False Flags & Conspiracies 2020: What happened at Sandy Hook? (5 December 2020)
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Well, that was a wonderful presentation by Kelly Watt.
I'm going to follow it up with a fairly extensive set of documents, photographs, and so forth that substantiate what she's been telling you.
Most of you are aware that I am a former Marine Corps officer and retired university professor.
My area of specialization is the history and the philosophy of science.
I spent 35 years offering courses in logic, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning at a wide range of colleges and universities.
I began with JFK.
What I have championed is the application of the principles of scientific reasoning to these complex and controversial cases, like Sandy Hook, but also like JFK, like 9-11.
Well, they proceed as follows.
Puzzlement.
Something doesn't fit in with your background knowledge.
Look at all the issues that Kelly tripped over when she was making some really elementary inquiries about Sandy Hook, such as who cleaned up the blood.
Speculation.
Consider the complete range of alternative explanations.
Well, in this case, it's fairly obvious.
The question is, was Sandy Hook a real bona fide mass murder involving the death of 20 children and six adults, or was it a staged event?
Adaptation of hypotheses to evidence.
Which hypothesis, if it were true, would confer the higher probability upon the available relevant evidence, with special concern to sorting out the authentic from the fabricated?
We discovered, especially in the case of JFK, once we determined that the autopsy x-rays had been altered to conceal a fist-sized blowout at the back of the head, that the brain shown in diagrams and photographs in the National Archives isn't the brain of John F. Kennedy.
The whole movies of the assassination had been massively altered to conceal his true causes of death.
Sorting out the fabricated, the altered from the authentic greatly narrowed the scope of possibilities as to who could have been responsible.
So frequently it's destroying the cover-up that leads to the realization That these things, such as altering the x-rays and even autopsy photographs, could only have been done by medical officers of the U.S.
Navy and members of the Secret Service.
That it would have been preposterous for the KGB or the Mafia or anti-Castro Cubans to extend their reach into Bethesda Naval Hospital.
Explanation.
The best supported hypothesis, when the evidence settles down, is acceptable in the tentative and fallible fashion of science.
Tentative, with the acquisition of new evidence or alternative hypotheses, we may have to reject hypotheses we previously accepted, accept hypotheses we previously rejected, and leave others in suspense.
Fallible.
Even the best supported hypothesis may ultimately turn out to be false.
For example, Newton's classic theory of elementary physics, his laws of physics and of gravitation, were for approximately 200 years thought to be applicable in all regions of space-time.
Until Einstein, with his theory of relativity, explained that this was all relative to frames of reference and that it was not the case that Newton's theory had application to all regions of space and time, which meant it was a special limiting case and not true universally.
Well, that was quite astonishing and reinforced the realization, even among the best scientists in the world, that all scientific knowledge is Tentative and fallible.
But you are entitled to accept.
If you want to read about it, I have online my first serious essay explaining the application of scientific reasoning to conspiracy theories, thinking about conspiracy theories 9-11 and JFK, where you see I use research on JFK as preliminary to looking at 9-11.
Now, I want to emphasize a terribly important methodological difference.
There's confirmationist methodology.
Look for evidence to support an hypothesis.
Look for confirming instances.
Such as in relation to the hypothesis all pennies are made of copper, adducing billions of examples of copper pennies as confirmation, versus the falsificationist methodology championed by Sir Karl Popper, the great British philosopher of science, who suggests test hypotheses to see whether they can be shown to be false.
Where, for example, it turns out that in 1943, because of the shortage of copper for military purposes, they were made of steel.
So Popper suggests that if you repeatedly attempt to falsify an hypothesis, but it resists falsification, then you have reason to think it might be true.
One of the most important messages for you to absorb is that Barack Hussein Obama in 2012 nullified the Smith-Mutt Act of 1948, which had precluded the use of the same techniques of propaganda and disinformation within the United States that were being used abroad.
And as a consequence, he essentially legitimized stage shootings, all kinds of fakery.
We had a cavalcade of subsequent events, not just Sandy Hook, where this Modernization Act occurred just in time to bring a Sandy Hook.
But the Boston bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas, different speakers will address many of those things.
But where I've specialized in bringing together groups of experts To collaborate, in the case of Sandy Hook, for example, I brought together 13 experts, including six current or retired PhD professors, where we established that the school had been closed by 2008, as Kelly observed, loaded with asbestos and other biohazards,
Damaged by a hurricane, one or more.
There was even, it turned out, a huge flood in 2007, where the Sandy Hook happens to be in a water basin, surprisingly.
So that, in fact, you know, the school had been abandoned, and they used it to conduct an event that I'm about to describe.
