Thank you.
Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Dr. G, it's an honor and a pleasure and a privilege to host America First yet again on this Wednesday, the 19th day of the 7th month of Year of Our Lord 2023.
seventh month of the year of our Lord 2023. It's the month of July. You know, I spent
a good deal of the month of June questioning the entire Pride Month narrative.
What is this all about?
Proud?
About what?
About your sexual orientation?
About your psychological confusion?
Isn't the sense of pride something you get from having accomplished something?
People say, oh, they're proud because they're courageous enough to identify who they are in the face of widespread criticism and condemnation and bullying and aggression.
That's what they're proud of.
Why do you have to have a parade for it, though?
Why do you have to have an entire month of this stuff?
And I spend a great deal of time It's not courageous just to either be what you feel like you were born as in terms of your orientation or, quite frankly, to shout it out to everybody that you see and force feed it into them to the point where they're getting sick and tired of it.
Like, I don't care.
You didn't ask me what I like to sleep with or who I like to sleep with or what my attractions are.
I'm not asking you yours.
Why are you parading it down the middle of my street?
That's not courageous.
That's just annoying.
Talked at great length about this on the radio.
Well today, I saw what courage was, when it comes to a member, particularly of the LGBTQ community, as they like to call it.
Today we saw what courage actually looks like.
And it's not the courage to be gay, It's the courage to step forward when something that you know is unjust is being done, and knowing that you're about to bring a lot of attention to yourself that maybe you did not want because you're not out there doing parades.
You're just living your life.
Earlier today, we found out who Mr. X was.
Earlier today, we found out who the Whistleblower X was.
IRS Criminal Investigation Division Agent 13-year veteran Joseph Ziegler is Agent X. He is the one who decided to come forward and corroborate and substantiate the testimony of the known IRS whistleblower who has been telling the truth about all of the obstruction In the investigation into Hunter Biden's illegally gotten gains in overseas business ventures, the fact that he did not pay taxes on them, all of that obstruction Gary Shapley has been bringing forth.
And of course, the left is turning it into a he said, he said, because David Weiss, the special prosecutor who was supposed, or the federal prosecutor who was supposed to have the investigative means and the prosecutorial discretion to charge Hunter Biden for all of these things, felonies all, or to knock them down to misdemeanors, there was a big dispute as to what authority he really had.
Was he the final authority, or was he answering to a higher master?
Was Weiss.
Shapley said that he was told by Weiss that he did not have the authority to make the final decision.
That was above him.
Weiss then denied that.
It was a he said, he said, and they were tearing Shapley apart as being some partisan, conservative right-winger just looking to take a bite out of the Bidens for political reasons.
So watching all of this, here's Joseph Ziegler.
Who worked on that investigation.
Who saw what was happening to Gary Shapley.
A gay man with a husband and a profound, proud Democrat.
Said I'm not going to let this happen.
I'm not going to let this take place.
Not when I know the truth.
Not when I know the reality.
Not when I know that the two-tiered system of justice that we hear being bandied about in the media every day is real.
Because I know what was done in the investigation of Hunter Biden.
I know what Gary Shapley is saying is true.
That is what courage looks like.
He's not courageous because he's gay.
He's courageous because he's a patriot and an American, and he knows that he is getting all kinds of scrutiny because he is now going public.
Not that he was, you know, let's not say he was closeted in terms of his orientation, but he is making himself a public figure now.
He'd just been working in the background.
Just a hard-working federal agent working for the IRS for the last 13 years.
Didn't set out to be a celebrity, didn't set out to be a political figure.
Was perfectly content to just be in the shadows like every other working Joe Schmo, just like Gary Shapley was.
But he knows that as soon as he comes out, meaning out publicly in support of the whistleblower, that his coming out as a gay man is going to be something that people talk about.
So he decided that he was going to talk about it.
At today's extraordinarily important congressional hearings, in front of the House Oversight Committee, in a 15-page opening statement, Joseph Ziegler said, I am Whistleblower X and I am proud of who I am and what I'm doing because what I'm doing is right.
I want you to listen.
This is just a small portion of an opening statement that just blew the doors off of the Democrat Party and the Biden administration and all of their sycophants who cover for him and cover for them.
All of the left-wing media trying to paint whistleblowers That we're gonna come out and expose the Biden crime family as just partisan Trump supporters?
You know, extreme MAGA Republicans?
He's a gay Democrat who has been attacked by Democrats for daring to tell the truth.
Let's listen.
Cut to.
I've been an agent with the IRS since 2010.
In 2007, I received my undergraduate degree from Ohio University, my MBA from John Carroll University.
Prior to starting my career at the IRS, I worked at Ernst & Young as an external auditor.
Throughout my career with the IRS, I have worked a variety of successful criminal tax and money laundering investigations.
In 2018, I transitioned to being a part of the International Tax and Financial Crimes Group out of the Washington, D.C.
field office.
I was the lead IRS case agent on the Hunter Biden investigation.
I've recently discovered that people are saying that I must be more credible because I'm a Democrat who happens to be married to a man.
I'm no more credible than this man sitting next to me, Due to my sexual orientation or my political beliefs.
The truth is, my credibility comes today from my job experience with the IRS and my intimate knowledge of the agency's standards and procedures.
I was raised and have always strived to do what is right.
Although I do have my supporters, others have said that I am a traitor to the Democratic Party and that I am causing more division in our society.
I'm a traitor to the Democratic Party because I'm a gay Democrat and I'm daring to tell the truth about the investigation into Hunter Biden, the obstruction of that investigation, and more.
Joseph Ziegler might not want to believe that he's more credible than anybody else might be because of his orientation or his political ideology, but Joseph Ziegler in that instance is the only instance in which he's wrong.
In an era of identity politics, practiced by the party of identity politics, his status as a Democrat, who is openly gay, does give him more credibility, because openly gay Democrats typically don't do things that benefit or support the efforts of people on the right, the efforts of people in the Republican Party.
This man has put the United States flag in front of the pride flag.
This man has done what is right for his country.
And that, my friends, is what courage is really all about.
We have so much to do today.
I'm Bob Frantz, in for Dr. G. We'll be back.
Thanks for watching!
Bye!
you you
you I
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Dr. G, thank you.
And thank you, Dr. G, for following me on Twitter and on Facebook and on Truth Social
and everywhere else if you are interested in doing the same.
You can do so on Twitter at France Rantz.
F-R-A-N-T-Z is the last name.
Rantz.
R-A-N-T-Z.
I just did it that way because it seemed kind of cool.
On Truth Social it's always right, W-H-K.
And on Facebook it is always right radio.
Always right radio.
And yes, you can use the word right as a homonym.
It does have two meanings.
Now I want to dive back into this because this is extraordinary.
What we saw today at the Oversight Committee hearings, when we heard again from Gary Shapley, and we're going to have some of that for you, but for the first time from Whistleblower X in person, identifying himself as, by the way, a homeboy for me.
I come to you live from the reliefactor.com studios in Cleveland, Ohio, and he's an OU boy.
He went to OU in Athens, and he went to John Carroll is where he got his master's, which is right here in Cleveland, for crying out loud.
So his homeboy is Joe Ziegler.
I did not know that.
That's cool.
But what he did today was he dropped bombs on the entire Biden crime family.
He came through as an extraordinarily, and they're still doing the questioning.
I'm not suggesting it's over, but I'm talking about what I could observe before we went live today.
His opening statement, the courage that it took for him to come forward when he did not have to.
He did not have to say a word as one of the lead investigators of this.
He was just going to let Gary Shapley fight for himself there.
Shapley wasn't identifying him as a lead investigator.
Shapley wasn't going to do anything that was going to expose Joseph Ziegler.
But Ziegler came forward anyway because he knew it was the right thing to do.
He did so despite condemnation, he said, from people in his own party as a Democrat calling him a traitor, insulting him, attacking him.
But he said I had to do the right thing.
I'm coming forward because, well, I'll let him put it in his own words here.
Let's listen to Joe Ziegler, formerly known as Mr. X and Whistleblower X, testifying in his opening statement today before the House Oversight Committee in Cut 3.
I sit here before you, not as a hero or a victim, but as a whistleblower compelled to disclose the truth.
That said, in coming forward, I believe I am risking my career, my reputation, and my casework outside of the investigation we are here to discuss.
I ultimately made the decision to come forward after what I believe were multiple attempts at blowing the whistle at the Internal Revenue Service.
No one should be above the law, regardless of your political affiliation.
Those are statements that are irrefutable, and the fact that, again, he is a Democrat, and he is a gay Democrat, which, again, he made the decision to announce, to tell everybody this is who he is, and he did so, he also said, because he wants to show people how they can be proud of people in the LGBTQ community.
I opened the show talking about, ah, June, they had this whole pride thing, what's to be proud about just because of what your sexual preferences are, and these sorts of things.
But he said, look, there is a there's a serious and severe culture battle slash culture war going on in the country right now.
And the perception is that Republicans don't support the LGBTQ community.
The Democrats do.
And here I am, a gay Democrat, coming out in support of the Republican majority in this committee and in the Congress going after the Bidens, because it's not about Republican and Democrat.
It's not about gay or straight.
It's about what's right.
And I'm willing to do it because I do want people to know That the LGBTQ community contributes.
And I want to set examples for others.
This is such an enormous statement.
This is a guy, and I'm going to read a quote here for you.
We have a little more actual video and audio for you if you're watching today's show at subgorka.com or on the Salem News Channel.
But I'll just read this one to you.
I was raised and I have always strived to do what is right.
I have heard from some that I'm a traitor to the Democratic Party and I'm causing more division in society.
I hope that I am an example to other LGBTQ people out there who are questioning doing the right thing at a potential cost to themselves and others.
We should always do the right thing, he said, no matter how painful the process might be.
He said, I kind of equate this to coming out.
It was honestly one of the hardest things that I've had to do.
I contemplated scenarios that would have been highly regrettable, but I did what was right, and I'm sitting in front of you here today.
That, my friends, is courage!
