Well, good to see you.
And thank you for inviting me to be a guest on your show.
Amazing time.
Oh, we're so excited to have you on the program today.
So much is going on in your country.
And I would like you to explain what God has been telling you.
Well, what is happening in the U.S., like the murder and assassination of Charlie Kirk, has had impact all over the world.
You see nations being impacted.
And of course, the Iran, Iranian youth have been impacted and our ministry has been impacted.
Even this is a short time, but I can see changes.
So Iran, just summary, Iran is a nation very open to the gospel.
It will be the first Islamic nation that turns to Christ.
And the youth in Iran, amazing, amazing, ready for a revolution and ready to pay a price.
They have it.
They just need our help.
Wow.
That's good news.
That is really, really good news.
Ricky Mondo, do you have some information about what's going on with Charlie Kirk?
Absolutely.
Listen, let's watch this report and then we're going to come back and we're going to discuss this report.
Watch this.
Authorities in Utah are pouring over what they call a mountain of evidence against 22-year-old Tyler Robinson.
The man authorities say he fired that single fatal shot, killing Charlie Kirk.
Authorities say it was his own father who contacted the Washington County Sheriff's Office after seeing those grainy pictures that were shared with the public.
He had a text message exchange, he, the suspect, with another individual, in which he claimed that he had an opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and he was going to do it because of his hatred for what Charlie stood for.
Hours later, as Charlie Kirk fired up the crowd, tossing out hats, authorities say the suspect made his way to the roof of a building about 175 yards from the stage and waited out of sight.
At 12.22 p.m., investigators say the alleged shooter sprang into that sniper position.
A minute later at 12.23 p.m., Kirk began answering a question about gun violence.
Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?
Counseling or not counting gang violence.
Great.
The suspect taking that single shot and then dropping off the roof.
And I can report today that the DNA hits from the towel that was wrapped around the firearm and the DNA on the screwdriver are positively processed for the suspect in custody.
This investigation has just begun.
This isn't even the beginning of the beginning.
You know, yes, we have a subject in custody.
You know, everybody's innocent until proven guilty in our Constitutional Republic.
However, this is not done by any stretch.
And our world is filled with evil.
But our God, you guys, our God is so good.
He's so incredibly good.
And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good for those who are called according to his purpose.
I want to ask you, have you heard much about Charlie Kirk in where you are right now and in your country?
Of course.
Yeah, the assassination of Charlie Kirk is not just impacting America.
It's impacting the world.
And I can talk about what has done to me and to our ministry and to the youth in Iran.
I would love to expand on that.
But you saw, you saw all around the world.
You saw in England, UK, the large crowd came out.
All over the world, this has had impact.
The impact has been very positive.
It's just first is grief, shock and grief, but now the lasting impact is very positive because the youth around the world are standing up and they are being courageous and they're being inspired for movement.
I can share about Iran, but you know, this thing is international.
This is a global movement.
And Charlie Kirk was a martyr, Christian martyr, but his martyrdom had a generational impact, not just temporary.
And we will see that.
Charlie represented the majority of the voices of what truth looks like.
But it also represents where we are as a nation that when we are confronted with the truth, how are we going to respond?
And when you respond in an act of violence, assassination, and you see young men shooting up schools, you see shooting up, you know, leaders, political leaders around the nation, and then this one hits close to home with Charlie Kirk's assassination, you have to stop and reflect where you are, where your beliefs are, where your truth is at.
Because this young man not only represented a bridge to talk to young people in campuses, but he represented the gospel about the values of what the Bible teaches.
This man, Charlie Kirk, would go into the lion's den, so to speak, into the podcast world, into conversations with some of the biggest names in the left, and yet he stood still, not compromising the values and which this gospel reflected upon in his life.
They asked him about marriage.
They asked him, should a man have sex before marriage?
They will ask him questions that in today's culture, I will say, will get you killed.
And it did get him killed.
That's where we are in the temperature of a nation.
That's one side of things.
