This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joel Olson in Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
The U.S.
is hesitating providing Ukraine with longer-range missiles.
They've asked for the Army Tactical Missile System, which has a range of about 190 miles, significantly greater than the HIMARS, which can hit targets about 50 miles away.
So that would make about four times greater the range The report said senior aides to Biden, the benefits of sending the more advanced weapons would be minimal, but where Russia has warned that if they were to do so, it would make the US a party to the conflict.
The U.S., of course, is already a party to the conflict.
But under such a scenario, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharov observed, we would be forced to respond appropriately.
The U.S.
seems to be heeding the Russian warning, at least for now.
It's possible it could be sent in the future.
Officials told the Times they recognize President Putin would likely have pushed back as they've given Ukraine the kind of support it's receiving from the U.S. today at the outset of the war.
Meanwhile, Zelensky declares NATO plans to transform post-war Ukraine into a "big Israel." The NATO-backed Atlantic Council has proposed apartheid Israel as a blueprint for a hyper-militarized Ukraine.
The paper was authorized by Obama's former ambassador to Tel Aviv, now an Israeli spy tech consultant.
This is pretty disturbing.
Zelensky made a prediction while speaking to reporters, rejecting the idea Kiev would remain neutral in future conflicts.
Rather, he's suggesting in the future his country will be like a big Israel.
We cannot talk about a Switzerland of the future.
We'll definitely become a big Israel with its own face.
What would a big Israel look like?
We will not be surprised to have representatives of the Armed Forces or National Guard in all institutions, supermarkets, cinemas, people with weapons.
I'm sure our security issue will be number one for the next 10 years.
For NATO's power brokers, Zelensky's intimated willingness to join the military alliance was perhaps the least remarkable aspect of his statement.
Instead, within 48 hours of his comments, the Atlantic Council, NATO's semi-official think tank in Washington, published a roadmap exploring how to transform Ukraine into a big Israel.
Authored by Daniel B. Shapiro, the former U.S.
ambassador to Israel under former President Obama—surprise, surprise—the document posited the two embattled countries share more than you might think.
Just as former Secretary of State Alexander Haig presented Israel, who has the largest American aircraft carrier in the world that cannot be sunk, Shapiro put forward a vision of Ukraine as a hyper-militarized NATO bastion whose national identity would be defined by its ability to project U.S.
power against Russia.
Despite Israel's reluctance to join the Western sanctions against Russia, it has aided Ukraine militarily.
Zelensky, a Ukrainian Jew, was apparently unperturbed by Israel's alleged arming of Nazi elements in his country.
Just a year after his 2019 election, he made a pilgrimage to Jerusalem to launch what he called a prayer for peace and to attend an event entitled Remember the Holocaust to Fight Anti-Semitism.
Ahead of the junkety heap praise on Israeli society, claiming Jews managed to build a country to elevate it without anything except people and brains, and that Israelis are a united, strong, powerful people.
Despite being under the threat of the war, they enjoy every day.
I have seen it.
His admiration has apparently reached new heights.
By adapting their country's mindset to a mere aspect of Israel's approach to chronic security challenges, Ukrainian officials can tackle critical national security challenges with confidence and build a similarly resilient state.
According to Shapiro, a central component of Israel's security strategy, and indeed their bi-analogy of Ukraine's, is that the whole population plays a role.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well Sundance over at the Conservative Treehouse has a real interesting philosophy that we actually have four branches of government and one of them is the intelligent branch, which actually has the trump card over absolutely every other branch of the government.
And as a perfect example of that, this weekend I did, and this morning I did a Several programs with Jeffrey Nell.
Yesterday was his germ warfare video program.
This morning it was two hours on TNT radio.
And in part of my research for that, I came across the YouTube website, Tales of American Empire.
Absolutely fabulous website.
They have Attack on Pearl Harbor part one and two was no surprise, but then they have another one on Gary Powers and the U-2 shoot down.
On May 14, 1960.
That's when Eisenhower was supposed to have a summit with Khrushchev, and they were going to denuclearize the world, but instead, against presidential orders, the CIA sent the U-2 spy plane over Russian territory, and they filled it with bad fuel so that it ran out of fuel, the engine stalled,
And Powers had the option of bailing out, which he knew there was hooked up to a system that would automatically kill him, or he could just go ahead and glide the plane down and be captured.
He did that, and that what happened on May 1st of 1960.
And then when Uh, Khrushchev said, well, we've captured your spy planes flying, overflying our properties, which he said you would not do.
Eisenhower had to sheepishly admit that he had authorized it when, in fact, he was furious because the CIA had authorized it against his directives.
So that's the kind of government we've got.
We've got a government of a bunch of rogue spy agencies that are absolutely ruling everything.
And Joe Biden is the worst puppet we've ever had, but we've had nothing but a series of puppets before him.
to this surveillance state that's currently destroying our country.
So yes, that's exactly what we're dealing with.
We have a couple of exceptions, I'd suggest.
John Kennedy and indeed Donald Trump.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, the first story with missiles, that's from the New York Times, one of the chief propaganda pieces in the United States.
So it's wars and rumors of wars and the fog of war that said is that what is being exposed and demonstrated through the story to the American people is that the United States is engaged in this proxy war against Russia.
So if the U.S., if the Blackhats are in charge, then we have at least one false flag coming.
And Jim had mentioned the possibility of an assassination of the actor playing Biden and blaming it on some MAGA or some global thing or some combination of thing.
All our opponents will have are these narratives and these false flags.
