This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joe Olson from Houston and Carl Herman, San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with the appeals court allowing the Biden admin's private business COVID mandate to take effect.
This is insulting.
I think this is completely wrong.
This was a two-to-one decision by a panel of the Cincinnati Basics U.S.
Circuit Court of Appeals.
So a one single judge Has made a decision that's going to affect 84 million U.S.
workers.
This ought to have been carried by the entire circuit court of appeals and not by merely three of them.
The case was brought by multiple businesses, including the American Family Association, multiple individuals, several states, including Texas, Utah, Mississippi.
Petitioner said the mandate should be struck down because it exceeds OSHA's authority under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
In my opinion, there is no doubt about it.
It's violent.
She added, no virus is unique to the workplace or affects only workers.
Courts have upheld OSHA's authority.
This is one who voted in favor of her majority opinion.
I think this is all wrong.
She was appointed by Ronald Reagan a long time ago.
The other judge was appointed by Obama, another woman, Jane Branstetter Strauch.
Earlier in the week, the Sixth Circuit's active judges rejected a move to have the entire panel consider the case.
I don't like that!
On an 8-to-8 vote!
The dissenting judge, Joan Louise Larson, was appointed by Trump.
In her dissenting opinion, she noted, Congress did not authorize OSHA to create such a rule.
To work around Congress, the rule did not meet the emergency standard of necessity the Secretary of Labor needed to bring it about.
The Secretary has not made the appropriate finding a necessity.
An emergency standard must be necessary to protect employees from grave danger.
The purpose of the mandate, she wrote, is to protect unvaccinated people.
The rule's premise is vaccines work, and so OSHA has explained the rule is not about protecting the vaccinated.
They do not face grave danger from working with those who are not.
A multitude of petitioners have levied serious and varied charges against the mandate's legality that violates the non-delegation doctrine, the Commerce Clause, and substantive due process, violates constitutionally protected religious liberty and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
To lift the stay entirely, we'd have to conclude none of these challenges is likely to succeed.
A tall task.
Under the rules, employees who are not fully vaccinated have to wear masks and be tested on a weekly basis.
OSHA threatens $13,600 per violation and an additional $13,600 per day that an employer does not abate the violation.
For a willful or serious violation, they can go up to $136,000.
Arkansas Attorney General Ruthledge announced a ruling indicating she'd move to have the Supreme Court block it.
South Carolina Attorney General Wilson, who chairs the Republican Attorney General Association, expressed disappointment with the decision as well.
We will go immediately to the Supreme Court.
Joe, this ruling by the Sixth Circuit I find extremely troubling.

Yeah, well it's kind of hard to claim you've got an emergency when we've already passed 700 days to flatten the curve.
Absolutely insane.
What people don't understand about our rotten federal court system, these people are appointed and then they're approved by the Senate and then they've got lifetime fiefdoms where they can virtually never be removed.

And if you want an idea how totally corrupt the system is, 95% of the judges have been selected by what's called the Federalist Society, which you might as well just call it the Feudalist Society.
Senator from Rhode Island who I have no respect for at all, White House, and I don't remember what his first name,
Sheldon Whitehouse.
He's got a article up on his website called Speeches, the Third Federalist Society,
where he goes into the details about how there's shadow funding and how they groom
and select all these people and move them up through the judiciary.
And they're the ones that make all the appointments.
And if you want to know why Trump was able to appoint three Supreme Court justices
and all three of them ended up being failures, and they're going to end up voting to approve mandates
because these people were bonafide Nazis before Trump ever selected them.
And he did nothing in the way of vetting the people that he had in his own damn cabinet.
He did nothing to control the Netanyahu puppets he had in a way of his daughter and son-in-law
sitting there in the White House misdirecting him every dang day.
It's absolutely insane.
The judiciary in this country is one of the most rotten branches in the whole entire system and you don't even know about it because the news media certainly won't cover it and the judiciary is impossible for monitoring and correcting its own crimes.
It's an absolute runaway crime syndicate.

