	Absolute standard by the book in terms of a checklist.

	Authorities in a hospital say at least five were injured in a shooting during the first week of classes at a Minneapolis Catholic school.
	Those injured, 14 children to an condition.
	They claim that three were killed.
	We have comments very appropriate from Patty.
	I just heard of the mayor's, I just heard the end of the mayor's speech at Roshore.
	It was memorized and rehearsed.
	And now the police chief speaking, and his is a written speech.
	No one is sad or upset standing around the microphone.
	Can't wait to see what you and Brian do with this event.
	Also, the mayor ended with, we love you.
	So phony.
	This country is nut still and happening under Trump.

	One or the other, you want to watch him for sure, because this is reminiscent of Sandy Hook, Parkland High School, Orlando, Las Vegas.

	Meanwhile, and I can't help suspecting that this shooting is related to my lawsuits against Bit Shoot and Rompol, which I maintain Or because they have facilitated and supported this kind of internet monstrosity who calls himself Victor Hugo Vaca II,
	attacking me now over 750 times, 750 times, just ridiculous beyond belief.
	Now, something rather amusing occurred because Victor Hugo and his allies, including a woman who uses the initial VP, whom I've otherwise yet to identify, claim that they had discovered I'd never filed the lawsuit.
	In other words, that the judge had ruled against me for a pauper petition, which would mean that you're so insolvent, you shouldn't be required to pay the legal fees.
	And I had indeed submitted such a petition because I still have a million-dollar lien on me from the Sandy Hook lawsuit case I'm seeking to reverse, where I believe Sandy Hook Promise hired Victor Hugo, who's well known as a character assassin, in order to make me not believable, not credible in the eyes of the public.
	But he's gotten so far overboard.
	I think he succeeded in something closer to the opposite.
	They're claiming I never filed the suits that I was bluffing.
	Well, here's part of what I wrote in response.
	And by the way, this went up to a mailing with a CC list of 195 who a friend has reviewed and said these are very good people who are mostly anti-war, I take it, anti-Gaza, anti-war on Iran, anti-Ukraine attacking Russia, blah, blah, blah.
	Here's what I wrote.
	Why, VACA is KACA.
	How to know for sure.
	There is a standard procedure for filing cases in the federal courts where, if appropriate, a self-representing litigant may file a pauper petition to circumvent filing fees because of their indigent status.
	With a million-dollar lien from my Dane County Sandy Hook case, which I carried to the U.S. Supreme Court and currently at four appeals panting, I submitted such a request, which was denied.
	So I ponied up the filing fees of $450 for the BitChute Deep State Protocols Inc. and Rumble cases to be filed, copies of receipts below.
	What we have here is a classic example of the Vaca style.
	Take some word, phrase, or expression out of context and exaggerate it grossly to make it easier to attack.
	Vaca has done that from the beginning when I first removed him from Truth versus News and from the raw deal, fearsome, forsome additions.
	That was done for maliciously attacking Brian Davidson, who had simply excused himself from further participation with VACA for his repetitive and ongoing mantra.
	It's the Jews.
	These days, his gross oversimplifications claim I am trying to suppress freedom of speech when I'm only holding BitChute and Romball to account for not adhering to and enforcing their own terms of service.
	Anyone who reads the complaints and statements of claims published on my website knows that to be the case.
	They are a matter of public record.
	So what's going on here?
	An effort to destroy me has now become an effort to destroy the alt-truth community.
	His vicious, sadistic, and malicious videos now number 100, 750 plus.
	And I give you a link.
	Just go on BitChute, for example, and search for Victor Hugo comma Jim Fetzer.
	My Sandy Hook friends have told me that Sandy Hook promised hired Victor to destroy my reputation out of concern that my Dane County lawsuit might be reversed.
	As Dave Gehari has astutely observed, a precocious seven-year-old could look over a few dozen cock of covers and define him as a defamer and a scoundrel.
	Everyone here can judge for themselves.
	If Vaca wanted to create an enormous audience for making a fool of himself, he and his sockpapa Jane have succeeded spectacularly.
	Review the court filings for yourself.
	I give them all here, and you can find them on my blog, and copies of the receipts for the filing fees.
	Ridiculous.
	Meanwhile, one of my dear colleagues who's herself in a target of attack, Susan Bradford, thought it would be a great idea to get an AI assessment of the case.
	And it was, in my opinion, sterling.
	Here's what the AI, and I believe it was Co-Pilot, had to say.
	Reliance on Section 230 protections.
