We begin with the Freedom Trucker protests.
Up to 50,000 trucks so far.
Here's a bit about it.

Turns out the protest is protected by the Charter, a legal group supporting the truckers, tells the police.
The police are still being bastards here, taking their fuel, taking the wood they're using to burn to keep themselves warm in winter.
Protesting publicly in freezing temperature requires that truckers who have fuel to stay warm.
Confiscation of fuel jeopardizes the personal safety of the peaceful protesters, said lawyer Jay Cameron, litigation director at the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedom.
In an effort to end the ongoing demonstration, the Ottawa Police Service, OPS, had initially targeted the truckers' funds by lobbying crowdsourcing platform GoFundMe to cancel their fundraise.
Now they've sought to disrupt their fuel supply.
OPS said anyone attempting to bring materials, support gas, etc.
to the demonstrators could be subject to arrest.
Enforcement is underway.
On Feb.
8, they had arrested 23 individuals on various criminal charges, some in relation to the transportation of gas who were charged under mischief.
Section 430 of the Criminal Code defines mischief as willfully destroying or damaging property, rendering property dangerous, useless, inoperative, or ineffective, and interfering with the lawful use and enjoyment or operation of property.
Taking fuel from Canadian citizens in downtown Ottawa is an illegal seizure in a context where no crimes are being committed, said Nicholas Wandsbutter, another council.
In my view, the truckers are not doing anything illegal by protesting peacefully against the 23 months of politicians restricting our charter freedoms.
Citizens have every right to bring food, water, fuel, and other necessities of life in the winter to other Canadians, including truckers.
Authorities have not suggested the possibility of a negotiated solution.
The trucker's saying they're determined to stay until the mandates are lifted.
Dozens of heavily armed police have raided their supply base, confiscated at least one tanker of fuel.
Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson, a real bastard if there ever were one, declared a state of emergency, citing the serious danger and threat to the safety and security of residents posed by the ongoing demonstration.
Outrageous!
He told the CBC, the Canadian broadcasting company, the state of emergency, gives our staff and city a few extra tools to speed up things like procurement.
The constitutional group said the protest does not meet the definition of a state of emergency as stated under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.
It's a serious stretch to say peaceful protests in downtown Ottawa are a danger of major proportions or that there is a real risk of serious harm.
Emergency powers were never intended to prevent the citizens of a democratic country from expressing their displeasure with government overreach and mandates they believe to be unconstitutional.

None of them organized this thing.
All of a sudden they show up and they say, well, we'll take care of all the money and we'll, you know, we'll be the only people you're allowed to talk to going forward.
We're the official press conference and nobody voted to make these people dictators either.

It's worth watching because this is how they subvert every legitimate movement that ever happens in the history of the planet.

And so when I saw, and in the past, anyone that does business with GoFundMe, I'm quite leery of what's going to happen.
So I have personally a campaign with Gives & Go, and because of the onslaught of traffic, my site has gone down twice when I'm Literally done asks because I've been actively trying to raise funds.
So now on top of the fact that who are these four people who are behind this movement and why do they get to collect the money?
And from the get-go, I've said, where is this money going?
What exactly is this money?
How is it being spent?

Meanwhile, I called my mom yesterday.

My mom is vaccine injured and has Stockholm Syndrome.
And I'm bringing her up because a lot of people, I would assume, are in this position of confusion.
She's literally been damaged by her overlords, doesn't want the third jab.
But when I said, well, what do you think, mommy of the Of the truckers, she told me they're crapping in the street and that they're preventing people.
Who have COVID, or who need to go to the ambulance, preventing them from going to the hospital.
And that it's causing a lot of... She's like, they have to calm down.
And I said, so you're standing against the truckers.

This has been two years!

