We are doing podcasts every weekday.
The first story I want to cover today is this commercial real estate market is again
tanking all across the United States.
It's not being well reported.
Today's focus I want to give you is what they call the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Market, which they abbreviate CMBS.
And what this is, is commercial properties Get leases from banks.
They are financed by banks.
The banks basically give out a mortgage to whomever owns the commercial building, and they typically pay interest only.
They can't get those kind of loans from banks.
A balloon payment at the end when they refinance the commercial building, they expect it to have a bigger value.
It will not be hard to Pay off the principal of the loan in a refinancing.
Of course, when the markets crash, that doesn't happen because the values go down.
And right now, what this article is, this is from Wolf Street, wolfstreet.com, which I consider to be a very, very good source of economic news.
The malls are just dying across the United States.
Because of the e-commerce.
I mean, the problem with a mall is, yes, you go into the stores, you've got all the stores there, and they've been popular since the 70s, and just really have, for a long time, been dominant in retail shopping, especially higher end, although they have these big malls, which can be either very elaborate malls, or like Short Hills Mall here in New Jersey.
Or they can be fairly simple malls which are not that elaborate but more downscale or mid-market but they're collapsing because you go into a store in a mall and they may have the item you want or they may not and they may have it in your size or your color or the way you want it but on the internet you can get exactly what you want delivered to your home.
So you may go to a mall to look at something, but you may order it from the internet.
So this Westfield, which is a major mall developer, the Westfield Group, which is essentially, it's run malls in Australia, the United States.
It's an Australian operator, Westfield, but they own a lot of malls, including this San Francisco Center.
And right now they're defaulting because they basically cannot maintain these malls given the drop down in traffic.
And with the center cities becoming so blighted with San Francisco, with the homelessness, the feces on the street, I've been reporting on this repeatedly, the insane LGBT in your face, very radical, you know, the Pride marches aren't doing a lot to attract downtown traffic.
So Westfield just walked away from a 1 million square foot West, it was the Westfield Palm Desert Mall in Palm Desert, California, which is a 575 square foot mall.
And it had good anchor stores.
It served as a collateral for a $125 million interest-owned mortgage that was securitized in 2014 into a collateralized mortgage-backed security and sold to bond funds and pension funds and whomever.
At the time, Wall Street had the portion of the mall that was appraised at $212 million But by August 2021, the mall wasn't worth the loan amount of 125 million.
So essentially, they just walk away from the mall.
And that means that the holders of the securities, these commercial mortgage-backed securities, are left bankrupt.
I mean, the security's done, it's dead.
It's not paying off anymore.
It means it's a bad asset.
It means that you take a hit in your pension fund or if a bank is holding it,
you'll take a hit on the bank assets.
These mortgage-backed securities are commonly held in investment funds.
You may have some mutual funds that invest in mortgage-backed securities.
But the point is, as this market collapses, and there was an article also in the San Francisco Chronicle
which caught my attention about this exact collapse.
But the point is that this was a very, very prominent mall.
It was a mall that I knew in San Francisco and liked, enjoyed, but it's now done, it's closed.
And as this happens across the country, so it was the Westfield San Francisco Center.
and essentially they defaulted on the loans. It was a Union Square property, it was a beautiful mall.
Union Square is really suffering now and it's the collapse not only of these properties,
but you see the collapses as well of the major office buildings in San Francisco,
collapse of malls, office buildings, etc.
This is catastrophic because it's a prelude to what's going to happen next, which is the collapse of more banks.
There's more banks holding this commercial real estate across the country with people not going back to work in the office are going to collapse.
You're going to have bank failures across the country.
The bank failures occur, you're going to see a commercial loan and basically a credit crunch across the United States.
The banks are already tightening up and giving loans.
So this is a major, major problem, and I'm gonna start working on the 15th.
I'm going to show you some more books today, and somebody had a very good idea in the comments, which is that we ought to have in the bookstore the books I'm referring to, so you can buy them.
I think we'll move in that direction.

And I think next I'll go to a couple of stories on the crises coming on.
Let's go to the Burisma story.
