The truth.

This is Just Informed Talk Radio, where we are not ashamed of the gospel, because it is God's power for salvation to everyone who believes.
One thing, I don't know why, it doesn't even matter how hard you try, keep that in mind, I designed this rhyme to explain it to time, all I know.
Time is a valuable thing, watch it fly by as the pendulum swings, watch it count down to the end of the day, the clock takes life away, it's so unreal.
Then look out below, watch the side go right out the window, trying to hold on, but you didn't even know, wasted it all just to watch you go.
I kept everything inside, and even though I tried, it all fell apart.
Welcome to another Justin Forum Talk radio show.
I'm your host, Craig James.
Hope you guys are having a wonderful, wonderful day.
We're back.
And boy, do we have a lot to cover.
We're going to be getting into it, but ladies and gentlemen, I have an important announcement to make.
The trade wars have begun.
Donald Trump firing the first shot imposing tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and China.
This all took effect over the weekend, and it's already led to responses from Canada and Mexico, respectively, toward Trump's moves, which we'll talk about here during the show.
But I can tell you right now, the left-wing media is absolutely loving it as they have released their new talking points, Get this.
Things are going to get more expensive.
You know, like the communist Chinese who they so admire, the leftists in this nation have an affinity for taking that which they create and then projecting it on their opponents as if it was their creation.
In short, the idea that things are going to get more expensive because Trump has decided to put tariffs on nations who have been exploiting us and essentially robbing us blind for the last several decades, and at minimum the last four years, is so absurd that you know most of the unassuming masses Who consume mainstream media will believe it.
That's how you know it'll definitely stick, because it's that absurd that people will be infatuated, they will be enamored, they will be incapable of seeing truly what is happening.
Now, I'm not saying all people, of course.
I'm more overly talking about the people who turn on CNN and MSNBC and believe it like it's the gospel, because, you know...
That's how they were raised.
I mean, unfortunately, there are a lot of people in this country who still have faith in those institutions, right, which we know are compromised, and we're going to get into that in today's show, because it's all becoming nakedly apparent with what's happening with the U.S. aid, the Agency for International Development.
I think that's what its acronym stands for.
USAID is being exposed as being a part of these highly elaborate schemes, scams, and hoaxes, and other things, coup d'etats, etc., etc., being run by our government against foreign governments, but then that have been turned inwardly against our own citizens, and we're going to get into that later.
But this trade war has started, and...
Again, like I've been reiterating throughout last week, and I'll keep reiterating it here, they've decided now that their argument really is falling flat.
When they say, who's going to pick your crops?
When they say, you know, who's going to wash your car?
Who's going to do these menial jobs that most Americans don't want to do, they say.
And it's not that most Americans don't want to do them, it's that...
Most Americans, if not all Americans, don't want to be exploited.
They don't want to be slaves.
They don't want to go pick cotton in the field for a slave ration, for an amount that we pay prisoners, which is a whole other story.
But this is the argument that they've been using for the last week or so, and it's really fallen flat.
The talking points have gone out and, you know, they've had their little 4 a.m.
talking point readjustment and they've decided that the tactic they're going to go with now is their tried and true tactic of projection, right?
Take what you're doing and accuse your enemy of doing it.
So as they've destroyed our economy and made us and created rapid inflation and have...
created this quagmire that Trump's trying to, this hole that Trump's trying to dig us out of, they now will say that because Trump hasn't, you know, lowered the prices of everything in the first 10 days in office, or whatever it's been, that that in fact means that he has failed, and that not only has he failed, but now he is the problem, right?
Trump's the problem.
These tariffs have made things slightly more expensive.
Well, interestingly enough, I think it's an indictment more on our culture than it is anything else, right?
It's not an indictment on Trump.
It's this instant gratification culture that we've created, we've sort of embraced here, where if it doesn't happen immediately now, if I don't get that Happy Meal right now...
Within five minutes of me pulling into this drive-thru, guess who ain't happy?
He's got two thumbs.
He's pointing at me.
So, this is the instant gratification culture, the social media, TikTok brain, short attention span, you know, low critical thought, that kind of mentality that we've bred and intentionally bred into our citizens.
I mean, mind you, this is not like, This isn't just by chance.
This is Sean Parker, one of the founders of Facebook, who helped found it and created it with Mark Zuckerberg, who obviously took it from DARPA. It was Project Life Log.
It was handed to him because he's an asset of the intelligence agency, etc.
There's a whole history there.
But Sean Parker famously said that when they were creating the algorithms at Facebook, one of the main focuses in their You know, internal meetings and dialogue was, how do we make this product addictive?
And they used psychologists and neurochemists who, you know, taught them about brain chemistry and how dopamine hits and, you know, they wanted to make it as addictive as nicotine or cocaine or heroin, if not more.
So the instant gratification brain that's been sort of shrined within people's conscience is now being used and weaponized against the public to portray Trump's failure, as they say.
He's failed.
It's been 13 days, right?
14 days.
Two weeks.
And he has failed to make things cheaper.
In fact, things may get more expensive.
Do they mention the fact that it's in large part because the previous administration and their supporters sold our country out to our enemies have been fleecing us in waste, fraud, and abuse for the last...
Several decades?
No, they don't mention that part.
They just say, Trump failed 14 days.
He didn't get it done.
Might as well move on.
All right.
Stay tuned.
We have more to say.
In his well-known devotional, My Upmost for His Highest, Oswald Chambers asks, Are you ready to be offered?
Paul writes in Philippians 2.17, Even if I am to be poured out as a drink offering upon the sacrificial offering of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.
Are we willing to be offered for the work of the faithful?
Are we willing to bind our worldly selves to the sacrificial altar to have the things of the flesh removed?
The altar means fire, burning and purification and the removal of everything that God has not started and of every attachment that is not an attachment to God.
If we wish to experience the fullness of God working in us and through us, the things of the world must be removed.
As Chambers says, tell God you are ready to be offered, and God will prove Himself to be all you ever dreamed He would be.

I never knew there'd come a day When I be saying to you Don't let this good love slip away Now that we know that it's true
Don't you know the kind of man I am?
No, said I'll never fall in love again But it's real and the feeling comes shining through I'm so confident, you little girl And I never disrespect anything So confident, you little girl Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And, you know, it's funny.
We'll talk about Trump's tariffs.
I'll give you the exact rundown of what they look like.
But as I scrolled through social media over the weekend, I saw everybody, you know, chiming in on this, including our intrepid leadership here in Colorado, Governor Jared Polis, you know, making some of the most asinine, moronic statements I've heard.
To date, about tariffs and the imposition they put on people.
It is fascinating to me to watch politicians work.
This is why I would never want to be one.
Not because I don't want to change the country and make it better in a way to help, but it's because in order to become a politician, you just have to become the most...
In most cases, not all cases, there are some politicians out there who don't do this, and I would hopefully be one of those who didn't.
But it is such a slimy business where even if you aren't one of these people, you have to deal with these people.
Because if you're a politician, you have to go to, for instance, a legislative assembly meeting.
And you have to look at people, let's say I got elected tomorrow to represent Congress, right?
Whatever.
CD4, CD5, Gabe Evans, Lauren Boebert, whatever.
Let's say I take their spot.
I would have to go to Washington, D.C., and I would have to call Adam Schiff a gentleman.
And can you imagine that?
I'd have to call Elizabeth Warren, the gentle lady from Massachusetts, or Connecticut, or wherever she's from.
You know?
I would have to play this sort of game of, and it's all about, what is it, decorum and all that stuff, and they'll actually, you can get sanctioned if you don't follow the rules, right?
Like, if you don't go into the Legislative Assembly chamber and, like, play nice with these disgusting criminals, many of whom are treasonous traitors, if you don't respectfully Treat them in such a way, then you yourself will find, you know, out there are severe consequences.
So that's why I couldn't do it.
And the same thing here in the state legislature.
