I'm Jennifer Horne, happy to be in for Sebastian Gorka today.
You might know me.
I come around these parts on America First on Wednesdays for the Crazy California Report, and of course, love to be a guest host here on the program.
I host the Morning Answer on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer in Los Angeles, all throughout Southern California.
Truly the belly of the beast and in for Dr. Gorka today because he is attending a memorial service, but we will carry on.

And boy, oh boy, is there anyone, and I ask this, I guess rhetorically, is there anyone in this government, in this Biden administration that we can trust?
Is there anybody left?
Is there anybody that's not trying to game us or distract us?
Or lie to us?
Now, a really serious thing happened over the last, well, couple of months, truly, in this country.
We had a classified document breach and some really high-level information made it out into the public sphere.
Now, today, just about, well, about four or five hours ago in Boston, just in Massachusetts, a young National Guardsman was charged with orchestrating what some are calling the most damaging leak of U.S.
classified documents for more than a decade.
Now, the government and the news media, they are on it.
They are ready to make an example Of this 21-year-old guy.
Jack Teixeira is his name.
Not to be confused for any of you fellow baseball fans out there, I don't think there's any relation to Mark Teixeira of Yankees fame, of Rangers fame.
I don't think they're related.
I think that might be fake news.
But he was arrested on Thursday after a long probe, about a week-long probe, into the leak of these documents, which unveiled, amongst other things, U.S.
concern over Ukraine's ability to fend off the Russian invasion.
Showed the United States, Washington has spied on our allies, including Israel and South Korea.
Information about Egypt and others, all part of this.
A lot of folks are saying that this is more impactful than even the Edward Snowden leak.
And it raises a lot of questions about how this 21 year old person got a hold of that information.
Now, if you're curious, Jack Teixeira was an Air National Guardsman in Boston.
He was charged in court today with unauthorized retention and transmission of national defense information.
He's also accused, according to investigators, of the unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material.
That count, by the way, those counts can carry a prison sentence of 10 years and 5 years respectively, but we're talking about a lot of time here.
Now, at one point during the hearing, this 21 year old, I guess his father, who's also, this is a military family, his father and his mother all involved in the military.
His father shouted out, we love you, Jack, to which he responded, love you too, dad.
He didn't enter a plea today, but he is going to be back in court on Wednesday, now that he knows what the charges are.
The Attorney General Merrick Garland came out and said there were very serious penalties associated with the crimes.
He said, quote, people who sign agreements to be able to receive classified documents acknowledge the importance to national security of not disclosing those documents, and we intend to send that message, how important it is to our national security.
A couple of things that have bothered me about all of this.
First, I wanted to be clear that we need to make clear that it is not OK for anyone to be pushing out classified documents, especially if they are in a position where they know that is not allowed.
I don't think I'm not a fan of saying that these that these people are always whistleblower or excuse me, always heroes.
I do think there's a place for whistleblowers, but I don't know if we need to glorify them as heroes.
But what I will say is that the bigger issue is how this just demonstrates the corruption that is in the Biden administration and how complicit in it the mainstream news media is.
And you're always welcome to chime in here, by the way.
We're going to spend a good amount of time talking about this.

If you happen to hear about the Biden administration's messaging on all of this, you're going to You heard from President Biden that there really wasn't much to worry about.
In fact, he was in Ireland this week, and he was asked about whether or not he was concerned with the classified documents.
And his response was that he was going to go plant a tree.
This is Biden's leadership.

Do you have an update on the leak investigation?
Yeah.

I'm going to go plant a tree.
And after he said he was going to go plant a tree, like he was, you know, Tom, like Green Thumb over there, he's asked again, are you concerned about these classified documents that are out there?
We have another clip of Biden asked just a while later.

Are you concerned about the leakages?
I'm not concerned about the leakages.
I'm concerned that it happened.
But there's nothing contemporaneous that I'm aware of that is pretty controversial.
Now, if you happened to see the press conference yesterday with the DoD, they also didn't seem overly alarmed about the breach of classified documents.
What are they concerned about?
They're concerned about getting abortion pills to people.
They're concerned about protecting kids' rights over parents to have gender reassignment surgery.
But classified documents that put our servicemen and women at risk?
Not a big deal.
Classified documents that maybe make our allies question whether or not we as a country can be trusted?
Nah, not so much.
Gotta go plant a tree.
It is unbelievable.
And then you have to question what the DOD and the FBI were actually doing while this kid was putting information into his chatroom.
Because remember, this went on to a social media platform called Discord.
And then it ended up in all sorts of places, 4chan and other places online.
It was out there for months until the mainstream news media pick up on it.
The DoD comes out and says, oh, well, I guess we're looking at it.
If you are giving this guy security clearance, and by the way, he was low level in the National Guard.
He's a low level military member, but he did have high level security clearance because he's an IT guy.
But if you're giving this guy security clearance and then all of a sudden it just shows up online in his circles that this classified information is showing up and we don't know where it's coming from and it's out there.
What is that telling you about the Biden administration's priorities?
Are they more concerned with equity or inclusivity or giving people shots in the military?
Are they more concerned with keeping us safe and keeping our secrets safe?
A3333 Gorka, this is so disturbing on so many levels.
The Biden administration's lack of care about this, the fact that the DOD was waiting until literally the news media said, hey guys, we have a problem here.
In fact, when the FBI was getting ready to go pick this kid up and arrest him, The surveillance was ongoing while the New York Times went and knocked on the door of this kid's family's house, so they had to go in and arrest him.
But the New York Times was there first.
How is this happening?
What is our military, what is our Department of Defense doing?
Where are their priorities?
These are the questions that I have today.
Have we gotten to the point where They're becoming so careless with information that even this week, as Joe Biden was in Ireland, a classified document with his travel itinerary was found just laying on the street.
What is happening here?

And where is the news media calling it out?
Finally, that's another question to ask.
The mainstream news media has been just covering alongside whatever the Biden administration is saying to them.
And it is absolutely unbelievable.
At that press conference yesterday with the Department of Defense, as they're talking about a breach that they are saying is bigger than Edward Snowden, not one member of the mainstream news media asked Or have the backbone to ask if the information in the documents was true, because the information in the documents that was released in stark contrast to the stories that the administration has been telling us about Ukraine, about China, and about so much more.
So is there anyone capable?
Is there anyone left to trust?

And a story that caught my attention, didn't get a lot of pickup in the mainstream news media, is that there was a secret deal Made between Britain and the United States to hide adverse effects that people were having from the COVID-19 vaccine.
So who better to talk this through with us is Dr. Robert Malone.
He is the inventor of the platform of the mRNA vaccine, not this particular COVID vaccine.
It's important to know the difference.

