This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joe Olson in Houston and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know, beginning with a Republican trash-talking the Ukrainian president.
Frankly, I think this is a good thing.
House Republicans are seriously regretting giving Ukraine-born GOP Victoria Sparks a platform to speak, but she knows a hell of a lot.
She was born in Ukraine.
She's been back there again and again.
According to Politico, Republicans in the conference have a widespread fear that her outspoken posture will damage U.S.-Ukraine relations and that the mega-wing of their party, which has seen growing opposition to U.S.
support, will point to Sparta's comments as justification.
She's been to there six times since the war began, calling on Zelensky to stop blatant politics in theater and start governing to better support his military and local government.
She also accused Biden of blatant politics, that he needs a clear strategy and aligned security assistance.
She called on lawmakers to establish proper oversight of critical infrastructure and delivery of weapons and aid.
The extraordinary statement comes after she asked Biden to brief Congress on years-old allegations against Zelensky's chief of staff.
The freshman lawmaker also slammed both Biden and Zelensky for their approach to the ongoing war.
This is wonderful stuff, in my opinion.
This is a breath of fresh air, but it's upsetting some Republicans.
One of who said, her naiveness, I think he meant naivete is hurting our own people, but she's got it right.
They've got it wrong.
Another senior House Republican said, what the F?
A third, granted anonymity, said she has a reputation for elbowing her way into briefings.
This is just silly.
This is juvenile.
She's got her own opinions and they're better founded.

I don't share her criticism.
I believe the Zelensky government and the Ukrainian people have risen to the moment.
Meanwhile, she observes, growing up in Ukraine and visiting six times since the war started, I have a comprehensive understanding of the situation on the ground.

And they just keep ratcheting it up like they can put enough pressure on Russia until finally Russia's just going to collapse.

And over the weekend, Medvedev, who was former president of Russia, said that we are tired of the threats of you attacking the Kirch straight bridge which is a 59,000 foot bridge which connects Russia to Crimea and
It was constructed between 2016 and 2018 at a cost of 60 billion rubles and I said if you attack this bridge, the day of judgment will come.
It will be swift, Severe, simultaneous, and difficult to hide.
We will hit the decision centers that force this.
So if you can't wake the hell up, you're going to lose every NATO puppet you got over there in theater in Ukraine and probably a big batch of them in Poland.
And I wouldn't be surprised and I wouldn't be disappointed if they take out the Nazi headquarters in Brussels.

Well, I'm glad that there's a wedge in the narrative for people to consider other points of view other than the official one.
But Sparks, I'm concerned about her because it was just in May this year that she had a photo op with Biden and Harris praising the actions of the U.S.
government to help save the democracy of Zelensky.
So either she has no idea of what's going on with the color revolutions that occurred in that country, And that Zelensky is just a US-UK NATO puppet.
Or, I hope that she's just working it out, and she's about ready to come up with something better, like, hey, maybe Zelensky's a plant!
I hope that she is.
But so far, her rhetoric is still to believe that Russia is bad at this.
And that Zelensky and the Ukrainians are fighting for their own democracy, which obviously is not true.
So we'll see what develops with this interesting story.

A Menlo Park mall in Edison, New Jersey is one of many large malls warning people what to do if they're nuked.
The horrifying reality is becoming so likely now that the government and private sector industries are warning people of what to do when a bomb goes off.

This is coming, a public service announcement from the New York City Office of Emergency Management.
The reason it's underway is the government knows it's caused a terrible trouble with Russia, and it's now likely we're going to be attacked by Russia with nukes.
The trouble is, however, that it not only is a problem of our government's own making, but the advice they're giving is utterly stupid.
They tell people to get inside.
Good advice, if there's anything left standing to actually get inside of.
The ICBMs Russia uses may not leave a whole lot.

The small inner yellow shows nothing will be left.
No people, no building, no vehicle, nothing.
Then there's a grayish.
Everything there will be physically knocked down on fire.
Then you have a yellow circumference.
That's the thermal damage.
Anyone there will have third-degree burns.
Finally, there's the light gray area with light blast damage.
The signs advise, if they were outside when the blast hit, take off all clothes, shower, and shampoo, and wash the radiation off immediately.
However, There won't be any running water.
The water mains will be ruptured.
The electric power for the pumps will be off for miles.
Wait, there's more!
Stay tuned to local media.
Don't go outside where the authorities tell you it's safe.

