Thank you.
Thank you.
Welcome, dear friends.
Let's open the show with the topic du jour, a reminder of what the president's son said not too long ago.
Cut 12.
Was that your laptop?
For real, I don't know!
I know, but you know that's... I really don't know what the answer is.
You don't know, yes or no, if the laptop was yours?
I have no idea.
So it could have been yours?
Of course, certainly.
There could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me.
It could be that I was hacked.
It could be that it was Russian intelligence.
It could be that it was stolen from me.
It could be.
Let's go through those.
It could have been stolen.
It could have been hacked.
It could have been a Russian intelligence operation, which is strange because your lawyers wanted those laptops back and demanded them back from the store where you deposited them and signed a form with your signature, your name, your phone number and your address.
Why are we talking about that today?
Well, because we now know that it wasn't a Russian intelligence operation.
The former acting director of the CIA has admitted under closed-door testimony to Jim Jordan, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, that he instigated the collection of 51 signatures on a document from former CIA operators and directors, intelligence professionals, stating that it was a Russian disinformation campaign.
A member of the intelligence community did that at the behest of who?
At the behest of one Anthony Blinken, who at the time was Foreign Policy Advisor to candidate Joe Biden, and who today is the Secretary of State of the United States.
What does it all mean?
Are they throwing Joe under the bus?
Let's talk to two people who allegedly, on the way here to the studio, have worked it all out.
That's what you say in the green room.
Former U.S.
Attorney for Washington, D.C., Joe DiGenova and his muse, Victoria Townsend.
Happy Friday.
Happy Friday.
Back to you.
All right, so let's start with the prosaic political question.
I've been hearing today from conservatives, people like Dan Bongino and others, that Joe Biden is the liability.
He can't win against President Trump and therefore he's being thrown under the bus.
By the left, using the Hunter Biden laptop, we've got a heading here from NBC News, which would seem to corroborate this, just the headline, federal prosecutors have considered four charges against Hunter Biden.
My issue with this, although it does come from one Ken Delanian, who is known to be a mouthpiece for the intelligence community.
Yes, I can confirm that from having dealt with him.
I had to hang up on him.
Has form, as they say in the UK, has form.
But there's one issue with that.
They've been sitting on this investigation in Delaware for more than two and a half years.
So first things first, we'll talk about your solution in a moment.
Your reaction to the breaking news, is this credible that they want to prosecute Hunter Biden, Joe?
Yes, yes it is.
But here's the problem for them.
They still have a complicit media on their side.
So they're going to pull punches even when they might be telling a partial truth.
This investigation has been sitting in Delaware for much too long.
Delaware, which is a state that basically the Bidens control.
That is.
It's Mississippi 1964 in Delaware.
Now, what happens is Weiss gets the case.
He's the Trump holdover U.S.
attorney.
He gets the case.
They keep him there to do it.
Now, this is the kind of case that a young assistant U.S.
attorney would complete within one full year.
It's all bank records.
It's not complicated.
There are few witnesses.
You bring them in.
You put them in the grand jury.
It's a tax evasion case.
You have a case that, yeah, without even getting No, he's not a renegade.
Act, foreign corrupt, without any of that.
This tax case could have been made in 12 months without any problem.
Why did it sit around?
Because pressure was put on that office not to bring the indictment.
We're now hearing that from this renegade whistleblower IRS.
No, he's not a renegade.
He's a good guy.
Renegades are good guys.
Let me read the headline.
This is from the New York Post, which by the way, oldest newspaper in America, founded by Alexander Hamilton, which first exposed the Hunter Biden laptop from Hell's Story.
Let's salute here Emma Jo Mitchell, I think it is.
Morris, thank you.
That's why it's great to have a thing stuck in your ear.
Emma Jo Morris, who now works for Breitbart.
And of course, Miranda Devine.
This is from the New York Post just now.
Attorney General Merrick Garland is the quote senior Biden official in Hunter Biden IRS whistleblower claim.
So let me just share this with the viewers and listeners.
Attorney General Merrick Garland is the unnamed official who's sworn testimony before Congress is being challenged as a perjury in a bombshell letter You know, as yet anonymous IRS whistleblower who alleged a cover-up in the Hunter Biden criminal investigation.
So there was an investigation the IRS forwarded to Delaware.
Nothing happened.
That explains the delay.
The cover-up explains the delay.
Okay.
And that's why the IRS agent, supervisory agent, is coming forward.
He's had enough of it.
And apparently so have some honorable FBI agents who believe That roadblocks are being put in their way to protect the President of the United States and his family.
But here's my problem about the focus on the IRS case.
And that is, IRS cases are usually settled in some kind of civil matter, you know?
Well, they're negotiated usually, right?
They're negotiated.
$500,000 in fine, payment, late taxes, what have you.
So, we should be focusing on all the other things, and Joe was mentioning them, the Foreign Agent Registration Act, the FARA.
So, representing other nations without declaring it to the DOJ.
What about... Falsifying his gun purchase.
Purchasing a gun as a drug addict.
What about the phrase, it's a kind of layman's phrase, but pay to play.
Well, that's exactly what this was.
So, explain how that would, what the legal vulnerability of pay to play.
Hunter Biden gets on Air Force Two with his father.
He goes to the country that his father has foreign policy responsibility for.
When they are there, his father is controlling U.S.
policy.
His son is there at the same time, talking to government officials and very, very influential business people who have relationship with those government officials, and they're getting contracts.
Because he's there with his father.
Joe eventually, according to some reports, gets some of that money eventually when it is paid to multiple members of the Biden family.
Let's just stop here for a second because we've got to fill in the gaps.
In text messages recorded on his laptop to his daughter, Hunter Biden, states, I have been having to give 50% of my income to Dad for decades.
You're lucky you will never have to do that for me.
That's exactly right.
That's the issue.
Yes, and let me give you another version of that.
And that's called Ukraine.
Joe Biden is... The billion dollars worth of trade aid.
The loan guarantees.
Obama puts Biden in charge of Ukraine in addition to China.
What two countries?
And then, oh, Hunter Biden gets on the board of Burisma at like 80 grand a month in a subject he has no idea about.
Better in practice.
And can't speak the language.
What is the legal term?
I mean, pay for play, I presume, is layman's terms.
Well, what you have is you have illegal gratuities.
Being paid to a member of the family.
This is part of a kickback scheme, an illegal kickback scheme.
It involves a conspiracy with the then Vice President, his son, and officials overseas to pay money to the Vice President through his son.
And so it's an illegal kickback scheme.
It's clearly bribery.
It's bribery and conspiracy.
Given what you just said, could it be that they'll just say, oh, Hunter, yeah, you did something wrong.
Here, pay a fine to the IRS.
Yeah, and even worse than that, because we've done a lot of these plea deals on both sides.
They'll say, and this plea is in return for any other thing you did ever.
That you may have done.
Yes.
And that's all wiped out.
They've got an answer.
I've heard it.
It's very exciting.
You don't want to go anywhere.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Back in a moment.
I give it my best.
I will.
She was supposed to do it at 4.30, but she had to get her hair done.
We women always accommodate.
So my son worked for a while in Australia.
I went to meet him so we could go and do the Lord of the Rings tour of New Zealand.
And somebody on Twitter who I had respect for said, oh, you're in Australia?
You've got to meet Miranda.
She was still living in Australia.
We had dinner in Sydney.
Do you know that she's American?
No.
She was born and raised here.
Then her family moved there.
Like Mel Gibson, she was born here, picked up the accent there, and then came back.
Wow.
And now she's here in New York, I think.
We met her at a 9-11 event that Rudy put on, and we were of course invited, and Miranda was there, and I met her at dinner, and we've talked ever since.
She's great.
She's great.
She really is good.
We should get Emma back on, Eric.
Yeah, I'll let Geoff know.
Where is everybody?
Everybody's disappeared.
Oh, there's John.
Sorry, did you say you wanted to come in with Cut 12?
I did.
Oh, OK, because I didn't hear that.
Sorry.
PhD.
Thank you.
Now, what other cuts have we got?
All right.
All right, I'm going to use Cut 1 here.
But I'll tee it up, Eric, all right?
Let's go through some of these cuts.
Cut three.
Cut three.
And five.
Playback one, go ahead, give it to him.
Wednesday evening, the Allen County GOP hosted the annual Lincoln Day Dinner.
It looks like a fundraiser, with $100 dinner plates, cocktails, and for an extra $100, a photo op with the keynote speaker, Chris Christie.
This country needs immigrants to survive.
Immigrants pick the food we eat, rebuild our communities after climate disasters, help construct our infrastructure, power our small business economy, clean our homes, and look after the most precious in our families, our children and our elders.
All right, I'm going to use that with Boris.
That's perfect.
And what was the other cut you wanted to hear?
Let's listen to... Seven...
And eleven.
Seven.
And I actually, it is part of my, one day I'm going to write a cookbook, but I do, I've started to actually write my recipes because the kids, my husband will always say, why don't you write down your recipes?
Yes.
And I've realized I probably should start doing that.
The family joke is that if somebody asks me for the recipe, I'll just say, well, it's a little bit of this, a little bit of that.
Okay.
Yeah.
Here's 11 That was a man dressed up as a woman 45 seconds.
Give me eight.
There's a reason why Title IX was created.
There's a reason why there's men and women's sports.
There's a reason why there's a professional basketball for men and women.
It's about fairness.
And if there's one final fiber of America, it's about giving people an opportunity.
Is there anything you want to come in with?
No, I'll just see up one when we're ready.
Okay.
Okay.
Thank you.
It's a little bit steamy, a little hot in the swamp today, hitting 90 degrees.
Are you getting ready for the summer?
Are you getting ready to get your beachwear out, your swimming trunks?
Do you need to lose a little bit of weight before you do that?
Well, I've got a plan for you.
Don't give up on being the swelt person you once were.
I lost 42 pounds with my PhD weight loss.
Katie, my wife, lost 36.
My colleague, Mike Gallagher, lost 50.
Now, truth be told, He had a little bit more to lose in the beginning, but it's all superb.
It's all great news.
No calorie counting.
No stupid pills to pop.
No starvation.
Five meals a day that just burn the fat.
Find out for yourself.
If I can do it, anyone can.
You can 864-644-1900 or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
The number 864-644-1900. Myphdweightloss.com.
Do it today.
Do it for yourself.
Do it for your loved ones.
Do it for your kids.
Do it for your grandkids.
All right, we are continuing our in-studio discussion with Joe DeGeneva, Victoria Tunsing.
Just a little reminder of what the incumbent of the White House had said about the laptops from hell.
There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing me of is a Russian plant.
They have said that this is has all the four, five former heads of the CIA, both parties say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage.
Nobody believes it except his and his good friend Rudy Giuliani.
You mean the laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?
That's exactly Is this where you're going?
This is where he's going.
At that point, as Dan Bongino said, President Trump should have pulled out from his pocket the signed receipt from Hunter Biden for the laptops with his name and address.
Things could have changed forever.
As one of our team members asked in the meeting for the show today, What we now know happened under sworn testimony that Obama's former acting director of the CIA was approached by the Biden campaign in the form of Antony Blinken To corral former intelligence officers and directors of the FBI to sign a letter which is, of course, a lie.
That the Hunter laptop is fake.
It's Russian propaganda.
That's outrageous.
That's banana republic.
But there's no crime that can be pinned on that, is there?
Well, we've been thinking about that, and in light of Alvin Bragg's activities in New York and the effort to have other prosecutors around the country get creative on the Republican side, we believe that when that debate was held in Nashville, Tennessee,
That a crime could be analyzed as possibly being committed, and that was when Blinken got Murrell to get all those other 50 people to sign that letter, that constituted a conspiracy
To make an illegal campaign contribution in kind, in the form of the letter, which was then used by the vice president, the president, excuse me, the vice president at that time, in that debate, that was the actual contribution being put to use by the candidate, Joe Biden himself.
And how do you even measure how, what it's worth is?
So this is, so when you say for those who aren't attorneys, So when you're talking about it in kind, when you give money to a campaign, you have to declare it.
But also you have to declare that which is of value to a campaign, whether it's work, whether it's advertising, that isn't a check, isn't a bundle of cash.
That letter in and of itself was massively of use to the campaign.
Therefore, it wasn't declared as a campaign contribution in kind.
That occurred in Nashville, right?
And therefore, what, a local prosecutor?
You have to get the local DA because the feds aren't going to do this.
A local district attorney, just like Alvin Bragg could say, could charge the Biden campaign.
You should get all 51 of those people in before a grand jury and say what information did you have?
I'm all in these situations now, given the creativity of Mr. Bragg in New York.
That's a polite way of putting it.
The local DA with authority should impanel a grand jury using the laws that are available in Tennessee for conspiracy, for election law violations, etc, etc.
And take a look at it.
Issue subpoenas to all 50 of them.
Have them come down there and testify about it.
Because that's the scene of the crime.
Not to be pragmatic, Nashville is very woke.
It's very left-wing.
It's very liberal.
Could somebody else in Tennessee do it?
The Attorney General?
Could do it?
But this DA, we looked him up.
His name is Glenn Funk.
He's been a prosecutor.
Glenn Funk for National DA?
Yes.
And what did you find out about him?
Well, it seemed like he was making statements like it's really important to have guns.
That would stop crime.
So he's pro-Second Amendment?
Yeah, so he sounded like a good guy.
Now this is what I always say with regards to the last two years, is if you don't have the House, now we do, but if you don't have the Senate, if you don't have the White House, the only retort, the only response to rank corruption, conspiracy, open borders, aiding and abetting of the cartels, for example, Alejandro Mayorkas has caused the death of at least 1,700 illegal migrants and then 110,000 fentanyl deaths.
The only action I see as possible is that action outside of DC, that it's going to be local prosecutors.
Well, you know, local DAs in Texas have for years gone after Republicans.
You know that.
Rick Perry.
Right.
Kay, I forget.
Kay Bailey Hutchinson.
And for nothing.
I mean, they are local Democrat DAs, and then they have to drop the cases.
So we figured that they could also have a DA in Texas, a Republican, go after Biden and Mayorkas for violating the federal laws on the border and drugs.
Are there any examples that we know of where a local legal actor, officer of the court, has been successful in taking action against a national political actor?
Well, successful legally, not necessarily, but politically because... It becomes a story.
They've had people, once you're charged with a crime and you're a member of the House, you have to step aside.
There are all kinds of rules.
Tom DeLay had to step down.
So if you've been charged?
He was indicted and he had to step down from his leadership position.
Is that a House rule or an internal rule?
Yes, he had to step down from his leadership position.
Or a Republican rule, I don't know.
It was probably a Republican rule at the time.
And then he eventually went through trial.
He was convicted, but on appeal the case was thrown out with a unanimous decision from the Supreme Court of Texas that there was no crime.
But by then, his career had been ruined.
He had had to leave office.
We know it.
The process is the punishment.
Of course.
The process is the punishment.
You have lived it.
Thank you for reminding me.
Right now, everybody, if you If you value these two people as much as I do, a fraction as much as I do, support them.
They have been targeted by the Deep State, by the DOJ, by the FBI.
It cost them $500,000.
They won because the DOJ said, well, there's no there there.
Please support them.
Please go to their GoFundMe page.
It's easy to find.

