Time Text
Now, three, two, one.
And welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Reiner, host and producer here at JD.com and we're at the end of June, June 26th.
What a half year this has been.
What a hot time it is.
Weather-wise and politically-wise.
And we have a great show here, and we have, of course, the best people in the world to share the hot news of the day with Jim Fetzer, who is directing the show here and has put forth some very profound things that we need to know.
He's just the greatest... Most... Anyway.
And then we have Scott Bennett, who is the latest military expert, military information.
He does a lot, knows a lot, insider stuff.
And Holly Seliger, she just has her mind, is fantastic and spot on, gives the inside information on what's going on.
So let's get started here, Jim, with the EU and the NATO.
What are they doing?
We love you, Don.
NATO engaged in direct aggression from Russia.
Paul Craig Roberts spells it out.
I write that under the neoconservative Wolfowitz doctrine, the Kremlin has two choices.
Russia can surrender its sovereignty or Russia can destroy the West.
There are no other options.
The entire world needs to understand.
I'm not advocating Russia destroy the West.
When pointing out for three decades the West has confronted Russia with these two limited choices.
Putin himself has complained about it again and again.
It's astonishing to Paul Craig Roberts, who my regard is our nation's leading public intellectual, That the Western foreign policy community has permitted a policy that corners a powerful nuclear force such as Russia in this way and it continues today.
We now have Lithuania blocking Russia's access to a part of Russia.
This is insanity.
This is confirming Russian conclusion that only force can constrain the rest.
So, here we have Lavrov.
We're hearing the typing in the background, so you might want to mute.
EU and NATO forming coalition for war against Russia.
Lavrov is a very savvy fellow.
The action taken by the EU and NATO essentially amounted to the formation of a new coalition targeting Russia.
Moscow has no illusions about a prospect of Russophobic sentiments within the EU dissipating anytime soon, and that they are going to follow very carefully everything that happens.
Hitler rallied a significant part, if not most, of European nations under his banner for a war against the Soviet Union.
Now the EU and NATO are forming another for a standoff and ultimately war with a Russian Federation.
That's pretty serious stuff.
Lavrov's remarks came just a day after he branded a proposal to assemble an international naval coalition to escort ships carrying Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea as an attempt to interfere in the region under the auspices of the UN.
Such schemes are not needed to facilitate Ukrainian grain exports, he argued, adding Moscow guarantees vessel security all the way to the Bosphorus Strait, which is controlled by Turkey.
He also observed that Washington is seeking to use the conflict in Ukraine to deprive Russia of its independent status in the international arena and force it to play by U.S.
rules, which they're not going to do.
Meanwhile, the U.S.
Attorney General pops up, guess where, in Kiev to kiss the ass of Zelensky.
This is embarrassingly bad.
What the hell is this, right, Chris Black?
I've never heard of anything like this in my life.
I never knew it was possible for a U.S.
Attorney General to show up in a foreign country and vow allegiance.
The unannounced trip, Merrick Garland visits Ukraine, reaffirms a U.S.
commitment to help identify and prosecute individuals involved in war crimes.
This is unbelievably bad.
Here's the deal.
Merrick Garland, Jewish, has selected Eli Rosenbaum, Jewish, to provide over the creation of what amounts to a Nuremberg 2.0 to prosecute Russians.
This is the same Eli Rosenberg who headed DOJ's Office of Special Semite Investigation tasked with hunting down, prosecuting, denaturalizing, and deporting Nazis in the U.S., including those who were brought here forcibly, single-handedly put astronauts in spades, or so we were told, Only to be prosecuted and thrown out a decade later.
Had Von Braun not succumbed to cancer, he was next on Eli's list.
Rosenbaum is one of the most vile, depraved, and disgusting people of his generation, and his bloodlust-fueled hatred for whites, against whom he can never measure up, is the reason he was selected for this new role.
Visiting Ukraine, AG Merrick Garland names longtime Nazi hunter to lead Justice Department unit investigating war crimes.
Scott, this is just embarrassing.
It's awful, and world war may hang in the balance.
Your thoughts?
Well, you're right.
This is Merrick Garland going to a foreign country to round up, to net, to capture as many Russians Regardless of age, regardless of sex, regardless of if they're plumbers or if they're politicians, Garland and the U.S.
policy is going to go and net and capture and arrest secretly and openly as many Russian citizens as they possibly can.
This is the new Gestapo that the Biden administration is doing.
I think it's going to have devastating consequences.
I wouldn't be surprised if Garland and his entire DOJ staff are killed Assassinated, liquidated, whatever the terminology you want to use, but they will be erased from Ukraine.
I don't doubt that.
Russia is not going to play around, and they're in a position now, when you realize someone that you are a little bit, you know, cautious or suspicious about, when you come to the realization that they hate your guts, that they absolutely, with ferocious demonic hatred, hate you, Then that instantly puts you in a posture of, in a sense, hating them back.
You begin to develop an animosity and aggression and a hatred against he who hates you in an earthly, terrestrial sort of sense.
