This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin with David Scorpio in the exotic land of Ecuador, Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.

♪♪♪ We begin today with the electoral college meeting to cast
their votes.
Now officially, but disputedly, Joe Biden won 306, Donald Trump 232.
We know that's a monstrous deception.
Trump actually won around 410.
But get these current developments.
Today, Nevada was declared to have been won by Trump.
Arizona is sending a second delegation.
Nevada has six.
Arizona has 11 votes.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has heard the Trump case and sent it back to a lower court to determine the outcome.
If they exclude those who claim to have been indefinitely, you know, kept at home, which Violated the signature and authentication requirement.
That's another 10 votes.
Pennsylvania legislature is sending an alternative set of electors.
That is 47 votes.
If you subtract 47 from Biden, he's well below 270.
If you add 47 to Trump, he's well above.
This is far from over.
Meanwhile, I'm absolutely dumbfounded and distressed over the Supreme Court's rejection of the Texas lawsuit challenging his win in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, The court rejected Texas Attorney General Kim Paxson's lawsuit, assuming that the motion grounds to sue, known as standing.
Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections.
All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
I frankly find this completely ridiculous and insulting.
Justice Alito, joined by Justice Thomas, dissented.
In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction, as does this, since it's one state bringing a complaint about others, and where Texas was joined by 21 other states.
See, Arizona v. California.
I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill a complaint, but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
Sidney Powell has observed Americans need to pay attention to the emergency filing she made after the Supreme Court rejected the Texas case last night.
She means business.
We the people would not allow rigged elections.
The bottom line, Sidney Powell knows the truth, like a dog on a bone to expose it.
She wants to prove there was massive fraud in the 2020 election.
Here we see any number of reports about her filings and so forth.
This is a significant development.
Meanwhile, Scorpio, your thoughts.
Well, you know, this notion that you don't have standing to, you know, have your evidence heard in court, this is sort of the new thing, the one-stop shopping for any judge that doesn't want to hear evidence that they don't like.
And, you know, I hope this works out, but Jim, I think What I've been realizing recently, Jim, is that I think elections have been rigged a lot longer than we thought.
It's just becoming more apparent.
All things are being revealed now, and that's the biggest problem that our controllers have, is that they cannot stop the revelation of their own behavior and of their own plans.
So we'll have to see how this plays out, but I think We are entering into the era of Groper Joe, like it or not.
No, I don't like it.
I don't accept it.
And I don't think millions of Americans will either, Scorpio.
You're not an Ecuador.
I'm telling you, we're not going to put up with this bullshit.

Yeah, this week is a big week.
Things are just accelerating.
Electors are flipping in the states as they're voting today.
SCOTUS was just a lateral move.
Immediately, as I think that article mentioned, that Sidney Powell immediately refiled.
And if white hats are in charge, then they're just, as I was saying before the show, they're just allowing all the black hats to get into their little pentagram before they're arrested.
And I think that's what we're seeing played out.
Well, there's a catch there, Carl, because Donald Trump has standing, but he doesn't have standing directly before the Supreme Court.
He's not a state.
The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction and disputes between states, which is why they ought to have taken this case.
Oh, I agree.
He's got to proceed through the circuit or district courts, through the appellate courts, through the Supreme Courts of the state to reach the Supreme Court of the United States.
So we'll see how this plays out.
But he's got a great champion on his side in the form of Sidney Powell.
Alan Dershowitz has said in relation to the decision by the court to turn away lawsuit from Texas, and it was then 17 but became 21 other states, That they just didn't want to get involved, which is completely unacceptable.
Appearing on Newsmax TV, Stinchfield, Dershowitz agreed with Alito and Thomas, who indicated Texas did have standing.
Same.
They get the better of the argument, but that the court just didn't want to deal with what may be perceived as political, after all the actions of those states affected who would become president with mass consequences for the residents of Texas.
This Supreme Court decision sends a message, Gershwin said.
The majority included the three justices appointed by President Trump, I find that completely disgraceful.
Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett, that they didn't stand up for the United States.
And they all said, we're not going to hear the Texas case.
We're not going to get involved in this election.
I think this sends a message, says Dershowitz.
It's not illegal, but it's a practical message.
The Supreme Court is out of this game.
I don't think there's any chance that the Supreme Court is out of this game, but I do think that the Supreme Court is massively discrediting itself.
Here we have Trump approving the filing of a retooled Texas-style challenge, but as I've observed, it has to go through the individual states.
Trump's team is going to file suits, or has already filed, in the four states, as well as Arizona and Nevada.
The suits will incorporate the allegations in the complaint filed by Texas.
The courts have been using the matter of standing to dodge facing the facts, said Rudy Giuliani.
Nobody wants to face the reality that this election was stolen.
This is outrageous what they're doing.
The American people should have the benefit of hearing these facts, which have been kept from them.
Not a single court decision has had a hearing yet.
They haven't heard from a single witness.
They haven't looked at a single tape.
They haven't listened to a single recording.
There are thousands of them.
They haven't even bothered to look at the tape in Atlanta, Georgia, which is this positive.
It shows an ongoing voter theft of 30,000 votes, enough to change the election outcome in that state.
So we know what he's talking about.
The surveillance footage has shown them running The overseers, the observers out, claiming they weren't going to continue until 8 a.m.
the following morning, and as soon as they were out of the way, they brought out the suitcases and started processing them and counting them over and over and over.