That, my friends, is somebody who's proud.
But not just of his LGBTQ status.
He's proud to be an American public servant working in the IRS and trying to make sure that there is justice for all.
That there is not a two-tiered system of justice, that we have actual justice, and that just because your last name might be Biden, that you don't get to skate on tax evasion and, quite frankly, investigations of other matters that could lead to much more than just tax evasion charges, including significant questions about where these millions of dollars that he didn't pay taxes on came from.
And why the dollars that he was getting had made their way through as many as 20 different shell companies before they wound up in his pocket, or his account.
James Comer, the Oversight Committee Chair, made it very clear, we've got the bank records.
And again, they show that money not just going to Hunter Biden, not just to Joe Biden, but to multiple Bidens.
Maybe as many as half a dozen Bidens.
There's a lot here that could have been investigated over the last five years, but they were not allowed to pursue those investigative angles.
That's why Gary Shapley's here.
That's why Joseph Ziegler is here.
And Ziegler came forward again at great personal cost to himself.
Not a guy who was seeking to be a celebrity, not a guy who was seeking to be the poster child of the LGBTQ movement.
Look what I can do.
He was a guy who just kept his head down, his nose to the grindstone, doing great work for the American people at the IRS.
Time came that he was called to do what was right.
He knew it was going to expose him from being a private person to a public person.
And he said, since that's what I'm going to be, a public person here because I have to do what's right, then I'm going to tell you who I am, what I am, and I'm going to embrace this.
That is heroic.
That is exactly what we're talking about.
And that's why, and I want you to hear this coming from a conservative Republican who is probably overly conservative.
Some of my friends and family might say I go too far, to be 100% honest with you.
And as such, I should be never willing to praise the LGBTQ movement.
I talked yesterday at length about the transing of America.
And you know what?
That's just horse cur app.
We are not opposed to anybody because of their gender, their sexual orientation, or anything of that.
We want people to do what's right.
We want them to do what is right in the presence of other adults, particularly as it pertains to sexualization and sexuality, not bringing little kids into it.
But we evaluate people not through the lenses of—when I say we, I'm talking about conservatives like myself.
not through to again go back to the speech from from Dr. King on the color of their skin or since we're talking about this or the preference of their you know their sexual orientation but on who they are the content of the character and Joseph Ziegler has proven to be a man of great deep character and as such he has my great and deep respect and I don't care What he does in his private life.
I don't condemn it.
I don't want to get into a parade and cheer for it.
I'm just going to say, go do you.
Go do whatever it is that makes you happy as an adult in a free country.
And thank you, sir, for your patriotism.
So we've got some from Joe Ziegler.
I'm going to give you some from Gary Shapley, the other whistleblower that has come out and publicly put his name out there at great expense to himself and his family, character assassination and more.
We've got a lot of other things to talk about, too, today, including the pursuit of President Trump by the DOJ.
The Ridiculous Special Prosecutors.
We've got a lot to get into.
I welcome you.

I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yeah, let's do exactly that here in the ReliefFactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer.
That's home base in Cleveland.
My show airs daily, 9 to noon.
You can listen to it wherever you are around the country.
That's 9 to noon Eastern Time, but you can catch it at WHKRadio.com.
I'm going to tell you something else about that here in a couple of moments, but we've been kind of examining And breaking down what we have seen thus far, it's still going on, the Oversight Committee hearings involving testimony from two Iowa whistleblowers, one Gary Shapley we knew, the other one we now know as Joseph Ziegler, not a conservative Republican looking to take down the Bidens, but rather a Democrat who proudly identifies himself as a gay Democrat who knows he is hurting himself and his friendships and his support from his own party, but he's doing what's right for the country.
Jim Jordan, James Comer and many others are asking some very, very important questions here.
The left is struggling.
The Democrats on the committee are literally panicking.
They cannot refute or challenge or destroy the testimony of these witnesses, so all they're doing is changing the story.
Oh, yeah?
They're saying, well, you know, when Trump was president and they were going after Michael Flynn, he did this.
When Trump was president and they were going after, who else, Roger Stone, he did this.
And then he pardoned all those guys.
So, you know, you guys act like you're all, you know, for the rule of law and stuff, but what about that?
Completely obfuscating, completely taking their eyes and trying to distract you and take your eyes off of the ball, which is the Hunter Biden.
Joe Biden connection here.
And I want you to understand that's what this is.
This is Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
Remember that meme?
You ever see that meme of Joe Biden and Hunter Biden side by side with that caption from the song Cats in the Cradle?
It said, and suddenly I realized my boy had grown up just like me.
I saw that meme and then I took that meme to the next level.
So allow me to share with you something that I wrote just a few weeks ago.
I sat down and wrote this and had it produced by a phenomenal radio talent that I work with.
And, um, let's just call it Hunters in the Basement.
My child called me up just the other day.
He said, Dad, I need some crack, can you help me today?
And I had lots of cash, but bills to pay.
He said, don't worry, Dad, I'll find another way.
He was smoking, for I knew it, and away he flew.
Saying, I'm gonna be like you, Dad.
You know I'm gonna be like you.
And hunters in the basement with a silver spoon The hookers and drugs were gonna be there soon
When you're coming home, dad, I don't know when I'll be good and high by then, dad
Yeah, I'll be good and high by then Picking through rugs, smoking anything that even remotely
resembled crack cocaine I'm very proud of my son
My son came around just the other day He said, I got me a deal where we can both get paid
Can I trade on your name?
I said, sure, okay Will anyone know?
He said, no, no way And as he walked away, he looked kinda dim and said
I'm gonna be like him, yeah You know I'm gonna be like him
He's fixed it.
He's worked on it.
I said, honey, what are you doing?
I said, dad, I'm fine.
He said, you're not fine.
I know how to game the system.
soon when you're coming home dad I don't know when I'll put aside your 10% dad
I'll always have your 10% what are you doing? I said dad I'm fine. You're not fine. I
know how to game the system. Come on.
Well it came from the other day and a smile so big I just had to say son I'm proud of you
How's our cash supply?
He nodded his head and said, Great big guy, but what I really need, Dad, is to borrow the car keys.
You can take the vet, but watch the boxes, please.
He pointed out the reason why he regrets it is he didn't anticipate that bugs like Giuliani would use it to, in fact, try to embarrass his father.
Yes, they are!
They're frat bugs!
I'm getting good and high again.
He pointed out the reason why he regrets it is he didn't anticipate that bugs like Giuliani
would use it to, in fact, try to embarrass his father.
Yes, they are.
They're flat bugs.
Come on.
This guy is a dog whistle about as big as a foghorn.
I stole an election and my son moved away.
I called him up just the other day.
I said, you owe some cash, I want my cut today.
He said, calm down dad, you know it's on the way.
But my laptop is gone and now it's on you.
And now we're both really screwed, dad.
And now we're both gonna be screwed.
And as I hung up the phone it occurred to me he was damn near dumber than me
My boy was dumb as me And there was hunter in the basement with a silver spoon
all of our crimes were coming out real soon When's it all in son? I don't know
Of hunters in the basement live on america first You
You You
...
you I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
All right, 17 minutes before the top of the hour.
I tried to back time that so you could hear the end of the song before the break there.
You might have missed the tail end of it.
But I'm looking at the Rumble chat now, the live stream on Rumble, which I don't normally do, particularly when I'm hosting a show.
But people are loving this.
They're asking where they can get it.
So I just told the people on Rumble, and I'll tell you, if you like that, you want it on your phone, you want to put it on your own playlist, you can get it for a buck.
99 cents.
It's right now available for download at WHKRadio.com.
WHKRadio.com.
That's the home page for my home station here in Cleveland, the ReadyFactor.com studio.
So, yeah, I mean, it's just, it's one of those things where just a lightning strike happens.
And I saw that meme of Hunter and Joe, you know, side by side.
And, you know, Joe saying, my son was just like me.
And the idea, of course, is that he's a criminal like you.
Joe, I think this, the accusations And that's what they are.
They're accusations and allegations leading to investigations.
That's a lot of Asians, but it's real.
The allegations and accusations of the bribery scheme, and when James Comer came out a few weeks back and said, we've got bank records proving, we've got evidence of the 20 different shell companies, of the millions of dollars that came into the Biden family, when they have no observable business.
What are they selling?
Right?
I mean, if you're gonna get rich with overseas business, you must have something to offer for someone to pay you, right?
What do you have if you're the Biden family?
Are you selling...
You know, widgets?
No.
Are you making ties?
No.
Are you providing services?
What kinds of services are you providing?
Are you an air carrier?
What do you do to make all of those millions of dollars?
And when you really break that down and you ask yourself, well, what can the Bidens do to make them millions of dollars over the course of Joe Biden's time as Vice President?
And Joe Biden continuing this when he was the nominee for president in the 2020 election.
What do you do?
What do you have to sell other than maybe political influence?
Maybe access to the Obama White House when dad is the vice president, the big guy is the vice president, and you've got a son with no observable skills at all.
other than doing blow and and and you know and and get with hookers all which are available by the way on the laptop Which has now been confirmed by everybody to be what we knew it was before the actual election in November of 2020.
Legitimate and real pictures of Hunter with the strippers, or the hookers rather, and the blow and all of that stuff.
And then there's email documentation of business correspondence between Hunter and Joe, but he's got no observable skills.
And yet somehow he ended up on a Chinese energy board.
Doesn't speak Chinese.
Doesn't know anything about energy.
Doesn't know anything about China.
Was making a ton of money.
Gets on a Ukrainian energy board.
Burisma.
Doesn't speak Ukrainian.
Or Russian.
Doesn't know anything about energy.
Natural gas, oil, anything.
Is making, you know, $80,000 a month or more.
And it was like 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 times what more than any other board member made.
He had nothing to offer.
Same thing in Romania.
What did he have to offer?
Access to Joe.
Access to Barack, by way of Joe.
Access to American foreign policy.
Now, we don't know exactly what all of that means.
We just know that there is a massive investigation going on right now, and the allegations are severe.
