Thank you.
Got a good reason.
For taking the easy way out now.
It was a day trip up.
One way ticket, yeah.
It took me so long to find out.
And I found out.
Jim Ketzer, your host on Authentic News, right here on RBN Live, the second day of December 2024. I found a sensational report about the Orishnik missile I want to share with you before I unload.
A calamitous decision that NATO appears to be making, which may lead to World War III. Here we go.
For those who have been living under a rock, the Russians on the 21st of November attacked the Usmash factory in Dnipro with a new type of ballistic missile capable of deploying 36 kinetic warheads.
This war has impacted the ground at Mach-11, and they have done a yet undetermined amount of damage to the factory.
This is the first time in history that a weapon like this has seen operational use.
I think the importance of this weapon is that it gives the Russians A conventional long-range attack capability against area targets like factories, but also port facilities, railway nodes, or, crucially, air bases, which are the foundation of the NATO air power.
I have already published two videos on this subject in the past few days.
Feel free to go and have a look if you're interested.
But I wanted to move on.
So this morning I was reading this report from the Kiel Institute, which is assessing Russian military production and comparing it with the European military production.
And in case you don't know the Kiel Institute, it is a German research institute based in Kiel, Germany.
As the name says, they are focused on global economy and globalization.
That is to say, you can't really be more mainstream than they are, to be honest.
So, while reading, I stumbled upon this passage about supersonic and hypersonic missiles.
One characteristic of the war in Ukraine is the mass use by Russia of supersonic and hypersonic missiles.
This strategic bombing campaign has depleted Ukrainian air defenses, destroyed logistic nodes and command centers, and disabled almost all power plants.
And since I know that some of you won't like what they have written, I point you to this note in the same report.
Data on interception rates of hypersonic missiles is scarce.
Ukraine claims a 25% interception rate for hypersonic Kinzhal and Zircon missiles.
But Ukrainian sources also indicate such interceptions require salvo-firing all 32 launchers in a US-style battery to have any chance to shoot down a single hypersonic missile.
So according to the Keely Institute, supersonic and particularly hypersonic weapons are a problem, and I agree, coming from a different direction from my personal research.
So this passage was not really unexpected, but what came after that made my jaw drop.
Beyond the war in Ukraine, the diversification of the Russian hypersonic arsenal is a significant problem for Europe.
It is certain that replenishing and expanding this strategic asset will be a priority for the Kremlin.
A sufficiently large stockpile distributed across aircraft surface warships Submarines and ground launches opens the possibility of a decapitation strike that causes major damage to the other side's military capabilities and infrastructure in the opening phase of a conflict.
Given the military asymmetry between NATO and Russia, a devastating first strike has long been part of the Russian toolkit.
Stockpiling hypersonic missiles would unlock the potential for a conventional rather than nuclear first strike.
There is no near-term defensive solution.
A decapitation strike?
Where is this coming from?
The Russian doctrine is mostly defensive.
Of course, they don't shun the attack because you can't really win a war or neutralize an opponent if you don't attack.
But all their doctrine is based on defending the territory.
What about this decapitation strike?
So I want to check the references that they give on the report notes to understand what they were talking about.
I know that the Soviets had something like this, the famous seven days to the Rhine, in which they planned to use a heavy nuclear attack against Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands and Northern Italy as the opening gambit of a seven days operation that was supposed to invade to the line of the River Rhine and the Northern Italy to the line from Verona to Bologna.
This was among the documents that at the end of the Cold War have been made public by the Polish government.
If you look for it, you will find several references online.
But the Russian Federation, so the Kili Institute was referring to a post on the Financial Times where the newspaper was provided by unnamed NATO officers Of some Russian plans, they just managed somehow to put their hands on Russian Navy's plans for a mixed conventional and nuclear attack plan on a number of coastal installations in NATO countries,
in the Baltic, in Norway, but also in UK or France.
It wasn't operational documents, it was more of a presentation, probably for some decision makers to Present options in case of generalized conflict with NATO, and this goes back around 2008. From what I could read, it is not necessarily a strike first plan, but it surely supports the existence of a decapitation plan of major NATO forces in case of generalized conflict.
And this got me thinking.
My thinking was that the Arashnik was giving the Russians this type of deep attack capability that otherwise they don't have or they have just to a limited extent.
A weapon like the Arashnik, a few hundreds of them, Give the Russians the possibility to execute a decapitation strike on Europe at the beginning of the hostilities without resorting to nuclear weapons.
This is a massive difference.
We all agree that it is extremely difficult to intercept The fact that it has so many warheads requires a huge amount of interceptors that are not going to be fielded any time soon, if ever, and it is still below the nuclear threshold.
Well, if this is not a game changer, I don't know what it is.
In the previous videos I were mentioning that this weapon is a weapon for conventional deterrence, and it seems to be a textbook implementation.
Absolutely brilliant.
Absolutely brilliant.
By far the best I've seen.
Meanwhile, Putin himself has compared the missile with a meteorite.
The strike power of Russia's new state of the Oreshnik ballistic is similar to a meteorite impact, President Putin said.
The hypersonic weapon is capable of successfully hitting heavily fortified targets.
Moscow has several such missiles at its disposal as become mass production, I'll bet you.
They already have a hundred or more.
Meanwhile, Scott Ritter reveals how Russia has been wiping out a hundred HIMARS and NATO's elite.
Check this out.
How to store and sort all your photos and videos.
Yeah, of course.
Give me a sec.
Here we go.
Putin just did.
He didn't respond using Kinzhal missiles that he's already used, caliber missiles, Oryx missiles, anything of that nature.
He responded with a brand new missile that is a game changer, because this missile not just can strike any part of Ukraine, but any part of Europe, and it can't be intercepted.
And he made that point.
I will hit anywhere in Europe I need to hit.
I will mirror any action taken.
The decisions have already been made.
There won't be a Welcome to today's analysis of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Over the past few days, we've witnessed a series of critical developments on the battlefield.
From devastating missile strikes to strategic moves by both sides, the events highlight the intensifying winter campaign.
Let's dive into the details.
As Inspector Scott Ritter has repeatedly noted in his analyses, the precision and scale of Russia's strikes signal a clear strategic intent.
Aimed at long-term degradation of Ukraine's warfighting capacity.
In a show of overwhelming firepower, Russia launched over 100 cruise missiles and an extraordinary 466 German UAVs in a meticulously coordinated wave of attacks across Ukraine.
The scale of these strikes is unprecedented, targeting not only military installations but also critical infrastructure hubs, further debilitating Ukraine's ability to sustain its war effort.
The use of Gerenueves, also known for their precision and cost-effectiveness, underscores Russia's evolving strategy of attrition.
Among the most impactful operations occurred in Kharkiv, a key Ukrainian stronghold.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, these strikes successfully hit Ukrainian military command headquarters with the reported death toll, including 40 foreign fighters and specialists.
The highlight of this operation is the confirmed death of a Canadian Lieutenant Colonel, a NATO-linked operative station in Brussels.
His unexpected demise in the Sumi Kharkiv region raises questions about NATO's covert involvement in the conflict and the exposure of high-profile personnel to direct Russian firepower.
Yeah, this is all fascinating.
Legal experts have observed that because of NATO's involvement that Russia has the legal right to hit NATO. And when he talks about Hitting decision-making centers.
He's talking about NATO headquarters in Brussels.
He's talking about the Pentagon right here in the USA. He's talking about British military headquarters.
This is going to happen if what appears to be going on is going to take place.
Meanwhile, we have Russians assaulting a NATO, destroying a NATO assault team in Kursk.
More images and text.
Now here's the one that upset me just before coming on.
World War III fears mount.
As NATO announces plan to carpet bomb Russia, dated December 1st.
Expert fear World War III could be ignited soon as Admiral Rob Bauer, head of NATO's military, has declared a dramatic shift from defense to offense in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
In a recent speech, he detailed how NATO will start dropping bombs on Russia to protect its interests, regardless of Putin's warnings against doing so.
Natural News reports Biden says it's also smart For NATO to start attacking Russia's military systems and or stop them from being used to make any further advances in and through Ukraine.
If Russia attacks us, you need to have a combination of a precision strike in which you can take out the weapons systems that are used to attack us.
And of course, because we're a defensive alliance, we'll have to take the first blow.
