We're going to be jumping into a lot of materials tonight from the Trump indictment to the Maui fires.
We're also going to be joined by a special guest about the Maui fire situation.
Dr. Fetzer, it's great to have you on one more time.
There's so much to go through.
I'm going to jump right in and let you open fire.
Go ahead, Dr. Fetzer, and present your material.
DR. DR. FETZER FETZER: Thank you, Scott.
Well, the Democrats are desperate.
I mean, what would you do if there were mounting evidence that the president of the United States, who happens to be the leading Democrat in your party, appears to be the head of a crime family?
We even have a former mobster revealing the Bidens are 100% a crime family.
This is a former capo.
For a prominent New York mob family, Michael Franzese, he knows a thing or two about criminal enterprises.
He struggles to understand how the Bidens have not been exposed.
The former Italian mobster notes when he was indicted, they did sue through the use of 18 shell companies open solely to manage, to launder illegal money.
He notes that's exactly what the Bidens have been doing with 20-plus shell companies to launder money.
Does nothing but allow them to receive shady foreign funds.
To have a president in office doing these kinds of things basically is treasonous in my view, he adds.
My brother was a drug addict for 25 years.
Many people got to me through him because he was selling my ability to help somebody out for money.

That's when things kind of changed for me and, you know, long story short, you know, to try to help him get out of jail, my dad proposed me for membership in the life and I became a made member, that's the term, in 1975 and started on that, you know, that road.

Now, Scott, what you're gonna do is try to make it out that the Republicans are a crime family.
But believe it or not, the Democrats are in a state of disbelief.
They say it'll take a lot more than eyewitness testimony, bank records, audio, video, and complete confession for them to believe Biden did anything wrong.

As evidence of bribery and corruption by the Biden family continues to mound, Democrat lawmakers in the nation's capital have expressed heavy skepticism, saying they'll need a lot more than just eyewitnesses, financial records, audio and video recordings, and admission of guilt from parties involved for them to believe any of it.
Nah, I'm not buying it.
Said California Congressman Eric Swalwell, if you're wanting me to believe President Biden and his family have been involved in a far-reaching money-for-favors scheme for years, you'll need to show me a lot more than rock-solid irrefutable evidence.
If the Biden family was corrupt, I think I would have heard about it from my Chinese spy girlfriend.
The Biden admin maintains absolute innocence despite an ever-growing collection of evidence that would indicate otherwise.
The president and his family have done nothing wrong, said White House Vice Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who's a woman and also black and also gay.
It's completely normal for a family to enrich themselves by selling political influence to foreign corporations and governments.
Any assertion of the contrary is simply Republicans grasping at straws also.
I will not be taking any more questions regarding bribery allegations.
As rumors swirl of additional audio recordings of Biden accepting bribes might soon be released, Democrats continue to brush them off.
I see nothing wrong here," said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.
So he's on tape taking bribes.
It's not like he proves he took bribes or something.
At publishing time, Republicans in Congress said they were waiting on several more truckloads of evidence before beginning impeachment proceedings.
So what are you going to do, Scott?
You're going to try to make out that the Republicans are a crime family.
So we have this indictment in Georgia.
He's indicted for the fourth time.
There are 19 others who are supposed to be co-conspirators.
Get this.
The situation is so corrupt that the county court posted the RICO charges against Trump before the grand jury had even voted.
Here it is, Scott, and what's significant especially is that it identifies—it's got a case number for the case.
It's got the identification of the judge assigned.
In other words, this shows that they were jumping the gun, that the whole thing is corrupt, including these charges before the jury had even voted.
And there's a massive number of charges—conspiracy for this, conspiracy for that—but they wanted the Ricoh thing to resonate with the American people.
They were briefly posted, then taken down.

