♪♪ So, Dr. Corsi, looks like we're going to start today with a
filing and a prayer.
We are, and that's good, a wing and a prayer.
That's good.
I like that.
Oh, you caught that right away!
You're onto it pretty hot today.
Don Amici, aircraft carrier, World War II.
Go ahead, sorry.
I remember it.
Okay, not from the original time I saw it as a kid.
I remember it very well.
Okay, here we are.
Today is December 8th, and I'm here.
This is Tuesday, December 8th.
I'm here with Craig.
Good morning, gentlemen.
Good morning.
We've got a lot to cover today.
Let's go right at it.

Good morning, gentlemen.
Good morning.
We got a lot to cover today.
Let's go right at it.
I, yesterday, filed at the Supreme Court, my second really, I had a petition filed earlier,
but now I've filed Corsi v. Biden.
So it is a Supreme Court case.
I don't know whether they will, the Supreme Court will take it or not.
The whole issue is you file the case and then you have to wait to see if the Supreme Court grants certiorari.
They might, if you could.
I'm a private citizen.
I'm filing under The argument that my rights under equal voting rights under the 14th amendment have been compromised by this election.
And Craig, I want to first show them the timestamp from the Supreme Court so everybody sees that it was filed.
And that's the, you know, that was yesterday.
When you file the Supreme Court, you get this timestamp.
And the timestamp you can see says it was received by the US Supreme Court.
You bring them into the police offices where you file them and it's because you've got to check all the, anything that comes into the Supreme Court has to be checked, even paper or anything electronic is not, comes through here, anything paper or otherwise, because they want to make sure it doesn't have something on it that would be dangerous or whatever, a contamination.
So it comes through there and it gets screened.
When it's time stamped, it's officially received.
So it's 2020, December 7th, at 1.20 p.m.
yesterday.
And that's the case that I have filed.
And next we're going to look at the case.
And we're going to put it up on the screen and we're going to go through it.
Because I want to know, I want you to understand, why I'm filing the case is the following.
It's to get things started.
In other words, today is the 8th of December.
Now, on the 14th, which is next Monday, the Electoral College is supposed to meet.
Now, we've got a lot to do between now and when the Electoral College meets, but the point is that the clock is running, and if we don't get these Supreme Court cases going, if the President doesn't get one going, then we could run out of time for the court to consider things.
Although we had a very favorable development earlier this week when Justice Alito extended this Pennsylvania case.
This is on the extra three days after November 3rd.
Three more days when Pennsylvania was receiving postmarked mail-in ballots and was counting them.
And of course that's not in the state constitution of Pennsylvania and there's no state law.
It was simply the governor and the board of elections saying we'll count for three more days and that violates, I believe strongly, it violates section article two of the constitution which says only the state legislature can set rules for the presidential election in that state.
Now, what Judge Alito did was that motion had been sitting there.
I filed last week, I guess it was last Thursday or Friday, my petition to the court to start taking action.
And suddenly Alito comes on and he extends until today, the date on which the lawyers can submit briefs on the Pennsylvania case, which means it's going to be argued here shortly.
and have to take the case formally and argue it, or the court could just make a decision.
But at any rate, if it's argued, Ted Cruz yesterday, Senator Cruz, who is a constitutional specialist.
I mean, at Harvard Law School, he was considered one of the brightest ever in constitutional law, and he offered to argue the case.
I think he'd be good at it.
Okay, now my case is in here, and I'm saying I'm an American citizen residing in New Jersey, And this really supersedes the petition, which I was just asking them to do something.
Now I'm actually filing a law case, Corsi v. Biden.
Arthur, what do you think about my doing this?
This is important spiritually, because what it does is it sets the precedent, much like you standing up and doing what you did with Mueller and the Mueller investigation.
It's like somebody has to take the stand, and God can fill in behind that.
It's an absolute test and making sure that we can go against what are our rights.
So this is a divine petition, not only the court petition, but it's a divine petition before the courts of God.
In fact, it comes from—you've written prayers on the Prayerful Patriot.
Why don't you refer to one of them?
Okay, we have one that's outstanding.
It's very important here to back Dr. Corsi's petition up at the Supreme Court, and if you take a look at the Prayerful Patriot— And Craig, you can go to that site if you can.
I know we can switch around, but if we can get to where Arthur's talking about, we can review that prayer.
People can see it while Arthur's talking.
Okay, Craig?
Thank you very much.
Okay, I'm going to be pulling this up as well so you can see the way that this is phrased.
Now these prayers are phrased in such a way that they are actually just like Dr. Corsi's petition to the Supreme Court.
The exact type of phraseology.
And the Supreme Courts are supposed to model the courts of heaven.
And that is our attempt to try to be able to bring God justice down to our nation.
So all of this is supposed to be in alignment.
We are supposed to mirror what God is giving us in the way of law, in the way of rule of law, in the way of letter of the law, and spirit of the law.
So with that said, this petition that's on the Prayerful Patriot mirrors that kind of action for Dr. Corsi.
So basically what we're saying is we're saying, look, we have the rights as sons and daughters of God, lowercase s, Under our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to be able to appeal before the courts of heaven some kind of action to ask for alignment of what's going on according to God's will.
And in this case, we are specifically asking for this petition not only be adjudicated by the Supreme Court, but by our actions, we are tapping into the higher law to help push it through and ask for the assistance and the help of God to make sure that His will is made manifest in the election.
And that's the way this petition is worded.
Okay, and what we're asking is that, as I'm asking the court, let's get justice.
It's going to be, when we petition God, we're saying God's will to be done.
And I want God's will to be done in the Supreme Court as well, so that we do get real justice here.
I wanted to show you some of the arguments I'm making, because I think this is important to get into where this is going next in the legal cases.
Now, the very first point I make is that I voted in the election on November 3rd, and I'm a registered voter, a citizen of New Jersey.
I followed the rules on the New Jersey website, which were that I had to do a mail-in ballot Even though I did not request a mail-in ballot, I got one in my home.
They just sent it here.
And when I looked at the website, I said, well, I really want to vote in person.
I've never voted by mail.
And what I found out was in New Jersey, the only people who were really allowed to vote in person were disabled.
And you have to set that up in advance.
They said, well, you can come in and vote in person, but you're going to be provisional ballot, which means it won't be counted Until after the election, and only then if they determine I'm eligible to vote.
In other words, going to check my voter eligibility in person.
But all these people coming in with mail-in votes, I don't know if they're going back and checking that the signatures match the registrations.
So I'm trying to vote the way you normally vote, and I've got extra requirements from the people who are voting in the mail-in ballot.
Just send them in.
We'll just pile them up and we'll count them.
We're not going to check any stinking signatures that take too long, too much work.
Well, again, that means I'm treated unequally in my own state.
Okay, secondly, I'm objecting because of the COVID.
I mean, I said I'm willing to wear a mask.
I'm willing to social distance and follow all their silly rules.
Governor Murphy in the state of New Jersey, a Democrat.
You know, Democrats like to have everybody be punished by the authoritarian state.
I'm saying, why is this that COVID is an excuse for promulgating these mail-in rules and regulations when I really want to vote in person?
I cite the recent Supreme Court decision, which I think was last week, which is this Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, New York versus Cuomo, governor of New York, in which the governor had put these rules and regulations in.
If you wanted to go to a church that was limited to so many people and social distance, but if you wanted to do Black Lives Matter rioting in the streets, Or Antifa.
These regulations evidently didn't apply.