And that's why we went ahead and ran with that parody, and I hope you enjoyed it.
If you want it, like I said, I think the meme did well, but I think we took it where it needed to go.
Like I said, if you want to throw it on your phone and share it around, you can do so.
It's at WHKRadio.com.
WHKRadio.com.
Let's get back to the issue today about the Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, you know, crime family and everything that they have been alleged.
They are now talking with and being questioned by members of the Oversight Committee.
And I want you to hear Joe Ziegler again, if you just turned us on and maybe you have not been tuned in to the news today.
Joseph Ziegler is Mr. X, otherwise known as Whistleblower X. So his identity was revealed today as he testified and gave a tremendous opening statement.
He is not a conservative who's out to take down the Bidens.
He is a Democrat.
He is a gay Democrat who proudly talked about his husband being his rock and he doesn't care that he's being savaged by Democrats.
For his quote-unquote treasonous actions here by telling the truth, Joseph Ziegler has come out and said, I am going to do what's right.
Let's listen to what he said about Hunter Biden in cut number four.
Thus, as I read the public documents, as the Department of Justice action against Hunter Biden, there is nothing that indicates Hunter Biden will be required to amend his false tax return for 2018.
A false tax return that includes improper deductions for prostitutes, sex clubs, and his adult children's tuition.
And you wonder why the opening lyric in the song is about hookers and drugs gonna be there soon.
This is all reality.
We're talking about massive amounts of income that cannot be explained.
We're talking about not paying taxes on that income.
And we're talking about filing false tax returns by what?
By quite literally deducting at federal taxpayers' expense for his hookers and his blow and all the other things he was doing, for crying out loud.
No other... Whataboutism.
Nobody likes Whataboutism.
I can't not do this, though.
There is no other president, living or dead, that could have gotten away with this in real time.
No other vice president that could have gotten away with this, and most certainly not the last president.
If Donald Trump had a son who was a crackhead—and oh, by the way, as all of this stuff is coming out, just remember, what were we talking about yesterday?
What were—while Seb was on Monday, what was everybody talking about on Monday and Tuesday?
They closed the investigation and Who's Coke was in the White House.
I mean, Babylon Bee did a great article and I kind of played off of it.
You know, Secret Service regrets to announce they cannot find the owner of the little white baggie that says property of Hunter Biden on it.
You know, boy, yeah, that was a real tough get right there.
But the reality is the Biden crime family is facing some serious allegations right now.
And today, a gay Democrat dropped a bomb right on the Wilmington home.
That's the reality of it.
And you know what?
The question is, will there be accountability?
You know, and I know, it doesn't matter what is exposed here by this hearing at the Oversight Committee today or anywhere else, it's not going to compel Merrick Garland to say, I'm going to prosecute.
It's not going to compel Merrick Garland to say, I'm going to appoint a special prosecutor to do it.
They're going to bury this because no one can touch Uncle Joe.
That's the reality of it.
So what will Congress do?
The answer has to be the obvious.
They're going to have to impeach Merrick Garland, aren't they?
I welcome your calls.

That's all for now, Bob.
Dr. G, we'll be back.
We'll be back.
Thank you.
Bye.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now, let's get back to the show with Bob France.
So we're still monitoring Bob France, indeed, in for Dr. G here in Cleveland, Ohio, AM 1420.
The answer is the relieffactor.com studio.
So I want to share something.
I didn't hear this yet.
The team is listening.
Jeff and the boys are monitoring the ongoing questioning of Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, the two whistleblowers who are testifying before the Oversight Committee.
I am told that MTG, Marjorie Taylor Greene, brought the heavy artillery here.
I have not heard this yet, but let's check it out together.
I am trusting the guys, because why would I not?
Cut number 11.
I would like to present this to the committee.
This is showing Hunter Biden paying for a victim's United flight from LA to Dulles.
This was a, I believe this is a violation of the Mann Act.
This is Hunter Biden's, this is his proof that he bought the ticket.
He bought it for this woman right here.
He flew her from Los Angeles to Washington on June 14th, flew her back.
to Los Angeles, California on June 15th of 2018.
And I would like to point out that if he was purchasing her a plane ticket for sex and traveling across state lines, do you believe that to be a violation of the Mann Act, Mr. Ziegler?
So I can talk to specifically what's in my transcript regarding the Mann Act.
So I know we were compiling the information together.
Yes, but Mr. Ziegler, as the law states, by the code of the law, it states traveling, paying someone to go across state lines is prostitution.
It's a violation of the Mann Act.
Let me just move on just one more second here.
So when Hunter Biden paid for this woman To do this with him, to travel across state lines from California to Washington D.C.
on June 15th.
This is a violation of the Mann Act.
This was prostitution.
She's holding up pictures from Hunter Biden's laptop of him nude with one of the hookers nude, and MTG is talking about that being a violation of the Mann Act.
Prostitution, and if she's talking about flying them across state lines, I'm assuming there's something in the Mann Act about sex trafficking.
Is that sex trafficking?
To pay for somebody to cross state lines for the purposes of sex?
I'm not going to go any further there.
I'll let MTG take that from there.
But that is something I would expect only of MTG.
Marjorie Taylor Greene bringing it strong as far as all of the depravity that the Biden family and Hunter Biden in particular, who is being protected by In my view, the DOJ at the behest, and if not the direction and the order of the President of the United States, Joseph R. Biden.
So, we've got a lot more coming up here.

Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Dr. G., I thank you for that, as always, and the opportunity to sit in and fill in for one of the very greatest in our industry and to talk to one of the most phenomenal audiences in all of conservative talk radio.
I'm live in Cleveland, Ohio, AM 1420.
The answer is TheReliefFactor.com studio while I'm in for Dr. G., and I am Privileged now to go all the way about 25, 2700 miles to my west to Los Angeles to welcome Jennifer Horn.
She is, of course, the host of the Morning Answer on Salem, Los Angeles, to talk about a little bit about what's going on in the land of fruits and nuts.
Are we allowed to say that anymore?
I guess we're just about to find out.
Jennifer, good to have you.
How are you?
We're heavy on the nuts around here in California, that's for sure.
Hi, Bob.
Absolutely.
Well, you know, it's so funny.
It's a jokey thing, obviously, to just say it seems like a different planet.
It almost does.
It seems like a different country, a different planet.
Some of the things that they're doing in L.A.
that I cannot seem to reconcile with what the rest of the country is doing.
And I want to start, Jennifer, by asking you about a bill that I read about last week.
In which, if it was being debated in the California Senate, if it gets through the entire assembly and it's going to be signed by Gavin Newsom, that would require, not allow, REQUIRE judges in California to consider the race of a convicted felon or just a convicted person when deciding what sentence to hand down.
When they have discretion as to how long they sentence somebody to prison.
Apparently, if I understand this right, if I'm a white guy and I knock off a liquor store, it's going to be penalty X. If I'm a black guy and I knock off a liquor store, the law requires and compels the judge to give a lighter sentence to the black guy as part of the reparations panel.
Can you explain that to me?
Well, I wish I could give you a reasonable explanation, but this whole idea of reparations is pretty crazy.
It feels like this is a few steps back rather than a few steps forward.
And I don't know, maybe this is when we all start to feel our age.
When I was going to school, we were told not to look at people's skin color.
And I know now we have to just be uber focused on people's skin color.
And that's where the law is going to take us in California.
So just to take you back to 2020, after the George Floyd riots, And during the pandemic, Gavin Newsom, probably in between dinners at the French Laundry, said, you know, we're going to do a reparations panel.
We're going to do a study.
And so he gets his group of people together and literally they met every Thursday for two and a half years.
And they and I really think I would love to have what they were drinking and or having because they came up with like 300 ways That the state of California could offer reparations to black Californians.
Now, keep in mind, and I know you know this, Bob, California, never a slave state.
And if you want to talk about races that were not treated well in California, it wasn't necessarily the black people.
It was the Asian cultures that have a history of racism in California, if we really wanted to get nitpicky.
But this reparations suggestion list of 300 ideas included money, of course, at the top of the list.
And Gavin Newsom, who now is dying to run for president, knows that he'll bankrupt the state of California if he institutes these financial reparations.
So he comes out and he says, well, you know, reparations aren't just money.
If you look up the actual definition of reparations, it is money.
That's what he talks about.
But Gavin Newsom says, nope, it's not just about money.
It's about these other things.
So away we go.
Now we're going to start considering people's race when they commit crimes.
And maybe one of the craziest ones, Bob, is that they want to now make it legal to publicly urinate on the streets of California.
I told Seb last week it's like turning California into a litter box.
Because they say that when people of color are having more interactions with police, that could turn negative when it comes to public urination.
So they just want to make it legal so that police won't be able to approach folks who decide to make the sidewalk their bathroom.
Not to belabor this or to make it any more disgusting than the imagery we have in our minds right now already is about people publicly urinating and being allowed to do so because they don't want a police officer to interact with somebody that may turn confrontational, but did they at least stop with urine?
I'm sorry?
Did they at least stop with urination?
Because, I mean, if you look at the streets of San Francisco... I mean, right?
Public defecation is a huge problem, too.
I'm just kind of curious.
Are they stopping with one and not two?
It is a problem, and it happens all over L.A.
and San Francisco.
I do not believe that was mentioned in the reparations law, but you know what?
Who knows?
It never ceases to surprise me what they might add into the mix.
Thank the Lord for small mercies that they didn't go there.
Let's go south of Los Angeles.
Let's go down to San Diego because there's a huge homeless population there as well.
Now they're doing more than just talking about urination laws down there.
They're finding homes, well, they're finding containers for people to live in.
What's going on there?
Love the humane treatment, right?
We'll find a storage container for you.
I wish they would use those storage containers, fill them up with the homeless people and send them some plate belts because I know that doesn't sound very empathetic, but California is just being overrun because we've created this new industry that incentivizes homeless people.
You know, in the past, you always think about homeless people either being people who are literally down on their luck financially, or you think about the people who are mentally ill, or who are drug abusers, or many times both.