All right, so let's talk about this story that came out.
Very few outlets—surprise, surprise—Dr.
Malone picking up on this, but Tom Fitton and the good folks over at Judicial Watch releasing some documents, some memos, that indicate that there was a secret deal between the U.S.
and Britain to hide the COVID vaccine's adverse events.
Should we be surprised by this?
And why were they hiding it?
So there's really been a lot of nefarious activity that's been revealed lately about Great Britain and all of the backdoor stuff and backroom collusion and activity between the government and the pharmaceutical industry.
Of course, we shouldn't be surprised.
I mean, I'm to the point, and I think you are too, where nothing shocks me anymore.
I feel like I'm in Rick's Cafe and they just announced that there's gambling.
Yeah, you're showing your age, my friend.
How dare you?
For the younger cohort, that was a reference to the movie Casablanca.
So yeah, nothing surprises anymore.
We have lots of evidence that much of this propaganda was managed through the Five Eyes Alliance.
which is the intelligence alliance that ties the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and the United States together.
And a lot of what we've seen in terms of the management of information, censorship, etc., has been run through the intelligence community.
And as you know, because of the Five Eyes Alliance, we've got a reciprocal relationship with Great Britain already.
So, for instance, our CIA does dirty tricks against their citizens, and MI5 and MI6 do dirty tricks against our citizens as kind of a quid pro quo thing that they've got going there.
What could possibly go wrong?
So that's why we have characters like sock puppets from MI5 and MI6 that are busy editing Wikipedia so aggressively for people like me and Pierre Corey.
It is unbelievable, the censorship, the misinformation, the heavy handedness of the government during this pandemic.
And I know you go through so much of this in Lives My Government told me, but I'm always curious.
Okay, so the United States has this virus that we're dealing with.
Even President Trump at the time said, we want to get this vaccine.
And of course, everybody was on board to try to get people so they weren't getting sick.
Then we started to see the Biden administration come in and push it out at all costs.
I mean, I live in California.
In Los Angeles, I couldn't go anywhere.
I chose not to get the vaccine.
I never had a shot.
That meant that I couldn't go to the movies.
I couldn't go to restaurants.
I couldn't go anywhere because they were pushing you into having this vaccine.
So was this because this is a money-making opportunity for people?
Was this about power What do you think ultimately drove the no exceptions, no questions asked policy of the Biden administration and a lot of the administrations in blue states?
Well, remember, we also had your Governor Newsom, who is a WEP trained young leader, and as was Governor, is Governor Inslee.
So a lot of these politicians that have close ties and business leaders, This ties to the World Economic Forum and dependency on the likes of BlackRock funding.
These all acted in coordination.
So, of course, Justin Trudeau and his finance minister, other young leader trainees from the World Economic Forum.
But what was really behind it?
It's kind of an all of the above as far as I'm concerned.
And it was absolutely premeditated in the context of event 201 that was held at a CIA shop in Johns Hopkins, sponsored by the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, in which all of these policies were discussed and planned out.
You know, I'm not ready to go to whether or not the virus was intentionally released.
I think there's ample evidence that it was an unintentional release, but it was absolutely an engineered virus.
And there's no question that a variety of nefarious schemes were launched after this thing started.
It was too good to pass up for all kinds of various economic interests.
And we have the outcome from that, the greatest upwards transfer of wealth in modern history, as the evidence for it.
We have all this collusion and conspiracy to suppress information, etc.
That's unequivocal.
We have the various press releases and interactions between Mr. Biden and Borla, the head of Pfizer.
It's on the record.
We have media there.
Was there schemes and quid pro quo agreements like there was with so many other things behind the scenes?
It would be hard for me to imagine that didn't happen.
But I can't prove it, so I have to bite my tongue.
But I think we've absolutely seen clear evidence of the problem with allowing an industry and monopolization of a technology in an industry that has basically no ethics.
Don't do anything to make a buck.
That's the history of Pfizer.
I mean, I don't think I'm going to get sued for defamation if I say that Pfizer is documented as one of the most criminal organizations in the history of the United States based on prior fines that they've received.
It's well documented.
There's also a lot of protection built in, especially when it comes to vaccines, right?
Oh, layers and layers of indemnification that makes it extremely difficult for the lawyers to get to the bottom of this.
Unfortunately for pharma, those layers are not as well built in Australia.
And there are some very wealthy individuals in Australia that are proper pissed off, that are acting very aggressively with legal teams to try to break loose these documents through Freedom of Information Act, etc.
And as I said, they don't seem to have quite the same legal barriers that have been erected here in the United States.
I mean, here in the States, we've got a situation where the Biden administration essentially plays catch me if you can.
They break the law.
They circumvent the First Amendment with impunity.
And they basically say, OK, well, we'll see you in court in two years after.
Dr. Malone, we're actually up against a break.
And it's such a fascinating conversation.

I didn't want to wrap up our conversation without looking at the future for it because you actually, as an inventor of the mRNA technology, you got this vaccine believing that the government had kind of, you know, ironed out the kinks that you saw when you stopped working on it.
When did you realize that there was something else going on and what is that bright future that we can look forward to?
Well, so in one of the first chapters in the book, I talk about how I got red-tilled.
And that was basically, remember that I'm an expert and seasoned veteran of many outbreaks.
But early in basically February, March, April, we had launched a book on Amazon, my wife and I, about how to prepare and protect yourself from the novel coronavirus.
And Amazon suddenly took it down and we went back and forth trying to get a reason.
There was no porn on it, I guarantee.
It was written by two academics, highly referenced, and they wouldn't give us a reason until they finally dropped those words that we've all come to know.
We had violated community standards.
How dare you?
So that was when I knew that I was no longer in Kansas anymore, and I couldn't just click my heels and go back home.
Let's see, in terms of the better future, The good news is that a large fraction of the United States and really the world now has woken up to the globalist agenda and what's going on in these various organizations and various activities that seek to basically control the world from a one world government and the logic of command economy
That we've all seen, you know, we use words like corporatism and Marxism, but this is where we can now see, in ways that we couldn't see before, the amazing power and infiltration of these globalists and their agendas throughout the world.
You know, the waking up, I think, is huge to underscore here because I do believe, you know, even when we feel like everything is just kind of failing or we're not being represented in the way that we thought we should be, at least we realize that now, right?
That's the first step to making some real change.
Right.
And we can start to build intentional communities.
You know, I like to hearken back to Anne Rind and Gold Skulch and start to You know, find each other and coalesce.
One of my best friends through this and Jill and I really are very close to a couple that live down in Florida because of all this.
And just to illustrate the point.
Their names are Don and Melania.
Hi-Rez and Rachel.
They are Orthodox Jewish rappers.
We went to their wedding at Mar-a-Lago the other day.
And they're younger people and they've just become great friends because they're also high school sweethearts.
They got married.
They're committed to Judeo-Christian ethics.
They are outspoken and have been rapping about all the things that have been going on.
They've made some of the best protest songs from, you know, they're really known across the world now.
And that's just one illustration.
I think a lot of us are coalescing and finding each other because we find that we share these ideals, like, for instance, a belief in these three ancient documents from a bunch of rich white guys and small business owners called the Declaration of Independence, the U.S.
Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
You know, it's very funny.
You're playing coy.
You just became friends with Hi-Rez, the rapper.

