Dean's in Austin and there's a lot going on there.
We have Antifa snipers arriving.
I've also seen a video this morning of federal troops arriving in Austin by bus.
Meanwhile, Dean had a fairly sensational special over the weekend.
We'll play a couple minutes and invite Dean to talk about it.

Tonight, it's time we go over World War III and exactly what in the hell is going on And where do we go from here?
So, in this conversation, it's going to get really sobering for many of you who may just think that this is about a virus from a bat, or this is about civil rights, or this is about a fake dead guy named George Floyd.
So, this is going to be a wake-up call for many of you, and for many of you, this may be review plus more additional information.
Well, as I'm sitting here in the Real Deal Media studios, I can tell you that the walls are closing in on yours truly.
We now have Antifa in Austin, Texas, and they have surrounded many of the main streets, many of the highways.
They have taken the war to, initially, Austin Police Department, who have now been called to step down And or be defunded by the mayor of Austin himself, a really smart individual who I'm sure is being compromised just like many other mayors of these blue cities.
But let's go over some things because in this World War III live motion kind of a movie we're experiencing, there's been things that have led up to where we've gotten today and there's some other things that are happening beneath the news headlines and beneath Our nose, as well.
So, let's start first with Austin.
I got reports on Friday from my insiders, my contacts from around the country that, hey, Dean, watch out.
Do you know that protesters are coming to your city?
And not only are they coming and being bused in from Portland, the Zantifa type, they're coming with snipers that are going to be on top of buildings.
They're coming with military trained antifa type that you really don't see on TV because all they show you on TV are a bunch of skateboarding kids, bull dyke lesbians, and very irritable, you know, nerdy liberal types.
Well, quite frankly, I never bought that.
I always thought that was just for the cameras.
That was just from central casting.
And I knew there was something nefarious lurking around the corner.
As we said here on the Real Deal Report that we do Monday through Friday, that these protesters were nothing but just a smoke screen for the paramilitary wing of China, of the DNC, to lurk in and then begin their little American Spring, you know, controlled by John Brennan and Obama at top.
So we can tell you that This paramilitary wing Antifa, well they were originally trained in Venezuela because China has just a plethora of bases in Venezuela and they're training these Antifa type and they call them Milicias Antifacias.
That is Antifa military and they're training them from Venezuela to then bring it here to then ship what is the fentanyl That they brought from China to Venezuela to ship it through Mexico, ship it through Guatemala into the United States so we can kill ourselves and save them the hassle, or is what they're calling thin the herd.
Dean, I gotta tell you, I think this may be your best work.

Well, Jim, I was just doing my civic civil duty there, just alerting the populace of just the dangers at hand, but also the movement of the United States military as we saw down the Mississippi River, down through Baton Rouge.
of the chessboard and the pieces of the chessboard now getting in place ready for a full-on World War III scenario, ready to go live.
And that's what we're experiencing, but it's a little unnerving having arrived here in Austin, Texas after leaving the The Vietnam jungles of L.A.
to arrive here now only to have my own personal Baghdad Gulf War experience right here in Austin with snipers everywhere downtown.
So it is another war setting.
That's why I've told you off-air, Jim.
It feels like I've just moved prison facilities from L.A.
to now just a more luxurious prison facility right here in Austin, Texas.
Fascinating.