Well, so Joe, you think it's all going to turn out okay?
I thought that story was really going to upset you.
White hats to the rescue.
The people do need to know that this is a Revolutionary War 2.0 and that the judicial branch is just as corrupt as the other two branches and that you need to own everything for this totalitarian structure that we're facing against.
So one of the arguments that I think is most compelling as a experienced and trained AP U.S.
government teacher is simply that Title 21 is there to govern the FDA and Title 21, based upon the Nuremberg Code, says that there isn't any scientific, there isn't any medical experimentation allowed on people.
No force, no duress, no coercion, no nothing, no right to work that you have to engage in illegal medical experiments.
At my own school district, We've made progress at a Northern California school district.
After 12 evasions of our school district leadership and written requests, I did get a Zoom face-to-face whereby the assistant superintendent for Hayward Unified School District, she said that Our rights.
And then she put it in writing.
Actually, the first question was, hey, how could you violate federal law by a California mandate, order, regulation, whatever, to violate Title 21 rights?
And she honestly said at first she was caught and said, I don't know.
But then a couple of days later, she and the lawyers figured it out.
And the claim was, is that you can have local orders or mandates in place over federal protections if You get broader rights.
So what our district has admitted, and that I just sent out yesterday to our 100 teachers, is that they're saying that students get broader rights if they are suspended and then expelled for declining any type of medical experiment, which includes these.
I get broader rights as a teacher by being put on unpaid leave.
I think it's nice they're giving me broader rights.
So this week, also on Tuesday, I invited the school district to surrender that position and simply take the remedy that I offered, which is to pass the question up to the county and the state.
And if they can't answer it, then the district has to honor our Title 21 rights and make all of these experimental medical products optional instead of in order.
That is, if the district is wise.
Otherwise, when we come back in January, I have about 50 students who demand to be on a Zoom call to have the district explain how suspending and then expelling them are their broader rights.

More than two dozen legal challenges to the federal mandate for employers were consolidated into the Sixth U.S.
Circuit Court of Appeals, which has reinstated the mandate.
Here you see some workers appropriately objecting.
Ohio.
A federal appellate court has reinstated the Biden administration vaccine and testing mandate.
Was a judicial branch influenced by highly political medical establishment pushing the administration's talking points that Omicron will kill people?
It would appear from the appeal court ruling that the answer is yes.
How do we know the medical establishment is politically motivated on behalf of their allies in big pharma?

To get someone to quickly punish something, anything to take down the premise of their educated argument.
That, my friends, is the essence of political motivation in the medical and scientific community.
The courts are staking their conclusions on a flawed predicate belief that national health services are operating in the best interest of the public health.
As a result of that false assumption, they trust the government is looking out for the people.
And though the forest was shrinking, the trees kept voting for the axe.
For the axe was clever and convinced the trees that since her handle was made of wood, she was one of them.
As a result, this long national nightmare continues unabated.

Ladies and gentlemen, I do have some questions that I'd like them to answer.

If we want to take them down, we have pointed questions, or we consider that we're really not that smart and we should listen to these people who are also co-professionals in our field.

Sometimes you get extremely revealing developments.
Joe Manchin has dropped a Christmas bomb on the Democrats, will not support the Build Back Better Act.
Very appropriate.
He confirmed in an interview on Fox News Sunday he will not and cannot vote for Biden's massive spending plan.
Not only will he not support the massive $1.75 trillion package, will not continue negotiation moving forward, officially killing the bill.
I've always said, if I can't go home and explain it to the people of West Virginia, I can't vote for it.
And I cannot vote to continue with this piece of legislation.
I just can't.
I've tried everything humanly possible.
I can't get there.
Meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Greene is calling out the Democrats as communists in their face, and I think she's got it right.
I think all this equity business, including elements that were in this plan, That would have elevated the cost of child care for ordinary families up to as much as $27,000 per year, making it unaffordable to get even child care workers on an equal financial plane with other workers as a part of it.
And the idea of having some 50,000 electric charging stations to promote electric automobiles?
This is a monstrous package that's designed to destroy the gas and oil industry and turn the United States into a third world country.
This is a no on this legislation, Manchin added.
I've tried everything I know to do.
Meanwhile, they had asked for a review by the Congressional Budget Office, and the Congressional Budget Office came back and reported that the actual cost is upward of $4.5 trillion, more than double what the bill's supporters have claimed.
They continue to camouflage the real cost of the intent behind this bill.
He also observed it would hinder America's ability to respond to increasing geopolitical threats from Russia and China, risk the reliability of our electric grid, increase our dependence on foreign supply chains, where we've even had a Deputy Secretary of the Treasury declare that the supply problems aren't going to be solved until every American is vaxxed, Indicating it was a deliberate policy of the Biden administration to extort the American people with supply problems until they all get VACs.
This is disgusting beyond words.

