	We're going to get into some interesting topics, to say the least.
	A lot happening over the last 24 hours that I'm sure a lot of you will be interested to hear about.
	We're going to try to bring our co-host Nick Ngo on here in just a minute.
	We're trying to get some technical difficulties figured out here.
	Behind the scenes, which I'm working on simultaneously as I'm doing the show because I really, really love, you know, making the show work while I'm live on air.
	That's always an easy task, right?
	It's always an easy task.
	But we have a lot to cover.
	I want to talk about the plane crash.
	We have some more information on that that came about over the last...
	24 hours.
	One of the big internet rumors spreading about was that the pilot of the helicopter, which crashed into the jetliner that was coming in from Kansas, Wichita, Kansas,
	into D.C., which killed 60-plus people, It was being flown, the helicopter, at least the military helicopter, was being flown by a transgender pilot, which everybody was losing their mind over, over because obviously they were making all kinds of claims and assumptions about what the actual story and truth was there.
	But we're going to, we're going to get to the bottom of it.
	It was not, in fact, a transgender pilot.
	The pilot who was identified, a mentally ill man by the name of Joe Ellis, whose transgenderism was put together by the U.S. military, came out and said, no, it's not me, and anybody reporting that it is me should be reported to whatever social media, blah, blah, blah, so that the post can be removed.
	We're not, you know, we're always about facts here.
	And, you know, obviously it wasn't this person.
	So that's the first part of the story, I guess, to clarify, clarify, I should say.
	There is no connection between that person and this incident whatsoever.
	So to make it all abundantly clear.
	That is exactly what we're going to be covering, though, is some of the things happening here.
	However, I will say that there are a number of stories I want to get to here today, and I do apologize because I am a little bit preoccupied with attempting to remedy some issues here.
	Technically, that we're having, because I would like to bring Nick Ngo on the show, but our system is seeming to have...

	But before we do that, you know, let's get into a couple stories.
	One of the stories I would like to cover today is this testimony that took place yesterday.
	Oh, it looks like we might have fixed it.
	All right, good stuff, good stuff.
	Tulsi Gabbard was also going through a Senate confirmation hearing yesterday in which she gave an opening statement that was very powerful, and if I can pull it up, I'd love to share it here.
	Let's listen to Tulsi Gabbard's opening statement, which is very, very powerful.
	Let's listen to this.
	To my husband Abraham, my family, friends, fellow veterans, Medal of Honor recipients, and patriots, thank you for your love and support.
	I'm honored and grateful to President Trump for his trust and confidence in nominating me to serve our country as the Director of National Intelligence at a time when trust in the intelligence community, unfortunately, is at an all-time low.
	Chuck Schumer admitted a few years ago, quote, One of these failures is our invasion of Iraq based upon a total fabrication or complete failure of intelligence.
	This disastrous decision led to the deaths of tens of thousands of American soldiers, millions of people in the Middle East, mass migration, destabilization, and undermining of the security and stability of our European allies, the rise of ISIS, strengthening of al-Qaeda and other Islamist jihadist groups, and strengthening Iran.
	Here are just a few other examples.
	The American people elected Donald Trump as their president not once but twice, and yet the FBI and intelligence agencies were politicized by his opponents to undermine his presidency and falsely portray him as a puppet of Putin.
	Title I of FISA was used illegally to obtain a warrant to spy on Trump campaign advisor Carter Page using a Clinton campaign-funded false dossier as their so-called evidence.
	Biden campaign advisor Tony Blinken was the impetus for the 51 former senior intelligence officials' letter dismissing Hunter Biden's laptop as disinformation specifically to help Biden win the election.
	Former DNI James Clapper lied to this committee in 2013, denying the existence of programs that facilitated the mass collection of millions of Americans' phone and Internet records, yet was never held accountable.
	Under John Brennan's leadership, the CIA abused its power to spy on Congress, to dodge oversight, lied about doing it until he was caught, and yet has never been held responsible.
	Under Biden, the FBI abused its power for political reasons to try to surveil Catholics who attend traditional Latin mass, labeling them as quote-unquote "radical traditionalist Catholics." Personally, just 24 hours after I criticized Kamala Harris and her nomination, I was placed on a secret domestic terror watchlist called "Quiet Skies." Sadly, there are more examples.
	The bottom line is this: this must end.
	Wow.
	That was just part of her opening statement.
	I thought it was very powerful.
	And we'll bring on, finally, our good friend and special guest co-host Nick Ngo.
	You guys know him.
	Benghazi whistleblower, military intelligence insider, and U.S. Air Force veteran joining us today.
	Nick, did you catch that?
	Yes.
	They called out the deep state and all their lies and foreign wars that were...

	I don't know if you're on the right mic or what.
	You're coming in really soft.
	All right.
	I'm going to turn my gain up.
	Is it loud?
	Is it too loud?

