This is Jim Petzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Owen Stevens in Rochester, New York.

Guy's got to work for a living.
We begin with Russian drones and missiles destroying an oil depot and hotel used by the Ukrainian military.
On August 10, Russian UAVs and missiles struck their targets in Ukraine.
Last night, they destroyed an oil depot in the Rivne area.
According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they shot down seven of ten launch drones, and according to the local governor, there were no casualties.
That, of course, coming from Ukraine, could very well be minimizing the damage.
Another missile Struck the infrastructure of the armed forces of Ukraine in Zabrizia, including an hotel used by the military.
They, of course, claimed it was civilian, but in fact the Russians have intel contradicting that claim.
Despite Kiev's attempt to conceal the damage, the ongoing attack on hotels in the Ukrainian cities near the front lines are not on civilians, but rather precision strikes on Ukrainian servicemen who are accommodated there.
Local sources confirmed the Rickards Hotel had also been used as a location for the Armed forces have Ukraine militants, including fighters of the Nazi battalion and mercenaries from the so-called Ukrainian Foreign Legion.
Meanwhile, Paul Greg Roberts suggests Putin's being excessively cautious and it could lead to World War III.
All Craig Roberts I regard as our nation's leading public intellectuals.
Here's what he has to say.
After 18 months of an ever-widening war, Putin is still unable to recognize the failure of his limited military operation.
Far from convincing Washington that his interests are limited to protecting Russian people in former Russian territory, Putin has convinced Washington Russia is weak and that he is irresolute.
By the way, as an aside, I'm not sure Paul Craig Roberts has it right here.
I think he may be underestimating that Israel is really the controlling force here and that the U.S.
and NATO are fighting this war.
On behalf of Israel, which wants to turn Ukraine into the new Israel.
The consequence has been an ever-widening war, massive expansion of NATO on Russia's northwestern border, with the addition of Finland and Sweden.
Putin's presidency, which seemed permanent, is bringing him the occupation of western Ukraine by Poland.
Russian Defense Minister Shoigu has shown no brilliance in the campaign.
But now recognize the failure of the limited military operation to protect Russia's security and keep NATO's presence from increasing on its border.
Today he observed Poland is repairing a pretext to occupy Western Ukraine.
Because Ukraine has run out of troops, Poland is moving in, but Washington won't call it an invasion.
Frankly, I would say, from the Russian point of view, for Poland to take Western Ukraine while Russia takes Eastern may be the ultimate solution.
I'm therefore not convinced Paul Craig Roberts has put this together the right way.
Shagoo went further, whether with Putin's approval or his criticism of the operation, I cannot say.
He said, in the Western and Northwest Strategic Division, the threats to the military security of Russia have increased manifold.
He said Finland and Sweden's accession to NATO is a serious destabilizing factor.
He pointed out that since the beginning of the limited military operation, NATO formations have increased two and a half times.
This is hardly a picture of success, so why a boot in sticking with a failed policy, writes Paul Craig Roberts.
With the failure of the Ukrainian counterattack and decimation of the Ukrainian army, now is the time for a Russian offensive, but there's no sign of it materializing.
Colonel Douglas MacGagor, a retired and excellent commentator, has concluded Putin is actually holding back a Russian advance, wasting precious time before the rainy season begins.
From a military standpoint, it's mindless for Putin to let pass the opportunity to strike his devastated opponent and bring the conflict to a quick end before Washington can further escalate.
Instead, he's providing Poland the opportunity to move into Western Ukraine.
McGregor now agrees with what I've been saying, that Putin is perceived in the West as irresolute and can be defeated or at least discredited in Russia as a failed war leader.
Personally, I disagree.
As I've stressed, this is a dangerous perception.
Provocation of Russia will increase to a point where war will break out.
McGregor sees it as I do.
Perhaps Putin would do well to take a clue from Shakespeare.
There is a tide in the affairs of men which, taken at the blood, leads on to fortune.
Omit it!
All the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea we are now afloat.
We must take the current where it serves, or lose our ventures.

