	So, Dr. Corsi, special broadcast today on Saturday.
	It sure is, and this is Jerome Corsi, and I'm here with my producer Craig, and Arthur, who is with The Prayerful Patriot, has joined us from the beginning of the show today.
	That's how serious I think this discussion is going to be.
	Today is Saturday, December 5, 2020.
	And Monday will be December 7th, which is exactly one week from the meeting of the Electoral College.
	Now, what we're going to discuss today is, I think, you know, extremely important in terms of where we are.
	I'm still 100% confident Donald Trump is going to win, and I'm still 100% confident we need the Supreme Court into this before it's over.
	And I'm 100% confident it's gonna be chaos from now through January.
	If you think we're gonna have a relief from this and it's all gonna be over, forget about it.
	It's just like COVID and all the government shutdowns and the Democrats.
	This is gonna be it for a while.
	And as long as we've got the Kamala Harris and the Marxists running the Democratic Party, until they win, We have chaos.
	When they win, we have tyranny.
	When we win, we lose all of our rights and we go to the gulag.
	And I know that seems drastic, but that's the reality.
	We're in the middle of an insurrection, a coup d'etat.
	That's my hardcover book.
	I've been warning people of this, and this is what it looks like.
	Because they're trying to game the legal system in order to gain power.
	And this is being architected by some very brilliant people.
	Professor Dershowitz has decided to go with Biden.
	So he's not going to represent Donald Trump as he did during the Senate impeachment trial.
	He's decided he's going all in with Larry Tribe, who is a very leftist constitutional law professor at Harvard.
	I've known since I was 17 years old.
	I knew him when I was a college debater.
	Case Western Reserve, very young, 17, 18 years old.
	And you're basically dealing with a brilliant set of legal chess masters who have figured to play by what we're gonna call lawfare, what they call lawfare, which is warfare through the law.
	It is using the law to undertake a Marxist revolution.
	Destroy the Constitution through the use of the Constitution and its rules to produce, it's very much like the devil does, producing everlasting confusion and by engaging in arguments that I do, Dr. Corsi.
	to win because these are word game arguments. Arthur, do you want to comment
	on that before we get started? I do, Dr. Corsi. What we're dealing with here is
	we're dealing with not only this attempt by the forces of darkness to use the law
	in warfare, but we're dealing with a psychological warfare.
	This is what it all boils down to.
	The forces of darkness know our psychologies better than we even know our psychologies.
	And our psychologies is how we're going to follow the law, how we're going to react, and those are the people that are serving the light.
	These guys that are working this, as Dr. Corsi has pointed out, are chess masters.
	And they know how to play these psychologies, but our goal and what we have going for us is our alignment with God, who's playing at a much higher authority in a much different, you know, arena than these guys in the forces of darkness.
	And they're trying to get us to play their game.
	We need to be able to play God's game.
	Dr. Corsi?
	Well, see, everyone, when I talk about God and the like, You know, object to it.
	One of the people from the Coast to Coast texted me and said, I'm gay and an atheist, but I agree with your politics entirely.
	It's just, you know, why do you have to bring God into it?
	Well, first of all, I answered him by saying, He has a right to say who he is, and I'm gonna say who I am.
	And so I'm bringing God into it.
	And I'm not offended that he's gay and an atheist, that's his choice.
	He can deal with that and God, it's between him and God, not between me and him and God.
	And I don't have to become an atheist and I don't have to become gay in order to express my views.
	And so that's what I basically answered him.
	And my point is that what I'm talking about God is that there is a higher level of law of right and wrong, which, you know, you could explain biblically, which is explained by the ancient Greek philosophers as natural law.
	In other words, there was a, there are rules of God that rule how things work, how they don't work.
	And that's basically the first sentence of the Bible.
	You know, the beginning was God, and God created heaven and earth.
	God created it.
	It plays by God's rules, the Lord's Prayer.
	Jesus Christ said, Thy will be done.
	There's a heavenly will.
	There's a heavenly determination of these issues at the highest court.
	which is the court of God.
	The court of God is not played out by the constitution or timelines.
	It's played out by the fundamental cutting through it all and saying questions like, did you live your life as a faithful servant of God?
	Who were you in service of when you lived?
	What did you use that gift of life to accomplish?
	And these are questions where I think through a lot of the issues, including what we're dealing now, as complicated as it's going to be in this discussion.
	As simple as a, you know, an elderly couple sitting and watching their television in a place like Iowa and Nebraska.
	And, you know, the husband turns to the wife of 50 some years and says, you know, Martha, this just ain't right.
	Well, that's the basic point is what we're seeing just ain't right.
	And we're going to have to find a way to go to the Supreme Court and say, Justice, this just ain't right.
	And you can't let this happen.
	Now, that's going to be because there's all kinds of rules about what kind of case can be brought to the Supreme Court.
	Very complicated.
	That's why when you're watching a grandmaster's chess game, The vast majority of people, it's just boring.
	They're moving pieces around.
	You don't really understand the calculations and the logic, and all the games they're thinking of, and the commentators.
	And for most people, it's just too far advanced, and arcane, and a game.
	They just don't see the logic.
	And a computer can play it better than anybody, because the computer is a computational machine.
	And the computations and permutations, the same problem, in the sense that Turing faced in decoding with the Enigma machine, the German Enigma machine, you know, when he was trying to create a computer that would do it, every situation through every possibility and permutation could take a lifetime.
	And when you start applying quantum computers You can cut through which set of solutions is likely to be worth exploring.
	That's the only way to do it.
	But for Turing, it involved having a crib.
	It involved having one part of the message, you knew what it meant, and that decoded the rest.
	Well, it's the same here.
	The crib here is that the divine law is, it just ain't right to steal an election.
	It's that simple.
	When finally they cracked the Enigma code, it was as stupid as realizing that the Germans and the Nazis ended all messages Heil Hitler.
	And so they knew to find Heil Hitler in a message, and that's how the machine was set that day.
	Once they could read Heil Hitler, they could read the rest of the message.
	It's really that simple.
	And so we're going to do that exercise right now.
	Craig, let's start out with this bipartisan policy in the organization and the key dates.
	And let me know when you've got that up on the screen.
	Craig, what's your thoughts on how I've kind of phrased what we're going to do today?
	Right, and so it's a combination of what you were outlining, Dr. Corsi, and what Arthur is talking about, and it's a combination of playing the chess game and also knowing that this is a spiritual battle.
	And I do have the bipartisan policy document on the screen right now.
	Okay, so we've got some dates here now.
	Okay, when you deal with elections and presidential elections, we've got the following.
	First of all, Article 2 of the Constitution sets out how it's supposed to go.
	That was amended by the 12th Amendment and the 20th Amendment.
	Then there's a series of federal laws passed, which set more precise parameters.
	And for someone who is going to be at Larry Tribe's level, or Dershowitz's level, or you want to play at that level, you've got to know cold all these laws, how they work, what they mean, and how they can be gamed.
	Now that's a pretty intricate game.
	So if you're going to go to law school, for instance, this is the master class of law school.
	Most people in law school are just trying to figure out, you know, the first level, what are the rules?
	How do I think?
	What do I, in areas that are largely boring, tax law, but you have to make them excited to get through law school.
	One of the reasons I didn't do it, I just didn't have, I was concerned about other things at that time.
	At any rate, still am.
	Okay, so the dates are December 8th, which is next Tuesday.
	That's the safe harbor deadline.
	That's the date when the U.S.
	Code in federal law requires that the states resolve all related disputes six days before the electors cast their votes.
	The electors cast their votes on the 14th.
	December, which is the following Monday.
	So this is the Tuesday before the Monday.
	I think I've got the dates right, don't I?
	These are the kinds of things I mess up, because I'm thinking so fast I don't bother with the details, but I should.
	Yeah, the 8th is next Tuesday, and the 14th is next Monday.
	and the 14th is next Monday. This means that all the things that Cindy Powell and Rudy Giuliani
	are bringing up about fraud and all the rest of that are going to be settled by next Tuesday.
	Typically, state governors can also prepare certificates of ascertainment by this date, which include the names of the electors, certified election results, and the state's official seal.
	States are required to certify and prepare the Certificates of ascertainment as soon as practical after the election, but they must deliver the certificates to the US archivists and the states.
	A slate of electors no later than December 14th.
	If a state succeeds in meeting the safe harbor deadline, their results are considered conclusive and legally binding when sent to Congress for voting.
	So I'm sure Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani are going to do everything they can to say various of these states don't meet the December 8th safe harbor deadline, and there'll be a big push to get them to meet it.
	December 14th, the electors cast their votes in the states.
	Actually, on the 12th, the legislatures meet in the state legislatures, and they decide who these electors are going to be.
	And that may be a problem, because the U.S.
	Code dictates that the electors shall meet and vote on the Monday after the second Wednesday of December, which is December 14th, The electors are supposed to sign certificates of the vote, each of which includes a list of the votes for president, a list of the votes for vice president.
	Each certificate of the vote is then packaged together with a certificate of ascertainment.
	The six resulting official certificates are then distributed to the president of the senate, the archivist, and the state secretary of state, and the district court judge.
	The prospect of faithless electors, or electors who vote for someone other than their party's nominee, has been a hotly debated topic. However, this only occurs
	on a rare occasion and has never altered a presidential election outcome. Furthermore, 33
	states in the District of Columbia require electors to vote for the candidate chosen
	by the voters during their popular vote.
	Now, of course, the states may decide to propose their own slate of electors and there'll be legal
	contests whether they can do so in the states where, in fact, the state law requires electors
	to vote for the candidate chosen.
	And there can conceivably be two slates of electors put forward.
	The one that there's a Biden slate of electors, the other the Trump slate of electors, or a slate that says we can't certify.
	So we could have rival electors.
	And then on the 23rd of December, which is the certificate of the state's electoral votes to be received, which is that these certificates, including the names of the electors, the electoral votes, the state certified election results, are delivered to all the relevant parties on the fourth Wednesday in December, December 23rd in 2020.
	Should the certificates not arrive by this date, The President of the Senate or Archivist will request a copy by the most expeditious manner.
	Well, they might not get them on the 23rd.
	And they may still be being hotly debated or in litigation.
	Okay, all the certificates are delivered on the 23rd of December.
	The elector's job is then complete.
	The final responsibility for selecting the president then falls to the U.S.
	Congress.
	On January 6th, 2021, at 1 p.m., the Senate and the House meet in joint session to count the elector's votes and declare the winner.
	Finally, on January 21st, the president and the vice president, named by Congress, will be inaugurated.
	At last, marking the end to a long and grueling election season.
	Well, maybe not.
	Because it may be that the certificates, when they are delivered and when they may be competing certificates of the rebel electors and the establishment electors.
	Now the president, the presiding officer of this, Which is going to be Pence in the joint meeting of Congress.
	They might have a brouhaha.
	And we'll show you what that could mean in a minute.
	And we could be going to the January 6th certification, where the House of Representatives meeting in joint session is supposed to declare the winner.
	Well, they may not be able to do that.
	Okay, this could be such... Now, I know this is going to be... Now, remember my initial statement.
	Expect chaos.
	It's been chaos since January.
	We're in the middle of an insurrection.
	By the hard left, they are going to use chaos and confusion and everything they can get right down to the wire, because they're going to refuse to lose.
	And they're going to try to win through these subterfuges.
	Arthur, what do you think of all this?
	I keep, you know, I was visualizing as you're describing all this intricacies of the game, you know, and I think of it like kind of like an arena where you've got football teams that are playing against each other and they can only do certain things.
	You can only throw a pass in a certain direction or you're you'll have penalties on this area,
	or you can't step across the line before the ball snapped.
	That's another flag.
	So these are all like the legal problems, the legal issues, the dates, the times of all this.
	And so you have these teams trying to work in this arena.
	What we're dealing with here, though, is we're dealing with the fact that God created
	their arena to begin with.
	And God created the fact that everybody is going to set these rules up to begin with
	to allow themselves to play.
	So we get ourselves in these fallen angel traps of saying, we have to go this way, we have to go that way, this must be done in this area, because we've done it to ourselves.
	Now there's a way to navigate this, and that way will always come from the heart of God.
	That solution is there because it was all orchestrated by God to begin with.
	It's all knowing how to use that law to guide and direct these gaming tactics.
	And so what we're seeing here is we're basically seeing everybody, the fallen angels and the dark forces and the leftists and the communists, once you all mixed up in this game down on the field, when we could, God could actually tear down the whole arena and say, that's it.
	Enough is enough.
	God can unplug the whole deal and there is no game.
	Exactly.
	So the point is, how do we align ourselves with God?
	Make sure that we are using God's laws to guide and direct that playing that's happening on the field.
	The dates need to be changed, so be it.
	If there is a solution from God that says, yes, this is the case, so it's attunement and alignment, and it requires the prayer work to do this, because all of that foundation is under God.
	The one comment you made about the gentleman that was texting you and said, well, why do you bring up God?
	You know, I'm this, that, or the next thing.
	Oh, the problem is, is he's got a rude awakening coming forth.
	It's because he says he's gay.
	He doesn't want to have God.
	Well, he's playing in God's arena.
	You know, this whole thing is here.
	He's going to have to get to some point or another where he's going to have to make amends with that and understand that that connection is in place.
	Well, we'll let him deal with that on his own.
	God says he's the judge and we're not here to judge.
	Exactly.
	So what God is doing is allowing us to work out all of these issues using our free will.
	So if we can turn over our will.

