	That was Hunter Biden today on the steps of Congress in breach of his congressional subpoena.
	He came to D.C., but he refused to testify behind closed doors.
	He looked worried.
	He didn't look healthy.
	And he tried to blame it all on his addiction.

	Have 21 shell companies?
	Why did you get an $83,000 a month no-show job for the most corrupt energy company in Ukraine?
	A company called Burisma that was investigated by the chief prosecutor of Ukraine until your father, the then vice president, told the government, as he has admitted on camera, fire that chief prosecutor or I'm not going to release the $1 billion worth of trade credit from the United States.
	And why do we have multiple photographs of your father with you and your quote-unquote business associates from delightful countries such as Kazakhstan, former Soviet Republic?
	Why did you get A million dollars.
	No, how much was it?
	Jeff, do you remember how much it was that Biden got from the widow of the corrupt mayor of Moscow?
	Was it a million or three million?
	It was three million.
	That's what Trump said at the debate.
	I can't keep track of it.

	Why did you not want the Secret Service to know who you were meeting with?
	And then, when you come back from China, wow, you get a 1.4 billion dollar deal from the National Bank of Communist China, with no background in finance, no background in Asia, a deal which, talk to anybody on Wall Street, nobody could get.
	Not Goldman, None of them.
	Not Bank of America.
	None of them.
	But you, a crack addict who films himself having sex with Russian prostitutes, you're the guy who gets the deal?
	But it's okay because it's not just the mainstream legacy lying media that's on your side.
	It's also the fake conservatives.

	If they have the stuff, I mean, the Republicans at this point don't have, they've got a lot of ledgers and spreadsheets, but they have not connected the dots.
	They've connected the dots, the Department of Justice did on Hunter, but they have not shown where Joe Biden, uh, you know, did anything illegally.
	Eric, Fox News saying there's no evidence.
	Your reaction?
	I mean, I guess it's a natural progression from just a few years ago.
	They insisted there was no evidence of voter fraud in 2020.
	So now they're running cover for Biden once again, unfortunately.
	Absolutely shocking.
	And what's really surprising, you know I've given him a hard time over the years because he's not actually God's gift to communication.
	The chairman of the committee looking into all of this is Republican James Comer, who just said why he doesn't go on Fox & Friends anymore.

	Well, he's had that position from the very beginning.
	I've quit going on Fox & Friends because of Doocy.
	He's the one guy on Fox that's been very critical of the investigation.
	I have my theory why.

	But at the end of the day, he's entitled to his opinion.
	But I don't think the average viewer of Fox News agrees with Doocy one bit.
	I mean, the American people, even 40% of the Democrats, That was on my buddy Eric Bolling's show on Newsmax.

	Have you ever heard a congressman, let alone a chairman of a committee, say about a TV host that, that's why I don't go on his show anymore?

	Yes, and also, isn't it interesting how he says it in the middle of that, I have my theory, but I won't talk about it.

	All right, so the first film we discussed last time, Capital Punishment, was superb because you actually documented the political persecution of patriots in America.
	Just shocking footage of what happened to these American patriots.
	So why do you need another installment?
	Tell us what's in Capital Punishment 2 Insurrection.
	Well, because the oppression has continued.
	It hasn't slowed down.
	They're continuing to arrest people.
	Two weeks ago, they arrested a friend of mine here, Siaka Masakwa, an actor that I know, have known for a long time.
	They raided his house over two and a half years ago, and he never heard from them again.
	So he thought it was over.
	And they suddenly arrested him.
	Two weeks ago, when he was getting off an airplane, they arrested him like he was a drug dealer.
	And so Capital Punishment 2 is just continuing the story of basically who these people are that they are treating like terrorists.
	And you'll see in our movie, these are the most decent people you can think of.
	These are veterans.
	These are Christians.
	These are people who have never been arrested for anything before in their lives, and they're putting them in jail for trespassing or disorderly conduct or something.
	It's just ridiculous.
	So, as a result, you've got to have a conclusion, Nick, because you've spoken to so many of these people, documented their plight, spoken to their family members.
	What is the real intention of the state, of the guys with the badges and the guns and the prosecutors and the judges?
	If these are sort-of-the-earth Americans, veterans, what is their real objective?
	Well, as General Flynn, General Michael Flynn says in our film, this is meant to intimidate.
	This is meant to spread fear and make people think I should never ever oppose the government or this is going to happen to me.
	And so that that's really what they're doing.
	They are demonizing Christians.
	They're demonizing Catholics.
	They're demonizing people who carry the Constitution around in their pocket.
	They're demonizing American patriots and saying these people are domestic terrorists.
	When they're, it's just a lie.
	And that's why the movie's called The War on Truth.
	They have conducted a war on truth for three years now.
	And everything about January 6th is a lie.
	Now you document the side of the persecuted, but as somebody who spent so much time, now
	a second movie, and with the recent revelations, the release of a lot of the footage by the
	new speaker, the body cam footage of an undercover cop saying, we dress as Antifa.
	What are you seeing in terms of what you are uncovering?
	On the other side of January 6th, because you must be, you know, along with Julie Kelly and a handful of other people, the best situated to tell us what really happened that day.
	What conclusions have you drawn in making the second movie?
	Well, it reveals the setup.
	I mean, the setup is being revealed more and more every day.
	And in a movie, it's hard to keep up with the news cycle, with all the new footage coming out.
	But in our movie, we talked to Tarek Johnson, Who was a Capitol policeman on that day, who tells in the movie how his calls to Yogananda Pitman to evacuate the House and Senate were ignored.
	And he did it anyway.
	He did it without orders and then was suspended.
	And if he had not evacuated the House and Senate, it would have been a bloodbath.
	They were letting people into the Capitol because they wanted something worse to happen than January 6th.
	They really wanted a bloodbath.
	You mean a bloodbath of the Trump supporters?
	Right.
	Right.
	Exactly.
	That's the important thing.