And the Supreme Court agreed, saying that Cuomo was out of bounds, really restricting freedom of religion, freedom of expression of religion, with these rules that were ridiculous.
So again, I'm saying COVID shouldn't be an excuse.
In other words, we voted during the Civil War in person.
And they did absentee ballots for the soldiers.
It all worked just fine.
And during the Spanish flu, Dr. Corsi, in 1918.
Correct, that too.
That's a very good point.
Okay, now the third point, I'm saying this Abbott and Perez, this law case, we discussed it at length in the show before, and I'm really encouraging you to go back and listen to previous shows.
Yesterday we had a great show, I thought, going through this 305th military intelligence unit, an officer who was yet They redacted the name, but this officer said, here's the inner workings of the Dominion system.
They showed it is on the internet.
It does connect to Iran and to China, which have two-way interface into it.
China holds the patents on the thing.
The whole design of the Dominion voting systems is China, China, China, China.
Okay, and Iran, and portals to, I don't know, a hundred different places that interface with this thing.
And they said it was, there was this air gap.
I think, give me a break.
What a joke, what a bunch of lies.
So, what this case here is, so review our previous shows, review our previous shows on Abbott and Perez, this case where we covered it at length.
It's a gerrymandering scheme, which was going to try to disadvantage Latinos in Texas to break them up so they couldn't get any congressmen elected.
But yet what Roberts bases his opinion on was political science voting data involving statistics, correlation analysis, regression equations as proof that in fact the Latinos were voting effectively.
Now, if that's the case, My point number four, Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell have amassed a large and rapidly building mathematical probability using political science, statistical evidence, sworn affidavit testimony.
The Democrats engaged in massive, systematic, and multifaceted, massive, millions of votes.
Systematic, they planned it.
And a multifaceted scheme, in other words, it involved Dead voters, mail-in voters, computer switching of votes, all kinds of different techniques.
And this is mathematical proof that these voting crimes were committed even though you don't have a criminal jury trial which would say this person committed a fraud.
Okay, by the way, Attorney General Barr is saying maybe he'll resign.
Maybe he's going to resign today.
And I think we put a lot of pressure on that.
And we're not by any means the only ones, but Barr's got to go, Wray's got to go, Durham's got to go.
I guess I'd move the whole department to, I guess, to Death Valley.
Make them all resign and start it over again.
Actually tear down the whole building, pour salt on it.
So nobody ever builds there again.
I mean, back to J. Edgar Hoover, this has been a corrupt law enforcement agency from the beginning.
At any rate, let's get some law enforcement in here to get some crimes going.
But the statistical evidence is enough to get it before the Supreme Court.
Okay, and I point out number five that Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Pollan hearings before these different legislators have really produced what I think is prima facie evidence of this systematic crime.
Prima facie means it's clear on its face.
It hasn't been proven at law yet.
And I'm filing Corsi v. Biden because I believe, I fear the Electoral College will suggest Biden as president while my 14th Amendment rights remain compromised.
Okay, so it's a 14th Amendment case.
And what the 14th Amendment was, it was passed after the Civil War.
13th Amendment freed the slaves and gave them voting rights.
Then the States Institute in the South under Jim Crow, Reconstruction, they put in these poll taxes and other things of this nature that really restricted the blacks from voting.
So they had rights to vote, but they never got there because they couldn't pass the poll tax.
They didn't have any money.
The Supreme Court decided that under the 14th Amendment, any state action, namely the creation of a device like a poll tax, That had the effect of denying someone an equal expression of their rights under the Constitution.
So that was an impediment to the equal voting rights of blacks, because whites didn't have to meet a poll tax.
I was unconstitutional.
And I'm saying all these different state actions, these guys vote like this, these guys vote like that, all these screwy things, many of which appear to be fraudulent or illegal, are violating my rights to cast my one vote in New Jersey
and have a count as one vote in New Jersey equal with everybody else's one vote across the country and
it's not when in Oregon they can vote by mail and the state legislature never passed it so the
Biden voters get to commit all these crimes nobody checks them just boom boom boom here they go voting
or they make up votes for them on mail-ins that never got there or they extend the dates or
all the other screwy things the states do And there's another argument here, which I did not make, but Arthur, what do you think of this argument so far?
Well, I think this is great, because you're standing firm on the Constitution.
The Constitution is based on spiritual law.
And so, what you're doing is you're reaffirming your rights, your divine rights, to the Constitution, which we know has been blessed and has been put together for the nation, as divine providence.
So, the key here is, not only are you saying there's been problems here, but I have a right, as an individual citizen, to be able to call forth my divine freedoms.
And I demand that those divine freedoms be maintained through the Constitution, which is the governing document of this nation.
You can't get any more spiritually aligned than that, because there's no fuzziness, there's no haziness.
It's my rights, my freedoms need to be in alignment.
Craig, what do you think?
Well, absolutely, and these tyrannical secretaries of state and governors do not under the Constitution have the ability to just willy-nilly change everything the way that they want and impose it on the rest of that state, which then imposes it on the rest of the nation when you project that out for the winner of an election.
And so bottom line is, this, I believe, this kind of a petition Followed by your filing your actual legal case, I think.
Didn't you say, Dr. Corsi, there are others now that are following along, maybe following your example?
We're going to get to that.
I think one of my strategies was, get something going, and then more cases will be filed.
And by the time all these cases are filed, the Supreme Court's going to say, we've got to do something.
Right.
Okay, so here's 10 cases.
Want 20?
How about 30?
Yeah.
Okay, we can file cases.
But Dr. Corsi, what's important here is it's the clarity of the case.
It's not hazy, it's not fuzzy.
Very clear, very concise.
This issue, this problem.
You just told Biden to take a hike.
Right.
Just like I told Mueller to take a hike.
And take Harris with him.
Okay, so now look, I'm saying also, number seven, that the evidence produced by Giuliani and Sidney Powell really suggests that these various states implemented mail-in voting in a manner that was inherently designed to facilitate vote fraud.
Now, assuming I was trying to vote legitimately, my voting rights may have been violated
by the way New Jersey implemented mail-in voting, compounded by the violations of the Constitution
or law that occurred in other states.
In what appears to have been a failed election in many states for many different reasons,
it left me as a voter trying to cast one vote that would have equal value with other voters
in other states, and that was impossible.
My 14th Amendment voting rights may have been violated not only by New Jersey,
how they implemented mail-in voting, but also by how other states
violated Article II requirements or allowed governors and state election boards
to implement and use voting systems like the computers and procedures whose very design inherently
made fraud possible, if not easy to accomplish.
Now, I'm raising two or three points here.
when the 14th Amendment cases arise from conflict of law involving not one state, but many different states.
Now, I'm raising two or three points here.
Number one, okay, I'm gonna use an example.
Let's go back maybe 150 years.
Let's say I got a farm and I'm gonna dig for a well, and I dig a big hole in the ground for a well.
My neighbor comes on over to borrow some milk, and they fall into the hole and die.
Now, that's possibly manslaughter.
In other words, I might've been negligent.
Maybe I should have had some barrier or fence up there that would have said, don't go here.
Cause there's a big hole in the ground.
You don't want to fall into it.
But I didn't do that.
I just left the hole.
Okay.
So I was negligent.
Maybe I have, maybe I have a responsibility at law for that gentleman having died.
Now let's go one more step.
I don't like the guy next door.
So when he comes over, I trip him and make sure he falls in the hole and dies.
Okay, now I've dug the hole and tripped him.
Now I've got a conscious act of homicide.
This is murder one.
This is a planned intent to kill the guy.
