Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Dr. G, thank you, good sir.
Appreciate you, as always, the opportunity to sit in on America First.
You know, I still get goosebumps from George Bush.
He was not our best president.
He made some terrible mistakes.
But the moment That we needed leadership after 9-11 or on 9-11 when you heard that video, that audio clip there as a part of that montage of great American patriotism and America First ideals.
That one gives me chills.
I get chills from certain things I hear from Reagan.
I get chills from certain things I've heard from Trump.
I get chills from even the Kennedy clip.
But that one from George W. Bush just got me there, just at that particular moment in time.
And having said all of that, welcome to America First.
I am Bob France.
I'm live in the ReliefFactor.com studios here of AM 1420.
The answer, that's home base, let me promote myself.
I don't do it well, so I need to do that.
I don't do the self-promotion thing on social media well.
So I want to tell you right now, I'm on social media, on Twitter, at France Rantz.

My local program in Cleveland is 9 to noon every day, Eastern.
And you can access that at WHKRadio.com.
So there you go.
Self-promotion complete for this hour.
We have a lot to talk about today.
I have been watching and following very, very closely, as closely as I can anyway, the ongoing developments of the Biden crime family, or the Biden crime syndicate, depending on how you prefer to phrase it.
It's all accurate.
I have been begging the incurious media to come back to some semblance, some form of journalistic integrity that they once held.
Begging them to do the job that the American people need the media to do, the Fourth Estate, to provide to the people a true accounting of what their government leaders and the lawmakers, executives, what they're doing, the way they used to do it.
I mean, just to give an example, I wonder what happened to the Washington Post.
The Washington Post largely contributed to the bringing down of a president over something that was so small scale, and I'm not trying to diminish Watergate as being unimportant, but on a scale, it is so far down on that scale compared to what was done, for example, in Crossfire Hurricane.
To have one presidential candidate's campaign Literally make up and fabricate evidence and charges and allegations and rumors to take to a FISA court to get a warrant to spy on the rival campaign.
To spy on them.
It's incomprehensible.
It's inconceivable.
It's unimaginable.
But they did it.
And it didn't work.
They lost the election anyway.
But they kept spying even after he became the president.
On the scale of spying, even alone!
This is so much bigger than Watergate.
But, I digress.
This isn't about Crossfire Hurricane.
The curious media that brought down a president during Watergate, if they were still in the same mode of journalistic integrity today, they would be bringing down Joseph R. Biden.
They would be bringing down the Biden crime family.
Instead, The non-curious media, the non-professional journalists, are doing exactly what the Democrat Party, in some ways the Uniparty, want them to do.
Rather than telling the truth about all of these things, they accuse right-wing media, as they call it, in the form of maybe a couple of cable networks like Newsmax, formerly Fox, and AM radio.
They come for us and say that what we are doing is trying to distract the public's attention from the Trump indictment over the classified documents scandal.
Now, I don't know about you, but I think anybody who has turned on one of those cable news networks at some point in the last two and a half years, anybody who has turned on AM radio and listened to a conservative talk show, They pretty damn well know that Donald Trump has been indicted.
There's no distracting from it.
There's no hiding it.
He was indicted by overstuffed Alvin Bragg on a bullcrap hush money charge in Manhattan and has been indicted essentially by Joe Biden and Merrick Garland in Florida in this ridiculous documents thing.
It's not going away.
We're talking about it all the time.
We're talking about how it is a political persecution.
We're talking about how it's election interference.
Because it's going to try to tether Donald Trump to a courtroom in Florida or to a courtroom in Manhattan during the presidential primary season.
Hell, the debates start in two months.
The first one's scheduled for August 23rd.
It's two months away.
Today's the 23rd.
That's the first debate.
Then we get into debate season, then we get into primary voting at the beginning of next year, and Donald Trump is going to have to not only distract his attention...
From campaigning, it's going to divide his time, and he's going to have to be in some places when he would rather be in others.
And they timed it up this way intentionally.
They could have brought this hush money crap months ago, a year ago.
They could have brought this documents thing to a head two years ago.
They waited until it was primary season, until 10, 12 other candidates are caught against Donald Trump, so that they can use this to keep him from doing what he needs to do for running for re-election.
So, my point to all of that is, the left-wing media thinks that we're going to forget those things are happening if we focus our attention on the Bidens.
They think, or at least they want the people to believe, that what conservative radio or conservative-minded people online, conservative journalists, They want you to think, or people to think that we're just, we're doing this as a quid pro quo.
You came after our guy with trumped up charges, we're gonna come after your guy with trumped up charges.
And that'll take the pressure off of our guy.
My friends, nothing could be further from the truth.
This is not about a crossfire hurricane of our own to make stuff up, to go after Joseph R. Biden and his crackhead, whoremongering son.
The reality is, there is a growing mountain of evidence, and not the fabricated kind, the way the Clinton campaign did in 2015-2016, to get a FISA warrant.
There is a growing, burgeoning mountain of evidence from whistleblowers, from federal forms, FD 1023 forms, from FBI agents, from Hunter Biden's emails, confirmed and verified to have been on the Biden crime family laptop.
Don't ever let anybody tell you, by the way, don't ever let anybody call that the Hunter Biden laptop anymore.
Yeah, he was the one who was so high that he left it at a repair shop and never went back for it, because he didn't know he did it.
But it's not just his laptop.
It contains the Biden crime syndicate's story.
His emails, text messages, which are all coming out now, with Joe Biden's complicity and his knowledge of all of these things happening.
We don't need to make something up to take the attention away from what they're doing to Trump.
We have real, honest-to-God facts that are begging, that are begging a true Department of Justice to investigate.
So guess what I'm going to do?
I'm going to do exactly what the incurious media won't do.
We're going to focus on this Biden crime family, and we're going to do it today.
I'm Bob France, in for Dr. G. Dial us up, 833-33-GORKA, right here on the Salem Radio Network.

Now let's get back to the show with Bob Franz.
Well, we're going to call this an epic fail.
The team asked me before the show, what kind of bumper music do you prefer?
And I said, a lot of 80s stuff and a little New Wave.
They played Love Shack by the B-52s, which might be the worst song in the history of music.
I didn't know.
They didn't know it, and I didn't know it, but there it was.
Love, Shaq.
It brings us back.
21 minutes after the hour.
Bob France, live here for Dr. G in the ReliefFactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer, in Cleveland.
It is America First.
We're going to go to the phone calls as quickly as we can, but I do have to kind of set the table a little bit here.
Let's talk a little bit about what they do not want us to talk about, and when we do, they accuse us of trying to distract from the Trump indictment story.
And this, of course, is the Biden crime family.
Here is just a little bit of what we have learned about Joe Biden and his son's criminal activities.
How many times have we heard, how many times have we played for you And as Seb played for you, Joe Biden's saying, I don't talk to my son about his overseas business dealings.
I've never talked to my son about his overseas business dealings.
There's at least a dozen or so times he was asked by a reporter about that, and he has made the same statement.
He doesn't talk.
So it kind of calls into question how it is and why that text messages uncovered by investigators and corroborated by whistleblowers show Hunter Biden messaging his Chinese contacts that owe him money, from which he already had collected over five million dollars at that time, talking to his Chinese contacts Right next to his father, and threatening the Chinese contact with his father's repercussions or consequences that his father could bring down upon them.
Are you kidding?
Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith confirmed this yesterday.
They had credible whistleblower testimony alleging misconduct and government abuse that is resulting in preferential treatment for Hunter Biden.
The testimony regarding the investigations for tax crimes that include evading taxes on income from foreign sources.
This is partly tied, of course, to the sweetheart deal, you know, the two charges of failure to pay taxes.
Intentional, by the way, this wasn't an oversight.
That resulted in misdemeanors, dropping felony charges down to misdemeanors, and then of course the illegal gun charge, which resulted in a diversion program slap on the wrist.
But we're talking about peanuts in terms of what his tax bill would be if he had made clear that he had taken millions upon millions of dollars from foreign sources.
The testimony from the whistleblower regarding the investigations for tax crimes that include evading taxes from foreign sources according to uh... uh... representative jason smith chairman jason smith of uh... ways and means committee um... outlined what the three whistleblowers had brought forth transcribed interviews were conducted behind closed doors three key areas of focus according to jason smith the federal government not treating taxpayers equally equally when enforcing tax laws that's an obvious one to the biden department of justice intervening in overstepping when it comes to the investigation of the president's son that's the heavy that's the money line
And then three whistleblowers reporting they have faced almost immediate retaliation, which is why it's so hard to go after a crime family.
Now, I'm not going to sit here and say that the Biden family is La Cosa Nostra.
When I say this, it's not like a legitimate mafia family, but it operates In the same fashion, if people are afraid to cross the bosses, you don't go after a maid guy in La Cosa Nostra, or you end up sleeping with the fishes.
You don't go after a godfather, and you don't go after a sitting president who has had 50 years in public office to hone his skills at getting away with things.
And that's what these whistleblowers are finding out.
When four of them testified before the House Judiciary Committee just about three weeks ago, I talked to Congressman Jordan at length about this as they laid out the stories of how their lives, careers, and families So Jason Smith, Ways and Means Committee Chairman, outlined much of this.
Let me see if we can give you a little bit of this from the mouth of Representative Jason Smith.
to Merrick Garland and yes, the Biden administration.
