	Or you hear a story, and then you realize, yes, don't give in to the gaslighting.
	We broadcast from just outside the nation's capital, which isn't a large city.
	It's 600,000 people.
	If you compare it to New York with 8 million, or Los Angeles, or... No, it's just a small, small city.
	A city which, last year in a 12-month period, had almost a thousand carjackings.
	A city where, on Monday, At 5.45 p.m., not three in the morning, on K Street, K Street, the center of downtown, a married father of three, a Trump administration official, was carjacked and shot in the head as he was about to pick up his wife from work.
	The carjacker afterwards went on a rampage, chased across the city and eventually intercepted by two police officers in Baltimore and shot to death.
	That's in the nation's capital.

	Or the story from New York of two police officers being beaten brutally by a gang of illegal immigrants who were, some of whom, not all of them, were actually detained and then who walked out of the police station a few hours later despite the fact that one of them had priors had warrants out against him but because they're illegal aliens they don't get detained in New York City assaulting a police officer as an illegal alien and then you walk
	But if you're a pro-life patriot in Tennessee who went to an office building and in a hallway outside of a clinic, which is actually an abortion mill, sang hymns and prayed, you are on the cusp of getting 11 years in prison.
	For trying to save the unborn.
	That's the reality of the life we are living today in America.
	I had some good friends visit this morning.
	Came to our house for breakfast.
	And I'm not going to embarrass anybody, but they're patriots, they're Americans.
	And then when you hear one of them describe Another member of their family who was a friend of mine for years.
	A senior diplomat.
	Very senior diplomat.
	For multiple administrations.
	A former Green Beret who, you would think, that means he lives in the real world!
	And my friend, who's a conservative, says over dinner, wow, that January 6th narrative is just collapsing.
	And his brother-in-law says, what do you mean?
	It was an insurrection!
	And then he says, well, what about Ray Epps?
	And my friend, the former Green Beret, says, who's Ray Epps?
	That's when you realize the gaslighting is real and you must not bow down to it.
	You must not question your certitude With what the left is doing to our country.
	And when I have doubts myself, it's okay.
	Because they're usually fleeting.
	Why?
	Because of real people who shake me back into reality.
	You know me.
	Five years I've been doing this.
	And my stories from outside the studio, where I love to be, talking to you and with our guests, come from just a handful of places, walking my dogs, From the post office, from the 7-Eleven.
	I'm sorry I live such a sheltered life outside of the show.
	This morning I was leaving the post office and a car pulls in and I see this guy, as I'm getting into my car, really staring at me intently, this gaunt, bald individual.
	As I'm getting into my Mustang, he's parked his car and he starts walking over to me and I'm thinking, okay, what's this gonna be?
	Loony leftist or something else?
	And I'll just say his name and where he comes from with a little bit of an accent.
	So I asked him straight away.
	He said, thank you, Dr. G. It's a real war.
	And they want to destroy everything.
	And he said this sentence to me just a couple of hours ago.
	It's only those who've seen it and almost lost it all who understand.
	And I said, what do you mean?
	He says, I come from the Dominican Republic, and I know socialism, and I'm seeing it right now.
	That's when you realize nothing of what we share with you is an exaggeration, is hyperbole.
	If Jaime from the Dominican Republic, somebody I'd never met before, can tell me we're on the cusp of losing it all, then you realize we are in the fight of our lives.
	And it's up to you.
	It's up to me.
	It's up to everyone who has children and loves America.

	I've got to ask you first, I think you are famous enough now that you're getting recognised and, you know, PNG'd off the campuses of woke universities, but I just have to know, how did you go so often, so many times, into the heart of lunacy, ask those questions, and keep a straight face, Nick?
	Well, I'm a trained actor, you see, Seb, so it's my job, you know, and I've been working in psychology for a very long time.
	So, no, all joking aside, I feel very, very sorry for these people.
	So we're all aware of the inception of WOKE, you know, we're talking about circa 2013.
	14, 15.
	I grew up in the 80s.
	In the 90s, we had this thing called political correctness.
	And the BBC over here in the UK, we had all sorts of programs that would address that.
	And they do it in all sorts of ways.
	We had comedies like Spitting Image.
	We had series like The Thin Blue Lion Star and Rowan Atkinson.
	You couldn't not be involved in some sort of political correctness, much like in the US with the affirmative action movement and all that sort of stuff.
	So we know this has been coming for a very, very long time.
	It's political correctness on steroids.
	So to understand something means that you can control it, or shape it, or change it, or if necessary, destroy it.
	So the reality is that my mindset is I feel very, very sorry for these people.
	This is all happening very, very fast.
	This phenomenon, whether we call it radical gender theory, or the radical trans lobby, or far-left extremism, marxism in our institutions, it's almost like the booby traps got set everywhere.
	For the last 20-30 years and now it's just it's all gone off the nano chip in people's brains or something's happened so it's an absolute field day out there for us on the right I say the right the right side of history to go in with a straight face or in this case me going with a straight face actually really understand these people are really suffering from virtue signaling, liberal narcissistic personality disorder, cognitive dissonance and all sorts of other I genuinely feel really sorry for these people, but in terms of my skill set and my training, I'm there to elicit information from the public, whether they're a student or not, and then tell the world what's really going on.
	Because obviously we then create the awareness, which hopefully people will use to become motivated and inspired to join the fight back against woke, and all the way from woke to far-left extremism as well.