Well, actually, they plan on building 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations, so that's not even as bad as we thought it was before.
It's even worse.
A great reporter turned To Project Veritas exposed the scam that was Fox 26 Houston reporting on the COVIDiates and the lack of treatments.
They refused to let her discuss a doctor who had saved 2,000 patients with no fatalities using ivermectin.
So anyhow, she went out on her own.
She just recently did a piece on Michael Mann, the hockey stick guy.
I've got two great articles on him back at the time when he was really controversial back in 2010.
One of them was in February of 2010 called Hockey Stickery Doc, and the other one was in July when he was acquitted by the Penn Panel because it didn't matter if he lied and he wouldn't furnish his information.
He brought a lot of research money to Penn, so that's what's really important.
It's not a fact of correct science or being open and transparent with Taxpayer-funded research.

And the most telling thing is that they used to be calling it global warming until the data made that too confusing.

Meanwhile, Speaker Pelosi remains delusional and oblivious about Biden's presidency.
As more Americans struggle from the administration's ruinous policy, growing numbers of the Democratic Party continue to display how disconnected they are from the reality of the situation we face.
Hillary, for example, weeks ago criticized Americans for not being thankful for Joe Biden, that we ought to be grateful for his job in the White House.
She received immense backlash for being so astoundingly aloof of the negative nationwide impact of the Biden administration on America.
She's far from the only one.
Pelosi's made marks.
During a celebratory DNC event, she went overboard singing the praises of a 46th president.
According to the Speaker, Biden is a great president.
America is supposedly blessed to have him in office.
She wanted to say the people of the U.S.
can relax now that Biden's in office and described him as having hands that are both experienced and capable of leading.
She also praised Kamala Harris stating the country is blessed to have her partner as the president.
This statement comes amid increasing reports of tension between them, even including that Biden wants to install a different vice president.
In light of the multitude of problems facing the nation, there was mixed feedback.
Many Americans branded the speaker out of touch and delusional.
Others stated Pelosi doesn't really believe it, but wants Americans to think she believes it.
The fact that Pelosi had the gall to make the remarks is grounds for reproach.
Every single poll coming out demonstrates Pelosi's assessment is a polar opposite of where Americans stand.
If he were so great and capable, he would not have a consistently negative approval nationwide.
If Democrats truly believe what Pelosi told the DNC, they're out of touch and mistaken, and it will be their downfall when the 2022 midterms arrive.
Here's another poll showing exactly how things are headed.
In 2020, Trump got the highest GOP share of the non-white vote in 1960.
It doesn't seem the trend is reversing.
I've often commented how Rasmussen, in 2019 December, showed a poll that 40% of black likely voters were going to support Trump.
Well, now we see a parallel with Latino voters for a split on whom they favor, a considerable change from the past.
As the Wall Street Journal reports, the nation's large and diverse group of Hispanic voters is showing signs of dividing its support.
A troubling development for the Democrats, which has long counted on outsized Hispanic support.
Only a year after giving House candidates for the Democrats more than 60% of their vote, they're now split.
Asked which party they'd back if the election were held today, 37 said Republican, 37 said Democrat.
22% undecided, and I'll tell you that 22% undecided was split two to one for the Republicans in my judgment.
The left didn't count on their insane policies turning off racial minorities, but that seems to be what's happening here.
Heavily Latino districts near the border, for example, that narrowly went for Biden after Hillary won by a significant margin, are now turning toward Trump.
Hispanic voters were evenly divided, asked about a hypothetical rematch in 2024, 44% saying they'd back Biden, 43% supporting Trump.
But in 2020, Biden won 63%, nearly 30 points more.

Even after a persistent fear-mongering campaign from the Democrats and the fake news media,
Latino voters are essentially split even on Trump versus Biden.