But when the book, as Kelly mentioned, was banned by Amazon after it had been on sale for less than a month and sold nearly 500 copies.
Mike Palachuk, series editor, and I decided we need to establish our own outlook for our books and founded Moonrock Books With David Gehry as our publisher.
David will be talking about the hazards of publishing truth tomorrow, but as will Mike himself, who has a long history as a newsman, conscientious objector, jailed for his belief, a man of great principle and integrity.
But I'll just mention here the books on Sandy Hook, The Boston Bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland.
I mean, you know, even the Moon book, that we didn't go to the Moon.
All six of those books have been banned by Amazon.com, which I take to be the indoor record, so that Dave Gehry is particularly well positioned to address these issues based upon our own experience.
There were anomalies from the beginning.
We had NBC admitting no assault rifles were used at Sandy Hook.
I mean, this is from coverage coming out the very day.
We had the original claim that this young 20-year-old slender, about six feet tall, but only weighed maybe 112 pounds, carrying 35 pounds of gear into the school, Including a six-hour-and-a-glock handgun and then a Bushmaster.
I mean, I'm telling you, it was ridiculous from the beginning.
Some early on noticed that there appeared to be what are known as crisis actors playing more than one role.
A striking example, David Wheeler, Who turned out to play the role of a grieving parent, but also sloppy sniper.
Look at that!
Now, as a Marine Corps officer, I supervised recruit training in San Diego for a year with 15 DIs and 300 recruits under my command.
The least competent private would not carry a weapon upside down by the magazine.
Magazines are designed to be rapidly removed and replaced.
Almost certainly the weapon would fall down to the ground, potentially damaging.
The apologist for San Diego claimed it was this FBI agent who bore a certain similarity in appearance.
But no one with training with firearms would ever do what David Wheeler did here.
I mean, this is outright obvious fakery.
YouTube has taken down hundreds and hundreds of videos exposing Sandy Hawk.
Get this, even the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza, initially had his death reported in the Social Security Death Index.
This happened on 13 December 2012, making his feat in shooting 20 children and 6 adults the following day.
All the more remarkable.
Here we even had a report.
This is from CNN that very evening that Adam Lanza did not even exist.
Now these are mainstream media publications and obviously they raise enormous serious questions about Sandy Hook.
There were several press conferences that were peculiar in the extreme.
For example, here's the governor having a conference.
His name's Dan Malloy.
Curiously, he's reputed to be illiterate.
He was reporting how he and the lieutenant governor had been spoken to that something like this might happen.
That got me to wonder, spoken to by whom?
And something like this, what could he possibly mean?
There are only two alternatives.
He'd been warned that someone might go berserk and come into a Connecticut public school and shoot it up.
In which case, he obviously had the obligation to warn school systems to take additional security procedures to ensure it did not happen.
Which, however, he did not do.
Or, alternatively, he'd been spoken to, told they were going to take an abandoned school, conduct a drill, and present it as a live event in order to promote gun control.
Which, of course, is precisely what happened.
By whom was he spoken to?
Well, it just so happened that Attorney General Eric Holder and Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy discussed on 27 November, you know, just a couple of weeks before, the Obama administration's proposals for gun control.
Here we got a photograph of Eric Holder actually in 1995 addressing a Democratic National Women's Convention in Washington D.C.
explaining we have to brainwash the American people in order to change their attitudes about guns.
Well, Sandy Hook was designed to accomplish just that objective.
And, of course, Kelly mentioned Wayne Carver's press conference.
It was James Tracy, then an associate professor at Florida Atlantic, who wrote the first scholarly article about the press conference elaborating all kinds of questions, several of which Kelly has highlighted.
Not knowing how many children had died, how many were boys, how many were girls, how often they were shot, claiming it was from 3 to 11 times, talking about how he hoped this didn't come crashing down on the people of Newtown.
Well, there was a tremendous pressure, interestingly, from the Jewish community in South Florida on Florida Atlantic To hold James Tracy responsible for a private blog he conducted on his own time and the university obligingly contrived to what I regard as a completely phony cause to justify terminating a man from his tenured position.
He actually had courses In the Communication Department on Media and Conspiracy.
So even though he was dealing with Sandy Hook issues on his own personal blog, it obviously had direct relevance to his courses.
But where he was improperly dismissed, the whole business was, in my opinion, a considerable sham.
No doubt other speakers will have more to say about it.
But I'm very sorry that it turns out his appeal Has been rejected in Florida just in the last couple days.
Meanwhile, as Kelly implied, the building was in a state of disrepair.