They're not going to solve any problems ever, ever, ever.
And what we are being shown is that if Ukraine is successful in their alleged war against Russia's invasion, then it'll just be a heavily armed puppet state.
It'll be what Iraq was when Saddam was a good boy, and they'll talk about Zelensky being a strong man in the Middle East to protect democracy.
And for Israel, Yeah, it'll be like Israel.
So Israel has taken over, it has the largest concentration camp in the world in Gaza and wants to take it over and systematically takes the land.
And that would be similar to the Ukraine of having an ongoing operation to take back Donbass and to have that be a concentration camp as well.
I think this depiction of Ukraine as a forward U.S.
base is the very reason Putin was forced to intervene in Ukraine.
I mean, how could he possibly allow that to happen?
That would be like allowing Mexico to become a major Russian base.
Could the United States stand for that?
It's just absurd.
And the incapacity of the American government to be responsive to Russia's bona fide national security interests is insulting, offensive, and clearly deliberate and by design.
Meanwhile, even though Martha's Vineyard voted 84% for Biden, It moved to get the illegals off of the island muy pronto, as quickly as possible.
Democrats in a Marcia's Vineyard immediately declared a humanitarian crisis, even as 50 illegals arrived.
That's a drop in the ocean compared to the 6,000 border crosses and illegals in border towns every single day.
Martha's Vineyard's officials, after they were flown in, the governor bused the illegals off of Martha's Vineyard onto Joint Base Cape Cod, following the Democrats' outcry that this action of flying 50 there was evil and inhumane, even though Biden buses and flies thousands of illegals every day to working and middle-class communities.
A Spanish TV reporter explained that Martha's Vineyard residents were privately acknowledging they don't want migrants here.
A Spanish TV reporter for Telemundo said Martha's residents privately admitted not wanting them there.
Speaking outside of St.
Andrew's Church, where the 50 migrants were shipped to the elite liberal vacation spot, Christina Ladono Rooney of Telemundo said residents refused to be interviewed on camera about their displeasure of the situation for fearing to appear inhumane.
The homeless shelter coordinator for Martha's Vineyard, Lisa Belcastro, lamented to reporters the island does not have the facilities to house the migrants Despite the fact that some of America's wealthiest elites own multi-million dollar vacation homes, which are empty most of the year.
A furious man passed by a short time ago.
He said his children had to leave this island because there are no jobs or housing, and now they're bringing these migrants over, deceiving them with those promises.
There are others who blame the Biden admin saying it's their fault they don't want the migrants here or they don't want to speak on camera just because they don't want to be deployed as inhumane.
Wow!
This Martha's Vineyard Democrat doesn't seem very welcoming or progressive.
We don't have housing for 50 immigrants.
Don't the Obamas have a 10-bedroom mansion there?
That would fit half of them.
Here's a sign on Martha's Vineyard underlying the hypocrisy.
We respect women.
We value black lives.
We stand with our LGBTQ community members.
We stand with immigrants, with refugees, with indigenous people, and with people of all faiths.
We stand with our community.
We just don't want you here.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, how can you spell hypocrisy any better than that sign?
I guarantee you.
Yeah, it turns out that they're doing the same scan that they did previously during the last part of the Carter administration, April to October of 1980.
There was the Cuban Muriel boat lift where they shipped Half of their prison population to the United States saying that they were refugees.
Well, now you just sent me a story that's at voiceofliberty.com.
Venezuela is interfering their prison and sending them to the United States.
And guess who Descent has sent to Martha's Vineyard?
A boatload of Venezuelans.
Yes, military-age young men that probably have a prison Who wouldn't?
What other nation wouldn't empty their garbage and send it to the United States and we're just turning into a refuse dump?
It's just outrageous.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, that photograph on the first story showed four military-age young men, all with fresh haircuts.
They didn't have that migrant look at all.
And then there was the photo of the military-age young man in the bus window with a big tattoo across his arm.
So, that's an interesting part of the puzzle.
So, the more that I see, the more that I really do conclude that this is a script and the White Hats are running the show because the Black Hats are self-destructing.
And, I mean, this is such an easy take.
So, imagine, put on your Black Hat thinking cap and tell me what you think about this scenario.
So you send the 50 migrants arrive at Martha's Vineyard and the Obamas hold a press conference and they say something like this.
Now that President Biden, Dr. Fauci, and the CDC have made us safe again.
It's time to turn our eyes to the midterms and the heart and soul of America.
We Democrats embrace the real world, the real world of action.
And we, the Obama family, will take these 50 people in and start a campaign to rebuild the world in America.
And you don't have to do much just saying that, and then they can go on into talking points of, this is why we teach CRT in our schools.
DeSantis and Abbott are racist.
They can't admit it to themselves, but they can't do what we simply do here in democratic strongholds of opening up our hearts and homes.
So, let's see, what else could you say with that?
You could contrast that with the white supremacist mega-Republican Trumpsters, and I think as well what you could do is you could have Anderson Cooper start interviewing these migrants, and they could start talking about, the migrants could ask Anderson, how come Obama can't be president again?
And then, and then Anderson could explain to them our laws, and then one of the migrants, crisis actor, could say, well, then Michelle could be president.
She should be president!
Because that, but they don't do any of that.
It's such a pathetic show.
I have to wonder who's in charge of that script.
Yes, yes.
Nice, nice, nice satire, my friend.
AOC says that sending illegals to sanctuary cities is a crime against humanity.
It's in the stories.
Okay, all right.
