Iran's Nuclear Threat
00:13:33
|
|
| Welcome to the Jim Baker Family Show. | |
| Today, our special guest is conservative activist, author, and lecturer Brigitte Gabriel. | |
| Our co-host today is Reverend Mondo de la Vega. | |
| And now, here is your host, Pastor Ricky Baker. | |
| Hello, friends. | |
| You're watching the PTL Television Network. | |
| We have an exciting broadcast for you today. | |
| We have Brigitte Gabriel. | |
| She is a national security analyst, a New York Times best-selling author and chairman of ACT for America and the author of an incredible book called Rise. | |
| Today, we're going to be digging in to the U.S. strike on Iran's nuclear sites. | |
| And Brigitte, I want to ask you this question. | |
| The U.S. military launched a series of coordinated bombing attacks against three Iranian nuclear facilities in a major escalation of the ongoing Middle East conflict. | |
| What do you have to say about the U.S.'s involvement in this war between Israel and Iran? | |
| Well, I'm glad we got involved for our own protection because, look, we have been concerned about Iran for the last 25 years plus. | |
| We have been concerned, especially in the last 20 years, because of their cooperation with North Korea. | |
| Iran wants to put a nuclear head on a North Korean ballistic missile and detonated up in the sky above the United States. | |
| This is something we have been concerned about for years. | |
| This is exactly why the Congress developed, established an EMP commission, a congressional commission to discuss what we need to do to protect America's grid and America in general in case of an attack. | |
| And so this was about time. | |
| And I'm so grateful for the leadership of President Trump, who finally had the guts and the resolve to be able to take action, not just to protect Israel. | |
| Let's put Israel aside, but for the protection of the United States, as well as to ensure stability throughout the Middle East and throughout the world. | |
| Amen. | |
| I want to ask you this question because we see that a Trump presidency was ran or the candidacy was ran off of no new wars. | |
| And now we see a lot of Christian backlash saying, well, is he holding true to that promise? | |
| So we see one side of the aisle saying, absolutely, he is. | |
| There's peace through strength. | |
| And we see the other half of the aisle saying, well, he has abandoned a promise that he was running on and committed to during his candidacy. | |
| Well, let's face it, we did not go to war. | |
| We conducted an individual operation against the axis of terror, Iran. | |
| When Obama was president, Obama dumped, you know, thousands of bombs. | |
| I think, you know, the number was like at the sixth figure during his presidency against terror actors, whether in Syria or in Iraq, et cetera. | |
| And nobody said President Trump declared war on any other country. | |
| We were conducting surgical operation against terror groups operating against the interest of the United States and endangering our bases, either in the Middle East or endangering possibly the homeland. | |
| So what President Trump did was a swift surgical operation against a specific location, not against a country, but against a terror operation and infrastructure where he took out a threat that was a serious threat to the United States. | |
| And look, we have not seen any war erupt. | |
| We have not seen the whole world dragged into war. | |
| This is the same rhetoric that people said, you know, if you in his first administration, if you move the embassy to Jerusalem, the American embassy, oh my goodness, World War III is going to explode worldwide. | |
| Nobody did anything. | |
| When we killed Qasim Suleimani, everybody said, oh my goodness, he's dragging the world war, the world into World War III. | |
| Nothing happens. | |
| In the Middle East, Islamists understand strength. | |
| And that's exactly what he showed them. | |
| and now life is back to normal you know the iranian people and the iranian regime are completely different the iranian regime does not hate the us because of israel they hate us because of their ideology uh and that demands them to hate us to hate the west can you explain to our audience what this means and uh you know is it the entire nation that is against the united states or is it the regime that is against the united states of america Well, look, you brought up a very good point here. | |
| They hate us because of who we are. | |
| It has nothing to do with Israel. | |
| Remember, in 1979, you know, we were not on the side of Israel fighting a war against Iran. | |
| Actually, up until that point, when the Shah was in power, there was no problem between Israel and Iran. | |
