	Joined today by Joaquin Agopian and Russ Winter for a fearsome, threesome edition.
	Because Joaquin is undergoing a power shortage, does not know how long he may be able to remain with us today.
	I'm changing the ordinary sequence to talk about a recent development about my lawsuits against BitChute and Rumble for violating their own terms of service, where the penalties could run as high as 30 million each.
	We've actually talked about the lawsuit before.
	You can find the basics on my blog at jameshfetzer.org, including all the access links to all the legal documents in the case, including the actual complaints themselves and the statements of claim, which elaborate the specific details of the offenses alleged to have been committed.
	Well, we were awaiting how Victor Hugo, the evil persona behind all of this, or at least the frontman would respond.
	And it came in the form of a fascinating development, an attack that actually, ironically, turns out to be hilarious for immediate release, done in the form of a press release.
	The court has denied Jim Fetzer's inform of Paparaz petition and his order to pay $405 before his $60 million loss against Rumble and Bitchute can move forward.
	In other words, it was never filed on August 12th.
	The court has likely determined that the action of filing a $60 million lawsuit against Rumble and Bitch is most frivolous and malicious.
	Fetzer has until September 5th to pay the filing fee of $405 for this case to move forward.
	If Fetzer fails to do so, he will be held to have withdrawn this action voluntarily and the case will be closed without prejudice.
	Then they included here a statement from the court about the filing fee after denying my petition to be not have to pay fees as a pauper.
	Thanks to the intrepid independent investigative work of VP, who gave Victor this information.

	Please note the Einlein copies of this case do not have the caption at the top of the pages of the case documented because he never filed the case.
	He never paid the 405 to the clerk of the court.
	Judges given him until September 5th to pay the money to have the case filed.
	All the filed cases have a caption running across the top of each page, indicating case number, document number.
	Fetzer is bluffing.
	I am almost 100% certain that this psychopath will not pay the money and the case will be closed.

	Pay your court filing fee before December 5th so that we can get the discovery on your facts, Jim Fetzer.
	Put your money where your mouth is.
	Now the court has denied your claim of being a pauper.
	So a court of public opinion will be able to witness for themselves in a court of law during a jury trial where only provable facts matter.
	How much of what you dribble out of your foul mouth is fact, and what is your discredited opinion based on lies?
	You and your gang of fools have tarnished your legacy forever.
	Well, let me just say, I think some gang of fools has tarnished their legacy forever, but that would not be me.
	Let's show them.

	What opposer is claiming you haven't even filed the done the filings?

	I'm explaining now my response.

	Well, of course.
	What a poser.
	What a poser this guy is.

	Here's one from August 12th.
	That was the one for Deep State Protocols.
	And here's the other August 14th for Rumble.
	But let me explain here what's going on and what VP evidently did not understand why VACA is KACA.
	How we know for sure.
	There is a standard procedure for filing cases in the federal courts where, if appropriate, a self-represented litigant may file a pauper petition to circumvent filing fees because of their indigent status.
	With a million-dollar lien from my Dame County Sandy Hook case, which I carried to the U.S. Supreme Court, and girl, four appeals pending, I submitted such a request, which was denied.
	So I ponied up the filing fees of 405.
	And he said you didn't pay the fees.
	So he's basically a poser as usual.
	He's a poser journalist just making shit up.
	You know, come on.
	Of course, of course, just listen.
	I just want to lay this out for our radio audience.
	And Rumble cases to be filed, copies of receipts before, which we've already shown for those who view the video version.
	What we have here is a classic example of the VACA style.
	Take some word, phrase, or expression out of context and exaggerate it grossly to make it easier to attack.
	VAC has done this from the beginning when I first removed him from truth versus news and from the raw deal.
	Here are some foresome additions that was done for maliciously attacking Brian Davidson, who had simply excused himself from further participation with VACA for his repetitive and ongoing mantra: It's the Jews, it's the Jews, it's the Jews.
	These days, his gross oversimplifications claim I am trying to suppress freedom of speech when I'm only holding Rumble and BitChute DSP to account for not adhering to and enforcing their own terms of service.
	Anyone who reads the complaints and statements of claims knows this to be the case.
	They are a matter of public record.
	So, what's going on here?
	An effort to destroy me has now become an effort to destroy the alt-truth community.
	His vicious, sadistic, and malicious videos now number over 750.

	My Sandy Hook friends have told me that Sandy Hook promised hired Victor to destroy my reputation out of concern that my Dane County lawsuit might be reversed.
	As Dave Gahari has astutely observed, a precocious seven-year-old could look over a few dozen cacavers and define him as a defamer and a scoundrel.
	Everyone here can judge for themselves.
	Ivaka wanted to create an enormous audience for making a fool of himself.
	He and his sock bucket Jane have succeeded spectacularly.
	Review the court filings for yourself, Jim, James H. Fetzer, PhD, and I give you all the links to the Rumble, all the links to the bit shoot with a summary, which you can also find on the blog.
	Fetzer, a former Marine Corps officer and McKnight professor emeritus from the University of Minnesota Duluth, flagged the content, served the platforms with cease and desist notices, and filed affidavits with the court, signed examples of the abuse and specific violations of the user agreement and the law.
	The platforms have refused to moderate the content or respond to the complaints, prompting Fetzer to file suit this month to force Bitch Unit and Rumble to comply with their own user agreements with regard to unlawful and harmful speech.