Like if I were to take whoever's, you know, take a spot and go down the state legislature, I'd have to stand in the state legislative house and be lectured to by a Democrat majority about, you know, How transgender affirmation of children is a healthy thing, and I'd have to respectfully debate that?
You want me to respectfully debate the mutilation of children?
You want me to respectfully debate the demonic practice of abortion, murdering unborn children?
You want me to stand there and just, you know, hum and ho and say, well, I respectfully disagree with the gentle man-woman from, you know, Aurora County or wherever, Adams County or whatever.
You know what I mean?
Because, you know, you're standing there and the guy running the session is a mentally ill dude in a dress who wants you to address him as her, she and her.
Those are my pronouns.
Use my pronouns!
I couldn't do it.
Sorry.
I could not do that.
I would call them a man.
I would say to the mentally ill man, and I know some people have done it, and kudos to them, you know, who have called out insanity and this ridiculous thing that is happening here where somehow these people seem to have more rights.
You know, it's Animal Farm.
We're a living Animal Farm.
Some people are more equal than others.
If you put a dress on and you chop off your hoo-hoo, you know, your ding-dong, then guess what?
You're more equal than everyone else now, and we have to use speech to address you properly, and if we don't, it's a hate crime.
You're going to go to jail because we pass laws that say, you know, if you discriminate against these mentally ill people in any way, shape, or form, guess what?
You're the one who's going to end up in prison here in Colorado.
You're the one who's going to end up in a jail cell behind bars.
Wouldn't the exact inverse should be true?
I mean, these people respectfully should be in mental institutions, receiving the help they need, in all honesty.
So that's why I couldn't do politics, right?
And I don't know how I got off on that tangent, but it is true.
Somebody texted it and said, you couldn't call Schiff a pencil neck?
Yeah, I mean, like, that's the whole thing.
I could not play the game that they want me to play.
I couldn't play it by their rules.
Let's put it that way.
Because their rules are ridiculous.
The game is rigged.
So, why even bother trying to play by it?
Now, I'm not advocating for anything crazy here.
Don't misinterpret my words.
I'm just saying on an individual level, I couldn't do that whole kabuki political theater show for the public to make it seem as though these people aren't reprehensible and detestable, and in some cases complete abominations to society at large.
Whom I love as a Christian, And want them to change for the better.
But, as I've said before, if I really hate these people, I will tell them, yes ma'am, to the guy in a dress.
Oh yes, you're so brave and beautiful.
Yes, tell your children to go chop off their genitalia, that way they can't reproduce.
Yes, yes, if I were really, really evil, that's what I would be doing.
I'd be doing what they're doing.
Clapping.
Let's wave our rainbow flags and murder unborn children.
If I were truly evil, if I was the evilest dictator known to mankind, you pick dealer's choice on that one.
I would be saying, hey, let's get more rainbow flags out here.
Democrats, I think you guys should definitely do abortion.
You should definitely...
Have transgender surgeries on each other and chop each other up until there's nothing left and, you know, do the whole nine yards.
Yeah, yeah, you want to be happy?
Sure, whatever, go do it.
Because in effect, I would be doing myself and people who, you know, I think I'm like-minded with a favor, you know, in encouraging these people to basically, in a sense, genocide themselves because that's what they're doing.
If you chop off your reproductive organs so that you cannot procreate, you are essentially extinguishing your own progeny, your own offspring.
So you are basically committing mass murder against yourself.
It's like mass suicide.
The generational suicide.
So yeah, I would be encouraging them, but I can't in good conscience say, That I support that.
And how we got here from tariffs, boy oh boy, maybe somebody in the text can let me know.
I have no idea.
But, oh yeah, I was talking about Jared Polis and his comments on tariffs and then talking about how I couldn't respectfully work with these people.
Because I don't respect them.
That's the point.
I don't respect them.
I love them.
In the Christian way I am commanded to do, but I love them enough to tell them the truth.
And I'm not perfect by any means.
I certainly fall short.
I have a temper like anyone else.
I can get frustrated and upset at whatever, and I get that.
And I put my hand up and I say, I'm guilty before God.
I pray I'm forgiven for that.
Because I should be more kind and more compassionate and more understanding, and I should have those things within me that are important to have.
But I also think that a part of being a strong Christian, a believer in Christ, is telling the truth, regardless, not being ashamed of the gospel that is given to us.
And that's where I stand.
I put that as on the forefront of my...
And listen, I put up a lot.
People say put up or shut up.
Trust me.
I've put up a lot over the years.
I've put up my reputation.
I've put up my livelihood.
I've put up everything.
And in a lot of ways, I've suffered consequences for it.
But those are all prices I am more than happy to pay to be able to speak the truth.
And have a clear conscience before God to say, look, Lord, I am here humbly before you, and I'm here in front of those who will listen, telling them the truth about what's happening in this world.
And the reason that I'm motivated to do is because I was once the prodigal son.
I was once lost, living in sin and living in a life that was not leading anywhere.
Not knowing Christ.
Not knowing God in the way that I should.
Anyway, I digress.
I digress.
So, you know, it's Monday, so we're going to have a lot to...
You know, I watched a movie over this weekend, and I want to tell you about it, too, because I've been on a movie kick lately.
I stopped watching pretty much all TV and movies for a while, and I just got on this kick lately where I'm watching all these movies.
And, you know, because I have so many movies I haven't seen, I'm kind of catching up.
And I watched this movie, man, over the weekend that just, two movies in particular, but one movie that had me livid, to say the least, just complete communist propaganda, but it is what it is.
Alright, maybe we'll talk about that later if I remember, and we have time.
President Trump officially imposed tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and China this Saturday after they had ignored his threats.
Trump slapped the tariffs on three countries under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, 25% tariffs on all Mexican imports, 25% tariffs on nearly all Canadian imports, 10% on Canadian energy resources, 10% tariffs on all Chinese imports.
Today I've implemented a 25% tariff on imports from Mexico and Canada, 10% on Canadian energy, and 10% additional tariff on China.
This was done through the International Economic Powers Act because of the major threat of illegal aliens and deadly drugs killing our citizens, including fentanyl.
We need to protect Americans, and it is my duty as president to ensure the safety of all.
I made a promise on my campaign.
To stop the flood of illegal aliens and drugs pouring across our borders and Americans overwhelmingly voted for it.
So this is all happening right now.
Canada has already, Canada and Mexico have already decided to retaliate.
But to give you an idea of the difference, I think the numbers are just wildly one way versus the other.
Canada has retaliated, though, and I will talk about that in a second.
Let's see, here it is.
Canada has announced through, which I thought Justin Trudeau resigned as Prime Minister.
Maybe he announced his resignation and he hasn't officially stepped down yet because they haven't replaced him with anyone.
But as far as I was concerned, Canada had gotten rid of Trudeau, but I guess he's still there somehow, some way.
But anyway, Canada announced first that they are going to now put themselves a 25% tariff on $155 billion worth of American goods with a staggered application in the next three weeks.
Listen to this.
I am announcing Canada will be responding to the U.S. trade action with 25% tariffs against $155 billion worth of American goods.
This will include immediate tariffs on $30 billion worth of goods as of Tuesday, followed by further tariffs on $125 billion worth of American products in 21 days' time to allow Canadian companies and supply chains followed by further tariffs on $125 billion worth of American products in 21 days' time Oh, good old Canada.
Talk about, what is that saying?
You know, cutting off your nose to spite your face?
Like, this is not going to end well for them.
I hope they understand that.
Particularly given the fact that, let's see what the numbers are.
The numbers are crazy.
I'll try to get them all exact, but right now they're proposing a 25% tariff on $155 billion worth of U.S. goods, right?
Now, this is going to be staggered, as he said, but I think that the trade is so lopsided in the other direction.
That it won't even come close to amounting, you know, a dent in what Trump's tariffs are going to amount to for Canada.
But we'll talk about it more when we come back.
