♪♪ I think that there is almost a panic setting in with the media.
They all want to move on because the alternative is to recognize one of the most significant corruption scandals in modern history.
But it's something that the media played a role in suppressing.
So they want everyone to move on, but that's just not going to happen.
The evidence is mounting.
And you had these two whistleblowers testify in Congress, and you'll notice the Democratic members asked very little about their specific allegations.
And it's because they have been reduced in the amount of maneuvering room by this evidence.
They didn't want to trip any wires.
That is a Democrat.
He's a legal expert.
His name is Jonathan Turley.
And he's making a statement that I think is hard, hard to disagree with.
It's starting to crumble.
Will it lead anywhere?
About 30 minutes ago, Hunter Biden left the courtroom in Wilmington, Delaware, where it didn't go as planned for the team Biden.
I have in front of me, thanks to one of my sources, the docket from the court that was just released.
Let me just read it for you momentarily.
We have here in front of Judge Mary Ellen Noryka.
The initial appeal, the appearance of Robert Hunter Biden on his IRS problems.
He has pled not guilty, but, and here's the big but, dear friends.
Oh, greetings.
You're listening to America First.
I'm your host, Sebastian Gorka.
The sweetheart plea deal.
Put on a silver platter by Daddy's DOJ just to give him a little slap on the wrist at a diversion program for that illegal purchase of a handgun?
Well, the judge didn't accept it.
Why?
Well, the bad guys for once were caught in a little catch-22.
You may have heard recently That, uh, the Biden administration's representatives at the Department of Justice and at the IRS said what?
In front of Congress?
Uh, we can't comment on Hunter Biden because this is an ongoing investigation.
Ongoing investigation?
Well that's strange!
Because he's been given a plea deal!
Which should shut it down!
How does that work?
Well, they were trying to be clever.
Why?
Because, as if you watch politics will well know, it is easy for the permanent bureaucracy to avoid answering any questions about any significant issue by saying, sorry, Mr. Chairman, sorry, Congressman, sorry, Congresswoman, we cannot comment on that because that is an ongoing investigation.
It's just, you know, it's a deflection move.
Okay.
Okay, we know.
That's creepy.
But then you can't give the person who's been investigated a plea deal.
Because that would mean the investigation has been shut down.
So the judge said, hang on a second!
Your client has got a plea deal?
But you're also saying he's still being investigated?
How does he have a plea deal then?
So she said, off you go.
I'm not buying it and I'm not signing the plea deal.
Come back to me in 30 days time.
In the meantime, as I say, I have the documents in front of me.
Thank you.
You know who you are.
I'm not gonna divulge your identity.
It is ordered by the court That the defendant's release today is subject to these conditions.
This is Hunter Biden.
I thought it'd be fun to share with you because I don't think anybody has this, but we do because, you know, we're Salem.
We're America first.
The defendant must not violate federal, state, or local law while on release.
The defendant must appear once again at U.S.
District Court, North King Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
Oh, and in the meantime, let's go through the conditions that have been set.
It kind of really galls me.
He had Secret Service protection.
He was in a Secret Service limo as he left the courtroom.
This scumbag.
This junkie.
This felon.
Conditions the defendant must.
Submit to supervision by and report for supervision at the Central District of California.
That's weird.
What California?
Where is Hunter Biden living right now?
Like this one.
7B condition.
Hunter Biden must continue or actively seek employment.
Ha!
I guess he can't be a deadbeat anymore.
Next one, 7F.
This is a long list of boxes and the judge ticks some of the boxes and leaves others open.
I thought this would be fun to read out to you guys.
This is Condition 7F for the release of the President's son.
The individual must abide by the following restrictions on personal association, residence, or travel.
And then they've typed it in.
Must communicate in writing all international travel plans and provide supporting documentation, if requested, both to the court and to the district in which you are residing.
Then it skips.
Back to an interesting one.
Condition 7K.
Spicy.
The defendant must not possess a firearm or destructive device or other weapon.
I guess your dad having the nuclear codes should be enough, right?
Ooh, another interesting one.
7L.
The defendant must not use alcohol.
There are two boxes.
One says, at all or excessively.
It's just so weird.
Can you believe this is the American judicial system?
The judge can say, you mustn't drink excessively, or you mustn't drink at all.
And in the case of Hunter Biden, it's the first box that is ticked by the judge.
Must not drink any alcohol.
I wonder what he thinks Hunter Biden is like.
Next condition, 7M.
Defendant must not use or unlawfully possess a narcotic drug or other controlled substance defined under US Code 21-802.
I guess bags of cocaine in the White House are exempted, Mr. Judge.
Sorry, just had to spike that in there.
Oh, and here's an interesting one.
This goes to something Jeff said in our pre-production pre-show meeting.
Condition 7N.
Defendant Hunter Biden must submit to testing for a prohibited substance if required by the pretrial services officers or supervising officer.
Jeff, what do you think?
Do you think that kind of ruined Hunter's day when the judge said you've got to get ready for drug testing?
I think that's something that's going to affect him.
I think that it would make him plead not guilty.
I think that's probably the worst part of Hunter's day so far.
Oh, and then the last condition, 7-0, signed by the judge.
Defendant Hunter Biden must participate in a program of inpatient or outpatient substance abuse therapy and counseling if directed by the pretrial service office or supervising officer.
Lordy, lordy, lordy.
Oh, it's signed by Hunter Biden.
Look, there's his signature.
Now we can verify the signature on the laptop receipt at the store in Delaware.
We've got another signature of the President's son in Wilmington, Delaware, July 26, 2023.
Signed by the judge as well.
I think we've found a decent judge in America.
You know what makes me want to vomit?
Can you imagine being one of those Secret Service agents?
Having to open the door of the armored SUV with the lights on it, carrying a badge and a gun as this reprobate junkie China commie loving scumbag gets in the back of the vehicle that you have to drive and that you have to protect.
Anyway, that's what we call breaking news.
Additionally, Sinead O'Connor has passed.
56 years old.
What happened there?
More.
We've only just begun.

Next up we'll have a cabinet member of the Trump administration, Vivek Ramaswamy, for the whole third hour and so much more here.

Could this judge in Wilmington, that refused to accept Hunter Biden's plea deal from Daddy's DOJ, Could this judge be the first honest one in a long, long time?
I forgot to do this.
Is it Wednesday already?

Thank you to all my guest hosts, Bob Franz, Jim Hanson, and we had from Kash Patel.
He left me a little present.
Remember that single released by the president and the J6 prisoners, Justice for All?
I have a copy here signed by Cash, not by the president, I'll have to get him to sign it as well.
And it's, look at this, if you're on radio, I'm telling you to look at this, but for our viewers, it's a vinyl single.

I don't go there to teach them.
I go there to listen.
I'll say something that adds to your reverence for those folks.
If you want to know the difference, Between the Russian army and the armies of the United States and the United Kingdom, look to the NCOs.
Yes.
The NCOs, the power of discipline, the power of decision, wherein both the Tsarist Soviet and the Russian Federation armies, they are just cannon fodder.
Well, and the idea, I mean, it shocks, if you speak to somebody who's made it out of the Soviet Union, that an NCO could drive a tank or fly a helicopter to the Soviets.
You're giving a million dollar vehicle to somebody who's not an officer?
You can't do that!
There's a famous story about interrogation of Saddam's senior Infantry General, after the first Gulf War, and the young major just happened to take something out of his pocket.
It was a GPS device.
And the general said, all of you senior officers have that?
And the young officer said, no, my platoon sergeants have.
And the fellow's eyes got this wide.
Slightly different system.
Very different system.
All right.
They're trying to change the system right now.
We have so much to discuss.
Absolutely.
China, what Senator Turbeville is doing.
We'll get to that.
We'll have you here for a couple of segments.
But first, I can't stop playing this card.
God bless Matt Gaetz.
This is the superintendent of one of the wokest military academies out there back in 2010.
The Air Force decided it was time to have a Wiccan temple.
If you don't believe me, I don't blame you.
Look it up.
A pagan Wiccan temple in Colorado Springs for the Air Force cadets.
And the new superintendent is being grilled about a program, a scholarship program, that if you're white and you're not a homosexual, it's not open to you.
Let's just listen.
You're literally pushing a program in the academies that says if you're a cisgender woman, a transgender woman, a non-binary, agender, bigender, two-spirit, demigender, what's demigender?
Sir, that's a term of the people that are eligible for that particular scholarship that is available.
What's a demigender person?
It's a person who looks at their gender in a different way than I do, sir.
Well sure, that's all of these people.
You're a cisgender man, you don't even get to apply.
Do you know what demigender really means?
I'm not really sure, sir.
Right, so do you know what agender means?
All one word, not a space gender, but agender.
Sir, I don't.
Right, so here we are, pushing a fellowship, calling for people that you don't even know what the words mean.
Lieutenant General Richard Clarke, you can tell he's squirming in his seat.
It's not the way I look at gender.
How did we get here, Secretary Wilkie?
Well, we have seen, I think, the greatest assault on the warrior ethos in our history.
We saw it really begin to creep in under Clinton, but he could only go so far.
And it really took off under Biden, Obama-Biden.
And then under President Trump, it stopped.
But when you have left-wing academics running the Pentagon, I mean, the people who run the Pentagon are not the people you see on television, even though they're pretty bad.
The place is full of radicals.
The Pentagon is run out of the White House, really, not the Pentagon.
That Air Force Academy general greets first-year students on their first day.
With a film produced by Black Lives Matter.
My word.
Which paints a portrait of an irredeemably racist nation.
Produced by a Marxist group that believes that the nuclear family, the American society, American society.
White supremacy.
Is a white supremacy project.
Also anti-Christian, anti-Jewish.
And that's the first day at his academy.
At West Point, you can now minor in Diversity Studies.
The superintendent of the Naval Academy requires his midshipmen to carry with them a pocket checklist on how they combat racism, ableism, I don't know what that means, sexism, on a daily basis.
I'll answer your next question.

