Bob Frantz LIVE: America First in a small town

Time Text
So, I'm going to go ahead and do that.
I'm going to do that.
Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Dr. G, thank you for the gracious introduction and the opportunity for me to sit in and talk to some of the greatest radio listeners in America right here on America First.
You know, I love this country.
I do.
And the reason I love this country is because I love these people.
the real people that Jason Aldean was talking to.
I just love him.
And you want to know one of the reasons I love him because a I'm one of them.
And to Because the big city, elitist, Ivy League educated on one coast, or Stanford educated, or Berkeley educated on the other coast, the elitist leftists hate them so very much.
And that's why I continue just over the last 24 hours or so, 24 to 48 hours, since we kind of learned a little bit more about the backlash that country star Jason Aldean and his wife, just for being his wife, Brittany Aldean, that they have been facing I've been kind of seething.
I have just kind of been letting it boil under the surface, and in a moment or two in the last 24 hours, I let it boil over.
And I exploded.
I talked about this on my local show in Cleveland.
I thank you, Dr. G, for letting me talk to this phenomenal national audience.
My daily audience hears me from 9 until noon Eastern Time at WHKRadio.com if you're interested.
But I kind of let some of this boil over today, and I'm feeling like that again now.
We played a little bit of Try That in a Small Town yesterday on America First.
We'll play a little bit more of it for you today, when the time is right.
But I just want to talk about it right now, because I want to talk about what this is.
In a bigger picture, this is just an attack from the rich, wealthy, elite, hyper-educated academics on the coast, who just think nothing of the rubes in the cornfields in middle America.
They think nothing of the rubes that live in the Appalachians.
They think nothing of the rubes as they see them.
The hillbillies and the rednecks that live amongst, you know, the plains, the smokies, you know, the flyover parts of America, the Americans that Barack Obama Once said, we're just those uneducated morons who cling to their guns and their religion.
You remember that.
I remember that.
I'll never forget that.
He spoke not just for himself.
He spoke for the American left.
He spoke for the bourgeoisie.
He spoke for the fundamental transformationists, right?
Isn't that what he said?
We're going to fundamentally transform this country from what it is, into something else that we desire it to be.
A socialist, Marxist, collectivist nation, in which we, who sit comfortably in the Politburo, get to look down on the proles, and toss them the scraps that we decide to give them from what we collect.
They will know no better.
As I said yesterday, This is why there is such a huge outcry against the Electoral College.
Whenever the left, the Democrat, wins the presidential popular vote, but they didn't win all of America.
They did not win enough of America to win the electoral votes.
And they scream it should be a popular vote.
And the reason they scream that is because they know.
That they can control the entire outcome of the election that way, because all you'd have to do is make sure blue New York, blue Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, the biggest cities in this country, All going to vote blue, and they're the ones, again, they're the academics, they're the educated ones, they're the ones who know what it takes to lead a country and what it takes to strategize and to deliver sound policy.
What does that rancher in Montana know about leading a country?
What does that farmer in Iowa know about leading a country?
Go milk your cows and sit down and shut up!
That's what they say, and guess what?
Jason Aldean spoke up for those people.
Now, specifically, Jason Aldean's song, try that in a small town.
Especially when you couple it with the video that came along with it.
And the video, of course, we talked about this in some depth.
You probably have seen it by now if you're politically tuned in and dialed in.
You know, the video features a lot of really bad stuff going on where?
Going on in the inner city.
Going on in inner cities all over America in the Summer of Love, otherwise known as the Summer of George Floyd, St.
George the Floyd, the time he was canonized.
Because he died under the knee of an idiot police officer, a fentanyl overdose, and much, much more.
But I won't get into that.
Between the George Floyd story and the rest of what drove the BLM Antifa riots, we saw cities burning for months.
We saw cities being looted and smashed and vandalized and people being assaulted and killed for months.
And where did all that happen?
Not in a small town, did it?
All those things happen in the big cities.
And that's what Jason Aldean said.
Try that stuff here in a small town.
It will not work.
It will not fly.
We look out for our own.
We don't let one another smash windows and rob businesses in a small town.
We don't let people set fire to cars because they're mad about something in a small town.
We don't let people attack and shoot industrial-strength fireworks at police lines trying to protect and preserve the peace in a small town.
We don't do that stuff around here, and we don't allow it to be done.
We protect our own.
Somebody find me a racist lyric in Jason Aldean's song.
You can't.
Believe me.
I've listened to the song probably a dozen times between yesterday's America First and right now.
In part because I've been talking about it because it's also an earworm.
It's just a hell of a song.
It is a great song and it sticks with you and you sing it in your head all day.
At least that's what I have been doing, honestly.
But you look at the lyrics.
It says, don't try the stuff that you do in the big city here.
You won't get very far.
You think you're tough?
Try that in a small town.
See how far you make it down the road.
Around here, we take care of our own.
That is just saying, you do you the way you do it in the big city.
We're going to do it the way we do it here in small towns.
We're proud of who we are.
We protect one another.
We don't attack one another.
And we'll protect ourselves, maybe even if necessary, with a gun.
Yeah?
That's one of the lyrics that they're freaking out about?
Including Cheryl Crow's feet.
Cheryl decided to get on Twitter and rip Jason Aldean because he was on stage at an event where obviously a terrible shooting happened and how dare you sing about and write a song including guns as if you're encouraging people to shoot other people after what you've been through.
Not even a little bit.
Got a gun that my granddad gave me.
They say one day they're going to round up Well, that stuff might fly in the city.
Good luck.
Try that in a small town.
In other words, one day they're going to round up what?
Round up the guns?
Round up the people?
And if you want to give up your guns in the city, that's fine, but we're not doing it here.
It's not talking about shooting anybody.
They're accusing him of writing a pro-lynching song because part of the video was shot in front of a courthouse where something in 1927, I believe, did happen in which a lynching happened.
But if that's the case, then every Hollywood and video production that has been done in front of that courthouse, and Waters did a decent job of showing that, I actually caught that online, there have been a lot of things shot in front of that courthouse.
How come they're not being attacked?
I love the people who live in small towns.
My parents came from a very, very small town.
I grew up in a suburb which is not very big.
This is who America is.
When they attack Jason Aldean, they're attacking you and me and everyone that believes in small town America.
Welcome to America First.
I'm Bob Francin for Dr. Gorka.
We'll be back.
Thanks for watching.
Bye.
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes, we will do that.
20 minutes past the hour.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
America first.
I really, really appreciate you being with us today.
We have a lot of work to get to.
Some bombshells coming out of Washington, D.C.
today at a very important subcommittee hearing on weaponization from Senator Chuck Grassley.
Why not go to D.C.
and get to the bottom of all of this?
Matt Boyle joins us, Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart News.
He's going to break it down for us like only he can.
Matt, how are you?
Doing well.
Thanks for having me.
Yes, sir.
So this is an important hearing.
Yesterday, the whistleblower spoke before the Oversight Committee, and we're still digesting some of that.
And boom, here we come back today.
And now we've got to try to figure out what's going on with the government's attempt to censor one of the primary witnesses in a committee hearing about censorship.
And that is because they don't want anybody to hear from Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who's a pain in Joe Biden's side.
What can you tell us?
What went down today that you can kind of make some sense of for us?
Yeah, look, well, you've got to put these two days in, you know, we've got to look at the whole picture here combined.
The IRS whistleblowers yesterday, the Grassley document today, and then the Weaponization Committee this morning and early afternoon.
And you pull this whole picture together.
First and foremost, the laptop was real.
Even the Democrats admit it now.
Dan Goldman said it.
He's their main guy.
Dan Goldman.
Everybody watch that guy.
Even though he's not the quote-unquote ranking member of the committee and it's really Stacey Flaskett, the real power on their side is the Dan Goldman guy on the committee.
And this guy admitted during his questioning, and my colleague here at Breitbart, Emma Joe Morris, uh... previously at the new york post as she broke the
honor by laptop story there
i'd now she's a political editor here at bright but and she was one of the witnesses on the panel
i'd get literally made it to work that the laptop israel so okay so we've got that out of the
way they now admit
as well that they've entered the story not being goldman claims
that that got in front of more people because of that
quote-unquote controversy surrounding it but the fact is is that
they are now admitting that the laptop first off real secondly that they use the power of the government to censor
it and they're now trying to claim that that that was a good
thing Thanks.
The next thing that happened is now we have the document from the FBI that Senator Grassley released.
Now if you pull that together with the whole thing, we've got the proof now that the President of the United States, the current President of the United States and his son, Were unpaid for.
They were bribed by a Ukrainian official and the FBI knew it months before the New York Post published the laptop story because that FBI document is dated in June of 2020.
So that's months before all of this came out publicly.
Now, in addition to all of that, you've also got other documents that have been published and other pieces of information that show that the FBI knew as far back as 2019.
uh... in the late twenty nineteen november and december two thousand nineteen that they knew about the laptop it was real and so on and so forth and they've been spending months trying to cover it up and keep it from you getting the american people and then that's kind of where the what that uh... weaponization committee hearing was focused on today uh... the the government that's the federal government the deep state if you will be intelligence community the fbi and other agencies like the cia we're involved in trying to keep The American people from learning about this before they voted in 2020, and we know from polling data that, you know, significant numbers of Democrats, as well as the broader American electorate, people that voted for Joe Biden say they wouldn't have had they known this information.
They would have voted for somebody else before they voted for him.
So we know that that's going on.
And then you pull that together with what the IRS whistleblowers yesterday, We're testifying about is that we know that that's the very same deep state that covered this up in the 2020 election is now trying to engage in a mass cover-up effort to ensure that the Bidens don't face consequences for their illegality, right?
Like, and we know that Hunter Biden violated federal tax law.
We know that he violated federal gun laws.
And we know that they are not paying any consequences for that.
So the question is, is will the American people stand for this, right?
Like, will they allow Well-connected political elites on the Democrat side of the aisle to cover up federal crimes in order to protect their own and gain power, or not, right?
So it's really that simple.
Do we have law and order in America or not?
And if we have law and order in America, then the American people will roundly reject Joe Biden's re-election bid next year and vote for somebody else.
