Before it was turned over for the FBI, there had been some documents that law enforcement had gotten through other means.
And one of those documents got leaked to me and it had a cell phone number that Hunter Biden was paid for.
So I figured, well, this is my chance.
Maybe I can, I've been trying to get fair comment from Hunter Biden.
So I'm going to call the cell phone.
So I called the cell phone and guess who picked up the phone?
Joe Biden.
Joe?
Joe Biden.
What?
Boy, was he shocked when he got, uh, when he picked up the phone and found out it was me.
He hung up pretty quickly.
Excuse me?
What did we just hear?
I found that earlier today.
John Solomon, breaking a bit of news.
He found the number in court documents for Hunter Biden's burner phone.
You know the phones you buy at Walmart if you're a drug dealer and you don't want people tracking you and you don't want to have a subscription with a phone company where you have to show an ID?
Yeah, one of those, a burner phone.
So what did John do?
Because he's an investigative journalist and he wanted to get Hunter Biden on the record to talk about running away from his stripper, knocker-upper daughter.
Wanted to get a statement on extorting millions out of the Chinese government on WhatsApp.
So John calls the number.
Who answers Hunter Biden's burner phone?
The President of the United States, Joe Biden.
Just stop for a second.
Why is Joe Biden, why does he have an untraceable burner phone bought by his crack addict Russia whoring son?
Hmm.
Interesting, don't you think?
Greetings, dear friends.
Welcome to America First.
We have an amazing show for you today.
Incredible guest in the third hour who's going to break down all of the latest scandals we've heard surrounding the Biden family.
We're going to have the only Green Beret in Congress, a man I campaigned for.
Congressman Mike Waltz with us, and we're going to talk to Breitbart's Mr. Washington.
Yes, Matt Boyle on the latest developments, but let's start with the biggest news of the day.
It's really stunning.
We've got to celebrate these amazing wins.
Incredible.
The highest court in the land has killed affirmative action in America.
The idea that you can receive preferential treatment because of your skin color is now dead.
The left-wing bigotry that has been used to discriminate against Asians, against white students, used in ways that are utterly against everything Martin Luther King Jr.
taught us, It's dead.
It's gone.
In a truly historic landmark decision that was brought against Harvard and UNC Chapel Hill because of their use of affirmative action to discriminate against specifically Asian students, but also white students.
This is what the Supreme Court ruled.
This is from the pen of the great, great Clarence Thomas.
The failure of this country was slavery and its progeny.
And the tragic failure of this court was its misinterpretation of the Reconstruction Amendments, as Justice Harlan predicted in Plessy.
We should not repeat this mistake merely because we think, as our predecessors thought, that the present arrangements are superior to the Constitution.
Yeah, nothing's superior to the Constitution.
The Court's opinion rightly makes clear that gutter is, for all intents and purposes, overruled.
And it sees the university's admissions policies for what they are, rudderless, race-based preferences designed to ensure a particular racial mix in the entering class.
Yeah.
Designed to provide a particular racial mix in an entering class.
Meaning what?
Judging people by the tone of their skin.
Those policies fly in the face of our colorblind constitution and our nation's equality ideal.
In short, They are plainly and boldly unconstitutional.
See the case one year earlier, 298 Brown, which has declared the fundamental principle that racial discrimination in public education is unconstitutional.
While I am painfully aware of the social and economic ravages which have befallen my race and all who suffer discrimination, I hold out enduring hope that this country will live up to its principles so clearly enunciated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States.
That all men are created equal, are equal citizens, and must be treated equally before the law.
God bless Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Clarence Thomas.
A hero of a man.
A great American.
And every one of the justices who has struck down this abomination.
Let the court cases begin.
Let all of these hives of racism and bigotry be sued for the billions of dollars they sit on.
Institutions that were meant to provide education to the masses, but instead have become hotbeds of left-wing indoctrination and bigotry.
The idea, just the idea that any person of the left could celebrate affirmative action, which is in all of these Orwellian ways, affirmative action.
Yeah, it affirms bigotry, because you are choosing people.
Not because they're smart, not because they deserve to be there based upon merit, but because they fit into a category that you deem to be lesser and that's why they need a hand up.
That's the bigotry, the soft bigotry of low expectations.
So let's celebrate today a great milestone decision Institutionalized racism in America, which is from where?
Yeah, the left.
The Democrat Party.
Conservative Institute.
Hillsdale doesn't let people in based upon skin color.
Harvard does.
Yale does.
Yale's being sued as well.
But they're not going to be able to do it anymore.
Three cheers for Justice Clarence Thomas and the rest of the Supreme Court who understand the Constitution.
We'll give you all the reaction from the left, including the Obamas.
They're not too happy.
I wonder why.

Let's get Biden to quit.
We'll be back after these messages.
Thanks for watching!
I've been living with something for the last couple of months that may well fundamentally affect my future career going on from here and whether I can even stay living in this country.
I have.
I miss COVID.
I know!
Dude, you know what I knew?
There was trouble when anyone that came to our country didn't have to get a vaccine.
And I go, mm-hmm.
And as far as following the money, did you get that far down the investigative track?
Concerning Hunter Biden, I feel like we have a very good grasp on it.
Why in New York City, where real estate is controlling you, Mr. Mayor, why are we having these horrible rent increases?
OK, first, if you're going to ask a question, don't point at me.
Twice this week, President Biden has referred to the war in Ukraine as the war in Iraq.
I don't have to tell you he has been facing doubts from voters about his age.
He is the oldest president, of course, in the nation's history that we've ever had.
One of those instances happened as he was leaving the White House today.
I think things are changing.
I think that since Transgender Day of Visibility and now the momentum we've developed at Pride,
I think that...
I long believed the Second Amendment...
...
It's Go we go.
Go.
Twice this week, President Biden has referred to the war in Ukraine as the war in Iraq.
I don't have to tell you, he has been facing doubts from voters about his age.
He is the oldest president, of course, in the nation's history that we've ever had.
One of those instances happened as he was leaving the White House today.
What do you say to people who are concerned about his age and slip-ups like the one he had today?
Well, what I say is I wish you could be in a room with him the way I often am, seeing how he is simultaneously focused on a big-picture vision and very focused on details.
I'll tell you, we've had, for example, meetings on some of the work that we've been doing with rail infrastructure, where he winds up drilling in on questions so detailed, we have to go back and set up another meeting or pull in experts from Amtrak to help satisfy the President's desire for detailed information.
Hey Mayor Pete, I think there may be another reason why you have to hold another meeting with Biden and it's not because he knows the details better than the advisors.
I'm sure his advisors know that it's the war in Ukraine and not the war in Iraq.
But nice trimer, Pete.
Dear friends, if you're getting ready for the summer season and you want to shed a few pounds, do what I did.
I'd kind of given up after 20 years of losing a bit of weight, putting it right back on.
Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team helped me lose 42 pounds!
Yeah, my wife and I, she lost 36.
That's like a Lauren Bobert we lost together.
It's an amazing system.

That's myphdweightloss.com.
MyPhDweightloss.com.
All right, let's talk to an actual national security professional.
It still blows my mind that he's the only Green Beret to make it to Congress.
Florida's 6th District Colonel Mike Waltz.
Welcome.
It's been a while.
Yeah, hey, good to be with you, Seb, and you look great, man.
Keep doing what you're doing.
Thank you, buddy.
Thank you.
I'm not sure if I could pass the Q course at Fort Bragg, but I can probably do as many push-ups as RFK Jr.
All right, let's get serious.
He is the author of Warrior Diplomat, waltz.house.gov, the man who now has The seat of a current Floridian governor.
But let's ask you your take on.
First things first, I want to talk about Ukraine in general.
How the Ukrainians are doing to repel the Russian invaders.
But your take on the events of last weekend.
I've just published this morning my analysis.
The whole thing stinks to high heaven.
The idea that the revolutionaries are now being given amnesty in Byelorussia by Putin's closest ally.
What do you think happened last weekend in Russia?
Well, to answer your first question, Seb, you know this from being a professor down in Quantico and with the Green Berets that the offense is a lot harder than defense.
Sitting on defense behind trench lines and minefields and picking off the attackers is a lot easier than I was a tanker in armor before I was a Green Beret and bringing together armor, Infantry, artillery, close air support, all on the move in a dynamic way through fixed defenses is a heck of a lot harder and we're seeing the Ukrainians struggle with it.
We've trained them how to operate the machinery, but that command and control piece is incredibly tough.
So that's one.
Number two, on Prigozhin, look, I think a couple of things were exposed.
Number one, that 85% of the Russian military is all the chips are on that table in Ukraine.
85% of their military is shoved into Ukraine.
They literally have nothing left for internal security.
And Purgosian took full advantage of it.
On his march for justice to Moscow, the Russian Air Force tried to hit him.
And according to reports, he took out, Purgosian took out, and Wagner took out six helicopters and a fixed-wing aircraft.
So I think this was a deal that they both cut.
Prakosian knew he couldn't hold Moscow with what he had, and Putin knew that he was going
to be incredibly embarrassed.
So he's been allowed to live for now, and we're starting to see reporting of Putin cleaning
house in his Ministry of Defense and among his general officer corps.
I think you're going to see some scapegoats there for their failings.
Finally, Sepp, I'm watching closely actually outside of Europe.
I'm watching Fogner in Northern Africa, in Sub-Saharan Africa, in Syria, and seeing what
kind of effectiveness they lose there, because those areas were a cash cow for Putin in terms
of gold mines, lithium mines, and other types of natural resources that they were exploiting.
Will you help me out with one thing that's really been my bugbear for the last 15 months?
I don't get it how anybody who can call themselves a Republican or a Conservative could be against supporting Ukraine.
Yes, they have corruption issues.
Yes, it's Eastern Europe.
If it was important for the French and the Spanish to help the colonialists fight the British, if we hadn't had the support of other nations, this would still be part of the British Empire today or the British Commonwealth.
Can you explain why Vladimir Putin is not a good guy and why Ukraine is important and why we should help them?
Well, look, two things, because I think it's the right policy.
Number one is we should believe dictators when they tell us what they're going to do, whether it's Xi in China or Putin.
And when Putin says he wants to reconstitute the old Soviet Union, that's a key part of his legacy.
Then we should believe him that that's what he intends to do.
So if he's sliced through Ukraine like he originally intended, then he will move on to Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia and parts of Poland.
Those are NATO countries.
Then we are, look, we are treaty obligated to then send U.S.
troops to defend them.
So if you want to keep U.S.
troops out of it, let the Ukrainians do the fighting for their freedom.
And if they're asking us for the beans and the bullets, then that's, I think, in line with U.S.
policy.
However, what is unacceptable to me is Germany sitting on the sidelines, France sitting on the sidelines, Italy.
They talk a big game in public, but when you look at the military equipment they've actually delivered, it's a fraction of what they should be, given the size of their military and their economies.
And so I've introduced a bill that's called Dollar for Euro, that, look, there should be parity there.
There should be burden sharing.
Friends and allies can have a tough conversation about them stepping up to the plate.
And so I am going to hold the Europeans to account.
Even if I overall believe this is the right policy.
Such, such a good point.
If you don't want Americans to have to be fighting in this war, you want to help the Ukrainians defeat Russia.
It's like such an obvious point.
That's why we love having you on the show.
And Seb, the other point, you know, this is a distraction from China.
Actually, you know, if we've sidelined the entire conventional Russian military with the Ukrainians doing the fighting, Then you will also see me introduce a measure to pull our forces, to reduce our forces in Europe.
And send them to the Pacific.
We'll talk about that next massive, massive topic.