	They wanted to justify shooting.
	The Trump supporters.
	Right.
	So Ashley Babbitt wouldn't have been the only person killed that day.
	It would have been many, many more.

	We can't predict the future and what the Supreme Court's going to do, but Nick says that's a big deal, isn't it?

	I mean, that felony charge is what has driven so many, not only the people that went to trial, but the plea deals.
	The threat of that felony charge is what has forced a lot of these people to take a plea deal, which is another thing that we talk about in the movie, is that I have a better understanding of plea deals now than I did before, because when you take a plea deal, you have to say what the government tells you to say, whether it's true or not.
	Right.
	Right, this is one of the... Lord Conrad Black, who knows a thing or two about overzealous, bent prosecutors, has said it's one of the biggest issues with the judicial system in America.
	That we have a 95% conviction rate because of the plea deal system, and also how people are forced to To testify against other individuals, lest they receive a sharper sentence.

	And I went to a butcher shop before Christmas last year in Tennessee.

	Nice young lady helps me with the roast.
	She texted me that night.

	And I thought, of course, there's something wrong with the meat or something, the order.
	And so I call her back and she said, I didn't know who you were.
	Your name sounded familiar.
	But when I talked to my husband, he said, you're the director of Capital Punishment.
	I said, yeah, that's, that's right.
	I am.
	Well, could I speak to your husband?
	And she said, no, he's, he's in the Gulag.
	He's been there for over 500 days right now.
	And at that moment I thought, okay, I'm getting the message here, God.

	And Colton McAbee is in jail.
	He was just convicted.
	of all charges by a jury in about 45 minutes, like most of them are.
	But what Colt McAbee was doing that day was trying to save Roseanne Boylan's life.
	He was giving her mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and he was yelling at the cops to stop beating her to death.
	And what we've learned in this movie is that the Capitol Police, Metro Police in some cases, the police that day were intentionally targeting women.
	Because they knew that would infuriate the crowd.
	They knew that the crowd was full of these sheepdog types, these military veterans, these Christian men.
	They went after the vulnerable to make sure that they could arrest those brave sheepdogs who stood up to protect women.

	with the California Highway Patrol and what they have is a
	chip that they have this CHP chips for kids toy program
	where they ask people to donate gift cards, unwrapped sports
	equipment, unwrapped toys, games and such and they donate
	to kids in need in the communities in which they
	serve. So what's really nice because I don't know about you,
	but when you donate to charities, you never know where
	the money's going, right? You have to really do your research
	and make sure that there it's not a top-heavy organization.
	This you donate toy, the CHP takes them in, they go through
	groups that need it or individuals and they even pack
	their cruisers with a lot of toys so that if they meet
	somebody who is maybe not having their best day, they're
	able to kind of help the kids along if they're watching a bad
	situation by giving them a toy and helping out in that way and
	I love it because I think law enforcement especially and I
	know you agree with me has gotten to such a bad rap
	especially in big cities like Los Angeles where everybody
	looks at the cops as the problem and so this is a really
	great way to create positive interactions really early on.
	And so I love doing that.
	We have another toy drive tomorrow.
	That'll be our third and final toy drive of the season.
	But we even managed to get Santa to come out yesterday.
	And I asked him, I said, Santa, you know, tell me what you're thinking about this upcoming presidential election.
	I said, does Santa not get involved with this?