Okay, now number three, that's the third example.
I go to a bunch of my neighbors and they all decide they hate this guy.
And so we dig the ditch together and we invite him over for a dinner we're going to have for some holiday.
And we make sure that he, this ditch is covered up and getting to the table, he walks across it and he falls in the hall and dies.
Now we've got a conspiracy to commit murder.
And every one of these is a more serious crime because it involves more nefarious activity.
The first one could have said, you know, the guy just didn't think about it.
Now it still had a responsibility to think about it.
And that he didn't think about it doesn't excuse him from the responsibility at law.
But that's very different than getting all the neighbors together and planning to kill this guy.
Okay, now, what I'm saying is that the Democrats, with this systematic scheme, created it to permit fraud.
In other words, it was a conspiracy to commit fraud by the way they designed these procedures, and they knew what they were doing to begin with.
Now, Arthur, what do you think of that?
Well, that's important because it shows intent.
You know, I'm not a lawyer either, but it shows the fact that you're standing on grounds to make it absolutely clear that your particular rights are violated because of all these other things that are going on.
It really doesn't matter.
Bottom line is whatever happened screwed your right to vote.
That's it.
You know, so it just, it brings the attention to the court, all these other things that are going on, which obviously they don't have time to be able to adjudicate all this.
Craig, what do you think?
Thank you.
That's right.
But it demonstrates the whole playing field.
Craig, what do you think?
And it fits into the plan that was unleashed the minute that Donald Trump set foot on that
escalator at Trump Tower and came down and said he was running for president.
They started the coup that moment and it has not let up.
This is just one more piece of the coup.
Thank you.
That's right.
Number six.
My case involves a jurisdictional diversity case.
Now this doesn't mean we have to have gay people around or we have to have somebody get here who's really weird to make this normal.
That's the way the left thinks.
This is a different kind of diversity.
Jurisdictional diversity case It occurs in a conflict of states.
In other words, one state has a jurisdiction.
That's the state jurisdiction.
It's got these laws.
Another state has its jurisdiction.
It's got those laws.
And these and those laws conflict.
You can come up, for instance, on interstate commerce or any activity that involves more than one state.
And when there's a conflict between two states, it goes to the Supreme Court.
Because you can't, you know, if you go into a district court in one state, well, what about going to the district court of the other state?
You can't go into two courts with the same case at the same time.
So the Supreme Court is original jurisdiction.
What that means is, I don't have to go through the appellate system.
I can go right to the Supreme Court and say, this is the kind of case that you have in the Constitution specified is original jurisdiction.
I'm here, I've got one, I want you to hear it.
Now, What is the argument?
I'm saying that my case involves a jurisdictional diversity case
and that states implementing universal mail-in voting without authorized legislation being passed
into the state law by the legislature like Oregon, which did this through an initiative,
a ballot initiative going back to the 90s, committed an obvious Article II infringement
and implemented mail-in voting in a manner inherently designed to facilitate voting fraud.
The point I just made, a clear infringement of equal voting rights of states
that followed Article II procedures and implemented absentee balloting
according to tight procedures controlled by state law like Florida.
So Trump voters in Florida had their 14th Amendment voting rights
implemented a compromise by Biden voters in Oregon The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction in conflict of law cases between the states.
Now, I'm not voting in Florida.
In a sense, I just wanted to make the point that this is what it is.
So that they got to Florida, which did it right.
And because I think it's New Jersey, I think we got Florida, which did it right.
Oregon, which did it absolutely wrong because there's no state law.
And New Jersey, where there's a state law on absentee ballot, balloting, they made it, extended that to be no excuse and sent ballots out to everybody.
In other words, their procedures had a basis in state law, but they did not implement it according to the rules and regulations the state legislature laid down for mail-in votes.
That's the problem.
Dr. Coursey, if I can, just one comment on that.
Their out-of-alignment condition with the Constitution should not nullify your vote.
Precisely.
That's the whole point.
It's their problem, not mine.
They did this, and that means as a result of their state actions, I'm losing the ability to have an equal impact on my vote.
I don't know whether my vote is worth .0 in Oregon or .75 in New Jersey.
I don't know what my vote's worth.
Okay, so, number eight.
I'm deeply concerned that universal mail-in voting, especially as implemented by ad hoc changes, meaning made up at the moment, implemented by governors, state boards of election, and state courts without Article II laws being passed by state legislatures, and the decision to use Dominion computers as was done without tight supervision in states like Georgia, made it easier for foreign nations like Russia, China, and Iran to interfere with the U.S.
2020 presidential elections.
That's what we made yesterday when we did that whole, that's why this is relevant.
The affidavit of cybersecurity expert Russ Ramsland regarding Michigan and the testimony of Phil Waldron, a retired army colonel, at the Arizona hearing held by Rudy Giuliani on November 30th, 2020, made clear that the Dominion voting system machines were connected to the internet and display deeply disturbing forensic evidence of vote manipulation.
In her Michigan and Georgia lawsuit filing, Sidney Powell included a redacted declaration of former electronic intelligence analyst under the 305th military intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic intelligence.
declaration the army intelligence specialist declared the Dominion software was accessed
by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including
the most recent U.S. general election in 2020. The mail-in voting procedures implemented in 2020 by
state governors, state boards of election, and the state courts operated as an expanded no-excuse
absentee ballot as these expanded no-excuse absentee ballot regulations were loosely
implemented in sharp contrast to the strict rules and regulations state legislatures have imposed
by statute to protect the integrity of absentee voting in these states.
Okay, so I'm raising here the entire foreign interference question.
Was this our election or was this China's election?
What happened to my vote?
How was my vote affected by Iran and China and Russia maybe?
What do you think about that, Arthur?
It reminds me of a time when we were trying to identify a problem with a computer system where there's so many factors and involvements that are going on and you're basically coming back and saying, hey, look, it doesn't work.
So this whole scheme that they've put together doesn't work.
It's screwing up our right to vote.
And putting all this in context just shows how bad it really is.
And I think it really, let's say, infuses the fire to get the Supreme Court to move.
Well, and again, this is so, I'm saying, I'm just a citizen.
I'm not a lawyer.
I don't have all this, and you know, I didn't follow your, I didn't spend thousands of dollars like, you know, okay.
Harvard did my dissertation in 1972.
He had a typewriter, didn't have a computer where it's easy to correct the errors.
A typist makes an error in a page, he's got to erase it.
If that's a mess, throw the page, do it over again.
Type the page perfectly.
Had to have this margin and this margin and had to measure all the margins.
They had a format.
He had a rule book for how the dissertation had to look.
I actually pulled it.
I have it on another desk over here.
I was reading it the other day because it was on some of the issues that are involved here.
My dissertation was at Harvard.
I did it in the law school.
Even though it was a political science dissertation, it was on a constitutional law topic.
At any rate, here I just said I'm a citizen.
I got these complaints, but my complaints are well, these are good constitutional arguments.
These are the same arguments a lawyer would make.
Now, the lawyer would do it in a different format.
They'd cite case law.
They do all kinds of things that I'm not doing here, but that's actually an advantage.
I can say this in simple language and the Supreme Court could say, you know, this guy's got a point.
Yes.
Are they going to ignore the logic of my arguments?
Probably not.
Okay.
Dr. Corsi, before you move on, haven't we spent four years with the Marxist screaming media and the left saying that Donald Trump tried to steal the 2016 election using Russia?
Yes.
Shouldn't they be incensed now that Russia, Iran, China, Pakistan, you name it, what, Zimbabwe tried to steal our election?