Stay tuned.
Just like all of you, I had problems sleeping.
I had tried every pillow out there and nothing worked.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I am your host, Craig James.
Looks like Trump's setting up a meeting to speak with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau today at 3 p.m.
Eastern on the tariff situation.
We're talking about the tariff situation.
I am by no means an economist, so please take everything I say with a grain of salt.
But what I'm hearing right now is that the Midwest and the Rockies Are going to be some of the more heavily affected areas by the imposition of these tariffs.
People are saying that one place you're probably going to see the impact of this is at the pump when you go to fill up your tank because a lot of the refined products and crude oil, etc.
do make their way down here to help make prices a little more sustainable.
So you may be paying a little bit more at the gas station pump.
Alright, well, look, we've been paying more on everything for so long now.
It's kind of, if this is what it takes to get out from under the thumb of these globalist banking cartels who have leveraged us into complete annihilation, then this might be something we have to do.
There are statements released from the White House.
He put out a fact sheet on the tariff situation.
I'll read some of it because it's interesting.
It says, addressing an emergency situation, the extraordinary threat posed by illegal aliens and drugs, including deadly fentanyl, constitutes a national emergency under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
Until the crisis alleviated, Trump, he put out all the outline there, but then he writes this.
In addition, the Mexican drug trafficking organizations have an intolerable alliance with the government of Mexico.
The government of Mexico has afforded the safe havens for the cartels to engage in the manufacturing and transportation of dangerous narcotics, which collectively have led to the overdose deaths of hundreds of thousands of American victims.
It says there is also a growing presence of Mexican cartels operating fentanyl and nut...
Nitazine Synthesis Labs in Canada.
A recent study recognized Canada's heightened domestic production of fentanyl and its growing footprint within international narcotics distribution.
So, the reason for these tariffs is not just because Mexico is coming up with drugs.
Canada is coming up with drugs, too.
And you've got to remember, okay, that we have a sordid past with all this.
The U.S. intervened, and this is all, you can go look this all up, this is all pretty much understood at this point.
The U.S. intervened in Afghanistan for a number of reasons, right?
But one of the reasons they intervened in Afghanistan was to ensure that the world's largest poppy heroin production, growing production, that is, agriculturally, That's where it is.
It's in Afghanistan.
I think it's like 80 or 90% of the world's heroin comes from there.
That it remained, in effect, operational and untouched because that heroin was being, you know, processed and sold into China and into Russia, and that was a form of warfare, similar to what we saw in the Opium Wars of the late...
Late 19th, early 20th century, right?
Well, as an adaptation of the same strategy that we used against them, China has worked with the cartels to manufacture and import fentanyl into the United States to kill our population, to weaken us.
So it's been this...
We, you know, tit for tat, sort of.
We did this to them, now they're doing it to us.
So Trump's coming and trying to stop that.
But a part of stopping that is getting the governments to act to stop it.
Now, how do you get the governments to act to stop it?
Well, they have no incentive.
I mean, Justin Trudeau in Canada has basically all but groveled before the Communist Chinese, saying that they have a great society that he hopes to emulate.
And the Mexican...
Government is basically controlled by the cartels who are working with the Communist Chinese.
So, not to mention how deeply infiltrated Canada is by the Communist Chinese.
I mean, you think it's bad here in America.
It's really bad up there.
And it's also bad in Mexico.
So, we may have to pay more to fight a war against...
Existential forces, outside forces that are seeking to destroy us from within.
So when you hear CNN and Jared Polis and all these other, you know, liberal morons who don't know any, who either know about this and turn a blind eye to it because they're corrupt as the day is long, probably Jared Polis' position, or And not even because he's corrupt.
He's probably just an arrogant, self-serving douchebag.
That's probably the best way to describe...
Jared Polis.
He's an arrogant, self-serving douchebag who doesn't give two flips about you or your community.
He wants to go back to his million-dollar mansion in Boulder and scoff at his little cocktail party about how virtuous he is because he signed a bill into law that made it so you can mutilate your children and kill unborn babies.
We're so much better than these knuckle-dragging Neanderthals.
That's where he stands.
And CNN, they may be more nefarious at heart, I think.
But regardless, they've sold us out.
They don't care.
So now they're opportunistically saying, well, prices are going to get more expensive.
How do we extract political capital from this crisis that is really...
A byproduct of a war that's been waged against the American people for decades.
And of course, in the most opportunistic way, here we are, here we are, with them.
Prices are going to get more expensive and it's all Trump's fault.
Really?
Do you want to extrapolate on the whole geopolitical, you know, situation here that we're dealing with?
No, it's just things are more expensive.
It's Trump's fault.
Get him out of office now so we can...
Put more legislation through to take your right to speech, take your right to protect yourself, your right to bear arms, take away your children's right to not be molested in public at drag queen shows, and make sure that parents can just experiment on their children with mutilation and torture them and abuse them and so on, and make sure that all these women can go out and murder babies in masks.
So that, you know, we can just get rid of entire generations before they even can get out of the womb.
I think this, I mean, I know this is hyperbolic, but when you look at it from that perspective, how can you not think that there is evil running this country?
At least half of it, the half that wants all those things.
Anyway.
Somebody texted in and said, we don't need Canadian beer or hockey sticks, so we're not going to get hurt by tariffs from Canada.
Yeah, I mean, I think that that's funny and true.
But, yeah, that was another thing.
Chuck Schumer was like, your guacamole and your beer are going to get more expensive before Stupid Bowl Sunday.
It's like, thanks, Chuck.
Why don't you go back and deal with the investigation you're under right now for, you know, inciting a violent mob against Supreme Court justices.
That, to me, but there is, I think, you know, we may have to pay a little more at the pump.
Groceries may get a little bit more expensive.
But that's so we don't have to exploit slave labor.
Or we don't choose to exploit slave labor, even though the leftists are all for slavery now.
And not a strange term of events, because they've always been in favor of it.
Since the 1800s!
It says, Trudeau resigned as Liberal Party leader.
He is still Prime Minister.
I meant to tell you, unconfirmed bot, TJ. So our unconfirmed bot, which I don't know, might be confirmed bot, Canada.
Yeah, might be confirmed, but we're not sure on that.
Telling us that he resigned as a Liberal Party leader.
Okay, got it.
Still Prime Minister.
But I think he's up there going to replace him.
Anyway, stay tuned.
We're coming back after the break.

And I would like to encourage everyone to make sure they are prepared financially as the Federal Reserve continues to destroy the value of the dollar.
Since the closing of the gold window in 1971, the Federal Reserve has led the way in the explosion of debt and the devaluing of your money.
They openly say that they need 2% inflation, which simply means they hope to devalue your money, and they want to do this every single year, year after year.
I know it's hard to understand, but the Federal Reserve believes in prosperity through debt and growth via the devaluation of your future.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I am your host, Craig James.
And it looks like we have a caller.
Why don't we just bring him on.
Caller, you're on the air.
What do you got for us today?
Well, I was listening to an interview with a guy that replaced Trudeau.
And he is a very conservative Christian.
sounds a lot like Trump.
I'm extremely excited, positive, or, you know...
Yeah, I believe his name is Pierre Polivier.
I can't say his name, so that's why I never say it, because I can't pronounce it.
But that's the guy, yeah.
Yeah, and so I think when he gets in...
But I think that's going to make a huge difference.
I think you're right.
I think you're right.
And as our unconfirmed but possibly confirmed bot friend...
Texted in.
There's going to be a new election, it looks like, in Canada.
So the resigning party leader is coming up on this new election.
So yeah, he may be replacing Justin Trudeau.
It would be great if Pierre got in there.
I mean, he's the closest thing to Trump we're going to get out of Canada.
You know, he's sort of like Trump if he were Canadian, which is just basically he's polite.
You know, it says A in a boot a lot.
But that's, yeah, good point, good point.
Thanks for calling.
You got anything else?
Nope, that was it.