	What's the latest with regards to homelessness?
	The state with more than 50% of all homeless people in the nation.
	Are you getting close to solving it, my dear?
	Yeah, not getting close to solving it at all.
	And in fact, there's actually been a lot of attention paid to how bad the problem's getting.
	I mean, it is going up.
	Violent crime on our metro system in Los Angeles went up 72% from January to May of this year from last year.
	And a lot of that crime on the metro is not just coming because we fostered this This whole system of lawlessness, but because homeless people are living on the metro, there are 5,500 known residents living of the unhoused, as they like to call them now, because I guess it's more polite, living on the metro trains.
	I mean, there was a guy who died on the train and somebody didn't find him for six hours until they were able to figure out that this guy was no longer breathing.
	I mean, the problem is so So severe.
	And the authorities just allow them to live on the trains and in the metro?
	Yes, because the L.A.
	Sheriff's Department used to have the contract to patrol the metro, and now the L.A.
	County Board of Supervisors had this huge vendetta against the former L.A.
	County Sheriff, who you know, Alex Villanueva.
	He's a Democrat, but he's a good sheriff.
	He's a law and order sheriff, and he had this big back and forth, and so the sheriff's deputies were pushed off the trains, and now they have security ambassadors.
	Hang on, hang on, hang on.
	I know ambassadors.
	I know who they are.
	I know what security guards are.
	What is a security ambassador?
	People that wear dorky neon vests and play on their cell phone as they ride around on the train all day.
	I mean, it's laughable.
	Are they packing heat like Santa?

	They're not allowed to.
	They don't want to intervene because these are not trained law enforcement professionals, so they watch crimes go down and maybe they might call the police if they see something bad enough happen, but there still are too few of even those.

	That's exactly what's happening.
	And people in the meantime, I mean, there was a story we talked about in the morning answer this morning where a guy in South Los Angeles at four o'clock in the afternoon yesterday was stabbed to death.
	He was stabbed multiple times by someone on the train.
	He gets off the train and all the way back to his house before he calls for help.
	I mean, where are people like, where is the humanity?
	I mean, God forbid.
	I know if you see something like that, if I see something like that, I'm going to stand up and I'm going to call somebody for help at least.
	and that i had to stagger out of the subway go home to call for help in any
	later died and so you've got the mayor karen back to it that made
	commitment after commitment saying that she
	feels perfectly safe on the metro and that these are just right wing talking point
	put out by the conservative media which you know it's a vast in los angeles and
	it's basically me grant in shield everyone well you've got a prager come
	get a little heat national
	there's not a huge blue
	a conservative media folks that are hanging out in los angeles and
	she said that it all construct of fake news and she must have been taking her at talking points from
	the supervisor in san francisco d

	But this individual, he's got the answer.
	The homelessness problem is a function of capitalism, Jen.

	It couldn't be the fact that we don't allow law enforcement to enforce our no camping laws.
	It couldn't be the fact that we allow people to use drugs openly on the street with no consequence.

	It must be capitalism.

	It's always something.
	And this supervisor in San Francisco is another disaster.
	And the more excuses they make for this, the bigger the problem's going to get.

	This is not just a political issue.
	This is a human issue.
	I mean, people should not be living and dying in their own filth on the streets.
	And then you have our governor, Gavin Newsom, talking about how we're the fifth biggest economy.
	We are and part of it I mean his leadership has led us into this problem that was once just a big city problem and is now infecting and taking hold of the entire state of California.
	I just you know I just I feel weird that every time I hear the latest statistics for Washington DC for here the latest figures 900 carjackings this year, Jen.
	Unbelievable.

	We've had a murder rate that we haven't seen here since the 1990s.
	This is the nation's capital, which, you know, so what?
	It's the nation's capital, but it's only a city of 600,000 people, and we've had almost a thousand carjackings, and it's not even the end of the year.

	And he's got this thick East European accent.
	And I'm thinking, hmm, Russian, maybe Ukrainian, Belorussia.

	I am from Virginia.
	And I say, yeah, dude, you may live in Virginia, but you're not from Virginia.
	And he refuses to tell me.
	And I'm thinking, is he ashamed of being a Russian?
	Is he sensitive because of Ukraine and everything else?
	I said, look, dude, I'm from Hungary.
	My parents escaped Hungary.
	It's cool with me.
	We love immigrants.
	Refuses to tell me.
	Fixes the dryer outlet.
	And then as he's leaving, as Katie's paid him with her checkbook, they start talking about where he's from.
	And I'm pissed.
	And I say, what do you mean?
	You're going to tell my wife where you're from, but you won't tell me?
	What, are you scared of me?
	I'm not going to use his name, and I'm not going to use the country.
	I'll just say it is one of the Baltic states.
	Okay, we're going to narrow it down to three countries of, you know, Eastern Europe or the Baltic.
	Lovely guy, fixed everything, works by himself with a van, fixes dryers.
	And we just start talking.
	And he says, I saw your yard sign.
	I've got two big Trump yard signs.

