Thank you for watching and don't forget to share this video.
Bye.
I keep looking for this to change to go back to a historical norm, and it simply put,
has not yet.
So this is the margin, or Biden and Trump among black voters, compare where we were at this point in 2020, compare where we are now.
You know, at this point, look at this, in 2020, Joe Biden was getting 86% of the African American vote.
Look at where it is now.
It's 70 percent.
That's a 16 point drop, John.
And more than that, it's not just that Joe Biden is losing ground.
It's that Donald Trump is gaining ground.
You go from 7 percent, single digits at this point in 2020, to now 21 percent.
And again, John, I keep looking for signs that this is going to go back to normal, and I don't see it.
Yet in the polling, if anything, right now we're careening towards a historic performance for a Republican presidential candidate the likes of which we have not seen in six decades.
Why are you looking for a reversal in that trend, Harry Enten of CNN?
Is it because you're a Democrat as well?
Did you just show your cards?
Are you sad that black Americans have had it with being on the Democrat political plantation.
Greetings, friends.
That was quite enjoyable.
CNN crunching the numbers four months out from the election, ten days from the debate.
Is it even going to happen?
I booked my tickets, I'm going to be there.
Is Biden going to show up?
And the most hilarious thing of all, that insult.
To the Marine Corps.
That man who looks like the Crypt Keeper.
Do you know who he thinks isn't going to show up for the debate?
Let's listen to James Carville, the man who said, oh, well, when it comes to the rape victims of Bill Clinton, it's amazing what you find when you drag a $100 bilge through a trailer park.
That's the kind of scum he is.
But he's a comedian, too.
Here's the proof.
Well, if I was a gambler, actually I am a gambler, I'd take even money if Trump doesn't show up.
You don't think Trump's coming next week?
I mean, I don't know, but if I was, I think he's going to wake up and decide.
Just like he said he was going to testify in his defense of this trial.
He put on a defense.
Let him show up.
I wouldn't be shocked, but I certainly would not be surprised if he gave me even money.
I'd say he's a no-show.
He'll just get up in the morning and say, I'm just not going to do it.
Jeff, help me out.
In the last seven years, when did the president commit to an event and then cancel and end up as a no-show?
And I don't mean when, you know, lightning was striking the rally ground for a MAGRA event.
When did he cancel?
None, and I don't know why he keeps saying this.
He's been saying this for weeks now, that he's not going to show up.
Why on earth would he say that?
Look, we know he's lying, right?
We know Carville's lying.
Of course, Trump's been wanting to debate him since the last election.
He's agreed to the most absurd conditions from CNN with mic controls, no audience.
He wants to debate more than anything!
Absolutely.
Carville, you really are a reprobate.
Let's talk about the most important statement the president has made since...
Since CPAC.
It's one of our evergreens at CPAC when he said, I am your retribution.
Why?
Because we need justice back in America.
But yesterday, I think it was after his incredible Detroit rally, the president was interviewed and, well, it's a kind of declaration of war politically.
Let's listen to President Trump.
Cut five.
First of all, this conviction was a Democrat hoax started by him as election interference and really attacking a political opponent never been seen before in this country.
It's done by third world countries, by banana republics, never been done by this country.
And it's a disgrace, and he's a disgrace.
I mean, with his record and his family's record, he's a disgrace to have done it.
And the gloves have come off because of it.
And frankly, it allows you to speak more freely.
It's a very interesting statement because technically until the sentencing on July 11th, three days before the GOP convention, President Trump is still under Juan Merchant's gag order.
But he made a very clear statement with Joe Biden, or rather his DOJ, not his Attorney General, but The woman who's really running the Department of Justice, Lisa Monaco, coordinating with Fannie Willis, coordinating with Letitia James in New York, hosting Nathan Wade at the White House, sending not one, people miss this, even I miss this, it's not just Matthew Colangelo, the third highest ranking person in the Department of Justice,
Who was sent to be the line prosecutor for Alvin Bragg's case against President Trump in New York.
Two other colleagues of Colangelo's, three senior Biden DOJ political appointees, magically showed up in Alvin Bragg's team for the business filing case that led to 34 spurious felony indictments.
Once you do that, President Trump is absolutely right.
The gloves are off.
Why?
Because you're doing what authoritarian regimes do.
You are targeting somebody with the force of the state, the most powerful state in the world, but you're doing it for political purposes.
Because you know you can't beat them.
And beyond that, let's really unpack this for a moment.
It's not just about November the 5th.
It's not just the fact that the man who they're gaslighting you to believe isn't senile, isn't mentally and physically compromised, Cannot win the election on November 5th, short of a, you know, another pandemic, a COVID-25 being dropped, and then mailing out again tens of millions of ballots, which will be hard to do because, you know, Nancy's gone.
Short of that, they can't win this fair and square.
I mean, they have to cheat so bigly.
What has President Trump said?
Too big to rig.
That's the motto.
My wife got up at 4 a.m.
this morning.
I had to set my alarm.
She said, will you set yours just in case?
Because I got to be there.
She's the chief election officer for the Democrat and Republican primaries in our part of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
If we make sure that we are there and the ballots are counted by our side as well as theirs, if we make sure that we mobilize the base, To vote early.
That we chase ballots.
When we find out that somebody's a registered Republican and they haven't voted and we go and knock on their door and say, Hey, have you got your ballot?
Did you vote?
Oh, no.
Would you like to vote now?
That's how we win.
They know that they don't have the cover of COVID.
They don't have Nancy.
We've changed the laws back to the way they should have been in 21 of our 50 states.
But what's the real reason that President Trump had to take the gloves off?
It's not just about one election.
It's about the rest of their lives.
If President Trump is re-elected, if God willing we do our part, it's over.
The sinecures, the permanent positions, the incestuous relationship between government The private sector, the NGO sector, the foundations, the media.
We will rip such a sucking chest wound into the lungs of that corrupt enterprise that it will likely never recover.
That's why.
Because there's one man who has a chance of stopping them and bringing back our republic.
Okay, we have an amazing show for you today.
My favorite podcaster out there, the galactic grandmaster Andrew Clavin.
Next, we'll be talking to the journalist who got hold of the transgender terrorist,
the murderer's diaries, and who is facing prison time because he refuses to release
the source of those diaries that the feds are trying to suppress.
Lord Conrad Black.
And then the fifth Pfizer target.
Remember the Pfizer targeting of the campaign?
We're going to talk to the man who was number five.
Make sure you are.

