I get the calls from the parents and the female athletes and the coaches and the medical professionals who don't know what to do.
I get them all the time.
So that's just simply not true.
And secondly, by acknowledging, okay, well, it could be a problem, but it's not yet.
You're admitting you know it's wrong, right?
And so my question for them is, okay, how many girls have to be hurt?
How many girls have to lose out on opportunities or be exploited in the locker room before it matters?
Is there a number in their mind?
Is it 20?
Is it 100?
Do all men have to make up the women's Olympic team?
I mean, what's their qualification for being proactive?
And that's what this is, right?
Wouldn't you rather take precaution when you could to prevent girls from going through that?
I guess some people wouldn't.
My message, I mean, God bless you Riley.
We salute all of you that are fighting for the truth, that are protecting women.
It's Riley underscore Gaines underscore on Twitter.
That's Riley underscore Gaines underscore on Twitter.

God bless Morton Blackwell at the Leadership Institute.
My gosh, has he done so much for America.

I want to kind of leverage what my friend Charlie Kirk said once.
Where are the fathers?
Where are you?
Are you sitting in the bleachers as your 15-year-old, 16-year-old daughter is about to race against a man who has crushed their dreams, who is a cheat?
What the hell are you doing?
If you're not making a human wall to say, that man doesn't swim against my daughter, you're not a man and you have betrayed your child.
God bless you, Riley Gaines.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

America first.
It's one of the most beautiful things we can do for you, and one of the most beautiful things you can do for others, and that's support the Food for the Poor program that is on the ground in 17 nations, helping the most destitute.
Just listen to one of the pastors.
His name is Knackle, and he's in Jamaica, and he's just explaining how important what you do for these people truly is.
I want to explain to you something.
When you give your money to Food for the Poor, whether it's $10 or $100, this will go directly towards the disaster unit.
It will basically make sure that Jamaica and other countries will basically be provided with the disaster kits, like flashlight, protective wear.
It goes also towards food, towards purification, water purification, tablets, because it's important in time of disaster.
If you're doing okay, if you weathered COVID, if you're asking yourself as a Christian, what can I do for others?
Well, one of the easiest things you can do is to donate to these destitute people.
Children who will be going to bed hungry tonight can be fed thanks to you.
Even if it's just a hundred dollars, ten bucks, whatever it is, make a difference today.
You could be saving a life, literally.
You can text my name to 81888 and they'll send you a link back or you can call
the amazing people at Food for the Poor on 855-330-HOPE.
That's 855-330-4673 or just text GORKA to the number 81889.

One story about people suffering for more than a year that isn't getting requisite attention is, of course, the war in Europe once more.
And with very special coverage, people have come directly from the region and they've made time to come in studio for us.
A good friend of the show, we have Jason Jones of the Vulnerable People Project and from the Razom, the altogether NGO in Ukraine, Ruslan Kokarchuk.
Welcome to America First.
Sebastian, thanks for having us.
Nice to meet you.
Thank you.
So, we're going to talk about what you are doing in Ukraine and the truth about what's happening to the Christian churches.
Lots of false information, lots of propaganda.
But could you both give us an update?
What is the situation in the country?
What is the spirit of the Ukrainian people who are fighting for their freedom?
First of all, thanks for invitation.
I'm really honored to be here in your studio.
And thanks to American nation for lifting up voice for the truth.
We just ask American people just lift up voice for the truth.
We do not need Ukrainian propaganda here.
Just say truth.
To be honest, the situation is really difficult in our country right now.
It is not better than before.
So, it's a terrible war is existing on our land.
And we need to keep in mind that the war in Ukraine, it is not just another regional conflict.
It's the biggest war in Europe after World War II.
We need to keep in mind all the time that situation.
So that's why the situation is very difficult.
A close friend of mine, like a board member of our organization, was killed.
Every Ukrainian person has at least seven people who died or were injured because of war.
Only imagine, each Ukrainian has seven people who died or were injured.
So the situation is really difficult.
But the spirit of Ukrainians is pretty strong.
Of course we are fighting bravely.
Ukrainian army is fighting bravely.
But we need really God's miracle.
So we ask you to pray with us.
But you're never gonna give up, right?
Ukrainians are never gonna give up.
No doubt the spirit is strong and we keep doing fighting for our independence and for our land.
Jason, I know you're a good guy.
You're a patriot, you're a conservative, you're a veteran.
What is it with all these stupid conspiracy theories about Ukraine?
Why are conservatives falling for, you know, the bio labs?
And, you know, we provoked the KGB colonel in the Kremlin.
This really pisses me off.
Or that Putin is, like, a Christian saviour of the West.
Putin and his grand alliance with China.
North Korea, Iran, and Nicaragua.
He's the good guy.
He's the good guy.
Well, I'll tell you what it is.
It's the rise of the Gnostic, what I call the Gnostic right.
All of the institutions we've trusted, our churches, the Department of Justice, our medical professionals, they've let us down.
And so we're lost, and we're looking for truth.
a lot of the places we looked for truth in the past two years that were very confused
have been drinking Russian propaganda as if the Minister of Defense had their personal
email account.
But just the basics.
So like it drives me to say the bio labs.
You mean the bio labs the Soviet Union built?
Those bio labs?
Those bio labs.
Or like the Nazis.
So what, you mean the Jewish president is a Nazi?
What happened to Crick?
The Wagner group that litters the world with swastikas and SS symbols.
And you know, human trafficking, this is the one that really gets me because the Trump
administration gave Russia an F on trafficking and they put them alongside the Congo and
they called the Trump administration's own report called Russia the international linchpin
for human trafficking.
You Ukraine was given a B, alongside Germany and Denmark.
These conspiracy theories are embarrassing.
And then suddenly now, under the Biden administration, Russia are the good guys and the Ukrainians are the traffickers.
That's unbelievable.
It's really unbelievable.
My organization, we set up 800 beds to protect young women from trafficking.
The war is the greatest thing for trafficking, human trafficking.
You displace 8 million people.
You know, the country's been littered with landmines, littered with landmines.
Russia's been using cluster bombs since day one of the war.
Well, and targeting, we saw it just a few days ago, targeting civilian buildings, apartment blocks.
Ruslan's home was hit.
Yeah, we need to remember there is no totally safe place in Ukraine.
For example, me, my wife, and our four kids, we live in Ukraine.
I have very, like, baby kids, two, four, six, and eight years old.
And we are staying in Ukraine during all this period.
We didn't leave the country during all this period.
But some, a lot of my friends are refugees right now, of course, but it's like was our common decision to keep serving there in this nation.
So we live in Kyiv, but it's like 400-300 miles from the front line.
Anyway, any moment, Russian missile, drone, rocket can reach any point.
Just two months ago, Russian drone exploded just above our house.
It was beaten by Ukrainian air defense system.
And so, roof is damaged, window is damaged, door is damaged.
These attacks on civilians, these aren't accidents.
The Russians aren't attacking civilians by accident.
Civilians, they live everywhere.
They try to attack, for example, like airport, but there are no airports in the area where we live, for example.
So drones, they are flying everywhere.
And of course, my wife, it was 4 o'clock in the morning, so like a piece of shell broke through the roof and broke the heating radiator, which is metal, totally.
Putin's just half a meter close to the head of my wife and also all our four kids were sleeping there.
So now the situation is like we sleep every second night because another every second night drones and missiles and rockets are everywhere.
So there is no like totally safe place and we need to keep in mind that.
These drones are Iranian drones.
Iranian drones with Chinese components.
China signed a partnership.
Iran shot down an Iranian airliner just two years ago, three years ago.
advancing the Christian...
And you have to remember, Iran shot down an Iranian airliner just two years ago, three
years ago.
Hang on, we're going to continue because I need to know what's happening with the Christian
church in Ukraine.
We're talking to Jason Jones, Ruslan Kukarchuk of the Venerable People Project and also Vysorazom
Ukraine, which is all together.