So Jason Smith, Ways and Means Committee Chairman, outlined much of this.
Let me see if we can give you a little bit of this from the mouth of Representative Jason
Smith.
Let's watch cut six.
There was a documented message on Hunter Biden's WhatsApp account that went to a Chinese business
partner like what you said Sean.
And it was pretty much demanding for that business partner to contact him in regards to a future payment.
And he highlighted that he is sitting right next to his father waiting for his response.
And that absolutely contradicts what President Biden has said on numerous occasions that he knows nothing about his son Hunter Biden's business dealing.
We're going to blow the doors off of this.
We're going to do what the mainstream media will not do.
We're going to cover the truth.
I'll be back.
Well, we were counting down.
My apologies.
I heard the producer counting down, and I hear he was counting down the clip, not the time in the segment.
My apologies.
So good.
Let's continue this now.
I want to be very precise about what you just heard from Representative Smith, the chairman of that committee.
The whistleblowers aren't just coming at you with their own personal observations here.
The whistleblowers' stories are being buttressed and corroborated by the WhatsApp text messages of Joe Biden himself.
Understand that.
The WhatsApp text messages of Hunter Biden, rather, himself, telling his Chinese counterparts that his father will bring the wrath down upon him if they don't get the rest of their money.
Okay?
So what we're talking about here is a straight-up extortion, shakedown of individuals who made deals with Hunter Biden when Hunter Biden was the son of the Vice President to get access to the Obama White House through Vice President Joe Biden.
This has been alleged for some time.
There have been whistleblowers who have been afraid to come forward, at least publicly.
Now, at least one is coming forward with his name known.
He is not afraid of the retaliation.
We had 1023 forms.
We had bankrupt records that James Comer has referred to.
But now we have much, much more than that.
Now we have actual messaging from Hunter Biden announcing to his Chinese counterpart that his dad is sitting right next to him.
And dad is coming for you if you do not come up with the rest of what was agreed upon.
The big guy himself.
A very angry Hunter Biden said that the commitment from China had not been fulfilled, threatening, quote, the big guy himself, his dad who was sitting right next to him, and that the amount of money that was owed to him had not yet been made whole, quote.
I am sitting here with my father and would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person that he knows, and my ability to hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.
I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
Pops.
The big guy.
Joe.
So yeah, we're coming with the truth.
We're coming with the receipts.
And then we're just going to wait and see whether or not the corrupt Merrick Garland-led Department of Justice has any interest whatsoever in bringing truth and justice to the American people.
Or, if he is just going to play the role of Joe Biden's wingman.
Much like his predecessor, Eric Holder, played wingman to Joe Biden's former boss, Barack Obama.
I want your calls.

Pretty astounding stuff already.
Thank you, Dr. G. It's good to be with everyone on America First, 33 minutes past the hour.
Phone lines are open at 833-33-GORKA.
It's a free-for-all.
It's a Friday.
We count it free-for-all.
I do have a couple of guests.
It is Second Amendment Friday.
Of course, John Lott is going to be joining us next hour as we talk about a couple of Second Amendment issues.
He, of course, is the president of the Crime Prevention Research Center.
But Riley Gaines is also going to be with me at 20 minutes past the second hour.
So, what's that make us?
About 40 minutes away from now.
I'm looking forward to that conversation.
Riley Gaines is a women's sports activist, a former All-American swimmer, and she is taking crap from no one.
She was wonderful, by the way, in the Senate Judiciary Committee two days ago on Wednesday, when she fact-checked live, in real time, the lunatic from the Human Rights Campaign, or whatever it is, Who tried to say that Serena Williams would beat any man in tennis because she's so much stronger.
I've got that for you.
You're going to want to hear that as well.
But we'll get to your phone calls on the Biden Crime Syndicate.
I want you to hear a couple of things, first of all, though.
Cut 12, James Comer is the chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
He has been digging and he has found so much evidence and information.
And this is why, by the way, a bit of an aside here, okay?
When the 2022 midterm elections came around and we all wanted and expected our big red wave and we didn't get one, and people were profoundly disappointed that we only have a five-seat majority in the House, I was one of them, don't get me wrong.
I was expecting a wave, didn't get it, I was disappointed, but what I said was, Even if it's a one-seat majority, you know what it gives us now?
It gives us control of the committees.
It gives us chairmanship of the committees, and that means subpoena power, that means the ability to call witnesses, that means the ability to hold hearings on some of these important things that the left never would do.
I mean, for example, what Jim Jordan has done in six months as chair of the Judiciary Committee has brought more justice than anything Jerry Nadler could have ever hoped in two terms.
That's Chairman.
Or two Congresses.
So what we have here is Chairman James Comer of the Oversight Committee doing the work that the left would not have ever wanted to be done.
And so that's what makes this so important.
I want you to listen to this.
James Comer talking about the reality here that despite all of the evidence he Jordan, witnesses, whistleblowers, eyewitness testimony, text messages, audio recordings from Chuck Grassley.
All of these things mean nothing if the Merrick Garland DOJ is going to be corrupt and not open a full investigation with the intention of bringing charges if they are warranted.
The DOJ is not going to assist in any way.
Let's check cut 12.
Well, the Justice Department simply has turned a blind eye to Hunter Biden.
They were told to stand down.
That's what our FBI whistleblower told us when we learned of the discovery of the 1023 form that alleged Joe Biden took a robbery from the most trusted, highest paid FBI informant.
They were told to stand down when we brought in the General Counsel for the National Archives When they were trying to write a story on their website about Joe Biden mishandling classified documents, they were told by the Department of Justice to stand down.
And now what we've heard today with the IRS whistleblower, when they were looking at the obvious tax violations by the Biden family, they were told to stand down.
So this is a pattern that the Department of Justice has interfered and given preferential treatment to the Biden criminal activities.
The Biden criminal activities, the Biden crime syndicate, is going to be allowed to skate and continue their criminal activities as long as the Department of Justice gives them the authority and the approval to do so.
And that's literally what we are talking about here.
Merrick Garland is not going to open an investigation of the Bidens that is going to implicate the FBI that Merrick Garland oversees as the Attorney General.
Chris Wray is the director, yeah, but Merrick Garland oversees Chris Wray!
They're not going to do that, so the work has to be done by the committees, by the Congress, by the Jordans and the Comeys and the Smiths.
And that is exactly what they're doing, thank God.
The question is, is they going to be able to continue to do this?
And are they going to be able to get any results?
Are they going to be able to turn?
Look, I had people call me on my local program in Cleveland today who said, Bob, all of this is extraordinary, it's disturbing, it's dangerous, it puts our republic in jeopardy.
But what do we do?
Where's the accountability if the DOJ won't act?
And my response to that, after a moment of pause, is there won't be accountability unless we bring it through our representation in Congress.
And that is not to play the Dems' games, but that's going to mean bring this evidence forward in articles of impeachment.
Send it to the Senate.
Make Joe Biden answer for all of this in a Senate trial.
That is the only way we get justice without a DOJ.

Before we go to those phone calls, by the way, you need to hear this too.
You know, it's one thing for, as I said in the open, the incurious media who used to actually thrive on exposing government corruption and reporting it to the people, their readers, their viewers, the citizenry to which they owe that debt.
They used to thrive on that, now they are cowering from it unless they can find a way to make it about Donald Trump.
Can you imagine, by the way, what the media would do if this was Donald Trump Jr.
doing all of the things that Hunter Biden has been caught doing?
Can you imagine if it was Eric Trump?
Think about that for a moment.
Think about the 24-7 news cycle.
The chyrons that would be on the pages of CNN, the screens of CNN and MSNBC and all of the nets, right?
America in crisis.

Corruption at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
All of those things, it would be round the clock.
Now it's, well the only reason the Republicans are talking about this is to take the attention away from Trump's indictment.
Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.
Bad orange guy, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad.
Can you even imagine this?
It's one thing for the press to do this.
It's another thing for the press secretary to do this.
I want you to watch this exchange that took place today as the media actually doing some work, including a Newsmax reporter, actually tried to pin KJP.
You know the historic press secretary?
Christine Jean-Pierre, you do know that she's black and gay, right?
She's black and she's gay.
And that's important to note, because that's how they introduced her, when they gave her the job.
They said, everybody you need to know, that she's black and she's gay.
The first such press secretary in the history of this position.
So she's right when she calls herself historic.

They have addressed this, and I refer you to them.
Go ahead.
Kareem, have you spoken to the President about this?
Have you asked him whether he was there with his son on July 30th?
This is not a conversation that I've had with the President.
Again, I would refer you to the White House Council.
Do you plan to have that conversation with the President?
No.
Did the President speak with the Attorney General at all last night?
I cannot say if the President had had a conversation with the Attorney General last night.
Last time I checked, one of the primary job descriptions of press secretary is to answer questions of the press.
How many times in two minutes can she say, I'm not answering that question, ask somebody else?
Ask the White House Counsel.
No, we're asking you.
You're the Press Secretary.
You're the spokesperson for the President.
You're the spokesperson for the White House.
And remember, you're historic because you're black and you're gay.
So in your blackness and in your gayness, why don't you go and answer a question that the press has.
Does Joe Biden stand by his obvious lie that he never talked to his son about his overseas business dealings, even on his flights to Beijing with his son?
