Okay, welcome back.
It's Tuesday, and we get to talk to another one of the fascinating people that is kind enough to share his or her brilliance with this program and all of you out there, wherever you are.
And it's Frank Joseph tonight, and I have gotten several emails recently Thanking the program and Frank for his contributions to the program.
He is an extraordinary man, a great researcher, a longtime friend, and always has some remarkable insights to share.
We're going to talk about something a little different tonight, not anything from the paranormal world or ancient history or even medieval history.
We're going to talk about now history and what the hell has been done to this country.
And I think all of you know, Frank, well enough to know that we're going to hear some interesting insights.
I'm looking forward to it.
Hello, my friend.
Welcome back.
Thank you so much.
That's very good to be back.
And I'll try to live up to your over generous introduction.
Oh, stop it.
You deserve every word of it.
Yeah, all right, so go ahead.
Let's jump in.
The best way to explain this, I suppose, there's two things, two approaches, as it were.
The one approach is people are now wondering, how did all this happen?
As you said just a few moments ago, how is it that our country has arrived at a very Difficult.
An unusually bad downturn in its existence.
Polls are showing that the level of pessimism for the future of the average American is greater than ever before.
Confidence in government at all levels has sunk to percentages that are beyond any previous record.
One example is It is now close to 60%.
It's right around 59% of the American voting public believe that all senators are corrupt.
You can't continue in a situation like this without something bottoming out.
People are wondering now, well, boy, things are much worse than they were back in the 60s or the 70s.
That's when things changed.
But that's not correct.
The real turning point for our country took place 109 years ago.
And the thing about this change, this transformation, it was a transformation since before this date, 1913.
That's the year that America changed.
That's when the die was cast.
Before 1913, America was a constitutional republic.
That means that it was truly a government of by and for the people.
It wasn't perfect.
You had people in government that were corrupt, true, but generally speaking, and that's all part of human nature, but generally speaking, we did have the greatest country in the world by far.
As far as government was concerned, there was no government before ours.
That approached what we created, what our founding fathers gave us.
Because it was a well-functioning government, but it functioned well without victimizing its people.
That's a terrific act of political science.
That functioned very well before 1913.
And when America finally got its independence, The potential for America's greatness was huge, and it became obvious after we overthrew the British tyrants.
And from that point on, from about 1800, from about the year 1800, there were elements inside Europe that wanted America.
This was the plum that they needed.
That element was the House of Rothschild.
That was the real power of the world at that time, right around the turn of the 19th century, beginning of the 19th century.
And thank God that we had leaders and presidents like President Andrew Jackson that effectively fought this financial takeover of the United States.
And even when we had lesser presidents like Chester Arthur, for example, at least those presidents, for all of their mediocrities and their Inability to be too great.
Nonetheless, they upheld the American idea of hands-off of American finance.
There's no central bank.
There's no foreign interests in American wealth.
And this was a feeling that was ingrained in our leadership and ingrained in the American people.
It was well known that there were these financial Octopi, as it were, these spiders that were trying to ensnare the American economy.
And that's why it was strongly upheld, the constitutional right that only Congress has the rights to control the American economy.
Only Congress.
Nothing else.
That could only be changed if there was a man in power, a president, who had the presidential authority to change things.
Now this change, this transformation of America from a constitutional republic into something else, something that we have today, still devolving, happened in 1913.
And it's an incredible thing about secrets.
The best way to keep a secret is just don't talk about it, and don't let anybody else talk about it.
The best way to have a thing kept secret isn't to classify it, or to try to deny it, or keep it under wraps.
The best way is that it's not talked about.
And what I'm going to mention tonight, these four things that happened in 1913, Our secret, because they're not talked about, except here.
Thank God for that.
Thank Jeff Wentz for this, that we can talk about these things.
This is the biggest secret in American history.
And it's a secret that's very well kept, because it is not discussed.
In 1913, This immense conspiracy, and this is not conspiracy theory because these are things that are real that we're talking about tonight.
This conspiracy coalesced in 1913 because there was a president, his name was Woodrow Wilson, who was able to, was seduced by the dark side, as it were.
In 1913, opened on February 3rd, was something called when the 16th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified.
Well, most Americans don't know what the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution was.
