This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joel Olson in Houston and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to give you the news you need to know.
EU and NATO are forming a coalition for war against Russia, warns a foreign secretary who's a very savvy fellow.
The actions taken by the EU and NATO essentially amount to the formation of a new coalition targeting Russia, Ladrov told journalists Friday, comparing the steps taken by Brussels to the actions of Adolf Hitler before attacking the Soviet Union.
Moscow has no illusions about the prospect of Russophobic sentiments within the EU dissipating any time soon.
And Russia will closely follow all the real steps taken by the bloc and its candidate states, where we know for a certainty that they have malintentions toward Russia.
Lavrov's remarks came just a day after he branded a proposal to assemble an international naval coalition to escort ships carrying Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea as an attempt to interfere under the auspices of the UN.
Such schemes are not needed to facilitate Ukrainian exports, he added.
Moscow guarantees vessel security all the way to the Bosphorus Strait.
Earlier, he stated, Washington was seeking to use a conflict to deprive Russia of its independent status in the international arena and force it to play by rules set by the United States.
It's not gonna happen.
Russia attacked Ukraine following its failure to implement the terms of the Minsk agreement first signed in 2014 and Moscow's recognition of the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Lugansk.
The protocols were designed to give the breakaway region special status.
Meanwhile, and this is bizarre beyond belief, U.S.
Attorney General Pops Evlin Key have to declare loyalty to Zelensky.
What the hell even is this?
I've never heard of anything like this in my entire life.
I never knew it was possible for a U.S.
Attorney General to show up in a foreign country and vow allegiance.
In the unannounced trip, Merrick Garland reaffirms the U.S.
commitment to help identify, apprehend, and prosecute individuals involved in war crimes and atrocities.
He can begin with the Azov Battalion.
Here's the deal.
Merrick Garland, Jewish, has selected Eli Rosenbaum, Jewish, to preside over the creation of what amounts to Nuremberg 2.0 to prosecute Russians for alleged war crimes.
The problem is, The war crimes are being committed by the Ukrainians.
This is the same bloodthirsty Rosenbaum who headed DOJ's Office of Special Semite Investigations, tasked with hunting down, prosecuting, denaturalizing, and deporting Nazis, including NASA scientists who are supposedly brought here, single-handedly put astronauts in space, or so we are told, and then on the Moon, Fat chance, only to be prosecuted and tossed a decade later.
If Werner Von Braun had not succumbed to cancer, he was next on Eli's list.
Rosenbaum is one of the most vile, depraved, and disgusting people of his generation, and his bloodlust-fueled hatred for whites, against whom he can never measure up, is the reason he was selected for this very special role.
The only war crime being committed in Ukraine is the illegitimate Jewish occupation that uses Ukrainian citizens as cannon fodder in its vendetta against a nation it no longer controls.
This is a very disturbing development.
Thank God this guy was not appointed to the Supreme Court.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, actually the Supreme Court's done several decent things in the last couple of days, but I still have no use for them at all.
Yeah, the EU decided that they're no longer allow Russia to export gold.
So they're the fourth largest supplier of gold in the world.
And it's like, you can no longer export gold.
And they said that they would continue to buy Russian gas, but only at the price that they set and only with euros.
And it's like, Oh, okay, so you guys get to, you know, the house gets to rig the tables and all the games, and then we're supposed to keep playing?
Good luck on that.
These people are absolutely insane, and they've lost the two largest cities now that were still remaining in Donbass region in Ukraine, and there's nothing but Wheat fields between there and Kiv and so once you cross the river that they've just recently taken there is no natural barriers and there's almost nothing to stop rapid advance across that area if they decide that they want to move in that direction.
And they also hit right along the Polish border and claim to have killed 80 Polish militiamen that are over there fighting with Ukraine as well.
So, you know, they're trying to escalate this thing every way possible.
Push Finland where they've got a 900-kilometer border doing what they're doing in Kalinasgrad.
And it's like, you know, how long can you keep poking the bear before the bear strikes out in some really savage ways?
But everything they're doing is working against them because the BRICS are just getting more and more solid away from the U.S. dollar and moving towards a unified currency.
And trust me, they're going to have a hard time dragging everybody on the world into blocking gold as well as wheat and the other exports, fertilizer exports, which they're allowing from Russia because that backfired on them.
The whole thing's just an absolute circus.
We're run by a bunch of idiot grade schoolers.
Carl!
Foreign Minister Lavrov is correct that people do need to choose a side in this campaign.
But, you know, it would help a lot for people to choose a side if Russia actually disclosed some real fucking intel.
Even going back historically, what they have with the assassination of JFK, 9-11.
To be able to disclose what they have on Hunter Biden, on quid pro joe, on what they found in those bio labs.
And just be truthful for us.
So, until we get what, you know, an independent observer would say, you know, you really should, if you want people to choose a side, tell them this.
They don't, so part of it is just a show.
Now, to send A.G.
Garland, it actually, you know, it's great and appropriate to mock him for going to Ukraine.
But if you think about it, it's kind of appropriate because it's the A.G.' 's job is to prosecute violations of federal law.
And according to the U.S., we own Ukraine in that little Bitch, Zelensky.
So A.G.
Garland would have been the appropriate executive officer to tell him, stay in line, fucker.
So I think that was an appropriate move.
And finally, with the article, you know, I do want to mention that our Khazarian opponents, they use Judaism as a shield.
They use the ordinary people who practice Judaism the same as ordinary people practice Buddhism or Christianity.
They're a human shield to false flag into a persecuted group.
And then to claim victim status and a limited ability to attack them with any speech.
So, you know, these people, but we have to persist until they're arrested and removed from power.
Nice points, Carl.
Meanwhile, NATO engaged in direct aggression against Russia.
This is from Paul Corey Roberts, our nation's leading public intellectual.
I write that, under the neoconservative Wolfowitz doctrine, to wit, the Kremlin has two choices.
Russia can surrender its sovereignty, or Russia can destroy the West.
It has no other alternative.
The world needs to understand.
I'm not advocating that Russia destroy the West.
I'm simply pointing out for three decades, the West has confronted Russia with this limited choice.
Putin himself has complained about it.