So if Russia starts a conflict, because we're not going to attack Russia out of nothing, we will need more air defense.
That's one of the lessons from Ukraine, and at the same time we're going to invest in the deprecision strike.
Well, look, that first decisive decommetation strike that was revealed in our opening segment, NATO doesn't have a chance.
NATO doesn't have a chance.
Meanwhile, antiwar.com reports, Zelensky claims he's willing to seat territory for NATO protection.
But remember, Russia's always been opposed to Ukraine becoming part of NATO. I mean, this is a no-brainer.
This is simply absurd.
If we want to stop the hot stage of the war, we should take under NATO umbrella the territory of Ukraine we have under our control, Zelensky said.
That's what we need to do fast.
And then Ukraine can get back the other part of its territory diplomatically.
What rock has he been living under?
Zelensky's suggestion is almost certainly a non-starter for Russia since the invasion was launched to keep Ukraine out of NATO. But it does reflect a shift in position.
Zelensky previously maintained his war goals included driving Russia out of all the territory it's captured in February 2022, as well as Crimea.
In a recent conversation with German Chancellor Scholz, President Putin pointed out a speech Urbain earlier outlined his conditions for peace, including a Ukrainian withdrawal from all territory Russia has annexed, Ukrainian neutrality, that means not being a part of NATO, and lifting of all Western sanctions on Russia.
Those are perfectly legitimate and appropriate conditions.
And, of course, the West might as well concede because they've lost the war, save for NATO fantasizing it could carbon bomb rush and not a chance.
Meanwhile, the proxy war has moved to Syria.
As the conflict in Ukraine continues to escalate, as the situation for Ukrainian forces and their Western backers deteriorate, On the battlefield, the U.S. is expanding the conflict not just in and around Ukraine, but elsewhere along Russia's periphery.
This is something that I have talked about for years, and this is something that we can see now clearly playing out.
Most recently, there is an offensive by factions of al-Qaeda backed and armed by the United States.
I will provide evidence for all of that here in just a moment.
Obviously preparing for months ahead of time, have now launched a very large offensive.
They are sweeping down from the north into the very large city of Aleppo and other areas along the line of contact there.
As a matter of fact, let's just look at the map.
So this is also liveuamap.com, which I regularly refer to In regards to the conflict in Ukraine, it's a pro-Western map.
You have to keep that in mind.
Every single conflict depicted in these maps will represent Western bias.
This is Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel.
Everything in red is controlled by the Syrian government.
These areas here are militants, extremists, and they are surrounding a US base that is actually located there on the border.
These Dark gray blotches.
This is ISIS territory.
And in yellow, this is the U.S. military occupation and their Kurdish proxies.
We're not doing any good in Syria.
We're going to get our ass whipped yet again.
We have Al-Qaeda attacking Aleppo, serving the Israeli occupation entity, according to the Syrian foreign minister.
What's going on here is all to benefit Israel, but of course, isn't that why the United States exists to serve Israel?
Syrian Foreign Minister Bassem Shabha stated on the 29th of November, the ongoing terrorist offense of Aleppo in the countryside comes with the framework of serving the goals of the Israeli occupation entity and its sponsors.
Absolutely correct.
No doubt about it.
Meanwhile, you have Syrian rebels celebrating outside of Aleppo after storming the city.
They feel they have accomplished a great goal.
Syrian rebels posted for pictures and sang songs outside the citadel of Aleppo, footage posted by pro-opposition media on November 30th.
Military media Al-Ascar showed a correspondent moving through Central Aleppo, arriving at El Basel Square, where long waves of gunfire are heard before moving to the steps of the Citadel.
But, guess what?
Huge shock to the U.S., Israel, and Turkey.
Russia stops victorious advance of terrorists in Syria.
Russia!
They are not fooling around.
They understand these are connected efforts.
City in Syria.
The capture of such a large city as Aleppo by terrorists has become a real disaster not only for the Syrian...

Well, experts are warning of an imminent false flag in London that will be blamed on Russia.
The British government is planning to launch a false flag terror attack in London, which will be blamed on Russian use as an excuse to begin World War III, security experts warn.
Security author Alex Cranor says, after watching a YouTube video entitled, Why Are All London Webcams Offline?, he began researching what the UK Intel services were off to.
Zero Hedge reports.
I was nearly floored.
Mr. Houston looked through hundreds of webcams across London and could not find a single one live.
See for yourself here and here, that's extremely odd.
Clearly someone made the decision to switch them off.
They could not have all failed randomly.
One of the webcams of the Westminster Bridge displayed the last image it recorded back on 2 September.
Which gives us a clue about when the heart of darkness went dark to the world.
I posted a comment in my Trend Compass report yesterday.
One of the readers found a working webcam on Abbey Road.
That's one out of hundreds that are still dark.
They're out to conceal what they're actually doing, what they're carrying on.
But I'm guaranteeing you with this new missile, there's not a chance NATO can prevail.
Blame it on Russia, all the false flags you want.
It's not going to work.
But of course, that may be their effort to claim Russia's already struck first so they can launch what is actually a first strike on the basis of a phony alleged attack.
Meanwhile, we have a report that the ceasefire between Hamas, between Hezbollah and Israel is because of President Trump's impending return to the White House, according to former NATO Supreme Allied Commander James Stavridis.
You're seeing Hezbollah willing to go to a ceasefire, Stavridis told the Cats Roundtable, I think it's a direct result of the presence of a new Trump admin coming in.
Trump campaigned what he called President Biden weakness in Iran, making America more weak on the world stage and the world less stable as wars range in Ukraine and the Middle East now.
The world is holding its collective breath for Trump.
In many capitals around the world, the leaders are holding their breath, just unsure of what's coming.
Notably, Iran is very vulnerable now.
Uncertainty of Trump has given pause to the rival world powers, but it can be concerning for allies, including NATO. Yes, concerning NATO. Let me assure you, Iran is very confident.
Iran has the ability to defend itself.
Iran can take out Israel if it has to take out Israel.
Meanwhile, everything is legitimate.
Israeli leaders defend soldiers accused of raping kidnapped Palestinians.
We're not talking just about women.
We're talking about raping men.
In fact, raping them to death with brooms and bars and other by anal penetration.
This is grotesque.
Meanwhile, here is perhaps the most blistering takedown of Zionism you've yet heard.
Get this!
Right, so sometimes you come across a piece of writing or an oratory so profound and so exacting that it literally stops you in your tracks.
That's how this particular speech I've come across today has left me.
And I make no apologies for this video being a little longer than usual as a result.
It was breathtaking.
To be able to write a speech that is so quietly and calmly eviscerating, I think is more powerful than 100 news articles or political commentaries covering Israeli atrocity.
And I absolutely had to share this with you, share it on social media as it was today by Electronic Interpad as Asa Winstanley.
This has come from Palestinian author and human rights activist Susan Abelhauer, the author of Mornings in Jenin, a story of life set in the aftermath of the 1967 Six-Day War, and a book I now plan on getting as a matter of essential reading.
This speech was made at the recent Oxford Union debate, a debate which actually descended into chaos.
To some degree, as many students sought to leave the moment they became aware that a former IDF spy was present to speak on behalf of Israel in a debate where the motion presented was, this house believes Israel is an apartheid state responsible for genocide.
Zionists were apoplectic with rage when the vote came through, passing by 278 to 59 in favour.
And despite many people speaking in favour of the motion eloquently, emotionally and forcefully, Abelhauer's contribution is one everyone has to hear.
Right, so Susan Abelhauer speaks to the Oxford Union, speaking in favour of their motion, which passed by 278 votes to 59, in favour of believing Israel is an apartheid state responsible for genocide.
I think it's probably the most powerful statement I've ever read in response, not just to the events of the last 15 months, but long before that too.
The daughter of Palestinians expelled by Israel following the 1967 war.
This is her history, her heritage she was speaking of.
She's the founder of Playgrounds for Palestine, which is an NGO that built Playgrounds for Palestine.

Holman on the Blurning platform reports that globalist sociopaths have not surrendered.
They have merely switched sides.
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
I'm so grateful to you all.
Let's continue to live free and refuse to comply with any of the mythical schemes that control our lives through deception, techno-invasion applications.
I believe we're on the cusp of a technocratic takeover.