Sebastian, can I use that?
By the way, in every country we work, Sudan, Nigeria, we basically run into the Wagner Group.
We lost a contractor to the Wagner Group in Sudan just two months ago.
Right, right, right.
I love this term.
What did you call it?
The conservative Gnosticism?
Gnostic right.
That is so good.
being told by people I don't know I should stop drinking propaganda when I'm
in these countries. It's unbelievable.
I love this term, what did you call it? The conservative Gnosticism?
Yeah, people coming out of the rise of the Gnostic right.
Gnostic right. That is so good.
Yeah, Heideggerian right, really. But it's not grounded in Christendom, it's not grounded in the traditions of the
West.
Well it also feeds into the conspiracy theory of you know that we have the hidden knowledge.
knowledge.
That's it.
They can never point to how they know what they know.
And you can never disprove them because we know.
We know.
And you're an idiot.
We know and you don't know.
And if you ask questions, you're the bad guy.
Right?
If you ask questions... I'm inviting some of these more prominent ones that we both know to come with me to Ukraine and they're not interested at all.
Yeah, just come and see.
Yeah, have a look.
Yeah, please.
Yeah, Carafano wants me to go, I'd really love to go.
I'm hopefully going to be there in September, October.
I didn't want to leave on the last trip, I was there in June, and I just felt horrible leaving, but I had commitments.
Right, so I'm going to ask you to address all of this shutting down of the churches propaganda.
Yes, yes, I'd like to talk about that, especially on occupied territories.
Oh, do we have the script for 2D?
The questions?
Where did Jeff go?
He is not here.
I'm going to text him.
He might be getting it.
So what next?
Where are you going next?
So I have my back flight to Sacramento for a few days and August 15 I have my back flight to Warsaw, Poland and then I take my car because... You can't do the train?
Train or car because airports are closed in Ukraine so only car.
So I moved my family to the western small city in Ukraine because they are afraid to stay without me in Kiev and on my back where I will pick them up and return to He's bringing it now.
Okay, great.
Yeah, we're doing My Pillow.
Hang on, I'm going to send you an image that you can drop into the discussion.

Ruslan, can you tell us about, we hear these stories about how Ukrainians are persecuting Christians and how Putin is saving Christianity in Ukraine.
Could you give us the truth?
Because you're from there.
Unbelievable.
It's difficult to believe that people can say in that way you described before.
I just let you know that Ukraine, I mean, our viewers, that Ukraine is the most Christian country among former Soviet republics.
The most Christian country.
Hang on, hang on.
Soviet, yes.
Poland and then Ukraine.
How about... Yes, Poland was not like a part of Soviet Union.
Correct.
But among Soviet Union, if you speak about independent countries, one of the most Christian country in Europe.
For example, the biggest Greek Catholic movement is in Ukraine.
The biggest Baptist Union in Europe is in Ukraine.
Do you mean Christians are allowed to be Christians in Ukraine?
Just imagine.
It is possible.
It's the biggest Christian community.
So what happened to these quote-unquote churches that were allegedly shut down?
What are those churches?
First of all, there are no church, no religious organization is forbidden in Ukraine.
Of course there are some religious organizations which are, I mean one of them is which is connected to Russian FSB.
A foreign intelligence, right?
Like a foreign intelligence.
So this is a front organization for the Kremlin?
Yes, of course.
So, in spite of that fact, they are not forbidden in Ukraine.
We need to emphasize that.
They can gather together, they can do their services.
Of course, they are investigating.
Yes, they are.
There are reasons for that.
But they are not forbidden.
But at the same time, I want to say what is happening there on occupied territories of Ukraine.
Occupied by Russians.
My native city is occupied.
It is Skadovsk, close to Crimea.
It's a southern part of Ukraine.
It's a small town.
The majority, I'm an evangelical person, the majority members of our church, they are refugees right now.
I want to say that there is no, like, lack of religious freedom.
There is an absence of religious freedom.
Like, evangelicals cannot gather together.
Churches are shut down.
On Russian-controlled territories.
On occupied territories.
Like Melitopol.
It's like a big city close to the Sea of Azov.
It's close to the Black Sea region.
There are huge evangelical churches.
One of them, Melitopol Christian Church.
It is about 1,000 members.
And they have the most beautiful building in the city.
With palms, with waterfalls.
It's typical for American megachurches, but not typical for Ukraine.
Right.
The most beautiful building.
Immediately after the occupation, Russian invaders invaded the church territory, cut down the cross, moved all Christians from there, and transformed the church venue into a concert hall.
Okay, hang on.
This is really important.
Let me just reiterate what Ruslan said from Altogether in Ukraine.
One of the biggest evangelical, one of the most beautiful evangelical communities, churches, in Ukraine, after the territory on which it was located was captured by the Russian forces, the church was shut down, the cross was removed, and it was reopened as a concert venue.
Did I hear you correctly?
That's true.
Another building in the same city transformed into cinema.
A Christian church by the Russians.
It's a Baptist one.
It was transformed into cinema.
This is so important.
Can you guys stay for one more segment?
Because I want to hear from you.
Do you have time for 10 more minutes?
I do.
Ruslan has a flight.
I need to talk to you, because I need the American input, because we're talking to a Ukrainian who's giving us the grand truth.

We've just been discussing Ukraine.
You've been on the ground.
Let's get your take on this.
Putin's the good guy.
He's saving Christians in Ukraine.
Yeah, you know, our organization is very active.
We're still in every province in Afghanistan.
We're working in Sudan, Nigeria.
Everywhere we go, we bump into Russia when we're trying to protect vulnerable communities from genocide and ethnic cleansing.
And they're helping Christians, right?
And saving people.
A sniper working for who?
a young Sudanese man rescuing an order of nuns whose convent was being shelled outside of Khartoum
when the civil war erupted.
And we're pretty certain that this young man was shot by a sniper while evacuating nuns.
A sniper working for who?
For the Wagner Group.
The Russian Wagner Group.
Yeah.
And so, you know, Sebastian, a lot of these people are my friends, or they listen to my podcast,
and they write me these emails.
And it's heartbreaking.
It's confusing.
And it is really, they've lost trust.
But I get, look, I get losing trust and being cynical, because you look at, you know, Iraq war, you look at, you know, you look at COVID, you look at Fauci.
Okay, be a little bit questioning, But then to believe... I mean, we're about the same age.
To believe that a KGB colonel who persecuted Christians his whole life, who fought the West, a KGB colonel who kills journalists who write the truth about... He's the good guy?
But that's not cynicism!
But that's not cynicism!
That's like conspiracy theory out of control!
No, it's out of control.
And it's quite frightening.
The drift of the right is a conservative who I you know I was chairman
of the Young Americans for Freedom in college I was a chairman of the
College Republicans I founded the pledge I've been active in this movement since
I was a 17 year old boy to see this drift it's startling you know my
organization I founded it in the lead-up to the invasion of Iraq because I was concerned for
the Assyrians and Chaldeans and the Yazidis the ancient Christian first
century communities and what would happen when we had a destabilization of order
and war and in lead up to the invasion of Iraq.
That's what caused me to found my organization.
I think as a Christian, as a conservative, my primary concern, whether it's in my family, whether it's in my neighborhood, whether it's in my state or in the country, We need to order ourselves to serve those who are vulnerable, who are being inflicted violence.
We had Russia invade this country.
Sebastian, millions and millions and millions of landmines.
One of our contractors lost a leg to a landmine three months ago.
The moment I stepped off the train in Kiev, I got a call from one of our team members outside of Kharkiv that one of our guys, an American, stepped on a landmine.
He's getting his prosthetic and he'll be back in January removing landmines.
The people of Ukraine, by the way I've fallen in love with them, we got pulled into Ukraine in the first days of the war when some NHL players asked us to evacuate their family members from the east.
And then a religious order asked us to help an order of sisters who, again, their convent was being shelled.
So from the very first days of the war we had to evacuate nuns whose convent was being shelled.
By the Russians.
You know, we had a convent being shelled and sniper attacks outside of Khartoum in Sudan.
You just have to look at their... I've said this to some people.
Here are Russia's allies.
Iran, North Korea, Nicaragua, China, and you.
You know, this is your team.
You're the team.
If you believe in this garbage, you're on the side of Iran and North Korea.
And Russia.
Yeah, and I think Russia is really, they signed a partnership of unlimited friendship the day before the war.
Their parts are going into Iranian drones, which are slamming into apartment buildings.
If you're conservative and you're On the team that has allies that include China and Iran, you're on the wrong team and you may not be a conservative.
We're running out of time.
You've got the flag of Afghanistan on your hat.
We played the incredible footage from the hearing in California yesterday of the parents of the 13 who were killed.
Just a quick take on what happened two years ago in Kabul.
It was a great tragedy, and here's the frightening part.
I was warned hours before to remove my people from Abbey Gate that there was going to be a terrorist attack.
We now know that there's a massive cover-up, that there was a terrorist who'd been monitored for days, and snipers were... Well, and the snipers had eyes on, and they were told not to kill him.
And they were not to engage.
A young man who runs our Afghan operations who's an Afghan couldn't get to the gate that day or he would have been dead or wounded.
We've rescued an infant who was separated from his parents during the bombing.
We'll be in town for the anniversary.
But this is our hat.
Afghanistan is really where we're most active.
These are all the countries we work.
I want to give this to you as a gift.
We have South Sudan.
Xinjiang, where the Uyghurs are, Nigeria, and Afghanistan.
So these are for you.
He's got a patch for everywhere.
We have more countries, but we brought you those.
And by the way, there's a line of gesture in all the communities we serve from violence, that we run into China, Iran, and Russia.
We're in Iraq, China, Iran, and Russia.
Ukraine, China, Iran, and Russia.
Africa, China, Iran, and Russia.
Where people are being persecuted, especially Christians, Who do you find making trouble?
China, Iran, Russia.
That's all you need to know guys.
You don't have to have a PhD in geopolitics.
If you're on the side of those who are persecuting Christians, that are persecuting people because they want to live in freedom, you may not be on the right side.

