The main story, I think, all around is Donald Trump right now and the indictment.
I want to begin with an examination of that indictment because I think a number of things
are coming out as people are getting a chance to look at the indictment, and it is not what
it seems to be.
In other words, this is a very, very weak indictment.
Uh, I think it's all should be really an embarrassment.
The Department of Justice brought this indictment.
The first thing I want to start with here is Devin Nunes was explaining, and he was having a hard time on Newsmax because the reporter interviewing him didn't understand what he was talking about and kept interrupting him.
She was pretty irritating.
But what Devin Nunes was saying is he was saying that this is not a case that involves classified documents.
That's what the public thinks it is.
That's how it's been represented and that's what people have been told, but that's not what it is.
It's a case that involves the Espionage Act of 1917.
And as you go through it, it really wasn't the Trump, you know, the media again is spinning this and they're doing it in a way saying, oh, well, Donald Trump didn't cooperate.
He didn't hand over the documents.
If only he handed over documents, none of that would have made any difference.
They were out to get Donald Trump and they were going to get Donald Trump no matter what happened.
And that was the, that's the reality of it.
That's the truth of it.
So when you look at what's going on here, you can see if we take a look at this indictment and right here from what Nunes is saying, he's saying essentially that the National Archives and the Department of Justice did not demand a return of classified documents.
Basically, the president can declassify whatever he wants and he can keep whatever he wants.
They requested a return of documents containing classification markings.
Now, of course, when a document is declassified, it's still got markings in it of being classified.
You don't take those markings off or away.
They stay there.
So, they were basically going after declassified documents that they knew were declassified.
And they were very specific with the documents they wanted.
There were two documents.
One was a letter by Obama.
It was evidently the letter Obama wrote in the desk when Trump was coming into office, the outgoing president letter to the incoming president.
And he basically warned him that You know, about various dangers in terms of international affairs, but it was not an earth-shaking letter.
The letter was actually made public.
What Obama warned was that North Korea was the big problem, and Trump would have to deal with that.
The second was correspondence between Trump and Kim Jong-il.
Well, again, that even was misstated.
North Korea, but Kim Jong-il is probably who it was.
Again, it's a messed up case, and it's not even under the Presidential Records Act, which is a civil act.
If the president doesn't turn over records, most of you could be charged with a civil offense.
It's not a criminal offense.
Now, what is the Espionage Act?
The Espionage Act was a 1917 act that was passed in World War I when we had Socialists and anarchists, seditionists.
And one of the main ones at that time, one of the most prominent was Eugene V. Debs, who was a socialist.
And he ran for president in 1912.
Woodrow Wilson hated him.
Woodrow Wilson won that year.
Woodrow Wilson wanted to go to war desperately in World War I, which he did.
He engineered us going into World War I.
And Debs gave a speech in Canton, Ohio, which Eugene V. Debs objected.
It's a very dramatic speech.
I used to cover this extensively when I did my doctoral dissertation, but it was a very moving speech in which Debs essentially said that he did not want to suffer a cold bayonet put through a person's body in the horror of war.
He described the horror of war very well.
And the government prosecuted him under the Sedition Act for supporting Germany and opposing the United States entry into World War I. Debs went to prison.
Debs again ran for president from prison in the next, this is I guess in 19, that would have been 1916 election, 1917 election.
Let me see exactly which it was.
I'll look it up here as we're talking about it.
But Debs ran for prison and he got almost a million votes.
Now, the irony is that Debs was a socialist.
He was prosecuted under the Espionage Act for the socialists not wanting to go to war.
Today, the socialists, the Democrats, are desperate to go to war in Ukraine.
They seem desperate.
The socialists want war these days.
And Donald Trump was the one.
Tucker Carlson did, I thought, a very brilliant Twitter, I guess his tweets and his current broadcast, which he said Donald Trump condemned himself to being opposed by the Washington bureaucracy, which is all woke and left.
When he said that the Iraq War, there were no weapons of mass destruction for Saddam Hussein.
And Jeb Bush hated that because George H.W.
Bush, his father, was the one who went to war over the weapons of mass destruction that Saddam Hussein supposedly had, which never were found.
Now, Donald Trump is now the candidate who wanted peace.
He had peace moving in the Middle East.
Yeah, the various Arab countries agreeing to work with Israel.
And these are the socialists now, the Democrats, communists, what they really are, neo-Marxists.
It was the 1920 election.
Debs ran for president in the 1920 elections.
He was imprisoned in the Atlanta federal penitentiary.
And he received about a million votes, which is slightly less than he had in 1912, when he received 6%.
You've got 3.4% from prison.
I think Donald Trump is not going to go to prison.
Donald Trump has beaten every one of these false accusations so far, and he'll beat this one.
Now, a couple more points.
Matt Gaetz was also talking about this whole indictment and saying that Smith, when he wrote the indictment, mentioned Hillary Clinton's dealing of classified documents.
That gives the opening, because the Department of Justice put this in the case, for Trump's lawyers to go after everything regarding Hillary Clinton.
And their first motion is going to be to dismiss the case because it, in fact, is a bogus case.
And it's extremely poorly written.
It has very, very little chance, I think, of convicting Donald Trump.
And Donald Trump is going to be tried, not in Washington, D.C., where his chances would be horrible because of the political bias in the Beltway in D.C.
They would get a jury that hated Donald Trump.
But if he's tried in Florida, he's got a chance.
Now, if I can pull off this one other article here, I want to make one more point and then ask Chris to make a comment.
The indictment is not over classified documents.
That's the key point.
And there's a very, very good analysis of this, which I've linked to on The Truth Central, which shows essentially that the fundamental issue is that Trump essentially, now they're saying he tried to hide documents.
Smith's case is so weak, it's a joke.
I mean, this was an analysis that was done by Peter Schwab, and it was published in the Epoch Times.
You said that essentially what he's been portrayed in the media as retaining classified documents from his presidency, but the charges sidestepped that issue.
Well, as ex-president Trump can have those documents.
It isn't about classified documents.
of failure to hand over papers that contain national defense information.