	No, that's perfect.
	Okay.
	Yeah, so Tulsi is an honest person, and that's not good for them because she's a patriot, and no matter what the circumstances are, if XYZ is doing the right thing, she's on board with it.
	She wants to be a part of it.
	It doesn't matter.
	So when she got up there and she's getting questioned about this stuff, she had an option to kind of play it off and act like she was just, keep that secretive, like, oh, that's intelligence work, let's not discuss it.
	But she went full bore and called them all liars and explained how this is harming our country with all the lies that they're doing these things based on.
	It's pretty cool for her to do that.
	I agree.
	I agree.
	I think that most definitely what she's doing is powerful and will have a very strong effect if she is, in fact, confirmed.
	You know, her and RFK Jr., I look at in the same sort of light.
	I mean, there are people who on certain issues I may disagree with, but on a number of issues that matter that will be pertinent toward their area of purview that they will be in control of in our government, I agree with them on those issues in principle. but on a number of issues that matter that will
	Which is why I think the America First Party is such a unique political tent, if you will, that's been created because there are people out there who really do believe that, you know...
	it's a uniparty controlling things, and the only way to break through it is to find people who are willing to do, like you said, call them out and to do, for instance, what Tulsi did in the first part of that opening statement.
	She literally says a direct quote, which we all know, from Chuck Schumer, which he said back in 2000 and I think 15 or 16, perhaps, maybe 17, but I think it was earlier than that.
	You know, he was being, he was on a show with Rachel Maddow, and they were like, well, what do you, she asked him, what do you think of Trump calling out the intelligence community?
	And he's like, well, Rachel, let me just tell you, they have six ways from Sunday getting back at you.
	And it's like, what the hell does that mean?
	You know, it's like, our rogue intelligence agencies can go after people who disagree with them or call them out for their own Is that what, I mean, at that point, we don't have a government anymore.
	And we know these same rogue intelligence agencies are responsible for things like murdering sitting presidents.
	So, yeah, I think that's something.
	Right, Nick?
	Yeah, especially considering that the intelligence agencies, all of them, are not allowed to operate inside the United States at all.
	And if they're operating domestically, that is...
	That is illegal.
	And look, Craig, this could be fixed if they just made it very simple.
	If you, for any reason, were using a third party or another party, try and influence and or participate in domestic affairs of the United States that's considered treason.
	If you're an intelligence asset agent doing that from the United States, you will be executed.
	End of story.
	Problem solved.
	Yeah, you know, to some it may seem severe, but, you know, I guess crazy times call for crazy measures, right?
	So that seems to be where we're at.
	Yeah, yeah, there's no deterrent.
	So basically imagine a little kid just growing up, you know, for the past 20 years, having no discipline, running around.
	There's a funny Family Guy skit with Hitler and his little nephew that does this.
	And running around going, just doing whatever, wreaking havoc and running amok.
	And that's what's been happening.
	And now daddy's come home and they're about to get spanked, man.
	But the problem is the crimes that they've gotten to over the 20 years that may have been petty crimes or something that could have only had five years statute of limitations or something.
	No, they went all the way.
	They thought...
	They were untouchable, and they committed treason to try and overthrow the government, and now they're going to pay for it.
	Yeah, I think that there's a lot of truth in that statement.
	And look, we're not advocating for anything extraditial.
	Obviously, we're saying legal, lawful, buy the book.
	What is the punishment for treason at the end of the day, right?
	According to the statute of...
	Or the, you know, U.S. code book.
	It is what it is, right?
	So...
	There's another thing we could do, too, to help Craig, is that there's a law called deprivation of rights under color of law.
	That's a designation where law enforcement or agency tries to overstep their bounds and infringe on your rights.
	Look...
	That needs to be recategorized as not deprivation of rights under color of law, but treason.
	This is treason.
	That's it.
	Period.
	If you knowingly try and pass a law that is repugnant to the Constitution or Bill of Rights, then it'll be reviewed.
	And if you were trying to do it, you're going to be investigated.
	You're going to find out who you were talking to, whether it was an outside commie, whether it was an inside commie, or whatever the problem is.
	And at that point...
	All bets are off.
	If they get convicted, then they no longer have the ability to serve public office ever again.
	And then maybe throw on a 20-year sentence, too, as a possibility in case it was super malicious.
	So what you're referring to is 18 U.S. Code, subsection 242, which is the charge of deprivation of rights under color of law.
	To be clear, what's interesting, Nick, Is that the statute of limitations for that particular code violation, that legal violation, that law violation, is five years, but that's only for offenses not resulting in death.
	If the offense results in death or certain other severe outcomes like kidnapping or aggravated sexual abuse, there is, in fact, no statute of limitations.
	Under 18 U.S. Code, subsection 3281. So, just throwing that out there for anybody who may be interested in understanding the law a little bit more.
	Excellent.
	You brought up a very good point, Craig.
	When you detain someone illegally, let's say the police didn't read your Miranda rights or whatever, they just detain you because they're like, oh, this will be safer if this guy has his cuffs on for a couple hours.
	That is illegal.
	That's called kidnapping.
	It's, I think, a minimum of six years in jail.
	And all the police officers...
	Police officers have the right to detain you for a certain amount of time.
	And I think that is, like, an undefined amount that's, like, whatever is within reason given the circumstance, right?
	So that's where it gets into a gray area where it's up for a debate.
	But...
	That's also why they have to inform you after a certain amount of time what you're charged with.
	Otherwise, they have to let you go because they can't hold you indefinitely without giving you a crime that you've committed.
	So that's definitely a gray area.
	But, I mean, obviously, if there is no statute of limitations when it comes to offenses that result in death, kidnapping, or aggravated sexual abuse or other things, then that's something to look at.
	Yeah, look at the J6ers.
	The J6ers were kidnapped.
	They didn't get due process at all.
	Well, they didn't get due process, but they were informed.
	They were arrested and informed of the charges, which is, I think, once that occurred, then it's not deprivation of rights under color of law because they've been informed and And that's, again, another really legal gray area where it's like they were waiting for trial and you are entitled to a right to a speedy trial, but there's no real clear definition of what a speedy trial is as far as timelines go.
	So, you know what I mean?
	So that's where it all gets...
	And that's what they intentionally abused, by the way.
	That's where it wasn't clarified because that's what they intentionally used as an excuse for holding the January 6th detainees without...
	Yeah, I would say that if you're really charging someone with a serious crime and you can't get it done within one season, that's three months, then forget about it.
	If you can't convict them in three months, we should also put a limitation on how long they have to do it so they don't get to kick a can down the road for 30 years and then they die of old age before they get charged with human rights abuses.
	Stuff like that.
	That needs to stop, too.
	I don't know what to say about it.
	Well, of course.
	This is why there's lawsuits.
	There's all kinds of things.
	There's legal actions that have been taken.
	There's lawyers making these arguments.
	But one thing I'd like to do is read one of our...

