So, I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
Greetings, welcome, dear friends.
You're listening to America First.
Don't go anywhere for the next three hours.
We have an absolutely packed show for you.
I hope you had a blessed Father's Day weekend.
We'll be joined by Matt Gaetz in the second hour.
We'll have the Manhood Hour in the third hour with one of the best experts on this and misinformation in America today.
We're opening the show without a monologue because we are delighted to have one of the few senators we allow on this show from the great state of Tennessee, the one and only Marsha Blackburn.
Senator, welcome back.
Good to be with you.
Thank you.
We have so much to discuss, including the recent celebrations for the 80th anniversary of the Normandy beach landings.
But before we get to that, let's talk about I know the border is of great interest to you.
The news has been full for the last, what, six, seven, eight hours since America woke up on the East Coast, with the news out of Maryland that for the second time In less than 18 months, an innocent woman's killer has been identified in that state as being an illegal from El Salvador.
The sheriff of Hartford County, Jeff Gala, gave us the details that after extensive manhunt, this mother of five's murderer was found to be an illegal let into the country under the Biden administration.
When is this ever going to stop?
And are Citizens that live in states that are not contiguous to the border starting to realize the severity of the situation, Senator.
Well, you're right about that.
Every town's a border town.
Every state a border state because of Joe Biden's open border policies.
And when you look at the fact that 10 million illegal aliens and, you know, bear in mind and for your audience, bear in mind the statutorial Legal term for someone who enters the country without going through a port of entry is an illegal alien.
You've got 10 million.
You've got nearly 400,000 that the administration has gone to those countries.
They said, we'll make it easy for you.
Apply here.
We'll fly you in.
And they don't have proper documentation.
And then, you look at people from countries of interest, you look at the criminal, illegal aliens that have come into this country, and people are saying, stop it!
This is enough!
And the gangs that are coming in, like you're talking about the El Salvador gang.
You also have the Trande Agua gang out of Venezuela.
You have MS-13 gangs.
They are very vicious.
The crimes are abhorrent, and these are people that need to be deported.
I've got the CLEAR Act, which would allow local law enforcement, when they come into contact with someone in this country illegally who has committed any kind of crime, they can hold them and have ICE come pick them up and deport them.
That is what we need to be doing every single day.
We'll play it later in the show, but Lara Trump, the co-chair of the RNC, declared war at the weekend on those who are voting illegally in the November elections.
How concerned are you that this administration not only is using federal funds to register voters, but that we will see an inordinate Well, let's just say it.
Perversion of the election by people who are not authorized to vote, voting in the November elections.
And we're very concerned about that.
Look at the rush this administration is doing to make illegal legal.
They are trying to put people on a path to citizenship, give them work permits, green cards, driver's license, anything they can do to try to legalize these individuals so that they, the Biden administration, can stay in power.
You know, and I've got to tell you, When you talk to our veterans and people that have fought for our freedom, and they see this come-all policy that this administration has, opening that border wide open, intentionally bringing people into the country illegally, they're going, hey, wait a minute.
Our citizenship is precious.
Being a U.S.
citizen Is something that is worth the fight.
Ronald Reagan told us every single generation has to fight for defend and protect our citizenship and our freedom and pass it on to the next generation.
And to just all of a sudden try to say, let's give it up.
Let's give power to the government.
Let's people, let's let people walk in to our country.
And just say, hey, I want to be a citizen.
That's not the way it works.
We saw some great footage from Normandy for the 80th anniversary.
We saw congressional delegates there as well.
Tell us what it means to you and how concerned you are with what's happened to the U.S.
military in the last three and a half years.
Senator Blackburn.
Yes, and I was at the 60th commemoration.
of D-Day and now to be there at the 80th and to be with these men who fought and defended and participated in World War II.
It really was quite remarkable hearing their stories, sitting with them as they talked to one another and just having the opportunity to say thank you to them.
My dad served in World War II, and I just so enjoyed the stories I would hear from him
and other relatives about their time of service.
So, yes, indeed, it's something that was very special to us, and it reminds us of the necessity
for fighting and defending our freedom.
MALCOLM BRABANT, Former U.S. Ambassador to the United States
to Canada, USA, and Canada, to the United States of America, and to the United States
of America.
You can follow her on Twitter.
You can follow her at her website at Marsha Blackburn and blackburn.senate.gov.
You're talking to about three and a half million listeners across the nation, including in Tennessee.
What is your message to those who are fearful of what will happen on November the 5th and who don't know what their role is in making sure that the right people win?
And, you know, an educated and alert citizenry is something that helps to keep our election safe.
And I would say this is a year for freedom-loving patriots to stand up and find a way to get involved and help protect what is going to happen in the electoral process.
It's up to us.
It is you out there listening.
You can make a difference.
Thank you, Senator Marsha Blackburn, Senior U.S.
Senator from the state of Tennessee.
We are within striking distance, $1,500 away from our target for the Angel Tree Prison Fellowship Summer Camp Program.
We've got a beautiful message here from the CEO of the Prison Fellowship, Heather Rice Minas, on just how important your contributions are.
Let's listen to Heather.
And he asks, you know, I hear people talking about God.
Well, who's God?
And they share with him, you know, it's about the opportunity to meet your Lord and Savior.
And so he said, and then they gave me a Bible and I read it and it got real interesting.
And just this child's, you know, rendition of the experience at camp and the experience of coming to understand that there is a God who came down in the form of his son, Jesus, and loves this little boy so much.
So I would just encourage you.
If you feel so moved to give to a child like that all across the country, you can have this opportunity to hear the good news.
If you want to give back, if you want to be a blessing on one of the girls and boys, more than a million of whom have lost a mother or father to the prison system, please make a donation today to the Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Summer Camp Program.
It's $200 per child per week, but whatever you donate can make a difference, and these are very vulnerable children.
More than 70% of them will end up Incarcerated themselves.
Let's break the cycle.
You can call in 888-206-2794 or just go to my website sebgorko.com and click on the Angel Tree Summer Camp banner.

Thanks for watching.
Thanks for watching.
you you
Also sending a loud and clear message out there to anyone who thinks about cheating in an election.
If you cheat in an election, we will find you, we will track you down, and we will prosecute you to the full extent of the law.
That may be the most important thing we can do in addition to making sure that all Trump voters and conservatives and libertarians get out to vote for the president on November 5th.
And before November 5th, Don't leave it to the last moment.
Vote early.
Get your friends to vote.
Bank the votes.
Chase the votes, if you're a member of the local GOP.
But it's funny that we have that clip from Lara.
I think it's from the weekend with Charlie Kirk at one of his events for Turning Point.
They're going to try to get illegals to vote.
That goes without saying.
Absolutely not a question.
We know that.
There will be a story imminently breaking about certain whistleblowers who can confirm that.
But in the meantime, there has to be an information campaign to those who will be used or who intend themselves to vote.
It is a felony.
If you're an illegal alien, if you're not a US citizen to vote, and whether it's on Hispanic media, on radio, with billboards, we have to send a very clear message to everyone in this country who's planning to do that, that you will be detected And you will pay a penalty.
It's only a few seconds long, 14 seconds long, but this is the message that has to be sent far and wide.
Let's hear Lara Trump one more time.
Cut to.
Also sending a loud and clear message out there to anyone who thinks about cheating in an election.
If you cheat in an election, we will find you, we will track you down, and we will prosecute you to the full extent of the law.
Who will be running against President Trump though?
Did you see what happened at the weekend in Los Angeles?
Another big glitzy Hollywood fundraiser!
President Trump is in Detroit with real Americans and then Biden is with Obama, Jimmy Kimmel, Jack Black at a high-end donor event.
And what happens?
He freezes again and Obama has to grab him by the arm and lead him off.
He looks like a mental patient.
The video has gone viral for a reason.
Yeah, a lot of people say, well, Obama's the real boss.
Whether or not he is the real boss isn't the point.
The point is, Joe Biden is not cognitively there.
Now we don't know the source of this video because it looks like it was, this next one
Looks like it was filmed on a cell phone by somebody who was in the audience.
It's a leaked video from that fundraiser.
It's incredibly stable, so they must have had their phone on a tripod or they had some
other illicit method for stabilizing the video footage.
But this is at the same event, before Biden froze, had to be grabbed by the arm and led
off by his former boss, or maybe current boss, Obama.
Just listen, just listen.
Especially if you're a Democrat.
If you've just chanced upon this channel, you've never heard a conservative before,
Explain this to me.
Explain how this is the footage of somebody who has control of their faculties.
Cut nine.
And guess what?
It's growing.
The economy's growing.
People's doing better.
We have the highest unemployment rate, the lowest unemployment rate in 50 years.
We have more people.
We've had over 15 million people ready to hire and work for us.
You know, my son says, you know, we all have various short term descriptions for your jobs, for what you accomplish.
He should say, Joe Jobs.
Jeff, what was the end of that there?
What was going on there?
As I talked to my son, what was he saying?
I think Hunter's running the campaign now.
He said he came up with the slogan, Joe Jobs.
That's the slogan.
I think that's a good one.
Joe Jobs.
Yeah, stick with that one.
That's a great one.
Or this, did you say this next clip, this is from social media, but this is like a campaign ad kind of posting?
Yeah.
With a black lady.
Okay, so this is another fundraiser.
It's a bit noisy, but if this is how they think they're going to win, I just want to see more of this.
This is Biden with a black business owner explaining Why she likes Joe Biden and it's a doozy cut for.
I heard you like ice cream.
I love ice cream.
I would love one day to be able to have you try some of my ice cream.
I'm the dullest president in America.
I'm known for my Ray-Ban sunglasses and chocolate chip ice cream.
Alright.
How's business?
It's great.
It's really good.
I got a lot of opportunities as far as grants and stuff this year.
It's really great.
And he pumps his fist like that.
Eric, isn't that a great message for the Democrats that they're giving out a lot of grants?
That's the only message they can hopefully run with is, hey, vote for us and we'll keep giving you stuff because we can't actually create real jobs.
Yeah.
And Alex, explain to me, maybe I missed something.
What does he mean by, I'm the dullest president because I'm known for my Ray-Bans and for my love of ice cream?
What has that got to do with dullness?
Do you understand that?
No, he's trying to be cool and it's just not.
It's cringe.
It's just cringe.
But is it as cringe as Chuck Schumer?
I don't even know if we have the image.
If you haven't seen the image, you guys have to go on.
Is there anything more cringe than Chuck Schumer on Father's Day trying to do... What was it?
The Elizabeth Warren...
I'm gonna go get me a burr like an android and Chuck Schumer for Father's Day stands in front of a grill with some hot dogs and burgers.
What was the problem?
Alex, did you see this image of Chuck Schumer from the tweet that he deleted yesterday?
Did you see this?
No, what is it?
The burgers were on the grill, right?
And they were gray, like they were straight out of the freezer.
And they already had a slice of cheese on them.
It's like, uh, you don't put the cheese on while the burger is still raw, Chuck.
And he said, hey, I'm just a regular Joe, just like Elizabeth Warren and her paw paw and her high cheekbones.
It's cringe.
Everything they do is cringe.
Long, oh, there we go.
Look at this.
Look at this.
These grey frozen burgers with a double cheese wedge on top.
Doesn't that look yummy, Eric?
Doesn't that look yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy?
He's obviously a better cook than I am.
That looks absolutely incredible.
Unbelievable.
You know what I had yesterday?
I had bison burger.
Niner, thank you for the amazing bison burger you've provided for us.
Keep on doing it, guys.
Your messaging speaks to the people of what?
Your elitists?
Faking, trying to relate, or you're just cognitively impaired and you have to be walked off the stage.

