The Truth About What Happened to the January 6th Protesters: J6ers Speak Pt. 1

The government and mainstream media narratives about the January 6th mostly peaceful protests have been proven false, yet lost in all of the controversy is what happened to and with those who were politically persecuted by the Biden Administration and the Kangaroo Court January 6th Committee (which, as we know, suppressed evidence contrary to the dictated narrative) Dr. Jerome Corsi airs the first in a series of discussions with those who were wrongfully persecuted and jailed for their non-violent presence at the  event and/or inside the Capitol Building after being let in. Dr. Corsi talks with Chaplain Joshua Macias, Mark Ibrahim and Derrick Storms about:What happened on January 6, 2021How they were persecutedHow they were treated by the DOJ and after they were jailedThe backlash against Trump's pardonsRecent deaths of J6 protesters post-pardonsHow the Biden DOJ's coming down hard on them affected their personal  lives, jobs and familiesIf you like what we are doing, please support our Sponsors:Get RX Meds Now: https://www.getrxmedsnow.comMyVitalC https://www.thetruthcentral.com/myvitalc-ess60-in-organic-olive-oil/Swiss America: https://www.swissamerica.com/offer/CorsiRMP.phpGet Dr. Corsi's new book, The Assassination of President John F. Fiken.
Super Enkel Trenskap This is Dr. Jerome Corsi and we have an important show today.
We've got some guests from the January 6th movement, the January 6th protests, January 6th hostages.
And I think I'm really honored and I think we should all be very privileged to have these gentlemen join us.
It's an important story, and we're going to be following this extensively, so I plan to do a whole series of shows and writings and materials on the J6 movement as it's developed.
So, Chris, let's bring in our guests.
We have Chaplain Joshua Macias with us and Attorney Derek Storms.
Gentlemen, welcome.
Thank you for joining us.
Thank you, Doctor.
It's good to be here.
Always good to hear your voice, Dr. Corson, be with you.
My pleasure.
So, Joshua, do you want to start out, both of you, I'd like you both to give, to begin with, your personal experience with the J6 movement.
And if you can give us kind of a brief...
I know you're both playing a major role in the J6 Vet Organization, and we want to get into that and start focusing on the most recent events to begin with, the release and subsequent actions against the hostages who have been J6. But first, if you can give everybody some background and position yourself within the movement.
So Joshua, why don't you go first?
Yes, of course.
So Dr. Gorsi, many know me as the chairman of the Veterans for Trump coalition from 2016. Very early on, helped to get all things running when it came to Veterans for Trump, engagement, ensuring that we had the 10.B reform plan, which was the VA reform plan of our community for many, many years.
501c3s came on board.
Numerous organizations came to support our initiatives, which we then launched and helped our veterans to come.
About 6 million of us showed in 2016, which increased our movement.
They are 20% in 2020 and including that in 2024. I was happy to say that veterans came out to vote for Trump in ways that we haven't seen happen in the past three election cycles prior to Trump.
Quite frankly, I would say going back to the time of JFK. We haven't seen a movement like this of veterans that have been behind a president, and even more so now, quite frankly, one of the largest we've seen in our nation's history.
I was proud to be a part of that and engaging with our presidents and cabinet selectees to help reform VA, as well as increase our communication outside of the VA and help with support services to eradicate veteran suicide.
Eradicating veteran suicide is my why.
It's why I'm here.
As a chaplain and engaging with our community every day, including the VA reform that was so necessary in order to open up the support systems to help our veterans be made whole again.
For far too long, we've been in an anti-veteran sentiment for the past 50 years, fighting against this stigma, and it has been my goal to help ensure in a new change underneath Trump's legacy to ensure that we never see these type of numbers of losing our veterans as we have from 44 to 50 a day.
With a compounding increase of 20% every year.
So underneath Trump, I truly believe that promises are made and promises are kept, and that he will do everything in his power to help make that a reality under his legacy.
So that initiates our conversation, which led to my support for President Trump in 2020 during the Stop the Steal campaign, which I was also a part of.
And I was asking, just quite frankly, on my social media if every legal vote was being cast in Philadelphia.
And District Attorney Krasner had something else to say about that, and he put me in isolation for 21 days for asking that question and subsequently jailed me after J6 when I was there helping to engage all veterans with our presidents and at the Ellipse Building and across our great capital.
So from that time forward, it's been four years of prosecution and persecution against myself, my family, and every veteran that served honorably that was there in D.C. that day.
Including others who served inside of the state and inside of federal organizations.
We've been attacked.
Our families have been attacked.
Our friends have been attacked.
And anyone around us, including our jobs, our businesses, have been decimated.
So we're here standing together in solidarity with our veterans and those who have been persecuted and prosecuted to help them get back on their feet again.
As one who has helped our service members daily, I work with veterans at least four to five hours a day within the VA. To help them with their transition, to get off the streets from outreach, as well as within vet court programs, to help them to transition out to our Safe Haven program, where I run as the Executive Director of On Your Six Foundation, helping our veterans to get to the next level and make them whole again.
And when I mean whole, I mean SOZO, mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotional well-being.
Quite frankly, that is the government contractual obligation with America to the service member that, unfortunately, we have been failing at miserably.