Now, Wolfgang Halberg, who's a former Florida State Trooper, a former U.S.
Customs agent, a former school principal, and a nationally recognized school safety expert, has done massive research on the condition of the school.
It was ridiculous!
There was mold, there were weeds, there was all kinds of impropriety, hanging wires, windows covered up, no buzzer.
Look at this.
Now, Kelly mentioned, you know, the Americans with Disability Act and that they didn't have any signage and so forth.
Well, all the entries and exits were supposed to be wheelchair accessible.
Is this wheelchair accessible?
Obviously not.
Therefore, not in compliance with American for Disability Act.
Therefore, not legally operating as a public school.
Moreover, there's an extension of a steel pipe sticking out there that could pop out the eye of a little kid if he ran into it.
No principle!
would allow a school in this condition to be used.
And as Kelly observed, there was stuff stacked up everywhere, everywhere.
They tried to remodel one of the commodes in order to make it look as though it were handicap accessible, but it manifestly was not.
We had a video about all this where a number of former teachers commented on it.
Here are some.
School looks as though it was used for storage.
No organization apparent.
Looks like material supplies just thrown into lots of rooms.
Strange findings.
Guitar case in garbage in one of the bathrooms.
Box on floor in one of the sinks.
What was that for?
Were the sinks too high for the kids and they were supposed to stand on a box?
Corona beer carton on the shelf.
Storage closet stacked with junk.
Stuff piled up in front of the exit.
Door, room full of boxes, storage dirty, grout, and toll.
Perhaps the best came from Stephanie Sluinski, who makes it unmistakably clear.
It is a common practice for public school districts to use a decommissioned school as a storage yard for old furniture, which was a function of Sandy Hook.
While her comment originated with the first of these videos, her observations are further substantiated by the second.
Here's Stephanie.
Ask any teacher, janitor, school administrator.
It's common practice for public school districts to use a decommissioned school as a storage yard for old furniture and items a district has little use for.
That's exactly what this is.
The fire marshal inspects each and every classroom every year, especially that close to a fire station, where they were driving past it daily, where Sandy Hook was just a third of a mile up the road on Dickinson Drive from the firehouse.
And there's no way in hell he would approve all that large, bulky old furniture boarded up against the windows.
What if a fire broke out in the hallway and fire blocked the door?
How would little kids escape?
The window's at ground level, of course.
This story stank from the first five minutes.
As a former public school teacher for 10 years, I've never seen a working school look like that.
Especially not an elementary in an affluent area.
Fake, fake, fake, as the day is long.
And here's something Wolfgang popped up, that in fact, when the school was actually operating, it was rated at a 10 out of 10.
That means not only were the faculty highly qualified, not only was it being administered properly, but the facilities were in tip-top order.
Obviously, that's an old report that did not apply to the school at the time, because by 2008, it had been abandoned.
Now, some of you may think, well, wasn't there an official report on Sandy Hook?
Well, yes, there was.
A report by the state's attorney for Danbury on the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary.
This was by Stephen J. Sedensky, the third state's attorney.
He took nearly a year to get the report out, which many thought was very, very odd.
I believe he was waiting to see how much evidence would come out that he might have to accommodate, deal with, and explain away in his report.
At this point, it's relatively trivial to demonstrate the official report authored by Danbury State's attorney, Steven Sidinsky, does not establish a causal nexus between the shooter, his victims, and the weapons he's alleged to have used.
It suffers from the shortcomings of concluding there were no fingerprints on the .22 caliber
rifle allegedly used to shoot his mother in their home, and even more surprisingly,
that of the large number of shots fired from the 5.56 caliber Bushmaster close to 150 rounds,
that's an AR-15, it has a .223 caliber slightly larger than a .22. None of the bullet fragments
could be matched to the whoppits.
That's tucked away in an obscure footnote 53.
Listen to this.
No positive identification could be made to any of the bullet evidence submissions in 5.56 millimeter caliber.
The physical condition of the bullet jacket surfaces were severely damaged and corroded.
They all lacked individual striation marks of sufficient agreement for identification.
The test fires also exhibited a lack of individual serrated marks on the bullet surfaces, so they couldn't conclude.
Under these circumstances, it would have been impossible for the alleged shooter, Adam Lonza, to have been convicted in a properly conducted court of law for his alleged offense, because no causal nexus has been established between the purported shooter, his weapons, and the 20 children and 7 adults Six at the school, plus his mother, he is supposed to have killed, which one might have not evenly supposed was the point of the investigation.
But if that was its goal, then its objective was not achieved.
If there's ever been such an asbismal failure in the annals of forensic investigation, I would love to hear about it.