Chuck Grassley yesterday was on the Senate floor and he was making a point that another bombshell that the The person, there's information that the FBI has held onto, and Barr was being interviewed, former Attorney General, who I consider to be a complete traitor, complete leftist, hiding, acting, you know, with his big saxophone, or a big, you know, not saxophone, he's got bagpipes.
And the guy is a big bagpipe.
He did nothing to prosecute any of the Russian Collusion Department of Justice that for four years put us, including me, through a witch hunt.
They wanted to put me in prison because they thought I was lying.
I had no tie to Julian Assange.
They actually gave me a plea deal.
I told them to stuff it and they never indicted me.
Well, once again, Grassley's pointing out that The FBI is known and finally they got Christopher Wray to share this letter with the Comer's subcommittee investigating Biden and the foreign national who instigated the bribe to Biden
Had 17 secret recordings of Hunter Biden, which he kept as an insurance policy, to be able to demonstrate that the ties went right up to Joe Biden.
There's millions of dollars here in corruption, changing US foreign policy, when Biden was vice president, to go against Yanukovych, who was the duly elected president.
Russian favoring in Ukraine.
Our State Department, starting with Hillary Clinton, deposed 2014 in the Maidan revolution, part of these color revolutions that the State Department and Soros funded.
The Ukraine has been a problem that we created by pushing Ukraine into NATO, and the Democrats in the State Department were behind this with the Atlantic Council, which is another You know, not-for-profit group, an NGO in Washington, being very, very favorable to Ukraine.
Well, of course they're favorable, even Victoria Nuland in the State Department, Hillary.
I wouldn't be surprised if they all have economic ties to Ukraine, and we're all getting paid out of Ukraine.
But again, the double standard of justice here is shocking, but part of reality.
If you're a Democrat, you can have massive corruption.
If you're a Republican, Donald Trump, even though his president could declassify every paper he had in his possession, Joe Biden removed Donald Trump's presidential privileges.
And let's do the raid that occurred.
The FBI is completely politically motivated.
Donald Trump's first motion in court is going to be to dismiss the case.
And I think he should have a good chance of doing it.
And by the way, Alan Dershowitz seems to think so too.
The Harvard Law professor who is a leftist, but a moderate traditional leftist.
Not a woke and sane Larry Tribe lawfare type of leftist who are trying to put Donald Trump in prison.
Donald Trump will run for president if he's in prison.
And like Eugene Debs, the labor organizer who in World War I was convicted for giving a speech Canton, Ohio under the Espionage Act, the same acts they're trying to get Donald Trump under.
These are 1917 Act, World War I laws that they're pulling out of the cellar to try to have another witch hunt against Donald Trump.
He's only been through Russian collusion for four years, starting in 2016 with Hillary lying and getting away with it, that Russia stole the Democrats' emails.
Kelly's getting away with that.
And then she had her own private email server, which violated all kinds of national security regulations.
No one did anything about that.
I reported on it extensively.
Huma Abedin, her assistant, was actually taking Hillary's classified emails from her private server and posting them, Huma Abedin, on her Yahoo account.
I found that by searching through the released Huma Abedin emails and one of them had the account in Yahoo where she was storing these emails.
It was then subsequently affirmed.
Well, the EU is also engaging in the corruption.
Take a look at this next story, which is there's a huge EU scandal, and these are the EU buildings.
They all look like these Tower of Babel, bizarre, big buildings constructed in Brussels, trendy.
Well, the EU Parliament has been taking bags of cash from Qatar, which is the Oil-producing Middle Eastern country, and they've all been being bribed, and mostly leftists.
There's a whole series of them here in this article mentioned, including one of the very, very top officials, a woman who was right at the very top of the EU Commission.
$100,000 in paper bags and briefcases were found in her apartment.
REMEX News is reporting on this.
They're a good source of how corrupt the EU is.
She was the former Deputy President of the European Parliament.
Her name is Eva Kiley, and she's still involved with the EU.
The corruption is massive.
Why?
Because the oligarchs, including the World Economic Forum oligarchs, with major corporations and wealthy individuals like Gates, Soros, etc., they want to control all the resources.
The rest of us are just going to be peons, peasants, if we're needed at all.
And again, the ultimate dream, the transhumanist dream, is that they will create the Nietzschean ubermen, supermen, the W. Klaus Schwab, and this guy, Harari, will create the supermen, and that they and their machines will run the world, and the rest of us will starve.
