Welcome folks to Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Reiner, producer, JD.Consultants at Ladd.com, and this is December the 19th, just a few days, six days until Christmas time, so ho ho ho!
We've got a great show for you today, and of course we have the best people to produce this show.
We've been doing it since March of 2016, and we have Jim Fetcher, who's the most dangerous mind in America, who's A teaching and leading expert on false flags and conspiracies.
And Scott Bennett, a former Army intelligence officer and psyops person who has an exceptional military mind.
And of course we have Holly Seeliger.
She began doing news and video reports a decade ago and she's a great contribution of some excellent expertise.
So Jim, I guess we have a good Well, John, it's very disappointing that the Sixth Circuit has reinstated Biden's vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more persons.
A two-to-one decision by the Cincinnati-based Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals dissolved the stay Entered by the 5th U.S.
Circuit Court, which was completely well founded.
The 5th Circuit is right.
The 6th Circuit is wrong.
This is headed for the Supreme Court.
The rule means some 84 million U.S.
workers now face a January 4th deadline to be vaxxed.
The case was brought by multiple businesses, including the American Family Association, multiple individuals in several states, including Texas, Utah, and Mississippi, claiming the mandate promulgated should be struck down because it exceeds OSHA's authority under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
I have no doubt about it.
Earlier this week, the Sixth Circuit active judges rejected a move to have the entire panel consider the case on an 8-8 vote.
In other words, had it been the entire panel, they might very well have upheld the Fifth Circuit in its denial.
The dissenting judge, Joan Louise Larson, was appointed by a Trump.
In her dissenting opinion, she noticed Congress did not authorize OSHA to create such a rule.
Moreover, to work around Congress, the rule did not meet the emergency standard of necessity the Secretary of Labor needed to bring it about.
The Secretary has not made the appropriate finding of necessity.
An emergency standard must be necessary to protect employees from grave danger.
The purpose of the mandate is to protect unvaccinated people.
The rule's premise is the vaccine's work.
And so OSHA has explained the rule is not about protecting the vaccinated.
They do not face grave danger from working with those who are not vaccinated.
She's on a roll here.
A multitude of petitioners, individuals, businesses, labor unions, and state government have levied serious and varied charges against the mandate's legality.
They say, for example, it violates the non-delegation doctrine, the Commerce Clause, and substantive due process, violates Constitutionally Protected Religious Liberties and Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, To lift the stay entirely, we would have to conclude that not one of these challenges is likely to succeed a tall task.
Under the rule, you got to be vaxxed or be tested weekly.
They threaten fines up to $13,600 per violation per day.
This is absurd.
Arkansas AG Leslie Rutledge denounced the ruling, indicating she would move to the Supreme Court to block it.
South Carolina AG Alan Wilson who chairs the Republican Attorney General Association
expressed disappointment as well.
I believe all the law and precedent is on the side of the Fifth Court, not the Sixth. Scott,
your thoughts? Well, the disturbing thing about the reading by the court's justification was
the language when the court said something regarding, you know, we've got to adapt to
the new normal.
This is not, you know, this has changed and we all have to change with it.
They are not scientists, they are not doctors, and that certainly is not what the Constitution of the United States says.
We have to go with whatever the new normal is that the health minister, the high priest Fauci, Or the Democrat Party or the dementia riddle Joe Biden says.
The courts are to determine the constitutionality of a law, of a policy, of a guideline, anything that is supposed to coerce human behavior.
They have to determine is it constitutional or not.
That is the role of the Federal Court and the Supreme Court.
It has nothing to do with the normal or sticking your finger in the wind and trying to determine if this COVID thing is making people sick or not.
So the language was totally inappropriate.
I agree with you 100%.
I'll go to the Supreme Court.
The other thing that I would do is demand that the Attorney General, the law enforcement, the courts of each or the police administrative bodies in each state do not allow any agent or representative Who would be engaged in this sort of $13,000 fine or testing or any of these intrusions into home or business privacy or demanding of reporting to OSHA?
I would say the governors and the attorney generals need to, in some way, protect citizens and businesses from any such intrusions and demand that OSHA goes through The sheriff or something like that or has a warrant or something to that effect.
This has to be blocked.