Yeah, yeah.
What did he say, Eric?
He said mics are on.
Mics are on.
Good.
All right.
What next?
Clarence.
Do you want to talk about Clarence at all?
Yes, please, please, please, please.
Yes, yes, yes.
Absolutely.
I'm going to talk about him on my show on Sunday.
By the way, what's the name of the school that has Michael Hayden?
George Mason.
George Mason.
You should know that, and it should be repeated.
George Mason should be embarrassed.
He's working... Hayden is... They have a Michael Hayden... Center?
Yes, center.
And I gave that to Tony Schaefer today, too, and he's going to go out on it.
Wow.
I mean, they take Republicans' names off of things all the time, which is amazing.
Hayden is a real scum.
Oh, boy.
Oh, he tried to get me indicted.
I testified about Valerie Plame because I wrote the law.
I negotiated every word.
Which law?
The Asian Identities Protection Act.
She wasn't a covert agent.
And he went to, who was it, the Californian Waxman, and told him that I was wrong.
And Waxman referred me to the Justice Department for my testimony.
And I saw Hayden later, and I said, how dare you say that she was covert?
And he says, well, I'm not a lawyer.
I don't know.
I mean, I really got him.
He's one of the worst.
One of the worst.
And that they have a center.
I'll have fun with that.
I'll have fun with that.
All right.
There was.
All right, there was, oh, I'm gonna need the cut from, oh, I don't think we have it here.
We don't have the Clarence Thomas cut, right?
I don't know.
That's from a while ago.
We should keep that as an evergreen.
There's a great article today in the Wall Street Journal by James Taranto about Clarence Thomas.
It is a beautifully written article.
And it's a follow-up to one he wrote a few days ago.
About how bad the journalism is on the Clarence Thomas issues and how wrong ProPublica was.
It's really a fantastic article.
Alex, could you find that article for me and send it to me, or print it?
It's probably out of paywall.
Sure, can you repeat that?
It's Alex Taranto on the Thomas Clarence... James Taranto.
James Taranto.
...Wall Street Journal.
There was one a couple of days ago, and there's one today.
If you could find... He refers to his previous one.
If you could find today's, that would be great.
Any luck, Eric?
Remind me to send it to Brady, because he called today talking about... On Clarence Thomas?
Yeah, it won't let me process it for some reason.
I'll do merch here.
Okay, I have a cut.
Do you want to use it this segment?
Yeah, after I do my pillow.
All right.
Did you see what Mike has to pay some guy five million dollars?
God bless you.
God bless you.
Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Welcome back, everybody.
Happy Friday.
Dear friends, if the left hates you, if they want to destroy you, you know what that means?

