Brilliant Genesis Translations
00:15:17
|
|
| Welcome to the Jim Baker Family Show. | |
| Today, Pastor Mark Biltz discusses the revelation of Genesis, exploring the Hebrew roots. | |
| Our co-host today is Reverend Mondo de la Vega. | |
| And now, here's your host, Pastor Ricky Baker. | |
| Hello, friends. | |
| Thanks for watching the PCL Television Network. | |
| We're excited to have you in. | |
| We're excited to welcome back our dear friend, Pastor Mark Biltz. | |
| You know, Mondo, when it comes to the blood moons, I really think that this man was the tip of the spear that was just showing the world, hey, there's not coincidence in these. | |
| These are all a part of God's calendar. | |
| You know what I call people like that is people that are favored by the Lord with giftings to help us interpret what the Bible has to say about events that are taking place. | |
| And Pastor Mark Biltz has been favored by the Lord to help us interpret what all that means because we've seen a lot of blood moons, a lot of interpretations that are kind of questionable. | |
| But I want to tell you something. | |
| Pastor Mark Bilts has been on top of this and much more. | |
| And I can't wait to reveal what he's going to talk about today. | |
| Yeah, this is incredible. | |
| We have Pastor Mark Bilts. | |
| He's going to join us to explore the revelation of Genesis, exploring the Hebrew roots. | |
| Now, Pastor Mark is also the founding pastor of El Shaddai Ministries, Prophetic Voice to the Nations, and now a co-creator of one of the most revolutionary Bible resources we have seen in a long time. | |
| Mondo, this is really, I believe, going to change the way people understand the original text to where we are now. | |
| My favorite part about this book is what you can do with your phone, scan the QR code, and be able to look at the visuals. | |
| I'm a very visual person. | |
| I can read, but if I don't see it visually, it's a little bit hard to understand. | |
| So I'm glad that he caught up with the times and adapted technology to it because it changes the scripture all the way through. | |
| That's right. | |
| Pastor Mark Biltz, are you there? | |
| Can you hear us right now? | |
| I sure can. | |
| I'm so excited. | |
| You guys like the book. | |
| Amen. | |
| Tell us what inspired you to do this. | |
| And explain to somebody who maybe is watching right now and they're wondering, what is groundbreaking about this book? | |
| Explain to them right now. | |
| Well, sure. | |
| First off, there are over 100 different English translations. | |
| Over 100 different English translations. | |
| So which one is correct? | |
| Well, we found many errors in almost all of the English translations that we can prove to you from the Hebrew. | |
| But guess how many Hebrew translations there are? | |
| One. | |
| Only one. | |
| And so that is the language that was truly inspired. | |
| And so a friend of mine, Danny Ben-Gigi, who is the number one Hebrew scholar in the world, he was in the Yom Kippur War. | |
| He's a native Israeli. | |
| And he taught Hebrew to the Hebrews, just like we have English teachers that teach us English. | |
| He was the Hebrew teachers for the Hebrew. | |
| He also taught Hebrew at Arizona State University. | |
| And the nice thing is he not only knows modern Hebrew, as he was born and raised in Israel, he knows ancient biblical Hebrew. | |
| He even knows all of the font, just like you have different fonts on your computer. | |
| He knew the Hebrew font that David used. | |
| He knows the Hebrew font that Moses used. | |
| And he understands the classic Hebrew. | |
| And having only read the Torah in Hebrew, when I show him the English, he could not believe also all the errors that were there. | |
| And so we are so excited to be able to bring this because actually heaven speaks Hebrew. | |
| Hebrew is the heavenly language. | |
| So we're so excited to make this easily available for everyone. | |
| Amen. | |
| Amen. | |
| So tell us about that. | |
| There's QR codes. | |
| As I noticed, I flipped through this book and there are QR codes all throughout it. | |
| Tell us what this is about in layman's terms. | |
| Why QR codes inside of a edition of Genesis? | |
| Oh my goodness. | |
| I don't think this has ever been done before in history. | |
| I make the book of Genesis come alive. | |
| You simply hold your phone over a QR code and you will literally see a five or 10 minute video of me teaching about those chapters in the verse of Genesis. | |