	Now they published a paper, and the paper is pretty important.
	Let's go actually to the paper.
	I won't just go right to the chase.
	The Amistad Journey.
	Of course, Amistad comes from the movie about it.
	John Adams.
	Yeah, I mean, we can get into that.
	Thomas More, of course, has another history to it.
	Let's not get into that today, because that'll take a long time.
	Let's get into what they're saying.
	It's up on the screen.
	What they're saying is an historical constitutional legal examination of the electoral college deadlines and their implications for the 2020 presidential election.
	See, they're already thinking about where we are.
	Well, they're saying the only electoral college deadline specifically required by the Constitution is noon, January 20th, at which point President Trump's first term officially ends.
	All other deadlines, the safe harbor deadline of December 8th, The Electoral College voting on December 14th and even the Congressional vote on January 6th are all dates set by federal law.
	Moreover, these dates are arbitrary, based on obsolete and outdated concerns.
	It's well established that the U.S.
	Constitution is the highest law on the land, holding precedence over both state and federal laws.
	In the event that the federal law presents an obstacle Faithfully adhering to constitutional requirements is necessary to disregard the statute in favor of the plain meaning of the Constitution.
	Now this is in fact, so we got this big knot.
	How do we untie this knot?
	Well this is one, you can't just cut the knot out.
	You can't just cut the knot through.
	You got to untie the knot.
	Now what they're saying here is that I think it's a very important paper because it's saying, let's forget about all these dates in terms of the rigid requirements, because we're dealing with some things that may just take more time.
	And we better think about this in the context of, you know, this is no longer the 18th century when the Constitution was written, but yet the 18th century principles are what guide us.
	And they had a wisdom to them that is really much more pristine and important, more closely to, I think, more of the divine laws then you have here with the all these laws and rules and subsequent amendments which are in a sense kind of arbitrary really because they reflect different disputes and all of the um all these issues that were debated over the years with the election of 1876 and this election that election okay
	Now, the next point they're making is that popular elections failed in numerous states.
	When I submitted my petition to the Supreme Court and said they were invalid, I really should have said failed.
	These are failed elections, okay?
	And the Constitution instructs the states to appoint the electors in such a manner as the legislature may direct.
	Since 1860, the states have passed laws awarding their electoral votes to the popular vote in the presidential election.
	It goes into some detail, but you have the swing states.
	Election laws were routinely and flagrantly violated by election administrators and state officials during the 2020 presidential cycle, and they go through each law.
	Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, let's just pick a couple of them.
	I mean, when we see here, let's take Michigan.
	Well, actually there's one, they're all, Georgia.
	Fulton County officials, which is where Atlanta is, and that's where this center is, we see all the problems, illegally accepted more than $6 million in private grants that impose conditions on the conduct of electors without authority from the state legislature.
	In addition, state election officials entered into a settlement agreement with the Democratic Party that created rules for processing absentee ballots that directly contradict the legislature's intent.
	Officials also failed to enforce state law residency requirements on voters who changed their addresses before the November 3rd election, leading to an estimated 20,000 unlawful ballots being improperly counted.
	Data experts put the total number of illegal votes counted and legal votes not counted at more than 200,000.
	Far greater than separating the margin between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
	Michigan.
	Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson gave private activist organizations direct access to the state's voter files.
	Which should only be accessible to election clerks.
	She also violated a law requiring signatures for absentee ballots by establishing online voter registration without statutory authority and unilaterally decided without legislative approval to send absentee ballot request forms to every household in the state without even checking to see whether the registered voters listed for each address had died or moved.
	Bizarre.
	No, she intended fraud.
	Michigan election officials also failed to provide meaningful observation of the vote counting process, a violation of the Michigan Constitution, as well as state statute.
	The refusal to allow observers to oversee the process resulted in Significant abnormalities in Detroit.
	71% of the 134 absent vote counter boards were left unbalanced without explanation.
	As a result of these violations, data experts identified more than 500,000 potentially fraudulent ballots.
	Pennsylvania, urban counties such as Allegheny, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Delaware received over $10 million in private grants.
	That impose strict, see the left's got all the money they want.
	Strict conditions on the, and we don't, and also our side doesn't work together very well.
	They do.
	Private grants that impose strict conditions on the conduct of elections without legislative approval, violating state laws, prohibiting the use of private money to pay for federal elections.
	In addition, election officials took unlawful steps To pre-canvas mail-in ballots and help voters cure flawed ballots that had missing or incorrect information or otherwise failed to meet legal criteria designed to prevent fraud.
	Secretary of State Kathleen Buchvar also exceeded her authority by issuing guidance granting permission for counties to engage in these unlawful practices.
	She issued this guidance less than 24 hours before the polls closed, insufficient time for counties that had not engaged in those practices to take full advantage of them, even if the guidance were legitimate.
	These practices resulted in well over 100,000 potentially fraudulent ballots.
	And they're just identifying the ballots here that resulted from violations of state law, which is supposed to control all the rules and regulations of how the states conduct these federal presidential elections.
	In Atlanta, surveillance videos already revealed fraudulent ballots being counted in Atlanta.
	Video surveillance and GPS information through cell phones is available to corroborate sworn testimony by U.S.
	Postal employees and subcontractors with the U.S.
	Postal Service that hundreds of thousands of ballots were moved across state lines.
	Thus far, officials have refused to release any of this evidence.
	So now we get back to the fact that the current constitutional deadlines are merely federal statutes, not constitutional laws, and they go through the history of this.
	Okay, so Craig, now I'm on, I guess, the page.
	Are the pages numbered?
	Not really.
	Not, but I'm just talking about the current electoral guidelines.
	I'm there in the document.
	Okay, well, and then you get to the point here where it says appointment of electors by Statewide popular vote is local legal custom, not constitutional law.
	And as we go through it, the importance of addressing fraud concerns prior to election day.
	This is the key point.
	There's a lot of flexibility and precedent in U.S.
	law for changing the dates that electors are appointed, changing the dates electors convene, Changing the dates, electors have to have their votes certified by Congress.
	We are less than 40% of the way from election day to inauguration day, and so delaying these are very, very reasonable things to do, especially given the thin margins between Trump and Biden in several states and the growing evidence of serious amounts of systematic electoral fraud.
	Okay, now, they're making an argument, and I think the conclusion here is the conclusion.
	This is how I want this thing to be reasoned, and now I'm arguing it should be reasoned.
	They're saying, let's get back to the couple in Iowa that says, you know, Martha, this thing just ain't right.
	Well, what this is saying is, you know, look, the Constitution makes clear that the responsibility is with the state legislators to appoint electors.
	This should be done as soon as possible, but we've got until January 20th, 2021, and we better establish whether or not these elections were really done according to state law, whether or not there really was voter and election fraud, And we may not have time for a court trial, but we can have evidence here and we can say, is there evidence here which is at least prima facie evidence of a crime or violation of state law?
	And if there's prima facie evidence of it, we can begin to argue in the spirit of Abbott v. Perez, Chief Justice Roberts' real argument in saying, essentially, The mathematical evidence, the probability evidence, the probable cause evidence, which is a probability calculation, all these things apply.
	At a grand level, we can say there's fraud in this election.
	Because if the election is failed and the Supreme Court gets a hold of it, the Supreme Court is going to say, failed election, let's just put it in Congress.
	Forget trying to un-mess this.
	We're not going to ever really fix this, okay?
	In World War II, the situation, FUBAR, that term, which is, I'm just going to say, I'm not going to say what they really said in World War II, because we'll get censored on YouTube, or we'll probably get censored anyway, but it's, you know, messed up.
	Beyond all recovery.
	Okay, so in World War II, they go into battle, Battle of Bastogne.
	I wrote about it in my book, No Greater Valor.
	And they were in bivouac.
	101st, they've been fighting since D-Day.
	They fought in Operation Market Garden.
	This bizarre idea of Montgomery that they could airlift into Holland and take the bridges and be in Germany, it failed.
	101st took casualties.
	They gave them, say, you guys go to Camp Merle and play football for a while and recover.
	You know, play football, baseball, get some time off.
	Well, in the middle of that, the Battle of the Bulge happens.
	They get called into action.
	As I write about, they don't have winter clothes.
	They don't have new equipment.
	They've been playing, arranging football tournaments.
	And they've been arranging baseball tournaments.
	And they're playing poker in the barracks.
	I mean, they're having a good time.
	And getting some bivouac to go in town.
	And so basically what they're doing is saying, okay, you're going into combat.
	They say, okay, they bring up trucks, they put them in.
	And the troops retreating from Belgium, as they're advancing in the middle of the night, they're saying, do you need that rifle?
	Troops say, the Germans are up there, you're gonna get killed.
	Say, don't worry about that, give me your rifle, give me your boots, you've got a coat, give me your coat.
	And so they equip themselves on the fly.
	But it was completely messed up and there was going to be no recovery of this.
	And when they went into combat, the weather was bad, they couldn't even get airlifted.
	And so Patton starts saying some prayers.
	And the weather breaks, just when they're running out of ammunition.
	Okay, so that's what's here.
	We've got to understand that this election is not ever going to be recovered.
	Just like going into battle in Bastogne, which is why that battle has interested me so much since I was a child, there was no way you were going to get this right.
	We're in the battle.
	We're at a foxhole.
	We're freezing to death.
	We're suffering frostbite in our toes.
	We don't have any food.
	We don't have any coats.
	We got M1s.
	We don't have any ammunition.
	We weren't organized as units.
	We arrived on the field.
	We didn't know where we were.
	And General McAuliffe gets in here and he starts saying, you guys go here and you guys go there.
	And we'll put the artillery in the middle.
	He's running this like a castle, a perimeter.
	And he's got the artillery.
	He can point it wherever he wants.
	And he's trying to put troops where the Germans are attacking.
	And it seems to be working until they are going to run out of everything.
	So it's improvised.
	And it's improvised with the help of God.
	And he did.
	He never lost sight of that.
	And we're going to have to do the same here.
	Because what this paper is saying is very important, and that is that let's look at the objective.
	And the objective is to have an election that is not fraudulent.
	Pick the votes of the people and get this equal voting rights so that they're all voting equally, not some gamed Biden voters and the computers are weighted more heavily than the Trump voters.
	That's constitutionally invalid on his face.
	And yet we're not going to fix it in time because we're not going to have court trials.
	We can't redo it.
	So you have to throw the whole thing out and say, we're not going to get into battle in any good shape.
	And the generals are nuts.
	They completely didn't catch that the Germans were going to do this.
	It's Bradley's fault.
	And it was Eisenhower's fault.
	And it was, they were at some fancy French hotel, getting ready to celebrate the marriage and one of the staffs and drink champagne and eat a wedding cake.
	When the battle of the Bulge happened, that's what they were doing.
	Because always the generals took over the best hotels in France.
	The guys who did well in France during World War II were the guys who ran the hotels.
	Because first the Germans took over the luxury hotels with their staffs, then we took them over.
	You don't think that Eisenhower was going to go out and bivouac with the troops like Grant did.
	Okay, and that's where the... And it was snafu, situation normal, all messed up.