Thanks, Joshua.
Derek, why don't you pick it up from there?
Sure.
So, as Josh said, I have a background in the service as well.
I was in the Marines.
Upon getting out of the Marines, Graduated law school at FIU when I started a law practice in Florida and New York.
Part of what I've done as an attorney is I've sued the federal government for infringing on constitutional rights.
In that regard, that's how I got involved with the J6 movement.
I view this as one of the most egregious violations of constitutional rights in the history of America.
This was just a large entrapment operation that was months and months in advance.
It was planned by numerous federal agencies, and they coerced many of these men and women to enter the Capitol.
And that is why I advocated for a full pardon, because this was just an entrapment and coercive operation.
So what we're requesting now that we have gotten our hostages back, we're moving on to phase two, which is accountability.
So what we want with accountability is we want the government bad actors to be held to full account under the law, and we want compensation for the victims whose lives and families have been destroyed.
Because the Justice Department was weaponized and these people were turned into political prisoners.
So we're going to work closely with the administration with this.
We'd like the Justice Department to release the files so we can find out what the intelligence agencies did, what the FBI did, all of it to come to light and that we can go after.
We can go after the evildoers in the government and attain accountability for the J6ers.
Finally, in that regard, I believe that accountability starts on the top, and that's our politicians.
A lot of these politicians, you can see them now, they're getting soft on the J6ers, they're soft on the pardons.
They really don't have an America First agenda.
Unfortunately, they have a Me First agenda.
And they're still acting in a self-serving capacity and they're not serving the American people as they should.
So what I'm forming right now is Project Primary, and this is to disclose politicians who are not fulfilling the role that they should be doing, which is serving the people first, not respecting constitutional rights, which is sacred, and just basically...
Business as usual.
So we're going to expose them.
We're going to get primary challengers and we're going to get them out so we can get our country back.
And that's the second battlefront that's going on.
The first battle was getting them released, which it was a long, hard fought battle.
We won it.
Now we're moving on to the second phase, which is exposing the tyranny, exposing the wrongdoers in government and moving on to accountability.
Thanks, Derek.
And I see we've been joined by Mark Ibrahim.
Mark, welcome.
Good to see you, Mark.
Thank you for having me, guys.
And I'd like the others.
I'd like you to tell your story in a brief way so we know your involvement with the J6 movement, the J6 hostages.
And we're very pleased to have you join us.
So the floor is yours.
Thank you.
Yeah, so I was a special agent with the DEA, credentialed.
I'm an FBI agent with the DOJ. My brother is an FBI special agent.
And for many years, I was an FBI informant.
I reported on ISIS cells inside the United States and outside the United States.
I speak Arabic and Kurdish.
And so I mainly did a lot of work in northern Iraq and Kurdistan, not necessarily inside the U.S. And while I was out there, I met an FBI informant.
His name is Jorge Calcedilla.
He's a good friend of mine, was a good friend of mine.
He says, hey, Mark, there's going to be this rally.
He kind of got involved with a lot of white supremacist, quote-unquote, or militia group stuff, so he's at the Clive and Bundy standoff.
He was at a couple militia events, an FBI informant.
Me and him were in gunfights together in Iraq, so I trusted him, and he said, Mark, bring me the rally.
So, okay, so I pick him up from the airport, and me and my brother, a credentialed FBI agent, go.
We never went in the building.
We never hurt anybody.
I never even unholstered my weapon.
He tells me he's going to go in the building, and I say, if you go in the building, I'm going to arrest you or I'm going to leave you.
I'm not going to be an accomplice to a crime.
So, anyways, he gets upset at the fact that he can't turn anybody in, make any money with the FBI, which is they're paying him to do it.
And so...
Then he gets upset and he says, give me money, otherwise I'm going to sell the story of you in the crowd or whatever.
And I was like, whatever, dude, that's extorting a federal agent.
Good luck with that.
Anyway, sure enough, he sends the pictures to Reuters.
Reuters runs a story of a gun-toting armed insurrectionist who was there to kill Nancy Pelosi or something like that.
And it's all lies, all false narratives.
I flew from California to D.C. armed.
I flew back from D.C. armed.
I mean, there have been so many false narratives about me.
So, anyways, I go on Tucker Carlson a couple months after J6 saying it's messed up.
DEA fires me wrongfully.
They put me on suspension for my role in J6 three times, and then they fired me for performance issues.
So, they thought they were being cute by not firing me for J6 because they thought we didn't want to violate his First Amendment right.
I went from being suspended three times for J6 and then I got fired for performance issues.
So I go on Tucker Carlson.
I say, it's a shame I lost my job.
I love my country.
I'm a veteran, army vet.
And then they indict me just simply for speaking up because I said there was an informant in the crowd and my brother is an FBI agent who was texting multiple other FBI agents there that day.
Now, my brother was not assigned to the Capitol building, but the WFO SWAT team was.
And I knew a lot of those dudes because I trained with them.
And I walked up to them.
They were wearing baklavas.
And I recognized their number patches on their uniform.
And they had my personal phone number.
I offered them assistance.
They were getting yelled at.
I said, leave them alone.