But California, because of all the benefits that are Given to people who live on the streets, they've actually created this new avenue where people are now coming to California to live on the beach, like these hippie types, the vagabonds, the people that just want to come and live on the street because it's free and why pay rent?
The weather's great.
And California will even give you a tent to live in.
And so the big cities like L.A.
and San Francisco have been overrun.
And liberal policies allow these people to just camp on the streets.
There's no enforcement of laws with them.
in the big cities, San Diego is now suffering.
San Diego at least has a shred of sensibility, and so they're trying to figure out what to do.
And someone came up with the idea of putting all the homeless people in a parking lot,
but then there was a lot of crime and drugs, and so now they're saying maybe we can put people
into storage containers that we make into shelters.
But until the people in California realize that it is not necessarily a housing issue,
which every Democrat politician in California will tell you it's about housing,
That's only a small piece of it.
The real piece is that no one wants to deal with the fact that we've created an industry for homelessness and that people are suffering with mental illness and drug addiction.
And until we do something about it, you can have all the shelters in the world that are going to be empty because people are making the choice, in many cases, to live on the streets.
Yeah, and you know, it's such a bizarre thing to even think about.
I'm just wondering, you would think that Gavin Newsom might, like, want to reach out to Kathy Hochul in New York and kind of find some ways to show, or maybe just to the mayor of New York City, who decided, we're going to put our homeless, particularly those who are illegal immigrants who have been shipped here, into the luxury hotels.
Just give them the luxury hotels.
It used to cost everybody else $600, $700 a night.
We give them to them free.
You know, I guess that wasn't something they considered.
They figured, we'll just throw them in a box, a storage box.
We're putting them in a box, like at the container store.
It's great.
No, we actually have the room key program.
It was called Operation Turnkey during pandemic time.
And there's a new ordinance specifically in Los Angeles now that is requiring hotels, and I'm talking everything from like the Bonaventure down to the Quality Inn.
Every type of hotel has to report their empty rooms.
By two o'clock in the afternoon to Los Angeles.
This is specific to LA County.
And any of those empty rooms can be filled with homeless people.
So imagine, Bob, you bring your family to LA, right?
You want to see the stars.
You want to see beautiful Los Angeles.
And you spend some money and you go down to the pool with your wife and your kids and all of a sudden you've got a homeless guy bathing in the swimming pool next to you.
That is what Los Angeles is doing.
So that's why when I say there's at least a shred, I guess, of common sense in San Diego with the storage containers, That's what looks good to us these days.
Yeah, right?
I was kidding.
I didn't really mean for that to be happening, but it is.
It's true!
And you're right.
Anybody who actually pays for the hotel... I'd be livid, by the way, if I actually said, yeah, because I have a residence, I have to pay you $300 a night or whatever it is for one of these luxury hotels, but that guy's homeless, so he gets to stay there for free.
Anyway, let's move north now.
Let's go to the Bay.
Let's go to San Francisco.
We mentioned the problems they have with public cleanliness or their hygienic problems.
What are they doing to prevent shoplifting in San Francisco now?
You probably heard the story that a bunch of different stores have closed up and just left San Francisco.
Yeah, the biggest malls, the biggest malls, I mean, they just, they basically signed everything over to their property owners, right?
Yeah, they're gone, and so grocery stores cannot leave.
They're still serving people, but people are stealing, and they're having a problem.
They're having a run on ice cream and pizza, apparently.
Notice no one is stealing the quinoa, so that's safe.
They don't have to lock that up.
But the ice cream now, that's gotta go.
So they have locks now on the freezer section, very similar to where you have to call someone over to get the deodorant or something out of the grocery store shelves.
And they also have a new lever that's set up inside of Safeway stores, where you have to put your receipt under it before it will let you out of the store, because shoplifting is such a problem.
And California requires that employees be fired if they try to stop shoplifters.
Right.
Which kind of makes me wonder if this lock thing even works, because they can't stop them.
So if I say, hey, I need somebody to come over, get to bring a key, open this ice cream container, I can fill my card and race to the car anyway.
They're not going to try to stop me.
So what's the difference?
It is another world.
It is another world.
God bless you and every normal Californian that has to live in this environment.
I don't know how you do it without pulling your hair out, but thank you for doing what you do.

I was going to talk about President Trump's town hall last night.
and about him responding to the DOJ and the impending indictment and arrest and the rest of the
the crap that's going on. I want to talk about Jason Aldean.
Especially since we're talking about songs, you know, funny songs or in this case a
you know a song to make a point. If you missed it last hour I played
an original parody that I wrote that you may enjoy.
It's called Hunters in the Basement.
Yes, it's a play off of Cats in the Cradle and Hunter in the Basement is available for you if you didn't hear it.
You can get it.
It's 99 cents at WHKRadio.com.
And we were just talking about that kind of thing.
Jason Aldean, one of the biggest country stars in the world.
Jason Aldean is now on the defensive because he wrote a song and made a video using actual footage of rioting in big city streets in the 2020 BLM riots.
Let's be fair here.
BLM slash Antifa riots that just blanketed big cities all over this country.
It's something that people living in small towns probably could not understand.
People living in rural America would never be a part of.
It's a big city, inner city thing.
And it happens far more than it should.
But in the summer of 2020, of course, it happened on hundreds of occasions in dozens and dozens of cities.
Anyway, he used actual footage from that to make his new song called Try That in a Small Town.
Now, he is being accused of racism And he is being accused of fomenting, maybe, physical attacks on people, particularly minorities, because of the imagery and the lyrics.
To give you an idea, I'm going to give you Jason Aldean's response to that in a moment here, because he went to Twitter and made a statement, which is a strong one.
But to give you an idea of what he's responding to, The Daily Beast, if you were to go to a search engine right now, I don't use Google, find your own search engine, And type in Jason Aldean's name.
The second result under recent news is from the Daily Beast.
You ready for the headline?
Right-wing media flocks to Jason Aldean's defense after pro-lynching video pulled.
What?
If I'm Jason Aldean, I am immediately getting on the phone with my lawyer, and I am immediately demanding a suit for defamation, a suit for slander.
How dare you call my video a pro-lynching video?
So what Jason Aldean did do, though, is he sent that tweet, and I'm going to read it to you.
It's moderately lengthy, but it's worth it.
In the past 24 hours, I have been accused of releasing a pro-lynching song.
A song that has been out since May.
That's interesting, too.
And was subject to the comparison that I, direct quote, was not too pleased with the nationwide BLM protests.
The references are not only meritless, but dangerous.
There is not a single lyric in the song that references race, or points to it.
And there isn't a single video clip there that isn't real news footage.
And while I can try and respect others to have their own interpretation of a song with music, this one goes too far.
As so many have pointed out, I was president at Route 91 where so many lost their lives, and our community recently suffered another heartbreaking tragedy.
No one, in all caps, including me, wants to continue to see senseless headlines or families ripped apart.
Try that in a small town, for me, refers to the feeling of a community that I had grown up where we took care of our neighbors, regardless of differences of background or belief.
Because they were our neighbors, and that was above any differences.
My political views have never been something I've hidden from, and I know that a lot of us in this country don't agree on how we get back to a sense of normalcy, where we go at least a day without a headline that keeps us up at night.
But the desire for it, that's what this song is about.
So that's what Jason Aldean wrote in defense of himself, and the idea that he has to defend himself for this song, and we're going to give you a little taste of it right now.
The idea that this is something that needs to be debated or defended is just emblematic
of the division they have started.
And by the way, the fear of cancel culture, which has led even CMT, country music television,
to pull the Jason Aldean video for fear of them getting canceled and being Bud Lighted
or being Targeted or being Disney'd or something else, all over a song that is absolutely harmless,
let's listen to some of this.
There you go.

Country music is not my bag.
I do not dislike it, but it's not something I have a ton of on my playlist on my phone.
He's phenomenal, though, and that is a very, very good song.
Now, to the issue of the lyrics, to the issue of the video.
First of all, if you have not yet seen the video, can we throw the video up there on the Salem News Channel and SebGorka.com for the video portion of the show?
Maybe we'll do that again in another segment.
So you can see exactly what the controversy is over.

And he is responsible as a co-sponsor and lead sponsor of a new bill that is ticking off a lot of the American left, particularly those in the drag community or the LGBTQ community.
And I'm going to let him tell you all about HB 245.
Josh Williams, welcome to America First.
Good to have you.
How are you, sir?
I'm good, Bob.
Thank you for having me on.
It's a pleasure.
Every time we do chat, I enjoy it.
I learn a little bit more about you every single time, and I love that.
I love what I've seen so far.
So, Representative Williams, let's talk about HB 245.
Now, if I'm not somebody who's fluent in this, and I'm just kind of looking from the outside, I see you do a little checkup on Ohio HB 245.
Oh, they want to ban drag shows.
Why do you want to criminalize drag shows?
How come drag, which has been around for decades and decades and decades, suddenly is going to lead you to being thrown in jail?
That's the way the story is being painted.
Josh Williams, is that accurate?
It's very inaccurate, so we're not looking to ban drag shows.
What we're looking to do is make sure that obscenity is not viewed by minors.
That's it.
It's a very simple concept.
We're updating the obscenity laws here in the state of Ohio that's saying any performer,
any entertainer that is outside of what is known as an adult cabaret, an adult-only exclusive
environment and is out in the public should not engage in obscene conduct in the presence
of a minor.
So, you know, I've got critics and people who oppose you and probably everything you and I stand for that I'm reading on social media in Ohio and on traditional media in Ohio saying something very, very different, that you are seeking to ban drag and to make drag a felony.
So you're clarifying that it should be in adult-only spaces.
But tell me what the bill says specifically.
Can it actually be a felony if somebody does a drag performance that's not in one of the cabarets or the adult-only venues that you speak of?
No.
So what the bill does is it specifically outlines what is prohibited conduct, and it's according to current Ohio state law as it relates to obscene conduct and conduct that is harmful to minors.
