you February being a big one.
Let's dig in guys.
Yesterday, December 7th, 1989.
December 7th, 1941.
A date which will live in infamy.
The United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air
forces of the Empire of Japan.
the A day that shall live in infamy.
The president, the day after Pearl Harbor, which occurred 82 days, 82 years ago today.
It's not ancient history.
The forces of barbarity, of savagery are on the rise.
We are in the midst of a civilizational war.
It is Judeo-Christian civilization versus those who wish to crush it.
We will discuss the lessons of Pearl Harbor.
Later, with a former colleague of mine from National Defense University.
But first, let's go all the way to Israel to talk about those who are on the front line in that renewed civilizational war.
We are honored to be joined by IDF Major Doron Spielman.
Major Spielman, welcome to America First!
Thank you for having me so much.
Major, first things first, the question I always like to ask is how is the morale of the nation?
How is the morale of the IDF?
We are seven weeks into this response to the greatest loss of life since the Shoah, since the Holocaust.
Give us an update on how Israel is faring in this war.
It's actually a great question, I think, because especially tonight is the first night of Hanukkah.
And we know that the Hanukkah story when the Greek nation, which was idolatrous and barbaric, really tried to destroy the Jewish people.
2400 years ago, there were only a few Jews to stand against them, but they came together and unified.
It began with 20 people and swelled and swelled and swelled until the entire nation of Israel realized that if we're united, we can even defeat the Greeks.
I think it's a great metaphor for what's happening today.
The entire nation is unified and You know, it's very interesting.
We were speaking around the Hanukkah candles with the family and we said, yes, Hanukkah was a war and there were dark times.
Just like today, there's a war and there are dark times.
But Hanukkah is the miracle of light.
And even now the light comes from The unity of our people, the motivation is unbelievably high.
Mothers and fathers, sons and daughters are serving in the IDF.
Whoever's not serving is volunteering, delivering food packages, trying to feed the soldiers, gathering together thermals because it's going to be winter here, or whatever types of equipment they can gather.
Everyone is recruited.
The morale Wow, that's so good to hear.
I don't know if you read my mind or if you had an IDF UAV watching me earlier today, because the thing you said is... Let's go to the... I want to tell everybody...
It's so weird that the Major said what he said about Hanukkah today.
Let's go to camera four in the wide shot.
So, on the way to the studio, I was invited to the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., which is an amazing, amazing institution.
It's about the Old Testament, the New Testament.
It's just a stunning building.
If you haven't been, you need to go.
Candy Carson, Dr. Ben Carson's wife, invited me to meet the carolers, the carol singers.
And I had a lunch with them, we sang as carol.
And afterwards I walked through the gift store at the Bible Museum.
And something just grabbed me and I thought, hey, Eric said you don't have anything Christmasy
in the studio.
So I bought a little creche.
It's right here, a little wooden creche.
Sorry, this side.
Right here, the baby Jesus, who is Jewish.
Thank you very much.
Mary and Joseph.
And then I walked past a menorah.
And I bought a menorah as well.
And it's right here on my studio.
I just put it up here about 20 minutes ago.
So the Festival of Light begins today.
These are symbols of the Judeo-Christian civilization that brings us together.
As my good friend Jeff Balaban, the Orthodox Jew, says, Israel, the greatest nation made by God.
America, the greatest nation made by man.
So I'm happy to hear that morale is of biblical proportions.
Let's talk about something dark, Major Spillman.
We had a report here in America yesterday that several of the female hostages We're not released by these killers, these murderers, these barbarians, Hamas.
Because if they were released, they would give testament to what has been done to them.
And Hamas doesn't want the world to know what has been done to those women.
I presume those reports are credible reports.
Look, I can speak to this, that obviously there's an enormous amount of sensitivity regarding these subjects and Israel's been very sensitive both to the families and to the women that have returned and the children and the women that are still there.
I think we've seen the videos, the word barbarism is often thrown around in the late 20th and early 20th century, but we don't
really understand what that word means.
You know, it strikes in kind of memories of pirates raiding ships or maybe the Nazis.
The barbarism with what Hamas did to the men, women, and children, the rampant killing,
the rape, the burning of the bodies.
I mean, it's not by chance that we just announced today that one of the people we thought was killed was being held hostage.
The reason is, is because the DNA tests are still going on.
We're trying to find pieces of bone and burnt ash that is left over from the destruction that they wreaked havoc on.
And what is crazy is that the world You know, they want us to prove this.
What do they want from us?
They want us to take a girl and like, you know, have her walk across the stage.
Do they actually not believe Hamas is capable of this?
The double standard of what we have to prove, which is so absurd, and Hamas doesn't have to prove anything.
They can just say 16,000 dead, you know, Israel killing civilians.
It's all our responsibility.
So I appreciate you bringing it up.
It's time the world wakes up and understands it's all Hamas.
That's the bottom line.
You mentioned DNA testing.
Again, I think you kind of read my mind.
I went through the recent genetic testing for this ancestry thing, just to find out what a kind of mutt I am.
All kinds of Central European, Eastern European, Germanic, and what have you.
I found out I'm 6% Jewish, which kind of surprised me.
But that doesn't authorize me to talk on behalf of the Jews of the modern world or Israel.
However, I keep saying this, and I want some confirmation, and maybe you can give it to me, Major.
I am assured, I am convinced, that the IDF and Israel will do everything that is required to crush Hamas and to get righteous justice for those who have been killed or mutilated or taken hostage.
Is my faith well-founded?
I'll tell you, it's a combination of faith on our behalf.
Again, the average Israeli, almost everyone lit candles tonight.
And those prayers, as we sang them, have never meant more than they mean now to me, as I stood there with my wife, and to every Israeli.
We realize that this is a true life or death situation.
And therefore, there is no other opportunity But for Hamas to be destroyed and the nation is unified around that goal.
And we know that when the nation is unified, as you so appropriately brought up in that first question, the power of the Jewish people and the, you know, the righteousness really of the Jewish people, because we're not actually out to kill civilians, right?
We're here to really, we're actually here to protect ourselves.
Yeah.
Well, Hamas, and along the way, ironically, we have to protect their civilians.
They're putting them in a line of fire.
As a wise Prime Minister once said, you exist to protect the civilians of Israel, the other side uses their civilians to protect their terrorists.
God bless you on this, the first day of the Festival of Light.
Please say hi to your colleague, Colonel Conricus.
Please follow this gentleman, Major Doron Spielman, at Doron Spielman on Twitter and at IDF.