	I'm curious, we have something here every week on America First called the Manhood Hour, where we discuss the assault on, you know, classical concepts of masculinity.
	And one of the questions I always ask our guests, who have ranged from, you know, former SEALs like Jack Carr to Victor Davis Hanson and on and on and on, What they consider to be the main engine of this lunacy, is it social media?
	Is it the teacher training colleges?
	Is it Hollywood?
	If you look at the situation in the UK, and we'll play another insane clip, have you identified in all your work, Nick, where the main thrust is coming from that indoctrinates these kids?
	Wow, what a question.
	So, you know, let's talk about it.
	Cracking the algorithm.
	Again, I'll go back to my point about how is it even remotely possible that the situation that we've got to with this indoctrination has happened.
	It's kind of happened overnight.
	As I said, we've had this in previous decades.
	Virtue signaling, you know, liberal attitudes, etc.
	Love me, please.
	I'm a good guy.
	But come on, I mean, Instagram, social media, we're talking about circa 2008, 2013.
	I remember using it back then, 10, 11 years ago.
	And Instagram Stories wasn't introduced until 2017.
	TikTok is still fairly in its infancy.
	It's fairly new.
	So in terms of cracking the algorithm from a psychological perspective, which is how you have to attack this, I think it's fear.
	I think it's fear.
	I think it's indoctrination.
	And I think it's very difficult to say exactly which demographic is responsible because you've got kids in school who are exposed to this.
	You've got the university students 15, 10, 15 years older.
	in 2024 they're exposed to it. So which is there one cause?
	Maybe not, but I think that it is just it's ESG at corporate level and it is diversity, inclusion,
	equality at Joe public level or level.
	I love that phrase.

	We've tried very, very hard within all the echelons to be funded and the reality is that everyone loves us.
	No one wants to see us stop but We really need to be put in front of people who have either vested interests in the West or democracy or conservative right-wing values.
	That could be from anywhere in the world to help us because we're not really getting anywhere with funding over here.

	Back to our discussion concerning the lunacy across the pond in the UK.
	Here is another sterling example of a whole generation that has been indoctrinated to insanity.
	How many genders are there, would you say?
	Well, if you think about the fact that gender could be considered a social construct, there could essentially be as many genders as you would want it to be.
	Limitless?

	So in terms of how many genders are there, if you're someone who thinks... If I've got this right, as I've learned, if you're someone who thinks it's a social construct, then there's limitless... Limitless to an extent... You couldn't put a number on it, could you?

	So it's limitless to an extent, but obviously you couldn't say that there's a thousand different types of gender.
	I feel like I can't answer that question since I do identify with the common gender.

	No, I think that some of the good that comes out of bad with regards to going back to what you mentioned a second ago about cracking the algorithm with regards to woke madness, some of the good that comes out of bad with social media, which is 100% one of the culprits with regards to the brainwashing indoctrination of our youth.
	is that you've got independent journalism or a global platform for independent journalism.
	So to answer your question, there are loads of good people, radical gender theory, far-left extremism, Marxism, the radical trans lobby and the militias that form with them, and just your bog standard moronic socialist types over here.
	We've got the Socialist Worker Party.
	There are loads of independent journalists.
	I think Turning Point UK leads the charge, frankly, massively so, with regards to exposing all this stuff.
	But directly to your question, in the political sphere, there was a lot of hope with Suella Braverman, our Home Secretary.
	She did the unthinkable in the political realm within the United Kingdom, and she said it as it was.
	There's been other examples where either masculinity or duty or patriotism has really been pushed on topics that you're really not supposed to push against.
	So you can push against and quite hard if you're an MP, for example, or within the government on certain things, and actually you can go quite far with it, but on certain things to do with inclusivity, equality, diversity, et cetera, radical gender theory in schools.
	Controversial topics.
	You really can't do it.
	And every now and then, to win hearts and minds, these people do it.
	So Suella Braverman is a good example of someone who had loads of support.
	Reality is, she pushed back on immigration in a certain way and that was the end of her ministerial role, at least.
	do we have anyone politically in the UK and I've been having this conversation just today
	out in the field again doing activist work fighting the good fight and this week and last week it
	never ends who is going to step up to the plate people need to start realizing in the age of voter
	apathy especially in the UK political indifference it's not my problem and kind of liberal apathy
	that politics sets the laws and at the moment we are all completely hamstrung in the UK with regard
	to the attack on free speech with regard to the attack on speaking common sense and standing up
	for conservative or christian conservative right-wing values or even just centre-right
	stuff to be honest with you we're We need someone at the helm to come forward and say, like Malay and Argentina, like Trump in the US, like Orban in Hungary,
	Family, faith, freedom.
	We need someone because we can do all this stuff on the outside.
	Independent journalism, activism, putting our necks on the line.
	But we need someone to come up from within and stand at the helm and say, this madness ends now.
	It's going to end like this.