There was, well, one main reason amongst hundreds why Joe Biden should never be in public office again, let alone the president, and this is the reason.
This is a circus.
It's a national disgrace.
It is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves.
And it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, you will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S. Senate rather than hung from a tree.
God bless that man.
I love watching that clip, especially with Ginny Thomas in the background looking steely-eyed at her husband, supporting him in his refusal, refusal to surrender before the scum and the bigots of the Democrat Party, and especially the chairman of that committee, who was who?
Joe Biden, a racist who didn't want a black conservative on the Supreme Court.
And now, Victoria, they're going after him again.
The same bigots are going after him.
It's his turn again.
Because you know, Brett Kavanaugh had a false accusation of a sexual attack.
And the woman couldn't remember where or when and all of her witnesses denied that they remember anything like that happening.
And then Schumer went out in front of the Supreme Court and said, you've reaped the whirlwind.
Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, you have reaped the whirlwind.
A threat.
Conan Barrett was mocked for being a handmaiden, which the definition is that you're a woman who's subservient to everyone.
I don't think that quite fits it.
And then she was criticized for adopting a black child.
And Dianne Feinstein said she wore her Catholicism.
How dare she be a Christian, right, in today's America?
Now we have a hit piece, The Washington Post front page this week.
Stunningly, the fact that they have the gall to publish these, Joe, where he discloses his finances from some family rental property.
He puts the figure in every year.
And the name of the company changed from John Smith, you know, LLC to John Smith Public Holdings.
And that's why AOC, he forgets to change the name.
And that's why AOC wants him to be pushed off the Supreme Court.
No, also because he was traveling.
Oh, right.
But here's the important thing.
And let me just say it a lot.
The guy who gave him the free vacations had nothing before the Supreme Court.
No.
And they'd been friends for 30 years.
Yes.
Well, here's the interesting thing also.
Breyer had to amend his financial disclosure reports dozens of times.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg had to amend her reports dozens of times.
So did Mayor.
I mean, every one of the justices has had to do this.
This is so phony, this attack.
It's just the left is doing what it always does.
They have to find a target.
They have to find a vulnerability.
And here's what it shows.
It shows how important it is to control the House of Representatives.
Because they can scream and yell all they want about Clarence Thomas, but they can't impeach him.
Because they don't control the House of Representatives.
Given that, are you not concerned or should we be concerned?
I'm always concerned when judges are unjustly accused.
I was really offended by what Chuck Schumer did to Gorsuch and to Kavanaugh.
That was so outrageous.
That was grounds for disbarment, what he did.
Because he's a member of the New York City Bar.
He should have been disbarred.
But it was also a crime.
You're not supposed to influence politically a child.
It was a direct attack.
And they were deliberating at the time.
The abortion case.
This is like... Well, and the houses of the justices in Virginia are still not being protected by the Marshals.
It's unbelievable that Merrick Garland has not authorized one case to be brought.
And by the way, I heard you last night, Glenn Youngkin.
I was there at Mount Vernon.
You gave a good speech, but you know you have the authority to deploy the Virginia Commonwealth state troopers.
Yeah, you know, these justices live in your state.
Protect them, will you?
You have the power to do that as governor.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

We'll talk about something you divulged to me in the break, but I'm going to ask you something that maybe is impolitic.
I hear conservatives say, oh, the Democrats, they're so stupid, and Alvin Bragg is so dumb because what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander, And then when we win, we'll do it to their presidents and their Democratic leaders.
They never will.
They never will, right?
That's what I said.
They never will.
I know what you're talking about.
Well, when are Republicans going to rip up the Marquess of Queensbury rule book?
I mean, the only person who did that was President Trump.
Am I wrong?
No, you're right.
You're absolutely right.
And he really didn't do that.
I mean, he just gave them a little bit of their own medicine.
Yeah, a little bit.
But he never would have arrested, he never would have seized lawyers.
I think now he might.
I think now he might.
But the idea that, oh, they're so stupid because we'll do it to them next time, it's asinine, isn't it?
They know that we will not act that way.
But I do believe, though, that they When Alvin Bragg crossed the Rubicon and did something that no one has ever done in the history of our country, which is indict a former president on obviously fabricated charges, that set a new standard and the Democrats accepted it.
Remember, almost all Democrats didn't say anything about it.
Who in any position of prominence on the left said it was wrong?
Nobody.
Yes.
And so what that means to me is they have accepted that standard.
Yes.
They have accepted that standard.
And so I say to them, fine, you're going to get that standard.
And I believe that every Democratic politician in Congress, in the House and the Senate, in the House and the Senate, should be looked at by every Republican prosecutor in the country for any violation of the law within their state.
That's why we proposed, you know, the Nashville, Tennessee D.A.
I'm telling you right now live in front of three and a half million people.
You need to write that article about what the prosecutor that you mentioned, Funk.
Glenn Funk.
Glenn Funk.
Funk needs to do in Nashville, because if you don't write it, I will.
And I'll quote you and have a link to this interview.
So I give you 24 hours.
Get busy.
It's a deal.
And the other thing is, all right, it's at a lower level.
However, I do think, am I impressed?
I'm mildly impressed by what they did this week.
When Jim Jordan took the committee to New York and had a committee meeting on crime in New York in front of New Yorkers who'd lost their loved ones, and Democrats were screaming, Democrat citizens of New York were screaming at the Democrats and saying, what are you talking about, Jay Nadler?
I think that had the left flustered.
So it's not DAs, it's not prosecutors getting involved, but that idea to move a committee hearing to a hotbed of criminality That put the heat on in a way we hadn't seen before.
I think it was very impressive the way it was done.
I think the witnesses were superb.
And I think it flummoxed the Democrats on the committee.
I think it really flummoxed them.
Do Americans know that word?
Do they know the word flummoxed?
I hope so.
Last time I heard, C-SPAN was going back and forth on whether they were going to cover it or not.
You know, C-SPAN did not cover the February border hearing that the Republicans put on because, quote unquote, there were no Democrats.
So there's a good rule.
Oh, if Democrats don't want a certain hearing, if it's uncomfortable, then they just boycott it and C-SPAN won't cover it.
Since when is that a rule for C-SPAN?
Well, it wasn't because the Republicans went back and found a time that the Democrats, only the Democrats had a hearing and the C-SPAN covered it.
So C-SPAN, I had recommended to several members that they really ought to boycott C-SPAN for a while and get C-SPAN back on track.
In the break you mentioned something, I was familiar with the former director of the NSA and the CIA, Mike Hayden.
I thought he was a good guy.
No, oh no.
Then I realized he's perhaps one of the most underhanded members of the deep state.
You shocked me with some news in the break.
Tell us about Michael Hayden's legacy.
He's still alive.
Well, he tried to get me indicted after I testified in front of the House Democrat committee when Henry Waxman was the chairman.
And I was testifying about a law I had written.
I mean, I crafted every word in that under Barry Goldwater's... With regards to Valerie Plame.
The agent I did an East Protection Act and I said she's not an agent.
She was not covert.
She was swatting around.
Where was it?
Brussels?
And everybody knew who she was.
And she worked out at the agency.
Nobody covert.
Trust me.
I know because I've represented it.
If you're covert, you don't ever go into Langley.
Henry Waxman sent my name over to justice.
Based upon what General Hayden said about you.
Yes.
What have you heard about Hayden now?
The James Madison thing.
George Mason University has a Michael Hayden Center.
Well, here's a guy who was part of this 51 who I think, by the way, I think that letter and the way it was used and the way it caused people to be uninformed probably was the single most important factor at the end of the election and may have thrown the election Biden's way.
Let me push back and just say two factors.
The suppression of the story by Twitter, by Facebook, number one, so that you couldn't retweet the New York Post story, and then the letter together is a double whammy because we now know that at least 23-24% of those who voted for Joe Biden Exactly.
That's why I think it was probably the single most influential factor in the election.
By the way, Rudy called me when he got that laptop and told me all about it.
And so I was already aware that it was a reality.
So I looked at that letter and I saw their fudge words.
Oh, yeah.
I didn't teach English.
What is it?
Chris Platt calls them the Washington weasel words.
But all this boils down to the discovery that there's this Hayden Center at George Mason.
They ought to take his name off that center.
All right.
Well, we're going to keep the pressure on now that we know that issue.
George Mason, you should be ashamed of yourself that you are giving prominence to somebody who is a known liar endangering the United States.

I like Baldwin.
On what logic?
Because there's new prosecutors and evidently Baldwin's lawyers brought in some new, some technical new evidence and so the new prosecutors are just putting things on hold.
But the charges were dismissed, according to you.
Without prejudice.
So they can go to trial and charge him again?
It was a perfect time to go to trial, and they dismissed it, but they said that the investigation is going to continue and that that doesn't necessarily mean...
It's without prejudice.
Those are the magic words.
So they can charge him again?
Yes, they can.
Right.
Only when you get it dismissed with prejudice is it a victory.
Huh.
Because his lawyer was celebrating yesterday.
Well, of course, because this is all about PR.
It wasn't bad news.
Did they replace the prosecutors?
Yeah, there was something.
One of them ran for office or something.
The woman who was the original prosecutor made some very bad decisions about using statutes, which she should not have used because they didn't apply to the case.
And she made some bad mistakes.
And then what they did was, I think she resigned.
And the other one took over.
And then somebody, this new person took over.
Resigned from that case.
Yeah, or as a prosecutor.
As a prosecutor.
I think she was in there as a special prosecutor.
I don't know.
It's kind of fuzzy.
Bottom line, she was out of it at that point, and now they've got this new group in that were specially appointed.
But it's without prejudice, so that's the big deal.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

What is your message to those as people who worked on the Senate in the Department of Justice who still serve this nation?
What do you say to those who are inside the machine and think they can't do anything when they see corruption and injustice?
Let me start with you, Joe.
What do you say to those people who are listening right now who are inside the machine?
Look at that supervisory IRS agent who has now come forward bravely and said he will not stand for it.
He will not be party to a cover-up.
He will not dishonor his public service.
More good people need to stand up and do the same thing.
There are people inside the FBI right now who know that that place is a hellhole of dishonesty and illegality and unethical behavior.
More of them need to come forward.
And I can't emphasize that enough because it's been my chagrin in watching these FBI agents come forward and they're talking about, you know, almost two dozen.
No one from the Department of Justice, my old home, has come forward.
Not a single career prosecutor.
18 FBI agents and not one person from the Department of Justice.
Not one career prosecutor out of DOJ and that'll tell you something about that place.
So what do you say to those, what's your message to those inside the machine, inside the sausage factory?
You must come out.
How can you live with yourself if you know this is going on?
How can you?
It's a very simple question.
How can you live with yourself if you know that there is corruption and if you're being asked to be involved in corruption, whether it's raiding a pro-life preacher's home in Philadelphia or the home of a former president of the United States.
All right, we're going to have to do this for three hours once.

