	This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, where I'm delighted to be joined today by Joel Olson in Houston and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
	We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
	Of course, the story still includes the Freedom Convoy in Canada, the uprising against Trudeau's regime in his COVID surveillance state, A military veteran had a remarkable observation.
	Justin Trudeau has fled Ottawa, gone into hiding.
	Breitbart interviewed a military veteran named Daryl who declared he refused to be bullied by a prime minister who fled the capital like a chicken.
	I didn't serve this country to be bullied by a prime minister who ran away like a chicken.
	He explained that Trudeau's spineless behavior could cause members of the Canadian military to desert.
	Who runs away from their people?
	It's insane.
	If I was in the army right now, I'd be contemplating leaving just because our leadership, our military, our country will have no credibility because of him.
	None whatsoever.
	And that's sad because Canada is known around the world for the credibility of its military and its people.
	It's clear the left, both in America and Canada, is terrified of the Freedom Convoy, which CNN has labeled as an insurrection, once again misusing the word.
	Unbelievable!
	Canadians have the right to protest, to disagree with their government, and to make their voices heard.
	We'll always protect that right.
	But let's be clear, said Trudeau, They don't have the right to blockade our economy or our democracy or our fellow citizens' daily lives.
	It has to stop, he posted on social media.
	The truckers are not backing down, however, and it looks as though they're getting support across the country.
	Ottawa and Saskatchewan have dropped their COVID mandates.
	Just a week after Trudeau called the Freedom Convoy protests an insult to truth and maligned them as far-right extremists, premiers across Canada have begun to cave to their demands.
	The premiers of Alberta and Saskatchewan have dropped COVID vaccine passports, which they admitted was necessary to unify the country.
	Ottawa is rolling back its COVID restrictions with limits on private gatherings removed effective next month.
	Police have attempted to break the will of the Freedom Convoy protesters by stealing their supplies and knocking down their encampments in Ottawa.
	But opposition only continues to grow against the medical tyranny in Canada as government officials have begun quietly acquiescing to their demands.
	Trudeau himself appears to be faring very badly under this, incapable of dealing with the pressure.
	Several provinces are peeling back their mandates and health restrictions.
	Alberta, Saskatchewan and Quebec all unveiled their plans.
	In the West, governments are moving quickly.
	Alberta announced it would lift vaccine passports by the end of Tuesday.
	That would have been two days ago, part of a multi-stage approach to eliminate the majority of restrictions in the province.
	The news came after Saskatchewan said it would do away with its vaccine on February 14, Valentine's Day, how appropriate.
	In Quebec, which has seen some of the country's strictest measures, its premier detailed a plan with most restrictions by March 14.

	Oh, and speaking of epic trolling, so remember yesterday I made a community post here on YouTube advocating that everyone start bringing jerrycans down to the protests because, you know, the cops are threatening to charge people that bring jerrycans of any kind down.
	Gas, diesel, propane, doesn't matter.
	I said, just grab a gas can, and apparently other people were saying the same thing, and a lot of you in the comments on my post were really looking forward to footage of this, so you're gonna like this!
	I said, we should try to get as many jerry cans in the crowds as there are Canadian flags.
	Wouldn't that be awesome?
	This is just fantastic!
	This is today in Ottawa.

	I think they're doing a pretty good job of exposing the hypocrisy.
	Their chicanery and humor certainly helps.