Mike Pence can get President Trump convicted.
You know what the problem with that is?
A little video I posted this morning from January the 4th.
Yeah, you know, 48 hours before January the 6th, where Mike Pence, um, well, he tells everybody listening what he's going to do on January 6th and why.
Cut 13.
You know, I know we all got our doubts about the last election.
And I want to assure you, I share the concerns of millions of Americans about voting irregularities.
And I promise you, come this Wednesday, we'll have our day in Congress.
We'll hear the objections.
We'll hear the evidence.
But tomorrow is Georgia's day.
So you thought the election had been rigged.
You had concerns.
And you are going to hear those objections two days later as president of the Senate.
Jeff, what happened to Mike Pence?
I'm a little confused.
That was two days before January 6th.
I know.
It's a little bit of a change, huh?
But hang on.
Bill O'Reilly said he's going to get President Trump convicted.
Yeah, good luck with that.
Yeah, I'm just going to play that video.
Jeff, I think we should play that video of Pence every day for as long as the trial goes.
What do you think?
It should be the Trump campaign ad just to get rid of him out of the primary.
I think we might have to suggest that tomorrow, Largo.
Nicely done, Mr. G. If you stand with President Trump, if you know that Mike Pence lied and is lying right now when he says, oh yes, yes, they said to me it wasn't stolen.
Yeah, really?
Well, stand with 45.
Have this flag flying above your home next to the Stars and Stripes.
It's the I stand with 45 Trump 2024.
We have the t-shirt as well.
It is our number one bestseller.
Closely followed by the FBI t-shirt jointly released with Chris Platt that says Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
And then there's the new one designed by you.

Making sense out of today's nonsense, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Every single day that is our mission here at America First.
Why?
Well, because somebody has to do it, and when it comes to California, well, we need to have a little bit of assistance.
Why?
Because there are There's a few people left there who are fighting for the truth, and none of them has more warrior gumption than our good friend that keeps Los Angeles sane every morning, co-host of The Morning Answer, AM 870, AM 590, also CRN Digital Talk, Jennifer Horne.
How are you doing?
Dr. G, I'm glad to be back with you.
I feel like we blink and we're back together again, but it's like the highlight of my week.
Oh, you're too kind and she has the best.
When I go on her show every week, it's like I need to get invoices from her because the way she introduces me, you are the best.
Why should I be surprised?
I shouldn't be surprised because we have an announcement.
It's on my phone.
It is KRLA AM 870, the best Local radio or podcast personality is somebody called Jennifer Horne.
We are not worthy!
We are not worthy, Jennifer Horne!
We bow down in supplication.
You're so sweet for bringing it up.
No, this was an utter surprise.
First of all, because it's I know not a shock that the LA Times does much to honor any Anything conservative going on in Southern California, but this was a listener voted award and that's what made it so really exciting.
And so the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County all came together.
They voted.
They nominated me and voted and I beat out my competition, which was pretty fierce.
Some of the big stations in town had people on the list.
I didn't even know about it.
I was telling you off the air.
I was away for the weekend.
I was coming back into town and I got a call from my mom who sent me this picture because she was reading the LA Times and just saw my name in there.
So, it was really exciting.
Hang on, hang on.
I need to know.
Does the LA Times know who you are?
I would imagine.
I mean, I don't know.
I don't know.
Maybe we got away with one.
They're going to rescind this award or something.
Do you think so?
I know they'll cross me out.
You'll be swatted and they'll say, give us back that reward.
You can't have that.
You're a conservative.
You love America.
Isn't it crazy though?
But it really does make you feel good because it means that the people are still listening.
They're still voting.
We try to entertain and inform and tell people that there's still hope in California.
So the fact that people voted and the fact that people listen, it truly, truly was a very nice surprise and a big honor.
Well, it is well, well deserved.
One of the hardest working people in the business, if not the hardest working.
A woman who just never gives up, never gives up on America and on California.
Somebody who might be rethinking that attitude is an individual called Hannah Aila.
And a TikTok video of hers went viral concerning what has happened to San Francisco.
And I'd like to play that video and another one that Jeff, look, Katie, let's play the one that's gone viral first.
So, I'm going to a 4th of July party today to meet the guy I'm seeing his friends.
I'm not very patriotic.
It's not the one that went viral.
The other video.
Please show the first video that went viral.
I'm literally shaking right now.
I was just getting groceries and I live in San Francisco and I never really feel fully safe.
If you live in San Francisco, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
And I just got groceries.
I'm walking out of the store and this guy is walking past me and he spits in my face.
It's all over my face.
And then I say, excuse me, did you just spit in my face?
And he says, move or I'll rape you.
There's also people everywhere and everyone's just walking by because they're like, I can't handle something else in San Francisco.
It's always something else.
I don't even know why I'm posting this.
If you live in San Francisco, do you feel this way all the time?
I don't feel safe.
Ever.
I literally never feel safe.
It's better when it's daylight.
But nighttime?
No.
Not leaving my house.
So she doesn't feel safe in San Francisco.
I don't blame her.
She was spat at.
The man said, uh, I want to rape you.
The question is, uh, does she make any connection between how San Francisco got there and maybe her own political proclivities?
Because this is a video that, uh, somebody else dug up and then Jeff sent to me.
And, uh, it's the same woman talking about a little family reunion with her boyfriend's family.
Play it.
So, I'm going to a 4th of July party today to meet the guy I'm seeing, his friends.
I am not very patriotic.
And they said wear red, white, and blue.
And I don't have anything red, white, and blue.
But I have something red.
So, I'm gonna wear it.
Before you freak out.
Before you freak out.
It says, Made You Look, Bucklers Matter.
Um, so obviously, we'll be wearing this to the party.
And, um, they're from Ohio, most of his friends.
So, they're probably Republican.
So, uh, wish me luck.
My boyfriend's family are from Ohio.
I'm not very patriotic, so I'm going to wear something red.
And she puts on a MAGA hat, but it's not a MAGA hat.
It says, Made You Look.
And then she's, I don't know why she says it so fast.
Maybe she's ashamed of it.
It says, Made You Look, Black Lives Matter.
So she's making fun of Republicans.
She's making fun of patriots.
Perhaps she shouldn't have voted for Democrats to run San Francisco, Jen?
Yeah, it makes you wonder how people get by because this is obviously someone who is not very self-aware other than the fact that she realizes she's not patriotic.
And isn't it funny that patriotism, this is a side note, has become something of a negative for the left. I mean, that was something we used to always
want to say is that we were patriotic, that we have patriotism. And now I guess they look at that
as some sort of dog whistle on the right.
So that's maybe the only self-aware thing that she said. We played this video as well. It went viral,
as you mentioned. And you can't blame her for feeling unsafe in San Francisco, because San
Francisco, Los Angeles, Oakland, all of the big cities in California are having huge spikes in
crime because they have adopted what Black Lives Matter put out as their manifesto.
They have defunded the police.
They aren't prosecuting crime.
When they do prosecute crimes, judges are now going to be allowed to use people's race to determine what their penalties will be.
This is what she asked for, and I'm sorry that somebody threatened her.
I'm sorry somebody spat at her.
That shouldn't happen to anybody.
But at what point do people wake up and realize that they're the ones who supported the policy that got us here?
And every major city in California is realizing that they screwed up.
Whether they want to verbalize it or not, they're starting to realize at least what they've done.
But, you know, you know these people better than anyone.
I have a, you know, she's now made her account on TikTok private.
I have a strange feeling that she's never made, she's not made that connection and she'll never make that connection.
Is that, am I, is that possible?
I think for a lot of people on the far left, that's right.
I think they are completely unaware.
But you have to remember that the primary bulk of California voters are independents.
They are people that are somewhere in the middle.
And it's the reason why I stay and fight.
It's the reason why I get up and put on a happy face in the morning.
Because I believe that at some point, and Dan Mangino always says this, and you probably know where I'm going, since it hasn't gotten bad enough yet.
But when it gets bad enough, that's when people are going to actually wake up and start making changes.
And it's happening slowly but surely in California.
It's taking us longer than other states like Virginia and such, where you're seeing some pushback.
But people in California, particularly parents, particularly people who want to afford a house and who want to feel safe sending their kids out to play in the front yard, There are some things that are happening to put the pressure on some of our elected officials.
It's going to be slow because unfortunately you have a lot of these people who don't realize, again, maybe they never will, but my hope lies with the people in the center who are independent to go, wait a second, maybe it sounded great to try to achieve social justice and I'll use air quotes for social justice, but now we don't have any police officers left.
Right, exactly.
Let's go from California to national politics.
President Trump was in New Hampshire and he asked the crowd about what he should do regarding the upcoming debate.
I want you to chime in.
Cut eight!
The 45th president of the United States.
They're all saying, is he going to go into the debate?
And I say, I don't know, if you're leading by 50 and 60 and 70 points, do you do that or not?
I don't know.
Should I?
OK, you ready?
Poll.
We take a free poll.
Should I do the debate?
Crowd cheers.
You know, see, some people say yes, but they hate to say it because it doesn't make sense to do it if you're leading by so much, but they like it for entertainment value because they're selfish.
They're selfish.
I'll admit it.
I'm selfish.
I wanted to be big because I wanted to crush Chris Christie and Asa Hutchinson.
What's your take, Jen?
Okay, selfishly, yes, I would love to see him debate.
But I've been saying since the beginning, I don't think that President Trump needs to.
And it's not that I'm afraid, by the way.
I think it would be fabulous to have him up there on the debate stage.
But he's been president before.
We already know what he's done.
Oh yes!
For four years, right?
Yeah, exactly.
For four years, under duress, by the way.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
The governor of Florida told me that he has to earn the nomination.
That's right.
But he was president, right?
Yeah, he does have to earn the nomination.
Everybody does.
But it's up to... I love how people say, well, you have an obligation to debate.
There is no obligation to debate.
People could choose.
They make their own path.
You make their choices, and the voters vote.
And here's the thing.
Because he was president, does it lower himself to go on the stage with these losers?
I mean, not all losers, but the Chris Christies and the Asa Hutchinsons of the world and Will Hurd?
Do they need to be on the stage?
No.
Absolutely not.