You understand the spiritual dimensions.
I think that's what Russia is now cultivating and falling into.
If the European Union and the West hate us so much, we have no reason but to hate them back.
They're taking these steps and making these proclamations, like Lavrov saying, quote, I don't care what the Western eyes think of us.
When he was doing an interview with a BBC journalist, Who was fluent in Russian.
He was saying, I don't care what you think.
We don't care about the West.
You don't matter anymore.
We're disengaging from you.
You're worthless.
You're meaningless.
And he didn't get into the graphic detail, but I think that needs to happen and will happen.
In a mocking way, because you have to mock your enemy, you have to dehumanize your enemy, you have to make them look like a bunch of sodomite, rainbow flag, lunatic, demoniacs who rape children and drink blood and do all sorts of corrupt, perverse behavior, which the West actually does, and destroys natural family and natural order and You know, the natural disposition of man and society and community.
The West has been destroying itself, so I think West, or Russia, is now ready to do a complete realignment.
And I agree, the first article that Paul Craig Roberts was talking about, that Russians only have two choices.
Surrender their sovereignty, which they won't do because they've seen what happens to countries that surrender their sovereignty.
Look at Afghanistan.
Look at Iraq.
Look at Libya.
Or they destroy the destroyers.
They destroy the West.
Now, that doesn't mean an annihilatory, instant, major conflict, but I do think it's going to translate into asymmetric war and diplomatic war.
With the evolution and growth of the BRICS nations, and the Belt and Road Initiative, and all sorts of alternatives to the EU and NATO, and a much more aggressive diplomatic war with Russia peeling away every country that it possibly can in the West.
And I think China, Russia, and a whole consortium of nations Are going to be going against the West because, again, what do you have in the West?
You have a senile zombie fool for a president under Joe Biden.
You've got Macron and Boris Johnson, another couple of idiots.
You've got Ursula, whatever her name is, under the EU, who looks like something out of a Bond villain movie.
You've got all of these globalist environmental fanatics.
There's nothing the West has anymore that's sane, healthy, or natural.
And I think that's why Russia is going to completely write off the West as any sane, natural, healthy nation would do as well.
Jim?
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I think Scott's right.
I think most of these people who are quote unquote in charge look like movie villains at this point and behaving that way.
And just like the absurdity of the West, we're seeing people wanting to turn away from these people which are running the West at this point because we're seeing the collapse.
Obviously, Russia sees the collapse, United States and the West.
Obviously, I'm Including like Canada and Europe into this right now, NATO, the EU, in a lot of ways, they're worse off than we are at this point.
The EU and NATO and Europeans are probably going to be suffering from all this a lot sooner than us here in America.
But we're close behind.
I mean, things are pretty bad over there.
Things are getting worse over here as we're seeing the collapse of the United States.
And yeah, we can't just keep throwing money at Ukraine and expecting that we're going to create this quagmire and Russia is going to give up is that their resolve to protect their border, their resolve to protect the Russian speaking people in Ukraine.
Ukraine will be divided.
They're already, you know, talking to Poland and other bordering countries, Lithuania, Belarus, these other countries are going to be siding with Russia, not the EU and not Europe.
And ultimately, Germany will have to as well, or they're going to be freezing people and starving people very soon in Germany.
Thank you.
Yeah, I think you're right, Holly.
I think the economic aspect of this is profoundly on the Russian side.
Meanwhile, this is rather fascinating.
London should be bombed first in World War III, says close Putin ally, a military figure whose words ought to be taken very seriously.
Andrei Gulevov, a member of Russia's Parliament Defense Committee, advocated the Russian invasion of Baltic countries during his segment.
Speaking on Russia's propaganda machine Channel One, he said the only way to prevent the West from blocking Russia's enclave Kaliningrad is to invade the Baltic states.
We'll destroy the entire group of enemy space satellite during the first air operation.
No one will care if they're American or British.
We would see them all as NATO.
Second, we'll mitigate the entire system of anti-missile defense everywhere 100%.
Third, we certainly won't start with Warsaw, Paris, or Berlin.
The first to be hit will be London.
It's crystal clear the threat to the world comes from the Anglo-Saxon.
Echoing Muammar Gaddafi's observation, if you want to end terrorism worldwide, drop a cruise missile into the city of London.
Like many of Putin's other close allies, the general believes the West would be unable to stomach World War III were it to happen.
As part of the opt to destroy critically important states, Western Europe will be cut off from power supplies and immobilized.
They all will be destroyed in the third stage.
I shall see what the U.S.
will tell Western Europe on continuing its fight in the cold without food and electricity.
I wonder how the U.S.
will manage to stay aside.
This is a rough plan.
I deliberately leave out certain aspects because they're not to be discussed on television.
His strategy is to revert the Lithuanian capital back to its former identity as Vilno, Estonian and Italian back to its czarist identity as Raval.