This was an amendment that completely changed our form of government.
We no longer were a republic.
The 16th Amendment of the U.S.
Constitution ratified authorized the federal government to impose and collect income taxes on all sources of income, not just some.
On February 3rd, the Internal Revenue Service was established.
And it was only established because those people that were promoting it said it will be just temporary.
America is now facing a strong international crisis.
World War I was going to begin the following year, and American arms are not sufficient, so we have to have a federal income tax so that all of our patriotic Americans will help to build up the armed forces, but it's only just for that.
Well, that's in fact what happened.
The income tax was instituted.
The American economy was then geared for a military economy.
But when World War I was over, was the federal income tax abolished?
Was the IRS, the Internal Revenue Service, was that dismantled?
No.
It continued through all the 1920s.
And there were numerous newspaper publishers, editorials, congressmen that Demanded that the Internal Revenue Service be dismantled because it was supposed to be just a temporary thing, and it was now turning into something far worse than anyone had ever imagined.
It became, and is today, an internal terrorist organization for terrorizing productive Americans.
Every American is living under the shadow of an audit.
The possibility that you have to be responsible for things that maybe you thought you took care of, but maybe you didn't is an oversight.
That is enough to weigh on the consciousness of every tax-paying American.
That doesn't mean that people shouldn't pay taxes.
Of course, civilization, you need taxes.
And even the idea of a graded income tax in itself is not a bad idea.
There were populists before 1913 that thought there has to be some kind of graded income tax.
But what has happened, what has turned out, those were all just cover phantasms to convince people that this was temporary.
Then when the Depression came, and you had Congressman, like Congressman McFadden, we can't talk about him because there's We don't have time for it, but here was a congressman who had a terrific, huge following, in government as well as outside of government, saying that the IRS was a maverick organization, and needed to be dismantled as quickly as possible.
And as it turns out, he died under mysterious circumstances.
It's generally understood that he was assassinated.
And then the IRS said, oh no, we're in the middle of the Depression now, we have to help you out with this.
We have to maintain that.
Congressman McAdams said, how dare you impose a graded income tax on the American people who are, as themselves, bankrupt now, and so that somebody that gets a little money somehow in the 1930s, you're going to be after them to pay taxes on that?
Yeah, shame on you!
And he paid with that opposition with his life, as others have.
Um, then, um, when World War II was starting to brew up the income taxes, well, now we have to really improve our military because of all this international threat, so it's absolutely, it's your patriotic duty, as it was 20 years before, now it's your patriotic duty again to make sure America is strong, and so we have to get the income tax, and right after this war, we will voluntarily dismantle it.
Did that happen in 1945?
No.
No.
I don't know if I don't want to derail your monologue so I'm going to wait.
So keep going.
But I have a question to add to exactly that point you just made.
So go ahead.
Go ahead.
Well, I'll try to be as succinct as I can.
Well, that happened on February 3rd.
One hardly needs to have an expose on the Internal Revenue Service.
It is, in fact, an internal domestic terrorist organization.
A couple months later, April 8th, 1913, the 17th Amendment became part of the Constitution.
Now, you ask the average American, what is the 17th Amendment?
Now, a few of them may know about the 16th Amendment that instituted the IRS, but what about the 17th Amendment?
What's that?
The 17th Amendment became part of the Constitution, and when it did this, It superseded Article 1, Section 3, Clauses 1 and 2 of the Constitution.
Well, big deal.
But under those clauses and sections, Senators were elected by state legislators.
This was a section of the Constitution that was absolutely pivotal, decisive, And stressed by our founding fathers and every government leader from about the 1790s all the way through to the year 1913.
And the reason why is what this meant was that a man could become a senator only if he got the recognition and the permission from the state legislature.
What that means is that The state legislators were those individuals who were only involved in every state's rights.
Not only the rights of every state, but to make sure that the machinery of the state works well.
In other words, this was a kind of a meritocracy.
You had to show perfect knowledge of how the The political and economic workings of your state functioned, and you had to be able to show that you were competent enough not only to understand the mechanism in running your state and local government, but also in maintaining its cohesive cooperation with all of the other states.
Now, when the 17th Amendment became part of the Constitution, that was thrown out.
And instead, senators were elected by popular vote.
