Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
According to NBC News, the president made the decision this weekend.
Molly, fast and furious, what do you make of this new news?
I just heard it.
I have to process it.
I don't have a take.
I'm sorry.
I don't know.
I do what the Democrats tell me to do.
I don't know what to say.
If Molly Jong-Faz doesn't have a response, then you know what Joe Biden pulled at the weekend.
Shocked even the hacks themselves.
Welcome, dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
I hope you had a blessed, blessed Thanksgiving.
Great to be back in the chair.
Thank you to Jim Hansen for sitting here for two days in a row and then Jeff for making a special best-of last week.
But it's good to be back because, as we warned you...
We're moving at the speed of Trump.
And it's been multiplied.
We have Kash Patel!
We're celebrating!
Kash Patel!
Oh my gosh, some of us have been working overtime.
You know who you are.
To make sure that announcement was made.
And it has indeed.
No one better to head the FBI to either dismantle it or to reform it.
We're going to tell you all of Kash's plans based upon what he said here on this show on multiple occasions.
Hey Jeff!
Am I dreaming?
Or did Kash Patel actually host my show once or twice?
There's at least two times, I think maybe three.
Wow.
We should post those whole shows, shouldn't we?
That's actually a pretty good idea, yes.
Wow.
I don't know who else's shows he hosted, but we should definitely get those out there because people need to know why this person is the best choice.
Let's just get it out of the way before we proceed.
They're actually saying he's not qualified.
Oh, John Bolton.
Hey, Jeff, did you see that John Bolton attacked Cash Patel like he attacked me?
Isn't that great?
I told Cash you should put it on his LinkedIn profile.
That's the thing.
I'm letting Bolton pick all the nominations for me.
Who he doesn't like, I support.
Anybody he doesn't like, that's the person we have to have.
Exactly.
Okay, so let's just run through it.
Let me run through it, guys.
So what does Cash Patel do?
What has he done in the past?
16 years in.
I'm a piker.
I spent five and a half years at Fort McNair teaching the U.S. military, then two and a half years at Quantico teaching the Marines.
Do the math there.
Six, seven, eight.
Eight years.
And then my time in the White House, that's like half of what Kash Patel has done.
Sixteen years in government service, first as a public defender, then working as a terrorism prosecutor for the Department of Justice, then chief investigator for the House Intelligence Committee, working for Devin Nunes, crucial to the uncovering of the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.
After that, he served in the Trump administration.
He actually had the job I have been nominated for by the president.
He was senior director of counterterrorism for the National Security Council.
Oh, by the way, when?
Oh, when we whacked and gave a dirt nap to al-Baghdadi, the head of ISIS. So chalk that up on the curriculum vitae, the resume of Kash Patel, after which he served as...
Chief of Staff for the Pentagon.
The whole thing.
The five-sided playpen.
All our armed services.
He was the Chief of Staff for the Pentagon.
Oh, and let's just add one more.
Acting Deputy Director of National Intelligence, overseeing the 17 intelligence communities.
There really is no one better.
Because whether he's dismantling the FBI or whether he's reforming it to fix it, he knows where the bodies are buried.
He knows how the FBI was used as a political weapon against President Trump, against the people who worked for him in his White House, against Catholics in Virginia, against parents going to school board meetings, against January 6 innocent political prisoners.
That's where he's the right choice.
What is he going to do?
Well, here's a very specific clip from Kash Patel on what has to happen to the FBI. Cut 10, play cut.
Then we need to decrease what I call government creep with personnel.
The FBI's footprint has gotten so freaking big...
And the biggest problem the FBI has had has come out of its Intel shops.
I'd break that component out of it.
I'd shut down the FBI Hoover building.
On day one and reopening the next day as a museum of the deep state.
And I take the 7,000 employees that work in that building and send them across America to chase down criminals.
Go be cops.
You're cops.
Go be cops.
Go chase down murderers and rapists and drug dealers and violent offenders.
What do you need 7,000 people there for?
Same thing with DOJ. What are all these people doing here?
After 9-11, the FBI changed.
It wasn't investigating and prosecuting federal crimes.
Thanks to the instructions received from George W. Bush, it became an intelligence agency.
Don't believe me?
Do you know what the average FBI email is?
It ends with the suffix fbi.ic.gov.
Dot IC. What does that stand for?
Intelligence community.
They became spies.
They used secret warrants in secret courts, like the FISA courts, to spy on people for political purposes.
People like Carter Page.
People who weren't enemies of the state, but were enemies of the Democrat Party for political purposes.
That has corrupted the FBI headquarters, and it should be shut down.
It should be moved out of Washington, D.C., and it should not be a political actor.
What else should happen?
Well, let's listen to what Kash Patel said on our program not too long ago about the threat to the republic from the permanent bureaucracy, or if you prefer, the deep state.
Kash Patel, nominated to be director of the FBI, cut eight.
Are we going to fix the deep state in the next 50 days?
No.
But can we on January 20th of next year?
Absolutely.
And look, the deep state has revealed themselves, as you say now, Seb, as you're in your face state.
What did the original government gangsters who authored Russiagate at DOJ, where are they now?
Running the Department of Justice as the number two in Lisa Monaco and John Carlin, my former boss.
What did they just announce last week?
Russia, Russia, Russia.
Russian election interference is back.
They went to the old playbook because we completely, behind Donald Trump's leadership, defeated every single deep state operation they've ever run and exposed them.
So now they're going to their old sale.
They're going to have the media hoisted up, and it's going to be the same people, Seb, which is why I think this is so critically important for Americans to realize now that if you were bamboozled before, don't be bamboozled again and have an election rigged by the same people who lied to you and stole the truth from you.
Whether it was Russiagate or 51 Intel Letter, It's always the same.
It's not a Republican or Democratic thing.
The fact that we have been able to identify these people and expose them is step one.
Step two is Donald Trump now comes in and wins again and takes them out of the swamp forever.
Congratulations to President Trump on this decision.
Congratulations to Kash Patel, along with Tom Homan, along with Governor Noem, along with Central Intelligence Director John Radcliffe, and everyone else.
This is a team that can fix the republic.
Whatever your political color, whether you're of the left, the center, or the right, you shouldn't want to have bureaucracies who feel that elections are irrelevant.
And that's what we have to fix.
We've only just begun.

I think the entire slate of cabinet nominees President Trump has put forward is very strong.
I believe every one of these cabinet nominees is going to be confirmed by the Senate.
I think Kash Patel is going to be confirmed by the Senate.
Wow.
Well, he should be, given his qualifications and the promises made that need to be kept.
Senator Cruz saying Kash Patel will be confirmed.
Interesting, interesting.
Let's take your calls after our first guest on anything to do with the weekend's news or prior to Thanksgiving.
Whether it is the outrageous pardon, the 11-year pardon of Hunter Biden, whether it's Kash Patel or anything else, the number is 83333-GORCA. That's 833-334-6752.
But first, I can't believe it.
It kind of freaks me.
Is it really?
Let me just check my phone.
It's December the 2nd.
When did that happen?
December the 2nd?
That's absurd.
Christmas is like three weeks away.
My gosh.
Whatever your plans are for this Christmas, can I enroll you in a blessed mission to help those children who will be without a parent this Yuletide because they are in prison?
The Prison Fellowship Program has their amazing angel tree service every year where they get a Christmas gift to one of these girls and boys, a message from their incarcerated parent, and a children's Bible just to make them feel a little bit more loved and not abandoned.
More than 70% of these children end up behind bars themselves.
We want to break that cycle, and you can do that.
$30 per child for a Christmas gift.
The Children's Bible and a message from their parent.
Listen to how powerful it is from one of the ambassadors of the Prison Fellowship, Germain, talking about his son when he was in prison.
There wasn't a Christmas that went by where he didn't hear or receive something from his dad.
So that void that he, like most kids have, my son was able to have that void fulfilled during Christmas time because gifts always came on behalf of his dad.
And so he knows dad was there during the holiday season.
Although he couldn't see me that day, the gifts was a great representation and filled my spot.
One of the most beautiful things you can do this Christmas, please be generous, $300 is 10 children whose Christmas you make that little bit better.
But if you can only afford $5 or $10, that makes a difference as well and we will pool it together.
Please go to my website, sebgorker.com, and click at the top on the Change a Child's Christmas banner or call up the Prison Fellowship on 888-206-2794.
That's 888-206-2794.
Or go to my website.
Seb Gorka, S-E-B, sebgorka.com, and click the banner at the top.
Oh, this is getting so technological, guys.
My gosh.
You can text my name, G-O-R-K-A, to the following number, 717767, and they'll text you the link back.
How crazy technological and advanced is that?
That's my name, Gorka, to 717767. Okay, let's analyze the events of the weekend with our in-house legal counsel, a man that makes the left tremble in their Birkenstocks.
He is Colonel K from townhall.com and so many other things.
Author extremely successful of the Overlord series of books and the attack.
Kurt Schlichter, did you have a nice Thanksgiving?
I had a wonderful Thanksgiving, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you.
I... I had a wonderful turkey with my wife.
The abuelos, the Cuban grandparents, were here.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Aren't they being deported?
I've been told by left-wing media that all abuelos are being deported, Kurt.
Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
They are here legally proving that it can be done.
And let me tell you, if you want hardcore...
Come here and start talking about how you like communism.
That's not going to work out so great.
That's going to be a bad day for you.
I'm sure they make you look pale by comparison.
I've got the document here, the court document from the man who was working overtime this weekend, Hunter Biden's attorney, Abby Lowell.
Talk to us about the history of pardons, because usually they're kind of preliminal cases where there's a lot of politics involved, or somebody who was done wrong by the system, like that famous boxer that the president pardoned when he was in office, that black boxer who was racially profiled, Johnson the heavyweight.
But in this case, We're talking about an individual who committed multiple felonies, gun charges, tax evasion, and then the pardon extended for almost 11 years into the past.