	Now, as Russ invited, here are the receipts.
	They were all paid in a timely fashion.
	And it's rather surprising that their legal beagle didn't get the story because it's all stated right there on PACER or wherever.
	They didn't get the story because they're posers.
	They're not real journalists.
	There's like make-believe type people.
	They just pull anything out of their ass that they want, throw it out there before a lot of people.
	I mean, they were emailing this thing out to something like 200, maybe more people.
	Who knows what's on the BCC?
	And what's weird about these emails that he's sending out is you don't really want to respond to them because then you end up in a spam folder.
	So he's created a throwaway account, JH, to do these mass mailings to all these people in the world out there.
	God knows who he's sending this to.
	And then it ends up being spam.
	And then if you reply to it, then you're going to end up having your email account marked spam.
	So it serves double duty.
	So it puts us in a position where we really don't want to answer.
	a spam email because you'll end up there too.
	Well, Kim, your thoughts.
	And, you know, according to these rules of engagement of VACA, if you dare say anything on your behalf, you know, yeah, he does his usual number on you.
	You know, I mean, he goes, he doesn't, he doesn't have any kind of basis of reality to make his accusations, but he pulls things way out of proportion and fictionalizes it into some way to make each of us look like we're criminals, basically, frequent criminals.
	And that's his MO.
	That's how he operates.
	And it seems like everybody that comes in contact with him ends up falling into his enemy crowd.
	I mean, it seems to be the more people that he attacks, it's making him more of an idiot to the whole world.
	So that's why my level of contact with the guy, you know, I don't engage because I know that he is going to self-destruct.
	He's in the process.
	We've seen it, you know, progress over, you know, what?
	Is it seven, eight months now?
	Eight months, I guess, or something like that.
	And he's putting himself out on a limb with each month.
	It's getting worse and worse.
	So I don't see how anybody, except for the handful of his loyal little, you know, laptops.
	Yeah.
	They're the only ones that might hang in there.
	But as far as gaining any traction with anybody, forget it.
	You know, they just would immediately recognize that this guy's a complete idiot to go to these low-level tactics and not follow them anymore, not pay any more attention.
	So I think we're on the right track.
	And I understand why you guys feel the need of definitely moving forward legally with the case.
	Because yes, Rumble and BitChute are not honoring their own terms of service.
	Well, I would add that the problem that these platforms face is this suit has been in place since the 12th on one case and the 14th of August in one case.
	The filings have been made.
	And they've actually allowed Vaca to even post some of his most egregious stuff yet after the suit has been filed.
	And that's, I mean, so cease and desist, tons and tons of flagging.
	And then you get a lawsuit and you're just going to let this guy put up his worst post yet without any kind of, it's amazing.
	I don't really understand that.
	I'm just really perplexed by.
	I think there's a cav yeah.
	The court had notified me there was a question of jurisdiction.
	They wanted to be sure that the Western District Court of Wisconsin could handle because in their own terms of service, they claim any dispute has to be handled by arbitration in their domain and that it's private.
	It doesn't become public.
	So that I, in order to deal with the jurisdiction issues, submitted supplements, explained that they violated their own terms of service so that their contract is null and void.
	That arbitration would be clearly unjust, and especially because it would not be in the public interest of this matter to be private, that it deserves to be publicized so that everyone can understand what's going on and they're grossly abusing.
	Now, while I believe the court will find favorably in my favor on jurisdiction, the case will only be docketed after he's made that decision.
	I expect it to happen.
	But still, the platforms know there's a lawsuit in place.
	Well, but see, until it's docketed, it's not formalized.
	So I think they're just sitting until I know, but they would think they had to move independently to kind of correct some of these measures.
	And particularly, there's been some really bad stuff released by Vaca lately.
	So they should be acting on that.
	And they're not.
	So that just shows almost like double damages type of figure in the punitive damages because, as you observed, not only did we flag so many of these videos and got automatic responses, which I'm convinced were AI bots, just automatically saying it's all in conformity with their terms of service.
	When I submitted them with a cease and desist, each separately with illustration to how they were violating their terms of service, they made no response whatsoever.
	When I filed affidavits in the Western District Court and sent them to them, I was reporting on the massive evidence we have that they were violating their terms of service.
	They made no response at all either.
	And now, of course, compelled to file the lawsuit.
	Well, what's fascinating about the affidavit, Russ, is by failing to respond to the affidavits, which they received, they have, under the law, by default, acknowledged they are accurate and true.
	So I believe that Bitch and Rumble inadvertently or out of incompetence created a huge legal problem for themselves by not responding to the affidavits.