And the rumble chats overwhelmingly agreeing Vivec definitely was the best last night.
Alright, well we will discuss with the Baron!
Ehehehehehe Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention, he brought up Great Replacement
last night.
And that was...
He brought up what?
Oh, he did?
Yeah, he did!
He said it's not a theory, it's reality, we need to acknowledge it.
And...
Audience did admittedly go nuts for that one.
Hey Jeff, who did we book that through?
The same as always.
North American Media.
North American Media.
He's dialing up for us right now said same one as always.
Oh, yeah I'm gonna give you a couple of URLs to turn into a Boofer for this no for dr. For dr. Moore, okay He says hey Seb he's here I heard that loud bastard through the silence doors.
Like, God, can you just turn it down in there?
Turn it down.
Alright.
He's not yet.
God, just keep it down.
I know, you clean up nice.
See you in a sec.
Hey, here I am.
I wonder what we should talk about, Baron.
We should probably talk about the ridiculous weaponization of government, right?
How was that cigar?
Oh my god, it was unbelievable.
Really?
Yes, it was almost huge, beautiful.
And then there was the one I did on, was it Sunday afternoon?
There was the Cohiba.
It was special.
Wow, now I'm jealous.
Now I'm jealous.
Was it an Esplendida?
What was it?
Was it another big one?
The one that I sent you for Monday was a custom job.
I know.
I was impressed because it's bigger than you usually smoke.
But you know what?
It was kind of a mild, so it worked.
I can't wait.
I've got to try it.
I'm going to Mar-a-Lago tonight.
Are you around?
Are you going to be coming?
The Moms for America thing.
I'm actually in D.C.
I'm just going to the menorah lighting with my boys.
It's Hanukkah.
Where are you doing that?
The big one at the Ellipse.
The one at Habbadah.
Nice.
Nice.
Very nice.
Alright, 70 seconds.
Standby.
You want to come in with De Santis Christi?
I want the... No, I'm going to do Angel.
Actually, come in with that one.
Yeah, the one where they're arguing.
And then I'm going to want the I'll be a dictator for one day.
Uh, yeah.
Um, okay, let me see which one that was.
I still have it, I just didn't know which cut that was.
Um, no.
I'm good.
Okay.
So coming in with debate and then I'll have yesterday's seven ready
you you
Isn't he just the answer to the question?
The question was very direct.
Is he fit to be president or isn't he?
The rest of the speech is interesting, but completely non-responsive.
And if we were in a courtroom, they'd strike the answer and say, Governor DeSantis, you're a smart man.
No, they wouldn't.
They would strike the answer because you're not I'm not answering it.
You have your thing, you have your thing.
No, I don't have my thing.
We don't.
We do not want to do someone that's almost 80.
It doesn't mean that somebody couldn't get elected.
Governor DeSantis, let him run.
Governor DeSantis, let him run.
Enough, enough, enough.
I mean, it's just far too presidential.
I can't take it.
What a flipping embarrassment.
Last night, Vivek wiped the floor with them.
He's the only guy who wasn't prepared to attack President Trump.
He made Haley look like a war profiteer.
And Christian, DeSantis looks so uncomfortable.
Just truly an embarrassment.
We'll unpack that and so much more with the Baron next.
But it's just over two weeks till Christmas.
That's crazy!
Are you ready?
Have you planned?
Have you made your purchases for your loved ones?
Have you told what you want from them?
How about opening the aperture a little bit?
Yes, it's about family.
Yes, it's about our Lord and Savior.
But what about the more than a one and a half million children in America Who are without a parent this Christmas because they're in prison.
These kids are really vulnerable.
More than two-thirds of them will end up incarcerated themselves.
Why?
Because they feel guilty.
They're vulnerable.
They're exploitable.
Let's break that cycle with the amazing, late, great Chuck Colson's Angel Tree Fellowship Program, where if you donate just $25, you'll get a Christmas gift to one of these children on behalf of their incarcerated mother or father with a note of love that they're not forgotten and a children's Bible.
It's one of the most blessed things you can do this Christmas.
Be a Christmas angel.
$125 is 5 children who will feel that little bit more loved.
$250 is 10 children whose Christmas will be just that little bit brighter.
Will you be a Christmas angel?
make a donation to their Christmas contribution by calling the Prison Fellowship on 888-206-2794
or just go to sebgawker.com and click on the Angel Tree banner. That's 888-206-274 or go
to sebgawker.com and the Angel Tree banner at the top.
God bless every single one of you.
OK, I'm not sure if you watched the debate.
He's probably far too busy smoking a very choice cigar.
But we're going to play one more clip for him and talk about how the president's doing.
I'm going to Mar-a-Lago tonight for a special event tomorrow.
He's there all the time because he's the senior advisor to the president.
He's one of his attorneys.
We just call him the baron.
Boris Epstein, welcome back to America First.
It's an honor to be here.
An honor to be with the audience.
Did you say debate?
I didn't think there was anything last night with any actual candidates for president.
Alright, stop, stop, stop, stop.
I know that's the official line you have to take.
We will play a clip of President Trump at his town hall in Iowa, which was superb.
But first, I just gotta give him credit, okay?
Maybe he'll end up as a member of the Trump cabinet.
Vivek, man, oh man, did he wipe the floor with everyone last night.
Here's just a little, little taste.
Cut four.
Nikki, you were bankrupt when you left the UN.
After you left the U.N., you became a military contractor.
You actually started joining service on the board of Boeing, whose back you scratched for a very long time, and then gave foreign multinational speeches like Hillary Clinton is, and now you're a multimillionaire.
That math does not add up.
It adds up to the fact that you are corrupt.
And when I said they were bought and paid for, I meant the Republican establishment, not the Democratic establishment.
Now you have Reid Hoffman, the person who's effectively George Soros Jr., funding lawsuits across this country against Donald Trump to keep him off the ballot, funding left-wing causes.
We discovered this week that he is one of Nikki Haley's largest supporters.
Larry Fink, the king of the woke industrial complex, the ESG movement, the CEO of BlackRock, the most powerful company in the world, now supporting Nikki Haley.
Wow!
Wow!
Boris, there was a moment last night where Vivek said the trouble with all of you standing up here is that you wanted President Trump's support.
You worked for him or wanted to work for him and now you've turned on him.
What is it with these people?
Why is the establishment so bereft of people of any character?
You're still loyal to the President.
Regular guests on this show like Cash, Patel like Devin Nunes who we had on for an hour or will do
tonight What what is with these people Boris? Why are they so scuzzy?
Sebastian's because they're afraid of their waterline of their main
sources of income being closed down They make money from China. They make money from terrible
Democrats like a weed Hoffman They make money off the backs of the American people.
Honestly, the Uniparty acts just like the crooked Joe Biden corrupt crime family
That's what they've done and they and they're I'm deathly afraid of President Trump coming in and putting a total stop to that trough.
And that's exactly what he's going to do.
He did that when he was president.
He's going to do it again.
This thing last night, from what I understand from anybody who may have watched another rating, was abysmal.
There were a third of the previous abysmal ratings from the previous debate.
Anybody who watched it, it's just a joke.
Here's the bottom line.
President Trump is leading this primary by devastating, annihilating numbers.
He is now starting to touch 70% while the rest are about 8, 9, 10.
This is not a race.
It is over.
And by the way, vitally, President Trump is also crushing crooked Joe Biden in the general election.
Why?
Because President Trump is the only one who we know for a fact is going to rebuild our border.
He's going to bring back our energy, not just independence, but dominance.
And he is going to restore America first policies.
And no one else could do it.
No one else in this environment is even close up to the challenge to doing it.
But President Trump will absolutely get it done.
And everybody knows that loud and clear.
We don't have time to play you the cut from the president I wanted to play you, but we've got 50 seconds left.
Boris, yesterday Biden snapped at a reporter who said, you lied about not talking to Hunter Biden and meeting his business associates.
It seems as if the house of cards is crumbling.
Am I being too optimistic, Barron?
Well, here's what we do know.
Congress is finally turning up the heat.
They're doing the right thing.
Speaker Johnson gets a lot of credit.
They're fighting the corrupt Democrats, and they're also fighting this horrible weaponization of government.
Representative Loudermilk is sending a robust letter with Jim Jordan, demanding information on the correspondence between AG Farney-Willis, the Fulton County DA Farney-Willis, And the unselected January 6th committee, let's see what comes out of that.
They are fighting all across the board, and that's the kind of heat we need.
Let's see, why did Fulton County DA Fannie Willis need to be in touch with the unselected committee and Betty Thompson?
What's the legislative purpose?
There is no legislative purpose.
Ultimate, ultimate corruption.
What are the feds doing?
What is Capitol Hill doing?
Colluding with a county prosecutor in Atlanta?
Thank you, Boris.
Have a blessed, blessed Hanukkah.

That's next up here on America First.
Thanks for watching.
I'm going to go ahead and get started.
Thanks.
Alrighty.
There he is.
If he's still speaking, you want to close the door?
Hey Jeff, if there's anything important coming out of the president right now, could you find it for E?
Yeah, let me... I'll go watch.
If he's still speaking, do you want to come in with this?
Uh, yeah, actually, come in with it.
If he's still... Yeah, if he's still speaking, come in with it.
Sorry, Jeff.
That's alright.
We just wrote a threat report on the Hamas-Israel war.
There have been tons of hotels that have been harassed because they got a loan from a Jewish bank.
I mean, this is like Dublin, Ireland, Spain, you know, all sorts of places.
Have we checked Jeff's Chiron, Eric?
Do you know what... Oh, sorry.
Yep, I put...
Spies for Nimitz, good.
Yep.
And then a website, is there no website?
SecureHotel.us SecureHotel.us SecureHotel, plural, singular, dot US, okay.
Perfect, good.
Alright, so we're going to talk about Pearl Harbor, your article, and your response today.
Oh, do you have the buffer, Eric?
For the book?
Yeah.
No, no, no, for the article I said.
Yeah, oh, let me, I gotta do that real quick.
Oh, he's still talking.
Yeah, come in with him if he's still talking.
I've got the article.
Straight to me.
because I was a private company, I am a private company, and the numbers are great.
We'll talk about Pearl Harbor first, and then we'll go to the general, the hotel staff.
We could do Hamas if you want, because I've covered all the Hamas stuff.
I've got the article.
Show it to me.
One second, reformatting.
...like five, six years past, but like five years...
Great.
That's what I'm countering, yeah.
And of course his book.
And the Thai way of counterinsurgency as well.
I mean, it's on Amazon, I don't know.
It might not be necessary.
Hamas, it looks like that was an intelligence failure too, although there's just rumblings about it so far.
This is great stuff.
Forty seconds.
John Cardozo said Trump's doing this now to set up his Iowa loss.
He said what, Jeff?
He said he's doing this right now to set up his Iowa loss.
Of why it happened.
They really are hopeless, man.
Citizens.
Right.
Come in with it, then I'll do PhD, then I'll introduce Jeff.
Yep.
Thanks for watching.
I'm not sure what I was doing here.
Thank you.
Say what he's saying.
And he said these were incredible loans.
I didn't even need the money.
So here's the story.
I hope you write it fairly.
Because we have a very corrupt country.
We have a very corrupt political system.
And they're doing this to hurt a political opponent.
This is third world country stuff.
This is banana republic stuff.
And it's a shame.
It's a shame what's happening to our country.
Thank you very much.
That's live from outside the New York Supreme Court, New York City, President Trump, my former boss, the 45th President of the United States, and God willing, if we do our part, the 47th as well.
I love it.
They try to gag him.
They can't gag him.
He just goes there, holds an impromptu press conference.
Hey, Jeff, I thought the guy was senile and he couldn't read teleprompters or give addresses.
Isn't that what that guy with the dyed hair, what's his name, Scarborough, said?
Yeah, that's what they were saying.
It's the Lincoln Project.
That was the same day that he did that town hall two nights ago where he knocked it out of the park, too.
That's so weird.
And what were you saying on social media?
The DeSantis simp said he's giving this speech because what?
So he can claim election interference that he was stuck at the courthouse to set up his Iowa loss next month.
Set up his Iowa loss?
Well, we did get the Kim Reynolds endorsement, DeSantis did, so it might be happening.
Who?
You know, the Iowa governor that changes everything.
These guys, they're off their meds.