Can you put this document from the White House?
I think we've got an image of it.
Can you put it in the correct historic and legal context, please, counsel?
Well, I'm not sure I could put it in the correct context because of the requirements of the FCC to keep the profanity to a minimum.
To call it nonsense is to be charitable.
I mean...
You know, it's bad enough that our president is a demented crook.
He has to go on and have this, you know, pretend to be doing this because of empathy and caring, and I'm a good father.
I mean, really, you know, maybe after eating this much over the last weekend, I could use a little anorexia or bulimia, but that kind of makes me want to throw up.
So, is there a buried story here?
For me, the buried leaders, this is perhaps the first of many pardons, because we know James Biden, we know Frank Biden are implicated in the 21 shell companies.
I don't know about you, Kurt, I have zero shell companies, and maybe a self-pardon from Joe Biden himself.
Is this a one-off?
What is your expectation for the next 49 days?
No, I expect to see a lot of pardons in an effort to prevent accountability.
And, you know, there are some voices out there, Dr. Gorka, that says that Donald Trump should just let some of this stuff go, that we need to move on, that we need to get past all this.
And I was wondering, when the hell the Republican Party stopped being about Just retribution and punishment.
If these people have done something bad, we need to address it.
And of course, they want to short circuit it with pardons.
It's an absolute power.
They certainly can do it.
They have the power to do it.
But what it shows me is that they're not sorry.
That they don't want to change back to the old norms, that they're just going to do this again in the future, which means holding these people accountable is that much more important.
You meant the Democrat Party.
You said the Republican Party.
You meant the Democrat Party.
The Democrat Party, the Republican Party, well, so many of them are feckless.
And the point here is with regards to the Republican Party, these discussions of, oh, retribution and revenge.
How do people miss the point that revenge and retribution can only occur if somebody has been wronged in the first place?
Well, yes.
We're not doing what the Democrats want to do, which is go out and frame people.
We want to hold them accountable for violating the law.
And again, when did the Republican Party stop Being the party of holding criminals responsible for their activities.
I don't understand normally sensible people who say, well, I just want to give them a pass.
Right.
Well, I've got to read to you a couple of outrageous tweets from Andy McCarthy in the next segment.
In the meantime, you've got to check out the latest...
The latest copy, volume in the Kelly Turnbull series, It's Overlord, soon I believe to be a graphic novel.
That's super exciting.
And the book, The Attack, could October the 7th happen in America?
Check them all out wherever good books are sold.
And don't forget to follow us, because we're moving at the speed of Trump yet again.

I have lots of problems with my earpieces.
Well, I get to get up at 1 a.m.
and go cover for Hewitt tonight.
You poor bastard.
You really are a good man.
You are a good man.
I love doing it.
I go in there, and Dwayne always has coffee and cream for me.
Oh, you actually go into the studio?
And I literally drink like eight cups.
You go into KRLA? Where'd you go?
No, I go down south to...
It's in Orange County, and I listen to Roman history on the way down as my prep.
Which podcast or which book?
I just finished Adrian Goldsworthy's Roman Warfare, which I didn't like much.
I'm now in the middle of Caesar's Civil Wars, which I think are a little more, I think it's a little better book.
Now I understand why you always get ready to roll with your Roman analogies as soon as you're on air.
Now I get it.
It's just relaxing.
Every man should think of the Romans a couple times a day.
You must, if you haven't yet, you must listen to, because it changed my life, John Keegan's The History of Warfare.
Have you listened to that?
Oh, I've read it.
That, for me, was such a kind of utter rejection of the Clausewitzian-Westphalian construct and the ideational aspects of warfare.
That book really changed things for me.
I've got to reread it because it's been a while.
I've read a number of Keegan's books.
I wasn't impressed by all of them.
That one is his best.
I'll check that out again.
The History of Warfare.
Just the first 20 pages is life-changing.
Michael Walsh has a new one coming out, Rage to Conquest.
He sent me a preview copy.
He just wrote one.
Yeah, it's...
It's a follow-up to the previous one, which was really good.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm one of his alpha readers.
When is that out?
Do you know?
Sometime next year.
I forget exactly.
It's sitting by my bed right next to your wife's book.
Good.
As a matter of fact, literally on the same shelf.
Good.
All right.
So come in with Scarborough Cut 5, John.
Then I'll do my pillow.
Then we'll go to Kurt.
Copy that.
And I found his other book, The Attacks.
Oh, perfect.
Thank you.
Any of these will do that, just like Matt Gaetz would have done it.
So perhaps this is him pushing the boundaries.
How far can I push the Senate?
It is up to the Senate.
To actually, in this case, protect the best interests of the agencies, of the United States of America, and yes, selfishly, themselves and the 47th president.
We'll see how they manage.
We'll see if they manage.
We haven't seen if they can.
It's always so important to listen to Joe Scarborough when he's talking about how Republicans will damage themselves.
Oh yes, because he's so concerned for conservatives.
I'm sure our guests will have much to say about that.
But first, the Christmas season is almost upon us.
Are you ready?
Do you need some stocking stuffers?
How about treats for yourselves or your four-legged friends?
Yes, Mike Lindell has them all.
Not just the inventor of the MyPillow, the only pillow that keeps its shape and never gets hot.
I forgot mine.
I traveled away.
Leaving aside his conspiracy...
What happened there?
What happened?
What?
Steady on, gentlemen.
Calm down.
I'm talking about Mike Lindell right now.
I forgot MyPillow when I went traveling.
And I regretted it.
He's got hundreds of items on his website, including the MyPillow pet beds.
Our dogs, Titus and Leia love theirs.
Treat yourself today.
Use my name for up to two-thirds of and free shipping.
Call them up.
Talk to a human being.
Don't buy Chinese garbage on Amazon.
800-829-8468.
That's 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code G-O-R-K-A. All right.
He is the author of the Kelly Turnbull series of books.
The latest is Overlord.
Also, The Attack on Weather, an October the 7th-style atrocity could happen in America.
Check them both out today.
Follow him at Kurt Strichter on Twitter.
Read his articles at TownHall.com.
Colonel K., you've written a series of articles.
Everybody needs to read your Town Hall.
You've written several on the new rules and how Republicans need to understand what the left has done to politics.
Joe Scarborough isn't worried about the Republican Party.
Maybe the only element he's worried about is the rhino rump of the Republican Party.
What What needs to happen on Capitol Hill with those who have an R after their name, Colonel Kay, given what happened on November 5th?
Well, Dr. Gorka, you know, as for Joe Scarborough, I need to point out that the totality of Donald Trump's nominees for key governmental positions have a collective 0% intern mortality rate.
This is true.
I can't remember anyone, whether it's Cash, Rubio.
I can't think of anyone who had Pam Bondi.
None of them had interns who mysteriously died in their offices.
None of them.
Just throwing that out there.
As for the Republicans on Capitol Hill, fall in line or fall out of favor.
I saw a poll this week.
About North Carolina, which is the home of Tom Titillus, one of the squishiest of the invertebrate senators.
I mean, he's terrible.
You can always count on him to do whatever the Washington Post will pat him on the head over.
And he's coming up for a re-election run in 2026. And Laura Trump is apparently trashing him among Republican voters.
So I think it would be who folks like Tom Titillus...
And, you know, the Mike Rounds and the John Cornyns to get their stuff together and get these nominations through.
Because if Donald Trump decides to make them a hobby, they've got a real problem.
If John Cornyn, who's up in 2026 and will be one of my two senators when I make the fool, when the family makes the move to the Texas compound, You know, I think Kenny Paxton would make a terrific senator, one who I wouldn't have to worry about going to the Democrats and doing some bipartisan, unconstitutional gun control nonsense.
I think these people need to get on board, else Donald Trump makes them his hobby.
All right.
Well, I don't think the, well, yeah, they have to get on board.
I like what you said, fall in line or pay the consequences.
We've got 30 seconds left with Kurt Schichter.
Follow him at Kurt Schichter.
Last question from a legal perspective.
Does this outrageous 11-year pardon that was issued yesterday by Joe Biden, does this just make it beyond easy for President Trump to pardon all the J6s on January the 20th?
Well, I think it provides political cover, but It's the right thing to do and I'm writing about that at Town Hall.
You'll see that Thursday.
Every single J6 political prisoner needs to be pardoned as well as the abortion protesters, as well as the crypto guys, as well as anybody who the Democrats have used the federal law enforcement apparatus to silence Or disenfranchise or incarcerate.
Every single one of them.
Day one, no excuses, no hesitation.
Get it done, Mr. President.
It's the right thing to do.
Joe Biden's just giving you some political cover, but that doesn't matter.
You should do it anyway.
Can't wait to see it.
Townhall.com.
Follow him at Kurt Schrichter.
God bless you, sir.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Patriot Mobile is how you can be part of the conservative movement.
If your cell phone is connected to one of the big three cell phone providers, you're actually funding the left because they give millions of dollars every year to organizations like Planned Parenthood.
Why would you want to fund abortions with every call you make and every text you send?
Switch to the good guys.
They have a nationwide coverage.
Glenn and his team have the best customer support.
You keep your old number, keep your old photo, get an upgrade.
But if you switch today, the first month is on me for free.
It's as easy as dialing 972-PATRIOT or go to patriotmobile.com slash Gorka.
972-728-7468.
patronmobile.com slash g-o-r-k-a make the switch today and join the good guys thursday piece as soon as it's up so i can push it You got it.
It's a lot of fire in that one.
They can't be allowed to win.
No.
They don't get to win.
No.
For nothing else.
The way they've ruined these people's lives.
Yeah.
The merciless nature of this demands that we use our power to stop it.
And there's only one guy who can do it.
And I really hope he does.
And there's going to be a lot of his invertebrates and sissies telling him, no, you can't do it.