Just a step in the right direction, though.
All right, brother.
We always enjoy the calls.
We'll keep them coming in.
We'll talk to you later.
God bless.
All right, so that's interesting.
Another text came in and said, follow the money.
How much do governors and sanctuary states have in the bank?
I'll bet they're getting some kickbacks somewhere.
I bet, I mean, that's probably true in some cases, but I would bet that people like Polis are so high off of their own...
Fumes, I've said that before, High On Jacob, their own Jacob, that they are literally, they just like, it's all about virtue.
Like, if virtue was a currency, Jared Polis would sell his soul to the devil for it, right?
Which it is kind of a currency, and he probably already has some arrangement there, but I won't speculate on that.
That's between him and God, that's not for me to say.
Like, that's what...
I think some of these people, honestly, I think they are just...
They would...
I mean, they would essentially sell themselves for anything, any level of, you know, to get into the social circles, to be treated as, you know, sort of the virtuous person.
I mean, they literally get high of that, and they need it too, right?
Because when you live a lifestyle that's so far away from God, that's so, you know, against God...
You then have to rely on the things of this world to find fulfillment, to fill that void that exists in all of us when we're devoid of a relationship with God.
And when you're living in the way like, you know, these people like Polis and others probably do, they have to fill that void with something.
So they fill it with all of the things that are of this world, which, you know, it's like pouring, you know...
A bottle of water into a giant pit.
I mean, it's not going to do anything.
It's never going to fill that void that exists because you need God.
So that's what I see.
Somebody texted in and said, Canada needs to elect a new governor before they join the United States of America.
This one, Justin Castro, is not a good leader.
Yeah, I know.
I mean, people have said Justin Trudeau may or may not be the bastard son of Fidel Castro, which...
I think he is.
I think Castro, it couldn't be more clear that Castro, Fidel Castro had an affair with Justin's mother and that's how he came into this world and that's how these people work, man.
They're all really sick.
I mean, please, trust me when I say that these people are really sick, especially the ones who've been running the show for a while, like the Trudeaus and all that.
But yeah.
Yeah, and that's another thing.
Trump's come out again and said Canada needs to become the 51st state, which as long as Canada, like, here's my problem with that scenario.
As long as Canada doesn't upset the balance of our, you know, government, right?
Like, it's so slim right now that, I mean, it's like making Washington, D.C. a state.
It's just going to be a liberal state.
It's going to vote Liberal.
It's going to vote, you know, Democrat.
Would that be the case with Canada?
I mean, if we make them the 51st state, is that going to upset things?
Plus, this all brings us back to the North American Union, which is what the globalists have wanted for a very long time is to have the world basically apportioned into economic zones, greater economic zones.
And they wanted the North American economic zone, the South American economic zone, where you get rid of borders and you bring in these global economic entities, which then are more exploitable on a global governance scale, et cetera, et cetera.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I'm not a fan of that, though.
Can't we just take the good parts of Canada?
Like, honestly, do we really need Quebec?
I don't want Quebec.
I'll take Canada if we can, like, carve out, like, we don't want Toronto, we don't want Quebec, you know, 50-50 on some of the other, you know, places.
Definitely don't want Ottawa.
But we'll take the Western region.
For sure.
Like, I'll take all the Western, you know, Saskatchewan and all that.
I'll take all that for sure.
Like, just give us the good part of Canada is what I'm saying.
Just, like, the part that continues up into the West.
I mean, all the stuff around the Great Lakes, they can keep.
We don't really want that.
Just give that to France or something.
I mean, Quebec already basically belongs to France.
So just, you know, let's carve up Canada, right?
How about that?
No, let's leave Quebec as like an independent state.
That's good.
I actually like that idea.
Because that way, all the Quebecks will just leave us alone.
Because they are the most insufferable people you'll ever deal with in your life.
If you've never dealt with people from Quebec, and I'm not saying everybody in Quebec's bad, because I'm sure there are conservatives there, maybe.
Mostly, they're insufferable.
I used to deal with Quebecians.
I don't know how you say that.
I used to work when I was younger in high school and college.
I worked a bunch of jobs, and I used to work.
One of them was at a golf course, and the Quebec people would come down in the winter and play golf, and they were just cheap, insufferable, arrogant, mostly.
I mean, some of them were nice.
Anyway, stay tuned.
We're coming back.
Any major disaster, especially weather-related, when the power goes out, can cause people to suddenly panic.

I'm your host, Craig James.
Having a bit of a laugh here, you know?
Because it can't all be doom and gloom.
And honestly, you've got to be able to laugh at some of this stuff.
As dark as it seems, it is...
If you don't laugh, you know, I mean, laughter is important in life, even if it's somewhat inappropriate at times, you know, when you're talking about some of these subjects.
But truly, you have to have some of that in your life.
Otherwise, you know, life is just too dark, you know, too depressing.
And there are plenty of things to laugh at, like, you know, how these people operate in some regards, not all.
Most aren't funny, but there are some points at which it's rather amusing, even as destructive as it may be.
Anyway, our good friend Henry texted in and said, 1984, Animal Farm, The Hunger Games, Atlas Shrugged, Minority Port, all playing out in real time.
God has used various means along with his prophets to warn us, and still society as a whole refuses his love and guidance.
A loving father waits for his children with open arms.
I couldn't have said it better myself, to be quite honest.
I think literally those couple sentences there encapsulate exactly where we're at.
Both from a real-world perspective and sort of a metaphysical, spiritual perspective and how those overlap and intertwine.
Yeah, I think that's essentially it.
It's like nail on the head there.
We're living out all these dystopic Sci-fi plots.
And meanwhile, God is saying, hey, you know, this has all been told.
This has all been written.
This is all, you know, we knew this was coming.
And here we are.
So, let's return to God.
How about that?
I mean, that's like the simplest way to fix a lot of stuff.
We go to these people, and they reject God, so they make their choice, and they're going to suffer the consequences for their choice.
But those of us who can and will, let's go back to God.
Let's go back to God.
That's my opinion.
As a nation, as a people, let's go back to God.
Let's follow His Son, our Lord.
Let the Holy Spirit come into our lives and push us and move us.
Let's do that.
I think it's a great idea because it's what I believe.
All right, let's just go through a couple other notes on all this.
Trudeau responds, Trump tariffs.
The CEO of Canada's second largest company slams Trudeau says Trump's demands are things that every Canadian wants its government to do.
Yeah, but the government wants to destroy Canada, so what do you mean?
Of course they don't want.
They're like, oh no, we're not having that.
You know, like stopping the drugs coming in and, you know, getting on board with pushing back against China and Chinese communist influence.
You know, not...
Restricting free speech.
I mean, Canada is almost as bad as the UK. And the UK is almost as bad as, you know, every tin pot dictatorship throughout the Middle East.
And that's almost as bad as China and how they run things.
So it's all interconnected.
Anyway, we have more.
We do.
I promise.
We have much more.
Stay tuned.

Now, I want to take you guys over and go to Pastor Miller, Dean Miller, from Front Range Baptist Church here in Fort Collins, Colorado, and his sermon from this last Sunday.
Let's listen.
That song says, I was called by name.
You know, there are only eight verses in the Bible that tell where everything in the universe came from.
And yet there are chapters, lengthy chapters, that are filled with names.
And when I'm trying to read my Bible through in a year, I'm always a little discouraged by all those names.
I always tell the Lord, you probably could have put a little bit more in there about all the creation.
But you just said, oh, I made those stars also.
But let me tell you about all these people.
And I came to realize one day that God likes to write names in His book.
And that God knows my name.
And I'm recorded.
Thank God I'm recorded in His book, aren't you?
And I'm thankful that the Lord likes to write names in His book.
There are people in the Bible, I have no idea who they were, but God knew who they were, and He put His name down.
He put their name down and recorded it in His eternal book.
This was a person who lived, this is what they did, and they died.