	Both platforms likely lean on Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act, which generally shields online platforms from liability for user-generated content.
	However, this protection is not absolute.
	If a platform is found to have materially contributed to the creation or development of unlawful content, it could lose that immunity.
	Second, automated moderation systems.
	Complaints suggest that moderation decision may be made by AI bots rather than human reviewers, leading to questionable judgment about whether flagged content violates terms of service.
	This can result in harmful videos being deemed compliant, even when they contain clear defamation or privacy violation.
	Third, inconsistent enforcement of terms.
	Both BitChute and Romball have community guidelines that prohibit defamation, doxing, and other harmful behavior.
	Yet, lawsuits allege that these platforms fail to enforce their own rules, allowing flag videos to remain online despite repeated legal complaints.
	When questioned about liability, yes, they might be found liable, but it depends on several legal nuances.
	While platforms like BitChute and Rumble often invoke Section 230 to shield themselves from liability for user-generated content, that protection has limits.
	Here's how liability could come into play.
	When platform might be liable, failure to act after notice.
	If a platform is repeatedly notified about defamatory content and does nothing, especially after receiving formal legal complaints or cease and desist letters, a court might find that it acted with reckless disregard or negligence, encouraging or amplifying harmful content.
	If the platform's algorithms or editorial charges actively promote defamatory material, it could be seen as contributing to the harm, which weakens their Section 230 defense, violation of their own terms.
	If a platform claims to prohibit defamation but fails to enforce those rules consistently, plaintiffs might argue that the platform is engaging in deceptive practices or breach of contract, refusal to remove after-court order.
	Once a judge rules that content is defamatory, platforms are expected to comply.
	Refusal to remove such content could lead to contempt of court or further legal penalties.
	After further commentary about specific examples, AI concludes: while the plaintiffs have a compelling narrative and some legal traction, success will hinge on whether they can prove that these platforms cross the line from passive hosts to active enablers of defamation.
	If they do, it could set a major precedent.
	So I share this because we all care about our ability to communicate.
	We all care about propaganda.
	We all care about censorship.
	BitChute and Rumble have made their way as highly valued platforms because they claim to promote freedom of speech.
	But that does not extend to defamation, harassment, cyberbullying, or elder abuse.
	Meanwhile, we have a remote that I suspect is propaganda.
	Russia threatens to march on Paris as all out World War III fears erupt.
	The full-blooded attack appears to be in response to some unflattering comments recently made by the Elais Palace resident about Vladimir Putin.
	Russia has issued a terrifying warning to France as tension between the two countries threatened to explode.
	The French president is the latest Western leader to be singled out for tough treatment by premium propagandists and to become public enemy number one.
	Another, has it gone completely insane?
	Zelensky announces there is not going to be peace.
	If you listen long enough, people will eventually tell you exactly what they truly believe.
	Unfortunately, we have just learned what Ukrainian President Voldemir Zelensky truly believes about the war with Russia.
	And it is not good news.
	Apparently, Zelensky is convinced there will not be a permanent state of peace until all Donetsk, all Luhans, all Crimea belong to his government once again.
	Needless to say, the Russians will never hand all of Donetsk, all of Luhans, or all of Crimea back to Ukraine willingly.
	And so they will need to be taken by force.
	Since the Ukrainians cannot do this alone, they will be seeking to enlist the help of others.
	And that is what should deeply alarm us all.
	Another, Zelensky has lost London's support.
	Now, this was dated August 21st.
	The career of unfunny comedian and hapless ruler Voltomir Zelensky is rapidly coming to an end.
	The ridiculous figure in his shabby green military-style sweatshirt has become too toxic for Western leaders playing their game.
	And it's time to remove him from the stage.
	However, the character convinced by them of his own exceptionalism, great historical mission, and absolute irreplaceability has no intention of leaving his post in a good way.

	But any deals could only be signed by a legitimate representative of Ukraine.
	Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.
	Lavrov acknowledged Zelensky as the de facto head, but said that the issue of who is going to sign the deal on the Ukrainian sign is very serious.
	We would need a very clear understanding by everybody that the person signing is legitimate, completely right.