Everything these screaming Marxist demons do, say that we did, are what they are doing.
That's the clue.
They accuse us of, you know, Donald Trump, of colluding with Russia.
Guess who was colluding with Russia, China, and Iran?
Them!
To destroy the United States.
So they blame it on Donald Trump, to divert attention, get the media to look over there while they're destroying the United States over here.
They're gonna stop this right now.
They're gonna all be hung or shot and treason.
Number nine, several state Supreme Courts, in addition to Pennsylvania, have refused to hear cases, including vote and or election fraud, brought by Trump voters and or the campaign.
These issues should be appealable to the Supreme Court.
What's wrong with you guys?
Okay, do something.
I addressed this case.
I can't get a state court to hear this case.
Think if I walk into this with a New Jersey case, I'm going to get anywhere?
What do you think, Arthur?
It's not going to go anywhere.
It's not even worth the paper you're going to print it on.
Waste of time.
New Jersey, right.
Yeah.
Political judges here.
Exactly.
All the Democrats.
New Jersey, New York.
Got to get rid of these Democrats.
It's like, I don't want anybody shot or anything, but they should be in the same category as deer and hunting season.
We got to get rid of them.
I don't want to get rid of them by any violence.
I don't want to do anything with any weapons.
I don't want anybody screaming at anybody.
I want people to focus on voting them out of office.
That's my solution.
And what's elegant about this, Dr. Corsi, is that you as a citizen, as you brought up, go before this court.
You don't have all this big corporate world behind you in this case.
You're presenting this as Joe citizen.
And these are my rights.
That's why it's elegant and clean.
And I think it just makes the point absolutely clear.
They can't ignore it.
Yeah, I mean, I'm coming up to the big castle.
I'm just kind of knocking on the door.
Hey, we got a problem out here.
You guys want to pay attention?
And that's very powerful to do.
Knock on the door, let's see if it opens up.
If it opens up, maybe it'll never close again.
That's what we want.
Yeah, the emperor doesn't have any clothes.
So there you are, that kid, right?
What do you think, Craig?
Absolutely.
And you know, the genie is out of the bottle.
They can't put it back in.
It's so obvious to anybody with eyes to see and ears to hear what is going on.
They can continue to try to slam dunk their tyranny upon us, but we have constitutional means to fight back.
And you as a citizen have every right to petition the court and then to actually file a suit against Biden because he is trying to deprive you of your rights.
And then, by extension, everybody in this country has been deprived of their rights.
That's right.
Except the illegal aliens, the communists, the people that voted twice.
And the Russians and the Chinese.
Iran gets two votes.
I think Iran gets as many votes as they want.
Look, this is the whole point, and I think we're, this is why I'm saying I'm 100% convinced Donald Trump wins.
I don't have any doubt about it anymore.
Okay, now number 10.
The issues at stake involve not only my 14th Amendment rights, but the 14th Amendment rights of all voters, and that a national presidential election, which evidence of vote and election fraud, including affidavits from eyewitnesses, et cetera, involves the voting rights of all Americans.
Raising questions about the integrity of federal presidential elections, a concern and fear that is destructive to the trust In our judicial system and constitution that represents a national security question threatening the sovereignty of the United States itself.
I think that's one of the longer, more coherent sentences I've written of that length.
What do you guys think?
It looks good.
It fits together grammatically.
You usually can't write a sentence like that unless you're writing classical Latin.
They used to do that all the time.
It took me years to not write like classical Latin and I still do it.
What do you think, Craig?
Right, absolutely, and bottom line is, it's all clear, and it's all put forward in a way that it's hard for them to say that it doesn't—they don't at least have to look at it.
There's the deal.
You're talking about cracking open the door, and once you open that door, it's going to be like a hole in a dike, and the whole thing is going to collapse on them immediately, once they really start to look at it hard in the courts.
Right, and constitutionally, the arguments are completely sound.
I mean, you know, it's a screwy election, and it's intentionally screwy.
They did it this way on purpose.
Okay, now let's continue here.
So I say, after that long sentence, one relatively short, with the evidence so far adduced, and adduced is brought forth as evidence, that's a specific word, You know, I didn't say produced, I said adduced by attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell.
Instances of 14th Amendment compromise of equal voting rights can be found in and between all states of the union.
So you've got a diversity case of conflict of laws involving 14th Amendment compromise of rights among all the states of the union.
It's not just, you know, California and New York have different laws on import.
This is a mess.
It's a failed election.
And then number 11, every day SCOTUS does not act, every day you guys sit in there and pick your noses, is another day the criminals stealing the 2020 presidential election have to destroy evidence of their crimes.
Including erasing from computers the logs and other electronic data that, if preserved, could well provide evidence of their crimes.
So I'm calling them out.
I'm saying, you guys, do something!
You think that's reasonable to ask, Arthur?
Absolutely.
Not only that, but you're taking up kind of a moral high ground here from the standpoint of you're not asking for any laws to be violated, just the ones that you've been given personally by the divine.
It's clear.
That's what I mean by clear or clarity.
There's no confusing issues related to interactions of laws and things like that.
My rights are violated.
My vote's been nullified.
Fix it.
Do something.
Craig, what do you think?
Right, absolutely.
And if you just stand there, they will bulldoze you.
The darkness, the army of darkness bulldozes you unless you push back.
They're bullies.
They are schoolyard bullies who they will not stop what they're doing unless you turn around and say, you know, take a hike, or that's enough, or I'm going to punch you in the face if you don't stop punching me.
And that's what we have to do.
Fear not.
Fear not.
Stand strong.
Stay united.
These guys are punks.
And you're end-running their whole game.
This is an end-run, the whole game.
You don't have to be tied up in all the machinations of the legal things.
That's it.
It's right there.
I say this election comes down to a couple in Iowa.
They're married 50 years.
And they watch television.
Good old Martha.
Husband turns to his bride.
Martha, what do you think of this?
Well, it just ain't right.
Just ain't right.
That's the whole deal right there.
That's the entire summary of the case.
It just ain't right.
You could put that right above your respectfully there.
in the case.
Martha says it.
She's right.
I end it respectfully.
Okay.
So I'm saying as a citizen of the United States who was registered to vote in the New Jersey
in 2020 election did vote by mail as required.
Thank you.
According to the rules and regulations, I am standing to bring this case to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Given this, I respectfully file this lawsuit, Corsi v. Biden.
At stake in this case is the integrity of all future voting in the United States of America.
impacting the faith and confidence the Americans currently lack, that the courts of this country will do anything, will protect the equal voting rights of all American citizens under the 14th Amendment Constitution.
You guys are screwing up.
Big time.
Do something.
Is that what it says, Craig?
Yeah, it says, call me.
So you're ready to answer any questions.
That's it.
That's the, exactly.
Here's my phone number down here.
Let me know when it's fixed.
No, what it says is F you, nasty letter to follow.
Okay, so that's that.
Now let's go into what's happening also next.
So I started this yesterday, and guess what Texas did?
They filed a little lawsuit of their own.
Let's get that up here, Craig.
Let's talk about it.
So here comes Texas.
Guess what?
They filed an election lawsuit against Georgia, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin at the Supreme Court.
Think they caught on to the same idea after my petition last week?
Not that I caused it.
Here, the state of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S.
Supreme Court, in other words, not through the lower courts, on Monday, declaring the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.
Texas argues these states violated the electoral cause of the Constitution because they made changes to the rules and procedures through the courts or executive actions, but not through the state legislatures.
Does that remind you of anybody's argument here, Craig?