Oh, counselor.
Counselor.
Counsel and senior advisor to President Trump and the Trump campaign.
My buddy, we call him the baron here at America First, Boris Epstein.
Welcome institute... How many?
How long has it been?
Way too long.
Way too long.
That's the answer.
You know how I know it's been way too long?
I've been holding on to the promised cigars for the Baron for at least a month from my personal provider, my purveyor of cigars.
A selection of sizes, a selection of strengths.
I love it!
These are the brand, the no-band brand, because we're kind of covert here that I smoke when I'm smoking cigars.
These have been sitting here for a while.
Put them in your humidor.
Give them a little bit of love.
I will do it.
That is so kind.
And the next we talk, I want a little bit of a report.
Will you do that?
Will you do that?
A thousand percent.
Thank you so much.
That's very kind of you.
I love that.
Well, I haven't seen you in studios since somebody in Manhattan did something outrageous.
But when I saw the footage, I saw you get off Trump Force One.
I saw the coverage of you with the president.
I saw you sitting next to him in the court.
It made me feel good to see you there.
Then we had, what was it, a week late or maybe that same week President Trump was in Miami for the UFC.
He looks great.
Looks amazing.
Is he?
I mean his mood looks amazing.
Is he like, is this like campaign mode?
Is he like fully fueled and ready to roll?
This is the best I've ever seen President Trump from every angle.
I mean, he is dominating on the full spectrum.
He literally is firing on all cylinders.
And you're seeing it right now, literally on TV, Carlos Jimenez.
Tell everybody what we're sitting in here in the studio.
We've got a live stream Fox News.
What are you reading on the Chiron right now?
Carlos Gimenez of Florida, another representative from Florida, endorsing President Trump, right now live, and now they've got the graphic of, it looks like 11, 11 Florida representatives, masked, Cory Mills, Rutherford, You've got good eyesight, dude.
So let's do a little bit of math here.
We've got it from... All endorsements.
This is just Florida.
That's Florida.
11 members of the Florida delegation to Congress have endorsed President Donald J. Trump.
So we are very early into the campaign.
We've got a handful of people who've declared on the right.
My former Salem colleague, Larry Elder, yesterday announced he's running.
That's so cool, out of California.
But it's early days, and President Trump already has 49 members of Congress, 11 of them from Florida, which is of course very interesting, and 9 senators.
Now, you're a historian.
Have you done the math?
Has anybody had that many so early?
Never.
Nobody's ever had.
Nobody.
It's completely unprecedented.
Let's be honest, I mean, President Trump is picking up everything from people who are close to the Governor Ford and Byron Donalds to the Congressman who's holding his seat currently in Waltz, who's currently holding DeSantis's, DeSanctimonio's, DeSan...
So Mike has endorsed him?
Mike Waltz has endorsed him.
Yep.
Corey Mills has endorsed him.
Rutherford has endorsed him.
Ana Paulina Luna has endorsed him.
Carlos Gimenez has endorsed him.
It's a who's who of the Florida delegation.
And then go beyond Florida, and there's the list right now of the candidates who quote unquote declared, but let's be honest.
It's President Trump and then a bunch of pretenders.
So in reality, the President is dominating the field.
Who's the guy?
Pete who?
Pete Johnson?
That's Johnson out of Michigan, it looks like.
What?
Who?
What?
Don't worry about it.
Don't spend your time on it.
So, the reality of it is that President Trump is dominating the race.
The Harvard-Harris poll came out today.
President Trump at 55, and the Florida governor is at 20.
Let's talk about this for a second.
Go ahead.
He says, you know what?
I try to enter the quicksand.
I change my mind.
I'll wait till sometime down the road, maybe.
Here's the peculiar situation that we have.
Oh, I have.
I'm a little bit torn because I say to people, One of the many things we have to thank President Trump for is, in addition to finally calling out the fake news, securing the border, defeating ISIS, making the best economy we've ever seen, one of the kind of prosaic things is he made politics fun again.
I mean, if you go back in time, before the insanity of Russia collusion and all that garbage, The primaries in 2015 were enjoyable.
I mean, it was, you know, 17 people on the stage, President Trump was in control of everything, but it was enjoyable.
Now, we're not going to have that.
My idea is, you know, let's have as many as possible, duke it out, best man left standing is the winner.
But what is going on with DeSantis?
Because the NeverTrumpers and the RINOs, the people who, you know, don't like mean tweets, We're saying, oh, he's got to be the new face of Conservatism, Prentiss and Trumbull.
He says nothing.
He makes these weird kind of wink-wink statements at press conferences.
He gets the Florida Statehouse to change the Constitution of Florida so an incumbent governor can run, and he still doesn't declare What is his problem?
And it's actually still unclear whether it's really changed or not.
I mean, it's a messy situation.
He's had a disaster in Florida.
There's a gas shortage in Florida while the governor of Florida is in D.C., is in the swamp.
You know, Ron DeSantimonious, as President Trump refers to him, I think one of the best nicknames that he's had, has had a disastrous really month and months.
He's been embarrassed.
And the reason he's been embarrassed, honestly, I think disloyalty is really at the root of it.
But I think it's more than disloyalty.
Disloyalty is bad enough, but for me, the Monday after the leaked indictment, so you've got Saturday, Sunday, Monday to say something.
He says nothing.
He holds a press conference on the environment or something or cyber.
A journalist asks him, and let's just say just two things, three things.
Number one, he makes a crude childish joke about hush money, not once, twice.
Secondly, he says, I'm not interested in this.
I'm going to get back to the business of Florida.
Well, guess what, governor?
The 45th president of the United States is a resident of the state of which you are governor.
And then last thing, people didn't kind of focus on this enough, I think is the worst of all, because they don't know his career background.
Ron DeSantis, before he became a very Nobody knew he was a member of Congress.
I didn't realize he was a member of Congress for five and a half years before he ran for the governorship.
But before he did that, he was a member of the Judge Advocate Corps of the Navy.
He's a JAG, yeah.
He's a JAG, which means he's a prosecutor.
So to say in a press conference about the most outrageous prosecutorial act in presidential history... Prosecutorial misconduct.
Misconduct, thank you.
To say, I'm not interested, but You're a former prosecutor.
How can you say that, Boris?
I'm supposed to be a conservative.
If he just said, this is an outrage and it's wrong as a former prosecutor, I think this is wrong, he would have looked normal, decent.
We have seen a complete lack Sebastian, complete lack of political skill, or substance, and he's been embarrassed by Disney.
I mean, Mickey Mouse is running circles around the guy.
Then, this was horrible, as you mentioned, on the persecution of President Trump by the rabid, woke Manhattan D.A.
The Florida governor has really been exposed.
And then, let's not forget the key issues that President Trump talks about and really focuses on, which is Social Security and Medicare.
What's Ron supposed to say about that?
Full-on, clear disciple of Paul Ryan.
There's no two ways about it.
He's a Paul Ryan guy.
He voted over three times to cut Social Security and Medicare, to up the retirement age.
He's got real problems.
And you can see that now.
Person after person.
Greg Stubbe is another one.
Who is coming out and saying, not only do they disagree with Ron DeSanctimonious, they don't like him personally.
They just hate the guy.
Jeff, what is that story that you told me about?
Which we have had confirmed by another congressman who shall not be named because he hasn't given us permission.
What is the story we were discussing in the pre-production meeting?
And it was so similar to what this other congressman said that if The Daily Caller said it was anonymous, I would have thought it was this congressman that told us that.
Because it was the same exact thing.
They said he came to Congress.
So this is the congressman who sat next to DeSantis in Congress and said what about him?
He said he had no friends.
He was very disinterested in doing any legislation.
All he was worried about was his next position, his next job where he was going to get a higher office.
That is not a good look.
And that came out today in the story from the Daily Caller.
It's Congressman Dave Trott.
Yeah, Michigan.
Michigan, who sat next to Ron DeSantis every day and said things about him that I can't say on air, which have been confirmed by somebody else who's another congressman and a friend of the show.
All right, where did that first segment go?

Let's have another clip behind the curtain of who the Democrats are.
This is when you realize they have no sense of self-awareness, no sense of reality, and they're completely detached from the average American.
This is the racism of the Democrat Party.
Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal, who has a very specific vision of who the immigrants in America are.
And she says this from the floor of the Congress.
Cut five.
This country needs immigrants to survive.
Immigrants pick the food we eat, rebuild our communities after climate disasters, help construct our infrastructure, power our small business economy, clean our homes, and look after the most precious in our families, our children and our elders.
So, we're both immigrants, so according to Congresswoman Jayapal, we can rise to the heights of babysitting and cleaning toilets.
Hey, I'm gonna give you this back, because obviously I'm not qualified to be here.
How dare you?
As an immigrant!
Right!
Are we here to clean?
Are we here to talk?
Is this your show?
Ms.
Jayapal, Representative Jayapal, this is so disgusting.
Isn't this amazing?
But this goes to the history of the Democrat Party, right?
The racism, KKK, antisemitism, right?
That we know about all too well from your best friend Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar.
This is who the Democrats are.
They're hateful.
They are disgraceful, and frankly, they don't stand for what's the best in America.
Because, hey, here's one thing she is right about.
Immigrants have played a very significant role in this country.
Legal immigrants have played a very significant role in this country.
But I hate to break it to her, it's not just by cleaning houses.
Cleaning toilets and being a babysitter is not what immigrants are here for.
You racist.
You're a democrat.
Sadly, by definition, means you're probably a racist.
We spent the first hour with former U.S.