I find it astonishing Western foreign policy community, whatever that is, has permitted a policy that corners a powerful nuclear power such as Russia in this way, and it continues.
Now we have Lithuania blocking Russia's assets to part of Russia.
This is insanity, confirming Russian conclusions that only force can constrain the West.
Meanwhile, an update.
NATO engaged in direct aggression against Russia.
As I have many times written, the Kremlin's Ukraine operation cannot be limited.
Washington will not permit it.
Washington has already widened the conflict and is now doing so further.
The insane Jewish neoconservatives who have control over U.S.
foreign policy have prevailed on tiny, helpless Lithuania to violate the agreement with Russia for the provision of Kaliningrad and has received a Russian ultimatum.
The moronic State Department spokesman, Ed Price, dismissed the ultimatum as bluster.
The white-out idiot says Washington backs Lithuania.
In other words, Washington is egging on a wider war.
The conflict in Donbass has gone slowly because it's a war in the midst of Russian people attached to Ukraine by Soviet leaders.
The Russian troops are fighting under restriction to minimize death and destruction in the Donbass, from which Ukrainian forces are being driven and destroyed.
A wider war will not be fought among Russian populations.
The world has never seen such recklessness as Washington and NATO are demonstrating now.
Assorted and utterly corrupt Democrats need a war to rally Americans to the government and prevent a Democrat wipeout in the midterms.
In their effort to hold onto power, alas, the Democrats and their media whores are widening the war.
This is dangerous beyond belief.
The Russian government declared some time ago that Russia will never again fight a war on her own territory.
It's astounding that the Kremlin believed their intervention in Donbass could be limited.
How the Kremlin misread the West after such a total rebuffing of the Kremlin's efforts to reach a mutual security agreement with the West is inexplicable.
Apparently, the Kremlin has even yet not taken the Wolfowitz Doctrine seriously.
The Kremlin and the dumb shit Russian Atlanticist integrationists need to learn it by heart and repeat it every morning.
Under this doctrine, the Kremlin has two choices.
Russia can surrender, or Russia can destroy the West.
There are no other options.
The entire world needs to understand.
Again, I ask, is the West pushing Russia too far?
Read these high-level Russian statements and answer the question for yourself.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov noted that villainous decision was unprecedented and a violation of anything and everything.
This is restricting access to Kaliningrad.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zaharova stated villainous and provocative actions are a violation of the country's international legal obligations and to allow the trans of cargo between Russia and Kalinogran.
She said Russia sees this move as openly hostile.
Unless Lithuania immediately lifts the restrictions, Russia reserves the right to defend its national interests.
The head of Russia's Commission for the Defense of State Sovereignty has argued Lithuania's move was an act of direct aggression and that unless the EU brought its member state to heal Russia would have a free hand to solve the problem of the Kaliningrad transit created by Lithuania by any means chosen by us.
Meanwhile, he observes the U.S.
government has a plan to partition Russia.
Jen Stoltenberg, Washington's NATO puppet, says peace negotiation, not Russian victory, will end the conflict.
So Stoltenberg is counting on the Kremlin, whose leaders have said they'll never again trust the West, to sit down and trust the West again with another worthless agreement.
Considering the difficulty the Kremlin has accepting reality, I suppose it is possible, on the other hand, Perhaps someone has finally read the Wolfowitz Doctrine.
If not, maybe someone has seen the U.S.
Government's Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe's plan to break up Russia into a collection of independent small states.
The war has already widened with the U.S.
and NATO falling under the Kremlin's designation of combatants for supplying Ukraine with weapons and intelligence.
The war has widened to the extent Lithuania now prevents Russia from supplying Kaliningrad, a part of Russia, and by NATO's intended expansion into Finland, greatly lengthening NATO's presence on Russia's borders.
People can fool themselves that this is not widening the conflict, but they forget the conflict originated in the West's refusal to acknowledge Russia's legitimate security concerns.
Now the West has greatly expanded those concerns.
My own view is the combination of Western delusion with Kremlin toleration of provocation and belief in the value of negotiations, such as the eight years the Kremlin wasted on the Minsk agreement, the primary cause of Russian casualties today in Ukraine, guarantees war.
There can be no other option.
If Russia succumbs yet again to trust negotiation, make a deal with Ukraine, it won't be kept any more than was the Minsk Agreement, or the U.S.
plans not to expand NATO, or arms limitation agreements worked out over the decades, all abandoned by Washington.
The only result of a negotiated settlement would be, once again, Russia will have given its enemies more time to demonize Russia, prepare more provocation, and beef up its military capabilities, as I've said.
The only thing that can prevent a wider war is a strong Russian foot that gives the lie to the U.S.
government's relief, as recently stated by the Department of State, that Russian red lines are merely bluster.
The West is so deluded that Russia is not taken seriously.
Even tiny and significant Lithuania is not afraid of Russia.
Even countries heavily dependent on Russian energy stick their fingers in Russia's eyes.
How much more can Russia take?
The situation is ripe for a big war.
Joe?
Yeah, well, All Wars are Bankers Wars, a great 45-minute documentary by Michael Rivero that's at his site, What Really Happened, and everybody needs to watch that.
We've got BAE stock, which is just absolutely soared because we're giving howitzer M777 cannons to the Ukrainians, which you don't use the same shells that the Russian artillery use and they operate in a different way.
And so you have to be specially trained on them and you also have to be able to supply them with a vast amount of new artillery shells.
And just to give you an idea of what we're dealing with here, BAE sounds like innocent enough.
It was created in 1999 through the use of the historic acronym for British Aerospace combined with the systems section of partner Marconi.
Both of those are Rothschild-owned monopolies and they're making an absolute fortune every time they can propel us into war.
And here's what it states on the BAE Systems website.
Building on Over 450 years of technical excellence and achievements, the BAE Systems continues to be a world leader in defense and security systems around the world.
Yeah, let's still talk about what the Department of War was called until the end of World War II.
It was the Department of War, which is far more honest than to say it's the Department of Defense.
Like George Carlin said, what do you need at an offensive capability for a Department of Defense?
Yes.
The whole thing is absolutely moronic and evil.
Yes, Carl, your thoughts?