There's an interesting gender split Hispanic men on the Biden versus Trump go 33 to Biden, but 56 Trump.
Hispanic women, 55 Biden, but 30% Trump.
As far as approval of Biden as president, Hispanic men, 61% disapprove, only 38% approve.
only 38% approve Hispanic women 46, 46 and even split.
Here I think is really the campaign slogan for the 2024 election.

Absolutely top-notch, and they did a great coverage of the Rittenhouse case,
and they do all of the current cases.
They do some stuff on Jelaine Maxwell, but anyhow, they've got a great little analysis on the Bannon defense and how the evidence is just going to be overwhelming.
He's going to blow them out of the tub, which should do a good Discredit to Garland Merrick.
Let's just call him the opposite of the way he would say his name, because the guy is an absolute joke.
They made the mistake of putting Bannon in a position where he could get Discovery, and he's gonna rip him a new one, I have no doubt.
Oh, this is a part that's really damning.
The judge that he has is also one that was pointed on the D.C.
Circuit by Trump, who was also picked by the Federalist Society, who has also said that Bannon cannot release anything that's presented in his case at all.
He's under a complete gag order.
You should hear the analysis of Barnes about this order that this Trump judge put out.
Absolute insanity.
So, the judge is going to be a problem for Bannon exposing the charade.

Well, it was just crazy, crazy, crazy with that first article with Pelosi trying just to prop up the hair-sniffing, child-groping, senile war criminal Biden.
And people just need to know that these politicians are professional liars and that what they're actually engaged in is a form of a lying contest.
And they take out their talking points, their soundbites that got the approval of the focus groups as the most effective propaganda.
And as always is going to be the distinction and the test of can Americans stand firmly with the objective data and to disregard the liars and the looters and the rogue state imperialists.
That said, we still do need a breakthrough from the evidence that I see looking around at my teacher colleagues, my family, my friends, my neighbors.
Is that none of this is going to penetrate to the level where they're going to take action and recognize something.
We have to have a breakthrough.
Otherwise, the direction that we see in the bigger picture is just going to keep on sliding with the potential disasters that could be triggered by the vaccines, a financial collapse, a disruption of our supply line, more false flag attacks.
So it's perilous times.
My interpretation of Pelosi's remark is consciousness of guilt.
She was instrumental in stealing the election.
She may have thought sincerely Biden would be better.
He's turning out to be a disaster, and she can't confront it.
She's trying to console herself with a false belief when she betrayed the people of the United States and the Constitution.
That's my take on Nancy Pelosi.
Meanwhile, we'll be back.
I do believe they have no other issues and they're, you know, the economy's a mess, inflation is rising, the border is catastrophic, the mandates are creating chaos throughout the nation, the supply problems, they have nothing to show for themselves now, especially that mansion has destroyed their Build Back Better grab fest.
But here's a real issue I think the Democrats can campaign on.
If the court overturns Roe v. Wade, abortion will be a major issue.
And I dare say, in my opinion, they're going to get a lot of support from about half the population right off of the bat.
That is the women of America.
Who truly do believe their body, their choice, and how smart the Democrats would have been to make that their mantra regarding the vaccine, too.
My body, my choice.
They would have been consistent.
I think they'd be in a far stronger position politically.
Now, I think they're wounded.
They hardly are hanging on.
They're destroying themselves as a party, but I believe here they have, the dog has been thrown a bone in the form of this issue of abortion.
Meanwhile, Operation Omicron, the globalists are preparing for mass murder in the weeks ahead.

Hospitals' incentive payment for COVID-19 are about $100,000 per COVID patient.
As has been true in the initial campaign, the elderly will probably be targeted first, since they are deemed worthless members of society by the satanic globalists who can increase their profits by reducing the number on Medicare and Social Security.
Dr. Elizabeth Lee Villet exposed the agenda in October on her Complete Life System for Rationing Medical Care.
Here it is.
When implemented, the Complete Life System reduces a priority curve on which individuals aged between roughly 15 and 40 get the most substantial chance, while the youngest and the oldest are attenuated, meaning ration restriction are denied.
This is happening in the UK as well.
Consider, from the expose Déjà Vu, the UK is about to experience a huge wave of deaths among the elderly and vulnerable, comparable to April of 2020.

The public will be told COVID-19 is to blame, but the truth is the recipe for disaster cooked up by the UTA government and its circle of advisors will be solely responsible.

On the contrary, they're in a dismal state.