These guys are American patriots.
And I said, can I watch your vehicle?
Can I help you if you need to go in the building?
And he said, no, we're good, man.
If we need anything, we'll call you.
I said, awesome, man.
Cool.
Walked away.
Never thought anything of it.
I just went on Tucker Carlson, spoke up, and I get arrested for trespassing while armed, standing on or having an erection, and making a false statement.
The false statement charge was a downright lie, so the judge threw it away, which is very rare.
I think I'm only one of a few J6ers to ever have a charge dismissed before trial.
And, yeah, I mean, that's pretty much it.
I don't know.
It's just, you know, there's this narrative right now that I want to correct because they're saying, what message does Trump send to people who assault police officers that he always says that he's pro-police officers and these people are assaulting police officers?
And you have to understand that the entire organization, from the arresting officer to Merrick Garland, to the AUSAs, to the judges, to Merrick Garland, were all convinced that we are domestic terrorists, even including all the juries.
Your juries had 100% conviction rate.
And you hear stories like my good friend Luke Coffey, who I met through this, I didn't know him before, but he was getting beat brutally by a baton, and he grabs the baton, never left the police officer's hand, and he gets charged with assault on a police officer with a deadly weapon.
I mean, when you're getting beaten and they're striking your head, which is a considered lethal force, which they were doing, it's how they killed Rosen Boylan, I mean, it's just a completely false narrative.
And I agree with Derek that it is time for retribution and reparations, and I hope that I get reinstated as a federal agent with back pay.
I mean, you can't make it any more clear of selective prosecution.
My brother wasn't offered a plea deal or a cooperation deal.
He's still an FBI special agent in the Washington, D.C. area.
And never got a slap on the wrist.
But I go on Tucker Carlson, and I'm this white supremacist, even though I'm Egyptian-Cuban, militia leader type thing where they've said a bunch of evil lies about me.
And so it's just a false narrative.
But there was no system of checks and balances.
Everybody from the arresting officer to the jury to the judges.
Like, I was convinced that we were domestic terrorists.
And my judge, Tim Kelly, which was appointed by Trump, wanted to not sign my documents.
So I was going to trial the 23rd, or I had a status hearing or trial on the 23rd, and my documents got signed at 6 p.m., and I wasn't made aware until 11 p.m.
on the 22nd.
And I said, I would love to go to trial.
I was texting my attorney.
I said, please send me the link for trial.
Uh, or, or the status hearing on the 23rd.
And, uh, I'd love to go to it as a, as a pardon person.
And then I got, she said, congratulations, you've been pardoned.
But I also received a large bill after that.
And that's like, I've spent around $300,000 in my legal defense.
I've been defamed everywhere.
I've been kicked.
I mean, my entire career was, I was an army intelligence officer and I was in a special operations unit.
Then I was in the IC for quite many, a few minutes, couple of years.
And then I was a special agent.
And now I don't have a clearance and I have no way to make money.
Or, I mean, all I really want to do is continue serving my nation.
So, I mean, it's just evil.
But, you know, God delivered us in a big way.
And I can't say anything else but that.
God delivered us in a huge, huge way.
And God bless Donald Trump.
Like, promises made, promises kept.
I mean, I was scrambling because no one thought it was going to be a blanket partner.
At least I didn't think it.
So I was trying to scrambling to get my name and my story to Trump to like to get one of those pardons or to get a pardon.
And I'm just the shock and awe that he did was amazing.
I mean, President Trump, there's never been a president like him before.
And I just thank God God put him in office.
And there's like Lindsey Graham, like there's so many false narratives, like Michael Fannin, that MPD officer who's just lying about literally can't keep his story straight.
And he's testified in Congress, and he's wrote a book, and he's got a give, send, go.
I mean, he's got neck tattoos.
I mean, he looks like trailer park trash.
I mean, he's just an awful, disgusting human being.
It's just sad.
But even now, there's these false narratives like Lindsey Graham and a lot of conservatives, quote-unquote conservatives, are saying, you send the wrong message out when you pardon people who assault police officers.
I mean, please show me any proof, like legitimate proof, of an injured police officer that day that wasn't injured by something they were doing that was beaten by the crowd.
I mean, they show these videos, but I don't see any police officers getting beat up, personally.
You know, and so, I don't know.
It's just, it was an evil narrative that got exposed.
The truth is not afraid of a lie, but a lie is afraid of the truth.
And you don't have to defend the truth.
All you have to do is set it free.
And that's it.
Thank you, Mark.
That was eloquent.
Well said, brother.
I agree.
Did you go to trial?
No.
So, by the grace of God, my trial was set for a stipulated trial on the 23rd.
And I had one last little card where I could request a jury trial, which I know that I would be convicted guilty.
And, uh, but I, so I, I was set for the 23rd and my pardon was signed on the 20th.
The dismissal of my case was signed on the 22nd.
So God, God is rarely early, but never late.
I love it.
That was, that was very good.
I mean, now, so, but you still went through the four years of harassment on.
Oh, absolutely.
I lost my job.
I was banned on multiple platforms.
Airbnb kicked me off.
I lost my life savings.
