♪♪♪ We begin with a blockbuster out of a study of Dominion
voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan, where a Michigan judge has granted the attorney permission
to release the results.
At 7 p.m.
Friday, December 4th, Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsheimer granted permission to William Bailey and his team of IT experts to conduct a Forensic study of the 16 Dominion voting machines, tabulators, thumb drives, related software, the clerk's master tabulator.
He was able to put together a team of seven highly trained forensic IT experts.
They completed their data collection within eight hours.
16 CF cards similar to SIM, 16 thumb drives, forensic imagery of the Dominion machines in hand, headed to the local airport, boarded a jet with the evidence in hand.
Well, ballots were being inserted into the machine.
Three of them were destroyed, not placed through the tabulator at the conclusion of the recount.
With three fewer votes, the result was 262 to 261, and the initiative passed.
Of course, this result would not have been possible after three of the ballots were destroyed.
This was a test case they were doing with a school district issue.
Dominion also showed 663 people voted in a district where there were only six eligible voters, and only three actually voted.
Somehow, Dominion added 660 additional votes to the final tally.
Meanwhile, the Amistad Project of the nonpartisan Thomas More Society has announced it's demanding the preservation of evidence in five key states in response to the bombshell report detailing the results of the forensic audit of Dominion machines.
We're filing in swing states and demand the judge step in and preserve evidence to avoid it from being destroyed or spoiled by the intentional or reckless acts of executive officials, which they would, of course, very much like to do.
The report we discovered the tabulation log for the forensic
examination of the server consisted of 15,676 individual events of which 10,667 or 68.05 percent were
recorded errors where the federal election commission allows a maximum error rate of just 0.0008.
Obviously the error rate detailed has implication for every state where we have litigation.
Investigators believe the error rate is an intentional flaw built into the software to compel bulk adjudication of ballots by election officials, a process allowing alteration of ballots with a minimum or no meaningful oversight.
Antrim County maintains records of the adjudication process for previous elections, but, surprise, surprise, records for the 2020 election were either deleted or never ended, making it impossible to determine whether adjudicated ballots accurately reflect the intent of the voter.
The Michigan Bureau of Election also issued a memorandum December 1st instructing election clerks that electronic poll book files must be deleted from all laptop and flash drives.
In other words, they're directing the destruction of the evidence here.
This is very much in your face.
Scorpio, your thoughts.
Yeah, this is the most blatant fraud on multiple levels any of us have ever seen in our lifetimes.
And part of the strategy is they're using technology to try to confuse us.
Well, we've got these complicated voting machines.
You can't understand them.
But really, we need to go back to basics and use paper ballots.
People have got to start to understand that almost every one of our venerable institutions has been infiltrated by these globalist scumbags, and they've corrupted people within these institutions.
I think almost every one of them is a suspect, and I just hope that the public starts to realize that and stop being so trustful.
Those are great points, Scorpio, because we have a misplaced confidence in technology that is totally unwarranted because it can be used against us as well as for us, which obviously is what happened here.
Michael, your thoughts?
You know, Jim, you've been doing shows on this election situation and the various forms of rigging that's been going on literally every day since the election, and it just keeps coming.
Almost every day, you've got new information The evidence of these forensic investigations just keeps adding up.
It's like whatever rock they look under, they find evidence of fraud.
And I'm just hoping that enough people can understand this and enough people can realize how far down the hole any pretense Of an election with integrity, we've gone.
Excellent point, Michael.
Of course, every experienced politician knows The whole election outcome was wacky.
You had a candidate nobody liked who was hiding in his basement.
In 35 years, he hadn't won a single primary or a single caucus.
And he, with a woman who dropped out before any other Democrat, didn't even make it to Iowa, is supposed to have got 80 million votes.
Everyone knows it's wrong.
All the historical indicators were predicting a landslide for Donald Trump.
But they overplayed it.
Here's more proof.
Statistical model indicates Trump actually won majorities in five disputed states and 49.68% of the vote in the sixth.
This is a very sophisticated analysis using a model based on predicting county-level two-party vote share for Trump using the five variables, combining two broad types of predictor, each which helps the weakness of the other or compensates.
We begin with the outcome from all five past presidential elections in the county, giving us a measure of overall relationship of past elections to the current.
This is the first-order predictor.
How does the county specifically generally vote in past elections?
This captures the simplest intuition that the best predictor of how a county will vote is a pattern that's displayed in the past.
This is crucial for the kinds of broad errors.
They have more.
On top of that, we add demographic variables.
We need to choose groups we think are at least somewhat comparable across the country.
That allows us to capture the insights that regional results are at least partly the result of a region's demographic composition multiplied by average political preferences in each component group.
This rule doesn't capture everything, but it captures a lot.
Because these are added in addition to the base historical performance variable, they represent the additional effect of each demographic group in the 2020 election over and above historical same county numbers.