And maybe nobody would ever know, but God knows, and God knows you today.
And so we're going to be thinking about what God wants to do with your life, and specifically in the power of your tongue.
And we're going to look at that today.
Colossians chapter 4. In Paul's writings, Paul always, in every epistle that Paul wrote, he begins the epistle with really strong doctrine.
He tells you the truth of God and the doctrinal teaching behind it.
So, in this book that we've been preaching through, the doctrine that Paul's been giving us is that Jesus Christ is all, in all, Now listen to me.
Sometimes we talk doctrine and it just goes right over everybody.
We just pass over it.
Our eyes kind of glaze over.
But it's very important because Paul's going to go from doctrinal to practical.
And he's going to teach us the truth about...
God and His Word and the Lord Jesus Christ.
And He's going to show us what that looks like in your shoes, in your bedroom, at your house, and at your job, and in your relationships.
And the truth of God needs to be transferred into the life that we live.
Listen, it's one thing to know it.
It's another thing to show it.
And many people were telling...
The church of Colossae, these new Christians, they were telling them, oh listen, Jesus is a wonderful place to start.
But Paul was telling them, he's not the starting place.
Only, he is the author, but he's the finisher.
He's not just the beginning of this new life.
He is the alpha, but he's the omega.
Jesus Christ is all in all.
Everybody with me on that?
And listen, listen, I've said this many times before, but the Christian life is not difficult.
It's worse than that.
It's impossible.
To live the Christian life is impossible.
You say, what do you mean?
Well, there's only one person who's ever lived the Christian life.
And if I'm going to live that life, and you're going to live that life, it's going to require him to live that life in us.
And so we learned in chapters 1 and 2, the doctrinal foundation that God would take sinners and redeem them through his Son.
Put His Son in them.
Let His Son live in them.
And make Jesus everything.
He is the Redeemer.
He is the Creator.
He is the Head of the Church.
He is all in all and in you all.
And He wants to live His life through us all.
Everybody with me on that?
Okay.
If you're with me, just kind of shake your head up now.
Every once in a while, let me know you're awake now.
Now, Paul said, okay, that's a wonderful truth, isn't it?
Isn't that a wonderful truth?
And how did we get all of that?
How did we get redemption and forgiveness and Christ living in us?
Christ in you, the hope of glory.
How did we get all of that?
Through our righteousness?
No.
We got that through our forgiveness.
We got that through being born again.
We came to Jesus Christ by faith and through faith and grace we were saved.
Not of ourselves.
It's the gift of God.
Listen, I'm not earning my salvation.
I'm enjoying my salvation.
I am saved.
And it's a wonderful thing to be saved.
Now, what Paul said was, okay, now you got all this for free.
But there is a price that comes with it.
And what that is, is to let Christ live his life out in you.
To make him known through you.
God wants to make Christ known through you.
And so he talked about how that looks in our homes.
Hey, husbands, this is what Christ looks like in your home and in your marriage.
Hey, wives, this is how Christ looks in your marriage as a wife.
Hey, parents, this is how Christ looks in your parenting.
Hey, children, this is how Christ looks in your obedience.
Hey, boss, this is how your life, this is how Christ looks in your life as an employer.
Hey, employees, this is how Christ looks in your life when you go to work.
And so Paul gets right down to brass tacks where we live.
Listen, you're no better of a Christian than you are at home.
You're no better of a Christian than you are at work.
And so there's a great hypocrisy that happens in the Christian life when we come in here and we live one way and we go out there and live another way.
And so Paul is talking about how we are to show Christ.
And one of the greatest ways to do it is with the tongue.
And Paul is going to talk about it.
Look at it.
Verse number 2 of chapter 4. Continue in prayer.
And watch in the same with thanksgiving, with all praying also for us that God would open unto us a door of this prison.
Is that what he prayed?
No!
That God would open unto us a door of utterance that we may speak the mysteries of Christ for which I am also in bonds.
That I may make it manifest, make it known as I ought to speak.
walk in wisdom toward them that are without redeeming the time let your speech be all way with grace seasoned with salt that ye may know how you ought to answer every man now this is an incredible passage scripture on the power of the tongue Oh.
And if we're going to harness the power of the tongue, let me tell you something, church.
I told you last week.
Where it starts, if you want to use the tongue, the tongue has in it the power to kill.
or the power to give life.
It has the power to destroy or the power to build up.
It is a little fire that can burn down a forest or it is a little fire that can bring power and energy and effect.
In the other person.
Your tongue is a poison or your tongue is a healing.
And so what you say and how you say what you say is vitally important.
It is the power.
James said that we ought to be slow to speak and swift to hear.
We need to guard the tongue.
The tongue is an evil.
It is set on fire of hell.
Listen, that tongue is so unruly and so evil and has so much hell in it that God had to bathe it in saliva, put it behind two bars of ivory and seal the door of the lips and say, be careful when you let that thing out because there's fire in that tongue.
And boy, I've seen marriages destroyed.
I've seen children destroyed.
I've seen churches destroyed.
I've seen people wounded.
As little children, we sang on the playground, sticks and stones can break my bones, but words will never hurt me.
And as adults, we all walk around and say, I'd rather you hit me with a stick than to say what you said.
You crushed me with what you said.
And so, the tongue is powerful.
And the Bible says that if we can control the tongue, we have rule over the whole body.
Alright, we're coming back.
Stay tuned.

This is the Constitutional Medicine Man inviting you to join me Saturdays at 2 p.m.
for my show, Constitutional Medicine, right here on AM 1360. That's Saturday at 2 p.m.
right here on AM 1360. Welcome
back to Just Form Talk Radio.
We're going right back to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon from Front Range Baptist Church here in Fort Collins, Colorado.
If you want to be the Christian that you ought to be, it starts with the tongue.
And Paul said, if you're going to effectually use your tongue, I told you last week, the first thing that you're going to do is you're going to give that tongue in prayer.
Now let me just reiterate a couple things.
The gift of speech is an amazing gift.
The fact that God gave you as a human being an intellect, That can think.
That can imagine.
That can gather together and accumulate knowledge and facts.
That it can understand and be enlightened that you have this amazing thing, the power of thought.
But what good would that be without the gift of speech to articulate what you have up here?
Listen.
We get to be able to convey thought through a spoken word.
I can give you amazing thoughts and in-depth insight and illuminate things through the power and the gift of speech.
But not only thought and intellect and knowledge, but I can convey emotion.
I can convey love.
I can convey joy.
I can convey with the spoken word.
Now listen, what a gift that is.
And with that gift comes great responsibility.
And if you want to use that gift the right way, the first way to use your tongue is in prayer.
Give your gift of speech to God.
I said this last week.
For you to have the gift of speech and not speak to God is an insult to God.
God has given you the ability to articulate, the ability to convey thought and emotion.
You can formulate ideas and thoughts and wisdom and knowledge and you can express that.
And then God has opened the doors of heaven and invited you into his throne room to talk to him.
And a believer who neglects the gift of prayer.
We'll misuse the gift of speech.
So God said, pray.
Continually pray.
Be always in tune with God.
Speak to the Lord in prayer.
Gratitude, praise, honor, request.
Make your request known to God.
What's heavy on your heart today?
Are you going to post about it or are you going to pray about it?
What's a problem in your life?
Are you going to complain about it or are you going to...
Pray about it.
Are you going to take problems of life and crush your spouse and your children with your pressures, or are you going to go to God and give them to Him?
Listen, if you want to use your tongue right, first of all, use it in prayer.
Everybody got that?
Pray.
But the second thing to use your tongue right is found in how we make known the Word of God.
How we make known the Word of God.
So the first way we use our tongue is in prayer.
The second way we make our tongue useful is making known the Word of God.
Being able to use the Word.
Look at what he says in verse number 3. He said, pray for us that God would open unto us a door of utterance.
To speak the mysteries of Christ, for which I'm also in bonds, that I may make it manifest as I ought to speak.