It's Orwellian.
We haven't gone so far as to call it the Department of Peace yet.
That would be the worst evolution for it.
So Paul Craig Roberts, he's a national treasurer.
I appreciate his viewpoint.
And so he exposes that we really do have an evil empire because, remember, all the empire would have to do is agree to the terms that Russia set forth, which is, hey, those people in Donbass, just give them independence.
Just give them the democracy that you say that you uphold.
And, you know, that previous agreement of no NATO in Ukraine.
You agree to that and we're good, but they don't do that.
So what is the real motivation other than empire?
I would support that.
That is the history that we have.
Carl B. Herman talks about any of these shows.
U.S.
Illegal, an 11-part series to show that Treaty violating wars of aggression covered by virtue signaling for freedom is all that the US has ever, ever done.
So we'll see what happens.
Corporate media is damning themselves yet again with the neo-colonial looting liars, the psychopaths, and need-to-know news and other independents are telling you that what we're seeing is we're seeing this color revolutionized puppet Zelensky who is as honest as the Hunter Biden types that he hires for his executive branch.
And I think it's very clear Russia really has no option but military.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court rules New York's concealed carry gun law is unconstitutional and recognizes the right to carry in public.
I regard this as a superb decision from the court.
By 6-3, struck down New York's draconian concealed carry Permitting system on constitutional grounds.
Recognizing, for the first time, a constitutional right to carry firearms in public for self-defense.
A sweeping victory for Second Amendment gun ownership rights.
Made up to undo restrictive gun control laws outside of New York.
Possibly including red flag laws, which allow the confiscation of guns without due process.
Here it says limited, really none, which the court, as I understand, has already declared to be illegal.
The Supreme Court has been strengthening Second Amendment protections in recent years.
Observers have said the six-member conservative supermajority could help expand gun ownership protection.
In District of Columbia v. Heller in 2008, the court held the Second Amendment protects an individual's right to possess and carry weapons in a case of confrontation.
In Chicago v. McDonald v. Chicago 2010, it held the right is fully applicable to the states.
The ruling now comes amid rising crime rates, activist demands to defund police, and Biden push to strengthen gun control.
A legislative package introduced in the wake of these mass shootings, which were staged in Buffalo and Uvalde, is moving forward.
Wayne LaPierre, Executive Vice President of the NRA, hailed the decision, a watershed win for good men and women all across America.
The right to self-defense and defend your family and loved ones should not end at your home.
Biden condemned the new rule, which he claimed contradicts both common sense and the Constitution and should deeply trouble us all.
I call on Americans to make their voices heard on gun safety.
Lives are on the line.
Ignoring the fact that Americans use guns for defensive purposes millions of times every year, saving an estimated 200,000 lives per annum.
The Empire State's permit laws, with that in other states, requires an applicant to demonstrate proper cause to obtain a license.
New York makes it a crime to possess a firearm without a license, whether inside or out the home.
An individual on secure outside may obtain an unrestricted license to have and carry a concealed missile or revolver if he can prove that a proper cause exists.
An applicant satisfies a proper cause requirement only if he or she can demonstrate a special need for self-protection distinguishable from that of the common community.
A specific action before the court was whether the state's denial of a petitioning individual's application for concealed carry violated the Constitution.
Oral arguments in the case, New York State, Rifle and Pistol v. Bruin, Uh, we're heard on November 3rd.
Respondent Bruin heads the New York State Police.
Founded in 1871, the lead petitioner in New York State Rifle and Pistol describes itself, the state's largest and nation's oldest firearms advocacy organization.
The majority opinion was written by Clarence Thomas, who declared that New York's Robber Clause requirement violated the 14th Amendment by permitting law-abiding citizens with ordinary self-defense needs from exercising their Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms in public for self-defense.
I like this.
I think this is completely correct.
And crime, as a consequence, will go down.
In keeping with Heller, we hold that when the Second Amendment's plain text covers an individual's conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct.
To justify its regulation, a government must demonstrate the regulation is consistent with our historic tradition of firearm regulation.
Only if a firearm regulation is consistent with our historical tradition may a court conclude an individual's conduct falls outside the Second Commandment's unqualified command.
It makes no sense, in other words, to deny Americans the ability to defend themselves outside of their homes.
To confine the right to bear arms of the home would nullify half the Second Amendment's operative protection.
Moreover, it would make little sense, given self-defense is a central component of the Second Amendment right itself.
After all, it guarantees an individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation, which can surely take place outside the home.
Most Americans, I dare say, are in greater danger outside the home than in it.
In a concurring opinion, Justice Alito wrote in 1791, when the amendment was adopted, there were no police departments.
Families lived alone on isolated farms or on the frontier.
If they were attacked, they were on their own.
It's hard to imagine a furor that would have erupted had the federal government or the states tried to take away the guns they needed for protection today, unfortunately.
Many Americans have good reason to fear they'll be victimized if they're unable to protect themselves.
No less, then, in 1791, the Second Amendment guarantees their rights.
Justice Brey wrote a dissenting opinion with Sotomayor and Kagan joint.
In 2020, 45,222 Americans were killed by firearms.
Since it started this year, there have been 277 reported mass shootings and an average of more than one per day.
Many states have tried to address some of the dangers The court today severely burdened the state's effort to do so.
They wrote in their dissenting opinion, ignoring the reliance upon guns for defensive purposes that I've already described.
This was a dissent written in ignorance.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, the Supreme Court made some really good decisions and then all of a sudden we have a whole bunch of people that say they're not going to abide by the decisions.
We have New York Mayor Eric Adams who said that they are not going to allow people in New York to carry guns regardless of what the Supreme Court says.
We have the current governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, saying that she's not going to allow New Yorkers to walk around with guns like a bunch of crazy people.
We have the Department of Defense saying that they're going to go ahead and allow abortions at all military bases, even though that was a decision that the Supreme Court ruled on.
And then today, we have an interesting little thing that's kind of a sideline issue that I've thought about for a long time, and Clarence Thomas talked about it.
It's the New York Times versus Sullivan ruling on an Alabama sheriff that they slandered, and they said, well, in a 1964 ruling, they said, well, if you're a public fissure, you have to prove actual malice if somebody says something bad about you.