	Let's see, our unconfirmed bot friend in Fort Collins, TJ, just also said, police can detain for reasonable suspicion of a crime.
	Yeah, I think that's kind of what I was getting at.
	There's a legal gray area in which they can detain for a certain amount of time.
	It's kind of undefined, but at some point there is...
	A line which is crossed where they have to give you your rights or release you.
	And I think it's...
	I want to say they can detain you up to 12 or 24 hours without charging you, something like that.
	But I think it's all sort of...
	It can be interpreted different ways.
	Let's take a second and...
	Go back to the story that we really were covering at the beginning, Nick.
	While we were figuring out the technical difficulties here in the studio to bring you on, we briefly talked about the fact that the D.C. plane crash with the helicopter, the military helicopter, in Washington, D.C., Reagan International Airport there, there were reports online that it was a transgender pilot who was flying that plane, and then it turns out later...
	Now we find out this morning that it was not, in fact, the person that was being named, a person who was by the name of Joe Ellis, I guess.
	As I said before, a mentally ill person who believes their opposite sex is.
	And they came out and said, look, it wasn't me.
	Okay, so it wasn't them.
	Sounds like the actual pilots being confirmed now were a man and a woman.
	Again, in yesterday's show, we talked about the fact that people have alleged that this was some sort of VIP transport flight that was being run where this helicopter was being flown to D.C., bringing some important person now.
	There's been a lot of speculation as to who was on that helicopter and what was happening with that helicopter.
	We still don't know any real hard facts yet.
	Most of it at this moment is pure conjectures and rumors, which are all flying about, and I don't want to get too deep into the rumor mill with it all.
	Suffice it to say, one rumor I've heard, which I am...
	I'm going to say, please take this with a grain of salt.
	I don't have any sources to confirm this.
	But one rumor that is circulating, of course, is that there was a VIP on this flight, and the people are suggesting that it's possible that the person who was on this flight was Trump's body double.
	Now, if you don't know how this works, when you...
	Get into a position, a high-level executive position like the President of the United States or otherwise.
	You have a program, right, Nick, where they run, where they have people who look like you to be used as decoys, as stand-ins, as other things so that...
	You know, if there were some threat on your life, they could be brought in to stand in for you at certain ceremonies or certain events or certain days to make it appear you're one place when you're actually at another.
	And that's what this body double would have been doing, and that would explain why they were heading to D.C. now.
	Again, completely unconfirmed, and please take it all with a grain of salt.
	It's just one theory among many.
	But the theory goes basically that Trump's body double was on this helicopter, which was then crashed intentionally to kill Trump's body double.
	That's the theory.
	And it goes as far as, I guess, to stipulate that Trump was in need of a body double because he was going to be going to some sort of private secret meeting type or some secret location.
	And it needed to appear as though Trump was still in Washington, D.C. while he was actually somewhere else.
	And that's why they were bringing that person in.
	But that's speculative at best.
	So, again...
	It's completely unconfirmed.
	That's just one theory that's bouncing around.
	There are other theories that this flight, this helicopter intentionally...
	I mean, from what Trump's described, as I said in yesterday's show, it couldn't be more clear that the plane...
	There was either somebody on the plane or somebody on the helicopter who they, as in whoever made this happen, wanted not alive.
	It's looking more likely that whoever that person was was most likely on the helicopter, and the helicopter actually, according to certain reports, also unconfirmed online, the helicopter itself seemed to have put itself in the path of other planes that evening, trying to do the same thing it ended up eventually doing with the plane from Wichita, which would indicate that...
	It wasn't targeted at the plane.
	It was targeted at the helicopter, and they were just trying to use a plane as a way to take down the helicopter.
	That's what we know so far.
	Again, theory, speculation, whatever you want to call it, conjecture, that's what it is.
	So, Nick, any thoughts on any of that stuff?
	I've seen that, too.
	I'm not sure that there's a transsexual being the pilot of the Army aircraft.
	Transgender, man.
	I'm pretty sure those are two different things, but I don't know.
	Maybe I'm wrong.
	I don't know.
	I'm pretty sure those are two separate things, but go on.
	Well, if that's the case, assuming it is, it's probably not, but if it is, then...
	When I was in the military, I was on flight medicine because I had a very sensitive job.
	If I had any anxiety at all, a fight with a girlfriend, whatever it is, and I'm having stress or anxiety, I would be grounded, per se, and I wouldn't fly.
	But they would say, you cannot do your job, based upon that.
	And this is flight medicine, so keep in mind, this is what pilots receive.
	If you, they don't get to have, if you break a bone, you don't get painkillers, you get...
	Ibuprofen and Robitussin or whatever they say.
	It's ridiculous.
	Ibuprofen, give it.

	About two weeks prior to that, said that now there's going to be autonomous driving cars.

	I have a feeling that Lockheed Martin is going to have a lot to do with this.

	And he's the same guy who helped start up The NFL. And he came up with the term Super Bowl.

	Oh, well, Craig, the dead giveaway is that the passengers were clearly people who were excelling in sports and winning and so on, and they were being invited to the White House to congratulate them.
	I don't know that anybody would argue against that.

	Why else would you be taking a continuity of government helicopter over the Potomac?

	But so look at it this way.

	However, those people that were training or skating or whatever, they were actually at one of the properties that were owned by the same family, the Hunt family.
	They owned that facility too.
	Well, but you even looked this up and you said that it's not confirmed.
	Because remember, you said that the skating rink that they were at is owned by somebody who may have the same last name, but there's no familial connection.

	It is Loretto Properties, Lamar Hunt Jr., owner of Kansas City Mavericks hockey team, built the hockey arena.

	This arena was in Wichita, Kansas.

	And the reason why commuters like 3-3 is why he sidestepped off of runway 1 to 3-3 is they roll out to the end, and the commuter parking pad is towards the north end of the complex, so they just roll off and roll right into their ramp is the reason that a lot of people are making a lot of bubble about runway 3-3, but that's normal operations.
	The helicopter traffic up in D.C. is...

	It's a high-threat environment for sure.
	My main question is, it's my understanding, getting off of news, that the helicopter was at 350 feet, which is high for a helicopter in that corridor.
	Why they were up there, who knows.
	But accidents do happen.
	Human error is part of it.

	But the helicopter is my main concern.
	And a lot of people are talking about it was lighted up at, you know, a clear night and blah, blah, blah.
	That helicopter, it appears to me, behind the aircraft coming in.
	So they would have not, the helicopter would have not seen the landing lights on the jet.

