it to be legal, period.
That is correct.
So those people who are trying to repeal the 16th Amendment, such also as the 14th, they need to be looked at individually on their own bases.
Do they violate any of the first 10?
You know, I hadn't considered that, and that's a great point.
I appreciate you bringing that up.
I mean, it makes sense that that would be the case.
I was more overly sort of just trying to give the alternative argument for what Nick was saying, which was that we have to have the death penalty for anybody who wants to infringe upon the Constitution.
A little harsh.
It is the requirement for treason.
I get it.
I know.
I know.
I'm just saying.
I'm like, I can think of cases off the top of my head where I'm like, I'm not sure the punishment fits the crime.
And that would be...
Listen, no, Buzz Lightyear.
Remember when he was falling with style?
He was really just falling with style, right?
It's the same thing.
Deprivation of rights and the color of law.
It's just like you were just falling with style.
You're just committing treason with style, is what you're doing.
Yeah, I mean, look at who was in charge.
The 16th Amendment.
Look who was in office.
Look at what they did at that time.
You had Woodrow Wilson who basically gave away the country.
And everyone in Congress went along with it because they were most likely getting paid by somebody, probably Rockefeller or one of Loth Childs or some, who knows who, because they knew what was going to happen.
If we had implemented basic standards for treason in the past 150 years, we wouldn't be in the situation that we're in now.
And that's the problem.
I agree.
And again, a lot of times I'll play the other side just to make sure that we get our ideas watertight so that they can basically be substantially considered.
And I do appreciate you calling in and making those very valid and prescient points.
You brought up the point of the persons who, let's say Chicago, their son was killed by somebody, so they become a lawyer to ban guns.
Well, that is their intent is showing that they're doing this deliberately to wipe out the second offender.
That's their intent.
Even though they lost a son, which is grievance, which is horrible itself.
But that is also part of the problem.
That is the city or the state not enforcing the laws.
Okay.
Well, we got to take a break, but thanks for the call.
We appreciate it.
You're welcome, guys.
That's your dad.

It's a great ministry.
We're thankful to be partnered up with them.
GodsfeedingStation.org or download the God's Feeding Station app today.
All right.
Nick, we're back.
It's hour two.
And, you know, one of the things that I really enjoy about our conversation today is that we're really diving deep into some of these issues.
And I wish we had had more time with the caller that called in before we went to our final break of that first hour because he was making some great points and really giving a lot of interesting insight into the Constitution and a debate that's been going for quite some time, which is, you know, what parts of the Constitution really –
We were talking about how if there was an amendment that was repugnant to the Constitution and the first Ten Amendments, then it should be looked at more closely.
Was that basically the argument?
Yeah.
I think that's a good thing.
It's like the Ten Commandments, man.
I mean, in a way, you know, our Christian community.
It's not the Ten Commandments, but it is.
I get what you're saying.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's important to Christians as it is to Americans and our citizenships and so I think that it should be looked at like that.
And I think, yeah, that's how I feel about it.
And this all got started off of a conversation about Obama and treason.
So you see where these crazy things weave and take us bobbing and weaving.
Another story, though, that I wanted to get into here in the second hour was, you know, it's kind of a continuation of the same story we've been talking about all week, unfortunately, but we have to cover this because I think it bears coverage regardless.
James Clapper, Jim Clapper, came out on CNN yesterday and said that he's lawyered up in the face of Tulsi Gabber dropping bombshell after bombshell after bombshell information about the fabrication of evidence used in the furtherance of this plot to run a coup against Trump after he was elected in 2016,
which goes all the way up to the top, as we mentioned earlier, including people like Obama, the former President, but it also includes former CIA director John Brennan, former FBI director Jim Comey, Loretta Lynch, Susan Rice.
You can just go down the list of all the people that were involved.
You know, you had the head of the DNC at the time, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, I think, was a key player, Nancy Pelosi.
I mean, there's literally, I mean, every player in Washington, D.C. had a piece of this, right?
Had a piece in this, or had a part in this.
Yeah, and I think Debbie Wasserman Schultz, this is completely a rumor.
I don't know if this is true.
I heard that she was the person responsible for organizing the hit on Seth Ridge.
We'll find out about that.