Ted Cruz puts a Martha's Vineyard crisis in perspective.
15,000 illegal center Del Rio in a single day.
Ever since the Santas flew 50 to a wealthy liberal enclave, Democrats have been calling the situation a humanitarian crisis, accusing the governor of using human beings as pawns in a game of political chess.
It's cruel to treat human beings like pawns in a political game.
He reached a new low, Senator Elizabeth Warren said of DeSantis.
Exploiting vulnerable people for political stunts is repulsive and cruel.
But, of course, that's exactly what Biden has been doing.
Folks on Martha's Vineyard are describing the burden of 15 illegals.
To put that in perspective, observe Ted Cruz.
The small town of Del Rio, Texas has about 30,000 residents.
I was there when 15,000 Haitian illegals were crossing into Del Rio in a single day.
15,000 is greater than 50.
Yet the island officials cause the influx of 50 and humanitarian crisis.
Meanwhile, Breitbart has analyzed that Martha's Vineyard could actually house up to 6 million.
What's the carrying capacity of Martha's Vineyard?
We found ourselves asking if they were experiencing a humanitarian crisis, how many could they actually handle?
Since this data shows around 17,000 year-long residents, Around 14,600 homes on the island.
Suppose each has four bedrooms.
Each bedroom could sleep three.
That would bring the sleeping capacity up to 175,200, where presently 158,200 would be unoccupied.
25,200 where presently 158,200 would be unoccupied.
If anything, this underestimates a sleeping capacity of the island, which regularly houses during the summer about 200,000.
If you pack people in, sleeping in living rooms and libraries and dining rooms and studies, you could easily house 400,000.
Look at some of the luxurious lots and the facilities and beautiful homes.
These are places that would make a migrant happy.
That's what the Democrats want, to make migrants happy.
Of course, there's a lot of available land that could be converted into housing for refugees.
With a current pop, they're about 194 per square mile.
That's around the population denisy of Indiana, Georgia, or North Carolina.
If we raise it to equal of Washington, D.C., with 11,295 per square mile, we could easily fit nearly a million.
Leave plenty of room.
Manhattan, 69,648 per square mile.
By our calculation, that leaves Martha's Vineyard with room for six million refugees.
Brock, who owns a 29-acre estate with seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, could not be reached for comment.
His house features a private beach that could become the official welcome point for ferries bringing in the new arrivals.
Perhaps a former president could even be persuaded to greet the folks disembarking with an aloha and a lay in the tradition of his native state.
Meanwhile, the Obamas can construct new cages at Martha's Vineyard to hold the arriving migrants.
In the wake of the arrival of scores of migrants on the island, Barack and Michelle gave orders to their staff to immediately begin construction of new cages to house the influx of foreign nationals at their luxurious estate.
It's a tried and true method.
We've had success with it in the past.
President Obama was overheard telling the construction crew, we want to make these incoming migrants feel just as welcome as hundreds of thousands crossing the southern borders, which means I'll be kept in cages built by me, obviously.
Though the wealthy population seemed troubled by suddenly having to deal with the types of problems normally reserved for the common folk of the United States, the Obamas welcomed the opportunity to have more cheap labor around their palatial grounds.
It's so hard to find good help these days, Michelle Obama sighed during her morning inspection of the landscaping.
Having a regular influx of house servants may actually work in our favor.
Some of the Obama staff privately expressed security concerns about the incoming migrants, but the former president put them at ease by reminding them he can order a deadly drone strike at any time.
By publishing, other Martha's Vineyard residents who heard about the construction of the cages were already raising questions about potential human rights violations and preemptively placing the blame for the cages squarely on the shoulders of, guess who?
Donald Trump.
Meanwhile, AOC sending illegal immigrants to sanctuary cities is a crime against humanity.
Representative Alexander Ocasio-Cortez accused Governor Zabit and DeSantis of accusing crimes against humanities by sending illegals to deep blue sanctuary cities, which says a lot about those locations.
The New York Socialists sent out a series of tweets blasting them for their antics in dealing with illegal immigrants by shipping them out of their respective states of Texas and Florida.
It's appalling.
Far-right politicians seem to have decided that just before an election is their regularly scheduled time to commit crimes against humanities on refugees.
What's truly appalling is there's no level of hyperbole the former bytender is unwilling to use in order to believe she's making a point.
Reducing the seriousness of actual people who commit actual crimes against humanity by comparing to this triviality.
She also accused the Santas and Abbott of trafficking people to get clicks.
AOC's comments also demonstrate there is a dime's worth of difference between the extreme elements of her party and the mainstream.
trafficking as a way to get social media clout from progressives.
AOC's comments also demonstrate there is a dime's worth of difference between the extreme elements of her party and the mainstream.
Governor Newsom, by the way, who is considered as a viable presidential option should Biden not run in 2024, also ramped up the dumbed-down rhetoric by writing a letter to Attorney General Garland, suggesting he pursued kidnapping charges against the Santas for flying illegals to Martha's Vineyard.
In further embarrassing comments, AOC praised rich white progressive on Martha's for their response to the influx of just a few dozen illegals saying her party understands that immigrants and refugees are a blessing.
The Santa sent two plane loads, prompting officials to declare the tiny number to be an unexpected urgent humanitarian situation.
Contrary to AOC's assertion, they weren't considered a blessing of any sort, quickly removed from the island by the Massachusetts National Guard to a military base within 48 hours.
When DeSantis flew them to an affluent playground for the rich and famous, it was a crime against humanity.