So yeah, this is a really interesting story.
I'm not really sure about, rarely do I defend Putin, but at the security conference, one of his quotes that he said was that he said, everything is being done to pull other states into this.
He blames the West for trying to, you know, inflate this conflict beyond what it should be.
And I actually think he has a point.
And, you know, it's not often that I defend him at all.
But, yeah, it's a very scary thing to to see how much money that we have funneled into Ukraine at this point.
The other thing that's so odd is that as Hawaii goes up in smoke, Only $700 per household was allocated by the Biden administration to the people who were suffering in Hawaii as a result of probably a globalist attack against that island that spared it that conveniently spared Oprah Winfrey's land and decimated everything else.
So as Biden funnels billions of dollars into Ukraine, he's only giving 700 per household to Americans.
And this is the kind of abusive relationship that, you know, the American citizens now have with their government, who cherishes and prefers other countries and their, you know, their citizenry above its own.
You know, that's the country that we live in right now.
You know, they don't really care about Americans at all.
It's about their agenda.
It's about, you know, Carrying down America's might and power and just giving unbelievable money to a state that's corrupt from the beginning that is, you know, in the pockets of cronies.
And it's just a really disgusting thing to see.
This is why I think the 2024 election is one of the more important ones.
Because several of the candidates have addressed the war in Ukraine and addressed how it needs to end.
It needs to end.
That's going to be, I think, what a lot of the candidates in 2024 will run on ending this horrible, horrible conflict.

Judge Eileen Cannon tore into Special Counsel Jack Smith for keeping a grand jury in Washington active to continue investigation into Mayor Lago despite the fact the trial will take place in Florida.
Julie Kelly tweets, Judge Cannon, whose mother fled communist Cuba, just slammed DOJ for admitting Jack Smith is still using a D.C.
grand jury to investigate alleged crimes that happened in Florida and refused again to seal government motions.
She got background on here.
Cannon demanded Trump's lawyers object to using an out-of-state grand jury to investigate Trump and lay the groundwork for potentially tossing Smith's charges altogether on the ground of grand jury abuse.
I think she's got it right.

I told you Judge Cannon is legit.
She's not going to tolerate Jack Smith bullshit.
This is gold.
She has defense to raise possible grand jury abuse by DOJ for conducting nearly all the investigation in D.C.
and switching to Florida at the last minute for the indictment.
Smith has a modus operandi as a rogue prosecutor who stretches the law to target political Republicans.
The Supreme Court unanimously threw out Smith's conviction against former Republican Governor Virginia.
Bob McDonald ruling Smith's interpretation of a bribery statute was so broad, it criminalized routine duties of office.
Smith wanted to keep the case out of Florida as long as possible, knowing he'd not have a Democrat judge and jury to stack the deck.
But Judge Cannon is not going to let him play games in this case.
Smith ran the investigation out of the grand jury in Washington before switching it to Florida in days before handing down the entitlement.
That's because Smith knew he had a venue issue.
The so-called criminal offenses he alleged Trump committed, after all, took place in Florida, where the jury pool is far more favorable to him.
But Smith wanted to keep a kangaroo court open in D.C.
where 95% voted against Trump, and even a grand jury vote with Trump haters would go along with whatever sham charge he put in front of them.
Meanwhile, Snafu Radio observes, Trump can issue subpoenas now by the 2020 election.
Who saw that coming?
This is in relation to another of the cases brought against him over January 6.
We now have the ability in this case to issue our own subpoenas.
We will re-litigate every single issue in the 2020 election because President Trump, in an opportunity he's never had before, wishes to have subpoena power.
They forgot about that trick.
Meanwhile, Special Counsel Smith admits another error in the Trump case.
He and his assistant convinced a federal judge in Washington to only approve a search warrant for Trump's ex-account, formerly known as Twitter, but to block Trump from learning about the warrant.
U.S.
District Judge Merrill Howe granted both a warrant and a request for a non-disclosure order barring ex, as it's now known, in what I think was a branding blunder, from disclosing the warrant to any person, including Trump.
While the order remains under seal, though the judge was quoted by the court as writing there were reasonable grounds to believe Trump learning of the warrant would seriously jeopardize the ongoing investigation by giving him an opportunity to destroy evidence, change patterns of behavior, or notify Confederates.
Those are things that Democrats do not Donald Trump.
Al also claimed President Trump becoming aware of the warrant would lead him to flee Smith Dean would later admit part of the entry for that order was made in error.
The district court found reason to believe that a former president would flee from prosecution, the appellate court said.
The government later acknowledged, however, it inherently included flight from prosecution as a predicate in its application.
X wanted to disclose parts of the warrant to Trump, but such action would not have safeguarded the security and integrity of the investigation.
Judge Pannon, resident panel to the Court of Appeals, upheld Judge Howell's order.
President Obama had appointed Judge Howell.
Smith obtained the warrant in January, along with a non-disclosure order, which lasted 180 days.
This was part of his investigation into Trump's effort to investigate the 2020 presidential election.
He sent charges against the former president, including conspiracy and obstruction.
None of these cases appear to be in good shape, Owen, either legally or factually.