	So I contrasted it with what happened in New York, two police officers brutally beaten by a gang of illegals.
	The illegals, one of them was arrested, had priors and they were all released back onto the street the very next day.
	Juxtaposed to the case of the pro-life activists Chet Gallagher, Coleman Boyd, Heather Edoni, Cal Zastrow, Paul Vaughn and Dennis Green, who are now in the state of Tennessee facing 11 years in prison.
	Austin, did they beat up some police officers?
	Did they mug somebody?
	Was a carjacking involved?
	You know, the answer to that is no, none of those things were involved.
	All they did was go inside an abortion clinic and sing hymns.
	Hang on, they didn't bomb a clinic?
	They didn't assault anybody?
	They sang songs?
	You know, and they also said some prayers.
	How is this happening in America and what do we do about it?
	You know, Joe Biden had a big payoff to Planned Parenthood and big abortion, and he paid them off, especially after the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
	They established a task force at the DOJ to go after those wicked pro-lifers who would go inside abortion clinics and sing hymns and pray.
	You know, there are several different kinds of, quote, rescues.
	There are people that stand outside of abortion clinics in, say, the Rosary and try to talk to ladies who are going in for an abortion and convince them otherwise.
	There are Red Rose rescues, which are really direct action, not unlike the civil rights movement.
	They would go in, or anti-war movements, they would go inside the Red Rose rescuers and chain themselves to doors.
	These people are getting plenty of years as well, more than 10 years in the case of Joan
	Andrews Bell and her colleagues.
	But this was like a typical everyday kind of rescue.
	All they did was go in and sing hymns and pray.
	At one point, they stood in front of a door and they were asked to move.
	And you know what they did?
	They moved.
	So even this outrageous FACE Act, which is used to incarcerate people because you're blocking health access, meaning you're standing in front of a facility that kills the unborn, even that couldn't really be used because they stood aside.
	That's right.
	Just even being in there, according to the DOJ, is a violation of the FACE Act.
	There was a DOJ person who testified in the Nashville trial who said that what they were doing was tantamount or similar to preventing somebody from voting.
	So this is as extreme as any administration has ever been.
	You know, the FACE Act, I don't know, was ever regularly prosecuted until Joe Biden, that good and faithful Catholic.
	Of course.
	Right.
	Catholic in quotes.

	And I just want to say one more thing about these people who go into the abortion clinics.
	They know what they're up against and they know precisely what may happen to them.
	But they did it anyway.

	You know, they were willing to face upwards of 10 years in prison.
	And the stories that are coming out of prison are quite remarkable.
	Well, you know, Monica Miller, who I know, I mean, I know most of these people from pro-life circles, she was put in a cell with a woman who was pregnant and wanted an abortion, and got to know the lady, and the lady realized that abortion was wrong, and she had her baby.
	I mean, Joan Andrews Bell, who is a living saint, Christopher Bell's wife, she is treating her time in prison like a monastery.
	And she can't receive visitors face-to-face and so she spends her days praying and converting prison guards and it is remarkable what is happening in these prisons where these good people are being held and who knew they were headed there.
	Well, that is the definition of the heroic life.
	So, please keep these people in your prayers.

	I haven't touched it because, I mean, really, who cares?
	But I guess somebody does because the lunatics on our side are propagating this conspiracy theory about somebody called Tay-Tay?
	Are you a Swifty?
	No, no, no, no, no.
	I'm not a Swifty.
	I'm not 12 years old.
	Taylor Swift, there's this... Okay, why don't you explain it, because it's just so nutso.
	There are people on our side, including Jack Posobiec, who was given a massive slapdown by Tim Pool, that kind of pleasantly surprised me.
	Tim Pool's tweet slapping down Jack has got 743,000 impressions.
	Which is pretty pretty stunning in less than a day.
	So what is this not-so-theory that some quote-unquote influencers are peddling about this teeny bopper?
	Well, there are people out there who think that this is a romance of convenience for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
	Travis Kelce is a tight end, great player for the Kansas City Chiefs.
	And so they think that this is some big plan and that football is scripted and that Kansas City is going to win the Super Bowl and then Travis Kelce, who has taken a lot of money from Pfizer, so much money, in fact, that he's making more money from Pfizer than he does playing football.
	They call him Mr. Pfizer to push the vaccine.
	And Taylor Swift, who has become a pretty strong advocate for Joe Biden, and she ran again or she ran her mouth against Marsha Blackburn in other elections.
	She's inserted herself.
	that this is going to be some kind of victory tour that is going to help push Joe Biden over the finish line because
	there was a poll that was done that says 18%, so basically one-fifth of voters, would be influenced by who Taylor
	Swift endorses.
	Do you buy that for a millisecond?
	Okay, I don't buy that football is, you know, that there's a written outcome.
	Let's start with the 18%.
	Do you think anybody says, I'm going to vote based upon what Taylor Swift says?
	Endorsements, they don't matter for me.
	They tell me who not to vote for.
	If I see a string of people that I question endorsing a person, I'm like, ooh.
	But I've never said, and not anybody on the planet, by the way, that so-and-so said this, so I have to vote for someone else.
	I do think that she has influence, and she has registered a lot of voters.
	So I do think that she has some strength in politics, which is why Joe Biden and Gavin Newsom name-check her, because they know that she has some power.
	But I don't think that even Taylor Swift can save Joe Biden at this point.
	I just don't see it happening because you have to turn out a lot of young girls, many of them who are not even old enough to vote at this point, to go out there and try to sway the outcome of an election.
	So I don't necessarily think that she has all of the power that people are giving her.
	But I do think that the Biden camp and Democrats are pretty hopeless.
	So I think they'd like to hope that she has that power.
	All right, and then this peddling that they're calling it, these influencers are calling it the Psy-Op, the psychological operation.
	And here's Tim Paul's tweet.
	The real Psy-Op is turning MAGA against Taylor Swift.
	Y'all, okay, y'all falling for it.
	I'm looking at you, Jack Posobiec.
	I mean, seriously, why would anybody Want to peddle this idea that a psychological operation is being done through the NFL and some pop star?
	It started with Laura Loomer, I think, five months ago.
	And a lot of people have picked up on it.
	of Vivek Ramaswamy is one of them who lately has been saying that there's scripted outcomes.
	Look, in football, I think there are calls that are made that are more favorable to teams
	where they want to give them a little edge. But is there a written narrative? No, you can't say
	that the Kansas City Chiefs were not beat fair and square by the Ravens this weekend. I watched
	the games. The Ravens played like garbage, had nothing to do with Taylor Swift. The Ravens didn't
	show up. And that was that was kind of the problem. So now there is another I can give you
	the pop star side of the Swifty conspiracy. OK, the Swifties themselves have an online community
	where they think that Taylor Swift is actually gay and that she gets into these relationships
	with men, but that she hasn't fully embraced coming out of the closet yet. And there is a
	whole contingency of people who say that she's actually in this relationship with Travis Kelsey
	because she doesn't want to come out of the closet.
	Well, she does.
	She has built her whole career on songs about nasty men and being their exes.
	So do you believe in that theory, Jen?