Luckily, if it wasn't for Pastor Rob, I mean, honestly, and the thing is, me as a federal agent going to prison that are run by the cartels as a former DEA agent, having arrested many cartel members, it was going to be a death sentence for me.
And I was facing 16 years.
And if it wasn't for Pastor Rob McCoy, Who spoke up and had, he didn't know me from Adam.
He just saw me on Tucker Carlson and then I met him in person.
And he goes, Mark, I want to give $10,000 to your legal defense.
I said, Rob, I'll take a job, not a handout.
And that's what, I mean, a lot of J6ers are.
I mean, if there's any wealthy donors looking at this, I think a lot of us would just take a job, not a handout.
I'm not looking to, I mean, I want restoration from the government and the DEA to give me my back pay and some.
But I'm not looking for a handout from any wealthy donor.
I just need a job to feed my family.
We're working in that direction.
Yes, we are.
So my case was dismissed with prejudice.
So it's like it never happened.
It's not on my record.
But you Google me, DEA agent, Mark Ibrahim, whatever, and they show me like I'm a white supremacist, insurrectionist, trying to overthrow the government.
You know, and it's just a false lie.
I mean, it's just a downright lie.
Like, I don't know what...
And the other thing is, you've got to realize, in order to become a special agent, if you're not being brought in by corrupt individuals, you're under a microscope.
You do a psych evaluation.
You do an extensive background check.
You have a top-secret clearance.
Like, you can't just be a psychopath and get a badge and a gun and have major arrest authority.
I mean, the academy itself is quite long, quite strenuous.
Like, I mean, there's physical standards, there's shooting standards, there's intelligence standards.
So, I mean, it's like, and to say, like, the threat within, and blah, blah, blah, it's just, it's insanity.
And I mean, my one message to anybody watching this, truthfully, and it's every platform, is choose faith over fear.
Fear is faith in the devil.
Fear is faith in the devil's outcome.
Fear makes you kill yourself.
Fear makes you have abortions.
Fear makes you kill.
Fear makes you steal.
Fear is living in the reality that the devil has for your life.
And he's out there and he wants to destroy you.
Faith is trusting in God's will that God will deliver you.
I remember going through this, and sorry to talk so long, and there's a senior member at the CIA. He's a friend of mine.
We go to church together.
He called me and he says, Mark, who led the Israelites to the Red Sea?
And I was like, I don't know, man.
Like, the pillar, a day, and a cloud, you know, a fire at night, blah, blah.
He's like, God.
God led the Israelites to the Red Sea, and he delivered them in a way that only he could deliver them, right?
And so that they would know it.
And he said, that's what God's going to do with you.
Presidential pardons don't happen.
I mean, they don't, right?
And by the grace of God, at the 11th hour, my charge was dismissed by a pardon.
Praise the Lord, man.
Amen, brother.
All glory to God.
He delivered me.
Totally.
And normally, I had not spoken up after the Tucker Carlson episode.
I've had zero social media, and I've had numerous requests to do news.
CNN and all these people were asking me, and I just stopped everything.
But now is the time to be brave and to speak up against evil.
To give a voice to people who don't have a voice.
I can't tell you how many J6ers I met that were like random pig farmers or just random people living in the backwoods who were just God-fearing, patriotic, America-loving patriots, but they don't have connections to Tucker or they don't have a pastor who didn't reach down in there and give them a job when they're completely down on their luck.
I mean, so I think now is a time that, God willing, there'll be a class action suit.
That the government will settle.
God willing, people can get restoration for the attorney fees that they've spent.
And God willing, somebody who's maybe a wealthy individual can hire them or get them a job.
I mean, no one's looking for a free lunch out of this situation.
We just want to undo the harm and evil that the left has done and the lies that they spewed.
And the other thing I want to talk about is...
Sorry, I got a lot to say.
I apologize.
It's all good, brother.
We want your story to be known, too.
This is part of the conversation here for all of our veterans.
Something that was super corrupt was I was watching, as a former Fed, I was watching the sentencing for all the J6ers.
And I noticed when Tucker Carlson released the J6 videos, when they're showing the shaman walking around, sentencing went up because it didn't go with their narrative.
So the liberal judges got angry.
And then when the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the J6ers, a lot of judges refused, like my buddy Derek Kennison, who is a father, patriot, didn't go in the building, didn't hurt anybody, was part of a group chat.
And then somebody said something stupid on the group chat, which was probably an informant or an agent.
He deleted the chat.
He then was charged with conspiracy to sedition or something and destruction of evidence.
When it's your constitutional right to leave a chat group, it's not destroying evidence.
It's not like destroying a murder weapon.
Like, you're in a group chat.
But it was an unprecedented...
I mean, you see the FBI raiding...
Sorry.
You see the FBI raiding non-violent misdemeanors.
And it's like with flashbangs.
And so it was just...
It's crazy.
And then, like, when the Supreme Court ruled in favor of J6 or saying it wasn't obstruction of Congress, Sentencing went up.
People got more time in prison because judges were just angry and corrupt.
It wasn't fitting their narrative.
And the only judge that I know of that was fair and just through the entire system and non-bias was Trevor McFadden.