This is absurd.
Meanwhile, many have insisted that if you're going to dispute an account like Sandy Heurig, that that's an extraordinary objection that requires extraordinary evidence.
Well, we haven't.
That the final report from the Connecticut authorities does not include the names, the ages, or the sex of the alleged victims of the shooting?
That is extraordinary.
That the clerk of Newtown entered into secret negotiation with the state legislature to avoid releasing their death certificates?
That is extraordinary.
The Connecticut State's Attorney Stephen Tedinsky opposed the release of the 911, the emergency calls, and it had to be denied withholding them by the courts.
That is extraordinary.
A special panel of the state legislature recommended state employees to release information.
About Sandy Hook being released to an e-felony.
That is extraordinary.
That those who were involved in the demolition of the school building itself were required to sign lifetime gag orders about anything they saw or did not see.
That is extraordinary.
What good reason, after all, could there possibly be to withhold the names, ages, and sex of the deceased from the final report about this child massacre?
A claim was made that it was to spare the feelings of the parents, but think about it.
Their parents already knew they were dead.
And just to mention the lifetime gag order, that meant they also could not talk about anything they saw or did not see during the demolition of the school building, such as no blood on the floor and no pockmarks on the walls.
Meanwhile, this is a copy of the death certificate that Kelly was given by Lenny Posner himself.
By Lenny Posner himself.
Notice it has no file number.
It has no town certification.
It has no state certification either.
Where Alison Maynard, who will be speaking shortly, discovered in lending her legal advice on a non-compensated basis to me, discovered in Connecticut law, that not even parents are allowed to have uncertified death certificates in their possession.
Meanwhile, Kelly talked about the Newtown Bee having published about the school having had all this hazardous material, asbestos and other biohazards, that would have made it all but impossible to refurbish the school.
You see the photograph here, it's already been completely demolished.
But of course they knew this in advance.
I mean, this is republishing information they'd known for years when they closed the school to create the false impression it had only been discovered afterward.
Back to the scene of the crime.
Here we have it was a very cold day.
Okay, there was actually some snow on the ground.
Look at the exhaust from the automobiles.
Here's a photograph taken showing that the handicapped marking areas are not properly demarcated with white paint and blue markings as Kelly observed.
There are no above-grade signs with white lettering against a blue background that bear the words, Handicap Parking Permit Required, and violators will be fined, which means that Sandy Hook Elementary was non-ADA compliant.
That day, CNN was mixing images from other schools with those from Sandy Hook.
Here's a larger photograph of the parking lot.
Several oddities are apparent.
Notice, of course, the absence of the above-ground blue and white signage for handicapped parking, proving non-compliance.
The temperature that day was 38 degrees above freezing, but still cold enough that if you were to conduct school, you'd need to heat the building.
But no steamer heat is rising from the building, no doubt because the boilers were so dysfunctional, so decrepit from non-use, that they couldn't be fired up.
But also, interestingly, notice the two strings of automobiles at the center.
If you follow the driving instructions, you'd drive in, and then you'd curl around.
You'd come here, you'd curl around, and then you'd park facing away.
But notice all the vehicles are parked facing the school.
That's obviously bizarre.
It appears it was simply easier to bring them in in a single file, putting them in two by two by two.
After all, they were only props.
Who would even notice?
Meanwhile, where are the ambulances, the medical staff for the victims and the wounded?
I mean, there ought to have been an emergency medical response on a large scale, but it didn't happen.
Here's something else noteworthy.
Ordinary parking lots have oil stains.
So how can it be the case that Sandy Hook has no oil stains?
That's because it hadn't been in use since 2008.
And the weather there, including the hurricanes, had washed it away.
Further proof.
We got unusual confirmations from diverse sources, even after having published the book.
For example, Richard Platt posted this on March 3rd of 2017.
The distance by vehicle from Monroe and Newtown is roughly several miles, 10 maximum.
In 2010, I was visiting a friend of mine who lived in Monroe at the time.
I didn't know this when I was visiting him, but he had an evening appointment one night to go to Sandy Hook Elementary to pick up a couple of student desks on the cheap for his kids to use at home.
When we arrived at Sandy Hook School, the parking lot appears to not have been in use for years.
Inside, the building showed signs of previous flooding, and water stains were up to about several inches above the floor.
There was mold everywhere due to this flooding.
The caretaker of the building quickly showed us where to locate the desks, and we got them out and into my friend's vehicle.
Further observations of mine indicate that this was a very, very neglected building.
The caretaker even indicated the building was condemned because it was full of asbestos everywhere.
This building was a mess.