| Then there are also audio QR codes where you can hold your phone over those QR codes and I explain verbally, not video, but I explain why the translations are different. | |
| And then you're going to see green font throughout the text where we literally corrected the English translations of those words. | |
| So, you know, when you think about it, can you imagine? | |
| I don't know why they're not doing this in every industry. | |
| Children's books. | |
| You have little kids. | |
| Wouldn't it be great when they're reading about Moses crossing the Red Sea and they hold their phone over a QR code and literally out of the pages jumps a video of Moses crossing the Red Sea. | |
| So this will help people get back to physical books, reading books, and not just be, you know, overwhelmed with the internet. | |
| Wow. | |
| Pastor Mark, it's so good to see you. | |
| And thank you for the work that you've done, dedicating your whole ministry and life's work to putting this together. | |
| Listen, tell us about the green highlighted corrections, because what kind of changes are we're going to see in the impact in understanding the word of God? | |
| Oh my goodness, it is absolutely huge. | |
| Now, some of them are simply word changes where we have the English spelling correct. | |
| Plus, the nice thing, we have a transliteration where people can learn Hebrew at a first grade level. | |
| The Hebrew is not only in the Hebraic letters, but we have it in English letters broken down by syllables and accents. | |
| So everyone can easily read Hebrew from the very beginning. | |
| But there's a lot of things in Genesis that you learn by going over the QR codes, listening or watching me speak. | |
| One of the most interesting things, how was man created? | |
| How did God create man? | |
| What would you say how God created us? | |
| Well, by the dust. | |
| Yes, by the Bible says male and female. | |
| Come on. | |
| Well, you know what? | |
| That's not true. | |
| Uh-oh. | |
| Tell us. | |
| Uh-oh, shock. | |
| Correct. | |
| Yes, he created us. | |
| Or let me rephrase it. | |
| He formed our body from dirt. | |
| But when you know Hebrew, where it says in Genesis 1, 1, God created the heavens and the earth, the Hebrew word is bara, which means to create out of nothing. | |
| I mean, if we're going to build a house, we have to start with wood and we got to start with a tree. | |
| But in the beginning, God created everything out of nothing. | |
| You find in Genesis 1, God has different ways of making things. | |
| He plants. | |
| He forms. | |
| He builds. | |
| He speaks. | |
| But guess what? | |
| When it comes to man, when God says, let us create man in our image, the Hebrew word is bara, which means to create us out of nothing. | |
| And so here's how it actually happened. | |
| God created our soul out of nothing. | |
| Then he formed our shell, our body from the dirt. | |
| Then he placed the soul. | |
| that he created out of nothing into our body. | |
| And then it says he breathed the spirit into us. | |
| And we know that we are body, soul, and spirit. | |
| The body returns to dirt, but the soul is going to receive a new body. | |
| Now, let me ask you something. | |
| Do you have a soul? | |
| Yes. | |
| No, you don't. | |
| Come on. | |
| I'm leaving. | |
| I'm done. | |
| No. | |
| You, here it is. | |
| You are a soul. | |
| You have a body. | |
| Oh, wow. | |
| This is a mind-blowing concept because you're going to get a new body. | |
| You are not your body. | |
| You are your soul. | |
| And so people always say we have a soul. | |
| No, no, you have to completely rethink your existence. | |
| You're a soul and you have a body. | |
| Wow. | |
| You're going to have to rename the intro to student instead of Reverend Mondo. | |
| Seriously. | |
| I just learned something new. | |
| And listen, this is why Genesis from a lot of studies has become one of the most complicated subjects in the Bible because you deal from the beginning of the Bible, the beginning of earth, the beginning of mankind. | |
| And Ricky, a lot of theologians get this confused. | |
| A lot of students get this confused. | |
| And I want to tell you something. | |
| We've got to get back to the origin of the word, just like we were just taught right now about the body and soul. | |
| Listen, there's no shame in being a student of the word. | |
| It keeps you out of trouble. | |
| Constantly, that's right. | |
| You know, this is incredible. | |
| I want to make sure you guys know that this is available through a affiliate program we have with Pastor Mark Biltz as well. | |