You can't do it.
And he's got to push him away and do it.
He'll do it.
Thank you, buddy.
Say hi to you, Brian.
Thank you.
Great.
She's right here.
Bye.
All right.
For that one, the title is in quotes, pardon them all.
Alright.
What about the first one?
Oh, we do them together usually.
No, I'm talking about the first segment.
Oh, you mean 1A?
Cash Patel, colon, perfect.
Perfect.
PhD.
Mm-hmm.
I'm going to read the beginning of the...
Pardon again, John.
So you can use it after I've introduced John.
Hey, guys.
Hey, buddy.
How are you?
Good, good, good, good.
I'm just going to read you one line from the pardon that you can comment on, all right?
Sure, I'd be glad to.
And what else have you got?
What's important?
I just did an interview with a former senior FBI official who says that a large part of the FBI will support Kash Patel and take the time for change.
That's newsworthy.
Good.
Have that up tonight.
There's been some developments in ActBlue, so I can talk about that if you want to go there.
FBI, ActBlue.
And also the credentials of Cash Paddle, which the mainstream media won't give us credentials.
Yes, I know.
It's incredible.
I mean, I can't think of anyone who's more qualified at the age of 44 than he is.
Yeah, he's got a perfect resume.
And I didn't even know, and I feel like an idiot, he had the job that I've been nominated for, in addition to Chief of Staff in the Pentagon, you know, Deputy of National Security.
He ran CT. He ran CT. Stand by.
And he ran the operation to kill Soleimani.
Right.
Gorka, did I see the Gorka man? did I see the Gorka man?
Yes, stand up, Gorka, quick, get up!
How good, how good is he, Sebastian?
Seb, they call him Seb, I call him Sebastian.
America first.
Thank you, Mr. President.
What was it like on Sunday?
Did you have to go down one size in your belt?
Did you pack on a little bit of Thanksgiving poundage?
If you did, and you want to get back to your former svelte self, can I make a recommendation?
Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss helped me shed 42 pounds.
Look, I'm a big guy, 6'3", but 268 pounds, not healthy.
I didn't want to do it, but then Katie, my muse, said, let's do it together.
And she shed 36 pounds.
She looks amazing.
Find out for yourself how you can do it with no needles, no injections, no chemical dependency, just five protein-rich meals a day that burn the fat right off.
Call them up right now.
You won't regret it.
If I can do it, so can you.
864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com, for the before and after pictures, which will stun you, especially mine.
All right.
It doesn't matter what.
Topic it is in the breaking news from this weekend, whether it's the pardon, Kash Patel.
It's harder to find a better guest than the next one.
Apart from Kash Patel, I've already told him, dude, you've got to get on the show.
But this man has told the truth about the Bidens, about the Russia hoax, about Hunter Biden and the whole cartel for years now.
And we're delighted to have with us the founder, the editor-in-chief of justinnews.com.
Happy Monday, John Solomon!
Happy Monday, and congratulations on the appointment.
That's the first time I've ever talked to you since that happened.
Big deal.
Well, that's very kind of you.
Thank you, John.
Of course, you're such a gentleman.
You mentioned that first.
We've got at least half a dozen topics to shoot through.
Let's get your reaction to the first thing.
This is the pardon from the current incumbent.
I'll just read one sentence from the opening of it.
I said from the beginning I would not interfere with the Justice Department's decision-making, and I kept my word, even as I have watched my son being selectively and unfairly prosecuted.
Your reaction to that opening sentence, Mr. Solomon?
Well, listen, I think the plan all along was to have a pardon.
So I guess if you let it play out, but you were going to make it go away anyways, you were going to interfere all along, right?
I don't think anyone was surprised by Sunday night's decision because everybody thought that was the endgame.
That said, this was a president that repeatedly lied to the American people.
And by lying to the American people, he was lying also to the Justice Department.
He told us his family didn't get money from China.
They did.
He said he didn't meet with his son's business partners.
He did.
He even had dinner with him at Cafe Milano.
He said the Hunter Biden laptop was I think history will look back at Joe Biden and his entire era as a man who repeatedly didn't tell the American people the truth.
You have to also respond to the Kash Patel story because there's this amazing narrative already building, John, that this person has no qualifications.
Could you just, in 60 seconds, talk about Kash Patel's qualifications in law enforcement, counter-terrorism, national security, and intelligence?
There's hardly anyone at age 44 that has this sort of resume.
Federal public defender, federal national security prosecutor, a prosecutor who is so good at his job both the CIA and the Justice Department gave him its top awards.
The Brennan CIA gave Yeah, Kash Patel, an award for his great work on counterterrorism efforts.
He then went to the National Security Council and served as counterterrorism director during the time that they ran the drone strike and killed the terrorists known as General Soleimani from Iran.
He was Chief of Staff at the Pentagon, Chief of Staff at the Director of National Intelligence.
Chief Investigative Counsel for the House Intelligence Committee.
That's a lot to pack in in your first 20-25 years of government service.
He has a lot of bona fides.
And listen, I've been calling a lot of FBI folks today.
I just interviewed a very senior FBI official, you'll see the story in the morning, who said that there are large numbers of FBI agents who are going to support Kash Patel.
They think he's the perfect guy for the job, and they are crying for change.
The rank and file agents of the FBI want change, and Kash Patel is that change.
So people who know his resume know he's qualified, but you'd be hard-pressed to find that resume in any of the media reports.
They've done a really bad job of not telling us what he's done in his government career, which is pretty extensive.
I think they've done a very good job because that's the whole point.
They didn't want you to know how qualified he is.
That's why we love Just the News.
Follow him at J. Solomon Reports.

Talk about what latest developments there are in this scandalous ActBlue website that has raised billions of dollars for the Democrats.
Is there anything moving with regards to this website?
Well, the Treasury Department is about to provide Congress suspicious activity reports.
James Comer and Brian Stile, two powerful House committee chairmen, are going to go over to the Treasury Department in the next few days and see these suspicious activity reports.
That's very important because suspicious activity reports are very rare.
They're usually filed when somebody sees some evidence of money laundering or foreign money laundering.
So that is the concern that Congress has, that maybe ActBlue's platform was used by foreigners to influence the 2024 election with money.
A judge in Wisconsin approved a subpoena in the last few days on behalf of a Republican consultant whose name was used for donations he didn't make.
That's going to open up a whole avenue of discovery.
We got that story up in Justine News right now.
All right, so last question, John.
Given this pardon is only one person, but it is for 11 years, and there are so many other people indicated, James Biden, Frank Biden, the president himself.
We have 49 days left.
Would you expect more pardons to be issued by the White House?
I do.
Every president on the way out does it.
I would expect more.
And I think they're just trying to assess the liabilities of family members and others who might want pardons before the January 20th.
But I do expect we'll see more pardons.
All right.
The breaking news is always available if you follow this man.

Your calls next here on America First.
My gosh, there's only one line left.
The calls are coming in thick and fast.
That's 833-334-6752.
Sound off on the pardon on Kash Patel and so much more.
The field is open.
We're coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.
Relief Factor, I took it this morning.
I take it every morning, every evening.
I travel with it because it's so superb.
Why?
Why?
Because its ingredients are proven anti-inflammatories that attack, that assault the source of the pain, which is the inflammation.
It's not just me.
It's over a million people who take it every single day.
People like Yvonne from California.
Just listen to Yvonne's story.
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Just those two words, pain-free, should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quick starter.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee.
By the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you.
Like it works for me.
For Yvonne and over a million of your fellow Americans.
Write the number down right now.
You deserve to find out if you could be the next success story.
1-800-4-RELIEF, relieffactor.com.
That's 1-800-473-5433.
The three-week quick starter pack costs a paltry $19.95.
That translates to less than a dollar a day.
You can't get a decent cup of coffee for less than a dollar a day.
Do you know who you want to do on Newsmax this week or do you want to discuss that?
I mentioned a couple of topics.
To David two weeks ago, and I can't remember.
Can you text him and ask him what he remembers about our discussion?
One was like an overview of the last four years or a looking forward thing, and I just can't remember what we said.
It was only like two segments, and then we'll dope out the rest of it before I leave today.
So why have you got a sore throat?
Who are you shouting at?
George or Gracie?
Who was it?
No, it was going around Thanksgiving.
A couple people had it.
My mother-in-law and then brother-in-law.
Not me.
But I don't usually get sick, so...
Right.
Preferences?
Um...
Probably three.
Three?
Oh, okay.
Good.
Oh, I can't remember who had access to him.
We should get the IRS whistleblowers on, at least Shipley, Jeff.
Did they?
I thought it was Solomon, wasn't it?
Yeah, it could be Solomon.
Yeah, let me look.
Yeah.
Or Sarah?
Maybe Solomon.
Yeah, ask James.
"Anderson Cooper, you naughty little man." You are awful, but I like you.
Oh dear, one of our new lines from our friend Stevie.
Let's go straight to your calls.
Let's go to Johnny Los Angeles!
Dr. G, Dr. G, pardon me when I pull my back from the phone just a second.
Woo!
Woo!
Thank you.
Kash Patel, you're right.
Are you celebrating me?
No, he's celebrating Kash Patel!
How dare you call my show to celebrate somebody else!
Ah, I'm celebrating you as you are now here.
Do you live on the phone?
I was tuning in to my buddy Jen Horne's show and you called her up as well.
Do you like just live on the radio, Don?
Yes, I do.
Whenever I have dead time.
I like to make it live time, really live, and that's why I call her, call you.
So you're excited about my buddy Cash?
So I was at an event in 25 degrees in the middle of nowhere in Virginia on Saturday night, just got home from Thanksgiving, and I'm about to address this group of people outside in front of a bonfire, and I get this message from Jeff, and I was like, I just couldn't stop grinning, Don.