documents, it isn't about the boxes of documents taken from Mar-a-Lago. The key
legal issue is the interplay between the Presidential Records Act and the
Espionage Act said Will Scarf.
I can't tell you, these Espionage Acts have been around since 1917.
They're rarely used.
They were revived and looked at again in the, when McCarthy, Joe McCarthy, was going after the Communists in government in the 1950s.
He should have gotten more.
McCarthy was on to something.
But at any rate here, the Presidential Records Act stipulates that after a president leaves office, the National Archives and Records Administration takes over the custody of his papers, but the law allows the president to keep diaries, journals, other personal notes, etc.
And so if a former president or vice president finds presidential records among their personal materials, you're supposed to turn them over, but it isn't a criminal statute.
And there's very little case law on this.
In 2012, Judicial Watch tried to force Clinton, Bill Clinton, to turn over dozens of interview tapes he kept for the presidency, and it was Judge Amy Berman Jackson, appointee of Obama, who is a complete socialist.
She was the one who heard my case when I was being harassed by Mueller, the Mueller investigation.
I like to pronounce his name Mueller for the German derivation.
Which was a complete witch hunt.
They wanted to prosecute me saying that I was lying, that I really had a tie to Assange, which I did not.
They offered me a plea deal, I refused to take it, and they did not indict me.
But Judge Berman Jackson was the judge, and she was a complete socialist.
The law meant nothing to Berman Jackson.
Now, the irony here is Berman Jackson supported Clinton, and she said, this is what she wrote, since the president, namely Clinton, is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of presidential records during his time in office, it would be difficult for this court to conclude that Congress intended That he would have less authority to do so when he pleases with what he considers to be his personal records.
So, this type of a case has never been tried before.
The Espionage Act has never been used this way.
What you've got here is what they call process crime.
And now you've got the Department of Justice criminalizing politics with process crimes.
They did this to Flynn.
When the Department of Justice went over to talk to Flynn about his discussions with the Russian ambassador, and Flynn, they said, lied to him.
No, they did not indict Flynn for talking to the Russian ambassador.
There was no content that he committed no crime except lying to the FBI, which they set him up on, like they were trying to set me up on.
Forget a few emails, you misstate yourself.
Didn't correct, oh, you lied.
No.
And finally, Flynn was exonerated for this after they made his life.
He did take a plea deal, which was a mistake.
At any rate, the indictment rests on the allegation that Trump kept national defense documents willingly with criminal intent.
So they've got to produce criminal intent.
Well, what's the criminal intent?
They're saying, well, he tried to hide documents.
This case is a joke.
It's as silly as the attempt to impeach Trump because he had a conversation with the president of Ukraine, Zelensky, and dared to mention Biden's crimes.