She's also the one who went down to Fort Bragg and said she was proud that Fort Bragg leads the world in fighting climate change.
And that's what we're dealing with.
Unbelievable.
Alright, what do we have here?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Play Cut 12 for me.
After 9-11, the laws didn't work.
Like, they made massive changes to respond to a new threat.
And I think we have to face the fact that many of our structures, laws, and policies may not work.
After 9-11, we created the Department of Homeland Security.
There was the Patriot Act.
There was massive change in our entire society to face the number one threat, or at least what was communicated as the number one threat.
I think we need the same kind of tectonic shift.
It's gotta be much more than see something, say something.
But maybe our laws need to change to respond to the fact that someone like Mike Flynn, the former National Security Director, is openly calling for violence consistently.
And then, uh, Vice Minten.
Is your expectation that these are going to be individual charges, or does this fold into a broader RICO racketeering case?
I think we could end up seeing both.
This is one where you can have a sort of overarching RICO charge, and we know that Fannie Willis has had some success at bringing those kinds of cases, but that doesn't preclude her from also bringing these individual charges.
And so a jury would have all of that in front of them.
And so I kind of suspect that's what we're going to see, because it's really not an either-or.
We can see both of those.
Incredible.
Incredible. All right.
Yeah, monologue, and let's try and get it up as soon as possible.
I will...

Secretary Wilkie, can you walk us through this story that Either hasn't got enough attention or has simply been about lambasting a pro-life senator.
Talk to us about the appointments that are being stalled and why they're being stalled and why this is important.
Well, let's talk about what the Biden administration has done to the Pentagon.
And I'll quote Rich Lowry, the editor of National Review.
He had a wonderful piece last week where he said that Biden has turned the Pentagon into an outpost for Planned Parenthood.
Right, so that we're using the government to support Planned Parenthood through the DOD.
So before I even get to DEI and gender insanity and climate change nonsense, let me tell you what happens if Lieutenant Gorka's wife dies while you're on active duty.
You have to take leave.
to take care of her funeral arrangements.
If my son gets deathly ill, and I need to take him to, say, Duke University, north of Fort Bragg, I have to take leave.
What the Biden administration has done, saying that it is a vital national security interest if a soldier wants an abortion, You don't have to take leave.
In fact, we'll give you three extra weeks of leave on top of the 30.
Hang on, for an abortion?
For an abortion.
Three days, you mean, no?
Three weeks?
Three weeks, and we'll pay all expenses.
Again, if my child has cancer, and I'm on active duty, I have to take leave.
Is this done by fiat inside the government?
Well, it is, but in contravention of federal statute, federal practice.
Laws were put in place many years ago to keep the Pentagon out of the abortion fights.
And, you know, he's now saying that the Secretary of Defense and the President and his spokesman at the White House, who functions in Corrine Jean-Pierre's stead, Mr. Kirby, that this is a vital national security interest.
And I guess the First Armored Division, Right.
that rolled through Germany in World War II is deathly afraid of the heartbeat law in Texas.
Right.
That they're not going to be able to function on behalf of the people of the United States
because there's a heartbeat law in Texas.
But this is just part of a pattern, the radicalization of the military.
Senator Tuberville has said, no, you're breaking the law.
You are going at the very heart of the beliefs of the vast majority of soldiers
who come from regions where things like the heartbeat bill are very important to the people of those states.
You're defying openly through your spokesman and through your generals.
You're criticizing state laws.
Anathema to the American military ethic.
That you don't get involved in politics.
But this is just a pattern.
DEI.
Climate change.
So, where does this stand now?
pronoun insanity.
Things that take away from those things that are required to prepare a force to fight.
So where does this stand now?
Can one senator hold back the dike?
Can.
You know in the past the masters were people like Jesse Helms and Barry Goldwater.
The difference between the two bodies is that in the House, a member conforms to the will of the body.
The Senate rules are such that the body often has to conform to the will of one member.
All of his colleagues on the Senate Armed Services Committee sent a letter to the Secretary of Defense saying stop.
Now, let's talk about who he's holding up.
He's holding up the new Marine Corps Commandant.
He would hold up the new Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Let's tell the people who those people are.
As of 1986, they have absolutely no command responsibility.
They don't.
Their only duty, in terms of the chairman, is to advise.
Barry Goldwater took away from these people... The Goldwater Act.
That's right.
Their ability to command troops.
So, we stand with you, Senator Turbeville.
Do the right thing.
How can we allow the armed forces to become just another arm of Planned Parenthood?
It's wrong.
We've been talking to senior national security analyst for Newsmax.

Everyone saw their testimony last week, how credible they were.
And never forget, an FBI agent came forward, was deposed by the committee a week ago Monday, and confirmed so many things that Mr. Shapley and Mr. Ziegler had said during their testimony.
I find it that their testimony, their story has not changed.
Their testimony has been consistent.
But the Biden White House and the Biden Justice Department, they keep changing their tune.
They keep changing their story.
So again, all the credibility is on the side of the whistleblowers.
He still doesn't wear a jacket!
What is it with James Jordan?
But that is quite a cut, Jeff is right.
It's interesting, the IRS whistleblower's stories have not changed.
But the White House stories have changed.
I'll be, um, dissecting that later tonight.
Hosting for Rob Schmid on Newsmax at 7pm.
Why?
Because we've been told for two years, a billion times, according to Corinne Jean-Pierre, that...
Oh, oh, oh, no, the President, no, no, he never discussed Hunter Biden's business dealings with Hunter.
And then what happens?
Just 48 hours ago, as I've said a million times, which you haven't, the president has never been in business with Hunter Biden.
Why is the story changing?
It's like the magic little bag of cocaine that walked around the White House from the library to the sit room to the underground entrance to the vice president's motorcade.
Why are the stories always changing?
I think you know why.

That Hunter Biden gets clean from all the check boxes on the court order and comes to his senses and says to himself, you know what?
I'm a scumbag and I'm getting screwed.
I'm going to take this scumbag down with me.
Come on, daddy.
I just don't see it.
If you've been a scumbag loser all your life, why would you suddenly, suddenly do that?

Interesting idea, Tom.
I like it.

Indeed, folks.
We love getting super chat donos from our Rumble viewers.

Oh, interesting.
I do love the name, though.

That's interesting.
Could be 45th and the 48th.
Yeah, with a cackler in the middle.
Let's go to Alex in Brooklyn, line two.
Hey, Sebastian, thanks for taking the call.
We know why, you know, the Biden administration is changing the story, and now they're admitting, oh, Joe knew about the deal Hunter had, but he wasn't involved with it.
But if I was a part of the left-wing media, then I would just come out and say now that there's a big chance that Joe Biden was involved in the corruption that Hunter was doing, because the media, the evidence is coming out pretty fast, right?
So why wouldn't they want to be ahead of the curve and be ahead of the story and not get
the shame that they got both times where they first said he's a saint, and then it came
out that he pleaded guilty and had to admit that he's not, and then this thing also that
Joe Biden didn't know anything, now they have to admit that he did know.
But I also wanted to say about Hunter Biden being proud of, Joe Biden being proud of his
son Hunter, I think he's proud of him because he got him money, but also because Hunter
Biden accomplished all the desires that Joe Biden has, right?
We see him with the sniffing of little children and his immoral ways of- Oh, all the perversions!
And then he recorded them on videotape.
Yeah, that's what Joe Biden is all about.
You know, most dads, they want their children to grow up to be successful at the things that they haven't, and apparently Joe Biden's biggest accomplishment would be to do these things that you see on the laptop out there, and you gotta send some t-shirts to the White House so that the staffers can wear it around Joe.
Hey, groomers, you know, for Joe Biden, get your hand and get your nose off our children.
I think that would be a Oh, I love that.
Stay on the line, Alex.
You deserve, you at least deserve our newest t-shirt designed by Kola Karl.
Hey!
Groomers!
Leave our kids alone.
You can get yours at SebGorkaStore.com, but Alex gets his for free.
We might have to, you know, think up of a t-shirt for the Biden team at the White House.
SebGorkaStore.com.
Let's go to somebody who I think maybe disagrees and thinks Hunter's a sterling chap, a superb individual.
Let's go to somebody who calls himself Sam.
We'll just call him Sam the Liberal.
Line three.
Hey, I'm wondering why we're not talking about Ivanka Trump getting millions and... Dude, oh my gosh, is that the best you've got?
Seriously, Hunter Biden walks out of a courtroom today with his daddy's sweetheart deal in the gutter for not paying 1.2
million dollars worth of taxes and illegally buying a gun as a coke head and you're
talking about Ivanka Trump. Sam, seriously you must have been preparing
for hours to come on this show we appreciate you listening. Is that really the best
you could do dude?
You're gonna violate my First Amendment right, right?
Is that the bet?
You don't have a First Amendment right on a private radio show.
I'm not the government, you cretin.
Have you read the Constitution?
It doesn't say radio shows cannot drop a call.
How stupid are you, Sam?
Oh, leave.
Oh my gosh.
Alright, I'll give you one more chance.
Have you got anything better, Sam?
Just try.
I'll give you three seconds to think.
Just use the two brain cells you have.
One, two, three.
What's the best you got, Sam?
Why are we talking about the cat?
Okay, bye-bye.
God, these people.
Jeff, why are they so stupid?
What is wrong with them?
Help me out, Jeff.
They're just not ready for primetime.
I don't even remember Ivanka getting millions from China, do you?
That was his attack ad.
I don't even know if that's true.
But she's a businesswoman and she always was!
What has Hunter Biden ever sold?
Except little baggies.
Thank you, that was superb, Sam.
Absolutely bloody superb.
Call in anytime.