When that happened, now it sounds like, oh, well, that sounds fine.
That's for democracy, right?
That people get a chance to vote.
No.
This was a line that was drawn specifically by our founding fathers, saying that we have to have a republic, a constitutional republic, true, but we have to have A system, a mechanism capable of getting competent people in government, people who are responsible.
But if you have the popular vote, what that means is that you have to go to the people that have money to make sure that you can electioneer properly.
If you don't, if you don't have the financial backing, large-scale, whoever has the large-scale financial backing, they're the ones that become senators.
So instead of the senators being men who had gone through a system of meritocracy to show that they had their abilities to understand government and to run it properly, now you have demagogues.
You have people that go out amongst the masses of people, make all kinds of promises you know you cannot keep.
It sounds fine.
And to do all this, You need to have the big Rothschild-size backers in order for you to become senator.
And that's what has now gone to the—has ended up where now this most recent poll showing that nearly 60 percent of the American voters despise senators.
Because they regard them as corrupt and inept, it's that obvious.
And that began on April 8th, 1913, when the 17th Amendment took that part, that essential part, out of the Constitution that made it now possible for any kind of a huckster or Someone who knows how to be able to be a fine talker and get the big money to bankroll your campaign.
And that's not what the founding fathers had in mind.
And that was jealously defended for well over a hundred years.
And it only happened in 1913 because of Woodrow Wilson.
Woodrow Wilson wouldn't sign off on all these things.
Oh, what a traitor that guy was.
Oh, horrible.
Yeah, go ahead.
And there are three more that ought to be as succinct as possible.
This is a remarkable thing, isn't it, Jeff?
That all these things came together in the space of one year, 1913.
Well, no coincidences.
It's far beyond any possibility of coincidence.
It's far beyond any possibility of coincidence.
It gets more obvious that it's not coincidental as it goes on.
On September 17th, 1913, in Chicago, the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith was founded by Sigmund Livingston as its first president.
Well, what's wrong with that?
Anti-Defamation League.
Certainly the Jewish people have been defamed over time, and they need some kind of an organization that will stand up for them if they're being unjustly accused of things.
But that's not what the ADL is interested in primarily.
The ADL is not even interested in fighting anti-Semitism, but they're interested in agendas which they can say are fighting anti-Semitism.
Like, for example, most recently, When the Anti-Defamation League turned completely against Donald Trump.
And I'm not trying to take sides politically here at all.
But even just by doing that, by actively fighting against his campaign, that has nothing to do with anti-Semitism.
The Anti-Defamation League of Ben Ebro has been such an extremist organization that it's even been the subject of lawsuits with the federal government.
And other private individuals who've sued them for false accusations of anti-semitism just for upholding ideas which are not part of some other agenda.
What the Anti-Defamation League really does is monitor people, and it is able to destroy people's livelihood by going to their employees saying, oh, this man is an anti-Semite or whatever, or he's not a good American, and they have been They are really the kind of secret police, the censors.
I'll give you an example.
Let's say that what we're talking about tonight, and all of this is a matter of record, if I went with the story of what happened in 1913 to a major newspaper, say the Chicago Tribune, and the editor of the Chicago Tribune says, yes, okay, we should publish this, let it stand.
The ADL would immediately show up and say, no, this cannot be run because this is anti-Semitic.
Frank is mentioning the House of Rothschild to do that.
That's as anti-Semitic.
If you so much as mention George Soros in a negative context, that's anti-Semitism too.
That's why we don't know about these things.
Yes, do you remember for a long time, Frank, for a long time, For a long time, when I was growing up, if you even said a Jewish name, you did it walking very carefully.
You remember that?
Absolutely.
You didn't even say a Jewish name, like Goldberg or Feinstein or whatever, without really having Padded your bases and protected your position if we people were that afraid to say anything about Jews Now it's just completely the opposite and Jews can be talked about like Catholics Protestants or anybody else
But back in the day, for those of you who don't know, you didn't even mention the name of a Jew as being a Jew.
You just didn't.
Crazy.
All right, hold on just a second.
We'll take a break and come right back with Frank Joseph about how we got into this mess.
And it was not by coincidence.
Nothing left to chance here.
This is all orchestrated.
It goes back forever.
It goes way back.
Way, way back.