Why in New York City, where the real estate is controlling you, Mr. Mayor, why are we having these horrible rent increases?
Okay, first, if you're going to ask a question, don't point at me and don't be disrespectful to me.
I'm the mayor of this city, and treat me with the respect I deserve to be treated.
I'm speaking to you as an adult.
Don't stand in front like you're treating someone that's on a plantation that you own.
Give me the respect I deserve and engage in the conversation.
Up here in Washington Heights, Treat me with the same level of respect I treat you.
So don't be pointing at me.
Don't be disrespectful to me.
Speak with me as an adult, because I'm a grown man.
I walked into this room as a grown man, and I'm gonna walk out of this room as a grown man.
I answered your question.
Somebody has issues.
If you have to keep reminding people what your job title is, I'm the mayor!
Yeah, that's not a good look.
I'm a man!
Eric Adams, don't talk to a little old lady.
I mean, if you weren't watching her, she's like four foot two, wizened old lady, and you're telling her she's speaking like a plantation owner.
Dude, you have issues.
Maybe we should send him one of Mike Lindell's pillows.
What do you think?
What do you think, Jeff?
Should we send Eric Adams one of Mike Lindell's pillows?
Is it vegan approved?
Because you know that's big to him.
Is he a vegan?
Yeah, you've never heard him talk about how everyone needs to be on a plant-based diet.
Alright, that explains everything.
I retract it all.
You have issues because you don't eat meat.
Understood.
But you, if you want to get a good night's sleep, rest your head on one of Mike Lindell's pillows.

We're back with Mike Waltz, the only Green Beret in Congress, Florida's 6th Congressional District.
Mike, you made a fascinating comment about if we can fix things in Europe, let the Ukrainians fight the Russians, have our European allies step up to the plate to kind of backfill ammunition and everything else they need.
Then we can actually concentrate on the peer competitor, the strategic threat, which I learned about when I was in the White House because I was a counterterrorism guy.
But then I quickly realized, you read the president's intel brief and you see China is number one.
Can you give us an update based upon your analysis, unclassified, after the balloon incident and everything else?
How serious is the situation with regards to Beijing and also Taiwan?
Well, and just to build on that point, Seb, I mean, between all of our services, we have over 100,000 military members spread across Europe.
They can be in the Pacific, and we need to send them there.
And if the Russian military essentially is neutered... Oh, we lost you.
Are you there?
Mike?
We've got picture.
We don't have sound.
We don't have sound.
Mike?
Weird.
Might be getting a call on his phone.
Stay on the line.
When we get Mike back, tell me, because I want to hear about the stationing of forces in that theatre, so we get a green beret's analysis of what is going on.
In the meantime, let's go back to our dear friend Nigel Farage, who's got some breaking news for us.
It's not just cancel culture, Over here, it's cancelled culture across the pond.
This is the latest from the man who made an independent United Kingdom possible.
Cut to... Oh, hang on.
Are we back?
Are we back with Mike?
Do we have sound?
I gotcha.
Alright!
So, 100,000 warfighters.
Carry on what you were saying about the theatre, Mike.
Sorry about that.
We've got 100,000 warfighters spread across Europe.
And my point is, if the Europeans would step up for their own defense, which we need to force them to do and push them to do, rather than Biden over there, you know, eating tea and crumpets, then they can handle a neutered Russian military and we can shift those forces to the Pacific.
So do your point of success in Ukraine actually leads to us being able to shift focus on China?
It's not a distraction.
Secondly, look.
So we've got to wake up and language matters.
The Chinese Communist Party is in a new Cold War with the United States.
They seek to defeat us.
They seek to replace us.
She, on a weekly basis, is talking about the decline of capitalism and democracy in the West and the ascendancy of the Han Chinese in a new global order.
They are outbuilding us.
and ships at a rate of 5 to 1. Theirs are new. Ours are old.
We are going backwards. We're retiring more ships than we're building under Biden's
defense budget. We're on track to head down to 270. They're on track to head up to 470. They're
launching more into space than the rest of the world combined, and they're tripling their nuclear
arsenal. And look, what can we all do about it? As conservatives and patriots, when you see made
in China, put it down.
Made in America is a national security issue, and they're doing it on our money.
Their military buildup is on our dollar.
Let's not fund our greatest enemy.

All right, that sneaky socialist, the guy who honeymooned in the Soviet Union, is at it again.
Bernie Sanders is pushing Senate Bill 1339 that will have a deleterious effect on the cost of your prescription drugs.
What's the story?
What can we do about it?
Let's talk to the President of Citizens Against Government Waste, Tom Schatz.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate being on.
So you're talking to about three and a half million listeners right now across the country from California to DC.
What is this Senate Bill 1339?
It's another of Senator Bernie Sanders' efforts to have the government take over health care, eliminate choices, increase prices, impose price controls.
He's been talking about it for a long time, and this is one of those bills that every sane, fiscal conservative member of Congress and taxpayers across the country should vehemently oppose.
Now, it's being sold to us, you know, classic Orwellian fashion as, this will lower the cost of prescription drugs, but what will it really do, Mr. Schatz?
Well, what really, like everything else Bernie Sanders tries to do and calls reform, raise prices.
The pharmacy benefit managers who are really negotiators for employers and their employees have helped save The people who benefit from these PBMs, about $1,000 a year.
There are 275 million Americans, about 80% of the population, who benefit from the use of PBMs.
And there have been two studies by the federal government showing that PBMs save money.
So it's the one area or an area of the healthcare system that is working and saving And Senator Sanders says, well, let's impose some restrictions.
Let's make it harder for them to do their job.
Typical government over-regulation that will end up raising prices and hurting people and making them pay more for their pharmacy benefits.
We're talking to the President of the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste.
The website is lowermydrugprices.com, lowermydrugprices.com.
Mr. Schatz, I grew up in the UK under nationalized healthcare.
My best friend still lives there.
I visited him last weekend.
He needed an MRI recently and he had to wait six months just to get an MRI.
When is more government intervention in health control, in healthcare, when is that a good thing?
Never.
My sister and brother-in-law and their kids lived in Canada and they still live there and they always have trouble getting routine care.
He's had to come here in certain cases to get care.
You wait on long lines, you don't see your doctor right away, routine care takes forever.
It's really a terrible situation and that is Senator Bernie Sanders' ultimate objective, restricting the ability of pharmacy benefit managers to negotiate lower prices.
They save 40 to 50 percent on prescription drugs for everybody who's in this system.
It's a little like Costco, a big company negotiating lower prices by the volume and the number of places they serve.
It works, but like everything else that works in every industry that's lowering prices, they're a big target for socialists like Bernie Sanders.
So what can our millions of listeners do?
What can we do to help stop Senator Sanders?
Go to the website lowermydrugprices.com and send an email to your senator and let them know that you do not want them to stick with Senator Sanders.
You want them to stick with the taxpayers.
And that's especially important for some of the Republicans in the Senate who seem to think this is a good idea.
I don't know why they'd ever get on board with anything that Senator Sanders proposes in health care, but a few of them so far have said, OK, we need to convince them that it's the wrong thing to do and they should stick with the taxpayers.
Yeah, that's very weird.
Why would anybody with the letter R behind their name want to support a bill from somebody who wants to nationalize everything and who thought it would be cool to honeymoon in the Soviet Union when it was still the Soviet Union?
How imminent is this bill?
They may take it up as soon as July 10th or the week of July 10th.
It's a big test of whether Republicans in the Senate are going to stick to their principles of fiscal conservatism and free markets and entrepreneurship and capitalism or go with Bernie.
Trust me, as somebody who grew up under a national health service, the NHS in the UK, you do not want that here in America.
We've been talking to the President of the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste.