Oh, that sounds bad.
He's not driving, is he?
Sam, do be careful out there.
Hey, quick question.
What does Trump's dick taste like?
So that took you how long to think up?
Really?
That's the best you've got?
The sexual pervert?
Are you a homophobe, Sam?
Oh, no.
Sam's a stinking homophobe.
No homophobes on my radio show!
Get off!
Line one.
Hey, who's this?
Who's this?
Well, you should know because you called up us, dickhead.
Oh, is this gay Gorka, the fucking big gay whale with his lesbian wife that wears Birkenstocks?
That's the best you got?
Is that really?
Hey, dude, I know you're an incel in your mom's basement, but is that the best you got?
Because you wouldn't dare say that to my face.
You wouldn't dare say that I think that was a Fuentes fanboy with the language he used.
That's great.
You're a coward, you're a telephone coward.
You know what? I laugh in your sad little face.
The best you got. You're all perverts.
You're all sexual perverts.
And I kiss how insane and sad and pathetic you are.
Goodbye, you sad little bastard.
I think that was a Fuentes fanboy with the language he used.
That's great. 20 seconds.
20 seconds.
You You
You you
you Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
Help me out here, Jeff.
I know you're taking a call and you're typing, but all the crazies have come out and they're like lighting up the call board.
Is it because Hunter didn't get his sweetheart deal?
Are they starting to crack?
Jeff, what do you think's going on?
That's what I think it is, because they're all at once.
They're all out.
It's got to be something like that.
They're very upset, right?
They are so upset!
Eric, what do you think it is that their little, you know, Hunter boy fan club is, like, collapsing?
It's because, especially with that last caller, they immediately try to deflect a, oh, well, what about Trump's kids?
None of Trump's kids have ever been accused or have gone through court for anything like this.
Hunter has.
Could you imagine if just one, like, a third cousin twice removed of Donald Trump lied on a firearms background check because he's a coke- Could you imagine?
Imagine what would happen in the media.
Ooh, I love it.
I just love the melting down.
It's like, it's like the witch from the Wizard of Oz, but all of these little incel boys.
They're melting, they're melting at once.
It's so good.
All right, celebrate.
Let's, let's, um, we've got, have we got Let's Go Brandon stuff?
Yeah, we've got Let's Go Brandon stuff on the website.
Get your Let's Go Brandon flag today.
Send a message on the day that Hunter's sweetheart deal was at least temporarily put on ice.
Curtis said Gorka's You've got my books, the challenge coins, the I stand with 45 flag, you've got the Let's Go Brandon.
Just treat yourself.
Too much fun.
I love it when the crazies melt down.
Go to SebGorkaStore.com.
Be a happy warrior, because they're not.
They're just full of bile.
They're full of acid.
It will eat them up on the inside.
SebGorkaStore.com.
S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A Store.com.
We need more Wizard of Oz.
Let's go to Phoenix, Arizona.
George, welcome.
Hey, what's up, Doc?
I do love a little bit of Looney Tunes.
Well, yes, we need some because we got enough on the other line.
Oh my gosh, they are out.
The Looney Tunes are out to play.
Yes, I always wanted to say, I do hate kale.
But I got a question for you.
Yeah.
I was wondering if you could convince me to start smoking cigars, because I was watching on YouTube Cars and Comedians with Jerry Seinfeld.
Who was the guest this time?
The guy that did Curb Your Enthusiasm.
I can't remember his name.
Oh, I know.
Yeah, yeah, go ahead.
And what were they talking about?
Cigars?
Yes, and they were talking about... I don't smoke either way, but he was talking about how a cigarette smoker is always stressed.
There's always a time limit.
I got to have my quick breath at work but with a cigar you sit back and relax and you just conjure.
You know how true that is that you cannot rush a cigar?
I'll tell you how true it is.
You can't even properly smoke a cigar while you're walking.
I've always thought you know I walk the dogs every morning I could You can't even enjoy it as you're doing physical activity.
You've got to be sitting down.
You've got to be chilled.
If you drink, you've got to have a nice little bourbon or a single malt.
You've got to be completely relaxed.
And I buy massive cigars because I smoke really quickly.
But a good cigar should last you at least half an hour.
Ideally, closer to an hour.
Look, I can't convince you.
Very personal thing.
Just one word of warning.
Whatever you do.
Because my best friend made a mistake when we were 14 years old.
Got a couple of cigars.
DON'T INHALE!
No, seriously!
And I don't mean because of Bill Clinton or Obama.
Don't inhale because you'll go green.
My buddy did.
He actually went green and started, you know, vomiting very rapidly.
But try it out.
Try a mild one.
You might like it.

The antidote to the mainstream media.
Hello Jen.
I'm sorry this didn't work for you.
It's okay.
It'll be working next week for sure.
Audio check.
Hello, Jen.
Can you hear us?
I don't think she has her ears in.
Oh, okay.
Thank you.
Alright.
Alright, let's take it down.
Yep.
Hello.
Hi, Jen.
How's it going?
Hi, good.
How are you?
Doing all right.
Doing all right.
That'd be great.
Thanks.
You guys are super excited for next week.
We have a TV background going in here.
Oh, hang on.
He wants to take line five.
Mic's on.
Oh, yeah.
Hi, who's this?
Good, hi, what's your question?
What's your comment?
I talked about it when it's in the news.
It's not in the news right now, but I do have evidence.
Excuse me?
I don't hear you talking about that.
I talk about it when it's in the news.
It's not in the news right now, but I do have evidence.
Excuse me?
Mike McDowell?
So what are you talking about?
Are you looking to get sued for a billion dollars for making lies about people being groomers?
Bring it, dude!
Bring it!
Bring it!
Hey!
Hey!
Stop talking!
Bring it!
I am happy!
Bring it, you little sad incel boy!
Bring it!
And thanks for listening to the show!
Hey Jen!
Hi!
Hey!
How you doing?
Good!
So is this guy still rampaging around Hollywood?
Oh, the naked guy?
Yeah.
Yeah.
He's still there and the police won't arrest him because they say he's not committing a crime, which is apparent.
And yeah, he's armed.
The question is, what is he armed with?
Yeah, exactly.
And where's he keeping it?
Oh, my gosh.
All right.
So this is my background for today, but we've got a TV screen coming this week for the background.
Ooh, nice.
Isn't that exciting?
Is there any way to push the camera away from your bed?
Yeah, actually, the way they're reconfiguring it, it's going to be in a different position.
So they're doing a whole bunch of work in this room.
If I showed you, it's kind of funny.
So they're going to actually have me push back to a different table, and they're going to have a video screen behind me.
How exciting, huh?
Super, super exciting.
Lots of work around here.
Lots to talk about.
Did you see the video of Mitch McConnell malfunctioning?
Oh, wow.
That's very close.
Did you see that?
No, but I heard about it.
I was just doing Steve Hilton's show.
We'll play it.
Are you guys doing the zooming in?
Guy's doing that.
Okay.
I'm like, is my thing going crazy?
It's magic.
Um, but I heard he blanked out for like a minute.
Yeah, we're gonna play it now.
Oh, it's crazy.
Yeah.
All of these people are just out of control.
Oof.
Hang on.
No, we're busy with Hunter today.
Oh.
I'm trying to just send you something.
Oh.
It's...
Oh.
No violence.
No hate speech.
Just happy warriors on America First.
They gotta be happy because the other side are just bloody lunatics.
Oh my gosh, what an hour it's been.
A lot of fun.
They've really crawled out of the woodwork.
Maybe our good friend and regular guest can help us out here.
The lady that keeps Los Angeles sane.
Jennifer Horne, how's your day been so far?
It has been a crazy day at Dr. G, but I was getting a kick out of listening to you talk to some of the crazy callers that are making their way out.
It must be the heat of the summer.
Look, we have a theory we're working on, because I opened the show, I literally just, as I was Walking into the studio, somebody who will remain nameless, who is my greatest source of intelligence on the Department of Justice, it was literally, I think that the judge had just signed it and somehow he got a copy.
It's got, there it is, the Judge Noriega's sign.
I love it.
From Delaware.
This is the order of everything Hunter has to do for the next 30 days.
Wow.
What's in there?
Drug tests.
The first one is the best one.
I love this.
I've got to read this to you again.
This is condition, because it's a long list of boxes, and the judge can tick it or not tick the box.
And the 7B.
Defendant Hunter Biden must continue or actively seek employment.
All right, so the Chinese, hey, he's got the Chinese in Ukraine.
He's available.
And I read all this stuff out like, he must not drink alcohol.
He is forbidden from drinking alcohol.
He can't own a firearm.
He's got to put up with regular drug tests.
And this was my monologue, just reading this great document, and the lefty loonies went, Nuts!
They started calling in, insulting me, my wife, the usual sexual perversion stuff that they're into.
Jennifer, what is the problem with reading out the court order about this scuzzbag junkie?
Why does it so trigger them?
I don't know why it triggers them, but I do think that it's great that you have it, and I think that it's great that he's got to abide by that, and I think it's great that the judge said no immunity, because you know his lawyers today are pretty sad.
They're probably going to have to go hit their bongs at Hollywood again, whatever they were doing.
Of course the big story is that there's these idiots who wanted to give him cover by saying, sorry, it's an ongoing investigation, therefore we can't answer questions in Congress, and so the judge goes, well how the hell does he have a plea deal if it's an ongoing investigation?
So the idiocy of the daddy's DOJ and the lawyers, but not only that, I haven't even covered this story that blew late last night, that one of his lawyers Rang up the court clerk, pretending to be a committee member staffer for the GOP in Congress, saying, you know that big affidavit thing that's got all this nasty stuff about Hunter?
Congress wants you to remove it from the docket.
Just remove it.
And she's caught red-handed impersonating the GOP staffer.
Jen, this goes to my theory.
These people are evil and wicked, but I also think they're cretins.
They're stupid.
When this story broke about the person pretending to be a staffer for, what, Jason Smith, I think, or somebody, saying that this needed to be removed, are you 12 years old trying to get out of a P.E.
class or something and pretending to be your mother?
Here's my mommy's note written in crayon.
I mean it's just, it's a lunacy that you think that the judge wouldn't say, wait a second here, there's no investigation, we don't know if there's an investigation, we're giving you immunity.
This person calls the court and says that the most damning testimony that of course Republicans want involved in this is now going to be removed?
They're taking her for a fool.
The night before the hearing.
Yeah.
Right.
Just, uh, could you just take it out of the packet, please?
Do you think she used a voice?
Yeah, this is Bob calling from Jason Smith's office.
Honestly, don't call me back.
Just take my word for it.
Just take my word.
The congressman would like to pull it, see?
He'd like to pull it all.
All right, follow this lady right now.
You've got to go to Twitter, at Jennifer Horn.
She is the co-host of The Morning Answer, AM 870, AM 590.
Also, CRN Digital Talk.
All right, but you've got breaking news!
What is going on in Hollywood?
Okay, so there is a naked man who is—and I'm using the news media as where you're traumatizing— Is it Hunter Biden?
Is it Hunter Biden?
It could be, because Hollywood's not too far from Malibu, and apparently he needs to get a job, so maybe he's just going door-to-door.
I don't know.
This guy, Seb, is naked as a baby at birth.
I mean there is no, not, I don't even know if he's wearing shoes, but he's walking around apartment buildings in East Hollywood and you know everybody's got a ring doorbell.
There's security cameras everywhere and so there's pictures of this man just walking around naked and what's disgusting, if that's not enough, is that he's doing lewd acts on the camera and He's armed.
No word on where he keeps the gun when he's not holding on to it.
There's a naked man in Hollywood with some kind of weapon at his disposal.
There's a lot of seventh grade boy jokes that I'd like to make right now, but I'll refrain.
But in any case, the neighbors and all these residents who are being plagued by this guy wandering around have called the police.
And the LAPD just came out and made the statement that they can't do anything about it.
They can't arrest him.
Because are you ready for this?
He is not committing a crime.
What kind of crazy universe have we created in Los Angeles?
I'd keep my swimming trunks on, but if I ran around in my underpants with a weapon in Hollywood, whether the Democrat mayor would say, he's not committing a crime, LAPD, do not arrest Dr. Gorka.
They'd say that there's a right-wing extremist carrying a gun, stalking people in Hollywood.
There's an insurrectionist in Hollywood.
A white nationalist walking the streets of Hollywood with a gun.
It is underwear.
And cowboy boots, hopefully.
I don't know.
It is so bizarre that this is what the LAPD... I love law enforcement, Seb.
They feel like in George Cascone's Los Angeles, they're not going to get a charge.
Why even bother arresting?
There's no cash bail.
So what's the point?
Unless he actually harms somebody or preys on someone, they're just going to let him walk around with a gun and no clothes on.
And I'm going to tell you, it is very hard to get a concealed carry permit in California, even with the Supreme Court decisions and even with the law And it's very hard to conceal it if you're naked.
This is the point.
I don't know where he'd conceal it, so maybe that's a part.
But it should make it worse, because you're not supposed to be walking around with all these liberals.
They hate guns.
So why are we allowing this naked man to walk the streets with a firearm?
Yeah, as my friend Chris Plant, my Newsmax colleague, says, do you know how many murders you could prevent every single year if Democrats were not allowed to own guns?
Wouldn't that be something?
Because it's not the NRA members that are committing all the crazy crimes.
Baltimore, Chicago, you know, these would be safe cities if the Democrats were banned from having their guns.
Can you just imagine this though?
I mean think about how crazy we are when this is just normal behavior that we incentivize.
I told you a couple weeks ago there's people walking around that are now going to be able to urinate wherever they want in the streets because California is not going to arrest them.
Let's just play this.
I wanted to play this yesterday.
I think I'm going to play this tonight on Newsmax.
I'll be hosting for Rob Schmidt.
So we've already said this is such a golden, golden clip.
We're going to use it twice today, not just on this show.
So this is CNN.
Yeah.
In the Walgreens.
And when I first saw this in San Francisco, I thought, is this somebody who's trying to send a message like, you know, the POWs with their, you know, blinking?
Is Walgreens trying to tell the world how insane things are?
This is the fridge at Walgreens.
Cut 13.
Richie Greenberg walked into a San Francisco Walgreens when he saw in the frozen food section, this.
Chains, heavy chains that went from padlock to padlock on both sides of the doors.
And this was bizarre, something I'd never seen before.
This is just more icing on the cake, telling us that rampant crime has become a regular part of life.
So typical that in the 30 minutes we were at this Walgreens, We watched three people, including this man, steal.
Did that guy pay?
Did that guy pay?
He didn't pay?
Now, I've got a theory here.
You tell me.
You're not going to sell anything from that fridge with that massive chain over it, so you might as well shut the store down anyway.
Is this Walgreen's staff trying to send a message that, you know, we've arrived in Absurdistan?
I think it is a message sent because, you know, one of the rules that is passed in California is that if someone steals from your store, no employee is allowed to stop them.
So otherwise, they lose their job.
There can be all kinds of repercussions.
So you cannot stop someone from shoplifting in California.
So why not just walk in and walk out like you saw that guy in the clip do?
And of course, if stores want to fight back, then they have to do the ridiculous, which is padlock their frozen tombstone pizzas.
Like, it just doesn't make...
It doesn't make any sense.
But this is where we are in California, because there is no law and order.
And when this happens, societies collapse.
And that's what's going on around us.
We've got more stories to share from Jen and some breaking news about the the most senior Republican in the Senate.
You won't believe it.
We have a mouth Function in aisle 12 with one of our androids.
We're talking to Jennifer Horne, CRNtalk.com, co-host of The Morning Answer.