It seems like it's this big criminal crime spree.
And if you're not part of the group, then you don't get the nice stuff that they smash and grab.
And if you play ball a little bit, they toss you a few little shackles type deal.
But the entire system is designed, like we were talking about with the policing, the way it is now.
They changed it after 9-11.
So basically, like you said, it'd be too much of an issue to go through the legal system like that.
And that's why it has to go back over to the military.
I hope that it does go there.
And I think it is going there because there's no other way that we can have fair trials because the judiciary has been captured.
So has the legislative branch has been captured.
And the only one that's not is the executive, where the commander-in-chief is.
And I think it's in America's best interest to kick it over to the military now.
You know, I tend to agree, but I understand the argument from there's a lot of argument from the libertarian side more, you know, concern about that, turning this into some sort of military dictatorship.
Because again, even if the military were to get involved in the capacity that you are suggesting, those issues would remain unresolved.
So for instance, if the military got involved and arrested Barack Obama, not saying that that's going to happen because it's very unlikely, but hypothetically, and he's found guilty of all these things, the same issue that would have presented itself with him being arrested in a standard procedure type of way by the non-military court
system, the same issues would arise from that.
So I don't know that the military involvement, and plus people are worried that when the military gets involved at that level in politics, Whether or not it's true, there's going to be the perception that the military has taken control of the government, and then by definition, you are under a military dictatorship.
Yeah, it would have to be a quick, quick transition.
And I think even Cubost talk about that, how basically it'll be clean and swift.
So maybe they have everything prepped.
And like we've talked about before, if you're having a military tribunal as people are calling for, like General Flynn, before you even get there, they have everything lined up in spiral notebook, you know, nice binders.
But I guess my question, and maybe you can think about this over the break, or you might have a very quick response.
My question was really, are you individually, Nick, in favor of or opposed to a military dictatorship?
And you don't have to answer because we only have transition.
You don't have to answer because we're hitting a break.
But I'm curious to know that because I don't think we ever really talked about that.
All right, stay tuned.
We're coming back.

Hi, this is Joe Jaquin, owner of the Patriot Trading Group.
I'm sure you're probably aware of the reputations of many of the precious metals dealers here in the Front Range.
I talk to customers all the time that no gold and silver are strong investments, that they are a hedge against a volatile economy.
But these customers don't know where to buy gold and silver and are very justifiably concerned that they'll get ripped off.
So I want to make you this promise.
At Patriot Trading Group, there are no commission salespeople.
We don't make outbound phone calls.
We don't try to upsell you into some scam or package that we've created.
We don't disclose your information to anyone ever.
The majority of our business comes from referrals and long-time repeat customers.
If you're looking to learn about or invest in precious metals, give us a call at 800-951-0592 or go to allamericangold.com.

Welcome back to S4M Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, with Nick No.
Nick, I have to ask because, you know, it's one of those things where I don't think we've ever really talked about this on air or off air.
But to recap, for anybody who's just joining us, we were basically having a conversation about the idea that, you know, Nick's made this suggestion time and again, or this sort of prediction that the only way to solve a lot of these issues,
particularly with regard to Obama and the treason and everything else, would be with military intervention and that that would, you know, sort of take the form of this sort of military tribunal court, you know, U.S. or what is it, the U.S. Military Code of Justice, you know, sort of trial where if treason is at hand, you know, the people get picked up and put in that court system, I guess, the military court system.
And I was making the point that, you know, even in that scenario, let's say you arrest Obama and you put him on trial there, the same issues that would come up in a non-military court trial with regard to the legitimacy of legislation signed into law by Obama,
the legitimacy of executive orders signed into law by Obama, the legitimacy of any congressional actions taken under the Obama administration and so on and so forth.
That all of that is something that the Supreme Court doesn't want to touch with a 10-foot pole because it's just, it's a nightmare.
It's a veritable nightmare to try to go back and undo things that have already been done.
And I said that those same things come up.
And then the question became, you know, really, you know, Nick, the question to you was, the libertarian argument against the military involvement would be something to the effect of by using the military court to try Obama or others, you would be effectively creating, by default, a military dictatorship in America.
And my question to you, Nick, was, would you support that?
And I think you had an interesting response.