833-334-6752.
833-334-6752. Let's go to Alex in Brooklyn.
Hey, Sebastian, thanks so much for taking the call.
I wanted to comment about the Ukraine war situation right now because you had that conversation.
And Europe is definitely not paying their fair share, but there could be two reasons for that.
The number one reason would be either because they're not afraid of Russia taking over Ukraine and then coming to them, right?
Well, you talk to a Pole, you talk to a Lithuanian, or a Latvian, or a Hungarian, and they're afraid, my friend.
Trust me.
So then the other reason why they're not giving the money if they're afraid of Russia going after them is because We're paying the money.
If we stop paying the cash, they'll start shelling it out.
It's not like they're not paying the money, so we have to start paying the money.
From the beginning, we were shelling out all the cash.
We never gave them a chance to freak out and pay the money.
If we wouldn't be paying this, then the European countries would be paying this money.
And then what happens when they don't pay?
They would be paying because their lives depend on it.
That's a big risk to take, super big risk to take.
And then what happens when they invade Poland?
Are you prepared to deploy the 82nd Airborne to Poland?
I personally believe that the European countries would be shelling out the cash.
That's a very, very risky, risky idea.
Let's go to John, New Jersey.
He's got an idea for some merch.
How are you, Dr. G?
Good.
Quick question, or not question, suggestion for a t-shirt.
All of your t-shirts get out a message, but they don't help get out the message.
So how about a picture of you leaning on your Mustang?
Above that, we put, listen to my doctor, Dr. G, and at the bottom, SebWalker.com.
I like that.
I like that.
I think my wife would say that's just stroking his ego a little bit too much.
But let me ruminate.
Let's go to our poet laureate, Brent!
God's gleaming sword, Gorka!
Thank you, buddy.
What do you have for us today?
You've got a minute and a half.
Yeah, I wanted to bless you and Jennifer Horn for yesterday's defense of faithful Jews and our blessed President Trump, who is one of the greatest benefactors in world history of the Jewish people alongside Cyrus the Great, Alexander the Great, Thomas Jefferson, Winston Churchill, and Harry S. Truman.
And any Jew who can't bless and defend President Trump by exposing and condemning the disgraceful rise in neo-Nazi anti-Semitic Jews such as George Soros, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, Bernie Sanders, and Saul Alinsky are advancing global anti-Semitism and the Democrat thermonuclear final solution for six million more Jews in the land of Israel.
And any Jew who has adopted the satanic theologies of Karl Marx and has rejected God's eternal truth, delivered by Moses at Mount Sinai, cannot be identified as a legitimate Jew.
Well, thank you.
I think I can reveal it now, five years later.
There was a group of us who referred to our former president as Darius.
Work out why.
We are America First, back in a moment.
.

The antidote to the mainstream media.
The Doctor is in America first with Dr. Sebastian Gorka on Salem News Channel.
We have social security programs established in 1935.
This program was established to help address poverty that many people after retirement were not able to basically live.
The program was developed, but If you look at the differences in life expectancy, if you say you have a black worker, white worker, they begin working the same day at the same job for the same company, they make the same salary, which may not always be the case, but in this example they make the same salary, they pay the exact same amount of money into the health care, into the social security system, and they both retire the same day.
Because the white person, on average, is going to live longer than the black person.
There's going to be a difference in how much they're going to get out of that system that they paid into.
It's just a good way of, I'm not saying that Social Security is inherently racist, but I'm saying that it has an inequitable outcome because of this health inequities.
And this is just a good way to demonstrate how that operates.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake!
America first.
How many hours of radio do we have, Jeff?
How many national hosts do we have of unique content?
You mean Salem?
Yeah!
How many hours in a day?
It's, I think, like 18.
Wow.
Do you think we can squeeze in one more host?
Depends who the host is.
Well, I was just thinking, we've got this clip about a buddy of mine in England who says he might have to go somewhere else to work.
Couldn't we squeeze in Nigel Farage somewhere?
That would be a great ad.
Wouldn't he be, I mean, he's such a good, he's such an entertaining guy and he's a good guy.
I'm for that.
Alright, let's see if we can make that happen.
Let's listen to the latest update from the man who made the UK independent again, the father of Brexit.
Man alive.
When the left really hates you, they hate you.
But actually, truth is, I'm not full of the joys of spring.
I've been living with something for the last couple of months.
That may well fundamentally affect my future career going on from here, and whether I can even stay living in this country.
I have been with the same banking group since 1980.
I've had my personal accounts with them since that date and my business accounts right through the 1990s when I worked in the City of London and in recent years too.
I'm with one of the subsidiaries of this big banking group, one with a very prestigious name, but I won't name them just yet.
I got a phone call a couple of months ago to say, we are closing your accounts.
I asked why?
No reason was given.
I was told a letter would come, which would explain everything.
The letter came through and simply said, we are closing your accounts.
We want to finish it all by a date, which is around about now.
43 years.
I mean, before he was a politician, he was a very successful businessman.
So he's talking about his personal accounts, his business accounts, 43 years.
Banking with the same bank and then they just send him a letter that we're unilaterally shutting down all your accounts.
This brings me to a broader point.
We've got to stop behaving as if things are normal.
We can't engage the other side of the political divide In a reasoned fashion, in a way that just presupposes decency and normality on the other side, despite political differences.
Could you imagine if we even had a way That anybody who's a patriot, who believes in Western civilization, justice, the rule of law, even floats the idea that, yeah, I'm going to shut down Barack Obama's bank accounts.
Nobody, nobody on our side, no patriot would say, yeah, that's a normal tactic.
Make it impossible for somebody to live.
To take out cash from their account, to use their debit card or their credit card.
Make it impossible for them to stop at a gas station and fill their tank.
So stop believing it's business as usual.
This is the problem with what we're witnessing on Capitol Hill right now.
Even the great Newt Gingrich said it on our show, what was it, just a few days ago, last week.
We played the clip beforehand of Him saying elsewhere that Marjorie Taylor Greene or was it Lauren Boebert?
They shouldn't be floating impeachment against the current incumbent of the White House because you have to have the investigations first, you have to make the case, there's a procedure, there's a tradition, you can't hurry these things.
What do you mean you can't hurry these things?
When the fabric of the nation is being rent daily, when they are dismantling block by block everything we hold sacred and which is essential not just to, you know, our well-being, but to the functioning of the nation.
We had Tom Holman, was it yesterday Tom Holman was on the show?
He gave us the update.
Not 6,000.
10,000 illegal immigrants being let into the country.
And what is the level of diabolical intrigue with which this is happening?
It's not something simple like, you know, open the floodgates and let the hordes in.
The Department of Homeland Security has spent millions of dollars of your money to create a cell phone app that can be used in Mexico, in Guatemala, in Nicaragua.
for illegal aliens to pre-screen themselves, to lie about how they're seeking asylum,
to get, you know, the green notice on the DHS app, so when they come through one of the 11 ports of
entries on the southern border, they already have a file and the poor officers of Customs and Border
Patrol can just wave them through.
Okay, thank you.
That's your number.
Here's your government-funded, taxpayer-paid cell phone.
What city would you like us to fly you to?
It's that diabolical.
They're actually creating systems to the tune of millions of your dollars.
To undermine the sovereignty of the nation.
To allow 10,000 people a day into the country illegally.
There's no more business as usual.
We have to get serious.
No more.
We'll have another press conference about Hunter Biden's latest encrypted text message to a member of the Communist government in China extorting 10 million dollars from him.
No.
Subpoena the bastard.
Get him in front of Congress.
On camera.
And if he refuses?
You, the Speaker of the House, you send out the Sergeant of Arms and you arrest him and you bring Hunter Biden to Congress and you ask him, who's the big man?
Why did you get 1.4 billion from the National Bank of Communist China?
Why is your father, the President, answering the burner phone you bought under your name?
Why is that?
And what does a text message in which you write, you know how the Bidens are good at satisfying the chairman mean?
Which chairman?
Is it the chairman of the Communist Party of China?
Is it Xi Jinping?
Come on guys!
Get serious!
It's not the Marquis of Queensbury rules.
The procedure has to be respected.
There are ways we do this.
Oh, really?
Because that's what the left does, right?
They always obey traditions and procedures.
Get real now.
All right, I see the phones are ringing.
Good friend in the tall grass in Livermore.
Ray, line one.
Dr. G, Dr. G, it's great to hear your voice.
It's great to hear your anger, and justified anger, I might say.
Thank you.
Yes.
I had an idea.
This doesn't relate to anything you're talking to, but Mr. G was nice enough to put me up.
You do the movie hour, you know, once a week, and you do the manhood hour.
Yeah.
I was putting together a list of manly men from the movies, and I didn't know if that would be worth a shot around the block with you and Mr. Reagan, but I mean, there's some obvious ones like John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Burt Lancaster, Charlton Heston, Steve McQueen, but this list could go hundreds deep with just a little help.
James Garner, Lee Marvin, Chuck Connors, Charles Bronson, Yul Brynner, Errol Flynn, Randolph Scott, Tyrone Powers.
Just the men, the men!
I think that's a really good article.
I think Eric and I should put our heads together and make a list.
That's such a great list.
I'm very partial to Yul Brynner.
Give me one of your favourites.
Oh, Westworld, and that one needs to go on your movie review.
Yes!
Oh my gosh, Westworld!
Yes, sold.
Sold, sold, sold.
All right, we will definitely do that.
Tune in.
Thank you, Ray.
Thank you for raising my mood a little bit.
We are going to review one of my favorite movies of all time.
Yeah, tomorrow with Mr. Reagan, the second installment of Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back.
Be there!
Tomorrow!
Third hour of the show.
Okay, guys.
We'll be back in a moment, but in the meantime, make sure you never miss Making Movies Great Again or The Manhood Hour or any of our deep dives.

Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
We don't play that line enough.
That's a great line.
I don't know who got hold of that, but it's rather a good one.
Just when you thought the government would stop trying to take over more of your life and your health, there's a new sneaky bill working its way through the Senate, led by, of course, who else?
Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont.
I urgently want you to support the council This is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
We've got to stop Senator Sanders' bill.
bill S1339 which would raise the price of prescription drugs making it harder for pharmacy
benefit managers to continue to save an average of $1,000 per year for 275 million Americans
just like you.
This is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
We've got to stop Senator Sanders' bill.
Go right now to lowermydrugprices.com.
Hurry, Sanders' bill could come up for a vote in just a couple of days.
That's www.lowermydrugprices.com.
All right, it's time to check in with the man who knows DC better than anyone.
He is the bureau chief for that conservative drug and order man who has never written an article of less than 3,000 words.
The one, the only, Matt Boyle.
Welcome out, Matt.
Dr. G, always a pleasure.
Great to be here.
All right, you dropped another massive article.
I had the guys print it out yesterday.
I think it killed at least 12 trees just with the paper we needed to print it out.
Who is Pedro Gonzalez?
And can we get rid of anti-Semites who are pretending to be conservatives?
Yeah, look, so this guy is an editor for Chronicles Magazine, which is a monthly print magazine run by the Charlemagne Institute, which I believe is based somewhere in the upper Midwest.
He's also... Hey, Eric, I haven't mentioned text messages.
Don't put text messages on the screen out of context.
Nobody knows what that's going to be.
You can put the article up.
Sorry to interrupt you, but...
We gotta think about our visual viewers.
So he's an editor for a magazine, a ostensible conservative magazine.
Right, and he's somebody who is extremely close with and is part of this quote-unquote DeSantis influencer community, right?
So these are people who have publicly supported DeSantis, are in league with the campaign on a regular basis, they are coordinating I don't want to use the word colluding because I don't like the word colluding after Russia collusion, but the point is that he's basically an instrument of the DeSantis campaign, as are many of these other DeSantis influencers.
They regularly host conference calls, they regularly are coordinating messaging and whatnot.
He's not formally on the campaign as a staffer, but he's in league with them, right?
Very, very prominent DeSantis supporter.
Yeah, one of the amplifiers of DeSantis, right?
Right, exactly.
And somebody who, DeSantis' top staff, from his campaign manager to his top communications advisor, Christina Pouchard, to several other staffers, and they're all wasted in the article, and people who work for the Super PAC, never back down.
have been amplifying his messages uh as well so it's it's it's it's this uh they call it the influencer community we've seen several stories right so so what what have you discovered about this DeSantis amplifier Pedro Gonzalez?
A couple of years ago, in late 2019, early 2020, we obtained a series of Telegram messages he was sharing.
Some of them were one-on-one with a then-friend of his.
Others were in a group chat on Telegram, in which he said a number of things that are extremely racist and anti-Semitic.
I don't know if I want to repeat them on the air, but you can read them.
I'll read them out.
So this is what the Pedro Gonzalez texted.
Not every Jew is problematic, but the sad fact is that most of them are.
That's like, that's not good.
The only tactical consideration of Jews is screening them for their movements.
This is bad.
Matt?
Right.
There are some really, really bad things and again, I don't want to repeat them.
People can read the article.
They can see them.
We have the screenshots of them in the article so they can see it in his own words.
It's really disgusting stuff.
We gave him several hours before the story published to try to provide some kind of an explanation for it.
He chose not to.
We also asked the DeSantis campaign if Governor DeSantis would sit for an interview and give us his thoughts on this.
He declined.
They have not... Governor DeSantis has not agreed to do an interview.
He has not said anything about this.
So the candidate himself has not.
The campaign has not, right?
So the DeSantis campaign... And Christina Pruchat, who seems to be the closest DeSantis staffer with Pedro Gonzalez, has also publicly commented on this, though she has liked a few tweets of other people reacting to it in the DeSantis influencer community.
But we haven't seen any formal response from the DeSantis campaign.
But one of the weird things I've seen from ostensible conservatives is saying, this is wrong, these are private messages.
I don't care if they're private messages.
If somebody's a stinking anti-Semite, the world should know that.
Right, well, I mean, look, I would argue that private messages are newsworthy in a case like this, or in a case like, I don't know, Hunter Biden's laptop.
Literally last week, a private message between Hunter Biden and a Chinese businessman was one of the biggest stories in the world, right?
You know, and I've seen people out there, like there was this New York Post reporter, or whatever, Carol Markowitz, who was complaining about them being private messages.
Most of the rest of her thread is okay, and she complains about me, she wants to kill the messenger, whatever.
I don't really care.
But the point is that, the fact is that the idea that private messages are somehow not newsworthy is just, it's an impossible, I call it snowflake standards, right?
No, it's not cancel culture to expose an anti-Semite, a raging anti-Semite and racist.
No, it's not doxxing.
No, it's completely acceptable to report on private messages.
So, no.
Those are standards by people who are upset at the the political implications of this story, which has quite clearly rocked the DeSantis campaign and the DeSantis influencer community.
Don't you think that somebody, maybe not DeSantis, but at least Pusho or somebody like that who's responsible for comms has to disavow and distance the DeSantis campaign from somebody who we now know is a raging anti-Semite?
I think that the governor himself should come out and say something about it, and I think that if he did, in the beginning, whether it was that night, and I understand that people were really upset that night, and this story was shocking, and okay, fine, you had a day to digest it yesterday.
We didn't hear from the governor.
It's been more than 48 hours since I first reached out to the DeSantis campaign about this.
It's been close to 48 hours since the story was published.
It was published just after 6 on Tuesday night.
Governor DeSantis is well aware of this stuff.
He's well aware that his staff was working with this guy.
He's well aware that his supporters are close with him.
Where is he?
Right?
Like, why haven't we heard from him?
I think you need to hear from the candidate, and I think that hearing from the candidate earlier would have maybe prevented this from spiraling into more of a story about his community.
Well, there's clearly a Probably a problem with the governor's comms team.
Even Candace Owens has just weighed in.
We're going to read to you what she has just said.
It's been sent to me by Matt himself because he can be on an interview and still be working at the same time.
That's how serious a man he is.

That's not the liner I remember.
All right, this popped up on my social media feed yesterday.
It's just too good.
Before we get back to Matt, Dana Carvey, the genius with David Spade just skewering that little fascist pouchie.
I miss COVID.
I know.
Dude, you know what I knew?
There was trouble when anyone that came to our country didn't have to get a vaccine.
And I go, if you're telling me I can't go to work, but everyone, everyone coming in doesn't have to get one.
I go, well, once we found out when Fauci said, Okay, I'm sorry.
If you've had two boosters and two vaccines, you can get and give COVID to another guy who's had five vaccines and four boosters.
What's the difference between a vaccine and a booster?
I don't know.
Just more vaccine.
But booster sounds better.
Anyway, a guy with 25 vaccines would get and Give COVID to another guy with 25 vaccines.
That's why I'm introducing the daily COVID shot.
Every day you get a shot.
By the time you get to your car, you got no immunity.
But it's a beautiful 39 seconds.
Please, Dana, don't give them any ideas, okay?
He's at Georgetown now and he's going to be coming up with a daily COVID shot.
Don't do it, all right?