And if you enjoy the long form, guess who we're going to have?

Vivek Ramaswamy is going to be our one-on-one guest today.

We'll be back with the redoubtable Jennifer Horne.
Oh, you mean the Hollywood people?
Oh yeah, there's videos all over the place.
We were watching them today.
It's disgusting.
Does he look like an old bum, or is he like a young guy?
He looks like a 40-year-old, kind of.
I mean, I think he's probably homeless or, you know, drug addicted.
I mean, he looks nuts, but... And he's actually got a gun?
Yeah, he's got a gun.
He's armed.
But we'll just let him go because, you know, why would we stop him?
Why?
And then you saw the story about Sonia Shah.
Did you see that that I sent you?
Yes.
We'll talk about that.
We'll come.
OK.
I was going to I was going to text you last week and I'm like, oh, he's on vacation because this is actually a result of that, that Bill O'Salley.
Remember how he said he was going to go school district to school district?
No, he texted me on holiday about what about his success.
Yeah.
Yeah.
This is one of them.
Can you play the McConnell thing?
Oh, the B-roll?
Playback 2.
Just have it silent.
Oh, that's fine.
Okay.
That's so bad.
Keep playing it.
Is he alright?
No, he's clearly stroked out.
He's older than Biden.
Look, he just doesn't talk.
Oh my god.
And then, um, the guy from Wyoming walks him off.
Barrasso, I think.
Yeah.
It's so sloppy reporting.
They said staffer walks him off.
He's not a flipping staffer.
No, they don't even know.
It's like the Kubrick stare.
Yeah, look, Barasa grabs it.
Goodness.
Wow.
So bad.
What the heck?
I think that's Ernst with him there in the pink.
Yeah.
Yeah.
She changes her hair so much it's hard to recognize her sometimes.
Wow.
All right.
Play that in a mini box, right?
The mini, oh.
With two of us and then play that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
As usual.
Man.
All right, so I want to use... I'll use that.
I'll tee up seven at some point, but first we'll do... Oh, did you make a buffer of the fox thing?
The article, yeah, you sent me.
Yeah, put it on the screen.
Let me find it again.
Here.
Okay.
They didn't identify any of the loonies, did they, Jen?
No, uh-uh.
Of course.
We don't say their names.
Gotta protect them.
Oh, right.
Yeah.
According to the Mayor of Burbank, Antifa doesn't even exist.
No!
Oh, that's audio I have to send you guys.
You'll love that.
Did I play for you?
I think you were gone.
The Mayor of Burbank did a podcast about the Glendale parents who have been fighting back.
And he was a condescending – he had one of the mothers on and was so condescending.
And also this is a guy that's running for the board of supervisors.
He said that all of these books that it's – that she's just prude basically and that there's nothing sexual about some of the books that she was pointing out.
Even though they depict in pictures all kinds of sex acts.
This kid that we're mentoring, this foster kid, 20 year old guy, super, super smart.
50.
First he said, there's no such thing.
There is no pornography in the schools.
Then I sent him the articles and I sent him the images from the graphic novel.
And then he said, well, that's not pornography.
So a grown man getting a blowjob from a boy is not pornography.
That's pornography.
I think because it's animated, that's their excuse.
Because it's not real.
It's graphic.
It's a graphic novel.
Standby.
Gross.
I'm going to be doing a video on the first two games.
Breaking news!
Not just Hunter Biden for the top of the last hour.
This time it is Mitch McConnell.
We'll just play you the footage in the background while we're talking to Jennifer Horne.
He was supposed to give some press conference moments ago and as he was starting he stopped talking, was unable to talk and literally like Like an animatronic doll or something froze for a minute and when they realized that something health-oriented was happening to him, Barrasso came up to him and led him off.
So he's either had some kind of Stroke-like event, we don't know, but he had to be led away from the podium because he ceased to function normally and couldn't verbalize.
So keep him and his family in your prayers, but something definitely adverse has happened to Mitch McConnell and it was caught on camera.
We're back with Jennifer Horne, co-host of The Morning Answer with my buddy Grant Stinchfield.
AM 870, AM 590 The Answer.
Don't forget, CRN talk as well.
Jennifer, while I was away, this story broke.
We have the Fox News headline, activist Activists allegedly threatened to dismember school board president, kill her children over trans student policy.
Who is Sonia Shaw?
Please give us the details.
Oh, she is a patriot, she's a fighter, and she is a sweet woman.
You know, I didn't know who she was until last Friday at the school board meeting in Chino Valley.
And just to take you back in time, just to set this up, Seb, when you were at the Unite IE Conservative Conference in Southern California, you met an assemblyman, Bill Asale, from the 63rd Assembly District.
And I know he's been on the program both with me when I've guest hosted for you, and I think you've had him on as well.
I have.
Very impressive guy.
He's great.
Young guy, first term in the state assembly.
It's all, I mean, the supermajority lies with the Democrats, but he had a piece of legislation that would require every school in California to notify parents if kids wanted to change their gender, be called by a different name, change their pronouns.
You'd have three days for school administrators or the teacher to notify parents.
Seems sane.
Yeah, so you don't have a child doing this in secret against the knowledge of their parents.
It just makes sense.
It's transparency.
And so this, of course, failed in the state legislature.
But Bill Asale said, I have a plan B and my plan B is to go school district to school district, talk to school boards and get them to adopt this rule themselves.
So he took this to the Chino Valley School District, which is in Southern California.
And their board voted to adopt this policy four to one on Thursday night.
Now, not without controversy, because the superintendent of schools in all of California, his name's Tony Thurman, and he wants to be governor.
He's going to run after Gavin Newsom is done in 2026.
He comes to the school board meeting and he tries to take the meeting over.
He's trying to shout.
She is incredible.
This mom stands up.
She says, this is my meeting.
You wouldn't let me address you like this at your meetings in Sacramento.
You need to respect our order, point of order.
And she called him out.
He wouldn't comply.
So she actually had the police walk Tony Thurman out of The school board meeting because he was being disruptive and he wasn't following her rules.
And it was a brave move, but it was fabulous.
Well, now Sonya Shah is getting attention because that clip went viral of her telling Tony Thurman to either sit down or get out.
And we had her on the program.
She said she had no interest in politics, but during COVID, she was concerned about her kids.
She's a mom.
So she got involved.
She ran for office, as we always yell at people to do around here, right?
Get more involved.
She actually did it.
She won.
She becomes school board president.
And now, because she did this and passed this legislation or this rule through in her school district, People from Antifa, all of these wild trans activists have started to threaten her.
She's been receiving phone calls.
She's been receiving death threats via email.
They're describing how many pets she has, what kind of pets she has.
They're threatening to dismember her and her children.
What are the authorities doing, Jen?
That's a great question. What are the authorities doing?
She's reported this, but I haven't heard that there's been much of anything. In fact, even in the
reporting on this, they're not mentioning the names of the people who are threatening her. And is
that to protect them? Or why aren't we talking and calling out by name the people who would be
threatening her?
Unless they don't know.
Maybe they're anonymous at this point, but certainly there has to be some kind of investigation.
But you know as well as I do in California, there probably won't be because Antifa and all of these trans activists are propped up by the Democrat party that leads the state.
Yeah.
Don't go anywhere.
We're going to have a fun story, but first things first, I've got to remind everybody.
I know it's the season.
You may not be naked walking down Hollywood Boulevard, but you may have your swimming trunks on, your swimsuit.
You want to look the best possible, do what I did with Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing MyPhD weight loss team.