And the fake news want us to believe there were 400 and something elementary children in classes on a fateful day in November 2012, that a guy named Adam Lanza shot and killed some of the children and adult teachers?
Give me a break.
I spent a lot of years in construction and renovation, and there's just no way any authorities would allow young children into a building such as the one I saw in June of 2010.
No wonder the grief the townspeople showed didn't appear genuine, even on TV.
As a contractor, you deal with a lot of people, but the emotion of the witnesses and parents just wasn't genuine.
Well, those are my thoughts on the Sandy Hook story.
And they thought they would get away with it?
Thank God few of us are that stupid.
Meanwhile, the photo sent around the world.
This was published on the cover of the New York Times.
It appeared to show a policewoman leading some children to safety in the emergency.
But notice here, there's the oddity of a figure here on the left who's casting a shadow.
What could that possibly mean?
Here's where that string occurred there in that part of the parking lot.
There turns out to have been a second photograph taken minutes earlier, and it shows a whole lot of parents there.
Look how casually they're dressed, just as Kelly observed.
They have hands in their pockets, their arms folded, casually looking on.
These do not appear to be parents who are there in an emergency situation, who would no doubt have simply snatched their kids and got out of Dodge at the most expeditious moment possible.
Now, Shannon Hicks, who is a photojournalist for the Newtown Bee, actually acknowledged taking both of these photographs.
I initially thought the woman in the blue jacket was Shannon Hicks, but no, she took this while covering the evacuation of Sandy Hook on Friday, December 14th, so she tells us.
Meanwhile, look at the comparison.
The earlier photograph had a little girl in a pink sweater and a short skirt.
This little boy was back here.
They moved the little boy up to the head of the line and moved the little girl back to get a better shot.
Can you imagine doing that in an emergency situation?
Pausing, stopping to rearrange the kids to get a better shot?
How absurd is that?
And notice this area here.
We have several women casually looking on, leading me to describe this photograph as lounging at the massacre.
Obviously, something's terribly, terribly wrong.
Now, had it been the case that An evacuation was taking place.
According to the report by Dansbury State's attorney, Stephen Sedinsky, there were at least 489 students there that day.
If you subtract the 20 who were killed, that would have meant 469 needed to be evacuated.
But we saw no evacuation taking place.
Actually, the police would claim specific locations and times during which the evacuation was taking place, but dash cam footage at those times and places would show nothing was taking place.
Now, we're sometimes told that you can't prove a falsehood, but that's ridiculous.
Go to your living room right now and look for signs of the presence of elephant.
Finding none, you're entitled to infer that's because no elephant is present, which is a negative.
If you're told an evacuation was taking place at specific locations and times, and you go to those locations and times and find no evidence, no signs of an evacuation taking place, you're entitled to infer that's because no evacuation was taking place, which is a negative.
Hey, we even found the manual.
It was a two-day FEMA exercise.
Notice how specifically it applies.
The mass casualty incident will be conducted on 12-13-12 beginning at 8 a.m.
Exercise play is scheduled until the controller determines the exercise objectives have been met.
Everyone must sign up with a controller upon arrival.
The exercise is expected to end at 11.59 on 12.13.12 and be evaluated on 12.14.12 as a real-time event.
Well, we have all kinds of evidence on the ground, photographs that substantiate that's exactly what was going on, including the sign.
Everyone must check in.
I consulted with numerous law enforcement authorities and asked if they'd ever heard of a sign at a bona fide crime scene that everyone must check in.
They thought it was ridiculous.
Meanwhile, porta-potties were already in place.
Well, that's pretty markable.
Pretty fast work.
We also had, as Kelly observed, we had a string that were walking around and around and around into the firehouse.
And out the door and then back into the firehouse and then out the door in the firehouse was bottled water and pizza cartons.
Now that's perfectly consistent with a FEMA exercise where they provide refreshments and restrooms.
So the port-a-potties, the bottled water and the pizza was all there.
Also many were identified having Name tags on lanyards.
I mean all over the place.
Name tags on lanyards.
Look at this.
Parents were even bringing children to the scene.
Can you imagine a parent bringing a child to the scene of a child shooting massacre?
Completely absurd.
But this was the rehearsal.
This was the 13th and they were treating it like a festive occasion.
It's perfectly standard.
For FEMA exercises that they identify the participants by color-coded name tags on lanyards, the different colors depending on the role you're playing.
Meanwhile, we have the evidence, we have the proof, that's what was going on on the ground.
Now, some have sought to insist that there was a FEMA drill in Connecticut, but it was elsewhere.