Not only are the results highly statistically significant, but more importantly, the model has extremely high r-squared when using only five explanatory variables, Over 95% of the variation in outcomes is explained.
Thus, under conservative assumptions, regression analysis shows Trump ought to have won Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Besides giving us an explanation of where changes in voter preference are coming from, the model makes predictions.
Tells us how every county would have voted if every county followed the best average relationship between these predictive variables and vote outcomes.
Here's a typical predicted vote share in Arizona, 0.548, or in other words, nearly 55% of the vote, when he actually got less than 50.
Georgia, 53% of the vote, he got actually close but not quite 50.
Nevada, over 50% of the vote, actually not quite 49.
Pennsylvania, 50% of the vote, actually recorded 49.5.
Wisconsin, over 50% of the vote actually recorded less than 50%.
Michigan, 49.7, where the Trump actual vote share was 48.6.
Needless to say, the assumption that Trump ought to have won assumes these large deviations, A, are not model errors, and B, are not real anomalies, which nonetheless have innocent explanation.
Nonetheless, the statistical assumptions underlying this inference can be called conservative because they are only sensitive to new instances of fraud.
Any past history may have already been built into the model's prediction.
And because there are other reasonable model specifications that predict an outright Trump majority in Michigan as well.
Every one of these contested states chose a larger predicted vote share for Trump than what he actually received.
This is surprising, because in any set of observations random checked, you might expect some predictions to favor Biden, but none do.
In Georgia and Arizona, the model does not predict a narrow race, but a decisive Trump victory.
The size of the anomaly is much larger than the reported margin of victory.
Summary of main arguments.
Our model explains 96% of county-level variants in Trump's two-party vote share with four demographic variables, non-college white, college-educated white, black, and Hispanic, and one historical variable, the average county GOP two-party presidential vote share 2004 to 2016.
All five variables are highly significant.
This reinforces the conclusion that the model is a strong predictor of vote share, so deviation should be considered surprising.
Under conservative assumptions, regression analysis show Trump ought to have won Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Every one of the contested states chose a larger predicted vote share for Trump than what he actually received.
This is surprising, because randomly you might expect some Biden, but there are none.
The model performs well in battleground states that were not contested.
And where the election was presumably clean.
Every one of these, if correctly predicted, include both battleground states that voted for Trump, such as Ohio and Florida, and those that voted for Biden, such as New Hampshire.
Indeed, there are no states Trump won that the model prediction should have been won by Biden.
Meanwhile, the errors of the model are constructed to average a zero, so the model cannot favor one candidate over another.
The model is robust to alternative specifications.
The model places the burden of proof on fraud skeptics to explain why nearly all the states where fraud has been alleged, and only those states, are the results inconsistent with statistical trends across the country.
This is actually a brilliant piece of analysis.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Yeah, well it is a brilliant piece, I totally agree, and It just makes the probability of this so-called Biden victory statistically impossible.
I remember, Jim, when we were doing the live show the night of the election, we were up to almost midnight, the three of us.
Trump was ahead in all of the battleground states, I believe, and then we woke up the next morning and, you know, supposedly 90 to 95 percent of the votes coming in were for Joe Biden.
I mean, how do they expect us to believe this crap?
And part of the problem is, Jim, is our controllers, our overlords, they have no respect for our society.
People are very submissive.
They're all wearing masks. They're all doing what they're told.
And you know, it kind of reminds me of like a little, when you're a little kid and there's a
bully picking on you, they're going to keep doing it until you stand up and fight. And that's where
we are now. Oh my God, I think you got it exactly right.
And the dominance, they don't care that we They don't care.
They're just going to muscle this through anyway, using the mainstream media, big tech, and all the powers and resources at their disposal.
Totally undemocratic, totally un-American.
They don't care.
They're out to take control.
Michael, your thoughts?
This is a great analysis here, the statistical analysis, and it's one more example of what I said earlier, that whatever rock you look under, wherever anybody of any repute looks at this election, they find election fraud.
And this reminded me of a story that came out a couple of weeks ago in the American Thinker called the smartest man in the room has joined Sidney Powell's team.
The smartest man in the room reference is a reference to a Dr. Kirshavarz Nia, who is well known as a genius with data and computers, and he came up with 10 observations after looking at all the data, and I'm only going to read two.
The first one that I hadn't heard before was The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results.
And the second observation from this Genius was the favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots.
They demonstrated manipulation.
For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within two or three hours.
And his conclusion is, based on the findings, he concluded with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states, resulting in hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden.
Yeah, they actually managed to alter or manufacture as many as 50 million votes. It's
absolutely staggering. And of course, the fact that the states were acting in concert implies a
conspiracy to defraud the American people. And the remarks that Trump's effort to get this
straightened out or somehow define the will of the people is a manifest absurdity.