	Yeah, there was a 10 minute segment with the lady who was a nurse.
	And when this COVID thing first broke out and they were killing people on ventilators up in Canada, she spoke out.
	She immediately lost her job.
	Her husband, who is a school teacher because he was married to her, even though he made no statements at all, lost his job because, you know, government likes to retaliate against people that talk out.
	And she caught a CBC crew out on the roads, which is Canadian bovine extramit commies.
	And they were doing a live remote.
	And the guy kept asking, you know, goofy questions and interviewing fake witnesses.
	And she kept harassing them the whole time.
	And finally, they folded up and left.
	But it's about a 10-minute segment.
	You destroyed my life.
	He goes, how did we destroy your life?
	because you aired footage of me saying it was bad And so, bottom line, that's a little bit of a problem for him.
	And yesterday, Trudeau actually came out to see his shadow.
	It wasn't Groundhog Day, but it was for him.
	He went to the Parliament.
	He got blasted by both sides.
	there's about a three-minute segment of him standing in the chambers being berated by both sides, and he jumped up and ran out of the room.
	So it's time for you to resign.
	And there's a great article at SHTF, you know, poop hits the fan, control, enslave, all the World Economic Forum's Youth Global Leaders Totalitarian Program, which, We need to identify every one of those people that participated in that, and I know it includes Chelsea Gabbard, and it also includes Dan Crenshaw, it includes Merkel, Macron,
	Trudeau.
	Every one of those leaders has been guilty of knowingly concealing participation and sedition, and every one of them needs a minimum of a six-month sentence.
	And if they were in a position of power that forced these vaccines, they need to be either life in prison or they need to be executed for crimes against humanity.
	This group is evil beyond imagination and they are the point force and they need to be taken out 100% and they need felony convictions and they need to never ever be allowed to get a professional license and never be able to allow run for public office.
	Joe Trudeau doesn't have to resign.
	They have a parliamentary system.
	They can vote him out.
	I expect that's going to happen forthwith.

	With the convoy, in talking to just ordinary people around in my neighborhood and how I come across them, none of them had heard about what was going on in Ottawa.
	I think one person kind of heard that there was some sort of a protest, but that was it.
	So I don't know the reach of this thing, but I'm sure in Canada, it is amplified.
	They have charter rights and there is one signatory member still alive who has said that oh for sure the convoy is absolutely protected in the letter and intent of the law for protests.
	So what we have is we have this one party authoritarian totalitarian state Gaslighting people pretending to be for the economy, when they're the ones who cut off the economic ability for any of the small businesses to, or medium-sized businesses, to earn a living during the pandemic.
	And all of this, again, is based on provable fraud.