Well, yeah.
I mean, Dean's video, I watched it last night.
I thought it was spectacular.
Just simply illustrates the stress and strain that we're all under and how uncertain our times are.
And really, I think what's causing, Jim, the majority of that stress is wondering whether or not our president is going to back us if we fight these pricks.
I mean, these guys are coming here to disrupt, destroy, kill Americans.
We know they're there.
I mean, look, you've got news articles about them.
You can't tell me the White House doesn't know that these guys are here to cause trouble and kill people.
That's what they do.
That's what BLM and Antifa do.
Why aren't they already simply declared terrorist organizations?
And why aren't they simply taken out any place they show up?
I don't get it.
How are these people being allowed to come to Austin and even be prepared to stage for this kind of disruption?
Somebody's going to get killed and they're most likely going to be innocent people.
So take them out!
Cut the hat off now.
Just get rid of them.
Why are we even talking about this?
Why are federal troops not simply in Austin arresting these people and throwing them into the FEMA camps that haven't been used?
That's right, because those FEMA camps are there, perfect to be used for really deserving recipients like Antifa and FEMA and BLM.
And Dean, that was a brilliantly edited piece of work.
Meanwhile, we have three stories here that give us a lowdown on how things are developing.
Minneapolis Police Department advises residents to give in to criminals.
This is completely insane.
The Minneapolis Police Department is advising residents of the city.
Be prepared to give up your cell phone and purse or wallet if approached by robbers.
Don't argue or fight with a criminal.
Do as they say.
Other cities have reported dramatic increases in crime, including shootings and murders, since the Black Lives Matter protests and riots erupted.
The Democratic-dominated Minneapolis City Council unanimously approved a resolution in June to abolish a police department, much to the chagrin of local leaders in the Black community who spoke out against the plan in July.
As the local Minneapolis Star Tribune reported, local black leaders called the plan to abolish or defund the police egregious, grotesque, absurd, crazy, ridiculous, and they were 100% accurate.
Meanwhile, the ratings for the NBA and the Major League Basketball have crashed after all these coming out with shirts for Black Lives Matter decorating the floors of the basketball arena completely ridiculous.
They deserve a ratings crash.
We like sports because it's a break from politics.
Meanwhile, a new poll released this weekend shows President Trump has taken a national and battleground state lead over his Democratic challenger.
It's showing Trump leading Biden 48 to 46 nationally, but more significantly, He's got a lead of 48 to 43 in the swing states, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, which would put him back in the White House with an electoral college tally of 309 to Biden's 229.
This is a very significant development, and I'm very pleased to see it happen.
Dean, your thoughts?
Well, this is a great opportunity for us to rediscover the local baseball teams that do exist out there, Jim.
You know, I remember being in St.
Paul and I saw one of their local stadiums in a small league, just real people playing baseball, family going out having some popcorn and some Cracker Jacks and just enjoying the game.
Without being infested and indoctrinated by the Xi Jinping manifesto of, you know, how to play basketball and how to love Marxism.
You know, that's why I don't watch the CBA.
And I say CBA as, you know, the Communist Basketball Association.
So let's call it what it really is.
But this is a great opportunity to localize sports and just view sports of what they are.
Just a fun little pastime, not this grandiose kneel at the altar of, you know, these ram gods of Moloch's who call themselves LeBron James.
And I just will never watch that piece of filth ever again, unless I'm betting money on it in Vegas, if that ever comes back.
So that's my new policy starting right now today.