And gosh, talking about the classified document leak, the suspect was in court today.
He was officially charged.
He did not enter a plea deal.
He, really interesting, is a white male.
He is a Christian.
He is a known Catholic.
He is someone who was in a group that was described to be about God and guns, and there is no way that he is not going to be made an example of by this Biden administration, by the mainstream media, who are going to try to paint him as a right-wing extremist.
I mean, how do we know this?
The FBI, if you didn't see it this week, it almost seems like you could be making this up, that this is like an Onion or a Babylon Bee headline.
The FBI actually has a glossary of terms to look for online that could indicate someone that's involved with what they consider to be violent extremism.
The Heritage Foundation released this.
They flagged terms like red-pilled.
Which was a term from the Matrix, basically taking the red pill.
They take the term Chad, like to call someone a frat boy, they call him a Chad.
The word based, the FBI also flags phrases that include, it's over or just be first.
We know that the FBI has found itself ingrained in trying to get into the Catholic Church to look for extremists there.
So there is no way that this Biden administration is going to focus on what really should be focused on, the fact that they play loose and fast with classified documents and with their security, and that their FBI is too busy, you know, going against those anti-wokesters out there.
They don't notice that this guy's putting stuff all over social media in chat rooms, this 21-year-old kid.
They're instead going to make this all about this guy.
Now, I'm not trying to lift him up.
I think there could be some funny business going on here, but I'm not going to lift him up as a hero just yet.
We just don't know enough.
And certainly taking classified documents should be treated seriously in this country.
But don't think for a second that the media and the Biden administration aren't going to focus on him and his interests to try to distract from the fact that they didn't take this seriously enough.
And that they maybe aren't as secure as we would like them to be.

I've got a two-part comment and then a question for you that if you'll take it off the air, it's not really relevant to what we're talking about.
But if you have time for that, that'd be great.
Okay, two parts.
They live, they lie in our face every day, the government does.
And we saw that with your last guest, and they're doing it with this.
They told us it wasn't important.
They told us it was Russian disinformation.
And now we know that the success in the region is not what they were telling us it was.
They are lying to us and they're found out.
And they're not even asked a question by the mainstream media, Ray.
That's what's so disturbing is that no one actually asked the DoD yesterday if the information in those classified documents was true and why that's not what the administration's been telling us for the last six months.
And as you said, it's more important that we find this guy with a red hat on and a Rush Limbaugh book in his library than anything else.
That's the most important thing.
And two, they have no regard for classification, even though they're making a big deal out of this, only to the degree that it helps them harm Trump or harm Republicans.
That's where classification matters.
We saw that when they raided Trump's home.
It didn't matter when they raided Biden's papers, but it does matter when they raid Trump.
And with Hillary Clinton, they topped and tailed their classified documents.
Mrs. Bill Clinton as well as Mrs. Weiner both had a complete disregard for classifications, and I think everyone on the left operates the same way.
These are rules for somebody else, not for us.
That's absolutely right, and that's exactly why we are able to know the name of this leaker, yet every other leaker that has come out against Trump or any other Republican group is held up as a hero by the media and always remains anonymous.
Isn't that interesting?

Biden needs to be held to the same account as this young man.
When I was in the military, we did OPSEC briefings, all kinds of stuff.
They'd show you things, what happened to people that committed espionage and spying.
They put them to death.
I mean, it's just really ridiculous that he's still even in office.
And he's had these documents since he was a senator.
I really think the rule of law should be applied to everyone equally.
And that's just how I feel.
Being a veteran, it's just a shame that... You know, I thank you so much for your service, Michelle, and I can feel that frustration in your voice.
I can hear it there.
And I get it.
You know, we're going to make an example of this guy.
They were trying to make an example of Donald Trump until They were able to find out that Joe Biden himself had those classified documents, and no one sings in the media about the difference between Trump and Biden having the classified documents.
President Trump was president.
Joe Biden was a vice president.
He didn't need to be having those documents.
We have no idea what he did with them.
And oh, by the way, we have evidence now that's coming in by the minute That maybe those documents or maybe the information he had or maybe his position was being used to give our adversary so that his family got rich.
And I don't think that this isn't a distraction from all of that.
The fact that Biden's on an ancestry tour with Hunter in Ireland while the world is on fire and documents are being leaked out.
It's despicable.

I really had just one question, and that is after one week of investigation, they were able to find this young man who leaked these documents.
I'd like to know how the United States Supreme Court was unable to make an arrest in that case.
Isn't it interesting that the person who leaked the early Roe v. Wade decision has still not been found?
There are so many other whistleblowers that just are still anonymous today, but it really depends on what they're blowing the whistle on or what information is being leaked.
I think there is definitely a political stance to that.
Now, just for some factual information, Jackie, they said that this guy leaking classified documents out on Discord Apparently used his workstation computer to type in leaks to see if the government was on to him as they were investigating this over the last couple of weeks.
It doesn't seem to be the brightest move.
So they were able to get a drop on him that way.
But what's disgraceful, and this is where I go back to just the complete failure and corruption of the Biden administration, It took the mainstream news media to identify this guy, to find this guy.
This didn't seem to be hard.
This should be something that should be easy for the DOD, for the FBI.
They're worried about what we post about COVID vaccines.
They're worried about what we post about President Trump.
And they mark us and pull us off of social media, but yet this guy can put classified documents online and they don't see it?
Where are their priorities right now?
How is this happening?
So, Jackie, I thank you for the phone call, and I think the answer is, unfortunately, it is not about fairness or the rule of law or safety or security or classified documents.
It's about what fits a political narrative of this ruling class that has taken over our government.

There's always something crazy going on in our state, but the craziness is truly expanding across the country.
The Pentagon leak suspect, as we're calling him, this National Guardsman, Jack Teixeira, he apparently searched leak on a classified network after the story broke that the FBI and the DOD was looking for who was behind this leak of classified information.
Now, Jack Teixeira was in court today, and boy, there is so much about this leak that needs to be unpacked.
Former Representative Mike Rogers joins us right now.
Not from Alabama, Mike Rogers.
This is the former congressman from the great state of Michigan.

It's so important because not only Are you formally of the House Intel Committee, but you are also former FBI, former U.S.
Army, and you've got a great understanding of what's going on here.

So let's start a little bit about what happened today.
You see this 21-year-old Air Guardsman from Massachusetts in federal court.
Jack Teixeira is his name.
The mainstream news media going crazy.
They're creating this pile of things.
He was a god guy.
He was a gun guy.
He's an extremist guy.
He looks like a 21 year old kid, but he did allegedly distribute some classified information.
What do you make of his arrest and the charges today?
Well, I mean, I think this is very, very serious.
I mean, everybody is going to, you know, paint their political canvas on this.
But what you have is somebody that fit the same profile, by the way, of Chelsea Manning.
Do you remember?
He was in a very similar job.
His job was to control basically a traffic cop for information flying across both secure and unsecure data transmissions.
This is the same individual in a different place who also had this sense of aggrandizement.
He thought, hey, I can be important.
I should be important.
Nobody's noticing me.
Intelligence work can be pretty lonely stuff if you really get down to it.
So I think there's a lot of similarities in what he did.
He knowingly broke the law.
This isn't something that he accidentally did it.
He knowingly broke the law.
He puts things out there, uh, that he likely knew would harm the United States of America.
And I don't think this is done yet either.
So you think about it.
I read the affidavit.
It's pretty thin.
And we know that there's a lot more to the story, meaning that they went back to December and we're finding release of information December, January up till now.
And we know that there were Russians in the chat room.
Now, you know, there's an old FBI guy.
I would say that's a clue.
We've got a lot more investigation to do here to find out, you know, were they guiding him?
Were they pulling him?
Were they goading him?
Did he know that they were going to take that information and make it a part of the Russian intelligence business?
I don't know.
It sure sounds fishy to me.
It seems like there has got to be more.
It seems like it's not all here yet.
It just seems strange if we were to buy the story as it is today.
I think what concerns me most, and look, I'm not ready to glorify this guy as some kind of hero, but what he has released Is in stark contrast to what the Biden administration has been telling us for the last couple of months.
The information about Ukraine.
Lloyd Austin just a couple of months ago testified under oath to Congress that Ukraine was winning this war.
Now there's questions.
Are we miscounting the casualties to Russia?
Is Ukraine really winning?
Or are they just covering that way?
There are some big questions.
The hypersonic missile that was set off by China.
Groundbreaking, because I think a lot of people have been questioning this in conservative media about what we're told by this administration, but certainly there's no explanation and there's no curiosity from the mainstream media to say, hey, what was released in these documents is not what you guys have been telling us.
Yeah.
I mean, that certainly is an issue, but we cannot celebrate, I don't think, at any moment, at any time, a 21-year-old deciding what should and should not be released.
I think you're right.
Yeah.
So I think we have to be very, very careful about that and releasing that in any way that we would tolerate the release of that information.
Sorry about that.
You've heard my killer labradoodle dog.
We love dogs.
We're dog-friendly on America First, so it's okay.
Okay, good.
So there she goes again.
My point of that, though, is this.
And so whatever his profile is, I mean, again, people are going to say, oh, it's because of that or that or that.
This person had the same kind of profile that Hansen had.
Remember the old FBI agent that worked for the Russians for 20 years?
Yes, some of that information doesn't jive.
That's what we have intelligence committees for to kind of get to the bottom of that.
than what they deserved.
And they will go ahead and leak that information for a whole set of different purposes.
He did the same thing.
And so here's what we have to say.