And I think we all know who that somebody else is going to end up being, which is why If you want to look at the bigger picture here, the reason why they're going after President Trump non-stop is because they're trying to tarnish him as much as possible and cast as much doubt in the American people's mind about President Trump, because he's very likely to be the Republican nominee next year.
But this choice is clear.
If you believe in law and order, and you believe in the rule of law in America, and you believe that it should be applied equally, then Joe Biden has to go.
He cannot be the president anymore.
We are talking with Matt Boyle, Washington Bureau Chief with Breitbart News.
Everything you just said, that's a mouthful.
That's a lot of stuff to unpack.
I want to focus on what you just said.
If we are a nation of laws and a nation of law and order, this is what will happen.
However, the problem is, The face of law and order in America is the Attorney General, and the Attorney General Merrick Garland is the one who oversees the FBI that allowed so much of this cover-up to go on in the first place, that allowed the stonewalling of the investigations done by those whistleblowers that we heard from the IRS yesterday as well.
So when you say that the American people are demanding consequences, they're demanding that the rule of law be upheld here, what do we do if the top cop in the country says no?
I mean, again, the last line of defense for our constitutional republic, and no, we are not a democracy.
We are a constitutional republic.
The last line of defense is the American people, right?
So we've tried all these other lines of defense, right?
We can do as many impeachments as we want to.
The Democrat-controlled Senate will throw them away regardless of the merits.
We can do as many subpoenas as we want to.
The Justice Department won't enforce them.
We can point out that these people have violated the laws.
These people have rigged the system and abused their position to power to cover their crimes.
We now know that.
So, the point here is that the last line of defense, the last line of defense of the American people at the ballot box, they have a choice.
They can stand for this or not.
And if they stand for it, They will re-elect these corrupt people who are demonstrably, provably, factually corrupt.
There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
The Democrats can scream and moan and whine all they want to.
We know for a fact that Joe Biden is corrupt.
He is corrupt, and his entire family are corrupt.
The current sitting president of the United States is the most corrupt president we've
ever had.
So the opportunity is there at the ballot box in November 2024.
The American people can throw him out, or they can allow this to continue.
Well you're obviously right about that.
I mean, I think any one of these stories by themselves, I could argue, is bigger than Watergate.
Adding them all together makes this obviously very clear.
But what we have to talk about, too, going back to today's hearings now of the Weaponization Subcommittee, on the censorship of so much of this information by the collusion or the coercion.
And I guess that's a question we're going to have to talk about in the next segment.
The collusion between the government and the three-letter agencies that are run by Biden and the press.
The coercion, did they collude with them because the social media companies and the mainstream press were willing partners?
Or did they coerce them?
Did they force them to keep things from the American people?
So the American people don't know what they need to demand come 2024.
Or what they need to demand from their representation right now when it comes to potential impeachment of people like Merrick Garland or of Alejandro Mayorkas or anybody else.
Matt Boyle, Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart News, going to stick with us for another segment.
We're going to try to get to the bottom of that and exactly what are they trying to do to President Trump.
We'll talk about that as we continue on America First.
Thanks for watching.

I'm Seb Gawker, now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Every time I hear that open, I don't know if I'm supposed to stop, collaborate, and listen, or if I'm under pressure.
I never know.
America First, 33 minutes past the hour, Bob Fran sitting in the ReliefFactor.com studios
here in Cleveland, Ohio, joined by Matt Boyle, who's in D.C., the Washington Bureau Chief
of Bright Bar, trying to make some sense out of a set of hearings yesterday, a hearing
with a lot of questions and answers yesterday in front of the Oversight Committee with IRS
whistleblowers, and today in the Weaponization Subcommittee on censorship of information
so that the people can make up their own minds about what's going on, both before the 2020
election and since.
So Matt, let's finish up there, or let's continue that part of the conversation.
As I said before, how can the people, you said ultimately the judge and jury here is the people, but how can the people make a sound decision unless they're listening to America First or a host of conservative news and podcasts?
They're not going to get it from social media, which is collaborating or has been coerced by the federal government to suppress certain information.
They're not going to get it from the mainstream legacy news.
So can we get the information out to the people without, you know, having that, that, that Absolutely, but the establishment media is never going to tell the truth, right?
The establishment media and the big tech companies are going to continue to engage in censorship and And trying to hide all of this from the American public.
So it's up to the Republicans in the House of Representatives to keep doing what they're doing and get the truth out to the average American and force it out there through these hearings.
Look, whatever tools they have available, whether it's impeachments, whether it's subpoenas, whether it's hearings, whether it's document requests, whether it's interviews, the House Republicans won charge on this front between now and November 2024.
Get the truth to the American public.
They must use their majority to do that.
Again, it doesn't matter whether they do impeachments or contempt resolutions or whatever it is that they do, because the Senate is going to ignore that stuff.
If they do a criminal referral, the Justice Department is going to ignore it as well.
We know that because they're corrupt, but the fact is that we know that the President is corrupt.
Right?
Like, again, starting from the premise here of the evidence that we now have that the President of the United States is corrupt.
Going back to when he was Vice President of the United States.
Yeah, when he was Vice President and all of this started.
We have the smoking gun documents.
We know for a fact that the current President of the United States, the man who sits in the Oval Office, Joe Biden, is corrupt.
Right?
So, ultimately, the mission now for House Republicans is to get that information in front of as many voters as possible.
Right?
Like, we can't complain about Twitter and Facebook and, you know, this big tech company and that big tech company or this media company or that media company ignoring or censoring the story all we want to, but the biggest mission is, if the American public is informed, we know that he will lose.
So the reason why they're doing what they're doing to Trump, on the flip side, of the coin, is they're trying to muddy the waters and
confuse the American electorate so that they are not aware of what the current president has
done, and that they only look at the former president and his biggest political opponent
in the light that they should be looking at the current president. Yeah, and that's why the timing
of this is obviously so suspect.
The fact that this hearing yesterday, the oversight committee hearing with the whistleblowers testifying, that's been scheduled for weeks, and everybody knew it, including Jack Smith, including the DOJ, which is why they dropped the Sunday night letter to Donald Trump saying, oh, by the way, just so you know, you're going to be indicted again.
So all of the attention in the last three days goes on Trump, and they don't have to focus on the damning testimony offered yesterday by those whistleblowers.
Which were, of course, buttressed and supported by the FBI whistleblower, you know, supporting the IRS.
Also, Jack Smith doesn't even care about actually finishing trials.
Look, here's the deal.
It all comes down to this.
Who wins on Election Day, November 2024?
Donald Trump or Joe Biden?
Donald Trump wins.
All of this legal stuff is going to go away, right?
Like, it's all going to get washed away because the American... This is all politics, alright?
Now, if Joe Biden wins, all of his legal stuff's gonna get washed away.
So that's what it is.
It really comes down to a battle of the wills, and which side is going to win this major fight, and who should win in the end.
We know for a fact that Joe Biden is corrupt.
We have evidence, walk-down proof of it now.
But Matt, let me push back on one thing there, when you said that whoever wins, their legal problems go away.
Doesn't whoever wins the majority at the same time or in the midterms after 2024 mean something?
Because Joe Biden won this time, and yet here we are.
We squeaked out a majority in the House, which is why we have the subpoena power and the ability to do what we're doing.
Yeah, and look, here's the thing, is that the majority has allowed the Republicans to get certain facts out there in ways that they weren't going to be able to, but at the end of the day, they don't have the Justice Department.
Right?
What are they going to do?
Send the sergeant-at-arms to go arrest Hunter?
Right?
Come on!
Like, no, that's not going to work.
Right?
Like, so the fact is, is that it comes down to who controls the Justice Department.
And the fact is, is that Joe Biden has politicized and weaponized the Justice Department to target his political opponents with fake and his stuff, and to clean up the actual, real evidence of corruption that is around his family.
There's so much of it.
It is just a deep, deep treasure trove of stuff we've gotten on the dirt on the Biden family.
Matt Boyle, Washington Bureau Chief Breitbart.
Matt, thank you.
Great analysis.
We appreciate the reporting.
That's Matt Boyle.
We're going to talk about the bombshell FD-23.

Great conversation.
I want to follow up on that a little bit now and talk a little bit more about what we know about the corrupt Biden family or the Biden family criminal syndicate, whatever you want to call them.
We have so much more information today than we even did one day ago, 24 hours ago, after the whistleblower testimony from the IRS talking about the special treatment and favors and protection that the FBI and the DOJ gave to the Biden family by stopping real investigative work from the IRS being done.
I want you to listen to a couple of important points now.
Greg Jarrett over at Fox, and while Fox might not be anybody's favorite network for a whole bunch of reasons, sometimes they make some good points here.
Greg Jarrett on Fox is talking about the fact that Joe Biden, not just Hunter Biden, but multiple Bidens, have committed multiple felonies.
Cut six.
Will Joe Biden be tied to this money because it seems more and more every day like that's going to happen?
I think he will, but he doesn't have to be in order to have committed crimes.
It is a crime for a public official to confer a benefit on a foreign entity in exchange for money to himself Or his family.
He doesn't have to receive anything to have committed a whole host of crimes.
You mean like, if you give Ukraine a billion dollars, if they fire a prosecutor so your son can make money in a field he has no experience in, I think that might qualify?
It's a violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
It's a crime.
It's a felony.
That is a crime that not a lot of people are aware of, and I'm glad we get that important information out to you.
Those are things that people say, well, if we don't see the cancelled checks and the deposited checks from Burisma made out directly to Joe Biden, then you've got no evidence.
And that's what they tried to scream all day yesterday.
They tried to scream, there's no evidence.
What physical evidence?
Well, most of the time when you're under oath, In a court of law, eyewitness testimony is considered evidence.
And you had eyewitnesses who had no reason to ruin their careers by making this up and lying.
Particularly, the second of the two eyewitnesses, Mr. X, who turned out to be Joseph Ziegler, a 13-year lead agent, investigative agent with the IRS, who was the lead guy on the Hunter Biden case, who was basically told to stand down.
That's enormous.
So when you're talking about, you know, evidence, there is evidence that comes from those guys.
And yes, they also have bank records.
They do have records of, according to James Comer, the chair of the Oversight Committee, what?
Some 20 different shell companies that were created through which money flowed from company to company and through bank to bank to eventually end up in the pockets of the Bidens without anybody being much the wiser.