I will see more draconian measures in 2025 and eventually lead us straight into the global surveillance state.
Because of the election of Trump, Many will let their guard down and believe that Trump is going to fix all of America's and the world's problems of war, crime, failing economies, energy availability, immigration nightmares.
That would be a mistake.
Those who make up the brains behind the politicians have not surrendered to Donald Trump and the conservatives.
They have simply changed sides.
They have the same agenda.
They will just go about implementing it a bit differently, using people on the right instead of those on the left to bring the same agenda of greater human control.
The time to oppose these measures is now.
I suspect he's got it exactly right.
Meanwhile, talk about manifest absurdities.
Breaking.
In a late Sunday evening filing, Hunter Biden's life moves to dismiss his indictment based upon his having been pardoned by his father.
President Joe Biden is pardoning his son Hunter, despite Biden in the White House repeatedly denying he would do so.
The pardon comes ahead of Hunter's December 12th sentencing for a conviction on federal gun charges and an upcoming December 16th sentencing in a separate criminal case in which he pled guilty on federal tax evasion charges.
The pardon, which is full and unconditional, It's expected to cover both the gun conviction and the guilty plea and covers offenses, which he committed or may have committed or taken part over a nearly 11-year period,
from January 1st, 2014 to December 1st, 2024. To all to whom these presidents shall come, greeting be known that I, Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States, grant an unconditional pardon to Robert Hunter Biden.
It goes on from there.
John Hess tweets, Biden pardons his son for every possible crime he committed over a 10-year span.
In his statement, Biden said Hunter was treated differently by his own justice department.
Adding the charges only came about after several of my political implements in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election.
Gag me with a spoon.
He was treated differently by his own justice department.
They concealed the laptop.
They didn't reveal the content.
They gave him every preferential break there could possibly be.
They basically concealed evidence, fabricated phony stories.
How outrageous.
In trying to break Hunter, they tried to break me.
He continued, enough is enough.
Boy, I'll tell you, if you wanted a further insult from this guy who's pretending to be Joe Biden, by God, you have it there.
Sean Davis tweets, Joe Biden's 11-year blanket pardon of Hunter is even more expensive than the pardon Gerald Ford gave to Richard Nixon in the aftermath of Watergate.
Now, therefore, I, Gerald Darford, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power, conferred upon me by Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution, have granted and by the President to grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he,
Richard Nixon, had committed or may have committed or taken pardon during a period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974. In recent months, Biden said he wouldn't pardon Hunter.
I will not pardon him, he said in June.
According to NBC News, Biden had been discussing a pardon with his closest aide since Hunter's June conviction, adding the decision was made at the time for the president to lie and say he wouldn't pardon him in November.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre reiterated Biden's position hadn't changed.
We've been asked the question multiple times.
Our answer stands, which is no flashback.
Here he is.
As we sit here in Normandy, your son Hunter is on trial.
And I know that you cannot speak about an ongoing federal prosecution.
But let me ask you, will you accept the jury's outcome, their verdict, no matter what it is?
Yes.
And have you ruled out a pardon for your son?
Yes.
Yeah, what a fraud.
And here's Jean Pierre.
You've also said several times that the president would not pardon or communicate sentences for his son, Hunter.
I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months.
The president's saying he would not.
It will always be a no.
It's still a no.
It will be a no.
It is a no.
And I don't have anything else to add.
Will he pardon his son?
No.
Yeah, except of course he will, and he was lying.
That's what the Democrats are, liars, phonies, frauds.
Meanwhile, Trump has nominated Cash Mattel to be director of the FBI. This is an interesting choice.
A long-time critic of the Bureau's call for shutting down the agency's Washington headquarters, cleaning house when it comes to top leadership and bringing the nation's law enforcement agencies to heal.
According to a Saturday post on Truth Social, Trump called Mattel a brilliant lawyer, investigator, and America's first fighter who has spent his career exposing corruption, defending justice, and protecting the American people.
He played a pivotal role in uncovering the Russia-Russia-Russia hoax, standing as an advocate for truth accountability in the Constitution.
The FBI seemed to be scared shitless about this guy.
Meanwhile, Q confirmed Kash Patel has been on the X-22 report 12 times.
I've never been that big into Q or QAnon or QDrops or whatever you want to call it.
I do think there's definitely something real going on there, especially back in the beginning, though I don't discount it, but I also don't spend time trying to find hidden messages or decode thinking every single timestamp or date carries a hidden message.
I'm with him.
I have no problem with those who do.
It's just not my thing.
I do think there's something going on with Q, especially now becoming more and more clear that both President Trump and Kash Patel are likely two of the core members of whatever Q is or was.
Yes, very interesting.
And they got all of the times in which he appeared on the show.
Meanwhile, there was a tweet that was earlier today.
I saw it.
I captured the content, but it's been removed.
The tweet said.
This is from Kash Patel.
His first tweet.
I have information that will lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton.
I repeat, Kash Patel's first tweet now deleted.
I have information that'll lead to the arrest of Hillary.
Meanwhile, there is an attack on him, suggesting he's a sellout to Israel.
And of course, I'm very concerned that that's true of very many.
Renegade Tribune.
"Trump, FBI Director Cash, we need America to wake up and prioritize Israel." Wow.
Here's a...
Donald Trump is elected.
Imagine the efforts of the Israeli military and the Mossad combined with the maximum pressure of a new Trump administration against Iran.
Aaron's absolutely right.
We should be side by side, and that can't happen unless we have an election that changes the Commander-in-Chief's seat.
And when we are back in power with President Trump, you will see what we did with Israel and the Prime Minister and our special forces and their intel operation.
We will be standing side by side with them.
We will shut off the machinery that feeds money into Iran.
We will no longer have 100 hostages still in captivity, Israeli and American and otherwise.
By Hamas and Iran's Hezbollah mercenary forces.
Donald Trump rescued 50 hostages and detainees.
That's more than every president before him combined.
And I hope he wins on November 5th.
And Aaron's right.
We need America to wake up and prioritize Israel.
And that is not what Kamala Harris is about.
We need to...
Yeah, well, I don't think that's what America should be about either, said Zay.
But he's made one appointment after another that's a zealot for Israel.
Meanwhile, Trump-hating former FBI Director Andrew McCabe says, Cash Patel nomination signals Trump's intent to disrupt and dismantle the FBI, to which the author adds the word, good!
I agree.
This is good.
The FBI needs to be taken apart, dismantled, and rebuilt, piece by piece.
Cash Patel's nomination to lead the FBI Announced Saturday, the FBI will end the growing crime epidemic in America, dismantle the migrant crime gangs, and stop the evil scourge of human and drug trafficking across the border.
Devoutly to be wished.
It has left this media rant aimed at discrediting Mattel.
McCabe said the nomination can only possibly be a plan to disrupt, dismantle, to distract, beyond possibly use it as a tool for the present political agenda.
I'm not at all so sure.
Here's a recap.
Former current FBI director's storied career.
Setting up innocent men in fake kidnapping plots.
Spying on Catholics at church.
Rating the homes of peaceful pro-life activists and terrorizing 1636 protesters.
Raiding the home of a former U.S. president on junk charges, allowing agents to shift through Melania Trump's underwear drawer.
Hide evidence that would have exoninated President Trump on his first bogus impeachment.
Doctoring evidence during the raid on President Trump's home.
Targeting parents at school board meetings.
Hiding evidence from the public on crackhead under Biden's laptop in the run-up to the 2020 election.
How bad can you get?
That is an FBI that needs to be dismantled.
Meanwhile, a Florida sheriff has been appointed to lead his DEA. As one of his key vows to bust the deadly fentanyl crisis, President Trump announces nomination of Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister to lead the DEA. I'm pleased to nominate Sheriff Chad Chronister for administering the Drug Enforcement Agency announced Saturday night.
A DEA administered channel worked with our great Attorney General Van Pondy to secure the border, stop the flora fentanyl and other illegal drugs across the southern border, and save lives.
Let us hope.
Meanwhile, a CBS poll found three of four Americans support a Trump policy bad news for Democrats.
Trump campaigned on a promise to carry out the largest mass deportation program in American history.
All signs indicating plans on following through with that promise starting on day one.
And a CVS poll found three out of four Americans support Donald Trump policy bad news for Democrats.