| Pastor Mark, this is brilliant. | |
| It's large text as well. | |
| You can probably read it from over there. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| Come on. | |
| This is incredible. | |
| It also has pictures. | |
| Like you said, those QR codes, that is what is incredible. | |
| I'm looking at the beginning of this. | |
| So, you know, verse 19, it says here, watch a five-minute video presentation. | |
| When I scan this on my phone, it takes me to a video of Pastor Mark Biltz. | |
| I'm actually just going to pull it up so you can see how quickly this works. | |
| Right here, immediately pulled up on my phone, a video of Pastor Mark Biltz talking right about it. | |
| There's two words that means generation. | |
| It's incredible. | |
| Wow. | |
| I mean, I've never seen anything like this, Mondo. | |
| I don't know if you have. | |
| Listen, this is one of the greatest ways to learn the Bible from the original text and be able to have Bible study with your friends or even have Bible study in the morning. | |
| And I want to tell you something. | |
| Go to the website right now or give us a call, 1-888-988-1588. | |
| You're not going to want to miss out on this book. | |
| I already saw that Ricky took my copy. | |
| I'm going to get it back after the show. | |
| I wrote my name in it. | |
| I wrote my name in it so he can't get it off. | |
| Oh, man. | |
| But this is so much fun to understand the word. | |
| Listen, one of the things, Pastor Mark, helps us help you with this because we are living in the information age, but very little application. | |
| Could your book be a great application on understanding the book of Genesis? | |
| Oh, absolutely. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| Because I have a lot of groundbreaking translations that will so help everyone understand the beginning. | |
| And I think it's Isaiah 46, 10, but it says God declared the end from the beginning. | |
| If you want to know Revelation, you're going to find it all in Genesis in the seed form. | |
| And so for me, I love revealing things from the book of Genesis that most people have no concept of. | |
| Just like this concept of a soul. | |
| There's other things that are kind of hilarious, even in Genesis 1, that are mistranslated. | |
| I want to go through it. | |
| Seriously. | |
| Don't ask me any more questions, God. | |
| I'm going to get them wrong. | |
| I know. | |
| I got to just sit here and listen to what he's doing over here. | |
| Yes, teach us. | |
| I want to ask you this question. | |
| Can you give us another example? | |
| You've shown us here two examples so far, but another example of a verse in Genesis that completely changes the meaning or comes alive by knowing what actually was being spoken in that time. | |
| But also, before you answer that question, I see Genesis here, but are there going to be other books of the Bible that you break down and do this with? | |
| Yes. | |
| As a matter of fact, in just, oh, I would say four weeks to six weeks, we're going to have all the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in a hardback form with QR codes that will come alive. | |
| And there are many, do you know there's 900 different English translations of the New Testament? | |
| They all have to be different because of copyright. | |
| So how do you know which in the world is right? | |
| Well, I can tell you right now, we are having the entire gospels printed in Hebrew with the Hebrew transliteration and English and the corrections and the QR codes. | |
| It will be off the chart amazing for people to understand the New Testament from the original language. | |
| This is going to be fun because you're going to make this available to our viewers, to our partners. | |
| And the first one that we're rolling out for you is Genesis. | |
| That's right. | |
| The foundation. | |
| And if you understand Genesis, get ready because when you start learning about Matthew 24, Luke 21, the book. | |
| Listen, this is about to get really nice because now we are going to understand, again, from the origin of the meaning of the translation in which we should learn from. | |
| Now we're going to get a clear vision of what it means. | |
| There's certain words in scripture that are very difficult to understand. | |
| And there's been a lot of translations and a lot of errors that have been made. | |
| But I'm confident that this teaching right here is going to lead you back to the truth in order to understand the scripture a lot better. | |