	Israeli Military Friday dismissed 15 Air Force officers, one a brigadier general after they signed a petition calling for an end to the war on Gaza and the release of Captain Zelda by Hamas there.

	Meanwhile, Israel's launched heavy strike on Yemen's capital, killing at least six.
	The Israeli Air Force launched a heavy airstrike on Yemen's capital, Senna, on Sunday, as the Houthis officially known as Ansar Allah have continued their blockade of Israeli shipping and attacks on Israeli territory in response to Israel's genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.
	Other reports I'm getting, Israel is threatening to use biological warfare against the Houthis.
	Nothing is beneath them.
	They'll resort to any technique, no matter how macabre, how bizarre, how cruel, how inhumane, how illegal.
	That is the Israeli way.
	Meanwhile, Iran says they have killed six terrorists linked to Israel.
	They don't mess around.
	They catch them, they round him out, they give them some judicial review, and they kill up.
	Iran forces killed signals, but this was during a raid in the rest of Southeast Media reported Saturday saying they were members of a terrorist group linked to arch enemy Israel.
	No doubt.
	Meanwhile, Trump acts as a DIA head for revealing the Iran strike was ineffective.
	This is not good.
	U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has dismissed a senior general following an intelligence assessment on Iran's nuclear program that reportedly angered President Donald Trump, according to two individuals familiar with the matter and a White House official cited by the Associated Press.
	Lieutenant General Jeffrey Cruz, three stars, will no longer serve as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
	Sources confirmed AP.
	They spoke on condition of anonymity.
	The dismissal caused a leak of a preliminary report that concluded U.S. strikes had delayed Iran's nuclear program by only a few months, undercutting claim by Trump and Israeli P.M. Netanyahu that the facilities had been decimated.
	Trump had declared the program completely and fully obliterated, rejecting the assessment outright.
	Ridiculous by Trump.
	The general has it right.
	Meanwhile, Kamane, the spiritual leader of Iran, has declared the U.S. wants Iran to be obedient.
	Situation cannot be resolved through negotiations.
	Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Oli Khomeini said on Sunday, the U.S. is seeking an obedient Iran and that the issues with the U.S. cannot be resolved through negotiation.
	They want Iran with its great history and its people with all their honor and glory to obey the U.S., Khamenei said.
	Those who argue, why don't you hold direct negotiation with America and resolve your issues?
	In my opinion, they too are only seeing what's on the surface.
	This is not the essence of the matter.
	This is not a matter that can be resolved by diplomacy or negotiation.
	Meanwhile, Britain erupts in mass protests against illegal immigrants.
	It's beginning to look like the British people have had enough.
	Enough illegal immigration, enough asylum seekers being housed in British hotels at taxpayer expense, enough no-go zones, enough grooming gangs, enough knife attacks, enough rape.
	They've had enough.
	And this weekend just passed.
	They sure let their government know it.
	Question is, how much good will it do?
	Mass protests have exploded outside immigrant hotels across the country this weekend as furious families gather in major cities, including Birmingham and London.
	A group of protesters, some draped in the St. George's Cross, gathered outside the Christy Bromwich Holiday Inn in Birmingham Sunday, while in London, police stood guard at the Britannia Hotel in Canary Wharf, the Britannia Hotel in Norwich.
	Demonstrators gathered outside the Brook Hotel, draping themselves in union in St. George's flags.
	Meanwhile, the 9-11 truth, they're not supposed to see.
	Here's some of it.
	And pretty soon, militant Islam will bring down the World Trade Center.
	The West really doesn't understand militant Islam.
	So I wrote a book in 1995, and I said that if the West doesn't wake up to the suicidal nature of militant Islam, the next thing you'll see is the militant Islam is bringing down the World Trade Center.
	Nice prediction there, just a bit psychic, was he?
	You know, like it's got Israeli fingerprints all over it.
	And with any of that sort of stuff, you've just got to say, you know, Cuba know who benefits.
	And the only people who benefited from 9-11 is Israel and even Benjamin Netanyahu, who said that as well.
	He said, the one thing we are benefiting from at the moment is the attack on the World Trade Center.
	Mr. Nyahu said, quote, we're benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers in Pentagon and the American struggle in Iraq.
	I mean, they do these false flag attacks all the time.
	How much evidence do people need?
	And what would be the benefit for the Arab world blowing up Twin Towers?
	I mean, how have they benefited from this?
	Have a look at Iraq.
	Have a look at what we've done to the Arab world since that event happened.
	And look what Israel has got from that event happening and ask yourself.
	Who benefits?
	Exactly right.
	Who benefits?
	Meanwhile, Ken O'Keefe, State of the Nation, published the truth about 9-11.
	Ken O'Keeffe is making a lot of impressive statements and explanations.
	Let's look at 9-11.
	Before 2000, 1993.
	So those towers were built with asbestos.
	Have you heard of asbestos?
	I think everybody's heard of asbestos, right?
	Asbestos, if it's, you know what?
	If this building had asbestos in it, you know what would have to happen?
	You'd all be, you'd have to get out.
	You wouldn't be able to be.
	They can't build buildings with asbestos, right?
	Well, by the 90s, it became clear that the asbestos in the trade towers, the Twin Towers, was killing people because they were getting cancers.
	Of course, all the businesses and the moneyed interest in those buildings did their best to hide it as they do.
	But eventually, some suits had come through and it became clear that the precedent had been set.
	These buildings had asbestos.
	The asbestos was getting into the lungs of people.
	They were developing cancers directly related to the asbestos in the buildings.
	That was a known fact.
	Now, the Port Authority of New York, which is Jew-controlled, Manhattan is controlled by the Jews.
	I'm sorry, all the big real estate, pretty much.
	Oh, yeah, that's anti-Semitic.
	Oh, it's true, though.
	Wait, are you allowed to say true?
	Oh, for fuck's sake.
	So the Port Authority who owned the Twin Towers wanted to get out from it.
	They wanted to sell it, but nobody would buy it.
	So they tried to release their lawful ownership of it, and they had gone through a 10-year period of lawsuits or a suit, a case, a legal case, to get out from having the liability of these buildings, right?
	They tried to farm it off.
	They couldn't do it.
	And they lost the final case, like where they're liable now.
	Now, the cost to remove the asbestos from the Twin Towers was in the billions.
	Literally.
	So these buildings were actually already half empty come 2000, 2001.
	They were already Bear Stearns, I think, or I forget one of those.
	They had already moved out because a case had come through and I gave it was the precedent.
	Like all the companies that are leasing in that building are now going to be sued from anyone who gets any cancer, which is going to happen because there's a lot of long-term employees in there.
	So the buildings, again, everything I'm saying here, I can back up.
	I will destroy anybody who wants to debate me on this.
	I'll make them look stupid.
	These buildings were worthless.
	The cost of removing the asbestos was worth far more than the actual buildings themselves.
	The Port Authority had lost its long-standing attempt to get out from under the buildings.
	So they transferred him to Silverstein properties.
	Larry Silverstein, a personal friend of BBNet, who they have conversations every Sunday.
	It was all preordained to have the event to take place in order to justify American involvement in the Middle East to take out the modern Arab state that served as a counterbalance to Israel's domination of the entire region.