Well, Jim, we're seeing, you know, on multiple fronts what an obvious fraud this election was.
And as I said earlier, I really think that we've been had by fraudulent elections for some time now, unfortunately.
And as far as Dershowitz goes, you know, this is the guy that supposedly kept his underwear on at, you know, Peto Island.
And the man that also said that the government has the right to Inject you with a vaccine if it means, you know, protecting public safety.
So I just can't trust much of what this man says.
And, you know, what I'm kind of seeing, Jim, unfortunately, is the majority of our institutions are under the control of this criminal cabal.
And I think we're going to have to start Dealing with that fact and acting accordingly.
We can't just sit back and let these people destroy our society and subvert everything that is good that we believe in.
We can't be passive any longer, Jim.
Well, I agree with your assessment of Dershowitz on those other grounds.
What's interesting about his observations is they're coming from a source you would not expect to support, that the Texas lawsuit was a valid lawsuit and ought to have been accepted by the Supreme Court.

Scorpio is right in his previous comment that the elections have been bought and sold for decades going back to the 1950s and Princeton and Stanford were at the lead.
If you have a counting machine that needs secret software and then you don't have unique receipt for each vote, that does not equal an election by any definition.
We live in a sci-op, okay?
Corporate media are propagandists and there isn't anything that is important whatsoever that we're not intentionally disinformed.
So given it is a PSYOP, you can't put faith in anything that you're shown or is in the show.
And it comes down to if White Hats are in control, then this is an orchestration to wake the world up.
Because that's desperately what they needed in my own personal experience.
And as we've discussed, I'm a total failure.
I've had no—I'm zero for my career on communicating anything of importance to any audience whatsoever, so I hope to God the White Hats are rolling this up now.
Well, we give you high marks for your reporting here, Carl, on this very program, and really, given Pennsylvania Senate Alternative Senate delegates from the legislature, given the Wisconsin Supreme Court has sent it back to calculate When you subtract those who declared that they were at home didn't satisfy, which is going to give that state also to Trump, when Nevada and Arizona both are ascending slates as of our Trump, it looks to me like the ballgame is on and that progress is being made, even if the Supreme Court is tarnishing its reputation.
Meanwhile, Rush Limbaugh sounds an ominous warning.
I actually think we're trending towards secession.
I really think when he says that, he means toward civil war, but he used the word secession.
There cannot be peaceful coexistence of two completely different theories of life, theories of government, theories of how we manage our affairs.
We can't be in this dire conflict without something giving somewhere along the way.
I know there's a sizable and growing sentiment for people who believe that is where we're headed, whether we want to or not, whether we want to go there or not.
The problem is the fact there are just so many rhinos, so many Republicans in the Washington establishment who will do anything To maintain their membership in the establishment because of the perks and the opportunities that are presented for their kids and so forth.
But I think it's time we mobilize.
It's past time.
We've sought the truth.
We know it's clear what's going on.
We need a way, though.
And my idea for that is to fight the lies and to take action, to look at the Democrats, how they handled all this, how this all came about.
They implemented community organizers, think tanks, special interest groups.
He noted his popularity in that of the so-called conservative media.
As a result of the national mainstream media abandoning its objective reporting.
Meanwhile, Trump was hit with a decision about voter fraud that left him fuming.
The tech giant, YouTube, has just declared starting today they'll remove content about election fraud.
Even though there are court cases about election fraud going through the system at this very moment, audios free speech, the bannings are coming.
Critics blasted YouTube's decision as a death of free speech, as there are now official content moderation policies for the what-political-points-of-view-are-allowed-to-be-discussed-online-in-America.
The decision came just days after the president threatened to veto the National Defense Authorization
Act because the bill did not contain language repealing Section 230 of the 1996 Communications
and Decency Act, which grants big tech companies immunity from lawsuits as long as they act
as viewpoint neutral platforms, which they long since abdicated.
This decision makes it clear YouTube, which is run by Google, is a publisher with a liberal
ideological point of view.
There is no reason tech companies should be allowed to possess immunity that grants them monopolistic powers when they disobey the law, when they cease to function in the public interest.