833-33-GORKA.
you you
Let's try this one.
Peace out yo!
you you
you Today, I'm announcing a plan for the United States Senate to vote, known as a unanimous consent vote, to restore the bump stock ban.
By undoing this most common sense safety ban on deadly bump stocks, this MAGA Supreme Court has shown the American people how dangerously to the far right they have gone.
What did he say, Eric?
The MAGA Supreme Court?
What was that?
The MAGA Supreme Court had to show how far right they've gone, so I guess the Second Amendment is far right now, just like everything else.
What is Chuck Schumer doing in a golf shirt?
Jeff, is that announcement about bumps?
Is that to distract us from his frozen cheeseburgers?
I don't know what it is.
I think you've just got to get it out there.
He likes the MAGA Supreme Court thing.
That's the thing they want to say.
That's their buzzword.
But how many lives are going to be saved by banning bum stocks?
It doesn't matter.
What if we banned Democrats, Jeff?
How many lives would we save?
I mean, in Chicago, in Baltimore, what if we banned Democrats?
Um, I would say about 80% of murders might be solved.
I think maybe we should wait for Chuck Schumer to ban Democrats.
Dear, oh dear, he must be very desperate.
That cheeseburger thing did not go down well.
All right, if you enjoy this show, support those who make it possible.
People who love America, like Mike Lindell.
The left hates him.
That's a reason enough to have his back.
He's sold 81 million of the pillow that never gets hot and never loses shape.
I rest my cranium on one every single evening.
So should you.
But are you aware he's got hundreds of other items for you, your loved ones, and even your furry four-legged friends on his website mypillow.com.

Let's go to Dave in Arizona.
Thanks so much for taking the call, Dr. Gorka.
Maggie, happy Warrior Dittos from State 48.
I don't want us to get too confident, though, watching the clown show on the other side, because you have to remember, it's Tammany Hall 2024.
The establishment class of psychopathic overlords still control all the means to counting the votes.
That's what really matters.
Well, that's why we have to be there in the room.
That's why everyone listening has to volunteer.
That's why my wife will be up at 4am tomorrow for the primaries here in Virginia, and she's the chief election officer.
So you're absolutely right, Dave.
But we don't talk about it, we get busy, and we're in the room counting the votes with them.
Thank you, Dave.
Let's go to Brooklyn!
Judy, happy Monday!
Hi, Dr. G. How are you?
I'm pretty good.
I'm pretty caffeinated.
How about you?
That's good.
Yeah, I should try some of that stuff.
Listen, I was thinking of something.
How can anyone, how can anyone, let alone women, vote for a birded, sick creep like Joe Biden, who took showers with his teenage daughter?
Have you any idea how creepy that is?
You have to do a t-shirt, really, like some sort of t-shirt.
I was trying to figure it out.
What, you want me to have a t-shirt of a naked Joe Biden in the shower?
I don't think I'm going to go there.
I'm already going to have nightmares, Judy.
No, no, no.
You need a t-shirt like this.
Fathers showering with teenage daughters is unacceptable, Joe.
Like, you know, you gotta get the word... How could women, you know, sit there, you know, women wear... How could anyone vote for a man that sounds... Well, I think it's very simple.
They don't know that, or they simply don't believe it, Judy.
They're what Rush used to call low-information voters.
And you know what else?
I want to tell you something else.
I really don't like the debate rule at all.
I just don't like it with the mute button.
It's just impossible.
I don't know.
I'm just very upset about it.
And also, Seattle is going to hire illegals as cops.
How's that?
Well, it's Seattle.
What did you expect?
Do they still have that chopped autonomous zone as well?
What a disaster.
You know what, it starts one place, and then these stupid lefties, whatever they are, these communist, Marxist, crazy people, chaotic people, and whatever, George Thoreau, blah, blah.
You know, it starts in Seattle, but who knows where it's going to keep going and mushrooming.
It's a whole thing.
It is, but the motivation is very simple.
We had this debate over the Bison burgers yesterday with some friends.
It's not just that they're stupid.
We have to be clear.
They have a plan.
They're evil.
They're not just stupid.
Some of their voters, millions of the voters, may be.
But they're also what?
They're people who hate America.
It is essential to understanding who these people are that they absolutely... They detest themselves!
I mean, that's where it all begins.
And then they project that from inside themselves onto the country of their birth, which they detest.
You can't do what they do.
Unless you hate America.
Thank you, Judy.
The number to call in is 833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752, but please guarantee for me that you are not calling on a cell phone that is connected to the big cell phone providers.
Why?
It's very easy.
They're left-wing!
They're woke!
They hate everything that you love, including America.
The big cell phone companies, you know the ones.
They donate millions of dollars of profit that you make for them every year to things like Planned Parenthood, to organizations that are trying to censor and cancel conservatives, to foundations that are trying to attack the Second Amendment.
Why would you fund your enemies with every call you make and every text you send?
That's insanity.
Switch today to the only Christian conservative cell phone company in the nation.
It's the one I use.
It's called Patriot Mobile.
They have the same nationwide coverage, a performance guarantee.
Glenn and his team are superb.
Keep your old number, keep your old phone, or get an upgrade, but switch today to a company
that's donated millions of dollars to causes you believe in, protecting the First and Second
Amendment and the sanctity of the unborn.
Call right now.
972-PATRIOT, or go to patriotmobile.com slash GORKA.
Oh, but that's a weird subject for the manhood hour.
Um...
Why catapults are making a comeback.
No, no, no, no.
Why I hate liars.
Alright.
PhD.
Okay.
Okay.
uh... having issues getting also uh...
Does he not align?
Thanks.
What's a splash pad?
I feel like I've heard that phrase before, but I don't know what it means.
Several shop at Michigan's last fountain. Okay.
Hmm.
you you
You're listening to Dr. Sebastian Gorka, a man who's taken down Eastern European governments
with just the sound of his voice.
They're so good, the people at my PhD weight loss.
Literally, they just texted me and in the break I was answering to my coach, do Katie
and you need anything?
I do love those maple protein bars that keep me going in the morning and the afternoon.
But that's how good these people are.
No scary injections like Ozambic, no chemical pills to pop, just five protein rich meals
a day that help you burn off the fat.
If I can do it with my sweet tooth and love of fried food, anyone can.
Katie did it, lost 36 pounds.
Dennis Prager's on the program.
He's doing amazing.
Mr. G as well.
Find out.
If you'd given up on being your former slim self, then this program is for you.
I'm down to a size 36 in my blue jeans and it feels amazing.
Find out for yourself.
Call them up right now.