	We know that these people are looters and liars and imperialists.
	All they're doing is gaslighting, the same way that they gaslight about the lie-started illegal wars of aggression.
	The banks are looting in the exponential debt curve while saying that the debt is good for us, and just ignoring a million children dying from preventable poverty every month.
	These people are monsters, and Joe is not overstating the facts.
	And for Trudeau, That pasty, puffy-faced guy behind the mask, that is, uh, so we are being psy-opped.
	We did go over this on Tuesday with the photographic evidence that whoever is playing Trudeau is that pasty, 10 pounds added to the face type of guy.
	That's a different guy.
	So there's, that's screwy.
	The same thing as with Biden being two different actors.
	And you know what I found most remarkable about that opening segment, gentlemen, is I observed about 15 people in that crowd weren't even wearing gloves and it's like below zero.
	I don't know how they can do that.
	They're tough.
	Canadians are tough.
	Garland, yes, yes, we featured the living signatory in an earlier show this week.
	Very wonderful.
	Meanwhile, DHS is coming dangerously close to criminalizing the First Amendment and political beliefs.
	The State Department, with over a dozen other Western governments, posted a joint statement expressing concern about freedom of speech in Hong Kong.
	Perhaps they, beginning with our own need to look in the mirror, recognize their assault on basic human rights, including free speech, free association, political and religious belief, is now on a par right here with the behavior of the Chinese Communists.
	The undersigned members of the Media Freedom Coalition expressed their deep concern at Hong Kong and mainland Chinese authorities' attacks on freedom of the press and their suppression of independent local media in Hong Kong began their statement, quite rich Proclaimed in the same week the White House called on Spotify to censor Joe Rogan for having long-form engagement and discussion with brilliant scientists like Dr. Robert Malone and Peter McCulloch.
	As early as July, the White House was calling on Facebook to censor any information on the vaccine not in line with the views of the regime.
	The top doctors and scientists treating COVID have essentially been removed from nearly every media platform, and by the way, this is in blatant violation of the First Amendment, which precludes the government from taking any such action in censoring the freedom of speech of American citizens.
	This is the government.
	They've been hiding behind companies like Facebook and Twitter and YouTube and even Amazon.com to do the censorship on the basis that they're private companies.
	I believe they've been acting on behalf of the state.
	And when you have the press secretary for the president making these declarations, there's no room for any doubt about it.
	You might say, at least they won't hunt you down and treat you like a criminal, right?
	But how can you count on that?
	Monday, DHS posted its latest National Terrorism Advisory System bulletin.
	Get this.
	The number one terrorism threat in the eyes of our government is ordinary people who hold different views on COVID policies and election security.
	Under key factors contributing to the current heightened threat environment, the very first list it is the proliferation of false or misleading narratives which show discord or undermine public trust in U.S.
	government institutions.
	You might think this is referring to those who verbally or occasionally physically assault people for not covering their faces in a store like Women in Afghanistan, or perhaps Denying kidney transplants to people for not getting a Pfizer product, such as encouraged by the ethical medical ethicists at NYU and the absurd abuse of his position.
	But no, they mean people like you and me.
	For example, there's widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19.
	State's a bulletin.
	States a bulletin from DHS.
	Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attack during 2021, which of course they're talking about 6th January, run by the FBI and Nancy Pelosi.
	Can you list examples of violent extremist attacks from people who oppose COVID fascism?
	This factor was listed ahead of concern for foreign Islamic terrorism, or the Colleyville Synagogue hostage taker, or our own government, for the first time in history, is seeking to criminalize political opposition and treat it on the same level as Al-Qaeda.
	But then again, DHS makes no mention of Al-Qaeda or of the Chinese Communist Party.
	The witch hunt against freedom of speech is so strong even members of Congress are not immune.
	Earlier, the Federalists reported Capitol Hill police are launching a probe into an allegation by one congressman that his office was illegally surveyed by the police.
	Troy Neals of Texas was stopped by his office in November and took a photo of legislative plans detailed on his whiteboard.
	That was done by the Capitol Police.
	They came back a few days later and plainclothes and won more questions about the suspicious writing mentioning body armor.
	It turns out Mills was planning to introduce legislation banning the sale of faulty Chinese body armor.
	But again, where are the true Chinese-style authoritarians doing accusing their opponents of a lack of patriotism?
	Louie Gohmert, moreover, accused the Justice Department of spying on members of Congress as well in a statement on Twitter.
	He said his constituent mail was open and stamped with D.O.G.
	mailroom and x-ray.
	All this comes amid the backdrop of a draft recommendation in the House of Representatives calling on the Sergeant-at-Arms to engage in internal behavioral monitoring to detect internal security threats.
	I mean, this is absurd!
	Taking together, it's beginning to look a lot like a despotic third-world country.
	They used COVID to criminalize our breathing and our bodies.
	They used January 6th to criminalize our political beliefs.
	Now they're using any opposition to their policies to shred the First Amendment and violate the separation of powers.
	Republican governors in red states would be wise to work with state and local and establish a principle of interposition against the looming federal assault on political opponents.
	We have witnessed the remarkable transformation of Western democracies that have reverted to pre-Enlightenment governing values in a matter of years, exacerbated only in the past 12 months.
	The virus may have begun in China, but it has turned Western governments into China.
	If we don't first focus on authoritarianism in our own backyard, we won't have a refuge from Chinese tyranny, because our own government is nothing but a client state of the Chinese Communist Party.
	And clearly, China has taught our government well.

	Yeah, well, the passage of the Homeland Security Act by Congress in November 2002 created the Department of Homeland Security, and it was never about a bunch of cavemen with box cutters.
	It was always about domestic patriots that didn't want to be ruled by totalitarians, so get over that.
	It's always been that.
	Nancy Pelosi has weaponized the Capitol Police Did the stand down on January 6th and now has authorized the Capitol Police to have a extraterritorial jurisdiction in her congressional district in California and the little place in Florida where she bought a $25 million vacation home because even she can't stand the poop and syringe filled streets of San Francisco.
	So absolutely garbage.
	I'm at a political bent right now and I'm within the next probably hour I will be meeting Kevin Paxton, our current state attorney general.
	Again, I've met him a half dozen times before and I'll also get to have my first chance to meet Louie Gohmert and shake his hand.
	He's running against Ken Paxton and I think he's going to be a better choice for Texas.
	So we'll give a report tomorrow on what happened at the statewide candidates hearing held by True Texas.