Okay, when a good buddy, a guy who I've done bounding Overwatch with, Who we are both qualified as.
What do we do at a high-speed AR-15 course, right?
Yeah, fire and maneuver, bounding oval watch, the whole nine yards.
A guy who I can, you know, take to the trenches with me says, Dude, I've got this really important article.
You need to talk about it on your show.
I don't refuse, because I haven't seen him for ages.
He's my former colleague, former faculty member at National Defense University with me.
He is now the president of SecureHotel.us, the author of Spies for Nimitz, and what better guest to have on the show today on the anniversary of Pearl Harbor than a man who's responding to a rather stupid, scurrilous, and racist article, I would say.
I would say as well, two years after the fact, because nobody would touch my response.
Well, of course they wouldn't, because you told the truth.
Let's put the article up.
It's from this rather popular website, War on the Rocks.
It's by Cesar Nafrada and Joseph Kiddell.
It's on Pearl Harbor.
The quote is, never thought they could pull off such an attack.
Prejudice and Pearl Harbor.
What is the argument?
We'll keep you on for a couple of segments.
We've got about two minutes in this segment.
What is the argument of the War on the Rocks guys about Pearl Harbor?
Well, part of the argument, or the thrust of the argument was that it was, and I'm quoting, white, Christian male, homogenous groupthink that failed America at Pearl Harbor.
So hang on, hang on.
We had toxic masculinity back then.
Toxic masculinity.
Patriarchy.
Patriarchy.
Missed Pearl Harbor because they were too white and too Christian.
And there was evil Christians.
That's incredible!
And there was no pushback.
You tried to push back, and what was the response to Professor Dr. Jeff Moore?
Well, the pushback came from my original research into World War II intelligence.
And I knew that this was false.
Of course, there was racism on both sides of the Pacific, and the article brings that up, but they really harp on the supposition or the propaganda that it was, again, white Christian males and homogeneous group think that couldn't understand and didn't want to understand the Japanese mindset.
And I went into the congressional hearings on the Pearl Harbor hearings back in the 1940s and found nine different key institutions or personnel that said either a the Japanese are definitely coming to get us or they are probably coming to come get us and these institutions run by black lesbian transgender freaks they were all white Christian males and they were generals they were the Secretary of War the Secretary of the Navy and generals who were in charge of air defense at Pearl Harbor and on and on and on
All right.
I want to hear more.
I am intrigued by what this man has found because he is a true researcher and expert on insurgency, counterinsurgency, especially in Thailand.
Now he's trying to make sure that the institutions around the world where you're meant to feel safe when you're traveling, the hotels, aren't the target of jihadi attacks.
We'll talk about that.
We'll talk about Hamas with my buddy, Dr.
Professor, author, Jeff Moore, Spice for Nimitz, we are coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome swamp that is Washington, D.C.

or reliefactor.com. That's 1-800-473-5433.
reliefactor.com. reliefactor.com.
Thank you.
You know anything about the guys that wrote the article?
What's their credentials?
The first guy is a professor at the National Intelligence University and the second person is an intelligence officer in the Air Force but their key job right now appears to be, what do you call it, diversity.
And it takes five minutes to write that line.
It took me almost six months every night to do this research.
But what about the stuff on Spice for Nimitz?
Didn't that help you as well?
Oh yeah, it helped set the stage for it, obviously.
I mean, I know the intelligence sector, I'm the world's foremost expert on all sorts of intelligence for the Central Pacific Drive.
But what these guys did was just, I mean, anybody who reads this is just going to be propagandized.
Of course, it's part of the woke agenda.
It's just unbelievable.
And the fact that War on the Rocks, they said, we'll take the article, but we won't take it as a response.
We'll take it as a standalone.
But you mentioned the authors in the article, right?
Yeah, yeah.
And I was like, no.
And what's wrong with national security debate?
I'm not calling them names.
I'm not insulting them.
Right.
The U.S.
Army, there's an Army intelligence magazine published out of Fort Huachuca.

Well, just pay attention, because here, we're going to tell you why.
Go, hit it.
Y'all, I cannot make this up.
I was just scrolling on Instagram, and apparently pumpkin spice is racist because there's a violent history, according to Washington Post.
You know, they're really at it again.
Because the spices in pumpkin spice, for those of you who don't know, is cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
And according to Washington Post, because of course, you know, they're the dictator of things that are racist, which if you look hard enough, everything is racist according to them.
But it happens that the main spices for pumpkin spice are fraught with colonizer histories.
Are you kidding me?

This is part of a broader phenomena, Jeff, so your response to this article in War in the Rocks that Pearl Harbor wasn't seen, wasn't predicted because of white Christian men The sad thing is, this isn't just an article in a magazine or online.
We're seeing this all through the U.S.
military, Jeff.
Right, we are.
And it's one of the reasons that recruitment is so far down as well.
I mean, they can't hit their targets.
And if we don't get the lessons right, and this is one of the key things, when you were a professor at NDU and we were teaching there, and when you were a professor at Marine Corps University, if we don't get the lessons right, when the Marines and the Army folks are out in the field drawing on those lessons to do a better job in combat, or to do a better job planning military operations, they'll get it wrong every time.
And if we get these lessons wrong, like War on the Rocks did, who knows what's going on inside the intelligence sector?
Well, let's just be very blunt here.
We can put the article up that you responded to from War on the Rocks, this completely woke, D.I.E., politically correct piece by Nafrada and Cadell.
Never thought they could pull off such an attack, quote, prejudice and Pearl Harbor.
What they're doing, Jeff, is they are imposing A left-wing political matrix and a revisionist attitude on history, are they not?
They are, and all they had to do was look in the congressional record.
They would have found nine different civilian authorities or military officers that said, A, the Japanese are definitely coming to get us because of the biggest, baddest, most powerful fleet out there, or they are probably coming to get us, and here's what we have to do about it.
It's all right there in the congressional record, and these guys didn't even bother to do their homework.
Yeah.
And they're intelligence officials.
I mean, people need to get your book, Spies for Nimitz.
Amazon.com?
Yeah, I think they can work that out.
Spies for Nimitz, joint military intelligence in the Pacific War.
If you had to say, if we take the word garbage, you know, the matrix of, what was the key lesson learned after Pearl Harbor?
What would you say?
Because you've been there, you've read the archives, you've done the open source intelligence.
What did they do wrong?
They needed to have more than one person processing all that intelligence or accepting it at the decision level, instead of one person saying, no, I'm not going to bother with protecting Pearl Harbor.
There should have been a whole lot more feedback.
So it was a bottleneck issue?
It was a manpower issue?
huge bottleneck issue. The commander involved was looking at very technical military intelligence
and he wasn't considering the outside information that can have a negative impact on your super
hard data points, the military data points.
And then afterwards, how impressed was the, how impressive was the capacity of the U.S.
Navy to just dial up their intelligence capability?
Incredible.
They built a modern joint intelligence agency out of thin air.
They just thought it up and did it.
And it had sections that studied the Japanese Army and the Navy and they plotted where the Japanese Navy was and they sent people out to the islands to crawl through block houses and concrete bunkers and all that and test weaponry and based on all of that they started really feeding excellent information to the US planners that needed that intelligence and the war started to improve massively.
So no more bottlenecks with one guy.
No, no more bottlenecks with one guy.
Plus, they had Admiral Nimitz out there supervising the whole thing, and he was just a genius at warfare.
All right, find out more.

You try to find a way to get out of the hotel, right?
And so, for me, I stayed at a particular hotel in a jihadi area.

They'll try to shelter in place, which is, you know, you might have to if the hotel is inundated like the Doozit hotel attack in Nairobi back in 2019.
But even if you have a whole bunch of Hamas-style supporters inundating the lobby, which we see a lot of now, we've seen it in Spain, we've seen it in... Mumbai.

a big news item that's controversial.
Like, there was a lot of attention on Twitter during the election because of the Hunter Biden laptop story, the New York Post.
Yeah, so you guys censored that as well?
So we took a different path than Twitter.
Basically, the background here is the FBI, I think, basically came to us, some folks on our team, and was like, hey, just so you know, you should be on high alert.
We thought there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election.
We have it on notice that basically there's about to be some kind of dump that's similar to that.
So just be vigilant.
Just the way that was described.