	Well, the DMV just happens to make a mistake over 50,000 times that we know about, and I'm not making up that number, accidentally registering illegal immigrants to vote in our state of California with our motor voter program.
	So if you don't think that there is a plot, a concerted effort carried out by the most blue state in the country to try to puff up congressional districts when the middle class is being driven from my state, you better believe it's happening.
	We see it every single day in my neighborhood, in this state, and she's blind to it.
	And to try to deny it and say there's no plot, then what is it?
	How then what is at the end of this?
	How does she explain this?
	Because it's a self-created problem that Biden, with 95 strokes of his pen in his first 100 days in office, he signed 95 executive actions to overturn what Trump had done to actually secure our border.
	And here's a little newsflash.
	Without the help of Congress, using the laws already on the books, Trump was able to do that, and he had the power to do it, and he did it, and we were safer, and we were more secure for it, and Biden can do the same thing if he takes out that pen and his eraser and starts erasing his signature on those executive actions.
	Yeah.
	We played the cut from that congresswoman from Brooklyn who actually said, that black congresswoman, the diaspora, quote, is capable of absorbing the unregistered illegals so that we can redistrict.
	If a Democrat politician is telling you.
	But in the last minute we have with you, how significant is it that they've had to change the packaging for the whole border issue and go from it's great to it's a crisis.
	Is that going to be the number one issue in November?
	Already it is.
	I mean, if you've looked at Iowa and New Hampshire, it's a top issue for voters.
	People are finally waking up to what's going on.
	And the Biden administration, the only reason they're even talking about it now is because they know they're in trouble and that the gaslighting is not working.
	And I think it is worth pointing out that Joe Biden is actually happier to go after the state of Texas and Governor Greg Abbott than he is to go after Iran.
	and these terrorist groups that have attacked our soldiers and killed our
	service members. It's easier for him to sanction Texas than it is for him to
	sanction Iran. So does he really want to fix the problem?
	Very doubtful. He just wants to win an election. That's such a good point and you
	remind me of something. This is the latest news.
	The families of Sergeant William Jerome Rivers, Specialist Kennedy Sanders and Specialist Breonna Moffat, none of those families have received a call from the current incumbent in the White House after they were murdered by an Iranian drone in Jordan.

	I mean, John Bolton, speaking of fools, he's a fool, right?
	And he grew his in, and he wanted to start a war.
	He'd probably want to come in here and start a war just because he said something not so nice about him.
	And, again, the proof is in the pudding.
	I just did an interview before this with a podcast by a Purdue student, a college student, and he asked me, you know, why should college students vote for Trump?
	I said, if you want to have a country, That is independent, that is strong, that is powerful, you vote for Donald Trump.
	And if you look at the way China treated the US, and how desperate they got to releasing the China virus, because the president was in office and was going to win again, and how desperate they were to try and prevent that.
	Look at the fact that Putin has done an invasion under Bush 1, Bush 2, Obama.
	and Biden, Bush to Obama and Biden, not under President Trump.
	If you look at all of these factors, and of course you look at what's happened in the
	Middle East, as you said, the Abraham Accords, and now this terrible disaster where nobody
	respects Biden, he's got nothing to say.
	The contrast couldn't be more clear.
	So John Bolton, as usual throughout his career, is wrong.
	But it's not just wrong.
	It's just a complete vacuum of any honor.
	Right.
	But he's demonstrating that.
	Does he not realize that?
	He's a bad guy who nobody should hire for anything ever, yes.
	Yeah, well, you know, the fact that the only place anybody will give you any airtime is CNN or the likes of MSNBC, that is a mark on your character forever, John Bolton.
	Plus, he looks like he's aged a million years.

	you Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.
	They call us...
	You don't feel like a victim.
	I was not thrown on the ground and ravished.
	The word rape carries so many sexual connotations.
	This was not sexual.
	It hurt.
	I think most people think of rape as a violent assault.
	I think most people think of rape as being sexy.
	Let's take a short break.
	Think of the fantasies.
	We've got to take a quick break.