This is just more fear, and if it was to happen, it would be the cover for a false flag, where we would nuke something and then blame Russia.

And part of the rules for receiving that money was to follow the CDC health orders.
So this was a lock that, in my experience, Hayward Unified School District in Northern California, Hayward is just a little bit to the east of Berkeley and Oakland, Is that the district refused to answer any questions about how their so-called health orders were legal.
They even went beyond the CDC advice.
Our district ordered students to wear masks outdoors, even though that wasn't on any of the orders.
They segregated unvaccinated students for 10 days at home.
If they were in the same indoor space as somebody who tested, Positive, and that's nowhere on any health recommendation orders.
And when I've pushed too far for them to get answers to these questions, and after the district was lying to my students who joined me in asking those questions, that's when I was put on paid administrative leave since January of this year through the end of that year.

And, you know, as an educator who chose to work in schools where I never had a Caucasian student for the first almost 20 years of my teaching career, so I do understand the perspective that if you get into an area where People have limited experience with people of color or Latinos or anything.

It's going to be a little bit fearful, and so our masters take advantage of that and stoke fear.

Meanwhile, more people believe Trump should run in 2024 than think Biden should seek re-election.
A greater percentage favor Trump reign again than say the same about Biden.
35% said he definitely or probably said.
61% he definitely or probably should not.
The survey has the same question of Biden.
Few believed he ought to run.
28% should either definitely or probably run again.
14% definitely compared to 25% who said definitely slightly more.
to 25% who said Trump definitely slightly more, 64%, Biden definitely or probably should not run again.
Trump is seeing far more support among the Republican base than Biden is receiving from Democrats.

When it comes to a possible 2024 rematch among their respective bases, Trump is a whopping 15 points over Hunter's dad.

Meanwhile, Howard Dean, whom I once thought was a good guy, but he's turned into nothing but a mudslinger, calls Ron DeSantis a fascist, much scarier than Trump.

Dean said this made him a far scarier candidate for the nomination in 2024 than Trump.
Host Jason Johnson says possible Trump wouldn't run again, which is silly.
He may be running while these charges against him and all this violence could end up detrimental to the party.
This is somebody who doesn't understand politics.
Yes, Dean, if he believed any of these possible claims might affect when he might make an announcement.
Dean said he doesn't believe it's a done deal.
People should realize Trump was a major reason for the Drems' victories in Georgia, particularly in the Senate race, which is nonsense.
Those were blatantly stolen, proving conclusively that Howard Dean is even a complete moron or a big-time liar.
He said it was possibly because many Republican women couldn't vote for such a dishonest and repulsive individual.
They were just unable to.
This is ridiculous.
Does he not understand how his own party stole the election?
Dean continued saying a lot of younger folks are Considerably more terrifying than Trump, in particular Ron DeSantis.
Then he went on to say why he's one of the more intellectually challenged politicians in the country when he mouthed a meme debunked years ago.
Idiot Dean claimed DeSantis just today declared he will want all students in Florida's institutions to reveal their political opinions.
While a pompous, for no evident reason, dean pontificates about dangerous politicians, he needs no problem with being a misinformed dope himself.
He went on to call the Santas of ashes.
Despite having all the instincts of a successful fascist, Trump is too selfish and mentally sick to be one.
In comparison with the other candidates, I believe he will be the most challenging to defeat Failed politician Dean Lakshar.
This is embarrassingly bad.

Well, I have a real low limit on any poll that's out because we know they're rigged, and we know every election's been rigged, at least to the point of 10 or 15 percent of available vote swing with all of the electronic voting machines for the last 20 years.
So, yeah, to think that we have anything in the way of a representative democracy is a farce to begin with, but then it's such a carefully orchestrated puppet show that you can't be a spokesman on either side of the rhino-dino divide.
Unless you are already a compromised puppet because they don't want anybody but puppets to be in any position of authority.
And so that's why you end up with people like Victoria Sparks who says, you know, I speak Ukrainian.
I grew up in Ukraine.
I've been there six times since the war started.
And all of a sudden I took a red pill and I started realizing we're being lied to.

So, you know, I had no use for Dean when he was running to begin with, and I certainly have less for him now.