We are back with the one, the only, Matt Boyle of Breitbart.com.
And we're talking about this really kind of, I'm going to have to have a shower in, you know, bleach afterwards.
This Pedro Gonzalez anti-Semite DeSantis influencer.
And Candice Owens has tweeted this.
Matt, you shared this with me.
This is like no holds barred.
Sorry to say it, but the DeSantis campaign was dead on arrival and it's time to admit it.
Tons of mistakes.
Needed to be more upfront about his intention to run.
Totally.
Doesn't come across as honest and he's boring.
He also needed someone more like Kayleigh McEnany rather than petty Christina Pushaw running comms.
The influencers This is who we're talking about, like Pedro the anti-Semite.
The influencers that are still cheerleading for him are those that recently moved to his state and want to reap the benefits of standing firm beside him through his inevitable loss.
Look, you're an expert on this stuff, Matt.
This is just a really... I mean, for the governor of a very successful state, which he is, this is a really, really bad comms team.
I mean, they're horrifically bad.
Like, it's just awful.
I mean, look, here's the thing.
Again, there's no really good way to handle a story like what happened on Tuesday, to be fair to them.
However, and I understand why they didn't respond, okay, before the deadline.
By the way, their super PAC, which does have some comms pros on it, right?
Like the Never Back Down crew, they actually did issue a statement before the story came
out before my deadline.
Yeah.
And they called Pedro's views inexcusable.
And then they tried to flip the thing on Trump.
Okay, fine.
Right.
Did Paul Shaw say anything?
Nothing.
Right.
Like, and so, so what I'm saying is that, okay, fine.
Once you see the story and you see all this awful stuff that came out, by the way, I shared
a number of the messages with the DeSantis campaign five hours before the story came
out, right?
Like, any response?
No, nothing.
But like I said, I also share them with the super PAC, Never Back Down, that's backing
Now, they can't coordinate, but the Super PAC did condemn the messages, right?
So, to be fair to them, again, what you're seeing here is some people that are maybe not so very good at running a national campaign.
Again, both things can be true here.
Governor DeSantis can be a great governor of Florida.
And I think he has been.
I think he's done a lot of good things as the governor here.
I'm a huge fan of his as governor.
But you can also be an awful presidential candidate.
Now, we've only got a few seconds left.
I have to ask you, is it too late?
I mean, you dropped 5,000 words on Tuesday.
You've got the receipts.
You've got the text messages.
This Pedro Gonzalez, the DeSantis booster, is a rank anti-Semite.
Is it too late for the campaign to respond or could they still do it?
No, it's never too late to condemn anti-semitism and racism.
It's never too late and he should do it.
It'll be picked apart, any kind of late response, but I do think that he should.
I think that would be a good thing for the movement and the party and the country.
Christina, are you listening?
Ron, are you listening?
You are listening to a man who knows of what he speaks, who's been covering DC for years, and he knows a campaign that's in trouble.
It would be very wise of you to listen to Matt Boyle.
Everybody else should also follow him at Real Matt Boyle.

I've never met him before, never spoken to him before, but I just did a little bit of research.
How about this for a resume?
Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gilmore Girls, Entourage, CSI Miami, Bones, Grey's Anatomy, The Rookie.
I love The Rookie.
Dude, how do we get stars of this ilk on our show?
We are excited.
Star of Nefarious, Jordan, Belfie.

Thanks for that intro, Steph.
I appreciate it.
I'm going back a little ways with Buffy.

Iconic?
No, that's true.
It is true.
It's an iconic show and so...
All right, so tell us about this new movie.
I'm really, I'm so pissed.
I'm going to say that live in front of three and a half million people.
Because I had your colleague on who plays the devil last week.
And I said, I need to see this movie right now.
Send me a screener.
And they sent the screener to my producer.
It's locked on his email account, so I can't access it.
I haven't even seen the bloody movie I'm desperate to see.
And now I've got you on.
Tell us about how you got involved.
And tell us about your character, the good doctor.
Well, for those who don't know, the setup of the movie is that it's the eve of this serial killer's execution, and a psychiatrist is brought in to certify that he is sane to stand execution.
And that serial killer claims that he's possessed by a demon, and that before the night's over, that psychiatrist will commit three murders of his own.
So this is the idea that you have to prove he's not insane so that he actually is executed?
Correct.
Correct.
And so that question for the psychiatrist, who, in a lot of ways, you know, he's an atheist, he sort of embodies the secular world.
He has to ask the question, is this guy crazy?
Is he a genius and this whole thing is an act?
Or is there a third option, potentially, that maybe he's telling the truth?
And so the thrust of the movie really boils down to this confrontation, this sort of intellectual and verbal chess match between me And the serial killer.
It's fascinating the way you teed that up.
It just reminds me of, I think it was C.S.
Lewis, the amazing Christian apologist who said, if you're a human being, you have to make a decision about Jesus Christ because we know he existed.
His existence is recorded in Roman documentation.
This guy was crucified 2,000 years ago.
And based upon what he said, which is reported by his apostles, he said he's God.
He said he's the Son of Man.
Every human being has to decide, was he crazy?
Was he lying or was he God?
So you've kind of flipped it with the other side of it.
So again, now I want to see it even more.
I'm even more angry.
Whoisnefarious.com is the website.
It's streaming everywhere that great movies are streaming.
Tell us about your decision to take this role of Dr. James Martin on because I don't know.
I had this conversation with my wife last week.
We watched a Schwarzenegger movie, End of Days, and I have this kind of...
Torn attitude to these movies because I don't want to see the devil glorified.
I don't want to have, you know, Ouija boards on my TV screen too much.
But for example, The Omen and Omen 2 are seminal movies for me from my childhood because I respect movies that take evil seriously.
And I think so does Nefarious.
You couldn't put it better.
Nefarious is not a typical, it's sort of, at the risk of sounding precious about it, it's sort of at the nexus of horror, psychological thriller and faith.
And it really explores the true nature of good and evil.
And it's not a movie that, you know, scary in the sense of it's not filled with gore or CGI effects.
It's not about titillation, right?
It's not about spectacle and those kinds of things.
Concepts and ideas and it's cerebral in that way and it's haunting in its realism and it's real Portrayal of evil and and to be honest with you there are things as funny as it sounds that haunt me Because of the idea of them and how I had to live with that Is that was that made it difficult for you to decide to do it?
Or is that stuff that came to you while you were making the movie?
It came to me while I was making the movie Um, it's, um, it's the kind of movie as an actor that you dream about because it's delicious, rich, you know, complex material that as an actor you want to sink into.
And really because the movie, you know, is, is me going tete a tete with this other actor.
You know, that's the kind of stuff you dream about.
Right.
If it's well-written, because that stuff is hard to write, but a one-roomer, one-scene movie, if it's well-written like Mammoth or something, that can be some of the most powerful stuff.
And it is.
I can assure you it is.
Chuck Conzelman and Cary Solomon, who wrote and directed the picture, they wrote God's Not Dead.
They're religious guys.
But it is constructed masterfully.
The dialogue is extremely precise and it actually requires, from what I gathered from everyone who's seen it, multiple viewings to really take it all in.
The depth and the meaning of it.
And I think the reason people are responding to it so overwhelmingly is because the movie is about something real and it's about something significant.
And so people are moved by it.
Not because it's about spectacle or it's titillating in that way.
It is a gripping Compelling movie, but it's it transcends that it's about something really meaningful
And for that reason, I think it's been truly successful.
All right.
Well, I'm going to be kicking everybody who is promoting the movie to send me my screener right now as soon as I leave the studio.
I'll do it.
Stay on the line.
I want to talk to you in the break.

