	But yesterday, I opened the show with a monologue.
	Well, it wasn't really a monologue.
	I just read.
	The court documents that had just been supplied to me by an insider that Hunter Biden had to sign on how he has to stay clean, can't own a gun, can't drink alcohol, has to submit to regular drug tests because his plea deal is dead, at least for 14 days, because the judge threw it out of her court.

	And I have some more documents.
	I have to say, Jeff, tell me if I'm wrong and I shouldn't do this, but I got a lot of comments yesterday on social media.
	People said I was giddy, I was laughing so much as I was reading these court documents about Hunter Biden.
	I think they enjoyed it.
	Shall I share this insider information I've received from the court today again?
	Yes, because not only did they enjoy it, the other side absolutely hated it because it may have melted down yesterday.
	How could I forget all the crazies who called it?
	Guys, I know you listen, but in case the writing up of numbers is difficult for you, especially joined up, I'm going to do it again.

	A buddy of mine who I was on a Twitter space with for many hours yesterday, I will not tell you how many, he's called Followed by Feds, it's a rather good Twitter handle, sent me, I don't know how he got them, but he got the plea agreement.
	And the diversion program for Hunter Biden that his daddy's DOJ gave him.
	I have the court documents in front of me and I want to share with you some of the details because Appendix 1, well, it's an interesting story for what Hunter Biden has been up to.
	So let me read to you from the Memorandum of Plea Agreement, Criminal Action Number 23, United States of America versus Robert Hunter Biden as Defendant.
	According to this plea agreement, the defendant waives any challenge to the information based on venue and agrees to, this is really important guys, because yesterday, apparently Hunter Biden tried to plead not guilty.
	This plea agreement, number one item, says the defendant agrees to plead guilty.
	To what charge?
	Wealthful failure to pay tax.
	And the maximum penalties for each of counts 1 and 2 are 12 months of imprisonment, a $100,000 fine, or twice the gross gain or loss from the offence, whichever is greater, meaning the amount of tax he didn't pay.
	Point number four.
	I'm just going to hold this up to the camera because I want you to see what I've outlined here.
	I'm not making stuff up.
	I'm reading from the court document.
	Let me be explicit here what item four says.
	The defendant, Hunter Biden, is pleading guilty to counts one and two because he is, in fact, guilty.
	Claire McCaskill.
	Let me read that for you again.
	Claire, he pleads guilty because he is, in fact, guilty.
	Huh, isn't that interesting?
	I guess when Joe says his son has done nothing wrong, he should ask his son first, who's pleading guilty as a consequence of this plea deal.
	For reasons to be articulated at or near time of sentencing, the United States will recommend a sentence of probation.
	Why?
	Why probation?
	If both counts demand a 12-month prison sentence, why does he get probation?

	Let's go to the appendix of what Hunter Biden did according to this plea deal.
	The defendant, Robert Hunter Biden, was an attorney and businessman with lucrative domestic and international business interests at the times relevant to this case.
	From 2017 to 2019, he served on the board of a Ukrainian energy company and a Chinese private equity fund.
	He further negotiated and executed contracts for business and legal services that paid millions of dollars of compensation to him and all his domestic corporations, Owasco PC and Owasco LLC.
	Through at least early 2017, he was also employed by a prestigious multinational law firm in an off-council capacity.
	For this work he earned substantial income totaling more than 2.3 million dollars in 2017 and 2.1 million dollars in
	2018.
	Hunter Biden also has a well-documented and long-standing struggle with substance abuse.
	Why is this being put in the plea agreement?
	Who gives a damn?
	That's not any kind of remediation for guilt.
	Well, I wonder who wrote this.
	Was it Daddy's DOJ?
	Following the death of his brother in 2015, Biden relapsed over time, progressed from alcohol to abusing illegal drugs, including crack cocaine.
	This contributed to the collapse of his marriage, with his divorce finalized in 2017, as well as the collapse of his most significant professional relationship of fall 2017.
	Nonetheless, in that year, despite his addiction, what is the government doing writing this up?
	Are they his defence attorneys?
	Or the prosecutors?
	Biden successfully entered into business ventures and landed legal clients earning millions of dollars by his own telling in a memoir.
	Oh, a memoir!
	Published in 2021, Biden's substance abuse worsened in a year that included a move to Los Angeles and what he describes as, quote, a spring and summer of non-stop debauchery.
	Oh, poor, poor Hunter.
	Even during this period, however, Biden continued to earn money and exercise control over his personal and corporate finances.
	During the calendar year of 2017, Biden earned substantial income, including just under $1 million from a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate.
	Get this, if you're into signs of the diabolical, he earned $666,666.
	Yeah, you read that, you heard that right.
	666-666.
	From his domestic business interest, approximately $664,000 from a Chinese infrastructure investment company.
	Oh, he's such an expert on Chinese infrastructure, don't we all know it?
	$500,000 in director's fees from a Ukrainian energy company.
	70,000 relating to a Romanian business.
	Of course, his expertise in Romania is just uncontested.
	And 48,000 from the multinational law firm.
	Biden continued to earn handsomely and spend wildly in 2018.
	in 2018.
	However, without the structure of a stable business partner and still in the throes of his addiction,
	Biden essentially ignored his tax obligations.
	What would happen to you if you'd done a fourth of what I just listed?
	Would you get a sweetheart deal?
	Yeah, you know the truth.
	We've only just begun.

	Yeah, so independent that we have the whistleblowers testifying that main DOJ.
	told the U.S.
	Attorney in Delaware, hey, you can't do that.
	And that Avenue investigation, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, we're shutting you down.
	That's how independent this investigation has been.
	Of course, that's Corinne Jean-Pierre not wanting to answer any questions with regards to the multiple felonies Hunter Biden faced in court yesterday and the plea deal that, at least for the next 14 days, seems to have collapsed.