The woke are just the first destructive wave, and as soon as the woke destroy capitalism and destroy our culture, Judeo-Christian culture with their, I saw some of the pride demonstrations, which were just absolutely shocking.
I mean a transsexual about nude.
I can't even get there.
I mean, the image was just so fundamentally shocking.
And I think that's one of the things that's ultimately going to turn the American people off, especially when the economic crisis hits.
Are you really going to care about transgender perverts when you can't feed your family?
Chris, what are your comments?
I would say it's an emphatic no.
I don't really care about anybody's feelings if it's going to be time to work hard, get your head down, and get food on the table.
I know many of our viewers and I myself have had to put the head down and try to bring money in at times.
I don't really care about the social issues.
The kids used to say something called first world problems when somebody complained about having to wait in line for too long at a discount store or Neiman Marcus or something like that at a nice store.
The thing is, these are first world problems.
If you're in the third world worrying about where the next meal is coming from, or if somebody is going to invade your country, or the next warlord takes over and threatens your village or enslaves your kids, You're not worrying about who gets to march where and who gets to be the Bud Light spokesperson.
Or which bathroom everybody can use.
Yeah, you don't care which bathroom anybody's using.
We are an over-entitled, over-privileged nation in many aspects.
And the kids used to always say, check yourselves.
Back in the day, 10 years ago, I'd say they don't say it now because they don't.
The fact is, maybe they should.
Maybe we all should.
Maybe people who whine about these things should check and say, hey, life is kind of great here.
We're more accepting than, let's say, Uganda.
We'll put you to death if you're gay.
Well, Trump is saying we're in decline, and I think he's right.
I want to show another book.
This is one I just got this week.
I read about five or six books a week.
I mean, I go through books.
Constantly, and I encourage you out there to read.
Read books, not just on the internet.
You can read books on your Kindle.
All my books are on Kindle and eBooks.
But this is a very good book.
This is written by Michael Hudson.
It's published out of Germany, Verlang, which is a very top scientific publisher.
And what he did is he shows the collapse of antiquity.
Why did antiquity go away?
And he basically traces it in Greece and in Rome.
To the fact that the oligarchs, which owned the land, ultimately bankrupt the people who owned and were renting the land because they could no longer pay the rent.
And the collapse of the credit system, the financial credit, the ancient system, what they would do is they would have people participate in the harvest, they would get paid out at one time at the end of the year with the harvest.
They basically had Debt cancellations, massive debt cancellations when people simply couldn't afford to pay the rent.
As these Greece, Sparta, and in Rome as they advanced, the oligarch got greedier and greedier.
They didn't have debt recoveries, debt cancellations, and they both collapsed because basically they went financially insolvent.
And I'm saying that's what's going to happen here too.
We're in the same trend.
We're going through the same process.
Now let's cover a few of these stories that I posted today.
Let's start here with the insanity of this climate change.
Biden has launched a 192 million dollar initiative To, guess what, to combat the growing environmental hazard of recycling these electric batteries that run EV, electric vehicles.
There's $3 billion in EV investments allocated in this bipartisan infrastructure bill, which is, you know, another nonsense.
But, you know, again, what are we going to do to recycle These batteries because the lithium batteries are only about 5% recyclable compared to 90% of the batteries in conventional cars are capable of being recycled.
So you're using hydrocarbon fuels, not only to mine the precious minerals
that go into the batteries, using hydrocarbon fuels to provide the electricity
by which they're powered.
The electricity isn't magic.
You know, it doesn't come from Tesla holding up a magic wand.
It comes from hydrocarbon fuels generating electricity and storing it in batteries, which is extremely inefficient.
And by the way, I see reports, there's so much news today,
I couldn't possibly cover it all, but there are reports that when these wildfires
set in Canada, and there's increasing evidence that they were arson and eco-terrorism
set to try to show the world, punish us in New York for not going along with their climate change agenda
and shutting down our industrial society.
That's all right, Biden's doing a very good job of shutting down our industrial society all by himself.
The point is that when that huge cloud of smoke descended upon the Northeast, solar power decreased by about 50%.
And what you've got here is an ideological agenda.
It is not grounded in science.