When rich people ship them the hell off their island as a demonstrate, liberals find them to be a blessing.
Sure thing.
Back in the day, B.B.
or before Biden, AOC would have equated moving illegal immigrants to a military base and sending them to concentration camps.
What's the difference this time around?
Bear in mind, crimes against humanity are certain acts that are purposefully committed by a state or on behalf of a state as part of a widespread or systematic policy, typically directed against civilians in times of war or peace.
The violent nature of such acts are considered a severe breaching of human rights, hence the name I repeat.
The violent nature of such acts are considered a severe breaching of human rights, hence the name.
They differ from war crimes because they're not isolated acts by individual soldiers, acts committed in furtherance of a state or organizational policy.
The first prosecution for crimes against humanity could place during the Nuremberg trials.
Being considered for legal use widely in international law, following the Holocaust, a global standard of human rights was articulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Political states that violate or incite violations of human rights norms are an expression of the political pathologies associated with crimes against humanity.
I believe Biden's committing crimes against humanity, but its policies regarding the immigrants, not to Santa's or Abbott, flying them to Martha's Vineyard or to the Naval Observatory.
Joe?
Yeah, it wasn't a crime against humanity when Obama, when Biden was shipping Migrants from Texas to Florida, that was no problem at all.
And DeSantis kind of put a kibosh on that, so that's a little bit of a problem.
Crimes Against Humanity, why don't you ever mention anything about what the FDA and the CDC and the AMA and the whole entire pharmaceutical racket have done to Americans' health with their mandatory jabs and with the masks and everything else that's completely stupid.
Now, I've never been to Martha's Vineyard, But just doing a quick little Google search, I was wondering, you know, it's an island and you have to access it by ferry, and so I pulled this up.
The Steamship Authority in Woods Hole, Massachusetts is the only ferry bringing cars to Martha's Vineyard.
The cost is a minimum of $180, higher depending on the size of the vehicle, for round-trip travel from Woods Hole to the Vineyard.
Yeah, okay folks.
So basically you have an enclave where you have to be a millionaire to be able to get your car to the island, otherwise you've got to be walking around.
And I guarantee you the people that are coming over on the day ferry are turning around and leaving on one of the 20 ferry rides per day back and forth to the island because they are not going to allow the homeless people to camp on the streets like they do in every other major city in the United States.
Flash newsflash, this weekend I was in Austin, and I don't know what it's like all over town, but downtown Austin no longer has homeless encampments everywhere, and the tech stock right-of-ways are completely scoured of tents and grocery carts and cardboard shanties.
And it's just absolutely wonderful to be able to see the city the way it was just several years ago before the liberals completely infected Austin.
So hopefully that's a change that's going to be continuing to sweep across the state of Texas.
Well, what did they do with the homeless who were encamped in cardboard boxes?
Apparently, they just moved them to the residential neighborhoods and allowed them to sleep in local parks.
So I think we got the similar situation that they've got in Illinois, where if somebody camps in your yard, you're not allowed to do anything about it.
Austin is really plagued with a horrible government.
And there again, it's in place because of the Dominion voting machines, which are approved by both parties.
But that's another subject.
Carl.
Martha's Vineyard.
What a delightful little island.
I've been there.
We enjoyed our day trip visit there.
And Joe, you don't have to be a millionaire to live on Martha's Vineyard.
You have to be kind of a multi-millionaire.
I was taking a look at the real estate prices.
On the island, if you're just a millionaire, for a little over a million, you can get an 1100 square foot aged home.
But if you want something more than that, it's going to have to be a couple million.
The median price of the real estate is about over two million dollars.
So for people to understand the history of the border with Mexico, John Perkins, economic hitman, his bestseller.
Mexico was really a puppet state of the United States, and the best way for me to explain it, the relationship, is the maquiladoras.
The maquiladoras are factories, international company factories, that are just on the Mexico side of the border.
And where I grew up in LA, we would go across the border to Tijuana, and you see these dozens and dozens of factories.
Now back in the day, the hourly rate of the workers in the maquiladoras was $1 an hour.
I think it's up to $2 an hour.
So if you put yourself into the shoes of somebody in Mexico trying to support a family or raise a family or be successful, going across the border to try to get more money, Is definitely something that you would be highly motivated to do as a public school teacher for 38 years and 14 of them in LA Unified School District with most of the students being here from families who cross the border.
Illegally, universally, talking to the parents, they would work a couple of jobs, just with no education, working so hard, just with the dream that their children can get some kind of an education, trade school, maybe college, whatever, to have a good life.
Crimes against humanity.
Yeah, that's funny.
You mean like the ongoing US-UK-NATO wars of aggression?
You mean that crime against humanity?
Or how about forced medical injections and being told you're a non-essential worker?
That crime against humanity?
Or how about the ongoing intentional reneging of every promise made at the 1990 World Summit for Children with the heads of state at the United Nations?
There's about a million kids who die from preventable poverty.
Every month in the most gruesome, slow-motion torture.
And yet, since 1990, the total death toll is about 400 million.
That's more killed than in all of the wars, all of the revolutions and acts of violence in world history.
You mean that?
Crimes Against Humanity?
AOC?
So, all we're going to get from these psychopaths is continued virtue signaling, While their actions are making all the problems worse, and this really is American Revolution 2.0, AMREF 2.0, and it is the oligarchs against we the people attempting to destroy America.
Excellent point, Carl.
And what's the point of it being a sanctuary city or a sanctuary state if you won't take the migrants you're declaring to provide a sanctuary for?