	And our friend who's calling in here, who's a pilot, who's giving us insight into DCA, I think is the airport, Reagan International, where...
	You know, there's a lot being made of runway 33, of course, with the connection to 33, Masonic stuff, all that stuff.
	But you're saying it's just a convenient runway that people use.
	You're saying also that the helicopter itself wouldn't have been able to see the landing lights on the plane because of the angle from which it was.
	You're saying you're concerned with the height of the helicopter that was approaching.
	I saw that there's a new video that just has been circulating online within the last couple hours that seems to show a different angle, and it shows, I mean, this helicopter is just, it's coming in for quite some time and going right into that plane.
	It'd be very hard to miss that plane.
	It looks very intentional.
	What do you say to that, sir?
	Well, there's a lot of distracting lights.
	Remember, he's going to be looking to the west, and there's a lot of obstruction lights, flashing lights, and aircraft at night are hard to see unless the landing light is pointed almost directly at you.
	Like I said, it might just be as innocent as human error, but my...
	Main question is why that helicopter was, from what I'm reading, it was 350 feet.
	So that's a higher altitude than normal on that approach corridor for runway 33. By the way, runways are numbered for the magnetic heading.
	So runway 33 is roughly the magnetic compass heading of 330. And the main runway, runway 1, has a precision approach on it.
	So you have that precision approach in marginal weather, and you break off if you get a visual on 3-3, you break off, you sidestep to 3-3, you roll out to the end, and you're at your ramp.
	So it's convenience.
	For the air traffic controller, there's two frequencies.
	There's VHF, very high frequency for commercial aircraft, and there's UHF, typically for military aircraft.
	And the controller was running what they call a split frequency.
	Now, it never was an ATC, but I think it's fairly common for one controller to run a split frequency.
	And the reason for the split frequency, there will be so much radio chatter if you had UHF and VHF all in one frequency, especially with all the military operations around D.C. You lose situational awareness.
	But it's going to be interesting to find out when they splice the VHF and the UHF radio communications together what they're going to come up with.
	That's fascinating, and we heard a little bit of the data from that already.
	Some of the recordings have already seemed to indicate, I think, that the ATC, the air traffic controllers, were basically saying, hey, Do you see what's in front of you?
	Would it be standard protocol for them to say, do you see what's in front of you, as opposed to pull up, pull down, pull, you know what I mean?
	Yeah, well, the pilots resume the responsibility once they, basically, they assume the responsibility once they cancel IFR and go to VFR visual flight rules.
	So it's, you know, it's up to them to see and avoid.
	Obviously, if the controller saw something, he's going to call it out.
	There's a saying that they've been talking about maintain heading or blah, blah, blah, which is an appropriate thing.
	And it's my understanding, and Nick would probably know more about that, commercial airplanes are something called TCAS terrain collision avoidance system that also has...

	So, Blake, you're a pilot.
	you have experience with planes and you've called him before so we've talked to you before you're giving us great insight into these runways and and the situational awareness of the pilots and what it may have been like for them in real time for this to have happened and then you were talking about certain systems on board the flight that would have been perhaps utilized and then you're talking about the height of the helicopter itself
	um and nick feel free to jump in wherever you'd like But if you want to just continue on that line of logic, so we're looking at these videos, Blake, and it looks like the plane, I mean, the plane's on a trajectory.
	It's coming in for a landing approach.
	It doesn't seem like the plane is trying to hit the helicopter, at least.
	That does not seem reasonable at all.
	It seems like the plane is doing what the plane's supposed to do.
	It's coming in.
	It's landing.
	On the runway, like you said, 33, which is the 330 degrees on a compass.
	That's why they get the name 33, I guess, for it, the number.
	But this helicopter's coming in.
	It seems at an angle that could be exactly like what you're saying, where they can't see the landing lights, so they may not be able to see the plane as well as they should.
	But there is a long-form video that you can see.
	The helicopter is just on approach, and it is...
	Coming right at it.
	Now, if, and Blake, let me ask you another thing.
	If it is true, in fact, that this helicopter was flying in circles, as people are alleging, or not in circles, but had made this attempt to intercept another plane previously, that would obviously indicate motive, right?
	Or intentional act.
	That's correct.
	Yeah, that's correct.
	And we're all operating under the assumption that we're getting the truth from, you know, wherever we're getting.
	The truth from.
	So if it's acting in an erratic manner out there and air traffic controlled in an aquarium, like what the hell's going on, that's an issue.
	But there's so much traffic in that area, especially at night.
	It's a lot easier to miss an airplane than to see an airplane unless it's almost directly...
	Coming straight at you with the landing lights on.
	There's so many blinking lights and lights that are out there.
	It's very, very easy to miss an aircraft.
	And the helicopter, let's say that they're innocent in this whole thing.
	They might have had the wrong aircraft in sight that they thought was the aircraft that was called out for the jet that it impacted.
	You know, I mean, the misinformation that they were flying under night vision goggles, I think that's not likely.
	I think that they misrepresent or misspoke because there's night visual flight rules, and they took that into, oh, they must be flying with night vision goggles.
	I can't imagine flying with night vision goggles in that high-thread environment.
	Why you would do that, I don't know.
	That's an issue.
	It proves to be correct, but I would doubt it.
	And they're saying over and over again that it was a training mission.
	Well, there's lots of different training missions.
	It doesn't mean that the pilots in the helicopter were incompetent or obviously they're...
	Well, and they...
	Pete Hexeth clearly said it was a continuity of government training mission, which is...
	It's not like training pilots on how to fly.
	It's...
	I mean, I would imagine.
	I would imagine economy of government would be something like we're practicing, you know, exfiltrating VIPs from one place to another in the event of an emergency, simulating real-world conditions, like doing it in the middle of ongoing flight traffic.
	You know what I mean?
	Like having to navigate that in a way that maybe that's a part of the exercise was that they had to navigate around these planes.
	And without telling the planes that they, you know, without closing the airspace, because that would send a warning and create a panic, right?
	So maybe that was the case.
	That is correct.
	And when they're operating, when they're transporting in helicopters, a VIP, let's call it, from Washington, they will shut down Reagan Airport.
	They have all the airplanes just shut down.
	Right, so if it's kind of a government and they don't want to do that because that would, like, say there's a nuclear bomb coming and you're trying to practice getting a person from Reagan to wherever, you know, a bunker somewhere, you're not going to tell the flights we're shutting down the flights because that would create people asking questions, panic, blah, blah, blah.
	Nick, are we missing anything?
	Yeah, so maybe, because as you said, these drills are going on all the time, and they have drills going on.
	They also have real-world, not, I guess you could call it a drill because they technically aren't being used, but they are constantly moving from place to place, so no one knows where the continuity of government...
	Aircraft are or what kind of capabilities they have.
	They're constantly moving.
	And it looks as if it's possible that this helicopter took off from the Saudi-owned home right down the way.
	And when you go to Google Maps to go look at that home address now, it's blacked out.
	It's completely blurred out.
	You can't see that address.
	And by the way, they have diplomatic immunity in that home probably if it's a Saudi-owned, technically like an annex of their embassy or whatever.
	So that's maybe one of the reasons that Google is blocking it out.
	There's a lot of weird stuff going on with this one.
	And, you know, those people had left, where was it, Kansas City.
	No, Wichita, Kansas.
	Wichita, yeah, they're professional championships there.
	They left from there and came over.
	Now, the real question is, you know, most of the time these accidents aren't on purpose, like 70% of the time.
	However, you know, they do happen.
	I just don't see that happening, especially with an experienced helicopter pilot and how it veered a few times.
	The best place, if you're going to do it, To take over a helicopter and cause a crash like that would be the Potomac.
	You can get in and out using a submarine.
	You know, if you have some guys using a signal of sorts to control it the same way maybe they did on 9-11, you know, those planes.
	All they got to do is pop up.
	If they got some scuba gear, pop up.
	Get your antenna.
	So it can be, you know, control it, you know, crash it, and then pop back down in the water.
	What we looked at yesterday, that Matrix flight control system, they were controlling that Blackhawk from Washington, and it was taking off out of Connecticut.
	So I don't think they even have to be that close to do that.
	But anyway, Blake, thank you so much.