Well, you know, the funny thing is, I was just listening to what the enemy's up to on NPR, and they had some sort of ex-FBI Pulitzer Prize-winning expert basically, you know, ripping Patel.
And he said, well, if he gets in at any capacity, hundreds of FBI senior officials are going to run for the exits.
And I'm saying, yeah!
Yeah, good!
Thank you!
As I said, you may not have heard it, I told Alex Marlowe at Breitbart, he needs to put some of those game cameras up outside the Hoover Building, outside the CIA, outside Main Justice, just to watch all the self-deportations of the scum-bag permanent bureaucracy, because they ain't gonna work for MAGA appointees like Cash, like John Radcliffe, and like Pam Bondi.
God bless you, Don.
Let's go to Phil in Philly!
Hey, thanks for taking the call, Dr. G. Happy belated Thanksgiving and congrats on the appointment.
Your thoughts.
Okay, in the inauguration address and in Pete Hanks' confirmation hearings, they mention and bring up the importance of bringing up the abandoned Wow.
Wow.
also in your office, Dr. G, to remind us every day, look, good news travels fast, but bad news travels faster and farther.
And President Trump being elected is bad news for the Taliban.
So they got to give up.
Well, it's bad news for all terrorists.
It's bad news for the cartels as well.
I love that idea.
I think somewhere in the White House or in the National Security Council, we're going to have to have that flag on our website of those abandoned in Afghanistan.
I love that, Phil.
Stay on the line, Phil.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Phil one of our new t-shirts, either the Kamala one or the garbage truck one.
It's such a great call.
Don't forget to subscribe to Katie's podcast with Jennifer Horne, the Happy Women podcast.

Where did that hour go?
That was so much fun.
Your calls next here on
America First. America First.
America First.
America first.
It's always a kind of challenge for me.
Yeah, this is the second.
I don't know how that happened.
We'll go to your calls momentarily.
Robert, Steve, Dave, don't go anywhere.
You're an expert at this stuff, Jeff.
How do you know when you're doing radio...
What you take for granted, the audience knows.
And what you have to burn time up on the show.
Because I'm going to read the pardon right now.
Because I don't know if everybody's read it.
How do you walk that line?
This, I don't think anybody's actually read it.
So I'm not wasting time by doing this?
No, not at all.
Okay.
All right.
Good.
All right.
Because I don't want to take anything for granted because, well, you know, this stuff is important as we're talking in the break.
This ain't going to be the last part out of the White House.
And by the way...
He issues the pardon yesterday.
Where does he go?
He runs away to Angola.
Literally, Joe Biden is hiding in Africa right now.
And it says on his agenda, no press availability this week for the president.
He's literally running away from the media after he gives an 11-year pardon for all federal crimes for his son.
Oh, by the way, let's be specific here.
Federal crimes.
If he broke the law based upon state code, you can still go to the slammer hunter.
Okay, so before we get to your calls.
Statement from President Joe Biden.
Today, I signed a pardon for my son, Hunter.
From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department's decision-making, and I kept my word.
Well, no you didn't.
Even as I have watched my son being selectively and unfairly prosecuted.
In what way?
He broke the law.
He bought a gun illegally.
He evaded tax.
So, what's unfair about it?
Sorry, I'm just editorializing.
Without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form.
Oh, yes, they are.
I've seen them.
I go to the gun show in Virginia every month.
And idiots there lie on the forms and are asked to walk outside and meet somebody.
And it usually ends up being a state trooper.
So that's lie number three.
Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions, especially if the statute of limitations has been allowed to expire by the IRS deliberately for over five years.
It is clear that Hunter was treated differently.
Yeah, yeah, because he was given a pass for five years.
The charges in his cases come about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election.
That's incredible.
I've got to stop there, Jeff.
So Congress now runs the IRS. Yes.
That's really amazing.
This thing is incredible, to be honest with you.
Isn't that incredible?
Yes.
Instigated by Congress.
Yes.
Good to know that Congress now works.
The IRS works for Congress.
Okay, I've got to carry on because I'm only halfway through.
Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal.
Yeah, that the judge wasn't told about.
Agreed to by the Department of Justice.
Your Department of Justice unraveled in the courtroom.
Yeah, because you hadn't told the judge.
With a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process.
Wow.
There's gaslighting and then there's this statement.
Had the plea deal held, it would have been fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter's cases.
Yeah, affording him full immunity.
That's how fair.
Who else has got full immunity on a tax evasion charge?
I'm curious.
No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter's cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son.
And that is wrong.
There has been an effort to break Hunter, who has been five and a half years sober.
Yeah, he looked very sober on the balcony of the White House a few months ago.
Yeah.
In trying to break Hunter, they've tried to break me.
And there's no reason to believe it will stop here.
Enough is enough!
What does that mean?
What does enough is enough mean?
That's creepy.
Are you threatening Americans?
Joe?
I'd love to know, but you've run away to Africa.
For my entire career, I have followed a simple principle.
Yeah, steal as much as you can, right?
That's the principle.
Oops, sorry.
Let me go back.
Just tell the American people the truth, like you're not going to pardon him.
That truth, right?
Right, Joe?
They'll be fair-minded.
Here's the truth.
I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected the process and it led to a miscarriage of justice.
A miscarriage of justice is when somebody's innocent and they go to prison.
Your son was guilty.
So where's the miscarriage?
And once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further.
I hope Americans will understand why a father and a president would come to this decision.
Jeff, I'm going to get a little bit salty and naughty and spicy.
Help me out here.
Your reaction?
Did Corrine write this?
Because I want to know who came up with this.
Yeah, it's not Joe.
I wonder who it was.
It's terrible, by the way.
Isn't it really bad?
Yeah, when you brought it up, now I know exactly why you read it.
Because it's absolutely unbelievable.
But what does enough is enough mean?
That's what I was trying to figure out.
Weird, right?
Yeah, and he was just late on his taxes.
Wasn't it millions of dollars he didn't pay taxes on?
What did you mention today in the production meeting?
What was his thing about his rent?
Oh, $300,000 in rent he has not paid.
How do you not pay a third of a million dollars in rent?
I know.
First of all, how do you even have a place that costs $300,000?
And how do you not end up in prison for not paying $300,000?
Oh, guys, I think we've got a lot to talk about with our guests and you, our callers.
Let's go to Robert in Brooklyn.
Hi, Dr. Gorky.
Thank you very much for taking my phone call.
Sure.
You know, just really, it's really so great he appointed Kash Patel.
And, you know, I have an idea.
You know, in order to facilitate getting these nominations, the affair shake, you know, temporarily he could fill, let's say, for example, the attorney general position with somebody who's going to appoint, you know, special prosecutors to investigate all 535 members of the House and the Senate and Put a special prosecutor to investigate each and every one of them.
That should encourage them to not drag their feet and not try to obstruct President Trump in his attempt to make America great again, including getting rid of the corruption.
It's an interesting concept.
I'm not sure every single one of them is potentially culpable for crimes, but there are some people who need to understand what happened on November the 5th and who need to translate the mandate of the people into support of the president and the 76 million Americans who voted for him.
Thank you, Robert.
Let's stay on this issue of the pardons.
Joe in Illinois.
Hey, Dr. G. This pardon just proves that it's an admission of guilt.
Of course!
And we will see more pardons.
He will have to pardon himself, along with Jill and his brother Jim, and how many others, maybe some members of the DOJ. I have no idea, but...
Yeah, just unbelievable.
It is an admission of guilt.
Absolutely.
Let's stay on the topic.
Dave in Arizona.
Yeah, I actually wanted to switch topics, Dr. V. Go ahead.
You've got 90 seconds.
Go ahead.
Yeah, so it's interesting what happened in Russia with Ukraine, and I'm glad the boss is going to resolve that conflict.
But I tagged you on Getter from PSU underscore S-I-G-E-P. Jeffrey Sachs walks through how the United Nations is actually the instigator in this.
Instigator of what?
Putin's not a good guy, but they've done mission creep with the United Nations.
United Nations is an utter irrelevance.
It's so utter garbage.
The United Nations can't organize anything.
I mean, they can't stop blue helmets raping girls in Africa.
The idea that they're culpable for the Russia-Ukraine war, don't buy it for a nanosecond, Dave.
Absolutely not credible.
United Nations is a joke.
The idea that there's some master plan instigated by United Nations not buying it for a nanosecond.
But thank you, my friend.
Thank you.
If you enjoy the deep dive today, the third hour, we're going to talk about all of this stuff.
The pardon, the J6s, how it applies to them is the manhood hour.

And I just have him as, on his Twitter, 40th Police Commissioner in NYC Police Department.
Yeah, that's good.
What's your first name?
Doctor G, do you prefer to have Mike on or Mike off with this guest?
What did you want to say?
mic off first because I'm going to ask him something.
Thank you.
Okay, I just asked him.
Oh, give me five.
Mic's up.
Hey, who's this?
Hi, this is Tom from Pittsburgh.
I thought it's Sam, but go ahead, Tom, Sam, whoever you are.
Well, I just wanted to ask if we're talking about pardons, why don't you mention the pardons that Trump did with Steve Bannon and his father-in-law?
I mean, let's just be even Steven, right?
Why should I be?
You guys aren't.
You guys are hacks.
Why should I be even Stevens?
Because it makes you look like a liar.
Why am I a liar?
I didn't lie about anything.
Hunter Biden committed felonies, you moron!
You do understand the January 6th committee was illegal.
Under the Constitution, an investigative committee of Congress has to have nominees from both parties and must be related to impending legislation, neither of which apply to Nancy Pelosi's illegal committee.
So you can't be in contempt of Congress in front of an illegal committee.
Why are you an idiot?
His father-in-law.
Why are you an idiot?
You mentioned Steve Bannon first.
Answer the question.
Why are you a clinical imbecile?
Answer the question.
Why are you a clinical imbecile?
Answer the question.