And he was a Trump-appointed judge, but so was Tim Kelly, who was very aggressive with sentencing.
Basically, and I put a motion there.
I said it's selective prosecution.
My brother had his badge and gun, and he was standing right there beside me.
Why isn't he being arrested?
And he goes, well, the DA can charge whoever they want to charge.
Okay.
And then the second one was, well, my gun, they didn't even add a mens rea portion.
In order to be convicted of a felony under your constitutional right, you have to show mens rea, which means willful, knowledgeable intent.
So they had to show that I willfully, knowingly brought my gun there that day to commit a crime.
And they didn't even include that portion in the affidavit for the grand jury indictment.
But here I am being charged with my gun, and the judge says, it's a strict liability crime.
And he compared me to a guy carrying a hand grenade.
So a federal agent...
Who is lawfully credentialed with his brother, who is lawfully credentialed, carrying his gun.
He doesn't get processed because they didn't want to open the door to how many FBI agents were in the crowd.
And they didn't know exactly who my brother was texting.
And they were worried that my brother would have spilled the beans on all the FBI agents that he was texting there that day.
And was with an FBI informant.
They said, well, we're going to prosecute Mark.
It's a strict liability crime, meaning there's only one reason why you have a gun there that day, and that's to kill people or do harm, which obviously is the case.
Hold that thought just for a second because it's so important to bring this up, that with veterans like yourself, like myself, and like many other vets who are combat veterans who had experience or trained, not only did they come at us, but they came at us more egregiously than they did others.
And that is another case example.
Of where they did that with you and as a special agent and what you did to get to that status position and how they came after because it was just juxtaposed to the narrative.
Right.
Yeah, go ahead.
Well, what you're describing, Mark, what exactly would occur.
This was a terror campaign.
The federal government was trying to silence the leaders.
Anybody who was in a position of leadership, authority, I mean, you look at Stuart Roe.
Or influence.
Yes, they hammered the leaders the hardest because they wanted to cut off the head of the resistance.
That is why it's so important that people like you speak out.
They did everything they could to terrorize you, to make you afraid to talk, you know, from losing your job, losing your family, to losing your freedom, which is ultimately what they did.
They wanted to destroy and they wanted to make examples out of the leadership saying, look, If you do this, this is what's going to happen to you.
That is what this corrupt government did, this corrupt Biden administration did.
Now, thank God, through the grace of God, and I do believe it was divine providence.
You know, President Trump surviving those assassination attempts, being elective, being able to...
To get our message out, the MAGA message, the America First message in light of everything.
The media against us, corporate America against us, everything.
The people understood because what the people want ultimately is freedom.
We're not anti-police.
Far from it.
What we're anti is bad cops.
The media comes out with this message, oh, what's going on?
Is MAGA splitting?
Is MAGA suddenly anti-police?
No.
We're anti-corrupt government.
Our number one agenda is for the people.
This is a populist movement.
They still can't understand that.
They still don't understand why vast watts of America...
From all different races, all different socioeconomic situations, voted for MAGA because it's a populist movement.
That is why the media, their messaging is...
By the way, the J6ers are not all out of prison yet.
Is that correct?
That's correct.
We still have 12. We have numerous ones in Kentucky, and they're waiting for extradition to different states.
So they're going to move them yet to another prison?
Correct.
Yes.
And that's been one of the phenomenon of moving around these prisoners pretty exceptionally throughout the time they were incarcerated.
80 different facilities.
They would just move them around.
80 different facilities.
How many different states?
There must have been a number of states involved in these different facilities.
And under what pretext are these?
You know, they've been pardoned.
Why are they still incarcerated?
What's the pretext to keeping them in prison?
Well, I mean, I can just speak as a federal agent.
They're adding any crime that was found, probably as, like, in addition to, but, like, say they did a search warrant and they found an illegal firearm, or in the case of Jeremy Brown, they found some grenades that they had no idea.
His DNA wasn't on it, and, I mean, you guys can go into detail for this, but...
It's a crime that's not related to January 6th, but is a direct result of them being illegally searched because of J6. You know what I mean?
Yeah, the breach of their Fourth Amendment rights.
And so they're trying to attach whatever they can associated to the original incarceration and then give reasons to hold them.
And it's not jurisprudence.
It's not correct.
It's not.
It's not necessary.
It's just vengeance.
It's just they hate these guys.
They hate the J6ers.
They hate Trump.
I really believe that my judge was trying to delay signing the document, my motion for dismissal, because he's trying to find a way, personally, it's my personal opinion, I don't know, but that he was trying to find a way to send it to a lower court that I could be tried at the state.
And there are news articles coming out.
There are new articles about saying that Congress needs to curtail the The pardon power of the president and this and that.
Like I said, it's evil.
This was their narrative.
They're going to hold on to it.
Somebody told me the left don't have the spirit of self-control.
They don't.
They just kept going and going.
They found themselves here.
Praise God.
They don't have the spirit of self-control.
What the left loves to do...
The left loves to go on the offense.
They love to investigate everybody and throw everybody in prison.
But as soon as you put them under the microscope, they can't deal with it.
They absolutely implode.
And that's what's happening right now.
The left is beginning to implode.
They do not want themselves being investigated.