	Our opponents are just going to censor without factual debate and they're just going to gaslight push propaganda that is paper thin and ridiculous on its surface and that is the choice of the test that people have is that are you going to stand for intellectual integrity and moral courage to have a factual conversation or just be herded as animals as just semi-conscious beings and that's really what our
	The war, the debt, the media control, the public education control, they treat us as they are actually the elitists who consider us as some sort of a subspecies to manage and to profit from and to use our human labor and for us to maximize their profit and control over natural resources around the planet.
	The only, the major, I guess the one, that's what I want to say, the one law to keep in mind is federal law title 21.
	This came from the Nuremberg Code and federal law, which under article six of the constitution is supreme law states that we have full choice without any coercion, without any force over any experimental medical product.
	End of story.
	So, For DHS to go ahead and criminalize us is Orwellian.
	Those are the guys who are criminals and trying to push us out of our freedom and our rights.
	Well, it's clear what's going on here is completely inconsistent with constitutional government.

	Ted Cruz goes on the attack after Silicon Valley thieves withhold 9 million from the Freedom Truckers.
	This, of course, was GoFundMe.
	which deprived the Freedom Convoy of millions worth of donations leading American lawmakers, including Ted Cruz, to target GoFundMe and accuse it of theft.
	Obviously, he's got a rock solid case.
	We now have evidence from law enforcement, previously peaceful demonstration have become an occupation with police reports of violence and other unlawful activities at GoFundMe in an attempt to excuse its behavior.
	They said donors had until February 19th to request a refund.
	Then it would work with organizers to send all remaining funds to credible and established charities verified by GoFundMe.
	They had reached about 10 million, only a million of which had been released to the organizers.
	It began as an organized effort for cross-border truckers to protest the country's vaccine mandate, but became a movement, joining as a rallying point to protest Canada's COVID measures and restrictions.
	Then it gained popularity and support from American Republican lawmakers and others.
	When GoFundMe took down the donation page and did not give the funds to the convoy, Florida Governor DeSantis tweeted it was fraud to commandeer the 9 mil and he'd work with the state's Attorney General to investigate.
	No doubt about it, this is clear theft.
	This is fraud by deception.

	Ashley Moody to investigate these deceptive protests.
	The donors should be given a refund.
	Among the backlash, GoFundMe reverse course, that would completely refund, but they're going to take seven to ten days to do it, which means it won't get to the original donors in time to turn around and get it back to the truckers.
	Cruz told Fox it sent a letter to the FTC asking them to investigate GoFundMe since it's a for-profit company, to open an investigation of whether they've committed deceptive practices, which no doubt they are.
	When people give money, they give money under the promise it'll go to the Freedom Convoy, not to whatever left-wing political ideology GoFundMe and other Silicon Valley companies support.
	They're deceiving consumers, and it's wrong.
	He described Freedom Convoy truckers as heroes standing up for American and Canadian freedom, but said some are trying to crush them for this.
	They're defending Canada, but they're defending America as well.
	It is courage on display.
	The government doesn't have the right to force you to comply to their arbitrary mandates.
	They're standing up for freedom.
	And of course, big government hates them and wants to crush them.
	He also blamed the media for villainizing the Freedom Convoy.
	The corporate media hates it and is trying to silence them.
	And Big Tech, look what GoFundMe did.
	People gave $10 million to support because they were proud of the courage of the thieves.
	And Silicon Valley decided, we don't like your politics, A, so we'll take your money.
	Then, B, we're going to give it to people we do like.
	The media is not taking kindly to the Freedom Convoy and even major outlikes like Reuters have attempted to portray its members as racist or otherwise problematic.
	Reuters complained to point out the convoy had shut down Ottawa and sought to paint the movement as racist because a handful displayed Confederate or Nazi flags.
	I think those Nazi flags are from infiltrators, I have no doubt.
	Confederate, I don't know about that either.
	Protesters have shut down Ottawa for eight days now to the increasing fury of residents.
	They've stood by and watched as some protesters smash windows.
	Never heard about that.
	Threaten reporters and health care workers.
	No, they're being totally cooperative, peaceful.
	It's really amazing.
	GoFundMe not delivering millions of people contributed was worse, however, than the media's bashing.
	If anyone else did that, it would be called theft.
	It is theft.
	And, of course, now we have Give, send, go, stepping into the breach and they've already sent like seven million.
	This is an operation that performs a similar function, but with principle, not the lack of integrity with the whole world sees.
	I believe GoFundMe is going to go right into the toilet in terms of its stock and future.

