This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Mariam Hanin, who's in Florida somewhere.
We hope to be joined by Joe Olson from Houston, but Joe is having accommodation problems here.
We begin with a bullied suspect, Ethan Crumbly, who allegedly uses his dad's pistol in a shooting event near Detroit, Michigan, Oxford High School.
There are certain estimates of this that don't look like they quite add up.
We have his father purchasing the 9mm Sig Sauer used in the shooting just four days earlier.
That Crumbly has been charged as an adult with murder, terrorism, assault, and weapons.
He's alleged to have killed four and injured others.
Investigators say they're still trying to determine a motive because the suspect isn't speaking.
Here's supposed to be a photograph of him with his father in 2017, so that would have been like four years ago.
Here's his Sig Sauer.
He's actually showing it in an image.
I find this just a tad odd.
Meanwhile, investigators are doing a deep dive on his social media to determine a motive or if there were any red flags.
He was featured in the local Oxford Leader way back when, working on a project for poverty in Hungary, making it sound like he was an altruistic kid.
I see people on the street who are homeless and hungry.
I feel I should take action and help them.
Authorities said they were made aware of social media posts saying there'd been threats of a shooting at Oxford, but they did not know about them until afterwards.
Here's a school.
Its locale looks a whole lot like a very modern high school in Verona, near where I reside.
Meanwhile, the Sheriff said he had no previous run-ins with the department.
They swarmed his family home, hauled away evidence, including what were supposed to be long guns, taken into custody in the school hallway.
There is a report that allegedly his parents had been called in that morning for misconduct.
Three of those killed were identified as 16-year-old Tate Meyer, 14-year-old Hannah St.
Julia, 17-year-old Madison Baldwin, a 14, Justin Schilling, 17, died of his wounds Wednesday.
There's some peculiarities here.
Danny is serious, expensive background in law enforcement.
Checked out the home.
It's a very small house, just a thousand square yards.
This is where they're alleged to have conducted the raid.
He has done research on the family, can find no evidence that they had this child.
In other words, there's no proof the child exists.
We also have their Facebook accounts shut down, their pages are shut, so we can't do further investigation.
Here's a photograph, which I find doesn't really look to me quite like the earlier photograph, but they're going to be charging the parents involuntary manslaughter.
This sounds completely ridiculous.
In fact, Danny Sears has done research, and there aren't any laws in Michigan about this sort of situation, though you'd presume there's some sort.
But the idea of making it involuntary manslaughter just really seems bizarre.
They claim under Michigan law, involuntary manslaughter can be pursued if prosecutors believe someone contributed to a situation where harm or death were high.
Running the risk of a 15-year penalty.

Yeah, I really haven't spent a whole lot of time on that one, but I know in Texas you have a requirement as a gun owner to keep guns out of the hands of minors, and so there's a charge for that.
I don't know if it's misdemeanor or felony, but I'll be looking it up online as we talk, and I'll give you an update once I find some information on it.

So is this the first time that you have parents that are now that are charged and that the latest reports is that the parents seem to know that their child was going to go berserkers and kill people?

Clearly, you know, we're going after the second amendment now and we have to up the ante.

There was just a press release, a presser about an hour ago stating, alluding that the parents seemed to know this was going to happen.
I think that's ridiculous and it's part of the story.
I just, my wife just called me to say that this high school in Verona that I compared to that one has had the report rumors.
Someone was bringing a gun to school.
So many parents took their kids out.
I think this is a new PSYOP.
That the recent news of shootings in Kenosha, Kyle Rittenhouse, white guy defending himself against three white thugs who are trying to kill him with an AR-15.
What happened in Waukesha, where you had got a black BLM supporter pissed off about the verdict in Kenosha.
runs down members of a parade, killing six, injuring a whole lot more.
And then the acquittal in Georgia of the three white guys, classic rednecks,
who seem to have been carried away with the idea of a citizen's arrest, convicted.
All three of these stories undermine the Democrat gun control agenda.
I believe they're trying a new approach that they're gonna have, you know, get parents worried
about guns by threatening school shootings.
And this is the first of what's going to be a cascade.
It's all going to be bullshit.
All of it.

I was just going to say to call, you know, people on on social are calling him straight up a terrorist again.
You know, where is the Innocent until proven guilty.
It's very much the opposite now where it's guilty unless maybe proven innocent if you're lucky.