| But more than that, it's going to help you for application to your life. | |
| So do this today. | |
| JimBakershow.com or better yet, give us a call, 1-888-988-1588. | |
| Don't miss out on this opportunity. | |
| Not only are you going to help this ministry, but we are going to help Pastor Mark continue to do this type of teaching and roll them out just for you. | |
| And I want to be the first one to get it because I want to study the word and be smarter than Ricky. | |
| Come on. | |
| I want to see Matthew 24 in this light, don't you? | |
| Oh, that's going to be 21, Mark 13, exactly, to know exactly what the original text was talking about. | |
|
The Rod Before Pharaoh
00:03:58
|
|
| And I love that it is here, Mondo. | |
| It has it in the original text. | |
| You also have everything pronounced. | |
| I mean, you can do it. | |
| What's it called? | |
| Phonetically, phonetically. | |
| Phonetics. | |
| Why did you put everything phonetically underneath it as well? | |
| I want to ask you that question. | |
| Okay. | |
| And it also has accent marks. | |
| Okay. | |
| Because we want people, we make it so easy to learn Hebrew. | |
| Everybody wants to learn the heavenly tongue. | |
| That's why with this offer, we are also going to add the entire book of Genesis to be read to you in Hebrew, chapter by chapter, an actual audio where you can hear the Hebrew, | |
| you can see the Hebrew, and then on top of that, we're also allowing it to be a download to your computer so you can actually do word searches in Hebrew in English. | |
| So it's a study Bible, as well as a Bible you can hold in your hands. | |
| So this is what is amazing. | |
| And for example, one Hebrew that is mistranslated. | |
| If you remember when Moses or Aaron threw his rod down in front of Pharaoh, what does the Bible say it became? | |
| Tell me. | |
| I don't know if I want to answer any more questions. | |
| Tell me. | |
| You got to just tell me, right? | |
| I'm not saying that you're wrong. | |
| I'm just saying that what does the Bible, your translation say that the rod became in front of Pharaoh? | |
| I plead the fifth. | |
| A snake. | |
| Some say serpent, some say snake, some say giant lizard. | |
| It's completely wrong. | |
| Completely wrong. | |
| Okay. | |
| Listen, I'm about to turn in my ministerial license. | |
| You can have it back. | |
| What was it if it wasn't a snake? | |
| It's amazing in Hebrew. | |
| The word is tanin. | |
| Well, if you look in your Bible in Genesis 1, when God separates the waters, it says that he created these great whales. | |
| Wow. | |
| Well, guess what? | |
| The word is tanin. | |
| It's the same Hebrew word. | |
| So is he creating great serpents or did Aaron's rod become a great whale in front of Pharaoh? | |
| They're both wrong. | |
| Neither one is correct. | |
| The real word is a crocodile. | |
| You can even go to Google and see it. | |
| So it says in Genesis 1, God created the great crocodiles. | |
| And in Exodus, when Aaron threw his rod down, it became a crocodile. | |
| Pharaoh's magicians threw theirs down and they also became crocodiles, but Aaron's crocodile ate up theirs. | |
| And so, wow, how that changes the whole image of everything. | |
| Wow. | |
| You know what I've learned today? | |
| Wow. | |
| That I know nothing. | |
| That's right. | |
| And this right here puts it back into context. | |
| This is what I love about the word of God. | |
| You can challenge it. | |
| You can debate it. | |
| You can deconstruct it. | |
| Do whatever you want with it. | |
| But the word has always been the word. | |
| You can't change it. | |
| You can debate it. | |
| Once it's in the text, once you put it back into context, now it reads different. | |
| Now it's understandable in ways that it's supposed to be. | |
| And I want to tell you something. | |
| If you want to learn more about the book of Genesis, then this is the only way that we are recommending for you to have. | |
| So listen, call us today, 1-888-988-1588. | |

Cardio Miracle Benefits
00:02:53
|
|
| Don't get one copy. | |
| Get several copies and have Bible study because this is life-changing. | |
| I don't know about you, but I've learned today that I need to study the word a lot more. | |
| I need to learn what the Bible means, what it says, and it says what it means, and not try to change it with all this theatrics that is going on. | |
| So Pastor Mark, thank you for really doing a deep dive into the word and breaking it down for us. | |