| It wasn't only until Khomeini came to power and they started, remember, the hostages in Iran, the American hostages, and that whole debacle. | |
| So Iran has committed terrorist attacks against the United States, with or without Israel. | |
| So right now, President Trump is protecting the country against the Iranian regime. | |
| And you are right. | |
| There's a huge difference between the Iranian regime, the what I call the mullocracy headed by radical Shiite clerics, driven by an apocalyptic vision to end the world, and the Iranian people. | |
| The Iranian people, the majority of them, over 70% of the Iranian people right now are under the age of 35. | |
| They have never experienced life outside of the molacracy where the regime had their thumb on the people. | |
| They want to be a part of the world. | |
| They have access to the internet. | |
| They see how the rest of the world is living. | |
| They are educated. | |
| They are sophisticated. | |
| They are middle class. | |
| They want to prosper. | |
| They want to grow. | |
| They want to release the grip of the regime. | |
| But unfortunately, they are unable. | |
| They have tried time and time again. | |
| Remember under Obama, they took to the streets by the millions. | |
| And instead of Obama siding with the people of Iran, he sided with the mullahs and with the regime. | |
| So right now, the Iranian people want the regime to be defeated. | |
| The regime itself, headed by Ayatollah Khomeini, is a bunch of radical mullahs who believe that Allah put them on this earth for one purpose, and that's to bring back the Shiite Messiah. | |
| The Shiite Messiah known as the Mahdi or the 12th Imam disappeared in a well when he was a young child. | |
| And the Iranian mullahs believe, according to Shiite teachings and tradition and ideology, that they can actually participate in creating an international catastrophe that will usher in his return. | |
| And what I mean by that, we in the Christian world, as well as the Jewish world, we know in the Christian world, for example, that Jesus is going to come back. | |
| And when Jesus comes back, we're going to have peace all throughout the world. | |
| The Jews believe that Messiah is going to come. | |
| And once the Messiah comes, we're going to have peace on earth, a peace on earth. | |
| But there's nothing we can do as Christians and as Jews to hasten the return of our Jesus or the Messiah. | |
| But according to Shia ideology, they believe by creating a catastrophe where they can drag the whole world into war where blood flows through the streets like rivers, that can hasten the return of the Mahdi. | |
| So they literally believe they have a hand in bringing their Messiah back to earth. | |
| So this is why negotiating with Iran is fruitless. | |
| It doesn't mean anything. | |
| Any signature the mullah signed that the current regime in Iran signed on paper means nothing, whether it's a peace treaty, whether it's a ceasefire, whether it's a whatever contract or nuclear deal they're going to sign. | |
| It means nothing because their ultimate goal, the mullahs, is to bring an end to the world in order to usher their 12th Imam or their Mahdi, the Messiah. | |
| Brigitte, you're amazing. | |
| You wrote a book called Rise in Defense of Judeo-Christian Values and Freedom. | |
| This book is a book for now. | |
| This is a book that you warned us about, about what we're seeing take place right now. | |
| Let's talk about that for just a moment because Iran is pressing towards nuclear capability. | |
| Yet this moment was interfered with the decision that President Trump made several days ago. | |
| You warned us about in this book. | |
| Tell me about why you saw this coming. | |
| How did you see this coming? | |
| Because everybody watching right now, you need to call the number because this book is going to guide you to what we're seeing take place right now and the things that are to come. | |
| There are things developing right now. | |
| And as I'm watching the news, Iran is proclaiming victory. | |
| I mean, this is insane. | |
| At the same time, Israel's involved. | |
| America's involved. | |
| So many things. | |
| But yet you warned us about in this book. | |
| Can you walk us back? | |
| How did you see this play out? | |
| Wow. | |
| Thank you. | |
| And that's exactly why I titled the book Rise in Defense of Judeo-Christian Values and Freedom. | |
| Because the Iranians, the Islamic War, the radical Islamic terrorists and the axis of evil, we have seen how Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran were coming together, working together, trying to create a counterbalance to the United States. | |