Yeah, Texas Penal Code 4613 parents and guardians are liable if a minor under age 17 gains access to an unsecured gun and causes death or injury.
And that can actually be accidental.
They can be playing with it and just boom goes off.
So you know, so you're you're required in Texas, but that doesn't include, you know, people that have are mentally challenged or that are.
Not allowed because of felony records to have access to guns, so there's a chance that that law is going to be strengthened.
After the Las Vegas event, which was totally fake, it was a movie, they used a pre-recorded soundtrack, special visual effects.
Michael Chertoff, who was our second head as Homeland Security, who's got deep into scanners, body scanners, the type used at In airports.
Thought they would be imposed everywhere.
All public facilities, including schools.
I have resonating here.
This is what they want to do for, you know, billions of dollars of profits for a phony, fake event.
I see it.
I see this coming.
That's my anticipation of what's going on here.
Totally fraudulent.
Meanwhile, you have a federal appellate court upholding a California ban on large, high-capacity magazines.
I don't like this.
A federal appellate court upheld the California ban reversing a San Diego federal judge ruling that it was unconstitutional handing a victory to gruesome, nuisance, and gun control advocates.
The California law passed in 2016 bans the possession of large-capacity magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
I think that's why they did in this school shooting say he had seven more rounds and is gone, see?
That's supposed to scare us witless that he might have shot seven more people.
An 11-member unblocked panel of the Ninth Circuit at Court of Appeals, which by the way is known to be extremely liberal, Of all the circuit courts of appeals, this is the reputed to be the most liberal issue to ruling reversing the decision.
The record demonstrates the limitation interferes only minimally with the core right of self-defense.
Panos claimed in the last half century large-capacity magazines have been used in about Three quarters of gun massacres with 10 or more deaths.
I'm not quite sure what they think they're talking about, gun massacres.
The fact is the decision, as I say, victory for Governor Newsom.
These weapons of war don't belong on our streets.
Again, that's abuse of the language.
Those are only full automatic.
Remember, criminal offenses in the U.S.
by race per capita, overwhelmingly committed by blacks.
Asians practically never.
Native Americans only in liquor-related offenses.
Overwhelmingly Blacks commit the most crimes.
Here we have New York statistics for 2014 of arrests for violent crime.
Murder, 62 percent Black, 32 percent Hispanic.
That's 94 percent of the murder arrests.
Shooting, 75% Black.
22% Hispanic.
That's 97% of the shooting rate.
46% Latino.
43% Black.
That's 89% Latino or Black.
If New York were all white, the rapes would be down 83%.

You'll find the areas where all these shootings are taking place are controlled by the Democrats.
You know, they got a policy problem that's idiotic because it's well known internationally that gun ownership and homicide rates are inversely related.
The more gun ownership, the lower the homicide rate.
So if you drop the gun ownership, you're going to increase the murder rate.
That's what the Democrats want to do.
It's outrageous.

Yeah, the statistics are about 4 to 1, aren't they, on crimes prevented by just displaying a weapon, as opposed to crimes that were committed if there was no defense weapon involved.
So, you know... Americans use guns to defend themselves over 2 million times a year, and it's estimated to save around 200,000 lives through the defensive use of guns.

I learned to shoot a rifle in Girl Scouts and have gone out shooting with a homicide detective on on some stories and way back when but You know, to tell the audience, I thought that I was a Democrat or a Liberal, having come from Canada.
And now over the years, it's very obvious to me that they're going after the Second Amendment.
Let's just look to Australia, where there's now concentration camps, which they've called resilience centers.
And instead of saying that the people are escaping, they've used the word absconding.
But it's very clear what's down the pipeline and why they have to come after the guns.
And so I feel there's value in hearing someone such as myself that's grown in their views, because now I would actively buy a gun to protect myself as a single woman.
And let's just also remember that in Minneapolis, since the George Floyd incident, Homicide has doubled and crimes have doubled.
I mean, I would like to see it beyond color because I do think that the system and the culture is emasculating black men that a lot of them I've hung out with gangs in Los Angeles and that they find their tribe by acting out and then they get caught in this circle of Going to jail, going back to jail where there's no real rehabilitation or opportunities.
I mean, jail is a business.

The prisoners are used to manufacture products, even in many cases, at great profit to private prison owners.

Look who's now siding with Steve Bannon in his fight with the Department of Justice.
This is fascinating.
Bannon said they were messing with the wrong guy.
I believe he got it right.
He's demanding all the documents used to bring the case against him in relation to January 6th be made public, which is being fought aggressively by Department of Justice officials.
Now think about it.
If this were all on the up and up, why would the DOJ be opposing the documents that are used as a basis for his case against him?
It's because it's all fabricated and fake.
Now he's getting backup from an unlikely source.