That sounds vaguely familiar.
I think there was a Dr. Corsi that made that same plea the other day.
What do you think, Arthur?
You got the six flags of Texas backing you up on this one now, Dr. Corsi.
Additionally, Texas argues there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states violating the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause, 14th Amendment.
Finally, Texas argues they were voting irregularities in the states as a result of the above.
Fraud.
Arthur?
Therefore, it nullifies our actions as the state of Texas, and nullifies the voting rights of everybody in the great state, Lone Star State of Texas.
Same argument at a higher level.
And even the Department of Justice has said they believe there may have been some irregularities during this election.
You think?
You think?
But not enough to change the whole election, right?
There may have been some comedy in the Marx Brothers movies, too.
Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint the electors.
Now that's a little different than I'm doing.
I'm asking, they're saying, let the legislators pick the electors.
And of course, that's already existing.
And I think their better case was a equal protection case to declare the election null and void.
But I guess they were not quite at the fear not point yet.
In other words, you ask, please fix this up by letting them pick the electors.
I mean, that's real polite.
I'm glad they did it, but they ducked out before they hit the bullseye.
Cert officials in different states presented the pandemic as a justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting.
The defendant states flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots and derogation of statutory controls As to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted.
Whether well-intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect.
They made the 2020 election less secure in the defendant states.
These changes are inconsistent with relevant state law and were made by non-legislative entities without any consent by the state legislatures.
These acts These officials thus directly violated the constitution.
Okay that's basically but again you know they they lack the courage of going saying that this election should be is failed and should be null and void.
Now case presents a question of law did the defendant states Violate the Elector's Clause by taking non-legislative actions to change election rules that would govern the appointment of the presidential electors.
These non-legislative changes to the defendant state's election laws facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which in turn violated the Elector's Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution.
By these unlawful acts, the defendant states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens' votes, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in plaintiff state and other states that remain loyal to the Constitution.
So that's why it's all these states violating everybody's rights.
But again, I think I'm very happy they filed this, and it brings the issue together.
And what the Supreme Court ought to do is combine, if they pay any attention to mine, to say, oh, that's Corsi, he's a conspiracy theorist, we're not, we'll ignore it.
I don't care.
I've started it going, and now everybody's catching on.
They could add my lawsuit to this lawsuit, combine them, and take it all as one.
They could combine whatever President Trump's going to file, and he will now file.
This is all building and continuing.
Arthur, what do you think's going on here?
What's important is that some action has to be taken somewhere, and the fact that you've actually taken this, I wouldn't downplay the importance of this from the standpoint of getting spiritual help.
The reason is, is because All of this argument that Texas is making is on the periphery of the core issue.
And the core issue, as you laid out very clearly, is the invalidation of your voting rights.
And so what that is doing is laying the groundwork to make sure that you're peeling back to God on this thing.
And many times we've talked about pulling the thread.
You remember that the bad guys always put together their house of cards?
They always use some energy of God, and they put it in there, and they mess this whole thing up.
Well, that argument is the thread that needs to be pulled out of that house of cards.
Everything else will collapse around it.
That would be Texas lawsuit, all the other lawsuits that are around there, all the proof of all the fraud, everything else.
But the core is that thread that's the violation of your personal rights.
Correct.
Okay, now what we've got here, I want to switch gears and do cover one more thing, but the legal cases are proceeding.
Now, last night Tucker Carlson showed the video we showed a couple days ago on this Chinese professor who advises Xi Jinping, who's the prime minister or premier of China.
And he's the head, he's the ruler.
But he was explaining how they bought Wall Street, they bought Hunter Biden, they own America, and they're thrilled to get rid of Donald Trump because he stood in their way.
And they can't wait for the Biden administration in which they can resume their game of owning America.
And he just said it outright.
Okay, now I want to go back to the same group.
They've got another video.
And Tucker ought to play this one.
I think we'll get any credits.
Maybe we could apply for a producer job.
What do you think, Craig?
Hey, let's do it.
Yeah, Fox is sure going to be happy to have me be a producer.
What do you think, Chris?
What do you think, what's-his-name Wallace would think about that?
He would not be happy.
He'd probably have a kitten.
That's what he would do.
Puppies.
Puppies, you think?
I think it's puppies.
What do you think?
Okay, I've got that sound of hope.
That's this group, and I've got their YouTube up.
Okay, now let's go.
I want you to see a couple things in this YouTube.
I like these guys.
These guys are the Chinese guys, and they're out in San Francisco.
They're not communists.
They're the nationalists.
But they are smart, and they know the inside deal, because they've gotten plenty of good inside information, and they're plugged into China.
They know what China is doing.
And so basically, you're seeing in these guys some real information.
Now, I want you, Craig, to go to 11 minutes.
OK.
And let's play it.
They're going to show you some things going on in the Georgia voting.
And now I want you to watch it.
Now we're shifting gears, showing you the Supreme Court level.
We've got constitutional arguments here.
Now I'm gonna show you down at the ground level that we've got legal arguments about crimes being committed.
We've got it on tape, we've got it on video.
And if we can get rid of Barr, I think Barr would take his bagpipes and his kilt and head back to the hills of Scotland.
And get out of Dodge because we need somebody who can run the justice department.
And by the way, take Ray with them and take Durham and maybe take the whole bunch of them.
Maybe they'll all go back to Scotland and play bagpipes.
I don't know, but they're not doing anything in Washington except destroying the constitution.
So get out.
Guys can't enforce the law.
We don't want you anymore.
In fact, stay another day.
I'm gonna charge you guys with obstruction of justice and I'll start filing charges against you.
What do you think of that?
Sounds Red Chief oriented.
Yeah.
I'm getting used to it.
I'm getting to like this file that charges this stuff.
Addicted to Lawfare.
Let's play Lawfare.
Two can play Lawfare.
Yep.
Okay, let's play this.
I'll silence mine over here so we can hear it.
And then play about two minutes.
Show them some of what's going on in this voting center.
Here we go.
Yeah, the blonde... I don't know how to say... What's the other word?
It's like a breeze?
Yeah.
Anyway, it's a long hair, right?
It's a long hair.
So, actually they identified this lady and also the lady in purple.
Okay, so the lady in purple was like very standing out, right?
So her name is Ruby Freeman.
Okay, and the blonde lady, the lady with the blonde long hair, her name is Shay Freeman.
Hmm.
Okay.
So, see, look at the picture.
So, actually, it turned out to be they are mother and daughter.
From the same family.
Yeah.
Okay.
So, in the video, it's showing the daughter, Shay Freeman, the lawyer explained Shay Freeman actually brought in the suitcase and the table in the morning, right?
And covered that with the black cloth, which was on the 8 o'clock, 8.28 in the morning.
And see that that's her.
Afterwards, after they ordered all the people, the porters, the press, to leave the premise.
This is about between 10.25 and 10.30 in the evening.
Right, and she's the first one to pull out the suitcase.
So then, you know, people say, why?
How come it's mom and mother and the daughter, right?
So let's watch this video, C5.
That's a I have a new supervisor.
Y'all wanna know who my supervisor is over here?
It's my daughter.
But I just do what she say do.
It's her show, baby.
It's her show.
I do what she say do and I just get it done.
I help her out.
Making it happen with Fullerton County Voter's Registration and Election.
Wow, talk about a smoking gun.
So now we've got a mother-daughter crime team that's been actuated in Georgia.
Dr. Corsi.
I love how these two ideas are getting to be my two favorites now.
They nail it.
Have you heard that?