Now, how much money are we talking about here?
How much money?
We're going to ask the chairman of the Oversight Committee, James Comer, about that because yesterday they talked about some, or Comer did anyway, 25 to 30 million dollars all told in illegally gotten funds from overseas corrupt shady business dealings.
Perhaps through offshore accounts cut seven.
Well, I think there's going to be easily 25 to 30 million plus.
And a big development happened today that I don't think anyone's picked up yet.
I asked the question, the very last question I asked when I had time yielded to me by Representative Burleson in Missouri was, would you be willing to hand over the Paperwork with respect to foreign transactions because it's been almost impossible for my committee to subpoena bank records from foreign countries.
The IRS has that and they're willing to turn that over to the Ways and Means Committee who will then hand it over to us.
That's a big deal, Sean, because we suspect that the Bidens had offshore bank accounts.
So the IRS has that.
The IRS is going to hand it to the Ways and Means Committee, and the Ways and Means Committee, this is what I was talking about earlier, is going to be handing it to the Oversight Committee, and all of this is going to be revealed.
It's why one of the lyrics in Hunters in the Basement, the song I wrote, is, all of our crimes are coming out real soon.
Guess what?
Today is real soon.
Let's talk about what Chuck Grassley, Senator Chuck Grassley, released today to the public.
First of all, the headline from the New York Post.
I love directness.
Biden $10 million bribe file released.
Burisma chief said he was coerced to pay Joe and Hunter in bombshell allegations.
Now, that language, that verbiage matters.
That means it wasn't Burisma executives Who went to Hunter and Joe and said, you know, if you guys will give me a little bit of access, do me a little wink, wink favor now and again, I'll make it worth your while.
And, you know, the Biden's had to ponder and think, maybe this is something we could do.
Maybe we could get away with this.
I don't know.
Maybe let's ponder their offer.
According to what these, uh, this, uh, forum 10 23 FT 10 23 that we've been waiting for.
According to this, according to the breeze, my executive.
They can to him!
That Hunter and Joe are the ones who demanded the payments and demanded that Hunter be kept in position so that the relationship could continue.
Because they knew what an idiot he was.
They knew what an idiot and a crackhead and all of the other things that go on with describing Hunter Biden, they know what he is and what he was.
They wanted to dump him in a second, but it was strategic and it was important for them to be able to keep the relationship and the lines open with Joe Biden, the Vice President of the United States at the time, for favors.
It's extraordinary.
We're going to share with you what Grassley had to say, what was in the 1023 form, and we're going to ask for you to respond.

I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Live in Cleveland, Ohio, the ReliefFactor.com studios, AM 1420, The Answer.
If you like what you hear and you would like to hear more, when I'm not in for Dr. G, I'm on live from 9 to noon in Cleveland.
That's Eastern Time if you're keeping track at WHKRadio.com, wherever it is that you want to listen from.
You can also follow me on social media.
I'm on Twitter at France Rance, F-R-A-N-T-Z, Rance.
I am on Facebook at Always Write Radio.
I am on Truth Social at Always Write WHK.
That's my station.
And I'm on Rumble now as well at Always Write Radio.
Just getting that one started.
So I'd love to hear from you.
I want to pull an audible here.
I said I was going to go right into the grassy information from the 1023, but it's a short segment and there's a lot to unpack there.
We'll start unpacking on the other side.
Meantime, we'll take some phone calls.
833-33-GORKA.
California is our first stop.
Annabelle, you're on America First.
Dr. G is not here, but I am.
Welcome.
What's on your mind?
Well, you're doing a great job, Bob, and I do follow you ever since you've been on Gorka's show.
Thank you for that.
I'm hopeful for the first time in a long time.
I called to talk about Jesse's song, which I'll get to in one second, but I'm very hopeful because I think these hearings, I think people are going to hear things and they'll start to accept the fact that Joe is corrupt, not just Hunter.
But what I wanted to mention about the song, I'm sorry?
I'm sorry, what did I say?
Yeah, no, I apologize.
I've been on a flight.
I just flew back from London, so I apologize.
Anyway, I was listening to it.
I only heard it once this morning, because as I said, I just got back.
And what I can't believe, and I think people are also going to come around, black people are going to come around, because It is the most racist song.
It is a racist song.
And they're the racist.
Think about it, Bob.
Are they assuming that in this small town or any small town in America, the only black people are black people who don't have a home, don't have a family, don't have a business to protect.
They're just out there committing crimes.
And it's white people going after blacks.
In these small towns, you do have black people who are business people, who are fathers, who have families.
And so their whole idea that it's about lynching and it's about Jim Crow is another example of limiting the black people to being people who can't get IDs, who can't go find the DMV, who can't write on a computer.
And I think that the black community is starting to realize little by little, there's an example which I won't have time to give you, but people are fleeing little by little from the party because they're tired of being The reaction is racist.
The song, there's nothing racist about the song.
But their perception is incredibly racist, in my view.
I think you are spot on.
And I'll give you an example of it.
This is how they feel, and this is the way that they think.
The View, and I'm not going to make you listen to this, I'm not going to play it, but I'm going to read you what... Thank you for the call.
By the way, Anna, what Sunny Hostin, or Hostin, or whatever her name is on there, do you know what she said about this today?
She said, and I quote, that...
Jason Aldean's hometown of Macon, Georgia, a small town, is quote, one of the most racist places in the country.
You want to know what the reality is?
Macon, Georgia is 54% black, 39% white.
They're gaslighting all of us, and we're not letting them get away with it.
Great call.
Thank you.
you will be back for hour two of America First.
Thanks for watching.
I'm Mike.
I'll see you next time.
Bye.
you you
Thank you.
Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Yes, indeed.
Thank you so much, Dr. Gorka, for entrusting me with your phenomenal show and your phenomenal listening audience, from whom I'm going to hear a lot more this hour.
We've got a great guest coming up.
Tiffany Donnelly from The Federalist is going to join us to talk about the continued weaponization Uh, of hate groups in order to, they say, tamp down hate groups in the United States.
The federal government using the SPLC, which is a hate group, to, uh, to, um, essentially target, conserve.
The small town that I talked about at the top of our number, small town organizations, you know, uh, parents groups, Moms for Liberty and so forth.
We're going to get into all of that with Tiffany Donnelly coming up here at about, uh, 20 minutes past this hour.
I want to start this hour, and again, we're live in Cleveland, Ohio at TheReliefFactor.com studios.
I want to get back into the Biden crime family.
And by the way, I would like to thank them for continuing.
Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
They're almost interchangeable.
One over the other.
It just depends on the moment, I guess.
Thank you for keeping the song that I wrote relevant.
And it'll continue to be relevant because I'm going to continue to play it.
Not the whole thing, but here's a little taste of what I'm talking about.
And Hunter's in the basement with a silver spoon.
The hookers and drugs were gonna be there soon.
When you're coming home, Dad, I don't know when.
I'll be good and high by then, Dad.
Yeah, I'll be good and high by then.
I came from Kiev just the other day.
And a smile so big I just had to say, Son, I'm proud of you.
How's our cash supply?
He nodded his head and said, Great big guy.
And hunters in the basement with a silver spoon.
Classified papers all over the room.
And as I hung up the phone, it occurred to me, he was damn near dumber than me.
My boy was dumb as me.
And there was Hunter in the basement with a silver spoon.
All of our crimes were coming out real soon.
That's just a little taste of...
It's about a four-minute song, so I just wanted to give you a little taste.
You can hear the whole song.
People loved it yesterday, right here on America First.
You can hear the whole thing by going to my homepage, whkradio.com.
You'll see a tab for Hunters in the Basement.
You can download that song and enjoy that whenever you wish.
Let's talk about Hunter.
Let's talk about Joe.
Let's talk about what?
The long-awaited FD 1023, the long-awaited because it was long suppressed by the Biden administration, by the DOJ, the FBI, stopping the American people from seeing what they needed to see about potential bribery at the highest level of the American government.
The Biden family, the president, then the vice president, now the president, of course, his crack-addled son.
Today, Chuck Grassley, Senator, released an unclassified FBI-generated record describing an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a Ukrainian business executive.
Grassley acquired this record, FD1023, via legally protected disclosures by Justice Department whistleblowers.
The statement released by Grassley says, and I quote, for the better part of a year, I have been pushing the Justice Department and the FBI to provide details on its handling of very significant allegations from a trusted FBI informant implicating then-Vice President Biden in a criminal bribery scheme.
While the FBI sought to obfuscate and redact, the American people can now read this document for themselves, without the filter of politicians or bureaucrats, thanks to brave and heroic whistleblowers.
What did the Justice Department and FBI do with the detailed information in the document?
And why have they tried to conceal it from Congress and the American people for so long?
The Justice Department and FBI have failed to come clean, but Chairman Comer and I intend to find out."
Now, the grassly release of that document also includes this statement.
The FBI's Biden bribery record tracks closely with the evidence uncovered by the Oversight Committee's Biden family influence peddling investigation.
In the FBI's record, the Burisma executive claims that he didn't pay the big guy directly, but he used several bank accounts to conceal the money.
That sounds an awful lot like how the Bidens conduct business, using multiple bank accounts to hide the source and total amount of the money.
House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer said, at our hearing with IRS whistleblowers, they testified that they had never seen or heard of this record during the Biden criminal investigation, despite having potentially corroborating evidence.
Given the misconduct and politicization at the Department of Justice, the American people must be able to read this record for themselves.
I thank Senator Grassley for providing the much-needed transparency to the American people.
We must hold the Department of Justice accountable for seeking to bury this record to protect the Bidens.
Grassley first disclosed the FBI's possession of the significant and voluminous evidence of potential criminality involving the Biden family last year.
He has since worked to unearth the FBI record, eventually partnering with Comer.
On a subpoena to compel its public disclosure after delays, the FBI provided a highly redacted version of the document to select members of the House of Representatives, but it remained shielded from the public and omitted key details, including references to recordings.
Following the FBI's failure to fully comply with the congressional subpoena, Grassley received the legally protected disclosure with limited redactions to protect the trusted FBI source, handling agents, department whistleblowers, and identifiers related to another ongoing investigation.
So, what was the meat of the report?