This is part of the new civil war that needs to rise up.
States need to rise up and fight this federal oppression and by any means necessary.
And lastly, I will always come back to, this is Donald Trump's fault.
Because he had an executive order that he could have signed that said that we wrote for him.
When I was back there in 2020 with Stephen Pidgeon, we wrote executive orders for him, and one of them was saying to the American people, based on the Nuremberg Code, based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, based on the Constitution of the United States, based on the Magna Carta, based on every principle and document and precedent of freedom and liberty, no American will ever be forced to get a vaccine Period.
We told him, we gave it to him, we pleaded, get this out there, and he didn't do it.
So all of this is Donald Trump's failure to write an executive order protecting the American people and their bodies from exactly what we're facing now, which is a out-of-control Democrat tyranny that is looking to go around Congress and go around the Constitution to try and force Americans to follow their They're an inoculation mandate that is going to result in mass deaths.
And the other thing needs to be brought up.
This needs to be fought as a genocidal substance which overwhelms any court decision.
Where is that evidence going in?
This is this is gonna go to the Supreme Court and I'll tell you Jim even if the Supreme Court with their child pedophile Roberts and the rest of these clowns up there that denied standing and have played all sorts of games with the election integrity even if they vote in favor for the sake of argument for these six circuits No American worth a damn will ever follow it, and that may be just the sign of the Civil War that's finally here that people need to take up arms and fight against, like Craig Roberts has said.

Well, I think you made several excellent points.
I mean, like, just pointing their finger up to see which way the wind is blowing is unconstitutional.
You have to determine whether it's in accord or not.
It's clearly not in accord with the Constitution.
And I'll bet you the 7-7, that was 7 who lean Democrat versus 7 who lean Republican, another 7 who are unconstitutionalist versus 7 who are constitutionalist.
It should have been heard by the entire court, given the gravity of the situation.
It's very insulting it did not.
And the dissenting opinion, in my opinion, was devastating to the ruling by the three members, two to one.
Hawley, your thoughts?
Well, I'm just wondering how many of these people who who ruled this way were appointed by Obama, because we know that so many of them were were appointed that during that time, he just went crazy during his presidency, put it packing all of the courts.
And I believe, of course, as the evidence seems to show, as we see more and more that this event has been staged for it's been in the works for such a long time
that that was part of it to make sure that the courts could be stacked as much as possible
to take away people's bodily autonomy, their rights, destroy the Nuremberg Code
as Don has up there, the Constitution, Bill of Rights, any sort of personal autonomy that people have
stripped away one by one fighting through the courts.
And as we have said before, this is basically a flea shaker.
They don't have any teeth to any of this.
How are they actually going to go?
Are they going to go door to door just like Biden and others have been threatening
to uphold the mandates and everything and shutting down businesses?
And they can sue people, they can fine them, they can take away their food or their liquor license,
they can do stuff like that, which is horrible and it's wrong on the face.
But as far as rolling out the military or something to make sure that all of this happens,
I don't foresee that happening.
They just don't have the capability to do that, so it's basically threats upon threats and trying to get people to comply this way, so we need more states.
I'm glad to see some states standing up to this, but We need a majority of the states to say no at this point.
We need more and more states to start having some guts.
We need independent businesses.
We need individuals to stand up and start trying to sue and to block us in the courts.
And I would think that the governors that want to be reelected,
the ones who are already saying that they're not going to run again,
won't go along with this either, because they know that their constituents
will not be okay with this.
Even Democrats, even ones who are in Democratic states are not going to have any support
even from their own constituents if they keep on going along with this.
This is over, it's done.
But I would be concerned to see them starting to institute more jabs
more mask mandates and shutdowns after Christmas I think they're going to try to do another round of this starting after this season.
Well, I think Scott made an impeccable point about Trump's failure to sign the executive order.
That is the single most damning report I've ever heard about the guy whom I've wanted to support forever, but now can only do so with serious qualifications.
Hawley's point about Obama stacking the court, however, is also correct.
And I do believe Obama has been manipulating behind the scene, as the real Biden administration.
This guy's just a sock puppet.
And we know, of course, it's not even.
The real Joe.
Meanwhile...
Meet Ray Ips.