We calmly tune Volantis back to Vilno, remind ourselves what is Rival, and free up the right Baltic plank so we don't worry we'll be hit from the back.
From a military point of view, it's impossible to get a clear corridor through Lithuania.
But if the West decide to block the Kaliningrad region, a decision to carry out a strategic opt to unblock it will be taken.
As a serviceman, I clearly understand no one will bother with just doing a corridor.
If we begin working, meaning undertaking this, we will do it properly.
Everything will be cleared out because you don't leave enemies behind you.
Meanwhile, believe it or not, in Congress, evidently anticipating Russia's prevailing, Russia is bringing back the idea of a limited nuclear war.
Experts continue to debate whether the U.S.
would launch a full-scale retaliation against any sort of nuclear attack, even with low-yield weapons.
If you were a decision-maker in the present, somebody pops an EMP, for example, then would you nuke an entire country?
While discussing gaps in U.S.
government deterrence posture, it's worth remembering the U.S.
has consistently overestimated the Soviet Union's nuclear capabilities.
In the 50s, the government feared the Soviets had more bombers than the Air Force, but the bomber gap turned out to be non-existent beginning in 58.
Future President JFK argued the Soviets had more missiles, But the missile gap also turned out to be a fantasy.
The film Dr. Strangelove famously parodied this type of thinking in a scene where military advisers were discussing the need for underground fallout shelters ahead of a nuclear apocalypse, and the Air Force General declared, Mr. President, we must not allow a mineship gap.
Brilliant stuff.
Scott, I'm afraid what he was outlining was a very realistic scenario for Russian military engagement with the West.
Well, the fundamental problem and error that is constantly being made in the West is the miscalculation, the misunderstanding, the distortion that the United States military maintains the same capacity that it had in the 1950s and 60s and 70s and 80s.
It does not.
The United States military in character and temperament and personnel and infrastructure is rusted, corrupted, schizophrenic, double-minded, homosexual, lesbian, confused, riddled with abortion, riddled with environmental fanaticism, riddled with wokeism, All of these cancers cause a synaptic inability to make decisions.
It corrodes the martial character that is required for war and military aggression.
You know this, Jim, better than anyone, because you came from a time where military aggression in the 1960s, compared to what it is now, was like comparing Godzilla to Bambi, and we're Bambi now, and that's an insult to deer.
But what we had in the 1980s, as Scott Ritter has said, we had the capability of fighting the Soviet Union because we trained, because we had integrity, Because we had a esprit de corps, because we had masculinity in the military.
Now we do not.
We have a military that is constantly being assaulted, psychically, emotionally, by predators and Conformists and these fools like Mark Milley.
I want to know what white rage is because I'm white.
That is such a disgusting corruption and stab in the throat of every military person who's worth anything, who's a killer, who's a hunter, who's a predator.
We don't have hunters and predators and killers.
We have a bunch of effeminate social workers who wear camouflage.
With a rainbow flag on their patch on their shoulder sometimes.
So I'm not being insulting.
I am being critical and psychologically and emotionally and analytical about the physical, emotional, mental structure of the American soldier, airman, marine, and sailor.
And they are weak and deformed and rusted.
Not all of them, of course.
Some of them are in a great quandary.
And we haven't even introduced the vaccine, the COVID-19 vaccine, that's going to be causing blood clots and brain fog and all sorts of other things.
It's going to make them unable to fly planes or do submarines or do any of the high precision aggressive maneuvers that military conduct and missions and tactics require.
We do not have it.
Our entire military infrastructure is rusted and rotting.
Now, when you look at a brand new airplane that's clean and streamlined and able to fly, yes, Then it can perform a mission.
But our planes, symbolic for our character in the military, is not clean and streamlined and rust-free.
It is crumbling and warped and withered because of the psychological, cultural infections that America has developed like the plague, like leprosy, over 40 years.
And Russia doesn't have that.
Britain has it.
Britain's all screwed up too.
So is Germany.
Yes, you may have pockets and small groups of very well-ordered militia and military and very capable.
However, that's a drop in the bucket and that's all that matters.
What is our combat effectiveness?
We probably have a 20% combat effective military, where Russia has a 98% combat effective.
Why?
Because they have families, they have tradition, they have their motherland, they love their country, they love their language, they love their god, they love everything that strengthens the core marrow in their identity.
Russia has that, and it's been even more solidified because of the past 10-15 years of aggression, hatred, and sanctions that George Bush and Obama and Donald Trump were all compounding on Russia.
So we've hammered them from iron into samurai steel.
So Russia is much sharper, much stronger, much more integrity, and they are realizing in these battle plans exactly what they may be forced to do.
Not because they want to, but because of the insanity of the West Is causing our delusional political figures and our delusional military to lose all sense of reality and thinking that they can just argue or we're woke and Russia's just not nice, but we'll bully them.
We have no idea what we're coming up against.
And Russia is probably going to give the West the biggest ass-kicking since the fall of the Roman Empire.