Any other source that that was a mother and daughter?
What I especially like about them is how they play straight man.
Yeah, exactly.
This kind of stuff.
Well, they turn out to be the same last name.
What do you think of that?
We just happen to have one of the videos that they made of themselves committing some crimes and things.
Let's play that for everybody.
See what they're doing.
And the mother's saying, I just do whatever my daughter tells me to do.
I just do whatever my daughter tells me to do.
You can see they're hiding the laughs.
They're smiling.
They're coming back to talk about the Steve Spoders.
These are the... I don't know if you guys ever saw a cat in the country catch a mouse.
This one day, I was up in New Hampshire.
It was right after my graduate school.
I was teaching a school up there, and I sat in the back porch, probably smoking a cigar, watching this by cat.
The backyard cat caught a mouse.
Okay, what's cat gonna do with this mouse?
Play with it.
The cat let it go.
Mouse runs as fast as it can to get under the porch to hide.
Go under some hole.
Cat pounces on it.
Grabs it.
What do you think the cat does next?
Drag it out so that it can do it again.
So after this mouse, he's terrorized this mouse for a while.
Finally the cat decides to kill it.
He said, I wonder if cat's gonna eat it.
Cat didn't eat it.
Nope.
Cat started batting it with his hand and bouncing it up in the air and make it try to come alive again, breaking all the bones so it'd be easier to eat.
How dare you die and spoil my fun.
And when I got, yeah, and I kind of finally, you know, pounded the meat, it got, got right pulverized.
So it wasn't going to hurt, chew it, can't eat it.
It went over and took a nap.
It took a nap.
We don't look for another one.
These two guys are the same deal.
They, they've got it.
They got it nailed.
They know what they're doing.
They're presented to you in a deadpan fashion.
And, but you don't think the FBI could have done this, do you?
No, FBI is too busy trying to get Donald Trump for Russia collusion.
Get this whole FBI needs to go.
Now there are a bunch of criminals and I've got several of them in mind.
I'm going to go after before I'm done for suborning perjury Weissman to name one.
Let's place two more minutes.
Go.
We're making it happen.
Thank you.
Yeah.
Okay.
I'll talk to you guys later.
Ciao.
Okay.
Although she did not appear in this, but there was another, uh, she seems to really like to do Facebook live.
There's another video she's doing, you know, with the same voice, you know, but she shows up.
So, but I don't want it to show it here.
Um, That's her, okay?
So what she's explaining, it appeared to be this lady, Ruby Freeman,
she actually has her own business.
It's like a boutique, treasure boutique business.
But her daughter seems to be, you know, works in this election department
and became her supervisor.
So she's saying, you know, my new supervisor is my daughter and it's her show now.
I want to help her to make things happen, make it happen.
We don't know make what happen, right?
She said, make it happen.
Okay.
So just to kind of prove that that's them, it's very interesting if you remember there is a local report on the election day how there was a water main break in the arena, so that's why they asked people to leave, right?
So actually, the local TV station, Channel 11, did a report on the next morning.
And in that TV report, we saw this daughter and the mom.
So I just, I added a little bit because I don't want it to, you know, be too long.
So let's watch video C6.
Earlier this morning, we were told there was a water main break above the room I'm standing in here at State Farm Arena.
And right now, they are counting the absentee ballots.
But earlier today, because of that water main break, they lost about two hours of work on the absentee ballot processing.
So they are trying to make up that time now.
They currently are getting through the absentee ballots.
All the ballots are being processed behind me.
But the good news is, no ballots or election-related machine were damaged by that water main break early this morning.
Around Fulton County, 99% of the precincts, it was smooth sailing, very few delays, short lines around the county, so that is the good news.
And now they're on to the counting process, just a little delayed here in Fulton County tonight.
So, Dr. Corsi, I think what these people at Sound of Hope have uncovered is there is what I would call a criminal conspiracy within the family Freeman, and they made it happen all right, including their being involved in the quote-unquote water main break.
Right, and so what water main break?
It doesn't look to me like there's any water anywhere.
Okay, and besides, you look at these people, they don't look like they're checking the names on these Babs and T-Bells.
They're not checking anything.
They can just stack on them up.
Okay.
So, and the mother daughter was so proud of what they were doing.
They put it on Facebook.
So they filmed their own crime, Punkin Trump.
They're real happy about it.
Okay.
Now I want to play two more.
This is just so good.
I want you to see more of this because why can't law enforcement be doing this?
I mean, I'm seeing evidence here about six crimes, felonies.
That completely, I mean, we got to throw this entire election out in Georgia.
They were doing these things.
These are crimes.
Let's play two more minutes here, Craig.
Okay, I did the two pictures just to enlarge.
The first one was, you know, the blonde-haired daughter.
The last one, and see why I encircle this, it's actually a little purse belongs to this lady, Ruby.
Freeman and that's her own the name of her business. Yes, it's a unique the second word is unique
The third is treasure a unique. Yeah, the rubies the rubies unique treasures
Okay, so she actually it's not first her first time to make a made an advertisement of her own business on on the news
Report there was others in her LinkedIn page and the people comment. Oh, wow, you are maximizing
marketing budget through this election, you know, process.
Very clever.
I don't know.
How do you think?
You know, one thing is that the water main break.
I don't know how the Channel 11, those media, because it turned out to be it's not a water main break.
It was just a little leak in one of the toilets in the restroom.
of the arena. There's no water main break? There was no water main break. But the TV station just
reported, you know, as just as a fact. And another thing is really did a lot of advertisement for
this lady, right? And it turned out to be this, you know, there are comments saying maybe, you
know, the local law enforcement, FBI should look into, should visit this, these two ladies.
So, Dr. Corsi, she says just what you said.
She says, gee whiz, why isn't the FBI checking out?
It turns out that it was just a leaky toilet, not a water main break, and she's got her advertisement for her business sitting there on the table as she's filming these YouTubes.
Gee!
Even a caveman could figure this out.
So somebody clogged a toilet, and it got fixed with a plunger.
How hard do you think it is to clog a toilet?
And say, we better shut down all this.
There's no water anywhere.
Nobody's looking for the water.
Oh, the machines didn't get damaged.
Isn't that good?
And the water leaked.
Well, there wasn't a water leak.
It was clogged toilet.
And maybe one of Ruby's people went up and clogged the toilet.
Who knows who did it?
At any rate, they got to shut this down, go clog a toilet.
It's the Marx Brothers routine, except that it's criminal activity.
And then you combine it with how, in fact, you're seeing the spike of votes, what they did when they got back, and all these things being pulled out from under the table that Ruby set up so they could be pulled out from under the table.
If they just had a stopping of the voting, which they needed, this whole thing is is a conspiracy.
Let's get the group together so we figure out how we dig the hole and get the neighbor to come on over and falls in and kills himself because we've covered up the hole.
We made it look like there's no hole there and he's coming for a nice turkey dinner, Thanksgiving, but he falls the hole and dies.
Ah, isn't that sad luck?
Okay, criminal conspiracy to defraud the election.
Sounds to me like a pretty serious felony because FBI is a little bit busy covering up for Peter Strzok.
Can't be bothered with this.
They're probably looking at the campaign contributions in 2020 by Dinesh D'Souza just to make sure that he hasn't done something nefarious again.
Yeah, he tends to do these things, you know, he gets to be really bad at it.
Okay, now I want you to go I want you to go to about 2320, and they're going to do an interview here with somebody, and I want to hear a little bit of this interview, okay?
Okay, I'm winding it up.