His son's going over to Beijing to talk to his business contacts on Air Force Two with you.
And you're telling me that on the flight there and on the flight back you talked baseball?
Maybe he asked him how the relationships were going with the hookers?
Maybe saying, hey, you still seeing your dead brother's widow?
Did they just talk about those things but not the place they were going and the people that Hunter is going to see?
Is that what we're supposed to believe?
On its face, that makes no sense.
It's non-credible.
It is not believable.
But when you add to it now text messages.
Text messages from Hunter to his Chinese contacts from whom he's already extorted five million dollars for doing nothing because he has no expertise in anything China.
Doesn't speak Chinese.
Doesn't know anything about energy.
Same way he doesn't speak Ukrainian.
Didn't know anything about energy there with Burisma and collected millions.
He's already extorted millions but he's not getting enough and he's pissed.
He's angry.
So he hops on to his text messaging app, his WhatsApp message, and tells Harvest Fund Management Director Henry Zhao that, quote, I'm sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment has not been made.
Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now, before it gets out of hand.
And now means tonight.
And, Z, if I get a call or a text from anyone involved in this, other than you, Zhang or the Chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me, and every person he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.
I want you to ponder all of that, and now tell me whether or not Corinne Jean-Pierre can simply pass it and say, you have to talk to somebody else about that.
We demand answers, and when we finally get a reporter worth their salt, or her salt, willing to ask the question, to be shut down cold like that, it's inconceivable.
It's indefensible.
And it is something that we cannot stand for.
All right.

Yeah, are things starting to close in on the Biden family?
We were just talking off the air.
You know, very rarely does the press corps continue on the way they did.
They grilled, we only give you a minute and 50 seconds of it, they grilled KJP, the historic black and gay press secretary.
Did you know she was black and gay?
Make sure you refer to that every time because that's why they hired her.
They announced it that way.
Um, very rarely do they stay on her.
They stayed on her for four straight minutes reading Hunter Biden's confirmed text messages to her and she deflected all of them and refused to answer them.
But the media is starting to, not the legacy media, like I said at the top of the show, but the ones, you know, the Newsmax reporters, some of the Fox reporters and others, they're starting to realize that it's not just, hey, there's rumor and innuendo.
Will you respond to it?
They're doing more than that now.
Now they're starting to say, here is some very specific information.

When they hired her, when she replaced Jen Psaki, that's how they introduced her.
Her blackness and her gayness were factors in her hiring by their own statements.
So when we referred to her, I'm going to remind everybody of the history of this.
Not qualifications, not merit, but her blackness and her gayness they announced.

The very same day he sent those messages and this is proven by photos also with digital day and time stamps that were found on his abandoned Biden family crime laptop.
So he's got pictures of himself within Joe's home on the day he's sending these messages saying, I'm with my dad and we're going to come and get you if you don't pay us what you owe us.
So does that prove that he was sitting right next to Joe at the moment?
No, but what it does do my friend is, and thank you for the call Jimmy, it's enough to make an investigation happen.
It's enough for Merrick Garland to say, special counsel time.
We've got to get to the bottom of this.
He's in Wilmington at Dad's house at the time he's saying he's next to Dad.
We've got a conspiracy here, not a conspiracy theory from us, but a conspiracy from them to get rich.
We'll be back.

Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
All right, now I'm going to have to do this myself, I think.
First, thank you, Dr. G, for the introduction.
Thank you for giving me the chair and the America First audience for the day.
I certainly appreciate that opportunity.
I am live, by the way, in the ReliefFactor.com studios of AM 1420 The Answer, home base here in Cleveland, Ohio.
9 to noon is my regular slot.
You can listen if you are so inclined at WHKRadio.com or on the AM 1420 The Answer app.
You know how it works.
Tell your Alexa or your apps or your devices, I should say, to listen to AM 1420 The Answer.
You'll find me 9 to noon Eastern Time weekdays.
Always a privilege to sit in for Dr. G.
I'm going to have to do this myself, I guess.
I was just talking to the crew, and we were talking about the worst song of all time, and we cannot seem to come to a consensus.
I kind of alluded to the fact that maybe Love Shack by the B-52s, which is what launched this conversation.
is there.
It's at the top or near the top, and it is.
But it launched a bit of a discussion amongst us.
I also threw the one that I have traditionally felt is the worst song of all time, which is We Built This City.
So that one is certainly there.
And I was thinking about asking you what the worst song of all time is, but I don't know if I want to take up our valuable America first time on that.
But I just said, as we were on the way back into the segment, Do you have 81 million votes, my ass?
And I didn't catch the answer, guys, as we were coming in.
Do we have 81 million votes, my ass?
81 million votes, my ass.
You know what that is, right?
It's only the number one song, downloaded song, on iTunes for the last two weeks.
It's on two of the top three Billboard charts right now.
It's by the Truth Bombers.
I have it on my phone.
It's by the Truth Bombers featuring former Arizona gubernatorial candidate and still America First badass, Kerry Lake.
It's phenomenal.
Have you not heard?
Have you guys really not heard that?
Tell me you guys haven't rocked out to that already on America First.
You have to.
If you don't have it, we need to get it, we need to play it.
I had Kerry Lake on my program, what is today?
Friday?
Tuesday, I think it was?
I had Carrie Lake on my Cleveland program, and we played this song and talked about it for almost 10 minutes, because it is so good.
And she is so good, and she is such a dynamic force for the America First message in this country, and I love her for that.
I'm told we do have it.
So what do you say, since we burned our listeners' eardrums with the B-52s, what do you say we cleanse them now by giving them something that freaking rocks?
Let's hear it.
Come on, Kerry.
Come on, Truth Bombers.
We can do this.
It's not working, they said.
They thought they had it.
I have it, but I don't think I can play it from my technical setup here.
We'll work on getting you that.
So coming up next hour, we were going to have this this hour, but we just found out that our guest Riley Gaines had to bump back an hour.
She's going to join us at some point in the third hour of the program.
Riley Gaines is the University of Kentucky former swimmer who has decided to put off her future career plans as a dentist.
She was going to go right into dental school when she graduated.
She has put that off a bit because she has decided to become a true advocate for women, specifically for women's sports.
She is outspoken and she's taking her message to colleges and universities and to radio interviews and just about everywhere she can find a place to send the message that women's sports must be defended and protected.
On Wednesday, that message went to the United States Senate chamber.
There was a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in which Riley Gaines attended as a guest, a witness of some of the Republicans on the Senate committee.
Another witness who was a guest of the Democrats in that committee hearing, her name was Kelly Robinson, I think.
She describes herself as being a queer activist.
That's her word, not mine.
She calls herself a queer activist and she says, I think she's from the Human Rights Campaign, and she decided to talk about this Save Women sports story.
In a bit of a different way than almost, I don't know, everybody else on the planet talks about it.
She doesn't think there's any difference between men and women at all when it comes to sports.
There's no decided advantage.
There's no physiological or physical size, strength, stamina, lung capacity, bone density, muscles.
There's no advantages for men over women.
And she used an example to back that up, an example of Serena Williams.
Now what I want you to listen to in this clip is not just what this maniacal, radical activist says about this, but what you're going to hear and you're going to love, and what we're going to talk to Riley Gaines about next hour, I still want to do this here, is Riley Gaines fact check her in real time.
You're going to enjoy this.
Listen, this is Cut 9.
That a biological male has a physical advantage in sports over a biological female?
Not as a definitive statement.
Give me an example.
Well, no, I don't think... How many female members of the NBA do you see?
Well, I can say that, you know, there's been this news article about men that think that they could beat Serena Williams in tennis, right?
That they think that they could actually score a point on her.
And it's just not the case.
She is stronger than that.
What's your experience, Ben?
Male, female.
Both Serena and Venus lost to the 203rd ranked male tennis player, which they're phenoms for women.
My experience, my husband, he swam at University of Kentucky as well.
In terms of accolades and in terms of national ranking, I was a much better swimmer than him.
He could kick my butt any day of the week without trying.
Is that as satisfying for you as it was for me?
This queer advocate, she calls herself, from the Human Rights Campaign, says that there's a recent article, which there's no such thing.
There's a recent article, she said, in which men think that they could beat Serena Williams at tennis, that they could even score a point on her, when she's so much stronger than them.
Riley Gaines, sitting right next to her, said, Both Venus Williams and Serena Williams, the two top-ranked players in the world, not in that order, Serena 1, Venus 2, about 11 years ago in 2013, 10 years ago in 2013, when they were at their peak, at their prime, they played in a bit of an exhibition match, both of them, back-to-back against, as you heard Riley Gaines say, the 203rd ranked tennis player in the world, male.
There's 202 better than him.
And he said, I'll play you guys back-to-back, one set each, so you can each be fresh for your set.
I'll go twice.
Right?
He beat one of them 6-1 and the other one 6-love.
He was the 203rd ranked player in the world.
And if that Riley Gaines fact check wasn't enough, I've got something even better for you here.
In 2013, Serena Williams, the best female player probably in the history of the sport, Serena Williams was on David Letterman.
And David Letterman asked her about being the best player in the world, not just the best female player in the world, to compare herself against somebody like Andy Murray.
I want you to listen to what Serena herself said to David Letterman 10 years ago in 2013 when she was in her prime, cut 11.
For me, men's tennis and women's tennis are completely almost two separate sports.