	Again, you know, it comes back to the point where all the creations and structures that are set up by man have to get torn down and go back to the basics of God.

	I mean, so yeah, what we have to have is there has to be an understanding of the laws that are involved.
	So just like what was happening at Bastogne, Here, the troops are doing the best that they possibly can, but it took a divine intervention to make the rest of it happen.
	So we don't want to get ourselves caught up in all of these details.
	We don't have the time, as Dr. Corsi is pointing out.
	So what is our recourse?
	Our recourse is to the higher law.
	So obviously, the Supreme Court's going to have to get involved in this thing, because they're the ones that have the rights to be able to transcend the state's laws as far as the federal election is concerned.
	So we need to ask for God to support the action for the Supreme Court, and this is why it's important.
	And just like the prayer that George Patton had put together knew that it was required to be able to get clear weather so that the airdrops could happen, so that Bastogne could be resupplied, we also need to do the same thing for the Supreme Court.
	We need to clear it.
	I've actually been in the Supreme Court.
	I've actually watched some arguments that happened.
	I was there at Casey v. Planned Parenthood, and I can tell you, as God as my witness, sitting there, I knew that the opposition that these Supreme Court justices were under was incredibly intense during that hearing.
	This was many years ago for a challenge for turning back abortion.
	And so I can tell you that it is absolutely critical that we support these justices so that they do the right thing and supersede these laws and all this detail so that they can get to the core of the matter.
	And that is going to require God.
	Craig, what are your thoughts?
	And you can take your time, too, and it's a good point to say what you're thinking.
	Well, I think the main thing at this point is for everybody, once again, to put themselves in the hands of the Lord, and to fear not, and to stay strong and united.
	And that's one of the things, again, that the left always has the advantage in that the darkness always comes together, and they've got all of these different forces that they've unleashed.
	The army of darkness, in all manners, has been unleashed.
	Their master plan to destroy this country, And by destroying us, they basically then clear the path for the global domination and for them to then have their new world government.
	And Donald Trump, once again, he is just a roadblock.
	He is a shield.
	He is something to be defeated.
	And then they defeat the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and then they impose their will upon us.
	Okay, now let's get this next Law Journal article up here.
	And this is a Law Journal article that was written by a professor named Edward Foley.
	He is constitutional law and director of election law at Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
	And this is a recently written article.
	I'm not sure that it has the date on it exactly here.
	It says it's volume 51 of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
	We can find out, oh, it's 2019.
	Yeah, 2019 he wrote this.
	So it's very recent.
	Okay, now what this article is about, he's doing a little game in his head.
	He's writing a play about how the 2020 election plays out in the Congress, and he's saying, you know, okay, so this is part of lawfare, and this professor seems to be very prescient, because he knows in advance that there's going to be what they call a blue swing, I think he calls it, or blue surge, Well, blue surge means exactly what happened.
	That is, at the very end of the election, after all the votes are being tabulated, suddenly a big batch of votes appear for Biden.
	Now, how did he know that in advance?
	What do you think, Arthur?
	Obviously, it was pre-planned.
	It was pre-planned.
	It's been planned for a long time.
	This professor knew exactly what was going to happen.
	What do you think, Craig?
	Right, absolutely.
	And that was signaled by both Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi when Biden said that they had put together the greatest fraud scheme for an election in history.
	And Nancy Pelosi basically made a statement at another point when she said, it doesn't matter who's going to vote.
	I mean, Joe Biden's going to be president.
	They signaled, as the darkness always does, their intention to lie, cheat, and steal to get their way.
	Now, page 311, the first full paragraph after the quote.
	Now, I want you to ask yourself whether you're reading something that was written in 2019 or something that was written yesterday.
	The paragraph reads, Despite Donald Trump's protestation, the normal process of canvassing election returns continues in Pennsylvania.
	In other words, they're continuing to survey the results that came in.
	And updated returns continue to show Trump's lead slipping away.
	First it drops below 15,000, then below 10,000, then 5,000.
	As this happens, Trump tweets become increasingly incensed and incendiary.
	Stop this theft right now.
	Don't let them steal this election from you.
	Okay, so protesters take to the streets.
	He's playing out a little scenario.
	Trump says, this vote, this tweet, well, it said several days later.
	Okay, so protesters take to the street in Pennsylvania and elsewhere.
	So far, the demonstrations, while rancorous, have remained nonviolent.
	Okay, that's us protesting in the street.
	Then several days later, the lead flips.
	Now Warren, he was imagining that Warren would be the candidate.
	I thought Warren would be the candidate too in 2019.
	I think she would have been a more effective candidate.
	Obama wanted Kamala because she's more radical.
	She's truly more Marxist and more angry and a person of color, as they would like to say in the identity politics.
	Then several days later, the lead flips now Warren is ahead in Pennsylvania.
	First only by a few hundred, then by a couple thousand.
	Although the Associated Press and network continue to declare it's too close to call.
	It's Warren's turn to take to the cameras declaring victories, victory.
	Now Trump insists by tweets and microphone, the theft will not stand.
	We are taking back our victory.
	So begins the saga over the disputed result of the 2020 presidential election.
	Okay, so this professor knew exactly what was gonna happen and he called it a blue surge.
	And if anybody wants evidence that this was pre-planned and orchestrated, there it is.
	In the pages of the Loyola University of Chicago Law Journal.
	Now, page 312, first full paragraph, is saying, it's not unreasonable to expect Trump's Democratic opponent in 2020 to gain on Trump by over 20,000 votes in Pennsylvania During election night and the final official certification, the question is whether this type of gain simply exceeds a lead the Democratic candidate already has by the polls, comparable to what was secured in two statewide races in 2018, when the Democrats did very well, or instead of a cuts into a lead,
	Trump starts with on election night and if so whether it is enough of a gain for Trump's Democratic opponent to overcome Trump's election night lead.
	They go through what happened with Hillary Clinton and but basically they're saying it they call it the big blue shift.
	Bottom of page 312.
	The big blue shift is what the question is, is whether that's fraudulent or legal, which is, you know, all these ballots that show up at the end of the election, and they try to justify it, say this could just be Democrats voting later, there's election results which show this could happen, doesn't necessarily mean it's fraud, so that's all the pretext for saying That this is not proven fraud that you're watching.
	It may be legitimate vote counting.
	Okay, there's your pretext to lawfare and say the evidence Sidney Powell has, it is your lying eyes.
	Okay, now then they say between November 3rd and December 14th, so now they got, they break it down.
	What's the chaos that's going to happen between November 3rd and December 14th?
	And it's that they get all these court challenges to the election.
	And then the really interesting part, what they're saying is in here, ultimately, they game it that there's a set of rogue electors that certain of the state legislatures put forth.
	And these rogue electors want to put Trump in and are arguing that the blue shift is fraudulently fabricated votes.
	Where the electors who are chosen by the establishment want to say, no, these are all legitimate and we're going to go with how the votes were totaled.
	These are certified results in these states and we're standing by it.
	Okay, so now it comes to January 6th when it comes to Congress.
	And now he's game playing what happens when Congress meets to get the certification for the Electoral College.
	And the first paragraph, and this is on page, 321.
	Arthur's pretty remarkable article, don't you think?
	Yeah.
	I just got it all figured out.
	I mean, this, this lays it out in such a way that you can see the battle.
	It reminds me of, it reminds me of professional wrestling match, Dr. Corsi.
	You know, basically one side knows that the whole thing is rigged.
	The other side wants to try to play by the rules and it's a free for all.
	These guys have got a game and it's great that these guys have laid this out and know exactly what and how these guys are playing it.
	It's, it's psych warfare.
	And they thought through all the permutations and combinations, as you're going to see in a minute.
	Craig, what do you think?
	Right, and so bottom line is, here's the game plan, and they're going through it step by step, and either this guy has prophetic abilities, or he was in on the meeting when they plotted this all forward a year ago.
	I'm going with your second choice.
	Yeah, me too.
	That's what they planned to do.
	So they have already thought about their being rogue electors because the state laws, you know, the Constitution lets the state laws, and that's what Rudy's playing for.
	It's what, in a sense, what, so is Sidney Powell, get the electors with the Jericho marches all about.
	Well, they've anticipated that we would do this.
	Well, they didn't anticipate some of the arguments we've come up with on Abbott and Perez and how to cut through all this, but at any rate, So, as January 6th approaches, the two parties take to cable news and social media.
	They test their arguments as to why their candidate was the winner and needs to be inaugurated on January 20th.
	Some Republicans take the aggressive position that Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, has unilateral authority under the 12th Amendment to decide which certificates of electoral votes from Pennsylvania, which has these two slates they're game-playing.
	is the authoritative one to be entitled to be counted in Congress, that he accordingly will count the certificates from the electors appointed by the state legislature, because the Constitution authorizes the state legislature to choose the method of appointing electors.