I think we just have to be really careful about trying to make this thing more political We had somebody who committed the act of treason in my mind.
We need to get to the bottom of that.
And then the intelligence committees need to get to work and say, okay, have they been telling them something different than they've been telling the public?

This isn't about necessarily politicizing it.
The story for me, if you're stealing information and you're sending out information you know is not supposed to be out there, you should absolutely be punished.
We started off the program this way.
I believe that to be true in my heart, because I care about the country more than any political posturing.
But what is concerning is that the information in the documents is different than the information the administration has been telling us.
And maybe even more concerning, Congressman, is the fact that it was out there on social media.
The FBI and the DOD who seemed like they're playing catch-up.
It's almost like the media found this before they did.
And I'm worried about keeping our secrets safe.
I want us to have strong relationships with our allies.
But if someone who is 21 can put this out online, and the DOD and the FBI isn't seeing it, but yet they're seeing Joe Schmo post something about COVID, that's disturbing.
Uh, no doubt.
Listen, I think the focus needs to be where it needs to be, which is on the FBI, certainly on criminal matters and espionage and counter espionage for sure.
I would say this, however, I think when this all gets filtered out, the either DOD or FBI was onto this before it hit the media.
I believe that just by the things that I've read.
And so they were in this hunt, and because of that, one of the people in the chat room actually called up the press.
I think probably as a, you know, I'm not the bad guy kind of a phone call, and then the press picked it up and ran with it to Washington Post.
I think that if we're done with this, we're going to find out what the timeline, mainly because Because of collections overseas and other things, they would get these bits and dribbles about, hey, there's something going on, there's some leak somewhere in your organization.
If we're going to be mad at anybody, I'd be mad at the Department of Defense.
This is the second large leak from a very young IT person, grabbing information that they shouldn't be releasing, and probably don't understand, and releasing it to the public.
And here's the other part.
We only saw one little bits and piece of this.
We don't know if they're actually, and this again, if I were chairman, they'd be, I'd put a parking spot right in front of the, right in front of our skiffs and say, you got to just get used to it because you're coming down and we're going to walk through this.
But I would want to know, you know, is this a sliver that didn't get put together with all the other pieces of intelligence we collect?
That's the part we don't know.
And it's really hard, even with what you, we saw on the paper, in the press, To make a big determination.
It's one piece of a thousand piece puzzle.
In order to jump to a conclusion, we really need to have a lot more pieces of that puzzle.
In our final minute here, Congressman Rogers, I do want to ask about our allies, because when we have leaks like this, this causes people that are working with us to wonder if we can be trusted.
Do you think that the damage done in this leak is, can we repair it?
It's going to take time to repair it.
I mean, it did do some real harm.
And remember, every nation that we work with, people say, oh, who cares about Egypt?
Well, Egypt does other things with us that is very helpful in the war on terror.
And so you say, yep, I'm mad at them for three things, but man, they do five things really well for us.
We need to act in what is in the best interests of the United States national security.
Well, you know, the South Koreans really, really important to push back on China in the South China Sea.
They're going to become a really key and critical player there.
And so, yeah, that's really damaging it.
And I just here's what I worry about.
If you look at the Chinese balloon, you look at the UAV that got downed over in international airspace by the Russians.
The Iranians use proxies to kill five U.S.
soldiers.
And the administration seems like bumbling along.
They're just bumbling along.
This is the problem.
And, Congressman, we have to end it here because we're out of time.
But you're absolutely right.
It's bumbling along.
That's what's disturbing.

Yet we've got classified information that puts our men and women at risk, our allies at risk, and somehow The information in those documents just stays out there for a while.
It stays there.
It just seems to me that there is a lot that is lacking from this Biden administration, and that is truly the understatement of the year.
Am I right about this?

Meanwhile, some news breaking today.
Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, he told Breitbart that he plans to shut down federal agencies such as the Department of Education for good And he wants to replace others like the FBI, Federal Bureau of Investigation, with new entities built from scratch if elected president.
He unveiled his 25-point plan.
It may sound a little familiar.
America First 2.0.
And seriously, I actually like Vivek Ramaswamy.
I think he has a lot to offer.
But America First is Trump's.
It is.
I don't know if you get to just call it 2.0 and take it.
I don't know if that's all right.
But that's what he's doing.
So America First 2.0 policy platform that he organized into five occurring themes.
And one of them is the dismantling of what he calls managerial bureaucracy.
Now, I think that this is a really good idea.
You really don't need a Department of Education at the federal level.
You could get rid of that.
That's one of the places where the federal government could cut.
You also have so many problems, the ones we've been outlining all day long with the FBI and with the DOD.
That I don't know if there is a better way other than dismantling it and building up something new.
And this is not about the men and women of the FBI who go out and do the investigations.
In most cases, they are following orders.
And in some cases, we've heard reports that they don't like the orders that they have to follow, including when they raided Mar-a-Lago to get those classified documents.
You heard the story that many of those FBI agents were like, we don't really want to do this.
So it's not them, but at the highest levels, we know that that FBI is being weaponized, and they aren't keeping us safer, and we aren't seeing an equal system of justice right now.
We are seeing certain people protected no matter what, and we're seeing other people prosecuted with the book thrown at them.
I just want something fair.
I'm not asking for people to get a pass on anything.
I just think we need to have some fairness.
So what do you think?
You think we need to throw out a couple of these places?

What do you think of Vivek Ramaswamy's idea to get rid of the FBI and rebuild it?
Now, I definitely think there is a need for an FBI type entity, but what we have right now, it's not breeding a whole lot of trust and faith with half of the country, maybe even more than that.

So you had to check them out and check them back in.
And so I agree with the congressman.
It's not so much the kid I blame, even though he was he's just young and dumb and stupid.
He's at that age to where he wants to show off to his friends.
And it could have been possible.
He's trying to sell stuff over, you know, the software to I guess there was about 10 seconds.
So, okay, so I just wanted to say, you know, I just I'm wondering where the Lazzardaisical security for our documents are.