Biden and Harris created the worst illegal immigration crisis of recent history.
Trump had the border under control his first term, but Biden cut out his successful policies on his first day in the White House.
Biden ruined his stay and catch and release.
He rolled back the remaining Mexico protocols, tempted to end all deportations, stopped construction on the border wall.
Fast forward a day, anywhere from 11 to 22 million illegals now living in the United States, many with criminal records.
According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, there are nearly 700,000 criminal illegals in the United States, 13,000 of whom are convicted murderers, an additional 1,800 facing murder charges.
The massive number of illegals taking a toll on Democrat-run cities, leading to skyrocketing crime.
The American people have had enough of open borders, which is why pre-election polls showed illegal immigration one of the top issues.
Trump campaigned on a vow to carry out the largest mass deportation program in American history.
Under Trump, he will declare a national emergency at the border to use military assets to help with the deportation.
And he'll start with the criminals and over one million illegals facing orders for removal.
Two-thirds, three-quarters, 75% of the American people agree.
Meanwhile, Trump border czar spent his Thanksgiving doing what real leaders do.
It's downright disgraceful how quickly the Biden-Harris regime managed to destroy the country by throwing open the floodgates and allowing hordes of criminal illegal to pour into our communities.
In less than four years, Biden and Harris allowed tens of millions to waltz across our wide open borders on a calculated effort to change the face of US elections and cling to power for generations.
That's exactly what tyrants do when their policies and agendas are rejected by the people.
They rig the system to keep themselves in control.
Thank God it did not happen.
Meanwhile, James Perloff, Donald Trump and Orwellian doublespeak.
I usually don't like having long posts, but in this case, he's making an exception.
He's talking about the Boston Marathon bombing occurred shortly after concern had been voiced in Congress about the Patriot Act in the overreaching Department of Homeland Security.
After all, no significant terrorist attack attributed to Muslims that occurred on American soils at 9-11 12 years earlier.
For the Boston Marathon, bakery was widely discussed in all media.
Dr. Stan Monteith, M.D., Dr. Lorraine Day, former chief of orthopedic surgery at San Francisco General Hospital, both believed the official story was fraudulent.
The most iconic photograph emerging was of a young man, legs partially missing, said to be tied with tourniquets.
However, myself a registered nurse, I immediately recognized the person with legs partially blown off should have been transported not by wheelchair legs down, but by stretcher legs up to minimize bleeding.
Furthermore, the young man who should have been in overwhelming pain took mostly concerned about whether he might fall from the rapidly moving wheelchair.
Hey there.
This is Sheila with hemp paste by MyNutra.
Why is hemp paste better than other CBD options on the market?
It's important to point out that the common CBD oil does not contain CBDA or CBGA and they're only found in fresh or raw hemp products like hemp paste.
Hemp paste contains the entire plant minus any stems.
This means the product retains the complete genetic code of the plant which also includes those two vital cannabinoids CBGA and CBDA. Over and over, experts keep saying the more intact or less processed the hemp plant is, the more effective it is.

Allow me to read one.
This product has been a godsend for my father, who suffered from a heart attack about two years ago.
He was prescribed medications for his condition, which was so serious, he almost died.
But he hasn't been able to afford most of the medications.
After researching alternatives that were more affordable, He tried ExtendoVite.
Since taking it, he has consistently lower blood pressure and experiences less angina.

You know I need someone Help!
I was younger, so much younger than today.
I never needed anybody's help in any way.

Now I find a chain of mine and open up the doors.
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down.
Well, the half a dozen final stories, I want to comment on three of them.
James Carvell calls for a complete audit of the Kamala campaign after almost unfathomable damage has been done to the Democrats.
The point he's making is Kamala blew through not just $1.5 billion, but actually $2.5 billion.
Nobody knows where that money went.
Do you have any idea where that money went, Carbell asked?
Does anybody have any idea where that money went?
To give Carbell credit, Harris most definitely did have a spending problem based on available information.
The campaign found $20 million in debt after it had purchases like $5,000 on nails from nail artists.
Javory Kroc, he seemed angry and disappointed because future donors aren't going to want to give to the Democratic Party.
Here are two other stories of greater historic significance.
New study demands immediate moratorium on COVID-19 mRNA injections.
Immediate moratorium.
DNA contamination and death prompt notice of extreme concern about COVID. From the McCullough Foundation, American for Health Freedom, World Council for Health North Group, the Hope Accord, Doctors for COVID Ethics, Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, Florida Surgeon General, Mead et al., Rogers et al., and more.
And finally, Doc drops COVID truth bombs.
Everything was a lie from the beginning.
The asymptomatic people don't transmit.
Kids were not harbingers of the disease.
They don't actually like they're on the brink of a disease.
Lockdowns were a farce.
Masks don't work.
I tell people, I joke sometimes, I say masks don't work.
A lot more like bathing suits work to keep pee out of the pool.
They're not very effective.
That's one of the things you know was a farce.
Pretty much everything they said was a farce.
I know we're still recovering from it.
Just yesterday, I walked into a pharmacy.
They were advertising COVID-19 vaccines.
Well, if you want to destroy your immune system, take COVID-19 Vax.
It will destroy your immune system.
It distributes widely in your body.
It can't be broken down because it's genetically modified RNA. There are contaminates, process-related impurities, what I usually call them, but contaminates for most people that they haven't got out of the vaccines.
I mean, everything about it was a lie.
Everything about it was a farce.
Everything about it was an aspect of a depopulation agenda, and it has worked.
And if you have any sense at all, you'll avoid it 100%.
Don't take any boosters.
A new study demanding an immediate part of our time.
well-founded.
I want somebody to love.
Oh, I get by with a little help from my friend.
I'm gonna try with a little help from my friend.
Oh, I get high with a little help from my friend.

The End
You're back, Jim.
Welcome to the second hour of Authentic News right here on RBM Live, where I take your calls.
We've got a couple of callers lined up here.
JP in Chicago.
Go ahead, JP. Join the conversation.
Oh, hey.
Good first hour, Jim.
Happy Monday to you.
I hope you had a good Thanksgiving weekend.
Yes.
Cool.
Yeah, yeah.
Mine was kind of rough.
I wanted to visit my family in Wisconsin, but You know, lawfare up there, without money comes to attorneys, I'm not ready to take on that court system yet.
But I did write Cash Patel.
I sent you a letter in your email.
I don't know if you got it, but just a quick summary, you know, Cash Patel, when he goes up there, he's going to clean house with the FBI, but also the deep state, you know?
All these people using lawfare against Trump, everybody around Trump, you know, Bannon, Flynn, and we go on and on.
Including yourself.
I think you were targeted because you uncovered an undercover scheme to take the guns away from the people.
I like Kash Patel.
What do you think about him?
I think he's a good guy.
Well, I'd like to know more.
I mean, certain reaction from McCabe was very telling and suggested he was an excellent choice.
Too many of these guys are all zealots for Israel.
I don't like that, but it's just Trump showing his hand.
I mean, he is Israeli partisan, so...
I don't know quite how we deal with that.
Let us hope that his desire for getting the U.S. out of wars is going to bring a rabbit in to both Ukraine and Gaza.
Yeah, but, you know, right on cue, right when they made that peace treaty, or Biden, Faw's peace treaty with Lebanon, LCI Ada started up another campaign up there in Aleppo.
And I did a Wu Wei report on it the other day.
That's on my Rumble, but I sent you an email for that as well.
But it's interesting.
These guys are well-trained.
Now, I don't want to give you any sources, but I knew a buddy of mine that was training those Jihadi.
I call them Jihad Joes.
Jihad Joes, because they're working like Lawrence of Arabia.
They're working for our side, you know?
But these Alawites are, you know, they got tanks.
They got nice Toyota trucks, the good one with four-wheel drive, big brand-new tires, and they got these heavy machine guns on the back.
And they're just pulling up annihilating people.
They're cutting off heads.
Just really, you know, in the name of pulling a right flank against Iran.
And it's all turkey-backed, according to Alekster Crook and a lot of guys on Judge Napolitano, who I recommend.
I'm glad you played his videos.
He's right on target about that.
So you think this is Turkish-led, this Al-Qaeda group?