	That's my take on where things stand, Roaque.
	But have they taken some of the videos down?
	No, not really.
	No, Dean Ryan independently had appealed to them about a handful.
	Over copyright issues, though.
	Yeah, well, you tell me, right?
	Very good, Russ.
	So they've taken a few down over copyright.
	But I'm basically in agreement with Russ here because the fact that they're allowing this to happen in even more egregious forms.
	I mean, we already had 750, but as Russ is observing, some of these latest are especially nasty, vicious, malicious.
	That's going to compound the case for damages.
	And frankly, if you read the statement of claims, it turns out this is a very vast, sprawling, interlocking empire of deception and deceit to censor information under the guise of freedom of speech.
	And it's not only Rumble and BitChute and Sandioc Promise that are involved, but other players and factors.
	This is a really big deal, Joaquin.
	Well, I don't know that much about the legal aspect of it, for sure, and you know a lot more than me, but obviously it's an important case, because it really does seem as though these platforms are derelict in their duty to maintain their own terms of service and allow it to go to the point where these total insults that are so defamatory.
	they need to be stopped.
	And so, yeah, you know, I totally understand the whole basis for having to do what we're doing.
	Yeah, it has to happen, yes.
	Well, I just want to watch it.
	Otherwise, it just goes on forever.
	Right, right.
	I mean, if he's got 750 now, how many is he going to have by the end of the year?
	1,500?
	I mean, it's just.
	And I think the point was made.
	I forgot who, maybe Susan did it or something, but when you punch in our names on the search engines, a lot of those stupid things come up because he titles them so defamatory.
	And that's what people see when they're punching our name in search engine.
	That means they have altered their algorithms to promote.
	Suppose you are searching for Jim Fetzer on Sandy Hook.
	What you get is Victor Hugo attacking Jim Fetzer again and again, page after page after page.
	Now, that is proof.
	So he's getting help.
	He's getting help, definitely.
	Yes, that means that the platforms are materially assisting him in perpetrating defamation, harassment, cyberbullying, elder abuse, a host, all aligned or laid out in the complaint.
	Now, Susan, who herself, of course, had been targeted, thought it might be a good idea to get an objective assessment.
	She had AI do a review of the case.
	And here's what came back.
	AI assessment of my lawsuits against BitChute, deep state protocol LC and Rumble.
	First, reliance on Section 2030 protection.
	Both platforms likely lean on Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act, which generally shields online platforms from liability for user-generated content.
	However, this protection is not absolute.
	If a platform is found to have materially contributed to the creation or development of unlawful content, it could lose that immunity.
	Second, automated moderation systems.
	Complaints suggest that moderation decision may be made by AI bots rather than human reviewers, leading to questionable judgments about whether flag content violates terms of service.
	This can result in harmful videos being deemed compliant, even when they contain clear defamation or privacy violation.
	Third, inconsistent enforcement of terms.
	Both BitChute and Rumble have community guidelines that prohibit defamation, doxing, and other harmful behavior.
	Lawsuits allege that these platforms fail to enforce their own rules, allowing flag videos to remain online despite repeated legal complaints.
	When questioned about liability, yes, they might be found liable, but it depends on several legal nuances.
	While platforms like BitChute and Rumble often invoke Section 230 to shield themselves from liability for user-generated content, that protection has limits.
	Here's how liability could come into play.
	When platforms might be liable, failure to act after notice.
	If a platform is repeatedly notified about defamatory content and does nothing, especially after receiving formal legal complaints or cease and desist letters, a court might find that it acted with reckless disregard or negligence, encouraging or amplifying harmful content.
	If the platform's algorithms or editorial choices actively promote defamatory material, it could be seen as contributing to the harm, which weakens their Section 230 defense.
	Violation of their own terms.
	If a platform claims to prohibit defamation but fails to enforce those rules consistently, plaintiffs might argue that the platform is engaging in deceptive practices or breach of content.
	Right.
	And the thing is, I have not seen, and I've flagged a lot of these videos.
	I've never seen one taken down, not even one.
	So if these guys were honest brokers, they would be taking some down.
	That would at least give them a little bit of an argument, but none.
	Yes, I agree.
	Refusal to remove after a court order.
	Once a judge rules that content is defamatory, platforms are expected to comply.
	Refusal to remove such content could lead to contempt of court or further legal penalties.
	Meanwhile, real-world examples.
	Rumble has faced lawsuits alleging it ignored takedown requests and allowed harmful videos to remain online.
	BitChute has been criticized for hosting content that by its privacy and defamation laws, with some cases escalating to legal action, will be right back after this spring with a fearsome, threesome edition of the raw deal today 27 august 20 25.