Thank God for these truckers.
I hope that they go and they intercept American truckers.
This demonic Super Bowl that happens that supposedly, I haven't looked into it, but is used As an event to funnel money because let's face it, it's all one big Ponzi scheme, money laundering operation.
This entire country and that they use the Super Bowl supposedly to traffic children.
So I have a lot more to say about Canada, but I'll leave it at that.
I'm debating because I get very upset in the call with my mom and I yell at her.
Because I'm so hurt that I'm witnessing someone I love that I might not see again, literally, unless they lift this crap, who's defending and confused.

I, too, am rather an outcast in my own family who took the vaccine without telling me because they knew I would be opposed to it and where I sit in anxiety over the consequences yet to come.
Meanwhile, We have a council called Canadian Truckers Terrorists doubling down.
The Ottawa council called the Freedom Convoy Terrorists this week has doubled down, calling them insurrectionists, accusing them of trying to overthrow the government.
Diane Deans claimed in comments to CBC truckers occupying downtown Ottawa are well-polished professional people using the Trump playbook to foment an insurrection in the vein of January 6th at the U.S.
Capitol building.
Now there's a disgusting cretin for you.
Deans further claimed the truckers are guilty of treason.
This is not something the country has ever seen before.
Former Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney referred to it as sedition.
Before, I think that's exactly what it is.
This treason is a group of well-polished professional people trying to overthrow a democratically elected government.
She added, it's not targeted at the city of Ottawa.
It's much bigger than that.
It's really an insurrection.
It's an attack on our democracy, an attack on our federal government.
It has a lot of international elements.
Money is flowing from the U.S.
It's right out of the Trump playbook.
Rather than being some shady conspiracy, the money flowing from the U.S.
she refers to relates to the funding campaign set up for the convoy.
The funding campaign she and others want to shut down by threatening legal action against GoFundMe led to a freezing over $10 million having been raised following the demands of deans and others on the Ottawa Council.
Since a GoFundMe debacle, over $7 million has been raised on GiveSendGo.
The founder of the platform, Jacob Wells, slammed GoFundMe and Big Tech in general, fracking an authoritarian style by seizing the funds meant for the protesters, which was an act of over-theft.
Big Tech really has taken it upon themselves to be the arbiters of truth, and it's a place they were never intended to be, and it's caused more damage than good.
We're now stepping into that place because there's a natural pushback from many because people—America was founded on these ideas of freedom.
He continued, This is the tip of the spear, and what's coming is a tsunami of technology pushing back against this authoritarian style of social platforms.
It's like these people just think that they get to control the narrative.
It's mind-blowing to me they actually think this is the way it ought to be, because in my perspective, it only breeds more distrust and more vitriol, more division.
The Freedom Convoy Roseanne is starting to see results as both Alberta and Saskatchewan have announced their ending vaccine passports and other COVID constraints.
Meanwhile, a brutal video shows cops accosting an elderly man.
He's very short.
He might be five feet tall.
During a Freedom Convoy protest, his crime?
I just gave the trucker a thumbs up and a honk.
That was his crime.
Video capture the moment Canadian police handgun, 4 foot 10, 78 years old, great-grandfather, for honking his horn.
An unnamed officer approached a man sitting inside his vehicle, according to a report from the Toronto Sun.
78-year-old Jerry Charbelais was driving near the Maine Freedom Convoy in Ottawa when he saw a trucker.
He honked his horn, gave him a thumbs up out of respect.
I meant no harm.
I just gave the trucker a thumbs up and a honk.
Honking, however, as the officer in the video made painfully clear, is not permitted and resulted in a $118 bylaw ticket for unnecessary noise.
I was in shock.
Charbolay recalled the moment he realized he was being pulled over.
When the police pulled me over, he told me I was in trouble for honking the horn.
He just pissed me off when he said that about honking.
It upset me.
In the video, widely viewed across many social media, the officer demanding for identification.
He then exits his vehicle to retrieve his wallet to comply.
Then things deteriorate.
Bystanders heard off-camera demanding the officer stop badgering the elderly man, advising him to refuse compliance.
Charbelay, who appears confused or conflicted, then appears to walk away from the officer, prompting him to grab the elderly man by the arm, twisting it behind his back in a hold.
He then falls hard onto one knee as the officer, along with a second, handcuffs him.
Charbolay's family said their loved one didn't deserve this rough treatment.
He's just 4'10", his son said.
He wouldn't hurt anyone.
His other son, Gerald, added, I find it disgusting.
There's no need to be so rough with him.
Charbolay suffered several abrasions and contusions.
I'm so sore, showing off cuts and bruises on his hands, arms, shoulder, knee.
It hurts so much.
Canadian journalist Warmington shared footage of the exchange and tweeted, I spoke with him.
He's in pain.
He's 4'10", a retired janitor with 11 grandkids, four great-grandkids.
If this disgraceful treatment of a 70-year-old for an 8-year-old for honking his horn that sums up to trucker is acceptable to Justin Trudeau, Ford Nation, Jim Watson, Ottawa, no one is safe.
This is pretty much as disgusting as it gets.