Yeah, and I can't really tell you anything that makes me happier than to watch the NBA ratings crash.
I mean, the ratings in the U.S.
are so bad that the reality is the NBA would probably have to contract by six or eight teams To even survive if it wasn't for the money coming in, being pumped in from the Chinese Communist Party.
The NBA would barely exist right now.
You know, Jim, just to get off on a rant here about the NBA.
This is, it's a terrible game.
I used to watch the NBA all the time.
Used to be a great game.
It used to be players with skills.
But the bottom line is that what happened was, is that all these young players now, all they want to do is dunk and shoot three-pointers.
And three-pointers are very low percentage shots.
And nobody can play the game anymore.
So what happened by the early 2000s was that scores were going down from the 120s down into the 60s.
I mean, nobody could shoot anymore.
Nobody has any skills.
It's the one sport, professional sport, where the level of play has declined dramatically in the last 20 or 25 years.
So they changed the rules so basically you can't touch anybody anymore.
So all these guys that are playing today are in the 80s.
I mean, LeBron James, if Dennis Rodman was guarding him under the old rules, he'd be crying by the middle of the third quarter after what Dennis Rodman did to him.
He wouldn't be able to score.
I mean, there were better players from top to bottom all along back in the day.
And it's like, that's part of the reason why the NBA, but now to go political like this, Because of their freak alien commissioner, Adam Silver.
I mean, the guy looks like the alien from the end of Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
He literally is the alien.
I mean, look, Adam Silver, to me, is proof that humans and aliens have interbred.
There is no question that they've interbred when you look at that guy.
So, you know, no tear shed for the NBA.
It's great to watch.
And again, If Joe Biden were ahead, and we're going to talk about polls here for a second.
Sorry, this is going to be a long answer, Jim.
But if Joe Biden was ahead, the NBA would be popular.
But it's not, because it's politicizing to the left, and its popularity is crashing.
So that shows you that all these polls are lies.
Now this poll, I don't know, I haven't seen the internals.
I don't know what the makeup is, Republican versus Democrat, Independent, whether it was likely voters or not.
I thought I did read that this new poll was likely voters.
But if it is, it shows you that that is probably the real trend of the way things are going.
The communities, Minneapolis, these people are insane.
Getting rid of the police.
If you want to drive black voters to the Republicans and Donald Trump, just keep doing what you're doing.
Because the victims of violent crime are disproportionately black in the United States.
So black people are going to flock to the law and order president, who right now is Donald Trump, even though I think he could be doing far more to impose law and order than he really is.
But, you know, I mean, again, that's pretty obvious.
It seems pretty straightforward.
It goes along with the Rasmussen Reports poll from a week or so ago that shows his approval among black likely voters, Donald Trump's, is now up to 49%, higher than it was a couple of months ago.
And here's the thing that should terrify the liberals that might be watching our show.
Even if that poll is off by 20 points, Donald Trump wins 45 states at 29% of the black vote.
So think about that.
So you can poo-poo that poll all you want, but I think the reality is going to start to show here, which is that Trump is actually ahead.
I'm not sure he deserves to be ahead.
I have a lot of criticisms of the way they've handled things.
I continue to hear that there are not going to be any major arrests until after this election.
Which, what?
That means basically that the American people are going to go to the polls in November without knowing the truth about the Democrats and the child trafficking and all the other things we've talked about.
And that, I think, is wrong.
I think we should start telling them the truth.
I think we should have started last year.
Okay, I'm off my soapbox.
That's it.
Well, he certainly should be ahead of a brain-damaged Joe Biden, no matter who he runs with.
There are further indications that he's actually turning the corner.
The majority see Trump as the law and order president.
This is a majority of likely U.S.
voters.
Well, many have slammed the use of federal troops in cities like Portland and Chicago.
Trump's message that he's the law and order president, coupled with violence in cities and suburbs across the nation, could have the effect of helping Trump win back voters if he's seen as a stabilizing presence and if the violence and protests continue to spin out of control.
Only 25% of Democrats think Trump is a law and order candidate.
That left a slim majority, 52%, strongly or somewhat believing Trump is a law and order candidate.
Trump has yet to win over the suburbs, where residents live played a factor in their assessment.
Voters in the suburbs, only 41% agreed, 59% disagreed, but Voters living in large cities, 54% agreed, 46% disagreed.
Small cities, 58% agreed, 42% disagreed.
In rural areas, 57% agreed, 43% disagreed.
And in demographics, it made a difference too.
Most interesting, college educator voters, 56% agreed, 44% disagreed.
Non-college educated, 48% agreed, 53% disagreed.
This has been a trend of late, with the president appealing more to college educator voters than non-college educator voters, where the latter were a big part of his winning coalition in 2016.
You're wrong about political affiliation.
Republicans, 87% agreed, 13%.
Independents, 43% agreed, 57% disagreed.
Democrats, 25% versus 75%.
Hispanics, up to 50%.
Trump performed much better with swing voters who voted for Obama in 2012 and then in turn voted for Trump in 2016.

Weekly Amazon shoppers, 62%, 38%, not.
Most voters also believe Trump will win the election.
51% of likely voters, regardless of their political affiliation, believe Trump will win re-election, compared to 43% who think Biden will win.
Here's how they break down.
57% of men believe Trump will win.
47% of women think Trump will be re-elected, while 46% believe Biden will win.
58% of those who recently lost a job believe Trump will win, compared to 34% for Biden.
51% say, and this is significant, Democrats are the greater threat to the economic recovery of the U.S.
compared to 49% who they say the Republicans are.
I declare again, when we've got to rebuild an economically rumbled United States, who's the guy to do it?
Obviously, the man who brought us the strongest, most robust economy and strong stock market in our history.
Dean, your thoughts?
Well, clearly, Jim, these are white supremacists they're taking surveys from that are agreeing with Trump.
And I say that tongue-in-cheek, but honestly, this is how they're presenting this to the modern youth of today.
And then you have people in Chicago, the school boards, that are seriously saying, coming from their mouths, that We need to revise history and stop teaching history in the schools of Chicago because it's all filled with white supremacy takes on history.
So this is what they're gearing up to really push their brave new world at As you say, as we rise from the rubble in this brave new world after this World War III happens, they want to complete their world government, because after World War I, we had the League of Nations.
World War II, we had the United Nations.
World War III, where it looks like we're gonna have the Black Lives Matter nations, headed by the Supreme Leader Barack Obama and his wonderful husband, Michael.
So, Jim, I am very concerned.
And about this schooling system, they want to continue, but at the same time, hell with that.
I don't think we need the public schools anymore.
Let the parents teach it from homeschooling.
Even Trump said we need to federalize funding to parents themselves, and hell with these Marxist indoctrination camps.
I never liked high school anyways, and it was just a waste of time, especially when you know what you want to do, and that's fighting the New World Order like I did as soon as I was about 16.