This is extraordinarily important. I'm going to read this part.
Polu-chili, I'm guessing the pronunciation of the word, and I'll explain what that means in a second.
This is again in the Grassley statement.
According to the FBI's confidential human source, executives for Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company, brought Hunter Biden on the board to, quote, protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems, end quote.
At the time, Burisma was seeking to do business in the United States, but was facing a corruption investigation in Ukraine, led by then-Ukraine prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.
You know that name because you heard Joe Biden laughing about getting him fired in order to get the billion dollar- I don't want to get ahead of myself here.
The statement continues, regarding that investigation's impact on its ambitions in North America, Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky Reportedly said, this is on the FD-1023, this is why they buried it, this is why they hid it, for this, quote, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad, end quote.
Zlochevsky reportedly stated that he had to pay $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden, an arrangement he described as poluchili, which is a Russian crime slang for being, quote, forced or coerced to pay, according to the document.
So in other words, it's another word meaning shaken down, exploited, whatever.
Zlochevsky claimed to have many text messages and records that show he was coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure Shokin was fired.
Specifically, he claimed to have two recordings with Joe Biden and 15 recordings with Hunter Biden.
Zlochevsky also retained two documents, presumably financial records, as evidence of that arrangement, but said he didn't send any funds directly to the big guy, a term understood to be a reference to Joe Biden.
References to the big guy surfaced in communications involving other Biden family business arrangements, independent of the Burisma arrangement.
Zlocheskis claimed it would take investigators 10 years to uncover the illicit payments to the Bidens, according to the document.
If you're like me, you're probably wondering, well, what the hell does all of that mean?
This sounds as damning as it gets.
How are there not full-on investigations being conducted into this alleged bribery scheme between the then-Vice President of the United States, who now sits at the head of our government as President, his crackhead son, and a bunch of corrupt Ukrainian energy executives?
How is there not, automatically?
Why isn't Merrick Garland reading that, and why didn't he read it a long time ago, rather than covering it up and allowing the corrupt FBI Director Christopher Wray to have his team cover all of this up, refuse to release it to the Judiciary Committee, to the Oversight Committee, when subpoenaed and demanded by leadership there, by the majority, How is Mayor Carlin not automatically appointing a special counsel?
He can't do it.
It would be ridiculous to expect Mayor Carlin to conduct an investigation here.
He's going to be implicated.
How is there not a special counsel being appointed right now?
You know the answer and so do I.
Because of what Matt Boyle from Breitbart told me an hour ago.
This is the most corrupt president and corrupt presidential first family and corrupt presidential administration with the most corrupt Department of Justice going down to the corrupt FBI that the United States of America has ever produced.
Ever.
That's why.
My friends, this is all starting to come together.
The end of my song there, a little song I said?
Yeah, all of our crimes are coming out real soon.
Today is real soon.
These crimes are being revealed as we speak.
What are we going to do about it is the question.
I'm Bob Francin for Dr. G. We'll be back.
We'll be back.
you you
you Bye.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Thank you, Dr. G. Twenty minutes past four o'clock.
We are live on America First.
I'm sorry, that's Eastern Time.
Twenty minutes past the hour, should I say.
That depends on where you are.
Appreciate you being with us.
We're live in Cleveland, Ohio, the ReliefFactor.com studios.
A couple of days ago on America First, we interviewed Tiffany Justice.
She's one of the co-founders of Moms4Liberty, and she was talking about What an extraordinary thing it is to be in the center of so much of the culture war when all she and her friends were doing was trying to just put a little grassroots group together to support one another, to make sure that their children were being treated fairly and were not being miseducated or indoctrinated or those kinds of things.
It's all they want to do is be good moms to their kids and make sure that things were right.
And now they have found themselves On what some might consider a list that's a badge of honor.
They're now listed on the hate map by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Unbelievable.
Tiffany Donnelly is a writer and the media manager at the Institute for Free Speech, and she put a great piece together that ran in the Federalist.
She joins us now on America First.
Tiffany, thank you for the time.
How are you?
I'm great.
Thank you for having me.
So are you a mom for liberty?
I am not in Moms for Liberty, but I follow their work closely.
Many of the moms are at school board meetings across the country who have been silenced by various school boards.
And I work at the Institute for Free Speech, and we defend political speech rights.
And people need to be reminded that the First Amendment protects your right to criticize the government.
When you're at a school board meeting, and you're complaining about mask mandates or critical race theory or The fact that pornographic books are available to school children, and you tell the school board that, you are protected by the First Amendment.
Yeah, and I should be clear, by the way.
I apologize.
I didn't mean, are you in the group?
I mean, are you a mom for liberty?
I'm not in any group, but I'm a dad, and I stand for liberty, and I think it's incredible that people who simply want what's best for their kids, and which is an education free of the indoctrination and the, you know, the woke-ism and the DEI that is just infecting all of our schools, The idea that we don't like that puts us on the SPLC hate map is remarkable.
I consider myself on that map because I support Moms4Liberty.
I don't have to be one of them.
So tell us a little bit more about how the SPLC makes their designations.
What did you find out through your research that would land a group like Moms4Liberty on that map?
Well, in the Federalist piece, I relied on reporting from the Washington Free Beacon.
They reviewed White House records that said that the National Security Council under the Biden administration actually met with the researchers from the SPLC who are responsible for putting Moms for Liberty on the hate map.
And I wasn't at the meeting.
I can't tell you the details of the meeting.
But if you put two and two together and the fact that this meeting happened in January during a time amid a lot of pressure under for the Biden administration
to be designating moms for liberty and just parents in general at school board
meetings as domestic terrorists or radicals or extremists. Now this happened and so it's one thing for
the SPLC to designate these groups however they want but then it comes to an entirely
different level that they have the ear of the federal government. That should worry everyone.
Yeah it does.
And I can't help but wonder when a meeting like that takes place between the SPLC and the National Security Council officials, who's the driving force there?
Chicken or the egg?
Is it the SPLC that says, we are watching and this is a group that we think that's going to be a thorn in your side, would you like us to?
Or is it the Biden administration and the National Security Council reaching out to them and saying, these people are a thorn in our side, can you hurt them?
Can you put them on the list and make everybody aware to not trust them?
I think that's a great question.
And in the piece, I call that the negative feedback loop because the government is relying
on these private organizations or nonprofits to designate these groups who are Americans
with routine political disagreements to designate them as radicals
or anti-government or extremists.
And then the government holds meetings with these groups and the groups then pressure the government to say,
hey, you need to do something about this.
And then the government can point to these outside groups and say, hey, look, it's not us.
We're not targeting our political enemies.
We're relying on this other group.
So it does create this negative feedback loop that threatens the First Amendment for everyone.
Yeah, it does.
And we're talking with Tiffany Donnelly.
She is a writer for The Federalist, and she is with the Institute for Free Speech.
You cover in the piece for The Federalist, too, the infamous letter sent by the National School Boards Association to the Department of Justice, which quickly made its way to the FBI, which quickly made their way to the parking lots of moms and dads in middle America, in rural America, outside of school board meetings.
I have long thought that they did not write that letter on their own, the National School Boards Association, to the Department of Justice, but that the Department of Justice, or somebody connected to it, went to them and said, write us a letter so we have a reason to act.
They wanted to do this.
This is, again, the same question I just asked you, but that's what I've always suspected since that one went down.
Yeah, I think that's a good question.
I think the people in government who are relying on these groups to make policy or to take any action against American citizens who are just simply asserting their First Amendment rights, they need to answer those questions and say what motivated them and are they targeting their political enemies.
Yeah, they do.
And you know, the free speech aspect of this, Ken, and I'm glad you work with the Institute for Free Speech.
I actually am with Citizens for Free Speech.
It's also a 501c3 nonprofit that is working very, very hard to try to stand up for the rights of people, including parents, just like the ones that you're talking about in Moms for Liberty.
What exactly are they intending to do other than silence people?
When you see blue windbreakers or law enforcement outside of or inside of a school board meeting, what message does that send other than, you better chill your speech, you better not show up here because yours might be the car that we check the plates of, yours might be the door that we knock on to say, why did you think this?
What did you say about that?
What is your intention at these school board meetings?
And do you really want us looking into all of these aspects of your life?
Tiffany, that's what I feel like the goal is here.
This is an intent to not censor and suppress as much as scare the bejesus out of people
to even think about challenging the government.
Yes, you're absolutely right about that.
And I'm also, we're always happy to have allies, different organizations that are doing free speech work.
So it's wonderful to hear that you're a part of a group that's also concerned with the First Amendment and the attacks on the First Amendment that we're seeing every day on multiple levels of government from local school boards, who are censoring parents that they disagree with, to state officials who are censoring people all the way up as we see to the The federal government and the Biden administration, National Security Council, who are working with groups that are really essentially just using the SPLC's work to feather and tar people with whom they have political disagreements.
It's a really cheap, lazy tactic instead of actually attacking the argument or engaging in any sort of free expression and debate to just say, hey, you know what?
We're just going to put you on a hate map to intimidate you and to silence you so that people think that you are Uh, you know, a violent person or somebody that's trying to overthrow the government, that's on this list of hate groups.
It's hate groups and anti-government groups.
So they're also called anti-government.
Yeah.
And when they do that, they don't, the government doesn't even have to do anything after that.
All they have to do is put them on a list like that.
It immediately makes the social media pages and so forth.
And now your reputation in your own community is shot.
Now you lose friends.
Now you lose, you know, standing amongst groups, whether it be PTA or otherwise, that's what they do here.
They're literally just trying to, Well, and it's even worse than that.
There are examples of people who have used the SPLC's hate map to commit violent acts because they're saying, oh, these people are hateful or extremist and I'm going to do something uh... you based on that map so it is a very speech killing
and intimidating thing especially when you think you could have the ear of
the federal government
at very troubling it's very alarming and it's a growing trend that we're seeing
at every level of government and anyone who is concerned with free speech really
disregard this group it's not
you know pay them any mind and say hey we care about free speech and it's an
important piece uh... and i'm so glad you wrote it simply dot tiffany donnelly
We're out of time here, but thank you.
Read that piece at The Federalist from Tiffany Donnelly.

I I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Oh, yes indeed.