	He says the Blackhawk helicopter was flying too high by a lot.
	It was far above the 200-foot limit.
	That's not really too complicated to understand, is it?
	That's the whole post.
	So, Trump's saying, As Blake was pointing out, this helicopter is flying well above where it should have been, and it seems to confirm what Blake was saying, that this helicopter is flying above 200 feet, which he said was like, what, 350 feet off the ground.
	Why was it flying that high, Nick, is, I guess, the first question.
	Before we even, I think, before we even get off into any of the conspiracy stuff, I mean...
	Why?
	I mean, Trump's basically telling us.
	There's not much of a conspiracy.
	It's just a theory.
	It's just fact that this thing was not flying where it should have.
	It hit this plane and took it down.
	And Trump sounds pissed.
	And now we're just sitting here trying to put together the pieces of saying, you know, who was in the helicopter or who was on the plane and why did this happen?
	Nick, what do you think?
	Those are all really good questions and it seems like we can't really get 100% straight answer about everything.
	You know, the continuity of government people, they train all the time.
	And you have certain rules.
	You do not break those rules.
	I mean, especially when it comes to this stuff, continuity of government, you don't deviate unless instructed to from The format that you got in front of you.
	And I'm sure that that guy knew he's seasoned, that you can't go over 200 feet, yet he somehow made that mistake that night and clearly veered towards a few aircraft.
	Now, that made me wonder, were those veers trying to just get contact with whatever first plane that they could?
	Or were they trying to hit a specific one and say, oh, it's not that one, the next one, oh, it's not that one, all right, it's this one, it's this one.
	And then that's when they did it.
	And that makes me think, because they were two veers, and then finally, yeah, maybe they weren't lined up right for it.
	Maybe they couldn't get them right on the approach when they went to crash.
	But maybe, just maybe, they, when I say they, whoever was in control of the aircraft was targeting that specific one for a reason.
	I don't know.
	It's all very, very sketchy, and it seems that they're foul play.
	Like you said, the fact that they confirmed it was a continuity of government exercise is something that, I mean, is wildly important for understanding what's going on here.
	It couldn't be more clear that that...
	Is them sending us a very clear message that there's more to the story than meets the eye.
	I think I have that clip here.