Wow, it's really interesting.
Rush Limbaugh has become increasingly, let's say, radicalized in a good way.
Now that he doesn't have much to lose because of his health situation, I'm impressed with what he's saying.
And honestly, I do believe that secession is The future, if nothing else, because the more that we can decentralize our government structures, the more difficult it's going to be for this globalist criminal cabal to control our reality.
And I think that is a real positive because, like it or not, their control and manipulation is becoming more self-evident to everybody.
They can't hide it any longer, so we need to act accordingly.
And, you know, as far as these bannings and restriction of free speech, what is coming is that these so-called platforms are not going to allow any narrative that contradicts the official government story.
So again, we need to act accordingly and build our own platforms and disregard and put these companies in the ash can of history because they are simply vessels of the intelligence agencies and the deep state.
We need to realize that and move on and create our own reality.
We can't allow these people to shape how we think and how we behave any longer.
Just as an historical footnote, the Civil War was actually fought over the right of the states to secede from the Union.
It was not fought over slavery.
And the attempt to secede by the southern states was put down.
We may have a further attempt and we may therefore fight a second civil war over what is basically the same issue, where just as that war was divided by slavery versus non-slavery, this would be divided by the liberal ideologues and their zeal to confiscate our weapons and kill our lives versus those who believe in a free society.

