♪♪ Well, Dr. Corsi, the countdown to December 14 continues.
That's right, we are in a timetable here, and we're going to try to do a brief recap of some important issues.
This is Saturday, December 5th.
We'll probably broadcast this tomorrow on Sunday, but I want to get in a short summary.
What we covered earlier today in a two-hour broadcast was essentially a timetable that is set by the Constitution by various federal statutes.
We've got the, not just the Constitution, but the 12th Amendment, the 20th Amendment.
It's complicated if you get the full picture of the process of timetables, but December 14th, Which is a week from Monday.
So Monday is the 7th of December and then the following Monday is the 14th.
That's when the Electoral College meets.
And in this period of time we have Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani who are trying to get the state legislators To understand that the election was a failed election, and fraudulent, not to put the Biden slate of electors to the Electoral College.
That's going to be decided on December 12th.
So you've got a very quick timetable here, and that strategy could work, and may to some extent work, but it's still a long shot.
Because the state legislators are not the most courageous people, and the states that really count, like Wisconsin and Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, have Democratic governors and Democratic secretaries of state, even if the majority in the state legislature is GOP.
This means that at the timetable after the meeting of the Electoral College, there are more hurdles for a Supreme Court case to proceed and to be successful.
We're really encouraging the President to think about going to the Supreme Court right now.
And I think the petition that I filed gave excellent grounds for doing so, short to the point.
I think basically The argument is this just isn't right.
In other words, the fraud is apparent and can be made apparent from statistical probabilistic arguments.
and under Justice Roberts majority decision in the case like Abbott v Perez, which was a Texas
redistricting case, you can use and the court does use, but it looked at in this perspective it's a
a gerrymandering scheme designed to not give equal voting rights to Latinos in Texas
and hence whether the scheme was constitutional or unconstitutional.
It's a very important case and also you've got a diversity case of jurisdiction because some states compromise the voting rights of other states.
In other words, Oregon by doing mail-in balloting without a state law to do so, violating the Second Amendment's demand that only the state legislature set the rules for presidential elections.
So the Biden voters in Oregon had more than equal rights when their votes were cast fraudulently compared to Florida.
Where the absentee ballots were used more precisely and the Trump voters were disadvantaged by the fraud committed in Oregon because theirs got less weight in terms of the overall scheme of equal voting across the nation in a state was trying to do it right versus a state that Violated all the rules, or many rules, in favor of Biden, and fraudulently produced ballots.
That's the contention, and that can be determined by the statistical analysis.
These arguments are important arguments to make in getting the court to the Supreme Court now, whereas what Sidney Powell is doing, and what Rudy Giuliani has been doing, extremely important in getting the American people to see with their own eyes the fraud these Democratic operations in Georgia those videos of the TCP or the center where the votes were being counted in Atlanta and the suitcases of ballots being brought out after the poll workers were told to go home and then counted while the supposedly the polling station was closed down.
I mean these clear obvious instances of fraud and the testimonial evidence are very powerful.
Okay and what we're saying is that And Craig, if you'll show the first article, I wanted to, and we covered earlier today, that this article, which is published by Professor Edward Foley, who is the, he is the, he holds a chair in constitutional law, and he's the director of election law at Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
This article was written in 2019 and it game plans exactly what the Democrats have done now, which is the election ends, Trump is a head in the boats, then you get a blue shift.
And this blue shift is suddenly a lot of ballots appearing for Biden, and they're going to be claimed to be fraudulent mail-in.
And in fact, the states which they're saying it occurs in are Pennsylvania and Arizona.
And this blue shift throws the election to Biden after a couple of days, exactly what happened.
And the remarkable thing about this article is a game plays it all the way through, where how they fight the charges that Trump makes.
I mean, some of these paragraphs, Craig, are pretty startling, isn't it?

Yeah, well it's amazing they even create the tweets that would be from Donald Trump that kind of have his tone and tenor, but they do it in a way where it's almost like they're either prophets, this guy Foley, or maybe he was part of the crafting of the game plan that's unfolding with Lawfare right now.
It was remarkable.
They're saying even through up to January 6th all this has played out so they've anticipated here what Rudy Giuliani is trying to do today.
This was written in 2019.
Lawfare is like warfare in which these brilliant lawyers like Lawrence Tribe at Harvard and Dershowitz and others who are basically crafting the law to defeat the law.
In other words, they're finding the loopholes.
They're finding the ways to read things so that you can use the Constitution to defeat the Constitution.