The will of the people is not established by fraudulent votes, but only by authentic legitimate votes.
So Trump is on the side of the will of the people, and the spokesmen who are opposing are those who are anti-American and opposed to democracy.
Meanwhile, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona Republican electors cast votes for Trump.
Republican electors in four states said on December 14th they would cast their procedural votes for President Trump and Vice President Pence.
The latest update contesting the results of the 2020 election, Republican electors in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona all said they voted for Trump.
It comes as their states formally appointed Democrat electors who voted for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
In Michigan, two separate slates of electors were cast, 16 for Trump and 16 for Biden.
Sending more than one slate of electors is not unheard of, said a Michigan Republican at-large national elector.
It's our duty to the people of Michigan and the U.S.
Constitution to send another slate of electors.
If the election is in controversy or disputed, which clearly is the case, That, of course, has not been reported by the mainstream.
Meanwhile, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has rejected the Trump bid to toss the ballots that were cast by individuals who said that they were kept at home.
They were indefinitely confined Which meant they didn't have to provide photo ID, absentee ballots where clerks filled in missing address information, a practice in place since 2016, and ballots returned to parks in Madison that were inappropriate and against the law.
In a 4-3 decision, the majority said Trump's challenge to indefinitely confined voters was without merit, and they waited too long to challenge other issues.
Our laws allow the challenge flag to be thrown regarding various aspects of election administration, said Chief Justice Brian Hagedorn, who wrote for the majority.
He's supposed to be a conservative, but he's clearly not.
This is outrageous.
I cannot see how one could contest a harm having been done until the harm is done.
This appears to be completely wrong.
Sidney Powell, we have them destroying evidence right and left in Georgia.
Everything from shredding ballots to wiping machines and servers.
Attorney Sidney Powell appeared in a sit-down for the Epoch Times, which turns out to be an excellent publication.
In which he gave her no-holds-barred take on what transpired before, during, and after the 2020 election.
We have them destroying evidence right and left in Georgia.
Everything from train bows to wiping machines and servers.
All these machines should have been impounded the day after the election and reviewed for forensic analysis.
Meanwhile, a Trump team files election lawsuit in New Mexico.
This is moving forward.
President Trump and his legal team filed an election lawsuit in U.S.
District Court in Mexico Monday.
That would be yesterday.
The lawsuit claims the state broke the law when it allowed drop boxes to be part of the voting process for the 2020 election.
The 42-page lawsuit, State Secretary of State Maggie Oliver violated federal and state law when she allowed absentee drop-off boxes without proper supervision.
A similar offense occurred here in Wisconsin.
It's clearly in violation of the law, and I condemn the courts that are failing to act in accordance with the law of their own state.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, as you mentioned earlier, this implies a conspiracy and a very large one.
I think what's going on is that...
They're pushing to get Joey the Groper Biden into office because they have very big plans for this country.
And I think we're entering into a very perilous time if this man actually becomes president.
And it looks like he's going to.
He was certified yesterday.
Or certifiable, let's say.
And I'm just amazed at how they're just going to push this man into office by hook or by crook.
They don't seem to care how sloppy the process looks.
They're in damage control mode, and they're going to move forward with this.
And that tells me that they've got very big plans ahead for this administration.
So we are entering into very perilous times, Jim.
Spot on, Scorpio.
Michael, your thoughts?
I noticed in that slide with the picture of President Trump that says files election lawsuit in New Mexico.
The last statement under his photo there says that Trump was unspooling one misstatement after another to back his, here's the term, baseless claim that he really won.
And what kind of journalism is that?
That is so biased.
It's unbelievable.
What is that?
A New Mexico publication that did that?
That's just embarrassing, Michael.
You're so right.
It's interesting that things are focusing in on these five states.
Nevada, Pensacola, I mean Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia.
But here, evidently, something is amiss in New Mexico as well.
Well, I think we're going to find a lot of fraud in a lot of states.
They wanted to make sure they won this by hook or by crook.
And there's obviously a mountain of crook involved here.
Well, Jim, can I just add one quick thing?
You know, I think Michael hit upon something very important.
They all use the same word, baseless.
And that implies that they're all reading from a centralized script.
Someone, you know, because the key to propaganda is you keep beating the same message over and over and over.
So, you know, baseless, baseless, baseless.
They all say it and there's a centralized script that's being handed out to these so-called journalists.
And yet there's a mountain of evidence here to prove that they're anything but baseless.
You're absolutely correct.
Get this, it turns out Federal Election Commission regulations prohibit voting machines from being connected to the Internet, and yet they were.
During a recent appearance on the Epoch Times Crossroads program, Gary Milewski, executive producer of Cyber Defense Magazine, a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security, revealed voting machines are strictly prohibited under the law from having Internet connectivity.