| Ricky, this is something that will be a great Christmas present. | |
| Incredible. | |
| Something that can be a great, even a happy birthday present. | |
| Mother's Day present. | |
| This is for anyone who wants to know the word better. | |
| And that's what I love about this. | |
| Pastor Marville, we have a couple more questions for you. | |
| We're going to play a quick video from the sponsor of today's show. | |
| I'm going to get back. | |
| I'm going to ask you a few questions about this book, Genesis. | |
| If you have a heart, you need nitric oxide. | |
| Even the University of Florida called nitric oxide the spark of life in the cell. | |
| This miracle molecule is essential for cardiovascular health, improving blood flow, lowering blood pressure, and boosting your energy. | |
| So what it does, it's balancing the neurotransmitters. | |
| It's increasing blood flow throughout the body. | |
| It's protecting you from the number one killer of everybody, which is cardiovascular disease. | |
| With Cardio Miracle, you're unlocking the potential for extraordinary health and vitality. | |
| Again, we have to feed our brains. | |
| And so this not only feeds the brain with the appropriate ingredients and nutrition, but also the blood flow. | |
| You know, for instance, you out there, you know, when you stand up and you get dizzy and you feel like you want to fall, especially the older population, we have hip fractures and things. | |
| It's because we're not getting enough of the hydration that we need. | |
| So the water, but also the blood flow dynamics shift over time. | |
| And so the nitric oxide helps to even that out because you're getting the nutrition you need. | |
| And again, the nitric oxide and getting that blood flow, the pressure head of blood to your brain. | |
| Take it before your workout, take it after your workout, receive the benefits. | |
| It's amazing. | |
| Cardio Miracle is a winner and it's worth a try. | |
| So give it a shot. | |

Genesis Revealed
00:06:53
|
|
| Pastor Mark, I want to ask you, what personal impact did this have on you as you were going through this? | |
| Because, I mean, I can't assume that you just knew all of this as you're going through this. | |
| I mean, there had to be revelation where you were just sitting there in awe of what you were learning. | |
| Oh, absolutely. | |
| Because Danny Ben Gigi, Dr. Danny Ben Gigi, he knows everything from a Hebrew perspective and the language, but he doesn't know the New Testament or the New Testament concepts as well as I do. | |
| And I'm always into connecting the dots. | |
| And so what happens, he and I are sitting together, blowing each other away. | |
| He'll see something and bring it up. | |
| And then I know how to connect it to the New Testament that he doesn't see. | |
| And so I blow him away with those connections. | |
| He blows me away with the Hebraic connections. | |
| And together, we're just having a blast. | |
| It's just unbelievable insights that are coming that I can hardly wait to have people read. | |
| And I love the pictures because most Bibles don't have pictures in them. | |
| But oh my goodness, here, these beautiful color pictures also help fight replacement theology or misunderstandings. | |
| I'll give you one example. | |
| Another quiz. | |
| How old was Jacob when he wrestled the angel after he left Heraya or after he left? | |
| I don't know. | |
| I know he was gone for, I know he was gone for like 20 years. | |
| So I don't know. | |
| I don't even have a guess on that one. | |
| Let's say 60. | |
| What's your guess, Monteau? | |
| I'm trying to plead the fifth here. | |
| Let me say 85. | |
| Oh, you're close. | |
| 97. | |
| Oh, he was 97 years old. | |
| He was a young man wrestling. | |
| No, but see, that's what's amazing. | |
| When you read the book, you look at the timelines, you listen to it. | |
| There's all kinds of things that will blow your mind. | |
| But I love the beautiful pictures that are in there. | |
| Listen, you got to get this book today. | |
| Call right now, 1-888-988-1588. | |
| Or better yet, visit the website, jimbakershow.com. | |
| This book, for me, when I got my hands on it and I started going through it, I could not put it down. | |
| I wanted to keep reading, keep learning more. | |
| And the one thing I learned about everything is I was wrong in a lot of interpretation of scripture. | |
| And it's okay to admit that you're wrong and start over. | |
| And you know what? | |
| You become a student of the word. | |