	What do you think?
	I said, well, you know, it's up to us, but you know what it's like.
	We've got to save America.
	And he said, yes.
	And he raises his fist.
	We've got to do it.
	We start talking about the last three years.
	And he says, I'm only one man.
	I would like to hire somebody.
	I like the Hispanics, the Latinos, they work hard, but they're all illegal.
	And I can't pay them without paying taxes?
	What would happen to me?
	And I say, what about Americans?
	He says, oh, they're all too lazy and want too much money.
	And I'm thinking, oh my gosh, that's Biden's America.

	And this immigrant who came here 20 years ago as a kid.
	Self-made man with this lovely van.
	He said, I never advertise.
	I have too much work.

	Picked up a pair of dress shoes today.
	And this guy, I know he's a fan, he watches my show, he says to me, we're going to win, right?

	I tried yesterday to To summarize what I saw in Congress yesterday, the 47-minute unedited footage of what happened on October 7th in Israel.
	And, you know, the longest segment we have here is 11 minutes, and I summarized a lot of it, but one thing I didn't summarize is the story that my friend Mike Gallagher, when he saw the footage, Struck him.
	So here goes.
	About 20 minutes in, you see some, like, security camera footage inside a home.
	Looks like a kibbutz.
	And there are two little boys in their underwear.
	Maybe, maybe eight and ten.
	Two brothers.
	Clearly they're in a state of agitation.
	They've heard gunfire.
	And out comes their father, fit young man, also in his underwear.
	He scoops up one of the boys, who's the most fragile and clearly the most disturbed and afraid, and they run outside into the garden.
	And it looks like there's some kind of shower block, maybe a kind of storage facility.
	And he pushes his sons in there and follows them in.
	They're naked.
	I mean, they've only got their underwear.
	And they hide from the terrorists who are coming in.
	Two Hamas savages come into the garden.
	Clearly, they saw the man go into that little shed, and they throw in a hand grenade.
	Hand grenade detonates, and the father's body falls out, dead.
	Terrorists pull out the two little boys, covered in blood, and push them back into the kitchen of the house.
	The camera shows the terrorists going to the fridge, grabbing a soda bottle and just drinking.
	You can hear the voices of the boys saying, Dad's dead!
	They killed Dad!
	And one of the brothers looks at the other boy who's bleeding and says, what happened to your eye?
	And there's just a hole, just a black hole where his brother's right eye was.
	Can you see?
	And he says, no, I can't see.
	The terrorist's just drinking from that soda bottle.
	I don't know what happened to those children.
	I'm going to ask.
	The government, what happened to those children?
	Then the footage cuts to outside.
	Ten, fifteen minutes later, the mother arrives, recognizes her husband's body, and starts to collapse.
	The two security officers catch her from falling, and try and lead her away from the carnage, because the attack is still happening.

	OK, last night I was listening to a Twitter space.
	Sadly, I didn't get the microphone, which is the first time ever, I think, because Mario Nawaz, the host, knew That I know who he is and what he's really doing.
	But one of the speakers was a fascinating gentleman who I'm very excited to get on the show today because he's pushing back on the censorious fake foundations and news guard type entities like Media Matters.
	And he's the Attorney General of the great state of Missouri, Andrew Bailey.