	I just start off just being with the National Guard and going.
	I'm kind of deep with it.
	Some of it, I think, yeah, use them, go into some of the bad areas.
	It reminds me when Trump's first terminated, all the riots, why they never used them to go after the rioters.
	I don't care, Black Lives Matter and Tifa.
	Go right in and just, you know, clean them all out.
	And I think, you know, I haven't heard anything.
	If they're going to do something like that this summer, or you know it's about over with nothing's happened but if they want to use it in a case like that, whether it's not just Washington, but you know some of those, you know because they're not doing anything with it.
	You've got liberal mayors like Bowser in Washington DC and that won't do anything.
	But yeah, if you're gonna take the guard in, clear them out, the mayors who want to do it, take them too.
	That's that's, you know.
	Tired of listening to all that stuff.
	Yeah, there's some who suspect that Trump went to the National Guard in these big Democrat cities to deal with and tamp down rioting if some prominent Democrats like Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and others are arrested.
	We'll see if that plays out.
	There could be other motives at work, but I certainly don't believe it's only crime control.
	And of course, the gun grabbers have it all wrong.
	We're getting a lot of that because of the Minneapolis shooting.
	They're resurrecting all kinds of phony arguments.
	It turns out that worldwide, the higher the gun ownership in a nation, the lower the homicide rates.
	The Democrats are spinning the yarn.
	They're making it sound like the more guns, the more homicides when the opposite is the case.
	John Lott, by the way, is especially good on this.