So I'll end it on a note that Russia would win any combat situation that it engages with the West because we don't have the physical integrity as a military force to fight back.
Jim?
Hawley, your thoughts?
Well, I've been thinking about the military lately and what has been going on.
I had seen a couple of journalists report that Fort Bragg had quit announcing soldier deaths.
And it's been like that for a while.
They were talking about soldiers dying at a rate of one every three days, starting in the summer of last year.
And it has gone up and it Should be in the mainstream news.
There should be investigated.
I haven't seen any information about this.
A lot of people have come out and said that they've been maimed with, you know, the mandates and whatnot.
I just think it's it's a really horrible what's going on with our military.
There's there's complete silence on this entire issue and as You're I just wanted to connect that to what Scott was saying with like the weakness and the poor leadership that seems to be part of certain aspects of the military right now.
And obviously, you know, if Biden is as president having any sort of leadership over the military is a complete joke at this point, as we can all agree.
Yes, yes.
Yes.
You got that exactly right.
Meanwhile, Well, America, Putin announces a new BRICS global reserve currency to replace the petrodollar, just as Scott was observing.
Russia is doing so much behind the scene.
There's a major realignment taking place, and it's not going to be beneficial to the West, and especially not to the United States.
Vladimir Putin announced that BRICS are going to roll out a new alternative to the dollar's global reserve currency.
According to the Russian president, member states are developing reliable alternative mechanisms for international payment.
This is only the beginning.
We know from industry sources that Project Sandman refers to a group of over 100 countries that plan to simultaneously denounce the dollar as a global reserve currency.
This may take place on a Sunday, said Andy Schekman, the CEO of Miles Frank, a gold and silver dealer.
The new replacement currency will be powered by blockchain backed by gold, which is why member nations have been stockpiling gold supplies in anticipation of the announcement.
Nations that represent nearly 75% of the world's population will simultaneously denounce the dollar and roll out the gold-backed blockchain audited international currency system That will instantly become the currency choice for free trade in a store of value.
The dollar Backed by nothing more than a printing press, an incompetent political leadership will collapse towards zebro virtually overnight.
Goods and services sold in America will increase by 1,000% in price, and that's only the beginning.
The dollar will continue to lose value by the hour as the world's holders of treasury debt and dollars dump it at any price.
Those holding dollars will lose everything.
The U.S.
government will quickly collapse.
With a dollar, there'll be no money to pay troops or corrupt government officials.
Salaries and pensions will be effectively halted.
The great neocon empire of debt lies in debt with a boat so rampantly people will be psychically shocked and physically unprepared.
Russia, China, and India will emerge as economic leaders of the world.
The U.S.
empire will cease.
The former USA will be broken into regional nation-states divided largely along political lines with a satanic, anti-American left-seizing control of the coast.
Conservative, pro-America, pro-liberal, pro-Constitution groups dominating the rest of the country expect a very real civil war to ensue with massive casualties.
Russia knows it can defeat America simply by joining the world's effort to declare the dollar currency to be null and void.
A nuclear war is not necessary.
America is already highly vulnerable.
Russia and China are merely sucking the air out of America's collapsing currency.
Examine the following map depicting China's Belt and Road Initiative consisting of protected, high-efficiently-tried routes.
Countries represent about 75% of the world's population.
This Belt and Road will speed trade among members, use China's new digital yuan, currency backed by gold, audited by blockchain.
Notice what's missing?
America and the West.
And that's because America, the military and economic bully of the world, isn't welcomed by other nations.
America doesn't play nice.
The U.S.
bombs anyone it wants while weaponizing the SWIFT system to punish its political enemies.
The world has come to recognize the dollar as a weapon, not a free trade currency, and no one wants anything to do with America from here on.
The economic sanctions against Russia were the last straw for the dollar, it turns out.
The U.S.
has nothing left to back up its currency.
Not manufacturing, not labor, not agriculture, not even gold.
The U.S.
no longer has free and fair elections, no longer has freedom of speech.
U.S.
has political prisoners rotting in jail in D.C.
while the F.D.I.
harvests organs from aborted babies used for medical experiments.
In other words, The USA occupying illegitimate government under domestic influence has become a great evil in the world.
The agenda is failing at many levels.
Roe is struck down by the Supreme Court, for example, and there are elements that weren't looking likely to achieve key indictments against Deep State players.
However, Any state that wants to exist after the dollar collapse must be ready to roll out its own gold-backed currency on an emergency basis.
Texas is America's number one exporter of goods, by the way, and the Texas economy is larger than that of most nations on the planet.
So is that of California.
California is run by child-murdering, demonic fascists while Texas has a world-class Attorney General and a strong contingent of pro-human, pro-liberty, pro-constitutional Americans ready, willing to launch the spirit of America in the new Republic of Texas.
But no matter what happens domestically, America's days of being able to run the world, threatening everyone to strikes, and dollar weaponization will be gone.
And without the ability to print money and defraud the world into buying soon-to-be worthless U.S.
debt instruments, the U.S.
military will have no funding to continue to operate, build new weapons, and have to be disbanded.