I mean, the hypocrisy is so blatant, it's so grotesque.
This is a story with legs.
This is going to run right up to the midterm election, and it's doing the Democrats tremendous political damage.
Joe.
Yes, a little bit more on Maquiladora.
M-A-Q-U-I-L-A-D-O-R-A is a factory in Mexico run by a foreign company and exporting its products to the country of that company.
Well, guess what?
If the factory is located within five miles of the U.S.
border, they're allowed to put stamps on it and say, Made in USA.
That's how nefarious the Chamber of Commerce-run monopolies are in this country that they can make their products in Mexico and stamp them with Made in USA.
Absolutely insane.
There's no environmental protections in those factories.
There's no OSHA.
There's no safety protections.
There's no unions allowed.
You know, just absolutely abysmal slave conditions, and they get to put Made in America on it.
Outrageous.
It is.
And of course, Biden couldn't care less.
Meanwhile, check this.
We just don't have the space.
Prominent Martha's Vineyard resident explains the challenges facing the island community.
Check out his estate.
Very nice.
Meanwhile, military quietly walks back COVID vaccine restrictions on active duty troops.
There have been some exciting developments in the courts for service members who fought back against what they regard as unfair practices and punishment for religious exemption requests to the vaccine.
With low recruitment levels and tensions rising worldwide, this subtle shift in the vaccine tide for our men and women could come as welcome news for national security.
First up, the Marine Corps, a branch I'm personally rather fond of.
These men and women take the fight to the enemy quite literally from land, air, and sea, proving their versatility.
The Marines have rolled back some punishments associated with those devil dogs who sought a religious exemption to the COVID facts.
They included involuntary termination and delayed promotion.
If you're unfamiliar with the term involuntary termination, that means discharging or removal from the military despite a member's desire to continue to serve.
The change came after guidance from a Florida U.S.
as federal district court stated, Marine Corps will not enforce any order to accept COVID vaccines, administratively separate or retaliate against Marines in the class for asserting statutory rights under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
It seems odd the guidance had to come down as I always thought it was common knowledge the federal government couldn't punish or substantially burden a person's exercise of religion.
Representative Claudia Tenney tweets, more than 100 U.S.
service members are facing discharge for refusing to take the vax.
This comes as the military's worst year for recruitment.
Let's put an end to Biden's military vax mandate.
The Marine Corps generally steps in line with the Navy.
Of course, technically, it's a branch, so it shouldn't be a surprise that it, too, dialed back its punishment.
The Navy made waves when 35 SEALs fired a lawsuit.
I've had the honor to serve and deploy with Navy SEALs, and there aren't a whole lot of other groups of bad mama jammers you'd rather fight your battles with than these boobas, of course.
That would just be my opinion.
But you'd always rather have more SEALs than less.
The lawsuit encompasses other sailors who had experienced the same restriction and punishment.
Why is the DoD enforcing a policy that decreases military recruitment, retention, and readiness, while adversaries rapidly expand and modernize their militaries?
With a CDC new guidance, I'm calling for an end to the outdated and obsolete Band-Aid Max mandate, representing Mike Walsh's weedhead.
Many of you know my heart belongs to the Air Force.
20 years aiming high will do that.
Another win was announced by those who won a federal appellate court denying the Air Force's attempt to overturn protections afforded airmen from discipline.
The court wrote The plaintiffs that contended throughout this litigation, even the handful of exemptions the Department of the Air Force had approved, were granted only after service members were nearing the end of their term and eligible for an administrative exemption anyway.
Essentially, the argument was the only exemption the Air Force has been giving were those who were entitled to other exemptions, Not granting them on religious grounds.
Seems like there may be some real religious discrimination happening within the military.
Perhaps they should take a knee and examine this phenomenon in a cleverly named down day.
Here's another tweet from Aaron Suri.
Pleased to report Federal Appellate Court has upheld the emergency injunction prohibiting the Air Force from discriminating against service members for refusing the VAX.
The only service that hasn't rolled back so far as I can tell is the Army.
These orders include those soldiers with approved medical restrictions, all of whom haven't served.
This might seem as non-consequential, but it's not the case.
They were not being allowed to travel.
Forcing soldiers to get approval from one of the highest-ranking members of the Army to travel sents an ultimate gauntlet for the soldier.
Get the vaccine or don't promote.
Traveling on orders allows soldiers to deploy, attend mandatory training, and other activities that feed into promotion.
We shouldn't be surprised if we have a recruitment problem When we don't uphold the rights of the very men and women who raise the right hand to swear to protect and defend the rest of us.
The political insider tweets of Americans between 17 and 24.
76% are either too fat, too sick, or too naughty to wear the uniform.
We need the military and we're decimating it on the wrong grounds without any doubt, Joe.
Well, this whole narrative is crumbling from a whole bunch of different standpoints.
Turns out that when you quit testing asymptomatic people for disease with a fake test, that you don't have any disease.
And now this is just posted at the High Wire by Bill Bigtree.
New Zealand's COVID restrictions have been some of the most authoritarian and inhumane in the world.
The once confident Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, World Economic Forum young leader, Has just decided that there will no longer be any restrictions in New Zealand.
So, you know, when they went when one of the bastions like that can suddenly cave in, then you realize that they've got a real problem.
And you've got bricks coming out and saying that she knew all along the Japs weren't going to do any good that they made up social distance.
Excellent comments, Joe.
Especially welcome news from New Zealand.