Got to run something past you that is kind of swirling around the conservative biosphere.
Biosphere?
You like that?
It's kind of, you know, fancy lingo.
That the left is throwing Joe under the bus.
Because of the Hunter thing now becoming a criminal investigation openly.
I don't know about that.
I think it's going to be, if it comes out, it's going to be a slap on the wrist or a fine.
You know, you're an attorney.
You're attorney counsel to the president.
You've been a campaign staffer.
You're senior advisor, strategic advisor over the years.
What's your read about what's going on?
When this popped up, I think almost a year ago, people said the same thing.
Oh, it's the Democrats throwing Biden.
It doesn't appear to me that way.
There's one thing that appears to me for sure is that Hunter Biden seems to have committed very serious crimes.
Numerous.
Much more serious than the misdemeanors and even the single felonies that have been reported so far.
I think the whistleblower from the IRS is a major problem for them.
And also, by the way, the news yesterday on a separate issue that Mike Morrell, the former interim CIA director, coordinated that fake letter about the Hunter Biden laptop for the Biden campaign.
And via the request from Anthony Blinken, who's working on the campaign, who's now the Secretary of State.
Oh, he is?
Well, the Chinese don't think so.
Right, the Chinese do not.
They do not think so.
He doesn't seem to be getting a lot of respect from anybody, Blinken, does he?
He's good at bringing blankets to Ukraine.
Yeah, indeed, indeed.
So if this is where we're at, if this isn't a serious threat, I've got to ask you the perennial question.
Can the Democrats let Slo Jo run?
It seems that way.
I mean, the reporting is that he's announcing next week.
That's the latest.
So guys, if you missed this, the latest last 24 hours is that the big announcement from Slo Jo Beijing Biden will be next week that he's officially running, although... He's not running.
Well, he's shuffling.
Crawling.
This is good.
The announcement that he's shuffling and crawling.
But as somebody who lives in the real world, how can the Democrats think This guy that had to be pushed over the finish line with mail-in ballots, COVID, you know, with all the kinds of shenanigans in the battleground states, the drop boxes, half a billion dollars from Zuckerberg.
They think this is their best shot against the man who got more votes than any other incumbent president?
Well, part of it is he, whatever is left of Joe Biden, seems to think that.
But that's one thing.
I think it's tough for them to divorce that, because since he seems to believe that, the infrastructure is set up in a way that if an incumbent president wants to run, if an incumbent occupant of the White House, I believe, my belief, illegitimate, wants to run, that it's tough to prevent him from doing so.
Because of the structure.
But do you remember that creepy interview he gave during the campaign?
It was very creepy, yes.
Where he said, what happens if you have a disagreement with Obama, your future boss, way back when?
And he said, oh don't worry, we will come up with an ailment and I'll resign.
If he's already planning that way backwards, isn't that they're out?
It may be, but then anything can happen.
It could be that this is a way of the Democrats throwing Biden under the bus.
That he announces, raises a bunch of money, and then turns that money over to another candidate.
There'll be FEC issues with that as well.
But a lot is possible, but I think what's likely It seems like he wants to run for re-election, and the Democrats are okay with it.
Here's the other problem they have though, Sebastian.
It's a bunch of nobodies, right?
So if not him, then who else?
What, Mayor Pete?
You're not a fan of Mayor Pete?
I mean, he's such a charismatic individual.
And that rail disaster, he handled that so well.
He's been so good at his job.
We've had rail disasters, we had airplane Obviously disastrous, but also huge shutdowns of airliners, right?
Southwest couldn't take off again just in the last week.
We had air travel totally shut down several times.
Of course, the issue that we had with the truckers not delivering the goods.
But, you know, Mayor Pete's done a good job.
That's a joke.
Mayor Pete's is.
Kamala Harris is a joke.
Gavin Newsom is a disaster.
Disaster?
Yeah, but he wants it.
But that's the question.
I mean, look at their bench.
At least we've got a star.
He's the star quarterback and he's got buddies like Boris at his side.

This is Second Amendment Friday on America First with Dr. G. That was so much fun.
We're going to go to your cause momentarily.
Wasn't that great, guys, to have the Baron in studio, Eric?
Wasn't that good?
It was great.
And again, right after Joan Victoria, just a powerhouse First Amendment.
Powerhouse Friday.
Mr. G, that's how we have to do it.
We have to have Baron in situ, right, in the studio?
Everybody should always be in studio.
It's so much better.
I know.
Well, that's up to you.
You can make that happen, right?
Sure.
Do a guest a week, then.
No, we love our guests.
The monologues are not bad, but the guests are great too.
Dear friends, it is Second Amendment Friday.

That's KAHR.com.
All right.
Let's go to Illinois Jim.
Welcome to America First.
Yeah.
Why are you so helped out?
I'm not hell-bent on destroying DeSantis.
I'm hell-bent on telling the truth as I see it.
Should I lie about him, Jim?
Well, I don't care if I'm telling the truth.
You get pissed off.
If you want to be pissed off, get pissed off, Jim.
I don't lie on air.
It's not my job.
If you don't like it, why are you tuned in, Jim?
I wonder myself.
Good!
Goodbye!
Thank you.
Let's go to Nicholas, Rhode Island.
Jeez, how do I follow up that clown?
I mean, seriously!
What, if I believe something, I'm not supposed to say it?
Is that why you listen to Radio Show, Nicholas?
Keep telling the truth, Dr. G. Thanks, buddy.
Alright, what did you call in for?
Yeah.
I was wondering, why do you do your show from the bedroom of an 8-year-old boy?
And also, where is that 8-year-old boy?
Are you grooming him?
Sorry, what is this 8-year-old boy?
Are you the 8-year-old boy, Nicholas?
No, but I'm concerned for that kid whose bedroom you're broadcasting from every day.
Why do you say that?
Are you just a sad man who has no memories?
That wishes to just call up on his mother's phone?
Why are you so twisted and dark inside, Nicholas?
What is your problem?
I mean, I know the left wants to make love between a man and a boy legal.
I know that's what the Democrats want.
I mean, transgenderism is only the beginning, Nicholas, but why do you have to project that on me?
That's really disturbing.
Have you discussed this with your mother lately?
No.
Okay, Nicholas.
Goodbye.
Let's go to Ron the Claw.
It's funny.
Eric, why do they never have anything to respond?
They take weeks and weeks to think up one line they think that's funny, and then they call in, and I engage them, and I ask a question.
It's like, uh, uh, uh, why can't they respond?
I think they imagine that they're going to be going up against a caricature, their caricature of a conservative, so they don't actually think you're going to have something to respond with, so they never think past the first line.
Mr. G, why do they have nothing?
I don't get it.
I don't get that either, because they're on hold for a while.
You think you could come up with something for a little bit.
There you are.
Who's the real mental one we had earlier this week?
Was that Sam?
No, that's Barbara's son.
When we find out he's calling from a woman's cell phone, everything we say about, what is it I say, Eric, give your mother her phone back, and then you realize it's a woman's cell phone.
It's just perfect, isn't it?
They say that memes mirror reality after all.
Yeah, they become the meme.
It's absolutely superb.
Okay, I think that loser's just called in.
Let's go instead to Fred from Los Angeles.
Line two.
Welcome, Fred.
Yeah, Gorka.
What do you have to say about the leaked documents and the information that we got You mean the document... Oh, this is good.
Fred, do you mean the document that said the figures had been distorted and that Tucker used and it turned out that they'd actually been photoshopped?
Do you mean that one, Fred?
Are you that much of a loser that you don't know that that whole story about the figures being changed and not representing the truth was actually one of the leaked documents that had been photoshopped Fred Fred are you that much of a loser okay goodbye let's go to Ron line three Columbus Ohio hello Dr. Gorka how are you good good first
time caller and I am a big fan and I'm not going to give you one of those type of calls I promise The reason I'm calling is because my concern when I listen to the different shows is that the Democrats aren't Don't seem to be afraid of who runs for them because I still think we haven't addressed the voting problems and the illegal voting issues.
And I think they're still confident that they can win the important places because we've done nothing to address them and fix any of it.
And they're going to find a way to win the votes again no matter what.
Yeah.
Stay on the line.
I want to continue that discussion offline.
Stay on the line.
We've got to discuss that.
In the meantime, if you're calling us on a cell phone, please make sure it is not linked to one of the big cell phone providers.

Hey, Ron. Ron.
Yes, sir?
So, a couple of things.
First, I don't think, if you look at prior elections, the left doesn't openly have their discussions about their candidates.
That's nothing new, right?
Because there are hires, there's a collective.
We believe in democracy, we believe in primaries, so That's nothing new.
I don't think them not debating who should run is a sign that they're confident about stealing the election again.
I think it's who they are.
However, I will add this, Ron.
The RNC hasn't done their due diligence to fix the problem.
Individual states in some cases have, but Rona Romney McDaniel is a disaster.
So, I agree with you on the latter point.
We still have more than 50% of the work to do to secure the election.
Especially in the key locations like Philadelphia.
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
No, I agree with you.
No, great call.
Thank you, buddy.
Let's go to line four.
Hello?
Who's this?
Hello?
Oh, that's sad.
Okay.
Barbara not pay the bill?
Barbara wanted her phone back.
So that's what it was, is that the part about Russian casualties being exaggerated was a photoshopped version?
It's really embarrassing for Tucker.
The thing he built his monologue on was actually a photoshopped version of one of the documents.
You can imagine with a leak, like right after a leak like that happens, it'd be easy for him.
Oh yeah, totally.
But you know, your team should have realized there's another document that doesn't say that and somebody's photoshopped it.
Right, so have you got the Have you got the John Locke cut?
I do, yes.
How long is it?
It's a minute fifty-two.
Alright, um... Because we also have the Second Amendment intro video that we're coming up with.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And I need that copy.
Where is that?
Alex?
Oh, you've just got it, right?
Just put it in the Chiron.
What's the... The gun, um... Oh, yeah, yeah.
Um, it is... Oh, I've got it.
Well, have I?
No.