And since we're all in the conspiracy movement where people say bad things about us all the time, it's like pretty hard to prove that you're not a public figure, number one.
And number two, that somebody that says something bad about you is actual malice, even though it can be very malicious.
And so he's saying that they need to revisit that particular issue, but they declined to take a case that involved that.
On a Christian organization that was slandered by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
So anyhow, that's where we are.
Occasionally a stop clock is right, what, twice a day?
And occasionally the Supreme Court's right.
Well, I think you're undervaluing the court, but it's very bizarre to have a state declaring it's going to violate the Constitution openly and publicly.
That is really offensive.
Carl, your thoughts?
On his face, the Supreme Court decision is a nice pushback.
In the bigger picture, we are in World War III, and we need to understand that our opponent is what the Supreme Court is helping to protect, this evil empire that wants us to have to be kneeling when they virtue signal it's time to kneel, be shot at will, and hopefully just to have us disarmed so that would be an easier way to get rid of us.
Now, the The 2A ruling, we need to be aware that our opponents will use everything that happens as a tool to their benefit.
So, they could construct more attacks, more false flag shooting attacks, and I think that they want to capture the entire country without a civil war.
I don't think they assess that as realistic.
So they're they in the background have a grand strategy and move as bent forward.
And if they need to break the country apart, then they're going to attempt false flags to get as many people on their side that the guns should be taken.
And the only way that they can do that is now show that these Second Amendment open Yes, nice.
Yes, Carl, you're right.
Very good.
Meanwhile, Keith Olbermann loses it.
This is strange.
are attached to whatever narrative they construct to the false flags. - Yes, nice, yes, Carl, you're right.
Very good.
Meanwhile, Keith Olbermann loses it.
This is strange.
I used to think this was the most rational guy on the planet, but he's completely lost it.
Liberal commentator demanded the Supreme Court be dissolved after it reaffirmed the Second Amendment.
Striking down the New York law, Clarence Thomas writing, the constitutional right to bear arms for self-defense is not a second-class right, subject to entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.
How did Oberman react?
He demanded the ruling be ignored and the court be dissolved.
It's become necessary to dissolve the Supreme Court of the United States.
The first step is for a state the court has now forced gun upon to ignore this ruling.
Great, you're a court?
Why and how do you think you can enforce your rulings?
That, of course, is the role of the executive branch.
I mean, this is just stunning.
Is Olbermann this ignorant?
Here he is, making this kind of statement that reflects a complete failure to understand the three branches of government where the legislature passes the laws and the Supreme Court interprets them and the executive branch enforces them.
In a follow-up, he bashed the conservative leading justices singling out Amy Coney Barrett.
Also, if Alito, Thomas, Robert, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and the paralegal Coney Barrett.
Sounds a bit racist if you ask me.
Democrats upset over Supreme Court rulings are increasingly voicing a desire to change the court divorce outcomes they want.
When they talk about packing the court, what they really mean is adding more liberal-leaning justices to guarantee they rule with a liberal bias.
One wonders, however, if the reverse of logic works with abortion.
If Thursday's pro-Second Amendment ruling should not be legally binding, does that mean a pro-abortion ruling is also not legally binding?
We probably know already how Olbermann and Democrats would answer that question.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, saying the Overton window reminds me of the Overton window.
And that's when you reach the point where the society accepts things that they didn't accept before.
So yeah, that guy's a clown.
Every one of these people on the mainstream media is insufferable and I can't wait for them to be finally discredited and completely removed from the media landscape.
It's like he's a terrible individual.
I can't think of a single one at any of the major broadcasts with the possible exception of Tucker Carlson that's worth listening to.
They're all an insufferable bunch.
I'm glad I'm completely free of TV.
Carl, your thoughts?
Jesse Waters said some good things from time to time.
So, Keith Olbermann, I appreciated his sports analysis at ESPN.
And then, attacking little baby Bush, I thought he was sharp, too.
But, you know, I think he just strayed too far from his sportuality.
Being a sportual person myself, you appreciate fair rules for a fair game on an open playing field, and he has.
He's gone completely deranged for that and for his argument.
So his argument concludes with, fuck you, justices.
I think, Keith, we can leave it right there and just let your argument speak for itself.
Well, he had the most brilliant show maybe ever on TV as news analysis, where he just did this brilliant boom, boom, boom.
I mean, it was sensational.
I think when he got the boot for Rachel Maddow, when MSNBC went raging vogue, that he never got over it.
It gave him A mental war and he hasn't survived.
I was a columnist with Veterans Today at the time and approached Gordon Tuff, the editor-in-chief, about bringing Olbermann in and he suggested, so I reached out and invited him to join us with no response.
But today I'd say a guy I once thought was a paradigm of rationality has gone stark raving mad.
Unbelievable.
Meanwhile, Get this.
The Department of Justice does not issue statements like these disagreeing with Supreme Court rulings.
It doesn't happen.
It has no lawful basis.
This can only be seen as a direct threat against a judiciary by stassy agents.
Justice Department Statement on Supreme Court Ruling on New York State Rifle and Missile Association v. Bruin.
The Department of Justice today released the following statement.
We respectfully disagree with the Court's conclusion that the Second Amendment forbids New York's reasonable requirement that individuals seeking to carry a concealed handgun must show that they need to do so for self-defense.
The Department of Justice remains committed to saving innocent lives by enforcing and defending federal firearm laws, partnering with state, local, and tribal authorities, and using all legally available tools to tackle the epidemic of gun violence plaguing our communities.
They have no standing to disagree.
Their job is to enforce the law.
The law is settled when the Supreme Court rules.
Thus, shut up and do your job.
Meanwhile, demolition of supply chains as pre-Civil War sabotage has shaped the battlefield for domestic warfare against We the People.
The U.S.
is about to be plunged into civil war, ignited by the imminent Roe v. Wade nullification.
This was written shortly before.
And the landmark decision we've just reviewed, affirming the universal right to carry a personal firearm for self-defense.
That Pro 28 decision has already seen heads explode across the anti-American, anti-Liberty left.