And so you have a lot of these people that are trying to turn on a dime and say that they never did really support medical tyranny unless we can do it again better next time.
It's crazy.
Oh, excellent comments, Joe, especially welcome news from New Zealand.
Carl.
Yeah, so Martha's Vineyard, they got to get a new sign.
Instead of calling themselves a Sanctuary City, they have to call themselves an Extradition City.
For AMREV 2.0, of course our opponents are going to try to destroy the U.S.
military, and the best way to do that is to inject them with poisons, and this is beyond doubt proven.
Hey, Carl B. Herbin, Blogspot, any of these shows, my best shot is an essay with sufficient demonstration, and we've discussed other essays.
Think We Got It Wrong by Steve Kirsch, K-A-R-S-C-H, and another recent one, 50 Reasons to Give Your Child the COVID Shot by Margaret Alice.
Is that the evidence is overwhelming that this is a poisoning campaign.
And for the New Zealand PM, I did watch a couple of minutes of her trying to walk back her comments and saying that it's up to the individual and we respect the individual.
And that big mic-like female is just doing CYA in desperation.
I think that the talking point has gone out that there Ending the COVID narrative and probably all in alignment to try to do something to give a victory to the the U.S.
Biden regime.
Yes, yes, yes.
There's so much resentment of the COVID and all that they want to do away so that it will relieve pressure or negativity toward Biden.
Meanwhile, the FBI has been pressuring people to give up their gun rights.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has pressured America to voluntarily give up their Second Amendment rights according to newly disclosed documents.
FBI officials had Americans fill out a form that said they want the FBI to make it illegal for them to purchase their own guns forever because of a mental health condition.
Gun owners of America is demanding the FBI remove the records from the background check database by October 8 and that Congress enforce it.
We've learned the FBI had no business disarming these persons.
They did not pose a threat to society.
The FBI actions were wholly unlawful.
The National Incident Criminal Background Check System is how licensed gun dealers can check if a purchaser can legally own a gun.
The completed self-submission form showed people gave their mental health records to the FBI.
Insignia to accept that completion and submission of this form result in denial of my right to purchase, to possess, and even use any firearm.
There's no time frame or process for getting that right back.
We have 15 cases so far, but so far, as we know, it could be 1,500 or 15,000, said Robert Olson, an attorney for GOA.
The FBI tells us they were put in the NICS system as mentally prohibited.
There's no way to track who has entered on the basis of the form.
But it's a burden on the FBI to fix it because they have no power to put them in the first place.
The names and personal details are redacted.
The forms are dated from 2017 to 2019.
A spokesman told the Daily Caller, which first reported about these forms, one that was discontinued in December of 2019.
None of those who signed the form were legally prohibited from buying guns for mental health reasons.
If they had been, there would have been no need for the form.
The group also received other docs, including notes and interviews, from field agents present during the signing.
Some of them threatened violence online, but they were to determine not to be a danger after further investigation.
The FBI disarmed a high school student who wasn't even of legal age to own a firearm for looking online for a hacking device on a school computer.
The student told the agent he didn't even want to buy a gun, then he signed away his right to ever own one.
Of the 15 investigated by an assistant U.S.
attorney, who then declined to prosecute, he wrote, the FBI believed the person does not appear to pose a threat to himself, others, or the president.
Senator Marsha Blackburn, Republican of Tennessee, wrote about the documents.
You cannot sign away constitutional rights despite what the FBI may wish.
Under federal law, a person is prohibited from buying or owning only if she has been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution.
The self-submission form doesn't require either of those to be true.
A person can have mental health problems and not be a mental defective, which was intended to be a narrower term as Congress wrote the law.
It's not to prevent someone with PTSD, for example, or depression from the loss of a loved one from owning a gun.
The FBI is preying on people at weak times in their lives who post something on the internet without considering the consequences.
A foreman and a person check off one or two boxes saying they felt they were a danger to themselves or others, or lack mental capacity to contact or manage the details of their life.
A section filled out by a physician or licensed mental health professional says the individual has been examined in adequate health capacity voluntarily to execute the documents.
Rand Paul said on Fox, there's a certain irony to saying someone, you have to be mentally competent to sign a statement that says you're not mentally competent to have a gun.
Might be a quandary if you get into a court of law, how if someone who's mentally incompetent to own a gun could be competent to sign away their gun rights.
A very nice point.
GOA wrote a letter to Merrick Garland and Director Wray explaining the law and background check says if a person is wrongly in NICS, the agency has 30 days to correct it.
The FBI is now on a 30-day countdown clock.
They have to confirm to us they're no longer using the form.
Gun owners deserve to know what steps the FBI is taking to ensure it's not arbitrary disarming anyone in the future.
The FBI did not respond to a request on whether it will abide by the 30-day deadline.
The letter says the FBI has no statutory authority to create or use the form.
Past, present, future use.
Conflicts with the statute Congress enacted and represents a clear infringement of Second Amendment rights that shall not be infringed.
Clearly it's illegal for the FBI to put people who aren't prohibited because there's a bill in the House that would change current law to allow for it.
The legislation sponsored by Pramila Jayapal, who's one of the lunatic leaders of the Squad, would have the Attorney General establish and maintain a voluntary purchase delay database Amending federal law to allow those with mental health issues to put themselves into the database included in federal background checks before a gun was sold.
It was referred to the House Judiciary in July.
Meanwhile, GAO says it's looking to Capitol Hill for support.
We're working the halls of Congress so it holds the FBI accountable.
Rand Paul told Fox what happened is part of a pattern of FBI action that appears to be biased against conservatives.