As a woman, I don't know if that really flies for me, but that's what he's doing.
And by the way, he was a man all the way through the pandemic.
I think he started watching like the makeup tutorials or something.
He started experimenting during the pandemic, and now he's got a lot of money because many companies have hired him to be a spokesperson, including high-end companies like Kate Spade.
So Bud Light, this vice president of marketing, gets an idea that she is going to diversify and refresh the brand, which If anybody knows Bud Light, they are the beer of NASCAR, they are the beer of most professional sports and most fraternities.
She said she was going to refresh the brand by bringing in Dylan Mulvaney as a spokesperson.
That kicked off a lot of outrage.
So much so that you've got Dr. G throwing Bud Light in the trash can, you've got Kid Rock taking out a gun and just shooting his Bud Light.
And it's cost them a lot of money.
They've lost millions and millions of dollars.
In fact, according to the latest figures, and this Seb just sent over to us right now, $6 billion in a week is what Anheuser-Busch has lost.
Now, is that refreshing a brand or is that tanking a brand?
In any other circumstance, if you're a vice president of marketing, you cost your company $6 billion.
I don't know if that's job insurance, but it is the woke age, so maybe she'll still be applauded.

The Anheuser-Busch chief executive officer just sent out a letter breaking his silence in the last couple of weeks after Budweiser sparked this backlash from Dylan Mulvaney.
Brendan Whitworth is the CEO of Anheuser-Busch.
He made a statement today, just a few moments ago.
He said, as the CEO of a company founded in America's heartland more than 165 years ago, I am responsible for ensuring every consumer feels proud of the beer we brew.
We're honored to be part of the fabric of this country.
He goes into Anheuser-Busch saying they employ 18,000 people, and he talks about their distribution and their employees.
They have 47,000 colleagues.
He goes on to say, we have thousands of partners, millions of fans, and a proud history of supporting our community's military first responders, sports fans, and hardworking Americans everywhere.
We never intended to be part of a discussion that divides people.
We are in the business of bringing people together over a beer.
I guess you can call that an apology from the CEO, Brenton Whitworth from Anheuser-Busch, who says they're sorry.
They didn't mean to divide us.

Now, on Second Amendment Friday, it is appropriate because a lot of the Republican presidential candidates—funny, none of the Democrats.
You don't see Marianne Williamson bumping around an NRA convention, which is very strange.
But Republican presidential candidates are going to be at the NRA convention this weekend.
Their annual meeting happens today.
And, of course, this is an important one.
President Trump, who was, of course, the first to declare his bid, will be there for the second straight year.
He headlines this event, and that shows you just how important it is.
Meanwhile, apparently a florist in Nashville declined to provide floral arrangements for the event.
What do you think about that, Jim?
You know, I can't imagine how crushed all the attendees to that NRA event are that they don't have fresh bouquets of daffodils.
Okay, everybody likes to play the game, you know, but I mean, what are you going to do?
Are you going to make the guy buy you or send you flowers?
We're not the ones who do that.
We're not going to make him bake us a cake either.
We're just going to cost his company business because he's a loser.
See, I'm so glad you said that, because I think there are going to be a lot of conservatives who go and they get outraged.
But this is who we are as a party, by the way.
We're the ones who say businesses can serve exactly who they want to serve.
If you don't want to take care of the NRA, that's a bummer for you, because they probably would have given you a lot of great money.
But if you don't want it, on to the next!
Yeah, I mean, we'll have bouquets of M1 Garands or something similar on the tables.
So what do you expect to hear?
Obviously, you're going to hear a lot of pro-Second Amendment talk at the NRA convention.
What do you expect to hear from some of these candidates?
There's so much pressure on Republicans to try to embrace gun reform as it's some kind of fix for all the crime that we're seeing.
I live in California.
We have the strictest gun laws probably in the country, and we still have crime on the rise.
We have murders.
We have all of this.
It's not helping one bit.
No, and I think you can talk about, okay, everybody says, we have to do something.
Well, if we have to do something, we have to do something that actually helps.
And there are so many bad ideas, so many unconstitutional ideas, that it's almost impossible to get anybody to come up with something that actually works.
And here's the one thing they don't want to talk about.
And you talked about the Warlords show.
Kurt on that show this week said something important.
He said it's not the guns that are killing people, it's the psychopaths.
Why do we now have so many more psychopaths?
We don't have more guns.
Well, we may have more guns, but we had plenty of guns before in the 1950s, say.
Why weren't there mass shootings then?
It's because we've created a culture where nihilism and, you know, anti-anxiety drugs run rampant and all of the things that used to keep young males in check are gone.
And that's where the problem really lies.
Yeah, and I think we've also, we just got deep really quick here, Jim, but I also think the destruction of the nuclear family, men are looking for their place in the world, especially you see a lot of these mass shooters who all have the same look, they all have the same profile when they go into a place, you're creating a population, I think that is violent and they'd use a gun, a rock, a knife, a car, whatever was around just to make other people hurt.
And that's what the left fails to see.
They somehow think these guns march into places and open fire and that's just not it.
No, I see that replica of a gun back there behind me.
That's actually to replace the one that was lost in the great 2021 Inauguration Day boating accident where all of me and my friends lost our guns.
But it's never going to... Yeah, it was a tragedy.
Just for the ATF to know.
But none of those guns, before they were lost, ever got up on their own and ran around killing people.
That takes a deranged mind, an evil person, and someone who has lost all hope except the hope of going out in some pathetic blaze of glory and having the media turn them into something they could never become, which is a front page story.
Yeah, it's really interesting.
And it's also, I think, important to note that young people are not being taught about our Second Amendment rights and why they are important and why they are built into our constitutional rights.
I had someone ask me, a young person, a friend of mine asked me why we have to register to vote, but we don't have to register to own a gun.
And I mean, in some cases in California, you could almost call it a registration, but they don't understand that distinction that this is something given to us as Americans.
And it's given to us, and they hate to talk about this as well, it's given to us to make sure they can't take away the rest of our rights.
You know, that is the one thing that solidifies all the other enumerated and unenumerated and God-given rights, is the fact that we the people maintain the same capability as the government.
They do not have a monopoly on the use of power.
And for all those people who would talk about tyranny and President Trump being a nasty tyrant, you would think those people would be the ones that would want to make sure that they were protected, but somehow that never registered.
Well, they're protected.
They live in gated communities, you know, and if they're politicians or anything, they have their own armed security.
They just don't want the peons, the proles, to have that too.
Absolutely.

Listen, I talked to Dr. G a few weeks ago about sovereign immunity, where basically you can't sue the king.
And what it is is that I did some research on the 11th Amendment, and maybe you could talk to Alan Dershowitz about it, because you're saying, like, what the heck is the 11th Amendment?
It deals specifically with sovereign immunity for state prosecutors or state governments when they're being sued by an ordinary citizen from another state.
Now, if President Trump sues Alvin Bragg in federal court with a civil claim that he's misusing judicial process and he comes up with maybe a billion dollars in punitive damages, whatever, the 11th Amendment doesn't automatically give the 11th Amendment doesn't automatically give sovereign immunity to state prosecutors, and it definitely does not give sovereign immunity to municipalities, period.
So maybe if Mr. Dershowitz, our brainiac man from the Constitution of the United States of America, could just give a little opinion on that, that may be the hill that President Trump needs to fight and die on.
Because once he sets that precedent, These people have skin in the game.
What a delicious scenario.