	What really happened in the courtroom yesterday with Judge Noreka?
	Let's talk to a man who is on the front lines, God bless him, working for President Trump, Jesse Bernal.
	Welcome back to America First.
	Thanks for having me, Dr. Gorka.
	Now, this judge, who seems to be a fair judge, allowed no phones, no TV cameras in the courtroom.
	So there's, you know, a lot of different reporting going on.
	I'll give you my take.
	I just read out the plea deal that was quashed, at least temporarily yesterday, all the monies Hunter Biden was making.
	And this is my take.
	But you're the legal professional.
	You're advising President Trump.
	So number one, there's this kind of absurdity that the Attorney General testifies under oath that he can't comment about Hunter Biden because this is a case still under investigation and the judge goes, hang on a second, how can he have a plea deal for the DOJ if it's still under investigation?
	You can't have a plea deal unless the case is closed.
	So that's the absurdity of the plea deal.
	And then secondly, there's all this talk of the fact that they wanted to give him basically blanket universal immunity against any other prosecution, and they didn't want to disclose that fact to the judge.
	And that's why she actually said, according to those who are in the room, you expect me to rubber stamp this?
	So give us your analysis, Jesse.
	Dr. Garg, that's exactly right.
	And quite frankly, this is something that both the prosecution and the defense should have been ready for because they knew that a good judge is always going to ask if there are any off-the-book deals.
	And that's exactly what they appear to have had in this case, is an off-the-book deal Where there would be a wink and a nod that there wouldn't be any further prosecutions, but we're going to say it's an ongoing investigation, and why would they want to say that it's an ongoing investigation?
	And the reason that they would is so that they could continue to tell Congress that they wouldn't give them information about the case because it was ongoing.
	And so when things, when the wheels start to come off the hearing yesterday, it's when the judge actually called them out on that.
	But Jesse, look, I'm no lawyer.
	I took some international law classes in grad school, but it was an international, you know, studies MA.
	But I did stay at a Holiday Inn once.
	I mean, surely week one of law school, and I know you went to a very prestigious law school, week one of law school, you kind of kicked somebody out of the class if they didn't pick up that absurdity.
	You can't have a plea deal and say the guy's still under investigation.
	Is the DOJ this incompetent, or did they think they could just railroad the judge?
	Well, they thought they could whistle past the graveyard on it, and tried to convince the judge to go along with their inside joke, is really what it was.
	It was an inside joke to say, you know, the punchline was the American people, really.
	Um, to say that, um, oh, he's still under investigation.
	So you can't ask us any questions, but we have this side, uh, deal where, uh, he knows that he's not going to be prosecuted for any fair violations, any bribery allegations.
	Anything else that could cast aspersion on his father, the president of the United States.
	I could understand a plea deal where they say no other charges relating to this issue, like not paying taxes or a gun issue.
	But to say you get immunity from everything else, I mean, that's unheard of, isn't it?
	It is.
	If not unheard of, it's extremely unlikely.
	And this plea agreement was so far beyond that.
	That the judge yesterday specifically asked the government, what legal basis, what authority do you have for me to approve this?
	And the government said none.
	The government admitted this is an unprecedented agreement.
	So anytime that they stand up there and say, oh, this is an independent operation from the Department of Justice that has been
	taken without any political interference.
	We know that the joke is on us if we actually believe this because this is a highly political
	and unprecedented deal that they have where essentially it's almost the same thing as
	allowing a murder to get by by playing guilty to a speeding ticket.
	Right.
	And what about the, we've only got like a minute and a half in this segment but we'll
	keep you on.
	How about this idea that this allegedly prestigious law firm had one of their employees the day
	before the hearing pretend to be a staffer for the Senate committee.
	Uh, request that a document be sealed that was, uh, you know, had adverse information on Hunter Biden.
	Have you ever heard of a law company impersonating a Senate staffer to try and exclude evidence?
	It's really, really shocking behavior that was, uh, you know, brought up by the court.
	Um, and, uh, where apparently that the court really had the receipts where they had somebody take very, very detailed notes from the clerk's office.
	I'm trying to get a document taken off the public docket, taken away from the public, because that's how afraid that the Biden team is of any information that is bad for the Biden family of being made public.
	And we have to thank the Heritage Foundation was part of that amicus brief that the defense team tried to shut down.

	Quite a few lawyers last night and I'm sure we don't know everything about this judge but
	A couple of them were saying the following.
	It's not really about politics or Trump appointee or whatever.
	These are life appointments.
	And once you get to this level of federal judge, you kind of got onto yourself.
	And the issue is, they try to mess with her and play games with her.
	This isn't about, you know, her politics.
	It's like screwing with the judge.
	Do you think that's a good analysis?
	Yeah, I think that's exactly right.
	Matter of fact, you know, one of my least favorite lawyers and human beings is Andrew Weissman, just bad guy.
	But even Andrew Weissman really complimented her on the way that she handled the hearing yesterday.
	Wow.
	Yeah.
	Yeah.
	And so... And it got really tense inside there.
	Yeah.
	Yeah.
	Yeah, absolutely.
	Yep.
	Got very, very tense in there.
	But it was, this is a judge that isn't a particularly political judge from everything I've heard.
	She's just a balls-and-strikes judge.
	You know, unfortunately in D.C., in our federal courts in D.C., we've ended up with so many left-wing judges that are more politician than they are jurists.
	Well, I have to say, apparently a lot of the recommendations that were given to President Trump from the Federalist Society, a lot of those judges turned out to be disappointments as well.
	Yeah, yeah, that's right.
	And I think that's something we have to develop a better bench for judges that have the courage to really stand up to their colleagues that are left-wing fanatics.
	But it's hard to do that overnight, right?
	Because you can't just pick a legal scholar out of thin air.
	They've got to have some kind of track record, you know, in lower courts, don't they?
	Well, yeah, I mean, you at least need to start Building up, you know, a list of people that are good, that, you know, are intelligent and principled.
	And that's something that's going to take a while to do.
	And, you know, the Federalist Society has been able to do it by having law school chapters all over the country and very, very active networking groups.
	And it's taken them many years to do that.
	So if we're going to come up with something similar.
	We need to start now because it's not going to happen overnight.
	Bingo.

	So I'm going to ask you about what your expectations are going forward, what you think is going to happen in 14 days time, and then just a general discussion of, you know, the state of the law in America.