So, I'm like, if I were to play Andy Murray, I would lose 6-0, 6-0 in 5 to 6 minutes, maybe 10 minutes.
No, it's true.
It's a completely different sport.
The men are a lot faster.
and me and um... they they get they serve harder they get high is a different game
and i'd love to play with mister
tonight i don't want to play girls i don't want to be in there so i
would not do it the tour
i wouldn't do billy jane any justice so andy's stop it yeah we're not that i'm
not gonna let you kill me
hi all only one of play against the girls
it's the like two different sports The men are bigger, they serve harder, they hit harder, they're faster, they're stronger.
They're physically superior.
Now I know the radical left hates the sound of that.
Because they make it sound like we are declaring males as a sex to be superior to all women.
We're not talking about that.
We're talking about a physical competition where size, strength, stamina, body type all come into play.
Men have a very serious physical advantage over women.
And literally two days ago, You're telling me that Kelly Robinson, this human rights campaign queer advocate who thinks that there's no discernible advantage for men over women in sports, has she never heard of Serena Williams?
She didn't hear about that comment?
She didn't hear about them playing one another?
Why do I bring this up?
Because I've got a daughter.
Maybe you've got daughters.
I talked to a group that I gave a speech to last night filled with women who said they used to be athletes.
And they all want to make sure that women's sports are protected for all of the right reasons.
All right, I hear them queuing it up.
I was going to take that from the top, but fired up on our way into the break.
Thanks for watching.
Thank you.
Okay, 20 minutes after the hour, Bob France sitting in for Dr. G on America First.
How about this for a stroke of good fortune?
We actually do have Riley Gaines on in her scheduled slot.
I thought we were going to have to wait an hour to talk to her, but Riley Gaines, former All-American swimmer at the University of Kentucky, turned women's sports advocate, joins us now on America First.
Riley, thank you so much for coming on.
How are you this afternoon?
Oh my gosh, I am doing great.
Thank you so much for having me on.
Well, you have become, if I dare, I don't want to go too far and be hyperbolic with this, but I think you've become an inspiration to a lot of people.
Tell people, before we get into the specifics of your women's sports advocacy and maybe what happened at the Senate hearing on Wednesday, tell people what your plans were after graduation, before Leah Thomas and all of this nonsense started.
Where are you supposed to be right now?
Where I'm supposed to be is working in someone's mouth.
I was on my way to dental school, where I was actually set to pursue endodontics,
which is root canals, weirdly enough.
But really, what I realized is what a disservice it would be
if I didn't take this route, if I didn't fight for this, because I see what's at stake if someone doesn't.
It's a lot bigger.
Make no mistake, it's a lot bigger than just the women's sports piece.
It's about freedom of speech.
It's about silencing.
It's about, I mean, there's so many different little elements to this.
It's a lot more chilling when you look at it as the bigger picture.
You are 1,000% right.
And I wanna talk about some of those elements that you have decided to become an advocate
and an activist for, putting off your career.
Do you still plan, eventually, you know, once maybe things return to some sense of normalcy, do you still plan to pursue that field?
You know, it's actually pretty cool, because I was debating, I was praying, where do I go?
God, tell me where I need to be, and I called the dental school, and I told them my dilemma, and they said, Riley, we love what you're doing, and we love what you're fighting for, We will hold your spot.
We will hold your application, your deposit, that you already put down for whatever you want to be in here when you have a fee.
Which was the guideline that I needed to continue to know that this is the right thing to continue fighting for.
That is wonderful.
Good for you and good for them in recognizing the value in what you're doing and holding that spot for you.
So let's talk a little bit about some of your work.
And when I say inspirational, too, the fact that you continue to make the tours, you continue to go to the universities and the colleges after being accosted and physically struck during your event in San Francisco shows how serious you are about this.
And your tour took you on Wednesday to the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.
Riley, I love the fact that you were ready to fact-check in real time one of the other witnesses who testified there.
I'm told we do have the clip.
Let's let our listeners hear this again, and then we'll talk about what you did.
Go ahead.
Riley Gaines, you had that fact locked and loaded, almost as if you knew she was going to say that.
How did that come about?
Well, I realized the line of her, her rationale was to basically say that Serena Williams can beat many men in tennis, which of course, of course, but that's not what we're talking about.
If we're talking about Serena Williams versus Senator Joe Kennedy, sorry, Joe Kennedy, but of course, Serena Williams could beat him in a match of tennis.
That's not what this argument is about.
It's about the fact that this is not lateral.
If you take a man who goes from, Ranking in the 500 amongst the men and you put him in the women's category.
He does not continue to rank among 500.
We saw this with Leo Thomas.
Skyrocket.
That's what this is.
Take the world record holders of every event and swimming.
Let's say, for example, almost unanimously.
The man versus the woman is 10 to 12% faster.
It's a 10 to 12% performance gap, which is a huge margin when you're fighting to take off hundreds of a second off your time.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
And I saw her line of question or her her rationale behind it.
And I knew I had to call it out when we see it because it was disingenuous is what it was.
She knows She knows men and women are different when it comes to strength and athleticism and power and speed and all of those things.
So that brain knows this.
And so I had to call it out when I see it.
And yes, it was, of course, knew that fact off the top of my head.
But I also knew that they lost in the blowout.
And I also knew that this man that they that they went against was that he did 18 holes of golf before this and was drinking and smoking during the sets.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
Her Her answer, that was ridiculous.
It really was.
And yet, this was somebody the Democrat Senators brought up to be an expert witness in this argument about whether or not women should be, women's sports should be protected.
But Riley, what you do, Riley Gaines is our guest.
She's a former All-American swimmer at the University of Kentucky.
She is now a phenomenal advocate for women's sports.
It's about more than just the competitive side.
That's huge.
As you were pointing out, what you guys all suffered from, Leah Thomas, in terms of competition is one thing.
It's perverse.
It's disgusting.
It's betrayal.
during your testimony when you also talked about the other aspects of allowing biological
males to compete against and with women.
And that is private spaces, showers, locker rooms.
And you talked about a 6'4", 220-pound biological man walking around there, and it got to you
a little bit.
How traumatic is this, Riley, for girls who have to share those private spaces now with
males?
It's perverse.
It's disgusting.
It's betrayal.
It's belittlement.
betrayal, it's belittlement. It's telling us that we don't matter.
That's what this message they're sending out is and it's happening.
I think why I get so emotional about it.
Of course it was emotional at the time, but there was a lot of other emotions too.
But now that I've stepped back this past year and really see this for what it is, how easily they tried to normalize this, how easy it was for them to throw our rights out of the window without even telling us we would be sharing a locker room.
It's frustrating, and I see this happening across the country to little girls.
I think of my little sister.
Oh my gosh, I can't imagine my little sister, who's a phenomenal, she's probably the best athlete of my entire family, and both my parents were SEC athletes.
My dad, he played in the NFL, and my little sister, she's probably the best.
I can't imagine her going through this.
I just got married, and I can only hope one day I have a daughter.
The thought of being in this position and not fighting for her makes me sick to my stomach and I don't know why more women don't feel that the same way that I do.
This is worth the cancel culture.
This is worth the labels you will get called.
And I wholeheartedly stand by that, which is why I'll continue to fight for it.
And I'm so glad to hear you say that.
This is about other girls.
This is about younger girls just coming up and what kind of a greeting they're going to get in locker rooms and whether or not they're going to have a fair opportunity to compete in sports competitions.
You mentioned the labels.
You kind of read my mind.
We have less than a minute here in this segment, but you're called a transphobe.
You're called a homophobe.
You're called a bigot and all of these things.
I am too.
Anybody who's in our position where we're advocating for girls to have private spaces and private sports, we face this.
How do you respond to those people, Riley?
Well, to be totally frank, anyone who calls me a transphobe, I can say, OK, well, you're a misogynist, clearly, then.
So the petty name-calling can go both ways.
I don't actually resort to that level.
But that's, again, their line of messaging.
Yeah, and I'll tell you what, Riley, you know, you have handled everything with grace and dignity that I think belie your age, and I mean that respectfully.
You're a grown woman, but you look like you have been fighting the right fight for all of your entire life.
You're a professional, and your compassion, I think, comes through.
I thank you for what you're doing, and I urge you on the behalf of other young girls coming up into sports to keep doing what you do.
It's very important, and we thank you for it.
Absolutely.
Thank you so much.
It's good to have you here.
Thank you, Riley Gaines.
Alright, there you go.
Ryla Gaines, former champion swimmer, now championing other girls.
We'll be back.
you you
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
See, now we're vibing a little bit.
Now we've got some terrific 80's style music.
That was good stuff there.
Thank you very much, gentlemen.
It's 33 minutes past the hour.
Bob France on America First for Dr. G as you just heard.
Thank you to Riley Gaines.
Hey friends, I thank God every day.
that we live in the freest nation on earth and we remain free because of the right to keep and bear arms and no other company in america personifies that right more than car firearms group their story is the american dream their products are absolutely second to none car firearms group your source for high quality firearms visit them at www dot k a h r dot com I carry car.
I know Dr. G carries car every single day, and so should you.
It is Second Amendment Friday, and we're going to be talking to John Lott here in just a few minutes.
But before we do that, I want to go back to my conversation with Riley Gaines for a moment.