Let's do that.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
It's 33 minutes past the hour, live in Cleveland, Ohio, at WHKRadio.com.
I appreciate you being with us.
We're going to go back to the phones.
This hour, this half hour, 877, I'm sorry, 833.
I'm looking at three different phone numbers.
My apologies.

or so, in about five minutes past.
so we're looking forward to that he is of course central to everything that we've been
So we're looking forward to that.
He is, of course, central to everything that we have been watching over the course of the
watching over the course of the last two days the whistleblower hearings yesterday before
last two days.
The whistleblower hearings yesterday in front of the Oversight Committee and the censorship
the in front of the oversight committee and the censorship hearings today featuring
hearings today featuring RFK Jr. at the...
rfk junior uh... at the uh...
uh... at the weaponization subcommittees matter of fact i want to listen to a little bit of
this is this is quite quite funny uh...
cut one emma joe morris was was speaking on this and making her introductory
statements before questions and she literally could not stop herself from doing
what i think many of us did After we screamed in anger, right, at what they did to bury the Hunter Biden laptop story that could have changed and would have changed the outcome of the 2020 election, after we got done screaming in anger once we learned what had happened, we could not help but do what she did here, which is laugh.
Cut number one.
On October 19th, five days after the Post began publishing Politico Ran a story headlined, Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo.
Dozens of former Intel officials say, God, I can't even say that with a straight face, you know.
Politico printed a letter completely uncritically from veteran members of the US intelligence community, falsely claiming that the post expose has quote, all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.
My God.
And they call us conspiracy theorists, right?
I mean, they call us conspiracy theorists because we're like, wait a second, how is that Russian disinformation?
These 51 former intelligence officers literally lied, literally made it up so that they could discredit it before the election because they knew what damage it would do.
And then when it comes to fire, you know, there's the old saying, you know, what are we giving spoiler alerts?
Or are we conspiracy theorists?
Because it always seems to be like, we're right.
And that's exactly what had happened there.
Now, that was a part of this when we're talking about the censorship of important information that the government doesn't want you to have.
And so they collaborated with and colluded, as we discussed, and maybe coerced some of the social media platforms and media outlets to bury information or statements they don't like.
One of their top targets Was RFK Jr.
Now, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., in addition to being a presidential candidate, the Dems don't want to acknowledge his candidacy, and yet he's got some 20%.
He's got some 20%!
against an incumbent president in the Democrat primary polling.
But RFK Jr.
is more than that.
He, of course, is a noted... I won't call him an anti-vaxxer.
He bristles at that.
In terms of all vaccines, he is just demanding that trials and full protections are given to people before any kind of vaccination is forced upon them, whether they be child or adult.
And, of course, what happened with the mandated poison darts I was censored not just by the Democratic administration, I was censored by the Trump administration.
COVID period, RFK Jr. was one of the loudest critics.
And every time he would criticize, they would try to silence him.
And that's why he was such an important witness today.
Cut number two.
I was, I was censored, not just by the Democratic administration.
I was censored by the Trump administration.
I was the first person censored by, as the chairman pointed out, by the Biden administration
two days after it came into office.
It awarded a truthful, and by the way, they had to invent a new word called malinformation
to censor people like me.
There was no misinformation on my Instagram account.
Everything I put on that account was cited in source, the peer reviewed publications or government databases.
Nobody has ever pointed to a single piece of misinformation that I publish.
I was removed for something they called malinformation.
Malinformation is information that is true, but is inconvenient to the government, that they don't want people to hear.
And there it is.
Malinformation is what they hit him with.
Malinformation is not misinformation.
He said it's cited and sourced.
It's not disinformation.
He's not offering opinions.
It's cited and sourced.
So they created malinformation, which is stuff we just don't want you saying.
Because it runs counter to the prevailing narrative being advanced, which is, and we all recall, the marketing for the shots, if they weren't being mandated, they were being encouraged because, remember, the only two side effects of a COVID dart, safe and effective.
That's it.
Every other drug in the history of the world that is advertised They gotta give you all of the different side effects that could happen, long and short term.
With COVID shots, mRNA vaccines, experimental technology, nope!
No side effects to worry about, just safe and effective.
That's why they had to silence Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
We'll be back.
Thanks for watching.
Bye.
Bye.
you you
you Bye.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Let's do it.
I know you've got a lot to say.
A lot of people have been hanging on since we started talking about Jason Aldean at the top of the show a couple hours ago.
So let's do that.
We're going to hit up Brent in LA.
Brent, welcome to America First.
Bob France in for Dr. G. Go ahead.
God bless you, Bob.
You know, the heartless, hateful rage and lies directed toward Jason Aldean are the same heartless, hateful rage and lies directed toward President Trump, Christians, Jews, men, women, children, truth, justice, and freedom.
And Jason's unforgivable sin against Democrat demons has nothing to do with small towns, but anyone with the audacious impertinence to dare stand up to them and sing of a dream for a society of spirituality, sanity, sensitivity, morality, and peace.
And Brother Jason, sing your song, proud, loud, and long, and we will all lovingly sing right along.
I love that, Brent, and you're right.
And thank you for the call.
He will do exactly that.
You know what I love about the attempted cancellation of Jason Aldean?
In addition to the fact that it failed because it's the number one most downloaded song on iTunes.
It's an epic fail.
Millions of people who might not have paid attention to that song.
In fact, we know they weren't paying attention to that song because it was released in May.
It's now late July, and it's just getting all of this negative attention, and what's it doing?
It's spiking the sales and the downloads of Try That in a Small Town.
So I love that fact, but the other reason I love it is Jason and his wife, Brittany Aldean, they have basically said, kiss our rear ends.
We don't care.
We don't care, we don't apologize, we're not pulling, we're not revoking, we're not doing anything.
We're not even paying attention to you idiots.
I'll read you something super quick.
Jonathan Turley in La La La La, this was I believe The Hill, made the best point here about the reverse effect of the Bud Lighting of Bud Light and the targeting of Target.
We targeted them because of the crap they put us through and what they're doing to literally destroy the culture that this entire country was founded upon, right?
We targeted them and they're losing billions.
Now they're targeting Jason Aldean as the number one SOG in America.
Here's what Jonathan Turley wrote.
Bud Light is an example.
The company is still in a free fall with customers after Alyssa Heinerscheid, Vice President of Marketing for Bud Light, pledged to change the beer company's fratty reputation and embrace inclusivity.
She succeeded beyond her wildest dreams.
After the company celebrated the transitioning of transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney, beer drinkers opted for other brands.
Um, Ben and Jerry's reportedly lost $2 billion after celebrating July 4th by shaming the United States over quote, stolen Indian lands and demanding the return of Mount Rushmore.
The same phenomenon appears to be playing out with corporations like Target, which has lost billions after a similar controversy.
CMT, that's Country Music Television.
Maybe closer to the NFL than Bud Light.
There are few alternatives for country music listeners.
However, there are some, from YouTube to direct purchases.
The latter seems to be the choice of many, as the song skyrocketed to the top of the charts after CMT decided to censor it.
So, Jonathan Turley pointed out what's happening here is the invisible hand of Adam Smith.
But on a political level, the invisible hand, however, in this case, seems to be giving a middle finger to corporate censorship and social agendas.
Bottom line, Bud Light, Target, Ben & Jerry's, Disney losing billions as well.
The people are tired of your messaging, your social messaging and your social engineering, with all of your products and services that you offer, and they're walking away from it.
And to really emphasize the point, or to put that invisible middle finger up there, they are embracing Jason Aldean and small-town American values.
Because that's what all American values used to be.
I love that.
Great messaging there about messaging by Jonathan Turley.
Let's go to Matt calling from North Carolina.
Matt, you're on America First.
Bob Frantz sitting in.
Go right ahead.
Hello, Bob Frantz.
How are you today?
I'm doing wonderfully.
Thank you.
Very good.
You know, I'm not a country music fan, but that is one excellent song.
It is.
And also, people calling him a racist and retarded.
I'm sitting here in front of a 200-acre soybean field.
Mine are doing the best, by the way.
Good for you.
Compared to across the street.
And I would like to add to that song.
I'm not a songwriter, but I'd like to add to it, and nobody better touch my Trump flag that Sebastian Gorka sent me.
I love it.
And that's a very good message, too.
Well, you know what?
You are.
You don't matter to them.
You are.
I know you live in North Carolina, so it's not the middle of America when I call it flyover country, but you're emblematic of that.
You're a farmer.
You're a small-town values guy.
And you're the kind of person that literally they're targeting when they criticize Jason Aldean's song.
You little hillbilly redneck farmers and mountaineers and so forth, you don't know anything like we know in New York City and Los Angeles on the coast.
You small towners, you know nothing except your guns and your body.
Isn't that what Barack Obama said?
Your guns and your religion.
And so they have such contempt for you, Matt, in North Carolina.
They have contempt for you.
So I'm glad that you're adding to the song, and I'm glad you're throwing your support behind it, because that's what we have to do.
We have to send a message to them.
Have you downloaded it yet?
No, I don't have any essential electronics, Bob, but I will say this.
I have computer experts around me.
Well, you know what you do?
See, and that's example.
You are living the simple life of a good, hard-working, keep-my-head-down, work-in-my-fields, grow-in-my-soybeans, you know, that kind of life.
You're not all about, as you say, those fancy electronics.
And they despise you for that.
They think you're stupid.
They think you're dumb.
They think that, you know, you don't have a say or should not have a say in the way this great country of ours is run.
And that's why they talk down to Jason Aldean because Jason Aldean's song represents guys like you and guys like my parents who grew up in a real small town.
I was fortunate enough to grow up in a really comfortable suburb, but the reality is you are who...
So I'm glad you're standing up to him.
Matt, thank you for the call.
I appreciate that very much.
I don't know if I can squeeze another one in here in 30 seconds.
Stay there.
If you are on hold, stay there.
If you are not on hold, you should get there.
We're going to put you up.
Don't forget, we do have Jim Jordan, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, coming up at about five minutes after the top of the next hour.
So make sure you stay here.
On America First, we have a chance for you to get on the radio.
833-33-GORKA.
Stick around.
We'll be right back.