Yes.
That was a year ago.
Cameron Winter.
House of Love and Death.
And then the non-fictional one you had is Truth and Beauty.
Cameron Winter.
Truth and Beauty.
Yes, sir.
Three and a half minutes and he's already on the line.
He is?
I thought he had so little time for me.
He actually dialed in early.
Slacker.
Mics are hot.
Hey, I can't.
I don't have sound from Andrew.
Hello?
Hello?
How about now?
Good.
Say a sentence.
I was working here desperately trying to get through my work before you interrupted me.
Is House of Love and Death the second or is the third out yet?
The third, uh, the latest one that's out is House of Love and Death.
October 15th is the new one.
Good, good, good, good, good.
And they're both conveniently placed right behind him.
Oh yes, conveniently placed on the shelf behind him.
All right, we're going to talk gaslighting, okay?
Excellent.
So you want to use that Kareem Jean-Pierre clip?
Yeah, we're going to use, uh, we're going to come in with, um... Oh, but dancing is not an illness?
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Come in with the cheap, actually, um...
Because we have three now.
The one from yesterday, and then the two today.
What was the yesterday one?
Um, the Obama, they're friends, and that's why he put his hand on it.
Oh, Obama, they're friends.
Alright, I'll use that first.
And, um, then I'll go to Drew.
But first, come in with today's audio for Angel Triadics, okay?
Come in with Angel Triadics.
Okay.
What time do you want me to turn up at your gaff tomorrow?
Oh, what do you say, like 5'6", something like that?
Yeah, I can be there 5'15", like quarter to six.
Yeah, quarter to six is perfect.
Have you been on the road?
Oh, you went to Bavaria!
Yeah, I went to the Black Forest.
Did you have some Schwarzwald cake? Did you have some Wiener Schnitzel?
Yes, I was in the Schwarzwald. It was great. It was absolutely beautiful.
My son is in love because we, you know, I worked in Bavaria for the DoD for like four years
and I used to commute between Budapest and Garmisch.
And so they used to come and visit me as kids.
And so his memories of Germany are like paradise, spaghetti ice cream, you know, swimming pools.
So he actually wants to raise his kids in Bavaria.
It was great, I have to say.
The food was great.
The people were nice.
We did nothing but hike.
We just walked and walked and walked through the woods from end to end.
You look like you've lost a bit of weight.
I think I had to have.
We walked 45 miles.
Wow.
Yeah, that was great.
And all I did was eat the fat.
I kept saying, this food is great.
And Ellen kept saying, it's all fat.
And I kept saying, that's the same thing.
Was it Schweinehexe?
Did you have the pork knuckle?
No, God, no.
They put meat in everything, you know.
I just love Wienerschnitzel.
I can cook Wienerschnitzel and goulash, but I love a nice, thin Wienerschnitzel with some potato salad.
That is great.
Good stuff.
Unfortunately, the asparagus was in season, so everything, they actually had, like, asparagus ice cream.
I don't know if you can see it, but I think it's a bit white.
So, I'm going to try to get it to the right place.
So, I'm going to try to get it to the right place.
You can see it.
You Getting to see the kids is so encouraging.
God is at work.
Their little hearts are open, and they need hope.
And I think that's what I've heard in every story that the kids have shared, is that there is hope, and that's in Christ.
So it's life-changing.
Hope in Christ.
For who?
For the more than a million children in America who've lost a mother or father to the prison system.
You sent thousands of them to the safe Christian summer camps last year in 49 of the 50 states, thanks to the prison fellowship program.
I want to break that record wide open this year.
Please be generous.
More than 70% of these children will end up incarcerated themselves.
Let's break that cycle.
Let's introduce them to Jesus and let them feel a little bit more love this summer.
It's $200 per child per week, but if you can only afford $20, That's amazing.
If you can do 2,000, that's 10 children.
Please be generous.
It is a tax-deductible donation.
You can call up the Prison Fellowship on 888-206-2794, or just go to sebgorka.com and click on the Angel Tree Summer Camp banner.

The gaslighting proceeds at warp speed.
Here is what they said yesterday about the thing you thought you saw but you didn't see from Coringe Jean-Pierre.
President Obama's office put out a statement, so I would refer you to that statement, about what was being accused by others.
And he said this did not happen in the sense of what people were saying they were seeing, right?
Or what was being falsely reported that they were seeing.
Let's not forget, President Obama, President Biden have a relationship.
They are friends.
They're like family to each other.
And I think that's what you saw.
You saw the president put his hand on the back of President Biden, and they walked off the stage.
So he can't be senile because Obama is friends with Biden, because that kind of shields you.
It's like a magic force field from senility.
Let's ask a man whether anybody should believe that.
He is my favourite podcaster.
Can I say that despite the fact that he works for the Daily Wire?
will steal him, Salem will steal him. He is the galactic master, the author most
recently of House of Love and Death and the Superlative Truth and Beauty with
the best one paragraph summary of Hamlet. I didn't even think it was humanly
possible. Andrew Clayton! Welcome back to America First.
Great to see you, sir.
So Drew, I really am worried.
I called you desperately this morning to come on the show because I think I've got these massive Coke bottle glasses on that are a nice pink color because I look at the desperate White House reaction and and all the flunkies reaction to these videos so we've got normandy we've got the g7 let's play let's play the obama no let's go to the obama video and just play it in the background so he grabs him
by the wrist as he's frozen there and then pulls him off by holding him on the nape of the neck as if he is a mental patient but this didn't happen it is called a quote cheap fake i think they're in real trouble am i reading too much into it drew No, you know, you came to the right person because the term gaslight, I'm a thriller writer, I've been a thriller writer my whole life, and the term gaslight originates in a famous, a classic thriller play from the 1930s called Gaslight by Patrick Hamilton, and it is about a guy who drives his wife insane by telling her she's not seeing what she's seeing.
The gaslights in her house are going up and down, going dim and brighter because he's searching for a hidden treasure in the attic.
Right, it's also a great movie with Ingrid Bergman.
Exactly.
Charles Boyer, great film.
And he keeps saying, this isn't happening even though she sees it and it drives her crazy.
And this is happening now with Biden's age, which has now become, I mean, look, it's been obvious to us.
It's been obvious to most of us for years.
You only have to go on YouTube and look at a video of what he looked like four years ago, five years ago to see the deterioration.
It's very, very visible in the way he speaks, the way he walks, the way he moves his head
around.
There's something terribly wrong with him.
They keep saying it's age, but plenty of people get into their 80s and remain absolutely sharp
and at the top of their games.
People have written great books in their 90s.
He's not going to be one of those guys.
He is deteriorating.
Something's wrong with him.
It's not just this.
It's not just his age that we keep seeing him deteriorate.
They keep telling us it's not happening, but it's everything.
It's the economy, the border is secure, you know, the crime is going down, everything's absolutely great.
And day by day in the papers, the liberal papers like the Washington Post and the New York Times, they keep writing editorials like, why don't people see that the economy is great, you know, crime is great, everything's great.
And it is, in fact, driving us crazy, and what's pernicious about it, and this is true from the Soviet Union, I mean, this is something that happened in the Soviet Union, is the people themselves begin to believe the lies, and they have to have this kind of double, they used to call it in the Soviet Union, double-think, where you would say something with complete conviction that you knew with complete conviction wasn't true, and so you had to at one time believe it and also not believe it.
You know, There is a new book out by a progressive friend of mine, Nellie Bowles, it's called Morning After the Revolution, and she was working for the New York Times as a very successful reporter, a business reporter, and she talks about the fact that they would not let her report on any story that would harm Joe Biden during the election.
So, as a good reporter, she wanted to go out and cover the riots in Seattle and Portland and other places.
They wouldn't let her do it, and they would tell her, this is not the time for that.
You can't do this until the election is over.
So these are guys who are committed to a lie, and they have to lie, and so they have to do what they're going to do.
They have to support Hamas.
They have to, you know, defund the police.
They have to do all the things that they're going to do, burn down cities, and then say, oh, it's not happening.
It's not, I'm sorry, I don't know why you say that.
It's not happening.
Pardon me while I set this city on fire, but it's mostly a peaceful demonstration.
Pardon me while I carry this poor old man off the stage, but he's absolutely fine.
And it's just, it's maddening on the one hand, but I think it's driving them as insane as it's driving the rest of us, because they have to believe what they can't possibly believe.
We've got one minute left in this segment.
We're training you to the Skype camera.
We will keep you here for one more segment.
Quick question for now.
I'm gonna be there, but I don't think he's gonna... Can they have him go to the debate, Drew?
What's your gut telling you in 10 days time?
My gut is telling me not only can he not go to the debate, but I don't think he can finish the election.
I really don't.
He's going down too fast.
The latest installment in the mystery series you have to get right now.
It's the Cameron Winter series, his House of Love and Death.

It's a superb story. Please follow Drew and subscribe to his podcast and The Daily Wire as well.

Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, stay on this channel.
Drew, put the mics on.
Because it's almost impossible to get rid of an incumbent, but they can't run with him.
They can.
I mean, look, I guess they're thinking now they can carry him across the finish line, but first of all, it's getting pitiful.
It's getting to be like, you're starting to feel like Jill is kind of a monster to let this happen.
You know, it's like, I don't want to blame his wife, but you know, somebody ought to pull him down.
And I mean I hope I hope Trump is not getting overconfident in the debate because I have no doubt.
I think we're debating this in the pre-production meeting today how he needs to just chill and let this guy fry himself because otherwise they will yank him off stage and they'll parachute in Gavin or somebody.
Yeah yeah I mean I think that It would be a big, big mistake for Trump to get overconfident and overaggressive, you know?
I mean, how can he beat up this poor woman?
But if you saw what he did yesterday, how he started mumbling and shouting at the press in the Oval, there's a great likelihood that he's going to have one of these senile moments during the debate and Biden, you know, the whole filter drops and he just goes nuts.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, that's possible, and he can barely finish a sentence anymore.
I mean, you know, they keep saying he did a great job during the State of the Union, but it was just screaming.
It was just shouting.
Yeah.
Which is the other thing, by the way, that Trump should let him look—at this point, you know, Trump has that kind of overbold, aggressive stance.
At this point, Biden is far worse.
He should let him do it.
Does he know this?
Does Trump know this?
Oh, I think so.
I think so.
I mean, you look at how the campaign's being run, and it's much tighter.
Much tighter.
Oh, it's so much... Who's running it?
Jason Miller, Stephen Chung on the comms side, then... Susie Wiles?
Susie Wiles.
Yeah, Susie Wiles in part, but not when it comes to comms.
Then, who's that other woman?
Caroline Leavitt.
Yeah, yeah.
It's the same team, but they've really sharpened it up.
Yeah, it's pretty amazing, and he's really different.
He has really upped his game.
There's no question.
People keep saying he's lost a step, which may or may not be true, but it's helping him, whatever it is.
He just looks so much better.
It's going to get nuts.
It's going to get nuts.
I'm still, I'm upset that he's still like a point to only two points ahead or whatever it is.
I think at this point.
Yeah.
But the black figures, I mean, for those black figures, if half of that 16% translates into votes, they're toast.
They need 93% of the black population.
They can't have 20% or 10% of the black population say no.
And then the fact that he's got a majority of Hispanics, that's a disaster for Biden.
What do you think about the security on the voting?
How many percents does he have to win by?
It's state by state.
In Philly, in Baltimore, it's got to be 10% more.
Everywhere else, it's got to be 2-3%.
It's completely case by case.
Does he have a ground game?
Yeah, he does.
He does.
And the RNC is getting more serious.
It's becoming more and more important.
And you're asking me about the Maloney case.
You're asking me about the Maloney.
You're asking me what happened.
That video, that video, that video was... Okay, let's talk about Juneteenth.
The president...
Stood there listening to the music and he didn't dance.
Excuse me, I did not know not dancing was a mental, was a, it was a health issue.
That is a weird thing to actually flag when if you, if you look at the people who are around him, if you look at the expanded video of the people who are around him, they were not, they were, there were some folks who were not dancing either.
The line, excuse me, I didn't know not dancing was a health issue, it never looks good when you're in front of your flunkies in the legacy-lying media.
It means you're in big trouble.

It's not a good look, is it, Andrew Klayman, when you say, well, I didn't know not dancing is a health issue.
Well, it is if you're standing there like a statue and everybody's bopping next to you.
Yeah, I mean, he was frozen and he keeps freezing.
In fact, I've never even quite seen that before.
I don't know exactly what it means.
Obviously, his brain is shutting down at some level.
And, you know, the press has dedicated itself, the legacy media has dedicated itself to lying him into office.
But they won't be humiliated.
They're not going to lose whatever credibility they have left.
I mean, I think that the pandemic, the last election, they used up just about everything.
Nobody is looking at the media now and thinking, You know, these are the guys who are going to bring me the information.
In fact, in fact, one of the things I've noticed recently, and just in the last six months or so, is that people in general are getting better at plucking the gold of truth out of the flood of information that's now coming into all of our lives.
Before, we were just so washed away by this new flood of information that guys with conspiracy theories were You know, we're inseparable.
You couldn't separate... It's interesting, like QAnon has disappeared.
Right, right.
And that sort of stuff is not getting any traction.
The crazies are not getting the same kind of traction.
And people are noticing a lot faster when they're being lied to.
The pandemic was a disaster for the establishment.
It was a disaster for the elite.
No one's been punished for it.
Fowchee hasn't been punished for it.
All the people who lied, all the people who told us things that weren't true, all the people who shut down our freedoms and our churches haven't been punished for it.
But the people can bring that punishment themselves, and I think they're beginning to do it.
I think everybody's just looking askance at what they say.
Well, as the president said outside that courtroom where I had the displeasure of accompanying him, the real verdict is on November the 5th.
What I saw there you can read on my substack.
But Drew, I'm just watching the footage from the White House.
They've had a ceremony with Biden about, you know, exempting the spouses of illegals.
I mean, I've got a minute and a half left and I want your response to this.
If there's one issue you shouldn't have given to my former boss this time round, it's the one that got him elected in 2016.
I mean, what issue?
Build the wall.
Have a border.
You should not have touched that as a Democrat.
They haven't doubled down.
They haven't tripled down.
They've quintupled down.
Are these people just stupid, Drew?
Hey, Zeb, the border is completely secure.
It's been completely closed.
There's nobody coming through it.
And that gaslight is flickering.
That gaslight is flickering.
You just got to stop believing in your lying eyes.
You're absolutely right.
People now support mass deportation, something I never thought people would support.
But how can they not when you have mass illegal immigration?
Why should there not be mass deportation?
America's a charitable country, but there's only so much you can take before you realize your country's being taken away from you in order to serve not the people coming across the border, but the elites who want to use their illegal votes to keep in office.
I think we're the only show in history to have used the word quintupled in the chyron.
Well done, Eric.

Yeah. I gotta tell Clayton.

America First Magnificent.
It's going to be like this for the next four months as we're talking to Drew, Andrew Klavan about Biden freezing every day.
And I say he's holding a press conference now about, you know, amnestying the spouses of illegals.
Whilst we're talking about it, he does it again, and Jeff's got the clip.
This is just moments ago.
Mayorkas is standing next to Biden, and Biden doesn't know his cabinet member's name.
Play it.
Thanks to all the members of Congress and Homeland Security Secretary.
I'm not sure I'm going to introduce you all the way.
Well, he says, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And I'm not sure I'm going to introduce you all the way.
Because you don't know his name!
There's no way they're running him.
I'm sorry.
He's toast.
They're not running him.
They're gonna pull him somehow, the Democrats are.