Polling numbers for Biden continue to fall into the 20s, and appropriately so, because all this actor is playing Biden is he is a child-groping, hair-sniffing, demented war criminal who is the Orwellian opposite of anybody that you would want for leadership or a position of responsibility for anything.

And as always, corporate media isn't going to push back with any questions like, say, that's a pretty serious charge.

A video reminds us of MSNBC nutjob Malcolm Knotts putting on a helmet and claiming he was fighting alongside Ukraine against the Russians.
Daily Mail reported he was spotted in the Hamptons yesterday, a day after releasing his report from Ukraine.
Former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo spotted in the Hamptons just a day after he appeared to be reporting live from Ukraine while rebanding himself as a free agent in an effort to rehabilitate his career.
Phony.
Fake.
Absolutely using green screen to pretend he was in Ukraine.

This may have been the most irresponsible act by a major party in the United States in our entire history, getting Biden and Harris into office.

First with Cuomo, the CNN Cuomo, I'm glad that he's being outed as just a crude propagandist and can only hope that that'll happen for his grandma murdering brother, the former governor who ordered the COVID patients into nursing homes to kill about 20,000 of them.
So yeah, so first, as we've covered extensively, Joe Biden, who knows where the hell he is, if anywhere, on this plane anymore, because this is an actor, and you can prove that by the earlobes.
The original Joe Biden had dangly detached earlobes, and this actor has attached earlobes.
So the idea that they have an actor playing crazy is just crazy, and you have to wonder, what is the purpose?
And as Jim said, they did select, the Democrats did select the most unqualified person as president and as vice president.

So I am hopeful that this is part of a white hat orchestration, and certainly on the surface, You would have to be able to see that unless the Democrats really are giving plausibility for a huge, larger disaster like nuclear war, like a crashed economy, and they'll just say, oh, gee, we just didn't get rid of Joe quick enough.
And then you bring in big Mike Obama and his husband to save the day or something.
I don't know.
But it is crazy.

According to the Westphalian Times, the Canadian government is excited about the project to grow billions of crickets and produce a nutrient-rich protein for premium health food and pet markets.

Cricket protein meal is premium health food.
Soon you'll see it touted as a replacement for whey protein and beef.

They also claim producing crickets instead of beef will result in emitting significantly less greenhouse gas emission during the production stage.

Thus, you'll be told to eat crickets to save the planet from carbon dioxide.
As the water runs out in Lake Mead and most of the western state, wastewater recycling will have a whole new phase, where people drink recycled urine if they hope to drink at all.
This is water removed from bio-sludge, teeming with viruses, birth control chemicals, pesticides, and medications, filtered and repackaged as drinking water for the masses.
Anyone who defies the agenda to exterminate humanity will be arrested, rounded up, and exterminated themselves in a soiled green plant or incarcerated by the corrupt regime.

An Indiana doctor who performed an abortion on a 10-year-old Ohio girl properly reported the procedure but listed the age of the father as 17 despite being 27.
Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an assistant professor of clinical obstetrics and gynecology at IU, where I earned my PhD, by the way, at Indiana University in Bloomington, performed the abortion at the university's hospital on June 30th, correctly listing the pregnant mother's age as 10, but the father's at 17.
He's actually 27 and in the country illegally.
His lawyer did not immediately respond for a request for a comment.
Indiana Attorney General Todd Roach, a Republican, said he was investigating whether Bernard, a physician, complied with state law governing reporting by health care providers.
Any abortion performed on a girl younger than 16 must be reported to the Indiana Department of Health and Child Services within three days.
She complied and filed the terminated pregnancy report on July 2nd.
It's unclear whether she reported the suspected abuse.
The agency declined to comment.
We are gathering evidence from multiple sources related to these allegations.
Kathleen Delaney, a lawyer representing her, that the doctor took every appropriate and proper action in accordance with the law.
She followed all the relevant policy procedures and regulations.
She also said that he has a history of failure to report.

Indiana Right to Life, a pro-life group, in 2018 filed a report against her and other doctors who performed abortions for alleged failure to report.
It's unclear if any action was taken.
She first spoke about performing the abortion on the 10-year-old to the Indianapolis Star.
Ohio law prohibits abortion beyond six weeks, which contains an exception to prevent a serious risk of the substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman.