	So while the plaintiffs have a compelling narrative and some legal traction, success will hinge on whether they can prove that these platforms cross the line from passive hosts to active enablers of defamation.
	If they do, it could set a major precedent.

	Well, clearly, the AI, the artificial intelligence, is looking at the bowels of this case.
	It's probably, in its greater wisdom, has actually gone through the documentation instead of just making shit up like there's no filing going on.
	So that's kind of a big spread between AI and Victor in terms of reporting.
	And looks to me, what AI is saying is an actionable case.
	You know, the plaintiffs, which is you in this particular case, can prove the case and prevail.
	It's actionable.
	So, you know, we're going to find out some major precedent of the law in the meantime.
	So to treat this thing as like it's frivolous and nothing, which is what Victor's trying to do.
	And I don't, Victor acts like he's a defendant.
	He keeps saying we're going to do discovery.
	Like he's the guy being sued.
	He's a defendant.
	He doesn't have any.
	He has no rights to do any kind of discovery at all.
	And I don't think the platforms are going to bring him in.
	If anything, they're going to hide him away like a crazy an in the attic and just get him out of the way.
	And probably by and probably not too far down the road, sweep his sweep the turds out of the barn of his frigging platforms, his channels.
	So he's never going to see the days of doing discovery.
	What is he talking about?
	You're 100% correct.
	This isn't a suit against Victor Hugo Vaca II.
	This is a suit against Rumble and BitChute.
	He is not himself a defendant.
	And you're not going to be used as a consultant or anything else by BitChute and Rumble.
	Trust me, Victor.
	I think you're probably right.
	And the fact is, Sandy Akram is going to be ruined the day they hired the guy at this point in time because it's going to expose the whole fraud of Sandy Hook.
	That's what they wanted to defeat.
	They did not want there to be a reversal of my case the public would learn about.
	That's a whole reason they got Victor involved, where he's known as, I've been told, by my Sandy Huck friends, a reputation for being a character assassin.
	He's a professional paid character assassin.
	And if I had to make my guess, Russ, he's being paid by the peace.
	So he's getting so much for each video, which is why he's so eager to publish so many of them.
	Well, there sure are signs of a production company at work.
	Yesterday, I kind of sent a note out to everybody that he had done 24 videos in 48 hours.
	That's 12 a day.
	Yeah, now I gotta admit, I gotta admit, when I see him, when I look at him on the air, he does look like death warmed over.
	He really does.
	He just looks awful.
	He looks tired.
	He's poorly groomed.
	Sometimes he doesn't look like he's even taking a shower.
	So I suppose it's possible it's him doing it up all night, grinding this stuff away, getting his blood pressure up high with all kinds of anger and vendetta-driven activity.
	But I don't know.
	It's possible he's doing it, but I think he's got a production team.
	Oh, I don't think there's any doubt about it.
	There's a huge support mechanism here.
	Did you happen to catch my interview with Dr. Catherine Horton who's a PhD party?
	Yeah, very interesting.

	It could be some version of that for sure.
	I mean, it's worth.
	Thinks all the covers are AI generated.

	And for the audience, what she did say is that there's some crew somewhere working on this stuff and dedicated to sort of slandering really the entire alt media movement.
	Anybody that has anything to do with you, certainly.
	And that's a lot of people.
	That's a lot of people in the movie, the alternative media that have touched you in some way, particularly in the conspiracy side of things.
	And he's attacking them.
	So it looks like this is just an attack on Jim Fetzer, Russ Winter, whatever, but we've gone way, way beyond that.
	It's involving a lot of people, which I think makes BitShoot and Rumble's case even more difficult because of the breadth of the attacks.
	Yes, yes, yes.
	Stew Peters, SGT report, X22 report.
	There's quite a list, Mike Adams.
	I mean, you keep going, everyone is John Coleman.
	I mean, John Coleman's kind of a heavyweight and a major book on the subject and conspiracy.
	It just seems like the targeting is.
	I mean, why would anybody attack John Coleman?
	Why?
	What possible rationale?
	This is about as decent and straight and honest a guy as I've ever known, Russ.
	Just dealing with him is so refreshing.
	I think there's something the targets are just bizarre.
	I mean, even Kathleen Horton.
	Yeah.
	She's impeccable.
	And then he draws in, he draws in what I would call clapping seals, which are kind of usually nobodies, but not always.
	Sometimes they're more high-profile people that just don't really seem to seem to be clueless about who he is, what he does.
	But sometimes when you inform them, because we've been informing Clapping Seals lately, we've been contacting them.
	And sometimes they respond positively, sometimes they just don't.
	It's like they're on the payroll.
	Some people are acting like to me, like they're on the payroll.
	Russ, you know, I'm not really familiar with clapping seals.
	Tell me more about them.
	Well, clapping seals a person that goes on Victor with Victor and just goes, oh, Victor.
	Oh, you know, their total role is to let him run his narrative and just sit there like a seal clapping.
	Get it?
	Yeah.
	Okay.
	Or train or trained seals where they have no mind of their own.
	They're not really credible people.
	Maybe Victor gives them a platform for a brief platform, which they kind of jump on to get some exposure.
	There are quite a few of them.
	And a lot of those people have kind of broken off from him.
	You know, Curtis is a notable example.
	Charlie Carter.
	Those are just 15-minute same type people with Victor.
	But there's others, and I, you know, those are the ones that I've kind of put the word out that I am particularly watching you because I have family honor to defend, and you got to be pretty damn careful what you say in this litigious environment.
	And I've noticed that some of these guys are gone.
	You know, I think he's having a hard time attracting clapping seals.
	Where is Last Dutchman?
	I haven't seen him in a month.
	Where are they?
	Where's the Battome Beach sessions?
	They're kind of non-existent.
	Now, what's going to happen is Jane, his sock puppet, is going to take this conversation I'm having with you right now and dissect it piece by piece.
	You know, and nobody spends that kind of time analyzing a conversation like this, but she will, or he will.
	So, who is it?
	Is it a team of AI, a team behind him?
	Is it Victor Hugo himself just staying up all night and just wrecking his health doing it?
	I mean, it's kind of up in the air.
	It's a big mystery to me.
	Catherine suggests it was a special unit of the FBI that does this sort of thing.
	I think it's more likely to be bossed.
	I mean, you know, they want to destroy the truth community, which is it going to expose 9-11 is an Israeli op.
	But how do you, but how do you do it when you start when you start?
	You know, you start sending 200 emails or 300 emails out to randomly selected people.
	It just pisses them off.
	But I guess Victor doesn't really care about himself.
	He doesn't care about his image.
	As long as the emails sent out create some kind of doubt somewhere, you know, like, oh, you didn't, they didn't even file their filings.
	They didn't pay for their filings.
	Let me beg to differ.
	These weren't random.
	These were carefully selected.
	I have a friend with deep intel background who said he reviewed the list, and it's a very impressive list of very prominent people who are anti-war.
	He said, anti-war, I presume that means anti-genocide, anti-Ukraine versus Russia.
	How could they possibly be impressed with Victor Hugo's emails?
	I mean, nobody's saying they are impressed.
	It was their interests, their belief that they would have a positive impact by doing this, by trashing me in front of them.
	Perhaps they suspect they are sympathetic to my views on JFK 9-11, Wellstone, Sandy Hook.
	So I thought there's going to be a massive discrediting because they believed falsely that they had proof that I was faking the lawsuits when anyone who actually read saw in the very place where the judge at the state went about denying my Barbara petition that I had paid.
	I'd already paid the fees.
	So this was incompetence.
	This is arrogance.
	This is getting ahead of themselves.
	Yeah, posing.
	It's posing.
	Yeah, you're, of course, 100% right about that.
	So, how can an illustrious group of recipients possibly respond positively to opposers' claims?
	I mean, to me, it looks to me, it looks like he's doing a big breakdown and kind of disintegrating for our eyes.
	That's what it looks like to me.
	He's sort of blowing up.
	He's desperate.
	But look how it was a softball for me to hit out of the park.
	I mean, the problem is you can't send an email out.
	That's the problem.
	You're going to end up, you know, unless you get a burner account.
	This is what I was telling you the other day.
	Unless you set up a burner account like he's done to respond to 200 people, you're going to end up in a spam mode.
	They're going to put you as a spammer.
	So he has a throwaway account.
	JH is a throwaway account.
	He doesn't even care what happens to that.
	So it ends up being a spam account.
	And then he just creates another sock puppet account.
	And if we reply with our own emails, then we're categorized as spam.
	So we can't really respond, can't really respond to this shit.
	So the only way we can play it is just hope people are smart enough to realize they're being spammed by a poser.
	Some on the list have reached out to me because some have reached out to me because they were on the list and they got my response.
	And, you know, I've got at least one, I think at least two interviews forthcoming, which I'll, you know, elaborate when it's appropriate.
	But there is proof, there is evidence they went out, Russ.
	They didn't just go into spam boxes.