As we are now on the 23rd day of the month of Groom, it's Groom 23rd, 2023.
Yes, I officially changed the name of June to Groom, because that's what it is.
It's the month of grooming.
Riley Gaines and I were talking about women's sports and the infusion of biological males as a part of this bizarre transing of America, allowing biological males to dominate women's sports and invade their private spaces and so forth.
Most conservatives agree that that is something we need to push back against and fight against for a lot of reasons.
All of them are the right reasons.
Strangely, there is one presidential candidate on the Republican side who doesn't see it that way.
Who's just fine with the bodily mutilation of young people in response to their confusion or their social contagion.
You probably can guess which of the Republican candidates feels this way, but in case you don't know, let's listen to it together.
This is Cut 7.
Your thoughts about the push in Florida and Arkansas to make it illegal to do it for kids under 18.
Brian, you know, I just don't want to see our government getting more intrusive in everybody's life, getting bigger.
I don't think anything can replace parents when you're talking about major decisions that need to be made by our children.
And I would say this, I want all parents out there to think about something.
How many other decisions do you want the government making for you, in your home, regarding your kids?
I don't want any of those decisions made by the government.
So yes indeed it is Kris Krispy Kreme himself who has decided that you shouldn't oppose the transing of America and the transing of American youth because that would be the government imposing things.
When of course it does absolutely no such thing.
You know what I'm very proud of right now at this moment that I'm talking to you?
That about 24 hours ago, yesterday, and I beg your pardon, this is on Wednesday, it's Friday now, I was talking about this in a speech last night in which I talked about 24 hours ago, but it was on Wednesday, in Columbus, Ohio, the capital of my home state, our Ohio House Legislature with a Republican supermajority passed a bill banning transgender procedures and surgeries for minors in the state of Ohio.
That makes me very, very happy, makes me very, very proud.
Do I feel like this is the intrusion of government?
No, this is not an intrusion of government.
The conservative mantra of small government applies.
But even small governments must provide for the safety and the protection of the most defenseless people in our communities, in our country.
and young confused children, confused sometimes in a very very sminy, sminy, that's small and tiny at the
same time, in a very very small tiny majority, or a minority rather,
of kids, like less than 1%, who actually have a psychological condition, a disorder called
gender dysphoria.
That's one type of confusion.
The other type is when they are literally groomed and recruited and indoctrinated and brainwashed into thinking, you know, you might not actually be a boy.
Do you like that doll?
Well, yeah, it's nice.
You know, you might be a girl.
Let's explore that.
Let's start talking about different pronouns, different names.
And don't worry.
We won't tell mommy or daddy.
This will be our little secret.
That stuff is going on, not just at collegiate levels anymore, or high school levels anymore, or even at middle schools.
It's going on in elementary grades, primary grades, and yes, preschool.
So you've got a bunch of confused little kids, and Chris Christie thinks it's a good policy To tell these kids to pursue that confusion, pursue that brainwashing, maybe start puberty blockers soon.
Then maybe get into the cross-sex hormones and then the devastating things that no person under the age of 18 has the legal right to be able to consent to.
Informed consent can only be given by an adult 18 and over.
We don't let a 14-year-old decide whether or not they can get a tattoo.
We don't let a 14-year-old buy cigarettes!
But we're going to let them start cross-sex hormones and change their bodies?
No, that's not big government intervention to say we can't do that.
That is keeping consistently with protecting our children.
So Kris, Krispy Kreme, welcome to 14th place in the race.
John Lott will join us next, right here on American First.
On-screen text, American First logo, and American Flag.
On-screen text, American First logo.
Thank you.
You better believe it is!
Bob Franson for Dr. G, and it is Second Amendment Friday, and we thank God every day that America is the freest nation on Earth.
We remain free because of the right to keep and bear arms, and no other company in America personifies that right more than Carr Firearms Group, led by our good friend Justin Moon.
Carr stands strong and unashamed in their support.

Every day.
And so should you.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by car firearms.
Let's welcome to our program John R. Lott.
He is a frequent guest on Second Amendment Friday.
He is the president of Crime Prevention Research Center.
He's also an author.
And let's talk just a little bit about some of the latest developments in the attack on our Second Amendment rights.
John Lott, first welcome to America First once again.
It's great to talk to you again.
Thanks for having me on.
It's great to talk to anybody that knows what a pistol brace does.
Clearly, the President of the United States does not.
John, you wrote about this in a piece for The Federalist.
Remind everybody what the President said and remind everybody how incredibly obtuse he really is.
Well, I have to say I did learn something that I didn't know from listening to Biden.
So I have to give him credit for that.
I didn't realize that if you attached a strap to a handgun, it would turn it into a gun.
For some reason, I was under the misimpression that it was already a gun to begin with.
But I learned that.
And somehow, I don't know, it increases the caliber of the bullet that's being fired from the gun.
But You know, Biden's in no worse shape understanding this than apparently a number of the Democratic senators you had today.
You had both Senators Durbin and Schumer who were talking about how attaching this strap to a handgun could turn a semi-automatic gun into a machine gun.
That's pretty impressive.
I know technology has made some really incredible advances, but I didn't know a strap could change the caliber of a bullet or turn a gun into a machine gun.
Well, these guys have obviously some engineering knowledge that most of the rest of us don't have privy to.
I mean, it's just ridiculous.
One thing that people just refuse to even go and mention is why these pistol braces were developed to begin with.
They were originally developed and approved under the Obama administration, which is hardly a pro-gun administration that was there, for disabled people.
You had originally people who had been in the military that, while they were incumbent, may have lost part of their hand.
Or individuals who may be partially paralyzed in their arm and have trouble holding on to a gun when you have the recoil from the gun there.
And so the pistol brace, which wraps around the gun and your arm and holds it in place when you have to deal with the recoil there, allows individuals who otherwise would be disabled and not able to defend themselves to be able to go and use a gun defensively.
You know, there's like no cost benefit discussion at all about these things.
So you have millions of people, disabled people, that this allows to defend themselves.
I mean, disabled people tend to be more likely victims of violent crime than other people.
And on the other hand, the administration points to two mass public shootings that involved pistol braces.
But the thing is, There's like no discussion that these pistol braces made absolutely any difference in their ability to go and do the attack.
Neither of these individuals were disabled in any way.
There's no evidence that they had any problem at all holding on to the gun that they were firing.
These were not particularly large caliber weapons that were being used in these attacks.
And, you know, it's just There's no cost-benefit analysis, no notion of whether or not this makes it safer or not, just an assertion that you focus on two attacks, whereas they make no argument that it made any difference, and that should be enough just to go and prevent millions of other people from being able to go and protect themselves.
Yeah, you know, John, that's very well argued.
It was Senator Kennedy, I was telling you off the air about a senator who yesterday during the debate brought a pistol brace to the Senate floor to make the point as to what this is and to bring, to dispel the myths, and I know that's a big thing that you do, you know, as a matter of fact, Gun Control Myths, one of your books.
Dispel the myths that the pistol brace somehow does what you said and makes it, turns it into an automatic weapon.
He brought one to the floor and showed it off and everything you said about it being for people who have A disability when it comes to holding a weapon and dealing with a recoil, etc.
In my view, John, it would be like telling somebody that can't use crutches.
Yeah, everybody has a right to walk, but not if you need an assist on it.
We have a right to have a weapon, to use a weapon, according to the Second Amendment, that is just as protected as our right to breathe and to walk.
And if we need assistance in doing that, it's impossible to justify saying you can't have that assistance.
Look, we live in a very weird world right now where the same people who are trying to make it difficult for law enforcement to protect people, you know, who go and cut police budgets or go and support district attorneys who are refusing to prosecute violent criminals or elect local judges who have, over the last few years, been releasing half or even two-thirds of the inmates from local jails.
Who support bail reform, where people can, even on murder charges, can be let out with no bail.
Those same people also want to make it difficult for people to go and be able to go and protect themselves.
And so many of the rules that get pushed hurt the most disadvantaged people.
So you have these rules that prevent disabled people from being able to go and protect themselves.
You have the higher costs and fees.
That, uh, that Democrats keep on pushing around the country that make it so that poor people, if my research convinces me of anything, the people who benefit the most from violent, from owning guns are the people who are most likely victims of violent crime.
And that overwhelmingly tends to be poor blacks who live in high crime urban areas.
So, you know, you live in places where it's four or $500 just to go and get a license to be able to go and own a gun.
Uh, You know, who do they think they're stopping from being able to go and have a gun for protection?
It seems like, you know, Democrats claim that they care about poor, that they care about minorities.
Who do you think the victims of these violent crimes are?
Criminals tend to commit crimes against people of color.
Overwhelmingly, yeah.
Overwhelmingly so.
These are the people they claim to care about.
John Arlott, author of Gun Control Myths, as well as More Guns, Less Crime.
John, thank you so much for the time.
Bob Brandt sitting in for Dr. G. We'll be back.
you you
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
That is good advice indeed.
Second Amendment Friday and a reminder the greatness of America is at its core and that's our freedom.
No other country is as free.
We remain free due to our right to keep and bear arms.
No other company in America personifies that right more than Carr Firearms Group.
Their story is the American dream.
Their products absolutely second to none.
Carr Firearms Group is your source for high quality firearms.
Visit them again at www.carr.com.
K-A-H-R.