The Fed-protected provocateur appears to have led the very first January 6th attack on the U.S.
Capitol.
This guy was everywhere.
Revolver is doing a great job here.
Representative Thomas Massey, I questioned Attorney General Garland about whether there were federal agents present on January 6th and whether they were agitating to go into the Capitol.
Attorney General Garland refused to answer.
You know, therefore, the answer was yes, and in copious number.
Meanwhile, here we have Ray Epps, who is a key FBI agitator, agent provocateur.
Six weeks ago, Revolver published a blockbuster report on Epps, a man who more than any other appears to be the key to unlocking the question of federal involvement in the so-called Capitol siege.
Out of all the thousands of January 6th protesters, Epps has turned out to be the only person nailed dead to right confessing on camera to plotting a pre-planned attack on the Capitol.
On both January 5th and January 6th, he announced multiple times at multiple locations his upcoming plot to breach the Capitol.
He then spent hours attempting to recruit hundreds of others to join him on top of it all.
He was seen leading key people and managing key aspects of the initial breach himself.
It would be one thing if Epps repeated calls to go into the Capitol.
It simply amounted to bluster.
But he followed through on his stated mission to shepherd others inside.
Epps actively orchestrated elements of the first breach of the Capitol at 1250.
A.M.
it should be.
Oh, 12.50, yes.
While Trump still had 20 minutes left in his rallying speech, it's noteworthy that the breach occurred a minute after Capitol Police began responding to reports of two pipe bombs, which appear to have been just manufactured, and where, even though they have footage, they're not tracking down or making any effort to locate the pipe bomber.
Rather conveniently, the already handicapped Capitol Police had then fewer resources to respond to the barricade breach, while the pipe bombs turned out to be duds, ips, breach-proofed, fateful.
Today, the stories by The Times, The Wall Street Journal, and the Justice Department all depict The EPS orchestrated initial barricades as the Big Bang event of January 6.
The description is hardly an exaggeration since it was a 12.50 p.m.
breach of the Capitol grounds in conjunction with a handful of suspicious individuals ripping on fencing and signage, whom I predict are also going to turn out to have worked for the FBI, that set the conditions to turn the rally into a riot.
It's imperative to note if Abbas was just a cog in a larger federal op, he would not have been deployed alone.
Historically, when the feds have orchestrated fake mobs, fake protesters, or fake plots, their own assets have comprised between 16 and 25 percent of the participants.
That would suggest that the FBI wants fluent 1,600 rowdy speaks to infiltrate a single convention with only 10,000 protesters.
In recent times, therefore, attacks blamed on right-wing militia have blown past the 16 percent mark at a hopping 25 to 50.
Students of FBI history should absorb the lesson that infiltrating feds are like roaches.
When you spot one, it's guaranteed there are others nearby.
They don't operate alone ever.
How you end up with at least 12 FBI informants in a tiny right-wing Michigan plot, that was the most You know, kidnapped the governor of Mexico in 2016 or 2014 at the Brady Ranch, and the list goes on.
Ray Epps' breach team had the amazing foresight to pry open the one walkway entrance no one could avoid.
As you can see from above, both Pennsylvania Avenue and Constitutional Avenue exits from the Trump speech intersect at the exact Peace Monument barricade targeted in advance by the Epson breach team.
If any of the eight other walkway entrances had been toppled instead, Tens of thousands of marches would have been met by police and metal barricades instead of by an open gate.
Scott, I think the evidence is damning and that our FBI has turned into a massive steaming pile of excrement.
It is a disgrace to the United States.
Yes, it is a disgrace to the United States.
It's a manifestation of the opposite of what the people wanted and demanded, creating a government of the people for the people.
This is an agency that's not serving the people.
It's a predatory parasitic entity and these sort of FBI informants that are put into positions to agitate and create and entrap people in crimes is exactly what their modus operandi has been.
This is the building and the agency and the people that every citizen should take sledgehammers to.
And smash into rubble and the sands of grit and let time blow them away because there's nothing good that is coming out of the FBI.
And this hopefully will be a climactic clash where you will see real leaders really rising up and demanding the NSA provide all technology communications between the FBI, all agents, all offices, and all informants that were on the Capitol Hill.