Yes.
It's galleryofguns.com.
Okay.
That's right.
Do you need copy?
I got it.
Thank you.
And it's called Trump One.
Okay, good.
The Trump One.
Yes.
Good.
Excellent.
Alright.
Alright, I'm going to play that long cut and then I'm going to introduce John.
Alrighty.
Okay, can I talk to him?
Yeah, 20 seconds.
Hey John!
Don?
Hey, I... I...

In the miasma, in the wilderness of mirrors that is information on the Second Amendment and gun crime in America, there's one person that I rely upon to tell the truth.
His name is John Lott, and he has provided more accurate information than anyone else.
And yesterday, he sent me a half an hour long video of his testimony in Texas in front of an investigatory committee.
And I just want to play for you a few seconds of what he said, because nobody in the mainstream media is sharing this information about recent mass shootings in America.
Play cut.
I've read I don't know how many diaries and manifestos from these mass murderers is that they want to get media attention and they know the more people they kill the more media attention that they're going to get.
And so time after time after time they explicitly write statements saying that they're trying to pick places where they know victims can't go and defend themselves.
You take the Nashville school shooting that just occurred.
One of the things that the Nashville police chief noted after reading the manifesto from that killer was that the killer actually had another target that they were going after.
It was only when they found out that there was armed security there that they moved on to another target.
You look at the Louisville bank attack.
Again, it occurred in a gun-free zone, where the killer, obviously being an employee, knew that when he attacked before bank hours, he was going to be able to attack there without having to worry about people being able to go and stop him.
You see this, the Buffalo Mass Murderer last year.
In his manifesto, it gets no national news attention.
The media refuses to go and report these parts of these manifestos.
Explicitly spends a great deal of time Like many of these guys do.
Explaining why he picked the target that he did.
And his number one reason?
He wanted to go to a place where he didn't believe victims would be able to go and defend themselves with permanent concealed handguns.
So these guys may be crazy in some sense, but they're not stupid.
They explicitly pick targets where they know victims can't defend themselves.
Six months is a short amount of time for these individuals to go and plan these attacks.
Many of these attackers, such as the Sandy Hook killer, spent over two and a half years planning the attack.
These guys are very difficult to go and stop from going and just talking about one thing that I think is extremely important here, and that's armed teachers.
That's John Locke Jr.
in front of Texas lawmakers, telling you what nobody else will tell you.
And we've got him on the line right now.
He's the president of the Crime Prevention Research Center.
John, welcome back to America First.
It's great to talk to you.
Thanks for being there.
John, why is nobody else talking about the fact that it's demonstrable the mass shooters spend weeks, if not months and years, choosing target institutions where those they are killing cannot defend themselves?
Surely this should be crucial to the question of how we stop such atrocities.
No, you'd think it'd be obvious.
You'd think it'd be incredibly newsworthy to have something like the Buffalo Mass Murderer last year go and explain, you know, why he picked the target that he did.
Why isn't that newsworthy?
I've been asking this for years, but it's not something new that I've been pointing out.
I've been pointing this out for over 20 years.
This is not something new.
On our website at crimeresearch.org, we have Quotes from many diaries, many manifestos, other statements that these mass murderers have made.
They may be crazy in some sense, but they're not stupid.
They know they want to kill more people to get more media attention, and they know if they go to a place where victims can't defend themselves, They'll be more likely to accomplish that goal and get the media attention there.
Now, John, everybody should go to crimeresearch.org.
They should follow you, John R. Lott Jr., on Twitter.
Your book, Gun Control Myths, amongst many of the other books you've written, More Guns, Less Crime, should be on everybody's bookshelf.
But one thing people need to do is watch the video of your testimony at the Texas Legislature, where All you did was facts.
You talked about the manifestos, what these people said if they survived in court, and then within 15 minutes you were viciously attacked by one of the members of that committee in an ad hominem.
I mean, God bless the woman on the committee who stepped up for you, but why did they feel, if you're just reporting facts, why did you have to be attacked personally?
I guess you'll have to ask that person.
It's not unusual.
But look, it'd be one thing if they kind of pushed back on my facts, but they don't do that.
What they do is they just try to attack the person who's providing that.
And, you know, if you don't have anything else to fight with or to argue with, One of the state representatives got into a debate with me about whether you should look at crime rates in per capita terms.
They just wanted to compare the United States, which has over 330 million people, our total murders, to other countries that may have 5 million or 80 million people.
It's not, you know, it's just crazy some of the arguments that were being made.
And the most shocking thing, and we only have a few seconds left, can you tell us how many mass shootings there have been in America in schools and institutions where there are armed people and teachers are armed?
How many mass shootings have occurred in schools like that?
Since 2000, there have been zero that have occurred in any school that has armed teachers and staff.
All the attacks, every single one where anybody's been wounded or killed has occurred in places where you ban teachers.
There are thousands of schools in the United States with armed teachers.
We have 20 states It tells you everything you need to know.
in some states like utah and new hampshire any teacher that has a concealed carry permit can carry in other places is up to the school board or the school superintendent it tells you everything you need to know not one mass shooting in a school with armstar follow him right now john arlott jr on twitter and crimeresearch.org thank you for telling the truth I'm Sebastian Gawker.

All right, let's give Here's an example of somebody who's gone a little bit Biden.
This is the mayor of New York, Eric Adams, who, I guess he doesn't like meat, but being a vegetarian, I don't think it's affected his cognitive skills too well.
He's reading a speech, and tell me if you agree, it's a little bit disturbing.
Play cut.
Raw food is not created equal.
The vast majority of food that is contributing to our emission crisis lies in meat and dairy products.
A plant-powered diet is better for your physical and mental health, and I am living proof of that.
But the reality is that thanks to this new inventory, we're finding out it is better for the planet.
Better for your health, your physical and mental health.
Jeff, he doesn't sound too, I mean that's the worst I've ever heard him.
I know, you can't even read a statement.
That was only 30 seconds.
That was like, what's it, Sharpton.
That's like Sharpton.
Yes, and there's no way it's good for your mental health.
Adam Schiff has been a vegan for 20 years.
Oh.
That just sums it up right there.
Hang on a second.
Most famous vegetarian in history?
Oh, that would be Hitler, right?
Yes!
Yes.
If you need any reason to eat meat, it's the most famous vegetarian in history was that little crazy corporal from Austria.
What else do we have?
Oh, this is too good.
Too good.
Eric, we need to play Chris Christie because I always joke when people want a selfie, I always say, how much you wish to pay me?
It's a joke.
I hate it.
My wife always, no, my wife hates it.
But Chris Christie thinks a photograph with him is worth a lot of money.
Cut three!
Wednesday evening, the Allen County GOP hosted the annual Lincoln Day Dinner.
It looks like a fundraiser, with $100 dinner plates, cocktails, and for an extra $100, a photo op with the keynote speaker, Chris Christie.
A hundred dollars for a photograph!
Eric, how much would you pay for a photograph with Chris Christie?
Uh, I would almost give... I would ask him to give me money to take a picture with him.
Yeah, there is no amount of money you could give me to be standing next to him.