It's not grounded in practical things that work.
There was a very, very good article posted on American Thinker, which is going to go, by the way, it's not going to get much attention, But this was an article pointing out that there was this long-term... Steve Malloy was the long-term editor and founder of JunkScience.com, which I encourage people to take a look at.
Since, essentially, World War II, there have been a whole theory, which they call LNT, which is the, it's a linear no-threshold toxicology.
In other words, what they were proposing, one of these scientists who won a Nobel Prize,
Hermann Muller, it's the award of the Nobel Prize in Physiology of Medicine,
he advanced this LNT, linear no threshold, saying that any exposure to radiation was potentially
lethal.
In other words, even a little tiny dose.
Well, this Ed Calabrese, Dr. Ed Calabrese at Jung Science, has pointed out an excellent series of videos That the LNT toxicology was always a lie.
The data were made up.
They presented emails which uncovered, they got through the Freedom of Information Act that exposed the inner workings of a little-known bureaucracy that was dedicated to keeping in place the linear non-threshold model, the LNT model.
So the regulatory agencies, which then adopted this as standards for radiation, could crack down and say, no radiation.
Well, what Calabrese did is he went back to ancient science, and the ancients knew that, first of all, a little bit of anything is not necessarily poison.
There's a sweet spot where a certain amount, even of arsenic, can have benefits.
Then if you take more, that's when it becomes poison.
So, the ancient understanding was much more flexible.
It had the idea that there was a whole range of treatment of anything.
I mean, the ancient model was nothing to excess.
You could do almost everything if you did it in moderation.
And these 22 videos expose more junk science.
Now, that's a major theme of this book I'm gonna show you again.
And I'm gonna again try to, you know, a lot of the reporting I do, a lot of the work I do is guided by reading.
I mean, here, this book is the psychology of totalitarianism.
It's a recent book, it was just published.
In fact, it's in the pandemic Three, the Plandemic Three video, which I encourage you to watch, it's excellent, by Mickey Willis.
It's a spectacular expose of totalitarianism, and this Matthias Desmet is featured in Plandemic Three.
That's how I caught on to the book, and he's saying that a large part of the totalitarianism we're dealing with has to do with the creation of junk science.
That we've come since Eisenhower, and Eisenhower warned us about this in his farewell speech when he was leaving the White House in 1960 for Jack Kennedy to come in.
And Eisenhower said, beware of the scientific and military combination where these experts rule with junk science for money.
They have their agendas aimed at making billions of dollars, and they have junk science to convince you, for instance, that a little bit of carbon dioxide is going to destroy the climate.
El Nino is coming on, which is this huge shift in warm water in the Pacific Ocean, far beyond the ability of human beings to control it.
But the point Of this book is that this junk science sets in mind, you teach it in the colleges, you develop it through memes, you make it politically correct.
It's like propaganda, very simple ideas that are powerful, you know, be afraid of radiation.
Well, we can't have hydrocarbon fuels because they emit carbon dioxide.
And then you get this elaborate scheme in which the oligarchies make money.
The same as, well, let's get Ukraine into NATO.
How much of the billions of dollars that are being spent on military technology right now,
benefiting all the arms makers, They're having their field day.
First, we took care of the pharmaceutical industry.
They made billions on the junk science of COVID-19.
Now we've got the junk science of gotta stop Putin, because these are freedom fighters.
I pointed out repeatedly that the forces backing Ukraine are neo-Nazi groups.
They've been neo-Nazis since Hitler.
There's been a division in Ukraine and a corrupt country that has been there going back into the 1940s.
The western part of Ukraine is largely Nazi, and still is.
The western part is different than the eastern part.
The eastern part is largely Russian, including Russian-speaking.
And Russia is not going to be denied its access through the Black Sea to the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.
Russia controls the Black Sea right now.
And by the way, this counteroffensive appears to be stalling.
There are films coming out from Russia and military showing how many of our tanks and German tanks the Russian army has already gotten in the supposedly big deal counteroffensive, which was in part undermined when this dam broke and threatening the water that's needed to keep this One major nuclear power plant in Ukraine going and not melting down.
You've got an entire manufactured war in Ukraine, which is going to only benefit the oligarchs.