	So, Attorney General Bailey, you've got a great Twitter account.
	Sadly, it says the tweets are by your staff, not you.
	I think you need to get more personal on your tweets.
	But you've got all kinds of stuff pushing back against the transgender lunacy.
	But let's start with something of most interest to people who believe in the First Amendment.
	What are you doing with regards to companies like Media Matters?
	Well, I believe, like you, in the right to free speech, that the battlefield of ideas is fundamental to who we are as a republic, and we've got to fight to protect it from radical progressive tyrants who will lie, cheat, and steal to take it away.
	And I think the allegation here, what we've seen most recently, is that there's a radical progressive advocacy group masquerading as a news organization called Media Matters, who has defrauded Missourians You know, attempt to manipulate the marketplace to bully advertisers to pull out of X. That's the accusation.
	We've launched an investigation to get to the bottom of it.
	We've got to understand what happened.
	Let's unpack that a little bit, then you can talk about how you are responding.
	So, Media Matters, it says they're independent, not-for-profit, and tell me if I'm wrong, allegedly made fake accounts to associate conservative Twitter accounts with bad things, negative things, things that could get them in trouble, and then point to those posts and say to advertisers, hey, you don't want to have your commercials close to this conservative post, do you?
	You should pull the plug.
	Am I summarizing it okay?
	Yeah, that's right.
	But I think there's a little bit more to it in the sense that Media Matters in this manipulation of the marketplace had to go through numerous steps, at least four steps.
	One of the steps they had to do an endless number of times in order to juxtapose the controversial speech next to images from those advertisers.
	And an internal review by X demonstrated that in at least one instance, they could only replicate that one in 500 million times.
	So the odds of this occurring naturally were Non-existent.
	This had to be manufactured, staged, manipulated.
	And why would a 501c3 like Media Matters want to manipulate an algorithm on Twitter to manipulate this marketplace and have these advertisers pull out?
	The only answer is because they want to destroy the last platform dedicated to free speech in America.
	And that hurts all Americans.
	So I'm not trying to be devil's advocate, but I'm just trying to see how strong the case is for those of us who believe in the First Amendment like yourself.
	It's not a crime to make anonymous or fake Twitter accounts.
	It's one of the aspects of social media.
	So what are you and your team saying was the fraudulent activity?
	This isn't a government actor.
	They're not in a court of law signing an affidavit.
	So what exactly is the fraud that Media Matters have committed?
	Well that's why we've got to do an investigation to get to the bottom of it.
	But my concern here is that there may be two instances of fraudulent behavior.
	Number one, if Missourians were solicited for contributions to the 501c3, and that money was used in a way inconsistent with the forming documents of the 501c3, or that the money was procured under false pretenses, Then Missourians were harmed in a fraudulent scheme.
	Meaning, if you're a 501c3, you have to be apolitical, but they take money and they spend it to attack conservatives.
	Is that the argument?
	Yes, sir.
	Absolutely.
	Okay.
	And where are we at?
	What's the process?
	What is your expectation?
	Well, we've demanded that they retain certain documents.
	We are going to obtain those documents and review them to determine which laws may have been violated.
	I would also point out that it is illegal to form a conspiracy in combination, to form a combination in restraint of trade.
	So again, you've got a 501c3.
	Who is trying to manipulate a marketplace, but to whose benefit?
	And so an answer to that question could lead us down the path of antitrust litigation as well.
	Again, we've got to conduct an investigation here and obtain the documents and determine which, if any, body of law best applies to the facts presented to us.
	This is fascinating.
	This could be really an earth-shattering case, and the clarity with which you explain it is commendable.

	So, I'd like to start with you bringing us up to speed in the midst of all these other distractions politically, economically, and with wars in two different parts of the world.
	Is China, is Xi Jinping, who recently had his summit here in San Francisco, Is he biding his time?