He said, listen, God gave me a mystery of Christ.
And that mystery is the church.
It's the joining of Jews and Gentiles in one body.
This beautiful thing of an organization that's more than just an organization.
It's a living organism that is espoused to Jesus Christ.
This church that can make Him known.
And the doctrines of that church, the truths of that church, the order of that church, the function of that church.
The things that church needs to know and to abide by and to organize with and to proclaim all of those truths in this mystery of Christ.
Pray that God will give me a way to speak that as I ought to speak it so that God's people are edified.
Paul did speak it.
You want to read about what Paul said to other Christians about the church?
Read Ephesians, read Philippians, read Colossians, read Galatians, read 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, read the book of Titus, read the book of Philemon.
God had given Paul the ability to express the mysteries of Christ and Paul gave himself to that.
He used his words to communicate the mysteries of Christ.
Now I want to just say something.
Church, listen to me.
The Bible says in verse number 4 that I may make it manifest.
I may make it known as I ought to speak.
Let me tell you, every Christian has a responsibility to communicate the truths of God with other believers.
You have a responsibility to talk to other believers about...
The Word of God and help, listen, in your life and in your home and in your ministry and in your tongue, make the Word of God come to life.
Too many times, listen, too many times, the Word of God is just out here in abstract.
It's a theory.
It's a theology.
It's a study.
No, no, no, no, no.
It's a life.
My job and my ministry and calling as a Christian, not just a pastor, but as a Christian, is to take all the truths of God, put them into my life, and then be able to express them to other believers that edifies them and strengthens them and builds them up and makes the truth of God's Word come to life.
Have you ever met a believer that could do that?
Have you ever met a believer that could take the Word of God and put flesh and bone on it and let you see what that looks like?
I've met them.
And man, they're a rare breed.
You have an obligation to that.
To speak the truth of God to other believers.
Now why would we need to do that?
Listen to what Psalm 22, verse 22 said.
Listen to what the psalmist said.
I will declare thy name unto my brethren.
He said, God, I'm going to tell people who know you about you.
I'm going to declare your name among my brethren in the midst of the congregation while I praise thee.
I'm going to go to all the people who already know you and I'm going to talk about you and praise you in that congregation.
Why?
Why?
Because of what it does for each other, the edification and the encouragement and the strength that we get when we communicate the truth of God's word to each other.
In Psalm 35, in verse 18, I will give thee thanks in the great congregation.
I will praise thee among much people.
In Psalm 40, verse number 9, I have preached righteousness in the great congregation.
Lo, I have not refrained my lips, O Lord, thou knowest.
He said, listen, I went to your people and I preached to them about the righteousness of you.
And by the way, he was not the preacher.
He was just a believer.
David said, I'd rather be the doorkeeper in the house of God than be the king of Israel.
I wish that I could be in full-time ministry, but I'm a king.
But as a king, when I go to the congregation, I'm going to declare the righteousness of God to the congregation.
Now listen, this is so vitally important, church.
So much of our communication with other believers is frivolous.
So much of our communication is not filled with the Word of God and with truth of God.
And listen, I want to tell you something.
The church is damaged by that.
I'm not even talking about when we have negative conversations.
I'm just talking about when our conversations are void of God's truth.
Do you know there are some times that you're talking to another believer that needs to hear a word from God from you?
But because we have not been communicating with God, and like Paul said in chapter 3, because God's word is not dwelling in us richly, our conversation is now void of God's truth and His word.
And because of that, we have a frivolous, empty conversation with somebody.
It's vain.
It's empty.
It's wind.
It's just breath.
We just talk about the weather.
When somebody needed a word from God, from me, from you.
But because we haven't been in communication with Him, and His word is not communicating in us, it doesn't come out in our communication with each other.
And because of that, the church is not strengthened.
The church is not edified.
Now, I'm not telling you today that every time we talk to each other, we just got to quote scripture verses.
That would be a terrible way to have to, you know, go to church and the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
That's beautiful to quote scripture.
We ought to quote scripture, but listen to me.
That's not what I'm saying.
I'm saying this.
I'm saying that we ought to be so in tune with God and His words so in our heart that when we communicate to each other, we cannot help but express His thoughts and His word and His truth to each other.
And the psalmist said, when I go to the congregation, listen, you know what your wife needs for you sometimes?
She needs to hear from God through you.
Your husband needs to hear from God through you.
Your children need to hear from God through you.
And if they're going to hear from God through us, God better be hearing from us.
And we better be hearing from Him.
And so, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth...
Everybody wake up a little bit.
Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth...
We don't tame our tongues because we haven't put our tongues...
To use in speaking to Him and Him speaking to us so that we can speak to others about Him.
If you were to go to England today, on a little windswept hillside in England, there's a little country churchyard.
And there's a few little tombs in that churchyard.
And they're old.
They're ancient.
And there's one that bears an epitaph.
It's not easy to be seen unless you really stoop over it and kind of move some grass.
You've got to really look because it's faded.
But in the faint etchings of that little tombstone on the hillsides of England, you will read these words.
Beneath this stone, a lump of clay, lies Arabella Young, who on the 24th of May began to hold her tongue.
On the 24th of May, she finally held her tongue.
Thank you.
Now, and I don't know that lady, but I'll tell you this.
Apparently, she did a lot of damage with her mouth.
And she did not communicate things that edified and built up.
And if you don't want that epitaph, If you don't want people to say, well finally, they can no longer hurt anybody with their tongue.
Let me tell you how you not do that.
Spend time talking with the Lord.
Let God fill His heart with your word and you communicate that word.
The truth of God's word.
Listen, this is not original with me.
I came across it many years ago and I put it in the fly leaf of several of my Bibles.
I've got it in a little card in my desk and I look at it often.
It's an acronym for the word THINK. And I think it would be good, every one of us would be well served, to think before we speak.
Think before you speak.
What is the acronym?
T. Ask yourself, is it true?
Before you say something to somebody, ask yourself, is it true?
Let me tell you how you can always tell someone's about to say something dishonest.
They're going to start the conversation with, have you heard?
Let me just remind you that if you're really quick on the breaking news, a lie will circle the world before truth is tied up his boots.
And normally what comes to you first is not true.
That's why you have to be very careful when you watch the news and it's breaking news and everybody's rushing out to tell you what happened.
Usually they got little pieces and bits of it right, but after time goes on, we'll learn more about the crash.
We'll learn more about what happened there.
Time will tell.
Listen, listen, listen.
Be careful about just rushing to say something until you know it's true.
Is it true?
H. Is it helpful?
Is it helpful?
Before you speak, ask yourself, is this helpful?
is what I'm about to say helpful maybe you're helping one of your kids with their homework and And you're frustrated.
By the way, that was always the challenge for me.
When I wanted to get aggravated, it was when I was trying to tell them that Johnny had 11 apples and Susie, that little thief, took four.
And how many does Johnny have?
17. Why are you saying 17?
And they're looking at me with this fear.
And I'm looking at them like, why are you not getting this?
How can you not see that Sally has ripped off Johnny?
These four apples.
And he had 11, but she's got four.
How many does he have?
26. I don't know what you're saying.
Now listen, I might want to say, why are you being ignorant?
But that wasn't helpful.
Now was it true?
Well, sure, it's true.
They're ignorant of how to do mathematics.
But me calling them ignorant wasn't going to help them.
Alright, we're coming back.
Stay tuned.

I'm your host, Craig James.
Let's go back to Pastor Dee Miller and his sermon from Front Range Baptist Church here in Fort Collins, Colorado.
I wasn't there to display their ignorance.
I was there to help them not be ignorant and overcome that by teaching them.
So I have to be careful what I say.
What I may say may be true, but the way I say it may not be helpful.
I don't know why moms do this all the time, but moms are always a little bit slow on the helpfulness.
Kid runs to the house, hits his head on the cabinet.
Bam!