You know, I hope the comparison wasn't lost on anybody when I said to John Lott, it's like crutches.
Everybody has a right to walk.
Well, not everybody can walk.
Some people need assistance.
They need wheelchairs.
Well, you can't have those.
You know, you can either walk on your own or you forfeit your right to walk.
You can't have crutches.
You can't have wheelchairs.
Yeah, but I have a right to be able to get around.
Well, get around on your own.
You can't have that.
Well, I think the right to free movement in America is no less precious or no more precious than the right to defend myself.
And that's with a weapon.
That's with a firearm protected by the Second Amendment.
So if I need a crutch for my firearm to help me just avail myself of my rights as guaranteed by the Constitution, the same rights that give me the ability to be free, to move freely, and so forth, how can anybody say no to that?
Yeah, well you know, if you have that wheelchair, you're going to be a lot faster than you would if you have to hop.
If you have those crutches, it's going to be a lot easier for you to move around than if you have to crawl.
Well, if you have that pistol brace, it's going to be a lot easier for you to fire the gun than if you had to use it with your injury or your disability.
Yeah?
So, isn't that the point of an assistive device?
You're telling me I can't have an assistive device?
You're telling me if I'm a veteran who served in Vietnam or served in Kosovo or served in the Gulf War or served anywhere, you're telling me and I got injured and I cannot hold a gun steadily and deal with the recoil, that I have to surrender my Second Amendment rights?
Because you don't want me to have a crutch for my weapon, which is what a pistol brace would be better compared to?
We need to stop.
First of all, we need to stop listening to people like Joe Biden, period, point blank, anyway.
But particularly when it comes to things of which he has no idea, which are most things.
And when Joe Biden tells you, put a pistol brace on and it turns into a gun.
What the hell was it before the pistol brace?
Well, I mean, you know, it turns it into where you have a high caliber bullet, a higher caliber bullet coming out of that gun.
That's what it does.
It changes the caliber of the bullet by putting a brace on my arm?
I mean, honestly, we have a Second Amendment that has to be defended.
And the sad reality is, it has to be defended against the commander-in-chief of our military, the president of the country, the leader of the free world.
Hour number two of America First is in the books.
We've got one more to go.
The last hour is the true free-for-all Friday hour.

Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's
own Bob Franz.
Bye.
Dr. G, thank you as always.
Five minutes after the top of hour number three, live in the ReliefFactor.com studios here in Cleveland, Ohio, AM 1420 The Answer.
I told you I'm bad at promoting myself, so I did it at the top of the show two hours ago and haven't done it since.
Follow me on Twitter at France Rantz.
F-R-A-N-T-Z Rantz.
I can hear myself in the background if we can fix that.
F-R-A-N-T-Z R-A-N-T-Z.
Then you can also follow me on Facebook at Bob France.
Almost all of my posts are public.
And then of course I'm on Truth Social.
I just don't use it as often just because I don't have the time.
I certainly don't have the time to hit nine different social media apps like Dr. G uses, but I am on Truth Social at Always Write WHK.
Always Write WHK.
You can find me there, by the way, weekdays from 9 until noon at WHKRadio.com.
So that's where I am, and I love to communicate with some of Dr. G's phenomenal listeners when we are not live on the radio.
This hour is going to be live on the radio and it's all yours.
I hit you with a lot of heavy stuff.
We spent the entire first hour on the Biden crime syndicate.
We hit the new fact patterns that have been presented.
Jason Smith, the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, unloaded with some extraordinary information including text messages detailing the extortion attempts or the bribery attempts uh... made with uh... some of his chinese business counterparts using his father's name as leverage talk about her body using joe biden's name as leverage for these up
for these payoffs. All of this is coming to a head. We did that
in hour number one. Hour number two we focused largely on the month of groom.
This is the 23rd morning or day I should say of the month of groom
in the year of our Lord 2023. The transing of America, what they're doing
to our kids.
But this hour I want to be all yours. Free for all Friday.
Whatever you want to talk about is fair game.
I don't care what it is.
No topics will be censored.
So you hit me up at 833-33-GORKA, and let's do this thing.
We're going to start in Livermore.
That's where Ray is.
I'm assuming that's Livermore, California.
Ray, you are on America First with Dr. G, Bob Franz sitting in.
Go right ahead.
Great to have you, Bob, in place of Dr. G. You're doing a great job.
Well, thank you.
Appreciate that.
Yeah, you started out with the historic figure And I would contend with you, she is a historic figure, but not for what you mentioned.
She's a historic figure because she's the first Muppet character to ever be a press secretary.
She looks like she's straight out of Jim Henson Laboratories, or maybe something that Disney would create so when Biden goes into the Hall of Presidents, she can be standing there next to him, this automaton Kind of, you know, robot thing, because she has the characteristics of a robot.
She really does.
She does, yeah.
And I'll tell you what, I think it's really funny that you brought that up, because the person she replaced was also a children's show character.
Now, if you remember what Jen Psaki, who preceded Karine Jean-Pierre as the press secretary for Joe Biden, remember what she looks like?
You may see her on MSNBC still.
I want you to look at her, then I want you to look at a color drawing of Peppermint Patty
from Peanuts.
Tell me that's not Jen Psaki.
She is Peppermint Patty.
So you got Corrine Jean-Pierre out of Jim Henson, you got Jen Psaki who is out of Charles
Schultz in the Peanuts character.
That's why I started calling her Peppermint Patty, and then we later changed it before
she left to Propaganda Patty, because she looks just so much like her.
So I find there's a little consistency there in the Biden selections for press secretary.
And she could be Pippi Longstocking as well.
That's another one that you could pull out.
I'm sticking with Peppermint Patty, but you can see what you want to see.
I'm sticking with Peppermint Patty.
Now to the point, I found you used to fill in for Larry Elder when he had a radio show here on Salem.
Yeah, sure did.
And Larry Elder ran for government, he ran for governor, and they called him the black face of white supremacy.
He loves that, by the way.
Yeah, and I would like to contend that because this woman has been put up here as a face or a front for this Biden crime syndicate, is she not the black face of white privilege?
That's interesting!
If Larry Elder can be the black face of white supremacy, can she be the black face of white privilege?
She certainly does seem to be privileged.
So yeah, and that belies her skin color.
As a matter of fact, it's because of her skin color, but I like it.
If they can do that with Larry Elder, I think we can do that with KJP as well.
Keep up the good work, brother.
Thank you, my friend.
I appreciate the call from Livermore.
Let's go to Los Angeles.
Brent, you're on America First with Dr. G. Bob Franz sitting in.
Fire away.
Wonderful talking with you again, Bob.
Yes, sir.
I have never been a fan of women's sports, but I am a giant fan of magnificent and marvelous
real women like Riley Gaines and our precious, courageous Chloe Cole, who was mutilated by
medical monsters.
And other great real American women are Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Carrie Lake
and Jennifer Horn.
And other great real women were Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, Queen Elizabeth, Joan of Arc,
and then there are the heroic matriarchs of the Bible, Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, Leah, Queen
Esther, Ruth, and of course, Mother Mary.
And I'll see you next time.
Was there a point to that litany of wonderful women?
It's just that we are not appreciating women for their magnificence and their marvelousness,
and that we are not outraged at this constant ongoing...
Well, you do realize that you're using an outdated term when you say women, because
you do know that they are literally trying to erase that term from our vernacular.
That women...
I mean, I'll give you an example, Brent, and I thank you for the call.
And by the way, I'm with you.
I'm not a fan, and never have been a fan of women's sports, but I am a fan of them having
women's sports.
Completely un-infiltrated, if you will, by biological males.
I'm not a WNBA fan, but I will fight for the WNBA to exist without LeBron James becoming Labrina James and going over there and playing for another 30 years and destroying everything that's ever happened there.
I like women having their opportunities, winning their scholarships, having their medals, their championships, and enjoying all that comes with the spirit of athletic competition and the spirit of achievement and hard work that that leads to.
People sometimes misunderstand what sports do.
The character that it builds.
Tenets of discipline and sacrifice and hard work to achieve and to succeed in the sports world often just come right out and flow into the work world or into the real world or into whatever world it is that you choose to pursue your path in.
And I want women to have that opportunity unobstructed by men.
To the point that I was making and you were making as you read that list of women, they're getting rid of the term women.
Johns Hopkins University, one of the most prestigious medical colleges and centers in America.
They listed in honor of the Month of Groom, which we are in right now.
Some people call it Pride Month.
I call it Month of Groom.
They listed on their website their glossary of LGBTQ terms.
And if you didn't know this, allow me to enlighten you.
They wanted you to know that gay meant a man Or male, I think is the term that they used.
I'm doing this from memory because I did the story last week.
A male who has physical, sexual, or romantic attraction to another male.
Okay?
Then when they get to the word lesbian in their glossary, at Johns Hopkins, a lesbian was defined as a non-male having a physical or emotional or romantic attraction to another non-male.
You catch that?
Not a woman who is physically attracted, romantically or otherwise, to another woman.
A non-male to a non-male.
They literally are trying to erase women from existence.
You know, it was a few short years ago that we warned of that.
A man I interview on a regular basis, he's got a standing segment on my program in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Everett Piper, which I'll have to bring on the Dr. G Show one of these days when I fill in on America First.
Dr. Everett Piper wrote a book you may have heard of a few years back called Not a Daycare.