I, they just said she fell.
They're keeping it pretty quiet about what happened, but how could she not fall?
Have you seen the poor woman?
Holy smokes.
Is her husband still alive or does she live alone?
No, he's dead.
Can you, can you play, um, cut 15?
15.
EJT.
How can my corrupt political opponent, crooked Joe Biden, put me on trial during an election campaign that I'm winning by a lot, but forcing me nevertheless to spend time and money away from the campaign trail in order to fight bogus, made up accusations and charges.
That's what they're doing.
I'm sorry, I won't be able to go to Iowa today.
I won't be able to go to New Hampshire today because I'm sitting in a courtroom on because his attorney general Charged me with something.
We can't bleep stuff out, we have to cut it out?
Yeah, unless we get an editing thing.
What do we need?
I have no idea.
Something.
A piece of equipment.
Cut twelve.
A piece of equipment.
Twelve.
Whenever you have a state that's, like, eking towards blueness or purple or something else like that, you see a gerrymandered Republican legislature try and block people's access to vote, change what the voting rules are, change the voting times.
And sometimes it works, but occasionally, if you get a universal issue like abortion, people get angry.
And then they're going to turn out the vote.
And Republicans show again, because they're not a party, they're a dime store front for a terrorist organization at this point called MAGA.

My other favorite story of the day is the air horns in Oakland and then the West Hollywood security officers that they've replaced the police with are being caught on camera making out with people during their shows.
Showing their abs to people.
It's great.
Where was that seat guy?
Was that California?
The which guy?
The seat guy.
Yeah, that was in Stockton.
Something our guest said to us, our in-studio guest, Jason Jones, that kind of made me think about what we're asking you to help us with.
As Christians, it really is our duty to help the most vulnerable.
Really, our civilization, Judeo-Christian civilization, will be judged by how we treat and what we do for the most vulnerable.
There's a reason Jesus talked about what?
Widows, orphans, prisoners, and children.
There's a reason.
He actually said that's your priority in life, to help those.
Are you helping them?
May I offer you a way?
There are children right now in 17 countries who are suffering because of natural disasters, floods, hurricanes, famines, and Food for the Poor, with its pasta networks in every single nation, is on the ground helping to feed them, to clothe them, to provide them clean drinking water.
Do you even think about the fact that you have access to clean drinking water and it's just automatic?
What if you didn't?
What if your children didn't?
What if they ran the risk of dysentery just because of a glass of water?
Yeah.
Let's be that person.
Let's be that Christian.
Let's be that saving angel.

God bless you.
Jennifer, we played that cut of that resident of San Francisco who doesn't realize the consequences of voting Democrat and now she's scared to go out in the daylight or after dark, but it's okay because somebody came up with this idea.
All you have to do is to carry around one of those big air horns, right?
Like we're in the circus, which is literally who's running California right now, I think.
Yeah, there's a story out today about Oakland.
And Oakland's, you know, the neighboring city to San Francisco.
Crime is skyrocketing there as well.
Violent crime, burglaries, they're all going up.
And so the police have come out.
By the way, they're understaffed as well.
They've had a lot of early retirements, a lot of people getting out.
And so the police in Oakland actually told residents that they should get air horns to travel around with in case they're attacked.
Absolute flipping clown show.
And then when somebody gets knifed or shot, what is the airhorn gonna do?
Right.
Please don't murder me.
I mean, come on!
They're not even telling you to call the police now.
They're just telling you to blow your air horn.
This is the argument for why the Second Amendment matters and why every single one of us in California, especially with the decision of the Supreme Court, have a right to conceal carry.
And you just sometimes have to fight it, depending on who your local sheriff is in your county, because they sign off on your application.
But we all Have the right to protect ourselves.
And actually, the writer at Breitbart who talked about the air horn story said that there was a woman who had her house broken into.
Instead of an air horn, she had a gun.
She had a handgun in there that she met her attacker with.
And guess what?
She didn't get robbed, and she was able to tell the story about it.
Wow, isn't that interesting.
What about if you have security guards to protect physical property?
That works out well, unless they're a little bit too familiar with the customers?
I thought this was actually made up until I saw the video.
There's a video floating around now from West Hollywood.
West Hollywood is in L.A. County, but they had their own contract with the Sheriff's
Department.
And of course, as part of the defund the police movement, they started to pull sheriff's officers
out of West Hollywood, and they decided to replace them with, like, hall monitors, you
know, the people that each get a block.
They're like, they're like block captains, and they walk around with a dumb T-shirt on
and, I guess, pretend to make people feel safe, even though people are getting robbed
and shot at as these guys just stand by.
Do they give out chits for detention or what?
Exactly right!
I'm a Catholic school girl.
They're measuring your skirts to make sure they're long enough, you know.
They might like that, actually.
But it's been so crazy that in West Hollywood, these block monitors have now been caught on camera showing off their abs.
I guess one of them is pretty well endowed in the ab department, lifting up his shirt and trying to attract, in West Hollywood, it could be men or women, anybody.
And then there's another guy who gets caught on camera making out with a woman, like flirting with her on the streets of West Hollywood, a lot of bars.
She obviously had been enjoying some of the fruits of the bar.
She comes over to the guy and they start making out.
These are the people we're relying on to keep us safe.
This is what the leadership in West Hollywood thinks is better, a better option than a trained sheriff's deputy.
Of course, West Hollywood.
Utter, utter clown show.
All right, let's get back to national politics.
I gotta get your take because it's the real question that's swirling around conservatives right now.
I think it is long past time to begin impeachment proceedings in the House.
You know, originally they wanted all of us to wait to do the investigation, to bring all this information before the American people.
You have evidence of corruption.
You have evidence of bribery.
You have testimony from individuals who were part of these conversations with Joe Biden there.
You have evidence of WhatsApp messages that Hunter sent while his dad was sitting there, threatening the Chinese Communist Party that if they didn't send So there seems to be some kind of civil war inside the GOP that, yes it's time, no it's not.
It is long past time to begin an impeachment inquiry on corruption, bribery, and all these
different things that are high crimes and misdemeanors.
So there seems to be some kind of civil war inside the GOP that yes, it's time, no, it's
not.
Where do you stand?
First of all, I stand in stark opposition to Senator Mitch McConnell, who's trying to
say don't impeach.
And he even gave an interview saying that we can't do impeachment tit for tat.
What has come out against the Biden family is not tit for tat.
Mitch McConnell needs to acknowledge that there were probably crimes committed.
And so he's a disgrace and he should listen to his crowd and retire.
But I've said for a while, I didn't know if impeachment was politically the right move at this time, but there's so much evidence now At the very least, you need to have Hunter Biden sitting in front of Congress like yesterday.
The fact that we haven't subpoenaed members of the family, I think, is disgraceful.
And even though the Republicans in Congress, I think, are trying, by and large, to do their best, it needs to be faster.
But there's so much evidence stacking up that I think, for the good of the country, we do need to engage in impeachment.
And I've changed over the last couple of months because I thought that, politically, it wouldn't serve the Republican Party, and we need to win.
But at this point there is so much wrongdoing and the bank accounts and the evidence.
This needs to be sussed out at least to get the attention of the American people because we shouldn't be under any grand illusions he'll get removed from office.
Yeah, the latest news, another $20 million.
That's right.
Another $20 million that went to numerous Biden shell companies.
Why does a vice president have numerous shell companies?
And what exactly, here's a very simple question, what was Hunter Biden being paid for?
Right, and there's nothing.
What was he being paid for?
All right.
We're out of time.
So sad, but that's how it happens.