On the other side of things, you see a generation arising willing to take up the baton in which Charlie gave to this generation to have boldness, to be courageous, to not be afraid to stand for what you believe in, not to be afraid, no matter what the circumstances are.
Because I want to tell you something.
The Bible does declare that when you live and die for this gospel, we know where we go in eternity.
Isn't it amazing that two hours before his assassination, he was ministering on Romans 8, 28?
It's not by coincidence that these things happen.
He knew his life was in danger.
He knew that every time he presented the gospel in different areas, his life was in danger.
I think we woke up to an America that finally we have to realize that this is a turning point for the world.
What would you say to Christians watching right now on how to respond to this circumstance?
Yes, of course, my message to Christians in America is different than my message to the Christians in the Middle East.
Dying for your faith, dying for what you believe is common in Middle East.
Many Iranian youth have been killed because of what they believe against the government or being a Christian.
But it has been an inspiration to them.
So my message to my Christians, to my brothers in America, how can I sum it up?
Let me sum it up in Romans 1.16.
I'm not ashamed of the gospel because it's the power of God for all those who believe, Jews and Gentiles.
So I think my first message is the courage that Charlie had.
And we Christians, not just the youth in America, we all of us Christians in America, we need to be bold.
We have to confidence in the message of the gospel.
There is power.
I'm not ashamed of the gospel.
You know, it talks about not being ashamed and the power.
So they're related together.
Some people say, how come we don't see the power of God in America?
Why don't we see signs and wonders and miracles just like it's happening in Iran every day?
I have multiple testimonies of what's happening in Iran.
And they ask me in America, why isn't it happening?
And my answer is, maybe, according to Romans 1.16, maybe you're ashamed of the gospel.
Maybe that's why you don't see signs and wonders and miracles.
So my message is the gospel is powerful.
And let's be bold.
You don't have to be rude.
Charlie was not rude, but be bold and courageous and confident.
When you're confident in your message, it has impact.
When you're wishy-washy, I'm not sure.
I hope I don't offend you.
And it's my choice and not your choice.
But when you state what you believe, it's very, very attractive to people, especially the young people.
And I'm seeing that.
We broadcast 24-7 into the Middle East and especially Iran.
And Iranian youth are set free from fear.
Islam is the spirit of fear.
And the youth in Iran are already set free.
But now they need guidance.
They need support of us and to help them to move forward, to be trained.
They're so hungry for fathers and mothers in faith.
So this is a historical moment.
What happened in the U.S., it's going to change U.S. and many nations.
And it's going to inspire the people, the young people, especially in the Middle East.
But I want to tell you, dying for your faith is normal in many other nations, Islamic nations.
You believe in, not believe in Islam, you believe in Christ, you should be ready to die.
But the courageousness and confidence, let me put that, the confidence we must have in the message of the gospel.
Let me share.
Can I share a little bit about myself?
I mean, I came to Christ.
Yeah, I came to U.S. as a young student.
I went to University of Southern California, PhD student, and I studied Quran and I studied Bible.
I said, I want to know God, but I'm not prejudiced.
So I read Quran.
I wanted to be a good Muslim.
I said, I'm going to, to be a good Muslim, you need to know your book well.
I studied carefully Quran with the purpose of being a dedicated Muslim, but it didn't satisfy my soul.
It didn't answer my questions.
So I said, I'm open-minded.
I'm going to read the Bible.
I read the Bible.
I compared it to Quran and Islam.
Before that, I had this intellectual idea.
Hey, all religions are the same.
Why do they fight?
If you really study religions in the Bible and Quran, you realize they're both about the same.
But the more I studied, I realized they're not the same.
God of Islam is not the God of the Bible.
So after a few months of study, I had to choose.
I went to a church in downtown Los Angeles.
That's where I heard the gospel.
And the simple, a simple message of the gospel, even a child can't understand.
You don't need to have a PhD to understand it.
A child can understand it.
And that simple message transformed my life.
As a young student, I got excited.
I said, this simple message changes life, transforms lives, heals marriages.
It healed my marriage.
And it can change nations.
That's why I got excited.
This simple message, I'm selfish.
I hope all of us feel that way.
I hope all of us feel I am selfish if I keep this message to myself because it's an answer to personal problems, relational marriage problems, and the society problems.
That's where I got excited and started sharing the gospel.
And I've seen the power of the gospel firsthand, even today, every day.