Yeah, this is, you know, one of the things that I've noticed is that this is really rallying a lot of Republicans to Donald Trump's defense after this Georgia indictment, especially people like Kevin McCarthy.
They're saying that Biden has weaponized government against his leading political opponent to interfere in the 2024 election.

I mean, Kevin McCarthy said justice should be blind, but Biden has weaponized the government.
I really think this is true.
I mean, there's 91 criminal charges in all facing Trump right now.
There's hush money payments to an adult film star, retention of classified information and federal election subversion.
But he dominates the primary polling right now, leading his closest challengers nationally by about 40 points.
So he's still the number one, you know, Biggest, you know, runaway for the Republican nomination right now.
And among Donald Trump, there's 19 defendants in that Georgia case, including Rudy Giuliani as well and John Eastman, Trump's former lawyer, as well as Sidney Powell.
All of them.
This seems to me just like a complete witch hunt to snuff out true patriots who challenged the election on the basis of the fraud.
And they cannot allow this to get out.
They cannot allow that truth to be exposed, which really explains why Trump will be indicted time after time.
in order to just run him to the ground.
My wife actually works for Turning Point USA.
She was at this conference with Donald Trump and saw him speak and he was noticeably tired.
He was noticeably not as energetic, not as authoritative as he usually is.
This is taking a toll on him.
He's, you know, however many years of age he is now.
I believe he's 78 years old.
This is not easy.
It's not easy for a guy to, you know, be How many in 91 legal cases at his age with how much stress he has to bear as well as trying to bring America closer to freedom?
I really truly believe that.
The only thing, the only knock against Trump that I really have is in regards to the vaccine and how he has not answered those questions and probably won't answer those questions in regards to the vaccine and why he lied and said that it was safe and effective.
Other than that, though, Trump, to me, looks like the candidate for 2024.
Yes, I couldn't agree more, actually, Owen, except that I anticipate the Democrats, having rigged the election in 2020 and then again in 2022, plan to do the very same in 2024.
Whether they're running with Biden is a whole other question.
I think he's long since worn out his welcome.
Here, alluding to Georgia, Corrupt Fulton County Court website posts RICO charges against Trump before the grand jury is even voted and takes the docs down without explanation.
Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis must be removed from the Trump investigation.
The Corrupt Fulton County Court website briefly posted The charges against Trump, including Rico, before the grand jury is even closed.
They had not yet voted.
Take a look, this massive number of charges, 39 different charges.
They were briefly posted, then taken down without explanation.
Reuters reported.
The Fulton County, Georgia website briefly posted a document Monday listing criminal charges against former President Trump that were related to his attempt to overturn the 2020 election defeat in the state before taking them down without explanation.
The Fulton County District Attorney's Office said no charges had been filed against Trump as of that time.
The document was dated August 14th and named Traub, signed the case as Solheim, but is no longer on the court's website.
Reuters was not able to determine immediately why the item was posted and then removed.
A Reuters report that charges were filed is inaccurate.
Beyond that, we cannot comment, as spokesperson for the DA's office said.
The grand jury, after all, was at that time still meeting.
The Fulton County DA must be removed from the Trump investigation.
This is unlawful and unconstitutional, Mike Cernovich said.
He tweeted, Fulton County DA indicted Trump under Georgia's RICO law.
Reuters obtained the docs.

The law isn't being followed.
This is state-sponsored lynching.

Democrats say it'll take a lot more than eyewitness testimony, bank rappers, audio, video, and complete confession for them to believe Biden did anything wrong.