My dog has the fire in her belly just like you guys do.
For Rush Limbaugh, I like what he's saying too recently, but until that guy acknowledges the criminal Bush family, then it's just partisan.
Big things are happening, that is for sure, and it is either going to be some sort of divisive Civil War 2.0, or it will be the White Hats Doing what they need to do with whatever script they've written for American Revolution 2.0.
All of the facts are on our side to be able to demonstrate this lying, looting empire for centuries.
And I really think that we're going to get this laid out and that we are on the verge of victory and we shall all see.
Well, the developments we're reporting about Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada are very encouraging.
Meanwhile, Attorney Matthew DiPerno confirmed Dominion voting machines changed the votes from Trump to Biden.
It was not human error.
An IT forensic team arrived and was given access to the county building to gather forensic evidence.
They wound up with 16 CF cards, similar to SIM cards, 16 thumb drives, forensic images of the Dominion voting machines in hand.
They were escorted to the local Atrium County Airport by two Atrium County Sheriff vehicles, where they boarded the jet plane with their evidence in hand.
Well, the Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, said these changes in the votes were by human error.
We have discovered that's not true.
That's a lie.
It didn't happen by human error.
It happened by a computer program called Dominion Voting System, and although a lawsuit We were able to get access to the Dominion voting system program.
It went Sunday and took forensic images.
We got the forensic image of the actual tabulation machine in the interim county office.
Meanwhile, the Michigan Attorney General is hiding the forensic audit of the Dominion voting machines where 6,000 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden.
Here you see the huge spike.
The huge spike gets Biden right in the race.
You can see the trajectory would have gone on with Trump leading Biden and having a great victory in Michigan.
Patrick Kohlbeck, a militia challenger in Wayne County, appeared on Fox Business to discuss the audit of the Dominion team machines.
He told Lou Dobbs a judge ruled in favor of crooked Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel to prohibit the disclosure of the forensic result.
This is completely outrageous.
We have more anomalies from Michigan.
These are impossibilities.
We're in five seconds.
Biden racked up 140,000 votes.
A recently published review of available election data shows major voting machine manipulation in favor of Biden.
In almost every Michigan precinct, Biden had exactly 50 to 55 higher absentee polls than Trump.
In five seconds, Biden's vote totals went up 140,000 votes.
In nine probable Michigan counties, the absentee votes between Trump and Biden are so similar, the author studies that they are clear indications of machine vote manipulation in the counties where the outcome was so stunningly different.
The odds here of all of this are like winning the Powerball 65 times in a row!
The same reason.
There should be no reason why Trump absentee voters are voting at a different percentage than Biden absentee voters, yet that exists in the data.
You could call any of these as an aberration, as an analogy, just taking one of them, but all of them combined, the odds are impossible.
We've calculated and it's going to something else happen.
It's clear law enforcement and state legislatures need to act to investigate the actual way in which the vote was apparently stolen from President Trump.
The fellow says he's working with Sidney Powell, giving his research to the Trump legal team, also helping in upstate New York on the last congressional race to be settled, where an election with 330 voters with a 30,000 vote election day advantage for the Republican has dwindled because of failed votes among absentees that all went Democrat.
This research tracks a whistleblower testimony and affidavit by Dominion contractor Melissa Carone, who bravely came forward to say she witnessed major vote fraud at the TCF Center in Detroit and saw Dominion's actions made it systemic.
He's made his findings available for Pennsylvania and for Michigan, too.

Well, Jim, you know, We're at the point here where this voter fraud is so in our face, these people don't care that we know.
But the good thing is that there is 70 million people plus ready to be red-pilled.
Ready to be red-pilled. So that is the good thing.
And it's like, look, they pulled off this phony COVID agenda.
They're going for that too. They don't care how phony and obvious it is to us
that the hospitals are essentially empty all over the country, yet they keep going.
And the head of the UN, this Gutierrez guy, is calling for a climate emergency worldwide immediately.
So these people are going for it, and it's time for us just to face facts and see what these people are really up to, and start to create our own reality outside of what these people have planned for us, Jim.
Well, our own reality is called the truth, which is the real reality.
What we have to do is debunk their illusions, but where they control the apparatus, all the propaganda mechanisms known as television and the mainstream media.

On that point of secession, I was going to mention it, but I forgot.
On the Friday Supreme Court ruling, Where all those attorney generals from the states added in their legal opinions.
The one that came from California had an interesting title.
It did not say California, it said New California.
And there was one other West Coast state, either Oregon or Washington, that also had that.
So, if I had to bet my money what black hats are going to do if they lose this, they are going to declare themselves as separate.
Because they're going to declare that they won.
And all these details, if they get dragged into the light, then we'll have truth and we'll know what we're dealing with.
But if the Blackhats are in charge, they're just going to claim national security or just mock us, as Scorpio says.

We have a leaked Biden audio.
He's barely able to speak, but he talks about how the The platform of defund the police led to Trump smoking them across the country.
This was close to an admission that they got whopped, where Trump took like around 74 or 75 million votes, legitimate votes.
Biden would have received around 23 or 24 legitimate votes.
That means they had to manufacture in excess of 50 million fake votes in order to get Biden to the position he's in.