| And that started immediately after 9-11, 2001, Mongo, because we started seeing, especially after Obama came to power, they sensed weakness. | |
| They sensed that America had become a paper tiger. | |
| And they knew under Obama, remember when Obama came to power, his first address was to the Iranian mullahs. | |
| Congratulations, Iran, on their spring holiday. | |
| He went to Egypt, spoke to the Muslim Brotherhood. | |
| As a matter of fact, he went against the leader of Egypt at the time because the leader of Egypt refused to have the Muslim Brotherhood present at Al-Azhar University when Obama gave his first address. | |
| And Obama insisted that he invited the Muslim Brotherhood and put them in the first two rows to attend his speech. | |
| So the Islamic radical world, as well as what I call the red-green axis, came together and realized now is the time to work against America. | |
| And that's exactly why we saw that at that time in 2006, President Ahmadinejad at the time attended the missile test for North Korea. | |
| He flew to North Korea and sat there attending the test in 2006 and 2007 because Iran wanted to put a nuclear head on top of a ballistic missile that North Korea was testing. | |
| And they were planning on attacking the United States, creating an electromagnetic pulse attack. | |
| And what I mean by that, they were planning on launching a missile from any ship. | |
| They could launch it from any ship in the Mediterranean, any ship in the Atlantic or in the Pacific, where they could have used that. | |
| So nobody would think it's Iran doing it because what are you going to do? | |
| Attack Al-Qaeda. | |
| We already were at war with Al-Qaeda. | |
| So they could have launched it on one of those ships that Osama bin Laden or his family owned against the United States. | |
| They could have detonated it 500 kilometers above the United States, let's say above Wuchita, Kansas, the heartland. | |
| Now, it would not have killed anybody, but it would have created an electromagnetic pulse attack by interacting with the Earth's surface, sending us back, Mondo, to the 14th century. | |
| Nobody would have known what happened, but you would wake up in the morning, you know, your alarm clock would not go on. | |
| You would think, oh my goodness, what happened? | |
| My alarm didn't go off. | |
| You try to take a shower, there's no running water. | |
| You figure, forget it. | |
| I'm going to put my clothes on. | |
| I'm late to work already. | |
| You jump in the car, you turn it on, your car is not where the battery is dead because right now all the ignitions are on electricity. | |
| And so it will take America for 24 to 48 hours to realize what had happened. | |
| By then, food out of the stores would be gone out of all the grocery stores because the grocery stores will be mobbed. | |
| Warehouses will not be able to deliver food to the grocery stores. | |
| So food will rot at the warehouses because the trucks cannot drive on the highway. | |
| The EMP Commission and Congress, you know, the Congress established an EMP commission. | |
| I was one of the keynote speakers in 2009 at their conference. | |
| And they estimated that 90% of America will be dead within the first year after an EMP attack. | |
| And so I detail all this in the book because we have seen this coming. | |
| It's not like we did not know about this stuff, but it only took President Trump, which I believe appointed by God, anointed by God, to be able to save America. | |
|
Rise, In Defense
00:03:36
|
|
| And that's why he did what he did. | |
| But this book will open your eyes to realize the threats to the United States that we were living under. | |
| You know, this is incredible. | |
| I want to return in just a moment with more from Brigitte Gabriel on sleeper cells and cyber attacks and how likely are we to see that here in the United States. | |
| You do not want to miss what she shares next. | |
| In the meantime, I want you to watch this trailer for the book, Rise, in Defense of Judeo-Christian Values and Freedom. | |
| The story of America is one of people who have made their dreams come true by realizing that the time for action is always now. | |
| America, as we know it, is being transformed before our very eyes. | |
| Western civilization and the values it was founded upon are under attack from enemies both abroad and from within. | |
| Unvetted immigration is rampant and the flag is considered a hate symbol on college campuses. | |
| Traditional family values are attacked and Antifa terrorists and more are gaining a foothold in communities across America. | |
| Is our nation at the crossroads of irreversible consequences? | |
| Or is there still time to rise? | |
| Rise and defend the heart and soul of this nation. | |