0 I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yeah, Dr. G, that small town story that we started the show with today a couple hours ago and somebody brought it up, you know, they act as if the left is complaining and saying that the small town vibe is racist because, you know, the inner cities were all, you know, African Americans and ethnic minorities live.
And it's just hilarious because that's what Sunny Hostin did on The View today.
She said, we're going to look into this guy, this Jason Aldean guy.
Where's his small town home?
Oh!
His hometown of Macon, Georgia!
Yeah!
She said on The View today that Macon is, quote, one of the most racist places in the country, end quote.
Well, clearly that means that Jason Aldean's song must be racist, right?
He comes from a racist town like Macon.
Except for the fact that somebody went ahead and did the checking.
Macon is 54% black, 39% white.
The self-owns by these half-wits, and that's being generous, maybe quarter-wits, sometimes are just the most priceless.
Let's go to California.
Steve, you're on America First.
Bob Franson for Dr. Gorka.
Go ahead, Steve.
Thank you for the privilege, Bob.
Give me a minute, sir, I'll just have the... Yeah, please.
First of all, they're charging him with defrauding the U.S.
public, and apparently with an official procedure.
In reality, they very possibly and probably Defraud of the U.S.
public, rigging the vote with the machines or whatever they did.
And they also interfered with an official process called the voting.
Now, he didn't do anything speech-wise to become indicted.
He kept it within the lines.
They're not going to be able to vote.
But if he really wants to get them to drop the charges, he can put them on the defensive very easily.
There's two ways to do it.
The first way, Is to say, the very fact that my latest correspondence was characterized as a target letter suggests to me that if it weren't for the courts, they would assassinate me like JFK and RFK.
So these are the people who are coming up against me.
Only now they can't afford to assassinate me because the people are wise.
The second thing you can do is, you better drop this government or I'm going to tell the public all about your role in John Lennon's murder and LennonMurderTruth.com.
That's what he said.
Steve, we're going in places I don't care to go right now.
I think I understood the general point you're trying to make about how Donald Trump can fight back, but I want to keep this in the realm of possibilities and realities.
And by the way, it's not the speech that they're looking at targeting.
According to an article I read today, In the Daily Beast, when they say they're going after him for January 6th, now this is the Daily Beast, take it for what it's worth, they know that they cannot get him on the speech in which he said, be peaceful and patriotic.
They're trying to go after him for a tweet that he sent in the middle of the rioting at 224 in the afternoon in which he basically encouraged things instead of telling everybody to stop it and go home.
He did that in a different tweet.
But they're really stretching to try to find some way to get him.
Jim Jordan is a congressman and the chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
He joins us when we come back in our number three of America First.
Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Peace.
the end.
You know, and thank you Dr. Gorka, hour number three of America First is underway now at
five minutes past.
It is the 20th afternoon of the seventh month in the year of our Lord, 2023.
By the way, I mentioned Congressman Jim Jordan, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee and
the Select Subcommittee on Weaponization of Government is going to be joining us.
It's not this segment, it's next segment, but I did not lie, he's here, just not this
segment.
He's got about 15 minutes or so.
I was just thinking about the song because I've just been, people have been requesting
it everywhere I go and all the different radio shows that I do.
I was just thinking about the song and one of the lyrics in the song that I wrote called hunters in the basement is Ukrainian bribes were going to be there soon.
Now that's not in this part, here's just what I'm talking about.
The second verse, or second chorus I should say, is Ukrainian bribes were gonna be there soon, rather than the hookers and the drugs.
I don't know when.
I'll be good and high by then, Dad.
Yeah, I'll be good and high by then.
The second, uh, the second, uh, verse, uh, or second chorus I should say is, uh, um,
Ukrainian bribes were gonna be there soon, rather than the hookers and the drugs.
Those things are true too, but the Ukrainian bribes thing is what was in that one.
I didn't know how prescient it would be when I wrote that silly thing.
Which, by the way, if you want to hear the whole song, you can hear it on my webpage.
It's WHKRadio.com.
That's my Cleveland radio station webpage.
WHKRadio.com.
You'll see a big blue sign that says Hunters in the Basement.
You can click it and listen to that entire song, download it, put it on your phone.
But I didn't know how prescient it would be that I would actually get it in the form.
I mean, this has been up, that song, for like two days, three days.
I didn't know that Chuck Grassley would bring it forward and make me a profit with the evidence.
You know, that song's a parody, of course.
It's not, you know, an allegation.
It's a parody.
But boom!
Here comes Chuck Grassley today with the evidence!
Ukrainian bribes!
We're going to be there soon!
Prisma CEO Mikola Zlotchevsky, according to the FD1023 form that has been suppressed and withheld from the Oversight Committee, the Judiciary Committee, The means committee for so long despite being subpoenaed.
It's a non classified document.
No reason whatsoever for it not to be turned over post haste by the FBI.
This is an FBI generated form that specifically laid out allegations of the bribery between the Ukrainian energy oligarch and the Joe Biden family, Joe and Hunter in particular.
There was no reason for them to not turn that over, except for what?
The fact that it does indeed tell the truth about what's going on here.
Zlochevsky reportedly said, according to the document, which is an official FBI document, they did not want the American people nor the American people's representation, the majority in the House, to see.
It said, he said, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad, end quote.
Then he said he paid Hunter Biden $5 million and Joe Biden $5 million, an arrangement he called pulichili, a Russian crime slang for being forced or coerced to pay.
Zlochevsky claimed to have text messages and other recordings that shows he was coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure everything that they wanted done got done, including getting Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin fired, which Joe Biden bragged about.
Talked about sending funds to the big guy through multiple bank accounts and shell corporations.
I mean, it's all laid out there in a document about the bribery.
And it's just remarkable to me that it's finally been released.
And thank God, literally, for the whistleblowers.
The officials in the FBI won't do their jobs, won't do what the American people demand.
It's taking whistleblowers to say, I'll do it!
Whistleblowers in the IRS!
Whistleblowers in the FBI!
The corruption of the federal government looks to be complete, like, as in, total.
Not even, you know, I mean, from the President, through his family, into the DOJ, the AG's office, the FBI, the Director's office, I mean, the corruption appears to be thorough and total.
It's just simply a remarkable thing to see.
Alright, 833-33-GORK is the number.
833-334-6752.
We'll get a few more phone calls in here before we bring on Congressman Jim Jordan, which will be in just a few minutes.
Let's talk to Keith, calling us from Philadelphia.
He wants to talk about that Hunter laptop.
Hey Keith, go right ahead.
Keith, are you there?
Line three.
Okay, we're trying to bring up Keith in Philadelphia.
Let's see if that's not working.
We're gonna try, we're gonna try Betsy calling from San Antonio.
Betsy, are you there?
Can you hear us?
Hello, hello, Mr. France.
I am so glad you're on the air today.
I just wanted to tell Mr. Jordan, when he comes on, thank you, thank you, thank you for fighting for us, blue people of America, because we are out here, we are the, um, The ones that love America and that love righteousness.
And we feel like we are surrounded by corruption and evildoers that are bringing our country down.
I feel like we're circling the rim.
And they are attacking Mr. Trump, who stands up for us.
So I just want to tell Mr. Jordan, thank you for fighting the good fight.
Thank you for speaking up.
And I know he's the target as well.
And thank you for his courage and his patriotism.
He is a target as well.
They go out and thank you for the call Betsy from San Antonio.
I talk to Jim Jordan once a week.
He happens to be in Ohio, obviously, as am I. He was, until the redrawn districts, my congressman, just until this past November.
I'm not represented by Bob Latta, but Jim Jordan was my congressman.
But moreover, he was and is a regular guest with me.
He's been that way for about nine years.
Every Monday he comes on to talk about what's going on, either in the district or in Washington.
And believe me, he is a target.
He is every bit as much of a target as Donald Trump is because he is a strong Donald Trump supporter, unapologetic, cannot be swayed, which is good for him.
But he is also an effective member of Congress.
Listen, do you remember back in January when there was a big infighting going on in the House because there was a movement not to vote for Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House?
When the Republicans took the majority.
Do you remember who a large number of people wanted to see accept that mantle and run with it?
They voted for him even though he said he did not want it.
It was Jim Jordan.
Why did Jim Jordan not want the Speaker of the House Gavel?
He said so deliberately.
He said, because I don't want to be in a position where I cannot make the difference I need to make.
He said, I need to be in charge of the Judiciary Committee.
That's what he wanted.
He was a ranking member of that committee when the Republicans were in the minority.
Now he is the chair of that committee with subpoena power, investigative power, and it is so incredibly important.
And then, of course, once he got there, they created the Select Subcommittee on Weaponization, under the judiciary, on weaponization of government, and he's the chair of that too.
That was the committee hearing that they held today.
So he knew his best and most effective role would be in this one, and he is making the most of it.
Now, the question is, as all of this Exposure of the Democrats slash Biden criminal syndicate is being made clear to the American people.
This exposure is being provided to the American people.
The question then becomes, when do we start to see repercussions, consequences?
When is someone going to pay for what they're doing so that it doesn't happen again and again and again?
And that's something I will ask him.
In addition to thanking him for you, Betsy, I will ask him when he comes on when we can start to see some kind of consequences for the actions that we are seeing laid out before us now.
Let's to Sheldon in California.
Sheldon, welcome to America First.
Bob Franson for Dr. Gorka.
Go right ahead.
Hey, Bob.
Got some old roots in Cleveland.
A spiritual journey started there.
I love the Ouster Banks.
Anyway, why can't we... I want to ask Jordan, why can't we start using tort law to go after the government in some of these areas?
For example, tort law says, if I got a junkyard with a bunch of dogs in it and garden it, but the gate is a little bit open, I walk by and it bites me, I can sue under tort law.
It's illegal tort.
How come Biden can have the... to control the border, he lets somebody in, that person kills an American citizen, why can't we use tort law?
I want to ask that question.
Yeah, I mean, I'm not a constitutional lawyer, but I don't know that it would apply in such a way, because then you could hold any or every president accountable for it, even if you do try.
Like, in your example, you've got your vicious dog in a gate, guarding your property, and you leave the gate slightly open and somebody walks by and gets bitten.
Well, that home order is going to be liable for a lawsuit under tort law.