Well, there's a Turkish element, but most of this is CIA. I don't think there's a lot of room for doubt about it, JP. But look, the Russians have intervened here.
There was a long string of those Toyota vehicles paid for by American taxpayer money.
For all these, you know, rebrand ISIS group and the Russians just took them out.
They hit every one of them and every one of them exploded.
So, I mean, I think the Russians are not going to let Syria fall.
They're not going to allow Iran to go down and they're going to, I think, they're going to slice and dice NATO. I mean, this new weapon is perfect.
For a decapitation strike to take out the airfields, ports, factories, just as was described in that opening, which I played because it was so damn good.
Give me further use of yours, JP. Yeah.
Well, I explained that Arshiknik, it's called Arshiknik, I can't speak Russian, but it's basically, just as you said, it's got six Merv with 36 rounds, and they were Duds.
So imagine if they put high explosive, just high explosive in there.
You're coming at, you know, 4,000 Fahrenheit.
It's coming at 7,000 miles per hour.
Just physics as in artillery.
I didn't know you were an artillery officer until the other day, but, you know, gravity and I'm putting a meter per second square as a force.
And once you get that speed, that's all you need.
You can have a little...
You know, a P going at that speed, and it would still cause a lot of damage because the force is the acceleration, you know, and the mass.
But think about, I mean, nukes on top, just small little nukes spread out.
JP! The whole idea is to avoid nukes.
Okay, Putin does not want a nuclear war, so he's got a weapon here that's completely brilliant that is going to have devastating effect, and it's non-nuclear.
That's one of the great virtues here.
Of course, it could be, but I mean, if we can avoid nuclear, look, we'll set up a nuclear winter and contaminate Half of the atmosphere, the northern atmosphere, the only people who survive will be in the southern hemisphere.
It's going to be catastrophic.
So Putin, because my judgment, is a great humanitarian.
I mean, look how cautious he's been in Ukraine to spare civilian casualties.
He's got a perfect weapon.
And I think that, you know, NATO is just showing how far it has its head where the sun does not shine, and even contemplating attacking Russia.
I mean, it's insanity.
It's pure insanity.
Yeah, whether you like it or not, Putin's been a cool character, Colonel of the KGB in the 80s, but he's not like Gorka says.
He's not a thug.
No, no.
He's a chess player.
And I think he converted to Christianity because he goes to church, He opened up 10,000 churches in that area, and they have morals.
You know, they have a moral culture, unlike the West and unlike Ukraine, whose leader is a cross-dresser, you know, who likes to kill his own people.
And the last figure I got, and I'm going to stand by this number.
This is from a French intelligence officer that was on Caravan Midnight last weekend.
The numbers he gave out was 1.15 million Ukrainian KIA'd and 150,000 Russian KIA. So that's 1.3 million KIA. Ten to one.
Ten to one.
Ten to one.
Right on the money.
They had air superiority.
They had artillery.
Ten to one artillery.
They had air superiority.
And it's just math.
You know, just know your math.
That's all it is.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Good, JP. Good, JP. Further thoughts?
What do you think about this Biden pardoning Hunter?
Well, he had to do it.
It's his boy.
You know, he was all caught up in Ukraine with all the Burisma deal and, you know, just all that backhanded, dirty money that's being laundered.
I mean, that's the scary part.
And you know what, Jim?
I've read reports, and this was open source years ago, but Ukraine was the number one for sex trafficking in Europe, number one for drugs, for all kinds of body harvesting.
And ever since the one million dead, I can just think of all the body parts that have been sold on the black market.
I'm sorry, my mind goes there.
But that Ukrainian is just a cesspool of villainy, and it needs to end.
We've got to stop supporting those guys.
I mean, stop giving them money.
In terms of the big picture, what I think is most important is that Multiple spokesmen for the New World Order have declared it cannot move forward without Ukraine.
And it looks like they're not going to get Ukraine and that the New World Order is going to be thereby defeated.
I rejoice at that prospect.
Give me a final thought.
Give me a final thought.
Well, we've got 50-some days that Trump gets in and they're trying to start World War III and they're using their Jihad Joes and anything can happen with these Jihad Joes.
I'm worried about asymmetrical warfare during the holiday season.
We've got to be worried about that.
There's been death threats on all Trump supporters and appointees.
They're getting death threats.
You know, we've got, what, 20 million illegals in this country.
A lot of them are from foreign countries that hate us.
So anything can happen, we gotta keep our head on a swivel.
That's all I gotta say.
Merry Christmas to you.
Good, good, JP. Excellent call, excellent call.
Laura in Michigan, join the conversation, Laura.
Hey, I see that Charles Kushner bought himself an ambassadorship.
Yeah, how about that?
Trump had previously pardoned him.
I mean, this is really pretty bad.
I agree.
I don't like the look of it.
I don't like the smell of it.
I think it's wrong, and I'm not happy Trump did it.
This is Gerald Kushner's father.
Gerald Kushner's father has been appointed by Trump to be ambassador to France, which is one of the most highly coveted ambassadorships in the world to France and to the UK, or the two most?
Go ahead, Laura.
Also, they keep touting that one 19-year-old boy, he's a hostage of a boss.
He went over there to join the IDF. When I say he's not a citizen anymore, he joined the IDF, he's not an American citizen.
You're correct.
If you joined another army and donned their uniform, you're no longer an American citizen.
That's correct.
Right, right.
The two guys I don't like on Trump's picks.
Gorka?
I've heard Gorka is also MI6. Gorka is a lunatic.
Gorka should be nowhere near any center of power.
He should have no role in decision making or policy shaping.
He's 100% lewd.
That was ridiculous.
I agree completely.
He called Putin a thug.
Gorka's the thug.
He's looking in a mirror.
Putin is a diplomat.
Putin is a statesman.
Putin is a diplomat.
Putin is a leader.
World class.
Gorka is none of the above.
Right there, that statement right there tells you what he's about, you know?
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
And who was the other appointment you didn't like?
Kushner?
Kushner and Gorka?
I think there are lots of others there that are dubious, okay?
Go ahead.
He doesn't like Russia either.
You got two people on there that do not like Russia.
Yeah.
Well...
I think even the guy at defense is, you know, anti-Iran, anti-Russia.
I mean, I'm hoping that's a temporary appointment to glean out the woke military and then replace him with someone of substance.
I'm not impressed.
I had to kind of crack up.
Would they say 7,000 trainees were in the military service?
They thought they were going to freeze operation.
Joke's on them.
No free operation.
Yeah, it's not going to happen.
How weird.
I thought that was funny.
That old tranny thing is so weird to me.
So weird.
They bent on the wrong horse.
You know, the AMA, the American Medical Association, has advised physicians not to record the sex of a new baby when it's born, but let it make up its own mind later.
You know what?
The mom gets the birth certificate.
The mom will put down the correct facts.
It's just idiotic.
This is so stupid.
Just colossal stupidity.
It's like there's been a wave of moronism sweeping the country that we really are turning into an idiocracy.
That's the truth.
Hopefully things will start straightening up.
You know, I hope so.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I'm not holding my breath.
But I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Non-newscast.
We knew he was going to do it.
We knew he was going to pardon Hunter.
Yeah.
Hunter's going to end up being a druggie and killing himself.
Yeah, well...
He's getting a free ride.
I had a friend call me and say when he told me about, talked about this, that law and order is dead, defunct, non-existent in the U.S. This guy was guilty of dozens of crimes, serious crimes, felonies, one after another, after another, after another.
I mean, it's grotesque.
This is grotesque.
Not to mention the hypocrisy of saying he's not going to pardon him and then going ahead to pardon him, being a world-class liar, but then the guy's totally incompetent anyway.
It's just disgusting.
Disgusting, Laura.
He has nothing left for morals or anything, you know?
True.
So, what the heck, you know?
He might as well throw it all in.
Go ahead.
Yep, he's done it.
He's done it.
And to pardon the J-Fixers.
I know, I know.
Actually, Trump raised that.
I've got a lot more stories about that and pardon for tomorrow's show.
So, you know, we'll be returning to this novella.
Okay, good.
Okay.
That's it for today for me.
Thank you, Laura.
I always like your calls.
Very much.
Miles in Maine.
Miles, the coast is clear.
There's no one behind you, Miles.
Go right ahead.
Share your thoughts.