Back in 2014, the FEC enacted regulations toward this end requiring any electronic voting machine be standalone and disconnected, including wirelessly.
And yet we know that Dominion voting system machines were connected to the Internet during the 2020 election.
Obviously a problem that disqualifies the election results as they currently stand all by itself.
It's a fact the machines were rigged in favor of Biden, in some cases producing more votes for the former vice president than registered voters.
There's rampant fraud, said Milevski.
There's enough evidence you can't summarily dismiss.
Dominion machines were tested at the DEF CON hacking convention in Las Vegas, found to be hackable within minutes.
In one case, a person was able to get into a Dominion machine in two minutes.
If everyday hackers could penetrate the system this quickly, imagine what the CIA in Frankfurt could do.
Apparently, they knew what was coming in 2020, did not want to draw any attention to it, so the mainstream media did not cover the DEF CON events until around 2018 when they quieted down.
The tactic failed, however, as all eyes are now on Dominion and those associated and the machines and their vulnerabilities.
You can change the way the equipment allocates votes, affirming what others have said.
Depending on how a Dominion system is programmed, it can produce one vote or 200 votes for every legitimate vote cast for a particular candidate.
And detecting this manipulation is difficult, unless one has direct access to a hard drive to forensically analyze it.
Vote-weighting algorithms can also be set to assign less of a vote to a candidate, such as 0.8 for Trump for every 1.2 Biden vote.
The sky is the limit.
Dominion machines were designed to make it all happen with ease.
Known as the salami method, vote-weighting algorithms appear to have been used in some areas to reduce the overall Trump crowd.
Well, yeah, that's true.
Biden. I mean, as Michael was saying, everywhere we look, there's more and more proof of fraud,
far from baseless. Scorpio, your thoughts? Well, yeah, that's true. Everywhere you look,
you know, and there's even footage of some woman pulling out of a suitcase full of votes
from underneath her desk after the observers are sent home.
I mean, and then the MSM turns around, oh, baseless claim, there's no proof. It's totally normal
to pull out a suitcase full of, you know, votes from underneath your desk. I mean, they've
been giving the general public the mushroom treatment, you know, keep them in the dark and
full of you know what, for years.
And I just, honestly, they don't give people any real information.
They just repeat the same mantra and insist that, oh, you have to trust the process.
We have to trust the experts.
We have to trust the system.
But there's no integrity left in it.
Yeah, you've got it exactly right.
Michael, your thoughts?
Baseless, unsubstantiated.
Yeah, it's incredibly obvious evidence of vote rigging wherever you look.
So I'm going to come back to that in my closing statement.
Perfect.
Meanwhile, Trump allies eye a long-shot election reversal in Congress at Batespence.
This is very interesting.
The president continues to refuse to concede a small group of his most loyal backers is plotting a final stage challenge on the floor of the House of Representatives in early January to try to reverse Biden's victory.
Frankly, I believe all this is going to be cleaned up long before.
Constitutional scholars and even members of his own party say the effort is all but certain to fail, but the looming battle January 6th is likely to culminate in a messy and deeply divisive spectacle that could thrust Vice President Mike Pence into the excruciating position of having to declare once and for all that Trump has indeed lost the election.
For the Vice President, whom the Constitution assigns the task of tallying the results and declaring a winner, the episode could be particularly tortuous, forcing him to balance his loyalty to Trump with his constitutional duties and considerations about his own political future.
The effort is being led by Representative Mo Brooks of Alabama, a backbench conservative.
He's owing challenges to the election results in five states, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, and Wisconsin, where they claim varying degrees of fraud or illegal voting take place despite certification.
We have a superior role under the Constitution than the Supreme Court.
And any federal court judge or any state, Brooks said, what we say goes.
That's a final verdict.
The rules laid out in the Constitution and the Electoral Count Act of 1887 says challenges must be submitted in writing with a senator's signature affixed.
No Republican senator has stepped forward to say he or she will back such an effort, though a handful of reliable allies, including Senators Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Rand Paul of Kentucky, have signaled they are open to doing so.
The president has praised Brooks on Twitter, but has thus far taken no evident interest in the strategy.
He's been more focused on battling to overturn the results in the courts.
If a senator does agree, constitutional scholars say the process is intended to be an arduous one.
Once an objection is heard from a member of each House of Congress, senators and representatives will retreat to their chambers on opposite sides of the Capitol for a two-hour debate and then vote on whether to disqualify a state's votes.
Both a Democrat-controlled House and Republican-controlled Senate would have to agree to toss out a state's electoral votes, something that has not happened since the 19th century.
Several Senate Republicans, including Patrick J. Comey of Pennsylvania, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, and Mitt Romney of Utah, have forcefully rejected the idea of overturning the votes.