	And the Republicans point to the historical pedigree of this, et cetera.
	They go through the election of 1876, they go through the 12th Amendment, And other Republicans offer an alternative argument which could lead to Trump's re-election.
	They contend, under the proper interpretation of the operative federal statutes, which is the Electoral Count Act of 1887, Pennsylvania's electoral votes must be discarded because both conflicting submissions of electoral votes from the state purport to timely and administrative under state law because neither submission has inherently higher status from a federal vantage point according to this alternative argument.
	Most submissions in effect cancel each other out.
	There are no electoral votes from Pennsylvania to be counted.
	Moreover, this argument continues Pennsylvania's for failure to appoint electors in a manner capable Recognition by Congress alters the arithmetic for determining which candidate won an electoral college majority.
	Because Pennsylvania did not validly appoint electors, only a total of 518 electors were appointed.
	The usual 538 minus Pennsylvania is 20.
	Trump won an undisputed 260 electoral votes apart in this calculation.
	And because 260 is a bare majority of 518, these Republicans contend that Trump has secured a majority of the whole number of electors appointed within the meaning of the 12th amendment and thus must be recognized as the president.
	Democrats, however, will have none of this.
	They contend that the constitutional argument that would give Mike Pence the power To declare himself and Trump elected is preposterous.
	And to the contrary, Congress has the authority to enact a law to govern the resolution of a dispute over the proper electoral votes from a state.
	The Electoral Count Act of 1887 is that law, they argue.
	They further contend that that law interpreted requires the statute, the certificate bearing the governor's signature to be accepted by Congress as authoritative.
	Even if one chamber wishes to repudiate the validity of that gubernatorial certificate, the Electoral Count Act requires the votes for Warren to be counted as long as one house of the Congress considers it valid.
	The Democrats observe that Speaker Nancy Pelosi has already made that clear on January 6th.
	A majority of the House of Representatives will vote to accept the electoral votes from Pennsylvania certified by the state's governor and thus America should be preparing for the election of Elizabeth Warren as their next president on January 20th using the authority of the 1887 Act.
	In his fallback position, the Democrats argue that if the dispute over Pennsylvania remains unresolved on January 20th, then no candidate has been qualified for either President or Vice President within the meaning of the 12th Amendment.
	Therefore, they argue, under the succession statute enacted by Congress, Nancy Pelosi, upon resignation as Speaker, is to serve as Acting President until such time as the dispute is resolved and the President shall have qualified as recognized by Congress.
	When Pelosi herself has made abundantly plain her preference that Warren be recognized and inaugurated as the duly elected president, she is prepared to assume the responsibilities of acting president for as long as necessary, which is as long as the Republicans refuse to acknowledge the lawfulness and legitimacy of Warren's election.
	Since Republicans cannot prevail in this contest, these Republicans argue they should acquiesce in Warren's election and thus avoid the extra complications associated with Pelosi operating as acting president.
	Republicans, in turn, scoff at these arguments made by Democrats.
	They continue to claim that Trump is the one duly elected.
	They and Trump himself assert that the country must move forward towards the inauguration of Trump's second term on January 28th.
	You think, Arthur, that's exactly how they've game planned this?
	Yeah, just a couple of the names are a little bit different, but boy, it sure sounds like it's right on the money for what they're attempting.
	And this has the earmarks of a CIA PSYOP think tank.
	Plus Larry Tribe and Dershowitz and all the other legal brains working to say, how do we game these constitutions and laws with them having an expert understanding of what these laws allow you to do?
	Okay, Craig?
	Right, and naturally, every plan, you know, in a battle, you know, you have plans, and then when you hit the beach, you throw the plans out, and everybody just tries to scramble to save themselves and obtain the objective.
	And that's what's happening now.
	So, this may have been the master plan a year ago, but things are different on the battlefield right now, and there are paths to victory for Trump without having to go through all these machinations.
	Well, there may be, and I still think that the likelihood of Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell pulling off what they're trying to do, as brilliant as it is, because the states control the governors and the state secretaries of state in these, that they're going to certify the electors they want to certify, Biden's electors, And they're going to ram that through the state legislators, one way or the other, or they'll have two slates coming out of this.
	They'll have a Democratic slate of electors and they'll have a Republican slate of electors somehow or other.
	And I think that this scenario is likely, we better anticipate this scenario because they've got it very, very well game plan knowing what Trump's strategy legally was going to be.
	And knowing how they were gonna play it on the other side.
	Now, what they're saying is the procedures, this analysis, very important point is made in this point in the article.
	The procedures for handling a disputed presidential election that makes Congress, that reaches Congress are regrettably and embarrassing deficient.
	That's true.
	And they're playing that to their advantage.
	These laws really never anticipated all these complications.
	Federal law is like the 1887 statute.
	And in fact, in the next paragraph, this paragraph, they're pointing out in 2000, the dispute over the presidential election did not go all the way to Congress.
	Instead, Al Gore refused to carry that dispute forward.
	In other words, in 2000, this had already been gained 20 years ago.
	Despite the contrary urging of his advisors, including Ron Klain, who is a guy who is helping architect this whole lawfare idea, after the United States Supreme Court ruled against Bush and Gore, he threw in the towel.
	But they say on page 324, there's absolutely no guarantee, however, that a disputed presidential election in 2020 would not reach Congress.
	Instead, as explained above, the analysis here is presented on the assumption that Trump could easily take a dispute over an over-determined blue shift all the way to Congress.
	And the Constitution says remarkably little about this.
	And it's embarrassing because, see, what the Constitution anticipated was, these are What our founding fathers had as the definition of a failed election.
	Because it is so failed that we, you know, the arguments between these fraudulent votes or whether they were a blue shift in real votes, we're not going to figure it out.
	We may take 20 years.
	They could be writing about this in the next hundred years, arguing about this in the law journals.
	I guarantee you they will be.
	But they go further in this article, and it's a little bit clearer in the next article.
	This guy, this professor, starts arguing the 20th amendment and various complications and how this is going to get resolved, but the real plan is just like we said it was, okay?
	Now, if we go a little deeper into it, he even game plays Okay, go to page 330.
	It said, and there this professor writes, thus in the 2020 scenario we are contemplating where the president of the Senate has received two submissions from Pennsylvania, one with the governor's signature and the other based on the purported popular appointment.
	If both the Senate and the House accepted the electoral votes bearing the governor's
	signature as the proper ones, etc., the controversy would end.
	But the fight could continue if only a few renegade Republicans like Mitt Romney and
	Lisa Murkowski joined all the Democrats to concur with the acceptance of the Warren electoral
	votes from Pennsylvania and thereby agreeing with Pelosi-led vote in the House.
	See, the House and the Senate each vote on how they want to accept these, and they get together in joint session.
	They're supposed to agree on accepting the certification from the electors.
	Uh, so Mike Pence might be tempted to assert a constitutional prerogative to supersede the provisions of the electoral count act 1887.
	And thus, despite the joint agreement, uh, he may just accept the electors from Pennsylvania.
	If Mitch McConnell leads the Republican controlled Senate to agree.
	With the democratic controlled house that the governor certificate electoral votes from Pennsylvania are the valid ones, it would seem impossible as a practical matter to overrule the bicameral determination.
	See, they're already gaming, splitting apart the Republicans in order to agree with the Democrats by getting the rhino Republicans to ditch Trump.
	But this professor also views that the Democrats The House might just simply get up and leave the joint session, or they might call the Sergeant of Arms and throw the Senate out of the joint session.
	And now you've got Congress can't decide which slate of electors to elect, and then this is the default where Pelosi becomes the president.
	And this is what they're playing out.
	It's very similar to what Boris said when the 2016 election that they, you know, Boris, who is our intelligence guy
	from, we've had on the program, we've had still some of the Boris
	files on the website, saying basically, and he was right, that in the 2016
	election, the gaming plan, the lawfare gaming plan by the intelligence agencies and
	Putin, where if Hillary won, she would be indicted over the mail-in, over her computer
	system that she used, you know, the private computer system in the Senate, when she, I'm
	sorry, private computer system when she was Secretary of State, and that would be violations of
	national security, she'd get indicted. And if it was Trump, he would get indicted for
	the Russian collusion nonsense.
	And Nancy Pelosi would have the opportunity, would be whoever was the head of the Senate,
	and you further gameplay it, where Nancy Pelosi steps down, and Barack Obama, who doesn't have,
	you know, the Speaker of the House does not have to be a member of the House.
	One of those other quirks in the law, in the constitution and the like.
	So the speaker of the house, so not a member could become Barack Obama and under the 20, Fifth Amendment, I believe it is, which, you know, no, 20, I guess this is the 20th, the one that limits the terms of the president.
	Is that the 25th?
	That's the 25th, 20th, I think.
	Craig and Arthur, do you guys know?
	22nd, that's right, it's the 22nd Amendment.