Well, this is a fascinating topic.
On September 28, 2015, Vice President Biden welcomed Romanian President Klaus Luchanis to the White House.
Within five weeks of this meeting, this businessman, involved with high-profile corruption prosecution in Romania, began depositing Biden Associates' bank account, which ultimately made their way into Biden family accounts.
Um, they made 16 of the 17 payments totaling over $3 million to the Biden associate account while Joe Biden was vice president.
The Biden family accounts ultimately received approximately 1.038 million.
The total amount from Romania to the Biden family and their associates is over 3 million.
The total amount from China, specifically with the CEFC and their related entities to the Biden family is 8 million.
The total amount from Ukraine to the Biden family and their associates is 6.5 million.
And the total amount from Russia to the Biden family and their associates is 3.5 million.
Um, you know, this is stemming all the way back from when the Obama-Biden administration has begun.
The timeline of these payments, the timeline of Biden enriching himself at the expense of American taxpayers and our interests as a country is long and it is damning.
For him, there's a lot of investigations right now the House Oversight Committee it chiefly investigating this nothing really expected to come.
There's bank records that show the family created over 20 shell companies.
There's key findings from our IRS whistleblowers follow up letters and FBI.

So millions of dollars just traveling to the Biden accounts from all over the world, specifically in horrible, horrible, evil places like China, the Ukraine, and Romania.

Following an event in New Mexico where Biden touted Bidenomics, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked Biden whether he had a response to Archer's testimony.
Last week, Archer told Congress in a closed door meeting Biden would put on speakerphone at least 20 times the instances that he witnessed personally, which does not exclude more instances having taken place.
While Hunter was meeting with business partners, Hunter, according to Archer, marketed the Biden brand to close business deals.
There's this testimony now where one of your son's former business associates is playing you on speakerphone a lot with them talking business.
Who's he said is that?
I never talk business with anybody, Biden fired back.
And I knew you'd have a lousy question.
Well, why is that a lousy question he asked?
Because it's not true, responded Biden as his handlers urged him to disengage.
Ducey later spoke of the interaction on Fox and complained Biden actually handpicked him.
He waved his son over to cross a barrier and ask him a question.
It was clear the president immediately regretted the decision.
The interaction is not the first time Biden's insulted Ducey.
Last year, Biden called Ducey a stupid son of a bitch after Ducey asked him whether he believed inflation would be a political liability to Democrats in the 2022 midterms.
To his credit, Biden later called Ducey's personal cell phone to apologize.
Meanwhile, the White House is going on the offense, putting out several memos bashing House Republicans and their investigation into allegations of corruption and bribery involving the Biden family.
It is true.
Archer denies Biden was directly involved in Hunter's business dealings.
But according to the former close friend of Hunter, that's beside the point.
There was not business content in these conversations, Archer told Tucker, after testifying to Congress.
The idea of signals and influence, the prize is enough in speaking or hearing or knowing you have that proximity to power.

Yeah, this goes, I think, hand in hand with what I was saying before.
I don't have too much left to add in terms of the corruption.
It's embarrassing and it makes me angry.
One of the things, and I listen to my father talk, me and him discuss this kind of thing quite often, and one of the things that I hear from him, and he's about 52 years old, And he says, you know, just makes me so angry that there's not going to be justice.
And I think that so many Americans right now have that same opinion that justice is few and far between something that we seldom come by these days.
True justice, Southern, Western justice, the kind of justice that they show in movies that just makes you feel satisfied that the bad guys got what they deserved.
And this is not something that we see in our country today.
In fact, it's the good guys that pay the price.
It's the good guys that are hunted.
It's the good guys that are killed and assassinated.
And it makes an American weary, I would say.
And so for all of the weary Americans right now that are Just their hearts going out to justice.
It will come at the end of the day.
That's the truth.
It will come at the end of the day.
The globalists, they're not going to win.
And that's something that I have on good account.
That's a faith-based belief.
That's a faith-based truth that we know.
And until then, we have to make sure that the grassroots is strong as heck.
If our grassroots activism is stronger, we stand a much better chance against these tyrannical overlords.