	Or is he exploiting the geopolitical disturbances that we are suffering under the current administration?
	Well, he's certainly exploiting the situation, but I would say even more so, he's actually causing them.
	Remember that Putin went to Beijing on February 4, 2022, and that's when they declared China and Russia their no-limits partnership.
	It was only 20 days after that that Russia invaded Ukraine, and I think China gave the green light for that.
	You know, we have seen China supply lethal aid to Russia.
	But even more important, China has been financially backing Russia with elevated commodity purchases, They've been opening up their financial services system to sanction Russian institutions.
	Chinese diplomats provide cover.
	And clearly, Chinese propaganda outlets have been amplifying Russian disinformation.
	So I think Russia is still in the war because of China.
	You look at the October 7th attack on Israel.
	That's made possible because China has been financially supporting Iran.
	In the first nine months of this year, just as an example, China's purchases of Iranian oil were 60 percent above those in 2017.
	2017 is important, Seb, because as you know, the following year, the Trump administration reimposed sanctions on the purchase of Iranian oil.
	So we have seen Chinese diplomats and propaganda support Hamas and the other proxies.
	Clearly, Iran is in this fight because of China.
	And then just one other thing.
	China and Russia together are fueling insurgencies in North Africa that look like wars.
	So China's causing this.
	It's more than just exploiting it.
	And that relationship with Russia, that is costing China materially, what is the strategic goal there?
	Because these are competing powers.
	If you dig deep enough, there's no love lost really between the Kremlin and Beijing.
	So what is the intermediate and the short-term goal for the Xi regime when it comes to the relationship currently with Moscow?
	Well, I think Xi Jinping is using Moscow and Vladimir Putin to disrupt the international system.
	And that benefits China in two ways.
	Because you've got to remember, Xi Jinping reveres Mao Zedong.
	Mao Zedong had two important parts of his peasant revolution playbook.
	One of them was to surround the cities from the countryside.
	And I think that Xi Jinping views, for instance, Ukraine, Israel, North Africa, maybe even Guyana as the countryside.
	Whereas, you know, he views the United States as the city.
	The other thing is that Mao in 1966 said that great chaos causes great order under heaven.
	By great order, he was meaning worldwide Chinese rule.
	So this chaos is leading to what Xi Jinping believes will be his complete control of humanity.
	Now, we may think that's ridiculous, but that's really what he's doing right now with But the chaos that he is engendering by supporting Russia in doing things elsewhere, that's only a transitional period, is it not?
	Everything must be understood in terms of the 100th anniversary of the Communist takeover of China, which they've set for themselves.
	Telling our listeners what I've learned from you, that for 2048, the goal is that China is the hegemon, the world will be stable and everybody will be either a defeated enemy or a satrapy, a tributary nation.
	So the chaos is a phase before China wins geopolitically global control?
	Yes, that's what Mao said, great order.
	Xi Jinping has been working to impose China's imperial era system, and this is what Mao is also referring to, where Chinese emperors believed that they had the mandate of heaven to rule what they call Tian Xia, or all under heaven.
	But it's even worse than that, Seb, because it's not only that they had the right to do that, they also believe that heaven compelled them to do that.
	So whatever Xi Jinping can do to weaken the United States really is a temporary tactic to rule the United States.
	So this is not just hegemony.
	This is not just domination.
	This is outright rule, which is his goal.
	And you know, they talk about the moon and Mars as sovereign Chinese territory.
	So Xi Jinping is the most ambitious aggressor in history.
	But isn't there something ironic or perhaps even perverse that we're talking about a rabidly atheist secular communist regime that's talking about divine rights and the powers of heaven, divining what the Communist Party will do and how all-powerful it will become?
	How are those two things melded or is this just part of the reality that the communist regime is another form ...of divine empire and Xi Jinping is an emperor.
	That's a great question, because they're not consistent.
	But that doesn't mean that Xi Jinping isn't pursuing both.
	Because he does believe, in some sense, in communism, because I think he sees more of the Leninist aspect of communism than pure communist doctrine.
	But I believe that when it comes to it, his belief is that the Chinese must rule the world.
	So, yeah, whether it's divine-inspired or not, that's what Xi Jinping intends to do.
	Is it racist?
	Is it supremacist?
	Is this another version of Han supremacy?
	Oh, absolutely.
	There's, you know, Han nationalism.
	You know, just for background, China says there are like 56 ethnic groups, but the Han are the dominant one, like 92%.
	Although Han is actually a made-up ethnic group.
	But the point is, they believe in Han nationalism, and this is deeply racist.
	We see this because they're justifying their control of the Uyghurs and the Kazakhs and the other Turkic minorities.
	as well as Tibetans.
	And so this is race-based.
	And the Communist Party makes these overtly racist appeals.
	So we have to be very clear about that.
	And that, of course, also is not consistent with Marxist ideology in its pure form.
	But that's just the way the communist system in China is.
	And how does the conflict in the Middle East factor into all this?
	So, we understand Russia supporting Russia to destabilize the European continent.
	What's China's policy with regards to the slaughter of innocents in Israel on October 7th?
	Well, I think that essentially what's going on here is that China believes that, on balance—and they're probably right about this—that in the Global South, the Palestinian cause is more popular than Israel's.
	And so they have made a calculated decision that they are going to support Hamas and the Houthi militia and Hezbollah, as well as Iran.
	And we know this because those Iranian proxies have Chinese weapons.
	You know, how did that happen?
	Yeah.
	So, also they've got North Korean weapons, by the way, which they couldn't get without China's approval.
	So this is an across-the-board support.
	You know, China has had good relations with Israel up until this year, but basically Beijing saw an opportunity, and so they have gone for it, and they've supported Hamas down the line.
	This is close to 100% support.