It's newsome because he's painted himself into a corner where you'd have to appoint
a black woman, which would be Barbara Lee.
And then his friend Shifty Schiff would have to run against a quasi-incumbent.
So I think he's hoping that she sticks it out.
Ooh, that's interesting.
Yeah, that's why I think if anybody's praying for her to stick around, it's him.
And who's that woman?
Barbara Lee is running for Senate, and she is a black female from San Francisco.
She's a congresswoman, and he'd have to pick her, because he made the promise, and it's everywhere.
Right.
Hoisted on his own petard!
Uh-huh.
He painted himself into a corner on that one.
So dumb.
But we'll see.
I mean, the poor thing, though.
I just feel like, on a human level, it's too much.
She's got to go.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Even though I think she's probably, it will only be worse after her because they're all nuts.
Congratulations, my dear.
Thank you.
I'll talk to you later.
Thanks, buddy.
Bye, guys.
Bye.
All righty.
Tidal for that one Just post the second what do we talk about the first one?
Um, the first one, you talked about those two viral TikToks and the whole, uh... Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, yeah.
Um... Just the second one, you said?
No, no, no, that was good.
Post both of them.
Okay, yep.
Um... The overarching theme was crime in both segments.
Yeah.
The airhorns and everything.
Airhorns is- Make fun of patriots and then cry about crime.
Mm-hmm.
About to cry.
Thank you.
Just the absolute state.
You're not allowed to defend yourself anymore, because if you do, they throw you to the wolves like Daniel Penny.
You know, they'll charge you for being a racist.
Doesn't matter.
A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
No, totally, but I'm just saying that that's the point it's been brought to now is that if you defend yourself, you're
the criminal.
Oh, we got donations by the way!
We'll take a moment to read them out.
The Klausmeister.
First, two different donors.
One for $10 during the whole Ukraine discussion.
He said, quote, I hate the suffering that is going on in Ukraine done by evil Putin, as any decent person should.
But where the hell is the money going?
We want to help them, but we want receipts.
Good.
Yeah, agreed.
And then a second donor from Klaus for $5.
If we want the J6ers freed, Ukrainian conflict to end, Economy to bounce back, security at our border, dominance on the globe, death to cartels, and morale boost to Americans, Trump must be elected.
Good, let's read both of those out.
Alright.
Which is the piece you did in the rundown, which is your piece, Eric?
Mine was on the, um, it was the suing, hang on.
He can't even remember.
Trump legal first.
America First Legal, they sued Target for misleading their donors, or their, what is it, shareholders.
Any embeds here?
Uh, my, uh...

I can.
It's an honor to speak with you sir.
Sorry.
I just had a quick comment.
I was listening to your segment on Mike Pence, and I don't believe Pence has any idea of actually becoming president.
I think he's simply paying off his final debt, completing his contract with the deep state.
All he'll do is do all the damage he can and collect his ill-gotten gains through his donations.
It's possible.
There's no logic to what he's doing, because he'll never be president after what he did on January 6th.
So, yeah, your explanation is very, very plausible.
Thank you, Alan.
George, Columbus, Ohio, line 2.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Greetings.
First of all, thank you for taking my advice last time and looking for that video.
That was my... I have to take a little bit of credit for guiding you in that direction.
Now, my question today is...
I heard, I read, that January 6th destroyed all of their work.
The committee, no no no, that's incorrect.
Nancy Pelosi's kangaroo court, January 6th committee, destroyed half of the records they were meant to keep.
So the stuff that's probably really bad for them, the Capitol Police, allegedly has been destroyed, George.
So the left has given Donald Trump a gift because he can subpoena everyone involved with the destruction of those and everybody mentioned about it.
Totally!
I think this whole court case is the biggest own goal.
If they'd made it about something else than January 6, then they maybe could avoid it.
But now we actually get to litigate this on a national platform and subpoena the people who, you're absolutely right George, destroyed evidence.
Thank you, Commies.
Thank you, Commies.
Thank you.
Thank you, George.
Let's go to Yonkers, New York.
Ted.
Hi, Sebastian, Dr. Gorka.
Thanks for taking my call.
Sure.
So my question is this.
For all the people that would be willing to answer the call, why can't we have everybody that would volunteer to be subpoenaed that was from the speech On January 6th, over to the Capitol, who didn't go inside and have any problems, come and testify in support of what Donald Trump did say.
He never said march to the Capitol and go inside and cause chaos.
He said go to the Capitol and let them hear your voices.
Yeah, so I don't understand.
You want the people in the crowd to be subpoenaed?
Why not?
We've got about, what, 200, maybe about 50,000 people?
Yeah, because the judge will just say, that's impossible, that's absurd, we can't fit them in the courtroom.
Well, maybe we can.
I know.
I think the one thing we should do is have the video of the President saying, peacefully and patriotically played around the clock on all channels and in the courtroom.
But you're sneaky.
I like that, Ted.
Let's go to Phoenix, Arizona.
Rick.
Hello, Sam.
Hey, thanks for shedding light on all that you do.
I wanted to call, and you probably heard that President Biden was in Arizona yesterday stealing land, and he was touting his Bidenomics in the speech that he gave, and I want to suggest that it's not Bidenomics, it is just old and worsened Carternomics.
Oh, you're right.
You're right.
That's absolutely right.
It's cardinomic.
It's worse than that.
But you're right.
Let's talk about what he did yesterday.
Thank you, Rick.
This is what he said about the weather and the climate.
And maybe you missed the fact.
I did.
That he has declared a national emergency.
Joe Biden at the Grand Canyon.
Cut four.
Are you prepared to declare a national emergency with respect to climate change?
I've already done that.
So you've already declared that national emergency?
Practically speaking, yes.
Have you done it?
Or practically speaking?
Jeff, I don't know, you follow news even more than I do.
When did Biden declare the national emergency on the climate?
Right after he ended cancer.
Remember he said that?
That's why you missed it in the news.
Of course.
When he ended cancer the same day he declared the national climate emergency.
These people have no shame and they will lie straight to your face.