Western Europe is run by lunatics and woke propagandists committed economic suicide by outlawing every form of energy that matters.
The EU is disintegrating.
The euro currency likely will collapse within the next year.
Western Europe is on a suicide mission, both economically and culturally.
The nations of Europe can't even protect their own borders from mass migration, nor can the US for that matter.
The era of Western civilization is coming to an end.
It will be characterized by the collapse of the dollar, the global repudiation of the petrodollar status, the collapse of the rule of law in the United States, class stock market, pension bond market, crypto markets, food supply chain, fuel and transportation infrastructures.
This will take down the power grid in many areas, leading to a Mad Max style scenario.
From which a few capable survivors will attempt to flee.
Before the end of 2025, America as we know it will cease to exist.
This has been a plan all along from Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and plenty of Ryan O'Neill cons, including the Cheney's and Bush's.
They need to take down America to achieve one world government under the fascist United Nations with universal gun control, universal vaccine mandates, abortion rights, engineered global starvation, and total control over speech and elections.
What happened to the former Soviet Union in 1991 to wit its dissolution is about to happen to the United States of America.
A collapse of the ability to continue to fund the bureaucracy and military that propped up the country the entire time.
The U.S.
has devolved into an empire of debt, lies, and death.
The country is actually ruled currently by an actual death cult.
But their days are coming to an end with the imminent collapse of the demonic dollar and all the money printing evil that's enabled it since 1971.
When this is finally brought to an end, all those who value life, liberty, and happiness will rejoice and rebuild.
Be prepared.
That day is coming soon.
The only way to avoid a financial collapse, hold your assets and physical goods such as gold and silver, agriculture equipment, industrial buildings, other real things that don't disappear in a currency collapse.
That's fairly stunning, Scott, but I think he's got it maybe exactly right.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, I think it is exactly right.
These are patterns and domino effects that we've predicted and analyzed and, you know, have calculated again and again and again, and it's going this way.
The difference between Russia and the Soviet Union collapses in 1991 and the United States is this.
The Russian people had mental clarity and integrity and the ability to understand and process and begin to adapt.
The American people do not have mental clarity.
They do not have the ability to adapt.
They are emotional children, retards, and so sickly with pharmaceutical or pop culture.
I mean, the infections and the toxicity in the American culture and environment is so severe that when this sort of an event happens, I predict, sadly, I wish it wasn't the case, but I predict you will have a massive political, massive but I predict you will have a massive political, massive suicide wave across this country.
People are incapable of making adaptations, aside from some, but for the most part, you will just have an American society that just melts.
And I also wonder if you're going to have a declaration of war or a Lusitania or a Gulf of Tonkin or some sort of major provocation, some sort of trigger that...
Because that could be the only thing that these elites think is going to keep America out from completely falling apart, is actually going to war.
So I'm wondering, as the collapse of the dollar and these machinations and movements behind BRICS and all these, as they move, as they maneuver, is the West going to countermaneuver with war and violence and things of that nature?
I don't know, but the other thing is, too, EMP attacks.
Russia has very capable EMP weapons, and all it would need to do is block, you know, knock out the internet and technology, and guess what?
When you wipe out TikTok and Facebook and YouTube and Twitter and all this social media garbage, you have, again, a crippled schizophrenic culture and society that has never had hardship I disagree with him when he says the coasts are going to go the way of the, you know, left and demonic and stuff.
The coast in California, let me tell you something, this is not a liberal leftist state.
This is a conservative libertarian state.
You have pockets of left But the only left areas are the the shitholes of Los Angeles and San Francisco.
For the most part of California, it's a conservative, libertarian, farmer, agrarian, rancher type of society.
So I don't anticipate California going left.
I see civil war And I could see a conservative takeover, because again, the majority of the country is fully much more conservative than they are left.
The small percentage of purple-haired Starbucks workers, full of multiple piercings and tattoos, that don't know if they're a boy or a girl, that's a tiny minority in American society.
Albeit they like to throw bricks and cause problems, But in the event of something like this, all those people are dead men.
The moment they step out and try and protest on the street is the moment they're exterminated, Jim.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yeah, I think it's kind of sad.
I think the part of the big part of the protest that we're seeing with the Roe versus Wade overturning, however you want to look at that, I think I was like the same day that that news came out.
I got like three emails from like different different Democratic Party fundraising organizations.
And, you know, they claim they're nonpartisan, like progressive groups, but they just fundraise for Democrats.
So and Democrat candidates.
And so they've been waiting for this.
They've been getting ready for this.
They don't have the economy.
They don't have their own base.
Uh, they've admitted that basically all they have is the ability to just scare people into giving them money and to try to fundraise.
So they really don't have anything to stand on.
They don't have any accomplishments and they're utilizing what little, like Scott said, what little base that they have, like people.
are completely just self-hating at this point.
And obviously, I mean, I'm concerned.