In their edict, ES&S falsely state government agency customers and election officials that their compliance with the Justice Society public record request could potentially compromise the security of elections.
So what information is ES&S trying to conceal?
The logs and data requests that are automatically system generated.
They are as auditable data timestamp records of activities and action taken by administrators and users of the ES&S software systems.
ES&S markets this functionality as a selling point to ensure the security of elections administered with their project.
But, of course, in this case, they want to conceal it.
Behind a veil of seemingly reasonable claims, ES&S's dark secrets are exposed.
They have been deceiving the nation.
Their software and systems behind the 2020, 2022, and now 2024 forthcoming elections is anything but secure.
Moreover, the data reports and logs requested across America paint a far different picture than the false claims that 2020 and 2022 was secure, free, fair, and transparent.
Here's an excerpt for an ES&S false claims attempting to hide the evidence.
The logs should additionally be protected for disclosure as the logs contain sensitive information and are publicized to provide a roadmap for bad actors to attempt to compromise your ES&S voting system.
The disclosure of the log could create a security risk to ES&S and the jurisdiction.

Department of Homeland Security has assigned election system as part of the U.S.
critical infrastructure.
The disclosure of the info would create a security risk to the critical infrastructure.
During the lead-up to the 2020 election, ES&S was the subject of an EAC complaint about claims made by ES&S that their DS-200 tabulators equipped with modems were being marketed as approved for use in elections.
In a letter dated March 20, 2020, the U.S.
Election Assistance Commission sent a letter to ES&S about the misrepresentation of their certification.
EAC notified ES&S that their DS-200 tabular with motive will void EAC certification of the voting system in its entirety.
Here's a letter to them.
If no modem network cards are attached to SNS DS200 tabulators, how on earth could they be compromised through network or remote access?
The apparent contradiction defies all logic, even amidst the raving endorsement of being the most secure elections on record by CIS CISA DHS DOJ.
The evidence of secure election and technology can be found in election reporting data and logs.
They contain proof of compromised technology used for election fraud.
Chris Gleason and his team discovered election manipulation through illegal adjudication of ballots marked as 100% blank.
They found this in October 2022 using ES&S election summary reports in various Florida counties.
Despite winning Florida overall, Trump lost in 12 counties where a large number of ballots were marked as ballots cast blank by the voting system unlawfully.
What is a blank ballot?
According to official SNS product documentation, a blank ballot is one that simply is 100% blank.
If the ballot is blank, DS-200 can be set up to identify them.
You can correct the ballot to return it to the voter, review and mark, or it can cast blank ballot without making any changes.
Important.
If Always Accept is selected, the ballot field in the setting, it will not appear.
If Always Reject is selected, the ballot will not be processed until all mistakes are resolved.
In both 2020 and 2022 in Florida, Maryland, Arizona, and other states, millions cast ballots through various methods.
However, A concerning issue arose.
ES&S tabulate marked many of them as 100% blank, effectively nullifying the ballots and canceling the votes of those who cast them.
The SNS DS-200 tabulators are not the only ballot image scanners used to administer elections.
They sell a high-volume ballot scanner called the DS-850 that also seem to be illegally adjudicating an odd number of ballots as 100% blank, which are used to process ballots received in vote-by-mail elections.
While Trump won the 2020 in Florida, he lost in some counties where there were a high number of ballots cast blanks.
And here we have a number of reports of the data.
In one Florida county, Pinellas, long considered a bellwether county, Julie Marcus, a handpick by Ron DeSantis, altered the 2020 election result to conceal the evidence of election fraud by not reporting the number of ballots cast blank as required under Florida election law.
Gleason and his team have since discovered that, in the 2020 November general election, 16,804 Pinellas County voters Have the ballots they cast illegally adjudicated as 100% blind.
7,805 ballots they cast deemed damaged and were duplicated, adjudicated, printed using run-back system software.
That was a subject of great importance in the Arizona election fraud related to Kerry Lee.
As you can see above, 16,804 blank ballots interfered with being cast.
That was 2.97% of all the ballots cast.
In Pinellas County, President Trump lost to Biden by 1,241 votes.
The pattern has and continues to occur today in election counties across America.
As Gleason and his team further found the widespread fraud in Florida, under DeSantis and his hand-picked appointees, they found similar problems in Maryland, where ES&S systems were used without proper certifications and void certifications.
These discoveries are subject of an election fraud lawsuit in U.S.
Court of Appeals' Gibson v. Maryland.