That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
All right, we've got an amazing clip from the Maryland Sheriff from Hartford County on the identification, the arrest of the El Salvadorian criminal who killed that mother of five.
I want to share that with you because it's powerful stuff.
But we've got some callers.
Let's go to Bob in Ohio, line one.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you for taking my call.
Of course.
Hey, I was wondering, I've only heard the radio on and off today, but yesterday I heard that there were Russian ships in Cuba.
And I hadn't heard anybody mention it yet.
It's out there.
If you go online, you'll hear reports.
But stay tuned, because it is one of the key questions I will be asking our guest in the third hour, Sergeant Ryan Macbeth, who has done a whole video on the analysis.
You'll be surprised about what he has to say.
And it has to do with the nature of the vessels that are involved.
Thank you for that call.
It's a great question, well-timed.
Stay tuned for the whole of the show.
All right, we've managed to connect with the one and only John Solomon, the founder of justthenews.com.
John, welcome.
Happy Monday.
Yeah, happy Monday.
Good to be with you.
Did you have a good Father's Day?
I did indeed.
Spent it with my son.
It was very delightful.
My first Father's Day without my dad, so it was very poignant, but good time with my son.
I'm sorry.
It was a little bit hot for me.
We went to a friend's house and they had us sitting outside.
It was a little bit toasty.
I grew up in England.
It's a little bit warm for me today.
Anyway, all right.
So much to discuss.
I just want to get your take on this story that you posted.
On your timeline, JustinNews.com, please follow John at J. Solomon Reports.
This reporter, Michael Patrick Leahy, who's, he's just, he's trenchant.
He's got access to the transgender murderer in Nashville, and he's refusing to reveal His source and and may end up in prison you've been doing this for decades How much of an issue for you is this the right of a journalist especially an investigative journalist to protect his sources?
Yeah, listen, it's essential.
First off, we've learned so much from Michael Patrick Leahy's publication of what was in the journal kept by this shooter at the Covenant School shooting.
We learned a lot about motive, about what was going through her head, what was frustrating her, what angered her, why she was doing the things that she was doing.
Those are really valuable points of data for the American public, because if we're going to stop the next shooting, it's always great to learn from what happened in the last tragedy.
So he should be applauded for doing what he's doing.
But in most of the mainstream medium, the coverage of what he divulged has been minimal, particularly because this shooter, I think, is uncomfortable for a lot of journalists to talk about, because she identified as a transgender male.
But secondly, after he does publish it, there isn't the outcry that there would be if a New York Times or a Washington Post or an NBC reporter was being pursued by a judge or threatened with death or contempt because they published something that was in the published interest.
The media has been mostly silent.
In fact, today my team was calling around all the journalism groups saying, are you supporting this guy?
Are you worried about this guy?
We don't want to comment on it right now.
What a double standard once again in the legacy media when you see how first they handled Michael Patrick Leahy's revelations and then the potential threat to his career.
Legacy media just simply aren't stepping into the void like they would have were it a Washington Post or New York Times reporter.
Yeah, why am I not surprised that you haven't had a response from the legacy media?
Please bookmark justthenews.com, follow John at JSolomonReports, I catch him every night on RAV at 6 o'clock Eastern, just the news, not noise.
John, you teased it and then you blew the story last week on the FBI using Kind of political purity, ideological vetting for clearances.
I'm curious, after you released that story, have you asked for comment from the FBI?
Have the FBI reacted at all?
Yeah, they said they'd have no comment.
We asked for it long before we published.
We gave them plenty of time.
They didn't respond.
There is now a complaint pending at the Inspector General's Office for the Justice Department, Michael Horowitz, who unraveled a big part of the Russia collusion story.
He's being asked to investigate whether there's a political litmus test for security background checks, at least for some FBI employees.
That request was filed by the lawyers for the FBI employee who did have questions like this asked during His security clearance briefing.
Did he vocalize support for President Trump?
Did he vocalize hesitancy for...
the vaccine, COVID-19 vaccine, and did he attend a Second Amendment event?
All three of those pieces of information are completely protected by the First Amendment.
They have nothing to do with whether a person is going to be loyal to the United States
or be a security threat to the United States, and yet they're asked.
So that has really prompted a lot of questions about, is this more widespread?
We'll see if the IG gets involved.
I also expect House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan to get involved in this this week.
He also is deeply disturbed by what we reported last week.
All right, we'll have Matt Gaetz on the show in about 20 minutes time, so don't go anywhere.
John, just a few seconds left.
How significant is it for you going forward, especially with regards to the California IRS case, that in the Wilmington federal firearms purchase felony case, the laptop, which you have been reporting on for so long as Hunter Biden's, has been confirmed to be his by Daddy's DOJ.
How much of a big deal is that, John?
Well, we knew all along, because when I called the FBI in 2020, they confirmed it for me.
So we knew it was a real laptop.
It's important for the rest of the media to start treating it authentically.
Tomorrow, we're going to put documents out that aren't on the laptop, but the FBI has had since 2016.
Hunter Biden had a much bigger payday planned for Ukraine.
It got scuttled at the last minute.
We'll describe all that, the payday, $120 million.
We'll tell you more about that tomorrow.
He does it every time he comes on the show.
I do, don't I?
He knows how to tee it up.
He knows how to tease it up.

an extra 100 million for Hunter Biden from Ukraine.
Mm-hmm.
One minute.
Alright, what have we not played that's good?
I'm not sure what that is.
you Let me tell you what is hurting black Americans.
The fact that under Joe Biden's economy, their purchasing power is being destroyed by Joe Biden's radical inflation.
Prices are up 20% across the board.
So while unemployment might be low, wages adjusted for inflation are significantly down.
Is it going to be that easy?
Is it just going to be money that makes the difference?
The price of just everything you need to survive in America?
It may be.
You know, we're freaks here.
We just love politics.
I know you do too.
Maybe it's just going to be the economy, stupid, as they say.

Let's go to Sharon in New Jersey.
Happy Monday, Sharon.
Hi, Sebastian.
Thank you for taking the call.
I wanted to ask you, I saw on Fox that when the illegals vote, that they will be able to, because now I'm not sure, I don't think it was in the Constitution, but whatever it was, it was something definite, that if they believe they are a citizen, they can vote.
In other words, they said if they cross the border, Biden lets them in, and they believe now they're a citizen, they can vote.
It was very upsetting, and I don't know what anybody's doing about it.
I've never ever heard that.
That's like saying, if I believe I'm Napoleon, I'm Napoleon.
Do you remember who the host was or which program it was on?
You know, I'm not sure.
It was last night.
I don't know.
I'm not sure.
You're in New Jersey, that's the east-eastern time zone.
Oh, you know what, it was last night was Sunday, so it was one of those, um... Mark Levin, what was it?
I'm not, I wasn't watching Mark Levin, so I'm not sure if it was, I don't know, but I definitely, Sebastian, they definitely said it wasn't like it was just, you know, something.
They said they can vote, and that's what they're going to do.
Yeah, I can't respond to that because it makes no sense.
Right?
I mean, legally, constitutionally, it makes no sense.
Well, you know what?
If you want to try to look into it and I... Yeah, but I have to know which show it was, right?
What time were you watching it?
You know, I don't know.
I'm sorry, Sebastian.
Sharon, you're not making my job easy for me, okay?
Try and find out, work out when you are watching television, call back, tell Mr. G, and we'll put a little bit of research into it, but none of it makes sense to me.
So, it just sounds like another crazy Democrat scheme.
You can't do things just because you believe you have the right to.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First.
Where did that first hour go?
That's crazy.
Next up, the one and only Matt Gaetz causing trouble on Capitol Hill, then what's happening at the border with the one and only Todd Bensman, and then the Manhood Hour.