We are ready to go.
Okay, I'll put this quiet.
The federal constitution is going to prevail over limitations on your legislative power.
And so, and the professor said, yes, I think so.
Let's hear what he has to say.
I believe so.
And I think article, look, the federal constitution is gonna prevail over limitations
on your legislative power.
Those provisions of the state constitution deal with the state legislature
acting in its state legislative capacity.
But in deciding on the manner of choosing electors, It is not acting as a state body.
It has acting as the federally appointed legislature with direct authority from the federal constitution, which of course, uh, preempts the state limitations on it.
Uh, and that's what the Supreme court held in the McPherson case.
That's what, that's what, um, section two of title three provides in the federal statute.
Um, whenever any state has held an election for purpose of choosing electors, And has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law.
And I would say in accordance with the law that had been set out, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such manner as the legislature of state may direct.
That's Title III, Section 2 of the U.S.
Code.
I think that also prevails over any other limitations that might exist in Georgia law about when the legislature can call itself into session.
It has a federal statutory authority to deal with the issue when the state's election has not been validly conducted.
So, Dr. Corsi, they make the point, or this gentleman makes this point, that bottom line is this isn't just the state screwing up their own state.
The state's then doing something that is a violation of federal law.
Well, what he's saying here is the following, and by the way, I forgot, did they play the commercial in there?
I didn't see a commercial.
Okay, good.
Well, I hope not, because YouTube will come in with a copyright violation.
They'll make us scrub it.
No commercial.
We're clean.
Go ahead.
So just go ahead and show it.
We'll broadcast our own to the other channels.
Don't use the YouTube version.
You don't anymore, do you?
I'll do that.
Don't use YouTube.
Okay, at any rate, look.
What he's saying is the Democratic governor in Georgia is saying he won't call a special legislative session in order to pick the electors.
That's what Texas is saying.
Texas is saying we should have it such that the Supreme Court makes it clear that these states think that there was fraud.
They're free to pick whatever electoral slate the state legislatures want to make.
They're going for that argument right now.
That's what Texas is doing.
Okay.
Now what this gentleman here is being involved in interviewed said, and he's a lawyer, obviously he's saying that the governor is wrong to say there won't be a legislative session because the governor does not want the Republican state legislatures, legislators in Georgia saying, we are not going to put a Biden slate in after we've seen this nonsense because it's fraud.
Okay, and so the governor's saying, well, we just are not going to hold a session.
And what this lawyer is saying is, well, under these statutes, since they're now performing a federally mandated obligation under Article II, the governor can't just cancel the state legislature on a whim.
They have a constitutional authority under this federal statute, as reinforced by the federal statute, to hold that legislative session.
So the governor's out of order.
Now there's another violation of the constitution, which is again, going to deny equal voting rights, but this is at the level, not just of the voting.
My case was about the voting and I've established all the unequal treatment on my right to vote.
Now we're up to the, how they compound the vote problem with not even permitting the legislators to meet.
And so therefore they're making the electoral college unconstitutional.
Which means they've set up the grounds here now to challenge the meeting on December 14th of the Electoral College, which can be determined to have been unconstitutional, because this was not permitted.
Georgia did not permit them to have a legislative session because the governor said no.
You know what that just gave me, Arthur?
Go ahead.
That means that now that I know how to file things at the Supreme Court, I can write an addendum to my lawsuit and file another argument.
They keep digging the well deeper and you're filling it up with lawsuits.
No, the same lawsuit.
I might just give them more stuff.
More stuff.
Addendum.
How about this?
Well, how about this, guys?
I'm going to publish everything that I publish.
Here's what I showed the Supreme Court today.
Here's what I showed the Supreme Court today.
Today's amendment to my filing.
Here's what I showed them tomorrow.
Why isn't the Supreme Court listening?
Because I had this argument here, and this argument here.
Let me explain it to you, everybody out there, what the argument is, so you can see how the Supreme Court is asleep at the switch.
They're like Barr.
They went out to lunch, and they went to a restaurant that was owned by Russians to see if there was any connection between Trump That's what the Supreme Court's doing.
What do you think of that strategy, Arthur?
I absolutely agree to it.
And I also believe that we need a secondary strategy to get some pressure, spiritual pressure, on the Supreme Court to get them to do God's will in this effort.
And I think that's the other part of the equation we need to tackle.
Probably better write another prayer.
Yeah, we'll take this prayer that's already out there, and I'll boost that up and continue to add components to it.
We'll keep it moving, and I'll keep a daytime stamp as it's updated, and that's right on the front page.
But don't put it on Facebook!
And so these guys do, they love to brag about their crimes.
They put them on Facebook.
I gotta give her credit, Dr. Corsi, for, you know, her entrepreneurial spirit and trying to sell some of her other belongings with her little advertisement of her purse right there in the camera.
This Ruby gal is something else.
LaRuby's unique treasures.
LaRuby's.
Of course, Ruby itself is a treasure, you know, it's a ruby of stone, so LaRuby.
This woman's got it going, I'll tell you.
She was angling for a cabinet position in the Biden administration.
If she just weren't a criminal, she'd have had it all together.
Just too bad she committed some federal felonies along the way.
Now go to 29.
Now go to 29, go to about 29, I'd say 2930.
We're gonna go there and we're gonna play another little fun part of this.
This is one you're going to like, too.
OK, so I'm going to mute myself here.
Tell me when you're there.
We're there.
Here we go.
Remember, this is Chinese and their goal is to expose red China.
They are doing it.
Here we go.
Next topic.
How about that?
Yeah.
And as we see, we wanted to, you know, really appreciate Okay, so next topic, we're going to bring you something happened in China which relates to the United States and possibly relates to this election.
Yesterday we brought you some topic in this regard.
If you have not a chance to watch it, I would encourage you to go back to watch yesterday's.
It's, you know, I think it's some information people wanted to know.
So today what I wanted to bring to you is actually also happened in November.
That's on November 20th to 22nd.
Okay.
There was a big conference happened in the southern part of China, Guangdong, Guangzhou.
What about it?
People who speak Cantonese from that province.
So there was a huge conference called the Understanding China Conference 2020.
So this conference It's the 5th one already.
It started in 2015.
in 2015. And when it was just started in 2015, actually the party leader of the communist
government, Xi Jinping, actually attended.
So that's back in 2015.
He's in the middle.
And this conference really brought together a lot of famous people from China, also internationally.
And this year, Xi Jinping was not present, but he actually sent a letter.
Commending this this conference. So the conference is theme.
What's the theme?
You're right. So the theme is called huge shakeup big tests and a great
cooperation China's new journey towards modernization and a community of a shared future of
humanity Sounds good. Sounds good
So dr. Corsi got to the point where she just explained how the letter from Xi Jinping at this year's conference over
in southern China
Said something about our just a momentous events are unfolding with China
And what they are doing in order to let me put it in English from Chinese to take over and dominate the world
Yeah, you know, I really, it's too bad John Belushi died when he did, you know, taking too many drugs.
If John Belushi had been alive, can you imagine what he could have done with these two in an act, you know, like he did with the samurai?
Samurai delicatessen.
These two are perfect.
Samurai broadcasting.
Samurai broadcasting.
You know, here's how they do it.
And these guys are so deadpan, and they're presenting evidence, which is killer evidence, and they're saying, you know, this monotone.
Let me show you how they do this, and they kill these people.
Watch this.
Let me show you a little video here.
A couple minutes we talk on this great thing.
They play it.
This is a John Belushi routine, except it's deadly.