	The 22nd Amendment, a person can be president for two terms or 10 years.
	In other words, if the president dies, you as vice president or president for two years, not three, but two, you can then run for two times.
	Where three years when the president died, then you can only run for one because you can't be four plus four plus three, which is 11.
	Okay.
	So Trump, I mean, Obama could be president for two more years.
	Then they could have a provision, they could accelerate the time of another presidential election and game it.
	But this whole idea of having the vote and the electoral college not determine the president, but going to these extra measures to get the person in place whom the coup wants in place.
	And the coup, the intelligence agencies wanted Obama reinstated in 2016, not Hillary.
	I think Hillary realized that, and in 2020, they want Pelosi in, and I don't think you can put, well, I guess you could put Obama in for two more years.
	She could game play it that way, and there could be Obama again coming in, where Pelosi says, well, before we have me go in, I'll step down as Speaker of the House, the House will vote in Obama, and he'll get two years.
	Because he's only got two years under the 22nd Amendment, we'll change the dates of the presidential election and we'll move it up two.
	We'll pass another law saying that's the case.
	Okay, now that's all the game playing here and that's what's really going on.
	And Arthur, I want you to see that, that this endgame, that the law fair is really engineered to make this chaos all the way through to January 6th.
	They've got a strategy to make that happen.

	This obviously makes a lot of sense, and the fact now that we have more details about what their steps are will give us more cannon fodder, literally, in the prayers to be able to ask for the undoing of this.
	I firmly believe that undoing situations like this The first thing is to recognize it exists.
	And the fact is, now that we have a roadmap and a plan, we can take this and go back.
	And this is actually good news, because otherwise, all of this would have been hidden.
	And I believe the prayers have helped uncover all this.