Hello, Jim.
Yeah, I just wish I would have had the opportunity to ask the question to a JP. Putin converted to Christianity from what?
Because Putin's always been a Christian.
So...
That was just something that kind of piqued my interest.
My sources are convinced he's a Jew.
I don't know what to say about that.
Can you elaborate on it, Miles, how you know that Putin is a Christian?
Well, you know how many things go with a lot of the callers and people in the general public.
Everybody's a Jew to them because of just the current state of events.
But no, from what I always have understood, Putin is Armenian, who were some of the first Christians on Earth.
They actually gave up their life because they were Christians.
So I don't know where these guys get this stuff, but okay.
I mean, everybody's got their own idea, outlook, and sources of information, so anything's possible.
While Biden was so happy glen-handing and throwing out the pardons, why didn't he just throw Trump in there and say, you know, I'm even going to pardon Trump?
Yeah, good idea.
That would have been a magnanimous gesture.
I'm just feeling so doggone.
I'm just feeling so damn happy here.
You know what?
I'm going to pardon Trump, too.
Yeah, it would have been a good idea.
But here's the one that really is something that I find hysterical.
But, you know, it's really not.
It's just ineffectiveness and lack of any, I don't know, capability, maybe.
But you notice, and I don't know, maybe I'm wrong on this, but I haven't heard one word opposing it from a single Republican, including that masterful Republican party, the RNC. I mean, not a word.
You'd think you'd hear some outcry.
Not a word.
Nothing.
Wait, wait, wait.
Wait, you mean about the pardon?
Yeah.
Oh, it's going to be coming.
I don't have any doubt.
There's already a lot of protests, even some Democrats.
What's it?
What's it waiting on, though?
Why is this Republican Party always Johnny come lately if they ever come at all?
Okay.
Okay.
I don't know if they've made any statement yet or not.
Let me see.
RNC. Well, anybody.
Any Republican.
I haven't heard anything.
And like I said, I could be wrong.
I'd like to hope I'm wrong.
Trump has blasted it.
I've got like a half a dozen stories of critics of it that I have for tomorrow's show, that's all.
I'm surprised.
That'd be good, but at the end of the day, where's the Republican House and Senate not blasting it?
Why are we waiting on a guy that's not even taken office yet?
Yes, stand by.
Stand by, Miles.
I'm keeping you on.
Stand by over the break.
We'll be right back.

I'm so excited to have you as part of the Wild Pastures family and we look forward to bringing you the pasturized meats that you and your family will love.
Now we started Wild Pastures because so many of my clients would tell me they just couldn't find high quality pasturized meats and even when they did it was so expensive that they couldn't afford to eat it regularly.
Now I'm not talking about the bottom of the barrel of healthy meats that have claims like natural or free-range or even cage-free, terms that were actually created by the industrial food industry to make us feel all warm and fuzzy about buying their low-quality products.
I'm talking about truly nourishing pasturized meats, the kind that you'll never really find in a grocery store.
Our farmers are doing things beyond organic.
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished and raised on pastures free from chemicals and other pesticides.
Our chickens are 100% pasture-raised where they get their natural diet of grass and forage and insects We will never settle for free-range, which is actually one of the most deceptive terms in the chicken industry.
In fact, less than 0.1% of the chicken consumed in the United States is truly pasture-raised in the way that ours is.
And our pork is 100% pasture-raised as well.
So if you care about where your food comes from, then you've definitely made it to the right place.
As a Wild Pastures member, you'll be supporting the most highly principled farmers in America and getting the most nutrient-dense, nourishing and sustainable meats in the world.
I'm confident you'll love being part of our mission at Wild Pastures and you will really love the delicious, nourishing meats that we're going to deliver straight to your device.

Here comes the sun to do Here comes the sun.
I say it's all right.
Well, Miles, while we're talking about the pardon, I found an MSNBC discussion about the massive hypocrisy of the action and why Hunter's pardon is damaging to the Democratic brand.
Let's listen to this.
...and an MSNBC and NBC News contributor and former Republican Congressman of Florida, Carlos Curbelo, an NBC News political analyst.
Victoria, what kind of a precedent do you think this set?
We're in unprecedented times politically, Jose, so it's tough to answer that one clearly, but I will say that the political atmosphere sets the stage, right?
As we saw in the latter part of the campaign where Donald Trump said he would go after folks he considered enemies, I think that sets the stage for Why a President Biden made this decision.
That being said, I think from the framing perspective, there's the question of why didn't you rhetorically allow for some wiggle rooms?
I think that is a lot of the frustration that Democrats are voicing right now.
Yeah, I mean, Democratic Congressman Greg Stanton wrote, quote, I respect President Biden, but I think he got this one wrong.
This wasn't a politically motivated prosecution.
Hunter committed felonies and was convicted by a jury of his peers.
Carlos, what do you make of this pardon?
And the fact is that for nearly, what, a year, the president was saying he was not going to do this.
Also, for those who care about the institutions of the United States, the perception of integrity, the trust which these institutions rely on, this is just devastating.
I mean, Democrats said that they were different, that people should choose them over Donald Trump because, unlike Donald Trump, according to them, they did not use the institutions of government for their personal gain or benefit.
This really, I think, erases any advantage that Democrats had on this issue.
Obviously, it was not a decisive issue because Trump won anyway, but now this looks like a massive hypocrisy, and I think it's going to continue damaging the Democratic brand.
I mean, this isn't the first president to pardon a family member.
It's certainly not the first president who has pardoned someone who, you know, could be considered somewhat controversial.
But the context matters here, Jose.
President Biden said he would not do this.
This was a major campaign issue in the 2024 election.
Democrats said that this is something that distinguished them from Republicans and Donald Trump.
And now I think most Americans are going to view them as being in the same bucket, people who are using the institutions of government for their own personal gain to protect their families.
And Mark, do you think there's a political cost to the president's decision?
Yeah, Jose, we're going to actually have to see in the polls that come over the next month or two, and I'm sure we're going to get plenty of polls that are going to gauge the popularity or unpopularity of this particular action.
I am kind of reminded after Bill Clinton's presidency, after he ended up having some controversial pardons of his own, he did take a hit in the polls that we ended up seeing, and it wasn't helpful for his party after they ended up losing the White House in that 2000 election, once they were in the wilderness, to kind of deal with the The repercussions of those controversial pardons.
And so I think at the very least we're seeing a Democratic Party that's now being put on the defensive and divided.
And as Carlos was just saying, you know, one of the debates that Democrats are going to have being out of power from the White House is what does the Democratic Party stand for?
We've heard during the Biden years and even during the first Donald Trump term that the Democrats stood for the rule of law, stood for norms and institutions.
And this action yesterday kind of ends up complicating that at the very least.
Hey Mark, I want to turn back to the election a bit more for a moment.
You have new reporting on what pollsters got right and what they got wrong in the lead up to the election?
Yeah, so Jose, almost all the ballots have now been counted.
It took a while.
And the conclusion is that the polls got more right than wrong.
They weren't perfect.
But when you look at the overall horse race, the final national polls, including NBC's, showed a race that was Either tied or incredibly close, and that's what the election turned out to be.
Now, the polls might have understated Donald Trump's support by a little bit and overstated Kamala Harris by a little bit.
But overall, and certainly compared with past presidential cycles, the polls were more right than wrong.
And I think one of the biggest lessons from this election season and in past ones is, Polls can't be precise instruments.
You end up having a 49, 49, or 40...
That sounds more like what we'd expect from MSNBC. Miles, go ahead.
Give me your thoughts.
I think it is damaging to the Democrats.
Seriously damaging.
Your thoughts.
My thoughts are this.
Whoever was making that commentary, the Democrat, I give him some credit for not being an adherence to what went on with this pardon thing.
But This other commentator that said the polls said this.
Everybody knows these polls are stoked up, so that's useless commentary.
Yeah, I agree.
I agree.
I don't know what he's doing with that.
But again, why is the Republican Congress and Senate just sitting there waiting for their cue?
They're like a walrus waiting for a sardine, you know?
They don't want to go out and get the sardine.
They want the sardine to be there, and then they'll clap their hands for it or whatever.
I don't get it, but, you know, they're lazy.
But anyway...
Give me a final.
Go ahead.
Well, listen.