All the photographs I'm showing you, however, applied to what was going on in Newtown, Pennsylvania.
One of our contributors, by the way, to the book Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, Paul Preston, is rather well known and a school administrator himself.
He had actually supervised drills of this kind, but he was very disturbed by what he saw being reported from Sandy Hook that day.
So he reached out to his contacts in the Obama administration, all of whom told him it had been a drill, no children had been harmed, and it was done to promote gun control.
That's as close as a confession as you get, directly from the Obama administration, as to what was going on.
They fake the kids using folders, photos of older children.
Here's a photo of Lenny with little Noah, who turns out to have been very, very photogenic.
The photographs also were used widely.
This is one that Lenny published in the Hartford Courant, Our Grief Denied, The Twisted Cruelty of Sandy Hook Hoasters.
Those of us who have been skeptic of Sandy Hook were lambasted by Leonard Posner.
Now here are some of the photographs that caused Kelly to think that there was a resemblance there, that this might be the same person all grown up.
So, what we did with Kelly's hypothesis, six of us went to work on this question.
Dr. Eland, for example, who maintains a Fellowship of the Minds blog, cropped photos of the two and focused on the ears.
Here's her side-by-side comparison.
At first, Noah's left ear appeared to have a smaller lobe than Michael's left, but a picture of his right ear reveals a lobe like Michael's.
For conclusion, they have the same ears.
If Noah and Michael have the same ears, and ears are as distinctive as fingerprints, then we have a proof that Noah and Michael are one and the same, that is, as powerful as fingerprints, Which, of course, are frequently introduced in courts of law.
See if you can tell which ears Dr. Ewan selected for comparison.
Try one of your own.
Meanwhile, we also established they had the same eyes.
Larry Rivera now had done brilliant work of superposition in relation to identifying the man in the doorway as Lee Oswald.
He'll be reporting on his sensational research tomorrow.
So I sent Larry two photographs, the two shown at the top.
One of Little Noah, one of Michael Vavner, but with no context.
No context whatsoever.
Larry had no idea it had anything to do with Sandy Hook.
He didn't know the name's Noah Posner.
He didn't know the name's Michael Vavner.
But he created a GIF.
Look at this, what he sent back, where you can see Noah Posner turning into Michael Vavner.
This leaves no doubt about it.
In my opinion, this is the most dispositive proof we have that Sandy Hook was an elaborate hoax where they used photographs of older children when they were younger to play the role of the deceased children.
In fact, Mona Alexis Presley, who will be speaking tomorrow about Las Vegas, based upon her research, has concluded that some of the parents cynically use photographs of themselves when they were children to be their deceased offspring.
Meanwhile, Wolfgang has continued to do brilliant work.
Here he honored the photograph that was taken by a photographer, Michael Duffy, from a Connecticut newspaper, showing 11 beautiful grown-up children.
These are the Sandy Hook girls looking pretty good for having been deceased for how many years?
I mean, this is just stunning stuff.
Meanwhile, Crucial Photos confirmed that Sandy Hook was a hoax.
They were published in the book.
Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
In Chapter 7, we had 50 photographs from them having used an empty home to be the residence of Adam Lonza and his mother, Nancy.
This is from the Nancy Lonza bedroom.
Notice, by the way, if you will, on the wall above the headboard, no paintings, no photographs, no diagrams, whatever.
That's extraordinarily unusual.
In fact, we find stunningly few objects on any walls in any of these rooms.
Meanwhile, this is a bed where Adam is alleged to have shot his mother.
That's supposed to be blood, but it doesn't look like blood to me.
I suspect it might be raspberry jam.
Look at the cedar chest.
There are forms there where they were keeping records, it appears, of how they arranged the rooms.
You find these in many of the photographs in Chapter 7.
Kelly, having her own home cleaning and commercial clean service with her keen eye, spotted a blue moving pad beneath the leg of the bed that, in their haste, they had forgotten to remove.
Here's another, which I think is the most conclusive of all proofs.
This is a photograph of Sandy Hook Elementary School before the alleged attack.
We know it's before the alleged attack because there's a string of windows here in Classroom 10 that would be shot out after the attack but are undamaged here.
So you have a crime scene vehicle already in place.
You have a flag at full mast.
You come down and there's a very familiar looking figure here with his arms crossed, leaning against the wall, Wayne Carver, who is the medical examiner.
And they have crime scene tape up.
Notice, crime scene tape up for a crime that is yet to be committed.
Here you can see the difference.
Here you can see the difference between the elementary school before and after the alleged shooting took place.
Before, as in the photograph.
After, notice that particularly the second panel is all shot out.
This is indispensable.