In 2001, the military handled all espionage and counterintelligence operations, meaning if they did get caught and somebody committed treason, then they would be executed by the military and have their trial just like normal.
And it only changed after 9-11, which was a fraud, and fraud vitiates everything.
And so, anyway, so the most important way I look at this from using the military as a perspective.
All right, so their job is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
That's it.
So they're looking at the United States like, this isn't going so well.
These guys are violating all their rights and so on, and then eating people and all that other stuff.
All right, so they're going to be like a trauma surgeon.
Okay, they see someone, they come in, they don't know what's exactly going on, they come in on the table, you know, they're coughing up blood, whatever, and like, okay, we've got to stabilize this person.
They're aspirating blood, where's the blood coming from?
They go in, they stop the bleeding.
You know what I'm saying?
And then after that, you get it all.
Once you get them stabilized, then you perform the surgery.
And that's what they're about to do, is perform the surgery.
And after they perform the surgery, the trauma surgeon leaves.
Because their only deal is to fix the trauma, right?
And right now, this is what we got going on.
So to be clear, are you in favor or not of a military dictatorship in America?
I just got a very good trauma.
It probably would be a dictatorship.
It wouldn't be a dictatorship.
It would be just allocating the responsibilities back to where they're supposed to be.
And then, you know, like I was saying, as a trauma surgeon, you know, they come in, they fix the problem, and then they leave.
They don't stick around until they wake up or anything.
Like, no, I'm a trauma surgeon.
I'm going to go stop the next trauma or the next threat.
So what they're seeing as, the military seeing the United States as, okay, we've been captured.
That's very clear.
You understand then?
So the argument is that in order to do some of the things, they would have to come in, probably establish martial law, probably suspend habeas corpus.
Right?
Nah.
No, no.
Well, you could suspend habeas corpus already based upon the insurrection, but they already have, like you said, the RICO cases going.
And if you have a RICO case, you don't have to have a warrant.
So all of these things are working in conjunction.
Either way, they try and lean, whether it's federal or it's going to the military, there's nothing they can do.
Both are airtight.
But when it comes to the military, if he did put the jurisdiction back to the military, and Pete Hegseth is in charge of that, then that's the way they're going to do it.
They're going to just simply remove the infection from society.
And then after that, they'll step away and let us just recover like normal.
You might have some nurses come in and say, hey, how you doing?
We've got to make sure everything's running right.
And then you go home and then you're all good.
Same deal.
So the question then becomes, how do you interpret Article 2, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution?
The President is a civilian and thereby entitled to his due process under the Constitution, and the only way to sidestep that or circumvent that would be suspending his right to trial and suspending the Constitution.
Well, if you're an enemy combatant, you don't have rights.
That was a case law from Hamzi.
And what was it?
No, Midhard of Hamzi.
Then we had that other guy off.
A little hockey.
The military?
Oh, sure.
I mean, even then.
See, but this is where I'm trying to.
I'm just, I'm not, sorry, apologies for interrupting.
I'm just trying to build the paradigm here.
Like, there is no way that this happens without a military dictatorship, a junta, if you will.
Well, I wouldn't call it a dictatorship, but it's basically a cleansing.
Yeah, it's got to happen.
The same way it did the first time we had a revolution.
Except this time we already know who our enemies are, and we don't have to go fighting around and doing all this stuff.
It's already all taken care of.
We already have all the evidence.
We already have all the who's who's.
There's no need for a violent revolution.
It's just the violence would be directed towards the enemy combatants from the military applying that violence to them.
That they have a monopoly on violence.
That's what the military is.
And, you know, so at that point, if the military does not.
Again, Section 2 clearly outlines of Article 2 that the president is not subject to military discipline or court-martial.
Does it really?
Yeah, it clearly states that.
So I don't know how you impose that without suspending the Constitution.
And that's where people like libertarians mostly, I mean, you don't see Democrats or Republicans really concerned about the Constitution all that much, although I'd say Republicans are more concerned than Democrats by far.
But libertarians would come in and say, well, that's a military dictatorship.
You would have to have one in order to do what you're suggesting.
By definition.
It only covers if you're doing official duties.
And that case law, I think, is done.
So it has to be in official capacity.