The Washington Times suggests the Supreme Court's 23 June pro-Second Amendment ruling puts all types of gun control in the crosshairs of gun rights groups.
On June 23rd, Breitbart reported SCOTUS issued a ruling in Brune which struck down New York's proper cause requirement for concealed carry.
Within the next 24 to 36 hours, California and New Jersey dropped similar concealed carry permit.
In July 5th, Maryland suspended its good and substantial reason clause.
The Times suggested Brune reeling meant gun control of all types will now face challenges and in some cases already being challenged.
Clarence Thomas' emphasis on the importance of ruling like Bruin, McDonald v. Chicago, and District of Columbia v. Heller saying the test scores must imply is whether a firearms restriction would have seemed reasonable to the founding generation that crafted and ratified the Second Amendment.
If not, the law must give way to the Constitution.
At this point, the Second Amendment Foundation is challenging a federal ban on handgun purchases by individuals 18 to 20 years old, pointing to the Braun decision as it seeks to have New York's assault weapon ban ruled unconstitutional.
Moreover, Breitbart pointed out SCOTUS vacated and remanded a number of cases centered on an assault weapon ban in Maryland, a high-capacity ban in Florida, and carry restrictions in Hawaii.
The challenged New Jersey high-capacity ban was also among the cases vacated and remanded.

He manages to shoot three people before a 22-year-old with a concealed carry license pulled out his gun and ended the death spray from this guy.
And now they're making a big fuss because Simon Properties, the owner of the mall, has a sign out front that says it's illegal to bring a gun into the mall, and so you shouldn't bring a gun in to shoot the guy that brought the illegal gun in and is shooting people inside the mall.
Meanwhile, we have an administration that left $85 billion of genuine war weapons in the hands of the most terrorist group on the whole planet, which is the Taliban.

Yes, well anytime you use deadly force, you're in an absolutely life-altering situation.
As somebody who's been on both sides of live fire situations, you don't really know how, you cannot predict how you're going to behave.
In those particular situations.
And so, and if you're new to firearms, then you really need to take a concealed carry course, so that you learn the proper use of firearms and then you should also take a tactical course, so that you know the proper use of firearms, when your opponent is armed and as dangerous as you are.
So bottom line is anytime you use deadly force, you are going to be investigated by the local district attorney and you will possibly be prosecuted.
So you need to know exactly what your rights are.
And the other thing is when you're sitting there getting ready to squeeze the trigger and, and you know that you could end up hurting somebody, A lot of things go through your mind.
It's like, well, you know, this guy may be a gang member.
He may have friends.
You know, I've got little kids that are in school and I, you know, my wife happened to be in the hospital when I was shot at at one particular incident.
And a guy emptied a revolver into the back of my car because he pulled out in front of me and I honked the horn at him.
And I had a 10-shot Ruger underneath the seat, and I could have put 10 shots in the size of a pie plate from the distance that he was from me, but my better judgment was, well, you've got a child in the ICU, you've got another child that's on a bus on the way home from Elementary school.
You've got your engineering registration.
He may be a gang member and so instead I followed him to an apartment and at that time they had cell phones and nobody had I mean had pay phones and nobody had a cell phone.
I called the police department and they arrested him while I was standing there watching the gate of his apartment make sure he didn't leave.
And then they called me in to identify him.
I said, yes, that's the guy that shot at me.
He said, well, he had been fired for showing up drunk for work that morning at a Mexican food restaurant, and he had emptied his pistol on another woman on another street before he shot at you.
And it's like, And then I followed up with the case about three or four months later, and our district attorney deported him to Mexico, where I'm sure he was able to slip back across the border again.

So when I was contacted to go down and identify the guy, I said, yeah, that's the guy that shot him.
And the district attorney did not press any charges.
He just said, well, he's an illegal alien who had shot at two people that morning and he just had him deported.
So it's like, and that's back when INS used to do things like that.

As you will see from my petition, which you can download to your own desktop, the Court of Appeals Fourth District of the Wisconsin Supreme Court agreed.
In other states such as Texas, however, the case against me would have been tossed or else sent to a jury for determination of the disputed facts.
But in Wisconsin, the court could in effect determine the facts regardless of my evidence.
This turns out to be a national problem and I'm teeing up the case for SCOTUS to make summary judgment protocols uniform throughout the nation.