How much more of that is going on?
Is anybody winning in the fight for freedom of speech in the First Amendment?
Let's talk to one of the best warriors out there.
He is the founder, the president of the Foundation for Freedom Online, Mr. Cyber, formerly in the Trump administration's State Department, a good friend of the show, Mike Benz.
Welcome back.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Wow, do we have a lot to discuss.
Okay.
First things first, can we just take what we called in the military an estimate of the situation?
So like a snapshot of the battlefield, you have been doing the lion's share of the work, uncovering... Do you have a phrase for it?
What should we call it?
The state Private sector, censorship, blob.
What should we call it, Mike?
Well, you know, I call it the censorship industry.
Michael Schellenberger and Matt Taibbi sort of refer to it as the censorship industrial complex.
Another way to think of it is the whole of society censorship framework.
There's a lot of different ways to conceptualize it, but what you have are four categories of institutions.
Government institutions such as DHS, FBI, State Department, Pentagon.
You know, CDC, etc.
So you got government institutions, you have private sector institutions, which are the platforms.
There are also for-profit censorship mercenary firms like NewsGuard, as well as corporate social responsibility funds.
On the private sector, you have the civil society side, which is academia, these university censorship centers, as well as NGOs, mostly State Department, Pentagon-funded NGOs.
as well as non-profits, foundations, and activist groups in the civil society side.
And then you have news media and fact-checking orgs, and they're all pulled together
into this whole-of-society framework.
This is all done deliberately.
That's not my term.
This was a term that DHS began rolling out in late 2018 to describe how to conjoin these four categories
of institutions to create a sweeping, blanketing censorship apparatus
that would encompass the whole of society.
That was literally their term for it.
They it began to be so cliche that they started apologizing for using the term because everyone was so sick of it by 2020.
But that is the world we live under and the question of the state of play.
I'm happy to delve into that if you want me to.
Right, I'm going to ask a kind of simplistic question first.
We're going to take a snapshot of what we can call the whole of government and private sector and NGO censorship enterprise.
Of everything that's out there, because you know better than most, what percentage would you say we have uncovered?
Oh.
Public knowledge of this is about, I don't know, two or three percent maybe, tops.
I mean, people don't appreciate just how much of the government soft power projection apparatus where, you know, most of our federal funds go to a combination of the Pentagon, the State Department, and the intelligence services.
I mean, we spend more on our overseas empire than we do on our own homeland.
And once these censorship technologies for proactive AI-based social media censorship began to be perfected between 2016 and 2018.
Our government embraced this at every level.
The Pentagon, the State Department, the CIA, the NSA, the National Endowment for Democracy, USAID, all hundreds, maybe even thousands of NGO entities, on every plot of dirt on the Earth's surface.
I used to play this game a couple of years ago when I was trying to tell people about it,
where I would spin the globe and have people's finger land on it
wherever the country was.
And I could tell you what country we were operating a censorship apparatus in very quickly.
Even strange, Tanzania, Madagascar, Lithuania.
There's no place outside of Antarctica that our government has not stretched
this censorship apparatus, because you have to understand from their perspective,
They see this as Eldorado, as the land of gold.
This is the answer to all of their problems around soft power projection and media control that they've had since the 1940s with how we managed the American empire.
Rather than winning by tuning up our own propaganda, We developed this technique to win by default by tuning down everybody else and that's much cheaper and more reliable to do because nobody can even begin to organize against the state if you have the power to turn them down.
Let me unpack that because that's a really important point.
We're talking to Mike Benz, Executive Director of the Foundation for Freedom Online.
Instead of convincing people of your message, which is, and propaganda is a dirty word, but propaganda originally comes from the Committee for the Propagation of Values from the Vatican, so it simply means spreading your values through some kind of communications platform.
Instead of selling America, or selling a democracy, or what have you, They realized in the last 20 years that it's much easier to label people you don't like as the threat to democracy and shut them down.
That's what you're saying, correct?
Exactly, exactly.
Now, I'm with you on this.
You know, I don't see the word propaganda as a dirty word.
I know that Rick Stengel, Obama's self-described propagandist-in-chief, you know, once said that he doesn't think propaganda is a dirty word.
And in some respect, I agree with that.
I think it is essential for the United States to be able to project soft power influence and, you know, whatever ways of framing world events that are favorable
to US national interests.
But the issue is, is like, if propaganda gets really bad or really deceptive,
truth, to the extent that it contradicts that propaganda, at least has a fighting chance,
if you are able to articulate it.
The issue is, so there was always this issue where you could do propaganda up to a certain level,
beyond which it would actually start to backfire because people get sick of it,
or they would feel like they're being overly controlled.
And so it wouldn't work at beyond a certain point.
Sometimes people just could not be moved by propaganda.
But what if you could solve that solution by simply preventing people from being able to form alternative ideas to that propaganda in the first place?
This is the whole thing of it was always knob turning up.
in the 1940s up until 2016.
That was the major capacity we had through Voice of America and CIA proprietors and State Department NGOs.
We would turn our volume up, but at least there was a fighting chance on the other side if we were really off base.
That now is obliterated with these AI censorship superweapons that are frankly a huge part of the story that the public hasn't even really been apprised of yet.
And in amongst the non-public, so the good guys like yourself, how much have you and your colleagues uncovered of the massive behemoth that is this enterprise?
How much do you think, is your gut sense, do we know of how bad it is, Mike?
I think I do, actually.
I think I've got pretty much, I won't say all of it, but The issue is, to me, is not actually a discovery process right now.
It's a communication process.
The issue is to be able to tell this story and look people in the eye and have them really process it requires almost a complete and total rewiring of what people's perceptions of the country they think they live in.
And that is actually a bigger barrier than the discovery of the information.
We don't – these subpoenas are fantastic.
They apply pressure.
They make the story easier to tell.
But frankly, there is enough available for the story to be told for it to be a fait accompli,
for people to understand it.
The process is to take that information in, a lot of people – I would say most of the
country is not yet psychologically prepared to even understand the implications of it.
If you are psychologically prepared, and I think if you're a listener to this show, you are the treasure trove of information.
The heavy lifting has already been done.

especially with her amateur dramatics and her sing-song about propaganda.
Do you remember Nina Jankiewicz, the Czar of Miss and Disinformation, who was nixed because Patriots spoke up?
Here's a little reminder of what they wanted to import into the Department of Homeland Security.
The Disinformation Board was the victim of disinformation.
Is that how you feel?
Oh, it absolutely was the victim of disinformation.
So all of these narratives that the Disinformation Governance Board was going to be this Orwellian Ministry of Truth, and all of the harassment and disinformation that was directed against me was based on that falsehood.
Based on that falsehood that was knowingly peddled by many people in the conservative media ecosystem and on Castle Hill.
Oh, it's the Conservatives.
Well, I guess you're not a very good disinformation czar if you fell victim to disinformation.
Let's take the threat seriously.
Mike, you are the expert.
You have the website, the Foundation for Freedom Online.
Of the four baskets that you mentioned, of the censorship enterprise, government, for-profit information, not-for-profit foundations, all of these baskets, Which is the most nefarious or the one that is potentially most dangerous?
I'm not the expert you are so I'll bid on news guard or news guard like entities that basically say they are a verification of authenticity in media can quote-unquote verify whether you're good or bad but are in fact political actors.
Would you put them at the top?
Yeah, I would actually.
Them and their ilk.
There's a whole cottage industry being constructed very deliberately right now.
And by the way, when I say very deliberately, I mean I literally have the clips, my foundation will be publishing them, of them planning to construct the profitable industry, knowing it would not be profitable without government support and a whole bunch of other dirty tricks
we can get into.
But yeah, that's absolutely right.
I do want to mention one quick thing about Nina Jankovic's statement there that you played,
which is, you know, in a weird sense, she's not entirely wrong with the way that she described that,
although for the complete opposite reasons that she articulated.
It is true that the Disinformation Governance Board was not technically going to be a Ministry of Truth
because the Ministry of Truth had already been constructed within the Department of Homeland Security
from 2018 through 2022.
The Ministry of Truth within the Department of Homeland Security, which went by the name of CISA, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, they gave it a cute jargon name that nobody would notice, had become so sprawling and so massive. Also, the DHS's
intelligence and analysis, basically the domestic intelligence branch of DHS, also got
involved. DHS was doing so much censorship activity, so much censorship coordination, had
so many censorship edicts and missions, they started to conflict with one another. And they started
to have such an overwhelming sprawl of Ministry of Truth operations that what they needed in
April 2022 with the Disinformation Governance Board was a dull, mundane bureaucratic
management layer to contain the Ministry of Truth they had already created. So, so yeah. Let me just verify
here.
The Department of Homeland Security, whose job was to protect us from another terrorist attack like 9-11, got into the censorship business and created this massive architecture that Nina was supposed to be the Tsarina over, because ...of this sleight of hand that they said, oh, oh, if somebody's lying on social media or in internet news reporting, that's a threat to democracy and to elections, correct?
Well, wasn't that the end run around the First Amendment?
Yeah, they did two end runs.
First, they did a foreign to domestic switcheroo, where they were set up to stop so-called Russian hacking.
And then they defined hacking to mean hacking hearts and minds.
So then they had the Russian disinformation predicate that they laundered their way into by the summer of 2019.
And then when the Mueller probe fell apart, because Mueller had bubkis on the stand in front of Congress in July 2019, They switched from foreign mis- and disinformation to domestic mis- and disinformation as being a cyber security threat.
And then the second thing they did is they, the switcheroo, was to define cyber security as requiring cyber censorship by saying that you're, and because it's worse than just being wrong, it was mis- and dis- and mal-information, meaning like it wasn't just for lies or for things that were wrong, mal-information, which was the bulk of what they censored, I mean, that's Orwell.
I'm sorry.
That's George Orwell.
A fact that is true, a statement that is true, but we deem to be injurious to our interests.
I mean, that's just George Orwell.
That's Orwell, I'm sorry, that's George Orwell. A fact that is true, a statement that is true,
but we deem to be injurious to our interests. I mean that's just George Orwell, that's 1984.
Well it's worse than Orwell because it was enforced using artificial intelligence
censorship techniques that scan and ban every single word you say.
Everything you write on the internet is scanned by this.
Every word you speak is transcribed through these transliterations into the back end for closed captioning that allows these censorship overlords to literally micromanage every single word I need to drill down on that.
We need to drill down on the role of AI, of artificial intelligence, and how serious it is.