So anyhow, she was badgering them because they absolutely destroyed her life, and rightfully so that she was talking to them about that.

Jim Clyburn tells Biden he needs Republican help to get his Supreme Court nominee confirmed.
Surprise, surprise.
Clyburn, who was instrumental in Biden's win in the South Carolina primary, leading to his nomination as the party's candidate for 2020, is giving him some tough love on his upcoming nominee to the court that he's got a plan on help for Republicans.
Under the best circumstances, Senate is already cut to the middle 50-50.
Democrats rely on the tie-breaking vote of Vice President Harris to achieve a judicial confirmation solely along party lines.
They have a number of handicaps now, with the disability of Senator Ben Ray Lujan from New Mexico as a result of a recent stroke.
Without Lujan, there'd need at least one Republican to vote to confirm the appointment to a high court.
Lujan went under surgery to relieve swelling in his skull, not known if he'll be able to resume his Senate duties soon.
Probably not.
His office says not for four to six weeks.
If he cannot, his replacement would be named by Democrat New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham.
She could call a replacement if necessary in time to vote on the Supreme Court nominee.
Clyburn, second in power to Speaker Pelosi, said Biden is likely to have to make a bipartisan pick under these circumstances.
Breyer's replacement, Clyburn, has openly supported Judge Michelle Childs from South Carolina.
He's not directly lobbying Biden or Harris yet about Childs, but he's talked about her with Senator Lindsey Graham and Senator Tim Scott, both from his state.
He's actively reaching out to other Republican senators.
It appears possibly either both Graham or Scott might vote for them.
Charles is a candidate who is likely to receive support from several Republicans, whether or not Biden is willing to make a quality pick.
In addition to an affirmative action pick, however, remains to be seen.
Meanwhile, inflation soars to 7.5% over the past month, the greatest spike since 1982, hammering America's consumers, wiping out pay raises, reinforcing the Fed's decision to begin raising borrowing rates, Labor said consumer prices jumped 7.5 compared with 12 months earlier.
And remember, when they do that, they leave out the gasoline and food, so they're jumping much higher.
So this is a deflated number to begin with.
Shortages of supplies and workers, heavy doses of federal aid, ultra-low interest rates, and robust consumer spending combined to send inflation accelerating.
When measured from December to January, it was 0.6%.
But prices had risen 0.7% and 0.9% in the same interval.
Few signs inflation will slow significantly.
The steady surge in prices has left many less able to afford food, gas, rent, child care, and other necessities.
This is a great risk factor for the economy and a serious threat to Joe Biden and congressional Dems in the midterm elections.

With American consumers spending freely, but many supply chains still snarled, inflation has notched another four-decade high.
The factors still remain in place.
Wages rising at the fastest pace in 20 years.
Ports and warehouses overflowed.
Hundreds of workers at the ports out sick last month.
Products parts in short supply.
Stimulus checks have expired.
Other government aid Economists have forecast when they report January's inflation figure, it'll show a jump of 7.3% compared with 12 years ago.
The situation is devastating for the Democrats, and I'm going to tell you, they're in serious, serious shape coming up to the midterm.
Nothing hurts an incumbent administration more than inflation.