You mentioned Steve Bannon.
I've responded.
Why are you a clinical imbecile?
Answer the question.
Answer the question.
Why are you a clinical imbecile?
The congressional committee of January the 6th was unconstitutional and illegal.
Respond to that or I will get you off my show.
Respond to that.
You can't, can you?
You sad little man.
Give your phone back to your mother and get off my show.
I like how he calls you a liar three seconds after lying about his name.
You're right.
Alright, you should have the invite, Dr. G. Angel Tree.
Yeah.
Mr. Wonderful's lost weight.
Bernie!
There he is.
Are you in your car, dude?
I'm in my car.
Dude.
Are you getting anywhere, Mar-a-Lago?
Well, I'm, uh... uh...
on America First.
you're blessed.
Had a bit of fun in the break with a lunatic liberal.
So enjoyable.
That's why it's worth you watching us on Rumble.
We'll get back to your calls momentarily.
Don't go anywhere.
Steve, Sam, Tom, Mario.
But first, are you one of these guys?
Let's be honest.
Do you get ready for Christmas weeks in advance?
I have an aunt in California who buys Christmas presents all through the year because she knows that person likes this, that person likes that.
She's so well prepared.
By December 2nd, she's all ready to roll.
Not me.
If you're preparing for Christmas, can I add one more thing to your list?
It's not about your family.
It's about...
Millions of children in America who won't have a good Christmas this year because their mother or their father is behind bars.
The Prison Fellowship helps them out by gifting every single one of them in the program a Christmas present on behalf of their imprisoned parent and a note from that parent that they're not forgotten and a children's Bible.
It's one of the most beautiful things anyone can do.
Every child, the expense is $30 for that gift, and I'd like to enlist you in that venture.
Why?
More than 70% of these children end up incarcerated themselves, because they're vulnerable, and we want to break that cycle.
Please give today.

Commissioner Bernie Carrick, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Welcome back to America First.
I did.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Thank you.
Now, thank you for making time for us today.
I know you've been super busy.
You're in Florida.
You've been doing interviews for Newsmax as well.
We'll talk about Cash Patel.
We'll talk about the pardon.
But first, in the last, what is it, 29 days, have you been satisfied by President Trump's nominees for his cabinet and for his agencies?
You know what?
I personally have been more than satisfied.
I think this has been a long time coming.
You know, the people that were with him in 2020 when he got robbed, we waited for this day.
You're one of them.
I don't think it's been, I don't think it'd go any better than it has been.
And I'm very happy.
I'm very happy.
Cannot wait.
Cannot wait for January 20th.
You're the author of a series of autobiographies.
The first one you have to check out is Lost Son, an absolutely stunning book.
Can you tell us, from your vantage point, as somebody who worked with the federal authorities as a commissioner, who ran Rikers Island, President Trump did some historic things in terms of justice and prison reform in his first four years.
What kinds of things could we expect from a second Trump administration commissioner?
Well, I think, look, you have to look at the history of what the president did the first time, right?
The creation and signing of the First Step Act.
I had worked with the Obama administration, the Bush administration.
You had all these people talking about criminal justice reform for years and years.
Never got done.
President Trump comes into office.
And I remember when he was elected, Sebastian, people called me up and they said, oh, forget it.
Trump's in office.
It's never going to happen.
Well, it did happen.
He signed the First Step Act.
I was a part of that.
And I see things like that happening in the future.
And I think some of the things will include looking at the criminal justice system for what it has been and what it should be.
Nobody knows better at this point than he does how there's abuses of power, how they weaponize the criminal justice system, how people are targeted for political persecutions and otherwise.
You know, I remember when I was targeted back in 2004, 5, 6, and I thought to myself at that time, it's unbelievable.
I can't believe they're doing this to me.
If they could do it to me, they could do it to anyone.
They did it to a former president of the United States.
That's who they did it to.
Now, he knows, he knows personally, firsthand, what that abuse of power can do to someone.
And I think that's what he's going to be addressing.
I want to talk about what kind of reform is necessary from the likes of Kash Patel at the FBI, Pam Bondi, DOJ, John Ratcliffe at CIA.
We'll save that for the next segment.
But please comment, if you would, on this 11-year pardon for all federal crimes that was issued by the president yesterday.
And then he escapes to Africa and isn't available for the whole week and won't be available for any interviews.
Your reaction to the document as released yesterday, Commissioner?
Well, I will tell you, Sebastian, I'm pretty surprised not at the fact that he did it.
I predicted he would do it.
As soon as Hunter was indicted, I predicted this would come.
What I was surprised at is that he didn't pardon himself.
He didn't pardon James, his brother.
That I am utterly shocked.
I am shocked that he didn't pre-pardon himself and James because they are the co-conspirators of Hunter.
Now, you know, put that aside.
You know, he gave him an 11-year part.
Anything that happened in the last 11 years?
Yeah.
Well, that's because he knows exactly what happened.
Exactly when he went on the board of Burisma.
Exactly when he engaged in, you know, the frauds, the tax frauds, the, you know, the FARA violations and everything else.
He knows exactly when all that stuff happened, how it happened, when it happened, who was involved.
Which leads me to wonder, when's he going to do himself?
Right.
So the timing is interesting that he left for Africa.
Why it was occurring now, 49 days out.
Well, December the 12th is the sentencing for the gun charge for Hunter Biden.
And then December the 16th is the sentencing for the tax evasion.
So they had to do this now.
However, I agree with you, Commissioner.
I think whether it's Frank...
Whether it's Jim Biden or whether it's Joe Biden himself, we've got a lot of time left for a flurry of additional pardons.
Don't you agree?
Oh, they'll come.
They're going to come, number one.
And listen, I would not count out any government parties for people in the FBI, people in the Justice Department, people that were involved in persecuting, politically targeting Donald Trump, his family, Rudy Giuliani, me, you, others, going after Kash Patel.
I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't government agents that look to him for some sort of protection so that they aren't prosecuted and investigated once he leaves.
The Comeys, the Clappers, the Haydens, the Strokes, all of these people.
Well, the McCabes.

Promo code G-O-R-K-A. We're back with the former commissioner of the New York Police, the author of the superlative Lost Son, amongst other works.
We mentioned all those who have to pay the price for their corruption.
One of them is clearly Andy McCabe.
Who isn't too happy of the choice of Kash Patel for director of the FBI. Here he is spouting off on CNN Commissioner.
Cut three.
But that's really not my main concern.
My main concern is what it says about Donald Trump's intention for the FBI and where Kash Patel might take the FBI if he's confirmed as director.
And that all points in one direction, and that is back to the FBI's regretful history of acting as essentially the enforcement arm for the president's political activities.
Commissioner, I don't know how you deal with this.
I kind of just smile and then I try not to get angry.
But when people we know committed crimes under the color of law, then get rewarded with book contracts and contributorships on CNN and MSNBC, and they say things like that, that the guy who wants to clean things up is the threat.
How do you react, Commissioner?
He's a moron.
That's how I act.
You know, here's the bottom line.
What he said What he said was a clear demonstration of what President Biden and Kamala Harris and President Obama was engaged in.
That's what he was talking about.
Tash Patel is not going to take the FBI back to the days of the FBI acting as the President's enforcer, as the Attorney General acting as the President's enforcer.
That's what Merrick Garland has been doing.
That's what Christopher Wray has been doing.
That's what Andy McCabe was doing.
That's what Comey did.
Give me a break.
You know, the problem Andy McCabe has is that everybody that was engaged in criminality, in the FBI, in DOJ, Kash Patel is like a human computer.
And he will not forget those things he investigated and the findings he found.
So let me ask you very bluntly, because there are very few people who understand this.
I mean, it's a small group of people like Kash.
Like Meg Giuliani, like our friends, Joe DiGeneva, Victoria Tunsing.
Very few people understand the enormity of the lift, what it's going to take for President Trump and his team, and hopefully maybe you as well, to clean out the corruption.
How hard is this?
What are the odds that within two years, maybe another two years, if the election goes well, that within four years we can bring back some kind of semblance of Lady Justice wearing a blindfold, Commissioner?
You know what, Sebastian, I think people have to look at what Giuliani did in New York City, right?
When he came in in 1993, people said it was impossible.
Too big, too corrupt, too dirty, too filthy, all that stuff about New York City.
But it's all about leadership.
It's all about the President of the United States giving cash, giving Pam Bondi and others the authority to go do the job you're sworn to do.
Give them the support they need.
Give them the manpower.
Give them the funding.
They know the job they've got to do.
They'll go do it.
And I got news for you.
The men and women in the FBI, most of them, especially the line agents, most of them are sitting in their offices right now cheering, and they can't wait for January 20th because they want things to change.
They're cops.
They're investigators.
They want to go investigate crimes.
They want to go put bad guys in jail.
That's what they're supposed to be doing.
That's not what they've been doing for the last four years.
They've been politically targeting people at the direction of the Attorney General and the Director of the FBI, and it's wrong, and they all know it.
We're out of time, but just one question, given what you just said.
You do agree with me that those line agents who arrested a pro-life pastor or surveilled Catholic parents in Virginia, those people have to go, right, Commissioner?
Gotta go.
Okay.
Gotta go.
Good.
All right.

And...
We haven't played 11, have we, John?
No, we have not.
Okay, all right.
I'll play that, and then we'll go to cause.
Copy that.
You'll see it up.
Mm-hmm.
Oh, we've still got the montage.
Where's the montage?
Oh, it's 7. We have a lower health care embedment.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Yeah, is this Conservatives for Health?
Do I have any graphic or anything that I need to put up?
No, we'll have to get one tonight.
Where did you get that from, Alex?
Did you get that?
Yes, sir.
That's from Frank.
Will you reach out to Frank and see if there's any B-roll?
And if there isn't for tomorrow, just...
Go to farmerwindfall.com and let's make a stationary buffer.