It was based on a letter that he wrote to his students when he was the president at Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
And his students were complaining about this microaggression or that non-safe space or whatever.
And he wrote a letter to the entire campus, all students.
This is an institution of higher learning, not a daycare.
If you can be so triggered by this, that, or the other thing, and you're acting like a child, you're in the wrong place.
Get out.
He turned that into a best-selling book.
He's now a columnist for the Washington Times, hosts a podcast called The Rebellion.
It's wonderful.
Anyway, Dr. Piper told me A couple years ago, a few years ago, that this transing of America that we're talking about is not just about the turning of children into whatever they want to be or whatever they try to confuse them into becoming.
It's about erasing women from existence.
That's why Matt Walsh's movie, What is a Woman, was so incredibly successful.
Viewed online 150 million times when he put it on Twitter.
Because being a woman is something that no one, or rather defining a woman, is something that nobody on the left wants to do anymore.
Because, remember, what they want you to believe is that trans women are women.
If you feel like one and say that you are one, no one can challenge that.
And that's why they can't define woman.
So when you read that wonderful list of Biblical figures and historical figures who are women, you better watch yourself, friend, because Johns Hopkins, just the latest, and a lot of other very prestigious public institutions telling us that there's no such thing as a woman.
17 minutes, 16 minutes after the hour. I'm Bob Franson for Dr. G. We'll be back with
more of your calls after this.
Thanks.
Bye.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
All right, Dr. G, thank you so much.
As always, it's a pleasure to be here on America First.
My goodness gracious, great show so far, great conversations with a lot of great people.
I welcome you at 833-33-GORKA, 833-33-GORKA.
We're going to go back to the phones on this free-for-all hour, and I think we're going to hit Vincent in Atlanta next on Line 5.
Vincent, welcome to America First.
Bob France sitting in for Dr. G. Fire away.
Hey, Bob, listen, your first hour was great.
There are some, for your facts to lead, it's a place that Democrats and some Republicans don't want to go.
I mean, why is the DOJ going after Trump so much, so hard?
I mean, why did Clapper, Brennan, Coleman decide to run all these fake investigations all on their own, put themselves at risk?
Why did Biden take them by surprise when he has no power to follow through on those promises. It all leads to President
Obama. I mean, I voted for him, you know, way back when, but ultimately those roles lead
back to him. Who's really pulling Joe Biden's strength? It all sort of just comes together.
Well, it does.
And I don't think there's any question that Obama had to know what was going on during his presidency with his vice president and the enrichment of his vice president and his vice president's family, the Biden crime family, while under Obama's watch.
Does that mean he got some kick-ups, you know, money kicked up to him for this?
I don't know.
But as far as his pulling his strings, yeah.
I firmly believe that the powers behind the throne that gave that throne to Barack Obama empowered him even further, and that Joe Biden's presidency, Joe Biden's mission, is the same mission that Hillary Clinton had when Obama was termed out, and that is to protect All of the above.
All of the corruption.
All of the enrichment.
Everything that the Obama presidency did to quote-unquote fundamentally transform this country was supposed to be grown and expanded by Hillary Clinton.
Trump got in the way.
And now once they were able to get rid of Trump, Biden is picking right up where it left off.
So yes, I do believe a lot of this goes back to Obama.
That doesn't mean Obama had knowledge of every single thing that did happen, but certainly, because I had a caller of mine on my local show tell me this too.
I said, I don't think he actually suggested that maybe in the big guy quotes that Obama's the big guy.
No, Biden is the big guy in the Biden crime family.
But yes, I agree with you.
Obama and some people who are bigger than him are indeed pulling those puppet strings.
I don't doubt it for one second.
Definitely.
And even Paige Instructs it, POTUS wants to know.
POTUS wants to be kept informed.
So it's definitely there.
Yep.
Yep.
No question about it.
Very, very good points.
Thank you, my friend.
I appreciate the phone call.
Let's go to Detroit and talk to Mike.
You are on America First with Dr. G. Mike, go right ahead, sir.
Well, you know, this whole thing with language is Orwellian.
The Democrats are trying to create the idea of thought crime by creating this ridiculous language.
I can't say... They use it with a straight face, which just completely freaks me out.
But you're probably aware of that already.
Are you speaking of the gender language?
The LGBT nonsense?
Is that what you mean?
You know, the whole woke language thing is just ludicrous.
But by controlling language, you know, there's that Orwellian quote, I don't have it, you're probably aware of it, where by controlling language, you can control thought, and by controlling thought, you can eliminate thought crime, which, of course, doesn't exist.
And that it will be impossible because there'll be no, you know, no language to use it in, you know, and no thoughts to, you know, eliminate thought crime.
I think they're trying to create the idea of thought crime.
I do too.
I have no doubt in my mind.
You know, look, they're conditioning – and thank you for the call from Detroit there, Mike – they are conditioning people to not say things that they really think and that they believe by punishing them.
I mean, it is – cancel culture is just a...
Not that it's inaccurate, but it's an underwhelming term.
It doesn't truly give enough credence to the danger that is existing now with limiting our language.
The censorship of people from being able to go online, for example.
Right?
The censorship from, hey, you used the word that the community standards of Twitter found offensive, that the community standards of Facebook or Instagram found offensive.
You used the phrase, a picture.
You challenged something that we think is very misinformative about climate change.
You challenged something about the safety and the efficacy of the poison darts that they made us roll up our sleeves to take, that many of us did not.
And you're telling other people not to do so puts people all of this stuff to stop people from being able to say things like that on social media is One element of quote-unquote cancel culture, but then they start taking your jobs away from you You're fired for daring to say something that you think and you believe or if you're a student you're ostracized made fun of in front of the class the teachers counselors everybody or Maybe you don't say it But a parent says it at a school board meeting and what happens on Tuesday morning after a Monday night school board meeting when Mrs. Smith and Mr. Smith went to the school board meeting and demanded that they take the child pornography books, pornographic literature and pornographic imagery off of the kindergarten shelves and then suddenly the kids of those parents on Tuesday morning go to school and they get made fun of and called names and called bigots because of what their parents did.
So what do parents do not wanting to have that happen?
They censor themselves.
So their thoughts don't become words and the words don't become ramifications, consequences in actions.
And then eventually you stop thinking them all together.
That is absolutely what is going on here.
I'll give you here.
I wasn't even sure I was going to talk about this today, but let me bring this story up real quick.
There is a lawsuit in Texas.
A biology professor at St.
Philip's College in Texas has been teaching for 20 years.
Teaching biology.
The biology that all of us were taught 30 years ago, 40 years ago, 50 years ago, 100 years ago.
Biology hasn't changed.
And biology says that there are two different sexes in the human species.
There are males and there are females, and these are determined by a couple of things, the most noteworthy of which is chromosomal makeup.
XX, XY.
You're one or the other.
In 99.9% of the cases, the people with the XX chromosomes have female reproductive systems and are called women.
In 99.99% of the cases, the human beings with XY chromosomes have male reproductive systems and they're called men.
This biology teacher, Dr. Johnson Varkey, simply said those things to his class.
The same things he has said for 20 years, but because this is the new woke states of America, his students didn't want to hear that nonsense.
How dare you say that chromosomal science, human anatomy, DNA, physiology, and biology determine these things, when a person can just say, I feel that way and that's what it is!
They stormed out of his class, reported him to the administration, and then got him fired!
They got him fired and saying he was pushing his Christian beliefs on them, rather than his scientific principles he's been teaching for 20 years!
What do you think that does?
That changes people's thoughts.
I'm not going to say those things anymore, and I can't even think about them because then I'll be in danger of saying them.
Yeah, these are thought police.
Yes, this is Orwellian, and that was a great phone call.
We'll be back.
Thank you.
you you
you I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
833-33-GORKA is the number to dial us up.
It's a free-for-all final hour, so let's do this again.
We'll go to Antoinette calling from somewhere in California.
Antoinette, welcome to America First.
Fire away.
Hello, Bob.
I'm from Southern California, Orange County, Sunset Beach.
It's right next door to Huntington Beach, California.
And understand a majority of us here in Orange County, Southern California, We're into fighting.
And how dare they?
Oh yeah, they want to break up the family.
And it's unfortunate, but thank God for the COVID so we could realize what they're trying to do to family, especially when it comes to being a woman.
And dammit, we are not going to let them get away with it.
We are going to fight them because I love being a woman.
I am going to die as a woman.
And they're just this with, especially with the transgender crap.
The majority of transgenders, I'm sorry, they're mentally ill and they can go to...
They need to go to therapy or just, you know, get the hell out of our way because we are not going to put up with it.
And that's all I wanted to say, my love.
Well, God bless you.
I appreciate your call, Antoinette, from Orange County.
I'm going to disagree with only one portion of that call in this part where she said the majority of them are mentally ill.
I don't believe that.
I think the very, very tiny majority of them have the mental illness called gender dysphoria.
The rest of them are either attention whores or they have been brainwashed and victims of social contagion.
Social contagion is real.
I talked about this in a speech I gave last night to a wonderful GOP group here in Ohio.
Social contagion is real.
When you have a dozen 7th grade girls who are all friends in the same school, the same classroom.
Going to the same clinic at the same time to tell the directors there that they are trans and they want to start on their puberty blockers because they want to transition.
You know That this is a social movement.