Do it today.
If I could do it with my sweet tooth, so could... Look at that before and after.
That is scary.
MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
Jen, when I was on your show this week, you were super, super kind to discuss the article I'd sent you from Breitbart about... Yeah.
Sound of Freedom.
Let's flip the story.
Let's talk about the Hollywood establishment.
We've got a cut here from Rachel Ziegler, who plays Snow White in the reboot.
How you reboot, it's like, oh, we're going to remake Bambi, or we're going to remake Casablanca.
That'll really work.
I mean, they're cretins.
And they're so imbued with this lemming-like, drone-like indoctrination.
They ask her about how she plays Snow White.
Cut seven.
You said you were bringing a modern edge to it on stage.
What do you mean by that?
I just mean that it's no longer 1937, and we absolutely wrote a Snow White that is... She's not going to be saved by the prince.
She's not going to be saved by the prince, and she's not going to be dreaming about true love.
She's dreaming about becoming the leader she knows she can be, and the leader that her late father told her that she could be if she was fearless, fair, brave, and true.
And so, it's just a really incredible story for, I think, young people everywhere to see themselves in.
Snow White is running for president.
I'm launching my campaign.
So who wants to be saved when they're dead or near to death?
And who wants true love, Jen?
I mean, there's no young girl, there's no woman who wants true love, right?
I mean, that's just so passe.
Oh, that's so old school.
And you know what?
I will give her credit.
Snow White is a leader.
She was the leader of that club for the virtually challenged.
Forest edition, I believe.
So she did lead that club.
So I guess she is a leader.
How are they so insulated from reality?
You know, here's what is so annoying about all of the reboots and all of the controversy.
You know, the Barbie movie has ginned up a lot of this.
It is okay to enjoy a movie, but we have to figure out why there is this cultural movement to think that women don't need men.
And by extension, I guess men don't need women.
They're trying to destroy the family structure.
They are trying to destroy it using movies and they're trying to normalize this behavior.
Look, women do better with men and men do better with women.
Look at the facts.
People who have fulfilling relationships do better, they live longer, they have more, they have lives in which they thrive more and have more happiness.
And to try to shut it down, and I'm not saying it's right for everybody.
I mean, everybody has their own walk in life.
But to try to make it part of Snow White and change the story around, you're not rebooting Snow White.
You're creating a feminist Picture that was inspired, maybe, perhaps, by some light.
Yeah, and I'll just say to hear Gal Gadot chime in, that is the biggest bloody disappointment.
Wonder Woman.
Yeah, you're our Wonder Woman!
That's why we have you on every single week.
Follow her at Jennifer Horn right now on Twitter, CRNtalk.com.
Listen to her every morning.
This is America First.
Your call's next!
Don't go anywhere!
833-33-GORKA that's 833-334-6752 cat as a kid
833-33-GORKA.
That girl is so cute, but she's just, gosh, they're just all... Who is that walking around the back there?
Who is that person?
Oh, say hi to Mike.
Mike!
Nice t-shirt, Mike.
He's the one who's doing all the heavy work.
So you're getting a new setup?
Yeah, it's exciting.
We've got a TV in here, we've got cameras moving around, we've got all kinds of stuff happening.
Alrighty.
It's exciting.
So hopefully we'll have a debut for you next week.
Can't wait.
All right, you guys.
Oh, and I spoke to Phil today, so the new contract should be around soon.
Oh good, the re-birth one, because I saw we got an email from Marcus today.
He just said legal is just so bloody slow.
Yeah, no worries.
All right, good.
Thank you.
All right, I'll talk to you later.
See you, bye.
Bye, guys.
Hang on.
Three minutes.
Yeah, the absolute irony of that is that Gal Gadot is playing the ugly stepmother.
Yeah, I know.
Of all the... Right.
Can you play 8 and 9?
Ireland's DOJ is going to be indicting former President Trump on the January 6th situation.
Do you think that helps your campaign?
I don't think it's good for the country.
I think at the end of the day, look, if somebody commits a bona fide crime like you rob a bank or whatever, high or low in status in society, we have a rule of law, but I think what they're doing in this is they are taking Some of these old statutes from like reconstruction era, violation of rights, or conspiracy against rights, and they're stretching it to try to fit this conduct.
Now that's not good prosecution generally, but when you have a politically charged situation, that makes it even more difficult to justify.
So, you know, we don't know what the reports, you know, hopefully it's not something that happens.
I don't think it'll be good for the country.
Here's cut nine.
Scott Walker.
Could Ron DeSantis be the latest in that group?
He's desperately trying not to be.
But this is a big sign.
A third of your campaign staff, we haven't even gotten to August as of yet.
There were real concerns by big donors, we were told, of the spending, the burn rate.
And they were spending a lot of money, but not getting a lot of bang for their buck.
He is trailing in every poll by 20, 30, sometimes 40 points, depending on the poll, depending on the state.
And you just haven't seen the traction for the guy that was supposed to be the guy.
All right.
Patriot Supply.
Thank you.
It also needs to be said, too, because they all keep saying, oh, just wait, you know, he has six months, he has time, he has time.
The problem is that he's trending downward.
He's not on the upward trend.
Well, or he's static.
Yeah.
At the same point in 2015, Trump was trending upward.
Right.
Because they're all like, oh, trouble's down at this point.
2015.
He's in big trouble.
Big trouble.
Oh, yeah.
I'll probably use cut nine.
Nine.
But I'll probably go to core... 40 seconds.
First.
Yeah.
Patriot supply at the top.
Yep.
Yep.
I'm going to go ahead and get started.
Oh.
America first.
Magnificent.
Even if the Democrats get rid of Joe Biden, it's going to be the cackler.
Could things get worse?

Jeff, line three.
Jeff, you're up!
What's your question?
What's your comment?
You waited so long, Jeff.
Just try.
You know what?
I bet he's having one of those Mitch McConnell moments.
I know he's a liberal, but maybe he's having a Mitch McConnell.
Open up the line so he can dial back, and let's go to James Columbus, Ohio.
Hey, Mr. Gorka.
It's an honor and a privilege to talk to you, sir.
I've been listening to you for a long time.
Most kind.
What do you want to talk about today, Jeff?
Well, it's James.
A little bit ago, a few minutes ago, that lady was talking about that looney-tune, wacko lefty that was threatening that lady's life in the council.
The student board president, yeah.
Well, yeah, the student board president, yeah.
Well, I have a very similar situation.
I myself had just recently got out of an 18-month federal prison sentence.
I'm still under Uh, portions of my sentence.
What were you convicted of?
Yes, sir.
So my conviction is extortion, but this is why it's extortion.
Back in 2020, uh, in August, September of 2020 and everything is going crazy and the lefties are going wild.
I, in my immaturity, I admit it.
I was immature.
I was not in the right.
I was on a social media platform and I came across these people trying to convince a young woman to abort her baby.
I simply, at first, just tagged the lady that they were talking to, pleaded with her not to abort, you know, pleaded with her to do the adoption route.
As I was doing that, I was being, of course, viciously just attacked, mocked, you know, my name being tagged on the thread, and blah blah blah, and I, at first, I ignored it.
I wish I wouldn't.
So, what I'd done, like I said, I admit my immaturity, and I tagged up ten of them back, And my mentality was I my intention was I wanted to magnify their evilness with my depiction of evil.
You see what I'm saying?
And I so I, yes, I depicted fictional threatening scenarios on them.
But I was depicting a lot of the things of what they do to these babies when they kill them.
How does that lead to an extortion charge?
I don't understand.
Yes, yes, sir.
So what happened was one of the people that I threatened, they were across state lines in another state.
They called the FBI on me, Joint Terrorism Task Force.
I was contacted by the FBI within a couple of hours, a local office.
And within a week, Joint Terrorism Task Force, the FBI SWAT team came to my job, arrested me, All right.
I asked a very specific question, James.
How does you inciting or threatening violence lead to an 18-month prison term for extortion?
Yes.
Well, that's a very good question.
So, during my 14 months of pretrial, of going through all the court, I was able to get my 10 counts down to 4 counts.
I was convicted on 4 counts because of the 2 words, I and will.
So how I got convicted of extortion, my specs are 18 U.S.C.
875 Section C, Federal Code, Transmission of Threat in Interstate Commerce.
And so I went to federal prison because I transmitted threats in interstate commerce and they called the FBI and really that was it, sir.
Hang on, I don't understand.
Threats of violence have nothing to do with extortion.
Did you demand money from the people you threatened?
No, no.
So the reason why my conviction is extortion is because by what I was told the definition of the federal law was I gave them an ultimatum.
These four people in my language, I was giving them an ultimatum.
Got it.
All right.
I need to understand why the story of the threats against the school board president in California to kill her and dismember her children, why that made you call the show up.
We're up against a hard break.
So James, stay on the line because I want to continue the discussion on the break for our Rumble viewers.
In the meantime, I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First, our one-on-one guest is Vivek Ramaswamy, he is now neck and neck with the governor of Florida.