	So I have to play this because we know these people are arrogant, we know these people are cynical, but this admission of the hellhole that San Francisco is, and then cleaning it up because the dictator of a country that has labor camps is coming to town, The brazen attitude of Gavin Newsom is a sight to behold.
	Let's play the clip.
	Folks say, oh, they're just cleaning up this place because all those fancy leaders are coming into town.
	That's true, because it's true.
	But it's also true, for months and months and months prior to APEC, we've been having different conversations.
	If you're listening on the radio, you can't see, you can hear the arrogance in the governor's voice, but behind him, his staff are grinning.
	Wide, wide grins.
	And it's not just the fancy people coming to town, it's the head of the largest communist dictatorship in the world.
	I have to ask you, Gordon Chang, what is the reaction?
	How does the Central Committee in Beijing, or how do other dictators ...react to that quote which is seemingly a white elected politician in America kneeling down and kowtowing to a dictator.
	Well, that's exactly how they see it, Seb.
	But we should see it as hideous, because it exactly is.
	They can't clean up the city for their own citizens, but they can do it for someone who should not be permitted into the United States.
	Remember, Xi Jinping has killed last year 70,000 Americans with doses of illegal Chinese fentanyl.
	And yet we welcome him into our country.
	I mean, if I were president, I would send him off to Guantanamo right away.
	There'd be, you know, there'd be howls and diplomatic protests.
	But no one kills Americans and gets away with it.
	Except, of course, in the Biden administration.
	Yeah, let's just be clear here.
	I did this once for an episode of my Newsmax show where I decided to just tally up all the combat fatalities of American Uh, troopers, American soldiers, marines, airmen, sailors, since the cessation of World War II.
	So that's 45 to the present day, which means Korea, which means Vietnam, Iraq 1, Iraq 2, and Afghanistan.
	And if you add them all together, It's 103,000 Americans killed in uniform by our enemies in war zones.
	At the same time, I dug up, it's hard to find, it is hidden well on the CDC's, the Center for Disease Control's website, the number of people who died in one year under the Biden administration from fentanyl and drug overdoses.
	In one 12-month period, A hundred and ten thousand Americans were killed by fentanyl and other illicit drugs, which is more than those killed in 70 years of war.
	The Chinese know that, and this isn't an accident, is it, Gordon?
	No, it isn't.
	Remember, Xi Jinping runs a near-total surveillance state.
	These fentanyl producers and gangs, they're large, they're well-organized, they're international in scope.
	They couldn't operate without the approval of the Communist Party.
	But we really don't have to speculate, Seb, because we know the Chinese diplomats provide cover to the fentanyl gangs.
	Every container that leaves China is inspected by officials.
	And the fentanyl gangs, they launder their proceeds through the Chinese state banking system.
	And some of these fentanyl producers are actually state-owned.
	So, you know, when John Kirby says, well, you know, Xi Jinping told Joe Biden that he didn't want to see any one more American death from fentanyl, that was That was absolutely false.
	I'm sure Xi Jinping said it, but that was a lie.
	And these are tantamount to acts of war.
	When a state is facilitating the deaths of over 100,000 Americans, even if it's not done by bullets and bombs, this is an act of war.
	Yeah, this is—this is purposeful.
	This is deliberate policy.
	So this is more than just facilitating.
	This is actually being—arranging it.
	So, yes, 70—you know, if you break down those numbers, the fentanyls are 70,000, and almost all of that is Chinese.
	Those are murders.
	Each one of those, Seb, is a murder by a state actor.
	And we need to come to that horrible conclusion and act accordingly.

	Let's do a little bit of red teaming for a moment with the Central Committee, with Xi Jinping.
	I can't believe I'm saying this.
	What does Beijing, what does the CCP, the communist power, think When a former admiral who works in the White House says, oh yeah, yeah, we believe Xi Jinping, when he says he doesn't want anybody to die from fentanyl, what do they think of us?
	Or rather, what do they think of the people running the country?
	As you say, there are really no words to describe this.
	You know, Kirby has access to intelligence.
	He knows what's going on.
	I mean, I don't have a security clearance, never had one.
	All I do is I just Read the newspapers and can think about what's going on in China.
	And Kirby has to be able to do that.
	And for him to actually say that something that he knows is Chinese communist propaganda and is obviously false, that is just wrong on every single level.
	Well, there's two scenarios.
	I mean, there's two logical scenarios.
	If you know it's not true and you're the bad guys, you would think either This man is stupid.
	Or number two, he's on our side.
	Those are the only two conclusions they can draw about Kirby, correct?
	Yeah, you know, there is a famous fable in imperial Chinese history, where a important minister brings out a deer.
	And he then says to the audience with government officials, he says, this is a horse.
	And he wanted to see who was going to say agreed, yes, this is a horse, because those were the loyal people.
	And the person who actually said it was a deer, God killed.
	And basically what Xi Jinping did on November 15th, when he said, I don't want anyone more American to die, is he basically replayed this whole deer and horse thing to see if the Biden administration would say, yes, this is a horse.
	And Kirby actually said, yeah, this is a horse.
	Showing loyalty to the Communist Party and and that has got to have very serious repercussions for us because it means Xi Jinping Believes he can do anything he want and we will just say yes now I think Xi Jinping is wrong about that But nonetheless, it doesn't matter what I think it matters what he thinks and I think he's now Extremely arrogant because he's gotten away with this and he heard it from what Kirby said yeah, the Just reminds me of that incredible document, now declassified, the 14-page secret memo from George Kennan, sitting in Moscow, when asked to explain the Soviet Union.
	And he said, you have to understand that in communism, truth is that which serves the party and can be changed at any moment.
	That applied to the USSR, it applies to China.
	And sadly, it applies to quote-unquote Admiral Kirby.