	Jesse Benal, we've been analyzing what happened yesterday in the court with Judge Noreka.
	What is your prediction?
	She said, I'm not going to rubber stamp this garbage deal.
	You're not doing an end run around me.
	Go back.
	You've got 14 days.
	Come back with a new deal.
	Or what?
	It goes to trial?
	What is your expectation?
	Because interestingly, I read the plea deal on air 20 minutes ago.
	The first line says, the defendant pleads guilty.
	This line says, he pleads guilty because he is guilty.
	Apparently yesterday, he didn't want to admit guilt.
	So where does this stand now?
	Yeah, that's a great question.
	And, you know, first of all, I think the most likely situation for what happens is they come and they clarify the plea agreement and make it.
	So it's very clear that it only applies to the tax charges.
	That's still an amazing sweetheart deal and one that he should be very, very happy with.
	And then we'll see if they actually do at that point investigate the rest of it.
	But then, then there has to be a decision, and if they say we're shutting it down and here are the concrete things, that obviates the DOJ saying, sorry, we can't discuss these matters because he's under investigation, doesn't it?
	That's right, that's exactly right.
	And so, which is why I think that's the most likely situation for what's going to happen.
	Let me tell you what should happen now.
	What should happen, and this is the clearest example of why we have special counsels, is at this point now, the Department of Justice should appoint a special counsel, a truly aggressive special counsel, not somebody that they like to appoint to investigate Democrats, that's very demure and reserved, but actually an aggressive special counsel to take over this investigation.
	And the first thing that special counsel should do is go into court and say, nope, Hunter Biden's lawyers said this agreement is null and void.
	So it's null and void.
	So we're going to dismiss these without prejudice.
	And then we're going to come back with real charges, some real felony charges on the taxes.
	And we're also going to look at FARA.
	the Foreign Agent Registration Act, and we're going to look at bribery, and we're going to
	look at everything else that's out there. That's what really should happen. We need a special
	counsel in this case. And it's very, very clear, we can see from the court hearing yesterday,
	that there's not a real adversary relationship between the government and Hunter Biden.
	They're all working in concert with each other.
	It's like his defense team includes the DOJ.
	I mean, it's stunning.
	It's just stunning.
	Yeah.
	All right, last question.
	It is my understanding that it is up to a judge as to whether or not a plea deal can go through.
	Could the judge in 14 days say, no, I don't buy it.
	This is garbage.
	This guy's getting special treatment.
	And could this go to trial?
	Or what happens next?
	Does he get thrown back to daddy's DOJ?
	Yeah, well, that's right.
	So what the judge does have the authority to do is to say that I cannot take this plea under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and under the Constitution of the United States.
	I cannot accept this plea.
	And so because I can't accept this plea, I'm going to enter a plea of not guilty.
	And so, you know, at that point, we could theoretically have a trial.
	The judge cannot tell the prosecution you need to prosecute him for other crimes.
	And so the unfortunate fact is, even if they then take him to trial on these misdemeanors, there still is effectively very, very little punishment that is going to be at play there on this, which is, again, we come right back to it.
	This is why we need a special counsel in this case, because we have this two-tiered justice system right now.
	That's just atrocious.
	Well, I know somebody who's been such a fair special counsel when he was investigating the travelgate issues surrounding Bill Clinton.
	He actually said, I find no crime here and I will not bring charges.
	He believes in justice and I think it should be, I don't know, maybe Joe DiGenova.

	All right, let's understand what is causing the situation in the economy.
	We have the Wall Street Journal has recently written an article about home sales fall as would-be buyers face the increased rates from the Fed and there's a lower supply.

	Stephen, This report from the Wall Street Journal about the effect of interest rates on home sales and the lack of actual supply.
	What is your reaction to this data?

	No, it means that we've got to, you know, take advantage of the rental market.
	There's more demand being placed on the rental market than possibly we've ever seen.

	Rental property has historically been a great short-term solution for families, but that's no longer the case.
	It's becoming a long-term solution simply because they can't afford to get into home ownership.
	And it's more affordable now than it's been at any other point in time.
	And that's where we come in, investing in those multifamily assets.
	that are seeing those high rent increases.
	Okay, but listen.
	My wife was living in New York.
	I was working in Europe.
	We met.
	She decided to move to Europe.

	The headaches, you know, the washing machine breaks down.

	What we do is we create a limited partnership with our investors where we take on the headaches.
	We get the 2 a.m.
	phone call that the toilet doesn't flush and there's no hot water.
	Our investors don't get that phone call.
	So they're not dealing with the situation that you're dealt with from 5,000 miles away trying to figure out why someone hasn't paid the rent.
	That's where we come in.
	Okay, talk to us about the tax advantages because this isn't just about avoiding the highs and lows of the stock market and dodgy investments or anything else.
	How do the tax advantages through people like Key City Capital actually work for your clients?
	Yeah, two ways.
	The first way is why we've seen the wealthy invest in real estate for years.
	It's called depreciation against the asset.
	And that depreciation can fully offset any taxable gains paid during the preferred return phase.

	Last question.

	Whether it's assaulting somebody on the streets of New York because they're Asian, because they're aged, or whether it's the footage we've played on my Newsmax show, we've played here as well, of brazen thieves, sadly often African-American, who walk into luxury stores and even you know the pharmacies and walk out with racks literal racks of clothing so heavy they can barely lift them or shopping carts full of goods
	And just walking past security, because security in those big towns have been told don't touch them, or the mayor has told the police you can't arrest them, or in places like San Francisco have said a theft of any amount under a thousand dollars isn't a crime and will not be arrested.
	Just go to small-town America and try that.
	Try to cold cock a pensioner on the street with no reason and get away with it.
	Try to walk out of a store with $999 worth of merchandise you didn't pay for and get away with it.
	Or perhaps more importantly, as a male, Try and walk into a female changing room in a high school and take your clothes off and walk around naked and say, oh it's okay, I identify as a female.
	Yeah, I dare you.
	Try that in a small town.
	Perhaps that should be the rallying cry for the next election.
	Perhaps that should be the new rally song for President Trump.
	I have a hunch that the next couple of rallies, I think he's got one coming up soon in Pennsylvania, he may be playing that song and he may have Jason as a surprise or not so much surprise guest.
	I had dinner This week with a great group of patriots, some of them quite famous, and the food was amazing.