Those are two terms that are actually defined in Ohio Revised Code 2907.01.
They've been on the books for decades.
Every other individual in Ohio had to follow these laws.
But recently there's been a group of individuals that believe because they're part of a particular
group that they are somehow immune and shouldn't have to follow the obscenity laws in the state
of Ohio.
So, Representative Josh Williams of Ohio, who gets to define obscene?
Because I've seen videos of drag shows that I just cringe, particularly the ones that
are put on during Pride Month, and they are as sexual as any strip show I've ever seen.
The only difference being instead of a real woman, it's a fake woman doing it.
It is grotesque.
There's a little bit more, you know, a little bit more buttoned up, if you will, very less sexualized clothing and gyrations and so on and so forth.
So what's obscene?
Is it in the eye of the beholder, the eye of the police, the eye of the judge?
How would that work?
It's in the eye of the Supreme Court.
Essentially, a long time ago, they made the decision that obscene speech is not protected speech, that obscene material is not protected material under the First Amendment.
They clearly define that in several cases over the decades.
Ohio followed that guidance and enacted 2907.01.
In section F is the definition of what is obscene.
I'm not going to read it to you because it's pretty long, but what it deals with is this idea of a guided towards prurient interest, meaning sexuality towards masturbation, towards sexual gratification.
It has no literary interest, no educational purpose, no true entertainment purpose.
So what we are saying is we're going to expand the definition of cabarets, adult cabaret performances that include not only strippers, but go-go dancers, topless dancers, and individuals that are performing in attire with costumes and prosthetics that are different than their biological sex.
And we're going to wrap all of you in one group and say, and it says any other entertainers, you are all going to be held to the same standard, which is do not engage in obscene conduct in the presence of a minor.
It will be viewed on a case by case basis, like it's been for decades for every other area.
I mean, everything from nudie mags to pornography to strip clubs have been judged under the obscenity laws of the states.
of the United States, and that's the same for everyone.
So that would clearly kill Drag Time Story Hour, and it would kill Pride parades during the month of June in the state of Ohio.
I know you're going to have to answer for that.
I want you to hang on with me if you would.
We'll come right back.
We'll talk more with Josh Williams, State Representative in Ohio, about that bill.
Until then, stay here.
Thanks for watching!
you you
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
So we continue now at 17 minutes before the top of the hour.
Bob France in Cleveland, Ohio, talking with Josh Williams in Toledo, Ohio.
Josh is an Ohio State Representative.
He's got 43 co-sponsors behind a bill in the state of Ohio, House Bill 245 to Not ban, but regulate and restrict drag performances or any performances that contain sexuality, sexualization or obscenity from being done in front of kids.
In other words, the stuff you've seen during Pride Month and parades and in parks and all kinds of other places where they're putting drag performances on in front of kids would all be criminalized in the state of Ohio and may be punishable So, Representative Williams, it's your bill.
Now, I think I said something going into the break there that this would end drag time story hour, and you're kind of saying not really.
Why?
So, courts have ruled that drag time story hour, that type of activity is not inherently obscene.
It's First Amendment protected activity if the library allows it.
It's the actions of the actual participant, the entertainer, the performer, that is going
to be judged by our bill.
And whether or not it rises to the level of obscenity, dealing with sexuality and rising
sexual interest in minors, if it does, it has the potential of becoming a felony.
So is there a boundary there?
there. Or maybe it's a bridge for them. For example, they want to do one of these cabaret
type shows. They want to do it publicly. They want to do it in a gazebo at a park and bring
the kids and sell hot dogs and watch the grown men and ladies attire dance. If they say,
yeah, but we're going to read to them too. Technically, that makes this story hour. And
the dancing is just incidental to that. Does that give them an out?
Absolutely not. It would. Every single action of the performer will be judged independently.
So if you want to read a book and you're modestly dressed and you're sitting in a chair, that
is probably going to be protected constitutional First Amendment speech.
But if now you want to remove your clothing, start giving lap dances and doing sexual performances in front of minors, that will be classified as obscene and can be punishable under the law.
We're talking to Ohio State Representative Josh Williams on Twitter at Josh4Ohio.
Josh, the number 4 in Ohio.
Williams4Ohio.
Oh, I'm sorry.
Josh Williams.
I'm sorry.
Williams4Ohio.
I apologize.
I don't have it up in front of me.
I thought I had it memorized.
I didn't.
My bad.
So, Williams4Ohio.
Josh Williams4Ohio.
And the actual at is Williams4Ohio.
So, Josh.
Tell me about what it does to pride parades.
In the month of June, they're supposed to have these things in which, you know, the LGBTQ community, which of course contains and consists of trans people, males dressed as females.
Is that considered drag?
Is that considered obscene?
Or again, are we going to have to have video being taken of everybody everywhere and send that to a judge, send that to a jury and say, okay, now let's all decide whether that was obscene or not.
How's that going to impact parades?
Automatically criminalize parades or participation in parades, but if you're in a parade and you do things as expose our children to nudity while performing on a float or something like that, that will be judged on whether or not it crossed the line up to obscenity.
And there's other statutes in Ohio that we're going to be looking at amending in the future, such as public public indecency.
But what we want to concentrate on is the entertainers and the performers.
Every other entertainer is judged by that, right?
So we saw Janet Jackson back in Super Bowl where there was an action that exposed her breasts.
There was outrage because that is classified as obscenity.
And there was minors present at that game, right?
And that introduced new rules that put, you know, Super Bowl performances on a delay in case that happened in the future.
Those are examples of a normal performer crossing the line into obscenity halfway through a performance.
But what, you know, the performer part is kind of getting me here, Representative Williams.
I mean, what we saw again in a lot of big city pride parades, they weren't performers, they were just participants in the parade that basically were naked.
I mean, we're talking about, you know, leather thongs with dog collars on and, you know, grown men with their hairy rear ends literally exposed, marching down the parade route on all fours.
It's indecent, it's obscene by virtually any definition, but it's not a performer, it's just a person participating in a parade.
Is there a way to stop that when you talk about maybe the public indecency laws?
Yeah, that's where we're looking at the public indecency laws here in the state of Ohio.
And to be clear, in our bill, you don't have to be paid in order to be classified as a performer.
So they may cross that line into being actually a performer, even though they're not paid or hired by anybody.
But even just in the general public, everyone's going to be held to the same standard.
That's what I'm trying to get across here, is that what we are doing is we are creating a standard
for every single group, every single individual to abide by.
There's no way you can say that I'm targeting a particular group when every single adult
is gonna be held to the same standards, which is do not do obscene gestures
or activity in front of our kids.
It's a simple, our kids need to be protected here in the state of Ohio.
I asked you before a little bit about what makes it, you know, takes it from a misdemeanor to a felony.
Be more specific on that scale because I thought that I read if it's a certain type of performance for a certain age of minor, it's maybe a fifth degree felony.
If it's a younger age minor, it's a fourth degree felony.
Is that how it goes?
Is there kind of a sliding scale?
There is.
So, misdemeanor, that can be just harmful to a juvenile under the definitions here in the Ohio revised code.
If it's classified as obscene, it can be a felony of a fifth degree.
And if it's in the presence of someone under the age of 13, it can rise to a felony of a third degree.
Okay, so there is a bit of a scale like that.
So this is pretty well thought out, and I'm sure it's pretty well hated by virtually anybody and everybody on the left side of the political ideological scale.
Are you a homophobe?
Are you a transphobe?
Because I know that's what they're calling you.
They can call me whatever they want.
I'm not a homophobe or a transphobe.
What I want is equality for everybody, and that's equality of responsibility as well.
But when it comes to our children, we shouldn't be pressing into that space.
So when it came to normal heterosexual adult activities such as strip clubs and go-go dancers and topless bars, Everyone was in agreement that that shouldn't be done in the presence of a minor.
Now there seems to be debate, now that we're moving into other areas of our society and people believe that they should be able to normalize behavior in the presence of minors for the idea of having empathy in the future.
That's not the case.
We want to protect minors from all sexual-type oriented conduct in the state of Ohio that rises to the level of obscenity.
Speaking, the state legislature has the authority to do that.
Yeah, and that's so very well said.
I wish I knew why, and it's something we're going to talk about when we're done here, but I wish I knew why they decided to bring this from the clubs and the cabarets to the classrooms and the child stages and the parks and the streets.
It's really a remarkable thing that they want to bring this to kids.
Josh Williams, follow him at Williams 4, the number 4, Ohio, Williams 4, Ohio.
Josh Williams, thank you so much for being with us.
I'm Bob Franson for Dr. G on America First.
Thank you.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes, indeed.
Six minutes before the top of the hour.
Phone lines are going to be open to you.
We're going to make this kind of an open lines free-for-all type of hour coming up.
833-33-GORKA.
Anything we've talked about thus far, anything that we have not talked about that you want to talk about, you pick.
It'll be a free-for-all.
Before we do that, though, I want to remind you of the organization that still backs Obamacare and gun control and extreme transgender policies that endanger our kids.
It's an organization that claims to be bipartisan, but last year, 95% of their donations went to Democrats.
That's not very bipartisan, is it?
AARP is what we're talking about.
They do not represent the values of American seniors.
Fortunately, there is an alternative, a conservative one.
AMAC.
The Association of Mature American Citizens proudly championing Americans' rights to free speech and religious liberty and the Second Amendment.
AMAC defends parents' rights to protect their children and is fighting to restore America's election integrity as well.
With more than two million members nationwide, AMAC is pro-faith, pro-family, and pro-freedom.
I'm proud to be an AMAC member.
I joined about, I want to say three months ago maybe?
My wife and I together.
It's unbelievable.
Do this.
There's a two-for-one promotion.
$16 gets you a two-year membership.
That's $8 a year.
It's just stupid.
It's like free.
And it's so beneficial to you.
Let's send AARP a strong message.
They do not represent conservative seniors.
Join AMAC today at amac.us forward slash Gorka.