For understanding how the photograph we already reported was taken before the event.
In the initial first edition of the book, we thought that it had been taken, we thought it had been taken the morning of the event on the 14th, but shadow analysis actually supported that it was instead taken the evening of the 13th as they were setting up.
Meanwhile, notice here you have some of the perks studying the windows.
They actually drill holes in the window frame in order to create the appearance of shots having been fired, extruding pink Pink rods out, I can guarantee you anyone familiar with firearms would know this is an absurdity.
All those shots are parallel, totally fake, totally phony.
Meanwhile, just as Kelly was observing, look at all the furniture is shoved up against the wall.
This is ridiculous!
How could students escape if there were a fire, as she has observed?
Meanwhile, even the FBI reported no deaths in Newtown in 2010.
This is fairly stunning in and of itself.
Crime in the United States 2012.
Newtown.
Uh, intersection murder and non-negligent manslaughter.
Notice, Newtown.
Murder and non-negligent manslaughter.
The number?
Zero.
Zero.
Obviously, if there had been, you know, 20 kids and 6 adults killed in Newtown, that number should have been at least 27.
And since they record suicides as homicides of a person killing themselves, the number could have been even larger if you include Adam and his mother Nancy.
Meanwhile, we know the principle of common law.
Fraud vitiates everything it touches.
Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters.
Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.
We have massive fraud involving Sandy Hook, but Barack Obama got what he wanted.
On January 16, 2013, just a year and two days later, Barack Obama signed no less than 23 executive orders to limit access to weapons to which we are entitled under the Second Amendment, using Sandy Hook as the justification.
Now this is particularly interesting from another anonymous source that also showed up in 2017.
A report about a radio show in Boston.
In November 2012, on the PBS show Greater Boston, hosted then by Emily Rooney, the daughter of Andy, had as guest the mayor of Boston, Thomas Menino.
The topic was gun control, and Menino essentially bragged that he was good friends with then-Vice President Joe Biden, Who had called him and told Menino that by January of 2013, gun control in the U.S.
would be a done deal.
Rooney asked how or what could change for legislation to pass so quickly.
Menino wouldn't say, but Biden assured him something would happen to bring it about.
Notice, this is the very same guy who allegedly won a massive electoral victory over Donald Trump.
Meanwhile, the beneficiaries of participants in this elaborate scheme received all kinds of benefits.
For example, donations went in for the survivors of Sandy Hook for their families and relatives.
Somewhere between $27 and $130 million in donations.
If you divided that evenly between the ostensibly 26 surviving families, that's between $1 and $5 million for having played the role of the grieving parent of a child who died at Sandy Hook.
Meanwhile, the Newtown School District received $50 million in a grant to construct a new school in place of the old elementary school on Dickinson Drive.
I did research and discovered the average cost for a kindergarten through fourth grade school, which was the case here, was only $7.
So that Newtown Elementary got seven times seven million dollars, seven times what it would have been expected to cost to build a new elementary school at Sandy Hook.
What would this be?
The Taj Mahal of elementary schools?
Actually, based upon research, they had had experts come in about population demographics, and they'd already concluded years before that Newtown had more schools than they could sustain.
And I am not surprised if Sandy Hook rapidly is no longer in use or they close other schools.
Meanwhile, other kinds of grants were given to Newtown, to the survivors, to the police, you know, millions of dollars for the police.
And it's really fascinating because the photographs we have in Chapter 7 about how they used an abandoned home to be the Adam and Nancy Londa residence, And the photographs we have in Chapter 8, which include the crime scene investigative vehicle there before the event had occurred, all came from the official police files on Sandy Hook.
In other words, it appears That, putting two plus two together, that the Connecticut State Police were running the crime scene behind and they were taking photographs of everything they did.
They just never expected that any of those photographs would enter into the public domain.
Meanwhile, they formed a Sandy Hook Commission to push the idea of banning guns that can fire more than 10 rounds.
Whether this law would stand the test of constitutionality is not for this commission to decide.
Many of us wrote to the commission explaining that they were operating on the basis of the false assumption that there'd been a bona fide shooting at Sandy Hook, which was not the case, but it's very clear that this commission was organized to move forward regardless of and completely independent of the evidence.
Meanwhile, And I find this so incredibly insulting.
Governor Malloy received a Profile in Courage Award from JFK's grandson.
When you realize that all of my collaborative research began with research on JFK, where we established that the entire Warren Commission had been a total whitewash, that there were multiple shooters, And that, as you're going to discover, Lee Oswald was actually in the doorway of the book depository when the JFK motorcade passed by.
I find this insulting beyond belief.