The Fulton County, Georgia website first reported a document Monday listing several criminal charges against former President Trump that appeared related to his attempt to overturn his 2020 election defeat in the state before taking the document down without explanation.
The Fulton County District Attorney said in a statement no charges had been filed against Trump.
The document was dated August 14, named Trump, citing the case as open but is no longer available on the court's website.
Reuters was not immediately able to determine why it was posted or removed.
A Reuters report that those charges were filed is inaccurate.
Beyond that, we cannot comment.
And here you have the grand jury still meeting.
Fulton County D.A.
must be removed from the Trump investigation.
This is unlawful and unconstitutional, Mike Cernovich said.
The Fulton County D.A.
indicted Trump under Georgia's RICO law.
Reuters obtained the documents, but the grand jury is still meeting.
The law isn't being followed.
This is state-sponsored lynching.
Here we have now Michael Turley talking about the case, and because, as I mentioned, Scott, my download has a video but not the audio, if you could play it, I would be grateful.
It's only about four minutes and it nails it.

Here's the indictment.
We used three sets of staples to put it together.
It's about 100 pages in length.
Dana Perino is a piece of shit, and so that guy is on the left.
It's excessive, and I think it's also dangerous.
It essentially criminalizes challenges to elections.
There's no sort of limiting principle in this document.
You know, they are charging things like the president saying publicly, we need to have a recount.
You know, Democrats and Republicans challenge these elections routinely.
I've covered elections for various networks.
I don't know how many now, but we often, if not always, have these challenges.
Some are more supportive than others, but they're not crimes.
They're seeking judicial review, and that assures the public that there's someone watching over these elections.
What's concerning, particularly about this, is that Willis didn't really show any semblance of restraint.
She indicted everyone for everything she could think of.
It is sort of the Jackson Pollock school of prosecution.
She threw it all against the canvas.
And I think she is hoping that some of these other co-defendants will flip.
But having said that, I think that the Trump team has to realize that this is a serious threat, not because of the merits, but because as a racketeering case, it's very hard to take these cases up on appeal before trial.
It's very hard to get them dismissed on threshold questions.
Willis will argue that she should have the right to present her evidence in trial, in court.
That is likely to be successful.
Also, this is not a case that can be dismissed with a federal pardon, whether by Trump himself or by an elected Republican.
That's why this has to be taken seriously.
What about the fact that you have the federal case that is of a similar nature, right?
It's about January 6th, it's about election interference.
And did she go for the RICO charge partly because that way the federal case can't supersede her own?
I think partially she went with the RICO charges because she's quite familiar with it.
This is a prosecutor who made her name bringing RICO, state RICO cases.
Also, it allows for this type of overarching conspiracy.
I mean, she is listing over 160 acts.
They're often phone calls, meetings, tweets.
She just calls them all criminal.
She says that they all were knowingly false.
And with that broad brush, she's able to indict everyone and bring in 19 people into that courtroom.
That's the benefit of using a racketeering approach.
But it also increases the danger for the country in terms of how we will handle contested elections in the future.