Is the United States becoming a police state?
Dinesh D'Souza's new movie, Police State, answers that question.
It's his timeliest and most eye-opening film yet.
Watch it today at salemnow.com.
Do you understand how all of these things are connected?
The war on the president, the war on Trump voters, the anti-semitism coursing through academe, our campuses.
The left is out of control and they want to cancel you.
Do you want to do something about it?
There's an easy way.
Depends upon where you spend your money.
How about spending your Christmas funds, especially when you're buying gifts, with American companies that are conservative.
Great companies like Mike Lindell's MyPillow.
You know the left hates him.
They want to cancel him.
Even the FBI have harassed him.
He's told you the story here on America First.
Well, he's not giving up.
He's just celebrated 20 years of MyPillow, the pillow that never gets hot and never loses shape.
Over 81 million sold.
Yes, they are that good.
But are you aware he's got more than 200 other items on his website?
And right now, with my promo code, you can do the biggest order you want.
You can get some sheepskin line slippers for yourself, a mattress topper, a MyPillow pet bed for your dog, and you will get free shipping.
Yeah, just with my My promo code G-O-R-K-A.
What kind of a deal is that?
If you order by December 15th, you'll get free shipping.
Call in your order.
Talk to an American here in America.
Don't buy that Chinese garbage on Amazon.
The number is 800-829-8468 mypillow.com.
That's 800-829-8468 mypillow.com.
Promo code G-O-R-K-A.
8468mypillow.com. That's 800-829-8468mypillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
And you'll get free shipping for your Christmas bundle.
Mike, you mentioned AI, how this huge engine of censorship was used to scrub media, media posts,
we know all the hundreds of thousands of illegal warrants the FBI got.
I'm always leery of the people who say, you know, the end of the world is coming because of artificial intelligence, you know, Skynet is going to take control and Terminators will be, you know, roaming the streets.
But talk to us about the significance When you have so much data to troll through and you're trying to identify patriots and shut them down.
Talk to us about the significance of artificial intelligence when it comes to censorship.
Yeah, this is different.
This is not like a future threat.
This is already here.
It's already been here for Six years now, and it has permanently changed the Western world forever.
We live under a structure that is governed entirely by AI speech controls, and it is a whole universe of mad freak science mixed with political science that That I don't think anybody in the public is really apprised of because there are technical layers to it that make people's eyes glaze over.
But the fact is, the nuts and bolts of it is, before 2016, even if they wanted to censor the Internet the way that they've done since the 2016 election, there was not the technical capacity to do so.
Before 2016, censorship on the Internet was entirely manual, meaning it had to be reactive After a human being flagged a piece of content and it went through a human review process, the only automated censorship on the internet that existed pre-2016 was for spam and child porn, essentially image recognition from a database and certain kinds of bot activity, but nothing with respect to speech control.
The slight exception to that was this censorship Technology capacity developed by the Pentagon and our intelligence services primarily between 2014 and 2016, although it goes back a little bit before that.
When the Pentagon got this brilliant idea that they could use AI speech analysis techniques to censor foreign terrorist groups who were recruiting on Twitter and Facebook.
This is at the time of the ISIS scare.
This is when Obama wanted to put boots on the ground in Syria.
And there was a big sort of PR campaign about the threat of ISIS recruiting U.S.
citizens on social media.
And so a really cute, clever technique to aggregate the words that people speak and to create these vast linguistic lexicons of the kind of diction that social movements or religious believers or terrorist groups use as a hallmark of their own language that differentiates them from other communities online could be micro-targeted and proactively censored so that you wouldn't even need humans to do it.
This was under development again from 2014 to 2016 by the Pentagon.
And then when Trump won the 2016 election, through a process I can maybe describe another time,
it was all brought onto the U.S. homeland to go after Trump supporters and rolled out around
the world to kill any form of populist sentiment.

you Listen, I don't care what's in Hunter Biden's... I mean, Hunter Biden, at that point, Hunter Biden literally could have had the corpses of children in his basement.
I would not have cared.
That doesn't answer the people who say it's still completely unfair.
To not have looked at the laptop in a timely way and to have shut down the New York Post's Twitter account.
That's a left-wing conspiracy to deny the presidency to Donald Trump.
Absolutely it was.
Absolutely.
But I think it was warranted.
It was a conspiracy to undermine the president, to censor information, and Sam Harris, the darling of the left, admits on my friend's podcast, Trigonometry, yeah, it was totally warranted.
I don't care if Hunter Biden had dead children in his basement.
It's warranted.
Now, he's never going to recover from that because it shows you for who he is.
He's a totalitarian, he's a fascist.
But that was maybe a year ago.
What have we witnessed in just the last few days here in America?
A whole slew of articles last weekend talking about the coming dictatorship of President Trump.
Not only articles, but Trump haters like Liz Cheney saying the following.
Say Donald Trump, if he is re-elected, it will be the end of the republic.
What do you mean?
He's told us what he will do.
People who say, well, if he's elected, it's not that dangerous because we have all of these checks and balances, don't fully understand the extent to which the Republicans in Congress today have been co-opted.
One of the things that we see happening today is sort of a sleepwalking into a dictatorship in the United States.
Mike Benz, aren't those two shocking things connected?
When you have, you know, leading, leading left-wing voices say, yeah, yeah, we suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story because we couldn't allow President Trump to be duly elected by the American people.
And now, this seemingly centralized list of talking points from the Atlantic to the New York Times to the Washington Post to Robert Kagan to Liz Cheney saying, well, if the American people So, this perverse argument that democratically electing the chief executive is the threat to democracy, isn't this just the State Department, DHS, censorship, industrial complex sabotaging the next election?
Yes.
This is something that our Department of Dirty Tricks has used as the basis for its own existence for coming up on 80 years now.
This whole idea that it's okay to deploy these dirty tricks to censor information that we know to be true, To destabilize somebody using government power, to portray them falsely, to basically do everything that the bad guy in any movie since the dawn of movie production does, you know, to establish their malevolent sort of arch nemesis status, that it's okay for us to do it.
If it advances so-called democracy, and of course they mean democracy to mean sole and total dictatorial control by them, and plebs be damned.
Right, so here's the long version of democracy.
Democracy means the left-wing elite is in control.
Democracy means what they agree on, not what the plebs agree on.
To them, democracy is getting the State Department and the Pentagon and the CIA and the Chamber of Commerce to all agree on the same page.
Not when John Q. Voter and 300 million of his fellow voters all agree on a consensus.
When individuals get in the way of the consensus, Of the institutions, and that's now called an attack on democracy.
I mean, this is inverted everything that we've defined democracy to be since the French Revolution.
But they need it now to hold on to power because free speech on social media basically ended the emperor has no clothes sort of phenomenon where people would simply believe what their little gatekeepers in the media would say to prop them up.
So you got this.
You have this world now.
We're the same thing that we used to justify rigging the 1948 Italian election.
We stuffed ballot boxes.
We worked with mob muscle, with Sicilian mafia mob muscle, as well as church assets and propaganda organs, everything that we had done to overthrow Mussolini.
In World War II, we maintained those networks.
The CIA did, as well as the State Department and the Pentagon.
And we mobilized those assets in a dirty tricks campaign to make sure that the U.S.-backed political candidate won that election against the Soviet-backed, communist-sympathetic candidate.
And they made the argument that, well, listen, if the communist wins, then there'll never be an election in the country again, so we need to rig this one.
And then they kept that philosophy up through the present day and now it's being deployed domestically.
And at least three or four times in our discussion, Mike, you've mentioned the date 2016.
This is when these tools of censorship and propaganda were turned internal.
Is this all about President Trump?
Is that why it happened?
Because the American people couldn't be allowed to choose him?
I think if Pat Buchanan had won the presidency in 1992, there would have never been a free internet to begin with.
In 1991, we had the World Wide Web rollout, and you could buy your own websites.
Before social media, there was about 12 years of just blogs and forums, Web 1.0.
It's not about Trump, it's about populism.
It's about ground up citizen opposition to elite consensuses and initiatives.
And populism can run away sometimes, but it is the check against abuses by elite institutional power.
And when the internet allowed people to basically foment populist support beyond the power of elite
gatekeepers to contain that, that's when they decided that free speech was now more of a
liability than an asset.
So just to bring that home, This is so much bigger than Trump.
You know, 2016, they lost the Philippines election.
The State Department and the CIA both very badly wanted the Philippines election to go the other way.
Philippines doesn't really have its own internet.
It only runs on Facebook and WhatsApp, essentially.
So they said, oh, free speech in the Philippines killed us there.
And then the Brexit vote happened.
Let me rephrase that.
It's Trump or anybody else who represents the will of the people.
You know, they rolled this out against Jeremy Corbyn, you know, who was NATO skeptical from the left.
This is about populism.
So let me rephrase that.
Let me rephrase that.
It's Trump or anybody else who represents the will of the people.
That's the threat.
Exactly.
When the will of the people contradicts the will of the institutions.
Of the elite and the institutions.
Matt, I hope you write a book about all this.