They're going to be investigated.
This is just beginning.
It's textbook Hegelianism.
Everything they're accusing you of, they're doing.
You know, and it's just, it's exactly, you know, what's even scarier was they were trying to do away with local authorities' power, like sheriff powers.
I think they're passing an act that if a sheriff gets in the way of federal emergencies, he'll be charged with federal crimes.
And that was in regards to COVID because Some sheriff said, I'm not going to enact a COVID curfew, and they made it a felony to not support.
You see this with Mao Zedong, Chiang Kai-shek, you see it with Stalin and Hitler.
They removed authority from local municipalities, from people who are part of the community, and they tried to shove federal mandates and police on...
On the people.
And they try to do that by having the Capitol Police at every single Capitol building, at every state Capitol building.
Well, they expanded their offices into our cities as well, knowing especially areas that we had high military involvement.
So they actually had Capitol Police offices opened in other districts.
Like, what are you doing?
You have no jurisdiction here.
Again, it goes back to the other thing, which is illegal, is they're not police.
They're federal law enforcement.
They're investigators.
It's the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
They make investigations.
It's the DEA. They investigate drugs.
The Secret Service is in charge with protecting the president and investigating currency crimes.
What's it called?
Counterfeit.
ATF. Alcohol, tobacco, and firearms.
They are not a police agency.
They will not pull you over for speeding.
They cannot make a checkpoint.
I mean, it's just absurd that they were trying to turn these federal agencies into a federal police force who are not a part of the community and turn them against their own people.
It was a complete weaponization of the DOJ against patriots.
And that's just the federal law enforcement side.
I mean, wait till you go to the NSA side or the CIA side of what they were doing.
Of monitoring white supremacists and what's so-called insurrectionists.
I mean, Tucker Carlson did a really good episode called Patriot Purge, which is where I went on.
And they talk about a database called MainCore.
I mean, there was a multi-million dollar contract to Deloitte to process and To go through all the millions of hours of data.
And it wasn't like a normal case.
I know this is a consistent thing with all J6ers.
When you got Discovery, it was terabytes of Discovery.
It was millions of hours to watch and millions of dollars in attorney fees to go through it.
They didn't just say, hey, here's your photo.
Here's the Discovery.
Here's what we have on you.
Here's like the five minutes of the video that we have of you.
Here's everything we have.
Here's a data dump.
Good luck sifting through it.
I mean, it's not justice.
It's the opposite of justice.
I noticed yesterday, was it yesterday or the day before, one of the J6ers was shot in a traffic stop?
Yes.
Who was that, Josh?
What was the circumstances?
Do you know?
It was considered a routine traffic stop in Illinois.
And I'll pull up his name for you real quick.
And he had just been released.
He had been just pardoned and released.
I mean, are local police seeking vengeance?
I mean, are they now going to start special watching the J6ers who have been pardoned back into communities and try to find additional things to do to incarcerate them, or in this case, to kill them?
I mean...
Yeah, his name may he rest in peace.
His name is Matthew Huddle, who is 42 years old.
And he was killed Sunday by a Jasper County Sheriff Deputy, according to the authority.
In a routine traffic stop.
Well, I'd sure like to see the body cam of that law officer.
I agree.
I agree.
Well, especially considering they're keeping us on these terror lists.
So if you see an address, something associated, and now you pick up, I mean, considering ICE and what's going on right now, and they throw us in this SSS perspective, even our own bodyguard, those who are security professionals.
They're putting them on terror watch lists just by being associated with us.
So no doubt that there is heightened concern when you see someone pop up on a terror watch list.
More education is needed for our police officers, not less.
We need to refund the police, re-educate the police, and have veterans like Mark get into the force to rectify these issues because they're proliferating everywhere and they're going to continue to kill our citizens.
This was insanity to me.
I was charged with basically misdemeanor offenses.
The trespassing while armed was considered a felony.
But there was a terrorist enhancement on my plea deal.
I couldn't lie about lying.
And I'm glad I stood my ground all the way through.
But that was another reason.
And that charge got dismissed.
They clearly were lying.
And that's why the judge threw it out.
Essentially.
They lied about where I lied.
But anyways, the main reason why I did not take a plea deal is because there was a terrorist enhancement on my plea deal.
Like, I've committed my life to counterterrorism in defense of this nation.
And here I am being called a terrorist.
And once you get classified as a terrorist, you don't have the same rights under the Patriot Act or FISA courts or whatever.
They can just, they can carte blanche to whatever they want to you.
They can surveil you at whatever time.
Listen to your cell phones.
Do whatever they want to do to you because you're classified as a terrorist.
And that's one reason why I did not take a plea deal.
And thank God I felt convicted by God not to take the plea deal.
I was very scared.
I wanted to take the plea deal.
I just wanted this to be over.
But I truthfully felt in my heart that God said it was between me and him.
And he said he told me not to do it.
So I was like, okay.
Listen to the Holy Spirit because the same thing happened to me as well.
In November of 2020. And as a counter-terrorist combat, honorably serviced in the U.S. Navy, fighting narco-terrorism in South America, we still hold the second largest at-sea seizure in maritime history.