With rabid left-wing commentator Keith Olbermann even calling for an open insurrection to demolish the court and seize total control over the country via the executive branch.
Once the Roe decision is rendered, as it has now been, the radical left will erupt into full-blown domestic terrorism, launching unrestricted warfare against Christians, gun owners, and conservatives.
What's coming will make the 2020 BLM and Antifa riots look like child's play by comparison.
The Biden regime knows it's coming since Barack Obama is a key mastermind behind the whole thing.
Obama runs a Biden White House, tells Biden handlers what to do.
They shape the 2020 riots using paid mercenaries, media propaganda, and cover revolution tactics routinely used by the CIA to overthrow governments of other nations.
Now they plan to use the same tactics, overthrow the U.S.
Constitution, and attempt to seize permanent dictatorial control over the U.S.A.
The tabasaj of food facilities across the country is deliberate.
We've published a lot about it, including 65-plus facilities that have been taken out.
Similarly, the sabotage attacks, regulatory takedown, and cyberwarfare assaults on entity infrastructure are being carried out by the regime to deprive the people of fuel and transportation.
The entire supply of diesel engine oil, by the way, is on track to be depleted in just eight weeks, roughly the end of August.
Natural News has also published a list of diesel fuel and engine oil additive manufacturers who have declared force majeure just this year, causing extreme supply chain disruptions.
There are now known explosions at liquid nitrogen gas facilities, such as Freeport in Texas, and a history of pipe explosions targeting refineries, such as the Philadelphia Energy Solutions explosion that bankrupted the entire company and shattered its fuel refinery.
What's clear, America's food and energy infrastructure is being disrupted with sabotage and blockade operations or acts of war against the American people.
What's also clear is Biden and Obama are using sabotage to shape the domestic battlefield in preparation for the coming civil war.
And by that phrase, I don't mean an 1865-style war of North versus South.
This will be a war of the corrupt, illegitimate government regime against the American people who are trying to vote these criminals out.
Roughly 75% of Americans despise the Biden regime and want him removed.
The upcoming midterms, if they're even allowed to take place, will solidly demonstrate America's desire to rid itself of the disastrous Biden regime and the catastrophic economic policies of the Democrats.
That's why we believe the old Biden regime doesn't want America to make it to the midterms.
They want total chaos and martial law before that day arrives.
They want their left-wing brownshirt terrorists in the street, burning down cities, assaulting police, executing whites on sight, so the regime can declare a state of emergency and deploy troops on the street.
The old Biden regime has acted too late.
However, that effort is going to fail.
The American people no longer comply with tyranny and sabotage.
We, the people, will not turn in our guns.
We will not obey orders to shut down local economies and remain locked in our homes.
But the arrogant, incompetent old Biden regime doesn't know that yet.
They think they are still in charge.
They think that people will go along with whatever insane scheme they can dream up to enslave everyone and demolish the Bill of Rights.
They are wrong.
But they will try to conquer the country from within nevertheless, setting up a civil war scenario that will likely see real bloodshed across the USA.
Unless Biden is removed from power and the rightful winner is restored, Democrat-run cities will soon collapse into total chaos.
Mass starvation will become commonplace.
The rule of law will be non-existent in these areas.
We'll see Democrat refugees fleeing collapsing blue cities, trying to flee to red states.
But there will be border enforcement by the states such as Texas and Florida prohibiting domestic illegals from invading the red as they flee the blue.
Ultimately, the demon rats are going to be defeated and humanity will prevail.
The Dems just don't know it yet.
They overestimate their ally Satan.
While the real power to decide our fate rests in the hands of God, who has just about had enough of Satan trying to dominate humanity on Earth.
While I'm an agnostic and not a believer, I think a lot of that has the ring of truth.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, amazingly enough, the Supreme Court of New York ruled today that 100,000 illegals registered to vote in New York State are not allowed to vote because it's a violation of the state constitution.
So there again, we had a case where the judicial branch actually stepped forward and did something correct.
And tomorrow is the primary day in New York State.
So maybe we can find out how well-loved the henchman Henschel is up there.
And then we have the Supreme Court rulings, which we've already discussed on Roe versus Wade in the Second Amendment.
But now we have an additional one that's still on the docket that's going to be released this week, and that's West Virginia versus the EPA.
And this is challenging a 2007 ruling by Massachusetts versus the EPA that if you are running your SUV in Connecticut, you're destroying the climate in Massachusetts.
And And so it's a really stupid decision.
And as we've done in Nine different episodes explaining the fraud of global warming and green energy and peak oil and the EPA.
All of this stuff is absolutely horrible.
Turns out that they may have something else.
They may be able to drag Greta over here and have her jump up and down and tell us, how dare you?
How dare you?
Because we might get our EPA overreach released from our neck.
It's an absolutely horrible agency.
Carl, your thoughts?
So our opponents, they just twist everything and they put it in its Orwellian opposite.
That statement by the DOJ to reject the court's authority, that is a statement of insurrection.
And that would immediately cause somebody to be fired or demoted on a system.
And then there'd be an important follow-up question that you would want whoever issued that statement at the top for the DOJ to answer the question.
You're saying the court's authority should be rejected.
So are you saying that you should obey it anyway?
Or are you going full out honest revolt and insurrection on that?
And to get an answer for that, the 2020 Summer of Love, that's an example of an insurrection.
That is the takeover of the local government.
And with crime that we can quantify in the billions of dollars and The number of people killed it was something like over 100.
We will have a new Antifa mercenary urban warfare, if our opponents can organize it.
Ed, the war is on we, the people.
And as we've been talking about, we need to have some sort of a breakthrough.
We need friends in high places, and that includes the U.S.
military.
Otherwise, I think Mike Adams is right that this will devolve into some form of a civil war.
And all that we need for that breakthrough is a breakthrough for the truth to be seen.
And I thought it was very astute to observe it's not a North versus South, it's a people versus the government, which has gone full-blown tyrannical.
I think that's exactly the scenario we're in.
Meanwhile, this is profoundly disturbing.
Children entering elementary school are unable to say their own name in the post-lockdown era.
A study published this week finds many children in the UK unable to say their own name, so pronounced has been the impact of isolation.
Zero numbers are in primary school in the UK.