You said farmerwindfall?
Windfall, yeah, dot com.
It's at the bottom of the first page of the copy.
Did we play four?
We have not played four.
I'm sorry, say that website again, Farmer Windfall?
Farmer.
P-H-A-R-M-A, Farmer.
Oh, Farmer.
Yeah, Farmer.
Okay.
Windfall.com.
Come in with the cut two, then I'll do the read.
Come in with cut two.
Is there a lower third that I should add for this or anything?
Should I just have that website?
Just that website.
Okay.
Come in with that.
Okay.
See you next time.
Hunter was singled out because he broke the law.
That's number one.
He was singled out because he had an illegal gun and tax evasion charges, not because he was the president's son.
And I honestly don't care.
I just want Democrats to stop acting like they are on this moral high ground politically when they have shown us they're not, you know, whether it's skipping the primary process when Biden stepped down and things like Biden pardoning his son.
Stop acting like y'all the pure party and Republicans aren't.
And it also shows me elected officials can do whatever they want as long as they have the political will and courage to do it.
Charlemagne, the dyslexic god, calling out the Democrats.
Oh dear, maybe they overstepped with the 11-year pardon of Hunter Biden yesterday.
Your calls in a second don't go anywhere, Steve, Mario and Tom.
But first...
Election Day 2024 may be in our rearview mirrors and patriots are fired up to have President Trump heading back to the White House in January.
But the fight isn't over and we are asking for your help.
Conservatives for lower health care costs are warning that Big Pharma and the far left are scrambling right now to fast track a big government scheme to eliminate free market forces in health care before the GOP can take control of the White House and Congress.
This pharma backed scheme called de-linking would hand a massive $32 billion windfall to the biggest drug companies.
And guess who gets to pay you?
The hardworking American consumer, seniors and taxpayers.
But you can help stop Big Pharma's money grab from American seniors and taxpayers by going right now to pharmawindfall.com.
That's P-H-A-R-M-A, pharmawindfall.com right now.
Congress must reject Big Pharma's scheme to boost drug companies' profits.
Keep drug prices high, undermine competition in healthcare, and hike healthcare costs for the American people.
Go right now to save your drug prices.
Go right now to pharmawindfall.com.
That's pharma with a PH, pharmawindfall.com.
All right, let's go to your calls.
Waiting patiently in Michigan.
Line one, Steve.
Yeah, hi, Mr. Gorka.
Thank you for everything you're doing for our country.
And I believe that instead of sending all our money overseas and for everybody else, what if we paid for deliveries here for families?
Because when you try to raise or have children when you're starting off, you go, man, I don't know if I'll have kids.
Well, why are you asking for the government to help you out?
Conservatives don't believe in the government helping you out.
No, no, you're saying that instead of sending money overseas, the government should give money to Americans.
How about they leave the money with Americans and tax us less, Steve?
Okay, I would say this.
As a taxpayer, I would rather do that.
If you paid for the hospital and the doctor, Steve, for a family or for anybody, an American, to have a baby, we wouldn't have the flood come over our border.
I don't believe in big government.
I'm sorry, Steve.
But everybody's saying that...
We need them to work here.
Not only could we have a golden age, we could have a baby boomer age again.
But I don't want government to be funding baby births in America.
I want government out of my life.
I want us to be free.
I don't want people to get handouts for having babies.
It's not a handout.
I'm not interested in the government getting bigger, Steve.
It's an unconservative response.
It would help...
No, no.
I don't want government giving out money taken from other people, Steve.
Okay, okay.
Thank you, Steve.
Mario, Philadelphia.
It's like really...
It's like so simple.
Bigger government equals smaller citizen.
Can we like get that into our skulls?
The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
Because whose money do they give out?
Our money.
I prefer not to have the government take that money.
It's very simple.
Mario, line two.
Dr. Sebastian, I wanted to proclaim December 1st as a day that should go down in infamy in the annals of political crime.
You have a man, Hunter Biden, a gun-toting, tax-avoiding, bad man thug for the sex crime family in America.
He had the Five Mafia, this is the unofficial sex, the Biden crime family.
Yeah, but it's not over yet, dude.
It's not going to be just December the 1st.
Just wait till you see the flurry.
We were talking about this in the break with Mr. G. James Biden, Frank Biden, Joe himself, everybody else that's implicated in federal crimes under the color of law, Jim Comey, Clapper, Brennan, McCabe, Stroke, Lisa Page, on and on and on.
You're going to have to have lots of days of infamy, Mario.
Yeah, and I'm wondering what Joe's doing in Africa.
Is he in Africa?
He's in Angola.
It's a very good question, Mario.
What is the President of the United States doing in Angola?
What skids is he greasing right now for his time when he leaves the White House?
Wonderful question.
Thank you, my friend.
Stay frosty.
Tom, Kansas, line four.
Hey, Dr. Gorka.
It's an honor to speak to you.
I was calling about some time ago, you mentioned the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, where Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons, and United States, Great Britain, and Russia promised protection to Ukraine.
And France, yes.
So my question is, because you're the expert, could we possibly ask for an amendment to that, an amendment to the memorandum?
And the amendment being that Ukraine would not or shall not become a member of NATO. What do you think of that?
With what quid pro quo?
I mean, they've already been screwed by us saying, give up your nukes.
Why on earth would that amendment be something Kiev could agree to?
We already betrayed Kiev by saying, hey, give your nukes back to Russia, and then they were invaded.
How does that amendment give anything of any substance to the nation that's been raped for the last three years by Russia?
Exactly.
It's a horrible thing that's happened.
I don't understand.
What does Kiev get out of it?
Well, I'm looking for a peace deal.
Why would Ukraine agree to that?
Well, Russia may have attacked Ukraine because they were talking about becoming a member of NATO. Dude, get off my show.
Seriously.
What a waste of time.
What a waste of time.
Seriously.
Yeah, Russia's innocent.
A nation with 11 time zones invaded Ukraine with one time zone.
Where did these people come from?
They gave up their nukes.
And we said we'd help them out.
We guarantee their security.
And what happens?
Obama and Biden happens.
One of the most important things you can do for yourself is get a good night's sleep.
How do I do that?
Listen to my muse.
Right now.
Katie, talk to us about Z Factor.
Okay, I will say, if I don't take it, I'm up at 4. And I love that time with the dogs, but I'd rather be asleep in bed.
So when I take Relief Factor, I actually sleep till 6, even 7 o'clock in the morning.
I tell you what, I'm a much happier camper.
You've got to eat right, you've got to exercise, but you've got to get a good night's sleep.

Poor Jeff. .
He's never sick.
Come in with the montage.
Come in with...
Cut seven.
Seven, yeah.
Copy that.
And you're gonna do happy woman and t-shirt, right?
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
I got the happy woman already.
Then I'll tee up six.
Copy that, seven.
Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, we didn't do six.
Thank you.
No man is above the law no matter what the crime.
And I agree with you.
No man is above the law.
No person is above the law.
No one is above the law.
No one is above the law.
No man is above the law.
Nobody is above the law.
No one is above the law.
No man is above the law.
He has to be held accountable.
He's not above the law.
No one's above the law.
Either that nor any other title puts you above the rule of law.
No one is truly above the law.
That is what it means to have a rule of law.
That is what it means to not have a king.
They're not above the law.
Nobody is above the law.
Everyone will be treated, as Merrick Garland has said, as, you know, equally.
No one is above the law, which is foundational.
No one is above the law, even a former president.
We have one set of laws in this country and they apply to everyone.
No one is above the law.
The law is the law and no one should be above it.
Yes, nobody is above the law.
No one is above the law.
No one else is above the law, including a president.
Nobody is above the law.
We can't have two justice systems in America.
It has to be one justice system.
And anybody who breaks the law should be held accountable.
And that no one is above the law.
No one is above the law.
And our president is not above the law.
I always thought that this country, that no one was above the law.
God bless Grapeard.
Hey, Alex, do you like working in radio?
Yes, sir.
I love it.
Do you think you're pretty good at it, Alex?
You tell me.
I'll say you're good.
I think my team is the best.
But I've got to ask you, because I'm the guy in front of the mic, but I need the other end, the kind of user input right now.
Could we play that montage every hour for the next 49 days?
Do you think people get annoyed?
Because it's pretty good, isn't it?
That is a great montage and a perfect example of why people don't trust mainstream media anymore.
But don't you love how Grabian, John, don't you love how they zoomed in on the people as they were talking?
Nobody's above, not just a cut, zoom in on the Democrats.
Isn't that delicious?
Yeah, they have nice effects on that.
Do you think I could overdo it if I did it every hour for the next 49 days?
Probably not.
Can you just say that, guys?
Just put it somewhere, you know, when Eric's back, when Jeff's back, just have it somewhere where it's quickly available because it's just too good.
Nobody's above the law unless their last name is Clinton or Biden.
Right, guys?
It's Monday.
That means it's the manhood hour next.
Don't go anywhere.

Next up, the Manhood Hour.
Next up, the Manhood the Manhood Hour.
Next up, the Manhood the Manhood Hour.
Next up, the Manhood Hour.
Well, it was the breaking news of the weekend, and we're going to keep discussing it today.
Of course, it was the unprecedented almost 11-year pardon issued by Joe Biden.
For who?
For his son.
We've got the image of the presidential statement itself.
Thanks to a source, one of my reliable sources, I also have in my hand the official court document.
Thank you.
hour, the manhood hour.
The title is Mr. Biden's Notice of Pardon.
Oh, how delightful Mr. Biden's Notice of Pardon.
It is signed by Abby Lowell, counsel for Robert Hunter Biden.
Defendant Robert Hunter Biden respectfully provides notice of a full and unconditional pardon that requires dismissal of the indictment against him.
um What does this mean for America?
What does it mean for the values upon which our republic was founded?