It's called science.
What we do here on America First is we celebrate half of that equation.
The side that is under assault from those who came up with terms like toxic masculinity.
One person who understands what it means to be a true man, who has defended the vulnerable in different uniforms, law enforcement, the FBI, and then risen to be Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection.
He's a good friend of the show.
He is a truth-teller extraordinaire.
Mark Morgan, welcome to the Manhood Hour.
Sebastian, thanks for having me.
Now, you have a very specific mission in life.
You helped our former boss, President Trump, secure the national sovereignty of the nation, make sure our borders actually functioned as borders.
But you jump in, you deal with the lies, what the likes of Alejandro Mayorkas and others are doing.
But let's talk a little bit about your journey to commissioner, because you've had an incredible storied career Talk to us about your path and all the different uniforms and badges that you've worn.
Yeah, it started out really from watching my father who enlisted in the United States Army and my uncle who was enlisted in the Marine Corps and later became a helicopter pilot and served two tours in Vietnam.
I learned from those two men that were very influential in my young life.
And from there, I started off, I enlisted the United States Marine Corps, later I became commissioned.
And then I became a police officer for the Los Angeles Police Department, spent 20 years in the FBI, where I deployed overseas in Iraq, and then later became Chief of the United States Border Patrol.
And then you said my last job in government was Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection.
It really has been a lifelong journey to serve and protect I'm curious, I haven't discussed your FBI career in detail, but serving abroad in a war zone, were you a legal attaché or on a flight team?
What kind of mission were you on?
No, I was actually the deputy on-scene commander for the FBI's counterterrorism operation at the time.
I was there for about six months, and we were responsible for all counterterrorism operations during that six-month period in the war zone.
Wow.
Of all the jobs you've done, I mean, that's quite, I mean, LAPD, FBI, FBI, counterterrorism, in a war zone, CBP Commissioner.
Is there one that has a special place in your heart?
Marines?
I mean, I know it's a hard question to answer, but when you look back nostalgically, I'm just curious out of that palette, which one gives you the most warm feeling inside?
I think it's the first job that I started as an enlisted Marine.
I tell you because, Sebastian, I think that gave me and set the foundation for really the rest of my life and the rest of my career.
That's where I really learned what it meant to serve.
That's really where I learned the first time what it meant to be something greater than yourself.
Being willing to step up and sacrifice everything, including your life, for a cause for God in this country.
So that will always hold a special warm place in my heart.
Now, when you look at the Marine Corps you served in, or the way the military has been engineered or toyed with of late, we had an hour with former VA Secretary and former Undersecretary of Defense for Preparedness, Robert Wilkie, yesterday.
And he just shared this shocking news with us.
For example, in the U.S.
Army, there is basically no fitness test anymore.
Under the Biden administration, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and you can be a soldier.
How did we get here?
How serious is this war on masculinity, in your opinion, given all the different things you've done?
Yeah, I think it's incredibly important, Sebastian, and I would equate it similar to what's happened in education.
I think it's kind of been a slow burn.
They've been chipping away at education for decades, and I think the same thing has been happening in the military.
You know, when you hear the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Milley, talk about that he's concerned about white rage and he's a white male at the top leader of our military, it was shocking to me.
In my opinion, he should be worried about training war fighters.
Training the best and the brightest to understand, be willing to put themselves in harm's way and kill and destroy our enemy.
Look, it may sound harsh, but that's the reality.
Peace through strength.
I totally believe in that.
And I think we've lost our way to a certain degree in the military.
What I will say, I still believe we're the strongest military in the world.
I still believe that the majority of men and women entering, doing so for the right reasons.
I really think it's about leadership at the top.
So, in that case, how did we get here?
Because I look at the officer corps, I look at the leadership across various agencies and departments.
If an edict, if a policy comes down, whether it's, you know, scrapping, fitness tests and whatever, if that thing affects Your capacity to do the job, whether it's combat capabilities in the military, whether it's being able to secure a border, you know, chase down coyotes and drug smugglers.
Isn't it incumbent upon the leadership of those agencies to say, excuse me, Mr. President, excuse me, Mr. Secretary, I'm sorry, I can't agree with that because the men and women beneath me, if we execute that lower standard or that politically couched standard,
We won't be able to do our job and and then I know it's it's just words but I would hope that if I were in that position and I said sorry we can't do that and and the response was you was well you have to then you resign out of principle what what happened to that concept of talking truth to power and if you don't get the right answer saying okay here's my badge here's my gun Yeah, Sebastian, I could have said it better myself.
I refer to it, there are defining moments for leaders.
And I think you just described one very eloquently.
I revert back to Chief of Border Patrol right now, Raul Ortiz, when his men, the horse patrol agents, were being lied and falsely accused of whipping people.
I think that was a moment in time for him.
That was a defining leadership moment where he should have put his credentials and badge on the table to defend the men that were falsely being accused all the way up to the President of the United States.
I also think right now, Secretary Mayorkas, if he was a man of integrity, a man of honor, he would be doing exactly what you said.
But people keep saying that, oh, well, he's just following orders.
No, no, we've seen some of the world's just worst atrocities, and the justification was, well, they're just following orders.
No, this is time, exactly as you just stated, Sebastian, that men and women leaders have to step up and put all on the table to stop wrong from happening.
Now, you're a leader of men, rising up to commissioners of Customs and Border Protection.
What effect does it have when a leader refuses to do that?
Refuses to push back and say, no, sorry, can't do that, or here's my commission.
What happens to the people beneath him?
When he acquiesces, when he just, you know, well, okay, that's an order.
Okay, sir.
What happens to the morale of everybody beneath him?
goes down the tube.
Put it straight.
Look, when you're out there, and you're sacrificing it all, and you're on the front lines, whether it's in the streets as a city police officer, or a federal agent on the front lines of our nation's borders, one of the things that you're hanging on, besides You know, working for the man and woman next to you is that you have confidence that your leadership has your back and that they're there to support you, to give you the tools and authorities for you to do your job.
And when that is eroded, when that's gone, you take away almost every ounce of morale that they have.
And that's why right now in the Border Patrol, for example, you see men and women that are turning their backs on the Secretary of Homeland Security.
It's never happened before.
It's devastating.
And once morale starts being impacted, Sebastian, it starts impacting every aspect of folks' ability to do their job effectively.
I truly can't imagine what it must be like, whether you're a cop in New York, a cop in DC, whether you're an officer in the CBP, the fact that this city alone is now spending, because they're hemorrhaging offices, they're paying $25,000 signing bonuses for the MPD in DC, Because they're desperate.
Nobody wants to be a police officer in the political conditions we have in the nation's capital.
We're talking to the former Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, Mark Morgan, a good friend of the show.

Okay.
Mark's cut, please.
Secretary Mayorkas says that he's developed a safe and orderly, humane, illegal immigration process.
It's a farce.
It's a joke.
It's a lie.
How many more migrants have to die before we wake up and say, it's just not true?
It's a fabrication.
We know 53 migrants died of asphyxiation in the back of a tractor trailer.
We know one year old, just a few days ago, was literally dropped off at our border.
Luckily, there was a Border Patrol agent right there to rescue him.
We know that 1,500 migrants have died in the past 24 months at our borders.
That 30% of young women and children are raped, are sexually assaulted, and countless are thrust into the life of trafficking.
I mean, how many more, how much more suffering and lives have to be lost on the migrant side and on the America side before we say enough is enough?
I never know when I play a clip of the Secretary for Homeland Security or mention his name how, well, I do.
I have a pretty good guess how my friend Mark Morgan is going to react with passion, often with anger.
Mark, let's talk about what it means to be a man, what your understanding, what you learned from adults around you is the definition of a man.
For me, anger is part of that.
But, you know, righteous anger, righteous indignation, and especially one of the key things for me is we have a duty always as men to protect the weak, to protect the vulnerable, whether it's children, whether it's women, whether it's the elderly.
That's our job.
Is that why you get so animated when we discuss the issues concerning the border and your specialty?
Yeah, Sebastian, absolutely.
And listen, if I can, in my family, masculinity is defined as taking out the trash, mowing the yard, and doing things like that, and killing bugs.
So let's put that in perspective.
But in reality, yeah, I do.
And here's why.
Righteous indignation.
I do get angry.
And just recently, I've seen more conservatives in Capitol Hill in the hearings this week, involving Secretary Mayorkas, I saw for the first time the same level of anger that I've shown, the same level of passion and frustration.
And you know what?
They're right, and that's what we should be seeing.
It's deserved right now.
By conservatives, we're conserved by nature, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't get angry and passionate.
Because look, as I went through my career, and you just said something, protect, protect the vulnerable.
I mean, I think that defines what I learned as a young man from my own uncle and my father.
And that's exactly why I embarked on the career my entire life.
And that clip that you showed, that includes not just Americans, but the migrants themselves.
I mean, right now, this secretary is overseeing an open border, Sebastian, that is absolutely resulting in death and destruction on the American side, as well as the migrants themselves.
We all should be angry and frustrated and passionate to stop this.
Yeah.
You've mentioned your father already a couple of times and your uncle, who probably had the influence for you to become a Marine.
Tell us what you learned from them and any other influences.
One of my favorite questions in the Manhood Hour is who taught you to be a man?
Who did you replicate?
Who provided you that information?
So tell us what you learned and how they define for you your understanding.
I think it was those two gentlemen that really stood out to me.
First, my father, obviously, and my uncle.
For my father, you know, I learned about a quiet strength.
I learned that, you know, the role of the man in the household, the obligation and the responsibility to provide and to protect.
For my uncle, I saw an immense capability to sacrifice so much in the service of others for the service of a cause.
I mean, he deployed so many times.
He's away from his family.
He's away from his children.
He's away from his wife in foreign places.
He'd been wounded.
His helicopter had been shot.
He'd been shot.
Again, as I said a couple of times, he deployed to Vietnam.
And I just saw a man that kept going and was willing to sacrifice so much.
And it wasn't about him.
It was about other people.
It was about the service of the country.
Those things just I didn't know at the time, Sebastian, but as a young man, I think I was just absorbing that.
And that's absolutely what led me to enlist in the Marine Corps.
Full disclosure, I think I've mentioned it a couple of times before on the show, we've been doing this for years with Mark, but we have a familial connection.
So my wife, my boss, was a presidential appointee at the Department of Homeland Security, and she spent the last few months of her time in office as press secretary to Customs and Border Protection, working for this man who had rather long days.
But she enjoyed it greatly.
She truly loved working for you, Mark.
She was awesome, Sebastian.
Thank you.
Thank you.
When it comes to those you worked with, whether it was in the Marines, the police, or the CBP, how did what you learned from your uncle and your father inform your leadership style?
Because this is a tough question.
Often people, you know, get thrown into a leadership position And they're not sure.
Am I their buddy?
Am I their drill sergeant?
What did you take from them that you used to inform what you did as a leader?
As a leader, I never looked at folks.
I wasn't there to make friends, Sebastian, but yet I also understood that everybody's role was equally important in an organization.
And I also saw my role as a leader is to provide them the tools, authorities, and resources that they needed to do their job.
And then ultimately, as we talked about, when they're doing their job and they're right, to be their protector as well, to have their backs, Especially right now in this insanity that we're living in, this attack on the military, the attack on the police, the attack on border enforcement, really rang true more so than any other time in our history.
But at the end of the day, too, I also think it was important that I, as a leader, that I showed strength.
that I showed will, that I showed decisiveness.
I've been a leader and I've been a subordinate.
And one of the most frustrating things that I had ever was a leader that was wishy-washy, indecisive, and didn't have a strong will. - And if you made a mistake, what would you do? - I owned it, owned it, without hesitation.
This is another great thing, right?
You set the example.
Look, I made no bones.
When I was a leadership position, everybody knew that I was in charge.
And to me, what that meant, at the end of the day, I was responsible for everything the organization did or failed to do.
And one of the most important thing was, when we did fail, when I failed, was to be honest, open, and own it.
Yeah, I think that's one of the most important marks Not just of a leader, but of a grown-up and a man that you can do that.
When you do something and it's a mistake, the automatic reaction is to just ignore it or hush it or just sweep it under the carpet.
That's the opposite of being a grown-up, the opposite of being a man, and the opposite of being a leader.