	You're fascinating to talk to.
	That woman needs psychiatric assistance.
	Anybody who just says Well, I don't know which is worse, saying rape is sexy or whether Anderson Cooper is really interesting.
	Both of those can get you committed to an asylum.
	We're going to seriously examine what the E. Jean Carroll case means, how it fits into the broader scheme of political use of the judiciary in the United States with Two fan favorites, dear friends over the show, people who fight for the truth every single day.
	Welcome back to America First One-on-One, Victoria Tonsing and Joe DiGenoa.
	Hey, great to be here.
	Good seeing you.
	All right, so let's start with this bizarre Orwellian Kafka-esque, kind of Python-esque, kind of Monty Python as well, wrapped in.
	So I'm not the legal expert.
	You are the legal mavens.
	But let me just, from a layman's perspective, Summarize what I think this case is about, and then you tell me what I'm missing, and then what's really important about it.
	So, number one, the statute of limitations on sexual assault had long expired on this accusation from the 1990s.
	As such, there was a ex post facto re-activation of that charge under a temporary bill in the state senate that was really focused on eugene carroll being able to bring this case which had already expired through the statute of limitations their rape was never proven but in this recent case because president trump said you lied i never raped you eugene carroll asserted because of that statement by president trump
	She lost her column in a magazine at the age of 76.
	Well, she actually got it back four years later.
	And the damage to her reputation from losing a column for four years, despite the fact that rape was not proven, is valued at her receiving $83.3 million in compensation.
	I can't believe I just said that sentence.
	What have I missed out there?
	Actually, you haven't missed anything.
	That is a brilliant summary of the ludicrousness of this entire series of legal and non-legal events.
	The passage of this extension of the statute of limitations was, to us, clearly unconstitutional.
	Can you imagine reviving claims where evidence is lost, people's memories have faded, she couldn't even remember the specific date, the time, or anything else.
	She got what she was wearing wrong, that was completely wrong from her original statements.
	So the bottom line is this.
	This was a completely unfair process from beginning to end.
	The second trial with defamation is ludicrous, that you can't deny allegations, which is exactly what President Trump was sued for.
	This is injustice to a fare-thee-well, and if the Second Circuit of New York is worth its salt, it will overturn both of these cases.
	And, Victoria, let me just—before you jump in.
	It didn't.
	Anybody can say, you raped me, and if I deny it, I can get sued.
	It's bad public policy.
	Oh, by the way, Sab, do you remember Tara Reade?
	Oh, yes.
	Her accusations against Joe Biden were identical.
	He slammed her up against the wall and used his finger to sexually assault her under her skirt.
	What happened?
	Tara Reid had to leave the country because of threats and nothing happened to Joe Biden.
	So talk to me about the way this trial was run by the judge, who turns out, this is as of the last 72 hours, the attorney for E. Jean Carroll, was a mentee of the judge.
	They had a prior relationship and the judge, according to Alina Haber, President Trump's attorney, demanded to see Alina Hubbers questions to her client and to be told in advance what President Trump would say in court and the judge then proceeded to edit and alter what her questions were allowed to be and what the answers were permissible in the court.
	Is that standard procedure?
	Under what aegis or authority does that occur?
	No, this was outrageous conduct by this federal judge, Judge Lewis Kaplan, who clearly had an animus toward Donald Trump and his attorneys.
	Not only was he a mentor to E. Jean Carroll's lead attorney, who was also named Kaplan, the woman named Kaplan, but his former law clerk was the second lawyer on the case for E. Jean Carroll.
	Nothing about her being a mentor, that his being a mentor to this lawyer was made known to the defense.
	Now, in and of itself, that's probably not grounds to reverse the case.
	But in conjunction with everything else that the judge did during the case, deny the president total due process, by the way, in both cases, the original case and the defamation case, total due process denial for the president, which I think
	should lead the court of appeals to reverse both of these verdicts.