	We have to play dirty like them.
	We have to cheat and cheat more so we can beat them.
	Now I understand why you say that.
	I understand it because you're seeing the loss brick by brick of that which you love and you want to stop that and you want to save it.
	But my response was the following, and our hostess afterwards, God bless you, you know who you are, came up to me and thanked me for what I said.
	But I meant it.
	No need for thanks.
	If we resort to their tactics, what have we become?
	If we resort to their tactics, and we lie, steal, and cheat to save America, Is it America we're living in?
	It's not an America I want to live in.
	It's not the America I chose to live in.
	Because yes, as an immigrant, as a naturalized citizen of the greatest nation on God's green earth, I chose America!
	Unlike Jason and most Americans, Who in many cases have no idea just how blessed they are, how kissed by God they are, to have been born in America.
	Don't get.
	We are utterly and completely unique.
	And as such, we must win for the sake of our civilization, for all that is sacred, for the children out there who are being mutilated right now in the name of transgender ideology, for the children who are being trafficked in their thousands every week across the border and in their millions across the planet.

	Okay, welcome Congresswoman Claudia Tenney in New York's 24th Congressional District.
	You've been on a roll.
	You've been like a flamethrower.
	I always retweet anything of yours I get and I see.
	I'm going to ask you the big question, because we've been dedicating yesterday, today, to what's been going on in Wilmington, Delaware.
	We talked to one of President Trump's attorneys about it, how this is an outrage, an end run around a judge.
	But here's the big question.
	Should we even be talking about the drug abuse, the non-payment of taxes, the illegal purchase of a handgun?
	The issue is the corruption involving him and his father.
	Isn't it time to impeach the current incumbent?
	What say you, Congresswoman?
	Yes, it is absolutely time.
	And this is not about Hunter Biden.
	This is about Joe Biden.
	And I've been saying this for months.
	Hunter Biden was a tool of Joe Biden.
	Here's a guy, Joe Biden, career politician.
	He's been using his position Let's roll back and look at this.
	First of all, the salaries that get paid to politicians in Washington are very good, but not so good that you can live in multimillion dollar mansions because there's a lot of rules in place.
	that prevent you from doing that.
	And Joe Biden has got a son who he's been able to get using his position, whether he was the senator or the vice president.
	He's been able to get his son on these boards and to get him involved, and then that money comes through.
	And we've got it all there.
	It's all there in plain sight.
	We just have to make sure we make that case.
	The big guy, 10% for the big guy.
	We had this come out even before the 2020 election, you know, where the FBI manipulated The social media companies, I mean, to say this laptop is disinformation.
	The 51 so-called former intelligence agents that came out and said the laptop was typical Russian disinformation, not to be credible.
	All those people need to be held accountable, by the way, because they were lying.
	They were using their, they probably have security clearances that should be removed immediately.
	But all of this was all the FBI, the DOJ, and I think this is what people need to see.
	It's all about Joe Biden.
	If there wasn't, if Joe Biden wasn't president and vice president,
	or especially when this corruption was taking place initially,
	or senator, there never would have been a Hunter Biden on a board.
	He even admitted this.
	So yes, it's all about Joe Biden.
	And you know, this is what my fear was.
	Thank the Lord that this judge did the right thing, although I wrote an op-ed last week talking about and outlining why the judge should reject this plea deal for a number of reasons.
	But had this judge not rejected this plea deal, this would all be gone.
	They would have said, this is it, no more investigation.
	So let me just start out how it happened.
	We got a whistleblower portal created in the Ways and Means Committee under the new chairman, Jason Smith, who's a Republican.
	We didn't have a solid whistleblower portal.
	These people came forward, longtime, respected, credible witnesses.
	They came forward.
	And they decided, you know, we had an order on the Ways and Means Committee.
	We dotted every I and crossed every T with the minority.
	So all the Democrats were involved in this.
	But the minute we noticed that the whistleblower testimony, 15 hours worth of
	testimony was going to be made public, the FBI, the DOJ cobbled together this
	very quick plea deal, literally just, you know, right before we had to do this
	hearing because they knew they wanted this to go away.
	Not because they wanted to save Hunter Biden, but because they wanted to save Joe Biden.
	And I was on, frankly, I was a little worried that this judge was just going to accept this plea deal and we were going to have this Hunter Biden walk out and say, isn't it terrible?
	He's going to reform his life and we're all going to move on.
	And that's what they were hoping for, but they didn't get it.
	Because they didn't follow the rules and the judge figured it out.
	Another mistake that was made that I think you heard about and your viewers heard about is that right before this whistleblower testimony was uploaded onto the federal site, as ordered by the case and the judge, somebody called and said, this needs to be taken down.
	I represent Jason Smith.
	I'm his attorney.
	Take it down.
	When they looked at the caller ID, it turned out it was Hunter Biden's lawyers.
	Fraudulently claiming to be Jason Smith.
	So the information went back up.
	And I think that led the judge to realize that not only are these lawyers representing Hunter Biden dirty, they're dishonest, and they should probably be, if not prosecuted, they should certainly be disbarred.
	But they were in cahoots with the DOJ.
	The Department of Justice wasn't standing there in the middle waving the American flag for the American people.
	They were standing there protecting Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, not the American people.
	And their job and their sworn duty is to protect the American people, which is why we have a mess here.
	Merrick Garland needs to be impeached.
	We need to put the rest of this puzzle together.
	We need to do an impeachment to get all the testimony out.
	And Joe Biden needs to be impeached.