And their participation would be enough for Biden to prevail with the support of the Democrats.
Brooks is far from the first lawmaker to try to use the telling process to challenge the results of a bitter election.
House Democrats made attempts in 2001, 2005, and even 2017, but they were essentially acts of protest after their party's nominee had already accepted defeat.
It's different now in the situation we encounter here because the evidence is massive and Trump is clearly not going to concede.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, I don't think this is going to happen.
Mitch McConnell already congratulated Groper Joe today on his victory, and the problem is you've got quite a few of these globalist scumbag traders that are in the Republican Party like Mitt Romney, Mitch McConnell, and others that are simply just pretending to be patriots.
They're not.
They're globalists.
And they'll stick their knives in the back of Trump at the right moment.
It's already happening.
So unfortunately, I don't think this is going to happen, unfortunately.
I agree this particular MoDA challenge is not likely to be successful, especially
with four Republican senators allied against him.
I, however, believe Mitch McConnell was merely performing a formal act or gesture given the electoral vote.
I do not believe that's where his true sentiments lie.
Michael, your thoughts?
Well, things continue to look pretty bleak, but it's not over yet.
There's still a wonderful option if one of these cases or more should get to the Supreme Court.
It's my understanding that the Supreme Court can declare the election null and void and thereby send it to the House.
For the one vote per state thing, and that is starting to look like a good option right now.
I agree, Michael.
I think you got it right.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
Here's a Christmas gift guide for Nancy Pelosi, Dark Winter Edition.
You're sterilized, your kids get autism, cancer, death, three free spins, you're tracked I mean, relief, no check for you, Pelosi's actions, all outrageous, the guide to food banks, the full mask kit, the suicidal Barbie, the candy can, social distancing pole.
This is what the Democrats want to bring every American, and they're moving up, trying to shift gears to get it done.
Meanwhile, Gates, mandatory fund for the whole family with a vaccination.
Meanwhile, Trump threatens to declassify everything related to the Democrats.
He's still on the warpath, posting a tweet saying he intends to declassify everything regarding the Hunter Biden investigation.
It's a great idea!
I approve it!
Last work, Biden-Hunter, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, publicly acknowledged he's been investigating over issues concerning his taxes and income.
From Burisma, the Ukrainian oil and gas company, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday, Barr has known about the investigation since this spring, but has worked to keep the information secret from the public.
It appears Barr was attempting to comply with a Justice Department rule regarding these types of issues.
The Washington Times noted, Justice Department guidelines prohibit disclosing or opening publicly politically charged investigations within 60 days of a presidential Election.
It's possible Mr. Barr was worried of running afoul of that rule.
Meanwhile, from the Journal, Mr. Trump in a meeting Friday fumed about a Wall Street Journal report that Barr knew of an existing federal investigation to haunt her before the election.
But work to keep it from being publicly disclosed, a person familiar with the conversation said.
In the meeting, Trump contemplated firing Barr, people familiar with the conversation said, adding it's not clear whether he intends to follow through.
Saturday, the president tweeted, I have been doing this, I agree, in response to a tweet from analyst Todd Stern suggesting he declassify everything.
If Biden gets in, nothing will happen to Hunter or Joe Trump rage.
Barr will do nothing.
And the new group of partisan killers coming in will quickly kill it all.
In another tweet, he continued, same thing with Durham.
We caught them cold, spying, treason, and more.
But justice took too long.
We'll be DOA, dead on arrival.
The last remark was related to his concern that U.S.
Attorney John Durham, who is investigating the origin of the Russian interference investigation, would not be allowed to complete his work.
The fact is, however, that Barr has now made him a special counsel, and therefore his work cannot be altered, even by an incoming president.
It's not clear yet whether Trump intends to declassify or was venting, as he is wont to do.
But appointing special counsels might be a shrewd political move, as Biden will have to come up with a really good excuse to fire the people tasked with investigating these matters.
Meanwhile, Attorney General Barr to leave the administration.
Trump has announced that Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen, whom he describes as an outstanding person, will become the acting Attorney General.
Highly respected Richard Gagahue will be taking over the duties of Deputy Attorney General.
Thank you all.
Trump also posted a letter from Barr, who said he's now wrapping up a few important matters in the DOJ.
I'm greatly honored that you called on me to serve your administration and the American people once again as Attorney General.
The DOJ later attempted to clarify Trump's remarks, disparaging Barr, saying various news outlets publish incorrect or misleading reports.
But it looks to me like, at the very least, Barr has made the appropriate move by appointing Durham as a special counsel.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, I don't have any faith in Bill the Fixer Barr.
I believe this man to be a deep state operative, and I think he has been for a very long time.
Again, he's another one of these people pretending to be a patriot.
He's not.
He's a globalist.
And, you know, this guy goes back to the Clintons and the Bushes.
He's been a fixture for both of those guys.