	They actually received them.
	And frankly, if they were only getting one email from me about the case, that's the one to get.
	Because, you know, I was very careful in what I linked.
	For example, when I talk about my Sandiac friends, you link on that.
	You'll see how for the last three years I've been in contact with participants in the FEMA drill, that they were given additional evidence that they could do it because they had been cast in the roles by their mothers and had not signed non-disclosure agreements.
	Where it turns out that, as they explained to me, Eric Holder came to Newtown in 2006 and offered the community $114 million to do this, which was intended to illustrate what could happen if we don't take guns away from the American people.
	They had auditions for roles, non-disclosure agreements.
	They continue to receive benefits to this day, Russ, including they pay no taxes and they get free college tuition.
	Okay, so based on the feedback you've gotten from these email exchanges, you're saying that it's been a net positive for our jobs.

	That's kind of that's kind of bizarre behavior.
	That's schizoid type behavior.
	Another example of his classic straw man strategy where you create an exaggerated version.
	He's done it from the beginning.
	This is his basic modus operandi, Russ, making an exaggerated version to attack.
	Like I'm, I'm supposed to be suppressing freedom of speech.
	I'm not.
	I'm not merely asking Rumble and BitChute to adhere to their own terms of service to preclude defamation, preclude harassment, cyberbullying, elder abuse.
	They claim they do it in their terms of service, but they are not.
	That's no infringement of freedom of speech.
	That's an infringement of illegal.
	Well, I don't know.
	I don't understand why.
	I mean, Truck, I think he's helping BitChute and Rumble by creating a bunch more videos that are basically of the egregious type, you know, accusing people of being pedos, pedophiles.
	That's kind of one of his bigos lately.
	So he's really gone that route.
	I don't think he's helping BitChute and Rumble with those.
	That's defamation.
	And Rumble and Fitch ignore those videos.
	They continue to ignore them, even though there's been a lawsuit and we now have artificial intelligence telling the world that this is an actionable case.
	Yeah, I thought the AI assessment was a vindication of our moving part with the lawsuit.
	And so the only way for these platforms to escape is to rig it and put it into arbitration in some jurisdiction where some of the attorneys are on their team, you know, completely rigged by court.
	Oh, of course.
	So it's all a question of jurisdiction.
	And if the court decides, as I believe they will, but there's no guarantee that the Western District of Wisconsin has jurisdiction, it'll be docketed.
	And that is when Rumble and BitChute Deep State Protocol LLC will respond.
	And Russ, they're not going to want this to be a public case.
	They're not going to want to have a jury trial.
	They're going to want to settle.
	As soon as it's docketed, that's going to be the time.
	Even if it's docketed in one of their courts, an arbitration.

	If there's an arbitration, they feel they got control of it.
	Okay.
	They're not going to give a shit.
	But it's mostly just BitChute that's pushing the arbitration thing, right?

	So that's one of my strongest arguments for not allowing arbitration.

	Well, you know, and I've argued, I've argued that not everybody that's been damaged is a user of the platforms.
	That's also true.

	So therefore, they shouldn't have jurisdiction over because they're not the plaintiff in the case.

	See, since I'm the plaintiff, it all depends on my circumstances and situations.