Reliefactor.com.
Tell me, James, why that story made you call in?
Yes, so I was hearing that story and I was looking at my mother.
Me and her were driving in the car and I said, I made the comment, I said, I went to federal
prison for the exact same scenario.
I mean, other than, I mean, he threatened a live person, I did it on social media.
Right, right, right.
No, but the fact is, I presume you weren't using an anonymous account, right?
Were you doing those threats?
Yeah, it was my account.
I mean, it was my social media account.
The question is whether that school board president was threatened by people using anonymous accounts or whether their names were attached to them.
But thank you for sharing your story.
All right.
God bless.
Thank you.
Best to you.
All right.
All right.
So we have the Dean.
Is the Dean on deck?
Mic's on.
Two minutes.
Good.
Dean's on deck.
All right.
So we've got the Fed.
We've got the news from the Fed.
Yeah.
We can talk Bidenomics.
Yeah.
And I'd like to get a little bit of an insider take on the appropes, because if appropes doesn't get settled by September, what that could mean for the economy?
It's more stimulative, right?
I know, it's just, right, I know.
Okay.
There's a few guys out there on Zero Hedge today.
Some of the old names are saying we're overvalued by so much, it's just incredible.
But You know, I've been singing that song for a year or two and it's just getting boring, but we'll see.
I still think there's a disaster out there coming, but everyone's... My guy, so my financial advisor, who advises all of my wife's family, super smart guy, says the worst is yet to come.
I know.
This cannot sustain itself.
All right.
Can you push back a little bit and then just move to your right a little bit?
Perfect.
That's it.
That's it.
All right.
30 seconds.
Standby.
Oh, what do I have to do here?
Oh, it's my pillow.
What have I not played?
Oh, come in with cut 11, guys.
Cut 11.
Come in with 11.
No liner.
It's a super short cut.
30 seconds.
And you said...
We're still feeling the profound loss of the pandemic.
As I mentioned, we have over 100 people dead.
Excuse me?
Yesterday he cured cancer and today he said a hundred people died of COVID?
I think it's going to be a surprise for the people who lost a loved one.
That is the man who incredibly bears the title of President of the United States.
Sheer insanity.
Did you get a good night's sleep last night?
If you didn't, you should do what I do every night.
Even when I'm traveling on vacation, I took my pillow, travel pillow with me.

I mean, that's MAGA.
800-829-8468 mypillow.com.
That's 800-829-8468 mypillow.com.
All right, let's talk about the economy.
The Fed has done it again.
A historic rate hike.
Is it going to make any difference?
We're up against the appropriations deadline this fall.
Let's ask the man who knows.
Former Congressman from Virginia, now the Dean of the Business School at Liberty University.
Dean Brandt, welcome back to America First!
Hey, Seb, thanks for having me on.
So we were talking in the break, just prepping.
I know nothing about money and economics.
As my wife can attest, I know how to spend money.
Don't believe you.
No, it's true.
So I hire a very smart guy, super smart guy, Will, you know who you are, who manages my money and my 401ks and all that stuff.
And every couple of months, I just give him a bell.
While I was on vacation, I thought, I've got some free time.
I'm going to call him up.
And I said, Will, I don't like what I'm seeing.
What's your prognosis?
He said, Seb, it's going to get much worse before it gets better.
I trust Will.
Now I'm asking you, I trust you to talk to us about the Fed, talk to us about appropriations, talk to us about the next year and a half under this regime.
Yeah, well, Will is correct.
The worst still to come.
There's still some serious people out there who just say by every historical measure, the market is way overvalued, right?
Just the PE kind of ideas and all this.
And then, you know, when you hold interest rates at all-time lows for a decade, you just messed with the central price of the economy, right?
The interest rate is the price of money.
They distorted that.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
That's going to like fly over, you know, some heads.
That's an incredibly important sentence.
Explain why interest rates are linked to the value of the dollar in your pocket.
Explain that, Dave.
Yeah, they're linked to everything, right?
The interest rate is the price of money, meaning, you know, if the interest rate is 5%, if you borrow $100, you got to pay them $5 interest at the end of the year.
And so that interest rate, the cost of borrowing money, that was very good for the elite and the business class, right?
So they had zero interest costs for a decade, and they got addicted to that.
And so now you're seeing, and it's still coming, the commercial real estate market, for example, right?
The big buildings downtown are empty.
Well, someone owns all those buildings and they have to pay interest on those huge buildings, interest costs, and the interest costs are going way up because the interest rate went from zero to five percent For the Fed, which means the real estate mortgage costs are anywhere from six, seven, eight, nine percent, depending on your risk.
And so the cost of doing business is way up.
That real estate expense will ripple through the markets and have effects on everybody else.
And we're just grazing the surface there.
Another huge impact of the interest rate Is that now with 5% interest rates, the federal government is paying $1 trillion per year now in interest payments on our debt.
That will go way up, right?
Eventually that'll hit $2 trillion with 5% interest rates.
So there's another giant effect.
How do you know things are messed up?
What's my proof for the idea that things are messed up?
Well, you would think if interest rates are going up, Interest costs would go up as well, right, for businesses in general.
There's a chart out at Zero Hedge that shows that's not happening.
Everybody's been playing the inverted yield curve.
What does that mean to the average listener?
You're talking to millions of people.
What does that technical wording mean?
It means our price system, we live under a market system and we broke the system, right?
When interest costs go up, business activity should go down and business borrowing costs should go up, but instead business borrowing costs are going down.
The world has always had market, right?
In the Old Testament, there's markets.
You traded this for that.
The Greeks had the Agora.
But we have never had a market system.
That only emerged in about 1776 with Adam Smith.
Before that, you had trade, you had smart people, you had education.
You never had modern economic growth.
So it's the system, right?
It's a social choice to use markets.
That made us rich.
Now the elites are ruining that market system when you mess with a central price in the system.
The interest rate, you've just messed up the whole system.
No one can make long-range calculations.
There's your simple analysis.
We've got a minute left.
If it crashes, if there's a big problem, can we, does that help us return to a real market potentially after we have to pick through the rubble?
Well, you would think so, unless you know your history in the 07-08 financial crisis, where the Fed printed too much money and we didn't learn a thing.
Yeah, but Dave, Dave, nothing was fixed after that.
They didn't fix anything.
I know, that's what I'm saying.
That's what I'm saying.
So, no, we will not learn a lesson.
It's unbelievable.
We should have learned, if you mess with the price system, you get the financial crisis.
We didn't learn anything.
We just did it again.
We're going to have another collapse.
This time, though, the voting demographic has changed, right?
You got populists on the liberal side and on the conservative side, and they're sick of it.
So maybe the people, right?
The elites haven't learned their lesson, but I think the people have, so they're getting smart.
As a wise man once said, I'd rather be ruled by the first hundred people in the phone book than the people in the elite in DC.
Follow him, Brat Economics, right now on Getter at Brat Economics.
Dave Brat, the Dean of the Liberty University's Business School, liberty.edu.
God bless you, Dave.
Great to have you back on the show.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

That's a man making himself stand out from the crowd for all the right reasons.
It feels like that was months ago.
I think it was a few weeks ago in Miami.
I was in Bedminster with the president that evening, but he was in Miami to make a very strong statement about political persecution in this nation, and it seems to be paying off.
He's now neck and neck with the governor of Florida, despite having never We've never run for political office before, and we're delighted to have him one-on-one as our long-form guest today, Vivek Ramaswamy.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Seb.
It's good to be back.
All right.
I want to talk about that day, your decision to go down there, not just to make that statement, not just to make that pledge, but to actually wear a hat that is connected to President Trump's true social platform.
But first, I want to talk about the ramifications of this.
It's like, I think you're about the same age as me, maybe a bit younger.
It reminds me of Sesame Street, with that little skit they always used to have.
One of these kids is doing his own thing, and that's definitely your story.
In a field of 13 candidates on the Republican side, you are distinguishing yourself as a person who's Not attacking President Trump, isn't a former political has-been, and in the latest polling as of Monday, as of two days ago, stunningly you are now neck and neck with Ron DeSantis, tied for second place behind my former boss President Trump.
So first things first, Vivek, are you surprised by the alacrity, the speed with which you have come up to behind President Trump already?
I'm going to be honest with you, Seb, and I don't want to feign false humility.
I'm not surprised.
And the reason is that I know voters across this country, especially in our base, we're hungry for the truth.
We've been lied to for a long time.
And the one thing that distinguishes me from everybody else in this field, people will say I'm young, have a different sounding name, that I was able to self-fund.
The last of those is closest to the mark, but it's really this.
It's that I am not dependent on the donor class that pulls the strings like puppet masters behind the rest of the Republican Party.
And I think the question in this race, and it was the same thing, by the way, in 2015 when Donald Trump 1.0 had his rise.
You have a bunch of super PAC puppets there from Jeb Bush to Scott Walker.
Same thing repeats itself.
You have super PAC puppets where just so much darn money props people up.
Where the actual product, the message, and the candidate delivering it doesn't actually match what people across this country demand of true leaders.
I'm an outsider, but I'm also somebody who's untethered.
I put over 15 million dollars of my own money into this campaign.
We'll stop at nothing, and then we've got 70,000 small-dollar donors, average giving 30 bucks apiece.
That's true character where I'm able to speak the truth and that's part of the reason why I was the only candidate in Miami that day.
The only candidate who's against bank bailouts or against the China climate agenda.
There's a big part of the reason why.
That's why it's going to be a two-horse race very soon between President Trump and myself.
All right, so I love this.
I think we've already got the title for this segment.