This case is absurd.
They're claiming that they were making false statements because they were in the belief that Trump had actually won.
Included among the cases, she cites, is Trump having a speechwriter write a speech for his winning the election four days before the election took place.
And the Supreme Court itself has ruled in the past that False speech is constitutionally protected.
Indeed, it goes further.
Even lies are constitutionally protected.
And what Jonathan Turley has said is, this just threatens to make chaos out of contesting any election because she's basically criminalizing acts that are perfectly conventional and ordinary.
And I'm sorry to say, Scott, this is really a disgrace.
The case, in my opinion, is moronic.
But then all four of these cases, which were being enumerated there, fail on the law and on the facts.
None of them has any merit whatsoever.
Well, let me just say tomorrow we're going to be joined by Stephen Pidgeon, who is a constitutional attorney, who was also with me back in Washington, D.C.
when we were doing the analytics of the Trump election, when we were giving briefings and materials.
When we were meeting with people like General Michael Flynn, Joe Flynn, Sidney Powell, Pat Byrne, Rudy Giuliani, and a whole host of other people that were working on this election fraud, this coup d'etat, this overthrow, this manipulation, this national security act of sabotage, if you will.
So I think Steven Pigeon is far more adept than Turley is.
I don't have any impression.
I'm not impressed at all by Turley.
I think he's a wet noodle.
I think he's a closet homosexual.
I think he's effeminate.
And he may have some things right, but he does not have any moxie.
He does not have any aggressive instincts.
He's tepidly and theoretically analyzing this.
This is not about how we judge elections.
This is the quintessential case that will determine whether we live in a free republic or we are overturned into a tyranny of Democrats and all of the wicked communist left-wing ideological obsessions that they have been violently pursuing since Obama.
This is a continuation.
When Trump came in in 2016, they went apoplectic.
They broke every law, engaged in every act of treason, every act of coup they could against Trump, from Russiagate to everything else, and they've never been held to an account and prosecuted.
Now this, I mean, part of me is amazed at the incompetence of the Republicans.
But when we were back in Washington, President Trump was being advised, he was given information from Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani and Pat Byrne and General Flynn and a whole host of other people.
About the voting machines have been manipulated, Mr. President.
The votes, fake ballots have been brought in.
The Chinese Communist Party and Union Bank of Switzerland have entered into a partnership to buy the voting machines and impregnate them.
Ray Epps, his wife, was on the sales force of Dominion.
Uh, there's all these, uh, very interesting ties and connections.
President Trump was being advised.
And what did he do?
As president, he went out to the American people and gave a speech and expected Mike Pence and others to say there's an appearance of fraud and manipulation and other problems here.
We have to stop and do a forensic analysis.
I think Trump was naive in a lot of ways.
He was stabbed in the back like Julius Caesar in that Shakespearean play, but he was not engaging in any crimes.
What he should have done and what we put to him was he needed to give this a far more serious act.
In a far more serious response, he should have given a speech to the American people saying, my fellow Americans, I am ordering that this election be forensically audited and examined and the results be postponed for 30, 60, 90 days because it appears that there's been massive manipulation.
This is not about politics.
This is about the sanctity of our republic and our constitution.
Trump didn't do any of that.
And he shot himself in the foot by not doing that, and as a result, he lost precious time.
We were telling him and his people they had a very short window to go on the full attack, and because they didn't, and then in December, they started packing up their bags in the White House, and Flynn and Powell and Byrne snuck in at the last minute, at the last hours, and said, well, this is what needs to happen, this is what—and Trump said, okay, let's do it, And then Rudy Giuliani comes in and says, no, no, no, no, we can't do that.
And Trump just kind of went away with a whimper.
And as a result of getting away, we have seen nothing but the ruin of this country ever since this fraud, Joe Biden, came in.
Now they are obsessed With psychologically traumatizing and trying to bully and trying to do all these things to Trump through these indictments, through this left-wing black, half-black prosecutor, Hispanic, I don't know what she is, but they are hell-bent to lie, to cheat, to steal, to throw everything they possibly can against the president.
I mean, clearly your analysis, as always, is spot on.

Ken, before we continue on, I wanted to give you a couple seconds just to say your piece.
Jim was presenting some excellent material on the Trump indictment and what these left-wing Democrats are doing.
What are your thoughts?
I, you know, I mean, clearly your analysis, as always, is spot on.
I'm sorry I miss gyms, but I do know this.
I'm going to write my presidential platform.
I know what I would do as president, but I'll tell you what we're lacking.
We're lacking the courage, the integrity, And the warrior spirit that would be required for anyone to be a leader of such an endeavor as we face today.
I mean, the writing has been on the wall forever.
As a man who took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, the enemy is inside the gate.
Communism had to come in the back door and days passed, but boy oh boy, it came right through the front door with a VIP pass straight into the White House via Biden and his Crack-smoking, kid-touching, loser son.
And, you know, there's a great, great, great 1984 interview by a former KGB agent called Yuri Brezhnev, and he explains how you take over a country, and it's a master class.
The last 15 minutes of that interview, and basically he says you demoralize the nation.
Well, we've reached a point where we've had the homosexual, not-born-in-Hawaii, black president with a man for a wife.
Let's see, we've had Joe Biden, the kid-toucher, who makes kids cringe in fear when he is in their presence.
Donald Trump went there and kissed the Jew butt with his yarmulke over there at the Wailing Wall, so I'm sorry, man, inviting Netanyahu in with the key to the White House.
That's borderline treason to me.
And at the end of the day, the descendants of Jesus sit there in Palestine while we're best buddies with the same state that murdered 34 people on the USS Liberty in 1967.
Who remembers that?
And nevermind 9-11, a pure Mossad operation.
What I see here in Hawaii is 9-11 2.0 in Hawaii.
It's a false flag using the same directed energy and laser weapons that we've seen previously.