	But as the court, as the case develops and more affidavits are filed, then that's the key where you show them that the whole user thing is not just Jim Fetzer.

	Put that on the screen and say, you know, explain this, explain your process of why you rule this not to be a violation of your terms of service.
	And that's where I think they're going to really have a very difficult time.

	I mean, most of the offense is occurring right there visually in the cover art of the captions.

	Sequoia is one of the top venture capital firms.
	That means they provide the startup capital for all of the super powerful and big Silicon Valley startups that became powerful and big.
	Sean Maguire has an Israeli wife and Israeli kids and is a super Zionist on Twitter.
	Jacob Hellberg was the right-hand man to some of the most powerful people in tech, to Alex Karp, to Keith Raboy, who's at Facebook.
	Jacob Hellberg gave a huge contribution to Trump last year.
	He's all over the pro-Israel cause.
	These are just a couple of examples.
	Silicon Valley from top to bottom is penetrated by Israeli intelligence.
	And guess what else?
	Where does Silicon Valley recruit from?
	Where does Silicon Valley have its research labs?
	Well, schools like Stanford, Columbia, Harvard, Yale, the Ivy League universities, almost all of them now have Jewish presidents.
	Some of them, like Columbia, 25% of the student body is Jewish.
	And what is the White House trying to do right now?
	They're bringing in the Department of Education to force universities like Harvard and Columbia to police anti-Semitism, to teach pro-Israel curriculum in their Middle East studies department.
	Silicon Valley is in bed with academia.
	The White House is punishing academia for not being Jewish and pro-Israel enough.
	And Silicon Valley is infiltrated by Israel.
	And what else do Silicon Valley and the universities do?
	Silicon Valley gets enormous contracts from the U.S. intelligence agencies, from the CIA, from the NSA, from federal law enforcement.
	And the research universities, the labs at MIT, at the Ivy League schools, they get contracts.
	They do the research too.
	And increasingly, they're doing this for the military as well.

	The full-scale attack appeared to be in response to some unflattering comment recently made by Elise Palas, that's, of course, the head of the French government about Vladimir Putin.

	Russia has issued a terrifying warning to France as tension between the two countries threatened to explode.
	The French president is the latest Western leader to be singled out for rough treatment by Kremlin propagandists and to become public enemy number one.
	The full-blooded attack appeared to be in response to some unflattering comments made recently by the El Espalos resident about Vladimir Putin.
	During an interview with French TV news network LC, I, Emmanuel Macron, called Putin, quote, a predator and then ogre at our doorstep.
	That's quite ridiculous.
	The remark seemingly went down like a lead balloon with a sensitive Kremlin tyrant.
	You see, indicating this is propaganda, or at least it's propaganda hands on the unfortunate Macron.
	Well, that's all we have about it.
	That's practically nothing insignificant.
	Meanwhile, has he gone completely insane?
	Zelensky announces there's not going to be peace.
	If you listen long enough, people will eventually tell you exactly what they truly believe.
	Unfortunately, we have just learned what Ukrainian President Voltair Zelensky truly believes about the war with Russia.
	And it's not good news at all.
	Apparently, Zelensky is convinced there will be no permanent state of peace until all of Donets, all of Luhans, all of Crimea belong to his government again.
	Needless to say, Russia will never hand over all of Donetsk, all of Luhansk, all of Crimea to Ukraine willingly.
	And so they will need to be taken by force.
	Since Ukrainians cannot do this alone, they will be seeking to enlist the help of others.
	And that is what should concern us all.

	However, the character, convinced by them of his own exceptionalism, great historical mission, and absolute irreplaceability, has absolutely no intention of leaving his post in a good way.
	Well, Kevin Bartners no longer have the time or patience for subtle intrigues and complex combinations.
	Zelensky will most likely have to leave the English way without long ceremonies and farewells.
	Memorandum is a verdict.
	And by the way, it seems that the British gentlemen have decided to take on the honorable mission of eliminating the arrogant and increasingly uncontrollable Ukrainian dictator.
	It's quite natural.
	Having received its due in the form of the enslaving raw materials agreement, Washington, represented by Donald Trump, is today trying to distance itself as much as possible from everything connected with the Independent.
	The beastkeeping antics of the head of the White House are a show in its purest form.
	The American president is probably well aware of their futility and hopelessness and has no illusions about it.
	Well, it's high time to hand over the yellow and blue suitcase without a handle to London.
	Let it carry it around if it wants.
	The British see Ukraine not as a source of any profit, but exclusively as a tool with which to continue hostile actions against Russia.

	But first and foremost, they want to put someone more sane and effective than Zelensky at the head of the local natives.

	Meanwhile, we get, nevertheless, an alternative conception that Britain is looking for a direct war with Russia.
	Fairly incredible.
	EU diplomat Plinda Zelinki warned Ukraine in Europe on looming catastrophe.
	Britain is actively looking for a direct war with Russia.
	This statement has not come from a Russian observer or neutral observer who has recalled all the terrorist attacks carried out planned by the Kiev regime in Russia with the support of UK intelligence.
	It comes from a friend of Ukrainian President Voldemir Zelensky, the former Polish ambassador to Kiev, Bartisak Chikahaw, who knows full well that the event of a direct conflict between London and Moscow, the entire nation of Ukraine would be razed to the ground.
	And with it, other neighboring nations like Poland could suffer devastating consequences.
	The statement by Zelensky and European leaders emphasized by Western mainstream media finance by profiteering circles of NATO warlords who orchestrated the bloody 2014 coup in Kiev that started it all seem to proceed in this direction,
	effectively erasing the enormous progress of the summit in Alaska between Russian President Putin and U.S. President Trump.
	Frankly, I don't know that there was all that much progress.
	Here we have a report.