That day it's a very easy substance to net and the NSA can do it.
It should be demanded before Congress.
The Republicans should demand that the FBI and senior leadership and indeed, you know, all of the core teams that were present, you know, even those who were on leave, Because if they're on leave it makes it very easy for them to become invisible and a participant in this activity.
But they all need to be brought to account to Congress because we've seen this FBI January 6 sting operation and all of their informants now transitioning into General's warning of another coup d'etat, the military is going to break up and there'll be a civil war because half the military are going to follow Trump and we need to take steps.
And so the Democrat leftist military are now already seeing the signs that America is tearing apart because of all of this abuse that they're doing to the citizenry and the good patriotic conservative people in the sense See it.
They see it.
Those in the military, those not in the military, see the same thing.
And they're not going along with it.
They're not going to be party to that.
And that's what these generals and the left-wing politicians are screaming about.
And that's why they're trying to coerce and maintain power.
I fully anticipate, Jim, and I said this before, that the Democrats realize they have no hope to stay in power other through triggering a war overseas to try and hide In the dust up, smoke and ash of that war.
And that could even mean setting off Pearl Harbor's 9-11 events in America to try and justify a war against China, Russia and Iran, perhaps simultaneously.
Because the Democrats realize they have no hope.
Absent a war, they have no hope of clinging on to power because of everything they're doing is being interpreted by the American people as not keeping them safe, not helping them.
They're blowing up inflation.
They're forcing mandated vaccines on people.
They're just being tyrants.
So the American people are about to treat them like tyrants and overthrow them on the edge of a pitchfork and burn them with a firing brand and cast them out.
They realize that.
And I think they're going to resort to a war.
They're preparing for it in Ukraine.
They're also probably going to kill Joe Biden as a false flag.
A Manchurian candidate situation.
That's how desperate the Democrats are and this January 6 coup d'etat and the election manipulation that I know firsthand because I was up there is going to be the trigger mechanism that I think finally pushes this through.

Well, Scott, well, you know, historically wars have led to the people rallying around the government and the president.
In this instance, after the fiasco in Afghanistan with our withdrawal and everything else that's attributed to the incompetence as president, I think it would just simply reinforce the public opinion that he can't do anything right.
Remember, Barack Obama him said, never estimate Joe Biden's ability to F things up.
So I don't believe it would have the intended effect.
I also worry, look, while Biden's support rating is about 36, Kamala Harris is even lower.
So if you took out Biden and move up Harris, that doesn't work for the Democrats.
They want Nancy Pelosi or, God forbid, Hillary Clinton.
So they've got to figure out some way to manufacture that outcome.
Holly, your thoughts.
Well, I think it's interesting, as Scott pointed out rightly, that mainstream news is, you know, revealing all these text messages from conservatives and Laura Ingraham and all these people who are, you know, conservative talk show hosts and whatnot.
We're texting each other on January 6th and asking what is going on and You know, Trump needs to say something or he needs to stop this event.
All of this can be revealed, but they can't reveal the FBI's text messages or the informants.
I can pretty much guarantee you that the majority of those people at that event, any of the people causing any sort of a ruckus, were FBI there, all informants or people on the payroll.
And anyone who calls this thing a coup or an attempted coup never has actually seen what goes on in other countries.
They're just completely unaware of what actually goes down in other countries for them to call this, you know, the worst thing since 9-11, which is...
fascinating considering that Liz Cheney is in charge of this investigation and her father
is in charge of one of the biggest actual violent attacks upon the United States which was 9-11.
So this reminds me of another event that it happened in 1932 and 33 called the Bonus Army
where World War I veterans marched on DC and they wanted to get their World War I bonus that
they were promised when they signed up and when they fought and they actually survived the horrors
of World War I and And Hoover and actually J Edgar Hoover.
This was before the FBI.
They were just called Bureau of Investigation right now.
They sent in a bunch of infiltrators and they said a bunch of communists were getting in there and trying to overthrow the government.
And actually fought the World War I veterans and killed several of them when they themselves, J. Edgar Hoover and all those guys, were the communists and the infiltrators.
So same basic premise.
I think this was an event to make sure that people were too scared to actually start to demand a true investigation into the election.