Number two, he keeps saying that the only reason there's any inflation is because we have a chip shortage, and that means that cars can't be manufactured, and that means that used car prices go up because they're in more demand, and there's no new cars, and so the new cars that are out there Are being overpriced.
And so that's the only reason why there's any inflation.
It has nothing to do with food.
It has nothing to do with the 50% increase in gasoline charges, 25% in electrical charges.

because the Ambassador Bridge between Detroit and Canada is blocked and that's having devastating economic effects.
So it's already affecting the United States.

Every decision Biden has made has weakened America.
This is very, very important.
On Wednesday, Ron ripped into Biden saying that weakening America with every move he makes.
Johnson, who recently announced he's running for reelection, tore the Biden record to shreds during an interview with Maria Bartiroma.
Johnson went through a laundry list of problems that have cropped up in just one year of the Biden presidency.
The first day or two of office, what did he do?
He canceled the Keystone XL pipeline, which was making us energy independent.
He relaxed sanctions on the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, a clear signal to Putin that we're going to be weak and let you walk all over us.
He also flipped the script, using a common left-wing talking point against President Trump, but turning it on Biden.
I continue to wonder what extent Biden is compromised.
Just about every action he's taken as president has weakened America.
He opens a border.
We have an unbelievable out-of-control flow of illegal immigrants, out-of-control deficit splendor, inflation at a 40-year high, the embarrassing and dangerous surrender in Afghanistan.
This is weakness.
This is real weakness.
He is weakening America.
The senator added, our enemies perceive it.
They're noticing that and they're becoming more aggressive, taking advantage.
He then gave his analysis of current foreign affairs.
Russia is surrounding Ukraine.
China is overflying Taiwan.
Iran is more active in Yemen.
North Korea testing new weapons.
This is across the board.
The bad actors around the world are perceiving our weakness when America is not strong.
And I agree with President Reagan.
You achieve peace through strength.
But that strength starts with economic strength.
And Biden is weakening our economies, weakening our militaries, weakening America.

He sent Secretary of Defense Austin the following questions.
Is DOD aware of the increases in registered diagnoses of miscarriages, cancer, or other medical conditions in their own database compared to a five-year average?
So please explain what action DOD has taken to investigate the root cause for the increases in these diagnoses.
Have Registered diagnoses of myocarditis in their database been removed from January to December 2001.
If so, please explain why and when this information removed and identify who removed it.
Austin's all in, of course, on weakening America.
Meanwhile, I want to remind you, all of this makes great sense if you understand that Joe Biden is just a sock pocket for just who.
Here, when the vice president was picked, it wasn't done by the DNC.

The time to end pandemic restrictions is now!
Believe it or not, that was the headline on The Atlantic's website today.
Amazing.
So if even the Atlantic has given up on corona restrictions, obviously the pandemic is over.
You should know this virus was killed not by science, but by the midterm elections.
It turns out the only real cure for COVID-19 is the political ambition of the Democratic Party.
That's the panacea.
And by the way, that's fine.
We'll take it.
Yes, every upside has a downside.
It means that pasty NPR listeners are going to emerge from their apartment for the first time in two years and will be loose on the streets.
You're going to see them at Whole Foods again, shuffling along with their tote bags, looking bewildered and annoyed.

And the question is, how do we guarantee that nothing like this ever happens again?
How do we prevent future mass hysteria events in the United States?