	Yeah, absolutely.
	Turns out Texas, Missouri, and Florida Attorney Generals have all launched probes, and I'm pretty sure they're going to be able to find criminal intent on the part of these folks, even if they have refunded the money at this point.
	But you can't take that big a hit by processing those bank things and then having to refund 100% of the amount of money that was involved.
	So these people I love it when somebody goes off with their stupid car alarms right as you're talking.
	But anyhow, yeah, so that's part of the problem.
	But the other part of the problem is every one of these funding branches are all owned by the Deep State.
	And what we need to do is get completely away from Patreon, Paypal and GoFundMe, and we also need to support GiveSendGo and GabPay.
	I canceled my PayPal a couple of years ago because of the nefarious things they were doing about defunding right-wing and conservative and Christian causes.
	So if they're going to go ahead and fund BLM, then they need to not have any of my money.
	So I canceled my PayPal, and I recommend everybody else do the same thing.
	We can beat these people.
	Yeah, good stuff, Joe.

	I think that they are as done as the Democratic Party will be done.
	So, Canada is such a big deal because people are getting, to the extent possible, through the dis, mal, and whatever they're calling information that corporate media gives, not us, but them, you're able to see Trudeau as bashing Canadians standing for their right Not to be forcibly injected by experiments by the government whenever the government says so.
	That is the bottom line.
	No mandates for that.
	And Trudeau's rhetoric to address that legitimate protest is to call them domestic terrorist, extremist, racist fringers.
	You're able to see the connection to the dirty money connected to Silicon Valley, connected to the censorship, connected to the refusal for any type of factual debate.
	It's really the stupefication of the public to keep them just pushed into propaganda.
	And for the media, Who knows how long they're going to be able to hang on.
	I did hear that Fox News did arrive in Ottawa and we'll see what type of coverage that they may provide for us.
	Well, last night Hannity opened.
	He had one of his best reporters right there on the scene in Toronto.
	And while I had a commitment to tape another show, it's clear they're on top of this.
	And I think that's a highly commendable because obviously the other networks aren't going to give it the time of day.
	Meanwhile, get this.
	Crack pipe distribution funded by HHS prioritizing underserved communities.
	This is stunning.
	Health and Human Services is rolling out $30 million that will fund the distribution of items like crack pipes for smoking illicit substances.
	The Washington Freebeat reported the program, noting the prioritized applicants in underserved communities as defined under one of Biden's executive orders.
	They said the grants would fund smoking kits with pipes for users to smoke crystal meth, crack cocaine, and other illicit substances.
	The grant document references his Executive Order 13985 entitled, Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities through the Federal Government.
	Your defines equity as a consistent and systematic fair, just and impartial treatment of all individuals, including those who belong to underserved communities that have been denied such treatment, such as black, Latino, indigenous and Native American persons, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other persons of color.
	Members of religious minorities, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer, persons with disability, persons who lived in rural areas, and persons otherwise adversely affected by persistent policy or inequality.
	This is enough to make you vomit.
	The text also defines underserved communities as population sharing particular characteristics, as well as geographical communities that have been systematically denied a full opportunity to participate in aspects of economic, social, and civil life, such as smoking crack cocaine.
	Despite HHS reported statement, the department called the Beacon's report misinformation.
	Well, how does that be?
	The harm reduction grant offered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration, authorized by the American Rescue Plan, is designed to help Americans who are struggling with substance use stay healthy and safe, prevent overdose death, and find pathways into evidence-based treatments.
	Like all programs that use federal funding, they must adhere to relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
	HHS received a wave of backlash after the issue surfaced.
	Senator Tom Cotton derided HHS' response in a tweet on Tuesday.
	HHS says that Biden's crack pipe distribution plan is blatant misinformation, but they don't deny the report.
	Once again, misinformation just means true facts that make Democrats look bad.
	As a commentator said to me, one has to wonder if Hunter Biden had anything to do with this initiative.
	So who had Biden giving out free crack pipes for February?
	Okay, who had it in terms of the stock market betting?
	I mean, Joe, give us a thought.
	Unbelievable.
	Yeah, well, I'm still waiting for my federal bong to show up.
	I've been waiting about 50 years for it.
	They keep promising they're going to legalize weed and give us all a free bong, but that never happens.
	So, I don't know.
	It's crazy.
	You know, Schumer supposedly was introducing a bill to Standardized national law on marijuana since it's legal in 25 states either medically or recreationally at this point in violation of quote the federal law which was never a properly designed law to begin with it's never been a class one You got that right, Joe.
	I mean, the laws against marijuana are frankly absurd.
	in the alcohol and tobacco industry, along with the zealots in the law enforcement industry.
	So who knows?
	You know, it's just funny that they end up getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar repeatedly, and it's never their hand, and it's never a cookie in their mouth.
	You got that right, Joe.
	I mean, the laws against marijuana are frankly absurd.