He is the CEO of the Tennessee Star, Michael Patrick Leahy.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
It is great to be with you.
I've been a big fan of all your work, and of course, you work with Stephen K. Bannon, who hired me at Breitbart back in 2012.
Oh, all the threads lead back to the Admiral.
All right.
So, Mr. Leahy, you have been working assiduously to get the diary of the transgender terrorist out into the open so Americans could read it, which is what journalists should be doing.
As a result of your diligence, what is happening to you right now?
So, on March 27th, 2023, 28-year-old Audrey Elizabeth Hale, born female, who self-identified as a transgender male, walked into her former elementary school, heavily armed, and killed three nine-year-olds and three staff members.
20 minutes later, Metro National Police Department killed her.
That afternoon, Metro National Police Department undertook a very serious investigation.
They obtained ultimately about a thousand pages of her journals and also a spiral notebook, which was her operational game plan for that day.
Is that what they're referring to as the manifesto, the second document?
There really is no manifesto.
They're just a collection of writings.
Okay.
But they have been called the manifesto.
But one of those journals, a diary, for the last two months of her life, January, February, March of 2023, she left that in her vehicle.
And the police obtained that, as well as any number of other documents and journals that they obtained from her house later that afternoon where she worked with her parents.
So we wanted to read those writings.
And so we asked Metro National Police Department to release him under the Tennessee Public Records Act.
They denied it on any number of grounds.
And so we filed a lawsuit against Metro National Government in state court, May 10th, 2023.
There were several other parties, including the Tennessean, the Tennessee Firearms Association, et cetera.
That particular case has been in litigation, all combined under one judge, LaShia Miles, since May of 2023.
Mid-May of 2023, Metro Nashville Police Department put all of the roughly 1,000 pages of her journal writings and her operational plan on the day of the murders and gave them to the judge for her in-camera review.
That in-camera review has been going on for well over a year.
Fast forward.
We obtained, legally, a number of documents from the Metro Nashville Police Department investigation file.
Among those documents were the 80 pages of the journal of the last two months of her life that she left in the vehicle on the day of the murders, as well as some internal documents about the investigation, as well as crime scene photos.
We began publishing stories based upon the documents in her journal on June 5th.
And we also published a couple of stories based upon things we discovered from the other files that were not under the review of the judge.
We probably wrote about 25 stories based on her journals, and then we probably wrote another 20 stories based upon other documents that we obtained.
A week ago Monday, a reporter for WSMV, the NBC News affiliate here in Nashville, called the judge up.
And said, hey, Judge, Leahy and the Tennessee Star have been publishing documents from those that are under your review.
That is not true.
That is a falsehood.
We do have the right to publish those documents, but we chose not to at this time.
Our stories are based upon what we saw, but we haven't published the documents.
And the guy's name is Stacey Cameron.
A reporter there calls up the judge and says that and says, oh, by the way, why don't you charge him with criminal contempt of violating your court order?
Well, there's no such court order.
But at 4.44 p.m.
on Monday, Judge Lashia Miles sent to my attorneys a show cause hearing order, order compelling me to be in court on Monday to explain why, because of the alleged publication of documents, which we didn't publish those documents under her review.
And why we shouldn't be charged with contempt of court because it violated her court order.
She did not say which court order.
Well, I appeared in court yesterday on this matter, and the judge actually did not even address my case.
In fact, she ignored it, and she then asked every other lawyer who was there representing the petitioners, the respondents, and the interveners, the Covenant School We're up against a break.
the Covenant School, the Covenant Church, whether or not the release of stories based
upon documents that we legally obtained from the writings of the shooter, whether that
would make her decision about what she should release move.
Well, they looked at her.
We're up against a break.
Can you stay with us for three more minutes, Mr. Leahy?
I can.
All right.
Stand by.

Well, I'm just concerned that maybe the far-left Democrats and the press and all are trying to use it as a distraction from his terrible policies.
Hang on, how does it make them look good?
Well, no, it doesn't make them look good.
So you think he's faking it?
Well, no, not necessarily.
It may be the real thing.
Okay.
Kind of like that old truism that, you know, you see something that you just... is so awful you can't look away.
Yeah.
So they keep... they try to keep this in front of us to... They're trying to not keep it in front of us.
They're saying it's not happening, Rick.
Yes, yes.
And that very denial, I think, is...
Increasing the difficulty in turning away from it.
Yeah, no, you're doing like a triple bluff.
It makes no sense.
They're in big trouble.
They're in big trouble, and they're trying to deny it.
I agree.
I agree with that.
I agree with that.
It's not some kind of triple cross.
They're in big trouble.
All right, thanks, buddy.
I agree with that.
Okay, thanks.
Bye-bye.
I think you should cancel your flight.

We are back with the CEO of the Tennessee Star, Michael Patrick Leahy.
Mr. Leahy, so some punk journalist is trying to get you in trouble with a judge in your jurisdiction.
I have one question to ask.
Why are they trying to suppress the transgender terrorist writings?
What's the motivation, do you think?
Well, I believe the FBI, which is on record wanting to suppress this, wants to suppress it because it will reveal information about the mental health problem within the transgender community and all of the problems in the mental health arena associated with the use of SSRIs.
I believe Vanderbilt University Medical Center, which according to the police records, treated this woman from 2001 to 2023, doesn't want to expose because police records indicate That she told their mental health professionals that she wanted to kill her father and stage a mass shooting.
Vanderbilt apparently did not tell the police they have a problem there because they failed in their duty to warn under 33-3-206 of the Tennessee Code annotated.
Which means they have an exposure to civil liability.
I still am in legal jeopardy.
The judge may appoint a special prosecutor to investigate me.

Next up, the one and only Lord Conrad Black.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, do not touch that dial.
Thanks for watching!
Bye!
Thanks for watching!
you you
you Thank you.
If you look at Donald Trump's track record and Donald Trump's Republican Party over the last seven years, they're 0 and 7.
So, yeah, maybe the Biden team's going to have to work harder.
Maybe Democrats are going to have to work harder.
Maybe people who actually like American democracy are going to work harder.
But they just have to work harder and get the word out that these people are lying.
Not only is the RNC lying, but also mainstream media outlets are now all in on the lies.
So, they're blaming the mainstream lying legacy media as well.
To what level will they take the gaslighting?
I think we need somebody who understands presidential politics, who's written books on American presidents, and who's run one of the most important international media empires.
The modern world has ever seen.
Can I?
Who?
Who could we?
Oh, it's our regular guest!
The author of the superlative work, The Political and Strategic History of the World, Volume 1, From Antiquity to the Caesars, 14 MMO Domini.
He's a fan favorite.
Lord Conrad Black, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Who was that lunatic we just... Well, it's your favorite!
It's Joe Scarborough!
Oh my God.
To think that guy was once a Republican congressman.
I know!
A member of Congress!
Okay, so I need a sanity check, if you'd be so kind to bring us from the northerly climes.
I know, a northerly climb of smoking heat of 98 degrees today, but...
Yeah, well, it's not much cooler here in DC, but a perspective of distance.
So I'm a little bit too excited because I look at what's happened in the White House
in the last 24 hours, and I look at the footage from Normandy, I look at the footage from
the G7. I look at the footage from the LA fundraiser at the weekend, where Obama literally had to grab Biden by the nape of the neck and walk him off stage, and then as we were... With his arm around him like a 99-year-old man or something.
Yeah, and then literally... And remember the Italian premier had to gently turn him around.
Right, as he was wandering off into the middle distance, and then literally 20 minutes ago, We were showing the footage of a press conference from the White House where Biden was amnestying the spouses of immigrants, illegally.
A completely outrageous thing to do, but anyway, yeah.
And he has Mayorkas, his cabinet member, next to him.
And he forgets his name and then he starts mumbling.
He literally cannot remember his cabinet members name and then says, and then says, I think I won't introduce you fully because you don't.
So here's my question.
I think they're in really big trouble.
Am I looking at this with, with a biased eye?
I don't think so.
But I think that was a slightly different angle coming to the same conclusion.
I think that, um, You know, it's like dogs under a blanket.
You know something is going on, but you can't see exactly what it is.
But I think the powers that be in the Democratic Party have come to recognize that they absolutely cannot run this man again for president.
That he's simply not presentable by any of the reasonable criterion.
He's not mentally or physically up to it.
He doesn't have a defensible record.
And there are other problems, ethical and other problems.
And so it's not what Scarborough said.
The mainstream media, which I consider he's part of, by the way, and one of the most odious parts of it, but they are now taking their cue from, I suspect, the sort of Obama and Clinton factions and those people, personally, and other powers that be in that party, and saying, look, we've got to ease Joe out here.
Now, I think they torqued up the Hunter stuff to get it to court.
And that doesn't seem to be knocking the President out.
So now they're in sorrow and not in anger and with deluges of gratitude for his supposedly 60 years of wonderful service to the country at considerable cost to the country.
You know, the time has come, as it does with everybody, and there's just a time to retire.
And that's what's going on.
The media are amplifying this.
I think that the scene with Biden in Hollywood, Biden and Obama, it may not have been as bad as it's been portrayed.
But I thought the thing in Italy didn't look very good, and I didn't see this press conference this afternoon, but I think clearly he's getting a little vacant, but... Well, let's just pray.
Let's play it.
It's a super short cut.
So he's here amnestying the illegal spouses.
Let's play that cut again, please, Eric.
Thanks to all members of Congress and Homeland Security Secretary... I'm not sure I'm going to have him show the way.
He goes, mumble, mumble, mumble, I'm not sure I'm going to introduce you all the way.
Because he doesn't know the name.
He jokes about it.
You know, I'd like to forget his name, too.
But now that now that you play it, I mean, he obviously just forgot the name of one of his cabinet secretaries.
Standing next to him, literally standing at his elbow.
Yeah, no, that's all.
No, but in fairness, it may be that when he sits down and talks to his closest advisors, Even though he might forget the odd thing, he may still be quite sensible.
Personally, I think you want a higher bar for that position.
I think you want somebody who doesn't matter if they can be I think that you have to, by the Constitution, be at least 30, but anywhere from 30 to 100.
35, yeah, 35.
I mean, as long as you're in the age bracket, the key is how alert are you?
I mean, Henry Kissinger was a friend of mine, and I spoke to him a week before he died at the age of 100.
He was perfectly clear.
Now, he wasn't all that mobile, but he was completely sensible.
Some people are.
So, you know, it's hard to judge with Biden.
He, because it's an elected office, the people have to have a comfort level that this guy
or woman is up to it.
And I mean, from what I see of the polls, there is a very large number that have their
doubts about it.
And I don't think that's a nasty thing.
I mean, we all have had people like that in our families and things.
You feel sorry for them, and it's unfortunate.
But the answer is no.
But when they cover for it, when they cover for it, and when they say it's cheap editing
it's fake videos.
This was Corine Jean-Pierre yesterday from the podium in the White House.
Cut three.
Thank you.
Yeah, and I think you all have called this the cheap fakes video, and that's exactly what they are.
They are cheap fakes video.
They are done in bad faith.
And some of your news organization have been very clear, have stressed that these right wing, the right wing critics of the president have a credibility problem because of the fact checkers have repeatedly caught them pushing misinformation, disinformation.
And so we see this and this is something coming from your part of the world, calling them
cheap fakes and misinformation.
And I'll quote the Washington Post where they wrote about this and they said, how Republican
use misleading videos to attack Biden in a 24 hour period.
Cheap fakes and misleading videos, Conrad?
You know, this from, I mean, in fairness to her, she's just doing her job.
But as a substantive matter, this comes from the administration and the party that is putting up the billboards calling Donald Trump a convicted felon.
I mean, you know, that spurious mockery of a trial in New York is a badge of honor for him to have gone through it without personally strangling the judge.
uh... the either in no position to complain about what the other side
saying about them uh... with with that said as i say it may be that uh...
that uh...
uh... that uh...
he is sensible most of the time and basically competent uh...
figure out what's happening up to a point but yet i i i i mean doesn't the voting public want a higher
comfort level not I would have thought so.
Well, we have CNN melting down.
We played the clip already of the incredible lead the president has.
The loss of 16 points for Biden with the black community and President Trump winning 19 points with the black community.
There's everything to play for.