Let's talk to a man who has been a tireless advocate for those values, especially when they have been trodden on, when they have been negated for those who were, quote-unquote, involved on January 6th.
He's the author, most recently, of the book you must have on your bookshelf today, Justify...
And his brand new movie, The War on the Truth.
You must watch that as well.
He's a Hollywood star.
He's a good guy.
And he wants guest hosted for none other than Rush Limbaugh.
Nick Searcy, welcome to the Manhood Hour.
Yeah, nice to see you again, Seb.
Thanks for having me.
Now, I need to know, did you really?
Did you really guest host for Rush?
I really did.
They actually flew me to New York, and I did it with Bo Snurdly in the room, and they helped me through it.
They talked me through the whole day, and it was quite an honor.
Did you enjoy it?
Because, you know, allegedly I have a new job on January the 20th, so we are looking for people to warm my seat.
So did you enjoy hosting for The Great Rush, Bo?
I did enjoy it.
It was a daunting task, though.
I will say that.
I mean, to get up there and talk for three hours, it's harder than it looks.
It is.
I'm always so impressed with people like Rush, my good friend Chris Plant, and Dan Bongino.
Because those guys, Nick, they don't have guests.
It's just them for three hours.
I love to talk to really interesting people, and therefore I kind of cheat because I have at least one guest an hour.
In the third hour with you, we have the whole hour to talk.
So three hours just by yourself, that's a little bit tough.
It is.
It was very hard.
And, you know, when I guest hosted, it was the middle of the Christmas holidays.
It was December 27th.
And so there weren't a lot of callers.
Yeah.
Right, right, right, right.
All right, well, we need to celebrate also the fact that you're in this amazing movie about Ronald Reagan.
We'll talk about that in a second, just reminded by the hat you are wearing, the USS Ronald Reagan.
But first, as somebody who has met with...
The real political victims of January 6th, who's made movies about them, I've got to get your reaction on this Monday afternoon to the news of what happened out of the White House yesterday, Nick.
Well, it's sad how not shocking it is.
I mean, I figured that it would happen.
But it is infuriating, especially when you look at the fact that over 1,500 people, and counting, Some of them have been targeted by the FBI and persecuted.
Some of them prosecuted, put in jail.
Some of them just harassed into bankruptcy.
The things that they have done to these people, most of whom have never been arrested for anything before in their lives, and they've been treated like domestic terrorists and treated as so dangerous that they couldn't even be let out on bail.
And you look at how these people have been treated, and then you have this derelict, degenerate, crack-smoking, tax-evading, illegal firearm-having, and sexually perverse, probably committed various forms of statutory rape.
And he pardons him for 11 years, almost 11 years.
And basically the pardon, Seb, It was Joe Biden pardoning himself.
Yeah, let's drop down on this, because this is the argument I've been making for the last two hours, that the buried lead here, isn't this degenerate pervert and, you know, crack addict who makes out with and then has as his girlfriend his brother's widow?
I mean, just really, I mean, straight out of a Brazilian soap opera.
The real story here, because he's just the back man, the real story is Joe Biden, Jim Biden, Frank Biden, and the whole cartel.
Right.
And you know, I have a question in my mind.
If by pardoning Hunter, is it going to mean that we're never going to be able to learn the truth about what Joe Biden did?
And I think that's the real reason behind the pardon.
I think they sat around the table at Thanksgiving and go, Joe, you've got to do something.
We're all going down.
And I think he's pardoning himself.
And I think there's going to be probably more pardons coming.
Yeah, we analysed that with our buddy Kurt Schlichter.
This doesn't give any kind of immunity or pardon any crime committed by the current incumbent in the White House or the rest of his relatives.
So I predict in the next 49 days a flurry of other pardons as well.
So let's go to the heart of what I want to talk to you about, which is valor, which is courage, which is the virtue that makes all the other virtues possible and which is, you know, non-negotiable for a man.
This is the Manhood Hour.
You are a successful actor, filmmaker as well.
We'll talk about Reagan.
We'll talk about your latest movie as well in a second.
But not a lot of people in Hollywood do what you have done, which is step out of the fictional role and start being torchbearers for the truth in a hyper politicized and divisive environment.
Can I ask you, Nick, what was the genesis of that?
Was there something, an event that triggered it?
Was there a person's advice or something you witnessed?
What took you from being Nick Searcy, the Hollywood actor, to being Nick Searcy, the avowed, outspoken patriot?
Well, I was always a bit outspoken.
And back in the day when the Friends of Abe, which was, of course, the top secret Hollywood conservative enclave that wasn't all that secret.
Explain a little bit about, for those who aren't familiar, what Friends of Abe was and what did they do?
Well, Gary Sinise started the group, and it was basically a supper club for people that weren't Hollywood leftists.
You know, we would all just get together in a room and, like, have lunch together and talk, and, you know, it was kind of like an AA meeting.
You know, I'd stand up and say, my name is Nick, and I'm a Republican, and they'd go, hello, Nick, you know.
But, you know, just being involved in that, I met a lot of other people that, you know, I wouldn't have met otherwise who were, you know, like me.
We were conservatives in Hollywood.
And I got to know Andrew Breitbart that way and, you know, followed him, his example for a long time.
And when Andrew passed away, that was really an event that that Probably fired me into the kind of career that I have now because when he died so suddenly, I looked at what he'd accomplished and everybody that he brought together and I thought, you know, I don't know how long I have.
Why am I not saying what I believe?
When I believe it so strongly, why am I not standing up for those things?
And so that's what led me to, I directed the movie Gosnell, which was about the abortion doctor in Philadelphia.
That was fairly controversial.
You mean the mass murderer?
Exactly, exactly.
And doing that movie meant there was no turning back for me in terms of like, okay, now everybody knows who I am, and I'm just going to have to roll with it.
So that's what put me on the path of making these movies.
I happened to go to Washington on January 6th, not with the idea of making a movie, but I was there that day.
I saw what happened, and when I watched the news, it didn't reflect anything that I had seen.
And so my partner Chris Burgard and I talked about it, and we made two movies about that day.
The first one's called Capital Punishment, and the second one, of course, is called The War on Truth.
And in following and trying to get to the heart of this story, why that day happened the way it did, and what this government is doing to normal, decent Americans, Who believe, I believe, rightly believed that the 2020 election was fraudulent.
We'll talk about both of those movies and your latest book, Justify This.

Let's talk about families who aren't suffering because somebody's been incarcerated, but because their home has been raided for political purposes by agents of the federal government.
Here's A clip from our guest's recent film, Capital Punishment.
My wife said she heard them before I heard them.
I'm a very heavy sleeper.
But what woke me up was a concussion grenade.
Those things are really loud.
Once I get into the area where the living room and the kitchen opens up, Another flashbang went off on the side of my house, and I could see the silhouettes of about 10, at least 10 on the side of my house.
You could just see all the tactical gear and everything.
That's actual footage we played of the raid.
The individual, his wife, his daughter, sitting on a park bench across from the man who made that movie, and he's going to explain how that could have happened in America.
Nick Searcy, I've had these people on my show as guests.
You spent hours, if not days, with these individuals.
I can't quite internalize what that means.
Can you explain to me, because I'm an immigrant to America, a legal immigrant.
You were born here.
What is it like for you to sit down with a man who has really done nothing, didn't hurt anybody, didn't steal anything, and is an American citizen and gets his home raided by the FBI in an armored vehicle using thunder flashes?
How did you cope with these interviews, Nick?
Well, I think that's the most difficult thing about telling people about these stories, is that it's hard to believe that it happened in America.
I mean, the sort of overkill of going to this man's house, this is a deliberate tactic.
And what it's meant to do is not only terrify the person that they're raiding, but it's also to demonize them in their neighborhood.
So that their neighbors all now look at them as like, there's this dangerous guy that lives down the street.
Obviously, he must be some sort of horrible person because a SWAT team and 40 vehicles showed up in our little neighborhood to take this crazy man out.
And so the intimidation factor is meant not only for the neighborhood, but also to send the message nationwide.
If you were a January 6th protester, if you dare to say that you believe the election was stolen, Then this is what's going to happen to you.
And that's the most difficult thing I've found in talking to people about the January 6th situation.
People that don't pay attention to it, people that just see what the news tells them about that day, they have trouble believing that this is real.
That this is really happening to so many people, but it is over and over again.
And in the sequel, The War on Truth, there's even more of this kind of thing.
Chris and Annette King come to mind.
Which of the stories is the most shocking for you as the person who made these movies?
Wow, that's tough to pick.
I mean, there's Victoria White being beaten over the head 40 times by a police officer in the tunnel, beaten bloody.
She was almost beaten to death.
And then charged with assault of a police officer by attacking her baton with her head.
That's one.
Sarah McAbee's husband, Colton McAbee, who's now in jail, was sentenced to seven years because he helped a police officer up.
As they were being crushed in the tunnel, he gave Roseanne Boylan mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, helped a police officer to his feet, but because he had motorcycle gloves on that had metal on them, he was charged with assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon, and he was sentenced to seven years.
And you have Chris and Annette Keene.
Chris Keene was a—he gave the commands at Reagan's funeral.
He was a decorated Marine.
And they raided his house and made his pregnant wife stand outside in 12 degree weather and the next day she lost the baby.
I mean, you can't believe the pain level of the people in this country that this government has inflicted on innocent people for political reasons, strictly for political reasons.
And the Hunter Biden pardon just really opens the way for President Trump to do a mass pardon at 1201 on January the 20th, don't you believe?
Absolutely.
I've been praying for that.
I've been praying that the president would do that.
And I think this makes it imperative that he do it day one.
He has to pardon everyone.
I've heard some people talk about, don't pardon the nonviolent offenders.
There wasn't any violence by any actual J6 protester that day.
There may have been self-defense because the Capitol Police were the aggressors.