There's a burden of the FBI.
Prove to us they're not acting in a political way.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, the Veterans Administration wants to make sure that there's no veterans out there that are dangerous.
So if you have a complaint about PTSD, which, jeez, if you've been in the war zone for years on end, multiple deployments, seven days a week of being in a savage environment, you might have a little bit of PTSD.
So what do they do?
They prescribe Celex, Lexapro, Paxil, Prozac, Lux, Lulux and Zoloft and so when you take those drugs and they turn around and notify the FBI background check that you're not allowed to have a gun because you're a drug addict so it's like Yeah, you can't win.
It's like, if you complain that you got PTSD, then you're a mental patient, and if you try to get treatment for PTSD, you're a drug addict.
And so, bottom line is, they are very worried about veterans, because these are people that, number one, know how screwed up the government is, and number two, they know how to use weapons, and number three, they know how to do logistics and Excellent points, Joe.
strategies.
And so they're a very dangerous bunch of people to have in an armed country because they might be part of a resistance that the government doesn't want to have to deal with.
So yeah, crazy, crazy world that we're involved in and absolutely nothing that the FBI does is meets merits any amount of respect at all.
They are the most worthless, evil organization in our country at this point.
Excellent points, Joe.
Carl?
Yeah, it is entirely Orwellian.
And And the FBI is America's Gestapo, the KGB, and they always attack Americans.
This is AMREV 2.0.
And again, to remind for AMREV 1.0, that war went hot when our own government used an illegal standing army for weapons confiscation.
They are just, they're traitorous to the American public.
And Carl B. Herman Blogspot, you can check the FBI's involvement in the assassinations of Dr. King, President Kennedy, and his brother Bobby Kennedy to make sure that you understand the facts of the history of this criminal organization, just a couple of them.
Yep.
Carl, good.
Nice.
Meanwhile, A NASA insider confesses before his death my father filmed the fake moon landing footage in 1968.
Lies, lies, and more from the Money Pit propaganda outlet Notice NASA continue to haunt the unsuspecting public.
A video has been released from a man who died on February 13th of 2022 by the name of Gene Gilmore, given name Eugene Reuben Akers, who claims his father was involved in filming the moon landing in 1968 and said it was fake.
A New Mexico man has made a series of astonishing confessions since he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, told he had months to live, claimed the moon landing was faked by the government, footage shot at a military base and surface of the moon recreated with sand and cement powder.
According to Gene Gomar, his father, a military policeman stationed at Cannon Air Force Base, was involved in the massive deception that fooled the world, laying the groundwork for a government-sponsored mass formation psychosis that continued throughout the decades and into the current era.
The Death Made Confession, filmed by his father in 2002, was destroyed in a fire of unknown origin, so Gomar decided to recreate it and share his father's story for the world before his own death.
In the confession, Golmar, born Eugene Ruben Akers, says he doesn't want fame or money for what he's doing because hopefully the video will not be released until after his death.
He passed away on February 13th, earlier this year, so we're now able to view and share the extraordinary confession.
In the past month, NASA has made a series of revelations, leaving the official narrative in shreds.
Mainstream barely reported, so most people remain none the wiser.
NASA has all but confirmed the landings were fake.
Anyone who works in the space industry or has knowledge about rocket science has quietly accepted the whole thing was a charade.
Now they keep pushing back and delaying the Artemis program.
We literally didn't go to the moon in 1964, and to this day no human being, American, Russian, Chinese, or ancient Egyptian, has been past low Earth orbit, which is about a thousand miles above sea level.
When more people become aware we didn't know how to get to the moon, an astronomical renaissance will ensue based on empirical evidence rather than NASA lies.
And remember, we are part of something so huge right now.
We have the potential to break the chains of the past.
The control division, hatred and separation, we're literally birthing a new world.
That's why the control apparatus is so afraid.
They know they can't stop this.
The more they lie, the more they deceive, the more they expose themselves, which leads to more people waking up from the illusion.
I previously interviewed Bart Sabrell concerning his work on exposing the fakery.
He's been persecuted for pressing the alleged lunar astronauts on the issue, even to the point of being assaulted.
I highly recommend his book, Moon Man, the true story of a filmmaker on the CIA hit list.
The evidence the moon landings were faked is not only overwhelming, but very compelling.
Check out the interview.
Check out, too, Conspiracy Theory.
Did we land on the moon?
Available online.
Dozens and dozens of scientific objective proofs we didn't go.
Meanwhile, Joe.
Yeah, I wrote an article about this perplexing questions for Apollo.
Yeah, they absolutely did not have the technology.
Jim and I did an hour-long special on that.
It's up at BitChute.
And then also, we interviewed Bart Simbrell at TNT Radio several months ago.
You got to admire the guy's courage.
And absolutely unequivocal that we could not do it.
And the amazing thing is that Musk is Aramis rocket is 15% more powerful than the Saturn rocket, but in order to make his moon journey, he's going to station three refueling vehicles.
One at the Lagrange point and two in orbit around the moon so that he can refill in order to land on the moon and in order to take off from the moon and in order to have enough fuel when they re-enter Earth's gravity that they don't enter Earth's gravity at 200,000 miles an hour and burn up because they have no other way of slowing a rocket down that's being accelerated by gravity other than retro rockets out in space.
So bottom line is if they couldn't do that Without three different refueling spaces in 1969, they can't do it today.
And so that just tells you that it was an absolute 100% hoax.
You meant the other way around.