	The U.S. has renewed supplies of long-range missiles to Kiev, but with the condition they not be used in Russian territory.
	The European Union has donated another 4 billion euros in contribution to Ukraine.
	NATO is ready to increase military aid and in preparing for a direct war against Russia, let me add, which they would lose.
	There's simply no doubt about it.
	Meanwhile, Ukraine has attacked a Russian nuclear power station.
	Ukrainian forces hit a Russian nuclear power plant, causing a fire quickly extinguished.
	Ukraine President Zelensky claims it's conducting long-range strikes in Russia without American assistance.
	Russian officials claim a Ukrainian drone was down near the Kursk nuclear power plant Sunday, causing a small fire at the facility, which resulted in the NBP reducing its capacity of one to three units to 50%.
	Meanwhile, Zelensky can't sign a peace deal.
	And this, I believe, is actually a weighty consideration coming from RT.
	The Ukrainian leader and presidential term ended more than a year ago.
	Russia's open to talk with Ukrainian leader Volomir Zelensky, given that he's the de facto head of the regime, but any details could only be signed by a legitimate representative of Ukraine.
	Russian Minister Sergey Lavrov has said in a rare interview with NBC aired on Sunday, Lavrov did not rule out direct talks between Russian President Putin and Zelensky, provided the meeting is really going to decide something.
	However, the necessary groundwork for such talks, the foreign minister stressed, has not yet been done.
	Lavrov acknowledged Zelensky as the de facto head of the regime, but said the issue of who is going to sign the deal on the Ukrainian side is a very serious one.
	We would need a very clear understanding by everybody.
	The person who's signing is legitimate, totally appropriate.
	Meanwhile, allegiance to whom?
	Lavrov speaks.
	The following video, if true, is a damning indictment of Donald Trump and his ostensib commitment to America first.
	Nope.
	Trump is putting America second.
	U.S. Army Sergeant Jonathan Estridge, 20-year military veteran, says he's under investigation for sharing anti-Israel posts on social media.
	He said he was totally being investigated as a national security threat.
	Sergeant Estridge is correct when he says he swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.
	There's nothing in that oath that U.S. military personnel are required to swear to protect Israel.
	So after 20 years of service in the military, yesterday I got pulled into an officer's office and counseled for posts that I have on my social media.
	During the counseling, they told me I'm under investigation as a threat to national security.
	When I asked for proof, like what the posts were yesterday, they refused to give it to me.
	They made me come back today to further go over stuff.
	They gave me the proof, and the proof they gave me are anti-Israel posts.
	Now, when I joined the military, I took an allegiance to support the United States of America.
	I did not ever take an allegiance to support Israel.
	But yet I am deemed a national threat to national security because I do not support Israel and their genocide against the Palestinian people.
	Yes, you heard that right.
	I am deemed a threat to national security because I don't support Israel's genocide against the Palestinian people.
	Since when does not support a foreign nation get a U.S. soldier investigated for being a threat to national security?
	I could not agree more.
	As a former Marine Corps commissioned officer, I say that Sergeant is absolutely in the right.
	And what's going on here is terribly, terribly wrong.
	Meanwhile, this will come as no surprise to those who have followed the history of the Gaza intervention, who thwarted seven Gaza de-filed deals, Israeli report mines.
	U.S. and Israeli sources describe a pattern of obstruction by Israeli leadership, even as Hamas accepted key terms.
	Over the course of the war in Gaza, Israel has repeatedly put up roadblocks to ceasefire deals with Hamas, even when the Palestinian group accepted its conditions.
	Israel Channel 13 investigating program, Hamakor, aborted on Friday.
	According to senior American and Israeli officials interviewed by the program, Israel blocked a ceasefire agreement on seven occasions during nearly two years of its devastating military campaign against a besieged enclave.
	The officials said Prime Minister Benjamin Netya was chiefly responsible, often bowing to pressure from far-right ministers, including Finance Minister Benziel Smotrich and National Security Minister Edamir Ben-Gerb.
	Matthew Miller, spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State under President Biden, said that at the start of the war in October 2023, Hamas was ready to release some hostages.
	We have been trying to get through to the government of Israel to tell them that, Miller said, but added, Washington could not get anyone to take us seriously, referring to the Israeli leadership.
	Of course not.
	They're using October 7th as a pretext for mass murder and ethnic cleansing.
	Completely outrageous.
	Meanwhile, here's a Gaza doctor.
	So no place is safe in Gaza.
	But you have to choose the way to die.
	You know, we have an outpatient clinic for severe acute malnutrition.
	This clinic is used to receive 10 cases every day.
	It is working two days per week.
	Okay, Saturday and Thursday.
	Last Saturday, last Saturday, they received 120 cases of severe acute malnutrition.
	This is unbelievable.
	I visited the clinic and I support the doctors and nurses who are working there.
	They were completely exhausted.
	They were shook due to a number of cases.
	Everyone is asking for a nutrient.
	Everyone is afraid about his son or his boy or his girl.
	You know, starvation is not just the heart of the stomach for the baby.
	It is the heart, it is the pain of the heart for the mother and for the father.
	It is very, very, very painful feeling that you are unable to offer anything for your baby and you see him is losing weight, losing muscles, losing fat.