Go ahead.
Yep.
Well, in Europe, voters in 27 countries have elected more far-right members to the European Parliament.
After France's far-right parties, for the first time, won more seats than the parties he supported in Europe-wide elections.
Despite considerable gains for the far-right.
Center held, as we said, but we did see these big gains on the far-right, especially as we talk about France and Germany.
Good.
Good, good, good.
So you're tempted to do a substack, Conrad?
I am, yes.
Good.
Yeah.
I think it's a great idea.
Well, I just I'm going to ask you to just give me a few.
Yeah.
Give me a five minute tutorial.
Sure.
It's very user friendly.
Look, I think these elections in Europe are splendid.
What is not going to be so splendid is England.
Yeah, yeah.
But at least Nigel's back in the play.
Unless Nigel can just keep coming.
I had dinner here with Douglas Murray last night.
Oh, good!
And a couple of other well-placed people in England, and their concern is you're going to end up with, you know, 500 Labour Yeah.
Actually, could I ask Lord Black a question real quick?
Go ahead.
Lord Black, are you familiar with a fellow by the name of Alan Lichtman, who's famous for his 13 keys to the White House prediction model?
Yeah, I am.
But, I mean, is he for real in your opinion?
I am familiar with him, yeah.
I wrote an article for AG, American Greatest, a little while back just looking at how, like, he keeps getting these keys on me.
Obviously, he has an anti-Trump bias.
That's just clear.
He's a professor at American University.
But, like, among other things, he claims, you know, one of his keys is, oh, there's no major third-party challengers.
He claims that's true right now, that RFK doesn't count as a major third-party candidate.
He claims that there's been no major social unrest under Biden, which I mean, all the
anti-Israel stuff in and of itself is enough.
And for me, the biggest one is that he keeps saying, oh, there's a key of charisma, whether
the incumbent or the challenger is charismatic.
Three times in a row now, he says Donald Trump is not charismatic.
I'm like, I'm sorry.
Like, like you, Lord Black, I remember saying that, like, even FDR and Reagan didn't quite
have the following that Trump has.
So I was just curious for your thoughts on that.
Couldn't pull the crowds as well as he does.
Well, no, wait a minute.
FDR could.
But no, seriously, they didn't have television and to go and see the president was a great
I mean, unbelievable crowds.
Almost Hitler-sized crowds.
But that was another era.
Reagan and Eisenhower pulled crowds well, but not as well as Trump does.
Look, I'm glad you raised that, because I saw a prediction of his in the last couple of weeks, and it just seemed to me that this guy was essentially a fraud.
Stand by.

It's a huge dream come true.
This is my second year.

That's Joseph again.

We are back with Lord Conrad Black, the author of the book, The Political and Strategic History
of the World.
Quite an ambitious tone, but incredibly readable.
Volume 1, get yours today, and look forward to the second volume as well in the not-too-distant future.
Lord Black, I want to talk about what's happening in Canada and put it into the context of what happened last weekend in Europe with the European Parliamentary elections.
Here's a little montage of the mainstream media's horrified reaction.
Well in Europe, voters in 27 countries have elected more far-right members to the European Parliament.
After France's far-right parties, for the first time, won more seats than the parties he supported in Europe-wide elections.
Despite considerable gains for the far-right.
Center held, as we said, but we did see these big gains on the far-right, especially as we talk about France and Germany.
NBC, NBC, Deutsche Welle, as if they're reading off the same central committee script.
Far right, far right, far right.
Talk to us about what this really means and what it bodes for the future, especially as I read this report from the Abacus survey company that conservatives in your nation have a massive 20-point lead over the incumbent Trudeau party.
I think that the coverage that you just repeated there from the sort of headlines of what happened in the European elections are misleading.
In the first place, in France, you have to remember that none of the parties last long.
They come up, and then they change their names, and then they vanish.
The only one that lasted for a long time was the Communists, and I guess the Socialists, although sometimes they ran together.
Federation of the Left, but the Gaullist parties are all gone now.
You know, Gaullism, without the Gaul, was always a fraud.
And the president's party was only founded by him eight years ago,
and it's not going to survive him. He can't run again.
So it's not quite the way it would be in the United States if a,
really a far-right party suddenly jumped in the polls.
The movie is called, The Man Who Killed My Father.
Marine Le Pen expelled her father, the founder of the National Front, for being skeptical about the Holocaust and other things, and has moved steadily towards the center.
Now, she's still on the right in France, but she wouldn't qualify as far-right.
She's not an extremist.
There were some people claiming that the present premier of Italy, who's been a very moderate, successful, intelligent, well-regarded premier in Italy and throughout Europe, was a fascist.
And she is not a fascist at all.
And that's just an outrageous thing to say.
The far right of Orbán, so-called, I mean, he is quite conservative.
He's not an extremist.
He lost ground in the election.
Hungary is a relatively small country.
What they speak of is, again, in Germany, The German alternative party, a couple of their spokespeople have said things that are a little worrisome, but as a party, it's not that far out.
And it jumped five points, a grand total of five points.
I mean, that's not suddenly a revival of Nazism or something, which is what some of these people are trying to imply.
I think it isn't a great allurge to the right.
It comes to two things.
A concern that Europe get itself ready to deter the Russians, if necessary.
And two, that they won't stand for the green agenda anymore, where they continually pay higher gasoline and home fuel costs in order to satisfy These stupid little people and academics and so on claiming that we're all going to be swimming for it in a few years if we don't all live under thatch and take carpools to work.
So I think it's a triumph of good sense and a qualified triumph.
It's not a seismic shift.
Here in Canada, it's partly that factor of a dislike of the extreme requirements of a It's an irrational green agenda.
It's partly a reaction against this government defaming Canada as a country that has attempted genocide against Native people, which is rubbish.
We never did anything of the kind.
And that's not to say the Indians, as we used to call them, don't have some grievances, but we haven't been trying to exterminate them.
And also, the competitive conditions aren't good.
Taxes are too high.
Economic growth is too slow.
I mean, most of its history, Canada was just behind the United States as the most prosperous country in the world, and now we're down about 15th place, and people don't like it.
And in addition, this government's been in almost 10 years, and here as elsewhere, normally after that time, it's time for a change.
So, I mean, I think it'll be bye-bye Justin next year.