What are they, Eric?
They are known as Rumble Rants.
People familiar with YouTube would call them Super Chats, but they are great donations from our loyal Rumble listeners.
Alright, give us the two Rumble Rants you read to me in the break.
Two donations from the same guy!
Oh!
The Klausmeister, the man behind our Pink Floyd, Hey Groomers, Leave Our Kids Alone shirt.
First donation for $10, he says, I hate the suffering that is going on in Ukraine done by evil Putin, as any decent person should, but where the hell is the money going?
We want to help them, but we want receipts.
And then another dono for $5, he says, if we want the J6ers freed, Ukrainian conflict to end, economy to bounce back, security at our border, dominance on the globe, death to cartels.
Thank you, Klaus Meister.
Nicely done.
We sadly have another year and a half before we can do that.
What does that mean for you?
What does it mean for the economy?
Let's check in with our buddies at Key City Capital.
We're going to talk, as we do every week, to our good buddy Stephen Patterson.
Stephen, the Fed raised another 25 base points again.
The Wall Street Journal said it may not contain inflation.
Tell us what you're seeing and whether you think this is too little too late.
Now, you know, this last rate hike was somewhat surprising.
There wasn't a lot of data That justified this one.
You know, interest rates are now at a 22 year high.
Benchmark federal funds rate between five and a quarter and five and a half.
I mean, 11 increases in a row.
And we're seeing inflation cool.
We're seeing prices come down at the grocery store.
We're seeing consumer goods become more affordable.
But what isn't more affordable right now are those large purchases.
Car notes.
Nine and a half percent.
Thirty year mortgages, seven and a half percent.
Right now we're doing significant damage to the economy and we're making it very unaffordable for our middle income wage earners.
So it sounds as if the Wall Street Journal is right.
It's not going to do enough.
to stop inflation, maybe slowed a little bit.
What does that mean for, you know, that everybody looks at real estate,
you know, it's tangible, it's more secure than other things.
What does this too little too late mean for real estate?
Yeah, you know, what's becoming a luxury in this country, and it's a shame, it really is, is home ownership.
You know, it used to be where we found, you know, we felt like we made it when we bought our home,
when we owned our home.
And home ownership's becoming impossible for a large number of people.
I mean, the median rent payment right now is hitting $2,000 a month.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
The median?
Median rent payment in the United States right now, $2,000 a month.
That's shocking.
It is.
It truly is.
And that is a reflection of how unaffordable homeownership is going to be.
Process this one, Dr. G. A $400,000 mortgage is now $1,300 a month more than it was before the Fed started this interest rate increase.
Eleven hires have added $1,300 to a $400,000 mortgage payment.
Okay.
All right.
So given these market conditions, what does that mean for the kinds of people you're advising when it comes to investments and what's wise for them?
What does the market mean to them and your clients?
Absolutely.
Key City Capital is positioning our clients in a limited partnership that allows them to take ownership of an apartment complex So that their money is hedged against what's going on in this current economy.
We're seeing massive rent increases, we're seeing property increases, and we position our clients and our investments in a way that we're able to capitalize on this.
Because when those rate increases went up last week, we saw what the market did.
The stock market sold off consecutively and is continuing to do so right now.
Right, so what does that mean in terms of also the thing that's really exciting for everyone listening?
You're talking about these multifamily apartments, no management for the people who want to invest, that's taken off their hands.
What about the tax benefits?
What are the advantages of what you at Key City Capital are offering?
Absolutely.
We were offering our clients an 8% preferred return on their investment dollar.
We're offering them an 80-20 split above that, and we're passing along the segmented depreciation on these assets so that they can have a tax-advantaged investment.
On top of that, we're selecting properties right now that we can go and target for full tax abatements, which adds to their bottom line.
All right, I'm not the expert.
I'm just going to translate it into, you know, average Joe speak.
The economy's condition, the bad decisions that are being brought by the government, by the Fed, create conditions that actually give you better options because people need rental properties.
That's why this is really crucial for those who want to invest.

Everyone can see the stunning contrast between our incredible success and Joe Biden's horrendous failures, and that's one reason why we're leading so big in the polls.
That's really the reason, I think.
It's more enthusiasm now than 2016 or 2020, because you've seen how incompetent these people are.
It's horrible.
What do you think of that, Jeff?
That's a very interesting analysis, that there's more enthusiasm now, because in 15, you didn't have the kind of incompetence under Obama that you do now.
That's interesting, isn't it?
I think it is, too, and you also didn't...
I love that.
I love that.
So that was New Hampshire.
One more cut.
We don't have a bleep machine here so Jeff had to cut out a word President Trump used but it's so important because he explains with some humor and he gets the audience riled up.
What this Jack Smith thing is all about.
What the latest DC indictment is all about.
What Miami's about.
What New York's about.
It's not about the law.
It's not about any crimes that were committed because none were committed.
It's actually about the election.
Cut 15.
How can my corrupt political opponent, crooked Joe Biden, put me on trial during an election campaign that I'm winning by a lot, but forcing me nevertheless to spend time and money away from the campaign trail in order to fight bogus, made up accusations and charges?
That's what they're doing.
I'm sorry, I won't be able to go to Iowa today.
I won't be able to go to New Hampshire today because I'm sitting in a courtroom on because his attorney general He charged me with something.
I'm sitting in a courtroom because of bleep charges, is what the president said.
This is the most important... I mean, forget... Don't forget.
I mean, throw everything at the wall.
The fact that the Espionage Act is being used instead of the Presidential Records Act because there is no crime that you can punish a president under when it comes to classified information.
The fact that the judge worked with Hunter Biden.
The fact that it's happening in a city where 90...
Point three percent of the population voted for Hillary Clinton.
All of these things mean this should be thrown out of the court.
But most obvious of all, this is election interference.
All of these cases are happening in the midst of a primary against a man who is the leader of the opposition, who is most capable of unseating the current incumbent.
It's election interference!
Because they know they can't beat him in a fair and square election.
If you stand by him, you should order the flag that says, I stand by 45.
It is the most popular item we have today.
You can get the t-shirt as well.

The attack on our nation's Capitol on January 6th, 2021, was an unprecedented assault on the seat of American democracy.
As described in the indictment, it was fueled by lies.
Lies by the defendant targeted at obstructing a bedrock function of the U.S.
government, the nation's process of collecting, counting, and certifying the results of the presidential election.
The men and women of law enforcement who defended the U.S.
Capitol on January 6th are heroes.
They are patriots and they are the very best of us.
They did not just defend a building or the people sheltering in it.
They put their lives on the line to defend who we are as a country and as a people.
They defended the very institutions and principles that define the United States.
Since the attack on our capital, the Department of Justice has remained committed to ensuring accountability for those criminally responsible for what happened that day.
A very strange press conference after Jack Smith's special counsel declared the indictments against the 45th President of the United States the same Jack Smith who in a unanimous Supreme Court decision was slapped down 8-2-0 because of the charges, the likewise politically Motivated charges he tried to bring against a former governor of Virginia.
Will he succeed this time?
No better guests to unpack what we have witnessed, not just in the last week, but in the last two years in America, than former U.S.
Attorney for the District of Columbia, Joe DiGenoa, and formerly of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Victoria Townsend.
Welcome back, dear friends, to America First.
Great to be with you.
All right, let's start with the obvious question.
I've read the indictment, as I'm sure you both have read it multiple times.
Since when did it become a crime in America to question the results of an election and to call for rectification?
Well, I'll tell you, Seb, I just posted a substack this morning that calls Jack Smith a legal pervert.
And that's somebody who distorts the original intent of any kind of conduct.
And he went through and he applied three different kinds of laws to conduct by President Trump that have no basis in precedent in the United States in any kind of law.
Joe?
Well, all I can say is, after watching the clip that you played at the beginning of the show, Seb, That news conference, by the way, where he took no questions because he's afraid to take questions, that was an abuse of power.
That was prosecutorial misconduct.
He spoke outside the four corners of the document.
He accused the president of things that he never should have said.
I think it was a moment that requires bar action, but none will happen.
The judge in the case should rebuke him, but she will not.
The judge in this case is headed—she's an engineer on a railroad.
And it's headed straight out of town to a guilty verdict.
I think the indictment in this case punishes free speech.
I think it's an abomination.
I disagree completely with Bill Barr, where he says that it raises a lot of questions.
Of course it does.
It raises a lot of questions, because these charges against the president never should have been brought.
This is a matter that should be decided at the polls.
Let me say something, Seb, about the other statement that Jack Smith made, and that is it's an unprecedented attack on democracy, American democracy, fueled by lies.
Oh, I can think of one that preceded it.
It's called Russia, Russia, Russia.
And it too was trying to undo an election.
And the Democrats just continued when that didn't work.
To do two impeachments that had no basis in law.
Yes, and let's remember that the Russiagate hoax was completely thought of, created, and fueled by Hillary Clinton and her campaign.
They're the ones who introduced these filthy lies into the political process in 2016 and 17, which started a chain reaction of just vitriol, which has never turned And it's manifested in that horrible news conference that Jack Smith held.
Yes.
So, you know, to your point, we have not just the six years of the Russia, Russia, Russia.
We still have the likes of Hillary Clinton saying that the election in 2016 was stolen from me.
Now, if anything in the 45-page indictment against President Trump is a crime, then Hillary Clinton should be in prison today.
Not only that, we now know that the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security suppressed information prior to the 2020 campaign with regards to one of the candidate's sons, which means surely that is an assault on official proceedings.
That is actually action against an election that should bring some kind of sanction, some kind of charge.
But to the broader point, we could play for the next 20 minutes.
We could play Video clip after video clip of leading Democrats, from Maxine Waters to Nancy Pelosi, not just saying the election was stolen in 2016, but also there are videos of left-wing activists calling for the creation of, quote, alternative elector slates.
Surely if what we see in the current indictment is a crime, all of these people should also be charged by Jack Smith.
Well, the Electoral Count Act anticipates an alternative slate.
It talks about when there are two different slates brought in, and devises in English that is incomprehensible to me what is supposed to happen, and that was the problem with the Act.
The language was archaic, and it was such poor grammar that even I, as an English teacher, couldn't figure out how to How to structure the sentence.
So that's what Trump's lawyers were arguing.
They say, hey, we've got mixed up words here.
Let's try to make some sense out of them and make an argument for our client.
That's what we're trained to do in law school.
I'll tell you something, Seb.
One of the sad things about John Durham's failure to indict anybody like Comey and Strzok and Page and all of those people who corrupted the FISA process against Donald Trump and all of the people supporting him is that he, by not charging anybody, he emboldened Jack Smith.
to overreach, which is what he's done.
Just the way all those people before Jack Smith overreached against Trump, by Durham doing nothing,
he gave permission to Jack Smith to do the same thing.
But it's not just overreach, because as you read through the filing,
it's not even subtle, because he jumps.
There's an elision between questioning the results of an election, which is what the president did
and wanted to get to the bottom of it, and then he just magically skips to questioning the results,
to overturning the election.
What evidence is there out there that President Trump or anyone who worked for him was actually trying to overturn the election as opposed to sending the results back to those states where the vote count was in question?
None whatsoever.
You're absolutely right.
And here's what's interesting.
Nothing that the president and his lawyers were doing was being done in secret.
It was all being done in courts, in capitals around the country.
They were talking to people.
They were talking to the press.
There was no fraud.
There was no deception.
There was no dishonesty.
There was no misleading anyone.
They made it abundantly clear that they thought the president had won and that he had been cheated, that there had been illegal activities, that there had been unconstitutional activities
in various states, by state Supreme Courts, by governors, by
by state officers who had no authority to change election
rules. That is what is appalling. He is making a crime out of using the legal process to challenge an election.
This is absolutely reprehensible, but it is purposeful, because
they don't care if they win. They just want to tie the president
up in courts all over the country before the election.
And you can see that, Seb, and what Jack Smith is doing in both
Florida and in D.C.
He'll get by with it in D.C., but maybe not so much in Florida.
In Florida, he says, oh, these two witnesses, these three witnesses, they have a conflict because they have the same lawyer.
He's using a Garcia hearing, which is usually reserved for if there are two defendants and they have the same lawyer.
But he's just poking and poking at Trump.
And now in D.C., what he's doing is wanting to put, and I call it a gag order, on the president of what he could talk about because he wants to Not to be able to mention anything about any material he gets in Discovery.
Now, I don't even know, I mean, I don't even know how to get your hands around that kind of concept.
But this judge, who only gave Trump's team one working day to answer when the rules call for 14 days, is showing her stripes.
She's appalling.
She's absolutely appalling.
It's clearly She's made up her mind.
We'll talk about Judge Chutkan.