Let me play this other video because I Very important to take a look at the cars, the vehicles that are burned in the middle of the street.
Now remember, cars and steel only melt Uh, to this degree when you have a blowtorch on them.
And a blowtorch is not the same heat and power of grass or buildings or other things that are semi-retarded in their, uh, burning capability and their pyrotechnic combustibility, whatever you want to call it.
They're not blow torches, so they can't incinerate cars and they can't leap across the street to get to the cars.
Watch this very carefully and we'll point some things out.
So today we're going to give a little update on the Hawaiian fires.

What they don't talk about is in January how they had in Maui a smart city conference to turn Maui into an entire Smart Island, changing everything to electric, renewables, solar panels, and pushing everybody into electric vehicles.
Those shrubs are okay.

So now what's also interesting is next month in September, Hawaii is hosting the Digital Government Summit, utilizing AI to govern the island.
That works out well.
It's almost like they're resetting something to start rebuilding for this in which they're trying to push.
Now when we look at all the climate change narrative that they're going to try to push, but they're not going to talk about the Weather Modification Act of 1976.
I highly recommend everybody look into this act because who is involved in the weather modification activities?
Department of Agriculture, Department of Defense, Department of Interior, EPA, and NASA.
So if they're modifying the weather, then could they have caused this event?
So if we see that the Department of Defense and other factions are responsible for modifying the weather, well then if we look at direct energy weapons, we can maybe see how this can all relate to this event.
Now, the other thing that was interesting about this was the Chinese had immediately released a story the day after these Maui fires saying that they had perfected their own laser technologies, which I found very interesting because I thought, are the Chinese telling the U.S.
don't try this in Beijing because we've got laser technology ourselves?
It was very suspicious, but Jim, I'll hand it back to you.

Cars in the middle of the street have nothing to burn them and yet they are they're completely torched.
Nothing other than a direct energy weapon could have done that.

Yeah, I got a half a dozen reactions to all this.
Number one, obviously wildfires didn't do this, and looking at boats out in the water and the boats were on flame, how ridiculous is that?
Now, looking at the cars and the destruction opens my mind to the possibility of directed energy weapons in addition.
Tanooks were used on 9-11.
I would now say this to me is very convincing, and I'm now open to the combination.
Thermite was used to clean up.
I don't believe because it has so little explosive force it was a major factor, but it could have been used to cut out the cookie cutter shape of the planes, which did not hit the buildings.
Those were hologram images that were, which is how that can just pass into the building with no collision effects.
Now, third, the timing here is really extraordinary.
Talking about smart cities and all that, they would like to have a little location like an island where they can have cars that don't have to travel very far.
It's already more expensive to charge your electric vehicle in the UK than it is to fill it with petrol, and yet that was supposed to be a driving force in the beginning because they're not going great distances.
The likelihood of lithium batteries bursting on fire is going to be reduced, but the whole idea of these smart cities, 15-minute cities and all that, is such rubbish and nonsense.
I can hardly believe it.
I can see them wanting to use Maui as an experiment, as a pilot project.
So I think all this is very sinister.
Turns out Biden is giving the families a one-time $700 payment, which obviously cannot make them whole, even as he sends billions and billions more to Ukraine.
So the guy clearly cares more about Ukraine than he does about Americans.
And get this, Scott, you'll find this intriguing.
The head of the police force there was the guy who was the incident commander in Las Vegas.
Just one of those things.