| Rise and fight for freedom of speech and democracy. | |
| And for the Judeo-Christian values and freedoms this great nation was founded upon. | |
| From Brigitte Gabriel, leading terrorism expert and New York Times best-selling author of, Because They Hate and They Must Be Stopped, comes Rise, in defense of Judeo-Christian values and freedom. | |
| In her most explosive book to date, she takes you from Europe to the Middle East, from Washington, D.C. to Israel, revealing explosive information that every American needs to hear. | |
| Sean Hannity writes, if you're a concerned American who wants to know the truth, you need to read this book. | |
| Judge Janine Pirro says, Rise is a must-read for every American. | |
| Vanessa Souza, Rise is a searing truth-telling expose. | |
| And finally, Michelle Melkin, heed her warnings, follow her lead. | |
| Understand why this matters for your family and your personal freedom, and learn what you can do to fight the forces that aim to undermine our great nation. | |
| A nation which defeated the mighty British to gain the independence that helped defeat Hitler, that beat the menacing Soviet Union, put a man on the moon and change the world forever. | |
| Don't sit back and watch the greatest country the world has ever known slowly fade away. | |
| Become an instrument of change with rise in defense of Judeo-Christian values and freedom. | |
| Available September 11th for frontline books. | |
| You never really own freedom. | |
| You only preserve it for the next generation. | |
| Get your coffee and rise. | |
| Available where fine books are sold. | |
| You cautioned us about sleeper cells and cyber attacks. | |
| Now, the question that we all have is how likely are we to see that? | |
| But I've heard that you have a potential list of maybe where some of them would be in the United States of America. | |
| Well, we have been concerned about cells in the United States all along since 9-11, 2001. | |
|
Call Authorities If You See Something
00:07:11
|
|
| But we became really concerned, especially in the last four years, because we know Biden opened up the floodgates and allowed everybody and anybody to come into our country. | |
| My friend Tom Holman said that we estimate that we have 1,271 Iranians who have crossed through the border in the last four years that are here already in the country. | |
| I believe we have started arresting some of them. | |
| I think we just arrested 11 this morning. | |
| And so our FBI and our intelligence agencies are watching very closely right now. | |
| Anybody who's connected to terrorism, anybody who is on the FBI anti-terrorism list, terrorism list. | |
| And so we are looking for them. | |
| This is why we say, if you see something, say something. | |
| If you see something, do something. | |
| Call the authorities. | |
| Notify the authorities. | |
| Don't underestimate yourself. | |
| Your gut instinct when you see something out of line, whatever it is, if you think for a second this doesn't seem right, make sure you call the authorities. | |
| Right now, the Iranian agents that see for cells in America are desperate. | |
| I don't believe we're going to see a massive attack on the scale of 9-11 because the command and control center in Iran has been obliterated. | |
| So the Iranian leadership will not be able to communicate through the regular channels with their Iranian proxies in the United States. | |
| But I believe we will be able to see lone wolf attacks, just like what happened a few days ago in the church in Detroit, in Michigan, where somebody walked into the church and started shooting at people, killing people. | |
| And so we are going to see more of these attacks. | |
| And that's why we as a society, as a nation, as citizens, need to be vigilant and we need to keep our eyes open. | |
| And don't be shy when you need to report something to the authorities because you could save lives, hundreds of lives by preventing a terrorist attack against America. | |
| Wow. | |
| I have to ask you this question because I think in the minds of America, we woke up on Sunday morning and I heard a lot of fear coming from American people. | |
| What is your advice? | |
| You've written a book about it. | |
| You go on the news talking about this situation. | |
| You get death threats all the time. | |
| You understand the kind of tension that this brings. | |
| But what should American citizens do while they're feeling tense? | |
| Do we pray? | |
| Do we stay calm? | |
| Do we call authorities? | |
| What do we do so we don't live in fear? | |
| All the above. | |
| We need to pray. | |
| We need to keep our eyes open. | |
| We need to be informed about what's happening around us and we need to be engaged. | |