Wow, you knew where you were headed even before I did, Dean.
So, you know, once again, high school was okay to me.
I did okay.
I mean, you know.
Eventually got to go out with the hottest girl from high school, but that took me 20 years, but I got it done.
Yeah, you know, the interesting thing about this is they keep trying to pretend like Trump has some problem in the suburbs with suburban soccer moms.
And I just don't believe that that's true because if you look at how unstable things have been in the last few months because of all the rioting and looting, believe me, those soccer moms are going to start flocking to Donald Trump because he's talking against this stuff and he's sending troops in to take care of stuff.
And so that's eventually going to come around, too.
It just really is fascinating to me.
Most people think that Trump is going to win the election, and I guess I would agree with that.
Not on Fox News, of course, and not on the mainstream media.
They're all trying, and the rhinos are all trying to put out these ideas.
Oh, you know, Trump doesn't have a chance.
And in Europe, they're all saying, oh, Trump's already lost it and all this stuff, which, you know, again, I could give you a list of presidents who won general elections in November that were behind at this point in some of the The fake polls, and we know how fake the polls are.
So, the real thing here that I find, I think, the most interesting is that everybody believes that Trump is going to beat Biden.
The people who really are paying attention and really are being honest.
So, given that, and given, look, let's face it, our economy's probably going to grow in the third quarter by 13 or 14%, which will be a record.
Okay, so that's something for Donald Trump to come forth with in October and say, look, we just, you know, we created millions of more jobs and we have economic growth and that 9% drop from the second quarter is going to be completely forgotten by the time the new numbers come out.
So given that that is happening, The thing you have to watch out for is that it looks like Biden needs to be replaced, and there's obviously ample reason.
All the Democrats have to do is tell everybody in the mainstream media to start talking about Joe Biden's dementia, and he's gone in about three or four days.
He'll drop out.
So I see these results as pushing him toward dropping out of the race and being replaced by somebody else.
They don't even have a nominating process anymore in the Democratic Party.
Barack Obama was never officially nominated by the Democratic Party in 2008.
They never took a vote.
So, again, it's all fake.
It's all fraud.
It's all—the Democrats, the nationwide Democrats, do not decide who the Democratic candidate is.
The Democratic Party does.
So it's going to be fascinating to see who they come up with.
But if this trend continues, there's no question that Joe Biden will not make it to September, much less make it to November 3rd.
If you judge by the guy, the Democrat, getting the most FaceTime on television, it would be Andrew Cuomo.
However repulsive a choice that might turn out to be.

The motto, settle for Biden, has become for many progressives a painful reality.
Dasarma, a progressive hater of all things Trump, warns his fellow leftists aren't buying they must vote for Joe Biden.
He writes, Joe Biden must understand that he's not entitled to anyone's vote.
Running an election based on being the anti-Trump is frustrating to true progressive Americans.
Ever since Democratic presidential candidate Sanders failed again to secure his party's nomination, many Bernie Brothers, as they've been dubbed, have been outspoken about their disappointment in the DNC making Biden their presumptive nominee.
Nearly all have said they aren't enthusiastic about voting for the former VP.
Many have said they aren't willing to vote for him.
Remember, in 2016, 10% of Bernie Brothers didn't vote for Hillary and instead voted for Trump, a statistic that shocked experts on both sides of the aisle.
Sanders has given his former opponent a lengthy endorsement in a bid to combat the lack of enthusiasm for Biden, claiming he would be the most regressive president since Franklin D. Roosevelt.
But one tweet summed up the campaign best.
I respect their being forthright instead of gaslighting and pretending Biden's any good.
I'm not voting for him.
Meanwhile, among the VPs being vetted, Karen Bass, of course from California, Democratic member of the House, member of the Congressional Back Caucus and the Congressional Progressive Caucus, longtime proponent of normalizing U.S.
relations with Cuba, spoke at a West Coast Socialist Scholars Conference 1993 Former member of the Vinceremos Brigades.
She was born on October 3, 1952 in L.A.
in their 2010 book, Black Los Angeles, American Dreams and Racial Realities.
Progressive authors Darnell Hunt and Anna Christina Ramon wrote the BASS in a 2008 interview, providing many details about her days as a student at Alexander Hamilton High School on the west side of L.A.
It, the white lab, played a huge role for me in Hamilton Junior High, for example.
A lot of Jewish parents were activists.
Some of them were in the Communist Party.
I grew up with a lot of red diaper babies, a term for children whose parents were members of the Communist Party USA during the Cold War.
And there were some African-American parents who were in the Communist Party.
There were teachers who were in the Communist Party.
So white radicals were very influential at the same time you have the Black Panthers and the whole Black movement.
In her 2008 book Blue Grit, Progressive author Laura Flanders actually identifies Bass as a former Black Panther.
Well, they got a problem because Kamala's had a transformation that makes her incredibly unappealing.
However passable she may have looked in the past, she looks like a monster today.
That leaves Big Mike sitting by comparison with Little Mike.
That's a scary thought.
Meanwhile, if you vote wisely, the difference between the Democrats and the Republicans has never been more stark.
If you're a Democrat, you're for killing babies, defunding the police, gun control, open borders, illegal immigration, higher taxes, a weak military, Overregulation.
Let anyone vote.
Welfare state.
Lockdown state.
Big government.
More controlled mandates against term limits for socialism, liberalism, communism, and political correctness.
By contrast, if you're a Republican, you're for letting babies live, supporting the police, gun rights, border control, legal immigration, tax breaks, strong military, small businesses, voter ID, working class, working economy, small government, Less control, fewer mandates, favored term limits, capitalism, conservatism, constitution, and free speech.
I don't think that's a close call at all.