Meanwhile, Biden admits that Harris is actually in charge.
It's long been speculated the relationship between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris is anything but ordinary, that Biden isn't really the one calling the shot.
But this week, the seemingly dementia-prone senior actually admitted it.
Then he tried to palm it off as a joke.
Along with Harris, Biden made an appearance on CNN last week with Jake Tapper.
Their relationship was brought up, and they both agreed they're sympathetic on most issues, such as how to run the government and war.
But like all relationships, there are at times some disagreements.
When this happened, Biden said the two work it out.
However, he also noted that, much like his working relationship with his former boss and president, Barack Obama, Biden tends to let the other rule the ruse.
He even stated he would rather resign and bow out of the Oval Office job completely than risk getting into a knockdown drag-out with Eris.
Biden told Tapper, like I told Barack, if I reach something where there's a fundamental disagreement we have based on a moral principle, I'll develop some disease and say I have to resign.
Now, The not-so-coherent leader tried to play it off as a joke with a smile on his face, but neither Tamper nor Harris, not to mention the audience, knew how to take it, so an awkward silence ensued immediately thereafter.
One Twitter user explained this is because Biden has a scary habit of accidentally telling the truth sometimes, as when he admitted they'd put together the biggest voter fraud operation of all time.
And I have to say, this person seems to be spot on.
You see, politicians, by and large, have the nasty habit of lying about just about everything.
Biden is no different.
He's done a relatively good job through the years being able to keep both his rudimentary racism and misogynist nature from the public eye for decades.
In the last few months, however, he's let some things slip.
You know, remarks like, poor kids are just as talented and bright as white kids, or when he told a crowd he wanted to see all the little girls dancing.
And as one doctor, more than one, has pointed out, he's no longer what anyone could call in good health.
Obama's personal physician of 22 years, for example, Dr. David Scheiner, reviewed Biden's health records last year and noted, he's not a healthy guy.
He's not in bad shape for his age, but I wouldn't say he's in outstanding health.
Could I guarantee he won't have issues in the next four years?
He has a lot of issues that are just sort of sitting there.
So, pretty obvious we're going to be making way for a Harris administration in short order should they proceed to inauguration.

Oh, I agree, Jim, and that's the whole reason why Groper Joe supposedly hurt his foot.
At first it was his ankle, then it was his foot, and of course he was playing with his dog, just to add a little bit of sweetness to the story.
I don't know if you've seen the pictures, Jim, but there's pictures of Groper Joe with that, you know, They switched the foot.
Like, once it was the left, then it was the right.
So, I think they're just sort of signaling to people that Groper Joe's not going to be around too long.
And that, yes, this is all about the incoming Kamala, Kneepads, Harris administration, if they succeed in pulling off this coup, essentially, is what it is.
Yeah, and as you've suggested before, Scorpio, it's just in our face.
Switching around the boot, give us a break.
He didn't break both legs, in which case he'd need two boots.
But they're insulting us by pointing out that it's just a charade.

Well, we know that John McCain, he got caught with that and he had to say that, you know, it's just because his injured foot got tired that he put the boot on the other leg.
Well, for the Biden thing, it looked like a Photoshop.
The one thing, like, I don't know, but the one picture I saw didn't look like it was legit.
It looked like it was just trolling McCain.
So with this thing, presidents are puppets.
They are.
And we're gaslit this by corporate media, by saying the Bush policy or the Clinton.
That's not true.
I think that the major contribution that W. Bush made to my awakening personally is that listening to this guy talk and his whole demeanor, you know, you got to conclude he's not in charge of policy.
He isn't even a voice.
This guy is like just a spokesperson and that's it.
So Biden is a joke and of course they're going to replace him or whatever as long as he can stand and speak coherently and keep his hands off of little girl's hair.
They'll let them pretend to be president and corporate media will do whatever they need to do to sell the empire.
But we'll see.
The last I heard was 5,000 affidavits to be able to demonstrate election fraud.
Between now and Wednesday, January 6, when Congress will count those votes officially, a lot can happen to switch that election.

Meanwhile, We had a report from the president of Tanzania who conducted tests when the COVID test procedure was sent to his country of a pawpaw, which is a fruit like a mango, a goat and a quail tested positive for coronavirus.
He said this was after he secretly had a variety of animals, roots, and vehicle oil tested at the National Laboratory.
I commend this John Magufuli, who is actually practicing science based on observation, measurement, and experiment.