If you try your best to build a wall, Donald Trump's wall, and somebody scales it, or somebody slips around it, or under it, or whatever, and comes in and kills somebody, now by that standard we will have established legal precedent that the president can be held liable for that.
So we can't be, and thank you for the call, Sheldon, we can't be doing those kinds of things, but if you're looking for thinking outside the box as a way of holding people accountable, I am right there with you.
I am right there with you.
As I said to Matt Boyle earlier on in the broadcast from Breitbart, we're looking for consequences.
And Merrick Garland is the top cop in the United States.
He's not going to demand them.
So what can we do?
We are looking outside the box.
Jim Jordan will join us next.
Thank you.
Welcome to the 2020 US Senate.
you you
you I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes, thank you, Dr. G. We do continue live at 20 minutes past the hour.
Live in Northeast Ohio, that is where the home base is.
The ReliefFactor.com studios, if you will, are AM 1420 The Answer.
Listen live at WHKRadio.com.
Each and every Monday on my local broadcast, I am privileged to talk to the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee and the Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Weaponization of Government, Congressman Jim Jordan.
Go up until they redrew the lines this past November was my congressman, but he still represents Northeast Ohio.
Congressman Jordan, thank you so very much for the time today.
You're a very busy man.
We appreciate you coming on America First.
Always good to be on with you, Bob.
Take care.
Thank you, sir.
So we're going to try to go in order here.
We'll start just with yesterday's whistleblowers.
Joseph Ziegler, no one saw him coming.
We didn't know who Mr. X was.
By the way, another homeboy.
He got his education at Ohio University and John Carroll, so more Northeast Ohio roots there.
But boy, what a witness.
Gary Shapley was amazing, but so was Joseph Ziegler.
They couldn't lay a glove on them, Congressman Jordan, so they kept changing the story and talking about Trump instead, didn't they?
That's all the Democrats do, but you're exactly right.
These guys were as credible as they come.
Their story, as I said yesterday in the hearing, has not changed.
Their testimony has been consistent.
It's been the same throughout.
And yet, the Department of Justice has now changed their story three different times.
So, I think these guys, and everyone knows these were the go-to guys.
These were the experts when it came to international tax cases, tax fraud cases, tax evasion cases.
This was the team, both over 10 years, a decade of experience.
Each of them have outstanding performance reviews.
These guys went all over the world to figure this stuff out.
And up until that October 7th meeting of 2022, the investigators and the prosecutors were all in agreement on what they were going to do, what charges were going to be filed, and then something happened.
And I think what happened is that David Weiss, the U.S.
Attorney, was at Maine Justice talking with the folks there in the Attorney General's office.
We don't know who.
And suddenly things change.
And that's what I think came out loud and clear yesterday.
Well, you talked about this.
There was a he said, he said about Gary Shapley and what David Weiss said, but then you changed it because you're right.
There are other people there corroborating witnesses.
Now it's they said, he said.
And again, their credibility cannot be attacked.
Why would Joseph Ziegler step forward and do what he did?
He's a Democrat.
a loyal one. He just wanted to be, you know, a quiet, keep your head down, do your job
FBI investigator. He didn't want to be a public figure. Why would he step forward alienating
all of his Democrat friends and putting his career on the line unless he saw something
that absolutely had to be said? That just screams credibility.
No, exactly, because he was wanting to give the truth. But deep down, the reason he did
it is because he believes in this fundamental ideal about this great country, that it is
supposed to be, it is supposed to operate as equal treatment under the law. And he saw
that it wasn't. That's why he stepped forward, because he knows what this country is supposed
to offer its citizens. And that is not happening now. And anyone with common sense can see
that. And so could Joseph Ziegler. So could Gary Shapley.
And that's why they've stepped forward to give us the truth.
So all we got yesterday was a lot of facts from the witnesses.
They could not touch them from the Democrat side, so they changed the story to Trump.
The question becomes, where do you go now, and how do you follow up?
Let's bring up 1023.
The FD1023 that your committee has subpoenaed, it has been stonewalled.
They refused to turn it over.
Chris Wray refused to do it.
Despite it being an unclassified document, it took a whistleblower to get that into the hands of Senator Grassley, who finally released it today.
So add yesterday to today, Congressman, and tell me where we go from here.
Well, I think, first of all, God bless Senator Grassley.
And by the way, Senator Grassley is the member, the legislator on Capitol Hill with his long and distinguished career who has been the champion, who's helped reform and rewrite the law on whistleblowers.
So he understands how this is supposed to work.
He finally said, look, I'm going to get this document public, make it public as a United States Senator.
and all the rejected out a largely unredacted we have we have
that most of the document just a competition human sources make
the key thing is in mister kohler chairman comers been trying to do this
if you want to get a devon archer under by business partner he went him under
oath in for a deposition they've been trying to make that happen
um... will have to see and then from the judiciary perspective what we're gonna
do david white has agreed to come in and and and he wants to come in
up to the what justice is that but we want to talk to we think we want to talk to all those people before we
actually did bring and david white who want to talk to you
the u s attorney the f b a agent everyone involved some of those people
who were in that october seventh meeting that mister shepard talked about his
redline meeting that october seven twenty twenty two meeting where david
white told him he was he couldn't it was in charge of making the decision on who
gets charged what gets charged And that he asked for special counsel but was denied that.
We want to know, we want to talk to some of the other people in that meeting.
None of them reputed what Gary Shapley said, and his boss actually confirmed it in the reply email to Mr. Shapley.
You know, Congressman Jim Jordan, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, who I'd like to see you talk with, and I don't know how this works when you're talking about foreign oligarchs, I'd like you to talk to Mikola Zlochevsky.
He's the one who said in this 1023, quote, we want Hunter on the board to, quote, protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems.
Don't worry, Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.
That they paid $5 million to Hunter and another $5 million to Joe Biden.
This is all in that FBI document that was buried and not acted upon.
Can you bring somebody like that in?
Well, you could.
It's a little harder to get someone who's, you know, not an American.
Right.
Real jurisdiction over them.
Uh, but you could, and maybe they want to come testify.
I think what you continue to do is lay out the facts, continue to push.
I know Judiciary Committee, I think we've done now close to 60 different... Now, it's not just all on this issue.
We're doing it on the weaponization of government, the censorship issue, and everything else.
But I think we've done now almost 60 different depositions or transcribed interviews.
Yeah, and that's obviously crucial and key.
Let's go to the Weaponization Subcommittee today and the censorship hearing.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
was the star witness.
The Democrats did not want him there.
We want to talk to the people who were involved in the Hunter Biden investigation.
Yeah, and that's obviously crucial and key.
Let's go to the weaponization subcommittee today and the censorship hearing.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was the star witness.
The Democrats did not want him there.
Why were they so desperate to silence him?
You know, I thought Thomas Massey, our colleague, asked a great question.
He said, what's happened to your party?
The Democrat Party used to be the party that embraced the First Amendment.
In fact, our good friend there, Dennis Kucinich, Northeast Ohio guy as well, was there today.
He's chairing Robert F. Kennedy's campaign.
Dennis and I are friends.
You know, what happened to the Dennis Kucinich's, Robert F. Kennedy's of the Democrat Party who said, let's have a First Amendment debate.
Let's embrace the First Amendment like we're supposed to under our system.
I think that was a key message.
But the Democrats just, they attacked him time and time again.
And look, I've said I disagree with what he said, but I believe in the First Amendment.
They actually tried to kick him out of the committee.
Think about this.
We were having a hearing on censorship and the Democrats made a motion to go to executive session and kick him out of the committee, not to let him testify.
Oh, my goodness.
And this is, of course, after what they did.
He was the lead guy on the, quote, disinformation dozen that the Biden administration was talking about.
And I think he was the first guy they tried to censor On January 23rd, 2021, 37 hours into the Biden administration, they send out an email to Twitter, take down this tweet, A-S-A-P, and it was a tweet from Robert F. Kennedy, and there was nothing in the tweet that was false.
But that's what they're trying to do.
And here's the irony.
Trying to do it to their, to their presidential, Democrat presidential primary opponent.
You know, think about this administration.
They're trying to censor their primary opponent, and they're trying to put their general election opponent in jail.
That doesn't happen in America.
That happens in third-world countries, for goodness sake.
Yeah, that is exactly right.
We're talking with the chairman of the Judiciary Committee and the Weaponization Subcommittee, Congressman Jim Jordan.
We're just about out of time here.
Do you have a few more minutes on the other side, or are you done?
Awesome.
Thank you.
I know you're very, very busy.
It's been a long day, a couple of days for you.
Thank you for holding on.
We'll continue with the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan, on America First, right
after this.
Thank you.
you you
you I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob Franz.
Yeah, we do that continuing here live in the ReliefFactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer in Cleveland, Ohio,
Northeastern Ohio Congressman and the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and the Weaponization Subcommittee, Jim
Jordan, continues with us for just a few more minutes.
Congressman, what is the relationship between the two?
One of the moments today in the censorship hearings in the Weaponization Committee, Emma Jo Morris literally could not read the details about the laptop that was censored and buried just weeks before the election in 2020 without laughing.
I mean, first we screamed, but then she laughed, so just kind of give us your takeaway after that part of the coverage today with respect to the hearing and the fact that the laptop was buried under a lie about Russian disinformation.
Yeah, and God bless Imogen Morris.
She was the person who broke the story with the New York Post.
The story that got suppressed, that got visibility filtered, that wasn't allowed to be shared.
I mean, everything.
They kept it from the American people, as we all know.
And when she's reading and recapping, because, you know, now, of course, the Washington Post, New York Times, even all the legacy media have said it was true.
And she was laughing when she was walking through this, because it's just so absurd what happened and so wrong.
But the big news was we deposed Laura Demlow Who runs the Foreign Influence Task Force now at the FBI.
And the day that story broke, I think this is so critical, the day that story broke, October 14, 2020, that very day, Twitter had a meeting set up with the FBI and the government, and specifically the Foreign Influence Task Force.
And that same day later, a separate meeting, Facebook met with the FBI.
And in the first meeting, someone asked, because that story breaks, it's big news, but at first break, someone asked from Twitter, they asked the FBI, is the laptop real?
And someone from the FBI said, yes, it is.