So I'm just happy that people like Scott and others are still talking About the election and the rigging because we can't let this go and they're trying to cover it up and we can't have a free and open elections if we can't keep discussing what happened to the American people.
This isn't about Trump being rigged out of an election.
This is about the American people being rigged out of an election.
That's a stunning and wonderful historical precedent.
I'm ecstatic you brought that up because it shows how much the public has been played again and again and again and how rats like Edgar Hoover were central.
Meanwhile, Pelosi remains delusionally oblivious about Biden's presidency.
As more and more Americans struggle from its ruinous promises, growing members of the party continue to show how disconnected they are.
Weeks ago, Hillary criticized Americans for not being thankful to Joe Biden, that people across the nation ought to be grateful for him being in the White House.
She received immense backlash for being astoundingly aloof from the negative nationwide impacts of the Biden administration.
Hillary is far from the only, however, House Speaker Pelosi has made remarks along similar lines, where she too has been called out for being so out-of-touch, tone-deaf about the job Biden's doing.
During a celebratory DNC event, Pelosi went overboard singing the presence of the 46th president, describing him as a great president.
America's blessed to have him in office.
From this, he continued declaring the people can relax now that Biden's in office.
She then described him as having hands that are both experienced and capable.
She also praised Kamala, saying the country was blessed to have her as the partner to the president amid increasing reports of tension between Biden and Harris.
Some suggest Biden wants to install a different vice president altogether.
How it could happen is not clear, but it's consistent with the suggestion that if you want to take out Biden, you've got to have someone other than Harris in the VP spot.
In light of the multiplicity of problems facing the nation, there was mixed feedback about Pelosi's assessment.
She appears to be out of touch and delusional.
Others stated Pelosi doesn't believe Biden is this perfect, such a great president, but wants Americans to think she thinks this.
Every single poll has demonstrated Pelosi's assessment is the polar opposite of where Americans stand.
If Biden were so great and capable, he would not have a consistently net negative approval rating.
If Democrats truly believe what Pelosi said, they're woefully out of touch and mistaken.
The irony is this will be their downfall when the 2022 Midterms arrive.
Meanwhile, parents are going to be furious when they figure out a provision in Biden's Socialist Spending Bill, many of whom might have voted for Biden.
Remember when Obama unveiled their Cash for Clunkers program ended up causing the price of used cars to skyrocket?
If Biden's Build Back Better were signed into law, parents could be paying a lot more cash for clunkier quality child care.
According to Casey Mulligan, a Trump-era economic advisor and professor of economics at the University of Chicago, provisions in the spending bill could cause the cost of daycare to skyrocket 122 percent.
Democrats claim it'll make child care more affordable, but it appears to be the opposite.
She estimates the bill would cost a family with an infant and four-year-old an additional $27,000 for the same care they're paying for currently.
Where in the world would that money come from?
Eighty percent of the increased cost caused by the bill's living wage provision.
Which requires childcare providers to be paid equivalent to wages for elementary educators with similar credentials and experience.
It also removes financial incentives to offer low-cost care, increases regulation on a childcare industry, all of which could wind up costing working-class families $20,000 to $30,000 more per year for childcare.
During this time of soaring inflation, how could parents afford it?
Indeed, at Right News Wire, we've already seen reports of spouses dropping out of the workforce to watch their children full-time because of the already exorbitant cost of daycare.
If Democrats thought parents were angry over critical race theory, they haven't seen how angry parents can get when they're paying tens of thousands more for the same daycare they're paying for now.
In light of the potential financial harm these provisions pose, the Senate should remove them from the bill.
Democrats may have crafted them with the best intentions of mind, but the highway to hell is paved with good intention.
And should Biden's Build Back Better be enacted, Americans can expect at least another mile of that particular highway to be paved.
It's outrageous.
It looks as though, by the way, that Manchin has put his foot down.
He is not going to support.
And even the Democrats are now acknowledging it's not going to pass.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, the Democrat Party is in full train wreck implosion and it makes me gleefully delightful like a
Christmas self dancing on clouds to witness but at the same time, you know, I know how insidious and deceptive and evil
they are, and they're trying to do insidious evil things to maintain power so
that's why we're we're at again, a precipice a point in our country's evolution, where we're witnessing the absolute
worst of humanity in political power and in positions of the media.