You restore democracy.
You give Americans a voice in the policies that affect their lives.
That was the system that we had for a couple of hundred years.
It was a pretty good system.
We ought to go back to it.
If elected legislatures were allowed to vote on COVID restrictions, we'd have far fewer COVID restrictions.
And that's true of everything.
Every bad idea.
If the Congress had to follow the Constitution and authorize our wars, we'd have fewer pointless wars.
We definitely would not be moving toward war with Russia right now, because the public doesn't support that at all.
So virtually every bad thing that has happened over the past two years, or ever, has been imposed by fiat, far outside the bounds of our constitutional democracy.
In this case, governors and health authorities got emergency powers at the beginning of the pandemic.
Do you remember?
With those powers, they played God for two full years.
In case you've forgotten what that looked like, Here it is.
That is why tonight I am authorizing the city to shut off Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Service in the egregious cases in which houses, businesses, and other venues are hosting unpermitted large gatherings.
Religious services will be limited to 25% of indoor capacity or 200 people, whichever is less.
Enquirers, bands, or ensembles are prohibited from performing.
Human beings are pretty predictable.
If you say your paycheck depends on it or your ability to enjoy life and go do the things you want to do, people will make the practical decision overwhelmingly and they'll go get vaccinated.
But we aren't pushing hard enough.
We gotta go farther.
Do you want people calling the police on their neighbors, not emergency lines or 911?
Look, this is no different than what happens if there's a party down the street and it's keeping everyone awake.
What do neighbors do?
They call law enforcement.
And this is how it's going to be.
We will shut you down.
We will cite you.
And if we need to, we will arrest you and we will take you to jail.
Period.
So they went full fascist immediately.
And they weren't even competent fascists.
These are some of the least impressive, least skilled, least accomplished, least intelligent people in our entire country.
You wouldn't hire any of them to clean your gutters.
And all of a sudden, they had absolute power.
So it's probably not too surprising that they went into directions no one could have anticipated.
No singing under COVID.
No dancing.
No working.
Definitely no exercising.
We're closing the gyms in the name of public health.
In fact, we're closing the oceans.
In 2020, in a moment that should never be forgotten by the sane world, authorities in the state of California arrested a paddleboarder who was exercising by himself off the Malibu Pier.

So our media, almost to a person, acted like the peasants they are, and they cheered on the strongmen.

They cheer as the person oppressing them rides by on his horse.
Here's MSNBC excitedly reporting on how police in New Jersey, this is very clever, use drones to spy on homeowners in their own backyards.
Please move away from each other and separate.
Elizabeth, New Jersey is now using drones to spread the life-saving message.
You are not immune to this virus.
The drones make it easier for police to see into certain areas where access by patrol cars is more difficult.
That includes tight spaces between buildings, behind schools, and in backyards.
So some robot is screaming at you as you're having a barbecue in your backyard and MSNBC describes that as the life-saving message.
Don't depend on these people to save you from tyranny.
Of course, they'll be cheering it on.
That very same month that MSNBC aired that unbelievable report, we decided to speak to the governor of New Jersey, Phil Murphy.
Now, Phil Murphy is a not very bright finance hack who got rich.
How do these people get rich exactly?
But in his case, thanks to the Wuhan Institute of Technology, suddenly Phil Murphy found himself king of the Garden State.
So we asked His Majesty Phil Murphy, where exactly did he get the right to suspend constitutional rights in New Jersey?

Politicians are.

They respond to what they have to do, to blunt stimuli.
So he recognizes the midterm elections are coming, so Phil Murphy, again, not a genius, Lifted the state's mask mandates.
And that's happening in a lot of different places.
Blue states, governors of Connecticut, Oregon, Delaware, California, Illinois, they're all doing it.
Even in New York, where the quote, governor, Kathy Hochul, that's what we call an unelected leader whom not a single voter actually voted for, the governor, she reached the same conclusion.