That's a bit of a coincidence too, isn't it?
I'm wondering, Jim or Scott or the other guests, do we have verified like the laser coming down video footage or stills?
I see a bunch of it, but I haven't been able to verify.
You know, and I know that what they're going to do is they're going to when people cite incorrectly, I've seen it on BBC and CNN from their reports.
They're picking the ones that aren't Maui that they can verify aren't Maui.
And that's why I really want to get the ones that are so I can use it and don't give them the excuse to try and obfuscate.
But but that's that's definitely.
One of the things that is most of issue here, but I also just want to say, on behalf of the Kanakas who are out here, on the back of a genocide, I made a film, The United States of Hypocrisy, a quarter century ago, and there's a genocidal policy here, and the annexation of Hawaii is not lawful.
Flat out.
Flat out.
The bottom line is, for those who love the Constitution, they should be supporting Hawaii beyond just the rescue efforts and all of the whatever goodwill people want to send.
This is not the 50th state.
It's a sovereign kingdom.
I serve that kingdom.
As I do my birth nation, I'm able to honor both my oath to the kingdom and America.
I hope the Americans finally do wake up.
This should be the wake-up call.

Let me just finish up on the Maui fires and stuff.
The most compelling evidence that I see is the impossibility of cars to be burned while they're in the middle of the street, where on one side is the ocean, which doesn't burn very easily, And on the other side are a ragtag collection of little shrubs or trees that are not kindling.
They're living.
They were green.
Those don't burn very easily.
And then some other shops that are made of steel.
They weren't gasoline stations.
They weren't You know, these highly nuclear sort of facilities, they were restaurants or shops or stuff, they burn, yes, but they don't turn into blowtorches, they don't jump over the street, and I think besides the directed energy weapon and the lasers, which I agree with you Ken, there's a lot of stuff up there which can be debunked, or they, they, it's just, you know, distractions or fake videos of lasers, I don't even want to look at that.

So far, it is estimated that nearly a thousand people have died.
Locals are worried this includes hundreds of children who were home due to school being cancelled that day.
Several people are reporting that the government is not only doing little to help, but they are blocking local efforts to do so, and are not allowing local donations through, and that they are blocking life-saving medicine because it isn't federally approved.
Denying people access to bring in Supplies.
Just supplies for people to live.
The government withholding every single one of our donations because we are not a part of FEMA and Red Cross.
So none of this is eligible for giving out.
Tell me why?
I have no freaking clue.
The people of Maui are on their own for now.
And aside from the federal government's bureaucratic failure, they have good reason to be suspicious.
Just like what we saw five years ago in Paradise, California, there was nothing normal about these fires.
Within a day of burning, it was like a bomb went off.
When you see the full extent of the destruction behind us, it will shock you.
It does appear like a bomb and fire went off, if I may.
And all of those buildings virtually are going to have to be rebuilt.
It will be a new Lahaina.
Local residents have been reporting bright flashes of light.
One was captured by a home security camera that appears to have been the start of the Olinda fire.
Many people are saying that it was directed energy weapons.
We know that most major governments already have them.
And during the California fires, online weather maps recorded what looks like a laser from above, striking an area just before it bursts into flames.
In his research, Dennis Mills discovered that the incendiary aluminum and barium nanodust from chemtrails is most likely fueling the ferocity of today's so-called super wildfires.
And on the day before the Maui fires broke out, locals were reporting a heavy overcast from chemtrailing that they'd never seen before.
It's also interesting to note that the Maui Police Chief was the incident commander for the Las Vegas mass shooting in 2017.
Lahaina is considered to be a historic and sacred land.
It was the capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii before it was taken by the United States.
It's been occupied by Native Hawaiians ever since, who are defiantly opposed to the mainland outsiders who have been buying up land with no respect for local culture.
Not just BlackRock and Vanguard, but billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg, who owns more land on Kauai than what the government of Kauai owns.
And Oprah Winfrey, who has bought over a thousand acres of land in Hawaii, including a new 870 acres in Maui she just bought this spring.
In 2018, the Paradise wildfires broke out exactly where the United Nations have plans to somehow make off-limits to humans.
And that same year, a report on wildfire prevention was published that was focused on the exact same areas in Maui where the fires just broke out.
All the historic downtown, all of it is demolished and all the houses, gone.
But those commercial big box stores are still there.
Hawaii Governor Josh Green has been putting the World Economic Forum's Great Reset Agenda ahead of Hawaiian interests.
Just weeks before the fire, he unveiled an emergency proclamation on housing that eliminates the traditional land use commission, allowing the government more leeway to build as they see fit.
Such as building 15-minute smart cities run by artificial intelligence just like they've been planning to do in Hawaii for years.
At some point I will make a major donation after all of the smoke and ashes have settled here and we figure out what the rebuilding is going to look like.
This is going to be a long and difficult process.
You're going to see a lot of Phoenix stories rising from the ashes here.
Let me say, too, that Snopes has been trying to debunk the idea of directed energy, which is a sure sign that it was directed energy.
They claim it's unfounded to suggest it was done.