	While you're finding it, when you do exercises for COG, you definitely talk to the FAA about it.
	You definitely make sure that there's clear airspace.
	Well, no, no, no.
	Like I said, I think, and Blake agreed, That's true if you're doing a certain kind of exercise, but if the exercise is like using a helicopter to exfiltrate VIPs in the event of continuity of government where you do not want to notify the public, then you would run these exercises in real-world scenarios where...
	Like, you're not going to tell anyone.
	You're just going to get a plane or a helicopter and you're going to go.
	And you're going to, you know, dive between jets and stuff and you're not going to shut down airspace because that would defeat the purpose of, you know, the secrecy behind continuity of government, right?
	Like, you wouldn't want to start a panic and be like, we're going to shut down all airspace in D.C. because we need to exfiltrate VIPs.
	People would be like, well, why the hell are you exfiltrating all these VIPs, you know?
	So if you're going to do exercises that would make sense that you wouldn't notify, does that make sense?
	Yeah, yeah.
	Let me play this clip.
	This is Pete Hegseth on the continuity of government thing, I think.
	We first and foremost from the Defense Department want to pass our condolences to the 64 souls and their families that were affected by this.
	Never should happen.
	And certainly the three service members, the three soldiers.
	A young captain, staff sergeant, and a CW-2 chief warrant officer.
	Routine annual retraining of night flights on a standard corridor for a continuity of government mission.
	The military does dangerous things.
	It does routine things on the regular basis.
	Tragically, last night, a mistake was made.
	I think the president is right.
	Some sort of an elevation issue that we have immediately begun investigating at the DOD and Army level.
	Army CID is on the ground investigating.
	Top-tier aviation assets inside the DOD are investigating, sir, to get to the bottom of it so that it does not happen again because it's absolutely unacceptable.
	But I want to echo what the Transportation Secretary and you, Mr. President, said because it pertains to the DOD as well.
	We will have the best and brightest in every position possible.
	As you said in your inaugural, it is colorblind and merit-based.
	The best leaders possible, whether it's flying Blackhawks, flying airplanes, leading platoons, or in government.
	The era of DEI is gone at the Defense Department, and we need the best and brightest, whether it's in our air traffic control, or whether it's in our generals, or whether it's throughout government.
	So thank you for your leadership and courage on that, sir, and we'll stand by you on it.
	So, I think a lot of people read into that, that Pete Hegseth is, like, if you watch it too, there's visual stuff that doesn't translate to radio.
	When he says continuity of government, Trump is standing right next to him as he's standing in the press briefing room there at the White House.
	And as soon as he says...
	Trump turns and looks at the media, the press there, and kind of opens his eyes and furrows his eyebrows and kind of starts nodding, like, this is important, you need to pay attention to this part.
	And then at the end, where Hegseth makes remarks about DEI and air traffic control, It seems like there is an indication there that there is something related to air traffic control dropping the ball on this, meaning, and Trump said it, you know, he said it was a clear night, you shouldn't have missed it.
	I think Trump in his remarks even said something to the effect of, you know, why did the air traffic controller just say, do you see this as opposed to, you know, pull up, pull down, don't fly here.
	So I think they're telling us what it is.
	I really do.
	What do you think, Nick?
	I still think there's a lot of esoteric background to it.
	I don't know.
	I think I'm on to something.
	I just got to make sure I can connect it.
	This Hunt family, I think, for some reason is...
	Is an interest to me right now.
	I think the Hunt family is interesting regardless because they have crazy connections to everything.
	I saw video once that kind of put a lot of dots together on them and connected it to JFK and connected it to a bunch of other stuff in government and how that family's had this power and now they're...
	The ones who own the Kansas City Chiefs, they've won all these Super Bowls, and that's something else.
	But I think there's a thread there.
	I don't know that it's connected to this, though.
	I think that it stirred your juices for thinking, and then now you're trying to find a connection.
	I think when it's not clear or evident, it's better to...
	Go one threat or the other.
	Either just go Hunt family and JFK and all that, and separately go what happened with this crash.
	That's my opinion, but I don't know.
	Well, it's all really strange that this guy, their family owned Kansas City Chiefs and other things like that, but they also dabbled in a lot of other things because they had oil that they were involved in.
	You know, that would implicate or provide the opportunity for E. Howard Hunt to, who could be related, but, you know, obviously it's been, it's hard to find out who's related.
	But, you know, it's weird that his last name ended up in Operation 40 with another oil family, the Bush family.
	That was strange.
	And then I look at their family and I find out that Nelson Bunker Hunt was an active conservative political person, and he actually helped Curtis LeMay.
	LeMay is actually one of the people who were part of the Project Blue Book that had the highest security clearance to know all the things about the aliens and stuff like that, which is strange, right?
	But he helped get him elected and did some other stuff.
	But then their family also owns ice skating rinks and other stuff like that.
	I don't know.
	And look, the Super Bowl with...
	Is the Super Bowl this weekend?
	Kobe Bryant.
	When is it?
	Yes, Kobe Bryant died around the same time in a helicopter crash, which is kind of strange.
	And you remember with their religion, remember, the Super Bowl is actually the superb owl, which is Moloch, which means you have to do a human sacrifice in order to gain strength and power and win the game.
	That is true.
	That is like cremation of care ceremony.
	If you go look at that from Bohemian Grove, which is the thing Alex Jones uncovered, Part of their cremation of care ceremony is a sacrifice of a human.
	Now, they claim at Bohemian Grove that they do it in effigy, meaning they don't actually kill someone, but they do an artificial sacrifice or an unreal one.
	A ritual.
	A ritual sacrifice, excuse me, but a non-real one, meaning they do it in effigy.
	If what you're saying is true, I mean, I get what you're saying.
	I get what you're saying, and I understand the thought process.
	Yeah, and then that same Hunt guy, he went over there to Libya before Gaddafi took over, and he found a whole bunch of oil there, and it was like his oil until Gaddafi's like, no, that's our oil.
	Okay, so keep in mind, there's a swipe going back a few, you know, maybe a generation there that has affected them.
	All right, and don't forget, like I said, it said, if you look it up, there are allegations of this hunt guy.
	It says right here, okay.
	I'm just going to read two paragraphs.
	Madeline Duncan Brown, an advertising executive who claimed to have both an extended love affair and a son with President LBJ, said that she was present at a party at Dallas, the home of Clint Murchison Sr., another oil tycoon, on the evening prior to the JFK assassination.
	This meeting was attended by Johnson, as well as other famous and wealthy, powerful people, including Lamar Hunt, Murchison, J. Edgar Hoover, and Richard Nixon.
	According to Brown, Johnson had a meeting with several of the men, after which he told her, after tomorrow, those Kennedys will never embarrass me again.
	That's no threat.
	That's a promise.
	And her story received national attention and became part of at least a dozen JFK Conspiracy theories and Kennedy assassination investigator Dave Perry says that this theory didn't work because you can't prove that Johnson and Hoover were there.
	And Murchison had not lived in Dallas and his Dallas home for a number of years, which is not exactly an excuse.
	Okay, yeah, he didn't...
	Get your mail there.
	Maybe you got it forwarded.
	It doesn't mean that you won't go to your house and then plan an assassination.
	So anyway, it's very likely that this guy was involved, at least from speculation.
	And so what's about to happen?
	The JFK assassination files are about to come out.