It's my first time on, happy to be here.
Well, I think this is going to be your first of many because you are no doubt catching national attention because you've got some really great pieces of legislation that are making news in California.
Now, some of you, if you've been watching Fox News, if you've been watching some of the more local conservative outlets, you may have heard about some of the parents that are just really feeling like their rights are being taken away in our state of California.
California is a transgender safe space.
Gavin Newsom wants to bring people in, even incentivizing kidnapping and all these things.
I mean, people coming into the state to have surgeries without parental permission.
But a California mom named Aurora Regino spoke at a school district meeting saying that this parental secrecy policy was a problem because she found out that her daughter was going through a gender transition without her knowledge.
Now, Billa Saleh, You have launched, alongside Assemblyman James Gallagher, a piece of legislation called AB 1314.
Before we get where it is and what the left is trying to do to kill it, tell us about that bill.
Yeah, so it's a really simple bill, AB 1314, and it's in response to what you just said.
Parents were discovering that schools were transitioning their kids at school without their consent or knowledge, and this has never been done before.
I wrote a bill.
It just said that if the school is going to transition your kid, they have to tell the parent.
It's that simple.
And that's when all hell broke loose.
That doesn't seem like a tough one, right?
If your child, who is under the age of 18, decides to make a very big adult decision about transitioning, I think it's pretty common sense that a parent would know.
But in California, that's really not allowed.
And in fact, even some teachers have either lost their job because they don't agree with this policy or they have been let go or blacklisted, essentially, for speaking out against it.
This isn't just a one-off bill.
This is actually really happening.
In the state of California, can you give us some stories about some local people that have been affected by this?
Yeah.
No, look, there's several lawsuits filed.
Harmeet Dhillon has one lawsuit going.
And what we're talking about here, we should differentiate.
We're not talking about medical, right?
The school's not out medically transitioning.
We're talking about socially.
They're assigning the kids new names.
They're giving them new gender pronouns.
They're letting them use different facilities from their sex at birth.
And they're basically affirming the child's gender transition without the parents' knowledge, and they're keeping it secret from the parents, which means they will have one file at school and they'll address the kid by one name and gender at school.
And then in front of the parents, they revert back to the other name and gender that they had.
So it's a very deliberate and malicious form of withholding information from parents.
Now, the left will say they do this to protect these kids.
Because some homes are not welcoming, they'll be thrown out, they'll be beat.
They come up with all these ridiculous excuses for why they have to withhold information.
I've asked for any information on that, any data where that's happening.
They've provided none.
And more importantly, I ask what authority does the school have to withhold information from parents?
It doesn't matter what the reason is, what authority do they have?
They've not been able to produce any law.
What they're hiding behind now is saying that the kids have a constitutional right of privacy from their parents.
No court has ever said this, and in fact, the Supreme Court said the opposite.
So this is what they're doing, and what's really bad about this, Jen, this is all done in the darkness, in dark.
Some bureaucrat wrote a memo on this and sent it to the school district saying, you cannot tell the parents without the kids' consent.
And now this is taken as the gospel, and the schools are going along with this.
There's no debate, no vote.
They do this stuff behind the scenes, and then we find out about it and we're trying to fix it.
And it's getting really bad in the state of California.
I think it's important to note here, and we'll get back to your bill, AB 1314, in just a second, but there are a whole lot of proposals out there right now in the state legislature that would, and probably the most shocking, allow mental health professionals or counselors to actually remove children from their parents' custody and put them into group home settings.
So think about, we're talking about parental rights and letting parents know what's going on with their kids.
They've chosen a new identity for themselves without the parents even knowing, having knowledge, signing off, none of this.
But now you even have proposals that are taking it a step further that are saying without even a court order, you can have people take away children for any reason without even giving a concern that there's abuse or something going on in the home.
It's absolute madness.
They're empowering these kids to make adult, life-altering decisions without their parents' consent, and that's by design.
They are breaching, they want to get in between this sacred relationship we've always had between parents and their kids.
That's always been a sacred relationship.
They're piercing into that, and they're empowering these kids, they're brainwashing them with all kinds of nonsense, and then they're empowering to take Actions to separate them from their parents.
So yes, they can go seek a mental health counselor, and if the counselor believes the minor is mature enough, that's a very subjective term, they can place them outside the home.
They're also doing things like giving them the power to make medical decisions on their own.
So the next thing they're doing, Jen, is they want to put abortion clinics on high school campuses so the kids can have abortions without bothering their parents.
Right, without bothering their parents.
Exactly.
I mean, that's the terminology here.
Again, these are very adult decisions, conversations that need to be had.
What do you think is the reason behind this, Bill Asale?
Is it that they want to tear apart the family?
Do they want to bend real truths that we know?
What do you think is the reason behind this push?
I think if you really dig into it, the biggest impediment to accomplishing their political ends is Parents instilling values into their kids.
I really believe that.
The parents are the biggest roadblock to them accomplishing what they want to do, which is to redesign society the way they want.
So I do believe that.
They're going to school.
They're indoctrinating.
They're not educating.
And they don't want the parents involved or to butt in.
And they're using all these proxy issues to expand government's power.
And really, what we're fighting about at the end of the day is who has control over our kids?
And I strongly believe that kids are the domain of their parents.
Period.
End of story.
Not the government.
So the government now wants to raise your kids.
This is what we're really fighting about, is who owns our kids.
And they want them.
They want your kids.
That's really part of the Socialist Manifesto, as well.
If you look at the Manifesto on Black Lives Matter website, or if you talk about Socialists and Communism, they want to rip apart that family because they want government to be in charge.
Government is the one that will provide, that will make the decisions.
And it really tears apart what has made this country great, which is propping up that nuclear family, letting parents be involved in their kids' life.
And you're right, Bill, they are looking to strip all of that control and at least knowledge away from the parents in California.
There is, but we have power.
Okay, so my bill, the Democrats, they have a supermajority here that the tyranny of the supermajority is alive and well in California.
I know they're talking about the tyranny of the majority in Tennessee, but the tyranny in California is worse than anything going on in Tennessee.
Let's make that very clear.
The Democrats will not even allow my bill to be heard.
I'm a duly elected assembly member.
And they will not even let my bill see the light of day.
They will never get a vote.
Give people an update on this because this is a piece that is new to the story.
You bring this bill up and they won't even listen to your argument on it.
Correct.
So the chairman of the Education Committee, which is where this bill is sitting at, put out a press release last week and said that he's not going to even agendize the bill for a hearing.
Almost, I mean, basically every bill gets a hearing and gets a vote in committee.
That they're not even going to give my bill a hearing because it's too harmful for the trans minors and it's going to allow a forum of hate speech, basically, is the reasoning they gave.
And so that's the logic.
But that's OK.
We're not going to win in Sacramento, but you know where we can win?
At the local level.
So what we're doing now is we're shifting.
We're going to empower parents.
We're putting together this package right now, this toolkit.
We're going to be rolling out next week or two.
And you can go to your school district and demand that they implement this parental notification policy at the local level.
So we're going to empower parents to take control of their own hands, go down to their local school districts, and they can implement this policy at the district level.
You don't need a state law to do it.
So that's fantastic news.
And you know, there's so much power in parents and in the individual, even in a state like California, even in a blue state like ours, Assemblyman Bill Asale and that information will be coming.