You know, by the way, in a lot of places you can be arrested for impersonating a public official.
She's not the governor, she was never elected by anybody, and no one's arrested her.
But in any case, she apparently has the power to lift the state's indoor mask mandate, so she's doing that.
But you shouldn't imagine this is over, they still have power, they don't want to give it up.
So the state health department in New York is trying to expand the state's quarantine powers, just in case they ever have to put you in a camp.
Kathy Hochul has decided not to lift the mask mandate for schools because, of course, the teachers unions have more swat than parents do.
Meanwhile, the CDC still requires U.S.
citizens to get a negative COVID test in order to return to their own country.
So the CDC has the power to bar you from your own country?
Really?
Where'd they get that power?
Anyone at the CDC elected?
I don't think so.
They're a bunch of incompetent public health administrators.
Nor, by the way, has the Biden administration announced plans to lift the mask mandate on airplanes.
Now, why would the Biden administration be in charge of that?
Shouldn't Congress make that call?
They're the ones who voted for that mandate.
Oh, no, but they didn't.
Congress never voted on that mandate.
The agencies imposed it.
You should know that mandate, by the way, does not apply to private jet service.
Most people who fly private don't own the plane.
They rent a plane from a jet company.
And those companies don't have to comply with the mask mandate because Democratic donors fly on those planes, so they're exempt.
The TSA, by the way, announced in August that the airline mask mandate would remain in place at least through March 18th.
Congress had no role in this.
Congress voted to spend trillions of dollars on COVID relief, but nobody in the Congress ever voted on a mandate for masks on airplanes.
Will we have it forever?
I don't know.
You've been taking your shoes off since Richard Reid tried to ignite his 20 years ago.
No one ever voted on that either.
None of this is democracy.
Not when they make you take your shoes off, not when they make you cover your face.
Those decisions are too important for you to weigh in on.
It's not democracy.
So the pandemic is over, but people like Kathy Hochul still have emergency powers.
And school boards do, too.
They're acting like they have complete power over your children.
In Naperville, Illinois, a court just issued a restraining order against Governor Pritzker's statewide school mask mandate.
The school board?
Simply ignoring it.
So on Monday, parents fought back.
Why?
Why are you continuing to enforce a mandate that has been ruled null and void?
This type of evil is exactly what the law was intending to constrain, yet you continue to perpetrate this evil.
The judge's words, not mine.
Where's our family choice?
You want your kids to wear masks?
Then give them masks.
You want your kids to take their masks off?
Then take their masks off.
It really is that simple.
You have harmed her so much with this.
Everybody talks about, everybody's got to be safe, everybody's got to have everything, and we've left so many children behind.
She was going to be able to see other kids' smiles, that kids would be able to understand her, and she would stop being picked on because they could not understand her through her mask, because her speech has been delayed even more than her special needs.

You guys at Homeland Security have to invent dire threats to the nation.
If you don't, You have no reason to hold down your jobs and collect your paychecks.

Trimethazine reportedly helps prevent heart attacks and treats vertigo, included in the world's anti-doping agency list of banned substances, because it can help endurance and increase blood flow efficiency.
The troubling sample was reportedly obtained before Valia won the European Championship in Estonia last month.

And another one is Rob Rosenberger, And Wiki lists him as a businessman, but at a public debate last night, he said that he had been former CIA for 30 years.
And about two years ago, the CIA said that because so many people in Congress were talking negatively about the CIA, they were going to start running their own candidates and making sure that they didn't have a problem with Congress anymore.
Be very wary of anybody that was ever CIA.
The other interesting race is Louie Gohmert, who is a former federal prosecutor and a former East Texas U.S.
Congressman.
He resigned his seat a year ago because we have a real problem with our Attorney General.
He's under multiple criminal indictments, and he's been pretty ineffectual on a whole bunch of things.
And I got to hear Louie Gohmert talk and he just mentioned a few of the things.
One of them is that you become a immigrant to the United States the moment your foot sets across the Rio Grande River and touches dirt.
So if you have a fence that's 100 feet back, you haven't solved your immigration problem.
He said the fence either needs to be right at the waterline or the fence needs to be reinforced with passive Denial of access methods, whatever those end up being, and active prosecution and deportation.
He's opposed by Ken Paxton and also George P. Bush, the spawn of Jeb Bush, former governor of Florida and Interesting stuff.
When we get into Texas Tuesday, I'll do a little bit more of a deep dive because I just met some of these people recently.