Well, they're going through the scenario where the states Do have maybe even one slate of electors from the Democratic governor and secretary of state certifying the election for Biden and another slate of electors the state legislature where they are more in favor of Trump and they certify the Trump electors saying the election was fraudulent.
Then when all this gets to Congress, which has a January 6th date of accepting what the states have in terms of the Electoral College results, they have to decide whose electors they're going to accept.
And you have this big meeting, a joint member meeting of Congress presided over by Pence, and they game plan it so that Nancy Pelosi and the House meets and they decide to certify and the Senate meets separately and they decide to certify the electors and they meet together and they certify them together and usually it's very much unanimous because there's no controversy over the electors.
The electors vote according to whoever won the popular vote in that state and they get all the electors in that state.
And what this plan that Giuliani and Sidney Powell are working for is to convince some state legislators to put in a different slate, the GOP legislators, or maybe to try to dissuade the governor and the secretary of state from putting forward their own slate of electors and certifying the state for Biden.
But in this game playing, in this article, Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats in this joint session of Congress, which is in the House, they call the sergeant of arms and they get the Republican and Democratic senators thrown out.
And they throw it into a crisis where no president is picked.
On January 20th, 2021.
So it defaults to the next in line of succession, and this is according to the Article 2, the 12th Amendment, the 20th Amendment, and various federal statutes.
It's very complicated, but yet these lawyers have gamed it all out starting in 2019.
So Nancy Pelosi would be the president.
Until they could resolve this dispute over which electors was really the right slate.
And by the way, Nancy Pelosi doesn't have to be the president.
She could step down.
The Speaker of the House does not have to be a member of the House.
So they could put Barack Obama in as the Speaker of the House and he becomes president again for two more years.
Because under the 22nd amendment, he can only have two elected terms as president, or ten total years.
So if he were the vice president, and he had become president, the president died with two years of their term left, he could still run for two more terms.
Or the way it is here, Obama ran and won for two terms, so he's still got two years left.
And he could be a two-year Stand in, President, and try this period of time to resolve this electors.
And again, that's very similar to what Boris was telling us was the plan in 2016.
If you recall, the Putin and the intelligence communities planned that if Hillary won, she could be indicted over her private email server in the State Department.
If Trump won, he could be indicted for Russian collusion.
Nancy Pelosi would become the Speaker of the House.
She would step down.
They put in Barack Obama.
He would be President in 2016 for at least two more years.
Okay, now that's gaming it, but it's startling, isn't it, Craig, that this was in fact done
in 2019.
And almost, the tweets they're writing, the way they make this sound like it's really
happening and they're just doing a report of it in this law journal article.
This was in the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, and it's a 2019 print.
I mean, this is really pretty startling, wouldn't you say, Craig?
Absolutely.
The only difference being that they were presuming that Elizabeth Warren, prances with weasels, was going to end up being the Democrat nominee, and instead it's Joe Sleepy Biden.
I actually thought Warren would have been a better candidate, because I think she, in fact, might have given Trump a harder run.
Certainly Biden, who seemed to be suffering from dementia.
Was not a hard one to beat.
And Craig, go to this other article we have in here, which is, I want to make it clear that this lawfare, this is a coup d'etat.
And Machiavelli 101 is that if you're going to depose the king, the king can't live or the king better be imprisoned.
Because you don't want the deposed king out there writing memoirs and doing things to plan to come back and get you.
So this is an article in the Lawfare blog, and what they're saying is, who will decide whether to investigate Trump?
And the article says basically that Biden, well, he's president, and he says, oh, we don't want the Justice Department to be partisan, so it'd be better if we didn't investigate Trump.
And then he picks a attorney general, maybe even Tom Perez, who's the head of the Democratic National Party.
He's radical.
Marxist, La Raza, thinking that the West belongs really to this mythical nation of Hispanics and going back centuries before the United States was even here.
And we stole the land from the Mexicans and from the Hispanics, the indigenous Hispanics.
That's the argument.
At any rate, well, the Attorney General says, I think I'll leave that decision to my professional criminal staff.
And the professional criminal staff, oh, you mean Strozek and Page, if they were around?
Those type people?
Yes.
And of course, when it comes down to the professional prosecutors in the Department of Justice, they'll say, nobody is above the law.
And if Donald Trump, Ivanka, maybe even Donald Trump Jr., maybe Eric Trump have violated any laws, we're going to put them all in prison.
So this article is saying Donald Trump thinks that he's going to get out of this coup d'etat and retire to Mar-a-Lago and live the life of a billionaire.
Forget it.