Go ahead, Frank.
This is really interesting.
Well, as I said, on September 17, 1913, in Chicago, the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'ruth was founded, and the ADL is the major, the chief, the supreme censor organization in the United States, and continues to operate that way to this very day.
It has a multi-million dollar budget.
It's the leader of the Anti-Defamation League that can walk into the Palaces and White Houses of the world, they have free access, terrific control.
That was found on April 8th.
These next two, the last two nails in the coffin of American freedom are particularly interesting because they were just literally in days of each other.
On December 22nd, 1913, Fellow by the name of Jesse L. Lasky, not too well remembered.
I know who he is.
And Oscar Appel, not too well remembered, movie producers, but better remembered, together with Samuel Goldwyn and Cecil B. DeMille, formed something called the Jesse L. Lasky Feature Play Company.
Now, this is in 1913.
At that time, there were three Uh, major studio headquarters for film production.
These are, of course, all silent films of the early days of film.
They were in New York with the Edison Company.
They were in Chicago with SNA.
And they were in Hollywood with the Jesse L. Lasky Feature Play Company.
After, uh, after that was established on December 22nd, almost immediately thereafter, It became an enormously powerful monopoly which put out of business the Edison companies, film producing companies, and it's completely absorbed the S&A company.
The real beginning of Hollywood as we know it The feature film industry began on December 22nd with the founding of the Jesse L. Lasky, Lasky Feature Play Company.
That was just a cover name later morphed into things like Warner Brothers.
And all these studios were under this one umbrella that had been formed by Lasky, Goldwyn, Cecil B. DeMille, and Oscar Apple in 1913.
And these films were being made.
Uh, had nothing to do with art or even public entertainment because it was understood when the films were first instituted in about 1890, the earliest films, 1890, then as they developed and became more effective.
Never before had there been an engineering tool, an emotional, an emotional engineering tool of the power and the scope of Today we see these early films and they seem kind of laughable and very dated to us, naturally.
But at the time, there had been no precedent for a kind of entertainment of this huge magnitude.
Millions of people were being emotionally engineered by this art form.
This was grasped by the People who are now forming things like the Anti-Defamation League and the other things that we're talking about here, the House of Rothschild, we're interested in now being able to emotionally engineer people on a hitherto Unmeasured scale.
Well, and enforced by the enforcement arms, JDL, ADL, B'nai B'rith, all the other organizations, which have a lot of clout, but they're kind of like the enforcers.
That's what they are.
They are, but it's interesting that in 1913 these things came together.
The film industry, as we know it, began on December 22, 1913, and their very first film was called The Squaw Man.
The Squaw Man is a historical film.
It's the first feature-length film.
Feature-length means it was a major production.
It would run anywhere from about 45 minutes to an hour, an hour and a half.
Those are feature.
These are the big, powerful, emotionally packed, Uh, films that can change the way people think, and more importantly, how they can emote to things.
And The Squaw Man, its central theme was a marriage between a white man and an Indian girl.
And that was considered extremely racy.
Oh, racy, risque, oh yeah.
There were anti-miscegenation laws In effect, in the state of California, where this film was actually made, in Hollywood.
And those laws were in effect until 1948, as it turns out.
But it's been that same drumbeat from that point on, even with the very first one, The Squad Man.
In 1913, all the way up to, I guess who's coming to dinner in the 1960s, and all the way up to the pornographic industry that we have today that promotes this sort of thing.
Well, it's a billion dollar industry.
Look, they own the whole thing.
They created the entertainment industry.
Well, they certainly did with this.
With the film, too, you can emotionally coerce people into thinking and emoting the way that the people that control this industry want them to.
The programming people.
It's total control.
I couldn't agree more.
It hits people on several different levels they're not even aware of.
It's interesting that when the Lasky Feature, a play company, was founded on December 22, 1913, the very next day, December 23rd, the Federal Reserve System was created as the central banking system of the United States by Woodrow Wilson's signature of the Federal Reserve Act.
Of course, it's been said before and there's been a terrific amount of documentation on the Federal Reserve that it is not federal.
It has no reserves and it's not a system.
It's a private banking concern.
Private meaning there are private individuals who are not even American.