During the 2022 November election in Arizona, several counties reported concerning discrepancies related to ballots cast blank.
Apache and Bema counties listed a significant number of such ballots, indicating interference with voters' right to cast and have their ballots counted.
Coconino and Santa Cruz counties, on the other hand, omitted this category from their election reports, raised suspicions of illegal modification to conceal the number of affected voters.
This got out on the integrity of the election process in those counties.
An unacceptable number of blank ballots caused them to question the accuracy and dependability of the FS&S voting systems and the ease of their use to commit election fraud.
In Arizona, Pineus County listed 5,309 ballots count that were 100% blank.
That means 1.317% of the voters who cast ballots in that county that day had the right to cast a ballot and have it counted accurately interfered with.
The right to vote was illegally taken away by the use of ES&S tabulators, calling into question the reliable inaccuracy of their software and hardware.
In Florida, DeSantis and his hand-picked Secretary of State Cord Bird have colluded with the SNS Dominion voting and compromised election officials to destroy the evidence of wide-thread election fraud.
They went so far to conceal their frauds, treason, and subversive activities that they even passed a law restricting the disclosure of election-related results and data to the public in the same legislation that allowed Governor DeSantis to run for president without having to resign his office.
The new election law has been called the Florida Election Fraud Legalization Act by election integrity watchdog groups.
The legislation was rushed through to the dismay of election advocates on both sides of the political spectrum.
There are numerous lawsuits in Florida about widespread election fraud by election officials and their co-conspirators.
In a claim by DeSantis, there were no issues where the 2020 election are 100% false and can be proven using the public record data he and his friends want to illegally hide.
Moreover, there have been massive discoveries calling into question the legitimacy of the 2022 elections.
Many of these facts and evidence are subject of the Scott v. DeSantis lawsuit currently unfolding in Leon County, Florida.
Prepare for an epic showdown as the forces of truth and transparency clash with the shadows of deceit.
The stakes have never been higher than they are for 2024.

Yeah, I'll mention, because that was very, very good, went into a lot of things right there.
One of the, I think one of the biggest suspicious pieces to me, I guess I could say, is in regards to Dominion Voting Systems.
And there's this guy, his name is Eric Coomer, and he's the former director of strategy and security for Dominion Voting Systems.
And there was a deposition because of Dominion's involvement with the election fraud, what they were doing, using technology in order to really just change the results.
So he said this in his deposition.
These are quotes pulled out of the deposition.
I'll read some of them without saying the explicit swear words that this idiot murmurs every five words.
He said this.
Quote, only an absolute effing idiot could ever vote for that windbag, F-tard, fascist, racist, F-word president.
Referring to President Trump.
This is the director of strategy for the voting systems used in the 2020 election.
He said, quote, pigs for slaughter, referring to Trump voters.
Number three, quote, F the USA.
Number four, Eric Coomer admits to previously being a skinhead.
In 2004, at the age of 34, Eric Coomer admitted to previously being an addict of cocaine and heroin.
And he told the New York Times reporter in 2004 that he was on the verge of bankruptcy, had lost his marriage and ended up in jail after being charged with several counts of driving under the influence.
So this is the guy who's in charge of strategy and security for the Dominion systems used for voting, and they're angry at us for being suspicious about fraud?
The former director Eric Coomer also crashed a moving vehicle into a parked building during the middle of the day while lying to police about the incident, who were wearing body cameras to record the footage.
There was cash in his car.
Why was there cash in his car on the scene?
I'm not sure why that is happening.
Who paid him off?
A guy named Jovan Pulitzer also explained how technology was used to commit election fraud as well.
See, this is completely rigged.
Dominion Hardware, Smartmatic Software, Even Mayor Giuliani exhaustively followed the money and found that the Canadian-owned Dominion vote counting machines are used in 28 states and were completely rigged.
So that's all I would say in terms of this.
I think Dominion is probably, I know their lawsuit with Fox has been settled already and Tucker fired as a result, but Dominion systems would still be, you know, where I would look for, especially in 2024, in terms of any further fraud committed.
This is the most damning information I've heard about DeSantis, whom I have largely admired in the past.
But he's declared that the election of 2020 was totally legit and no evidence of fraud, when it appears he himself was participating in fraud in Florida.