If they're working in official capacity and they took out the low hockey, sure, enemy compatent did it.
It's clean.
All right, fine.
But, you know.
Well, you've got to define official capacity.
It's like when Bill Clinton was like, could you define the term is?
It's like, that depends on what is is.
Yeah, it does what is means.
I don't know.
But yeah, I guess you'd have to define that.
But I guess it's an interesting conversation and nothing else.
For sure.
Because it gets into these realms of like, you know, what you're suggesting is plausibly viable for being a solution.
I get what you're saying.
You're saying temporarily the military would step in and do these things, but, you know, I think there's a lot of examples throughout history where militaries temporarily step in to take control of a civilian government.
And then, next thing you know, you have a 200-year military dictatorship or in other cases.
I mean, historically, there's plenty of examples.
And look, there's examples where it probably has worked decently enough, but there's also examples where it turns into a nightmare.
But I don't know.
I wish I knew all the answers, but I don't.
At least I'm humble enough to know I don't know.
And I do think that it's an interesting conversation to have nonetheless.
We have a lot of text I could get to, a lot of comments on this that I want to share.
But any, like, am I missing anything, Nick?
Because I guess if you ask me, I think that the civilian courts, you know, our civilian court system, as corrupt and broken as it is, could be and would be the best venue for this as opposed to military because of those obvious concerns that I would have and many others have with, you know, I love the military as much as the next guy.
I support him, but I'm not sure a military dictatorship, suspension of, you know, imposition of martial law, suspension of the Constitution, and habeas corpus is the best option.
I mean, maybe that's what they, I mean, a dream scenario for the globalists would be to have that scenario play itself out, and then they could, you know, if you buy off all the right generals, you know.
Yeah, and there's an endless endless appeals process.
You can appeal 30 times and never even see a freaking jail cell.
Forgive my language.
Are you talking about the civilian court system?
Yeah, so that's why we have to do it in the military to just take care of the problem, be done with it, and get it out of the way.
I don't know.
It's an interesting thought.
It's an interesting conversation.
It's a hypothetical scenarios that so many questions come up and it's like, I don't know.
I don't know.
But we have textures.
I want to get to some of them just to sort of catch up here.
Submit another 518 says, I wonder if the long game is to also tie this to Biden's Autopen and Obama's third term.
I guess referring to Obama's treason possible charge or whatever they're trying to put together, the RICO case.
The Autopen thing, I don't know.
We haven't touched on that too deeply here on the show because I've never thought much of it.
It's for the same reason that, you know, with the Obama stuff, if Obama is guilty of treason or if he was hypothetically never eligible to be president and like you said, fraud vitiates everything, then it would undo all of this and it would be a nightmare.
So the Supreme Court's not going to touch it.
I think you could say that, almost make the identical argument for the Autopen thing.
Fraud, you know, if fraud vitiates everything, then everything Obama or Biden did was basically could be undone.
And then, you know, you have legislation, you have laws, you have treaties.
I mean, it's like executive orders.
Anything that he would have signed off on, quote unquote, signed off on in the end.
Yeah, basically can be called into question and then repudiate or basically repealed or undone.
And then that creates, like you said, a nightmare because what if there's like businesses that have engaged in legal and lawful acts that now are illegal and unlawful?
And then, you know what I mean?
Like the third order effect, second and third order effect of that then could flood the court system and basically, you know, have, I mean, there would be consequences that would be immeasurable.
Am I right?
Gosh, yeah.
Yeah.
So it's like, that's why, in my mind, logically, I'm like, that will never happen.
Because you couldn't, I don't think we have the capacity to deal with that level of disruption.
So I don't know, but we'll get to more text when we come back.
Stay tuned.

Welcome back to Just Forum Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And, you know, Nick, I have the backlog of texts here I want to get through before we get into anything else.
And some of them will actually open up more conversations that I think are interesting and news stories as well.
So let's get to those.
Someone from the 304 texted in and said, and I think they're referring to what you said.
They said, if that was a law, and then they say parenthetically, capital punishment for right infringement, then they would learn that when they went through school, and if they still let their feelings trump Americans' God-given, oh, I'm sorry, I read that incredibly, and if they still let their feelings trump Americans' God-given rights, then they get what they get.