Are you sickened by the rank support for anti-Semitism we witnessed in Congress the day before yesterday?
The presidents of some of the most erstwhile prestigious institutions in the world saying, no, we're not going to do anything about it.
From the river to the sea, chanted on the campus of Harvard.
If you stand with Israel, and so many of you do, because you made this the number one item on our website, it is the photograph of President Trump in Jerusalem at the Temple Wall, on a t-shirt, on a mug, with a very simple phrase in English and Hebrew, Our Fight.
Thank you for making this the number one item.
If you want to send the fascists a message, go today, sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
Mike, I could talk about this for hours because I always learn so much from you, but let's get to the pay dirt.
If, God willing, we do our part and President Trump is re-elected, we have to stop the industrial complex that is private government, not-for-profit censorship across America.
Is it relatively easy to do?
Because it seems as if most of these activities are unconstitutional.
Can we use the Constitution as a hammer?
Or are these things so embedded across all sectors?
What needs to be done on, you know, the first day of the Trump administration, 2.0?
The state of play is going to be probably considerably different after election day than it is today.
As we speak, there is a major Supreme Court case called Missouri v. Biden, which is easily the biggest free speech case in this country, at least in the past 60 years, possibly ever.
In which the ability of the government to both directly and indirectly through cutouts participate in the censorship enterprise is up for review with a 5-4 conservative majority on the court.
And you can bet that folks like Clarence Thomas are going to eat this thing alive.
And the ruling, that judicial ruling is going to set the state of play for what what heft will need to be heaved, so to speak, by both the
executive branch and by Congress between now and then. So that's going to set sort of where
the chess pieces are on the table.
But in terms of the executive branch, there are so many ways to go about
paring back the censorship industry down to size. When I was in the White House,
there was this obsession over Section 230, and I kept screaming, don't go for these home run swings.
It's about singles, singles, singles in all these domains, in the government domain,
in the private sector, in the civil society, in the news media, in the fact checking ones.
And all of those are dependent on Right.
on government coercion of folks that the civil society folks
are targeting, government funding through all the major federal agencies, including grants
from the FBI and VHS, grants and contracts in the National Science.
All this stuff can be turned down to zero.
And if you kill the government funding, you kill the capacity building of the civil society
institutions.

Why didn't the FBI just say, hey, the laptop's real?
Why didn't the FBI just say, hey, the laptop's real?
Thank you.
you Why didn't you just tell everybody the laptop's real?
We're not vouching for what's on it, but it's real.
This isn't a fiction.
Well, as you might imagine, the FBI cannot, especially in a time like that, be talking about an ongoing investigation.
Second, I would tell you that, at least my understanding, is that both the FBI folks involved in the conversations and the Twitter folks involved in the conversations both say that the FBI did not direct Twitter to suppress... But others were in government?
Well, again, I can't speak to others in government.
So strange.
I had this theory that Congress is the oversight branch of the federal government, but as you can hear there, the discussion between Senator Kennedy and the director of the FBI, it seems as if they're an entity unto their own, with the phrase that I cannot discuss ongoing investigations being the ultimate, ultimate blanket for skullduggery.
Of course, we knew this many years ago when the Chairman of the Intelligence Committee in Congress in the House divulged for us what the Deep State was doing.
He is now running President Trump's media empire, and we are delighted to have him back with us for the whole hour here on America First One on One.
We'll be talking about his new business ventures, Devin Nunes.
Welcome back.
Seabass, it is always a pleasure to be with you.
And if I'm not on before the holidays, I want to wish you and your family and your listeners a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Well, I know you had a very blessed, peaceful Thanksgiving.
We discussed that offline.
And I wish you and your family and your new venture, which we will discuss momentarily, the best of luck and a very peaceful Christmas season.
But I will tell you also what I'm looking forward most is my Hungarian buddy who loves you, even though, you know, because of your Hungarian background, And I'm going to have Hungarian goulash here in a couple weeks.
I'm looking forward to it, right before Christmas.
My wife made some last night, and I've been enjoying it.
But I need a good red to serve for my guests the next time I cook it.
Maybe we can find out a way to solve that.
We'll talk about that later.
I'm going to ask a kind of naive question, I guess, Devin, but you You revealed for us there were these seminal moments, the impromptu press conference after you visited the White House, the Trump administration, then the one in Congress when you discussed unmaskings.
It seems to me that with a Democrat President, things are even worse than they were when you were the chairman of the Intelligence Committee.
From the surveillance of parents at school-born meetings, a separate threat tag being used for Catholics out of the Richmond office.
Is there no limit to what the federal law enforcement thinks they can get away with?
Look, we could go on and on.
What about the targeting of President Trump?
What about the thing that nobody's talked about?
I mean, we never really got to see all the Twitter files.
A lot of, you know, in that clip that you were showing with Ray, the Twitter files, I think, were stopped from getting out.
I don't have that, you know, 100%.
But, you know, all of those, I think Elon was supposed to kind of release all those.
For some reason, I don't think they ever all got out.
What about the leak from the Supreme Court?
And what about the targeting before the decision on Roe v. Wade?
What about the targeting of Supreme Court justices?
And now we're going to see, you know, this is in the news now, but how about the, at least for now, Hunter Biden and the brother refusing to testify before Congress?
Are they going to be arrested like Peter Navarro, our good friend?
Are they going to be treated like Steve Bannon?
Seabass, New Year's resolution, I'll bet you that they're not.
Yeah, yeah.
You were doing this long enough on Capitol Hill at that incredibly powerful position as Chairman of Intelligence.
Do you have a theory, or did you see any trend lines?
At what point was it under Obama, was it under Mueller?
When did this agency that for so long had been lauded, had been looked up to, had been deemed to be prestigious, the legend of the G-Man, when did it Transmogrify into a political police force for one political party.
Can you see a moment in time?
You know, it happened during Obama and I would say right after his re-election.
A little bit before because you had the targeting of Conservatives and conservative donors and philanthropists by the IRS.
I was actually involved in that in that investigation, believe it or not, the Ways and Means Committee.
But then after Obama was reelected in 2012, you then saw a really cascading effect.
And one of the things that people forget about, which I think we talked about this last time I was on your show, but you will remember this.
It was when Obama and his team lied about Al Qaeda and the growth of ISIS in Iraq.
And we investigated that.
It was actually myself as chairman, but we had a great committee.
It was Mike Pompeo, who many of you know, your listeners know.
Dr. Brad Winstrip from Ohio, who's Still in Congress.
Doctor, he was one who saved Steve Scalise's life.
And Ken Calvert, who's now the chairman of the Defense Appropriations Committee.
They led that investigation for me.
And guess who the CENTCOM commander at the time?
CENTCOM is the command that controls the Middle East.
That person was none other than now Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
And they lied.
And we caught them, our investigation basically caught them at the highest level, manipulating intelligence.
And then imagine the trail went cold, Sea Bass.
Everything showed that Al Qaeda, I mean, nobody was better at this.
I mean, you wrote a book on the subject.
Al Qaeda was growing.
Everybody knew it was growing.
It was both public and also all of the intelligence showed that.
But somehow, CENTCOM, when Obama went out there and said, remember his famous line that Bin Laden was dead and Al Qaeda was on the run?
Yeah.
Oh, you want, you know, call back the 1980s or whatever he said to get your foreign policy back.
The 1980s wants their foreign policy back.
Yeah, that joke to Mitt Romney.
Right.
So they were willing at that time to manipulate intelligence.
So you start there and now you end up where we are today with raids on Mar-a-Lago, uh, prisoning.
We forgot to mention, what about the J6, all the J6 prisoners that are sitting in jail right now?
So look, we're in a, we're in a very, uh, perilous situation that in a slippery slope here, um, third world would probably not describe where we're at because We're really a first world country, the leading country in the world, but using the dictator third world style tactics.
And they've gotten away with it, and they're continuing to get away with it.
And is that why you mentioned Obama's fallacious or deliberate misrepresentation of al-Qaeda?
Is that one of the reasons, do you think, that General Mike Flynn had to be taken out?
Because as director of the DIA, in uniform, under Obama, he was telling the truth about al-Qaeda and why they were winning.
Is that one of the reasons?
Well, bingo.
You know this.
You know this better than anybody in the country.
So General Flynn, he was General Flynn was fired because he would not accept those results.
But he was a good soldier, by the way.
Yeah.
He never criticized Obama after he left.
You know, he went on the campaign trail for Donald Trump.
You never heard him talk about this issue.
But it was but he was fired for telling the truth.
And then you may remember General Flynn, and I think this was, you know, I've been very public about this, that the biggest mistake that the Trump administration made was getting rid of General Flynn at the very beginning.
Now, I think President Trump had very bad advice from, it was Vice President Pence who insisted that Flynn had lied to him, which is ridiculous.
I mean, it was just ridiculous.
And I, you know, at the time I was like, what the hell?
You guys just started.
General Flynn is the best guy you have here.
He was going to go in and reform the entire intelligence apparatus, including he wrote one of the best books on the subject.
He did a report on reforming intelligence.
I mean, this is the man who was the most important, most sophisticated intelligence official, military intelligence official.
Uh, that we've had since, you know, I would argue in modern history, including all of Vietnam.
Yeah.
Thank you for reminding me.
I remember that because he did an unclassified version of that report where he revolutionized how we do battlefield intelligence to make it as relevant to the war fighter and not some watered down garbage that has 17 different agencies put their caveats in.
Here in Washington, D.C.