	Yeah, that meeting with Putin and Trump in Alaska.

	I heard some thoughts that those two were characters were closed.
	There weren't the real Putin and Trump.

	That Putin appears to be in one of his doubles, the keys tells.
	Putin keeps his right arm relatively motionless, just hanging at his side.
	I do not know if there's a physical impairment.
	This guy was, you know, actively working his right arm in ways that Vladimir Putin does not.
	Also, Vladimir Putin is of a very serious demeanor.
	He very seldom smiles.
	And when he does, it's more like a grin.
	This guy was kind of yucking it up from the beginning.
	I tell you, not actually the real Vladimir Putin, but I think it was a smart thing.
	I was very worried that if Putin had gone to Alaska, he might be assassinated.
	Now, the story with Trump is more complicated.
	And yesterday, I included articles about it where State of the Nation has recently been comparing photographs of the original Donald Trump with the current occupants and finding they do not appear to be the same person.
	I've given a link to a Letterman interview with Trump that I say based upon my watching it, I do not believe it's the same person.
	And I've also linked an article that Trump died in 1989 during a helicopter crash with three executives from his casinos.
	And it's a disturbing piece.

	We've been dealing with doubles ever since.

	Yeah, Jim, they also mentioned that Russian, their secret security, they assassinated supposedly a guy of Ukrainian descent that tried to assassinate Putin in Alaska at that thing.

	But they probably realized it wasn't a real Putin and it would be pointless.

	We were talking about immigration, and you mentioned that one thing Trump did, he closed the border, fine, but James also would admitted it, but Congress never got around to passing a law to have these, you know, who's there removed out of the country.
	Get them out of there.
	They never passed, you know, to include the immigration.
	So that's a good point on that.
	If they don't, Congress doesn't, you know, do their duty to the Constitution.
	It's not going to change whether Trump can secure the border or not.
	The people are still here.
	Our Congress, frankly, is a disgrace.
	And of course, it's Israeli-occupied territory.

	Now, just to put us into perspective, Jim, you and I had our family.
	I was part of the Wisconsin Fathers Association, but breaking up your property, getting these million-dollar lawsuits is breaking up your family.
	It's causing division between you and your wife.
	They're going after your wife, you know.
	Also, what happened to me?
	I lost my property, my home.
	My son turned against me.
	You know, my old lady moved in with a convict, had a convict child molester moving into the house.
	I mean, I was knocked down to my mom's basement.
	They destroy religion as a third, you know, property, family, and religion.
	It's another thing.
	Religion was my church there in Minona.
	It was an open Christian church.
	We had a good for 10 years.
	I've worked there, streamed video.
	We had a pastor that was married.
	He was English.
	His wife was Irish.
	They taught good stuff, man.
	They taught some Eastern philosophy, you know, Hindu meditation.
	They're hippies from California, but they had a good church.
	What happened?
	We got gay Marines that came in there, started molesting little children.
	We got lesbians that came in and took over the church.
	And my preacher and his wife left.
	They left to Mexico.
	So as I mentioned, this social libertarianism, this progressive stuff is what you see in Clower and Pivot.
	You also see this in the early Frankfurt school where these oyst, the JQ people, they came over from Germany and they started at your school, Columbia, and where I went to University of Illinois, Chicago.
	They came here at these universities and they spread this stuff through the control of the media, through the control of the schools, and through control of Hollywood.
	And what we have is it's not the enemies overseas.
	We got enemies within.
	So these blue cities are apparent parasites have taken over, which are code blue communist, okay?
	And this Brandon Johnson is a parasite that's taking over the host brain.
	And when they take over the brain of the host, the parasites run everything.
	And that's what we're seeing: convicts and criminals run in the streets in these blue cities.
	And whatever you say about Trump, he cleaned the streets of DC.
	Would you argue with me on that one, Jim?

	He went to town in D.C. You have to at least get him props for that.

	I encourage you to look closely at his petitions because they are quite intricate and they do explain the legal basis for why the elected representatives have to.
	They have no way they can avoid doing what is demanded by the petition.