	I'm not really sure.
	I think they want to make sure they have an ironclad case and that we can persuade some Democrats in the Senate because I think they really want it to happen.
	My concern is that if you go to impeachment inquiry, you're not going to a full impeachment.
	And, you know, it's like a half a loaf.
	You know, if you want to go after the impeachment, you've got to go for the whole thing.
	And I'm not sure the statute actually allows something called an impeachment inquiry.
	And I'm not an expert on that.
	But, you know, look, Joe Biden is clearly engaged in money laundering, bribery, We're talking about extortion and leveraging against this, you know, the whole prosecutor situation.
	The money was, you know, he said, I had to give five million to this Biden, five million to another Biden.
	I mean, look, Joe Biden is not rich on his pay that he made as a government lifetime employee.
	So, you know, I think I worry that we just have to go for it and we have to make a really good case and maybe we can get some more information.
	But I got to tell you, now that the judge has rejected the plea deal, which was important, The DOJ is going to try to cut off our ability to get information, claiming we have an ongoing investigation, although we have so much right now.
	I think if you piece together what the IRS whistleblowers revealed coming from the Ways and Means Committee, with the explosive document that Senator Grassley put out on the FBI, I think we have the data to track it.
	the attempt to extort and get the money out of for the prosecutor being fired, for the
	prosecutor being filed. And you add the suspicious activity reports and the 20 or so shell corporations
	created by the Bides and you put all that together, you can track that. I think we have the data to
	track it. We just have to put it out there and you have to put it make the Democrats in swing
	districts, especially in the Senate. You know, we've got a lot of them that are you know, you
	You don't vote for an impeachment on a guy who's this corrupt.
	And I make this distinction.
	I think that Kevin could make this, too, is people say this is worse than Watergate.
	Well, of course it is.
	Watergate.
	Richard Nixon did not actually commit a crime.
	The people that work for him did.
	But what he did was covered up.
	We have Joe Biden.
	Committing a crime in plain sight and covering it up, using the DOJ, using the FBI, and Merrick Garland, who's complicit, a co-conspirator with him, going along with this.
	I mean, these people were chummy in the courtroom with Hunter Biden.
	They're working with Biden and Hunter Biden.
	They're criminals.
	The DOJ were part of his defense team.
	Those are the facts.

	But I thought that was important, our impeachment, I mean not impeachment, our speaker vote, so people could see what was happening.
	And he made a lot of concessions, but he also, we put a lot of great bills up on the board.

	1, we've gotten so many things across the board.
	Now they haven't been made into law, but we have a lot ahead of us.
	A lot of good things were done and Kevin has been good.
	But think about when you bring up Mitch McConnell, I'm sorry that he is not healthy.
	I don't want to wish anything on anyone.
	But at this point in his condition, he's not a partner with Kevin.
	Kevin needs a partner in the Senate who is capable and up for the job.
	I know Mitch McConnell yesterday sadly looked worse than Joe Biden looked at sometimes.
	And that's a problem.
	We need to have a robust, aggressive leader in the Senate who will partner with Kevin McCartney and save the republic, save our country.
	And that's what worries me.
	And that's why I think, Kevin, we need to put pressure, the American people need to put pressure I'm getting Mitch McConnell to go out in a good way, resign, get some strong people in there, they're good senators there.
	And start the impeachment inquiries.
	She's going to be a champion when they begin.

	And then her just began to say, so how are you pregnant?
	Do you have a uterus?
	Do you have this?
	Do you have that?
	That is a woman with a beard.

	Because she's been pumping herself with male hormones, thinking that that makes her a man.
	It doesn't.
	How did we arrive at this situation?
	Let's decode it all with the author of an incredible new book.

	Dr. Grossman, welcome back to America First.
	It's great to be back with you, Dr. Gorka.
	Thank you.
	Well, congratulations on the book.
	It is sorely, sorely needed.
	Just if I, you know, list the people who have endorsed it.
	My rabbi.
	Yes, I'm a Catholic, but he's still my rabbi.
	Dennis Prager, Matt Walsh, on and on.
	Jan Jekielek of the Epoch Times tells you enough.
	I'm going to do things a little bit different, because this is like the third or fourth time you've come on the show.
	We're celebrating the book, so I'm going to start at the end of our discussion.
	And I'm just going to tee it up, and then we can break down the elements of the current situation and the book itself.
	What has happened to the science of medicine, Dr. Grossman?
	Oh my God.
	We have lost our way.
	We have terribly lost our way specifically around this issue of being transgender and how we can best help the kids who have been indoctrinated to believe that they're in the wrong body.
	We have a very dire situation here.
	Little kids from preschool are being taught that there's such a thing as being born in the wrong body and that when that happens it's a mistake, that their bodies might be a mistake, in which case they're going to need to have these dramatic and invasive medical and surgical interventions.
	Now, I want it to be clear from the get-go, there are two sexes, male and female, Sex is established at conception.
	It is not assigned by anybody.
	It is established when the sperm meets the egg.
	And anyone that's taken 10th grade basic biology knows that.
	And it's a sad state of affairs in this country when a doctor has to testify in Congress that that is the fact, that sex is established Which is what I did, as you know, last month in the House of Representatives.
	And unfortunately, there were a lot of people there who didn't like hearing that.
	So, yeah, we're in a dire situation.
	I see these kids and their families every day in my office, and I have been for years.
	And that is why I wrote a book, Lost in Transnation.
	In order to guide parents so that this ideology, this belief system, it's a belief system.
	It is not based in science.
	It is not based in medicine.
	The idea that your identity can be completely divorced from your biology and that that identity takes precedence over your biology, that is a belief.
	It was someone's theory a long time ago.
	It has taken a hold of our entire culture, but most importantly, of the medical profession.
	So we have lost our way.
	And we're in a dire predicament.
	And I wrote the book so that parents can inoculate their kids, their families against these dangerous ideas.
	And I call them dangerous because they are without foundation and because kids who are led to believe them as if they were true are put on an assembly line toward permanent disfigurement And sterilization, and there's no evidence that they're doing any better on the other side of all these medical procedures than they would have without them.
	They may even be doing much worse.
	I was there for your testimony in front of Congress a few weeks ago, and it was for an individual who served in politics and Deems himself to be adequately cynical.
	I found it in fact more disturbing than most things I've seen of late because every single one of the Democrats stood up and said things that are insane.
	That talked about toddlers.
	Toddlers that are transgender.
	Children needing to be mutilated to find happiness.
	We'll discuss that a little bit later but Let me ask you because you've been in meds and you've been practicing medicine for decades.
	Is there any analog?
	Is there anything in your prior experience as a practicing clinician, as a person of medicine, where you have seen either ideology or politics so intrude upon your career as we are witnessing with this transgenderism?
	Well, I'll mention to you in terms of medical scandals and catastrophes, the one that I first think of, of course it was before I was a medical doctor, but the prefrontal lobotomies was something that really took hold in this country and elsewhere.
	And that was the practice of trying to help mentally ill people by inserting something that appeared, it looked like a kind of an ice pick and it was inserted through their eye socket into their brains and a portion of their brain was disconnected from the rest of their brain.
	That was the prefrontal lobotomy.
	It was thought to be the answer to severe mental illness.
	Upwards of 40,000 people in this country underwent this barbaric procedure.
	The inventor of the procedure was given a Nobel Prize.
	And so we did go through a decade or somewhat over a decade of believing that this was a legitimate treatment for mentally ill people until we realized, oops, it's not.
	And at that time, if you had been living at that time and investigating, researching this procedure, you would have seen that there appeared to be a medical consensus.
	You would have been told by doctors that there is a medical consensus.
	And so I'm drawing a parallel here between the prefrontal lobotomies and what we're doing now.
	for these kids that are confused about their identity because parents are being told there is a medical consensus.
	We have Admiral Dr. Rachel Levine of the HHS standing up over and over again and telling parents and telling the public there's a medical consensus.
	Doctors agree on this.
	No, doctors do not agree on this.
	In fact, there is a fierce debate And in fact, the countries of Sweden, Finland, Norway, and England have all done a 180 and are not providing these medical interventions for minors any longer because they recognize that there's no good evidence for them and that what these kids need is to get psychotherapy.
	And I will add, as I discuss in the book, that aside from psychotherapy, They need to get off the internet.
	And parents need to be vigilant about what their kids are learning and who they are talking to, because this is a social contagion.
	I do want to throw in there, Dr. Gorka, that there are extremely rare individuals who do have a disorder in which the sex of their body feels wrong to them.
	And they deserve our compassion and our understanding.
	But that is not the 99.9% of kids that are presenting right now with what's called gender dysphoria.
	This is a different group of kids.
	And they have taken on this gender dysphoria, developed this gender dysphoria, this discomfort with their body, because of a social contagion.
	We'll break that down.
	That phrase, social contagion, is crucial and we will discuss it.