Vivek, I want to take this time, because we have the luxury of the long form, to walk through these issues.
You said something on an interview recently with Charlemagne Tha God that surprised me.
We'll get to that momentarily.
But what was it?
Because you needn't have done this.
I mean, just like President Trump, you don't need this monkey on your back of becoming a politician and being attacked and what have you.
You've been incredibly successful.
If I remember well, it was first Harvard, then it was Yale, then it was your own companies in finance, in biotech and pharmacy, pharmaceuticals.
Incredibly successful.
What was it?
Was it your wife?
Was it a person?
Was it an event that made you say, yeah, I'm a little bit too comfortable.
I'm going to risk it all and I'm going to run for the presidency.
What made you do that, Vivek?
I think the experience of having kids had a huge impact on me, Seb.
So, I was the CEO of a biotech company, a multi-billion dollar company that developed a number of medicines.
One's a life-saving drug in kids, another one for men with cancer.
There's a range of medicines that I worked on that out in the world.
In 2020, my first son was born.
That changed my perspective on the world.
And then in ways that I laid out in my book, Woke Inc., the cultural cancer in this country landed On my own doorstep as the CEO of a company.
And that woke me up, so to speak.
It opened my eyes.
To a new threat in this country that threatened to kill the American dream that allowed me to achieve everything I had in my life.
I don't want to get into corporate confidentialities or what have you, but I'm curious.
What was it?
You called it this cultural cancer.
How did this cultural cancer make itself evident in your corporation?
What were you suddenly being forced to do?
Well, it was really in my industry, broadly.
So I lay this out in Woke Inc.
There was an expectation that after George Floyd died, that you make a statement on behalf of Black Lives Matter.
I refused to do it.
One, because I didn't think it was my job as a biotech CEO, developing medicines that improved, in some cases, saved people's lives.
To be focusing on this separate social and political issue.
I wasn't even in politics or anywhere near politics at this time, Seb.
I was in a separate world.
I said, this is not my job.
This has nothing to do with creating value or providing a valuable service or product to customers.
But I think the other thing that even as I learned more about that movement in particular, Black Lives Matter called for the annihilation of the nuclear family structure in this country.
And that didn't make sense to me.
I actually went to not that well off of a public school all the way through junior high school.
Majority black or close to it.
There wasn't a single one of those kids who could not have achieved everything I have in my life if they also had been given the ultimate privilege of having two parents in the house with a focus on education.
And a belief in God.
That is the ultimate privilege that I grew up with.
And so there was no way I was going to make a public statement on behalf of some organization that called for getting rid of the nuclear family structure, even if its name was Black Lives Matter.
And so that led to a series of controversies.
The following January, a number of, a couple of advisors to my company actually stepped down after I wrote a piece in the Wall Street Journal in the wake of what happened on January 6.
I made the case in the pages of the Wall Street Journal that a key cause was systematic censorship in this country.
A key cause, let's be clear, a key cause of what happened on January 6th was a suppression of information.
That was your argument?
Yes, it was.
And it was particularly the suppression of information by tech companies that were protected by the administrative state and the federal government that were colluding to do it.
And that was a step too far.
I wasn't doing this on my capacity as a CEO.
I co-wrote it with a former law professor of mine in my personal capacity as a citizen.
But three advisors to my company stepped down after that piece in the Wall Street Journal.
And they also cited some of my statements against woke capitalism and stakeholder capitalism that I didn't want to make that statement.
For example, on behalf of BLM, those were the factors that resulted in multiple advisors to my company then resigning.
And I had to make a choice.
Was I going to continue to speak my mind freely as a citizen?
Or was I going to filter myself through the prism and filter of corporate self-interest?
I refused to do that.
And I thought that this was my moment.
It's a multi-billion dollar company.
Plenty of people working at the company who were other talents.
I had a great successor lined up.
I said, I just brought my son into the world.
My wife and I did.
We're moving on to a new chapter of our life.
Where I was going to speak my mind openly as a citizen.
I still didn't think it was going to be politics, by the way.
So I wrote three books.
I traveled the country.
And then I came back to my roots as an entrepreneur.
I said, you know how we're going to fix this?
I started STRIVE to compete directly with BlackRock.
We'll talk about, this is very important.
That's what I thought I was going to do.

That was so good.
All right, and we'll send you a couple of mugs for your offices as well.
All right, so much to ask.
Let's talk a little bit about, you talked about your family reasons, having a son, getting engaged.
Tell us a little bit about your family history because you're not an immigrant, I'm an immigrant, but I think your parents immigrated to the United States.
You understand, I think as the child of immigrants, what the American dream is and why so many Americans who were born here don't really fully understand it.
Tell us a little bit about the backstory of Vivek.
Sure.
So my parents came to this country with almost no money a little over 40 years ago to Southwest Ohio.
They worked hard.
They went through their version of hardship.
Their lesson to my brother and I both was that hardship is something that happens to you.
It's not a choice.
Victimhood is a choice.
And I think that's stuck with me for my life.
I went on to found multi-billion dollar companies and in fact my brother became a successful entrepreneur in his own right, in his own independent way.
That's the American dream and I think that that's something that I'm worried my kids and their generation won't have because they're now taught to think of themselves as victims rather than people who are actually victorious over their hardship.
I think part of what's going on in the country is that What did my parents give me?
They gave me a sense of purpose.
They gave me a sense of meaning.
I grew up in a household where we believed in God, where we were taught to be patriotic, where believing in this country was actually cool.
It was immigrants who came to this country by choice that taught us to actually love this country, that education was the ticket to get ahead, that achievement wasn't something you're supposed to apologize for or flog yourself for, but something that you're supposed to be proud of.
Those are distinctly American values.
And part of what moves me is I want to make sure not just my two sons, but every kid in this country has a chance to live that same American dream.
So it gives me the passion that some of the proposals that people turn their heads around a little bit, or at least squint at when I first say them.
I believe that every kid who graduates from high school, Seth, should have to pass that same civics test.
That my parents, that so many other parents... That I had to pass.
That you had to pass, exactly.
The problem with young people right now is you don't value a country where you don't know about that country.
You have to know something about it.
You have to have a stake in it in order to actually value it.
And so that's part of what I'm on a mission to create for young Americans, is remind them what this country is actually all about.
I am the product of that American dream.
I'm the embodiment of that American dream.
And the thing that makes this country It's not that my story is unusual.
But that is normal, right?
I'm not the only person who's lived that American dream.
That is the norm in this country.
At least it has been.
And I want to make sure we keep it that way.
But let's go back to this point, because as an immigrant, this truly resonates with me.
It's not enough to say that 16-year-olds or 18-year-olds should take the same test I took the day of my naturalization ceremony.
That's not enough.
We have to get them to a point where they about that and as a conservative we're always leery of
having this state get more and more involved. So how do you change the culture?
You've written numerous books on this but that's not enough so beyond
having a test for civics how do we get to a place where we don't have the
majority of 16 year olds actually think America is a bad thing? Do you have an
answer for that? I do.
And I don't believe in silver bullets, right?
That was just one small example of a policy that I've offered in this campaign.
But there's no panacea here.
I think part of the issue, Seb, is that in our movement, we can always point the finger at somebody else.
And you and I, I think, have been at the front lines of identifying problems coming from the left.
But I think that we also need to look our own selves in the mirror and ask ourselves how we level up.
I think as conservatives, one of the things we've fallen into the trap of doing Is to point to the hypocrisies of the left and then satisfy ourselves with just saying it.
What I think we actually need to do is, too long we've been running from something.
Now is our moment to actually start running to something.
To our vision of what it means to be an American.
The left is good at filling the vacuum of purpose and meaning amongst young people.
We're in the middle of an identity crisis, right?
Faith, family, patriotism, hard work.
They've disappeared.
And so the left fills that void with a narrative of race, gender, sexuality, and climate.
And what I say is we need to match that with our own vision.
Individual.
Family.
Nation.
God.
I think that defeats race, gender, sexuality, and climate any day of the week.
But too long, right now, we've fallen into the habit of playing whack-a-mole, saying we're against the woke agenda, race, gender, sexuality, climate.
We're against that.
I want us talking more about God, about the family, about the nation, and yes, about the individual and of hard work itself.
That satisfies young people, right?
It's more than just going to Ben & Jerry's and ordering a cup of ice cream with some social justice sprinkles on the side.
That's not how you satisfy a moral hunger.
We demand more substantial fare.
They're feeding them fast food.
I think we've got to give them the real thing.
And in our movement, we have not done enough of that.
And that's part of what I'm doing in this race is we want to level that up.
That's how we actually fill the cultural vacuum in our country.
You're right.
It's not just going to come from government policy.
It's going to come from a cultural revival that's bottom up.
And since we're talking about immigrants or immigration policy, what is your response to the last two years and the unfettered access for economic immigrants to just come here and claim asylum?
What would you do with immigration policy?
So I think we have to seal that southern border.
That's the first step and the most achievable step.
The wall was not enough, Seb.
We've got to actually acknowledge the truth.
They're building cartel-financed tunnels underneath that wall.
So I was the first candidate to say it, and I stand by it.
I will use our own military to secure our own southern border.
That is a legally, morally, and ethically justified use of our military.
And as Commander-in-Chief, I will do it.
I don't need the permission or forgiveness of anybody to do it as the Commander-in-Chief.
That is where we'll station our military.
I'll also stop funding sanctuary cities, and I'm shutting off all aid to Mexico and Central America until they've taken care of their own borders.
Mexico in particular and their own southern border is actually a bigger problem that leads to our own southern border being a problem as well.
So that's how we solve the illegal migrant crisis.
And then I do think in this country we have room for a reasonable debate and a discussion.
I stand on the side of merit-based legal immigration.
Merit means not just a bunch of IT guys sitting in Silicon Valley.
It means meeting the skills shortage that we have in this country already with people who not only have the skill sets But crucially, also have commitments to this country, civic commitments to this country that we test for on the front end, even before they get a visa.
That's what I think merit-based immigration looks like.
And I think it's been a long time since we've had a rational discussion about, A, how we seal the southern border.
I've got a very pragmatic plan.
I think we'll do it by March 31st, 2025.
That problem will be solved when our military is stationed there.
And then we fix the merit-based legal immigration system.
And that's how we actually restore the rule of law in this country.
Something that we've long abandoned.
We will discuss what has happened to the rule of law at the highest levels momentarily.

Anybody who sits there in a bucket hat doesn't even speak into the microphone for two hours.
It's not a very good podcast host.
But on my YouTube feed, up popped an interview with our guest and I got a bone to pick with you, Vivek.
You are far too much of a gentleman.
One of the co-hosts on this program is an individual who, well, I think she doesn't like you very much.
Let's play the clip.
This is Vivek with Charlemagne the God.
Student council in the 8th grade, 9th grade, 10th?
Were you a leader?
Did you do anything to rally anybody?
Did you fight for better lunch?
I did in the 6th grade with Ms.
Harris.
I'm not talking about government.
I can go all the way back from the 5th grade every year, sir.
Because people who are in service to this country, if you're going to go around saying you want people to believe in this country that I signed up to die for, then I want to make sure that you're holding that same standard.
So not government, not political.
Let's not get it confused.
I'm saying, have you did anything of service that we can point to to say, he is a good leader?
Like Chris, and I'm not even a fan of Chris Christie, but he was the student council president in high school.
So have you done anything of service besides yourself that has not benefited yourself?
It's just a simple question.
No, that's not SNL.
I'm sorry.
That's not it.
She actually said yes.
Chris Christie, who was student council president.
That is Teslin Figaro.
I don't know who she is.
She's a guest host, co-host on that show with Charlemagne Tha God.
She went after you for about 20 minutes flat asking, Well, well, were you a representative of the student council?
Because at least I... Shetty told a story with a straight face that you may want to watch this guy.
She said, well, I ripped some papers out of my high school teacher's hand and I got suspended for five days.
Now that's leadership!
And you, Vivek, you were so humble, you were so modest.
You're a guy who's helped patent and create Drugs that are saving the lives of children right now as we speak.
I gotta ask you, what was your plan there?
What was your ploy?
Because, man, you were too nice.
Well, honestly, it felt like, because I'm a parent of two kids, it felt like I was talking to one of my kids.
And you know what?
You don't want to, and I'm running to lead a nation, and so There's certain days, you know, there's the right, you bring a certain case where you're gonna take someone like Don Lemon, as I did with him on set.
You mean the guy who got fired?
You mean that Don Lemon?
Yes, that was a case where he deserved to be buried, right?
His level of sanctimony and certainty, and his tenure on air, it was just time for that to come to an end, and I thought that was the moment for it.
We buried Don Lemon.
In this case, here's a woman who's lost, right?
She's been waiting to tell that story about how she was a leader in the cafeteria in sixth grade for a long time.
And I'm running to lead a nation.
And so I thought she was just going to get that on the table, so be it.
So that I could at least leave their listeners, right?
It wasn't about them.
I wanted to leave their listeners with a narrative different from the one that the people on that podcast were presenting to their listeners.
And the narrative I want to give them is all they hear about from those hosts is systemic racism.
This is a racially flawed country.
Our past began in 1619.
America was founded on slavery.
We deserve reparations today.
That's all their audience hears.
And so I wanted to use this as an opportunity not to bury her over her own hypocrisies, but to use that to say, hey, listen up.
She said she had served in the Air Force.
I admit it.
I did not serve this country in the same way you did.
Yes, I have built multi-billion dollar companies, employed thousands of people, developed life-saving medicines.
And yes, I have served the country in small ways along the way as well.
But most importantly, I don't believe in criticizing this nation.
I'm trying to serve this nation now because our own worst hypocrisies, and they'd spent a lot of time talking about the legacy of slavery in the United States ad nauseum.
Even our worst hypocrisies are our best evidence that we have ideals at all.
And on that show, I challenged them.
Why don't you call China a hypocrite?
Why don't you ever call Iran a hypocrite?
Nobody ever does.
Why?
Because to be a hypocrite you had to have ideals in the first place.
And so our hypocrisies are our evidence that we do have ideals.
I am proud of those ideals and you should be too.
And that was the message I left them with and it worked with their audience based on the comments we got afterwards.
Well, I think most people in this country, Seb, are not actually represented by the people who you see as the front faces of media, as we saw on that program.
Well, I'm glad the audience reacted positively to you.
I don't waste time reading comments on pages like Charlemagne Than God.
I will say one thing.
When he, the host, sitting there slouched in his chair with his stupid hat on, is railing about your systemic racism and we're still systemically racist, I would have said, dude, you're a multi-multi-millionaire.
You wouldn't have this show.
You wouldn't be a black host of a massive show in America if there was systemic racism.
It's not just a hypocrisy, it's the level of imbecility that these people demonstrate.
But he's a gentleman.