| Engaged is the most important thing of all. | |
| And here's what I mean by that. | |
| Right now, we are working with President Trump. | |
| And you know, President Trump is leading peace through strength. | |
| We are not going to cower to the world. | |
| We're not going to allow people to walk all over us. | |
| When President Trump says, here is the red line, do not cross it. | |
| If you cross it, there will be consequences to your actions. | |
| The enemy needs to believe that. | |
| And so we're standing with the president to make America great again, to preserve America, to make sure that America and Americans are safe and secure in our homes and in our communities. | |
| So right now, we are working with the administration in codifying all the executive orders that President Trump signed when he first came to office. | |
| Because right now, remember, he said they're just signature on paper. | |
| If we lose power, anybody who comes after him can change them. | |
| So right now, we're working with the administration and we are working with members of Congress on introducing bills that will codify, turn into law all these executive orders he signed to make America safe again, to make America great again, and to preserve our way of life and our Judeo-Christian heritage and way of life. | |
| So we want to be able to find you when there's a bill coming down for a vote. | |
| We monitor all bills and we work with members of Congress on introducing bills at the federal level as well as at the state level. | |
| So we want to be able to find you when there's a bill coming down for a vote and alert you to take action. | |
| So make sure you go on our website, actforeamerica.org. | |
| Actforamerica.org right now. | |
| Sign up to receive our emails and action alert. | |
| Join us as a member. | |
| Stand with us and support our work. | |
| We will send you an email when a bill is introduced, tell you, we call them the ACT Now campaigns. | |
| You know, the name says it all, Act Now. | |
| And we say it's a whole campaign. | |
| So we send you an email about the bill. | |
| You click on take action. | |
| You enter your information because we want to make sure we know where you live, whether you live in Minnesota, whether you live in California, you live in Maine, because I know people are watching us from all over the country. | |
| Once you enter your information, we will connect you directly with your elected representatives in your state, your senators, your congressmen, and your governor, your lieutenant governor, etc. | |
| And you confirm that they are your elected officials. | |
| We have an email written for you about the bill. | |
| With one click of a button, your email signed with your name will go directly to your elected officials, telling them to vote yes on that bill. | |
| And then we give you a petition to sign. | |
| We give you a social media post already prepared to share on your social media, whether you have Facebook, whether you have Twitter, et cetera. | |
| And then we give you the phone number of your elected official with a script you could literally read off the computer screen while you're calling them, telling them that you want them to vote for this bill. | |
| We make it so easy so people can take action. | |
| Because let's face it, most people don't make the phone calls or then send an email. | |
| They don't know what to say. | |
| They don't know what to write. | |
| They feel like gumbo at it, like, oh my gosh, what am I going to say? | |
| I don't want to sound stupid. | |
| So we make sure you sound informed, you sound intelligent. | |
| The letters are written in a very coherent way, very effective, written by our writers to go to your elected officials. | |
| So make sure you go to actforeamerica.org, sign up to receive our emails and action alerts. | |
| Join us as a member. | |
| Become a member. | |
| Stand with us so together we can save our country. | |
| We can pray for our country. | |
| We can hope for our country. | |
| We can wish for our country. | |
| But without taking action for our country, nothing is going to change. | |
| We need to do everything together. | |
| Amen. | |
| Go visit that website and support this. | |

Israel's Defense Dilemma
00:04:42
|
|
| Brigitte, I want to ask you this question just a few minutes left in the broadcast. | |
| What is the answer to resolve the issue that is happening in Gaza? | |
| We've been so focused on what's happening between Iran and Israel. | |
| A lot of people seem to forget they are still fighting a war in Gaza currently. | |
| Can Palestinians and Jewish people live in the same land together? | |
| Is it America's responsibility to fully support Israel during this time? | |