	So the language started about, you know, and that was now 20 years ago.
	when I started this journey.
	And it was starting to become more in culture, in the internet, and support groups, et cetera.
	So I took a long time.
	I don't regret any of that.
	And so another thing I would tell you is I have no regrets.

	But I have no regrets, because if I transitioned when I was young, I wouldn't have my children.
	I can't imagine a life without my children.
	And so, every experience led me to here.
	And so, how could I regret that?
	That's a very important clip, truly important clip, that I found thanks to our guest, Dr. Miriam Grossman.
	It's from four years ago.
	It is the annual meeting of the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine, and speaking there is a man who pretends that he's a woman.
	He's an admiral now in the Biden administration, and Admiral Levine said, I am glad I didn't transition as a child.
	Why?
	Because I would not have been able to have children.
	Why would he not be able to have children if he transitioned as an adolescent?
	Because he would have been sterilized!
	That's the quiet part said out loud, and I'm grateful to our guest for pointing that incredibly important clip out to us.
	Dr. Grossman, how is this lost in the discussion, lost in translation, if you will, That if you go through with these procedures, if you remove sexual organs, if you take the opposite hormone, if you take Lupron to castrate yourself as a young boy or even as an adult, what you are effectively doing, because this is the drug that is used for sex offenders as well, is you are sterilizing
	That human being.
	You're making them infertile, incapable of having children.
	We are told that these procedures are for mental health purposes because these people are sad and they will be happy if they are mutilated surgically and if they take these hormones.
	Admiral Levine just admitted that they sterilize human beings.
	How does that lead to mental health if you end up being infertile?
	Nobody discusses this.
	You know, Dr. Gorka, I've watched that clip numerous times of Admiral Levine, and it never fails to really upset me.
	I'm so angry.
	I'm so angry.
	So let me break this down for you, and I will preface it by saying that I'm not going to use the preferred pronouns for Dr. Levine.
	I call Dr. Levine Admiral.
	I explain in the book my rationale for not using preferred pronouns.
	I will not have my speech compelled.
	And a big part of this movement is about a compelling speech and compelling thought, which we have to resist.
	So, just getting back to the Admiral, you see, what the Admiral is saying there, is that there's no regrets, and especially no regrets because the Admiral would not have had any children if the Admiral would have transitioned to appearing female when the Admiral was an adolescent.
	Now, I'll explain what's going on here.
	You see, The mainstream gender medical establishment in this country is calling for doctors to provide puberty blockers—you mentioned Lupron, that's one of them—to kids that are just beginning puberty at a very early stage, so that puberty is completely blocked.
	And they do not go through this natural process of being exposed to estrogen or testosterone if they are a girl or a boy.
	Now, if, let's say for example, a boy is 10, 11, 12 years old, he really hasn't gone through any puberty at all, he's just beginning on the cusp of puberty, and he is given puberty blockers.
	That means that his body and his mind will stop developing.
	His genitals will remain the genitals of a small child.
	His brain will not develop into the brain of an adult.
	You need puberty to do all those things.
	But in terms of the context of what Dr. Levine was saying, he will never develop mature sperm.
	And his body will never be capable of doing that.
	His body will also not develop a normal pattern of sexual response, of sexual arousal.
	He will never have an erection.
	That is if he stays on those puberty blockers for a number of years, which is what most kids do.
	And then the puberty blockers are in almost 100% of cases, let's say 90 to 98% of cases, those puberty blockers are followed by, in a boy, very high dose estrogen.
	Yeah.
	So the normal testosterone is not going to be released by the body.
	And instead, they're going to be getting external estrogen at very high doses.
	So yes, the result is sterility.
	And what we are doing is we are sterilizing these young kids.
	These gender-affirming clinics are claiming that these little kids are capable of providing informed consent.
	They're capable of imagining what they're signing off on, that they are not going to be able to have biological children, they are not going to be able to have a normal psychological response to sexual stimulation, they will not have orgasms.
	I mean, what?
	A child can consent to that?
	Yeah, it's the point at which you realize the true, utter wickedness of what we are dealing with.