	I just think it's unconstitutional to accuse a person of misconduct and not be able to
	tell you the date of when it occurred, because there's no way then that you have due process,
	right to a process that's fair to defend yourself.
	How can you say that?
	He might have been in Mar-a-Lago.
	He might have been in Europe.
	But if you don't know the date, hey, you just had misconduct 30 years ago, for God's sake.
	That should lead to dismissal of the case on the grounds that the defendant has not been given fair notice of what the allegations are.
	The allegations involve time, place, incident, and acts.
	Without those items, the person cannot mount a legitimate defense.
	And by the way, that's why we have statutes of limitation, so that you don't bring a case 30 years later when all of these things may be forgotten or lost or destroyed.
	Does any of the following matter, or are these just political observations?
	Number one, that the person who initiated the idea of the case was George Conway, a renowned Trump hater, who encouraged E. Jean Carroll to bring the case 30 years later.
	That the case, the attorneys for Eugene Carroll were funded by Reid Hoffman, a known anti-Trump billionaire, who is also funding a part of Nikki Haley's campaign.
	And then, of course, the evidence of the dress she said she was wearing at the time, which Donna Karan, I think, the designer said, hadn't even been manufactured in the decade she asserted the rape had occurred.
	Do any of these things matter?
	Taken together, as Joe was saying about the relationship between the judge and his mentee.
	These are bricks.
	Not one of those things would be enough to overturn the case, although I go back to my constitutionality of no notice of the date as being enough.
	Yes.
	Right.
	the case out. But those kinds of things build with each other. And when you get a whole
	bunch of them, they do build.
	But they should have been admitted in evidence, and they weren't. They weren't admitted in
	evidence. The judge kept that all out. That in and of itself, the cumulative effect of
	those denials of the admissibility of evidence is grounds for reversal, without any doubt,
	if the court of appeals is fair.
	Let's put on the screen other things that were not permitted to be produced as evidence
	by President Trump and his legal team.
	These are tweets from E. Jean Carroll over the years that President Trump has posted on Truth Social.
	Let me just read two of them.
	Sex tip I learnt from my dog.
	When in heat, chase the male until he collapses with exhaustion, then jump him.
	This other one which is highly relevant.
	How do you know your quote unwanted sexual advance is unwanted until you advance it?

	Joe, Victoria, we could spend an hour on each of the cases and sets of indictments President Trump is facing, but I'm so curious about the one that was initiated with the shocking FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, the so-called classified documents case where he was accused of maintaining documents he shouldn't have and maybe giving them to our enemies.
	That case, or the story in the mainstream media, seems to have died a death.
	Has it collapsed under the weight of its own absurdity?
	Well, what's happened is the judge in the case, Judge Cannon, has handled it like you would any ordinary criminal case.
	She's giving the defendant time to prepare his defense, and she's allowing motions to be filed, and because it involves classified information, I have two things to say about that case, Seb.
	the procedures that are required to deal with that, much to the dismay of special counsel Jack Smith,
	who wanted to ram through the case in violation of all standing trial rules. She hasn't accepted that,
	and that has benefited the president. That case will not go to trial before the election.
	JUDY WOODRUFF I have two things to say about that case, Heb. Number one, it's under the Presidential Records Act.
	That whole issue should have been negotiated and handled civilly. It never should have been
	done that way.
	Which is what has happened in the past, from Nixon, through Clinton, through Obama, that, you know, the ex-president's legal team negotiates with the Feds, with the National Archive, and they come to an administrative arrangement.
	Yes, and then the second thing I have to say, the problem with the litigation, because I've done these kinds of cases, I had All the classified terrorism cases under me when I was at the Justice Department.
	You've got a jury.
	How do you show the jury the classified information unless you get everybody on the jury to get top secret clearance?
	But Jack Smith's going to have to show those jurors In order for them to say, yes, this was classified information, and it should have been classified, and if people learned about it, it would hurt national security.
	How do you do that?
	I don't know how you do that.
	There's a graymail statute where certain things are left out.
	You can't do this when the exact issue in the case is whether the document is classified, not whether a defendant needs classified information to help his or her case.
	So you, both of you, have confidence that at least this case will be handled properly by the judge?
	Yes, and I think it has been thus far.
	I think the reason you don't hear a lot about it now is because Jack Smith realizes it's a dead letter before the election.
	And do you think it's a coincidence that this was a Republican-appointed judge?
	The only one.
	Well, let's look at a case which is being handled rather differently, and that's Georgia Fannie Willis and her ambulance-chasing paramour.
	I'm curious, why would somebody who has no background in federal prosecutions, who literally was an accident attorney, who is having an affair with Fannie Willis, suddenly becomes her chief prosecutor against President Trump, and then he Is having multiple visits with the Biden White House.
	Should that should that raise any alarm bells for a county prosecutor?
	Well, obviously it is extremely strange actions.
	I heard a Democratic campaign official the other day say, what's all the hubbub about?
	I'm sure that Nathan Wade went there to discuss the executive privilege that might come into play in the Georgia case.
	That's utter nonsense.
	That's pure speculation.
	He has no idea why he was there.
	The answer, he was there to consult with people in the White House about how they could proceed to make life miserable for Donald Trump.
	And there ought to be a hearing.
	I hope the Georgia Senate gets enough cojones to really get into this.
	issue because they didn't have it after the 2020 election because the governor kowtowed them into
	being very weak people. But now maybe they have some cojones and they'll really dig into this
	matter. It is important what Nathan Wade said with the White House. But what should be the
	gist of that hearing? Because I understand he wasn't even approved through the local,
	I think there's some kind of council or committee that has to vote on new prosecutors.
	So is it a procedural function or more serious when it comes to Nathan Wade and Fannie Willis?
	It should be serious.
	It should be substantive.
	And it's also, let's just talk about the money, taxpayers' money.
	Yes.
	Fannie likes to say, well, he had the same hourly rate as everybody else.
	Well, when you charge 20 hours a day billing, that can add up to real money.
	And that's what he was doing.
	But he didn't.
	He had $250 an hour, and the other lawyers on the case are at $200.
	So she lied when she said that at the church a couple of Sundays ago.
	The other thing is, there's a way you hire people like this, and she didn't do it correctly.
	This goes to the question of whether and how he was properly hired, whether or not he had the authority to do what he did, whether or not anything that's happened up until now has to be thrown out, whether or not she has to be recused from the case because of a conflict of interest.
	This thing is just replete with all sorts of issues.
	That's why the Senate has to look into all of this, not only what she did, but what he did.
	In other words, In looking at her, you have to look at Nathan Wade, because they are literally a couple, but they're also joined at the hip when it comes to the facts leading up to the prosecution and anything after the prosecution.
	And think about this issue.
	Annie went to a black church.
	And said this was all about racism.
	So already she has tainted the jury pool in Atlanta.
	Absolutely.
	And that's been the basis for a motion to dismiss by the Trump people.
	And it's a very good motion to dismiss.
	Her conduct has been reprehensible.
	She has violated all the standards of the ABA on prosecutorial conduct.
	It's been an amazing performance by a really, really, really bad prosecutor.
	And can we mention the fact that she may conduct criminal that's never been criminal before?
	Right.
	Just to mention that.
	Just the essence of the case is ludicrous and should be dismissed on the grounds that she has not charged a crime cognizable under the law.
	Ultimate electors are all legal under our whole history.
	Nobody indicted John Kennedy when he used them in 1916 in Hawaii.
	They're mentioned in the statute.
	Alternate electors are mentioned in the statute.
	And leading Democrats before the 2020 election did a whole video encouraging Republicans not to recognize the first slate of electors.
	So if it's a crime for President Trump and his attorneys, then it must be a crime for them as well.