What's going on?
I mean, spiritually.
That's what we really want to hear about from you today.

Islam is dead is done in Iran.
And it didn't happen overnight.
It happened over 40 years.
After Revolution 79, Iranians were ready to live and die for Islam.
And they did in the Iran-Iraq war.
But over the years, they realized, hey, we are practicing Islam in every aspect of our life and we are miserable.
Economy is bad.
Injustice, the government is very oppressive.
They kill at will.
So after years after years, the people of Iran have come to conclusion, Islam is not our solution.
Islam is our problem and we need to get rid of it.
So Iranians already rejected Islam.
You know, I make some outrageous statements and one of them has been, Iran is no longer an Islamic nation.
People say, hey, are you crazy?
Are you crazy?
Just Google it.
98%.
I said, no, it's not.
And recently there has been a survey by two university professors in Sweden and they published it.
You can go online and find their results and they report.
They surveyed 50,000 Iranians.
What do you believe?
That's pretty good research, 50,000 people.
And can you believe it?
Less than one-third of Iranians said, we believe in Islam.
So Iran is no longer an Islamic nation and many of them out of fear.
So another one-third said, God is not relevant to my life.
I don't care about God or religion.
I like secular mindset.
And the last one-third, they were looking all over the place for God, including Eastern religion, New Age, and of course, Christianity.
And when Iranians look at Christ, they, Jesus has no competition if we share him.
They look at Christ and it resonates.
The message of Jesus, the message of the Bible resonates with the hearts of Iranians.
Because if you ask an Iranian, who do you think God is, they say, I believe God, if he exists, he must be a loving God who loves me and asked me to love one other people.
He forgives me and he wants me to forgive others.
I mean, without reading the Bible, they're describing the God of the Bible.
That's why.
Now, to answer a question, that's why on our channel, we have a 24-7 satellite broadcast.
We go over the heads of the mullahs every day into people's homes.
The signal comes from the sky.
The government cannot stop it.
We go into living rooms and tell them about the good news of the Bible.
And you know what?
That message already written on their hearts.
When they hear it, they said, that's what's already in my heart, about God's love.
I hate violence.
I hate force and I hate fear and intimidation.
So that's the reason we are seeing amazing number of people coming to Christ through our ministry and other ways.
Are we seeing ancient prophecies come alive in real time in Iran?
Of course, Brother Jim, you know, Iran and Persia called Persia.
It's in the Bible.
You just study it and you will know.
One statement I make is that if you want to know what happened, just read the news.
If you want to know what will happen, read your Bible.
Because there is so many prophecies about Israel and also about Persia, Iran in the Bible.
People are familiar with the Israel prophecies, but very few people are familiar with the prophecies or promises God has given to the country of Iran or Persia.
And one of the major prophecies is this in Jeremiah 49, verses 24 and on.
And let me say this.
One of the outrageous statements I make, but it has basis.
I say Iran will be saved.
Iran will be a Christian nation.
Iran will be a sending nation.
And people say, are you crazy?
Come on.
Come on.
Where did you get that idea?
I tell them, hey, I stole that idea.
You stole that idea?
Where from?
I stole it from the Lord in Jeremiah 49, 38.
Because 49, 38 of Jeremiah, God promises, I will set my throne.
in Elam.
Elam is completely inside the land of Iran today.
He will set his throne in that land.
What does it mean?
When he is the king, the ruler of that nation, it will be a Christian nation and it will be a sending nation because God loves the world.
That's the future of Iran.
And by the way, we are seeing that prophecy being fulfilled in an accelerated way.
We've been hearing about supernatural things happening in Iran that leads people to Jesus.
Have you witnessed that?
You know, I have live broadcasts and this man called one day and I'm trying to imitate him.
He was sharing his testimony, but there was no emotion.
This is what he said.
He said, Pastor Hormoz, I called you three months ago.
I had a liver problem and you prayed for me and I got healed.
I went to my doctor.
My doctor said, you don't need operation.
You're totally healed.
You don't even need pills.
So he shares that with no emotions.
And I am so excited, Brother Jeep.
I said, hallelujah.
Jesus heals, delivers it.
And then he continued, no emotion.
Then, Pastor Hormoz, I prayed for one of my friends.
He had cancer.
I laid my hands on his body and the cancer was gone.
Oh, Jesus healed cancer.
I mean, I'm excited.
He's not.
And then he says, one of my relatives, she had a tumor.
I prayed for her tumor and the tumor disappeared.
Oh, hallelujah.
Jesus here heals the tumors.
I mean, a few minutes of this, of he sharing testimony after testimony, flat voice, no emotions.
I was excited.
Finally, he got frustrated with me.
He said, Pastor Hormos, why are you so excited?
Have you read your Bible?
I mean, he admonished me.
Have you read your Bible?
Come on.
Pastor Hormoz, you say you're a pastor.
This is in the Bible.
This is normal.
Why are you so excited?
Oh, I love it.
Oh, that's great.
This is good.
I love that.
Write this down.
The supernatural should be natural when you follow Jesus.
That's right.
Oh, listen, if you're expecting a miracle, lay hands on the sick.
Lay hands on yourself.
Expect a miracle.
Listen, God is on the move.
Jesus is healing.
Jesus is restoring.
Stop believing the lies.
The gospel still works.
It worked then.
It works now.
And it's going to continue to work.
And Mondo, I just want to say as we're closing the show out today, our shows are so fast.