Believe now the public is entitled to access to all the facts, just as Bannon is insisting.
A statement given to the Post on the fight explained he wants a judge to allow unfettered access to and use of the documents.
The DOJ has been battling to restore its reputation too late, ever since its employees took part in the now-debunked Russia collusion conspiracy theory against President Trump.
The facts now emerged show Hillary campaign promoted the collusion theory with a goal of diverting attention from her email scandal.
Where she posted government secrets on an unsecured private email system.
DOJ employees helped her with that.
They ran with a false claim, acquiring the Democrat-funded Steele dossier, going to a secret court to obtain permission.
Bannon is pled not guilty to the contempt of Congress, but now The Daily Mail reveals a group of legacy media outlets, including CNN, ABC, The Washington Post, New York Times, NBC, parent company, The Wall Street Journal, have filed a motion to intervene as Bannon fights.
Basically, they appear to be entering as amicus curiae, in other words, on his behalf.
The order would severely limit what Bannon can do with a trove of information the feds must share as part of the normal discovery.
Have already begun handing over, according to a prior government filing, it includes more than a thousand pages of witness testimony, grand jury material, and even emails from staff for the House January 6th Committee investigating the alleged Capitol riot.
The press members who largely were publicly in opposition to Trump before and after argue now the government's proposed order would violate the First Amendment, takes on the government's own contention that allowing Bannon to use the material would result in pretrial publicity that could taint the jury.
They argue Proper justification for a gag order necessarily includes a finding in the absence of its entry that no less restrictive alternatives can adequately prevent a perceived harm.
This puts the mainstream press squarely on the side of Bannon.
Who in the past has said the Times should be ashamed and humiliated and attack the media as the opposition party, albeit on procedural matters of mutual interest.
Bannon said at the outset, I'm telling you right now, this is going to be the misdemeanor from hell for Attorney General Merrick Garland.
It appears to me he's following through.
I like Bannon, what he's doing here.
I think he's got him by the tail.

Yeah, well, we have the Brady rulings.
Which is named after Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S.
83, 1963, requires prosecutors to disclose material exculpatory evidence in the government's possession to the defense.
The defendant bears the burden of proof that the undisclosed evidence is both material and favorable.
This was such a powerful ruling that it's actually been adopted in most states, and I think nationally, as a Brady law.
I know it is here in Texas.
And Hillary had another reason besides the Russiagate information that she was trying to cover up and her duplicity in that, and that was the Wiener laptop.
And so I've been referring to her for about a decade as Reptillery, a scaly, cold-blooded, fork-tongued predator nearing extinction.
I think that's a perfect description for this woman who's just as disgusting as a human being can be.
And wears a frazzled drip mask while she's torturing her victims.

So from my understanding, Bannon is basically Turning the tables around and using him, well, them coming after him to his benefit and asking the DOJ that's concealing 14,000 hours of surveillance video that was captured on January 6th.
I mean, I was just speaking to Someone today about real estate, but when I told them, yeah, I was there and I was caught in a LARP and it's it's hands down.
And now they're going after Alex Jones and they're going after Ali, who I think Ali Alexander is a grifter.
But they're going after the cream of the crop higher up and no question about it that the FBI was involved and that this was a live action role play.
So good for Bannon for standing up.

Meanwhile, the Kenosha police released body cam footage of the NBC producer caught following the Rittenhouse jury, and it looks bad for the network.
The footage picks up during a traffic stop on November 17th after police pulled over alleged freelance producer James Morrison for running a red light.
He was trying to keep up with a jury bus.
The officer who introduces himself as Officer Jones, were you following a vehicle?
Morrison, who describes himself as a producer for NBC, responded nervously saying, I was trying to see.
I was being called by New York going, maybe these are the people you need to follow, but I don't know.
I was trying to just do what they told me to do.
The producer went on to confirm it was a booking producer in New York, not an affiliate of Chicago or Milwaukee, giving him instructions to follow the jurors during their break from deliberations.
How did they know about this vehicle, Jones asked.
Morrison replied, I don't know, and tried to reassure officers by saying, I mean, it was discreet.
I wasn't like going to talk to anybody or anything, just trying to find a location.
That's all.
Officer Jones then requested Morrison call his contact in New York so she could be questioned.
He dialed Irene Bison, who described herself as a booking producer for NBC.
We're trying to figure out what's going on here while you have a reporter or producer following the vehicles out here, Jones asked.
We were just trying to respectfully just trying to see if it's possible to find any leads about the case.
And so we were we were just keeping our distance just to see where people involved in the trial are positioned, Byron answered, fumbling over her own words.
She had it.
By no means were we trying to get in contact with any of the jury members or whoever's in the car, just trying to see where key players in the trial may be at.
The Kenosha Police Department confirmed the incident.
Morrison was suspected of attempting to photograph Jaws, stopped by police and issued several traffic-related citations.
At the time NBC News issued a statement last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation while it took place near the jury van.
He never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberation, never photographs or intended to photograph them.
We regret the incident.
We'll fully cooperate with authorities.
Ultimately, No jury tampering charges were filed since any alleged efforts to photograph or otherwise expose their identities were thwarted.
I think that's pretty telling, Joe.
I mean, this makes NBC look terrible.
Well, you know, basically they were doing the undercover doxing work for BLM and Antifa, and they knew it.
Uh, it's a hilarious bit of police work.
The officer just handled the situation perfectly.