	I have to take it to that level of the ideological analysis because of this lady's statement.
	Her name is Helen Joyce.
	She is a former reporter with The Economist.
	She has also written a book on the transgender phenomena, and this clip went viral a few days ago, and I'd like us to discuss it together.

	Something that you may not have thought of is that there's a lot of people who can't move on on this, because that's the people who've transitioned their own children.
	So those people are going to be like, you know, the Japanese soldiers who were on Pacific Islands and didn't know the war was over.
	Right.
	They've got to fight forever.
	This is another reason why this is the worst, worst, worst social contagion that we'll ever have experienced.
	A lot of people have done the worst thing that you could do, which is to harm their children irrevocably because of it.
	Those people will have to believe that they did the right thing for the rest of their lives, for their own sanity and for their own self-respect.
	So they'll still be fighting.
	So there are homosexuals, we've had them on our show, who say a lot of this is to trans away the gay.
	These are parents who don't want to have a homosexual son and say, well, you're not a homosexual boy, you're a girl, let's put you in a dress, let's start feeding you full of estrogen.
	So it's trying to delete homosexuality.
	They see that as an assault on their identity.
	And for those parents who are the generators of the mutilation, Helen makes the point is, makes the point that they're like the Japanese soldier on the island 15 years after the war who just cannot stop fighting because if they do they will have to convince themselves and admit that I have done the most atrocious thing possible
	I have mutilated my own child.
	So their commitment, ideologically, must be total.
	As a result, where does this end, Dr. Grossman?
	You've written a manual for us.
	You've given a testimony in front of Congress.
	You're doing it every day in the media with Dennis and my friends.
	Where is the The resumption of sanity.
	Can the medical profession do it by itself or will it have to be a political decision as we see with the governor of Florida and with President Trump making promises about his next administration?
	You know, great question.
	And by the way, Helen Joyce, I retweeted that clip that you just showed.
	Perfect, brilliant point that she's making.
	People are always asking, you know, there's no regret.
	Okay?
	The proponents of this are saying there's very, very little regret.
	Not true at all.
	But one of the things that we must understand is that parents who have put their kids through this, and the kids themselves as they grow up, when they begin to perceive that, oh my God, what did I do to myself?
	You see, it's so huge to have to recognize that and to admit it and to go out in the world and admit it and go back to your doctor.
	We know that these people don't go back to their doctors to tell them that they regret the whole thing.
	So, you know, that's brilliant.
	But the people who have gone through it have a need to constantly affirm in themselves, the parents and the kids, That they must have done the right thing.
	Because what's the alternative?
	I disfigured myself permanently?
	I sterilized myself and I was wrong?
	Yeah, that's a very important point to think about.
	So does that mean that the solution will have to be some political one because it won't come from the inside or from the profession itself?
	No, I think that it's on all fronts.
	It's political.
	It's legal.
	We have a lot of lawsuits.
	It seems like almost every day now there's a new lawsuit by a detransitioner, somebody that went through gender affirmation and now is regretting it and has returned to living in congruence with their biology, and they are taking their doctors and therapists to court.
	So that is going to help a lot.
	But in terms of my book, I am giving parents the tools and the understanding so that their family can be inoculated against what is a social contagion, and they can raise their kids so that they understand from an early age that you are a girl or a boy from the moment of your creation, from conception.
	You know, the doctor and the midwife has nothing to do with it.

	Your chromosomal makeup, your DNA, your XY and your XX makeup cannot change from the point of conception.
	So we can leave out, you know, the less than 1% who are hermaphroditic or who actually truly suffer from believing they... believing, believing, not being, believing that they are in the wrong body.

	It's not just the medical community.
	It's not just the poor benighted children and patients themselves.
	It is the government.

	Here we have recently the great Matt Gaetz in Congress with the superintendent of the United States Air Force Academy.
	Let's just listen to this cut.
	You're literally pushing a program in the academies that says if you're a cisgender woman, a transgender woman, a non-binary, agender, bigender, two-spirit, demigender, what's demigender?
	Sir, that's a term of the people that are eligible for that particular scholarship that is available.
	Yeah, but what's a demigender person?
	It's a person who looks at their gender in a different way than I do, sir.
	Well sure, that's all of these people.
	You're a cisgender man, you don't even get to apply.
	Well.
	Do you know what demigender really means?
	I'm not really sure, sir.
	Right, so do you know what agender means?
	All one word, not a space gender.
	A fellowship at the Air Force Academy for people who are not cisgender, who are demigender, who are agender.
	It would have been a Monty Python skit 20 years ago.
	Now it's on the floor of Congress.
	At some point, Dr. Grossman, we just traverse into absurdistan, don't we?
	I mean, I was laughing, but I want to cry.
	You know, I just want to cry.
	So let's return to that phrase that you used at the beginning, that crops up again and again and again, which I think goes to the heart of the matter, social contagion and social media.
	Teenage years are tough for boys and girls.
	Your body is changing, your voice is changing, you're trying to make friends, you feel awkward, you're growing a beard, whatever, your voice is dropping.
	The power of somebody providing a model whereby people can be told, hey, join this victim group and you will be fetted, you will be celebrated, be a boy who pretends they're a girl, be a girl who pretends they're a boy, and then this is reinforced in like a chronic hysteresis on social media.
	How much of this is analogous to the click-like behavior that brought us bulimia and orexia in the 80s?
	Talk to us about how this is a trend more than it is actually a psychological problem.
	Yes, so a social contagion is when beliefs or behaviors are spread Among social groups, social networks.
	So it can be your child's friends at school, in a club, online, etc.
	And this is why in my book I am telling parents they have to be vigilant about who their kid is hanging out with online and in real life.
	They have to know what's going on in the schools.
	I have an entire chapter and I have an appendix written by attorneys who are specialists in the field of parental rights and education.
	Parents have a constitutional right to direct the education and the medical and mental health care of their children.
	And people at schools are infringing on those rights.
	So getting back to the social contagion, parents have to know ahead of time how to put schools on notice.
	And I'm talking about, I don't care if your kid's in preschool.
	I want you to go to your, and I instruct parents how to do this in the book.
	You go to the school, And you have a form that indicates that you do not want your child exposed to any gender ideology.
	You do not permit your child to join any club at school that is going to promote gender ideology.
	And you are certainly not going to agree with any social transition using a different name or pronouns and allowing your child to use the bathroom of the opposite sex.
	All those things, you have to put the school on notice that they better not even think about that with your kid.
	So this book, Lost in Transnation, Dr. Gorka, is not only for the many, many thousands, tens of thousands of families that are going through this catastrophe right now.
	It is for families in order to avoid ever going through this catastrophe, because a lot of the kids do first hear about this in school, from clubs, from their friends, from social, from their guidance counselor.