That's AMAC, A-M-A-C dot U-S forward slash Gorka, G-O-R-K-A.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by AMAC, the Association of Mature American Citizens.
So coming up in hour number three, as I said, I want to open it up, basically, for anything.
If you want to hear the song again, we might do that, too, if you did not hear.
I'm not talking about the Jason Aldean song, although that is certainly a topic I would like to get into.
We're also going to get into a little bit more of President Trump's town hall last night.
He had some things to say about Jack Smith and the DOJ targeting him for January 6th.
You have no idea what for?
Talked to one of his attorneys yesterday.
We couldn't figure it out.
Don't even know what the actual charges would be for if he's arrested and charged, but that's what essentially he took from the letter he got from Jack Smith.
So we're going to talk a little bit about that, too.
But I do want to talk about that Jason Aldean song.
And if you want to hear the song, Hunters in the Basement, which I gave in hour number one, and it apparently got some pretty doggone good review.
The debut, the national radio debut of a song that I just scratched out, I swear to you, about three weeks ago.
I just sat down and I wrote it in response to a meme, and it has caught some fire.
If you want to hear it next hour, make some calls, let me know.
833-33-GORK, I will consider it.
If you want to download it to your own phone, you can do it at WHKRadio.com.
That's my homepage of our station in Cleveland.
WHKRadio.com, you can download it right to your phone for a buck, 99 cents.
Hour 3 of America First is coming up.
I'm Bob France, happy to be in for Dr. Gorka.
Let's do this together next hour right here on the Salem Radio Network.
All right.
Let's look at the preview.
So we're going to be playing it now.
I forgot we recorded the game.
Load group 4.
Here we are.
Ready?
All right.
It's loading.
All right.
Ready, Chad?
All right.
Rolling.
All right.
Yes, a lot of people can hear me.
I'm pretty sure it's still playing.
All right.
All right.
You're smelling it now.
That's where we're going.
We're rolling.
Can we just wear the mask?
Cool, guys.
Look.
I really like the rewind feature.
This machine is a great deal.
It's a lot of fun.
I'm going to put it on.
Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's
own Bob France.
Oh, thank you so very much, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
America First, one of the very best talk shows.
Not just conservative, just talk shows in America.
Bar none, just the reality of it.
Good to be with you.
Thanks so much for everybody.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
We're going to take your calls on anything.
Ask me anything.
Pick the topic.
I call it free-for-all when I do it on my local station, which is WHK Radio in Cleveland, Ohio, AM 1420.
The answer to that is TheReliefFactor.com Studios, while I am here.
And that's what we're going to do here.
You ask me anything, whatever you've got, I will bring you an answer.
If you've got comments that you want to make about anything that we've discussed thus far, including and especially the whistleblowers, who Dropped bombs on the Biden administration, moreover on the Biden family today in front of the House Oversight Committee.
Simply staggering testimony.
The identities of the whistleblowers, one has already been known, that's Gary Shapley, the other one nobody had ever heard of until today.
And then he comes out and says, not only am I an IRS agent with 13 years experience working directly in the lead on the Hunter Biden case, just so you know, I'm a, I'm a gay Democrat.
I'm a gay Democrat that mattered to Joseph Ziegler.
He wanted everybody to know this is not partisanship.
This isn't some sort of a hammering of the Biden family because he's a conservative Republican.
No, he's a Democrat.
He's a member of the LGBTQ community.
He said he's putting himself at great peril.
His career, his relationships, friendships.
By doing this, by coming out and exposing his private life and becoming a public figure that he had never intended to be, but he simply could not watch the miscarriage of justice take place as everyday Americans are held to standards of law that people with the last name of Biden do not get held to.
That's what this was all about today.
So we talked about that at length in hour number one.
As a matter of fact, we punctuated that with the song Hunters in the Basement, which made its national radio debut today.
I've been playing it a bit on my local program in Cleveland.
As a matter of fact, people love it so much, we went ahead and put it online.
It cost us a little bit of money to put it there, so you've got to pay a buck to get it, but all you can do is go on to whkradio.com and download the song.
It costs you $1.99 to be precise.
And you can save it and share it and put it on your phone and everything else.
So I may play that again, if you ask for it.
You've got to ask nicely, though.
You gotta ask nicely.
If you call 833-33-GORKA, that might be something that I do.
So we have those issues.
We have President Trump last night at a town hall meeting talking to Sean Hannity.
About the DOJ targeting him, perhaps being ready to arrest and indict him again this time on January 6th charges.
We don't even exactly know how or what for.
Yesterday we spoke with one of his attorneys who nobody can figure it out.
What did he do wrong?
What did he say wrong?
Did he say anything wrong at the speech?
No, everybody knows he didn't say anything wrong at the speech.
We're going to walk down to the Capitol.
And we're going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women.
I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building.
To peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.
Didn't say anything wrong.
Didn't incite any violence.
Didn't encourage anybody to break any rules or laws.
Go make your voices heard.
Let them hear you inside that Capitol as you chant outside.
That you do not want them to certify an election that is rife with irregularities and possible fraud.
That's all.
So what did he do wrong?
Obstruct an official proceeding?
What does that mean?
Because he wanted the electors to be challenged?
Democrats have been challenging electors for years.
Three times in the last 20 years alone.
2001, 2005, 2017.
They did it.
So President Trump was speaking to that last night at the town hall.
As a matter of fact, I want to hear just a little bit about what he had to say here as he talked to Sean Hannity about the Department of Justice being literally weaponized.
Not just against him, but quite frankly, it's weaponized against all of us.
who consider ourselves conservative patriotic americans whether we're going to school board meetings or attending latin masses or protesting uh... you know uh... the the debauchery that goes on in our communities the way josh williams and i just talked about you know they're they're literally coming after all of us but let's listen to cut seven It's election interference.
Never been done like this in the history of our country, and it's a disgrace.
What's happening to our country, whether it's the borders or the elections or kinds of things like this, where the DOJ has become a weapon for the Democrats, an absolute weapon.
And it seems that every time my polls, you know, we're leading by a lot.
And we're leading by a lot in a place called Iowa.
A lot.
Not only with the Republicans, but we're leading against Biden by a tremendous amount.
They haven't seen anything like it.
And they feel, I guess, they want to try and demean and diminish and frighten people, but they don't frighten us because we're going to make America great again.
Two things about that.
Number one, I'm very, very glad that for many of us, And I mean people in the media like myself, on the conservative media, or people who are watching and absorbing it too, that we did not let their attempt to distract us, which we talked about yesterday.
By potentially indicting Donald Trump to take our eyes off of the ball today when it came to the oversight committee hearings that we've been discussing quite a bit today.
We did pay attention to that.
We stayed on top of that.
This is the first time we've addressed today with any specificity last night's town hall meeting or the proposed or impending charges or indictments against Donald Trump on January 6th.
So he addressed it and said the DOJ is weaponized.
He is exactly right.
You know who else agrees with that?
His chief rival, which is Ron DeSantis.
Ron DeSantis, of course, has been the biggest thorn in his side.
Not that the polls would show it, but President Trump, for the last year, has been going after Ron DeSantis.
I mean, literally, going back to, you know, last October, November, before he won the governor's race in Florida for re-election by such a massive margin.
Donald Trump has been targeting Ron DeSantis.
That has led, since DeSantis got into the race, to a bit of animosity and a little bit of You know, a little bit of attitude between the two, but Ron DeSantis also made a statement in an interview with Jake Tapper and on CNN that what's happening to Donald Trump is wrong.
What's happening to Donald Trump cannot happen to Donald Trump or anybody else.
Cut eight.
Americans across the political spectrum need to have confidence that what is going on is based on the rule of law, not based on what political tribe you're in.
And then the second thing I would say is, this country needs to have a debate about the country's future.
If I'm the nominee, we'll be able to focus on President Biden's failures, and I'll be able to articulate a positive vision for the future.
I don't think it serves us good to have a presidential election focused on what happened four years ago in January.
And so I want to focus on looking forward.
I don't want to look back.
I do not want to see him.
I hope he doesn't get charged.
I don't think it'll be good for the country.
But at the same time, I've got to focus on looking forward, and that's what we're going to do.
DeSantis did focus, though, also not just on what they're doing to him.
He focused on Alvin Bragg.
He talked about how Alvin Bragg stretched the law to try to find a way to indict Donald Trump in Manhattan.
He's right.
Overstuffed Alvin probably can't stretch very far, but when it comes to legal maneuvering, he did some stretching.
He also said, did DeSantis, that the witch hunt that started four years ago with the Russia collusion hoax was ridiculous.
That is what the DOJ does.
When it is in the hands of corrupt leaders, when it's in the hands of people like Merrick Garland, the way it used to be in the hands of people like Eric Holder.
It's what they do.
And that's what he is pledging, of course.
Then he had to get a campaign message in there that if I'm president, all of those people are gone.
New FBI director on day one, etc, etc, etc.
But he's coming to Donald Trump's defense because how can you not?
Now, I will ask you this.
Last night, If you can believe it, after all of the radio I've been doing lately, my show, Dr. G's show, I still listen to the radio.
And I had Officer Tatum on last night.
And Officer Tatum made some remarks that I found to be very, very interesting.
And I can't quote him word for word, but I'll paraphrase what he said when he talked about this ongoing attack, this witch hunt, this hoax, this nonsense against Donald Trump.
He talked about what kinds of options we might have.
In the event that President Trump can't get out of some of these indictments, and that if he goes to a jury trial and any one of the three that they're already talking about, two have been filed, one is he's been told by Jack Smith that it's coming, and the other one President Trump himself said in his truth social response to all of this said he expects it in Georgia.
So we're looking at potentially four different sets of indictments, four different sets of charges, four different trials, and potentially four different sentences.
And what Officer Tatum, Brandon Tatum, was saying last night is there may come a point when we as conservative Americans who know What is happening to Donald Trump is wrong, but we might have to recognize that he cannot carry the ball for us if he's got all of these trials and the potential for conviction and the potential for imprisonment or some other sort of fine or some other sort of any kind of a sentence that says, I'm a convicted felon.