I'm with Nick.
So I think a lot of people share your sentiment, it seems, with your rather harsh, in some cases, punishment for restructuring our Constitution or at least challenging some of these things, right?
Yeah, listen, guys.
If we want to be serious about having a free country, you have to have serious consequences for people trying to stop it.
I guess it works to a degree in some cases.
Like, I mean, Trump's always talking about how, you know, you go to some of these more obscure Asian countries, and it's like if you have a gram of marijuana, it's like the death penalty.
And that is a deterrent, I guess, for people having drugs or using drugs.
Although drug use still exists, you know, because where there's a will, I guess there's a way.
But I mean, look, I agree that if the crime or if the attempt to take away, to deprave or deprivation of rights under color law, if they're trying to deprive you of a right and it's that egregious, but I mean, you're saying death penalty for everything.
I think there should be a range up to perhaps a death penalty if the crime was that egregious.
Would that be a concession you'd be willing to make?
Sure, but this is the one thing that's the deal breaker.
If they voted on something that was against the Constitution and they voted, it's on record, that seals their fate.
They get the death penalty.
That is the end.
Yeah, but like we talked about earlier.
If they vote to repeal, like we said, the 16th Amendment, you think that's the death penalty?
No, the 16th Amendment never passed.
They did not have a quorum.
If you don't have a quorum, you can't actually have a vote.
But it ended up in the Constitution.
So it's one of the amendments to the Constitution, at least.
And I'm only saying that because it's like there are and the caller who called in earlier made the good point that like any of the amendments that took place after the 10th should be examined because they themselves may violate the first 10 amendments of the Constitution.
So that in and of itself is a question.
But to clarify, voting against an amendment in the Constitution to repeal it, for instance, I'm not sure I'm with you on categorically saying that that is a crime that should be punishable by death.
Well, I mean, think about it this way.
Because what if one day there's an amendment that, you know, there's plenty of amendments I disagree with that I would not like to see in the Constitution.
And if and I'm just trying to put the shoe on the other foot.
Maybe I'm doing a terrible job of it, but.
The Constitution says the supreme law of the land, start there.
That is the supreme law of the land.
Start there.
And then anything after that, go from there.
And so if they do anything trying to subvert the rights of the people for any reason, if it's like they got a deal, for example, the people in California, they're going to take away water.
They're taking away public services and then giving them to specific people, things like that.
And the corruption stuff, that would also cover the corruption as well, in a way.
Because if they do a deal that's not in the best interest of the people and they do it out of personal gain, that also falls under that category, And then they will be executed.
No more nonsense, no more violations.
Stay within the rails, and we don't care.
If everybody just stayed within the rails, then America would be safe.
Everybody would be talking to each other more.
Everyone would have more to say.
There'd be more open debates about everything.
But we can't do that because our country's been captured.
Our country's been captured.
You would be mildly stifling debate by imposing the death penalty for anybody who challenges things they disagree with.
But I get what you're saying.
And look, as much as I agree, I'm trying to just sort of wargame it out and say, okay, well, if this, then this, and what happens if in this scenario, what happens in this scenario?
Like, if this were to be a real law.
So that's interesting.
So, but you'll love this text.
Somebody texted from the 307.
They say, I'm with Nick, always with Nick.
Otherwise, the people are powerless.
So you got at least one person who's steady in your.
That's awesome.
Yeah, you love that one.
Thanks, man.
I don't get any texts like that.
I never get the, I'm with Craig.
I'm always with Craig.
But that's fine.
That's fine.
I don't need it.
I'll stand on my island alone.
Our friend Henry texted in and said, thoughts on the reports that Tom Cotton's crafting legislation to curb Tulsi releasing information to the public.
So I looked into this story over one of the breaks, and apparently this is true.
In light of Tulsi Gabbard's recent effort to declassify a number of documents related to the Russiagate conspiracy that was orchestrated by the Obama administration, apparently, Tom Cotton,
the senator from, I believe, Arkansas, is basically putting together a piece of legislation to essentially restrict her ability to declassify intelligence.
Okay, there's our first candidate, Craig.
Tom Cotton's on the chopping block.
I'm serious.
I knew that's what you were going to say.