	I want to mention the good doctor's name once more, one more time to just do a sanity check
	with you, Dr. Grossman.
	Jordan Peterson makes this point, and I'd like you to confirm it or to say it's maybe a little bit more complicated.
	He's of the same field that you are, and he says, and it seems very commonsensical to me, and he's written the foreword to your book, there are no other mental conditions that we affirm. If somebody comes into a clinician, comes
	into a psychiatrist and says, uh, I believe I'm obese and it's a woman who weighs 72
	pounds, you don't say, yes, you're fat, you should go on a diet. Or if somebody comes in and says,
	I'm Napoleon, you don't say, yes, Mr. Bonaparte, you are Napoleon. This seems to be the only
	condition where we affirm the patients incorrect self-diagnosis. Surely this goes against
	everything the profession stands for, and even the Hippocratic oath of first do no harm. Surely
	affirming a incorrect state of thinking is damaging to the patient.
	Is there a genesis to this?
	When were doctors told, yeah, in this one case you can make things worse, or you can believe, as my friends on the Trigonometry podcast use the phrase, that an incantation will change your gender?
	Well, as I explain in the book, that the very foundation of this belief system, and it really is more like a religion than anything else, the very foundation of it is rotten.
	Because the very idea that you are who you think you are, and not what your biology, your physical reality says that you are, That is without any foundation.
	I mean, you can believe it if you wish.
	People can believe all sorts of things, but we should not be teaching this to children as if they are established facts.
	And that is what we have been doing for some time now.
	So it is extremely dangerous, but there are answers.
	And in the book, I explain to parents how from a young age, they can provide the truth, the biological truths to their children.
	And they're going to, I'm going to want them to tell their children that, you know, you're either a boy or a girl, but you know what?
	There are many different kinds of boys and many different kinds of girls.
	And you may not be a boy that loves sports and building things or, you know, all these stereotypical things.
	You may not be a girl that loves makeup and, you know, you may be a girl who's attracted to other girls.
	There are many different ways of being men and women.
	And that is actually the opposite of what kids are told now.
	They're being led to believe there's only one way to be male or female and that if you don't fit in that box, well, you must be trans.
	One thing, we're almost out of time but it's so important I think because it's so dastardly.
	Can you address the question of autism and how it seems as if many disproportionate numbers of those who are being put through the transgender mill are in fact autistic children who obviously don't feel comfortable because they think
	differently from those who are not on the scale.
	And as such, we seem to have a phenomena of preying on the autistic to make them the victims
	of these procedures. Okay, so the kids who are on the autism spectrum are vulnerable to this
	ideology. And I'll explain a few reasons why. One is that, as you said, they are, feel socially
	awkward because of the way that they are wired neurologically.
	They are neurodiverse.
	They are wired somewhat differently.
	And it's challenging for them to pick up on social cues.
	And it's challenging for them to, for example, read another person's facial expression.
	Some of them have trouble understanding jokes.
	And as a result, they have trouble finding a peer group at school in which they will fit.
	They are often bullied for being different.
	That's one reason.
	So when they hear about the possibility that their unhappiness and their anxiety may be due to being in the wrong body, And that if they then identify as the opposite sex, that will be the solution to their distress.
	They are attracted to that.
	Now when a student comes out in many schools, I'm not saying every school, but in many,
	many schools when they come out as being transgender or non-binary or one of these other
	words that really have no definition, they get points.
	Social status is elevated.
	And they suddenly are love-bombed, you know, 24-7 by friends, by teachers, and by others
	at school or maybe in their community.
	Just imagine, for a child who never felt to be a part of things, for a child who always felt that they were on the outside looking in, and they're now being celebrated.
	And I'll explain something else about people on the autism spectrum, and that is that they tend to think in a black and white way.
	In other words, either one thing is true, or another thing is true.
	And they can't see the gray that's in between, the nuance that's in between.
	So if you have a girl who is developing breasts, and she's very uncomfortable with that, and people are staring at her, and she's getting unwanted sexual attention, and she's scared about getting her period, she then thinks, oh, I'm uncomfortable with my female body.
	I must be a boy.
	And that is what I've seen over and over again in my office.
	And these kids are very vulnerable.
	Parents have to be aware of that.
	If they have a child who's on the spectrum, that these kids are especially vulnerable to this dangerous belief system.
	I could go on for hours.
	I'm just going to say one more thing and ask one last question.

	of this ideology, Dr. Grossman?
	What do you say to them, especially those who think, well, it's okay?
	You know, I'm going to say, you know, for God's sake, stand up and Do the right thing.
	You have studied biology.
	You have studied physiology.
	You have studied genetics.
	And you know what these blockers and hormones do to people, what they are going to do to these young kids.
	And you are able to do the research and to discover that there is no epidemic of transgender kids who are committing suicide.
	It's very easy to get that data.
	There is no epidemic of suicides.
	What I'm concerned about is suicides on the other end of this, once they do go through the affirming therapy.
	And I'm concerned about their parents' suicides as well.
	So I would say to my colleagues, do the right thing.
	Courage is a habit.
	Start telling the truth.
	And you'll be surprised of how many people are going to join you.