I mean, I'm not concerned, but I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of these people who are protesting, we find out a lot of these people have heart attacks or die while they're out there trying to fight because unfortunately, a lot of these people have received medical experiments, I'll just say recently as well.
So I think that there's, you know, some serious health problems, serious mental health problems, serious financial problems.
Now, if you look at the economy, so basically just dealing with desperate people and trying to utilize them, trying to get them to grandstand for something that they, you know, that they think ultimately they're just fundraising for Democrats that don't give a crap about them.
Just my thoughts.
I think those are pretty penetrating, Holly.
Meanwhile, breaking.
The Roe v. Wade SCOTUS decision has finally dropped.
Abortion is not a constitutional right.
So says the law of the land.
The worst-kept secret in judicial history is now legal precedent.
Roe has been struck down.
In one of the most anticipated rulings in decades, the court overturned Roe, which first declared a constitutional right to abortion in 1973, and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which reaffirmed the right in 1992.
By overturning Roe and Casey, the decision opened the door for states to enact more dramatic abortion restrictions, including outright bans.
Mississippi has indicated it will enforce a different state law that prohibits virtually all abortions except to save the life of the mother or in cases pregnancies resulting from rape.
A dozen other states have had similar legislation, known as trigger laws, drafted to go into effect were Roe and Casey to be overturned.
The vote was 5-4, with Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Wendt Kavanaugh, and Amy Comey Barrett joining Alito's opinion.
Chief Justice Roberts filed a separate, agreeing-with-the-court decision to uphold the Mississippi law, but arguing the court should not have decided the broader question.
The Court's three liberals, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan, filed a joint dissent.
This does not mean abortion is outlawed or illegal.
Each state will have the right to say what its own laws will look like.
New York, California, Vermont, for example, will still have abortion policies that echo North Korea's and China's right to the moment of birth policy, red states.
Like Missouri or Texas, can ban abortion at all but the most specific incent?
Benny Johnson tweets, Missouri becomes the first state to ban abortion after SCOTUS ruling.
Here's Attorney General Ken Paxton.
SCOTUS just overruled Roe v. Casey, ending one of the most morally and legally corrupt eras in U.S.
history.
Praise the Lord!
Abortion is now illegal in Texas.
And today I'm closing my office and making it an annual holiday as a memorial to the 70 million lives lost because of abortion.
In the end, most states will probably fall somewhere in between with some kind of upper limit when they think a reasonable cutoff point should be reached.
Thomas's concurring decision has made the libs even angrier because he wrote it's a duty of the court to reconsider other demonstrably erroneous decisions to correct the error citing birth control, Griswold, sodomy, Lawrence, and same-sex marriage, Oberfeld.
Get ready for the Dems to try to back the court after this.
Meanwhile, chaos in L.A.
as virtual violent leftist riot over Roe v. Wade is happening.
The Biden-Democrat incited insurrection happening in downtown L.A.
looks really bad.
Left-wing domestic terrorists are attacking the police.
Terrible.
Hollywood liberals lose their minds over SCOTUS decision on Roe.
After the court overturned, liberals in Hollywood went positively bonkers.
You know what's happened, right?
They aren't the most able people in the world, after all.
Hollywood celebrities meltdown over SCOTUS Roe decision.
How can we overturn the Supreme Court?
Hollywood celebrities were inconsolable Friday following the announcement of the highly anticipated ruling on abortion.
The left-wing stars expressed their expletive-filled outrage and fury, directing their anger at the High Court's decision.
Stars included Seth MacFarlane, Bette Midler, Michael Moore, Alyssa Milano, CBS 2 1⁄2 Men star John Croyer, publicizing their emotional meltdowns.
Meanwhile, here's a realistic look at how it's going to fall out.
Abortion will soon be banned in 13 states.
Those are the dark red ones.
Here's those that could be next.
Those are slightly lighter red.
The pink states are less likely.
They're likely to be protected.
All the pink states are going to protect abortion.
The ones that are in gray are uncertain.
That includes my home state of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Kansas, Montana, and Arizona.
But there's a core of states that are already on the way.
Utah, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Kentucky.
Well, Texas, North Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, Tennessee, and Mississippi likely to impose bans in short order.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, in one sense, a husband and wife married don't contemplate or do abortions.
They see children and the unification of their bodies as the glory of God creating men and women to be in lifelong marriage and the fruit of the womb and the production of The whole sentiment is different from people of faith and character and unity.
They don't see abortion like you're flushing the toilet.
These radical blue-haired fools and all the rest of them were screaming and jumping up and down.
These hippos are as ugly as sin.
These are scum.
They're the scum of humanity.
They're people I wouldn't have anything to do with.
And I, for one, am glad this has happened.
I'm just tired from a spiritual sense.
I don't like to, you know, have a culture in a society where children are chopped up in the wombs, dismembered by scissors, sucked out with a vacuum tube, And calling it convenient.
The screams of children in these invisible dimensions, I think is horrific.
I think it adds to a degradation of culture and humanity.