Cut six.
It did seem, the way that you described it, that President Trump didn't understand some of the basics about the flu and that it's a different virus than COVID.
He said to you that he didn't see why he would have to get a flu shot if he didn't have the flu.
He didn't understand that it was preventative and not treatment.
That's true.
He also said at NIH, why can't we just use the flu vaccine to prevent COVID?
Right.
Do you think he does not know what a vaccine is?
I think now he, you know, after all of the things we've told him, the thing that I think underlies this, Rachel, is that he wanted it so much to be like the flu, because historically the flu peaks, and it goes away in March, April it's gone, and then you could go on with the election cycle.
So there's something ironic about Rachel Maddow, the Russia, Russia, Russia hoaxer, Lecturing us about what a vaccine is and how President Trump didn't know what a vaccine is.
Because I guess she doesn't think that we have her saying this about the COVID vaccine.
Instead of the virus being able to hop from person to person to person to person, spreading and spreading, sickening some of them, but not all of them, and the ones that it doesn't sicken don't know they have it, and then they give it to even more people, because they didn't recognize they were... Right?
Instead of the virus being able to hop from person to person to person, potentially mutating and becoming more virulent and drug-resistant along the way, now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person.
A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus.
The virus does not infect them.
The virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else.
It cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to go get more people.

This is Ron Johnson, you know, the politician, on Newsmax with a rather good suggestion for what to do with Biden's Attorney General.
What Speaker Johnson now is pursuing is civil contempt.
So he'll go to court and try and get a court, remember the third branch, to enforce their subpoena.
There's actually a third type of contempt that Congress has used in the past.
It's called inherent contempt.
And that is where you basically send the Sergeant at Arms to the individual who is holding Congress in contempt, and you arrest that individual until they comply with your subpoena.
Now, it has been used in the House since 1916.
In the Senate, the last time it was used was 1935.
But I think the way this is going, the way that administrations just completely blow off Congress and its constitutional responsibility and authority to enforce these things, at some point in time, some committees are going to have to start looking at inherent contempt as well.
Jeff, the Sergeant at Arms works for the Speaker of the House, who's a Republican.

The Trump administration condemns such actions by Iran that undermine security, prosperity, and stability throughout and beyond the Middle East, which places American lives at risk.
President Trump has severely criticized the various agreements reached between Iran and the Obama administration, as well as the United Nations, as being weak and ineffective.
Instead of being thankful to the United States in these agreements, Iran is now feeling emboldened.
As of today, we are officially putting Iran on notice.
Thank you.
We are putting Iran on notice.
My, oh my, does that seem like ancient history?
One of the reasons my friend, my former colleague, a great patriot, more than three decades in uniform, rising to Director of the Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Advisor, Mike Flynn, had to be taken out He understood the threat from Iran, but he also understood the deep state.
We will discuss both of those with a man I trust implicitly for his knowledge of the region and for his resistance to the permanent bureaucracy as well, a good friend of America First, Professor Waleed Farris.
Welcome back in studio.
Thank you, Professor, for having me.
Doesn't it seem like ancient history?
It was just, what, seven years ago that we had leadership in the White House, we had a president who understood the threat, we had a national security advisor who within days of arriving said, you have been warned.
How different from today?
Oh, it is absolutely the antipode of what happened then.
But when I see this footage of the general speaking, I realized, and I spoke about it in my lectures, even I wrote about it, there was something behind those attacks on all these officials.
That was the beginning.
Flynn spoke about removing the Iran deal.
He spoke about an era that would start with putting the Iranian Revolutionary Guards on the list.
So they went after him.
I argued in my last book By the way, let me show you something, if you allow.
So, this is the book we always mention, the professor's most recent one, Iran, an imperialist republic and US policy.
But you have another text in your hand, professor.
Well, historically, for the first time, I'm going to show it on your show.
Is that the back of the book?
No, no, this is in Arabic.
This is my first book on Iran and the Islamic Republic.
Guess when?
1987.
That's the last book on the Islamic Republic that was last year.
So 37 years separate both.
That gave me enough information and assessment to know that the Iran regime and the money of the Iran deal were behind this pressure against the Trump administration and the Trump campaign, that was one of the reasons, in addition to politics, our domestic politics.
So yeah, I believe now, and I wrote it in this book, that the deep Iran deal state, because that's very specific, it has a lot of money that we know about, and now we realize that many things happening across the United States, on campus, in the region, are all linked to one.
It was an attempt to break U.S.
policy on arrival, and he was the first one to pay the price.
Now, most people will look at the question of Iran and say, OK, that's a foreign threat.
That's an external threat.
It's a threat to the region.
It's a threat to our allies and partners like Israel.
But as the hour proceeds, I'd like us to unpack how that threat is actually extant inside America, how it has penetrated the government, Capitol Hill, Congress.
We'll get to those details, but let's take a geopolitical snapshot right now.
You've got 33 years of experience between those two books.
In comparison to where we were when we walked into the White House, I went to work January 21st, 2017.
How would you qualify the threat of Iran then as opposed to the threat of Iran now?
Because it was one of my proudest moments to argue in the Oval Office with Steve Bannon and the President to say, sir, you need to destroy, you need to delete the Iran deal, Obama's deal.
The rest of the cabinet didn't want to.
He finally took the right decision because he didn't need to be briefed by us.
He understood the threat.
But now we're almost eight years later.
How much worse is the situation?
Here's the problem, Professor.
Under the eight years of President Obama, there was a build-up of a huge regime lobby in the United States, which was, as of 2014-2015, funded, actually, by the proceedings of the Iran deal.
Explain this, because most people have no idea!
I know!
They don't understand this is a circular movement of money.
They don't see that circle.
And once they see the circle, they'll understand almost everything of our modern history since 2009, when President Obama actually, while the Iranian people was demonstrating on the streets of Tehran, 1.5 million people, what did the President then do?
He said, I'm offering collaboration with the Iran regime.
And that was the beginning of it.
Eight years where the influence of the regime came not just into our media and academia, but into our bureaucracies and ultimately into our administration.
So the problem is that when you and your colleagues went with President Trump to the White House, You were basically seen as the blockage, as the enemy, as the political enemy of that lobby.
So let's not be surprised that historically you were all targeted.
You were targeted because you were supporting the president and doing two things, very dangerous two things for the regime.
Number one is to withdraw from the Iran deal.
That is, that means billions of billions of dollars won't reach the regime.
For billions you would do anything.
And of course when the Iranian Revolutionary Guard were designated by your administration at the time as a terrorist entity.
So there is a major difference between the direction of the Trump administration and the direction of the Obama and then Biden administration and foreign policy.
Can you, I mean this may be impossible to do because to this day it beggars belief When one tries to think like the Obama regime and the holdovers across the Biden administration that are still running government, what was the logic?
What is the logic of giving literally billions of dollars, easing sanctions against the regime that every Friday preaches death to America, death to Israel, and then with a 10-year JCPOA Iran deal that doesn't even prevent them from acquiring nuclear weapons?
Have you identified the internal justification?
Yes, Sebastian, yes.
So, it is a transaction at the end of the day.
We learned it more from the Europeans, actually, and from people in the Middle East who are in the know of, than from our two or three administrations.
When we are sending $150 billion to the regime, Will the regime use it to reform Iranian economy, support the middle class, make peace, agrarian reform?
No!
What they've done with it was to slice it into pieces.
The first slice in the pockets of Khamenei and all those leaders.
They are billionaires.
Those who say we are representative of the poor against imperialists are the richest in the Middle East.
Number two, arm themselves.
They bought these ballistic missiles from Russia, China, maybe North Korea, so on and so forth.
Fourth, they are funding Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis.
The proxies.
The proxies, they're malicious in the region.
But the most dangerous thing they were able to do and achieve, and now we can see its impact, they were funding their lobby here in the United States.
So when you send $150 billion to Iran's regime, you know how much a broker would take in any operation?
10%.
$15 billion most likely would have returned to the coffers of the Iran deal.
So any explanation?
Any expectation where people think, oh, that's money released from frozen bank accounts or money from US foreign aid accounts that goes to Tehran and stays there is absolutely naive.
Absolutely.
First of all, that money is not Iran regime's money.
It was the Iranian people's money.
You don't release it to the regime that is oppressing them.
This is so important.
This is pre-79, Persian, the money of the Persian people.
The national money of the Persian people, not even the government even there.
Imagine that during World War II, we would seize the money, the treasures of the Nazis or the fascists, and we just release it to Hitler and to Mussolini.
It does not make sense in a war.
But the most important matter here is that that money, part of it, was returned to those who are influencing our foreign policy.
And people say, why is the administration, this one and the previous one, wanting a ceasefire, forcing the Israelis to do a ceasefire?
Because they're protecting Hamas.
Because Iran regime said, if you don't protect Hamas, I'll break all that deal.
Same for Hezbollah, same for the Houthis.
What is strange about this policy of non-confronting the regime is the money that is visiting interests and lobbies here in the United States and in Europe.
We will discuss who those people are.