I don't know how you know.
Tom Cotton, I love you, baby, but listen, I'm going to try and get these laws into place, and then I'm going to make sure that people like you get what they deserve for trying to harm the American people.
Exactly what you were going to say.
Tom, you're contestant number one.
Yep.
Come on down, Tom.
It's your turn, baby.
The price is right.
So, yeah, I guess that's a great example right there of now.
I don't know if Tulsi Gavin.
I think the United States and the will of the people, I legally understand better what the law he's crafting says and understand better what restriction he's trying to impose upon the DNI as far as the unilateral or authority to declassify information.
I would probably want to have that piece of the puzzle more understood before I would call for the Nick No.
The Nick No amendment to be imposed upon him.
That's just like Buzz Lightyear again.
It's like falling with style.
You're still falling.
You're still committing treason.
It's to commit treason with style.
That's all it is.
You've been watching a lot of Toy Story lately, haven't you?
Yeah, toys in the best years.
That's what happens when you have all the little ones, but that's a blessing.
So, Buzz Lightyear, that's a good one.
I like it.
All right.
Look, we're going to take a break.
And we're going to come back.
And we're going to keep going.
And we'll keep reading your text messages.
They're still flooding in.
So stay tuned.

Welcome back to SFRM Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we try to keep it light here.
Just a little talk of treason and all the really light, fun subjects.
Tomorrow, I told you yesterday we're going to have a guest today, and we ended up having them push to tomorrow.
And, you know, just to really lighten the mood up, we're going to have a guest tomorrow to talk about trauma-based mind control and abuse and what that looks like.
So that'll be interesting.
I don't want to say fun, just interesting.
Let's keep going, okay?
Yeah, let's go.
With the...
I have to read them all.
I know.
Somebody from the 9th Century says, wow, Nick's ready to rumble.
Drop the reins, Craig, and let him run.
The globalist Marxists have infiltrated our nation and its institutions for decades.
They're doing everything possible to dismantle the Constitution by a thousand cuts.
Time to take off the gloves and go after the traitors.
Colorado is infested with these rats and would be a good place to start.
I don't even know how to respond to that.
I'm releasing the reins, Nick.
You go.
Just go.
Yeah, I'm the bag man now.
Y'all messed up.
Yeah.
All right.
I mean, seriously, though, I would have loved to.
If I wasn't on the radio with you and I was working for the government still, I would have loved that job.
Loved it.
I'm sure there's still time.
But regardless, I appreciate the text, and I agree to the extent that, you know, our country's been infiltrated, and that's clear, and we have to address that, and we have to try to substantially combat it.
Methods and tactics are important, and I think strategy is important, and I think, although I agree with many of Nick's very unique ideas, I think there's a way to do certain things that's more, let's say, elegant, I don't know, clean.
Perhaps a bit of warmer.
But, you know, hey, the people love you, Nick, and I want you to know that.
Exactly.
Somebody texted him from the 970 saying there is no treason.
Treason is aiding and abetting the enemy.
Barry's defense will be politics.
Barry is not going to jail.
Brennan, maybe.
Even that is a long shot.
We need to get off the treason bandwagon in spirit true.
Legally, there is no footing.
And finally, they say when you interrupt Nick, you'll love this because, Nick, you love these texts.
It's because you know what he is going to say.
Listeners like me may not know.
I wanted to know what he was going to say about the binders.
What were you going to say?
I don't remember interrupting you about the binders, but go ahead.
Oh, to elaborate, whenever you have a military trial, and this is anybody that's in the military, and if you're for some reason going to have one, you're already guilty.
It's over.
They don't even have the trial unless they know for sure it's airtight and you're going to jail.
They won't waste the time.
They won't waste the time.
So when these people show up there, they're not going to be able to lie.
They're not going to be able to do anything, to spin anything, and say that depends on what is, is, because they're going to have everything lined up.
Here you did this.
Here you did this.
And then they're going to play all the evidence, audio recordings, all the other stuff.
And then the judge packs the gabble and you're guilty.
Sorry to interrupt.
Yeah, I mean, pretty much, man, it's over.
Like, once you have a military court, dude, if you show up there, you're not going to win.
You're not going to.
Good.
It's over, dude.