To say that to me and to put me into that box after fighting numerous years and putting my life on the line alongside other brothers-in-arms was just a stab in the back from America.
And I knew it wasn't from America.
It was from these...
Marxist socialists that were inside the system that wanted to target me and every other veteran for Trump that stood up alongside our president.
And that word has to get out, that these people have no regard for constitutional rights.
They have no regard for true patriots.
Mark and others are heroes because they put themselves on the line.
They didn't cop out on a plea.
They exposed this tyranny.
But that's, like I said, the first step.
They're beginning to be exposed.
We're going to continue to do podcasts like this to expose all of them and get many, many guests and get hard evidence and show the receipts of what these people did.
And then we're going to go after them any means under the law, in the court system, politically, in the media, everywhere else.
The difference is the American people are truly with us.
The American people hate tyrants.
The president himself was shot, indicted falsely, accused.
He experienced a lot of what we went through.
You have to think about the handoff between the Secret Service and the FBI while they arrested him.
And while they went through...
His underwear drawer.
And they investigated his personal artifacts.
It's insane, but thank God.
Honestly, I'm very sad for the tragedy that we had to go through and what Trump had to go through.
But I think it was a blessing because Trump understood just how clearly the corrupt DOJ is.
And he suffered right alongside us.
I mean, the first administration, you know, Trump's first administration didn't serve him well.
He had deep state people in there, you know, rhinos and things of that nature.
After going through what he did, he understands how sick the deep state is and how these people truly have no regard for America and Americans.
They want to do everything they can to disempower Americans, empower themselves.
They want us as serfs.
They want to take all of our rights and thank God that Trump won.
Because if he didn't, we were nearing the point of no return.
We would have lost the republic.
We really would have.
And they also tried to make me take a plea deal in the Mueller investigation.
The same thing.
They said...
They'll put you in front of a jury.
They'll hate you in D.C. and you'll die in prison.
They'll convict you whether you committed the crimes we charge you with or not.
They wanted me to say I had a tie to Julian Assange, which I didn't have.
It was the Russian collusion.
I refused to take their plea deal for the same reason.
It's what Mark said.
I couldn't lie to keep myself out of prison.
I couldn't swear before God to a lie to stay out of prison.
I'd rather...
They put me in prison the rest of my life than to do that.
I wasn't going to lie before God.
And the same thing Mark said.
He wasn't going to lie to say he was a terrorist when he knew he wasn't.
It fought terrorism all this time.
But, you know, Derek, as an attorney, you've got to understand how corrupt this is that they pressure everybody that they can to take this plea deal.
It'll be simple.
And, you know, or...
We're going to do X, Y, Z to you.
I mean, it's really a coercive psychological intimidation.
I mean, it's psychologically manipulative.
Absolutely.
I mean, just by them charging you and putting you through this process, I mean, Mark said he spent over $300,000 in attorney fees.
Just by charging you, even if you get off, they've won because they've destroyed you financially, you're out of work, and you've dedicated...
Three years, you put all of your energy into defending yourself against a corrupt federal government.
So we absolutely need serious judicial reforms.
I mean, these judges are way too empowered.
They have almost no accountability against them.
They're in these life-tenured positions.
They're carte blanche violating the people's constitutional rights.
Try it.
If your constitutional rights are violated, go and sue the government and see what happens.
Nothing happens.
Nine times out of ten, your case is going to be dismissed.
Go through the case law going back 40, 50 years.
Nine times out of ten, your case will be dismissed and these judges will just create another garbage reason why your case can't go to court from immunity to this to that.
Right now, The words on the Constitution, sadly, but I have to tell it because people don't know this, they're just words written on a piece of paper and they have basically zero legal effect.
That has to change.
We need to start putting judges in there that their number one priority is respecting the people's rights, not rubber stamping what the government wants to do.
Because that's what many of these judges do.
When I was a federal agent...
I was told, while investigating real criminals and cartel members, like bad people, I was told I can't do this or can't do that because it would violate their rights.
Like, illegals who are actively conducting criminal activity in the United States, I was not allowed to violate their rights.
And I was okay with that.
But, you see, there's normally checks and balances.
A federal agent, normally the biggest checks and balances, superior, tells them, another agent tells them, you can or can't do this.
Then you go to a district attorney or an AUSA, and they say, I can't prove this in a court of law or you violated their rights while in this investigation and it gets thrown out.
Then there's a grand jury indictment.
And then there's a judge.
And the judge is supposed to be the greatest checks and balances and protector of your constitutional rights and tell you, I don't see evidence of this.
I don't see evidence of that.
All right?
And then there's appellate courts.
And so on and so forth.
And everybody, from the arresting officer to the jurors, Merrick Garland himself, who I think is one of the most corrupt individuals in American history, were convinced that we were domestic terrorists, regardless of our background, because they wanted to push a narrative so they could get at Trump.
They weren't really focused on us, they were focused on Trump.
And they were focused on maintaining control of America, and all of us good American patriots, we were just collateral damage.
They didn't care.
They did not care.
Unless you fitted their narrative.
They didn't arrest my brother because they did not want to show.
FBI agents were in the crowd and they didn't know who exactly he was texting.