If they declare the 25th Amendment on Biden...
We got another break.
Stand by.
I'll keep you over.
Hang on.

That's 818-965-9113 Blah, blah, blah.

Blah, blah, blah.
There's nothing you can do that can't be done.
Nothing you can sing that can't be sung.
Nothing you can say, but you can learn how to play the game.
It's easy.
give us some final thoughts, my friend.
Yeah, so maybe that's why they never gave this 25th Amendment a chance because, you know, this was all planned for this occasion here.
But, you know, is this going to If they find more crimes in the future, is this going to cover those too?
It covered an 11-year period.
Any crimes he committed during this 11-year period, he's been pardoned for.
Okay, so if Kash Patel gets in and finds he has more crimes, then he can be charged, right?
Only if they're outside that 11-year period.
Is that all crimes charged or not charged?
Uncharged.
It would have to be crime before or after the pardon era.
He's probably got crimes.
He probably does.
It would be surprising.
Just to disambiguate, that one from MSNBC was a Republican congressman who was given the severe critique.
He was not another Democrat.
Oh, I gotcha.
Okay.
And the other thing is, if Biden has filed in connection with any of these, then he can still be charged, right?
And he could be charged with using the pardon to conceal a crime, right?
I think it's very unlikely to happen, but I think in principle...
Anything he's doing in the performance of his duty, the pardon power is virtually unlimited for the president.
So I think it would be a tough case to bring.
Biden's had it.
Nobody gives a damn he's on the trash heap of history.
I think going after Biden at this point would be silly, just pointless.
We got too many other fish to fry that are more serious, Miles.
Thank you, though.
Jim, thanks for taking my call.
Thank you.
You got it.
You got it.
Meanwhile, James in North Carolina.
James, join the conversation.
Good afternoon, Dr. Fetzer.
Since presidential pardon is the subject of the day, I thought I would try and find out and do just a little bit of quick research on whether the...
The presidential pardon power is absolute.
In other words, can a president pardon himself?
And there seems to be disagreement even among the so-called experts about that, that it's never been tried before.
And I'm absolutely certain that Biden will not leave office without being pardoned, however way he can get it done.
If he has to resign the office and have Kamala issue the pardon to him, or however he has to do it, I'm certain he will not leave office without making sure that he has pardoned himself.
That's interesting.
Yeah, you could very well be right, James.
Now, Donald Trump has stated that the...
And for his own benefit, I would imagine, he's made the statement that the presidential pardon power is absolute and that a president can pardon himself.
And it's split, you know, the experts that are in academia that are, you know, generally on leftists say, no, that can't be done.
The ones that are more conservative say that it can be.
So who's to say what will be attempted?
Yeah, attempted, yeah.
The Supreme Court may ultimately have to rule if it comes to pass.
Yeah, no.
But I wouldn't be at all shocked if we will see Biden resigned and turned the presidency over to Kamala for the sole reason of getting himself pardoned.
That's interesting, James.
You make a really interesting point.
I don't rule it out either.
Well, I guess we'll have to leave it at that.
Since we don't have any definitive ruling on the I'd like the call.
Is there more you'd like to add of a final thought?
Well, my only final thought is don't be surprised at what may happen in the next month and a half.
You got it, James.
Thank you for the call.
Sherry in Kansas.
Sherry, join the conversation.
Sherry.
Hi, Jim.
If that happens, You know, and I don't think that, you know, I don't think someone can do that legally.
I mean, if that's really true, and, you know, I'm sure it's never gone to the Supreme Court on something like that, and all they have to do is not hear the case and let it ride.
So, if something happens that, what, Jim just proposed that he...
You know, somehow Biden gets pardoned one way or another.
But I would say to the Congress, since the Republicans have the House, and they've got the power of the purse, they just put a line item in there that Biden doesn't get any, you know, retirement pay.
That he doesn't get any Secret Service protection.
Just don't budget that in.
But, you know, anyway.
Hey, on...
I think it might have been Wednesday night.
But it was one day last week.
And what day did the deal in Syria start?
Wasn't it Thanksgiving Day our time?
I think, yeah.
Okay, one day last week.
And it was before that.
Hal Turner said that the head of CENTCOM took a secret trip over to the Middle East and saw each of the allies over there.
And he said there were 11 of them.
Saw the head of whoever is...the head of state personally or something.
And after this deal in Syria happened, he speculated that...I think it was...
I think it was actually before that truce with Israel and Hezbollah, that rush job on that.
And I think that's what it was about.
But it was also to start this up in Syria, to distract the Russians and to pull some of their forces.
Turner speculated it was to make Putin pull some of his forces out of Ukraine, because he had already spread himself, pulled some of them out of Syria. pulled some of them out of Syria.
You know, but he does want to lose.
He's got plenty of force.
He doesn't have a problem.
And as I said, The Russians took a huge convoy there, these ISIS wannabe types, and they just destroyed every single vehicle.
All these brand new Toyota trucks paid for with taxpayer money.
Every one of them was blown up by Russian planes.
Every one of them.
Well, and Turner said also that this, the ones that the, oh, I can't remember what he called them, but they're, they're, A new iteration of ISIS, because they used to be ISIS. Right.
And he said that, you know, and when all the pagers and the cell phones, a lot of, when those blew up on the Syrian army, you know, he said that it really was, you could see that that's Israelis.
Or Israeli-backed people.
You know, but anyway, he was saying, now is Assad, is he still in Moscow?
Assad in Moscow?
Yeah, he said Bashar Assad flew to Moscow that day that stuff happened because it spread, it hurt his Syrian army so bad.
Well, look...
Syria's going to survive.
Russia's not going to let Syria fall.
We're talking about the HTS as the latest iteration of Al-Qaeda turned into ISIS, now HTS. I wouldn't worry.
I think that Russia's on the job and, you know, Assad's going to remain in power.
I don't see a serious threat there.
You get a little drama with the attack and all that.
And, of course, I've given you a couple of stories about it, including Moon of Alabama.
I think Assad is going to survive and Syria is going to remain intact, notwithstanding all the efforts.
And of course Hezbollah is just beating up the IDF. I mean, it's really no contest.
Give me a final thought, Jerry.
Well, I think they were trying to distract Putin so he'd have to, in the meantime, NATO's about ready to do something in Ukraine, which they shouldn't be doing anyway.
But anyway, that's all I said.
That's good.
Thank you very much for the call.
No, Putin's a guy who can walk and chew gum at the same time.
David in California, join the conversation.
David.
Yeah, I was listening to some of it, but I wasn't working at the same time, so I didn't hear the whole show.
But you think in a way, I mean, of course, it was, you know, probably illegal what Biden did, and definitely wrong.
But it could turn out a great thing for people on the other side, basically, right?
Probably.
That's what I'm thinking.
I didn't quite catch all of that.
I think you're on a conference call, right?
And it's a little harder to get the words exact.
Just repeat.
I'm not on a conference call.
Can you hear me now?
Yeah, yeah.
Repeat the line.
Yeah, I was just saying I think it's a good thing that it got pardoned.
I don't like celebrating.
It's a good thing Hunter got pardoned.
Go ahead.
Because...
It's going to work in our favor.
I don't have all the...
You know, they're not going to be able to say boo when J6 gets...
You know, if he releases...
Yeah.
Yeah, they're all part...
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, I get it.
So in that sense, I'm like celebrating.
I might be ignorant, and I'm open to learning.
No, no, no, no.
But that's all...
Well, the general consensus is it's going to hurt the Democrat brand, and I think it will.
I think it will.
I think that's good, David.
And then that and among some other things of people that Trump should really pardon.
Yeah, not that the Democrats have a brand that is worth it.
Yeah, so I'm happy.
I mean, they're in such a miserable condition.
Yeah, they had a worthless candidate.
They spent two and a half billion bucks.
They got absolutely nowhere.
They lost all of the swing states and the Electoral College and the guy they've been demonizing was elected by the overwhelming preference of the American people.
David, thank you for the call.
Joe in Alaska.
Yeah, Joe in Alaska.
Join the conversation, Joe.
I was thinking Did Biden's...
Did his pardon include his whole extended family?
What about Jim Biden and various wives and cousins?
I know, it's just Hunter, so this is a very Target-rich family.
You make a good point.