Like, these people.
Okay, well, that was a good explanation of the binders.
I apologize for interrupting, but we only have a couple of minutes, and I want to get to these last couple texts.
So Robert 720 says, what is the end goal for all this?
And will they place presidential immunity for Obama?
Yeah, the executive privilege slash presidential immunity thing, I think in order for that to even come into play, Obama's got to be brought under charges.
And we'd have to wait and see what those charges are to even know if executive privilege or presidential immunity can be imposed.
So, I mean, if it's like treason, I'm not sure you can because that seems like it would be a superseding offense or like an overriding indictment.
Like it would be you committed treason, therefore your presidential immunity or executive privileges is revoked by that action.
Oh, that's something very interesting to think about right there.
Yeah.
So finally, somebody said, we would need a lot more education for police.
These cats are some pretty consistent right violators.
Look, nobody's denying that there are some bad apples out there in any place you go.
You know, there's some bad apples in the military.
There's some bad apples in police.
There's some bad apples in healthcare.
There's some bad apples.
I mean, you know what I mean?
There's always going to be people who don't do the right thing.
But you can't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
But I do think education would be key.
So that's a good point.
You know, Every now and then I do see concerning videos, and mostly I think it's cops who are overworked and in some cases underpaid who just are on a beat and they get frustrated and they make dumb decisions that they wouldn't otherwise make if they were in a better state of mind, perhaps.
And again, remembering that cops are humans too.
They have live stress, they're imperfect.
So not excusing their actions if they do any of those things, but education would be a good way to mitigate those kind of issues.
For sure.

The Federal Reserve is in control of our money, but lately control is the last word you would use to describe the Fed.
Emergency rate cuts, huge increases in their balance sheet, the constant blowing of bubbles and boom and bust cycles that just leave most of us busted.

Welcome back to Just Forum Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James with Nick.
Now, Nick, final thought for the show today.
My final thought is that, you know, Craig, we've been through a lot.
This has been a long war, and it looks like the tides have turned.
And we are watching the end of this part three, phase three, it should be called, I think.
And maybe we'll give us a trip.
It's phase three, baby, the justice phase.
Everybody, you know, it's going to be difficult for your family.
I'm serious.
And they're going to lash out in pain because their favorite person is on trial.
All right.
Now, just be really nice to them.
Let them know that there's going to be more to come.
Be kind and make sure that you let them know that God wins because it's true.
Amen, brother.
I always appreciate your final thoughts.
They're always like so, they tie it up so well.
And, you know, we always leave you guys with some hope and encouragement.
Today's no different.
We're going to go to scripture.
We're in 1 John chapter 3 and we're reading verse 18 through 20.
It says this, Little children, we must not love with word or speech, but with truth and action.
This is how we will know we belong to the truth and will convince our conscience in his presence, even if our conscience condemns us, that God is greater than our conscience and he knows all things.
Now, I love this verse because, you know, we've been in chapter three and it's been talking about love and what love looks like from the Christian perspective.
And we've kind of gotten this understanding up to this point.
But here, one of the things that I really appreciate about this verse is that it describes how we will know that the love of the Lord is in us and that the love of the Lord is in us for others.
And that's by the truth in action.
That is not related to what we say because we can say a lot of things and oftentimes, you know, words fall hollow or fall short without action.
And I think what is being pointed out here is not only that that is the truth about what Christian love looks like, but moreoverly, that even when our mind is not convinced, our conscience is not convinced, God sees what's in us.
And if our heart is pure and our intention is driven by the righteous and true words and discernment given to us, the divinely inspired word of God in scripture, God will see that and God will know that.
And if we truly live with that as the driving force in our hearts, then we will be on the right path.
And that's where I'll leave it.
But how do we get on that right path?
Well, if you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, I always invite you now.
Open your heart, say a prayer, accept him into your life.
Let him start filling you with the Holy Spirit, giving you that connection to God the Father, and just opening up doors that you may never thought would be able to be opened.
But that's where we're going to leave it.
Thanks to Nick.
Thanks to the callers.
Thanks to the textures.
Thanks to everybody listening.
You guys are the best.
We're going to be back tomorrow, God willing.
Do it all over again with our guests in the second hour.