Let's talk about the gag order.
Let's talk about Judge Chutkan.
Let's talk about Judge Cannon in Florida as well, who seems to be slapping down Jack Smith yesterday.
How is it even possible that a judge Who is the most vicious Johnny the Sixth judge who's meted out the most strict punishments in excess of what the DOJ requested?
How has that person been quote-unquote randomly assigned to President Trump's case despite the fact that she was colleagues with Hunter Biden at the same law firm where she worked for 12 years?
And not only that, She was a client of Fusion GPS, the company that propagated and manufactured the Smear dossier against President Trump.
I mean, on multiple grounds, shouldn't this person have recused themselves even before they were announced, Joe?
There is just no doubt that based on all the available evidence, she has an obligation to remove herself from this case.
The appearance of a conflict of interest, the appearance of partiality because of her history with a Democratic law firm that used Fusion GPS, where Hunter Biden was a counsel, where she was a lawyer for more than 12 years, is absolutely unacceptable.
But she will not recuse herself.
She is bound and determined to run this case like a bad railroad and to railroad the President of the United States.
That ruling, where she gave Trump's lawyers only 24 hours to respond to the special counsel's motion was unheard of, unprofessional, injudicious, but it is a sign that she is going to move the calendar to get a conviction.
And believe me, she will get a conviction because she will choose a jury that's going to convict Donald Trump.
I do not expect her impaneling of the jury and her questioning of juries to be impartial.
It's a very, very sad day.
She should not be on this case.
It's an embarrassment to my old court and to my old courthouse for someone like that to be sitting in a case like this.
It isn't even a close question.
But Joe, it's your old courthouse.
They don't rig this election.
I think that it was a fluke, a horrible fluke.
Yeah, but most of the judges on the district court are Obama judges anyway that are going to get this stuff.
So I'm sure it was randomly selected, but you would have gotten a bad choice no matter what.
But have you ever seen Victoria a judge so conflicted as this one?
No, and he said it doesn't even have to be actual conflict.
It has to just be the appearance of a conflict.
Look at all the screaming and yelling these people do because Sam Alito went off on some vacation with somebody who didn't even know had a case before the court, and yet they're wanting to recuse themselves and do all kinds of rules of ethics.
This judge has an actual conflict, and she's ignoring it.
Let's compare her to Judge Cannon in Florida who, I think it was on Monday, said that it looks like Jack Smith is grand jury shopping and using a DC grand jury to gin up his case against President Trump despite it being heard in Florida.
Give us your reaction to that statement by the judge, Joe.
Well, here's the thing.
Once a case is indicted, such as in Mar-a-Lago, the case has already been indicted, it's been calendared, and it's been re-indicted.
He took testimony in D.C.
on that case after the first indictment.
Ordinarily, that's improper.
You shouldn't even be having any further grand jury proceedings after the case has been indicted.
Why would you?
I mean, the grand jury is to decide whether or not there should be an indictment, surely.
Yes, and that's because he moved too fast.
He was moving quickly to try to cover up information about the Biden.
So he indicted the case in Florida too soon and was forced to continue to take testimony so he could bring in other counts.
And the bottom line is, it is an absolute abuse of the grand jury process.
And I am very hopeful that Judge Cannon will force people in his office to take the witness stand and be questioned about the
reasons and the manners in which the proceedings occurred, not in Florida, where the case
was indicted, but in the District of Columbia. This is another example of why they're using the this
shows you how they're using the criminal process for political purposes to try and rebut
everything that comes up against the Bidens.
And, Sam, it wasn't just the grand jury that Jack Smith was after.
It was the judiciary there, of course.
We've already talked about how democratic-leaning they are and how they've been outrageous on January 6th.
These judges violated the attorney-client privilege, which is a pattern in practice of Jack Smith.
Explain how they did that.
They made him testify before the grand jury.
You're never supposed to do that.
Joe and I were threatened with jail once because we were refusing to testify before the grand jury about a client.
That's inviolate.
I mean, that's just the basis of our judicial system that you can confide in your lawyer.
And this is, Andrew Wiseman also did this, somebody that was on the Mueller investigation of Trump.
That was his modus operandi.
You go after the attorney-client privilege, and a lot in this indictment here is from the testimony of that lawyer.
And all of that testimony occurred in the District of Columbia in front of the chief judge, Beryl Howell, who was then the chief judge.
She isn't anymore.
And it was all done there because they knew they could get those judges to breach the attorney-client privilege.
None of that was done in Florida.
But that evidence that came out of D.C.
is going to be used in Florida.