That's why I get it now.
They had to demonize conservatism and republicanism with neocons and flutter with neocons.
So when this day came, we didn't want to identify as a conservative, but now I get conservative is the true counterculture.
That meaning if you kind of like your family, you kind of like your community, and like a little bit of tradition and Some of the music and things you remember from your past, that's what really conservatism is in 2020.
The other form is really just getting like a gun and putting it in your mouth and then pledging allegiance to Barack Obama and then firing away because that's settling for Biden.

Wow, so many things I could say.
You know, it's Kamala Harris, there's something completely wrong with her face.
Okay, let's just acknowledge that her face is effed up.
We don't know what it is.
I think her reptilian, you know, projection machine is malfunctioning.
There's just no question about that.
But I think that what I notice is that, again, the lack of enthusiasm for Biden parallels the complete lack of enthusiasm For Hillary Clinton.
Four years ago, when I came back to Washington State, I was driving around.
I think it was July or August.
I was driving on the freeway and I was looking around and I thought, gosh, I don't see any Hillary bumper stickers.
This is a blue state.
I'm going to start looking for them.
By November 8th, I guess, was when the election was held, I saw three.
This is Washington State.
I saw three Hillary Clinton bumper stickers that I could count.
I see nothing here.
I see no Biden stuff.
I mean, you have a better chance of catching the coronavirus than you do of seeing a Biden sign in deep blue Washington state.
There simply is no enthusiasm.
So again, Trump has the massive enthusiasm advantage over Biden, and I think that's very significant.
I've got to think about it now.
I'm not sure I have seen any Biden bumper stickers or any Biden stuff at all.
So the difference, though, is that there were many people who were willing to vote against Hillary Clinton.
Because they knew she was Satan.
I don't think enough people recognize that Joe Biden is a rapist.
So we got to get that story out because that is going to really push people to vote against him.
On the other hand, you don't have people like, what was his name?
The independent guy, Gary, that ran last time in several states.
Johnson.
He was the Libertarian candidate.
Johnson.
Gary Johnson.
So that's another 5 or 10% of the vote that Trump's probably going to get this time around.
So I think really at this point, Trump can kind of run out the clock.
All he has to do is be competent, make sure that the economic numbers when they come out are there, and let Joe Biden just destroy himself with his dementia.
The Trump voters are going to turn out.
The Biden voters aren't.
It's going to be stunning.