Many of them are actually citizenless individuals who are so powerful enough that they really just own any loyalties that they even are capable of understanding such an emotion to some corporation.
The worst sin, of course, that the Federal Reserve System did is that it Took control of our country's wealth out of the hands of our elected officials.
And is in the hands, has been ever since then, in 1913, in the hands of these international bankers who had been trying for the previous 150 years to get their hands on the wealth of North America.
Now, it's absolutely amazing to realize that this is the greatest secret That these organizations, these incredibly wicked, evil organizations, all came into play within the same year, 1913.
On February 3rd, the 16th Amendment was passed with the IRS.
The 16th Amendment was passed with the IRS.
On April 8th, the 17th Amendment was passed, which took the original concept of our constitutional republic out of the hands of competent, trained individuals to demagogues who now trained individuals to demagogues who now have to cater to an election in order to become a senator.
We were sold out.
1913.
No, no, we were sold out.
That was it.
On September 17th, the Anti-Defamation League is installed.
This is the censor organization to make sure that anyone who opposes these things is rendered impotent, no longer capable of changing what their agendas are.
Then on December 22nd, you have the birth of the Hollywood movie industry, which has all these political agendas from their very first film all the way to the present time.
And then winding up on December 23rd, 1913, with the establishment of the Federal Reserve System.
Now, I submit that It is beyond any realm of coincidence that all of these things just happened to come together within a space of one year.
That this was something that I think that there was a decision made somewhere.
We can surmise that there was a decision made somewhere in the top echelons of the House of Rothschild to institute all these things within one year's time.
And all of the miseries that we are seeing today and the unraveling of our country and the poisoning of our culture trace all back to that year, 1913, when all these things happened, when all these things were put into place.
1913 was the real end of our Constitutional Republic.
And what has happened since the end of that Constitutional Republic is really nothing more than America has become a milk cow.
For international bankers and for international agenda makers.
Now we have hedge funds and things that are predicated in science fiction in terms of real economics.
It's just crazy.
One of the terrible aspects of the Internal Revenue Service, of course, not just the service, but the way the 16th Amendment was set up, is that if you're Wealthy enough, you can employ enough lawyers and attorneys so that you have to pay no income tax whatsoever.
There was an article that came out about five years ago saying that Many of America's leading corporations paid no income tax whatsoever in the previous year and paid none because they were able to find all kinds of deductibles that their banks of lawyers, their teams of lawyers were able to find all of these loopholes that made them eligible for paying no taxes whatsoever.
So that's the way that the 16th Amendment has really been set up.
That's the way that the federal income tax has been set up.
So that it's a, it's an organization to terrorize the average American worker.
Also, let's say you want to give, let's say there was a millionaire, somebody wanted to donate a million dollars to the Jeff Frentz program.
To get it even bigger around the world.
Well, then he would be able to have to be accountable.
His donation would have to be made accountable to the IRS.
And this is known, so that inhibits people from going and making contributions to patriotic organizations or patriotic individuals who are trying to expose things like this.
So the question is, well, how does one overcome this terrible secret?
How does one get our country back into the hands of its people again?
And there really is no answer.
Because the people that set this thing up in 1913, all these things, the IRS, getting rid of our Constitution, establishing the Anti-Defamation League as this censoring organization, making a propaganda mill out of Hollywood, and then literally stealing America's wealth with the Federal Reserve System.
The people that created all these things are determined never to let these institutions slip away from them.
I understand. - I understand.
Everyone understand the national debt is owed to the Federal Reserve, basically.
It's all been a scam.
They're loaning us our money at interest.
It's called usury.
And it's as unconstitutional and illegal as it gets.
Now this brings me back to what I mentioned earlier.
Donald Trump said, within the past month, that if he were elected again, one of the first things he would do would be to get rid of the IRS.
Which sounds real nice.
But the question isn't fully answered until you ask yourself, well what would it be replaced with and how would that work?
Then you might understand that, yeah, well, maybe Trump would get rid of the IRS, only to have it replaced with our social credit scorecard, which is tied to our money, and if they don't like something we've done, or we have been bad citizens, they'll just shut the money off.
Boom.
Gone.
So, you know, be careful what you wish for.
I despise the IRS, as do most Americans.
It is unconstitutional.
It's illegal as hell.