That's why the alternative media is rising up like a comet because of the depth of character and experience and integrity and confidence and boldness that we and so many other peoples represent.
And the lack of it, the opposite of it, on so many of the others.
Rachel Maddow, a pathological scumbag liar, Don Lemon, Lamon, whatever his name is, a sodomite compromiser, Chris Cuomo, and his brother, and all these clowns have just no integrity, lost it.
The American people see that.
So, and Nancy Pelosi, these these crypt keeper old dead zombies like her that looks like she's death warmed over.
By the way, Jim, there's a story coming out on Nancy Pelosi in the next few weeks that'll sink her ship.
I can't get into it now.
But everything is safely secured.
But Nancy Pelosi is a dead woman running because of some things that she's been involved with here in California.
But that'll be coming out.
But this whole change in the American landscape, I think, politically speaking, is only going to quicken.
People are going to be separating away from the Democrat Party.
And lastly, I'll say this.
When I was doing my doctorate at Catholic University, and one of the things I was doing at Heritage Foundation, Was assembling a social science database.
It's quite exhaustive and huge.
And one of the things we looked into was child care.
And I can tell you from just an overview, child care is one of the worst places a child can ever be.
They get all sorts of diseases and sicknesses.
They get all sorts of emotional neglect.
They get all sorts of trauma.
Child care is, like you said, the road to good intentions is, you know, paves the way to hell.
That's what child care is.
There is nothing good from institutional child care.
And if there's one thing that, you know, this COVID shutdown and thing has allowed, it's good people To recognize that children are sponges between zero and seven.
And yes, they take a lot because they're a sponge, but you're pouring into them good things.
Love, attention, confidence, joy, and they give it back.
Children give back.
A radiance of innocence and God-like happiness and joy and simplicity and truth.
And it's cleansing to our adult souls.
It reminds us and grounds us in the transcendence of our reality.
The eternity of our being.
Children are a miracle.
You know, God says, blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.
Children shall be an olive tree around your table.
And there's nothing good that comes from from childcare so people really need to realize what's important and that mothers and homemakers and fathers and homemakers and grandparents and extended family are all needed to raise up children.
And equip them and strengthen them.
Not paid clients or paid child care workers, but it is the family.
Because a nation is only as healthy and strong as its children and its families and its marriages are healthy and strong.
And when that dissolves, and that is a target of the left to destroy natural sexuality, natural family, natural marriage, to destroy the family is the objective of the left.
The Black Lives Matter said that.
When you do that, you destroy a nation.
That's their objective for America.
So this is the one thing that we need to always hold integrity on, Jim.
Well, you made a lot of excellent observations, Scott, and no doubt LeMond is a lemon.
Yeah, I call him Don Lemming, too.
That's another good one.
Yes, he's ready to just dive off the Democrat cliff, which he's doing right now.
I'm assuming the Democrats have, like, a new, like, a crew of millennials or something.
They've got to have people waiting in the wings because all their people are going down right now.
I don't foresee them.
You know, the Democratic Party is going to be unrecognizable, I think, in a year or two, just because they're going to have to You know, rebrand everything right now and the new, better, improved Democrat Party.
I don't know what they're going to do.
I'm definitely curious because every single person that they've had out there past 10, 15 years is completely destroyed.
And they love Joe Biden because he's never done anything for the American people.
I mean, how long was he in Senate or Congress for?
Like 50 years or something like that?

Oh, alright, only 35 years, so I stand corrected.
But, I mean, what has he really done?
I mean, people, I remember him years ago.
I didn't even really know who he was because he did nothing of substance ever in Congress.
And there's the old C-SPAN videos, which are mostly scrubbed from the internet, of him touching children.
I mean, there's like, you know, was it a half hour of C-SPAN videos of people?
For the most part, parents were letting We're standing there and letting him grope their children, which should be pretty telling as to the eyes wide shut sort of culture that is involved with these people in the upper echelons of power.
But there were a few people who looked like they were about to punch Joe Biden in the face.
And so that's mostly what Um, you know, he was known for in call, uh, in Congress was just harassing people.