He's helped cover up all kinds of messes that those people made in the past.
So, I'm sorry.
I don't have any faith in him.
And the other thing I think we're learning from this, Jim, is that The president doesn't have nearly the power that we thought.
The power of the presidency has been culled, and there's a secret power that rules this nation.
Several presidents have asked to be let into Area 51 to see what's going on there, and they've been told flat out, no, you don't have proper clearance to get in here, so forget it.
So, I think there's powers much more powerful than the presidency that are secret, and I think that's coming open to the public now.
You make some nice points, Scorpio.
Michael, your thoughts?
Yeah, I agree with everything Scorpio just said, and Barr was also As he was going back, he's also connected to the Epstein family.
And by relation, that blackmail operation that was going on probably still is under different names.
And it's more evidence that Barr's been a proverbial snake in the woodpile all along.
And this is a point that Joel Skousen makes fairly frequently, is that one of Trump's Main drawbacks has been the fact that he just didn't know who was who in Washington.
He didn't know who to appoint to get things done, so he ended up taking the advice of people that he shouldn't and ended up appointing a bunch more Weasels in the deep state.
And that's, of course, because he was an outsider.
He wanted to drain the swamp.
He didn't have a standing administration to come in, as do the conventional Democrats and the conventional Republicans.
So that was his weakness, which is becoming more obvious.
But, of course, as he gains more experience, he's gradually working through Meanwhile, CNN pushes a radical anti-Trump propaganda.
In a segment sure to anger conservatives, CNN's Jake Tapper foolishly claimed President Trump's lies and rhetoric targeting toward liberals has the ability to cause violence in America.
According to Breitbart, during the discussion about Trump's refusal to accept the outcome of the election, he stated, It's been a challenge of the year when people like Stephen Miller go on the President's favorite channel to say things that are just shamelessly false, or talk about this fantasy land alternate slight of electors.
We don't know if they're cynically lying, if they're intellectually unable to understand the facts, or if there's some psychological issue.
But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter because the lies are having an effect.
Tapper than Bushy Envelope and said, there's this thing called stochastic terrorism, which is the idea of leaders putting out falsehoods, demonizing people, and acts of violence happen and can't be directly tied to them, but yet there's responsibility there.
When Trump and his minions put out these lies, and then we see people in Michigan afraid, electors just doing their job as patriots.
If the state went the other way, they would cast the electors for Donald Trump, but it didn't.
We see threats of violence.
On one level, it's silly, funny to look how crazy this is.
On another, there are real fears here.
It's tremendously irresponsible.
Meanwhile, when a homeowner shoots all four armed men who broke into his house, two of them fatally, the surviving suspects face murder charges for their accomplices' death.
I think this is a very important lesson and example of why we need the Second Amendment and to have gun ownership.
Biden, by executive order, is going to compromise that immediately upon entering office.
The details?
A Louisiana homeowner just about all he could handle last Tuesday morning when four men carrying guns invaded his residence.
The homeowner fortunately also had a gun and used it far more successfully than the quartet of intruders shooting all four killing two.
The St.
Tammany Coroner's Office identified the dead suspects as 25-year-old Renard Cozzi Jr.
and 21-year-old Justin Hill.
But now that two suspects have survived, Renard Cozzi Sr.
and Jason LeBlanc, both face charges of first-degree murder, armed robbery, and home evasion.
Here you have a real district attorney, not a Soros implant, that are actually acting appropriately.
Uh, this is very, very important.
The community on Palmer Drive is closed, the kind of place where everybody either is related or has known each other for years, and many are stunned by what happened.
It was late morning, we heard patrol calls one after another, then ambulances.
Neighbors said they waited 24 hours to learn about the shooting.
Sheriff's officials said they didn't want to put out information sooner that might impede the investigation.
I really like that story as setting an appropriate example for all Americans.
Remember, we have to be able to defend ourselves.
We cannot count on anyone else to do it for us.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
No, I totally agree.
That's a great story, Jim.
And, of course, we're going to see a major push for gun control with Groper Joe and Kamala Harris.
You can count on it.
And, you know, there's this story from Jake Tapper from CNN.
It really just amounts to an attack on free speech.
And they're trying to act like, you know, Trump was the first politician to ever tell a lie.
You know, all the other presidents are just completely truthful.
And the other tactic that they're using to try to stifle free speech is you're saying, oh, threats were made.
The guy in charge of the voting in Georgia said, oh, I was threatened and so was my wife.
And somehow if someone sends an uncomplimentary tweet to somebody like, hey, screw you and your wife,
that amounts to some kind of threat against their lives.
Again, it's to try to scare people and say, oh, we can't have free speech, it might lead to violence.
And of course, in Michigan, they closed the state Capitol the other day
when they were certifying Groper Joe because of threats of violence.