So, Vivek, you were very, very polite in that interview with Charlemagne and that other
lady.
However, you're in the thick of it right now.
You are a political candidate.
You're doing very, very well.
And the knives will come out.
I'm sad to report this.
This is somebody who I knew, who was a massive supporter of the president.
Now he's become some kind of shill and paid hack for the DeSantis team.
I just want to put this tweet up that kind of Tells you how dirty politics is in America.
Vivek hides his Hinduism and claims to be a Christian to dishonestly pander for votes.
If you're not willing to defend your faith, then what are you willing to defend?
I don't care whether you're a Hindu, a Sikh, you know, if you believe in America, that's good enough for me, Vivek.
I gotta ask you, you can respond to that attack, or, and, tell me, what has it been like for you personally?
To step into the arena and have to put up with crap like that.
It's been fascinating, Seb.
It's actually been the word I would use to describe the experience.
I don't know the individual you're describing, but it's actually an outright lie.
I've actually been very open about my faith.
I'm a Hindu.
I'm a proud Hindu, practicing Hindu.
I believe in God, and most importantly, I share the same Judeo-Christian values that this nation was founded on.
Duty, sacrifice, the importance of family, the belief that God put us here for a purpose.
Yes, that is part of what this nation was founded on, but the idea that somehow I'm claiming to be Christian for saying that I share those values is an outright lie, but it's one of many outright lies we've
seen through this campaign, which is what's fascinating about it, Seth. Well, what has it been
like for you and your family? I'm curious because, you know, I've been through this as a political
appointee in the White House, but you're a newbie. I mean, in that interview I mentioned earlier,
you kind of shocked me because they said, is it true the first time you ever voted was 20...
And you said, yeah, that's the first time.
And I now heard that's when your son was born.
So I can understand you suddenly having a broader interest in things political.
But you must be a bit surprised.
The fact is that I was just thinking about it.
I actually did vote in 2004.
We went back and checked my voting records back when I was 18, 19 years old.
But none of that has prepared you for what you're going through.
So what's it been like in the last few months?
You know, it's been an experience.
First of all, the thing you gotta recognize is arrows are gonna come.
It's like water off a duck for me.
For my family, it was a little bit of an adjustment process.
But I gotta give my wife a lot of credit.
She's done it the same way.
Acknowledging that if someone's gonna say something that's untrue, then why should that actually bother you in your soul?
That's them speaking a falsehood.
We're guided by our sense of purpose.
And when you're guided by purpose, it's not guided by self-interest or worried about what your image is going to be in somebody else's eyes.
When you're guided by truth, that is the slogan of our campaign.
One word, truth.
When you're guided by that, then, you know what, the false attacks that come around you, that's just part of playing a game.
If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen.
I talk to anybody on this campaign.
Left, right, center, doesn't matter.
You know, talk about even people who are spewing falsehoods.
What do we do?
We continue to speak the truth without apology.
And I think that when we find ourselves in these moments when it's all about self-interest and, you know, think about how the polls are moving on a given week and how am I going to win this?
It's about me, me, me.
Then the attacks actually bother you in those moments.
But when you're actually guided by the why.
Why am I in this?
What do we hope to accomplish?
Something for the nation that goes beyond me.
You know, then these false attacks by this John character or whoever it is you're mentioning.
It doesn't matter.
It's false.
It's a projection.
And I think that's what's actually helped us, both my wife and I, not only stay sane through this process, but actually find this process meaningful.
Because for every one of those false attacks, There are hundreds of people who are lifting us up, Seb, praying for us every day, guiding us through places like Iowa, New Hampshire, lifting us up.
People who did not know us months ago that are now giving up.
Literally, they're waking hours of their lives to lift this campaign and revive this country.
That actually moves me far more than these, you know, Twitter falsehoods or media hits from the left and even some of them coming from fellow candidates on the right.
That doesn't bother me.
And I think that's an important part of what it's going to take to see this through.
Not just winning the election.
But leading this country through a revival.
His campaign motto is the word truth.
It used to be, in Latin, veritas, the motto for Harvard that he attended.
Not so much anymore.
You say it's going to take you through afterwards.
If you don't win, I'd love to see you in a Trump cabinet.
I've said that before on my show.
You used the phrase administrative state a few minutes ago.
If you are the president, how would you deal With what you have identified as the level of corruption in the bureaucracy and also the weaponization of our judiciary that you stood up against in Miami.
So, what are Vivek's plans to fix that?
So, I think that many of these administrative agencies, the deep state agencies, they cannot be reformed.
The right answer is to shut them down.
That is what I've pledged to do on strong legal and constitutional authority.
So Seb, more than any candidate in history, I have offered unprecedented detail on exactly how we would do it.
I've laid it out in visuals in a speech that I gave in New Hampshire.
Take the FBI.
I've said that I would shut it down.
That's a bureaucracy that should not exist.
But of the 35,000 people who work there, 20,000 are in back office functions.
That's where the politicization and the bureaucracy comes from.
Send them home.
Get them to find honest work in the private sector.
The 15,000 people who are on the front lines, many of them good people, will move them to the U.S.
Marshals, to the Drug Enforcement Agency, the DEA, to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network underneath the Department of Treasury.
Same thing with respect to the U.S.
Department of Education, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the IRS, the ATF.
These are fundamentally corrupt, broken institutions.
And what's different from me and the other candidates is that others will promise reform.
I don't think they realize they're making a false promise.
I think they think they're telling the truth.
Reform is a false promise.
I stand on the side of revolution, and I think that's the choice in this primary.
Do you want reform, or do you want revolution?
And when it comes to the administrative state, the deep state, I am bringing revolution in the form of shutting it down and restoring the integrity of our constitutional republic.
And believe me, Seb, both as a CEO and as a constitutional scholar, that's a rare combination, I know how to get that done.
It's my top priority and I'm confident we'll deliver.
I think you might have done a bit of marketing in a past life.
I do like that a lot.
It's not about reform.
It's about revolution.

That's my whole name.
There's one word.
SebastianGawker.Substack.com.
Look, we're almost out of time.
I hope people check out your website, have an opportunity to meet you.
You know, whenever I'm calling you, you actually called in on my cell phone on Monday when I asked you to come on the phone.
I wasn't paying attention because I was live in front of three and a half million people.
So you are a man in motion.
I hope as many Americans as possible get to meet you, get to hear you.
But right now, let's do the DC thing.
Let's do the elevator pitch.
Okay.
Let's start with why America?
Why do you, why do you believe in America, Vivek?
I believe in America because it is the last best hope for the free world.
This is the one country where no matter who you are or where your parents came from or what your skin color is, you get ahead with your own hard work and commitment and dedication and that you know what?
You're also free to speak your mind at every step of the way.
That's not just unique in the world today.
That is unique, Seb, in human history.
And I think that that's actually why when people ask, what are we doing for the rest of the world?
No, I stand for putting America first.
I am an unapologetic George Washington, America first conservative.
But you know why that's good for the rest of the world?
Because when America is strong and prosperous, that gives hope to any other country.
It gives hope to history and posterity.
For what is possible.
For human beings to realize the maximum of our potential.
That is what this free nation provides.
That is why I am proud to be an American.
And that is why I, like you, am fighting to preserve this constitutional republic.
The best experiment for mankind to flourish in human history.
And why should people vote for you, Vivek?
People should vote for me because I am leading us to a national revival, answering the question of what it means to be an American, reviving the ideals of the American Revolution today.
It's a 1776 moment we live in, and I have the courage to actually revive those ideals of excellence, meritocracy, free speech, self-governance over aristocracy, the rule of law, the basic principles that we have long lost.
I understand we need to declare independence from our enemy, Communist China, for our modern way of life.
I understand that the fourth branch of government, the administrative state, the deep state, is unconstitutional, and I will shut it down.
I'm taking the America First agenda further than anybody did, and I respect the heck out of what Donald Trump did.
He was an excellent president for this country.
But I'm taking this to the next level, because I love the man.
30% of this country, it's not even his fault, 30% of this country becomes psychiatrically ill when he's in that office.
They just lose their mental fitness.
And so far I'm not having that effect on people, and I think we can go further with our own agenda if we're doing it based on principles and moral authority.
That's why I'm in this race.
Incredible.
You've carved out a lot of time for us.
You are an incredibly busy man, and we truly appreciate it.
I'll say it one more time.
Check it out.