You America First, Made in America.
America first!
Magnificent.
That was fun.
That was really fun.
I can't wait to see that movie tonight.
Alright, they've doubled down.
Richard Levine, the ugly man in a skirt, has said a month, a month of perverse pride isn't enough.
And he's repeated it again.
Cut ten.
I think things are changing.
I think that since Transgender Day of Visibility and now the momentum we've developed at Pride, I think that the conversation is changing.
I think the narrative is changing, focusing on these vulnerable youth and their families and their doctors.
And I think with Pride Month, just finishing up this week, that we are going to continue to change that narrative and continue to make progress.
That's why I've said this should be a summer of pride.
We should have pride all summer, which means that we need to continue these discussions, we need to continue to change the narrative about health equity and about families.
It just makes me want to vomit, just literally looking at that.
That's an insult to actual women.
Let's talk to a real one, a warrior queen, Antoinette.
Is it Thursday?
It has to be!
It is, Dr. G!
It's really Thursday.
I have to go congratulate you.
I'm with you, Dr. G. Just how you began your monologue today.
And how you had that Ongoing situation with Jennifer Horne yesterday with that deal about the Jewish people in our country.
Oh, that slur against the president, yeah.
Yes, yes, and then again today about Ukraine.
What the hell do these people do not get?
If we don't help Ukraine, they want to send our boys and girls to the war, but we have
to really fight again.
Don't they see it's like World War II all over again?
And we've got to win back our country and take it back because of our principles of
government right now has gone so scary left.
But just to give you two things, last two things, Dr.
Jenkins, Fourth of July is coming up.
I have a little argument with a young man at the Mission Viejo Planned Parenthood, but
there was a young husband and wife with kids.
He stood there until I was protected.
It was kind of touch and go.
I'd never gone down to the Mission Bay Hope Planned Parenthood.
You've got a minute left, minute left, minute left.
Here's Benjamin Franklin, a nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the right Which God has given them cannot be enslaved.
It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, men and women of our country, please pray for our country.
We need to vote Democrat!
Vote Republican!
You vote Democrat?
Not only are you ignorant, but you hate our country.
Please, please, please vote as a conservative because we love our country and thank you Dr. G and your staff for what you guys do.
God bless.
It's a very simple choice.
It's not about political parties.
It's about whether you love America or you don't.
If you hate America, Vote Democrat if you love it.
Well, no, just leave, okay, if you hate America.
If you love it, vote Republican.
Next up, one of the most stimulating conversations I have is always with Lee Smith.
What a courageous journalist.
He's next one on one.
You You
You They know that we can defeat them.
They know that we will defeat them.
But they're not coming after me, they're coming after you.
I'm just standing in their way.
And I always will stand in their way.
There isn't really a more succinct explication of why we're witnessing what we're witnessing from assistance to the president being put in leg irons at Reagan National Airport to a former president's home being raided not long after he left.
The White House to having a former president arrested and arraigned.
It's really that simple.
It's about freedom and liberty for all of us and one man who is getting in the way.
One individual who has catalogued all of this for us so incredibly is the author of multiple works that led to a film as well, The Plot Against the President, also a documentary by Amanda Milius, and The Permanent Coup.
and I'm so delighted to have him back with us one-on-one, the one and only Lee Spieth.
Welcome back to America Firstly. Thank you Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Always a real pleasure and always very fun to get a chance to speak to you.
Very informative and enjoyable.
Yeah, it's kind of like a working lunch with you and me.
We were always bouncing ideas off each other even before we started.
We were doing a little bit of brainstorming and I always, I learn so much from you and I'm always so happy to recognize your valor in telling the truth now for so many years.
We got to know each other when you were writing about the Middle East and sadly The things that you witnessed there, the political corruption you witnessed in that part of the world is now sadly grown roots here in America.
Let me do things in reverse.
I want to build up to the big so what first and then we can maybe dissect the events of the last few weeks.
So I had a call with Will Witt yesterday, a great young man.
Former Prager alum who posted a video that he showed me afterwards that was a kind of gelling together of what I've been thinking and trying to express for several weeks now.
And I'd like you to react to it.
When we look at the latest indictment, the 37 charges against President Trump, A lot of conservatives, if they don't hate the president and say, oh he's in trouble now, a lot of the good guys who believe in law and order say, hang on a second, on multiple bases this is utterly fallacious.
Number one, the 1978 Presidential Records Act is the only thing that regulates documents that a president controls and he determines what are his.
It's a civil act, it's not a criminal act.
You can never bring charges against a president based upon that law.
Secondly, the idea that they broke the veil of attorney-client privilege to use evidence against the president should mean the whole thing should be thrown out of court.
And then, of course, there's the other factual things that we know, that President Trump maintains his highest level of security clearance to the day he dies.
The idea that he can mishandle documents is absurd.
And what Will said, and what I've been trying to get at for the last few weeks is, so what?
It's irrelevant.
Why are we trying to make good faith, factual, logical, legal arguments in the face of people who have no good faith and will use every tool possible to arrest and imprison the leader of the opposition?
There's this kind of wake up moment where we say, Stop thinking that the other side will suddenly surrender if we make the better argument.
They are gone.
They are radicals.
They are extremists.
Your response, Lee?
Absolutely.
I think the purpose of doing that, the purpose of explaining things, some things within limits, is to give our side, and I think this is so important, it's what you've been doing, Seb, for years, which is to say, look, here's what's going on, and to give people the language I think that's very valuable.
right? Not even to take it outside of their own head, to talk to their families, their friends,
their neighbors, et cetera, but just so they know what's really happening, so they know the truth,
right? So I think that's very valuable. But your larger point is absolutely correct.
They try to drag us into these arguments where we spend all of our time going back, doing research,
What about this?
What about that?
I've read all about this law.
I read the entire and I have read the indictment several times now.
Right.
And so we go back and we do this thing like, well, this isn't really what happened.
It really goes like this.
Like, right.
That's the whole thing to drag us down, to make us pretend that these are good faith arguments, that this is really about the law.
That this is really about something that Donald Trump did, rather than what Donald Trump represents to them.
There are times when I think about the amount of effort that I spent Researching Russiagate, knowing everything about it.
I mean, Seb, I could write a dissertation on the Steele dossier, right?
I know the thing inside and out.
And frankly, it's a little embarrassing.
And for that reason, exactly what you're talking about, that we have to master all of this garbage, or we have believed we have to master all of this garbage that they're churning out, In fact, it's meant to drag us down.
It's meant as an insult.
It's spitting in our face.
these cogent arguments have no effect on them at all because it was never about the argument.
In fact, it's meant to drag us down. It's meant as an insult. It's spitting in our face. That's
what it is. All right. So if you concur with that analysis that, yes, at one level for those on our
side who aren't steeped in these issues like you or I are, we have to give them the information to
counter the good faith argument on our side.
But if at the strategic level it has nothing to do with logical arguments or the idea that one day they'll just, you know, give up in the face of the facts on our side, what does that mean going forward?
Have you thought, you know, what the philosophical consequences are of people who believe in law and order, who believe in the Constitution, Having to defeat those who abrogate it every single day, who are fine with using the CIA, the FBI as political weapons.
We do not... I hear this all the time that, oh they've crossed a Rubicon now by using the FBI against a president because then we'll do it to them the next time round.
BS!
Never happening!
The GOP aren't going to behave like that and even if they did it would be wrong because we undermine everything we stand for.
So are we constantly stymied and hobbled because the other side is prepared to go to quote, you know, the untouchables.
You know, they're prepared to bring a gun to a knife fight.
What difference does this reality make to our side's response?
Well, I'm afraid that what happens when you take reason out of an argument, when you take logic out of an argument, you push it in a different direction.
And we're not there, and I hope we don't ever get to that direction, but that's certainly the way that they're pushing it.
And you talk about the Republicans, and God bless them, there's a lot of people doing good things, but there's also people who are not even placeholders.
There are people who are working against us.
And look, the way the country is set up is that the opposition party is supposed to, ideally,
restore some logic to the political sphere.
But if that's not happening, they at least have to play the block.
Because if they're leaving one half of the country exposed, and that one half of the country realizes
that they have no other political instruments, Again, you know, we've spoken about this before, and I'm afraid I don't see that the situation has improved much.
I think that it's moving slowly, and again, I hope we never get there.
But I'm afraid that we're moving gradually into a very dangerous situation.
But is there any different tactic, methodology, procedure we should employ right now, given the fact that there's no mechanism, no weapon they're not prepared to use against the Constitution?
I think the most important thing that we can do, which I mentioned in passing, which is clarity.
Really, again, that's what you do.
That's what I try to do, to explain to people.
We can explain things, and the way that I fanned with Russiagate to explain things is, Take the timeline and take the basic facts.
Ignore the way that that entire narrative is constructed in the media.
For instance, we could do it with the DOJ's indictment on the national defense information of Donald Trump.
We could go back and say, well, here are the facts.
Here's what happened.
Here's the timeline.
Here's what they're doing.
So I find that helpful insofar as giving clarity.
As so far as fighting back Right now against this demonic left again.
I think the most important thing is for our side, for our people, for our Americans.
And I believe that it's more than just people who vote Republican.
I believe that there are a lot of people who are deeply concerned about different things they're seeing.
And I think the thing that we do is without screaming at them, without intimidating them, without without hystericizing them, because that's who is playing on the other side, hysterics.
No.
Well, they shouldn't be.
They shouldn't be.
He's a writer, an extraordinary investigative journalist, and also a maker of new words.
Hystericizing.
Well, they shouldn't be. They shouldn't be. He's a writer, an