| And when you become a student of the word, you become hungry for the word. | |
| And the Bible promises, Ricky, that he's going to bless you when you're hungry and thirsty. | |
| And I want to tell you something. | |
| What better time to be hungry and thirsty for the word to be able to understand the revelation of Genesis all the way up to the books he's going to roll out for you? | |
| This is a special moment. | |
| Call us today, 1-888-988-1588. | |
| Amen. | |
| I want to ask you about something at the very back of the book. | |
| You have a biblical timeline from Adam right here. | |
| Kind of explain this to me and why this is important for viewers at home to understand. | |
| Well, it's so important to know the timeline. | |
| You know, as a matter of fact, my next book is going to be a biblical timeline that goes from Adam all the way to current day, listing all the Shemitah years, all the Jubilee years. | |
| But for me, the timeline is so important to understand the patterns and what God is doing. | |
| So for me, even the names, we need to understand the names. | |
| Most people hate the begats, but do you know, you might be familiar with this in Genesis, where it lists the names from Adam to Noah. | |
| Do you know that actually is the whole gospel? | |
| Yes. | |
| Yeah, we've seen that. | |
| Wow. | |
| It's incredible. | |
| That's really good. | |
| Yeah. | |
| You know what? | |
| Revelation, though, right? | |
| When you come into a revelation is what I call an epiphany moment. | |
| That's a big word. | |
| Try spelling it. | |
| You know, but I want to tell you something. | |
| An epiphany moment when the word is revealed to you. | |
| It makes so much sense. | |
| Why God, and by the way, God did not make a mistake writing Genesis. | |
| I know other people are going to tell you otherwise, but when you begin to read it and begin to study it from the original text, it's going to make sense. | |
| Genesis 1, Genesis 2. | |
| Even the complicated one that very few people started teaching a few years ago, Ricky, was Genesis 6. | |
| That's right. | |
| Oh, man. | |
| I can't wait to go into that. | |
| Incredible. | |
| We want you guys to have the opportunity to go call our website or call our number. | |
| Don't call the website. | |
| I don't think you can do that. | |
| Call the number. | |
| It's 1-888-988-1588. | |
| Or better yet, go on the website, jimbakershow.com. | |
| We're also going to be making a transition to PTL.tv. | |
| We've had a lot of people say, hey, it's a lot of characters to type out on the computer, jimbakershow.com. | |
| So we're trying to condense them on to we're down to five letters. | |
| This is the smallest I could get it. | |
| PTL.tv. | |
| See, everything will be starting to transition there to PTL.tv. | |
| And Mondo, we're going to have our affiliates there as well. | |
| Oh, that's exciting. | |
| And listen, our affiliates, Ricky, are the ones that helps us continue to bring the program every single day into your homes. | |
| Amen. | |
| We want you to continue to support the ministry. | |
| I want to say thank you to those who do support the ministry on a monthly basis, on a quarterly basis. | |
| Some people do it. | |
| I want to say thank you from the bottom of our heart here at the PTL Television Network as well as the Jim Baker Family Show. | |
| And Mondo, I don't know if we can start dropping in little hints, but we have a new pilot show. | |
| Pastor Jim has given us the idea, the concept for and pitched, you know. | |
| And we have that. | |
| It's about to roll out here, what, in the next few weeks? | |
| Yeah. | |
| That's exciting. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| That's exciting, friends. | |
| You are going to not want to miss this. | |
| Go download the PTL television app. | |
| Go to PTL.tv. | |
| You can continue to stay up to date on what we are doing here. | |
| We're expanding the network. | |

| Pastor Mark Biltz, I want to say thank you for being on the broadcast with us today. | |
| What a blessing. | |
| Amen. | |
| Genesis, I don't want you guys to miss this. | |
| Go get this. | |
| Like I said, call that number. | |
| It's 1-888-988-1588. | |
| You can also use that line if you need prayer. | |
| If you need someone to pray the salvation prayer with you or just pray with you and your family, call us as well. | |
| We'll have a prayer team member reach back out to you. | |
| That is one of the greatest joys that we have here at this ministry is partnering with you in faith. | |