Let me further add, Wolfgang actually went to the office of the governor and asked him, by whom he had been told, that something like this would happen.
The governor said he didn't know what Wolfgang was talking about, denied having said it, which is absurd, since his press conference was widely reported at the time.
Wolfgang nailed him on the spot.
But what else would we expect of a governor participating in an elaborate hoax that's been unraveling now for years and years and years?
So, not only the book went on sale on 22 October 2015, and as I have observed, had sold nearly 500 copies by the time it was banned on 19 November, which was ridiculous.
As a consequence, recognizing this was a political act, I released the book for free as a PDF.
A friend who has followed these matters has told me that, by his records, the book had been downloaded more than 10 million times as a PDF.
I found that fascinating.
Actually, I never had any expectation of selling millions of books, but it's very obvious That Amazon.com and the operators behind the scene had concluded it was going to be a runaway bestseller.
In the meanwhile, I was sued ostensibly by Leonard Posner For having had sentences in the book that challenged the authenticity of the death certificate that Leonard Posner himself had provided to Kelly Watt.
I was responsive to the complaint.
Which had attached to it, oddly enough, a completely different death certificate that not only had a file number, but it had the state and town certifications at the bottom, at the side.
In other words, a completely different document I'd never published, never seen before, never commented upon.
I entered the case outlining two lines of defense that I would present.
One, all the evidence we had, of which you've had a contemporary review here, showing that Sandy Hook had actually been a FEMA drill, and therefore it would be highly unlikely that there would be any bona fide death certificates from participants in a drill.
Which the judge, however, would not allow me to present, which created a structural flaw in the whole proceeding, which is one of the reasons given for reversing the lawsuit.
But where I also provided the testimony of two forensic document experts who concluded that not only was I correct about the document published in the book, but also about three other versions of the death certificate that had surfaced during the course of the hearing.
The judge, before my very eyes, had a conversation with a Posner attorney, explained to him that if he were to He went forward with a summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, even though the status of the death certificate remains in doubt.
as somebody else's opinion. He went forward with a summary judgment. He went forward with a summary
judgment in favor of the plaintiff, even though the status of the death certificate remains in
doubt. It ought to have gone to a jury, but I was denied that opportunity.
Subsequently, there was a trial for damages.
They eventually impaneled a dozen residents of Madison, Wisconsin, one man and 11 women, all of whom professed that they'd never even heard of Alex Jones, which was a bit preposterous.
They put an image of the little Noah up on the wall while they were You know, pursuing the case, it was quite a sham in my opinion, and they came back with a finding that for defaming this man, I owed $450,000!
Well, I had so many other issues involved here that I actually was seeking to find an impeachment witness of the man who'd shown up for the video deposition shown here, because I did not believe this man was the same man whose photograph had appeared millions of times around the world.
The judge, however, took a dim view of my effort to find impeachment witness, including Wolfgang Halbig, With whom I shared the video deposition on my understanding that it would be permissible for me to proceed to obtain an impeachment witness.
Wolfgang responded by writing to four sections of the FBI, what is the penalty for impersonating Leonard Posner during a video deposition in Dane County, Wisconsin.
The judge was so upset with me that he actually Added on to my tab legal fees, another, believe it or not, $650,000.
So that the fact of the matter is, for my efforts to expose what happened at Sandy Hook, I was saddled with now 1.1 million.
I have a wonderful, quite brilliant attorney who has submitted a wonderful appeal of the initial lawsuit.
We have the response and we have a reply.
They're available online on my blog at jamesfetzer.org.
We'll be submitting an additional appeal against the awarding of legal fees Which is in fact not done in Wisconsin.
So the judge had to fabricate a special reason for legal fees that ought to be relatively easy to dispatch.
Embarrassing enough.
But there it is on the 11th of December.
Meanwhile, if anyone has a question for me, put it in the chat.
I'll be glad.
Look, Chad, we've gone through this a number of times, all right?
I'm afraid they added some kind of footnote.
Yes, if I had hours and hours, I mean, I could do five hours on Sandy Hook alone.
I'm giving you the consolidated FBI crime report.
And if you have any doubt at this point in time as to whether 20 children and six adults died at Sandy Hook, I would be very surprised.
But yes, of course, they have tried to compensate.
They've tried to explain away virtually every aspect of Sandy Hook.
but there you have a rather thoroughgoing effort.
Here's a Vivian suggesting, let's do an eye-tooth ratio study on Lenny number 1.
1 and Lenny No.
2.
Yeah, I would certainly welcome, you know, anyone who's up for doing additional research.
I greatly appreciate that.