Again, this is just a tactic to hide behind and to try to stifle free speech.
Michael, your thoughts.
Bye.
Yeah, that reminded me of that t-shirt I said I wanted on Friday that said, is that true or did you hear it on CNN?
Ridiculously blighted propaganda coming from CNN is not really anything new.
And as I stated earlier, I used to be a moderate CNN junkie back in the 90s, I guess, but 9-11 broke me of that.
And since then, it's such easy propaganda to see through.
The story about the home invasion in Louisiana is terrific news, because there was evidently a proper Disposition of who the victim was in that case, which has been inverted ever since Charlottesville.
Every time we get something like that that makes national news, it seems like the local liberal DA is totally flipping actually the victim and who was the victimizer.
In situations like this, and this one is very heartwarming.
We all agree it's a wonderful story and reflects the true American spirit.
Meanwhile, at this critical time, President Trump should take action.
An editorial from the Epoch Times The degree and scale of voter fraud was unprecedented.
In Swing State, Trump had large leads on election night, then late at night counting was stopped while election observers were ushered out, and then huge, statistically impossible vote dumps occurred, giving Joe Biden the lead.
This pattern, which occurred only in the states where Biden had to reverse the results and hadn't occurred in previous elections, points to a coordinated effort to steal the election.
The effort likely involved manipulation of the vote by Dominion voting system.
Occurring to a forensic audit, the Dominion voting system is intentionally and purposely designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.
In addition, various forms of ballot harvesting and election irregularities are attested in thousands of affidavits.
President Trump has referred to our election system as being under coordinated assault and siege.
As a consequence, our form of government is at risk.
If an election can be won through such dishonest means as we're using in 2020, then one can expect the next election will be won in the same manner.
The American people will lose their right to vote.
If there was a coordinated effort to steal the election, those actions amount to subversion.
If the United States, in effect, has one-party rule, then legal changes may fundamentally alter our system.
The Democrats have spoken of ending the Electoral College, assuring that predominantly Democratic big cities will elect the president in the future and packing the Supreme Court to ensure Democrat-appointed judges have the majority.
At its root, the current danger is not about whether Biden or Trump won.
It's not about Democrat or Republican parties.
The U.S.
is facing an evil force that wants to destroy our country and, in fact, destroy all good things in humanity.
This election is the climax of the battle between freedom and communism, between good and evil.
With a fall of communist regimes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, people in the U.S.
and the world relaxed, thinking the communist threat had ended.
But communism has never slept.
Globalism strengthened it and weakened the United States.
Good and evil cannot be compromised.
They are like fire and ice.
Giving in to evil only encourages it.
A victory for communism in this election would result in a defeat for freedom everywhere.
How will the United States be defended?
Local officials are often those most complicit in the corruption.
Judges, because of the doctrine of a separation of powers, are often reluctant to tell states how to run their elections.
The Congress has no role unless the Electoral College fails to deliver a winner.
Trump's destiny is to fill the breach.
He has taken an oath to defend the United States Constitution, and he has the presidential powers to do so.
Trump should use those powers to safeguard the future of our republic and arrest those who have conspired to deprive people of their rights through election fraud.
The Insurrection Act enables Trump to use the military to seize the key electoral evidence in contested states and deliver a transparent, accurate accounting of the vote.
Our system is in crisis.
Trump would act to restore the rule of law.
Through opening the books, honesty can defeat fraud.
The wishes of the majority will be realized and the victories sought by communism defeated.
Rather masterful statement in my opinion.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
That's a great article, Jim, and it brings up the bigger picture, which is this isn't really just about this one election, because if they get away with this, every election in the future is going to be fixed.
And even worse than this one, you can count on it, because that's just a general rule of human behavior.
If they get away with it without being punished, they're going to do it again and do it bigger next time.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
And, you know, Groper Joe is gonna, you know, you talked about, you know, packing the Supreme Court and getting rid of the Electoral College.
I believe that is coming.
And, you know, Puerto Rico already voted to become a state and it's, of course, non-binding, but that'll be another thing on the docket along with making D.C.
a state as well.
So, They intend to have a one-party state ruled in perpetuity by the Democrats.
That's what their plan is, and I just hope people see through it.
You got it right.
You got it right, Storm.
Michael, your thoughts?
Yeah, that was a fabulous editorial in the Epoch Times.
People usually don't understand the connection between the richest people in the world and communism and how communism is a system that they've tried to implement for everybody else besides them all along.
It's promoted and always has been by the richest and most evil people in the world that we relate to as being capitalists But they want communism for us.
That's why they made sure that the Communist Revolution was a success in China and why China is now their darling for the system that they'd like to impose upon the world.
They want collectivism and homogenization and everybody at the same level all over the world except for them.
I think you got it exactly right, Michael.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

Prepare for the tweet we have all been waiting for.