You We are the proud party and they are ashamed.
What else explains the left's self-defeating embrace of the DEI agenda?
DEI is an order form for people.
Not about good or qualified or credentialed or talented.
Just immutable characteristics.
That which you cannot change.
Are you black?
White?
Muslim?
Gay?
I don't care if it's politically correct or not.
I will never come off the proposition that I learned from reading Martin Luther King Jr.
in school.
We will judge people not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
A fiery speech from a firebrand at the recent Turning Point Action event talking about DEI as a kind of slave market where you're just judged upon your immutable characteristics and where there's a checklist and you're treated like chattel.
Who is that?
I think you recognize the voice.
Troublemaker par excellence, Florida's very own Congressman Matt Gaetz.
Matt, welcome back to America First.
Oh, thank goodness today I ordered up a hairy 6'4 Hungarian to chat with about shared values.
No, it really is a toxic ideology.
I think the people who sell DEI are akin to fentanyl dealers because they're pushing this thing that they sell as an opiate, but in fact it has a terrible harm on the fabric of our society.
And it just so happens, But Kevin McCarthy has recruited a DEI instructor from the corporate world to run against me for Congress in Florida's 1st Congressional District, and I am going to drub DEI gimmick and make sure that Northwest Floridians know that this is a racist, toxic ideology and I'll stand against it and anyone who's advanced it.
Why am I not surprised that that's what McCarthy did?
The man who right after he was ejected from his position justly gave multiple interviews here in America and abroad where he said, oh I look at the Democrat Party and the Democrat Party looks so much more like America than my party does.
Oh, oh really?
Is that because you're woke as well and you judge people based upon your skin color?
That's who the real Kevin McCarthy is.
All right, whatever help you need in that race, you can count on it.
All right, I want to talk about these clips I played from a certain hearing last week about Hunter Biden and whether we're going to stop lawfare.
And we've just got an abbreviated version of one we played on the show.
Cut 12 last week, Congressman Gates.
Because this will surprise a lot of Americans after hearing the Enthusiasm around oversight of the Biden crime family.
We never sent a subpoena to Hunter Biden to give live testimony before Congress.
Let that sink in.
The Republican House majority has never subpoenaed Hunter Biden for live testimony in public.
We've never done it.
That hearing got very, very interesting near the end.
Could you explain to us, Congressman Matt Gaetz, why the man at the center of the Bryden crime cartel, the bag man for Joe, has never been subpoenaed for an open hearing on Congress?
I can't, because I encouraged that subpoena, I asked our leadership to do it, and we never Got around to actually subpoenaing Hunter Biden, and I think it's a black eye for the Republican majority.
I remember lunch you and I had on Capitol Hill where we sketched out the initial architecture of an oversight plan, and we looked at key things.
One, how did you communicate?
Getting into people's internet service provider, email, text.
How did you move?
Did you use Uber?
Did you have a car service?
Did you have a car, somebody who knows where your movements are?
And then finally, how you used resources, how you spent money, where you were.
And if there was a legitimate legislative purpose to be able to maybe increase the penalties
for the people engaged in these bribery schemes, mapping out their conduct, their movements,
their communications would be essential.
And so instead of that, what I call vertically integrated oversight model, we subpoenaed
a lot of principals and possessors of documents, and we got some behind-the-scenes testimony.
And indeed, even some came out and gave live testimony that was very damning to the Bidens.
But I think the reason impeachment isn't coming to the floor is because we didn't have that,
I think, essential display of Hunter Biden right alongside his business partners and
his own conduct, so people could internalize how our nation was being sold out with Chinese
bribe money.
And that's just a very different approach.
So, not long after we had that kind of, you know, back of an envelope discussion on a strategy for what to do with that committee on Capitol Hill, you used a phrase, I think on this show, where you said, it's as if your colleagues are going up against the Death Star with a BB gun.
And that image really kind of, you know, captured for me the paucity, the weakness of the position.
Is that...
Is this a conscious decision?
Are they deliberately choosing an ineffective weapon?
Or do they not have requisite weapons?
Because that's what, you know, the Trump voters want to know.
Is there an ineptitude?
Or is it worse than that when it comes to combating the lawfare being used against the president, his supporters, 75-year-old grandmothers, outside Planned Parenthoods?
How bad is the situation, Congressman?
I think everyone on our team wants to do the right thing.
I think they have used the imprecise tools.
You look at the January 6th Committee.
When they developed a piece of evidence, they harbored that evidence.
They built up the narrative they were trying to produce, and indeed, corruptly, they excluded evidence that was exculpatory regarding President Trump and anyone who was around him.
What we did instead was, when we got any piece of evidence, We ran out on television and said, look at this one piece of evidence.
And I think that while that generated a lot of initial interest in our work, it didn't result in a cumulative story for people to understand and digest.
And we can't view having a good hearing as an end unto itself, right?
Getting the truth out is essential, but it is not sufficient.
We also have to have the accountability.
And there, we did not have partners in the appropriations process who were willing
to defund some of the most corrupt things we were exposing.
So we could expose the bad abuses of FISA, but then if our colleagues were gonna vote
alongside Democrats to not require a warrant for FISA searches, well then,
the oversight work was diminished in its impact.
So I want to see a Republican majority that is aggressive, that operates within the Constitution, that doesn't unfairly target people, but that legislates around the authorities that have been most abused.
And if we did that thoroughly, I think we could bring the country along to those reforms.
We're talking to the representative from Florida's 1st Congressional District.
He's the author of Firebrand and the host of the podcast Firebrand.
Follow him at repmattgates and gates.house.gov.
Matt, can you tell us about this fascinating idea that because the January 6th Committee was illegally constituted that the sentences against Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon should be vacated?
Can that happen?
What does it take on Capitol Hill?
This is a highly technical answer, but I know you have a very sophisticated audience.
Since 2015, the House of Representatives speaks in litigation through a little-known committee called the BLAG, the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group.
And the Republicans hold a 3-2 majority on the BLAG.
And what I believe and what I think a number of members of our leadership believe is that the BLAG has to remedy the runaway committee that was the January 6th committee.
The January 6th Committee was Frankenstein's monster.
It was assembled unlike any other committee.
It operated unlike any other committee in House history.
And so remediating that through a vote of the blag would give Peter Navarro and Steve
Bannon a basis to petition the court to not have prison sentences begin or continue.
What about the idea that there's at least $6 million left over from the January 6th
Committee that could be used to actually fight weaponization by hiring councils to go after
people who've broken the law to persecute conservatives?
What about that idea, Congressman?
Well, I don't know that we ought to judge our success or failure based on how much money we spend or save.
I think it's, you know, we judge the outcomes and in the weaponization committee we've spent a great deal of money and I think We've done really good work exposing the censorship-industrial complex, but that work is only given meaning if we are willing to defund the censorship-industrial complex.
And that really leads us to kind of the culminating point of our discussion.
Government funding runs out on September 30th, and now is the time to be communicating with members of Congress about what we're willing to fight over.
The border, the lawfare, the weaponization, the spending.
We've got to pick a battle, and we've got to be able to fight with vigor to deliver victory for our people, or we risk demoralizing them.
He's such a strategic mind, he even knows how to use the phrase culminating point.
We have to get him back for a longer discussion, hopefully in studio like we used to do.
In the meantime, at repmatgates and gates.house.gov.

Yeah, by the way, chat jumping in They're saying they're pointing to evidence of illegals voting.
Apparently Hans von Spakovsky at Daily Signal had an article on June 6th saying that, yeah, illegals are registering and voting.
Mm-hmm.
Apparently Fox and Friends also talked about it, about illegals registering.
That's my one fear.
That is my absolute one fear at this point.
Can you call that, um, Mm-hmm.
How to Free Navarro and Bannon?
Mm-hmm.
Thank you.
Alright, so we've done that.
We've done that.
Both Gates's.
Biden's.
Biden.
Lara.
Oh, we haven't done Vance yet.
Yeah, we haven't done the Sheriff.
Okay.
Alright.
Thank you.
Come in with Vance, then I'll do Angel Tree.
Come in with one, then Angel Tree.
Do you want today's audio?
Yeah, I'll tee it up.
Okay.
Let me sharpen this up a bit...
...
Um, one of the big mistakes that we made as a country, bipartisan, is we let China make way too much of our stuff.
We let Mexico make way too much of our stuff.
And if you look at a lot of ways what Biden has done on the green energy stuff, they've been doubling down on a set of very stupid policies because where are all the minerals mined for the green energy economy?
in China, where a lot of the components made in China. So Biden has given us an opportunity here
where he's really invested in a globalist economy in the name of green energy, set to the side,
of course, the fact that China is the dirtiest economy in the world. Nobody wants to talk about
that. But it's been really bad for manufacturing workers in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, in
Wisconsin. So we have to hammer as much as possible. We've got to make our own stuff. We've got to deal
with American workers with American hands. It's just so wrong, isn't it? Destroying
the industries that made America great.
The idea, and you know, that's J.D.
Vance and Senator Vance, who cataloged it all in his book, Hillbilly Elegy, that made him famous.
And he was no Trump fan when he wrote it.
How both parties, the Uniparty, betrayed working class Americans, shipped their jobs overseas to China, to Mexico, to India and elsewhere.
And where are we now?
I mean, look at what happened with COVID.
Think about this.
We're America, the only nation on the planet to put men on the moon.
The only one.
Not once, six times.
And then we couldn't make masks during COVID.
I mean, forget about the fact whether you needed a mask or not.
We had to buy them from communist... It's not exactly a high-tech product.
You don't need a lot of rare earth minerals.
You don't need a lot of, you know, superconductors for some PPE masks.
But we bought them from China?
I think he's in the running for a position in the Trump administration.
He's now very Trump.
J.D.
Vance.
Okay.
What is the effect of your largesse and your gracious donations to the Angel Tree Summer Camp program for children who've lost a parent to the prison system?
Well, I'd like you to listen to this message from Heather Rice Minus, who is the president of the Prison Fellowship, on the effect it has on a young boy.
And he asks, you know, I hear people talking about God.
Well, who's God?
And they share with him, you know, it's about the, the opportunity to meet your Lord and Savior.
And so he said, and then they gave me a Bible and I read it and it got, got real interesting.
Truly one of the most beautiful things you can do because more than 70% of these girls and boys will end up on the wrong side of the judicial system.
Let's break that cycle by getting them to feel a little bit more loved this summer in a safe Christian summer camp.
We have them in 49 of the 50 states.
We're within $1,500 of hitting our target.
Will you make a difference?
It's $200 per child per week, but whichever amount you decide to donate, you'll be making a difference and you could save a life.
Call it in.
It is a tax-deductible donation.