But every single person should be pardoned.
That day should be rectified.
It was a setup.
Everybody there on either side was set up by this government to create that situation, and they should all be pardoned.
And that's why we need Cash Patel at the FBI to find out what the FBI's involvement was that day.

We'll be back with Nick in a moment.
It took flipping long enough.
He was president 40 years ago.
But finally, we have the superb movie about the Gipper.
And here's a little taste.
Welcome.
There's nothing a retired governor can do, but a president.
Now he can do a thing or two.
I will be frank with you that as a citizen, I would not like to see any political party outlawed on the basis of its ideology.
Because I still believe, Mr. Chairman, that democracy can handle it.
I was a brand new KGB officer.
Given my first intelligence assignment, a certain actor and union leader.
Dutch, there's a purpose for you, Mike.
You can run from a bully for so long, but after a while, you're gonna have to stand up to him.
It's my boy!
There's about to be another war right here in Hollywood.
The commies on one side, the mob on the other.
And you're right in the middle, son.
If you put as much work into your career as you do making your speeches, you'd have an Oscar by now.
Hello, I'm Nancy Davis.
Hello, Nancy Davis.
I'm Ron Reagan.
I'm curious, Ron.
What would you say is the issue of our time?
No question about it.
Communism and the Soviet Union.
Get in the game.
Run for office.
Boom.
I'm so psyched.
It's a great movie.
Conservatives don't always make great movies, but there's a reason why this one succeeded, and you need to see it as well.
Dennis Quaid, Jon Voight.
And our very own Nick Sissy.
Nick, I'm geeking out here because I love the Gipper.
I grew up under Margaret Thatcher in the UK, looked across the pond at Ronald Reagan.
How psyched were you when you got the call?
Hey, Nick, can you be James Baker in Reagan's cabinet?
It was a great honor to be part of it.
I mean, such a great cast.
And Dennis did such a great job.
And John Voight and all the rest of them.
It was really an honor to be part of it.
And it really is a great movie.
I mean, it's not just a history lesson.
It's a great love story.
And it's, you know, it makes you cry.
It's how much Reagan loved this country is something people forget.
Absolutely.
And I have to say, I mean, everybody needs to watch your latest movie.
We'll talk about it in a second.
But Dennis Quaid, his gait, the head, not just the voice, you know, human beings can really see each other and recognize each other very quickly from the gait, even from a distance.
The way Quaid moves is so Reagan-esque, Nick.
It's freaky.
No, it was a pleasure to watch him work, you know, being on the set with him because it...
It would have been so easy to fall into sort of a caricature of Reagan, like a Saturday Night Live version of Reagan.
And Dennis was able to do it without doing an impression.
He just really captured something that was essential about the man.
I mean, when you watch the movie about 10 minutes into it, you forget that it's Dennis Clayton.
Why did it take Hollywood so long, or conservatives rather, to make this film?
And God bless Paul Kengo, a regular guest on the show on whose books this movie is made.
But I mean, two generations, Nick?
Yeah.
Well, it took 14 years from the time they had the script to get this movie made.
And that's because, of course, Hollywood didn't want to make a movie about Reagan that didn't call him, you know, some sort of bigoted...
Bigoted, you know, what do they call him?
The amiable dunce who was a warmonger, right?
Yeah, they didn't want a movie that told the truth about Reagan, about who he really was and what his passions were.
And so that's why it took so long.
All the money was raised independently.
This was not made by a studio.
It was made by conservatives around the country who put their money in and invested in this film.
And I think going forward, that's going to be the way.
I think Hollywood is bust, and I think you're absolutely right, whether it's the Angel Studios model or whether it's just Conservatives coming together.
You've got to see the movie Reagan.
And next time, we're going to discuss Nick's latest project as well.
In the meantime, make sure you're following him at YesNickSearcy.
And if you put me back in the White House, their reign is over.
Their reign will be over.
And they know it.
And America will be a free nation once again.
We're not a free nation right now.
We don't have free press.
We don't have free anything.
In 2016, I declared, I am your voice.
Today, I add, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
I am your retribution.
I'm not going to let this happen.
And guess what?
That's exactly what America voted for, breaking his incumbency record of 74 million.
President Trump will be sworn in in 49 days as the 47th and not just the 45th President of the United States.
Your latest movie.
I was wondering, I think we had a discussion when Capital Punishment came out.
I said, you've got to have lots of material left.
Is this why you made the war on the truth?
Or is this a different kind of movie from that one?
What is the mission here?
And tell us about how people can see it.
Well, the war on truth came about after capital punishment.
Capital punishment we made very early in 2021. It was released in Thanksgiving of 2021. So we were just kind of like trying to figure out what had happened that day and trying to figure out what was happening to people.
The war on truth, we follow the stories of these people that they are persecuting.
And the war on truth is really meant to show how the government is lying Why they are lying, and to humanize these people that they are lying about, that they are calling domestic terrorists, saying these are a danger, a threat to democracy and all that garbage.
And we show you exactly who these people are, and we show you the impact on their lives.
And I wanted to make a movie that, you know, if somebody on the other side saw it.
They would have to say whether or not they actually believed that this was a just way to treat these people.
It's an in-depth look at the people that the government is persecuting.
So everybody needs to watch War on the Truth.
You can watch it at SalemNow.com.
Nick, you're not an attorney.
You're not a prosecutor.
You're not even a politician.
You're a storyteller.
And let me put this to you as a storyteller.
For me, pardons aren't enough.
Every political prisoner with relation to January the 6th or to the FACE Act, like Beverly Williams, who is serving a four-year prison sentence for praying outside an abortion clinic.
So every pro-lifer, innocent pro-lifer, every J6-er who committed no real crime has to be pardoned.
But you understand the arc of a story.
For me, that's the beginning of a story.
We're not going to re-instill in the average American a faith in the legal system with just pardons.
So from your perspective, as the person who's broken bread with and spent hours and days with these political victims, How important is it that the second big part of the jigsaw puzzle is that the persecutors pay for their crimes and stand in a real court of law in front of an unbiased judge and jury?
Isn't that the non-negotiable second part of the formula?
I certainly think so.
I think these people all deserve not only to be freed and pardoned, but restitution.
I think they need to be made whole.
Their lives have been destroyed.
Many of them have lost their businesses, their livelihoods, their reputations.
And I think lawsuits need to be filed.
And I think civil lawsuits should be filed against the people who lied about them.
The January 6 Committee, the FBI, the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves.
All these people need to pay for what they've done.
And that's what, to me, has been so exciting about Donald Trump's picks, you know, to bring Cash Patel in to the FBI and to bring Pam Bondi in as Attorney General.
We've got to restore the faith in the institutions of this country that the Democrats and some Republicans have destroyed.
And no one trusts the Department of Justice anymore.
No one trusts the FBI anymore.
And hopefully Donald Trump and his cabinet, his picks, will be able to fix some of this and bring about a restoration of trust in American institutions.
Very few people have documented these travesties to the extent that you have.
I mean, I can think of Julie Kelly and maybe a handful of others.
What has this journey for you in the last four years?
What has it done for your personal faith in the Republic, Nick Searcy?
Well, I often say meeting these people, I've met some of the most admirable, decent people.
Lovely people that I've ever met in my life.
And it really has steeled my faith.
It has helped me in my faith in God to see how these people go through these trials.
And so many of them are Christians.
So many of them are deacons in the church and people that you would leave your kids with.
These are wonderful, wonderful people.
And Just being able to sit in a room with them and hear their stories and to experience the pain with them has been an honor and one of the things I'll cherish for the rest of my life.
I mean, a lot of these people are now lifelong friends of mine, and I hear from them all the time.
And Sarah Maccabee, Victoria White, Derek Kennison, Julie Kelly, all these people are now Woven into my life, and they wouldn't be if I had not gone on this journey with these people.
And I'm not even exaggerating when I say that it's a great honor.
I believe you, and we salute you, Nick, for doing this and for having the courage to tell the story loud and proud.
Watch Nick's latest movie, The War on the Truth, at SalemNow.com.
That's SalemNow.com.
Relax.
Easy, Mikey.
I'm just here to give the man a ride.
I'm going for a walk with him.
Oh, wait.
A long walk.
You don't want to blow me off.
Does anybody mind if I order?
Your whole family.
Come with me.
Come on.
Let's go.
I can't let that happen.
Then we're in a pickle.
I'm gonna give you 10 seconds to leave, and then I'm gonna shoot you.
FYI, that's kind of a thing with these marshals.
You really think you're that good?
I don't know.
I'm getting old, but I'm probably pretty good from this range.
Yeah, it's seven feet.
Shouldn't be a hard shot.
That's from the great show, Justified.
I'm going to change azimuth for the last 120 seconds we have with our good friend, Nick Siss.
He watches movies, reads his book, which is a relevant title, Justified.
This is the book.
Nick, give us one piece of advice.
To conservatives, or just forget conservatives, patriots in your line of business, in moviemaking, in media, what do they have to do for us to take back the Sodom and Gomorrah that is Hollywood?
I would say stop being afraid.
There's a lot of people that are afraid to say their minds and they think that they won't be hired by Hollywood.
I think things are changing.
I think the audience for Hollywood is dwindling.
They have intentionally driven people away.
And I think now is the time.
That we can start making movies that we can respect, you know, that we can get behind.
And they don't have to all be preachy and they don't have to all be about politics.
They just have to be good stories.
And I say stop being afraid of the people in Hollywood.
They aren't the gatekeepers anymore.
They don't have the power to stop you like they used to.
And get on with it.
Tell your stories.
I love that.
I think I read that somewhere in the Bible.
Be not afraid.
Just get on with it and tell your story.
The book is Justify This.
The movie, available at SalemNow.com, is The War on the Truth.
And prior to that, The Superb...
Tale of those targeted by the Biden regime, and that's capital punishment.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