That these kids are simply being twisted and warped and having their minds just molded like the mush that they are into whatever the left wants them to become.
Because less than 1% of the general population suffers from the very rare psychological condition called gender dysphoria, where really their mind is so confused that it cannot reconcile itself with its body.
That's a real thing.
And the treatment for that very real thing that is gender dysphoria that is so rare, of course, is a psychological treatment.
Right?
There is no other psychological disorder that I'm aware of, and if I'm missing one you can tell me, that the treatment, the course of treatment prescribed for that psychological treatment, is physical mutilation.
There's none!
If somebody suffers from split personality, where they have two different people in their minds, do we physically dissect them to create two people?
No.
We treat their psychological disorder with psychological therapy.
If somebody has multiple personality disorder, maybe there's five or six or seven women around up there, do we Physically harm them in order to treat their mental or psychological illness?
No, we treat them with psycho... Why is it if somebody is a male and has a mental block that thinks they're female, do we say, yeah, let's make that real.
Let's cut off your junk, if you're a guy, and build a fake vagina for you.
Or if you're a girl, let's cut the flesh and the skin and the muscles from your forearm.
Mutilate it forever and use that flesh to create a fake phallus so that you can pretend that you're a male.
All because you have a psychological issue.
Somebody explain that to me.
We have never told an anorexic teenage girl the answer to your mental problem.
You're 85 pounds but you think you're fat.
That's a mental disorder.
We've never said to that teenage girl, well let's get your stomach stapled.
Let's do lipo.
Because yeah, let's mutilate your body to match whatever your mind says.
No, you treat the mind.
You understand this?
That's for the gender dysphoric.
For the rest of them, like I said, the crew of seventh grade friends who all say they're trans, they have been victimized by social media, the influencers, maybe the warped, blue-haired, nose-ring-wearing, gauge-wearing preschool teachers they had, their elementary teachers, they turn on PBS and they see Elmo telling them to switch to being a boy or a girl.
Those people who have been Had psychological confusion inflicted upon them by social media and by social contagion?
Well, that's a different story altogether.
But the answer is never going to be physical mutilation.
We'll be back.
Thank you.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Okay, 17 minutes left.
We'll take more phone calls.
I do have to ask this though.
If it comes down to it, if they actually get in the octagon, who you got?
You got Zuck or you got Elon?
I want to see this thing happen.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'll just, super quick.
For some reason, somebody in a conversation with Elon Musk on Twitter asked Elon Musk about Mark Zuckerberg and he said, I'll cage fight him anytime.
Something to that effect, I'll paraphrase it.
Let's get into a cage and have a cage fight.
And Zuckerberg got wind of it and replied, I don't know if it was on Twitter or if he did it on his Instagram.
But Zuckerberg said, name the place.
And suddenly it was, ooh, throwdown!
Two of the world's richest men.
And then Elon said, you know, let's do this.
Where's the location?
Somebody said the Las Vegas Octagon, you know, where the MMA stuff happens.
Excuse me.
And so, you know, Elon kind of said, I think, to indicate that he's really joking about this.
You know, I've got a great move.
It's called the walrus, where I just lay on top of you and you can't move.
He's indicating that maybe he's just not exactly buff at the moment.
You know, he's a little softer in the middle, as the Paul Simon song says.
And I'm not throwing stones, because so am I.
But Zuckerberg says no, let's do this for real, and Elon Musk is saying yeah, let's do this.
So much so that there's people in Vegas now starting to throw odds down.
I don't know if it's ever going to happen for charity or not, but here's why I'm interested in it.
Mark Zuckerberg is one of the richest men in the world, so is Elon Musk.
Mark Zuckerberg is one of the most heavy-handed censors and opponents of free speech in the world by way of the way he runs Facebook.
Elon Musk is the opposite, because that's how Jack Dorsey ran Twitter before Elon Musk bought it.
Right?
And then Elon Musk used Twitter and intended, and is still working toward it, and I think making great strides, into, you know, a free speech space.
You know, he reinstated Donald Trump.
He reinstated conservatives all over the country who had been banned by Twitter.
So to me, I'm interested in this thing, not for the celebrity of it, although it's kind of interesting.
A few multi-billionaires, or a couple of multi-billionaires going at each other in an octagon.
But to me, it's a battle between free speech, represented by Elon Musk, and censorship, represented by Mark Zuckerberg.
Which is why I would be rooting for the probably overmatched Elon Musk to make that thing happen.
I brought this up on my program, and Zuckerberg, by the way, has been training for a year in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
If you don't know that, he knows how to fight in an MMA style, at least in the grappling part of that.
So it'd probably be a bad move for Elon Musk.
But I brought that up on my program today in Cleveland, and I asked some people if they would like to see something like that happen among others.
Maybe you remember, back in the late 90s, MTV had something called the Celebrity Deathmatch Show, in which they had claymation figures of celebrities and political politicians and others, and they would have claymation brawls to the death in a boxing ring kind of a thing.
And it was just always fun to say, who else would you like to see in a celebrity deathmatch, minus the death?
And somebody called my program today and said, if Zuckerberg and Elon do this, I want to see Trump and Carrie Lake.
against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
And I kind of said, you know, I would pay a very significant amount of money to see that.
Joe Biden cannot stand up on his own without somebody trying to knock him down.
Carrie Lake is just a badass.
Kamala Harris, she'd be a formidable foe, though, because she cheats to do everything.
I mean, look at how she got into the Senate.
Look at how her political career got launched by being Friends, wink wink, with Willie Brown, one of the biggest political power brokers in all of California.
So she cheats, she'll do anything to win.
Trump, he's not exactly in the best of shape either, speaking of being soft in the middle, but I think I would take the Trump-linked ticket over the Biden-Harris ticket any single day.
Which of course then begs the question, what do you think of Carrie Lake as Trump's VP choice?
Just throwing it out there.
Let's go to Rick on Line 4 in Phoenix.
Hey, Rick, you're on America First.
Fire away.
Hi, Bob.
Thanks for taking my call.
My pleasure.
You've had a great show today, and I just have a suggestion for conservative talk show hosts and others.
Whenever the news about Trump comes up and the attacks that are being made on him, I would like to hear the audio from the Rachel Maddow interview with Chuck E. Schumer saying that if you get on the bad side of the intelligence agencies, they have six ways from Sunday to take you out.
I know the clip you're talking about, it's one of my go-tos, as a matter of fact.
I've got that on my dial here.
And I'll tell you something, you're spot on.
And thank you for the call from Phoenix, Derek.
You're spot on.
And so was Chuck Schumer.
The intelligence agencies are the ones, remember 51 former intelligence agencies, signed off on a bogus letter saying that the Hunter Biden family laptop was Russian disinformation.
The intelligence agencies are the ones that led to the lies that made up the Steele dossier from getting to the FISA court in order to get a warrant to spy on Donald Trump's campaign and his presidency.
So yeah, you're right, and we should remind everybody that the vindictive and evil, cheating, conniving Democrats will do just about anything if that's what they can, including using the intelligence agencies against their political enemies.
It hasn't been delayed.
But he's taking these shots, this antagonism is taunting to the intelligence community.
Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
I don't like Chuck Schumer.
Chuck Schumer isn't honest very often.
But that's one of the times in which he was.
And President Trump is finding that out, as they come for him.
Let me go, I've got one minute here for Glenn in Phoenix before the break.
Hey Glenn, you're on the air, go ahead.
So I have a different take on this, sir.
Every single homosexual or transsexual I've ever met in my life, every one of them, always
tells me, they always say, I was born this way.
So I've come to this conclusion recently.
Second Thessalonians 2.11 says God shall send them derision that they should believe a lie
because they chose not to believe the truth.
So I'm convinced that human beings can believe a lie.
It's very simple to believe a lie.
And these people are living in deception.
They've been deceived into believing that that's how they are, when they're not.
And there's nothing we can do about it, because it's a belief.
It's like a person believing in Jesus.
Well, I'll tell you what I would do here, because I've only got a short time here.
Thank you for the call.
I would make a very, very strong distinction and draw a huge line between just plain homosexual and transgender or transsexual.
Very, very different things.
Being born one way or being deceived are two different things when you talk about those two issues.
One more segment to go.

Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes indeed, final segment of America First for this Friday, and you know what I just decided I want to do?
I want to wrap this show with a song that we started to play and talk about a little bit earlier.
About three days ago I interviewed Carrie Lake, former gubernatorial candidate in Arizona, who shares with Donald Trump the commonality of having an election stolen from her.
She was wonderful.
She's got a new book out, Unafraid, and I'll tell you what, I think her future is limitless.
She's also got a new song out.
She's listed as one of the performers.
Even though she doesn't sing in this, there's a song that I want you to hear as we close today.
First, let me remind you to follow me on social media whenever we're done here at France Rants on Twitter.
F-R-A-N-T-Z.
R-A-N-T-Z.
Follow me there.
Follow me on Twitter.
Truth Social as well at Always Right WHKN on Facebook and PopFrance, because I really enjoy interacting with you when we're off the air.
But I want to take you home today, our last segment here, with 81 Million Votes My Ass by Carrie Lake and the Truth Bombers.
Thank you for letting me be a part of your day today.
Enjoy this as we call it a day.
If you would have told me two years ago, three years ago, that I would be in the middle of a political movement, I
would have said, put down Hunter's crack pipe.