	And the fact now that we have kind of a roadmap of what the bad guys could potentially do and the forces of darkness, we can take this and ask for God to This is how we're playing warfare against their warfare.
	But this isn't warfare.
	This is God's laws against the warfare.
	We're basically saying, look, this is what they're planning on doing.
	They're planning on going from A to B to C to D. That's going to lead, you know, potentially to Obama coming in for another two years or Pelosi taking the reins.
	So what do we do with this?
	We go back to God with this on a detailed basis.
	And this is how we use God's laws to actually undo this.
	And we say, this is what they're planning on doing.
	And we could sit there, as like Dr. Corsi says, and get all mixed up in the backwards and forwards, run out of time.
	They've run the clock out on us, and we lose.
	But if we're going to work with God on this thing, we need to be the generals, just like Patton was at Bastogne, and say, In this specific area, we're going to need an airdrop so that we can get our guys, you know, recovered.
	So what we'll do is we take this roadmap very specifically, put the prayer work to it, throw it back to God, and ask it to be adjudicated at the highest court.
	So we're not playing with these guys on that level.
	We're taking it and we're always moving it up to a higher level.
	And that's how you undo, you know, this attempt to keep us all entangled in this mess.

	So he just pulled one out.
	So what are these ballots doing there separate from all the other ballots?
	And why are they only counting them whenever the place is cleared out with no witnesses?
	is the question.
	So, these machines can process about 3,000 ballots an hour.
	You have multiple machines there, and they're there for two hours.
	So you do the math.
	How many ballots went through those machines in those two hours when there was no one there to supervise, to be present, consistent with your statutes and rules, to supervise the tabulation?
	So the video is explaining how there's no observers there, and they're pulling out votes, and they've got five machines.
	They can do 3,000 ballot counts an hour, and she was asking people to do the calculation on how many fake votes that could amount to.
	Okay, now go to 740 and play. There's going to be a tape here of someone who's talking about
	totaling up how many illegal votes there are.
	It goes until 941.
	141 and Play it until he's finished talking. Okay, we go a little
	bit over 14,000. Yeah, so that aside this is the other data that the
	Trump team legal team gave basically 2500 you know felonies. Oh, yeah, let's take a look at this.
	There's also the video and then the lawyer. Yeah outlined those
	multiple examples of illegal voting activities in that
	In Georgia and the number of the illegal votes. All right.
	Okay. Take a look see for $2,500.
	506 felons voted illegally in Georgia.
	66,248 under age and therefore ineligible people to illegally register
	to vote before their 17th birthday when the law requires 17.5 years old.
	At least 2423 individuals to vote who were not listed as registered.
	1,043 individuals to cast ballots who had illegally registered to vote using a post office box.
	4,926 individuals voted in Georgia who had registered to vote after their Georgia voter registration date, thereby canceling their Georgia voter registration.
	10,315 or more individuals to vote who were deceased by the time of the election.
	395 individuals to vote in Georgia who had cast ballots in another state, which is illegal in both states.
	15,700 individuals to vote in Georgia who had filed a national change of address with the United States Postal Service prior to November 3rd, 2020.
	40,279 individuals to vote who had moved across county lines at least 30 days prior to election day and who had failed to properly re-register to vote in their new county after moving, also in violation of Georgia law.
	So, bottom line is you end up with a hundred and three thousand five hundred and sixty-five total
	illegal votes. And what's clear about this is this is you know now again the
	all this would be disputed by the Democrats.
	Secretary of State would be saying, bag day, Bob, nothing to see here.
	And the whole idea is that they're going to certify the election in Georgia regardless of this, except that the monkey wrenches, the governor now has been caught on certifying it.
	And this evidence came out.
	Sidney Paul kind of sandbagged him.
	Let them certify and then say, well, but how about this evidence? They said,
	Sidney Powell said, they just got this. It just came in.
	And so therefore it wasn't really a sandbagging, but it sure works that way. Now the governor
	is saying, well, we're going to have a recovery count. We're going to look at the ballots. Now
	that could end up in throwing out enough that Trump wins, but there's going to be a lot of political
	pressure to make sure that doesn't happen.
	That's one of the ways in which, um, Arthur and Craig, when you were saying to begin with, maybe things happen that, uh, Sidney Powell and, um, and Giuliani get a lucky break.
	And one of these states breaks the wrong way for the, what the Democrats are planning for it to do.
	And it issue opens up an issue in which we can go to the Supreme court.

	And I think there is a chance to do it, but I'm trying to increase the chance of that happening today by doing this broadcast.
	Now, I want you to go, Craig, to 2430.
	2430. They're discussing a guy named Jia Wu.
	First name J-I-A-W-U.
	Okay, now he is a communist Chinese operative.
	And his background is that he is very influential.
	This is a guy who is very well-known in Wall Street.

	And if it is this guy, he, you know, there's what they're talking about is a Chinese guy
	who I think it is Ji Wu, Shanghai, Jing Tong, Zhao Tong.
	I'm gonna have to learn Chinese, I guess.

	There's a couple of... This guy is a guy who comes up through a special institute in China where they're grooming brilliant people to be in the Chinese Communist Party hierarchy in the next generation.
	He's a guy who crosses between Wall Street and Communist China, and he has exploited Wall Street for Communist China on the basis of money.
	Now, what you're going to hear in this next part is something that I think, again, we only know because the Chinese are decoding it for us.
	Now I want you to run until from 24 31 to 27 14 when they're going to start to show the video.

	And he's the Xi Jinping's associate?

	So at this event, he actually, you know, he's talking about Wall Street, right?
	So actually I think a lot of people, I don't know in our audience how many people know, Chinese Communist government has been using Wall Street to influence United States China policy for a long time.
	It's an open secret.

	This is unrelated to what we're reporting, but I did learn this from a businesswoman who knows the capital market.
	And she told me the other day, because Wall Street, basically, Wall Street loves money.
	And the Chinese government knows how to feed them money.
	So in that way, they corrupt Wall Street first, and through them, they try to corrupt the United States.

	This is just some background about the Wall Street that I heard about.
	Yeah, so in his part of this speech, it's a long speech, but we're going to talk about the most important one here.
	So he explained, you know, why Chinese Communist government is pushing hard on the opening financial market.
	He said that politically and tactically, there are considerations, and including one of the reasons is they think Biden is taking over power in the United States.
	So, and he explained the reason why the Chinese Communist government was able to manage the United States in the past few decades is because they have old friends on Wall Street and who are related to the core power in the United States to speak for them.
	And then, you know, once Trump came into power in 2016, everything changed.
	Okay.
	And he was saying the Trump administration is fighting a trade war with China, but why can't we deal with Trump?
	Okay.
	So I think let's take a look at this video clip for now, and I can explain more.

	Dr. Corsi, we've gone to the point where they're just going to introduce that video.
	You see how this is really communist China, money, China's got all the money.
	Between starting with George W. Bush putting Chinese, George H.W.
	Bush wanting to get Chinese in the world trade organization, WTO, and all these international organizations, China has It's just made billions and billions and billions of dollars on unfair currency practices, unfair trade practices, slave labor, every corrupt, you know, autocratic regime trick you can think of.
	And of course our politicians went along with it, including, you know, the Bushes, including Even Reagan got fooled by a lot of this, going back that far.
	But certainly George H.W.
	Bush, when he became president, Reagan was pretty much out of the scene by that time.
	And it was increasingly, George W. Bush was a globalist, wanting to get open borders with China, trade agreements, et cetera.
	Clinton, Obama, and then Trump comes along and he doesn't play the game.
	Which is China taking over America through money in Wall Street.
	And Wall Street's easily corrupted.
	I mean, you know, when she gets through telling you how they pay all this money to Wall Street and, you know, the 1980s, it was hard to get deals done, but the rules have changed and loosened up.
	So now it's easy to get Chinese corporations to go public in the United States.
	Forget the rules.
	We don't even have to have auditing.
	Forget all, just come on in China, pay us all.
	And you'll allow us to hire our children in the Goldman Sachs and these other firms, so the family makes tons of money in Goldman Sachs.
	We become million billionaires, and China gets all of its corporations in here, and China begins to play the Wall Street game, and so they get all the capital they want, and China's in charge, and they buy the politicians.
	Okay, and they even buy the Bidens.
	Now, this next part, she's going to show you the video of this guy talking.
	And now this guy is pretty open about it, he's bragging.
	And he's, this guy who's advising Xi Jinping, who's the, Xi Jinping, who's the prime minister, or premier of China, really, premier Communist Party.
	The guy you see is the head of China and all these Treaty negotiations and meetings, et cetera, meeting with Trump, meeting with Obama, all of that.
	And his advisor is Machiavelli.
	So listen to the Machiavelli who's advising the leader of China.