So, you know, the states that don't want it, they have a right not to have it.
If states want to have it, well, that's another court battle down the line to determine, does life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness apply to a heartbeat child in the mother's womb?
Do they have constitutional rights to life?
That's another conversation.
But for the states that don't want it, don't have it.
You don't have a federal right to murder a child in the womb, period.
And so I think this is great.
The left is going to protest because they're the left.
But you know what?
Again, The left protesting and burning and destroying shops.
They deserve to be exterminated for their civic unrest and violence.
And that's what the Democrats want.
Democrats want violence.
Nancy Pelosi has always said that.
I'm surprised there's not more protests.
Which she's saying, I'm surprised there's not more burning and looting and destroying.
The people that do that, I think the American society is done tolerating this, and they may throw firecrackers in the streets, but if the left thinks that they're going to unleash hell upon the American people, I think hell is going to be unleashed on them, and they're going to be dead before the next day, Jim.
Well, as I understand, Roe and Casey, they in essence attach those constitutional rights to the stage of viability at the end of the second trimester, Which I believe was the appropriate decision, but obviously the court felt differently.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I don't really know if this is the case or not, but I have heard this rumor for a little while that The repeal of Roe as far as going back to the states could also impact other Supreme Court cases that we're trying to go forward about mandates for other medical procedures, I'll just say, or medical mandates and whatnot.
So it could go back to the states as far as individuals' rights to try to pursue and go through the Supreme Court as far as, you know, if you didn't want to have to get a jab or something for work like that.
So if there's some sort of precedent between a state or between a mandate, which we know weren't were not legal.
So I'm just kind of trying to think 10 steps ahead as far as what we call medical freedom and whatnot and how the Supreme Court will be ruling on some of that going forward.
As far as Roe v. Wade.
So is this giving the states more rights to mandate different medical or not mandate different medical procedures in the future?
I don't know.
There certainly isn't specifically a list of or a specification for abortion in the Constitution as there is with something like the Second Amendment or something like that.
So your rights, I guess, as listed But I really don't think this is really going to make too much difference as far as like the number of abortions that happen in the United States because Primarily, they happen in more liberal areas anyway, so like California, New York, and stuff where these states have the majority of them.
I don't know.
We'll see.
I think also there will be more money put into areas to make sure that abortion has access in some of these more conservative states.
However, as far as this goes, I think that Really, if the Republicans wanted to crack down on an abortion, they would crack down and put in federal laws banning organ harvesting and making money from organ harvesting, which they have not done.
They've skirted around.
They went after Planned Parenthood a few years ago talking about this issue, how they were making Uh, they were taking fees for our organ harvesting and it was a donation fee or a processing fee.
Like they were using legalese to basically take in money and they said, well, we're not making that much money doing that.
And they claim they stopped doing it in some instances, but we know the organ harvesting and the fetal tissue thing is massive.
So, um, if they really wanted to crack down on.
What they think is organ harvesting or something.
They could do that.
They just haven't.
Which is obviously a big can of worms.
No one wants to touch that.
Well, that's a very interesting observation.
I do not think there's any threat to contraception or sodomy or gay marriage.
I think that's just a left-wing hysteria trying to stir up the pot so they get more votes in November, which aren't likely to happen anyway.
The day before, we had the Supreme Court striking down a New York gun control law and a major gun rights victory, which I applaud.
The Supreme Court struck down a state gun control law requiring those seeking to seek a license to carry a concealed handgun, requiring them to demonstrate a proper cause.
The 63 ruling upheld that that was not necessary, that the Second Amendment gives you that right without having to show a proper cause.
State courts have ruled gun owners needed to show more than a desire for protection.
They could not Just claim they wanted it for self-defense.
Brandon Koch and Robert Nash applied for unrestricted licenses claiming they wanted to carry for self-defense.
New York rejected, claiming they failed to meet the state's Copper Clause requirement.
They sued all the way to the Supreme Court, which declared the New York law unconstitutional.
In this case, petitioners and respondents agree ordinary law-abiding citizens have a similar right to carry handguns publicly for their self-defense.
We, too, agree.
And now hold.
Consistent with Hillary McDonnell, the Second and Fourteenth Amendments protect an individual's right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home.
I welcome this.
Clarence Thomas delivered the majority opinion about the constitutional right that Keebler bear arms for self-defense, not a second-class right.
Subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees, but one everyone enjoys under the Constitution without the state having to certify that right.
The liberals in the Senate would have upheld the law The governor of New York had a hissy fit reacting, saying we can have restrictions on speech.
You can't fire in a crowded theater as though that were in any way, shape, or form analogous.
That line came from another SCOTUS case, put in anti-war activists in prison, the president for which was overturned 50 years ago.
Keith Olbermann lost it.
He absolutely had a meltdown.
Liberal commentator demanded the Supreme Court be dissolved after the court once again reaffirmed the Second Amendment.
And I used to think this guy was brilliant.