And what the whole process is, is we get dominated by these lies, What we do is we turn over power to regulatory agencies to save us, like government save us.
That's the absolutely worst thing we can do.
It marches us right into totalitarianism.
And look, in the pandemic, Desmond points this out, you get what he calls mass formation.
In other words, the psychology is almost like hypnosis.
So those people who believe the vaccines were going to save them, We're out for punishing the non-vaxxers who said, these vaccines are not tested.
They're not safe.
They're going to poison us.
We're not going to do it.
Well, you couldn't travel.
And this mob, just like in Nazi Germany, the mob, German people were turning in the Jews.
It wasn't unknown.
There have been books written about this going back 20, 30 years.
I have a whole library exposing the idea that the Germans didn't know about the Holocaust.
Of course they knew.
They participated in it.
I mean, this is, again, the psychology, this mass hypnosis psychology that we're in, which is going on right now.
It's controlled by the neo-Marxists who want to destroy America.
And by the way, Biden with his pride flag flying from the White House this month, the memes on Twitter and other sources about Biden and his love of the Pride LGBT agenda.
These are hilarious.
Take a look at them.
They're being there's different places where they are noticed in the internet.
You can find them pretty easily.
Okay, let's we want to cover a couple more stories here on this insanity of the global warming agenda.
Let's see, I have one here that we covered the batteries, covered the nuclear power plant, the radiation theory.
Let's go to my article, which is the IPCC Agenda, this Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change for the UN.
It's an article I published in the AmericanThinker.com.
And Mark Moran, oh, just thank you, Mark, posted it up on his Climate Depot.
What I'm pointing out in this argument is that the climate change movement got hijacked by the Neo-Marxists, and you can see this with AOC, and even Michael Mann, who did the hockey stick, says, we can't have an end to global warming unless we defeat racism.
Well, okay.
I mean, they have to have the entire woke agenda to destroy capitalism, which they want to view as inherently racist.
Well, what I'm pointing out here is that the climate agenda has become Marxist.
And I focus on another book, which I want you to think about.
It's a difficult book.
This one's not easy.
And I talk about it at length in this article.
If you want to read the article, I'll give you a summary of what the book is about.
It's this book by, his name is Kohei Saito.
He's Japanese and he's Marxist.
It's Marx in the Anthropocene.
Okay, now the Anthropocene is the new climate change word for the era we are in, the geologic time.
And they call it Anthropocene because Anthropos, of course, is the Greek word for human being.
So we are our own destruction is the theme.
And because we're using hydrocarbon fuels, that's how it's how deep this ideology.
And by the way, climate change is now the official policy of the Biden administration.
I believe our military is saying, you know, defeating climate change is more important than having a strong military.
I guess they're divided on that, whether having a transgender parade protected marching down Fifth Avenue is more important than climate change.
But at any rate, this book documents entirely showing Marx as an ecologist, and Marx opposed to capitalism because of its ecological impact.
And therefore, Marx in the Anthropocene, these leftists are now reading Marxism into climate change.
If you don't believe it, read the book.
They also combine it with postmodernism.
A guy named, one of my favorites here, a guy named Baudrillard.
Baudrillard was one of these French copy house intellectuals who started writing books in the 90s and one of his big books was, he's the guy who was behind really the movies on the Matrix, although he rejected the Matrix.
The first Matrix movie opened showing one of Baudrillard's books on simulacra and simulation.
He was so incredibly nuts, he basically said, our only perception of reality is our senses.
There's no a priori realization of reality.
In other words, there's no ideas or fixed truths or natural laws, as the ancient Greeks would have posited.
Socrates, in Plato's dialogues, Plato really articulates a natural law.
No, we can't just make up reality.
Well, Baudrillard says that's all we do.
In fact, Baudrillard rejected the Matrix movies because he rejected that the rebels were able to pierce through to see reality not in the Matrix.
He says everything's the Matrix.
So he wrote a book during the Gulf War in 1991 saying the Gulf War did not take place.
He wrote that in 1995.
Well, he knew the Gulf War took place.
What he meant was that our construction, that we were going to pose Saddam Hussein, and ultimately Saddam Hussein had nuclear weapons.
None of that happened.
He said, nothing happened.
We sent all these armies over there.