Just how clean are these doctors?
Are they really that scared of the virus?
Meanwhile, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons sounds off on face masks.
Let me emphasize, this is the preeminent medical scientific organization in the United States.
It's not Tony the Rat Fauci.
It's not NIH.
It's not the CDC.
It's the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons.
And what are they telling us?
We know that wearing a mask outside of healthcare facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection.
Public health authorities define a significant exposure to COVID-19 as face-to-face contact within six feet with a patient with symptomatic COVID-19.
Get this, that is sustained for at least a few minutes.
Some say more than 10 or even 30.
The chance of catching COVID-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal.
In many cases, a desire for widespread masking is a reflective reaction to anxiety over the pandemic.
Final thoughts?
Surgical masks, loose-fitting, designed to protect the patient from the doctor's respiratory droplets.
People do not wear masks properly.
Most people have the mask under the nose.
The designer masks and scarves offer minimal protection.
They give a false sense of security, both the wearer and those around them.
If you are walking alone, no mask.
Avoid, folks.
That is common sense.
Remember, children under two should not wear masks.
Accidental suffocation or difficulty breathing in some cases.
If wearing a mask makes people go out and get vitamin D, go for it!
In the 1918 flu pandemic, people who went outside did better.

Meanwhile, the Maryland governor blasts a teen activist David Hogg for promoting unrealistic policies.
This is a blast from the past.
Maryland Governor Larry Hogan dismissed Parkland activist and gun control advocate David Hogg during an event Thursday night, arguing Hogg's radical policies bear no weight in reality.
Hogan, an anti-Trump Republican, flirted with the idea of a presidential run in this year's election, rumored to be considering 2024.
Hogan says Hogan does not care about helping minority communities because he supports law enforcement and has spoken out against efforts to defund the police and because he's been critical of gun control legislation.
In other words, Hogan doesn't like him because he has a functioning brain.
Hogan argued that the root causes of inner-city violence must be addressed by state governments, but pointed out a vast majority of inner-city resident support officials who are tough on crime.
I can tell you 90% of the residents of Baltimore City, 90% of the African Americans of Baltimore City supported my crime bills to crack down on violent crime.
So this is not just me having a different opinion than you.
This is everyone in Baltimore having a different opinion than you.
Hogan also pointed out he's invested more money in Baltimore than any other Maryland governor, whether that was through record investments in education funding for job training or investments in law enforcement.
He also helped spirit the creation of the Purple Line, a new D.C.
metro line that will connect Northeastern District of Columbia and parts of Maryland to the rest of the city.
Meanwhile, Doge didn't take its criticism well, accused him of dodging questions.

Sarnoff's lawyers argued in the appeals case last year that his trial was not fair because it was held in Boston, where the bombings occurred as of Friday.
No doubt for his execution had been set.
Meanwhile, I'd been a party to an amicus brief filed by John Remington Graham, who's a retired professor of law, who sent me his evaluation as follows.
I've withheld comment until I read what the court actually said.
On important facts, I seldom trust the press, which has made a mockery of the First Amendment.
I wanted to find out what the judges actually said.
The main secret of this case, assiduously covered up by counsel on both sides and the news media, is that the FBI crime lab in the indictment identified the culprit as carrying a heavyweight black backpack at the time of the explosion.
But the street video used by the FBI to identify the culprit, eventually mentioned in the indictment, showed that at the time of the explosion, Dzhokhar Sarinov carried a lightweight white, actually silver, sack over his right shoulder.
So he was obviously not guilty.
But we have photographs of men in paramilitary gear carrying exactly the type of black bags identified by the FBI Crime Lab in indictment.
These men in paramilitary gear were never approached or questioned by the FBI.
They have escaped public justice, the same as the murderers of Abraham Lincoln and of John F. Kennedy.
On November 16, 2018, the First Circuit entered an order on my motion protesting failure of court-appointed counsel even to mention the crucial exculpatory evidence.
The order assured us that the evidence we called to the attention of the court Would be given due consideration.
The official opinion of the First Circuit mentions Mia's arguing for Dr. Fetzer, Dr. Maxwell, and Dr. Barhu appearing as friends of the Court.
The Court was therefore fully aware of the exculpatory evidence, which is as follows.

He mentions a Kraft International personnel on the scene who actually were carrying black backpacks of the very kind, including the white square, and where they delivered to the location where they exploded and then ran off away from it.
This was a clear-cut case that was sabotaged by the defense attorney, Judy Clark, Who did not require the prosecution to prove their case, which would have been impossible, but said in her opening statement, they did it, which she knew at the time to be false.

Well, the appellate courts typically occur, there are five members of appellate courts in most cases and three of them hear the case so that there's much more objectivity because they're essentially critiquing one another.
They threw out the case on the wrong grounds or reversed the death penalty on the wrong grounds because they had acknowledged the receipt of the evidence I've just shown that demonstrated conclusively they were not guilty of the offense with which they were accused.