Careful!
Well, that was good, but it would have been helpful 30 seconds ago!
Now, listen.
Is it true?
Is it helpful?
I? And then I. Is it inspiring?
Is what I'm going to say going to inspire you or is it going to crush you?
Is this going to inspire your spirit or is it going to crush your spirit?
Letter N, is it necessary?
Hey, that'd be a great question for you to ask before you start talking to someone.
Maybe you know something that's true.
Maybe you have some truth about somebody else, but is it really necessary for you to bring that up to this person?
Do you know oftentimes what happens?
A lot of times we say things that should be said, but we say them to the wrong person.
So there's something going on in the church.
And instead of going to the pastor and saying, hey, pastor, can you help me understand this?
No, we go to somebody else and we say, hey, this is going on.
And that person said, yeah, I've noticed that too.
And then all of a sudden there's a fire going on that somebody who could fix it doesn't know about it.
And so I'm just simply saying, You need to ask yourself, is this necessary?
Is this necessary for this person to know?
Do you know if you've got negative news about somebody else, is it really going to help this other person, inspire them?
Is it necessary for them to know that?
So think before you speak.
Is it true?
Is it helpful?
Is it inspiring?
Is it necessary?
And then, is it kind?
Is it kind?
I can say truthful things in an unkind way.
I can say necessary things in an unkind way.
But I want to tell you something.
If you can speak truth and you can help somebody, you're going to have to say it kindly.
The Bible talks about the law of kindness governing your tongue.
Say things in a kind way.
You know Jesus, the Lord Jesus, the Bible says of him that he had gracious words.
Jesus could cut your heart with his words.
In a way that drew you to Him.
And there's just a kindness, truth and love.
And listen to me, church, I want to tell you something.
We're missing out.
Our marriages, listen to me, our marriages are flat.
And there's something missing.
And it's because we're not communicating the Word of God to each other.
We're not communicating the truths and the principles of God's word in our marriages.
We're not speaking life.
Listen, the Bible says that Jesus' words are full of life.
And when you speak those words into something, you're speaking life into something.
Speak the life into your children.
Speak life into other believers.
Listen, we've got to learn to communicate the Word of God, but if you're going to communicate the Word of God, you've got to be in communication with God, and His Word has got to be in your heart, communicating with you, and then you speak, and you can make known the mysteries of God as you ought to speak.
Everybody with me on that?
You know, when I talk about things like this, a lot of believers, it goes right over your head because many of us believe, well, the preacher's got to talk about the Word of God.
You've got to preach the Word of God, and we've got to hear the Word of God.
And that's true.
But why do we hear the Word of God?
We hear the Word of God so it fills our hearts, so we can speak the Word of God.
And we've got to learn to communicate the Word of God to one another.
Number two.
How do we harness the power of our tongue?
Last week I said prayer.
Today, I said first of all, by communicating the Word of God to each other.
Making known the Word of God.
And number two, watch this.
Look at verse number five.
Walk in wisdom.
To them that are without.
That's the unsaved.
Why are they without?
They're without Christ.
They're without salvation.
They're without hope.
They're outside the church.
Speak, walk in wisdom to those who are without.
redeeming the time, let your speech be all the way with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how you ought to answer every man.
All right, church, how do we harness the power of the tongue?
I'm in communication with God.
I'm in communication about God to other believers.
Now, I need to be in communication to the lost.
And I need to witness to the lost.
How do you harness the power of your tongue?
Use your tongue to communicate the gospel to the lost.
How do we speak to those who are without?
Paul says, first of all, I want you to understand, before you talk, walk.
Walk.
In wisdom.
What is Paul saying?
Your walk is your behavior.
Your walk is your lifestyle.
Your walk is your manner of living.
And Paul said, before you ever open your mouth to unsaved people to talk, you better make sure that you have the walk.
Why?
Because your walk talks louder than your talk talks.
Oh, your talk talks, but your walk talks.
And the walk talks louder than the talk talks.
Because people will see what you do, and what you do will either enforce or undermine what you say.
Parents, we do this all the time.
This is one of the reasons why kids grow up in a Christian school, in a Christian academy, in a Christian church, in a Christian youth group, in a Christian family, and they grow up and they get 18, and they walk away from church.
You know why?
Because they heard a lot of talk, but they saw a lot of uncertain walks.
We talked about forgiveness, but we didn't demonstrate it with each other.
We talked about holiness, but we didn't demonstrate it with each other.
We talked about the truth of God, but we didn't live it out with each other.
We came to church and heard the word of God on Sunday, but that had really nothing to do with how we lived at our house on Monday.
And no matter what we talked about, our walk, parents talked about being Christian parents, but then they fought like cats and dogs at home.
Listen to me.
Your talk talks, but your walk talks louder than your talk talks.
So Paul said, hey, you want to know something?
The world is looking at you.
People without are looking at us, and they're watching how we live.
And if we don't live in wisdom, then we'll never have the opportunity to speak.
So walk in wisdom.
Philippians 1.27, Paul said, he said, now let your conversation, let your lifestyle, Be as it becometh the gospel.
What does that mean, as it becometh the gospel?
That old Victorian language.
Here's what he said.
He said, let your behavior beautify the gospel.
There are certain times, almost every day really, Michelle will walk out after she's gotten ready and I'll say, I may not say this out loud every day, but I've said it many times before and I think it, but that dress is very becoming on you.
That's becoming.
That fits you.
That matches your beauty.
That draws your beauty out.
That enhances your beauty.
It's becoming.
And Paul said, that's how your behavior ought to be with the gospel.
It ought to draw it out.
It ought to match it and make it adorned.
It ought to be becoming the gospel.
If we're saved by the gospel, then we ought to demonstrate the gospel by how we live.
You know, I hear people all the time talk about, you know, we don't need lifestyle evangelism, we need confrontational evangelism.
And I say amen to that.
But you can never have confrontational evangelism until you have lifestyle evangelism.
There was a preacher many years ago, his name was Dr. Will Houghton.
He pastored a great church up in upstate New York, and then he was asked to come and lead Moody Bible, and he pastored there, and then he went to Atlanta to pastor a large Baptist church in Atlanta.
When he got to that church, a businessman in that church hired a private investigator to follow Dr. Houghton everywhere he went for six weeks.
He said, I want you to find any kind of dirt you can on that man.
He's a businessman in the church.
Hired an unsaved PI to follow the pastor around for six weeks to dig up any dirt.
After six weeks, the PI came back to the businessman.
And he said, after thoroughly examining Dr. Houghton's life, everything in his life matches what he preaches.
And he said, and because of that, I talked with him and I've given my heart and life to Jesus Christ.
Now I want to tell you, what he was doing was, he was living a life that was becoming of the gospel.
Alright, we're coming back.
Stay tuned.

Sooner or later, God, I'll cut you down.
Listen, the world needs to see Christians who are walking in wisdom.
In other words, don't do anything that would make sharing the gospel difficult.
Don't kick the neighbor's dog and then invite them to church.
That kind of got quiet in here when I said that.
I hope we don't have a lot of dog kickers in here.
You know, we yell at our neighbor, your tree's hanging over my yard!
And then they see us go to church on Sunday.
You ought to go to church too, you heathen.
You'll learn how to trim your trees.
Be good to your neighbor.
Well, let me tell you something.
How are you going to share the gospel with that person?
Hey, Christian, in our world today, let me put it differently.
Most of us never interact with our neighbors, so let me just put it in where we live.
If somebody read your social media feed and started it when you began to post on Facebook and begin to read through all of your social media feed, would there be enough gospel in there for them to be saved?
Would there be enough things in there about Jesus for them to know who he is?
And, and, is there anything in there that would contradict the gospel?
They would say, well, that post doesn't really match that post.
Listen, what he's saying is, you better walk in wisdom to them that are without, so that they can, before they ever hear of Jesus from you, they can see Jesus with you.
Walking in wisdom.