If they can't do it without three refueling stations in 2022, they could not have done it in 1969.
That's correct.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, sometimes I get dyslexic, but you know the point.
Spot on, Joe.
Carl?
My favorite NASA spokesperson, I don't know his name, it's hard for me to remember the trivialities from it, but this guy went on national television and he said, we'd go back to the moon in a heartbeat, but the truth of the matter is, is that we lost that technology.
Lost it?
You mean that stellar technology that if anybody takes a look at photographs of the Lunar Lander, you should be proud of that paragon of American engineering, that prop of a cardboard and loosely constructed box?
So, you know, if he's telling the truth, I mean, so we don't have the tech to- Did you lose it?
Did NASA abandon it?
So it's all so full of shit.
And I do like that article because that very last part of it kind of puts a frame that I've been thinking is the most constructive for myself, is that we really are witnessing the birth pains of a new world, and that that is what we can be proud of.
And the messy part right now of this delivery is scary, but we're standing for this new Star Trek-like future.
And that only way that we can get there is through truth, justice, and the arrest of those psychopaths.
Just so it comes without a new world order.

Here we have a letter about the covert report I did yesterday, Beverly.
I'm in Lynn Dower's corner.
Immigration must end.
Stop immigration, illegal and legal.
Legal immigration should be suspended for seven years until U.S.
unemployment rate is truly under 5%.
Not the false number the government always whips forth.
Use U.S.
troops to help Border Patrol police a border.
You mentioned the increase in Latino voters who are opposed to the flood of illegals.
Don't be fooled that these are all Latinos who came illegally.
Half of them did enter the country the legal way, but the other half is a mix of those who came here illegally or the offspring of parents who were illegals, and now they don't want any more illegals coming to compete with them for jobs.
Regardless of their legal status, black and white citizens are getting squeezed out by these immigrants.
Yes, we are a nation of immigrants, but There is no more room in the end when we have rising poverty rates, lack of affordable housing, and other resources.
And if the U.S.
stopped destabilizing and overthrowing leaders who want to use their resources to help their people rather than enrich the military-industrial-corporate complex, the flood of immigrants, legal and illegal, would be down to a trickle.
But that's a pipe dream that will never come true.
Beverly.
Meanwhile, final thoughts.
Joe, yours.
Yes.
Well, TNT Radio on Saturday evening, we had an interesting discussion with Sarah Plumlee and Gloria Moss.
Both of them are professors in the U of A, UK, and they were talking about the educational system.
They've started an online truth university, which they're going to be going ahead and adding programs to.
And I think I'll be one of the contributors on science and history on that.
So that was pretty interesting.
And then this is just posted at...
Principia Scientific this morning, written by Michael D. Ivey, farewell to biology.
So I think our Michael Ivey guy has now made it as an author at PSI.
So congratulations, Mr. Ivey.
Excellent.
Excellent, Joe.
Carl, your final thoughts.
Well, an overarching theme that I've contributed to as a scholar, Carl B. Herman, blogspot, any of these shows, the looting trillion section is economic research published via the Claremont colleges for the benefits of monetary reform and public banking.
Monetary reform is basically being able to create what we use for money directly as a positive number for the direct investment for infrastructure.
The system that we have now, and I'm speaking also as a retired AP econ teacher, And with nobody being able to refute the factual accuracy of what it is that I'm telling you now is that you could have an investment of anybody.
You could have employment up to 100% for infrastructure investment and part of the benefits of economic research.
is the demonstration that infrastructure investment can indeed, and almost always does, creates more economic output than the cost of the investment.
So having full employment, we could run pilot projects to max that out and that would be very exciting.
We have the opportunity and the possibility of a Star Trek-like future and that's where we need to stand.
If we don't, then we're going to be herded like sheeple by these World Economic Forum psychopaths to be ordered to take a knee, be shot, be chipped, be culled, owe nothing, eat bugs, and be happy with that.
Great stuff.
Carl, Joe, both extremely good today.
Excellent comments.
The moon landing is only one of multiple hoaxes to which the world has been subjected.
It was humongous.
Russia launching, the Soviet Union launching Sputnik, the first Earth orbiting satellite, was embarrassing to the United States because it implied Russia was advanced in science and technology, where the United States had heretofore been presumed to be preeminent.
JFK declared our objective to land a man on the moon by the end of the decade, but he wasn't informed that we didn't have the propulsion power, the computing power, the ability to transcend the Van Allen radiation belt.
If we got there, we couldn't have got back.
Joe's mentioned some of the considerations involved here today.
If we can't do it today without all that elaborate, we certainly couldn't do it 1969.
And indeed, Phil Nelson has even discovered reason to believe even LBJ was involved in the fraud.
I've heard a forum presumed it was really Tricky Dick, who's given us so many other forms of deception.
Nevertheless, if you want to learn more, check out my presentation on the moon landing, How We Know We Didn't Go.
Go to jameshfetzer.org, check out jimtheconspiracyguy.com, the 65 shows.
You'll find it's among the first three or four presentations I made in that capacity then, and it'll leave no doubt about it.
It's been succeeded, of course, by many others, including the fraudulent claim there was a lone assassin who killed JFK, 19 Islamic terrorists took us out on 9-11, and that Sandy Hook was committed by when Adam Lanza killing 20 kids and six adults.
They're on a roll.
They manipulate the public with these mass illusions.
Don't let yourself be blamed.
Meanwhile, Spend as much time as you can with your friends, your family, your loved one, because we do not know how much time we have left.