The idea is that we need to support the ministry.
We've got to pay the TV stations.
We've got to pay for airtime.
And we've got to grow.
Yes.

We've got to grow into all the world and preach the gospel.
That's when Jesus said he'll come back.

And he's told us we're to preach in all the world.
The only way I know of the preaching all the world is through television.
And so I'm asking you to help us.
I'm asking you to stand with this ministry and keep this thing on the air.
I started Christian television with Pat Robertson how many years ago?
60 years ago or 70.
And it's still on the air in most places, but it's struggling.
Christian television, the enemy wants it off the air.
They destroyed PTL, which was a billion-dollar ministry with all the works that was done there.
And it was the demon powers just destroyed that ministry.
And I believe God wants to build up a ministry in the end times.
And I'm going to stay with this until I die and make sure that we preach the gospel.
Amen.
That we tell people of the great miracles of God and what's happening all over the world and teach the living word of God.
You need to read the word.
You need to know the word.
And we need to keep this television on the air to usher in the coming of the Lord.

Listen, this man is considered the Billy Graham of the Middle East.
And he's telling us that miracles are taking place.
Isn't it a miracle how God is calling men into all the different countries of the world?
Because he prayed that the gospel go to all the world.

You got Rick Renner in Russia.
I mean, one of those days we're going to invite an international panel to come and tell us what's God doing all over the nations.
It's a miracle.
Make sure your heart's right with God.
Ask Him to forgive you your sins.
He will.
He says He forgives you and puts Him in the deepest sea of His forgetfulness.
Is that right?
That's a good deal.
Okay.
Well, we have to go, I guess.
Yes, we do.
This clock ticks faster than I can go.
So remember, God loves you.
Don't let anybody tell you he doesn't.
Even if you kill somebody, God will forgive you of that murder and save you from all your sins.
All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
Just say, Jesus, come in and save me.
And he'll save you.
He loves you.
Make sure you're right with God.