	Most of us, I guess, watching in a couple weeks, not this Sunday, I guess, but next Sunday, the Super Bowl will be taking over the airwaves and everybody will be tuning in.
	And one thing we've noticed, people casually watching who have, you know, some insight into this stuff, we've noticed that over the years, the Super Bowl has really started to transform itself into a ritualistic sort of...
	I don't know how to describe it, seance or demonic worship.
	I mean, the symbolism that's in the halftime show, particularly, is quite disturbing most of the time with the certain artists that have been brought out and the themes that they've put together for these shows.
	And it hearkens to...
	Where the Super Bowl has its roots, and of course, you point out, Nick, and others have pointed out, that if you separate the words differently, Super Bowl becomes superb owl.
	And we all know that an owl is one of the figures which is worshipped in paganism, and especially this druid paganistic worship that's conducted at places like Bohemian Grove, and especially this druid paganistic worship that's conducted at places like Bohemian Grove, which is outside of San Francisco in California,
	to be exact, where people of high stature for over a hundred years have been gathering in the woods to conduct a druid ceremony, a paganistic druid ceremony, where they...
	Perform a human sacrifice in effigy while worshipping a 40-foot owl that is carved to be in the image of Moloch, which is an ancient sort of deity of pagan origins that is demonic in nature, satanic in nature.
	And so when people tell you that, uh, this stuff's crazy and it's not real, You can point them to something like this and say, no, to this very day, they are going and gathering in the woods and conducting these ceremonial pagan worship rituals.
	And they are doing things like the cremation of care ceremony, where, of course, the 40-foot owl is...
	Basically, Byrne is given a sacrifice, which they all celebrate.
	I mean, to give you an idea, there have been presidents that have attended this club.
	Richard Nixon famously talks about this club on his tapes from back in the 70s when he was in the White House, where he, you know, I think he says...
	Something to the effect of those queers and fags out there in the woods or something like that.
	I think that's roughly the quote that he says.

	And that people have also insinuated that it's a homosexual orgy that takes place out there as well.

	And one thing I'd like to point out for other things is that not only is it like, it's people that you would know who have been to this and participated in this.
	Presidents, like I said, and other highly, you know, notable figures, celebrities, etc.
	But, for instance, for many years, the person whose voice was used as the, basically the...
	Head of ceremonies, the person who basically read the story of this ritual sacrifice in the cremation of care ceremony, was none other than Walter Cronkite, for crying out loud.

	So, the question then becomes, you know, if this stuff's actually happening, which it is, it's not like they try to hide it anymore because everybody knows it's happening.

	And then not to mention, don't forget the guy who owns Kansas City Chiefs.
	That family is the one that came up with the term Super Owl.
	And that means that this family is locked in, man.
	I would be curious to know if they participated in Bohemian Grove.

	So it's hard to know who's actually been in it and who's not been in it.

	It's a sight to see, to be quite honest, with how they so openly and unashamedly do this sort of stuff.
	So, you're talking about the Hunt family and how they sort of, I guess, we're 100% that they coined the term Super Bowl.

	It's on the NFL's website for Hall of Fame or whatever.

	He's the number eight most influential person at the NFL.com.
	And it says, Hadn't been for a 27-year-old Texan named Lamar Hunt.
	A bold move he initiated in 1959. That year, Hunt helped.
	The American Football League, more commonly known as the AFL, to rival the NFL. In 1960, Hunt founded the Dallas Texans, which Hunt moved to Kansas City three years later and was renamed Kansas City Chiefs.
	And Hunt coined the term Super Bowl in 1969. Hunt's Chiefs won Super Bowl in Super Bowl IV. Yeah, one before, one after.
	Super Bowl 4, and the Chiefs, along with many AFL teams, including the Raiders, Jets, Broncos, and Patriots, joined the NFL after the 1969 season under a merger agreement that Hunt helped negotiate.
	Hunt was introduced into the Hall of Fame in 1972, the first AFL-associated person to receive the honor each season since 1984. The trophy-bearing Lamar Hunt's name has been awarded to the AFC Championship winner.
	Yep, big deal.
	I think the, if I was, and I'm not saying that I am going to do this, but if I was a betting man, I'd put all my money on the Eagles because I don't think they're going to let the Chiefs win if I have a, I think there's a new sheriff in town.
	I'm not sure.
	I don't think Trump's with the Hunts.

	It's going to be like that.
	It's going to be more than just a football game at this point.
	Yeah, that there's some definite symbolic, there's a symbolic nature to the game, I would assume, at this point.
	Which is what people pointed out, you know, the Eagles versus the Chiefs, Kansas City versus Philadelphia.
	It's basically like 1776 versus the Hunt family.