Light a newspaper, and you slowly watch the newspaper curl and go brown and ignite, but it gradually feeds off of the paper and moves along to the other side.

It has to have fuel to burn.
And in this case, the Lahaina City The buildings are surrounded by seas of concrete and parking lots, walls and the ocean, and there's nothing, there's no grass, there's nothing that would have generated the power to burn these vehicles.
And no one should be stupid or cowardly to accept any other explanation other than some kind of man-made weapon I mean, there's no doubt.
So, this has to be looked at as, I think, the beginning of the wars that we're going to face increasingly, and it shouldn't surprise anybody.

So they have, in their own minds, the jurisdiction and the police cop role of all of the Pacific, the eastern areas over to Asia, all the way to Pacific, South America.

I also would say, because I hear these comparisons to War Zone, and having been in several War Zones before, I'd like to point out a simple fact.
One, America's been fighting aggressive wars that have been crimes against humanity and war crimes for decades now.
Americans, whether they like to admit it or not, have flipped the bill.
while the money of the taxes is actually going to pay the debt from the Jewish bankers who own the private bank known as the Federal Reserve.
Nonetheless, we're not paying for infrastructure.
How are bridges doing?
How are our roads doing?
Not so well.
Got a lot of money for Ukraine though, but at the end of the day, we do have a few million dead over there.
Let's see, two to four million in Vietnam.
How many in Korea?
Maybe a million.
We've got what?
Two million in Iraq, probably around a million in Afghanistan.
All the while, the Americans have been sitting by and doing nothing.
The Human Shield Action almost stopped that one in Iraq, but that didn't work either.
At the end of the day, I'll quote Malcolm X when he referred to the JFK assassination and pissed off everybody.
When he referred to the violence that America sows around the world, To violence coming back, and it's another case of the, quote, chickens coming home to roost.
And don't compare it to a war zone.
There's about, what, 100, maybe 1,500 dead.
You know how happy the Iraqi people would be to have 1,500 dead and a little space like that?
We devastated an entire nation.
I've met the orphans, that number in the millions, without parents, no social services.
How many Americans have been thinking about that?
How many of you care about that?
Meanwhile, we're going to sit here and cry, which is a little nothing compared to what others, by us taxpayers, have had to deal with.
So, shame on America.

We've been the biggest threat to the safety and security of the entire planet all the while.

One of the things that you and I had the great pleasure of doing besides speaking to university students and encountering such a grace in the faces of the Iranian people and the students that were there, such a hospitality, and you and I were at the Soleimani graves and we saw these young women at the graves of their husbands and their brothers and their sons who had died fighting ISIS.
And also the conversations with the Iranians who described how they were fighting against drug trafficking from Afghanistan into Europe and losing their own people.
The Iranian virtue is immeasurable, but I said on my particular speeches, God says, vengeance is mine, I will repay.
And look at what's happening to America.
A society that's castrating its children and having homosexuals and drag queen rainbow flags running around like demoniacs, raping young children's minds in schools with these woke teachers.
This is the death in the end of the American society.
Because of the sins that we've unleashed upon the rest of the world.
This particular sexual leprosy and schizophrenia that God has allowed into this country like a plague, like a blood poisoning.
We have to pray and amputate ourselves and divorce ourselves from this.
But this is all payback for the wickedness that we've shown around the world.