We took Baghdad.
We left.
Well, Saddam Hussein was still there.
Kuwait was still producing oil.
We got Kuwait's oil fields stabilized.
And he said the whole meme, the whole narrative was a lie to justify the war.
Well, now he had a point on that, but the point is he went over the deep end.
He said everything is a constructed reality.
So when these neo-Marxists are saying there's a scientific consensus that carbon dioxide and burning hydrocarbon fuels is going to cause climate change, they don't mean all scientists agree.
They know thousands of scientists disagree.

It's more money stealing.
And when you get corruption as massive as we have it in the United States and Great Britain, Donald Trump is right.
We have lost the Republic.
Now this socialism has got to be stopped.
I'm going to recommend one more book here, maybe A couple, because I'm really wanting to get people to start reading again.
This is another exceptional book.
It's written by Igor Shafarevich.
S-H-A-F-A-R-E-V-I-C-H.
He was a brilliant mathematician.
And Solzhenitsyn wrote the introduction to this book.
What he shows is that the idea of socialism, which is, you know, no personal property, community, everything, sharing the women communally, so no one knows whose children are whose.
This idea goes back to Plato.
In the Republic, communism is discussed.
Now, in the debate, Socrates ultimately rejects it, but Socrates basically maintains that if you get a good form of government, it only lasts for a very short period of time because it becomes corrupted.
Benjamin Franklin knew the same lesson.
This discusses socialism through the ages.
How socialism has been a constant thought with us and it's always failed.
He traces it through the medieval period, he traces it even in the Mayan tribes in Mexico, it goes throughout China.
He says worldwide this issue of socialism has been around with us and it is like a deadly virus in the mind.
It's a malware.
Once this program gets into people's minds and they start implementing it, all you've got is chaos and it ends up in anarchy.
Chris, any final comments before we wrap up?
Yes, it's kind of like a disease, if you will.
It's catching.
It's contagious, I guess.
It's the old Spanish flu, COVID-19, the socialist pathogen, if you will.
Oh, it's the socialist version of Spanish flu.
I mean, Spanish flu hit people who were coming out of World War I. They did not have sanitation.
The Americans who had been over in Europe to fight the war had never been outside of the United States.
We got exposed to viruses.
It was a deadly flu.
But the COVID-19 was a bad flu.
And I said this at the very, very beginning, the lockdowns were insanity.
And I think now we're getting out the data that the masks didn't work, the lockdowns were insanity.
All these things were about control of the population.
And Donald Trump is right.
He's gonna push these issues.
Donald Trump, I think, will win even if he has to run from prison.
And as president, maybe he'll just pardon himself.
But the point is, Donald Trump has his hand on the pulse of America knowing that what is being done is a conscious destruction of America by spending money I'd like to submit one thing to you about these documents.
trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars are going to fuel inflation and
the Federal Reserve will not be able to stop it with interest rate increases.
Chris? I'd like to submit one thing to you about these documents. I'm going to
make a hypothesis. I understand that they go after Trump for these no matter what.
These documents were, in fact, declassified.
That's what's been said, that's what he claims, but it seems to make sense because former presidents have done this before.
My contention is that these documents contain some sensitive information, not mainly about maneuvers, operations, But information that can incriminate certain people who are in power at the moment, people who do not want these things to get out.
And again, sober guy at the party.
That's what Trump was when he was hanging around with these people.
Now he has the proof.
They wanted to stop at nothing to get it out, to stop him from not only running for president, but to stop him from releasing the information on those papers.
Well, he had information about what was in the JFK assassination reports that have not been released.
He got briefed on that.
He has information on Burisma and Biden that was probably not released.
He's got lots of things that could probably hang a lot of people.
He's got information on Hillary Clinton and her server.
And he had these documents running for president again.
He may have used some of them.
I'm sure they do want to get a hold of the documents before Trump had a chance to use them.
They also hate Trump.
And two things you're never going to see in this lifetime, unless there's some miracle, you're never going to see the Epstein client list, and you're never going to see what was in those documents that the government so badly needed out of Mar-a-Lago.
Well, never is a long time, and the Bible says ultimately the truth comes out.
And I believe that we will get the truth, and let's wrap this up, we're going a little over time.