And it's hilarious.
He never mentioned jury bus.
The woman that they called in New York said, yeah, we, we weren't really following the jury bus.
It was like, oh yeah.

There's people don't know that there's lots of accidents on the 101 and the 405 because the paparazzi are running after celebs trying to get money shots and it seems NBC was doing something similar.

He explained the dying process provoked by the injections is designed in such a way as to be untraceable.
People will start to get sick from this or from that.
The symptoms will be so wide ranging it'll be difficult to definitively peg them on the shots.
The deaths that are meant to follow the vaccines will never be able to be pinned on the poison.
They'll be too diverse, too many, too broad a time frame for us to understand we have been poisoned.
Dr. Chetty claims to have successfully treated more than 7,000 Chinese virus patients without a single hospitalization or death.
Also keenly aware of the government's censorship campaign against the early treatment protocols he provides.
I think the perspective around what's happening is vitally important.
We need to understand what the aim is.
Everyone knows there are inconsistencies, there's coercion, but we need to understand why is it there?
The jab spike protein is a pathogen causing all the deaths in the COVID illness.
In Dr. Chetty's view, there's one thing that appears to be causing all of it, the spike protein.
This pathogen is either found in J&J, AstraZeneca, or produced by Pfizer, Moderna, the so-called vaccines.
And it is this pathogen that will eventually kill off millions, if not billions.
What looks like transpired here is they engineered a virus with this weapon-grade package onto it called spike protein.
Only a small number of people experience an immediate allergic reaction to the most elaborately engineered toxin, usually within the first eight days.
When, by the way, the CDC, by its own protocols, declare you're still unvaccinated, they know most of the reactions will be in the first 14, so they still declare, even after you've been injected in the first 14, you are unvaccinated.
The injections, however, extend that reaction for a longer period.
We begin to see the endothelial blood vessel lining injuries this vaccine causes with a spike protein.
Those are the deaths that are meant to follow.
They'll never be pinned on the spike protein, a very well-engineered toxin.
Now, spike protein is also a membrane protein, so the mRNA will distribute it throughout our body.
It will be made in various tissues around our body, incorporated into those membranes and those specific tissues.
Because they're recognized by the body of foreign invaders.
The immune system overreacts in an autoimmune way, meaning it attacks itself.
This is where the slow death process begins.
Now, this toxin in the long term is going to get people with pre-existing illness to have those illnesses exasperated.
I mean, it made worse.
What is worse, the toxins include bits of HIV.
Remember, that was the area of specialization of Tony the Rat Fauci, clearly showing they were genetically engineered.
I see Fauci's input all over this.
People with cancer are going to have their cancers flare up.
They'll say they died of the cancer.
People with vessel injuries or predisposition like diabetics or hypertension are going to have strokes and heart attacks.
It will attribute those to pre-existing conditions.
People are going to develop over time autoimmune conditions, the diversity of which will never be addressed by any pharmaceutical intervention because they're far too targeted.

COVID vaccine-induced AIDS.
Those who took the COVID jabs have been turned into vaccine-induced AIDS patients with collapsing immunity against everything.
And that makes them highly vulnerable to a deliberate release of a moderate flu strain that would normally kill only the frail and ill.
Why did globalists choose this route?
Because they didn't want to nuke the planet with a truly vicious pathogen that would threaten their own children in the long run.
They want to keep the really dangerous pathogens in the freezer while figuring out how to kill people with mild ones.
Only by convincing the gullible masses to line up for mRNA spike protein injections could they pull this off, Joe.