...are unable to say as much as their own name.
The report, linked to the broadsheet of The Times, is set to reveal developmental problems widespread among young children in Britain.
The study is set to blame pandemic conditions and a lack of parental education for the shortfall, but they ought to be emphasizing the role of the mass Which interfered with linguistic learning by the children how to form words and interact linguistically.
I think the mass deserves attention.
According to an article published Monday reviewing the results, the children entering their first year are not toilet trained, have never drunk out of a vessel other than a baby bottle, are unable to communicate effectively using verbal language.
We have 50% of children in reception and nursery are not toilet trained.
We got children who are still drinking from bottles with teats.
They are four years old and their language will include the word bot-bot, because that's a communication for, can I have a drink, please?
We're not teaching them to write their name, we're teaching them to scribble, explaining how they once had to hold a school assembly on eating with a knife and a fork, because many would eat a full Sunday dinner with their hands and fingers.
According to the preview, those from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds are the worst affected, being an average of five months behind developmentally compared to wealthier kids.
Ultimately, the report calls for the UK government to overcome squeamishness about interfering in family life to solve the problem.
Including intrusions, the state pushing education for parents, more home visits by state officials, and authorities setting up what the preview calls drop-in centers.
Meanwhile, this is just how much children have regressed.
While the full study has yet to be published, I'm finding they're falling significantly behind intellectually, physically, and emotionally, as in lockstep with other studies.
A UK government report, for example, found young children saw their development stall or even regress over lockdown, with social skills especially taking the biggest hit as a result of infants being locked indoors, not interacting with other kids.
Today's report finds the pandemic has continued to affect their communication and language development, delays in speech and language.
I'm astonished they don't mention the role of the mask here, which have been crucial.
Others said babies have struggled to respond to basic facial expressions, which they could not see, you understand, because of the mask, which may be due to reduced social interaction, but it was the mask.
Also describing babies as struggling to crawl and walk while many had regressed in their independent and self-care skills.
Meanwhile, researchers in the U.S.
and Germany have observed similar impact.
With regard to reading level lagging behind their pre-pandemic counterparts.
While the disruption to learning must end, the reopening of schools is not enough.
Students need intensive support to recover lost education.
School must go beyond places of learning to rebuild children's mental and physical health, social development, and nutrition.
I'm frankly skeptical that it can be recovered.
I think this is permanent damage.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, it's going to add to the permanent damage that's done by the rest of the pharmaceutical mafia.
This just in at Tim Truth at BitChute.
Immunobridging to nowhere.
FDA cons America rushed and untested vax updates prove that they don't serve us.
This is actual FDA testimony on Pfizer biotech.
Primary efficacy 95%.
Oh yeah, that's a made-up number.
Moderna Primary endpoint 94%.
Because we know now that these mRNA vaccines are so safe and so effective and that it takes so long to do human trials and if you kill all the animals you can't use animal trials.
So let's just say that because we know all that we're going to have a new metric and that's called future framework.
Where we skip all the clinical trials and then we say that there's no requirement to prove efficacy on any new vaccines because all we need to know is the sequency for this rapidly evolving new variant that pops up and we'll just use the philosophy of immunobridging to say that well it worked perfectly last time and this it's changed to this form so so now we're going to let computer modeling pick our poisons for us.
These people are Insane.
Carl, your thoughts?
Jim, with what you said with the Civil War being we the people versus the government, I framed it in a 2019 nine-part series interview with Socrates, which is included in all these new shows, as patriots versus loyalists.
So it'll be those standing for the Constitution and Inalienable rights over that constitution versus the psychopaths who want to control us and their useful idiots.
So the article was excellent propaganda and it concludes that the British government should overcome squeamishness.
To interfere in family life.
Well you can see the slippery slope where that's going.
They're going to threaten parents with removal of their children and they'll make some argument for neglect and they'll throw in there and the neglect is contributed by preoccupation with crazy conspiracy theorists and then they'll do some ridiculous straw man argument saying these people believe in a A lizard queen who murdered Princess Diana, and children should not be raised in such, and they'll do that.
That'll be where they're going.
Oh, it's a wonderful observation.
It was the government's own policy that led to these deficiencies on the children, including the mandates, the masks, the lockdown, but the government wants to pass it off on the parents to take more control.
That's a very astute Brilliant observation, Carl.
I like that.
Meanwhile, Twitter quietly removed a warning it had slapped on the CDC over a study published by the Journal of the American Medical Association, if you can believe it.
Twitter initially flagged the study with a warning claiming the details included potentially harmful or misleading conduct.
Conservative Phil Kirpin, president of American Commitment, spotted the warning label.
He had tweeted a link to the JAMA article along with one accompanying graphs in mid-May.
He quote tweeted us earlier with a screen capture of a warning label, adding that Twitter placed a warning on the JAMA article for the wrong crime of publishing data showing rapid waning of COVID vaccine in children.
Twitter users who checked the link received a warning from Twitter the link may be unsafe, telling users the JAMA website had been identified as being potentially spammy or unsafe.
I mean, this is the website of the American Medical Association.
Twitter claimed the website might include violent or misleading conduct that could lead to real-world harm.
Shortly after Kirkland called attention to the ridiculous warning, Twitter removed it, and now it no longer pops up.
The CDC study, published in the JAMA, examines the efficacy of Pfizer's two-dose COVID in kids 5 to 11 and adolescents 12 to 15, conducted from December 21 to February 2022.
The study found Pfizer's estimated efficacy significantly declined in the two groups by the second month after dose two.
Initially, when the mRNA shots received emergency authorization, the efficacy of the two-dose vaccine was 100% in children, 91% in adolescents, according to email obtained by Judicial Watch in July 2021.
Twitter and other social media companies Work closely with the CDC to suppress supposed misinformation about COVID and the facts.
It's rather ironic that in Twitter's efforts to help the CDC suppress information, it ended up suppressing information from the CDC.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, we had the Board of Internal Medicine revoking the privileges of Dr. McCullough and also Dr. Pierre Khoury, and then just this afternoon, this is just breaking, I just found the YouTube on it, a Piper PA-24 crashed outside Meriwether County Airport in Georgia with Dr. Carrie Madjay on board.