	Yeah, I'm so disappointed in DHS.
	Underserved communities.
	Well, that means I'm not getting my free crack pipe anytime soon.
	I was confused anyway.
	So when I'm wearing my mask outdoors, do I need to cut a hole in my mask to smoke the crack pipe?
	Or is it okay to take it down and... I didn't know how to use it anyway.
	We're waiting governmental guidance.
	Oh yeah, yeah, I would need that, I would need that.
	So the idea that the government would complain about that information, this is all virtue signaling, they have no commitment to the well-being of people.
	If they did, then I have reviewed over 50 economic professional cost-benefit analyses that all demonstrate that ending homelessness saves more money than the cost of the investment.
	You save the money from Not having the criminal justice system involved to pick up people who are homeless and criminal.
	You save money with the emergency rooms because when the cops roll up and a homeless person is severely injured or ill, they got to take them to the emergency room.
	And what we're looking at is the people who are represented by Nancy Pelosi San Francisco.
	I live in the East Bay in San Ramon in San Francisco.
	I will not walk down Market Street anymore.
	It is not safe.
	You know, Joe is not lying.
	You got to watch for the poop on the street, the syringes.
	I was walking with my daughter down Market Street about two years ago.
	And right in front of us, there was a smashed window from up above that just splattered down about 10 feet in front of us.
	The stores are closed because they allow the looting.
	That is the virtue signaling reality of what they want.
	They want a back-to-the-future type dystopian.
	The same type of dystopian that they put in their corporate media everywhere.
	So, man, it's crazy.
	Yes.
	Yes, indeed.
	Insane.
	I mean, everything Biden is doing is bad.
	Every damn thing.
	It's unbelievable.
	The Supreme Court slapped Democrats with a devastating defeat.
	That's bad news for 2022.
	This has just happened.
	They thought they had a plan to rig the 2022 election, but it has imploded.
	Democrats hope to game the redistricting process to make up for the fact Republicans control more state legislatures and can draw more than twice as many congressional district maps.
	But Democrats had an ace up their sleeve.
	They would file lawsuits with friendly judges to block Republican maps and win court orders, forcing Republican state legislatures to draw maps that make it easier for the Democrats to pick up seats.
	The North Carolina and Ohio, they couldn't pick up as many as seven seats thanks to leftist judges imposing their will over that of the state legislatures.
	And that's what happened in Alabama, where Republicans drew a map with seven congressional districts even favoring the GOP, one leaning Democrat.
	Democrats sued, arguing Republicans packed black voters into one district, instead creating two Democrat-leaning districts by spreading them out.
	A lower court agreed, but on Monday, the Supreme Court issued an emergency stay blocking the lower court's order and leaving the Republican-drawn map in place.
	Brett Kavanaugh wrote for the majority, saying elections were right around the corner.
	Candidates needed to know what district they're running in.
	The basic rules of the road needed to be in place.
	Filing deadlines need to be met, but candidates cannot be sure what district they need to file for.
	Indeed, at this point, some potential candidates do not even know which district they live in.
	Nor do incumbents know if they might be running against other incumbents in the upcoming primaries.
	When election is close at hand, the rules of the road must be clear and settled.
	Democrats ran off a number of wins when redistricting by using the courts to limit the GOP's ability in the past.
	In states with so-called independent commissions, such as Illinois and New York, Democrats went for the jugular and erased Republican districts to give them a leg up in seeking to keep their majority in the House.
	The Supreme Court stepping in preserving the Republican-drawn Alabama map was the first sign of pushback against Democrat attempts to rig the election in their favor.
	Meanwhile, Democrats must decide how to deal with Biden during the midterms.
	Well, they're not unified over how to do this.
	Since a disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, the ham fist handling of the pandemic, supply chain crisis, skyrocketing inflation, hammering the economy, Biden's approval numbers have been in free fall.
	Two candidates in a challenging position are Senators Mark Kelly, Democrat of Arizona, and Raphael Warnock, Democrat of Georgia, both from states Biden barely won amid voting controversy and have been much more Republican-leaning.
	Kelly refused to say if he would seek Biden's involvement in his campaign, emphasizing he would focus on things Americans care about, citing rising gas and grocery prices, which of course work against the Democrats, When Warnock was asked about Biden, he said, Biden who?
	He would let pundits focus on the campaign while he serves the people.
	Catherine Cortez Mestea will also face a tough challenge from a Republican in Nevada.
	As for Biden, she said, a president is always welcome in my state.
	When asked if she were a Biden Democrat, she said, she's a Nevadan first and foremost.
	Meanwhile, many Republicans are happy to keep Biden in the spotlight.
	The National Republican Senatorial Committee spokesperson said the most effective measure is the failure of Biden and national Democrats, which works everywhere.
	Because midterms are usually heavily influenced by the president's popularity, many Democrats have difficulty deciding how to distance themselves tactfully from the Biden White House.
	Representative Don Beyer of Virginia, who chairs the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee, said Democrats nationwide would love to see Biden's numbers somehow reach 47, 48 or 50 percent, he said, but it's not going to happen.
	He's not winning people over.
	Biden has made countless mistakes.
	He's only been in the White House a little over a year.
	Already, his approval rating is lower than any modern-day president.
	If the cabinet isn't going to use the 25th to get him out, he's not going to step down willingly.
	The only other option would be to impeach him.
	Whoa!
	The Democrats have the majority in both the House and the Senate.
	They're not likely to impeach a president they worked so hard to get into office.
	But what about the will of the people?
	Each and every person in Congress has voted in to be a voice for the people in their districts.
	So if more and more are actively seeking to have Biden impeached, doesn't Congress have an obligation to respond?
	The polls show most Americans don't approve of the job he's doing in office.
	Some have shown 50% of voters also agree with wanting to see Biden impeached.
	This includes 50% of black voters, the very same who are in part responsible for getting him into office.
	According to Rasmussen, half of voters believe Biden should be impeached, nearly as many think Republicans will do it if they win a congressional majority in the midterm.
	So there's definitely the possibility of seeing Biden impeached for his lack of effective leadership.
	However, it's unlikely to happen if and when the Republicans gain the majority following the 2022 election.
	Why?