Oh, we have the answer regarding what show was our listener watching yesterday?
Natalie in Florida, line one.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
How are you?
I'm pretty good for a Monday.
How about you?
I'm doing very well.
But listen, I wanted to quickly call and confirm what that lady, your previous caller, said about these illegals voting, if they believe that they are citizens at the time of voting.
Jesse Waters was speaking on that last week on, I guess, Waters World.
Okay.
And what was he saying?
Just that that was one of the criteria that these illegals are able to register and vote and they're, you know, not being held accountable if they believe that they were citizens at the time.
That doesn't work, right?
I can't buy a machine gun from somebody and say, well, I believed I could buy a machine gun.
That doesn't protect me in a court of law.
So I still don't understand the point.
You know, the famous phrase is ignorance is not a defense in the law.
Right.
Well, it's written there.
So while I was on hold, I looked on this website, Legal Information Institute.
It's 18 U.S.
Code, Section 611, Voting by Aliens.
And at the bottom, it says, if the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.
All right, stay on the line.
Give those details to Jeff and we'll look it out because ignorance in front of the law is not a defense.
But thank you, Natalie.
We will dive even deeper.
Gene at Nevada Line 2.
Hey, good afternoon, Dr. Zilka.
Hi.
Hi.
Another national security question.
We know all about China's recreational hazing of Philippine fishing vessels in international waters in the South China Sea, but I was concerned about a report today of China installing a major military installation or port in the country of Peru, and does this not violate what's known as the Monroe Doctrine?
In concert with the aggressive offensive weapons that are now being placed in Cuba by Russia, are we not at that point where we have to be a little more proactive?
I'm kind of curious about this.
You clearly missed it last week, Gene, but we had a caller call in about this topic.
Why are people so obsessed about, and it's not a military asset, it's a megaport, it's a commercial port China is investing in Peru.
Why are people interested in this more than what's happening inside America?
Well, I think... I mean, we've got people who are chanting Death to America on campuses and outside the White House, and this is the second call we've had about a commercial port in Peru.
I kind of like... Priorities, Gene, it's kind of confusing me.
Well, I think it's no secret that the Biden administration is tearing this country apart and tearing it down.
Right.
But shouldn't that be the first thing we fix?
By winning the election?
Because the Monroe Doctrine isn't a legal doctrine, and if you hate America like Biden does, you're not going to even abide by a doctrine.
So we need the president to be elected first.
Isn't that the priority?
Absolutely.
That is the number one priority.
And I also believe that the internal disarray of America right now is a threat to our national security as well.
Absolutely.
And it's what China is doing inside America.
That is far more important than whether or not they're building a port in Peru.
So, let's focus.
Being strategic involves the art of being able to prioritize, and some things are more important than others.
But, Gene, on the question of the Cuba, the Russian vessels off Cuba, we will be discussing that with our guest in the Manhood Hour, so stay tuned.
Clearly, you missed part of the show last week.

SebastianGawker.substack.com The white boy summer thing.
What does that even mean?
That's a meme.
That's a meme that's been around for a few years now.
But what does it mean?
It's kind of like in the same vein as like the Chad meme or like, you know.
It started with Tom Hanks' son coming out with a rap video called White Boy Summer.
That's right!
I forgot about that.
Really?
Yeah.
Was it ironic or is he a conservative?
Alex, do you remember?
I don't.
I don't think he's either.
He's just... It's since been appropriated by conservatives on the internet.
Can you block the lines?
It's like a right-wing meme.
I think it's great.
I love it.
Right-wing Twitter took over.
Why do you think it's great?
How do you think it helps us?
It's a fun right-wing meme, you know?
What's it good for?
It's the same way memes are important in 2016, like Pepe the Frog.
That's not what I'm asking, whether memes are important.
Why does something about your skin color, why is that good for us?
It's a counter to all the DEI stuff, their forced push for diversity and all that.
It's kind of throwing it right back at us.
So saying white boys are good is good for us?
It's the same.
Do you remember the whole meme of the it's okay to be white thing?
Like posters saying it's okay to be white being put up all over college campuses and the media freaked out.
But I'm asking again, if we're saying that you shouldn't divide us based upon skin color, that that's actually racism, why is it good for us to say, well, white is good?
That's the point of a meme.
Treat me like I'm a retard, okay?
Explain to me why saying a racist thing is good.
It's not racist.
Well, it is, because you're promoting one skin color.
It's like saying, you know, Black Lives Matter.
It's an analog to Black Lives Matter.
I don't see it that way at all.
I mean, it's kind of... But explain to me why it's good.
Why emphasizing one skin color is good, apart from the fact that it amuses you.
That's it to me, is that it amuses me.
It's the same as, like, Pepe the Frog.
So you don't think it could be used against us?
Absolutely not.
I mean, the same way that, again, 4chan started this as a thing to see if the media could go nuts, because remember these posters saying, it's okay to be white, we're being posted on college campuses, and that's all they said.
They didn't say anything else, but the media's like, oh, this is white supremacist, or it's like, okay, wait, so saying there's no problem with being white is racist somehow?
It's meant to get the media's reaction to betray how much they hate the very idea of white people.
Yeah, I still don't get it.
I think the fact that Posobiak's doing it, it tells you everything you need to know.
Well, it started before him, to be fair, but yeah, that's just him trying to bandwagon off of something that was popular before he did it.
I thought you were referring, when you were talking about Posobiak, I thought you were talking about the fact that he had Alex Jones on stage at the TPSA.
No, no, no.
That was ridiculous.
Oh this is fascinating.
Okay, I've got an answer to that woman's statute.
Alright, perfect.
Geoff, do you get why it's cool to meme that, White Boy Summer?
He is an idiot for doing it, because they try to say it's about white nationalism, and he's called that all the time, and he feeds into it.
So stupid.
Like what he did at the CPAC thing.
Oh, in the Rumble chat, Roundhammer117 says, The current incarnation of White Boy Summer is Charles Bronson with a Browning machine gun.
Ask RazörFist.
Oh god.
You You
you you
Making sense out of today's nonsense, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
One of the greatest things about doing this live across the nation with millions of people tuning in is that you wait long enough and you'll get the answer from one of our dear listeners who's also a member of the Salem faculty, the Salem family.
I will not reveal her identity, but Sue, you're a wonder.
So here is the explication of what we heard from a caller, and then allegedly on Jesse Waters' show.
Your caller, and all of those claiming this statute, 18 U.S.C.
section 611, allows illegal aliens to get away with voting without a penalty, are incorrect!
Pay attention.
It's a misreading of the statute.
Sadly, Catherine Engelbrecht, who is usually very good on these things, which she is, we love Catherine, misread the statute when she came across it and popularized this misunderstanding on Twitter.
Here's a list of three criteria in the statute, all of which must apply in order for the person who voted without being a citizen to escape penalty under the law.
All right?
That's where it gets interesting.
Catherine didn't realize that all of them apply at the same time.
The three criteria are independent of one another.
If you read the statute properly, according to the punctuation, you will understand the defense.
So here we go.
The statute was designed to protect people who were brought here as children, condition one.
whose parents naturalized condition two and who honestly believed they also are U.S.
citizens.
But their parents, number three, never got around to having them naturalized as minors.
Thank you, Sue.
You can't just vote without being a citizen and get away with it unless, one, you were brought here as a child.
Number two, your family, your parents naturalized, but you didn't and you thought that you were a citizen.
God bless our listeners.
All right, I've been teeing this up for a bloody hour and a half now and I haven't played it.
This is the biggest story of the day.
This is from Harford County in Maryland.
Sheriff Jeff Gala talking about the mother of five who was murdered by an illegal who was already a murderer in El Salvador and his message to everyone in Washington D.C.
and in the White House and it's powerful.
Cut three.
It has been a fear of mine that once we identified this suspect, the result would be exactly this.
And I want to now direct these comments to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and to every member in both chambers of Congress.
We are 1,800 miles away here in Hartford County.
We are 1,800 miles away from the southern border and the American citizens are not safe because of failed immigration policies.
This is the second time in just two years that an innocent Hartford County woman has lost her life to a criminal in our country illegally.
Let me repeat that.
1800 miles from the southern border, and this is the second woman in our county to be killed by an illegal alien.
Suspects, in both cases, they are suspects from El Salvador with ties to criminal gangs.
Should not be happening.
Victor Hernandez did not come here to make a better life for himself or for his family.
He came here to escape the crime he committed in El Salvador.
He came here and murdered Rachel.
And God willing, no one else.
Jeff, what's the fascinating thing that, you know, you live in Maryland.
What did you say?
Because I don't, I didn't remember this case at all.
And there's a good reason.
What did you say was the first way they handled this after she was murdered?
They were blaming the boyfriend, like in the media.
They're all suspecting that he had something to do with it.
So nobody looked for the illegal?
Nope, not at all.