fumbling FBI that like couldn't get Pfizer straight. They ran an op.
So who put Mifsud in play?
You don't know, do you?
I do not know that.
That was the testimony of a very taciturn individual we haven't heard from for a long time.
He's been working away for four years, dropping a 300-page report and then testifying before Congress last week.
John Durham, Special Investigator, Special Counsel.
Massive disappointment as far as I'm concerned.
God bless Matt Gaetz from Florida for saying it like it is, that the person at the center of the Russia collusion hoax The person that was used to try and entice members of the Trump campaign into fake connections with Russia, a certain Mifsud.
John Durham doesn't even know where he is and never spoke to him.
Give us your take.
You have been working on this so long, Lee Smith.
You've written multiple books about it.
A movie was made out of the first one, The Plot Against the President.
Give us your grade or your response to what we witnessed not only in the report but in the testimony and whether or not you concur with Matt Gaetz, Congressman Gaetz.
Well, I absolutely agree with Congressman Gates by saying it was an operation.
That's what it was.
It was an operation conducted under cover of a counterintelligence investigation.
That's what it was.
And there's indication from Durham's testimony he understood that.
I believe his closing lines were something about the country can't stand with a two-tier system of justice, which is a little bit of, I mean, It's correct and it's clear, but it's a bit of an understatement when our federal law enforcement authorities turn their attention to a presidential campaign, then a transition team, and then the White House.
But for me, because I think we spoke about this right when the Durham report came out, and Durham's testimony actually gave me more of a sense that he was He was restrained, not just by Merrick Garland, Joe Biden's attorney general, but also by William Barr.
But look, I might still be deceiving myself, but saying John Durham wanted to do the right thing.
It appears to me that there are indications in the report and there's indications in his testimony that he was on to a lot of different things, but was restrained.
For instance, here's something interesting.
I don't think we talked about this before because I've only recently found it.
In the Durham report, there are interviews with Andrew McCabe showing what a central role James Comey played in Crossfire Hurricane.
And a lot of the congressional investigators that you and I know, Cash and former congress, former chairman Devin Nunes, I think that they always, they, I don't believe that they thought that Comey was as central as Comey turned out to be.
So here's what's interesting about that.
Was Durham did not subpoena McCabe, right?
He should have.
And this is one of the things that probably should have been hit on more in the testimony.
Republican House members should have really drilled down on that a lot.
But here's the interesting thing.
So how did he get that information out of McCabe?
Well, he got it from the interviews that the Department of Justice's inspector general, Mike Horowitz, conducted with McCabe.
Except Horowitz never published these interviews.
That report came out in December 2019, so it's only now we're finding out what a role James Comey had.
So why is that?
Was it that Durham?
Again, was it that bar?
Limited Durham's ability to do things?
Again, we know that Garland did it.
This is Joe Biden's attorney general.
But what role did William Barr play in that?
And why was Horowitz hiding that stuff back in December 2019?
Yeah, so here you went to the heart of the matter.
So here's my problem with one of my many problems with John Durham.
During the testimony, he is critical of the FBI in 2015 and 2016 saying they didn't verify any aspect of the smear file that was the Steele dossier.
He said, he actually said, you know, under oath, the FBI didn't interview key people to verify the veracity of that document which turned out to be opposition research paid for by Hillary Clinton.
So he says that In the morning, and then the same day, a few hours later, Matt Gaetz points out, as you just did, that he, that the man who was charged with investigating the origins of the Russia collusion, didn't interview Comey, didn't interview McCabe, didn't interview Stroke, the key movers and architects.
So what the hell is this person doing saying, oh, oh, FBI, you didn't do your job, you know, seven years ago, when he didn't do it either, Lee?
Well, that's why Gates hit on the precise point.
It was an operation.
So for Durham to have made that statement about, well, the FBI didn't really look into this.
They didn't verify it.
Of course not.
Because the FBI, my theory, and there's a lot of circumstantial evidence, my theory is that the FBI and DOJ wrote the dossier.
That's what happened.
The FBI actually did it.
So the idea that the FBI was going to go out and verify it is preposterous.
Remember, the two people who were allegedly behind this are one confidential human source, Christopher Steele, and another guy, Igor Danchenko.
They made a confidential source.
in January 2017, except when you look at how long the FBI had been dealing with Danchenko,
going back to 2011.
I mean, that in itself raises all sorts of alarms, right?
But that's what I mean.
This is the framework in which Durham, Barr, and Garland, Garland's DOJ, as well as the
media have described the dossier.
Well, the problem is they didn't verify it.
No, that's not the problem, right?
We know their role in compiling it.
We know what they did.
They laundered this into a FISA warrant to be able to spy on a presidential campaign.
But again, this comes back to, I think, our larger point.
I think a lot of our—so we're talking about something, to make it clear, People who believe in America and the U.S.
you know, are our people are, you know, and and so we're making that people,
people who believe in America and the US Constitution.
Right, right.
And we're making it clear, and we're giving them clarity, but the most important thing we're giving them clarity on, I think, is not necessarily the dossier operation, an op, as Congressman Gates called it, but to show what is going on right now in the upper levels of the American government, right?
More information being concealed, operations being run, not just against President Trump, but operations being run against Trump
support against Trump aides.
You just act like yourself.
Operations being run against Trump supporters.
So again, I think the more clarity that we can give people, because a lot of the times
we see some of our Republican friends, thought leaders, and they'll get on TV, they'll get
in front of a camera, they'll scream, we're going to come after them, we're going to destroy
them.
And it's good.
I mean, it's good to, you know, get stir emotions.
And it's good if they really get their man as they as they set out to get them.
And I'm impressed with what Chairman Comer is doing right now and what Senators Grassley
and Johnson have been doing about all the Hunter Biden stuff.
So I'm really impressed.
And that's really great.
But the most important thing, I think right now, especially without the power to put these people
on the stand to charge them criminally, like Hunter Biden, like it seems President Joe Biden,
the important thing we want all of our people to have is clarity as well as patience, right?
We find out they're doing bad things.
I'm sorry.
You're right.
They do belong in an orange jumpsuit, but that's not going to happen now.
Right now, it's not only about building cases, it's about building the confidence of the American people.
We're strong.
We know what we're looking at.
We know what we're doing.
We know the way we want this to go.
Again, that for me is the big takeaway from the Durham testimony.
Matt Gaetz described it perfectly.
Yeah, it's an op.
So now that's how the American public will understand.
But by the way, I know, working on Russiagate for so long, there are so many people who understood it, can put in very clear fashion what it really was, right?
Why?
Because there are dime store detective novels about it and, you know, B-movies about it.
What it is, It was just about one dirty politician getting a whole bunch of dirty cops to smear her political opponent.
That's what Russiagate was.
It's just, just an op.