But we know what's coming.
We know what the plans are.
And so maybe they'll use Trump to be the great patriot who destroyed the IRS.
And then they'll slide this other stuff in afterward.
And then you've got things like... It'll just be a sleight of hand.
All they'll do is they'll just change the name.
They'll just change the window dressing.
But everything will remain the same.
The same people will be still involved.
The same workings will still be there.
They'll just have a new coat of paint.
That's the only difference that'll happen.
They've done that before.
And it fools people.
People are fooled by that.
People are fooled by appearances, by the external.
So when they see something like that, they think, oh, it's wonderful, it's all happened.
But they will never let this go.
The only way they would let go of the Federal Reserve is if there was a president that had the power to Go ahead and make this dismantling possible.
And that did begin to happen with President Kennedy.
President Kennedy was definitely on the way of dismantling the government and dismantling the Federal Reserve System.
And that was an old dream of his father, Joseph P. Kennedy.
He despised the twin Evils of the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Reserve System.
And that was one of the reasons why he wanted to be able to get his son in power.
Look what they did when somebody gets in the way.
That's what they do.
And they did this before.
This congressman that I mentioned earlier, Congressman McFadden, he's not as well known as he should be, as he once was.
Louie McFadden, a hero.
Yes, that was... I'm not surprised that you know about him.
You're very well informed in these matters.
But Louis McFadden was almost certainly assassinated in 1935, I think.
Yes, that's correct.
And they blamed it on alcoholism and so forth.
But no, they did the same thing with Joseph McCarthy.
But that shows you what they'll go to.
It's interesting that before 1913, the United States was this well-functioning, almost a well-oiled machine.
We were the ideal of the world.
Our system was an ideal that people were striving to create.
And what happened after all these things happened in 1913?
The very next year, World War I erupted.
And we've gone into that before, and how the House of Rothschild played an essential role in that.
And then after World War I, then the Depression, and then World War II, and now we're seeing the complete cultural rot of our American society.
All this can be traced back to the year 1913.
It's a line drawn in the sand.
It's an amazing thing.
It shows how the world enemy And think about people like Edward Bernays.
working on this for generations and then in 1913 they said this is the year we're going to put it all together and 13 was certainly a very unlucky number for america when these things happened yeah and think about people like edward bernays uh i mean his his mother was sigmund freud's sister and he grew up his books tell the story they're
The titles, Crystallizing Public Opinion, 1923, Propaganda, 1928, Public Relations, 1945, and The Engineering of Consent in 1955.
That's it.
The Engineering of Consent.
There it is.
That's it.
Right there.
Hey, he was involved with the movies.
He understood all about the movies and their impact on people.
He did.
He did.
Oh.
We need to do a program on him sometime.
That would be fun.
I think that would be very important.
Very worthy topic.
It's amazing that all this information, which is accessible to anybody, accessible to me or anyone that has a computer, you can just get on the internet and look these things up.
But they're still a secret because the average American doesn't know anything about them.
Because they're not discussed on television.
Because they're not talked about in the schools.
But it's all there.
That this amazing conspiracy, the greatest conspiracy in the history of mankind, took place in our country in 1913.
And there's no doubt about it.
And you can see the fingerprints of this evil.
You have the...
IRS instituted, which is this domestic terrorist organization.
And then shortly thereafter you have the Constitution of the United States, which was based on the idea of creating a meritocracy, putting responsible and effective leaders in power.
That all changed over, becoming demagogues.
Not just demagogues, but these senators that would be now, in order, a man running for the Senate, he now has to go to the great financial wellsprings, like the House of Rothschild, in order to pay for his His electioneering.
It was a great scandal when Nixon ran for office back in the 1960s because he spent over a million dollars for his election campaign.
That was considered scandalous at that time.
Of course, that's a tiny figure compared to the billions of dollars now spent by potential politicians.
And then we have, on September 17th, the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith, this censor organization set up so that anybody that begins to expose what's been going on gets to be pulled out of the way, perhaps even assassinated.
That's suggested.
And then on December 22nd, they create this big emotionally engineering Conglomerates of Hollywood.
Hollywood really began on December 22, 1913, when Lasky and Goldwyn DeMille and Apple put this feature film propaganda mill together, and that's just what it was.