	They can't even figure out how to deal with the fact that they have this great division between the China Sea and the mountains in the East, I mean in the West.
	They can't figure out how they're going to deal with the corruption that exists within the system.
	I mean, you know, they're not bad folks, folks, but guess what?
	They're not a competition for us.
	East or west or mountains or sea, I don't know.
	But folks, folks, yeah, China, no biggie, no problem.
	That is the man who allegedly is the commander-in-chief of our nation today.
	Utterly shocking analysis.
	Gordon, I have to ask you based upon... Everybody has to follow.
	Your Twitter account right now, Gordon G Chang, you have been tweeting up a firestorm specifically with regards to the lies coming out of Beijing and quote-unquote sinologists, China experts, who believe them, especially when it comes to the figures for the GDP.
	So this might be the most important question I've asked so far.
	How much is Beijing lying And how fragile is it, not just politically in terms of opposition domestically, the rise of the Christian faith and the home churches, the house churches, but economically?
	Is it a paper tiger or do we have to be cautious?
	Right now, we don't know exactly how the Chinese economy is doing, but all the indicators or virtually all the indicators point to 1% growth, maybe zero, maybe negative one, when they're basically said, well, we grew 5.2% during the first three quarters of the year.
	That can't be.
	We're seeing, for instance, deflation right now with drops of both in the consumer price index and the producer price index.
	Imports have been down 13 in the last 14 months.
	Exports have been down this year.
	We're seeing very weak consumer sentiment and falling and drops in the property prices.
	China, just to show you how in much trouble they are, they have enough vacant apartments
	for 1.4 billion people. In other words, the entire population of China.
	That comes from a former deputy chief of the Statistics Bureau in a speech that he gave in September.
	Some people believe they've got enough vacant apartments for three billion.
	But the point is, property, which is the core of the Chinese economy, is not
	coming back.
	And they have no way to deal with this, especially because Xi Jinping is a Maoist, and he's implementing
	all the wrong solutions.
	So yeah, we've got to be concerned in the sense that the failure of the Chinese economy
	will lead Xi Jinping to do something aggressive externally.
	So if it's 100% or less, that is very bad news, because for a country the size of China
	with its demographic challenges, with its problems when it comes to raw materials, especially
	energy, don't they need to be hitting double-digit growth figures to just sustain a level of
	development that won't create tensions that the dictatorship cannot manage?
	I mean, that is not a tenable track if it's 1%.
	Yeah, you raised a critical point.
	And that is, even if it were 5.2%, it's not fast enough to pay back debt.
	We don't know exactly how much debt China has.
	There's the so-called hidden debt problem, a lot of off-balance sheet financing.
	But if you were to say that their total country debt is about 350% of gross domestic product, you'd be in the neighborhood.
	Could easily be 400%.
	They don't have the means to pay it back.
	So clearly at 5.2%, they've got serious problems in this regard.
	At 1% or 0%, They have no hope.
	And that's why we're seeing capital leave, companies leave, people leave China, because people have given up hope on their society.
	And if there is some fragility or cracks appear, and I know it's hard to predict the future, but are there any nascent I mean, I look at the history of my family, the Cold War, how we supported the likes of Solidarnosc and dissidents behind the Iron Curtain.
	We see how they've suppressed the Uyghurs.
	Is the growth in faith communities, or is there any dissident class that hasn't been crushed by this regime inside China, Gordon?
	Well, they've crushed everybody, but everybody has uncrushed themselves.
	So, for instance, beginning in October, continuing through about January, we saw a series of extraordinary protests in China over different things—over COVID restrictions, over the failure to get benefits, over just general dissatisfaction.
	And we know that although the Communist Party has had success in going after the Catholic Church.
	It has been a complete failure with regard to house Protestants.
	Those are Protestants outside of the official Protestant Church who pray in their homes on Sundays and other days.
	And we don't know exactly how many house Protestants there are, but there could easily be somewhere in the neighborhood of 80 million.
	Some people say more.
	But we also know the Communist Party can't control it.
	Which leaves leaders like Xi Jinping apoplectic.
	He can control the Pope, and he's done a pretty good job of that, but he can't control Catholics in China, and he can't control the Protestants.
	All right.
	As a cradle Catholic, as a mackerel snapper, I've got to get you to unpack that.
	What does that look like in practice, that he can control the Pope?
	We know this Pope was socialized in liberation theology, the left-wing Marxist.
	You know, perversion of Christianity from Latin in Southern America.
	But has Xi Jinping played the Pope like he's played Admiral Kirby?
	Yes.
	There's a 2018 agreement between the Vatican and the Communist Party, which basically the party violated immediately.
	But nonetheless, the Vatican renewed the agreement.
	And basically what it's done is it's driven, I think, Catholics out of the official Catholic Church into basically unofficial Catholic congregations.
	But clearly in the Protestant area, where there's an official Protestant church, but that has not flourished because people have decided to pray outside of the official church.
	So, as I mentioned, they pray in their homes.
	So basically, Xi Jinping has lost control of Christianity full stop.
	As I said, you know, the Pope is tame, but Chinese Catholics and Chinese Protestants, they're defiant.
	They don't want to be against the regime.
	I mean, they're not political, but the regime has forced them to be, and so therefore they are.
	I just love hearing that the dictator has lost control of the faithful of the Christians.