All right, so we're under assault.
Manhood, masculinity is deemed bad by the woke crowd, by the same people who actually hate America.
There's an interesting confluence there politically.
If you hate men, you also hate America.
If we're going to save this, we have to inculcate The next generation with the right values.
The young boys of today have to be inoculated against what we're seeing across the nation and across the civilization.
If you had to start writing a syllabus of what we need to impart, what values we need to, what characteristics we need to engender in the boys of today's America, what kind of things would you include, Mark?
First, don't apologize for being born a man.
That's where we're at.
God made us the way we are.
Don't apologize for what God gave you and what God didn't give you.
You mentioned biological stuff.
I think it's important that a part of this discussion that gets wiped away is, look, I don't have the ability to have a child, but I have other abilities.
That's what God made me.
We should embrace those differences.
We should embrace the fact that men and women were made differently for different reasons.
Stop apologizing for that.
And Sebastian, to be honest with you, toxic masculinity, I don't even know what the heck that is!
I mean, that's just a made-up phrase!
I mean, I would dare someone to really define even what the heck that means!
Yeah, you know, that's stunning, that response, because you're not the usual guest for these things, for this kind of Manhood Hour, and I'm glad we invited you, because You kind of just cut to the quick.
You went straight in there.
And I'm going to add a little thing to that sentence.
Don't apologize for being a man.
Don't apologize for being a woman.
Because these are the things they want to destroy.
The difference between them.
What do you think it is?
Why is your approach So, you know, a punch in the gut, it's very direct.
Did you just think of that now?
Was that just an off-the-cuff response?
I find that fascinating.
It was.
I gotta be honest with you, Sebastian, before it came out, I really hadn't given it philosophical thought, to be honest, what it meant, quote, to be a man.
So you're getting, as you always do with me, you're getting my gut response.
And I think you're right.
Look, I've said for a very long time, the differences between men and women, those are the strengths I mean, last time I checked, God knew what he was doing, right?
I mean, let's be honest.
And I just don't understand this movement that somehow to be masculine is a front to anything.
I just don't get it, Sebastian.
It doesn't make sense to me.
And I think it's just another example of the wokeness that's overtaking this nation.
And Sebastian, I'm worried.
I really am.
But I tell you, young men, and you said, and women, nobody should apologize for the way that they were born.
Full stop.
You're not on Twitter, right?
No, I'm not.
Well, this is really bad, because I wanted to quote you.
I'm going to tweet after this show, never apologize for being a man or a woman.
And last time I checked, God knew what he was doing.
And I can't tag you, because you're not on Twitter.
I'm just going to have to say hashtag Mark Morgan.
Dude, come on.
My wife was your press secretary.
Get on social media.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
We're having so much fun.
We can be serious and have fun.
You know, it's actually better that way.
It kind of sticks in your head.
The Manhood Hour one-on-one with the former Commissioner for Customs and Border.
I prefer Border Patrol.
I love that.
Border Protection.
This is the modernized version.
He's Mark Morgan.
This is the Salem News Channel with me, Sebastian Gorka, coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating.
A million Americans right now.
Me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Leah from Ohio.
One Sunday morning I sat on my couch in so much pain I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered Relief Actor.
Following directions in eight days I found relief.
Only to get better and better.
I'm a believer 100%.
That's an incredible story.
That should be your story.
And it could be.
But there's only one way to find out.
But it's okay.
It's super easy.
Go to relieffactor.com, order the 3-week quick starter pack.
It'll be at your door in 3 days or less.
Take it morning eating like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those 3 weeks, you will know whether it works for you.
Like it works for me, Leah, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
One of the things I think I like to remind people of that we should be most grateful to President Trump for, amongst many, many other things, you know, securing the border, crushing ISIS, lowering employment, unemployment to the lowest levels since record-keeping began for minorities, But one of the more prosaic things, or fun things, is he made politics fun again, okay?
He made it enjoyable.
And politics has changed in the last couple of days.
Why?
It's getting a little bit more...
Serious.
The stakes are getting a little bit more serious.
Whether it is Senate hearings on the border or whether it's the Judiciary Committee actually decamping to New York to look at what's happening in a city like New York where women, children are being abused, are being assaulted and trying to get to the bottom of it.
And I want to play a little clip because I think it plays into what it means to be a man and this was Senator Hawley recently doing something on the Senate floor that you don't often see.
Play cut.
I look forward to discussing this issue further because you are misstating the facts so terribly.
I am reading you the facts from articles in the news and your usual modus operandi is what you're doing again today was just to deny, deny, deny.
Why have you permitted 345,000 children to come into this country unaccompanied?
Why have you permitted thousands of them to be abused and exploited?
Senator, what we do is we enforce the law, but let me just say this.
But you're not!
It is stunning to me, stunning, to hear you say that the prior administration reunited children with their parents.
Oh, I see.
So this is their fault?
So you're not going to take any responsibility?
For the indentured servitude and exploitation of children that is happening on your watch a moment ago, you were crowing about the fact that you treated children so well, and yet we find tens of thousands of children who are forced to work as slaves because of your policies, and you turn around and blame a prior administration.
Mr. Secretary, this is par for the course for you.
You do it every time you appear before this committee.
You do it every time you appear before Congress.
I, for one, am sick and tired of it, and thousands of children are in physical danger.
Danger!
Because of what you are doing.
I'm trying to remember the last time, I think it might have been the Kavanaugh hearings, when a senator raised his voice, again, righteously back then.
I fully subscribe to what Senator Hawley did there, because, Mark, politics should have, or policy, forget politics!
Policy should have nothing to do with the question of protecting women and children.
That's not a question of, you know, debate.
You just bloody do it if you're a man.
I mean, Alejandro Mayorkas, if you're a man, you should be protect... I don't care the skin color or the nationality, you should be protecting those children and women, no?
You're absolutely right, Sebastian.
Look, what you saw from Senator Hawley was not about politics.
That was about standing up for truth, reality, and honor, and making the point that we are failing as a nation, not only to protect our own citizens, but the irony here, to protect the very migrants That Secretary Mayorkas opines that he's developed, like I said before, a safe, orderly, humane illegal immigration process, which is an oxymoron in addition to a blatant lie.
And Senator Hawley, thank goodness, wasn't the only one in the past couple of days this week to do this.
We heard from representatives, too.
Representative Higgins for Louisiana, I think he went on a great tirade, and I mean that in a very positive, respectful way, and everything that came out of his mouth was factually inaccurate.
I mean, his secretary, we've seen him, this smug, you know, he raises his chin in this indignant way whenever he's challenged and questioned on his lies.
I mean, it's just unbelievable what's going on here.
But you know what?
I'm still going to call Republicans on something, Sebastian.
Why haven't they filed articles of impeachment on this guy?
This guy must go.
Right.
No, absolutely.
I couldn't concur more.
If you cared, About humanity?
We're told, you know, this is the humane part.
If you cared about women and children, if you think rape is bad, you stop it.
You close the borders.
You build the wall.
But no, it has nothing to do with, you know, the little guy or minorities.
Immigrants are zero.
Nothing.
Last couple of questions, Mark.
On this issue of the assault on manhood or womanhood goes both ways.
Where do you stand as an American?
Are you optimistic?
Are you pessimistic?
What do you think about the future?
I'm worried.
I am.
And look, I'm an optimistic guy by nature.
I think I got that from my mom.
But I also think I refer to myself as an optimist that lives in the realm of reality.
And right now, if you look at the reality, we're in a bad spot.
And I don't think we've been in this spot.
Look, we've been in spots before where our country is divided.
But let me just give you one example, because we've talked about it a couple of times.
Not only do I think that we're more divided than we ever have been—maybe you could go back to the Civil Rights era for the divisiveness—but here's a very important aspect that I see.
What's different here is not only are we divided, but they're actively trying to push God out of everything, everything, with respect to this nation.
We didn't see that back in the 60s.
We were divided, but we were aligned with respect and importance of God.
And I think that's completely separate here.
And that, single-handedly, is the thing that really concerns me.
And I would say the way that the churches acquiesced during COVID, Is perhaps one of the most disturbing things of all.
I mean the idea that you're closing churches or mandating masks or vaccines.
That is not a good sign.
And I think that's right.
We're also using, we're seeing NGOs, including faith-based organizations, using religion as an excuse of why they're actually, in my opinion, an extension of the cartels that help the world's largest smuggling operation going on the southwest border.
So it's a perversion of religion.
It's the removal of religion when it shouldn't be.
So I'm deeply worried.
As a cradle Catholic, The money, the huge amounts of money that are being made by alleged Catholic organizations in America to handle illegal immigration.
That's not the message of the Bible, promoting the abuse of people who are indentured to the cartels, who are abused as they are smuggled across the border.
That is the antithesis of what our Lord and Savior taught us.

Who works keeping us safe.
You know who you are, my friend.
I want to ask you to do what you've done for me a couple of times before, Mark.
Will you use this opportunity?
You're talking to about three and a half million people live and then there's all the other video and podcast audiences.
What is your message to your former colleagues and subordinates who are still in uniform, who have been treated as, you know, greeters at the border?
What do you say to those who are just struggling To stay in the system because they're not being allowed to do their job.
What do you say to them?
I don't think I have words adequate enough to explain to them, express to them, Sebastian, with respect to what they're going through.
What I would like to tell them, I promise you, it seems like there's not support, but I promise you there is.
The overwhelming majority of the American people, they know what you do.
They appreciate your sacrifices.
And they want you there on the front lines of our nations, protecting our way of life.
This administration does not represent the majority of American people.
And I promise you, there's a whole bunch of us are back in DC, trying to shift the tide, change the circumstances in which you're operating right now.
Hang in.
I know you're right now doing it for the man and woman to your right and left and for this country.
Hang on 2024.
I'm hoping there'll be a change.