And so what Officer Tatum said was, is we have to ask ourselves, do we love the country More than the man?
Or do we love the man more than the country?
And the answer for a patriot has to be the country.
What will we do if they're successful in railroading Donald Trump?
What will we do?
We just ride or die, and then whatever happens, happens?
Or do we have to figure out, is there a plan B?
I'd welcome your thoughts on that.
833-33-GORKA.
833-334-6752.
833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
Bob Franson for Dr. G.
Thank you.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob Prance.
I, uh, want to apologize because...
For a little while there in that last segment, I thought you were ghosting me.
Isn't that the term that the young people use today if their friends aren't responding to their text messages or snaps or whatever it is they use?
That they've been ghosted?
I thought you were ghosting me.
My call screen froze and it was blanked out on me.
So my apologies.
You've been waiting to get on the air and I have not been putting you on the air.
So apologies for that.
We're good now.
We got everything right.
And we will do the free-for-all.
Ask me anything.
Give me anything you want and we'll take your call.
A3333 Gorka.
We do have some other audio I want to share with you, and I may give you the song again if you want to hear Hunters in the Basement.
You've got to let me know.
If you let me know, and if I get enough requests for it, either on the Rumble Chat, which I'm watching right now, or when you call, we may give you another taste of that one.
Let's go to Glendora.
Tom, you're on America First with Dr. G, but no Dr. G. How are you, sir?
Well, you're doing a great job for Dr. G. You really are, Bob.
Well, thank you.
Appreciate that.
You know, it becomes more apparent every day that we are in the classic battle of good, meaning God, versus evil, the devil.
Last four letters in devil or evil, E-V-I-L.
And that's so epitomized In the latest example you gave with that great song, Try This in a Small Town, and thank you for elucidating the lyrics.
They're a perfect example of God-based, traditional American patriotic values of following the Ten Commandments, being kind to others, Looking out for your neighbors, which is one of the highest missions that we're called to by God, and to say that that promotes lynching is just another vile example of how evil the Democrats are.
I used to joke the word Democrat, take the C and replace it with an N.
It used to be a joke.
Demon rat.
It's not a joke anymore, Bob.
You sound like you've been listening to my show in Ohio.
I've been calling them demon rats for ten years.
Ten years ago, I started on Salem.
We're nine now.
It'll be ten in January.
So over nine years, I've been calling them demon rats.
Exact same thing.
It's one letter off, and it's accurate.
The other word that you use, Tom, and thank you for the call, good sir, is evil.
It is evil.
To take what Jason Aldean did there, which is to say, the inner city violence that you see, that runs rampant and unchecked like that, which is why they showed the video of the 2020 BLM and Antifa riots in his song, the stuff you see in inner cities isn't going to happen here in a small town, because we don't do that to one another, we don't do that to our neighbors, we protect our neighbors, we protect our officers, our officers protect us, etc.
Try that crap in a small town, it won't work.
You're going to find out.
That's not... Where's the racial language?
Where is even the symbolism?
Where is anything that says this is racial or it's being called by some?
The Daily Beast called it a pro-lynching song.
It's wrong?
And to do that to somebody, it's defamatory, it's slanderous, and quite frankly, I hope it's actionable.
I hope Jason Aldean can lawyer up and anybody and everybody who's calling him a racist or calling him anything, what he is, by the way, in case you didn't know, he and his wife, Jason Aldean and his wife, are just a couple of conservatives who happen, you know, he makes great country music and she's very strong and proud and vocal about it too.
So as conservatives, they're targets, just like the rest of us are.
Just like you and I are all the time, they're targeted.
Although the song did absolutely nothing wrong, and I hope he will take action on it.
Let's go to Illinois.
Frank, you are on always, or excuse me, my program in Cleveland is Always Write Radio, but you are on America First with Dr. G. Go right ahead, sir.
Alright, let me check and see if the lines are jacked up again here.
I've got Joe in Illinois as well.
How about Joe?
I've got a couple of Illinois calls, so we're going to stay in the same state.
Fire away, Joe.
So, you know, in the Constitution, there's something in there that says that you cannot... there's like a sub-note.
But you cannot use the justice system to go against your political opponent.
But that's not the reason I called him.
Bye.
Okay.
Well, that's a good one anyway, but what's the other one?
Well, I want to give you a definition of country music, which is the Allman Brothers, the Doobie Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Marshall Tucker, and the Atlanta Rhythm Section.
Well, that's probably a different definition of country music than I've ever had, to be honest with you.
Not that any of those are bad music.
I like a lot of what you just said there, but I don't know if they would have called it country music.
Although, I'm nobody's music critic.
I said before, when I wrote my song, I tried to sing it.
Thanks for the call from Illinois there, Joe.
I said when I wrote my song, the Hunters in the Basement song, I tried to sing it and then I played it back for myself and I just, I punched myself.
That's how bad it was.
Oh my gosh.
I can't carry a tune in a dump truck.
But I still know what country I like and what I don't.
So thank you, my friend.
Appreciate it.
Let's go to Cleveland.
Allen, you are on America First.
Allen, fire away.
All right.
Once again, we have a little bit of confusion here on my call screen, so I apologize.
Where are we going?
Texas.
Alright, give me a name.
Who are we talking to in Texas?
Phil in Texas.
Sorry about all the confusion here.
Phil, fire away, sir.
Sir, what I don't understand about people like Christie DeSantis and Mike Pence, they all know the truth that Donald Trump did not incite a riot, and not one of them has the courage to stand up and say the truth because of politics.
And if we don't have Donald Trump running and nominated for presidency,
we're not gonna have a change because these guys are all being supported by the Bushes
and by people who do not believe in America first policy.
And I got one question for you.
Did Donald Trump say that he would send weapons to Ukraine if he was president in 2025?
Because all over the radio this morning, here in Midland, Texas on K-Well,
which is a great station for Dr. Gorka, said that Donald Trump said he would send Ukraine weapons.
And all I've ever heard him say, he's gonna end the war immediately.
Well, there's a little bit of column A and a little bit of column B.
When he was asked how he would do that, he said, and I'm paraphrasing it here,
I would tell Putin, you make a deal right now and get this over with immediately,
or I will arm Ukraine like you've never seen before and they will blow you out of the water.
So again, that's a paraphrase.
But yes.
So how's the media portraying that?
Most of them, they're saying, yeah, Trump says he's going to arm Ukraine.
Not as if to just say, let's bring it on, Russia.
You know, it's not like he's trying to taunt or bait or troll Putin.
But he's saying, this is how I'll end it.
I'll tell Putin, you make a deal.
You come to the table with Zelensky.
We make a deal and get this done.
And if you don't, then I will arm Ukraine to the teeth.
So that's basically the paraphrase of what he said.
One more point if I may.
You know, in World War II, Germany lost the war because they ran out of gas in the Battle of the Bulge.
And I never understood when those tanks came across into Ukraine and Russia, and they were sitting there without fuel, why we did not destroy those tanks.
Well, we know you didn't.
Yeah, thank you for that.
By the way, I appreciate that Phil down there in Texas.
I was just talking to the good people of Houston a little bit earlier this morning, so I appreciate that.
president but i'm going to very much and we know you didn't yet thank you for that by the way
appreciate that fell down there in texas i was just talking to good people if
you still a little bit earlier this morning so i appreciate that listen we know
that for a fact only
I mean, Vladimir Putin crossed Obama's red line in about two seconds and annexed Crimea.
No matter what Obama said, Putin gave him the middle finger and kept on coming.
Then here comes Donald Trump.
Putin doesn't budge.
He stands fast, stays right where he is, waits for his opportunity.
What is that opportunity?
Here comes old, slow Joe, sliding along like an old man in the no-slip slippers in the old folks' home, no idea what in the living hell he's doing.
He's got a woke military, he's got a woke Secretary of Defense, and what does he do?
He marches right across the border into Ukraine and starts a massive war.
So it's very, very clear.
That Donald Trump is the only one that Vladimir Putin either respected or feared enough to not screw with.
You're right about that.
that we'll be back.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thanks.
Thank you.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
I think we've got all of the gremlins out of the technology that have been mucking up the works here.
So now that I can see it too, by the way, and also the messages...
The call screen and the message is, I am getting, please play Hunter again, please play Hunter again.
We may have to do that before the end of the show.
Keep listening.
We may have to do that.
Hunters in the Basement is the song that made its national radio debut and our number one here on America First.
Bob France, by the way, sitting in for Dr. G. We'll take some more phone calls, though.
How about Ohio?
That's where I'm located, the ReliefFactor.com studios here in Cleveland.
Kevin is calling from Ohio on line one.
Hey, Kevin, where in Ohio are you?
Lorain County, where you're from.
Beautiful!
All right, that's home for me.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate all that you do.
Hey, what can be done, what can be done, you and other radio hosts, where we bring Christians, Catholics, Jews, and we bring the moderate Muslims and other people, Asian people, who do not want their children taken by the left, the communist What can be done?
If we start this in the big cities, maybe something can really catch on where you radio people can maybe get us something where the TV networks catch on to this.
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking.
I mean, all of those individual groups you're talking about, you know, whether they be ethnic groups or religious groups or what have you, you know, you're going to find a blend of people who are conservative-minded and people who are leftist-minded in all of those groups, unfortunately.
I mean, I know a lot of Jewish people and a lot of Jewish people who are very, very far left, and I know some others on the right who are like, what in the world is wrong?
You know, with my fellow Jews.
I know that there are Muslims who are very, very pro-American and who are very, very anti-radicalism, but others who, of course, are on the other side of that.
So, I don't know that there's any unification of any group of religious affiliations that could just come together because some radio talk show hosts say so.
What they're going to have to do is ask themselves the same thing you and I are, Kevin, and that is, what kind of a country do we want to live in?
A free one?
Or a Marxist-slash-Socialist-slash-Communist nation where it does us no good to advance ourselves, where it does us no good to achieve and to be allowed to keep our own money, that it's going to go to the collectivists, we're going to distribute it evenly among us.