	Fair is fair when you think about it.
	When the Dems held a majority, they tried to impeach Trump not once but twice.
	The difference is Biden could actually be booted out because he's breaking laws and yet to prove he knows what he's doing.
	McCarthy's been waiting to talk about the I-word in the House.
	It all started when Biden poorly pulled our troop out of Afghanistan and bombed and killed 12 service members, as Representative Elise Stefanik, the number three House Republican, said.
	This horrific national security and humanitarian disaster is solely the result of Biden's weak and incompetent leadership.
	Things have only gotten worse since Afghanistan.
	It's as if Republicans just stick their hands in the hat and pull out any number of reasons to impeach immigration, inflation, COVID mandates, mentally unfit.
	There are so many choices and the American people know it.
	Democrats know it too.
	That's why they're in such a panic over the midterm.
	They're trying their darndest to smear every Republican who has a chance of taking a seat.
	They're trying to change voting rules.
	They're trying to destroy reputation.
	Their time has come.
	It's going to be a red wave.
	That cannot be stopped.
	Impeachment is certainly a possibility.
	Even those who voted for Biden are looking forward to what could happen after the midterms.
	Biden has yet to prove he can lead a country out of an issue.
	Once Republicans come for Biden, it's only a matter of time before they come for his number two.
	Kamala is even further down in the polls than is he.
	Now, Joe, in fact, Jim Jordan of Ohio has said they do plan to impeach Biden over violating the border laws.
	The trouble would be that would move up Kamala, who's even less competent.
	What are your thoughts?
	Well, Kamala is impeachable because neither one of her parents were citizens at the time she was born as an anchor baby in San Francisco.
	So getting back to the subject of the current election, the filing deadline in Texas for primary candidates was mid-December 2021.
	And early voting begins on February 14th, which is next Monday, and the actual primary date is March 1st.
	So we're at a real rapidly closing window, but that's just for the primary.
	A lot of these races that are contested have multiple candidates, and it's doubtful that they'll get 50% of the vote, so that'll end up being a runoff Which will be in May of this year.
	But we have a real problem in Texas with poll watchers.
	About 50% of the polling places in Harris County had no GOP poll watchers.
	And regardless of how you feel about the GOP, if the Democrats are allowed to steal as much as they want in certain precincts, then they're going to be able to stack the deck in a lot of races that are county-wide that are going to end up being a problem.
	The GOP has a program for training.
	It's an eight-hour, one-day program in training to be a poll watcher and getting your certification.
	And then they need people to show up and do like 12-hour shifts during the main election, general election, which will be in November.
	So I urge anybody that's got some spare time and some interest and a desire to help your country, To consider being a poll watcher.
	You don't have to be highly partisan to be able to see that people are doing stuff wrong.
	And I also highly recommend a trailer which is out for a new movie produced by the wonderful ladies of True The Vote, which is called 2000 Mules.
	If you want to know how easy it has been to steal the elections, that's a great example.

	One batch vote, 600,000 for Biden, 3,000 for Trump, a 200 to 1 ratio.

	Now, what I think is going to happen is I think we're going to have some sort of a breakthrough that's going to crush one of these narratives.
	But if not, then this is what I think would happen is that the actor playing Biden will appoint Kamala Harris to the Supreme Court.
	And I think this is if I had my black hat, I would say, OK, so get rid of Harris.
	And then as a vice president, take big Mike Obama.
	Take Obama as the vice presidential pick.
	And then Biden can, you know, he can retire.
	And then people, because that's their strongest among the Democrats, that's who would gain the most enthusiasm and excitement of having a two for one.

	Fauci's reference of prior infection known as natural immunity is notable because for months, he and other top officials have solely pushed COVID vaccines as the only way to defeat the pandemic.
	Last year, he would often downplay natural immunity in favor of vaccines.
	He also suggested booster stots may not be needed for everyone.
	It depends on who you are.
	If you're a normal, healthy 30-year-old person with no underlying condition, you might need a booster only every four or five years to make sure you're dead.
	Meanwhile, the government response to the pandemic will be primarily handled at the local level with very little federal involvement in the near future.