	Nick, you know, we've been talking a lot about what's happening here.
	I think one of the things that's sort of undeniable about all of this, particularly, is that Trump, Hank, Seth, and everyone else knows that this makes them look bad.
	And if it is some sort of ceremony to crash a plane, whatever, I don't know about all that.
	But I do know that people in the media, it's not going to take long if they haven't already started doing it, are going to say, well, this sort of thing never happened under Biden, and now look at Trump.
	He's only been in office for, what, 10 days, and now we already have planes falling out of the sky, and it's all the military's fault.
	So it does set a narrative, I think, that is certainly not going to be very helpful, right?
	Yeah, unless they go give Lockheed Martin a call because that's probably who's responsible for what happened.
	Yeah.
	You're talking about the Matrix automated remote flying systems and all that?
	Yeah, and I mentioned yesterday that they also have something...
	They basically stole a software from the government that they were required to make for the government and then give it to them.
	And then they still have this software that helps you see what's called the common operational picture.
	I think that even FAA uses it to look and track, look at everything in real time and track all the aircraft.
	You can look up everything.
	You can even look up what they're squawking, if they're squawking codes that are to distress or whatever.
	You can see all of that on there.
	And Lockheed Martin refuses to hand that over.
	By court order, they were supposed to have handed that over a couple of years ago to a company that was supposed to head up the display for a lower, better price or whatever.
	And they refused to give that code to them.
	So, I mean, even that alone, they're partly responsible, even if it wasn't the remote driving that did it.
	Wow.
	Still very disturbing.
	Nonetheless, whoever or whatever was involved with all of that.
	What other stories did you have today, Nick?
	I know we want to talk about Guantanamo Bay.
	We have one more segment.
	Do you want to go into that at all?
	Oh, yeah.
	So, President Trump said he had 30,000 beds, dude.
	You know what's funny?
	Did you see that?
	I remember you saying for the last, I don't know, Two years on air, or over a year on air, and to me for the last several years, that Guantanamo Bay was still in play, and it looks like it is.
	Yeah, that 30,000 base, that 30,000 bed area is separate.
	From the courthouse that's going to be having trials soon.
	So they're two separate bases.
	And so the other one still has a courthouse on it, so it doesn't necessarily need that other portion.
	So there are two separate bases right now.
	And one of them is investigating 9-11, which is, by the way, it's been 20 years, or they said 17 years since litigation started.
	And they still haven't...
	And it's very, very hush-hush, everything that's happening in there.
	And they're trying to get new plea agreements.
	They said they got plea agreements because they were under duress, being tortured.
	So what they want is to have that revoked so that they can tell what really happened.
	And I think that once they do, you're going to find out that everything unravels with 9-11.
	I suspect that the information that was given by Alan Perot to the military...
	Which is, it's irrefutable.
	He's got everything from bank accounts to audio recordings, actual documents, documents of the transactions, everything.
	These people, there's nothing that they can do.
	And as soon as Cash is confirmed, and he will be, Cash is going to go walk right over to that office.
	He's going to open up those files.
	He's going to say, oh.
	Okay, and then send them right over to the military, who's going to receive them.
	And once they receive those files, they'll say, oh my gosh, considering this new evidence, we can't really prosecute these people.
	It's clear that they weren't the perpetrators.
	It's very clear who's involved now, after Alan delivers that information.
	And by the way, remember, the feds came and raided his house, and they took it all.
	And he already sent copies to the military, and the feds are not...
	So anything that they do at this time...
	It's going to incriminate themselves.
	If they try and hide the evidence, they're going to be incriminated.
	Those people go to jail.
	Then they'll probably investigate, say, who told you to do it?
	And then they'll find those people and they'll go to jail.
	And so in the end, that information is going to be handed over to the military because they're the ones with the ongoing case for 9-11 because extortion 17, as President Trump said he would do, the first week, and we're past the first week.
	He would make a commission to investigate Extortion 17. And once that investigation is complete, they're going to find out that bin Laden was always in Iran.
	And that begs the question.
	It's like, okay, if he's always in Iran, why did we go to Iraq?
	Why did we go to Afghanistan?
	Why did we go to Syria?
	Why did we go to Libya?
	And you know the answer as well as I do.
	What's going to happen is the truth is going to come out.
	And all of these people, going all the way back 20 years, are all going to be held accountable.
	We're talking everyone.
	Brennan and all of his cronies, the Bushes and all of their cronies, all of them.
	They're all going down.
	Yeah, I think that sounds good to me.
	I mean, I don't know if the Bushes will ever go down.
	I think...
	I interestingly watched...
	A movie the other day, which is fascinating.
	It's okay.
	It's called Ad Astra.
	And it's an alright movie.
	It's not that great.
	But it's got Brad Pitt and Tommy Lee Jones and Donald Sutherland and some others.
	And it's an interesting movie about space travel.
	But without ruining the plot of the movie, I'll just say that there's a figure in the movie who is on Earth considered a hero.
	Right?
	But in reality, in space, they're very concerned about this person, and he's not a hero.
	Let's put it that way.
	Without spoiler alert, right?
	And the whole movie is about trying to get there, to get to this person who's not a hero.
	But he's been made into a hero on Earth.
	And there's a line in the movie where, I think it's Donald Sutherland, who says, They made him a hero to protect themselves.
	Because if it ever came out what he did, it would ruin the reputation of this program, meaning the space program.
	And I think that's true for what will end up happening with Bush and all that.
	they'll make him a hero, and they'll do it not because they want to, but because they have to.
	They don't have another choice.
	It will ruin their reputation.
	It will ruin our credibility.
	It would just destroy all the stuff that we've built.
	So it all will get swept under the rug.
	That's just my opinion, Nick.
	I got audio recordings that will be published showing that the Bushes knew full and well where Bin Laden was.
	And not only that, dates, times, and even their mothers.
	No, I think they'll let people know, but they won't admit it.
	I think that's what I'm saying.

	Nick, final thought for the show.
	My final thought for the show is that, you know, remember, I know that there's, when you watch the Super Bowl, if you enjoy it, if you watch it and enjoy football, enjoy it.
	But remember that there is a satanic ritual in the middle of it during that pause.
	I don't know.
	Combined with this, I think that I would not go to the Super Bowl if I was a person who had a ticket.
	You know, just make sure you stay safe out there.
	When everybody starts to wake up, it's starting to happen faster and faster.
	Offer some comfort and some kind words and help them along.
	And also remember that in the end, no matter what happens with all this, that God wins.
	Amen, brother.
	And I always appreciate you bringing that, bringing us back to what matters, and that is the fact that God does win in the end and that we are humbly submitting ourselves to Him through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, which is how we finish every show.
	We go to Scripture.
	We give ourselves some hope and encouragement.
	And to wrap up, Romans chapter 14, I'll read verse 19 through 23, and then we'll send you off in the weekend with a positive, hopeful message.
	And here it is.
	It says, So then, we must pursue what promotes peace and what builds up one another.
	Do not tear down God's work because of food.
	Everything is clean, but...
	It is wrong for a man to cause stumbling by what he eats.
	It is a noble thing not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything that makes your brother stumble.
	Do you have a conviction?
	Keep it to yourself before God.
	The man who does not condemn himself by what he approves is blessed.
	But whoever doubts stands condemned if he eats because his eating is not from a conviction and everything that is not from a conviction is sin.
	So, this verse kind of gets into the letter that Paul's writing to the church there in Rome, and he's basically instructing them on how to deal with these issues that they were finding amongst themselves, particularly this section dealing with those who were deciding to eat certain foods and not eat certain foods because of what is written in Scripture.
	But those who all claim to believe in Christ.
	And what he's telling them is that in order to find unity with your brothers and sisters in Christ, you must be able to understand that, as it says before this, that we are all each held accountable on our own and that it is up to us to understand that and to look to...
	To look to each other in a way that is uplifting and promoting that which is good, but not condemning or judging in the way that is left to God.
	God is the judge.
	We can condemn according to our own belief for ourselves to say we will not participate in that and that participation in such a thing would be bad, but ultimately God will judge us each individually.
	What Paul is instructing there is that we, on an individual level, with our convictions, will be held accountable and that they should be kept to ourselves in certain regard.
	But, that's it.
	If you guys haven't accepted the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as your Savior, please, now open your heart, say a prayer, and accept Him, and watch what great things will happen.