You mentioned Bill Barr at the top of the show.
Let me read to you what the great one Mark Levin posted on Twitter.
Yesterday, it's a longer tweet, I'll just read the first sentence.
Bill Barr and Mike Pence are two of the most self-righteous frauds I've ever seen in public life.
I hate it when he beats about the bush.
Barr's discussion about the latest indictments supposedly involving January 6th is incoherent and imbecilic.
In other words, he has nothing but contempt for Trump because Trump fired him and he would be thrilled if Trump not only lost the election, but were sentenced to years in prison.
What happened to Bill Barr?
What's your take, Joe?
I have no idea, because when we spoke to Bill Barr before he was selected and encouraged him to take the assignment, he seemed perfectly satisfied.
You remember the testimony he gave during his confirmation hearing, where he was asked if the president had been spied upon, and he said, yes, he had.
And the Democrats went crazy.
They couldn't believe that someone could say that.
So we were all very encouraged.
It's obvious that there was a falling out between the president and Bill during the end of his presidency.
Bill left before the end of the term and I think, you know, I don't know why he's saying some of the things he's saying.
I disagree with him completely.
You can fall out with somebody for a million reasons, Victoria, but should that change your jurisprudential analysis?
No, seven.
And Bill's a much better lawyer than that.
He's a very good lawyer.
So I don't understand it.
I mean, when you look at this indictment for January 6th, you're supposed to have notice, says due process, about what it is that you're going to do if it's going to violate the law.
And even the New York Times unwittingly admitted that that was violated by saying it's a novel application of the criminal law to unprecedented circumstances.
novel is the least of its faults.
I mean, you know, I can go into more detail, but I don't want to get down in the weeds.
But these are really, it's no one would know that they were violating the law by when being
charged with these kinds of offenses.
But again, I, you know, I'm no lawyer, but I read the 45 pages and they again and again
and again, Smith makes this assertion that President Trump was lying because people told
him he lost.
Peace.
So what?
Just because somebody tells you something, it doesn't mean I agree with them.
I mean, what an asinine line of reasoning.
Well, it is.
And in fact, it is the worst type of legal reasoning.
It is invalid legally.
I believe the indictment is completely and totally flawed because of the way it attaches speech and attacks the speech.
It is the most incomprehensible indictment because what it does is it says that these political discussions We're absolutely criminal, and nothing like this has ever been charged before.
And the Supreme Court has ruled in a very specific case that people in politics can lie, knowingly lie.
In this case, does anyone doubt that President Trump believed that he had won?
For heaven's sakes, it's all he's talked about since the night of the election.
Yeah, we get sick of hearing it all the time.
I didn't say it.
Somebody else said it.
But, you know, if there's any speech that is, you know, protected by the First Amendment, it's political speech.
I mean, that has to be, you know, number one amongst all the options if the First Amendment is to actually mean anything.

All right, so I could talk about, I could interrogate you for hours to come because I always learn so much.
Let's go to perhaps the most Strategic level of analysis with regards to whether it's Alvin Bragg in Manhattan, whether it's the Miami document case, whether it's the January 6th case, whether it's the upcoming Georgia indictments or anything else that they throw against my former boss, President Trump.
Isn't this all indefensible in terms of, forget the legal merits, the minutiae of whichever statute and what have you, but this is election interference, isn't it?
I mean, we are in a campaign, we are in a primary campaign.
President Trump, to use the British term, is the leader of the opposition.
This is just rank election interference.
Of course it is.
But Seb, I want to point out something that's related to this, and this is the war on lawyers.
That is very frightening.
Lawyers are unindicted co-conspirators for giving legal advice that Jack Smith thinks is not correct legal advice.
And this is going on throughout the lefty community, where Project 65, where they're trying to get anybody who represented Trump to be dispowered.
So this is another interference with the representation of clients.
And it should frighten everybody who's a conservative, because that's where it's being directed.
But these cases, and there will be a fourth case in Georgia, there will be four cases against the former president
of the United States, all at the same time.
Does anybody not know what they are doing?
They are trying to tie him up so he cannot campaign.
They are trying to smear him.
This never should have happened.
It never has happened in the 250 years of our republic.
And now it's happening with a vengeance.
And it was done for one reason.
They feared that they could not defeat him at the ballot box, that they were going to destroy him legally, try to get him convicted in one of those four cases, sometimes before the election.
This is appalling.
This is unconstitutional behavior by Merrick Garland and Jack Smith and all those other Democratic prosecutors.
And by the way, let everybody watching this show remember, Every one of these prosecutors is a Democrat.
And that is what is almost more appalling than the unconstitutional abuse, is that they have made this a partisan issue by acting in a way that no prosecutor in the history of the country has ever, ever acted.
And so there's a clip somewhere of Biden saying, well, if he tries to run, we'll have to take care of it.
Oh, constitutionally, of course.
I don't know if you've ever seen that clip.
Well, I have, but it's exactly the same as Schumer saying, you know, if you go after the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday of taking you down.
And he said that on a Sunday show with, you know, millions of people watching.
You mentioned Joe Biden.
Let me just ask you this question before we have to move on.
There's so much evidence of real bad things being done by the Biden cartel, whether it's Hunter, whether it's Frank, whether it's James.
I'm going to ask you the legal question.
What type of evidence do we need To prove that a crime has been committed by the current incumbent, because if Hunter Biden is just saying, I'm the son of the vice president, give me millions of dollars, but none of that money goes to his father to change U.S.
policy, does that mean that no crime was committed?
No, actually, we've already reached the point now where bribery and conspiracy to commit bribery has already proved against Joe Biden.
Once they established that he was on those phone calls and that we're going to get evidence of offshore accounts, millions of dollars going to the Biden family, what business were they in?
We are already at the point Where a sitting grand jury could bring an indictment against Joe Biden for bribery, for foreign corrupt practices, for conspiracy to defraud the United States government of the faithful service of the Vice President of the United States.
And by the way, every time Joe Biden has lied about what his relationship was with Hunter Biden in all these deals, every one of those lies is admissible evidence, but it's more than that.
Because he was in a conspiracy with his son and other members of the family
Every one of those lies restarts the statute of limitations
For all past crimes and that means that even the old offenses that are well beyond the statute of limitations
Are now we buy but but but does it nobody?
Well, that's that's a very important but but does receiving money from abroad or from foreign interests
Constitute a crime if it cannot be demonstrated that he took some action as
Vice-president as senator as president which he otherwise would not have taken without that payment
Yes, yes, yes, because there are illegal gratuities, but also there was actual bribery here.
How about $80,000 to his son on the board of Burisma, $80,000 a month, and he fires the prosecutor who is investigating Burisma and also investigating George Soros.
So a jury can infer that quid pro quo, but we're not there because a president cannot be indicted.
Yes, yes, yes.
through the Justice Department guidelines.
So we're looking at impeachment.
And impeachment, of course, is a political matter.
It is, as Gerald Ford once said, whatever the majority of the House believes it is.
But there is, in fact, sufficient evidence to indict him if he were, in fact, not the sitting president.
But where do you both stand?
Because we have this tussle going back and forth between McCarthy and Boebert and others and even Gingrich who says no, no, no, don't do it now.
Where do you stand on impeachment and impeachment hearings?
Do they have to start now?
Have we heard enough?
Yes.
Yes, they have to start now.
They have to start now.
If they want to call it an impeachment inquiry, that's fine.
So they can get the offshore accounts and get more subpoena power by having an impeachment inquiry, that's fine.
But as a matter of law, we have reached the point where you can have an actual impeachment.
I know they want to wait and be careful.
That's fine.
But remember, they don't have much control of the House.
No.
And they could lose it at the next election.
They don't have that much time.
If Joe and Victoria say it's time to begin impeachment, then it's time to begin impeachment.

My last question to both of you is, prognosticating about the future, there are two reactions
to what we've witnessed against President Trump in recent years.
One is that, oh my gosh, this is so dangerous because what's source for the goose is source for the gander, and the Republicans will politicize the Department of Justice, and I say, No, for two reasons.
Number one, those who believe in the rule of law don't do that, and conservatives should believe in the rule of law.
And then secondly, even if they didn't, the GOP doesn't have the testicular fortitude to play dirty, so I don't buy either of those arguments.
Please give me your analysis for The danger to the future of the fabric of the Republic and rule of law, given what we've witnessed in the last six years.
They don't have to play dirty.
They don't have to make things up because the violations of the criminal law are already there.
All they have to do is follow the law.
So that's what Republicans should do now.
They shouldn't be afraid to do it.
And I think that's what some people like Bill Barr and John Durham were afraid to do.
They didn't want to look like a banana republic, so they didn't want to go after Hillary Clinton or indict the people that were responsible for Russia, Russia, Russia.
So all they have to do is step up to the plate and follow the law.
Joe, what does it mean for the future?
If we do not do this and make the commitment to enforce the rule of law by holding accountable people who violated the Constitution, we will never recognize our country in the future.
That's why this election in 2024 is absolutely essential.
Biden must be turned out of office.
He is Caligula.
I mean, the guy is just unbelievable.
He is a sick, sick president, and he's doing terrible damage to the legal fiber of this
country.
last 60 seconds each of you Advice to the Trump team and to the President for the next year and a half.
Let's start with you, Victoria.
Oh, they just have to fight like hell, because they're being attacked on four different fronts.
And they have no option but to attack it and get cases to the Supreme Court.
Fight like hell, get cases to the Supreme Court.
You, Joe?
Look, I think the Trump people know what their job is.
They have to campaign everywhere.
They have to convince the American people that Joe Biden is a corrupt president, and that's the job of the House of Representatives to help prove that for them in a constitutional way.
But Trump has to stay on message.
And it's going to be tough with four criminal cases.
This is going to be the single most unusual presidential election in history.
There's no doubt that they are trying to destroy him and prevent him from becoming president through the criminal justice process.
And the Republicans had better understand that and vote for him.
They must.