Good to be here.
Thank you.
Todd, I'd like you to talk about the significance of the story that broke this morning.
Here is President Trump has just posted about the capture of Rachel Morin's murder in Maryland, and this is what he had to say.
Another one of Crooked Joe Biden's illegal immigrant criminals was just charged with raping and murdering another innocent American woman.
Rachel Marin was on a run in Maryland, just like Laken Riley was in Georgia, when she was brutally killed by an illegal monster who was wanted for murder in El Salvador and fled to the USA because he knew Crooked Joe would let him in.
Now Rachel Morin's five young children will grow up without their mother because Crooked Joe refuses to shut down the border.
As a matter of fact, this week Biden is preparing to give mass amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens.
This is unsustainable and can't be allowed to continue.
On day one, we will shut down the border and start deporting millions of Biden's illegal criminals.
We will once again put Americans first and make America safe again.
To Rachel Maureen's family and especially her five children, may God be with you.
DJT.
Can you put this in context and why this isn't a one-off and why it doesn't matter where you live, the open border is a threat to all Americans?
First of all, prayers and, you know, our hearts should go out to the victim of this illegal alien.
That is just an awful, awful tragedy.
And I just want to acknowledge that first.
Remember her.
But secondly, what you'll hear kick up at this point, when there's reporting like this, is this kind of false comparison about American citizens having a crime rate That is higher than or equal to that of illegal aliens who are in the country.
Yeah, we hear this all the time.
All the time.
You'll hear this all the time.
It's the way that they dismiss this sort of thing.
And the reason why that is a false equivalency is that, I'm sorry, we are stuck with our citizens.
We can't do anything about that except prosecute them and put them in jail.
That is what our criminal justice system is there for, what our police are there for.
But 100% of every violent, brutal crime and rape and murder and manslaughter and everything else committed by an illegal alien was 100% preventable.
It never should have happened because they never should have been in the country or they should have been deported.
And so for that reason, it's an intellectual fraud to constantly come up with this comparison about American crime rates of American citizens.
And people should just remember that that is bogus.
It is an absolute wrong equivalency to make Every time.
Can you also address the other piece of propaganda?
I was debating a liberal who said, well, President Trump shut down that new bill that Lankford was proposing, and it would have shut down the border after 5,000 illegals a day.
Not true, correct, Todd?
Not true at all.
It was so filled.
It was riddled with loopholes.
You've had guests already tell you this, but the loopholes in that bill swallowed up the bill.
I mean, it would have literally have codified a minimum of $5,000 a day.
All of a sudden, that's okay.
Moving the goalposts like that when the current law says zero get to come in illegally.
Zero come in.
Now, all of a sudden, we're saying $5,000 a day.
That's for starters.
That's just for starters.
But after that, the thing was filled with things like rapid asylum case adjudications within 180 days, for example.
Well, if you release an illegal immigrant for 180 days, goodbye.
They're gone.
It doesn't matter what the adjudication is.
It's one day or 180 days or five years.
It doesn't matter.
They're gone.
So the bill was just, you know, obviously, you know, flawed and codifying illegal immigration at a worse level than where it is now.
Shame on those Senate Republicans for getting sucked in like that and tricked.
They should have just called us over at the Center for Immigration Studies.
We could have explained it all.
They clearly don't understand how immigration works.
Well, Todd, you're being incredibly diplomatic.
I think they knew exactly what they were doing and it was, well, let's say there were ulterior motives to what Lankford and the Rhinos were doing, but he's right.

This, this is causing problems and the White House just had to address it.

background can internalize accept and
And that is to stand up for the truth, calling out liars.
Somebody who's very good at it and who is our guest here on the Manhood Hour today, he does it when it comes to those who spew falsehoods on social media.
And he is an example of how he does it.
Are Americans going to be extended taxpayer benefits if they join the Israeli military?
This lie was posted by internet gadfly Michael Tracy and he references a bill by a Pennsylvania and Ohio congressman.
And Michael Tracy basically twists the bill to make you think that IDF forces are somehow getting American taxpayer benefits.
And here's what the bill actually does.
It modifies something called USERRA.
USERRA is a law that's mainly used for the Guard and Reserves.
And the idea is that if you get deployed overseas as National Guard, essentially your rent freezes, your credit cards freeze, and when you return from deployment you have a right to go back to your old job at the previous wage.
So if you're a dual Israeli-American citizen and you go and fight with the IDF for a couple of months and you come back, your employer can't fire you for that.
Now whether that's right or wrong is a different story, but Michael is doing something called lying.
It's obvious to me that Michael has some sort of humiliation fetish.
So I generated a bill for $300.
Which is what the average dominatrix charges for humiliation services.
Listen, if you're good at something, never do it for free.
So don't lie on the internet, Michael.
Are Americans going to be extended- Okay.
Um, I have no idea, and I'm not gonna ask how he knows the price of the average dominatrix, but I like that he calls out liars and we're delighted to have him in studio again.

But you are maybe the only guy I know who with regularity calls out not just disinformation, but calls the purveyors liars.
Tell us what made you do that, in addition to just doing this great long-form analysis of what's happening in Ukraine, what's happening in Israel.
You do these short hits where you say, You're lying.
Stop it.
Or you say stuff like, I will find you.
Give us your motivation for doing that, Ryan.
Because I love it.
You know, I love this country.
You know, this is the country that gave my family refuge when we left Northern Ireland.
And I believe that in this country, we can survive by our ideals.
And any kind of contest should be a contest of ideals, not necessarily a contest of who can lie the most and enrage the most.
And right now, Russia is using disinformation agents to divide us.
And we have far more in common as Americans than what most people would think.
And you look at Ronald Reagan and Tip O'Neill.
They were buddies. They were friends. They were fellow Irishmen.
And they got along. And we can be that way again.
So, I think maybe a year or a year and a half ago was the first time you came on my show.
My son discovered you and said, Dad, you've got to follow this guy.
His stuff is superb.
And back then, you said, well, I do programming.
I've got contracts, and I work for the government, and I love computing and cyber stuff.
But this YouTube thing, it's fun.
In the year or year and a half since then, I think your life has changed quite a lot.
You're doing amazing comedy skits.
I think Substack just interviewed you for some kind of promotional video.
You're flying around the world giving lectures.
So for those who aren't familiar, will you walk us through how, you know, you got to Ryan McBeth programming?
What you did before in uniform?
So tell us, tell us about your journey.
So I spent 20 years as an infantry platoon sergeant.
You know, when I was a kid, I wanted to get into computers.
My dad wanted me to be a carpenter.
But, you know, if you can't get college money from your dad, get it from your uncle, right?
Your Uncle Sam.
And so I joined the army, infantry side.
And while I was in, I studied computer science.
Did you have an innate interest in this stuff, or you just happened upon it in the army?
When I was in high school... Because you were a weapons guy, right?
Yeah, I was heavy weapons.
And, you know, I wanted to... When I was in high school, I wanted to do computers.
I wanted to do something with computers because I was in the computer club, and I enjoyed it.
I really liked it.
And I wanted to do something with computers.
In infantry, I thought, alright, you know what, this is going to be easy, four years, quick training, then I get out, and I just... I was good at it, and I stayed.
When I retired in 2014, I ended up working for a number of companies, but eventually for a company that did cross-domain solutions, which is a type of guard that makes sure data coming across a network is good to move on to a secure network.
I would give that information to my client who would then either continue surveillance or use more kinetic methods to deal with the target.
Now, I was working for Accenture doing the C4ISR thing and one day I interviewed this guy and this guy, like he, I knew that he knew what he was talking about in this interview.
But he was a geeky guy, and he just couldn't articulate it.
And so this is a panel interview, the rest of the panel blackballed him.
They said, we don't want to hire this guy.
And I thought, I am going to help these geeky people who don't know how to talk.
Passed job interviews.
So I started a YouTube programming channel.
Got maybe 5,000 views.
With that goal?
With that goal.
Helping people pass job interviews?
I'm going to help you.
That's why it's Ryan McBeth Programming.
It was a programming channel.
And then, when the war in Ukraine kicked off, I made two videos.
I made one video on why Ukraine hadn't been the subject of cyber attacks.
I also have a degree in cyber security.
And I made another video on why Russian tank turrets pop off of their hulls.
Now that was the one that went viral, right?
That was the one that went viral.
And I went, oh, wow.
All right.
People like this.
And, you know, we don't have any military communicators anymore.
Tom Clancy, he's dead.
Arleigh Armey, he's dead.
And I guess maybe I can fill that role.
I can fill the role of that military communicator, sort of the equivalent of Neil deGrasse Tyson.
And the funny thing is, and I'm not denigrating what you do because I love it, it's not, well it could be in this case because it is propellant based, but it's not rocket science.
Those turrets pop off because the ammunition pops off, right?
Absolutely correct.
The ammunition inside of many Russian tanks is in a carousel under the turret.
And so when it's hit, all that ammunition has one place to go, and that straight up pops the turret right off like a Pringles can that you squeeze too hard.
I think that's the video my son actually sent me.
He said, look at this video about the turrets popping off on the Russian tanks.
Before we move on, I've got to ask you, In the beginning, what was the key advice you gave to these smart, geeky guys about interviews?
What were they missing?
What was the thing that you thought could help them most?
Well, the one thing I thought could help the most is just to practice.
If you're going to interview, you better know these questions cold.
When someone asks you what's the difference between overloading and overriding when it comes to programming, you should be able to spit that out immediately.
Sit in front of a computer screen or sit in front of the mirror and just practice.
Practice, practice, practice.
What else was a common problem they had in terms of communicating?
I would say it was mainly a problem with being able to give short, succinct answers.
Because if you can give short, succinct answers and not have to um and ah your way through a problem, it shows a lot of competence.
All right, practice, practice, practice.
And also what we do here in the stinking swamp that is Washington, D.C., we call it the elevator pitch.
You must be able to, whatever it is, doesn't matter whether it's, you know, the new nuclear warhead or the new cyber system or why you should vote for a certain candidate, if you can't explain it in 60 seconds, You probably can't explain it at all.