You bring up a good point.
In the rare times that a judge will respect someone's rights, usually it's an illegal.
Usually it's some terrorist held in Guantanamo.
Guantanamo Bay.
And then in that situation, they'll bend over backwards to respect the rights.
And it's creating some type of false narrative for the people.
Oh, look at this.
Look what they're doing to people that aren't even citizens.
I must really have a lot of rights.
Far from it.
You have basically zero rights in federal court.
They will go after you tooth and nail.
They do not care about your constitutional rights.
They'll do anything they can to lock you up and take away your freedom.
If you're an American, and certainly if you're a patriot, that has to change.
Well, especially we have these corrupt district attorneys who are paid by Suros in order to do that very thing.
It's as if they have a target list.
And the more that you can get on their target list, the more money he gives you for getting his hit list.
And it's a political persecution and it's a grab for power, as Mark was speaking about.
And especially when they can come up there and just make up all these lies and manipulate and twist.
They said, it's as if we stopped a school shooting with me.
I fully was acquitted of all charges.
But to say that?
Against me as an honorably service-connected at the point of going to become a chaplain after 20 years of civil liberties advocacy, to say that it's as if he stopped a school shooting is preposterous.
I help train security professionals when it comes to how to protect our churches after policing five churches in Virginia.
It's just preposterous, the lies that they come up with in order to push a propaganda.
And their insurrection plea plan was ridiculous.
It was an all-out, get-Trump campaign, and I would not take a knee either, even though I was facing 36 years in prison.
I'm sorry, I have to go, but the last thing I'll say is, and I apologize to jump in and jump out, I love you guys, and just God bless you guys, keep it going, but I'll just say this, you know what side you're on.
You know you're on the side of the truth.
You know you're on the side of justice.
You know you're on the side of God.
And no matter how sparing or despairing or how tough it must be or how hopeless it seems, I'd rather die in the truth than live in a lie.
And I'd rather be on the side of God and good and justice than be enjoying a life.
And we're not the first patriots to suffer a lot on behalf of this nation.
And so it's like people think...
Freedom, it is an honor.
People think that freedom and your rights, they're free.
No, it comes at a cost.
And J6ers bared the blunt of that cost.
Trump bared a great blunt of that cost.
I mean, I'm not comparing us to veterans who stormed the beaches of Normandy or whatever, but to live in this great land where we have freedom and justice and we can raise our families without fear of It's going to cost us something.
And that's my message.
People think, oh, I can just be quiet, cloister up in my house.
J6 wasn't me.
COVID wasn't me.
I'm just going to do this and do that.
It's a lie.
If you don't stand up, if you don't speak up, if you're not brave, if you don't care, every time you spend a dollar, you vote.
Every time you watch TV or get on an ad on your phone, you vote in some way, shape, or form.
So I would just tell us to be very conscientious of these big, mega, like, data, you know, big pharma, and just make sure that everything you do is on the side of justice and God.
And I'd rather be on this side.
I'd rather die in the truth than live in a lie.
And I think we just need to remember that.
That, like, yes, we were, you know, but we won.
God won.
And God will continue to win, you know?
Until he comes back.
Amen.
I love you guys.
I have to go, but thank you for hearing me out.
Thank you very much for joining us.
Thanks for speaking out, brother.
God bless, brother.
Until next time.
Yes.
I was going to comment also the pardons that Biden gave.
He was releasing real criminals.
That's, to me, astounding.
Yet, anyone objecting to the pardoning of the J6ers, these are people who should never have been incarcerated in the first place.
And so, you know, again, the perversion of language, the accusing us of what they are doing, which is part of the Marxist mentality.
I mean, all of these things, I think, are demonstrated here and clear.
This is the first of many of these that we're going to do.
And so, gentlemen, as you find other J6ers that want to participate, let's get them on here.
Let's let them tell their stories.
I think it's important that people...
Understand what happened from the people who went through it.
Get Mark back, but it's important that people understand what everyone went through in the J6 movement and what was done to patriots.
Because again, this is going to have to be rooted out of the justice system and there's going to have to be cases brought.
There's going to have to be some retribution here.
This cannot go.
The fight is far from over, Doctor.
It's just actually beginning, I think.
This is our D-Day for America when it comes to the social civilization that we're in right now.
This really is the chance.
We have our beachhead and we're ready to root out fascism through America.
And there was 355 veterans that were pardoned and each one of them will stand up and communicate these areas of their honorable service and how that felt for them when they were So disenfranchised and called everything under the sun as a terrorist and put on these watch lists.
It's just atrocious.
They're all welcome here, and we're happy to have all of them come and tell their stories and let America hear what the truth is, what really happened.
So, gentlemen, thank you for joining us.
Derek Storm's attorney, Joshua Macias, who is a chaplain.
And also has worked in the Navy to do anti-drug work.
And both these gentlemen deserve our salute for their service.
And we are proud to be associated with them in this fight to get justice for the J6ers.
In the end, God always wins.
God's going to win here, too.
Yes, he is.
God is in control.
Thank you, Dr. Corsi, for having us on and bringing our J6 Vets flight to them.
It's an honor.
This is the first that we will do many of these.
God bless.