	So in the process of the Sino-US trade war, they also tried to help.
	As far as I know, friends from the United States told me that they tried to help, but they failed.
	But now?
	Now we see Biden on stage.
	The traditional elite, the political elite, the establishment, they have a very close relationship with Wall Street.
	So you see, Biden's son was told by Trump, you have a fund company in the world, did you find it?
	Who helped him build the fund company?
	Do you understand?
	It's all business.
	Who is?
	And so bottom line is, here it is, the darkness bragging about how they've gamed the system, and he is so anxious for Biden to be brought in as the next president.
	And so is the establishment, which means all of the GOP who are the rhinos, the GOP who really don't like Trump, Because Trump has broken up their little game here with Wall Street.
	Remember I said it's the multinational corporations, China and Wall Street and money, buying all the politicians that can be bought, which is most of them in Washington, including GOP.
	And Trump comes along with this base that is not GOP.
	It's America first.
	It's guns, Bibles, constitution, family, et cetera.
	Us.
	And, uh, basically what we have is we have, um, we have essentially here as a situation where the Democrats are now Marxist that Maoist is what the black lives matter.
	The Chinese have been funding black lives matter.
	The Chinese behind the scenes have been funding all of this with our own money.
	Wall Street's gone along, multinational corporations, Marxists get what they want, power control, they'll have all their socialist programs in place.
	Third Reich becomes the Fourth Reich.
	It is the basic Nazi formulation.
	Hitler said, well, the multinational corporations and the banks, they'll work with, Wall Street will help us, and Wall Street did.
	You had Prescott Bush, The father of George H.W.
	Bush, 1930s, working on Wall Street, Brown Brothers Harriman.
	Harriman Brothers in this elite little boutique Wall Street investment firm.
	The Dulles family, John Foster Dulles and Alan Dulles were very involved with the firm.
	And they finance Hitler with Wall Street.
	They put together the interlocking directorates between U.S.
	Steel and Krupp, the arms manufacturer in Nazi Germany.
	Interlocking directorates, shares held both countries.
	And Prescott Bush was running a union bank that was a Nazi bank in the United States.
	Roosevelt shut it down after Pearl Harbor.
	I've got the announcement in the New York Times that Prescott Bush was running that bank when on the day FDR shut it down.
	And that's been revived.
	Trade agreements, all the architecting of the EU, the European Union, All of this beginning to put us to get one world government beyond borders, eliminate borders, all the things that Kamala Harris will do, including packing the court.
	And they're about to get away with it.

	The troubling piece is this has been building up, as you've pointed out, all the way back to World War II and forward, that all this has been laid before it.

	What I started thinking through was that the Department of Justice is on the sidelines.
	Barr isn't going to do a thing.
	He's part of the whole establishment deal.

	You can't buy them, threaten them.
	So the whole part of this democratic conspiracy, which is a coup d'etat, it's a treasonous conspiracy to overthrow the constitution, is the calculation that the mail-in fraud could be carried out in the open with no consequences, because there was going to be no state law enforcement, Political legislative or, you know, because law enforcement and the state level and the federal level, political legislature and federal legislature, the judicial systems are all corrupted by leftist partisans.
	States aren't going to do anything.
	Nothing here to see.
	Those weren't suitcases.
	Well, they could have come back in the room if they wanted to, the observers.
	Well, we tried to tell them what time it was.
	It just denied, denied, denied, denied.
	Now, Giuliani and Powell are doing a great job to expose the fraud.
	I mean, but there's no political will in the state legislatures to acknowledge the fraud by refusing to choose the Biden electors next week.
	Or if there is, then we just kick into the next level of lawfare.
	They'll game that.
	They'll game it all the way through in every act.
	It'll be gaming.
	Even if the vote goes to the Congress for the President and Vice President, they'll be trying to blackmail the members of the House who are in GOP-controlled state delegations, where there's only one or two seats majority for the GOP, to flip that state into the Democratic category and then to be able to elect Joe Biden and Harris through the House.
	Basically, they're trying to get a court decision.
	Giuliani and Paul are looking for something that gives them standing to go to SCOTUS.
	But even here, the higher courts will simply refuse, even in the states.
	The higher state courts are just going to refer the claims of the Trump back to the lower courts for adjudication.
	It's going to take all this time.
	The electoral college meets on December 14th and Biden could get the 270 electoral votes or we could kick into this lawfare article that we just read.
	I'm saying Julian and Paul's strategy is brilliant, but it may fail to take sufficiently seriously the Democratic control in states like Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.
	Where the Democrats calculate to prevent the GOP majorities in the state legislatures such that they're reluctant to do the right thing and don't select the right thing not to select the Biden electors.
	So I'm saying I'm continually struggling with a way to convince Trump's legal team to go to the Supreme Court as soon as they can.
	That's why I filed my petition yesterday with the Supreme Court.
	I filed it, I guess, two days ago.
	I don't think it had a long chance to be heard.
	I'm a private citizen.
	I'm not representing either candidate.
	But I want to bring it on the table.
	Let's get the Supreme Court involved.
	Let's get the timetable clicking.
	And one last possibility is that one state or other might decertify the election.
	Georgia.
	That may be the springboard to go to SCOTUS, the Supreme Court.
	But even in Georgia, the Democratic Secretary of State is unlikely to decertifying the election, regardless of what the recount on the ballot shows, refusing to acknowledge the obvious fraud, insisting all accusations are nothing more than unproven allegations.
	And my end game is to get to SCOTUS before, to say that the election has failed beyond repair, and to make all this lawfare one of the reasons it's failed.
	Expose this scheme to the justices and say that it is not going to be allowed to be played out.
	The voting was fraudulent, the gaming of the process is fraudulent, and we're all being scammed.
	I would urge POTUS to file before December 14th, even in Georgia.
	You know, the Democrats can delay adjudication.
	Maybe they can, but the problem is Once the electoral college votes, you've got extra hurdles to overcome.
	And so I'm saying, let's cut through the chase and get to SCOTUS, because here's the real issue.
	This is the issue that they said, Martha, this just ain't right, you know, in Iowa.
	The real issue is this paragraph here, that is, will SCOTUS allow a president to be elected by a vote That we all know is swung to Biden, basically with this blue surge being fraudulent.
	And are we, there's no time for, are we going to let a fraudulent election and then determine, we let a fraud that's game with lawfare, elect the president of the United States.
	When we can prove through Abbott v. Perez and other cases that it is fraud.
	And it should just be stopped and gone into Congress.
	This is a failed election.
	Now, my greatest concern is that Trump might sometimes just decide to throw in the towel for the good of the country the way that Al Gore did after the Supreme Court's decision.
	But I would remind Trump that this is a coup d'etat.
	I remind the family.
	I wanted to remind the family.
	All successful coups understand what Machiavelli understood.
	And that is, in a coup, no deposed head of state can be allowed to survive outside prison.
	And that is only if you can't kill them.
	Because they'll come back and get you.
	And Machiavelli writes extensively about how it's important to kill your enemies.
	Because you can't leave them around.
	They'll be plotting your demise as long as they're alive.
	And so if Donald Trump thinks he's going to go back to Mar-a-Lago and live a normal life, he's not.
	And by the way, if Donald Trump thinks his children are going to be allowed to live normal lives, the Democrats are going to start attacking Ivanka.
	They're going to attack Eric, Don Jr.
	They'll attack the entire family to make sure they all go to prison.
	They're going to destroy the Trump family.
	And Trump has better understand that surrender here is not an option.
	Very much like General McAuliffe in the battle of Bastogne, the siege of Bastogne, understood.
	When the Germans came and asked him to surrender, he said one word.
	It electrified the entire tree.
	He said, nuts.
	Well, first of all, he thought that they were coming to surrender to him, and they woke him up in the morning.
	They're here with a white flag and coming through our lines, this group of Germans.
	And he said, well, good.
	He thought they were surrendering to him.
	Even though he was surrounded, he was so confident he was winning, which is kind of like I am.
	We're surrounded, but I'm confident we're winning.
	He was a very God-fearing man.
	He attributed the victory to God all of his life.
	Even when he returned to Bastogne a decade later, he's still saying it was God that won here.
	So when he woke up, I said, well, he said, General, they come across in a white flag.
	His first impression was the Germans were coming to surrender to him.
	They'd run out of fuel or something, which is one of the problems of the Battle of Bulge.
	The Nazis had run out of fuel.
	We bombed all their oil and chemicals.
	It was about the only bombing that really did any good.
	The Strategic Air Bombing Survey at the end of World War II proved that.
	At any rate, he said, no, General, they're coming to ask you to surrender.
	He said, nuts.
	I wasn't going to surrender.
	And so they bring the Germans in.
	The Germans have this piece of paper.
	I found it in the archives.
	I write about it in No Greater Valor, the book.
	And he reads this and the Germans are saying, you know, they're just like the Biden press today.
	It's a psy-op.
	They're saying, you're surrounded.
	It's Christmas time.
	Why don't you just give up?