So this is the idea of flinging cauldrons of tar or something, burning missiles, on a Roman-era piece of technology over a wall.
There's also an archer and an islander.
So this was kind of interesting.
something out of Lord of the Rings.
You analyzed this because some people were saying, this is garbage, this is made up, this is whatever.
And you had a fantastic take about something in the video that a forger, a faker, wouldn't put in.
So give us your take on the idea of using Roman technology.
So this was kind of interesting.

with something to do.
And so these guys, they had to burn some brush that was outside of their cop, their contingency outpost,
and their combat outpost.
And so they found some plans on the internet, I guess some of these guys are engineers or carpenters, and they built a trebuchet and then launched flaming debris across the wall to burn the brush so that Hezbollah couldn't sneak up on them.
So let's just roll that back.
So they're burning, they're not like, you know, burning down a city.
They're burning down a brush to make it harder for the terrorists to sneak up on the base.
That's correct.
And there are probably better ways of doing this, but probably ways that weren't as much fun.
Now, if I was a platoon sergeant and I was a first sergeant, which is usually the highest-ranking soldier in a company or in a platoon or a company, and so if I was an Israeli first sergeant, I'd probably look at this and go, okay, well, if you want to do this, it's fine, because it's going to keep the men occupied and keep them happy, and occupied soldiers are happy soldiers, but if you're going to be launching these things, you need to have a fire extinguisher nearby.
That's the sergeant's job.
Where's the fire extinguisher, knucklehead?
Yeah, you need to have your protective eyewear, your protective gloves.
Now, I do know a little bit about AI, artificial intelligence.
I work in that industry as a director of integration for a company called Texas Air and Med Lab, which uses AI-powered drones to deliver whole blood to wounded soldiers.
We'll talk about that.
Absolutely.
And so some people were accusing this video of being AI generated.
Well, one of the things that I noticed was that there were some fire extinguishers in the video.
Now, AI is very good at figuring out the next item in a sequence of what we call tokens.
So if I say haste makes, what would you say?
Haste makes Waste.
Right?
Haste makes waste.
So, patterns.
Yeah, patterns.
You've heard haste makes waste your entire life.
Or the quick brown frog jumped over the lazy...
Dog, yeah.
So AI is really good at figuring that out.
Now you could say haste makes plutonium.
It's a valid thing to say, but that doesn't tend to happen much in the English language.
So AI is really good at figuring that out.
One of the things AI is not good at figuring out is context.
And it can't really figure out reasoning.
So if AI was going to create a video of a trebuchet in the modern day, it might have flames there.
on a flaming ball, but it doesn't know that fire is hot and fire is dangerous.
Or that a sergeant would say, where's the fire extinguisher?
Or that a sergeant would say, where's the fire extinguisher?
I want to unpack this later, but this seems like a really big flaw because everybody's worried about AI, AI this, AI that.
But if it's not good with context or reasoning, then it seems very limited.
You know, AI, it's better to think of LLMs or large language models as a really advanced database than as an actual machine that can think and reason.
It's very good at splitting up language and figuring out the next word in a sequence.
Like if you want to go to Miami, you go on to Google, right?
And you're going to type in flights to, and all of a sudden there's Miami.
Wow!
How did it know that?
It's because you were probably searching for hotels in Miami, you were searching for, or your wife was searching for something for Miami.
So Google knows what you're searching for, so it's AI is going, oh, I'm going to autocomplete this to Miami, because that is the most likely word in the next, the next word in the sequence, Miami.
So that's really what AI is good for, or at least right now.
It's really good at figuring out the next thing in a series based on pre-trained data.
So if we go back to this imagery from Israel, the trebuchet, which is like a weight-generated catapult.
There's the two fire extinguishers right there.
Your verdict is, this isn't a fake.
It is not a fake.
And this was verified by the IDF, that yes, they did do that, and no, they won't be doing it again.
We're talking to Ryan Macbeth.
Ryan Macbeth Programming is the YouTube channel, and also you've got a Substack as well.

his sub stack. Ryan, I called you up originally because of this story that broke last week.
You're super busy traveling around. Give us your take on this. Oh no, the Russians are
The Cuban Missile Crisis is back.
We saw what, three or four frigates?
So, usually when someone is saying the end of the world is here, they're trying to sell you something.
Or get clicks.
Explain why you try to calm people down with your post on this.
So usually when someone is saying the end of the world is here, they're trying to sell you something.
There was one guy...
Or get clicks.
Or get clicks, right.
And essentially, Russia frequently visits Cuba and performs exercises with them, and so does China.
It's really no different than the U.S.
sailing to Japan and performing exercises with the Chinese Navy.
If you're in international waters, you can go wherever you want.
That is something that we've done.
We've done freedom of navigation in the South China Sea.
The Chinese don't like it, but we do it anyway.
Russia has every right to float their ships down to Cuba and do exercises.
They're there for a port call.
They're going to do a couple exercises.
And the flotilla was essentially four ships.
There was a frigate.
And a frigate is really like a very lightweight ship.
There's usually not a lot of weapons on it.
A frigate is typically used as a picket.
When you have a large flotilla of warships, the frigates are out almost like the scouts.
They're on the edge of the formation.
They have a little bit of anti-air, a little bit of anti-sub.
It's not an aircraft carrier.
It's not a huge ship.
It's a small ship.
And a submarine went with it, a nuclear-powered submarine.
And when people thought it was nuclear-powered, they thought, oh my god, it has nuclear weapons.
And you know what else has nuclear weapons?
The entire Russian Strategic Rocket Forces.
And this particular ship, it was a submarine, was a cruise missile carrier.
And people said, oh my god, it can launch its cruise missiles from 1,500 miles away.
Well, yeah.
I mean, if you ever watched The Hunt for Red October, remember the Typhoon-class submarine that Marco Ramius was on?
They said, oh, he's going to go and salvo his missiles out the west.
He could have done that from port!
Right.
They have a long range.
Yeah, they have long range.
They're good.
And the two other ships that were sent was a supply ship and a tugboat.
Explain the significance of a tugboat.
So the Russians do not have a lot of overseas bases.
I want to say it's around 20-ish overseas bases.
So if one of Russia's ships gets into any kind of engine trouble, they need to be able to tell it.
And this happens more frequently than you might think.
So, this tugboat sailing with them, it has a supply of spare parts on it, it can tow a ship if the ship gets in trouble, and they might need that tugboat because having a ship lose power in the middle of the ocean, that's a big problem.
Especially if you're sailing close to America, because honestly, the Coast Guard would go and help.
Yeah.
And that's just not something Russia wants.
Can you give us a proposal, because you push back on misinformation and disinformation.
How much of it do you think is actually cognizant, lying, and how much is ignorance?
Because you did this great analysis of how many veterans work at big news outlets, and it was pathetic, except for Fox and Newsmax.
Is this mostly ignorance, or is it done with an agenda?
I think that from the Russian side, like the honest-to-God Russian disinformation agents, that's done with an agenda.
Yeah, but with the stuff you see and are responding to, how much is it ignorance or clickbait?
I think a good portion of Western misinformation and disinformation is ignorance and clickbait.
One guy, I watched his video.
I think I texted you about him.
I can't remember his name though.
But that guy, he said a flotilla of battleships was headed toward... I don't know if Russia has ever had a battleship, number one.
Number two, I think the last battleships were in America, the Iowa class.
There's only four of them left in their museums now.
A battleship really isn't a valid unit these days.
But if you don't know anything about the military, but you want to scare people, and most people don't know we don't have battleships, Well, what are you going to say, right?
So I would say a good portion, I wish I could get into actual numbers, are people who are intentionally trying to scare people or they don't know anything about the military and they're just going to say the word that sounds like it'll get close.
Scary.
Yeah, the scariest word.