These Democrats have already announced the Biden presidency.
They're going to imprison the entire family.
So Donald Trump better play now for keeps.
And then, Craig, we also were showing a blog today.
And this blog was a blog that is, I think, a very, very good one.
It's being produced by some Chinese.
On the West Coast.
And I'll give it to you here again.
We're not going to play it all, but you can put it up on the screen and show people.
This is a blog.
It's called from the Sound of Hope News.
And Craig, I'm going to give this to you here.
And you can put up, you can silently go through the first couple of minutes of it.
Then when you've got that, we'll show who these people are while I'm explaining why this is important.
I'm going to put it here for you, an instant message, so you can pull the blog up.
These are two Chinese, you've got it there now, Craig, two Chinese nationals, and they are doing a blog, just started doing it, it's quite good.
They speak Chinese, of course, they are Chinese nationals in the United States, I'm sure they're US citizens, but they show this video from China, This guy has been working in the United States and he's saying, well, we bought Wall Street just with money.
Wall Street was easy.
But of course, we had Wall Street going, they were picking the Chinese corporations.
At first it was very hard, but Wall Street, everybody was making a lot of money.
China was just sending these billions of dollars to Wall Street, Goldman Sachs, and Goldman Sachs, just like the Biden family, was getting the sons and daughters working at Goldman Sachs.
Everybody's making millions and billions of dollars.
And then Trump comes along and he doesn't want to play.
But this advisor in the speech given in China says, don't worry, we're all set.
And we wonder how they made them.
Well, maybe China financed and arranged these deals for the Biden family.
And by the way, we're very happy, China.
So China is announcing here, and this blog is making it aware that the whole Hunter Biden family, the whole financing, the architecting, the money of what is Black Lives Matter, a Maoist organization funded by China, where Soros gets his money, where this whole architecting of the coup d'etat ultimately goes back to the globalists on Wall Street and China behind it.
Now, this is a very... we intended this, and we're doing a short presentation of it.
I'm going to wrap it up right now.

And Donald Trump's got to realize that they've telegraphed how to beat what Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani are doing, how to game it.
The chaos is going to continue for the rest of the year.
And the quicker Donald Trump can take these simple issues to the Supreme Court, the better.
And if he waits too long, they'll even game the Supreme Court so the Supreme Court won't have time The Supreme Court will say, I'm sorry, we might've intervened in this election, but we can't.
Not going to the Supreme Court, as I said from the beginning, I'm 100% convinced Donald Trump will win the Supreme Court.
And the solution is to say that, and the Constitution provides it, this election has just completely failed.
There is no way we're ever gonna sort out which were the legitimate and the illegitimate, the illegal votes.
And the Constitution gives a solution Take the entire election to Congress.
Let the House elect the President.
Let the Senate elect the Vice President.
We have a majority.
The delegations, each delegation, each state gets one vote in the House, and we will in the new House too, depending on when the vote comes to the House and the Senate.
We have currently the majority in the Senate.
And it may be 50-50 depending on the outcome of these two elections in Georgia.
If Georgia is this badly fraudulent, I doubt that we'll win those two seats as GOP, but yet Pence sits in on the vote of the Senate for the Vice President, and that should weigh very heavily in Pence's favor.
So we are, I think, facing a critical point And we are urging Donald Trump to get to SCOTUS early, now, right immediately before December 14th.
Don't wait.
And I think if you listen to the two-hour version, you're going to see how critical this is and how well-documented.
We're showing you the documentation so you can see it with your own eyes.
And we think Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani are doing a great, brilliant job.
And we're very concerned it may not have time to work.
And the way this is gamed by the left to win, the way that I've said from the beginning, Donald Trump will win at the Supreme Court.
I am completely confident he's going to be inaugurated on January 20th, 2021.
But at the moment, it's not the way to bet given this law fair.
Understanding this law fair and having strategies to beat it, like going to the Supreme Court right now, I think the Supreme Court, especially with the logic we've given them, as I did in that filing I made to the Supreme Court, the petition for sua sponte, Supreme Court judicial review, which could start now, petition I made to Justice Alito, who oversees New Jersey courts, where I live in New Jersey, and I'm a resident of New Jersey and voted in New Jersey election in 2020.
So, Craig, any final words before we wrap up this short summary of what I think is one of the more important broadcasts we've done, the two-hour broadcast?
Well, basically, it is a spiritual battle, and the demons are on the march.
The army of darkness has launched its most recent coup attempt, and in order to fight it back, we need to stay united, stand strong, and fear not.