But Dr. Corsi, now it's a total coincidence that this takes place at the end of November of this year.
Of course, of course.
We're coming to the end here, but I want to get a couple more minutes in here.
I want you to see what this conference was about and where they're going with these.
These two guys are killers.
These two guys are dead killers.
These guys should be running the FBI.
Maybe we'll get something done.
But you know, they get it figured out.
They're smart.
They got the Chinese figured out.
They got us figured out.
They're showing you all the crimes going on.
I always, I did see the Blues Brothers when they were doing it.
One time at Red Rocks in Colorado, John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd doing their, with their shades and their black hats, doing their routines.
I mean, it was great.
They were terrific.
So these guys are, let's bring back the band.
Continue.
Two more minutes.
Okay, here we go.
Band is back.
Okay, so Xi Jinping in his letter saying, you know, the world today is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.
The sudden outbreak of the new coronavirus phenomena Once again, demonstrate that mankind is a community with a shared future.
So what does that, you know, I think people who are familiar with the Great Reset, you know, would feel this sounds very familiar.
So, and saying, you know, he encouraged everybody, you know, to see how China is going to promote China and the world working together.
So featuring nearly 20 Chinese speakers and mostly high-level officials in the Chinese Communist Party, just to give you a few examples of who's there.
So there's a director of a state-run think tank called the Research Institute for Marxism, Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought.
And the vice president of the Central Institute of Socialism who this institute is directly under united front work
department.
So you give you a sense of who are there from the Chinese side and the international side.
Pay attention.
Who was there from United States?
So people know if you watch CNN, maybe people don't watch that more often now.
But CNN's host, Farid Zakaria, was there.
And he is also the writer for the Washington Post.
Another figure is Lawrence Summers.
He was a former Obama-era National Economic Council director.
So, Dr. Corsi, we got people like Larry Summers from the Obama administration, and we've got CNN and MSN and, you know, what was it, Washington Post?
We've got all the big players there at this summit that's being led by, on the Chinese side, by everybody that's promoting Marxism.
You're muted.
Zachary wrote this book that Obama was photographed carrying around.
Do you remember what the book said?
No, I don't.
Post-Americanism.
The post-American era.
Wow.
Obama was photographed carrying that book around.
You can probably find it.
We're not going to play any more.
The Chinese might look for that.
I'll make a few comments here.
What they've just done is they've just shown you how this great reset is the New World Order's idea.
They're going to punch, remember like Hillary Clinton had this reset button?
You get the reset buttons.
Okay, well the reset is going to be, you're going to hit the reset button and that's the end of democracy.
That's the end of the constitution.
The reset is going to be to create the new world order authoritarianism presented as a Davos spectacular production on stage with all these celebrities.
Okay, now Zachariah who does CNN hates the United States.
It's ready for the constantly writing.
He's been writing for about 20 years about after America, what happens after America?
Well, after America happens is not going to be, it's going to be after Zachariah and Zachariah is going to be in prison if he continues this insurrection.
Okay.
If these guys want to punish thought crimes, well, maybe they'll look at their own behavior in regards to the insurrection that's going on.
Larry Summers was at Harvard.
He about lost Harvard.
They couldn't build a whole educational building because he lost the money in the, um, on the derivatives market.
He lost trillions of dollars, billions of dollars, whatever he lost.
This guy's a complete flop.
And he was the president of Harvard and got president Harvard.
And he comes in and the Obama administration with the, you know, the, the All the, well, we got to have the subprime loans, better get that started.
So then they blamed on Bush, you know, this whole thing.
Well, we better get that revived.
They lost so much money in the derivatives with all this going on.
And Larry Summers is a complete flop economically.
And yet they keep, but he's globalist.
He's with the Harvard crowd beyond the United States.
And this Davos production, which is about, they're trying to make authoritarianism look smart.
Unless you're so stupid that you believe in something like Jesus Christ or God, you would understand how we here are architecting the future.
We're re-imagining democracy.
Freedom is so passe.
Oh, it's just, you know, that's a 17th, 18th century idea.
We're past that.
Nation states, that's when they had World War I and World War II.
No, you globalists had World War I and World War II.
And now you want to have everybody with chips in there, you know, so you can tell whether they get to go out or not.
And the democratic governors and your democratic party, and you're all going to rush to globalism.
I want to tell you one thing.
Go to hell.
Take a hike.
That's where you're born.
Now go to hell.
Go burn in hell for the rest of your life.
I'm done with these guys.
I'm done saying take a hike.
I'm saying go to hell.
I'm saying no, no, not only no, but hell no.
nuts. Nuts. Nuts. We're not doing it.
Thank you.
Biden is not going to be president.
Kamala Harris is not going to be vice president.
Democratic party is a communist Marxist party, socialist party, new world order, and we used to have acts about insurrection acts that outlawed this kind of activity in the 1950s.
Maybe we ought to revisit those acts about sedition.
Arthur?
We're staring down the barrel of evil, and unfortunately, a lot in the West have a hard tendency to believe that evil exists, but this is it.
This is what you're seeing.
This is how it plays out.
It's all psychological operations, and it's important for us to keep our alignment with our Founding Fathers' principles and God.
And so, the prayer work's got to come in behind this.
It's absolutely critical.
I agree.
And also, evil's banal.
Yes.
It's LaRuby.
It's best addressed by the Blues Brothers.
These two Chinese are the perfect pair.
To deconstruct it.
The guy's saying, come on, move along.
He's going to get it out.
This woman almost makes me want to learn Chinese.
Can you imagine how beautifully she pronounces it?
I mean, you almost get the pictures of the words.
I'm saying, I got it.
I'll let you talk more.
I'll learn Chinese.
I think I could learn it.
I'm getting it.
You know?
You remember that in the Blues Brothers, the sunglasses go on, we're on a mission from God.
Mission from God.
They got this broken down car, they're looking for the band.
Rolling, rolling, rolling.
Okay, so we're gonna do it again.
We got the band going, let's go after these guys.
Okay, so it started, it's broken, it's now gonna be Bye-bye Biden.
And we're gonna get something in here, the Justice Department might have some idea of how to, I've got some people in mind.
We'll talk about those stories in a later day.
But I think we've accomplished a lot today.
And I think you can see the shift.
This is now, now it's changed.
Court cases are coming in.
We're seeing the criminality.
We have people calling out the Chinese.
We've got the evidence in place.
Get this court in gear.
Let's get this country back in order.
And let's get these social justice criminals put in prison and out of the schools.
Let's go back to the schools.
Let's get on our knees and repent that we have allowed this country to get to this point.
We didn't work in the school boards.
We didn't take it seriously.
We didn't fight this nonsense.
Transgender whoever teaching our kids story hour with no underwear on.
I'm done.
I'm done with all this stuff.
And I think the United States of America is done with it too.
Last comments, Arthur.
Yeah, go out to get your names behind these spiritual petitions, because we need heaven's help in this.
You know, all the saints in heaven, whatever, pull them down.
Angels, angelic realms, Archangel Michael, bring them all to the floor here.
Everybody needs protection that's standing up for the light, especially the Supreme Court, so that they do what they're supposed to be doing.
And so, even now, more than ever, we need prayer.
Dr. Corsi?
Craig?
Yeah, and once again, it's fear not, stay strong, and fight back against the army of darkness.
Okay, this is Dr. Jerome Corsi, and today is Tuesday, December 8th, 2020, by producer Craig and Arthur, who does ThePrayerfulPatriot.com, our affiliate site.
In the end, God always wins, and God is going to win here, too.