this picture tells it all This flag was apparently taken from someone's office inside
the United States Embassy.
It was burned Tuesday evening outside the embassy's gates.
To the Iranian demonstrators who set fire to it, this was a symbol of victory.
Two days earlier, several hundred young people, mainly students at Tehran University, have taken over the embassy.
We are not occupiers, they said.
We have thrown out the occupiers.
But instead of chasing all the Americans out of the compound, the Iranians imprisoned them in a building somewhere on these grounds.
They have been hostages ever since.
This morning, for the first time since the hostages were put under lock and key, one of the captives, blindfolded, was brought out into the open.
He is Harry Rosen, the embassy's press attache.
He was turned to face reporters and cameramen and several hundred Iranian demonstrators
outside the embassy's gates.
Yankee, go home, they cried.
But they made no attempt to harm him.
Forty-five years ago this year, the Iranian revolution How are we still where we are today?
Our guest, Walid Faris, will explain.
It's very strange for me, Professor, to play that clip from the revolution of 1979.
How is it That we still have this fascistic, theocratic regime today, 45 years later, as the number one sponsor of terrorism.
America is a superpower.
In fact, there's a French author, François Eastbrook, who says it's not a superpower, it's a hyperpower.
Nobody can touch our power.
How are we still dealing with this almost half a century later?
Help me understand.
Professor, they got us from the inside.
This is not a power, the Islamic Republic of Iran, that is clashing with us.
They would not last 36 hours.
In a classic war, we demolished.
Well, you know, you thought war.
I thought war.
It's a few weeks, this regime is gone.
They don't have a lot of aircraft carriers, not a lot of satellites.
That'll be fun for our planes, you know, I mean.
Right.
Good.
But what happened is that this regime is smart.
They played chess.
They have bought expertise from the West to influence on the inside of the country.
But first of all, let me rectify history.
This was not an Islamic revolution.
This was an Islamist coup.
Good.
Explain the difference.
Well, the difference is that the population that demonstrated in Iran at the time against
some matters related to the previous government of the Shah did not mandate an Ayatollah Khomeini
to create a different constitution, an Islamist constitution, to retrieve and cancel all the
rights of women and minorities.
No!
So just like the revolution in 1917, a bunch of people on a train car, funded by the Germans, on the way from Switzerland, get to the Winter Palace, in the name of the Russian people we take control.
But it's elite.
This should be taught in our classroom.
Because something else was taught in our classroom.
That's why you see on campuses these people have no idea who they are supporting.
The Islamist regime of Iran, as you just mentioned, are fascists, are authoritarian, are totalitarian.
They want to establish a regime whereby no rights would be given to any minorities to
anything else.
So it was a coup.
And they did exactly what the Bolsheviks have done against the Tsar at the time and against
Kerensky, the prime minister, after the Tsar was gone.
So we are now dealing with a power.
That has been able to buy with his influence and money a lot of expertise in the West and to navigate the systems of the West.
And unfortunately my conclusion, and it will be the same conclusion I'll have in front of Congress when I will testify about the depth of the influence of that regime inside our country, it is the billions of dollars.
That's a war waged by billions of dollars.
Can you explain, and this might be very complex, but why there's such a difficulty for the Iranian people to do something about this fascistic regime?
Because it's a proud nation, it's a millennia-old Persian identity.
Are the fascistic leaders so good at suppression?
There are two reasons, Professor.
Number one, you can relate to, look at what the Eastern European revolutions tried to do under the Soviet occupation.
Budapest?
56.
Prague, 68.
Eastern Germany, Poland, Lech Walesa.
This is where the Iranian people is.
This is where the other people of the Middle East are.
They are trying to remove those regimes.
The second reason that is more important.
Our administrations, many of our administrations and our media.
I mean, ask the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and the others.
What was the position when there was an Iranian revolution?
What was the position of Obama in 2009?
Actually, it was the position to collaborate with the Iranian regime.
So if you have... That beautiful young woman, Ned?
Was it Ned?
Ned was a symbol of... 20-something woman shot to death on the streets, bled out live on camera.
And what did the Obama administration do?
They reached out to the Khomeini regime, to the Khamenei, and they prepared for the Iran deal, which actually yielded billions of dollars to elites there and here, who were profiting from that equation.
And the Iranian people then and now are always telling us, and you know that very well, that without you, all we want from you, America, is stop supporting the regime.
We don't want you even to help us.
Let us change ourselves, but you put your weight on behalf of the fascists.
Yeah, they put their finger on the scale.
The Democrats put the finger on the scale for the fascists.
How very, very telling.