	He's just a skeleton covered by skin, and you are watching while he's leaving, and you can't offer anything for him.
	Residents of Gaza City are being told to evacuate, to leave, and go south.
	Do you feel safe in Khan Yunis or is nowhere safe really in the strip as a whole?
	No place is safe in Gaza.
	Even my friend, to be in a womb, in a womb, in the uterus, in your mother, you are not safe.
	We have so cases that babies in their wombs, in the uterus, their mothers, their mothers are pregnant and they targeted and they were killed and even the baby inside her womb or uterus was executed and expired.
	So no place is safe in Gaza.
	But you have to choose the way to die.
	So no place is.
	Yeah.
	That's the way it is.
	They're going to kill you one way or another.
	So you have to choose your way to die.
	How bad is that?
	Meanwhile, Crystal exposes Israel's modern-day Holocaust denial.
	This is my favorite classy gift to g- Here she is The IPC, or Integrated Food Security Classification System, officially declared Gaza City in a state of man-made famine.
	Only the fourth such declaration made in that organization's history.
	Here you can see the steady rise in those facing emergency levels of food insecurity and catastrophic levels of food insecurity.
	Already, Gaza City has reached that organization's metrics for an official famine declaration with 35% of households at that catastrophic mark and another 55% at the emergency level.
	The other regions of the Gaza Strip are also on track for famine if a ceasefire and surge in aid is not immediately achieved with conditions worsening everywhere.
	The authors of the report sounded a dire warning saying, quote, if a ceasefire is not implemented to allow humanitarian aid to reach everyone in the Gaza Strip and if essential food supplies and basic health nutrition and sanitation and water services are not restored immediately, avoidable deaths will increase exponentially.
	Now, will Israel use this official report to take a step back, reflect on how they could have lost their way so badly as to go from genocide victims to genocide perpetrators in just a few generations?
	Or even just to consider with shame the way that they've torched their reputation as a civilized nation with the entire rest of the world?
	Obviously not.
	Instead, they wage an immediate all-out war to try to deny the veracity of this assessment.
	Pseudoscience propaganda reports were crafted.
	Netanyahu, of course, called it a blood libel, and official Israeli Hasbara influencers were dispatched to debunk the claims.
	But the real high IQ genocide denial take came directly from the Israel Twitter account.
	Here, they claim that the IPC lowered their standard to 15% malnutrition in order to unjustly smear Israel.
	Quote: In other countries, the IPC declares famine at 30% malnutrition.
	In Gaza only, the UN-backed IPC lowered the bar to 15%, and it is based on unreliable data.
	They didn't find famine, so they forged one.
	This, of course, is total and complete bullshit.
	A made-up lie to deflect and to confuse you.
	Refugees International President Jeremy Conondike posted an excellent thread to explain the trick that Israel is trying to pull here.
	He points out that, first of all, the exact same metric was used for declaring famine in Sudan just last year.
	So, right out of the gate, this whole blood libel anti-Semitism double-standard claim from Israel is completely blown up.
	The TLDR is this: there are two different assessments which can be used to determine famine conditions, both of which have been used by the IPC in the past.
	One is weight for height, which is basically a BMI metric, and the other is MUAC or mid-upper arm circumference.
	Connondyke writes that both are valid ways of assessing global acute malnutrition in a population and in line with IPC guidance.
	Mid-upper arm circumference is often used when assessors have limited access, as is the case in Gaza due to Israel's decimation of the healthcare system and attacks on international aid workers.
	These two different metrics also have two different thresholds for famine designation.
	Here, so you know, is the relevant chart.
	You can see that for the BMI weight for height metric, 30% of children must be bound to it to be deemed a famine.
	For the mid-upper arm circumference test, the threshold for phase five famine is 15% of children, which is what was met in Gaza City.
	As to why the different tests merit different thresholds, Connondyke writes the following: Because they measure different physical characteristics, weight for height and MUAC often manifest at different levels within the same population.
	A lower MUAC usually equates to a higher weight for height GAM, that's a famine measurement, hence the different thresholds of 15% and 30%.
	So, essentially, mid-upper arm circumference is a more stringent criteria.
	So, if you're seeing 15% in trouble using that criteria, you would likely have measured more than 30% if you were able to do a full weight for height assessment.
	The Israelis are not stupid.
	They know all of this.
	They're just hoping you are stupid and that you won't look past their surface-level assertions and that the process is rigged or to be so terrified about being accused of anti-Semitism that you will back down at the first challenge.
	I think that's absolutely right.
	Crystal Ball does a wonderful job on that issue.
	And there's so many others that have to do with what's going on here.

	Fred Luchter visited there in 1988, found there were no facilities that could have remotely functioned as a gas chamber, where he was the leading expert on gas chambers in the world at the time.
	He's reported twice during my Paul Flanken conspiracy conferences, the fifth of which will be held this December, that it was all a fraud.
	They did use Zyklon B to kill body lies, which were spreading typhus and dysentery in the camps, in order to maintain the health of the inmates for the obvious reason you can't get work out of a corpse.
	These were labor camps, not death camps.
	Hundreds of children were born in these camps.
	When they were released, they looked very healthy, very fit.