And then someone quickly jumped in, a lawyer from the FBI, and said, no further comment.
And then later in the day, Facebook asked the same question, and Ms.
Demlo herself told Facebook, no comment.
The FBI knew it was real and still wouldn't comment on it.
Let the media believe, let the big tech companies believe that it was a Russian information operation when they knew that it wasn't, and thereby keeping that information from the American people.
And what makes that so important?
What's important is we're talking about the active FBI at that point in time, separate from the 51 former intelligence officers that signed that letter declaring this to be Russian disinformation.
So we've had people asking about that.
Is there again any accountability whatsoever?
Did those 51 former intelligence officers lie together knowingly, or were they duped?
And they said, yeah, we're going to sign on to something we're not really aware of.
I think they wanted to believe it.
They wanted to believe the story that Russia was involved.
They've been so focused on Russia and their involvement.
I think they wanted to believe it.
They weren't in the government, so they weren't getting real-time information.
They didn't know whether the laptop was real or not.
I would argue at that time.
And there were private citizens saying it.
But the fact that they put this together, knowing it was going to be used the way it was, and they did it for that very purpose, because we have the email from Blinken, the contact from Blinken, Mike Morrell's testimony, where Blinken contacted, Blinken working with the Biden campaign at the time, Contacted Mike Morrell and asked him to kind of look into this.
He puts it all together.
Mike Morrell, I believe, wanted to be in the Biden administration as CIA director.
So he was willing to do it, and they did it for the express purpose of helping Biden in the upcoming debate, and that's exactly how it played out.
And it tied into this narrative that the FBI let foster, and actually, I would argue, promoted in a not-so-subtle way throughout that year, Prior to the story ever coming out.
So all part of this effort, I think, to keep valuable information from the American people.
And it's why we're so focused on stopping this censorship that now exists, unfortunately, in our country.
It's exactly right.
And last thing for you, sir, we haven't talked since President Trump made the announcement, essentially, that he is a target in this investigation and is expecting an indictment over the January 6th subcommittee.
That timing was not coincidental.
That wasn't an accident that you had these hearings with the whistleblowers yesterday scheduled for weeks.
Suddenly, Jack Smith on Sunday, three days before, says, we're coming for the orange man.
And just to take all of the attention away, your thoughts on what they're doing to President Trump?
Well, it's just more of the same, and it's as wrong as wrong could be.
But, you know, go figure.
I mean, this is truly unprecedented.
One of them would be unprecedented, but now there's the crazy civil suit that he's in in New York.
There's Alvin Bragg's criminal indictment in New York.
There's Jack Smith's earlier indictment.
There's the coming one.
And then there's going to be a fourth criminal indictment from Bonnie Willis in the state of Georgia.
So four criminal indictments plus the civil suit.
It's craziness.
But unfortunately, that's That's where we're at today.
And it's truly frightening because it could be any of us.
And it's scary when the full force of the government comes after you.
And they're doing that to President Trump.
And the thing he always says, Bob, is they're coming after him because he's fighting for us.
And I truly believe that.
And more specifically, they're coming after him from a president who is now facing bribery allegations from a foreign oligarch, for crying out loud, credibly with an FD 1023 form as evidence.
So, Congressman Jim Jordan, thank you so much for all the great work you're doing on all of the committees.
We appreciate you very much.
We'll talk to you again.
Thank you, sir.
All right, Bob.
Take care, brother.

What do you hope and what do you expect to see from the Judiciary Committee and from the majority in the Congress to hold these people accountable as all of their crimes are starting to be revealed?
A reminder, by the way, there's an organization You need to be aware of that still backs Obamacare and gun control and extreme transgender policies that endanger kids.
It's a group that claims to be bipartisan, but last year, 95% of their donations went to Democrats.
That's not very bipartisan, is it?

Jim Jordan and I were talking about a host of things.
The whistleblowers that admitted that the investigations into the criminal activities of the Bidens proved that the FBI obstructed, that the Department of Justice is not allowing justice to take place.
They're doing everything they can to get in the way and to protect Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
And quite frankly, since we know that, according to bank records, multiple other Bidens got millions of dollars, huge payouts, in this scheme that was revealed today by way of the FD1023 form that the FBI had been holding and burying, despite it not being a classified document.
It was revealed today.
Whistleblowers within the FBI provided Senator Chuck Grassley with the document.
He promptly released it to the House Ways and Means Committee.
That will be then passed on to the House Oversight Committee, and a true investigation can be done.
He also promptly released it to you, and to me, and to the American people.
And if you missed this earlier today, According to the FBI's confidential human source outlined in the document that they buried for so long, executives for Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company, brought Hunter Biden, who does not know anything about gas, does not know anything about Ukraine, does not speak Ukrainian or Russian, brought him onto the board.
For what reason?
To protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems.
Who was his dad?
The Vice President of the United States in the Obama administration.
At the time, Burisma was seeking to do business in the United States, but was facing a corruption investigation in Ukraine.
That investigation was being carried out by the Prosecutor General there, Victor Shokin.
They needed him out of the way.
That's why Joe Biden bragged about getting him fired and using a billion dollars of U.S.
aid to Ukraine as the cudgel in order to get it done.
Regarding that investigation's impact on its ambitions in North America, Burisma CEO Mikola Zlochevsky reportedly said, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad, end quote.
Zlochevsky also reportedly stated he had to pay $5 million to Hunter and $5 million to Joe, an arrangement that he called forced or coerced to pay.
Through a Russian slang word.
Zlochesky also claimed to have many text messages and recordings that show he was coerced into paying by the Bidens to ensure that Shokin was fired.
Two recordings with Joe, 15 recordings with Hunter.
Zlochesky also retained two documents, presumably financial records, as evidence of the arrangement to protect himself in the event he needed to be protected.
He said he did not send any funds directly to the big guy.
The term understood to be a reference to Joe Biden.
And that, of course, that term was used many, many times in the now accepted by virtually everybody, except for only the daftest among the Democrats, the Hunter Biden laptop, as being real and authentic and evidence of the criminal arrangements that were made by Joe, by Hunter and other other Bidens.
Biden family business arrangements, independent of the Burisma arrangement, also verified the big guy's status.
Lachesky claimed it would take investigators 10 years to uncover the illicit payments to the Bidens, according to the document.
So if you've got thoughts, we welcome them.
833-333-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
We're going to go to Alex, who's been waiting in Brooklyn on America First.
Alex, bob in for Dr. G. Fire away.
Hey, Bob, thanks so much for taking the call.
And you were talking with your previous guest about whether these 51 intelligence agents that signed off that it was Russian misinformation, that laptops should be held accountable.
Of course they should, because they knew that this was not Russian misinformation, because they looked into the case.
You know, they're busy people, and sometimes, you know, someone comes over to them.
Can you sign this?
Can you sign that?
But when they see on top of the thing, it says, You're signing off on that this is Russian misinformation regarding the president, not the president, the nominee of the Democratic Party's son, and this is going to have an effect on the general election.
Of course they look into it, or they don't look into it because they hope this is the case, that it is Russian misinformation, and they want the outcome to be that Joe Biden doesn't get affected by the laptop information that's going around, which is true.
And that's what Chairman Tillich said.
They wanted to believe it so badly, even if they didn't believe it, they wanted to believe it so they wouldn't put their name on it.
And by the way, I don't know how busy any of those people really are, because these are former intelligence officers.
They've got nothing to do.
Most of them are in retirement, for crying out loud.
Yeah, they should be held accountable, and I just want to comment about what I'm seeing on the media, where you turn on Fox News, Newsmax, or other Republican platforms, and you're going to hear talk about the Trump indictments, and they're going to go into detail about all of that, which shows that it's a bunch of crap, and it's so insignificant.
I mean, just the January 6th one, and the one in New York, and all these things, and they'll also talk about the whistleblower a lot, and we'll get into the details of that, but when you turn on CNN and MSNBC, they don't talk a word about the whistleblower, because They're hiding something, right?
The right, we're not hiding anything about the Trump indictment because we know it's a bunch of crap.
We're not embarrassed about it.
But they don't want to get into the details about the whistleblower.
They don't want to talk about it.
And even when they mentioned the Trump indictment, so they mentioned he was indicted in New York, he was indicted with a classified document, and now they're going to say he was indicted on January 6th.
They're not going to get into the details of what the indictments are, what he did wrong.
No, because it's all about optics.
Alex, I've got to let you go, my friend.
I appreciate it.
But it is, you're right, it's all about the optics, not the details.
One more segment to go.
Stay here on America First.
you you

JP is in Dallas, Texas on America First.
JP, fire away.
Hey, how you doing?
I was calling in to comment on the Jason Aldean thing.
Yes, sir.
I grew up in a small town in Texas, population 1,200.
I can tell you for a fact that there are a couple of things that wouldn't fly.
One is punching somebody on the street because we had exactly one police officer who would take care of that kind of thing.
But I'm also curious about the 2015 picture that came out of Jason Aldean wearing blackface.
I did not see that!
It makes it a little bit hard to say that it's not, you know, just slightly racially motivated.
Yeah, I don't know.
Well, no, I don't think it does that to the song at all.
Not at all.
First of all, I'll have to look and see what you're talking about.
I did not say anything about a blackface or anything else.
And thank you for the call.
Second of all, even if there is a picture like that, which I don't know, I haven't heard it, thank you for the news break, but no, the song is about big city criminals getting away with big city crimes, the kind of crap we don't tolerate here in small town America.
Here in small town America, where we cling to our That's what he said.
It is in no way racial.
guns in our Bibles, or whatever Obama said.
We don't punch people in the street.
We don't assault cops.
We don't burn flags.
We don't burn down businesses in protest.
We don't smash windows and loot stores in protest.
We look out for one another.
We take care of one another.
That's what he said.
It is in no way racial, especially when you consider, and I'm going to hit this again,
he came from Macon, Georgia, a small town that Sunny Hostin on The View called one of
most racist places in America.
It's 54% black.
The man grew up in a predominantly black city.
He is in no way racially motivated.
Jason Aldean speaks for all of us when he talks about small town values.
That's it.
That's all the time we got.
Thanks for letting me be a part of your day.
I'm back one more time for Dr. G tomorrow on America First.
Be well, be safe, stay free.