	So here's an interesting question for you, Joe and Victoria.
	We had another legal professional who will go unnamed, who was on my show two days ago.
	A good guy who said, you shouldn't impeach Biden because you should leave it up to the electorate because it's an election year.
	I'm not sure that that...
	Attitude holds after what was done to President Trump, and especially in terms of it placating or trying to please the Marquis of Queensbury rules that the other side flagrantly ignore.
	So let's talk instead about Alejandro Mayorkas.
	The decision has been taken by at least the Republicans to impeach him.
	Is this the right thing to do?
	Is it too little too late?
	Let's start with you, Joe.
	It's the right thing to do and it's too late.
	It should have been done last year.
	It's been fairly obvious from the very beginning that this was a purposeful policy instituted by President Biden on Inauguration Day with executive orders that reversed all of the policies which kept our borders secure.
	Mayorkas is in clear violation of his oath of office to faithfully execute the immigration
	laws of this country.
	There isn't any doubt that he has willfully failed to execute it.
	He's done it purposely.
	He's been instructed to do so by the president.
	It makes the conduct of the president impeachable as well.
	But there isn't enough time to impeach the president.
	So Mayorkas should be impeached.
	He'll never be convicted in the Senate.
	But the question is, what would Nancy do?
	And the answer is, she would impeach Mayorkas.
	So should the Republicans.
	Not enough time to impeach Biden, Victoria.
	Bye.

	Well, if they could get their act together, of course there's enough time.
	Well, technically there's enough time.
	Nancy Pelosi, as Joe says, is in my line, by the way, what would Nancy do?

	She impeached Trump within, you know, days after January 6th.
	Yes, yes, there is time.
	The Democrats have changed the standards for impeachment, and now they're complaining about it.
	You watch these clowns on the Democratic side, whether it's Jamie Raskin or this guy, Goldman, from New York, this incredible congressman who lies constantly, like all of them, and they just seem to have forgotten the rules that they changed when Trump was president.
	And with regards to Mayorkas, Victoria, how should it be done?
	If the vote is successful, how should they proceed?
	Well, they should vote for impeachment and just send it to the Senate.
	You know it's not going to go anywhere.
	But as the Democrats say, Sabin, we know well, the process is the punishment.
	And he'll be impeached forever, just like they said about Trump.