	You don't need to be out here fighting in the cold.
	It's bad weather.
	You're not, all these things, just give up.
	And McAuliffe read that, and the commanders got in their own room, and they had this little command center.
	They took some barracks and some army buildings in Bastogne, and they made those their headquarters.
	And McAuliffe, who was an artillery commander, he was really not the commander of the 101st.
	That commander was off back in Washington briefing the Pentagon about how successful they had been.
	And he was just the guy who was there.
	Well, he was the perfect guy to do this because he understood artillery.
	And he had artillery.
	And he had these 101st who could fight.
	And he'd been fighting this battle, moving the artillery in one central location.
	And then wherever the Germans came, he could bombard them as long as he had ammunition.
	He was running out of ammunition.
	The weather was bad.
	They couldn't airlift.
	So, and so they all said, McAuliffe asked his command chief is, you know, the commander's right.
	So what should we tell these Germans?
	And I said, well, you know, what you said the first time wasn't so bad.
	And we said, what do you mean?
	He said, well, you said nuts.
	Why don't you say that to them?
	It's a good idea.
	He took it and wrote nuts on their, on their ultimatum, gave it to them.
	Well, Germans didn't know what it meant and they were driving them back to the German lines.
	the Truman, you know, all these people were saying the soldiers driving, Germans say,
	what does this mean? And I said, well, it means he's not going to do it. What's nuts means? And
	they said, it basically means something we can't say on on on the air. And I think you all can just
	basically about figure out what that is pretty much what I told Mueller, when they wanted me to
	take a plea deal. Take a hike, take a hike. And they fought the battle and the weather broke.

	And when Patton got there, McAuliffe said, General, we're happy you're here, but we really didn't need you.

	He's actually telling you what's going on.
	Now this lawfare article is about after Biden's in place, who's going to decide how to investigate Trump, put him in prison.
	And so he said there's a steady stream of reporting about the president-elect Joe Biden's search for a new attorney general, Sally Yates, Xavier Becerra, California Attorney General, National DNC Chair Tom Perez, who was in the Justice Department, went after Arpaio.
	All these guys are going to be extremely radical.
	And basically, they're saying, you know, essentially, pick one of these guys, it doesn't really matter.
	But basically, Biden is going to instruct the Attorney General.
	He could instruct the attorney general not to investigate Trump and his associates,
	but basically they're saying, if you leave it to the bureaucracy,
	that basically starting around Watergator in response to the politicalization
	of the Department of Justice, a new set of norms crystallized about the proper roles
	of the president, vice president, attorney general, and other political leaders of the Department of,
	and he's gonna summarize the results.
	First, the politically accepted head of the executive branch,
	the president can and should set out the broad parameters of legal law enforcement
	for the Department of Justice prosecutors and law enforcement,
	because ultimately the president is accountable for the faithful execution of the laws.
	The attorney general's job involves such a large element of sensitive policy areas,
	ranging from civil litigations against government to federal prison administration, et cetera.
	Partisan political considerations should play no role.
	And they're basically saying that it shouldn't be a matter of protecting Trump because it's political.
	The last paragraph there, that shaded box says, decisions about specific investigatorial and prosecutorial steps in particular criminal cases are almost best left to the career officials.
	So we'll let the Rosensteins and the Strucks decide.

	And it sounds like he doesn't want Trump investigated, but it goes on to say he believes investigations would alienate the 73 million Americans who voted for Trump.
	An unnamed advisor of Biden told NBC he can set a tone about what he thinks should be done, but he's not going to be a president who directs the Justice Department one way or another.
	So here they've already crafted it.
	So Biden takes the high road, but yet the Justice Department goes after Trump.
	Next paragraph.
	One plausible reading of these statements is that Biden does not want a criminal investigation of Trump or people close to him, but he wants his attorney general to be seen as the one who made this decision.
	I haven't seen this reported in so many words, but my reading of Biden's statements is right.
	It's surely the case that Biden wants a decision on non-prosecution to be acceptable as possible to many people, including Democratic Party leaders.
	But there's some other tensions here.
	Which could lead to the fact that the justice department professionals override Biden's high wishes.
	A couple of paragraphs later, say, Oh, I don't really know how to speculate on all this.
	Well, he does know how, come on.
	So that guy, Bob Biden, come on, come on, man.
	Biden's, um, okay.
	So one of the goals that surely influences announcement, he would delegate to the attorney general on Trump criminal issues, picking Current DNC chair Perez doesn't seem like a good idea so he's going to pick an attorney general whomever he's going to face a difficult situation how to handle investigations or prosecutions of Trump and his circle.
	The attorney general decides to forego any federal law enforcement against Trump You'll almost certainly be asked by the press whether Biden or the people speaking for him directed this.
	So he said in two caveats in closing, first, I may be over-reading the tea leaves.
	It is possible that Biden thinks criminal enforcement against Trump and his circle would be a bad idea, but he's genuinely open to the attorney general disagreeing with him and pushing a criminal investigation or prosecution.
	Second, Biden's attorney general, Second, Trump may use the pardon part in ways that Biden or the Attorney General think.
	For example, pardons of Trump's adult children and the key aides.
	Most criminal exposure might make it clear that there is no point in pursuing federal criminal investigations whether Biden or the Attorney General's personal views might have choices or otherwise.
	Alternatively, A Trump self-pardon might increase the chances that Biden or the Attorney General considers a criminal prosecution of Trump to be warranted in order to test and quash the dangerous and corrupt idea that a president can commit federal crimes in office with impunity.
	They're already attacking the idea and proposing that Trump's going to pardon himself.
	And Justice Sullivan announced the other day, he might still indict General Flynn despite the pardon.
	So now they're even going to reject Trump's ability to have a pardon.
	These guys are going to go after Trump and his children and the family to destroy them.
	And Donald Trump better take this seriously because bowing out is not an alternative.
	The only alternative here is let's go to the Supreme Court.
	Let's get there as fast as we can.
	And you can play it out a few more days.
	But the closer it gets to December 14th, the harder it's going to be.
	And we might get a break in Georgia where we get a way to go to the Supreme Court where there's real standing.
	We don't have to contrive the idea of saying to the Supreme Court, are you guys going to let a fraudulent election destroy the America because of these guys have gamed you and you're sitting over there like a bunch of paralyzed zombies?
	Which is the proposition we're going to have to give the Supreme Court.
	I've tried to do that and tried to notify them.
	That was going to be the argument when I filed that petition for sua sponte.
	Do something, I'm telling the Supreme Court.
	Get involved.
	Get engaged.
	Don't sit around waiting.
	Play in Hamlet.

	The bottom line is we have to stay strong and stay united and look to God and pray but also take action at the same time.
	So if you just sit back and allow the normal procedure to operate on its own, it will destroy us at this point in time because Trump is just an obstacle to them taking down our entire system and replacing it with their tyranny.

	This is a geopolitical situation.

	And that call is, we have the authority, we have been given that in Scripture, to take dominion over the earth.
	And what we need to do in that is, as long as we're in alignment with God's will, God will allow that will to manifest.
	You must stand up, you must exercise those laws that have been given to us in Scripture, through the heart of the Savior.
	Those are actions that actually produce results.
	And this is something that's very important.
	Do not take prayer Lightly.
	And a very specific, directed prayer, just like George Patton did in World War II, when he instructed his pastors to go ahead and spread that out to the whole Third Army.
	That the same thing is going on, put your prayer work to it, specifically talk about what these guys are attempting to do, and they will be answered according to God's will.
	It's imperative that we do this.

	So I think what God's saying here is that our mission is to do his will and put an end to this evil.

	There will be miracles, and the Supreme Court's gonna have to get involved and do the right thing.
	And then we have to game all the things we're gonna do to try to get the vote in Congress to go their way.

	And the blood of the lamb is the blood and consciousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
	The word of our testimony is what you're hearing today.

	You're hearing everybody else's research.
	You're hearing the truth being given to us as a result of the prayers.
	And as we go back, exercise Jesus's dispensation using his blood and consciousness, Giving our testimony and our witness back to God and to the courts of heaven and appealing it, we will have our victory.
	It's promised to us in Revelation.
	It's coming to us from Revelation.
	It's coming through the heart of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
	And if you learn how to do these prayers correctly, and you focus just like George Patton did, and knew and understood because he was one with God through his own personal meditations, even though he was a crafty character, he also had rough edges around him, God still listened to him.
	Utilize that law, and you will learn that you will be able to turn this around.
	I've been doing this for many years, and have faced many, many challenges with this, and by God's grace, every single one has been turned around.
	Go to those prayers.
	Spread them to your congregation.
	Spread them to anybody that will listen to your family.
	Look at the structure of those out on the Prayerful Patriot.
	And recognize the fact that Revelation promises that by our testimony and through our Lord and Savior, we will have our victory.