Things have gotten a little rough in New York City.
I hear crime is on the rise.
You've got a lot of immigrants who are being bused in from the open border that the Biden administration has just left open.
And you've got this mayor, Eric Adams, who along with his team seem much more concerned with Republicans and maybe President Trump, Alvin Bragg in the DA's office, 34 nonsense trumped up, pardon the pun, charges against the former president when there are real problems in that city, including a rat infestation.
If you didn't hear about it, the news this week is that New York City had to actually create a position, paid position, taxpayer dollars, For a rat czar, this is Mayor Eric Adams, video cut four.
Imagine waking up and seeing a rat scurry across your floor, open one of your kitchen cabinets and seeing a rat come out, or even in your car.
Rodents impact on our health, our quality of life, and our mental psyche.
You'll think about that rat the entire day.
That's why we took our time, received a substantial number of applicants, and now this new RADSA is going to coordinate all of our efforts.
We had great work from men and women in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, as well as the Department of Parks, Department of Sanitation, for they were operating in silos.
We are going to bring them all together and have one person coordinate all the efforts.
This is amazing, a young lady at 10 years old, she did the petition.
...on her block to get rid of rodents when she was a child.
Now she's ready to take it to the big league of New York City.
She's been into rats since she was 10!
Imagine that.
She's perfect.
She was born for Rat Queen of New York City.
You heard the mayor there say that they keep everything in silos.
Now, my Uncle George on a farm in Darien, in Sharon, Wisconsin, would tell you that rats are always in silos.
Maybe that's why they have so many rats in New York City.
There's so many things that are wonderful about this story, including mental hygiene.
What is mental hygiene?
I know about, like, Physical hygiene, but mental hygiene?
I don't know what that is.
That's got to be some sort of new terminology.
I will say that even though this woman who is the new rat czar of New York City, it sounds like she was interested in rats from an early age, so that's really good.
But I was thinking, you know, if you really wanted an expert in being a rat, maybe Michael Cohen needs a job.
You know, President Trump's former attorney, Michael Cohen, he's probably the biggest rat that I know, and he lives in New York City.
I think he lives in that area.
So maybe we could get him that gig in case things don't work out with the Rat Queen.

I do have to tell you, exterminators have a tough job.
If you are someone who is an exterminator or, you know, when you socialize with bugs and spiders and rodents, You know, rats all day long.
Something happens and I'm not saying that this is not a job.
Believe me, we could not live without exterminators.
But there was an occasion at my dad's house when he had I guess like a roof rat.
It was like they come in through a tree and then they chase usually bees.
They chase them and they get into the house.
They get stuck into a wall and so you have to have an exterminator come.
And we had an exterminator come to his house and go up in the attic.
And he came down and he said, you're going to be in great shape, Mr. Horn.
You're going to be in great shape.
Cause I put some traps up there.
I put some peanut butter in them, but I didn't set them.
Now you would think the idea with the traps is to set them, but apparently this guy said, I'm going to leave them as decoys for a while.
Next time I come back, I'll set them.
I don't know if the decoy traps is really great, but according to this, uh, this extremer, I'm just telling you, they're a lot of time in solitude with just rodents and ants and roaches and spiders.

In the meantime, we just had on Bill Asale, who is the assemblyman from Southern California, District 63.
He just launched an assembly bill.
13-14 to try to return some rights back to parents.
There are a lot of schools who allow kids to identify as another gender, and they don't give that information to the parents.
They keep it from them.
In fact, they call it parental secrecy.
Well, one California mom is steaming mad about this.
Aurora Regino is her name, and she spoke very passionately about this policy.

Hi, for those that don't know me, my name is Aurora Regino and I am the mother that filed a lawsuit in federal court against Chico Unified for transitioning my daughter without my knowledge.
I'm here today to tell my story so parents and the public know what is going on in our schools.
Last year, my 11-year-old daughter was in elementary school here at Chico Unified.
and her elementary school transitioned her from female to male behind my back.
Shortly before this happened, my father had recently passed away and I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
My daughter was distressed and began questioning her sexuality, so she decided to reach out to a wellness counselor at her elementary school.
The day my daughter shared with her guidance counselor that she felt like a boy, the counselor immediately affirmed this new identity.
From then on, the counselor continued to have one-on-one meetings with my daughter without my knowledge.
During one of those one-on-one meetings, my daughter told the counselor she wanted to tell me about her new identity.
The counselor ignored her requests and did nothing to support her in letting me know what was going on at school.
So what do you think about this?
This mother who was speaking passionately at a Chico school board meeting, 833-33-GORKA, she tells the story of her daughter who suffers the loss of her father, then her mother has breast cancer.
She starts questioning who she is.
As anyone would, that would go through a trauma, right?
Not necessarily about your gender, but gosh, you've all been through that.
We've all done that.
When there's a tragedy, you just wonder what is and what's right.
And you get a hold of a school counselor who then convinces this girl that she's somehow not the gender that she thinks, or she at least affirms what this little girl was thinking, and not a call to the mother, not a call to the family to try to talk this thing through.
It's a pretty significant story, and it goes back to what really changed the tide in Virginia, where parents were being aced out of not only curriculum issues, but all sorts of issues with their children.
Suburban moms fought back, and that's how Glenn Youngkin is sitting in the governor's office in Virginia today.
Now, in California, it's a much tougher hill to climb for conservatives or for people who are just sane.
But what do you think about these school districts?
that are in secret having conversations with people's children and not disclosing this information.
This little girl may have benefited from having these conversations with her mom or with a family member or a trusted adult, but instead that whole possibility, that whole lane was taken away from this family Because a so-called wellness counselor decided to take it upon herself to just affirm whatever the child was saying and just continue to meet with her without giving any sort of heads up.

So a similar incident happened with me.
My father passed away when I was nine.
A couple years later, and I was still grieving, I found out from my mom that my dad always wanted a boy.
Coincidentally, I started behaving like a boy about that age.
And I'm sure if that was nowadays, who knows where that would have gone.
But you know, it's just something I was clearing out in my person.
And my point is, these schools don't know all the details, and they have absolutely no right to be stepping in.
And doing what they're doing.
I'm as angry as that mom is that this is going on because it's just ridiculous.
It's just sad for her, it's sad for their family, and it's sad for the child who is clearly going through a tough spot and who is confused.
And this is not about vilifying that child, this is about trying to have conversations and create a real bond with her mother Who probably wants that bond with her so that they can work through it together.
And they're stripping that by just dealing with it through these wellness counselors or whomever is picking these things up on these campuses.
So Lori, thank you so much for sharing that experience and appreciate it.
These are not easy topics to talk about all the time, so thanks so much for that.

Well, you would ask, why are they doing this?
What is the big deal with separating parents from children?
In the 90s and early 00s, I had college roommates and co-workers who were raised in communist countries, several different ones.
And they all told a lot of the same stories.
And one of them was about combat.
It started in the hospital when children are, when babies are born, making sure the family understands that the parents are secondary to the state.
Mothers were kept in the hospital for a week, sometimes more, ostensibly for arrest.
But there was no visiting.
Fathers didn't meet their children until they were a week old.
The mothers didn't see the babies except for 10 or 15 minutes, every couple of hours for feeding.
Preschool is mandatory.
And before they're taught their ABCs and their colors, they're taught communist ideology.
They remember it, and they remembered it with their younger siblings.
And the separation between parents is the biggest threat.
The thing about gender, the schools are really pushing the gender thing, there are several reasons for this, but I think a big piece of it goes back to communism, is that the armies, the government, the armies of China, Russia, some other places, are men and women, and they're just licking their chops, waiting until there's enough of it
That they could physically, they can do things with computers and money, but the idea of invading America is far less ridiculous than it was a mere ten years ago.
You know, I appreciate the phone call so much, Elizabeth.
I do think it's – unfortunately, I don't know if we're near an invasion.
I don't want to think that.