Oh, you're shitting!
No reports of injuries, so...
Joe, this could be an assassination attempt, for crying out loud.
Well, this just came up, and I have no additional information on it.
So, as I find more over the evening, but this just came up.
It was in the comments section under the Tim Truth article at BitChute.
So, and this is the MO for these people.
They're going to take out anybody that's an effective voice against the tyranny, and they use every vector possible.
So if they can't, you know, financially ruin you or put you in jail for two months like they're doing with Dr. Simone Gold, or remove your ability to practice like they're doing with a lot of medical doctors, then they may just outright snuff you.
And having accidents is one of the CIA's favorite ways of eliminating opposition characters.
Carl, your thoughts?
So the CDC should be recognized as a primary voice for disinformation, intentional propaganda in this war to kill we the people.
Any of these shows just go to the second paragraph, the paper I wrote, my best shot is sufficient documentation to demand the arrest of all these pushing this propaganda and these health Orders and their so called cures.
So the big picture is that we have patriots making the claim that the leaders are psychopathic liars that should be arrested under the law and the leaders are making the argument.
That we're just wacko conspiracy theorists that should be disbarred, decertified, and finally just put under some sort of radar homes in the morning to find some excuse to silence us one way or the other.
That is the type of war that we're in.
That's what World War III looks like at this point.
Yes, yes, indeed.
Meanwhile, GOP Attorneys General sound the alarm on Biden's latest nominee to the ATF.
Months ago, his nominee for the Comptroller of the Currency, Soleil Omarova, expressed anti-private banking and anti-energy views.
They went so far as to endorsing the end of private banking and an interest in bankruptcy of the energy sector.
They were a bridge too far even for certain Democrat senators.
However, the White House did not voluntarily withdraw the nomination.
Now they're back with another nominee to head the ATF, meeting with massive backlash from over a dozen Republican attorneys general across the nation.
Steve Duttlebuck is Biden's latest.
15 Republican Attorneys General warning he is bad news.
He'll simply reinforce anti-gun policies of the Biden admin.
They point out that his established history of opposing gun rights in America.
Jake Evans tweets, red flag laws give power to the government to decide who can hold a firearm.
If you thought the government was out of control when Obama's IRS was targeting conservatives, Just wait until Biden's ATF start taking guns from law-abiding citizens.
And this, of course, is also why they're shitting in their pants over the latest ruling about concealed carry and the right to carry publicly without a special permit.
They have a plan to take our guns, and the Supreme Court is dismantling it from stem to stern.
It's also the view of these state leaders that the ATF should have a leader who upholds the laws on the book and stops criminals from breaking those laws.
Right now, Senators are being asked to oppose Dudlebach's nomination because he won't live up to the standard.
If his nominee somehow got into the ATF, the Attorney General is saying he'll simply increase tyranny within the federal government and crack down on our liberty, no doubt about it.
If Republican Senators are able to get even one moderate Democrat to join them in voting against Dudlebach, his nomination won't pass.
The most likely who might join?
Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona.
On select occasions, both have voted alongside Republicans, even when it pissed off their own party.
Meanwhile, the Texas Attorney General has tweeted, The U.S.
Senate should oppose this dangerous and partisan nominee.
Americans need an ATF director who will crack down on criminals, not someone who will simply pander to the anti-gun left.
Well said, Paxton.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well at Libertas.org, personal freedom, Supreme Court ruling delegitimizes red flag laws.
This is an article that was posted May 17, 2021.
A unanimous decision by the Supreme Court That red flag laws in the Coniglia, C-A-N-I-G-L-I-A versus Stroms, S-C-R-O-M apostrophe S, lawsuit said that these violate your due process and cannot be constitutional.
A unanimous, which almost never happens with the Supreme Court.
And what happened last week?
We had 10 rhinos in the House support a red flag law And then we had 15 rhinos in the Senate support a red flag law, but they carefully didn't support it on a national basis.
What they did is they supported funding of red flag laws in the states so they can kind of wiggle their way in and we'll get half of the states to start the red flag thing and then next time we have a fake Agreed.
shooting, you know, mass casualty event, we can get the rest of the states on board.
These people are disgusting and the unit party is not going to save you just because they got an R by their name doesn't mean they have anything to do with freedom or any of the American values that we expect them to have.
Agreed.
Carl.
Well, on its face, more debate is a good thing.
We just are looking for the venue and the breakthrough for the facts to be seen and the environment of debate is something that our opponents can never tolerate.
They have to tell people what to think and what to think of the messengers as well.
Now, for the legislative branch to have the power of nominations and oversight, that has the power for accountability.
But, you know, you have to honestly appraise the history and see that the investigations of Congress and their oversight, including of the nomination process, is as crooked as the Warren report.
To contrast that, if we had one honest person in Congress, That one person could open up a factual consideration just in the assassination of JFK, where that would get attention, or that person would die trying.
Nice.
Yes.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you, Sam.

Roe v. Wade struck down Beverly Brides.
As I always say, if the rich and powerful Roe v. Wade opponents find themselves in need of abortion, they know a doctor who will help them out.
There's always an exception, but few SCOTUS justices would make their daughter or wife who's a victim of rape carry the fetus to term.
Very few women pro-lifers would carry a fetus to term if they were in such an awful situation.
Even the not-so-rich and powerful pro-lifers will seek out an abortion somewhere if they are victims of rape or incest, or if male, their wife or daughter, was a victim of such.
We will never find out.
But you can bet your firstborn this will happen, even if it's not rape or incest, but just an unfortunate situation.
Some people have always known where to go to get things taken care of long before the average schmuck knew what an abortion was.
This won't change.
Sideline.
Interesting how the most strident anti-abortion states, such as Mississippi, have the lowest funding for social safety net programs that many of these children will need.
Meanwhile, check out my law enforcement false flag stage event checklist, which I prepared with Brian Davidson.
We have prepared a checklist for law enforcement guidelines and detecting exposing state events and false flag being used to deceive and manipulate the public.
You can download the PDF from this site on my blog at jamesfetzer.org.
Please share this as far and wide as you can, beginning with your county sheriff and local police departments.