Everybody got that?
Shake your head down if you got that, alright?
Walk in wisdom.
Why?
Because how I walk is going to affect how I talk.
My life will shut my lips.
If I'm living hypocritically, if I go to work and I've got an anger problem at work or I'm lazy at work, I'm going to have a hard time sharing the gospel with my coworkers.
Your lips will be closed by your life or your lips will be empowered by your life.
So, walk in wisdom.
Now notice what he says about witnessing and sharing the gospel.
So now we've got our lifestyle.
We're walking in wisdom so they can see Christ.
It becomes the gospel.
Now watch this.
Look at the next thing he says.
Walk in wisdom for them that are without.
Redeeming the time.
Now what does that mean, redeeming the time?
It means buying up the opportunity.
It means capitalizing on the opportunity.
So many of us walk by opportunities.
I get so frustrated with Christians sometimes.
God gives you an open door for the gospel and we just walk right past it.
There's a lot of Christians that if somebody walked up to you and said, what must I do to be saved?
You'd think, is this an opportunity to share the gospel?
Many years ago, I was 16 years old.
It was on a Saturday night, 2 o'clock in the morning.
The phone rang in the house.
My dad had to preach the next morning and I just popped out of bed.
And I grabbed the phone real quick because I didn't want dad to be disturbed.
I grabbed the phone and my dad grabbed the phone.
We both said hello at the same time.
Hello.
And this man on the other end began to...
Berate my dad.
You blankety-blank, no good.
And just started cursing and swearing and just foul language.
I mean, just horrible.
Saturday night, 2 o'clock in the morning, I just heard click from my dad.
And I said, Hey!
And the guy got quiet.
And I said, My father is the greatest Christian I know.
And how dare you call him on a Saturday night?
He's been laboring this week and counseling this week and studying this week, had funerals this week, and he's got to get up tomorrow and preach.
And on Saturday night, two in the morning, you call him and wake him up and disturb him.
I want to tell you something right now, my friend.
You're on your way to a devil's hell.
And I said, you call a pastor on a Saturday night?
Try to mess with his mind.
You're a minister of Satan.
And you know where ministers of Satan go?
They go to hell.
And the guy said, I don't want to go to hell.
Well, that's where you're going, buddy.
My father's a good man.
He's loved people all week.
He's helped people all week.
He's just trying to get a little bit of sleep.
And a slime ball of Satan calls him like you did tonight.
And you're hungry.
Listen to me.
Hell isn't hot enough.
It's not deep enough.
It's not dark enough.
There's wailing and gnashing of teeth and that's where you're going.
I don't want to go to hell.
Well, guess what, buddy?
That's where you're going.
And I looked up and my dad was standing in the door.
My dad said, give me the phone.
He said, sir, that was my son.
And I apologize.
He's got a lot of zeal and little knowledge.
God loves you, sir.
And I want to tell you how you can go to heaven.
And I watched my father at 2 o'clock in the morning hold that phone and share the gospel with that man.
That man trusted Christ.
And guess who was in church the next day?
And guess who was ashamed to talk to him?
I had an opportunity and I didn't buy it up.
God has given you opportunities.
God has put people right in your path and situation.
And there's even sometimes a nudge of the Holy Spirit to say, hey, you better say something here.
And you can share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Walk in with wisdom, and listen, redeem the time.
I've tried to learn from that.
I've prayed, God, give me opportunities, and may I be sensitive to those opportunities.
I was telling you, I think I told you a little bit about this a little while back.
I sat on a plane next to a guy, and I mean, he was a scroungy-looking guy.
And we got to talking, and he...
He was the largest, he was the owner, CEO of the largest manufacturer and distributor of marijuana gummies in the southeast.
His company was making like $22 million a month.
And this guy had told me, you know, how he had been in jail and his life had been a mess.
He was the only one in his family that was going to get to go to college.
He had a college scholarship in computer science.
And one night he was running marijuana in a motorcycle and was doing 90 and laid the bike down and got hurt and got arrested and got a felony and lost his scholarship to the University of Tennessee.
And while he was at home convalescing and trying to recover, he got an idea.
I'm just going to go travel the world and travel the country.
And so he went out to Texas and then he came to Colorado and he ended up in Colorado on...
April, what's the day of marijuana?
420. Yeah, I knew that you'd know that.
I don't know who said that.
I'm just kidding.
It was on 420. He ended up in Colorado on 420. And he got invited to this big party.
They were having this big celebration in Denver about all this marijuana.
And he got hooked up with this other young guy.
He was only 21. Convicted felon.
Lost his scholarship and whatever.
Actually, he was younger than that.
He was under 20. And he met this guy.
And this guy began to teach him the business.
And he went home, began to put it together, and started working on this and grew a business.
And now he was in his mid-20s and multimillionaire.
He was flying to Las Vegas for a big THC convention.
And he told me all about what these gummies do and how that his number one target audience were people who've never ever smoked, but they're all in their 60s, and they just chew these gummies to chill out.
And he was telling me about how they relax you and what they do.
And I'm like, can I try one?
I didn't.
So then he looks at me and goes, so what do you do?
And I said, well, I'm also in the distribution of things that just make people feel peaceful.
And the greatest euphoric love and joy.
Alright, we're coming back.

I'm a new creation.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
But it was until I stumbled and made my mistakes.
And purpose and meaning of life. .
And he said, well, what do you got to take?
I said, you got to take Jesus.
He looked at me.
And I said, the problem with your gummies is after a while it wears off.
And people are back to the old life that they were trying to chew their gummies away from.
But if you can take what I got and you can receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
It'll veg you out for a long time.
You have peace beyond all understanding.
You have calm and joy and happiness.
And you have a relationship with God and you're going to have eternal life and I just begin to share the gospel.
And I got to lead in Christ.
Listen, this is the opportunity, redeeming the time.
I was at the hospital visiting this week and I got in the elevator and the lady said, are you going down?
And I said, no, I'm going up.
She said, well, this is going down.
I said, no, in the hospital I'm going down, but I'm going up.
When I die, I'm going up.
I said, are you going down or up?
And she said, well, I'm going down right now.
I said, well, let me tell you how you can know you're going up.
And I gave her a gospel track from our church.
And I said, I want to show you how you can know for sure you're going to heaven one day.
You can know Jesus Christ and have eternal life.
And she took it.
She thanked me.
And she left thinking that guy was weird.
And she took a gummy.
No, I'm just kidding.
I don't know.
Redeeming the time.
Opportunities.
God wants you to take opportunities.
And if you're thinking about it, praying about it, how many opportunities does God will bring to your life?
And when you get the opportunity, let me give you three things very quickly that you need to do when you talk to people who are unsaved.
Number one.
Talk to them with grace.
Talk to them with grace.
Listen to me.
This is the opposite of harshness.
Sometimes Christians get the idea that we have to be the Holy Spirit and bring people under conviction and so we can just be mean to people.
And we can be harsh to people.
The Bible said of Jesus that he was gentle.
Listen to this.
Matthew chapter 12, the Bible said of Jesus that a smoking flax he would not quench or a bruised reed he would not break.
And what does that mean?
Smoking flax is a wick that still has one little spark.
The smoke of that wick is up and it's just about to be extinguished.
And a hard enough breath quench it.
But the soft enough breath can make that amber flame.
Jesus was sitting at a well one day with a woman whose life had been broken.
She was a bruised reed, a piece of grass that had been trampled on and broken over.
She was a woman whose spark of life was just about out.
And Jesus sat next to her and so gently, not one harsh word to quench the little ember of life in her.
But he breathed such grace into her life that the flame of light shot back up and she left her water pot and ran, born again, saying, Come meet a man who told me everything I ever did.
He spoke the truth to her in such a gracious way.
He did not crush her.
He did not break her.
But he spoke her to life.
All right, we'll be back tomorrow, same time, same place.
Until then, I'm here with Craig James.