Once again, that's exactly how it's working here.
I said this yesterday, I still believe some of these documents have something on some very powerful people within either the three-letter agencies or within the Biden administration that they do not want anybody to see and they're pretty sure that Donald Trump or his kids are going to release in the next 10 to 20 years, maybe even less than that.
It's not about national security.
It's about their own security.
That's my guess.
It's a hypothesis, not just a guess.
Well, yeah, I think Trump has documents he would have released in the presidential campaign.
And I think it'd be documents against Biden.
And he may even, you know, he did get to look at the full JFK assassination records.
I'm sure Trump has got lots of stuff that he's itching to release once he gets a chance.
But the point is, he was president.
He was entitled to that information.
And the Democrats are trying to come after him for they did not prosecute Hillary Clinton for having a private email server that she let Huma Abedin, her assistant, take classified emails and post it on Huma Abedin's Yahoo account that anybody could read who had access to Huma Abedin's Yahoo postings or her emails.
They could have easily read them if she just gave them the password.
Who knows if they weren't passing secrets to someone from the federal government, possibly to help the Clinton Foundation, which they were not beyond doing.
They did not get indicted.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, they put them through some kind of a washing program, what do they call it?
They scrub them.
Yes, exactly.
Yeah, well, and then it's the same kind of deal with Obama.
Obama walked out with a lot of documents.
There's a lot of documents missing from the Obama files.
Obama created this library.
I mean, the whole thing, Which was a farce.
And the money that they got from that library and what they used it for, same as with Clinton.
The Democrats are beyond reproach when it comes to the Department of Justice.
The Department of Justice is a mad dog against conservatives, Christians, and especially Donald Trump.
And this is an insanity.
And I think the American people are finally seeing it.
One of my themes today is that this woke left, this criminal, neo-Marxist insanity has gone too far.
And the American people, I think, are getting fed up with it.
And this indictment of Donald Trump, I think, just re-elected him as president.
They're desperate that Donald Trump not get back in the White House.
And the Democrats and the Republicans in Congress, they are a uniparty.
They are all for spending money on war.
They want to go to war in Ukraine.
They want to expand the war in Ukraine.
I was seeing articles yesterday of the State Department praising Zelensky for attacking into Russia, that he was expanding the war into Russia.
The reason behind this is money.
The arms dealers make money, the Democrats and Republicans make money.
There's money sloshing all over the place, and that's going to be the next story I'm going to cover.
You've got here James Comer, who wrote, he authored an opinion piece on Fox News, which was published yesterday, June 13th, Tuesday.
Did Biden sell out America?
Four things to know about the Democratic claims.
Now the Democrats, of course, put out these talking points.
They're very good at this.
They know they're caught, you know, they're caught naked.
With Biden and his son involved in crimes going back to when Biden first came into Congress.
Biden has been selling his office for gain from the beginning.
And then he, now under Obama, was given permission to go get Ukraine.
Well, that's the piggy bank.
and he put his son in Burisma, which is this natural gas company,
again, owned by oligarchs, Zolotchevsky, these other guys who are, you know,
complete criminals playing money laundering games.
And the Biden's participated in stealing a lot of USAID and IMF money, Biden made millions.
And now they have from this whistleblower, a information that in fact,
the oligarchs that Biden was working with taped Biden's as securities,
put in the safe in case anybody came after them, they had the goods on Biden.
And what Comer is saying is that the Democrats are peddling conspiracy theories.
They're alleging this FD 1023, which is an FBI form, Reporting what the whistleblower said is secondhand hearsay.
Comey says, no, that's not true.
The record was generated by a trusted confidential source who was working with the FBI for over 10 years.
Just like the FBI lied on, you know, the P tape and the Steele dossier.
This FBI is, I think we need to shut down the FBI and take down the building stone by stone until there's nothing left but rubble.
The FBI is a disgrace.
Second, Democrats claim that the record is part of statement documents Rudy Giuliani provided the FBI in January 2020.
Comer says that's not true.
All this misinformation that the Democrats are putting out to defend Biden, who anybody can see is demented, Going into senior dementia, and obviously not capable of running the presidency, and obviously corrupt, and not being indicted.
Well, Comer says the FD1023 document stands on its own and contains information from the FBI's confidential human source dating back to another FD1023 generated in 2017.
The FBI's had this information since 2017 and done nothing.
Certainly didn't want to do anything during the 2020 election.
Third, the FD1023 was generated by the FBI in June 2020 based on other FBI records going back to 2017.
Another lie!
The Department of Justice conducted an assessment on separate material provided to DOJ in 2020, January.
The assessment was closed in August 2020.
Democrats are claiming that the Department of Justice investigated the FD10-23 and then took no action, but the FBI has refused to answer what information was part of that assessment.
How could the DOJ have conducted a credible, thorough investigation in four weeks?
It's not possible.
And last, to be very clear, Comer writes, the allegations of the records are not closed.
The FBI officials and former Attorney General William Barr, who's a disgusting, all these people who supported Trump, even Pompeo, Coming out saying, absolutely disappointed in Pompeo, saying that Trump's indictment was legitimate and he was not cooperating and returning classified documents.
Pompeo, if only Pompeo would read the indictment, not the Democratic talking points.
So Barr turned over the Biden case to the Delaware, US Assistant Attorney General, and it's still a live case.
But let's contrast the two, and you can see the Democrats get a pass no matter what they do.