The moms and dads all over the country who say, I'm going to think beyond just my own family and I'm going to bless another family because no child should wake up on Christmas morning and not have a gift to open from their mom and dad.
And Angel Tree enables that to happen.
And the gift is actually from the mom and dad.
They're just not there to deliver it.
They're not there to hand it to their child, but you are.

Devon, you had a right-hand man who rose through the Trump administration after he was your
chief investigator on Capitol Hill to become the acting deputy director of national intelligence.
He's a great supporter of the show, Kash Patel, and the establishment is not very happy with an interview he gave the day before yesterday on our friend Steve Bannon's show.
Here's Kash Patel talking about what has to happen in America.
And the one thing we will do that they never will do is we will follow the facts and the law and go to courts of law and correct these justices and lawyers who have been prosecuting these cases based on politics and actually issuing them as lawfare.
We will go out and find the conspirators not just in government but in the media.
Yes, we're going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections.
We're going to come after you.
Whether it's criminally or civilly, we'll figure that out.
But yeah, we're putting you all on notice.
Devin, you've been in the crosshairs perpetually because you were committed to the truth, uncovering what the Deep State was doing.
I love what Cash is saying.
I know it has to happen.
Is it possible?
Can it be done?
Can we get to a place in America where the establishment, the media, their cronies in the deep state do not have free reign to smear anybody they disagree with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
What do you think?
If God willing we can get President Trump back in the administration, have good people across federal government, is it possible?
Well, the challenge is this.
It's not legal to defame people and slander people.
In fact, there's laws on the books that don't allow it.
The challenge has been that if you are center-right, the defamation laws and slander laws apply differently to you than they do if you're on the left.
The left is, and that's really the challenge here, is that, and I would argue this, that most of the center-right publications, they're very, very careful.
Because, you know, you saw what happened to Fox News.
There's, you know, if you look at the organizations that you and I are very familiar with, they're very careful on what they do or say.
The rest of the propaganda media, which is 95% of the media, Um, there comes a point.
Are you really the media?
Are you really news?
If you are owned by multiple billionaires who are basically using it as an intelligence operation, i.e.
Bezos at the Washington Post.
I know they're having some issues right now.
I guess they're on strike or something.
I don't know.
But but you know, There, you know, was it really right?
Then a lot of these folks and let's go back to the Russia hoax days because it's a really important time frame because we know so much about it now.
But we were talking about General Flynn in the last segment.
But remember when it leaked out conversations that General Flynn had with the Russian ambassador in the United States.
Now, a lot of the people that reported on that OK, which which was a leak.
And remember, that was the big issue that I said.
So, look, I haven't seen anything with Russians and Trump, but I have seen this.
Where's the DOJ?
Where's the FBI?
Where are you guys?
And I said this in early 2017.
We are having leaks.
We opened up an official leak investigation from the House Intelligence Committee to try to figure out where in the hell was this information coming from?
Because that was an intelligence intercept.
That was a formal intelligence intercept that was leaked to the media.
Well, truthfully, we don't know where the hell it came from.
And that's one of the problems.
We never got to that.
I thought when we were looking at the unmaskings, I thought that that's where this had come from.
But I'll tell you, when we exhausted our investigation on that, we found lots of mischief and lots of what I think was illegal activity.
Ultimately, some changes were made to how that process works.
But we never did find the General Flynn leak.
And there was like nine different people who confirmed that, both former and current.
I think the number was nine, both former and current officials that confirmed that it had something to do with intelligence.
And yeah, he was talking to the Russian ambassador.
Now, look, nevermind that the whole thing was stupidity, because of course, you're the incoming national security advisor.
Of course, you're going to be talking to ambassadors in Washington, D.C.
That's why ambassadors are in Washington, D.C., right?
That's why we have a State Department.
That's why we have a Foreign Service.
That's why we allow embassies in the United States.
It's so that you can try to discuss issues so that you don't get into wars.
Now, never mind that.
Now, all those fools at the fake news at the time, they knew this.
But here's what they also knew at the time.
They also knew that it was the Clinton campaign and the DNC who were spreading the Russia hoax as early.
Lee Smith documented this.
Many news agencies had the so-called dossier.
There were even proto-dossiers.
Lee Smith wrote about this in his book that I know he's a guest on your show quite often.
So, at what point do you have to stand up and say, and that's why I stopped talking to the fake news CBS.
I stopped talking to them in 17 and 18 because I said, wait.
This is not media.
This is not news.
These are operations that are being run like intelligence operations to destroy the country, to remove a sitting president that were successful at removing a national security advisor.
So I think that's where we have to really, you know, and I'm not sure what Cash was referring to there, but look, if the New York Times is attacking him, he's probably right over the target, would be my guess.
I did the same thing in the White House.
Most of my colleagues thought, what a weirdo.
I said, why would I talk to a news company that hates my president and all the 64 million Americans who voted for him?
I won't talk to you on record, off record, or on background, because you have a mission.
And it's not a news mission.
It is a propaganda mission.
It is a political mission.

But you are a man of the land, Devin Nunes.
You are a farmer, but you are also of Portuguese descent.
And you have a new venture.
I haven't drunk alcohol for 20 years.
My wife and I gave up when my parents passed in the same year.
It was a tough year 20 years ago.
But I have guests.
We have dinner parties.
And good red wine is, you know, it's a good thing when you find it.
So, Devin, will you explain to me how you are leveraging your heritage and what your latest project is?
Well, thank you.
And I've got a bottle right here for you.
Oh, my gosh.
This was the Patriots.
It's the Patriot.
What is that?
Cabernet.
That's the Cabernet.
So it's not a Portuguese varietal, but this was actually named on True Social.
I put up a poll and said, hey, folks, I'm going to make some Portuguese varietals in California, but I'm also going to make a red and a Bordeaux.
And we put this up and people voted to have Patriots.
So, look, it's really a hobby of mine.
I come from, you know, my family had grapes.
I think every generation that I can trace back were farmers and specifically grew grapes and made wine.
I've actually been involved in the wine business even when I was in Congress in a small boutique winery.
This is just a project.
It's a passion.
It's a hobby.
It has to be a real labor of love.
It's like running a restaurant.
My brother-in-law has a restaurant.
He's a chef.
You don't do this for money and fame.
This has to be a labor of love.
Is this a labor of love for you, Devin?
Yeah.
I mean, really, it's a mission for me.
It's really my contribution to modern art.
It's where kind of science and art meet, and that is that I believe that these Portuguese varietals in my part of California, which is the central part of California, specifically on the central coast of California, in the Paso Robles area, San Luis Obispo County, for those who know the area well, kind of halfway between Monterey and Santa Barbara.
It's one of the top growing wine areas, and I went to school there.
But I've always believed that the Portuguese varietals are actually world class that come from there.
And I'm out to prove that point.
So it's just I love doing it.
It's lots of fun.
It's not a big project, but it's something that I hope if you enjoy wine and you're interested, I hope you try it out.
And I hope that you'll tell me if you like.
Well, let's put it up on the screen.
This is Devin Nunes wines dot com.
The design of the bottle alone is so Eye-grabbing.
It's just, it's a dark bottle, white kind of crate text, the American flag, the Patriot 2021 Cabernet.
That's DevinNunesWines.com.
In the last minute we have in this segment, I'm just curious, talk to us a little bit about the character of this Torriga Nacional.
What is the Portuguese varietal?
What kind of a wine is that?
So when people think of Bordeaux, France, they often think of, well, that's Cabernet Sauvignon.
Well, there's a lot of other Bordeaux wines that include Cabernet Franc, more low, very popular.
So in Portugal, there's the same.
I mean, there's actually like, you know, kind of 20 different varieties that are pretty prominent there.
But the number one, so the Cabernet Sauvignon of the Portuguese varietals is is to And so there's really only, and a lot of people ask, well, are these Portuguese wines?
Well, no, they're no more Portuguese wines than they are Bordeaux wines.
It's just the grapes have been planted to California.
The only, and this is kind of a trivia question, but the only grape and wine that you may have in California is Zinfandel, that there's an argument over where, what cross that Zinfandel is, what country does it come from, because it dates back in California.
To the time of the Spanish being there and the missions being there in the late 1700s, early 1800s.
So in California, it's relatively new, meaning our kind of lifetime, where Napa Valley was put onto the map with Bordeaux varietals.
And now people are experimenting with Italian varietals, Burgundy varietals.
You know, varietals from all over.
Spanish varietals, for example.
I just happen to believe that these Portuguese varietals are the ones.
Don't just get a good bottle of wine or a crate.
You'll also learn some trivia as well.