It will come swiftly.
My fellow Americans, the storm is upon us from President Trump in the next few days as Biden attempts to speak to America tonight as a new president, which he certainly is not.
He's from the Mafia crime family, will never set foot in the White House.
His new home will be Gitmo and beyond.
China is the virus, the U.S.
military the vaccine, so prepare.
Have some supplies in case you need them for a few days.
It never hurts to be prepared.
We're not sure how it will transpire, but we ought you all to be prepared for things as they unfold as they need to unfold, but not be alarmed as this is God's plans and all will be well.
It is time to be the pillars of strength that all those around us will be leaning on as things get strange for those who are not in the know of what is transpiring behind the veils as they are lifted.
Declassification will happen as it needs to be as our reality goes from dark to light.
We have already won, so please do not worry.
Just be the strength for those around you with level heads and a knowing heart.
We've done and continue to do to build an amazing future for all sentient beings here on Mother Earth.
The best is absolutely yet to come.
We are becoming the kind men we were created to be.
Now let's share with those around us.
You can step in and be a community leader as this is a time for right action and sharing.
Patience, as those in fear can be very trying and at times angry.
Don't be offended.
Breathe.
Be the hero you are.
Meanwhile, word in intelligence circles says that if the Supreme Court voids any or all
the November 3rd election due to the massive fraud and violation of the Constitution with changes
to election law, the lawless extension of voting for weeks, in violation of three US Code 1 and 2,
the Democrats are planning on asking the United Nations to invade to depose Trump as a dictator.
There's also word within intelligence circles that the states of California, Oregon, and Washington,
plus New York, might actually try to secede from the Union if Trump gets four more years and may need to be forcibly
brought back under US.
control the same way renegade southern states were handed back in the 1960 Civil War.
Note, It would gladden my heart to see the U.S.
military bombing egomaniac Governor Andrew Cuomo and filthy commie New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio back into the Union or to Kingdom Come.
China and Russia are deploying their naval assets in such a way that transit to the U.S.
would not take long.
Meanwhile, it's the actor Joe Biden, not the real Joe Biden, who's on the scene.
The False Flags and Conspiracy 2020 conference, let me announce, now has its archives available.
You can stop and shop.
Go to falseflag.com.
Conspiracy2020.com and check it out.
This is something you don't want to miss.
Meanwhile, final thoughts.
Scorpio.
I just want to reiterate what Michael said in his last statement.
That was brilliant, Michael, and you're spot on about communism.
And really, you know, if you boil it all down, communism essentially is the lack of competition for these extremely rich titans of industry and oligarchs.
That's why they like it so much.
So it was a great point, Michael.
And, you know, Yeah, I think it's good to be prepared.
New York is already proposing a mandatory vaccine bill.
I just saw that earlier today.
So things are going to move forward at warp speed, guys.
So let's get ready and not sit back and be passive.
This is not the time to give up and just let it happen.
Michael, your final thoughts?
I, and before the program today, I was reminded of a statement that Mike Rivera has made periodically, and that is the best way to expose a tyrant is to get them to act like one.
And it occurred to me that there are three things that have happened this year that are incredible expositions of tyranny.
And the first one is the imposition of these draconian lockdowns that are unscientific, never end.
And the saying is, when you restrict the movement of sick people, it's called quarantine.
When you restrict the lives and movements of healthy people, it's called tyranny.
The second one is that's incredible.
The incredibly obvious evidence of vote rigging in a national election and the MSM's ridiculous coverage of it or non coverage of it.
And the third thing is a coming attempt that just seems to be right around the corner to force vaccinate everyone or rather shoot something into us in the world with an experimental injection for a relatively weak infectious agent that's no worse in 99.9% of the cases than the normal flu.
So you really have to have your head in the MSM sand, or just oblivious in general to things going on in the world, or entirely getting your worldview from your peer group, not to notice all these levels of tyranny that are being applied to us.
The closing statements made by David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador and Michael Ivey from Asheville, North Carolina indicate why I so treasure them as colleagues.
Let us hope for the best that the court system and the appeals of these improper voting frogs is successful.
But brace yourself for the worst.
Stock up on supplies.
Learn to handle weapons.
Get ammunition because it may come down to it that we are forced to shed our blood.
As Thomas Jefferson observed, the tree of liberty must be nourished by the blood of patriots from time to time.
So I say, as a former Marine Corps officer who cares about the future of this nation, we cannot allow a communist takeover to occur here, no matter what the guise.
The Democratic Party has betrayed the American people, has violated the Constitution, has shown contempt for everything that matters to American citizens.
Stand firm.
Be prepared.
And I say, God bless us all, in spite of the fact that I am an agnostic.
Let us share common cause to defend this great nation.
We'll be back tomorrow with all you need to know.