Anyway, I think this whole deal over there in Idlib, It was a distraction.
Because, after all, isn't Turkey still getting stolen fuel out of Iraq, across Syria?
And don't we have Air Force bases in El Tamp, I guess?
Tanap?
Yeah, there's still American bases there.
I didn't know if Turkey was stealing Iraqi oil, but my understanding is Turkey has been providing Israel with oil, even though it pledged not to do so.
So, you know, the hypocrisy of Turkey is enormous.
Well, they've always been stealing that and sending it to Israel.
It was Erdogan's son that was involved with that trade.
Yes.
We'll see what happens with this pardon business.
I got many more stories about it for tomorrow.
Joe, thank you for the call.
John, John in Michigan, go ahead, join the conversation, John.
Jim, has anybody brought up, I just tuned in at half the hour, but has anybody brought up the fact that this presidency was fraudulently stolen?
And that they can prove it.
And so it really isn't the status of him being president is fraud.
And also he did things in office when he was a senator, taking a secret or secret documents home with him.
This is Biden I'm talking about.
Oh, sure.
Yeah.
Yeah, of course.
Yeah.
But I think if they prove that this presidency was completely fraudulent, anything he's done should be undone because of the fact that it has been proven, I think, it just hasn't been brought to the courts to have it exposed that it's fraud.
I think it's an interesting idea, and it's a good point in principle, but I don't know about the practical ramifications of how that would all happen.
It's so vast.
But there's something to it, James.
I would think that, John, I would think that Trump would have his DOJ look into that.
I think that's a good issue to explore.
Well, I would do it if I were involved.
And I just want to bring up something I saw last week.
Sure.
You've heard of Rumble.
I think you're on Rumble, aren't you?
Yes.
Well, I saw a Roseanne Barr presentation on Black Friday that just was so freaking hilarious, and she exposed so much.
She's Jewish, but she just rips everybody apart.
She talks about Madonna, and she was talking about the Torah and how the Jewish women run things in a different way with the Torah.
The men don't have an influence.
And she's drinking Jim Beam and wine after that and smoking cigarettes the whole time so people can go catch Roseanne Barr and rumble.
She was exposing some truths.
Is that what you're telling me?
She was letting it all hang out.
Letting it all hang out.
Yeah, she said that Madonna came out there with her lesbian witches, she called them.
I wanted to join our coven out there in Hollywood, but she just tears everybody apart.
Her son is interviewing her, and she just lays it all out there, and she's totally mega.
But look it up on Rumble, Roseanne Barr on Black Friday.
Thanks for that.
Thanks for that.
Good, good, good call.
Tom in Florida, Tom, join in.
Yeah, good day everybody in RVN. Yeah, I have to agree with your last caller.
He's absolutely right.
You got a lot of schmucks that call other schmucks like you got Mark Levin and you got Michael Savage tearing into these schmucks right now.
So I think it's pretty interesting.
And like, yeah, Roseanne Barr.
But Jim, here's the reason I really called real quickly.
Is this imbecile?
Do you ever heard of a guy named David Pakman and this guy Alan Linkman?
These two schmucks?
Tell us.
Tell us.
Yeah.
They're two YouTubers, and they're both schmucks, putzes, and they're lying their ass off about the election and how Kamala was going to win.
But then they have Pierce Morgan interviewing this Juan Williams.
And this other Greek guy.
And they were ragging each other out big time.
But this Juan Williams, you talk about a racist guy that's on Fox News Network.
This guy's saying, well, white women are the reason that Trump won.
And white men, mainly white men, and white men shouldn't be voting Republican.
And you talk about a cretin.
This cretin here, Juan Williams, this scumball.
I think he's got married to a Hispanic woman.
This rat bastard, this rat fink, he doesn't talk about 94% of the black women voted for Harris.
You want to talk about real racism?
Boy, if they ever put me in a room with that guy, I'd tear him apart in an interview.
I'd rip him a new one.
And you know what?
All these black people, I don't know how many blacks listen to your show, but they need to be made aware of.
The biggest slave owners in 1865 in the South were black men.
Look it up.
Yes.
Abraham Lincoln, you can look at his last, before two weeks before he got assassinated by Wilkes Booth, look at his papers, what he was trying to do with the slave issue.
He was sending them all back to Monroby.
Look it up.
It's all archived.
And all we hear is about, oh, white men, white men, what is Juan Williams, all the white guys that go homosexual and vote for a Democrat?
Yeah.
That guy Juan Williams is full of crap, man.
Yeah.
That guy's a rat bastard.
I think you're right.
I think you're right, Tom.
I think you're right.
Give me a final thought.
I have one more caller standing by, Tom.
Give me a final thought.
Well, yeah, my final thought is I think it's a great thing.
It's going to happen in January 20th from now on for the next 20 years.
I think we're looking at a great thing.
Yeah, we got one guy in Arizona out at Trump.
Hey, listen, what's the better of the two alternatives?
Kamala Harris or Donald Trump?
Oh, we all agree with that.
Tom, we all agree with that.
Did you realize if you've got five million illegals on in this country, how much it would help the environment?
Yep.
Tom, I'm all for it.
I'm all for it.
Four million people on in this country.
No toilet paper.
All the paper towels.
How much does that can help the environment?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Always glad to hear from you.
James in Vancouver.
James, join the conversation.
Yeah, I was going to say about the pardoning.
It's like in game theory, they have the prisoner's dilemma argument.
So if Biden pardons his son, then they can't use leverage on Hunter to go after Biden, you see.
So that was the strategy there.
To go after his dad.
Yeah.
In a way, he's protecting himself by pardoning his son.
Yeah, good.
Exactly.
Yeah, it's like...
So anyway...
My final thought is, and don't forget 10% for the big guy.
Right, right, right, right.
I know.
I know.
I mean, this was a Biden crime family.
I mean, that's just outrageous.
I mean, do we all forget?
I mean, unbelievable.
Yeah.
No honor among thieves, you see.
They'll go after each other.
I knew he wasn't going to let his...
I knew that months ago.
No way.
He was going to pardon me.
I didn't expect him to not pardon Hunter.
I agree.
I expected he would pardon Hunter, of course, but then he'd said so many times he wouldn't do it.
So it's pretty bad.
I think it's very damaging to the Democrats anyway you cut it.
Well, that's true, but then they're trashed.
Like Tom just said, they're trashed for the next four to eight years, for sure.
Unless, have you seen AOC think she's going to run in 2020?
She is so deluded.
I don't know where she comes up with this stuff, you know?
She would have a prayer.
She may have half a brain more than Kamala, but that's it, you know?
I mean, that's it.
She would be terrible.
Nobody would vote for her.
She grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth in Westchester, New York.
Maybe I mentioned that before.
I think it's the wealthiest county in the country, actually, Westchester County.
Yeah, that's right.
So I love the way she comes.
I'm for the left.
I'm for the working man.
I'm for this.
It's all BS. Yeah.
I sent you an essay, by the way.
I sent you an essay by email.
Maybe if you have a chance, you can have a look at it.
You sent me what, James?
What did you send?
My latest essay on quantum mechanics and DNA. Oh, okay.
Okay.
You can share some final thoughts.
I mean, you're my last scholar, James.
We've just got a minute more.
Go ahead, add any else.
What do you think about the Kash Patel FBI, all that?
Go ahead.
I don't think he's got the power to change the FBI because the FBI, they have their white shoe club, their secret society that protects them.
Also, I think that we have a problem with this Gorka And the other people that were appointed that are unsavory, could it be that they have something on Donald Trump?
You see, this is what I was wondering just now.
I hope not.
They're trying to use leverage.
Well, I hope not.
I hope not, James.
My impression is...
For all the lawfare thrown against him, Trump is about as clean as a hound's tooth, as the expression has.
I don't think they got anything real on Trump where they would have used it long before now.
Well, the hearings will happen after January 20th, am I right?
Yeah.
The hearings, right?
Sure.
All right, so we got a while yet.
Oh, they got rid of Getz.
Getz decided to resign.
Anyway.
I'll let you go.
James, thanks.
Thanks a lot.
Thank you, all the callers today.
Everyone, spend as much time with your family, your friends, and people you love and care about.
Again, I'd say, and with this new Russian missile and with the lunatics running NATO, we do not know how much time we have left.