That's 1-800-4-RELIEF, relieffactor.com.
Can you bounce in with the other trainee cut, please?
Donald Trump a fascist?
I think that he certainly is employing fascist techniques.
I think that the tools that he's using are tools that we've seen used by authoritarians, fascists, tyrants around the world.
You know, the things that he has said and done in some ways are so outrageous that we have become numb to them.
What I believe is the cause of our time is that we not become numb, that we understand the warning signs, that we understand the danger.
And that we ignore partisan politics to stop him.
Devin, I have a very serious question to ask you.
I don't want to paint the devil on the wall, but A, it's perverse that we have four articles last weekend The editorial board of the New York Times, Robert Kagan in Atlantic with a 5,000 word piece, we have Liz Cheney and others talking about if the American people wish to elect President Trump again, we will have a dictatorship.
So number one, it's perverse because we are living in an age where the FBI, the DOJ is acting like a political police force for the Democrats.
But then on the flip side, when you look at the attempt on the life against Justice Kavanaugh, The very familiar to you, the James Hodgkinson political assassination attempt at the baseball field against Republican congressmen.
Just how dangerous is it to have leading figures of the left and the rhino Trump-hating class use words like fascist and dictator against a man who is currently defeating the current incumbent in the White House and is the putative nominee of his party?
Isn't that rhetoric?
Potentially incredibly dangerous to the life of the president and basically to the fabric of the republic.
Well, when I was listening to that clip and before you started to give your analysis of it, I was actually thinking back to just the earlier, the prior segment, when we talked about the propaganda artists and how they build narratives.
So what you're seeing in real time, what you saw last week and over the weekend, was how you launch a propaganda narrative.
It's how you set the narrative and how you build it.
And so she's just a tool of the left now.
I mean, it's sad to watch that.
But, you know, it's somebody who, you know, who I served with for many years, I knew Dick Cheney, worked with him on numerous things.
And when I was in the Congress, and it's sad to see this, this happening, but but look, Those of us like you and me who have lived through this, and it's important for listeners to know, you can spot these narratives.
And they're so clumsy with them now.
It's so obvious that their old plays just aren't working any longer.
I actually, it's funny you put that up, Sebas, because a few days ago, I actually put this on to True Social.
When I saw the Atlantic stories, it wasn't just that one story in the Atlantic.
I think the Atlantic, exactly at the same time, in the same magazine, online, four different articles all basically kind of
saying the same thing.
It was the whole issue. It was the whole issue stopping Trump.
Yeah, and you had and then you had the New York, you had the New York Times,
and all of it was a cascading effect. And then and then you have these very
certain serious journalists. They'll sit there and say, boy, this looks like it could be fascist.
Do you think that it is?
Give me a break.
I mean, you know, it's just so obvious.
That's why, look, I used to always say, we've come a long ways.
We're not there yet.
But at least 40% of America, I think it used to be back in the early days of the Russia hoax, it was probably only 20% of Americans who were just like, look, we're not going to pay attention to this.
I think we're over 40% now.
And we may be getting higher of Americans who are like, They don't care what those ridiculous journalists say.
Oh, doesn't this look like fascism or Nazism to you or dictatorships?
We've heard it.
We don't want to hear it anymore.
That's why everybody's tuning out.
That's why, you know, you talk about how that's why you see people moving from my great state of California.
They're moving to places like Florida, where I sit today.
You know, we started True Social in Florida, not in Silicon Valley.
Why was that?
So they're tearing America apart in their lust and greed for power.
So whatever they accuse you of doing, the left and Cheney, it's what they're doing.
And it's obvious.
I mean, it was given away.
I mean, they're all, I mean, you have 20, 30, 40 articles, all the same people, all the same idiots talking about it for, you know, for three straight days.
Like, give us a break.
I remember when I would go down to the floor And every once in a while I would give speeches.
And I talked about, at the time, the water issue in California that I think I've talked about on your show, where they're letting water go out to the ocean instead of it going to farms.
And then they stand up in the left, in the media, and they all say, climate change, global warming, we're in a drought.
And meanwhile, you just lost like five years of water that went out.
Now, I used to give speeches on this.
And I used to stand on the House floor and I'd say, this is tyranny.
This is wrong.
This is what you see people like Robert Mugabe doing back in the day when he was still around, using water as a weapon.
When I said that, I got Blasted by the fake news editorial boards all over the country for saying, which was, you know, at the time, the truth.
I mean, they were using water as a weapon.
Now they just, they just throw it out there.
And so that's why I say there's, it's, it's just a, it's this, this two standards are ridiculous.
I'm just happy that we're no longer where we were, you know, at kind of 20% of Americans.
We're now, I think up above 40% of Americans who have seen it, they've had enough of it.
And that's why they're on true social.
Yeah, absolutely.
And if you don't have an account, you've got to get an account right now on Truth Social.
I think one of the, you know, America is not an ethnicity, but one of the things that binds Americans is this unbounded common sense.
And I think what you're describing Is tens of millions of Americans just applying common sense and saying, hang on, President Trump didn't arrest members of the Obama administration and put them in leg irons at Reagan Airport like they did to Peter Navarro.
They're not busting down the doors of pro-life preachers in Philadelphia.
That's Biden's DOJ.
That's Biden's FBI.
They're not going to a former president's house, busting down his doors and then indicting him.
Well, in the meantime, you've got other presidents and everybody else has the same thing.
Anyway, you know that.
It's the holiday season.
I'm going to be a little happier today.
We will try.
We've got one more segment left.
We will try.
We're talking to Devin Nunes.

And I'm so pleasantly surprised that you did so God bless every single one of you.

All right, you said you wanted to cheer it up a little bit.
Let me try.
Although, you know, we are political animals.
It's what we discuss.
You said that you're in Florida right now, and that's where the president and you created the company that runs Truth Social.
But you're still a farmer in California, which means you haven't given up on California, which means you haven't given up on America.
Just in the last two minutes we have with you, Devin Nunes, please tell, you've got three and a half million Americans listening, a lot, a lot in California.
What is your message to those who are on the cusp of feeling like it's over?
Well, the good thing that we have here, thankfully, is we live in a democratic republic.
And what you see is that the red states Are doing much better than the blue states, and I think you know you saw this really in the in the last recession back in 2007 and eight and nine.
The blue states did terrible.
The red states rebounded much faster.
You've since then seen the red states continuing to grow.
You see the decline in population.
Now, none of that is good for the people like me who are still in California.
And look, for me, my family immigrated to the state of California.
They've all been there.
And you don't want to leave it.
But look, if I could take the weather and the soil in my vineyards, in my wine project, if I could move them to Florida, I would.
But I can't get the same quality of wine.
Now, why do I say all this?
It's because ultimately, They will eat their own.
What's the old saying?
I think Ronald Reagan used to say it.
The ones that feed the left, feed the alligators, eventually get eaten last.
I'm sure many, I just remember Reagan saying something like that.
So, eventually, they're going to eat their own.
And you're seeing it happen.
I mean, I like to go visit you in Washington, D.C., but I don't like going there anymore.
It's too dangerous.
The same with New York City.
The same with Chicago.
The same with San Francisco.
The same with Los Angeles.
They're destroying.
They're destroying these cities.
And you're starting to see, maybe, maybe, I hope, that you're starting to see people that are living in those cities, watching our country be invaded, Yeah.
with illegal immigrants from basically every country around the world, including military-aged
Chinese men, you're seeing that people start to rise up in those blue cities.
People that—you know, it's that—the people that just don't pay attention.
They just want to go to their kids' soccer games.
They just want to watch sports.
But now they're waking up because their cities are being destroyed.
And so that's, I think, the positive note I'm going to leave you with is that there is hope because of the red states and good-governed states.
It shows that there's another way to live.
We don't have to live like they live in Chicago or San Francisco.
Oh, Washington, D.C., the nation's capital.
Only 600,000 people and 800 carjackings this year.
This year.
That's why we fight, we fight, we fight.