	And imagine a point where a judge tells the lawyer before your client, the former President of the United States, the leading candidate and obvious nominee for the Republican Party, before he takes the stand to defend himself, Ms.
	Haba, Tell me the questions you're going to ask in open court and tell me exactly what he's going to respond.
	And then edited my questions.
	Edited the response he was allowed to give.
	And guess what my client did?
	He took the stand.
	He abided by the rules of this corrupt system that I have seen.
	We will immediately appeal.
	She impresses every time she stands in front of a microphone.
	That's one of President Trump's brave attorneys, Alina Haber, after the decision that for not raping somebody, really, that is the gist of it, the crux of it, for not raping a woman, President Trump must pay $83.3 million to that woman.
	Joe DiGenova, Victoria Tunsing, let me ask you a kind of meta question or context question.
	I see two serious problems with law in America today.
	Well, there are many, but two very serious ones.
	Judges who are absolutely patently political, who detest the people standing in the dock in front of them for political purposes and behave.
	If you read the transcripts, especially of the January 6th cases, you can tell that the judges just ooze utter contempt for the person standing in front of them before anything is decided by a jury.
	And then secondly, and this goes to who you are and how you fight, I just see a dearth of people like you, Alina Haber, the others who are
	prepared to fight in court for people who purely by their political identity are anathema to the
	quote-unquote elite and the godlike individuals like Jack Smith.
	Can these two things be solved and how?
	The dearth of courageous attorneys and the incredibly, apparently, politicized judicial bench.
	Well, I think we're in deep trouble when it comes to the federal bench.
	I have been very, very disappointed, to say the least, in the conduct of many of the federal judges on the D.C.
	federal court, making political comments outside the court, commenting about the cases before them and about the people that they've sentenced.
	making comments in general about the January 6th defendants and what happened on the Hill that day.
	These comments out of court by judges and even in court by judges are absolutely improper.
	There's been a diminution in the dignity of federal courts all over the country.
	And I think what it's going to take is, it's going to take a couple of terms by Republican
	presidents to instill through the Justice Department a new sense of concern for the
	professionalism of the federal Justice Department and also for the judges in America's federal courts.
	It's going to take a lot of work, though.
	It's not going to be easy.
	The problem, Seb, is it's the stool, the three legs of the stool.
	You've got the Justice Department, you've got the judiciary, and you have the media.
	And it's just really hard to fight.
	Look what happened to Peter Navarro.
	He was in negotiations, in negotiations with the Justice Department as to what executive privilege was and answering his questions.
	And he was arrested and thrown into jail for a misdemeanor.
	And the press says nothing.
	It's not a problem.
	And the courts say nothing.
	It's not a problem.
	So, there is a prime example.
	MICHAEL ISIKOFF, Former FBI Director, The Washington Post.
	It's a very, very difficult task ahead for whoever the next Republican president is,
	but it has to be one of the most important things they do, who is the attorney general,
	who the new FBI director is, to instill and reinstate confidence of the American people
	in the federal judicial and prosecution system. It's at its lowest ebb.
	And for all these judges, by the way, who have been making speeches and saying things
	during sentencing about what they think about January 6th, nobody cares what these federal
	judges think about January 6th.
	It's none of their business to give speeches about the policy of American political discourse.
	People have the freedom of speech to assemble and to disagree with just about anything they want to, as long as they do so lawfully.
	And to hear federal judges talk they do about the way these cases is very disturbing.
	The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia said that it was all right to sentence a person if he or she only was walking through the Capitol on January 6 and did nothing.
	They could spend time in jail.
	How frightening is that?
	And that's why the Supreme Court case, which the Supreme Court is hearing about the misuse of this statute by Jack Smith, is very important.
	And by the way, some of these federal judges have realized that the Supreme Court is going to overturn the use of that statute and have started releasing some of these defendants from January 6th early from their sentences.
	That is an amazing change of events.
	Just to follow up on that, this is a statute written after Enron to criminalize, obstructing,
	destructing documents.
	Right.
	It's a document destruction statute.
	Has nothing to do with what happened.
	But what about, it's one thing to try and fix the DOJ, which very soon after I came
	into the Trump administration, I realized was the most corrupt department in federal
	government.
	But the judges, these judges are judges for life and many of the names provided to us
	by the people we trusted at the Federalist Society by Leonard Leo and others who are
	meant to be, you know, staunch constitutionalists and originalists turned out to be cowards,
	weren't prepared to hear cases about 2020 or turned out not to be conservatives.
	So, is there any remedy for judges who just aren't impartial officers of the court?
	Yes, you make their life miserable by public discourse about them.
	Very few people talk about judges and about their conduct.
	One of the things that people have to do is they have to talk about these judges.
	These have to become household names.
	Look what they've tried to do to Clarence Thomas.
	It shows that you can do it and that people accept it.
	At least they accept it when it involves Clarence Thomas, who's been the victim of some of the most outrageous false accusations.
	I suggest to people that if they're not happy with the way federal judges behave, there are things they can do.
	They can file complaints against them with the federal judicial circuits.
	They can write articles about them, which people do all the time.
	They can do investigations about them, which the left-wing media does all the time.
	It's very important not to forget that people have the right of criticism of federal judges, and they have the right of free speech, which includes that criticism.
	Conservatives never do that, you see.
	Well, they've got to start.
	I like that.
	They've got to start.
	We've got to talk about these people.
	We've got to shame them.

	They seized her devices for one reason.
	They wanted to know what she and Rudy knew about the conduct of the Biden family in Ukraine.
	That's what this was about.
	It had nothing to do with investigating a crime.
	And they sculpted away at the end, after they couldn't find anything that was worthy of
	any interest whatsoever, they said, well, nothing here, there won't be any charges.
	At this time, there won't be any charges.
	This is what they always do.
	But these are the thugs in the Southern District of New York.
	And one of the things that has to be done by the next Republican president and the next Republican attorney general is clean house in the Southern District of New York.
	Yeah, that is the best word for them.
	They are purely thugs.
	They fought the good fight, and they won, but at great cost to them financially, upwards of half a million dollars.