Let's revisit history one more time.
Here's another clip from Persia from the events of the late 1970s.
Today, Iran has moved one step closer to becoming a nation which will be run under the guidelines of Islam.
It was the second day of voting for an Islamic constitution.
And as Bob Dyke reports, there was a wholesale vote in its favor.
This headline in Tehran's only English-language daily was composed about 18 hours before the polls closed here.
But there's no law against electioneering, and voters seem to be voting as the paper predicted they would in favor of the new constitution, which will confirm sweeping powers to the Ayatollah Khomeini.
The ballots were not exactly cast in privacy.
A discarded green card meant an individual had voted against the Constitution.
Most of the no votes seem to have been registered in Iran's border provinces, Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, and Baluchistan, where the country's Sunni Muslim and ethnic minorities have been campaigning, often violently, for their independence from the rest of Iran.
It is sad that you are condemned to repeat history if you don't learn from it.
It doesn't seem like we've learned too much in the last 45 years since those events, except perhaps for a scant few years under the first Trump administration.
Professor Farris, this nation was changed radically by these theocratic fascists.
But can you talk about the regional impact?
Now we see what?
October 7th.
We see the rise of Hezbollah, Hamas.
This isn't just a problem of one nation in one region, is it?
It is absolutely a regional problem.
You just showed very important pictures of how civil society was prior to the Islamic coup, Islamic Republic.
We could add pictures from Beirut, the Paris of the Middle East, even from Damascus when it was secular.
Of course, from Afghanistan they had a society that was vibrant and across the region.
The Islamic coup that took place in Iran, basically, was a strike to the heart of a rising freedom movement and democracy and secularism in the Middle East.
Because after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, most societies in the region wanted to Direct themselves normally towards modernization.
France and Britain were in the region, they have withdrawn, and we saw the beginning of modernity.
Then we had that Islamist coup.
And the Islamist coup was not just to oppress the Iranian people.
It was also to create militias that would rule Iraq.
that would rule Syria, that would rule Lebanon with Hezbollah, and of course, as you just mentioned, Hamas in Gaza, and the Houthis in the south.
So this is the dark Islamist-jihadist empire, which along with Al-Qaeda and Daesh and the Muslim Brotherhood, are the two co-Islamist co-rulers of the region, bringing that region back at a time Now, I know President Trump trusts you.
I know your wise counsel is valued by him.
in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, reverting the process and becoming the reformists.
It is flabbergasting what's happening.
Now, I know President Trump trusts you.
I know your wise counsel is valued by him.
Could you explain under his leadership how close we were by the end of 2020 to seeing
the Iranian fascistic regime collapse economically so the Persian people could take over?
How close did it get?
Absolutely very close.
Few inches.
Let me explain why.
You were serving in the administration.
I served in the campaign.
Met with the president then in December of 2015.
He was already ready.
He understood where it was going.
But your team did a great job with him once you were in the government.
And it was going and with no force to stop it.
Number one, to crush Daesh, ISIS.
It was there.
Now it's back.
Now we gave Daesh and ISIS and the jihadists Afghanistan with $80 billion worth of weapons.
That is by itself stunning.
Second, your administration actually put pressure on the Islamist regime in Iran and then, as I said, stunned them by blocking the money.
Stunned them.
It's like they lost oxygen.
Second, very important, is that President Trump and his advisors co-organized The Riyadh Summit with 52 Arab Muslim leaders.
I was in the genesis of this during the campaign.
I met many of their foreign ministers, so we spoke about it.
But the most important achievement, which was at one inch, as I said, from actually triggering a huge revolution, which happened in the fall of 2019.
But what was happening here in the fall of 2019 in America?
It was a full assault on the Trump administration.
And not just the Trump administration, we'll talk about the other patriots that they were attacking as well.
We're talking to Professor Walid Faris, author of the book Iran.
Follow him right now at WalidFaris on Twitter.
That's W-A-L-I-D-P-H-A-R-I-S.
I mean, look at this.
This is very different from the Iran of today.
Look at that.
Iranian airlines, the miniskirts, the pretty women.
It's a tragedy what's happened to that nation.
Amazing to see some of those young women today After the death, the helicopter accident of the Ayatollah, of the president, sorry, going on social media, taking off their headscarves, having a drink and saying, we're not afraid of the regime.
Let's switch gears.
Well, it's not exactly switching gears because it's the same connection.
The Iranians, the regime, the allies in the deep state want to keep on doing what they're doing.
I want to talk about an amazing story you shared with me, only as much as you can for public consumption.
There was illegal surveillance of Mike Flynn, of myself, Steve Bannon, of Carter Page, of people inside the Trump administration, FISA secret warrants.
How did you get involved in this, and what happened to you, Professor?
Because it's quite shocking, the details you shared with me and my wife.
Yes, it's still shocking to me and to many people who are aware of it, but not the public.
That information will be made available in my memoirs to come, but more important and most likely to committees in Congress.
This is not going to go.
There needs to be a real investigation of the role.
I know you guys were attacked by what we call, everybody calls the deep state.
I was attacked, I was surveilled, I was monitored by the deep Iran deal state inside our bureaucracy.
The people inside US government who had a vested interest to make sure that Iran got what they want from the United States government.
It's like when Soviet agents go in, the United States government, and they did it during the Cold War, this is a repeat of it, and then they would use the agencies and the tools of the U.S.
bureaucracy and government to target the most dangerous experts to them.
To the Soviets?
To them.
I mean, it happened also in Eastern Europe, you know, because Eastern Europeans were the ones who unmasked all these agencies.
And we're talking about harassment by federal law enforcement, we're talking about surveillance here and abroad.
You were truly targeted by the regime.
I was targeted by the Khomeini's regime, long arm into our government and bureaucracy here, aki, in Spanish, huna, in Arabic.
And now we realize since last September, So it's not me, some other organizations are publishing
names of individuals with high security clearances in our government.
You and I discussed this.
Well, let's be blunt.
This isn't us divulging information that isn't in the public domain.
We've got a woman who's connected to the Iranian lobby in the office of SOLIC, Special Operations
Low Intensity Conflict, the Assistant Secretary of Defense.
We've got Rob Malia, chief negotiator for the Iran deal.
What do we know about Rob Malia, for example?
We know a lot about him, but we don't know what he's doing right now.
We were told he's under investigation, but a few members of Congress told me we don't
know that it's true.
Maybe he is now shielded and he's conducting the actual negotiations with the Iran regime.
These are all people who have clearances at the highest level in the U.S. government.
The highest level possible.
I mean, they are negotiating with a very threatening, dangerous regime.
They are most likely negotiating, and we need to know about these emails, the transfer of money to that regime.
This is very dangerous.
But what I was targeted during those years, 2016-17, by previous generations of officials inside our national security agencies.
What I'm talking about is way bigger than what we have seen right now.
The Obama holdovers.
The Obama holdovers who were in position inside our agencies.
Maybe without the knowledge of all the analysts of the agencies, I have been like yourself
teaching our analysts for the last 10, 15 years.
We know them, they know us, they understand our analysis.
And we thought they were all good guys.
Yes, well, the majority may be, but a minority in those positions that would actually turn
their weapons, political and legal weapons, on us.
That's exactly what the Soviet Union used to do.
And that is something that Congress, if not this one, the next one, needs to investigate.
We are penetrated.
We are infiltrated by an enemy government regime that basically used our laws.
They actually most likely, according now to the New York Times, placed a FISA on me.
On myself, meaning monitor the guy who knows most about the Iranian regime.
And of course they found nothing, and that's why they... Yeah, but for years they harassed you.
They did harass me for years, obviously, but the most important thing is that they redacted anything that has to do with me in their documents.
Because there was nothing to release, because they could find nothing on you.
If we find those documents non-redacted... They'd be leaked tomorrow, the same day, to the Washington Post, to CNN!
Absolutely.
Unbelievable, truly unbelievable.
We're talking to Professor Baroo.
When is that?
We need that autobiography.
When is that coming, sir?
It will come soon, as soon as we finish with the elections, as soon as we finish with many things, but... I hope you're a speed writer.
I hope you can write quickly, because I want to read that autobiography.
Oh, you'll enjoy it.
You'll enjoy it.
In the meantime, the book is Iran.
You've got to be a happy warrior.
And imperialistic republic and U.S.
policy.

After what you told me and my wife a week ago about what the US government did to you, after years and years of serving as advisors to presidents, training the intelligence community, the FBI, What do you feel like today as an immigrant to this nation, Waleed?
You know, Sebastian, you and I came from countries that faced off with the totalitarians.
That's one of the reasons I came here at this point in time.
And that's why I gave everything.
I could have been going into commerce and trade.
No, I decided to continue education.

So how does it feel after the experience of the last 4-5 years?
How does it feel for you?
It feels that it's not just a threat against me.
And I know I'm targeted by the Islamic Republic and by the Ikhwan.
That's not the issue.
Brotherhood?
The brotherhood.
I saw the beast when I was in the Middle East and we know how to deal with them.
The incredible thing is how our elites here have been influenced, have been even more than influenced.
Co-opted?
Co-opted and even more in terms of financial possibly, and that's Congress has to determine and a future DOJ has to determine that.
But they have actually betrayed our national security.
They have betrayed the foundation of our freedom.
I would understand all the differences in politics, left-wing, right-wing, center, you know, all the other social matters, but I don't understand how we are controlled by a regime at 7,000 miles away for their private interests.
I wish I'd come up with that title.
That's a great title for a new podcast.