This is America First coming to you from TheReliefFactor.com studios.
Relief Factor is right now, as we speak, liberating over a million Americans from their daily pain.
I happen to be one of them.
I had a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
Then I took Relief Factor.
Two weeks later, I was pain-free, and I'm still pain-free.
More than five?
It'll be five and a half years later next month.
Find out for yourself.
It's super easy.

Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
It's the U.S.
Navy theme tune Top Gun, but it's applicable to the guest we have today.
Why?
Because we're talking military things and we're talking the manhood hour.
Do your part to save the republic.
How about this?
If you have a cell phone and it's connected to the big cell phone providers, You're actually funding those who hate you.
The big cell phone companies are woke.
They donate millions of dollars of the profits you make for them every single year to organizations that, oh, want to undo the Second Amendment or cancel or censor conservatives.
Don't fund those that don't share your values with every call you make and every text you send.
The only conservative cell phone company in America is the one I use, Patriot Mobile.
When Nancy Pelosi came after my cell phone data with her illegal January 6th committee and the cell phone data of my wife?
And my children, I said, that's it.
I cut the cord with my cell phone provider and I joined Patriot Mobile.
They have the same nationwide coverage, a performance guarantee, free activation with my name and extra discounts for veterans and first responders.
Make the switch today.
You keep your old number, keep your old phone and get an upgrade.
but join the company that loves America like you do.
It's as easy as calling 972-PATRIOT, or go to patriotmobile.com slash GORKA.
The number 972-728-7468, patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
Ryan, you have played an assiduously neutral part with your posts.
It's just analysis.
Is this true?
Is it fake?
What could be the motives of people lying about the war in Ukraine or the Middle East
or China or what have you?
This is the Manhood Hour, and you've demonstrated great fortitude
in just standing up to the idiots who are lambasting you,
said, oh my gosh, you went on Gorka Show, or you went on Newsmax,
or you sat down with Destiny.
Where did you learn that?
Because it's quite unusual.
Usually we pick tribes, if you're on social media, if you're a content producer.
Why have you refused to do that, and where did you learn that?
I don't know if I learned it.
I guess I learned it from being in the intelligence community.
That you need to be able to give an accurate assessment of a situation no matter who has contracted you to give them that information.
So I work for a company called Velocity, which is a private intelligence company, and people
might hire us to do something like, hey, is it okay to set up this business in Niger,
or are we going to get kidnapped if we do that?
But Velocity could get a contract from Matt Gaetz, and I'm going to give Matt Gaetz the
best darn intelligence summary I can give him.
And if AOC hires us to do that, I'm going to give her the best darn intelligence summary
I can give her, because these people deserve the best information to make decisions that
are in the best interest of America.
And when it comes to your value system, who is the most influential on you?
Was it your dad?
Was it a training?
It was probably my dad.
You know, growing up in Lindenwald, New Jersey, poor Irish, you know, we're all criminals.
I think my dad was the only person who wasn't a criminal.
My dad had a good job at a warehouse, and a lot of my friends growing up, their dads were carpenters or roofers, electricians, and they were also second-story men.
So, you know, after they do some work on your house, they come back two months later and rob you.
And my dad, he was an honorable man.
We were Christians.
We were Episcopal.
We went to church.
And my dad believed in going to work and earning an honest day's work, getting an honest day's pay.
So I think my dad actually kind of made me the guy I am today.
As it should be.
You're going to annoy a lot of people, not necessarily politically, but you are developing this theory of kinetic response to disinformation purveyors.
Can you unpack that a little bit?
So, right now, we are ceding the information war space to our adversaries.
Now, we have fought on land for 100,000 years, ever since the first caveman picked up a stick and said, I don't like what this guy is saying.
And we have fought on the sea ever since, well, technically the Sea Peoples fighting Egypt, but the Peloponnesian War.
We've fought in the air since World War I. We've fought in space since technically the first Gulf War.
GPS.
GPS, satellites.
And we all believe that cyber war is a domain of warfare.
So we have four domains of warfare.
Land, sea, air, space, and cyber.
Information is the fifth domain of warfare that kind of weaves in between all of those things, and information war can have kinetic consequences.
I want you to think of weapons in the terms of weapons effects.
When you buy a drill, do you buy a drill because you want a drill, or do you buy a drill because you need a hole?
You need a hole, right?
So, why do you buy a weapon?
You don't buy a weapon because you want a weapon.
You buy a weapon because of the weapons effects that weapon can create.
So, why would you destroy a bridge?
Well, you would destroy a bridge because you don't want the enemy to cross that bridge.
Okay, so really the effect is you deny the adversary the ability to cross the bridge.
Now, you could do that with a bomb.
You could do that with a cyber attack.
Shut down the lights on the bridge or computer systems, whatever.
Or, you could launch an information war, encouraging American students to shut down the bridge for Palestine.
Because it's being used by genocidal Jews, or whatever.
And the effect is exactly the same.
So the consequences, or the response, could be the same.
You could say, OK, I've got to get kinetic with idiots who are being, you know, Being leveraged by cyber warriors hurting our interests.
Now, we can't do that to Americans, of course.
Americans have freedom of speech, they have a right to protest, or they have a right to even lie.
But if it's a Russian bot farm... It's a Russian bot farm?
Does that mean putting a T-Lam, putting a Tomahawk missile into that Russian bot farm?
Maybe.
Does that mean using spies to assassinate people who are working at that bot farm?
Maybe.
Does it mean a cyber attack?
Or does it mean putting a missile into the server room of that bot farm?
Could be a mix of those things.
Why do you think we seeded this domain?
Because, you know, we're supposed to be the best when it comes to technology.
Is it naivete?
Is it not understanding this new dimension?
What's the biggest weakness we have in understanding the domain and seeding it?
That's a very good question.
I think some of it is fortitude.
We haven't had a Ronald Reagan since Ronald Reagan.
If Ronald Reagan were in office, we'd be bombing by now.
I think that at some point, we kind of got used to the idea of of American dominance in the weapons space and we kind of
ignored that information space because we don't really go out and do the kind of propaganda
campaigns that our adversaries do.
Because the fact is Russia can't afford 11 aircraft carriers. But they can get a bunch
of people in a room in a building and have them launch information attacks. Time to get serious.

What do you mean, Mark Two?
Well, thanks to Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team and my PhD weight loss, over just a few months, I lost 42 pounds, and my muse, Katie, lost 36, and she's ecstatic.

All right, we've only got a few minutes left.
I want to talk about an incredibly exciting new project you're involved with, Ryan.
Let's put the images up on the screen.
So everybody's talking about drones, drones, drones, how they've changed warfare.
There's a company you're associated with called Aeromed Lab.
What's the concept here, Ryan?
So the concept is delivering whole blood to wounded soldiers via AI-powered drone.
For years, you've watched Vietnam War movies.
We need a medevac right now.
And for years, medevacs have been able to fly because the U.S.
has always had air dominance.
But air dominance is not an American birthright.
And when fighting a near-peer enemy like Russia, like China, that airspace is going to be contested.
Russia shoots down Ukrainian helicopters.
It doesn't matter whether they're medevacs or not.
Number one, they don't care.
And number two, they can't tell it's a medevac on a radar screen.
They just see a blip.
Take it out.
One of the big problems that we're going to encounter is that soldiers are going to die from blood loss.
And if we can get that soldier whole blood within one hour, it's called the golden hour, that soldier stands a very good chance of surviving.
That's a game changer.
It is a game changer.
Now one of the issues that we have with regular drones is that drones need GPS, global positioning.
That thing in your phone, you know, I have a map and I'm going to navigate toward the Walmart, right?
GPS will be degraded.
In a combat environment.
Either the enemy is going to degrade or shoot down our satellites, or they're going to jam the GPS.
Right.
So how do you get the drones with the whole blood to the soldier?
Well, we're actually using artificial intelligence that's sitting on board these drones.
Wow.
We put the blood on the drones, up to three liters of blood, or three packs of blood, And the drone finds its own way to the target using a system of terrain matching like the old Tomahawk missile did and LIDAR.
So we already know what the battlefield looks like.
We can even take this whole blood and pitch it through a window.
That's incredible.
I don't understand how somebody didn't come up with this before.
I'm so excited that Ryan is on the team.
Aeromedlab.com.
Check it out.
That is a superb concept.
Saving our troops in that golden hour.
When they need that blood the utmost.
All right, we're out of time.
I knew this would happen.
We'll have to get him back in studio.
In the meantime, follow him on YouTube, Ryan Macbeth Programming, especially the shorts.
They're super fun.