But I do think that communism and communist thought is absolutely invading this country, and it's happening in our schools, and it's happening in now our corporations.

I am Jennifer Horne in for Dr. G. This is America First.
Happy Friday.
Having a little fun with the Muppets because there's lots of serious stuff going on.
But I will tell you that President Trump right now is speaking to the NRA convention as we are on the air with you.
He vowed to defend and expand gun owners' rights in a speech that happened in, gosh, just this Friday afternoon.
He said, I was proud to be the most pro-gun, pro-Second Amendment president you've ever had in the White House.
Of course, he was met with chants of USA.
He continued on, quote, and with your support in 2024, I will be your loyal friend and fearless champion once again as the 47th president of the United States.
Now, he talked about some of the shootings that have happened.
Of course, the school in Tennessee, the bank in Kentucky, he says mass shootings are not a gun problem.
And I think it's refreshing because certainly if we are going to really get serious about stopping all of this, we have to talk about mental illness and we have to talk about hardening targets in our country.

We are going to go through some of your phone calls right now.
Line number 5, Terry in California.
Hi, Terry, you're on America First.
Hi, Jennifer.
I get so disgusted with the school counselors.
They don't have to have as much training as a regular therapist does.
And they're going to be in the school with the children.
And many of them, when I was in school, they complained about how much time they had to even be in the class.
And it scared me.
How much training did you have?
Do you know offhand what kind of training goes into someone who might be identified as a school counselor?
Or in this case, in Chico, we've been talking about this mom who was upset that her daughter was identifying as a boy.
Her father had died.
She was going through breast cancer and this child was confused and scared and sad.
And this wellness counselor, as they put it, was the one who met with her and helped her through Kind of this change and getting her new identity together.
Do you know what kind of training is required, or do you not know offhand?
Or maybe it depends by the school district?
Well, I know their schooling is a lot less, and many of them go to it because their schooling is less.
But I can tell you of a personal incident that I had, actually, with someone from down the street with me, with this child.
And it was a tragic situation, if you want to hear that.
Sure, go ahead.
I was recovering from an illness and I heard something outside and a child was doing some damage to my house and it was beside the school down the street and I thought immediately I'm going to call the principal and ask him for a meeting with the parents and the counselor and the school principal and the counselor.
And so they arranged that.
But then I found out in that meeting and they didn't know.
That there was, it was a single parent and one of the parents had been killed tragically.
Wow.
And they didn't seem to know.
And it was only till that, and later on they found this was a child who had been having a lot of trouble.
And then later I also found out that they kicked the child out of school and moved him someplace else.
But what does that, how does that help?
Yeah, it is really so unfortunate.
And Terry, thank you so much for the phone call.
I think that's what we really have to remember that there are real victims here.
And they're really people suffering that it's not just a story.
It's not just a talk radio topic.
These are these are real people that are struggling.

Hi, how are you doing?
Doing well.
Thank you for the phone call.
Go ahead.
I am convinced that this whole transgender thing, it's about going after middle class families and getting the kids to hate their parents.
To get their kids thinking their parents are racist and homophones.
And transphobes and intolerant and that they hate the gay community.
I mean, they were doing the same crap before with passing out condoms in high school without telling the parents about this whole thing.
And it all started with that Howard Zinn, People's History of the United States, which is like a veiled communist history of the United States.
That was in the 70s.
You know, when I went to school, we had parent teacher associations, we had parent teacher organization.
You know, my parents went to the school like, you know, maybe one or two or three times a month to meet with my teacher, talk with my teacher.
But but that that's all just completely gone.
My father would have been livid at the stuff that's going on.
He would have been his face would have been red and he would have been yelling at him.
Yeah.
My father was a smart guy.
You know, I think that's definitely what's at the core of this is putting that wedge into the nuclear family structure.

Let's take John in San Jose.
John, on line four, you just got a minute here, but take us through your thoughts on this teacher situation, where it's the counselors and the teachers, not the parents, helping kids through trauma.
Yeah, that lady on before me kind of took a little bit of the wind out.
But yeah, my emphasis is the credentials.
You know, there's a difference between being licensed, certified or having a diploma or degree.
Those are all different categories.
And to be a therapist, you got to put in hours and hours.
You got mental health studies you got to do just in that.
But with this, you're talking physical stuff.
So how many years doctors physically have to go to school for the physical side, right?
So you've got physical, you've got mental, you've got chemistry, okay?
So you've got chemistry issues going on, okay?
So you've got brain issues, chemistry issues, which are all based on brain.
You've got health issues and all that stuff.
So who's credentialed?
Who's licensed?
You can't give people medical advice.
You can't be in prison for that.
So this is all based on some form of medical advice.
Medical advice.
And my question is, how are they circumventing the medical advice clause of not being liable for damaging children and stuff like that, mentally as well as physically?
What's the surgeries and all that stuff?
So that's my question.
I haven't really heard much about it, but it was funny, the lady on a couple of calls prior to mine brought it up.
It's a great point and my mom was a school teacher.
She was not a trained doctor.
She was not a trained therapist.
She turned into that quite often but it wasn't necessarily fair to her or the kids or the parents when these kids could be put into places that could really help them and could build that connection again with their parents so that they know that they can trust that structure to go to for real help.
Not just as kids, but throughout their life.

There is no more dire threat to the American way of life than the corruption and weaponization of our justice system.
And it's happening all around us.
If we cannot restore the fair and impartial rule of law, we will not be a free country.
Think about that.
The story today about this person who leaked classified documents, who if he did it and he did it willingly and knowingly, should absolutely be penalized for that.
But why do we hear more about him?
We hear more about him because he was in a group called God and Guns.
That's what we're hearing more about him for, because he is the white Christian military guy that the Biden administration And the mainstream news media is going to dump all over in order to distract from the fact the FBI and the DOJ allowed this material to sit online for a really long time.
It's going to distract from the fact that the media won't ask these folks that are leading our country whether or not the classified information is true and that the Biden administration has been lying to us for a long time.
And talking today as well about these parents who are having their rights stripped away, this growth of government, whether they're weaponizing itself to break our spirit or breaking up our families through these leftist woke tactics, it is bad for our country.
And that's why it's important for each and every one of us to come together in a platform like this to figure out how to get out there and make real change.
And you do that by speaking out at school board meetings.
You do that by talking to your neighbors and your friends.

Why hasn't President Biden been tested for dementia?
And the other issue that I have is we are dealing with taxpayer robbery, plain and simple.
Well, yes, we are.
And Schmidty, I'm going to stop you right there.
I don't know why Biden hasn't been tested yet.
They say he has been when he gets his medical appointments.
I'm not a doctor.
I can't diagnose him.
But man, when you have a guy, and we played the clip earlier saying that he wants to go out there and lick the world like it's an ice cream cone, we got issues.
Maybe Nikki Haley will make a difference when she wants to test everybody for their mental stamina during this presidential cycle.