The thing that I always say about this is that there's not going to be a perfect candidate.

And so right now, unfortunately, the government forces the citizens to really choose between two people.
I prefer Trump as opposed to DeSantis.
But then again, Trump has a very serious contradiction when it comes to the vaccine.
And Ron DeSantis has been very good as it comes to vaccine policy.
So for a lot of Americans, we're going to have to really pick what do we value most?
And do we think that DeSantis is in the pocket of somebody like George Soros?
But we even have DeSantis removing Soros prosecutors from Florida.
So it's really up in the air for me.
I admire a lot of the things that DeSantis does.
And I admire a lot of the things that Trump does and RFK Jr.
But even RFK Jr.
supports things like affirmative action, which I can't get behind.
So there's plenty of, you know, Leeway for every single candidate and things that they do that don't please me very much.
I think the Republican voters have spoken.
Trump leads by 40 or more points over to Sanders.
No one else is even close.
So I think that the GOP nominee is essentially settled.

Moms and dads across the country boycotted the store.
Ambassador of the company on social media vowed to never shop there again.
Target lost billions in corporate valuation, which did not sit well with shareholders.
When the company loses that much money that quickly, the stock loses value along with shareholders in past months.
One shareholder is holding Target execs accountable for his losses and wants his money back from the daily wire.
A Target investor has sued the retail chain saying it misled investors over risks related to its LGBT marketing and diversity equity and inclusion policies.
Most major corporations today probably promote their LGBT Bride Month, environmental, social, and governance, and diversity, equity, inclusion policies and activities.
They all want to be more inclusive and drawing like-minded customers to make a buck.
The problem is this combination of woke policies angers the company's core customers, or working families with long-standing American values.
When this group becomes offended, they walk and take their money elsewhere, many never to return.
That's where the lawsuit on behalf of investor Brian Craig of Florida comes into play.
His lawsuit charges Target with costing shareholders billions.
Reports show Target valuation dropped by $14 billion after customer backlash, and further to the betrayal, Craig wants his money back.
Craig owns over 200 Target shares, says the Corporation Board of Directors and Management misled investors about risk management over social and political messaging.
Target was clear and proud in its messaging.
Executive leadership fully supported Pride Month, with displays that include for sale tuck-friendly and extra crotch coverage female swimsuits.
These aren't your average everyday items Target core customers want to buy.
Attorneys for Craig aren't playing around with the lawsuit either.
They want the company and leadership held accountable for losses caused by bowing to leftist ideology.
The lawsuit charges Target Board and Management may have violated federal law overseeing publicly traded companies, which must provide clear information about risk management.
Just looking at the situation from a marketing perspective, Target leadership and management likely should have been more aware of what could happen by launching their Pride Month merchandise displays.
The Bud Light controversy had already exploded, and any company following that debacle into Proud Month should have re-evaluated its own merchandising policies.

I love this lawsuit and I think there has to be a lot more for all the companies that have been, for instance, like Bud Light being one of them, Skittles being another one, Barbie even, and Disney.
This is a precedent and an example to be followed, I think, by a lot of companies and a lot of investors.
So this, the investor at the center of America's first legal lawsuit, this is Brian Craig, who's a Florida resident who spent around $50,000 for I think it was 216.50 shares of Target stock in 2022.

The best quote from this whole lawsuit is this, Quote, these false and misleading statements about Pride Month promotions caused Target's shareholders to unknowingly support Target's board and management in their misuse of investor funds to serve its divisive political and social goals and ultimately lose billions.
I mean, you cannot argue with that kind of language.
It's just so great to see right wing influencers marking Pride Month in Target as culture war marks as early as May.
Matt Walsh, as well, and for The Daily Wire, like you mentioned on Twitter, They were bashing Target for making toxic brands and pride brands, invoking both Target and Bud Light as candidates for aggressive boycotts.
It worked absolutely.
And the price that they have to pay for what they have done should not just be boycotts.

Or is it more dangerous that we have citizens in this country who are too ignorant, could care less, And don't value their freedom and purposefully inject themselves and purposefully put chips in their arm.