All right, I could do this for hours, talking about the big picture stuff.
We'll get back to it in a moment, but first let's talk about what's in the news.
We now have evidence that has been submitted to a court of law, so it's real, it's not contestable, of the son of the president Extorting money out of Chinese officials.
Millions of dollars.
On a WhatsApp, an encrypted message saying, send the money now because you know who's sitting next to me, he's my dad and you better not make us angry.
Then we have at the beginning of this week another one, let me just read it out, another encrypted message from Hunter Biden to another one of his If you think it's about money, it's not.
with let's just say I'm tired of this Kevin I can make five million dollars in
salary from any law firm in America really if you think it's about money
it's not the Bidens are the best at doing exactly what the chairman wants
from this partnership please let's not quibble over peanuts There was quite a famous Hungarian philosopher who, after the fall of communism, wrote a seminal piece called, when he saw that none of the communists were being tried or convicted for the crimes of communism, they were just walking the streets picking up their pension, he wrote an article with the headline, The Land of No Consequences.
Have we become a land of no consequences?
If a son of a president can write extortionary text messages like that, and he's going to state dinners with the Prime Minister of India?
No, this is a very interesting question.
Seb, because Hungary under the communist regime, aside from people like your father who resisted this communist regime, so much of society was implicated by it.
We saw this throughout all of the former Eastern Bloc countries.
I believe we've talked before about lustration.
I think that was the phrase the Czechs used to hold people down.
To shed light on history and have people actually pay a price.
And very few people were actually held accountable, and that's because so much of society had
been implicated.
Thank God that that's not true here of the United States, right?
It's not even people, it's not even half the country, right?
It's a very, very small amount of people who are running this particular regime, and thankfully
all of American society has not been poisoned.
And it's not like there's a small band of people who continue to fight for freedom,
your father did, right? So it's a very small core.
So this is still a country of accountability, and I agree with people when they say it's become a two-tier society.
But remember, the bulk of this country, the bulk of the society, is not only subject to the law that Hunter Biden is not, but believes in that law.
And when there is an opportunity, and God willing there will be an opportunity, the people who are now breaking the law will be held accountable.
This is not yet, and I hope it may never become one, a society without accountability.
So, again, people know what's going on here.
The fact that no one's putting a Hunter Biden in handcuffs, in an orange jumpsuit, and putting
him on a witness stand does not mean that there's no accountability in this country.
So you have faith?
Yeah, I do.
I mean, do I think it's going to happen right away?
No, certainly not.
It's not going to happen right away.
And I've been saying this to people for quite a long time.
I'm like, look, the Hunter Biden investigation, whatever it is, it's performative.
Right?
Whether it has to do with Ukraine, whether it has to do with China.
And now we see it's performative, right?
We have information from the U.S.
Attorney in Delaware, David Weiss.
We have this heroic IRS whistleblower.
That's what they're coming for.
They're saying, yeah, all this stuff about Hunter Biden has been performative.
We wanted to do the real thing, but we were stopped from doing it by other people at the FBI, by other people in the DOJ.
So no, I've been saying for a long time, do not put your faith and this investigation of Hunter Biden, because that's not
where we are right now as a country.
But that does not mean that there is no accountability in this country, because again,
the ethos of the country is not simply decided by the regime, right?
And this is still a small regime that's fighting the people, and not just Republicans, not just conservatives.
It's against the people.
Remember, this is very important.
There are people who are paying a very steep price on the left, right?
People on the right, religious people, I'm sorry for digressing here, but this is a fascinating thing about libs of TikTok.
Can you hold that thought and we'll continue in a second.
We're talking to Lee Smith.
Very important point coming up.
Broadcasting to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
I wrote this down.
This is why I love having you on the show because it's like being back in grad school.
I'm making notes the whole time and, you know, neurons are sparking.
You're making this point, Lee, about how you've got to remember who most of America are, how small the number of those who want to rip up the Constitution actually is, and that you said the regime is fighting the people and the regime is not the people.
Then you said that a lot of people are standing up and suffering even on the left.
So carry on your point, Lee.
Well, you know, I'm digressing a lot here, but... No, no, no, it's central.
No, I know, but what I'm saying, I love talking to you because it's really interesting and we get to, you know, we get to go all over the place.
It's fascinating.
Well, look, we know that the FBI went after pro-life activists, right?
They went after a family man.
They went after a preacher, right?
And so they're going after the right and they're going after You know, but we don't know that all the school parents that they're spying on are conservatives or on the right.
There's a lot of concerned school parents.
But the trans thing is fascinating because someone raised this to me.
I hadn't thought about it before.
But Chaya Reitschik, of course, lives of TikTok.
She's an Orthodox Jew, right?
It's not those families.
It's not Christian families who are being targeted with this horrible trans stuff, right?
It's families who are more liberal, more on the left.
They're more vulnerable to a lot of this stuff, right?
And that's who's being targeted.
So we have to keep that in mind.
It's not just that they're going after our friends.
But what does that mean?
Because, for example, one of the most vociferous speakers against the transgender movement Is this gay left-wing woman from Gays Against Groomers who says the trans movement is trying to negate homosexuality and trans away the gay.
Okay, I get it.
That's really interesting.
There's this cleavage between traditional homosexuals and the transgender movement.
But what does it mean for people like us?
Do we have to engage more people?
What does it mean operationally?
Right.
I think at first we need to recognize it's not just us, right?
Well, that's what I mean when I say the regime is against the people, right?
Now, I don't know how to stir their consciousness and how to say, look, you need to understand the different forces that are arrayed against you.
You might not want to take my help, but I'm here.
If you want help, if you want advice, If you just want to talk about what's going on,
because there are a lot of families who are being touched by this.
There are a lot of families who are touched by COVID in different ways.
And not all of these people are gonna swing to the right.
Not all of these people are gonna become Donald Trump voters,
or even Robert F. Kennedy Jr. supporters.
But I think that there are people who are, even if they're not asking questions,
the important thing for us to understand is, the real conflict is between the regime,
by which we mean not just its political elites, but also the corporate elites,
as well as the cultural elites, right?
That are directed against the mainstream of the American people.
I don't think there are that many.
We see them all the time on TV, these freakish mothers Who take their kids to drag queen story hour events and stuff like that.
But there's a lot of people who are being hurt by this who have no desire to engage with drag queen story hour, whether it's at schools or bars or whatever.
This is hitting people all over the country.
So I think, again, we start just by recognizing it's not just us on the right.
It's not red versus blue.
It's the regime against the country.
And so our first thing is just to see what the size of that looks like.
First of all, it should make us more optimistic.
Again, I'm not saying that we can expect all these people to swing their vote this way or that way.
Just to be open to it.
Yeah, I like to get a sanity check from the guests on the show on this particular issue.
I think, for example, the transgender, the surgical mutilation of young girls and boys, this could be a catalytic issue for lots of Americans who aren't even on the left or the right, who never deemed themselves to be political, but think Hang on a second, there's a member of the Biden administration who's an ugly man in a skirt and he's talking about how this is really good for children and sometimes it shouldn't be the parents, it should be the teachers who are helping them transition behind the backs of the parents.
That's a kind of wake-up call or could be a wake-up call for tens of millions, could it not?
I think so, because if not, again, just to be clear, because if not, this is very dire, right?
I mean, look at what's happening.
I mean, experimental, gruesome experiments on live subjects are the hallmark of all totalitarian regimes, right?
Except uniquely here, we have the people who are part of this industry.
who demand to be acknowledged as moral champions.
Right.
So unless there is some way, unless we find a way to stop this in its tracks, we're going to see it get progressively worse.
So I agree that this is a real, this is a real crucial moment in this particular trajectory.
And that's why it's important to see who's mostly being affected by this.
Again, it's not the children of Orthodox Jewish families.
It's not Amish families, it's not evangelical Christian families, it's not powerful large Catholic families, right?
They're praying.
on kids from mostly from the left, from liberal families who unfortunately have left themselves
open and their children open to these predators.
Right.
So again, we have to we have to see it and then we have to understand how to talk about
it and how to explain to people like, hey, look, it's not a political cause.
It's about your children.
It's about our children.
I'll help.
What do you need from me?
What can I do to help?
Because it's heartbreaking what they're doing to our children.
It's violent and it's vicious.
And again, as we were talking about a little bit before the show, it really is such a crucial moment in In this in this trajectory with the regime pushing our country to the edge of the abyss.
We're talking to Lee Smith.
Follow him right now at LeeSmithDC, author of The Plot Against the President and Permanent Coup.
I have to say that it's just nice to know human beings like you, Lee, because you kind of re-instill a very cynical man's faith in humankind.
I don't think you're cynical at all.
If you were cynical, seriously, you wouldn't be doing it.
I mean, no one would be doing something like this if they were cynical.
You get up every morning like, what's going on?
Forget it.
I'm done.
Forget it.
Hard-bitten.
I'll say hard-bitten.
But thank you.
You should be hard-bitten.
Yeah, I know.
And I want to thank you for almost every time we talk, without me prompting you, you bring up my family background and what my father went through under communism, and I thank you for that.
In that context, let me just, you know, This isn't about me, but we've talked about everything we've witnessed in the last six or seven years.
I look at my former boss in the White House, Steve Bannon, arrested for contempt of Congress when all Americans should hold Congress in contempt.
I see my White House colleague Peter Navarro arrested and put in leg shackles at Reagan Airport for the same crime of refusing to surrender to Nancy's January 6th committee.
I see the reports of a U.S.
ambassador in Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, illegally surveilling the social media accounts of people like me, Donald Trump Jr., Dan Bongino, John Solomon, which is a crime.
The State Department is forbidden from maintaining personnel files on U.S.
citizens.
And I look at the fact that, and I could go on and on and on, you know, Fast and Furious, IRS, Lois Lerner, I see no consequences being paid by those who broke the law.
You know dysfunctional regimes.
You specialized in them, especially in the Middle East.
How close are we?
How dangerous is the scenario that we could become one of those regimes where the political elite just stays in power because the whole of the government becomes a weapon to deal with their opposition?
Well, this is definitely something I've been looking at since we first started hearing about Russiagate, because it was so clearly a third world, Middle Eastern regime operation, tying the intelligence services to the media, or as they're called in the Arab states, the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Interior, right?
Our Department of the Interior is a very different thing.
We're talking about national parks and stuff, but Ministry of the Interior, that's responsible for domestic spy services, right?
And so that's what we've been looking at for a while, and it's a very bad thing.
This is how we read the media now, right?
It's how you have to read the media.
It's like you're reading the Egyptian press.
Is the FBI and the DOJ arguing?
I love this.
There's a couple of journalists, Dan Bongino says, if this journalist at CNN is doing a story, it's because the CIA gave him the story yesterday.
That person, mouthpiece for the police.
Right.
I mean, we could get even more granular if we had time.
I mean, you know, who's this particular guy at The New York Times?
I mean, we know who he's putting a message out for.
Why does this person want that message out today in this particular moment?
Why is this guy at The Washington Post putting out a message for this particular person at the Defense Department?
So, yeah, we can get really granular with that.
And it's really gross, right?
Because we're not in the third world.
This is the greatest country in world history.
But to answer that, I want to come back to the way your show started with that clip of Donald Trump saying, you know, they're coming after you, I'm just in the way.
And God bless them.
I mean, how amazing.
An American leader, someone elected to lead our country, is the guardian of the nation, takes responsibility.
For the people.
I'm here to protect you.
I'm here for your best interest.
Not for me.
Not for my son, Hunter Biden.
But I'm out here for you.
And that's all true.
And God bless Donald Trump.
And I'm deeply moved whenever he says that.
But there's something else that's going on here, too.
And that is, no, actually, Mr. President, they're really going after you, right?
They want to hurt you badly.
But look at what's happened.
And so I think credit also needs to be given to all of the American people who have rallied To Donald Trump's side.
I mean, you know, Donald Trump supporters, of course, they love Donald Trump and God bless him.
They're not going to drop him.
But look at all the people who have rallied to his side.
Right.
So while he says they're coming after you and I'm just in their way, the people are saying they're coming after you and we're still behind you.
Right.
So you want to talk about what kind of what are the how long the shadows, how long are the shadows of darkness spreading over our land?
It's bad.
But look at how the American people respond.
Let me ask you a last question, Lee.
Do you think they can stop President Trump?
They're going to throw everything they have at him.
They're going to keep going, right?
They're going to indict him on January 6th stuff as well.
They're going to keep going after him.
This guy is just one of a kind.
I mean, the world has never seen anything like it.
Not just America.
Right.
I mean, they just keep coming after him.
They're throwing everything they have after him.
And he's like, yeah, you know, here we go.
Here we go again.
And I'm fighting.
And, oh, it's amazing.
We live in a historical moment.
And it's up to us as individuals with our families and our communities and our neighbors and even people that we don't know that well.
It's up to us to live up to this amazing moment in our history.
We're blessed to be in this moment, I think.
Wow.
Wow.
It still gives me shivers.
And it's weird because, you know, I was there.
working for him in the White House but when we went to Mar-a-Lago recently for his announcement that he's running again and I was listening to the speech and halfway through it was like a sledgehammer in the gut and I just realized oh my dear Lord he's prepared to do it again they did all that they did to him to his family to his businesses They forced him to be taken into the bunker under the White House as they were trying to set fire to St.
John's, the presidential church on Lafayette Square.
And he wants to do it again.
You're absolutely right.
It bears repeating again and again and again.
We've very rarely seen this, truly very rarely seen this, perhaps back to the age of the Founding Fathers.
Somebody who At every cost to him and his family is prepared to do what is right for the nation.
God bless him.
Keep him in your prayers.
Keep his family in your prayers.
And at the same time, we have to recognize the handful of people, yourself, Solomon, Bongino, Jarrett, Just the handful of people, a milius, who have told the truth about what's been going on for the last seven years.
And as you said, explaining it to those who have got better things to do than to map the collapse of our nation into a police state.
God bless you, Lee Smith.
The books are The Plot Against the President, The Permanent Coup, The Plot Against the President is a movie as well by Amanda Milius.
Superb documentary, you have to see.
In the meantime, please do follow my friend at Lee Smith DC.
It's up to us, dear friends, it's up to us.