| What's the solution? | |
| Israel needs to do whatever it has to do to defend itself. | |
| The Palestinians hate Israel so much that they will sacrifice every last living, breathing baby they have in order to kill the Jews. | |
| So the only way Israel can have peace living in the Middle East in such a hostile neighborhood is by becoming the most powerful nation in that region where all its neighbors fear it. | |
| They will respect it and they will fear it. | |
| And that's the only way Israelis can live in peace. | |
| We have seen what happens when Israelis try to extend to the Palestinians. | |
| We're going to give you your own territory. | |
| You know, here's Gaza. | |
| You can take it all. | |
| Remember in 2005, Israel withdrew out of Gaza. | |
| The Palestinians had their own little mini state in Gaza. | |
| They elected their own representative. | |
| There wasn't even one Jewish soul alive or dead in Gaza. | |
| The Jews even dug out the graves of dead Jews in Gaza and took it to Israel. | |
| And so, and we saw what the Palestinians did. | |
| So peace through strength is the only option that Israel has to stay alive in the middle of the Middle East. | |
| It's not America's job to ensure that we get involved in other people's wars, but it is our job to support the state of Israel against an enemy that wants to idealate the whole state and the Jewish people. | |
| We cannot allow that to happen, not under our watch. | |
| The more information you have available for you, the more you know, the more you understand, the more you know this is what the Bible talked about. | |
| Don't get confused. | |
| Don't get deceived. | |
| Don't go into hatred. | |
| Don't go into panic mode. | |
| Instead, you got to read books like this. | |
| Because the moment you get the information in your hand, you bring the Bible out and compare it next to the word of God and you realize that at the end, we win. | |
| Can you imagine knowing the victory is already there before we even live it? | |
| That gives you enough peace, Ricky, that God is in control. | |
| No matter what happens, God is still under control, but it doesn't mean that we disengage. | |
| We got to re-engage and be attentive. | |
| That's right. | |
| We have to act for America, act for your family, act for your community. | |
| Go get involved with something, whether it's a school board or whether the Lord has told you to run for Congress or Senate or to be a district judge, wherever you are. | |
| You need to ensure you do whatever it is that the Lord has told you to do. | |
| Put action to your words. | |
| It's not just enough to go out and say, you know what, I'm just going to pray about this. | |
| I'm never going to do anything about this. | |
| We need to go and put action behind our prayers, action behind our faith to see true change here in the United States. | |
| Regit, this is the end of this episode. | |
| If somebody's watching right now and they're saying, well, you know, I've never done something like this. | |
| I've never reached out to a representative and I've never reached out to a congressman. | |
| I don't necessarily, you know, if this is the right thing to do, what would you say to them? | |
| Ricky, I say Jesus set the standard of activism. | |
| Once Jesus saw something wrong at the temple, he didn't just sit there and pray. | |
| He walked into that temple. | |
| He overturned the table. | |
| God uses his people as his instruments of change. | |
| We are the instruments. | |
| We are instruments in God's hand to make a difference. | |
| And we made it so easy for you with Act for America. | |
| With a click of a button, you can become a keyboard activist. | |
| And you'll see how easy it is when you go on our website, act4america.org. | |
| And even on the top tab, you can see the act now. | |
| Click on the act now and just practice taking action on some of those campaigns. | |
| You will be stunned how easy it is. | |
| You can take action at 7 a.m. in the morning, sitting in your pajamas, sipping your cup of coffee at the privacy of your own home, and you can change the world. | |
| You can definitely make a difference for our country. | |
| We make it so easy. | |
| Go to actforamerica.org and allow yourself to be an instrument in God's hand to make a difference for our country. | |
| Amen. | |
| We want to make sure you go and support this vision because this is making sure that America can be preserved for the next generation. | |
| We'll be back with Rajeev Gabriel for show too. | |
| I want to say thank you for watching this broadcast. | |
| And remember this, God loves you. | |
| He really does. | |
| Bye-bye for today. | |
| Thank you so much. | |