Jim Crenshaw has a channel on Bitshoot where he hosts a lot of different content and one of the ones he hosts is a guy that's a sergeant, somebody like that, drill sergeant kind of guy, and he had a four minute long video today on the November 19th issue of Bars Injury Reports.
913,000 injured, 192,000 dead, 975,000 hospitalizations, 309,000 disabled, and 30,000 miscarriages is
the current total, running total on the JAB results as of November 19th.
And like he mentions repeatedly in there, that's 10 to less than 1% of the actual total.
So you could multiply those by 100 and get closer to what we really have.
And then one of the other ones he had is a four-minute segment from a Simpson episode about them Krusty Burgers Serving a new burger squared where they take a cow and then they run it through a grinder.
They feed it to other cows and then they run that through a grinder and that's where you get the mad cow disease hamburgers and it's like sweeping the whole little town of Springfield but it's a pretty interesting little episode and it's another bit of predictive programming on the part of the Simpsons staff telling us about the coming zombie apocalypse and the And the spike proteins that lead to prions that lead to mad cow that leads to zombie apocalypse.
So I'll put those two links in the comments.

And in the past, any medical product or process that has any tiny fraction of these adverse effects would have been immediately pulled off the market.

I personally think that the flu numbers have been co-opted and that there is also a man-made bioweapon.
Whether it's you get it via the jab or you catch it through aerosolized, I'm not quite sure.

I'm more scared now because of the shedding.
Dr. Sherry Tenpenny has identified at least 40 different mechanisms of injury.
The spike protein replicates and you become a little factory and to think that you're just going to create antibodies.
I personally get Three day, five day headaches if I'm near a vaccine, a vaccinated human.
And there's the spike protein, there's the fake synthetic lipids, there's the mRNA sequence, there's the graphene oxide.
Pick the way you, you know, and then they're giving saline.
And it's called the advocate method where you become an advocate where you're ostensibly Shitting on your brothers and sisters and defending big pharma for something that has 99.7 recovery rate.
I'm putting together a colossal protocol that will outline different ways that you can detox.
A lot of them you should have been doing all along.
And there's no question that they're trying to eradicate the notion of the immune system and the actual immune system.
As Mike Adams points out with ADE, I mean, people are going to be... there's toll receptors that are being turned off that Del Bigtree recently talked about, and so your immune system no longer is able to fight off It's a cold.
And there's also resurgence of cancer.
I mean, this is just a mess.
And it's not only a Deepak agenda.
It's also very much a transhumanist agenda.
I think that's a great point.
In fact, a guest on my show, The Raw Deal on Monday, Sophia Smallstorm, is going to be talking about the transhuman aspect to which you allude.

I also want to share, before we move on, that I recently recorded a call.
I love recording calls and exposing dirt, but I was calling to report my mother's adverse reaction.
My mother, I knew, was hiding something from me, and I learned that she now, after three days after her second jab, ended up in the ER, where they told her that it's just the body developing antibodies, and she now has a respiratory issue.
And when I called Pfizer to report the adverse reaction, they wanted to know the lot, they wanted to know how old my mom was, they wanted to know what arm she got the shot in.
And I said, do you share any of this information with VAERS?
No, we're just collecting data.
To which I said, I'm really glad that my mom can serve as a lab rat for your experiments because we are all lab rats here.
That's right.
And you're outrageous.

Every American has to understand we're being subjected to mass murder, to a slaughter by Big Pharma on behalf of the Rothschild banking empire and the Great Reset.
Meanwhile, GM Ford and Chrysler are not going to require their employees to take the COVID vaccines.
I think they're fearful they put themselves out of business.
Being reported, the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace, Agriculture, Implement Workers of America has negotiated against a COVID vaccine mandate that would have impacted thousands of employees at GM, Ford, and Chrysler.
While they're still going to be required to wear a mask inside the factory, the union heads were able to make vaccination status disclosure voluntary rather than a requirement.
At a meeting, the COVID-19 Joint Task Force, comprised of the UAW, Ford, GM, and Stellantis, has aligned on a policy of voluntary and confidential disclosure.
Each company will provide additional communication to employees on how, when, and where.
They'll be urged to get jabbed, but not required to be jabbed.
Families are also encouraged to get jabbed, as instructed by Tony Fauci, the Murderer-in-Chief.
After reviewing the status of CDC and OSHA guidelines, the task force decided, in the best interest of worker safety, to continue masks at the work sites.

Other sectors are not so lucky, including the Transportation Security Administration, being told it must require all employees to take the jab.
As of our last reporting, upward of 40% of the TSA workers were still unvaxxed, which threatened to shut down air travel or at least make it very difficult to make it through security lines.
If half of TSA's workforce were forced off the job by not having the vax, Airports all around the world would be prohibitively understaffed, leaving them non-functional.
Since many of the airlines are also trying to force injection their employees, that too has created flight delays and cancellations, even pilots dropping dead in the air.
It would appear as though the automobile industry is safe for now, however.