Under the law, wanting a concealed carry permit for personal protection is not a sufficient reason to be granted unless you were someone famous, for example.
But that line of reasoning was rejected.
How did Olbermann react?
He demanded the ruling be ignored and the Supreme Court be dissolved.
It has become necessary to dissolve the Supreme Court of the United States.
The first step is for a state the court has now forced guns upon to ignore this ruling.
Olbermann said, great, you're a court?
Why and how do you think you can enforce your rulings?
This is just bizarre beyond belief.
The man has gone completely off the rails.
In a follow-up, we singled out Amy Coney Barrett.
Also, F Alito, Thomas, Robert, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and the paralegal Coney Barrett.
Democrats are increasingly voicing a desire to change the court to force the outcomes they want.
When they suggest packing the court, what they really mean is adding more liberal-leaning justices to ensure they rule their way.
One wonders, however, if the reverse of old Berman's logic works.
If Thursday's pro-Second Amendment ruling should not be legally binding, does that mean the pro-abortion ruling is also not legally binding?
We probably already know how Olbermann and other Democrats would answer that question.
And I think it means the anti-abortion ruling.
Meanwhile, Cernovich, the Department of Justice does not issue statements like these disagreeing with Supreme Court rulings.
It doesn't happen.
It has no lawful basis.
This can only be seen as a direct threat against a judiciary by Stasi agents.
A formal statement from the Department of Justice.
The Department of Justice today released the following statement.
We respectfully disagree with the Court's conclusion that the Second Amendment forbids New York's reasonable requirement that individuals seeking to carry a concealed handgun must show they need to do so for self-defense.
The DOJ remains committed to saving innocent lives by enforcing and defending federal firearms laws, partnering with local, state, and tribal authorities, And using all legal available tools to tackle the epidemic of gun violence plaguing our communities.
That's just wacko.
That means the DOJ doesn't even know the facts.
Americans use guns for defensing purposes millions of times every year.
They're saving an estimated 200,000 lives per annum every single year.
The DOJ has no standing to disagree.
Their job is to enforce the law.
The law is settled when the Supreme Court rules, so shut up and do your job.
Scott, your thoughts.
Well, you froze, my friend.
Holly, go ahead.
We'll bring in Scott when he gets on front.
The job is to enforce the law of the land.
No law, no regulation, no ordinance, no executive order can be contrary or undermine the Constitution of the United States.
That is the purpose of the Supreme Court to determine, and Don knows this well in his legal background, but the Supreme Court is to determine the functionality and the integrity of the The laws and the actions and all of the traditions and the activities by government to make sure that they are not in violation of the Constitution.
The Justice Department does not exist to do anything outside enforcing the Constitution of the United States, which is defined and determined by the Supreme Court After, you know, well, I mean, unless the Constitution is amended, the legislature, all laws created by the legislature and any law that's created that is in violation of the Constitution is not law.
So the Supreme, you know, the Justice Department is completely out of its league.
It's doing things it has no authority to do.
And if there's an agency in the United States that should be disbanded, it is the Department of Justice, it is the FBI, it is the ATF, it is the Bureau of Land Management, it is the IRS, it is the U.S.
Postal Service, all of these security agencies that carry guns and shoot people and kill people, kill U.S.
citizens, Americans, These are the agencies that should be disbanded, not the Supreme Court.
And violence does not plague communities when the communities are armed, when individual Americans are armed.
When they are armed, their sons and daughters and wives and mothers are protected from thugs and criminals and parasites and violent lunatics.
That's the purpose of arming your society, is to protect against these anti-social criminal hoodlums.
Period.
And this is the only way to maintain order.
So I think this is going to have a very strong reverberation.
And notice the court did not say, you know, people still have to apply for a permit and they have a right.
No, it said law-abiding American citizens have a right to carry guns to protect themselves.
So you don't need a concealed carry permit.
The Second Amendment is your concealed carry permit.
Period.
And that's what every American needs to begin doing.
Carrying a firearm under your shirt, in your waistband, carrying a knife to defend yourself.
God forbid the situation ever develops where you or your loved one is put in jeopardy and life-threatening situations or being carjacked or something like that.
That is the purpose of having Unfortunately, American society and American culture has allowed this criminal wave, and we've done it to ourselves since the 1940s and 50s and 60s.
We've decimated the family.
We've destroyed the black culture, taking fathers entirely out of the family.
So we've grown this plague of violence, and these idiots like Olbermann and the rest of these lunatic left-wingers Uh, you know, they're meaningless.
I think you will see a surge in people carrying guns, and as a result, and as you said before, Jim, crime will drop because of this.
Jim?
Oh, I think that's exactly right, Scott.
We've come to our break point, Don.
You want to take us out?
Can't hear you, Don.
You're muted.
There we go.
Sorry.
Okay, so, this has been Truth vs. News here for the first hour on June 26th.
A happy year has gone by, and we're just trying to figure out what's going on here.
So, let's go to the second hour.
Okay, I'm not with it today, am I?