It's a long-standing tradition that the Democrats get a pass for almost anything.
Again, I'll point back to Fast and Furious.
And worse yet, the media just packs it in when they take a Democrat or two's word at face value, which is what they did here.
Interesting you bring up Pompeo and Barr talking about this and saying, well, Trump shouldn't have brought home the classified documents because it's been drilled into virtually everybody's head by the media that he's taken classified documents.
It's a classified document scandal.
The fact is these documents are declassified.
The only sitting president that I can think of that has classified documents Brought outside of the White House and stuffed somewhere where they shouldn't be?
That would be the sitting one right now.
Or the falling one, if you will.

And was caught.

But he at least tried to stuff them in his pants.
Trump made no secret out of it.

Everybody knew they were there because he declassified them beforehand.
He's allowed to do that.
People pointed back to an executive order from the Bush era.

I mean, here the next story I want to cover is that the tax receipts coming in are about 25% lower than they were in 2020.
lower than they were in 2020. Yet the Biden administration, they piled another $240 billion
onto the 2023 fiscal deficit in May. Our deficit is now, the deficit $1.38 trillion.
It's the fourth highest monthly deficit of fiscal 2023, and we're not yet finished with six months of the year.
They just keep spending money, and what this debt ceiling deal did is it said there's no debt ceiling for two years.

It's going to be a roller coaster for sure.
With less tax receipts coming in, the government's got to print more money to meet the expenditures.
The Biden administration blew through another $547 billion in May.
$147 billion in May.
That's a 20.3 increase over May 2022.
The spending is just gonna continue through the roof.
There seems to be no let-up on it.
Every other day, the Bidens are funding another solar panel project and shutting down natural gas.
The national debt surged by over $350 billion on the first day after the debt ceiling deal.
In October, The debt blew past $31 trillion.
It's now at $31.92 trillion.
It's about to be $32 trillion.
It'll probably be $35 trillion by the end of this year.
According to the National Debt Clock, our debt to GDP ratio is now at 120%.
Most countries are considered to be bankrupt or headed towards bankruptcy when their national debt exceeds their gross domestic product.
The tragedy of this is that our debt service, the amount we have to pay every month to finance this debt, is increasing.
The net interest cost rose by 41% last year.
The jump in interest expense was larger than the biggest increases in interest costs in any fiscal year, going back to 1962.
The inflation report that came out yesterday showed that food and energy are still battering the middle class.

Says, I hope it doesn't happen.
Essentially said, but I think we're heading for potentially catastrophic consequences.
The core of the problem is very simple.
We are retiring dispatchable generating resources.
That means fossil fuel.
It means coal, natural gas, which you can just shovel into the system or turn on and you've got energy generated.
At a pace and an amount that is far too fast and far too great, that's threatening our ability to keep the lights on.
Okay, so there you've got it.
The next plan is turn the grid off.
Let everybody see how well they can deal without electricity.
Now, the problem is not the addition of wind and solar and other renewable resources.
The problem is the subtraction of all these others and the forcing of wind and solar when they are not capable of really being integrated into the grid or providing sufficient power.
Now, if this is the head of the regulatory agency with this warning, we better take it seriously because we've got a pattern developing.
Before we have a pandemic, we have Bill Gates and other government agencies and the World Health Organization, you know, running little drama shows of what a pandemic lockdown would look like.
Then the pandemic hits.
Well, now we're being told, well, the grid could shut down and maybe not go on for a long time.
Well, okay, so now we're being told we're gonna next have power outages.

By the way, Anthropocene That's the current era we are in, which the left wants to say the Anthropocene.
Anthropos in Greek means human beings.
So we are our own cause of destruction.
After all, we exhale carbon dioxide.
So if we're going to get rid of cows because they fart methane, why don't we get rid of human beings because they exhale carbon dioxide?
That's how insane this is.

And the Washington establishment, Democrat and Republican-like, Uniparty, I have not heard Mitch McConnell come out yet and say that Donald Trump's indictment is complete political trash.
It reduces our country to a banana republic.
The sitting president is a criminal, and we're indicting a former president over a process crime that is about as far-fetched as you can get as a legal theory.
And it was because Donald Trump wanted peace, and he wanted the United States first.
So it's a complete reversal of Eugene Debs.
The socialists of that era wanted peace.
Eugene Jebbs believed in socialism for the good of humanity.

Put forward with Israel, which basically allows Israel to make nuclear weapons.
John Kerry, I've been opposing since I joined with John O'Neill, 2004, to write, you know, Unfit for Command, Swift Boat Veterans, speak out against John Kerry, pointing out that his medals that he won in Vietnam were fraudulent.
And that his opposition to Vietnam after he came back and joined the Vietnam Veterans Against the War was socialist-communist.
I don't think John Kerry's ever met an enemy of the United States that he doesn't love.
I loved when he came to the coronation or whatever the ceremony in Great Britain was wearing all of his medals again.