I mean, we have to ask ourselves.
Whatever your faith is, whatever your color is, whatever your ethnicity is, it doesn't matter.
Do you want to be free or do you not want to be free?
Do you want to be liberated or do you want to be a slave to a socialist government?
And I think if we all answer those questions, we will all come together, because that's what we should do.
That's what we should want to have.
Thank you, Bob.
Wonderful.
Keep up the excellent work.
Thank you, Kevin.
I appreciate the call.
From Ohio to San Antonio, Frank, Line 3.
You're on America First.
Bob Frantz sitting in.
Go ahead, Frank.
Yes, can you hear me?
I hear you just fine, sir.
Okay, thank you for letting me on.
I wanted to comment on what Officer Tatum said about choosing between Donald Trump and the country.
Yes.
And I don't see them as two different issues.
I see them as the same issue.
If we, as Americans, allow the Democrats to run roughshod over all our law and order, And if that means we have every red-blooded American, Democrats and Republicans alike, because I think there are a lot more of us on the leftists who are pushing all this agenda.
I think there's more Democrats than the leftists who are pushing this agenda.
But we have to dig our feet in right now and say, this stops here.
Well, here's the thing.
I don't disagree with the words you just said.
We absolutely have to dig in, and we do have to make sure it stops right here.
And I appreciate your call.
Thank you.
To the point of what Officer Tatum was asking his audience last night, that I was following up on, I think what he was saying is that if our leader, the guy behind whom we march who's carrying the sword up high, is taken out by enemy fire, Would it behoove us to go down with him and say it's him or nobody?
Or would it behoove us to get behind another leader?
That's a very, very loose paraphrase of what Officer Tatum was saying.
And if our loyalty is to country first, that's what we would do, is the latter.
Not loyalty to the man first, even though the man is trying to do what he can for the country, if he gets taken out by enemy fire.
And you know the sad thing is, if he gets taken out, metaphorically speaking of course, that it might be from friendly fire, or at least aided by friendly fire, that would be the most devastating thing of all.
But there are a lot of America First MAGA Republicans who are saying, if they take him out and he's in jail and he can't be on the ballot, I'm writing him in anyway.
Which of course would be devastating because it would certainly be helping whoever, whether it's Joe Biden or whoever, they prop up over there on the other side.
So I think that's what the officer was asking.
It's can we find a way to get country first if they take out our leader?
Nobody wants to see that happen, but that's the question we will all have to ask ourselves.
And if you want to weigh in on it like Frank just did, we've got time for you.
833-33-GORKA.
Bob Frantz sitting in on America First.
We'll be right back.
Welcome back.
you you
you I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes, indeed.
Thank you, Dr. G. Don't forget, social media is our friend sometimes.
Follow me on social media, as Dr. G does, at Twitter at France Rants.
F-R-A-N-T-Z.
France Rants.
You can find me there.
You can find me on Facebook at Always Right Radio.
Yes, right is a homonym.
It has two meanings.
You can find me on What Truth Social.
Which I don't use as much as I should, also at Always Right, but it's Always Right WHK.
You can find me on Rumble, which I just started a very short time ago, also at Always Right Radio.
So follow me on those places if you can, if you would.
And that's also where you might find things like what I'm going to go ahead and share with you now.
We're gonna take some more calls, but I am getting more requests and my text messenger is blowing up from those who have my private number.
Play it again!
If you don't know the relationship between father and son...
In the Biden household, where Vice President Joe, the big guy, has been taken Lord only knows how much money according to the allegations.
And there are allegations at this point.
Investigations for Hunter selling the Biden name all around the world, while in between Coke and hooker binges.
If you know the relationship between father and son there, this might give you a little
bit of a hint as to who they really are.
He said, honey, what are you doing?
I said, dad, I'm fine.
He said, you're not fine.
I know how to game the system.
When you're coming home, dad, I don't know when I'll put aside your 10%, dad
I'll always have your 10% Say, honey, what are you doing?
Listen, dad, I'm fine.
You're not fine.
I know how to game the system.
Come on. Come on.
Well, he came from Kiev just the other day, and a smile so big I just had to say, Son, I'm proud of you.
I'm getting good and high again He pointed out the reason why he regrets it
is he didn't anticipate that that bugs like Giuliani would use it to, in fact, try to
embarrass his father.
Which they are!
They're frat bugs!
And as I hung up the phone, it occurred to me He was damn near dumber than me My boy was dumb as me And there was Hunter in the basement with a silver spoon.
All of our crimes were coming out real soon.
When's it all end, son?
I don't know when.
But we're gonna end up in the pen, dad.
We're both gonna be in the pen.
I am absolutely certain, 100% certain, that at the end of the investigation, that I will be cleared of any wrongdoing.
God save the Queen, man.
So there it is, the second airing of Hunters in the Basement on America First.
I wrote that song a few weeks ago and I want to give kudos to the phenomenal vocal talents of Dale Officer and Johnny Hiles who did all of that part of it for us today.
Can you dig it?
We dig it indeed.
Vincent calling America First from Atlanta on Line 5.
Welcome.
Dr. G is out.
Bob is in.
Fire away, Vincent.
Hey, Bob.
Tell us how we can get that song, man.
WHKRadio.com.
No, I'm glad you asked.
We uploaded it this morning.
I kid you not.
You can download it for a dollar.
It's 99 cents.
Just go to WHKRadio.com.
There's a big old thing on the banner on the page that says Hunters in the Basement.
Click that.
It'll take you to a place where you can download it for a buck.
So I'm definitely going to get that look.
Seriously, I was just saying that with everything that we don't know about these J6 tapes that we really haven't seen the FBI agents and Antifa, I think that the J6s have been given I'm not saying they were perfect.
They were belligerent and disruptive in an official meeting, but I'm just going to go ahead and say when everything is known, God willing, I think D.J.
Sixers, including Ashley Babbitt, will go down in history as patriots and heroes, really, who were standing up to treasonous fraud election of 2020.
And that's when all the truth finally does come out.
And God willing, hopefully it will.
You know, the sad thing, my friend, and Vincent, you're right.
Thank you for the call, by the way.
The words political prisoner are sometimes thrown around haphazardly.
Not in this case.
They are political prisoners.
And there is nothing that when it all shakes out at the end of the day that will give them their lives back, that will give them the last two and a half years that they've been in a gulag in Washington, D.C.
back, that will give them back The justice to which they are entitled by the Constitution.
The right to a speedy trial in front of an impartial jury of their peers.
Not a two and a half year delayed trial in front of a Washington D.C.
jury that's 99% leftist and hates Trump supporters.
And judges who will not give them a change of venue so that they can have a fair trial somewhere else because then they would be exposed.
The January 6th defendants, and I'm talking about the ones that didn't do anything violent, are absolutely political prisoners.
You are right, my friend.
We've got one more segment on America First.
stay right here.
I'm going to be doing a little bit of a demonstration of how to do a
one-handed spin.
I'm going to be doing a little bit of a demonstration of how to do a one-handed spin.
I'm Seb Gorka.
I'm Seb Gorka.
I'm Sab Goka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes, indeed.
It's been a great conversation.
A couple of great guests.
If you missed any of those things, you've got to pay more attention.
You want to check out the podcast.
Check out SebGorka.com and check these things out.
We talked earlier on.
With a state representative from Ohio named Josh Williams about a state law proposal, a house bill there, to ban obscenity in front of minors.
Essentially to erase the drag parades and the drag time things that are going on and many other things.
It's something that needs to be done in every state.
We had a great conversation with Josh, among others.
Great conversations with you too.
833-33-GORCO.
Let's get a few more in before we're done.
How about California Line 2?
Lee, I see you there.
You're on America First.
Fire away.
Hi, thanks.
First, your song is great.
Secondly, I'm a real big Trump supporter, and I even wrote to my Congresswoman, who of course is a Democrat, and I told her that Donald Trump was the best president in my lifetime and that Joe Biden is the worst.
And I asked her to speak up, even against her own party, because everything they're accusing Donald Trump of, the Democrats have done.
Now, I don't expect to hear back from them.
But we have a year and a half, and we cannot give up.
We need to have our candidate, which, in my case, is Donald Trump, and not have him harassed, because they're actually going after us, as he's pointed out so eloquently.
It isn't only him.
He represents us.
And I don't think MAGA people or even any Republican is going to put a person over the good of the entire country.
I don't love Donald Trump.
I loved his policies and I loved what he did.
He's capable and he could do it again.
And he needs to have his hands untied so that he could do that.
And it's 18 months ago.
So, you know, Brandon Tatum, I heard him yesterday and it really made me angry.
Because it's so defeatist, and they're going to do the same thing to anybody that takes Donald Trump's place.
I don't want to have to go through with the Democrats to approve the Republican candidate.
Well, Liu, you covered a lot of ground there.
Great phone call.
Lots of insight.
Thank you for that.
I wasn't angry with Brandon Tatum.
I like Officer Tatum.
I think he's a very, very smart guy.
He's a very intuitive guy.
And I understand the point he was trying to make.
And nobody wants to have to go through that.
The question is, though, and if you go online enough, in enough social media circles, You're going to see a lot of people saying, I will write him in no matter what.
If he's in jail, and not allowed to even be the president, it doesn't matter, I'm not voting for DeSantis, I'm voting for Tim Scott, I'm not voting for Nikki Haley, I'm not voting for anybody.
I'm going to write him in.
Those are the kinds of things Brandon is talking about.
That would not be smart.
That would be putting person over country, and that would be a big mistake.
And I think he's got a very good point there.
It's something we all have to consider.
They are trying to take him out.
And I use that term metaphorically.
But they're trying to literally take him out.
And if they do, what do we do in response?
That's the question.
And maybe it's one we're going to address tomorrow when we're back on America First.
Privileged to be in for Dr. G all week.
Great conversations today.
I look forward to more tomorrow.
Follow me on social media.
We'll chat there as well.
Thanks for being here.