There's a ghost of a chance it just might make a difference.
Time is short.
They want to take our guns.
Act now!
And meanwhile, you can check out at GiveSendGo.com slash Funding Fetzer.
My petition is on the docket of the Supreme Court.
While I originally believed it was a First and Second Amendment case, the summary judgment protocols in Wisconsin allowed the judge to decide whether or not my facts were reasonable And exclude them if, in his subjective opinion, they were not.
As you will see from my petition, which you can download to your own desktop, the Court of Appeals, 4th District, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court agreed.
In other states, such as Texas, however, the case against me would have been tossed or else sent to a jury for determination of the disputed facts.
But in Wisconsin, the court could, in effect, determine the facts, regardless of my evidence.
It turns out this is a national problem, and I'm teeing up the case for SCOTUS to make summary judgment protocols uniform throughout the nation.
I believe they are going to do just that and set things right.
If you're willing to lend a hand and support my efforts, I have the law and the evidence on my side, but I could sure use some money.
Meanwhile, remember, 1% control the world, 4% are their puppets, 90% are asleep.
5% know and try to wake the 90%.
The 1% use the 4% to prevent the 5% from waking up the 90%.
Final thoughts, Joe, yours.
Oh yes, had a very interesting two-hour long discussion on Saturday evening with Bart Simbrell, who's the moon man, says that we never went to the moon.
I didn't want to believe that little hypothesis, but after I got a copy of a book called, and we didn't go to the moon either.
by Dr. Fetzer when I was at the JFK conference.
It's like, well, let me do some digging on this.
So I actually ended up writing an article called Perplexing Apollo Questions for NASA.
But I wanted to bring up some of the things that most people don't really know about how corrupt this whole system is.
LBJ forced himself onto the JFK ticket in 1960.
And when he was inaugurated in 61, it took him less than nine months To move the NASA Space Center from Cape Canaveral in Florida to a swampy area near Houston, where they had Rice University donate 1,000 acres for the government, and then Brown and Root owned the 6,000 acres that surrounded it, and between them and Exxon, they developed Friendswood Development Company, turned it into an enormous
Boondoggle for the local real estate developers.
So that's how disgusting that part of the system is.
And then during the 80s and 90s, I was involved in working on projects on the S&L crisis with the 600 billion dollar ripoff.
I was very involved with stuff in local politics.
I knew the people on City Council, the Port Authority, and I got sucked into the child Family courts and probate courts, and I was interviewed twice by the FBI, and they had enormous amount of evidence on that, but they also had evidence on 50 NASA contractors that they had busted.
But when Janet Reno was appointed the Attorney General for the United States, she fired 92 of 93 Assistant Attorney Generals nationwide, ending all the investigations on the Iran-Contra and all this stuff on MENA so that they'd have a clean record for Clinton, and also paving the way for an AAG in Waco to greenlight the killing of the ATF agents at the Davidian.
But bottom line is, the FBI had 50 different NASA contractors and NASA officials involved in bribery stings, and it was called Operation Lightning Strike.
And they were so pissed off that she dismissed charges against all the five Democrat judges, the three Democrat probate judges, the seven city of Houston council members that were all Democrats, the five Port Authority members that were Democrats, and the 50 people the five Port Authority members that were Democrats, and the 50 people at That they turned the material over to 60 Minutes and 60 Minutes did two specials on Gaynelle Jones, the AAG that released all the crooked Democrats in Texas.
So if you think that NASA is wonderful, you need to see the presentation that they've got at Truthstream Media on Future Wars 2020.
2025.
And this is NASA saying that they need to impose trauma-based mind control in order to have continuation of government.
And this was a day-long conference that they had in July of 2001, before 9-1-1 even started.
These people are rotten, and NASA's as rotten as every other three-letter agency in the federal government.
Actually, my understanding, Joe, is NASA's even own branch of the CIA.
It's that bad.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, our opponents do want a repeat of the 2020 Summer of Love, where you had Antifa-led mini-insurrections in cities, and they want to do that again.
They want to take an issue that people are worked up about, to twist it, and then to have mercenaries attack to be able to create the type of chaos that they can then use and further implement their plans.
And the excuse for abortion rights or whatever it doesn't matter they just want the violence, and for Jim's case that this is the Emperor's new clothes condition, and the judge had to first of all.
Exclude the broader question of shouldn't we all be questioning what happens with these ridiculous false flags with the evidence so overwhelmingly proves that it is a staged event.
They have to do that.
And take a look at Jim's work for that.
I'll just give you one data point to absolutely prove that you have to question that work.
The age, the birth age of the 20 alleged victims' mothers is 36 years of age.
The average in the U.S., you'll have about one out of nine women give birth at age 36 or older.
But if you have 20 of them, that is one ninth to the 20th power, which means that it is impossible that those women could have been the mothers of such alleged victims at the odds of a number, I think it's like 50 to 60, zeroes to one for that.
And as always, patriots stand strong.
You are the defense of literal truth, justice, and the American way of inalienable rights.
Well, Joe and Carl just gave a fabulous exhibition of their background, their knowledge, their wizardry, their intelligence, their mastery of facts and of mathematics to boot.
Lyndon Johnson was massively corrupt.
He engineered the removal of JFK so he could ascend to the presidency And he was utterly ruthless about it.
His own personal hitman, Malcolm McWallace, was firing from the book depository at a figure who turned out to be John Conley, the mistaken belief that it was actually Ralph Yarborough, where he'd had a huge argument that morning with JFK, trying to get Uh, Connelly out and Yarborough in, but Jack overruled him on the ground that the chief executive of the state should ride with the chief executive of the United States.
It was too late to get the word to the shooters of whom we have identified eight And as a consequence, you see Connolly with a rather grim visage as he's about to embark on this motorcade with a president, with Jack and Jackie, because he was only wounded and because people had a hard time imagining Lyndon would put a crony like Connolly in harm's way.
It had the effect of obfuscating the politics, but I have no doubt about it.
What happened in Dallas on 22 November 1963 was all the way with LBJ.
Thanks for joining us.
Spend as much time as you can with your friends and loved ones.
The risk of nuclear war, especially, appears to be growing daily.
