Mayor Pete, why did it take you an entire two and a half weeks to actually get here to respond to East Palestine?
Will you apologize to the residents of this city for the slow response?
Why does he not want to talk to the press?
That's so weird.
I thought we were told this is the most transparent administration in presidential history.
That's Mayor Pete, who finally, 20 days late, ended up in East Palestine, Ohio.
Welcome, dear friends.
You're listening to America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
President Trump was already there yesterday.
And my, what a visit it was.
Here we have a few clips of the president actually meeting people who, well, clearly love him.
He decided to buy food for the whole of the fire department, the police department.
His convoy rolled out, rolled up outside of McDonald's and there he was met by people who wanted to see him.
Cut to, play cut.
And we're going to get in the meals for the fire department, okay?
Hello, everybody.
What's your specialty today?
How are you today?
Nice to meet you.
Hello, everybody.
That's a nice, beautiful-looking, beautiful baby.
So I know this menu better than you do, okay?
I probably know it better than anybody in here.
We're going to take care of the fire department.
Okay.
We're going to take care of the police department.
Everybody in the restaurant also got a nice free meal.
Hey Jeff, we need to have 47 hats on the store.
I don't have to give him.
That's right.
It's a good one to own, right?
Yes, it is.
One of the best.
So we're going to take care of your fire force.
Plus the people that are in here, they're going to get a nice free meal.
All right?
Thank you, everybody.
Everybody in the restaurant also got a nice free meal.
Hey, Jeff, we need to have 47 hats on the store.
What do you think?
45 and 47, right?
Together, yes!
45 and 47.
Are we gonna make him nice and red or something else?
It's gotta be red, right?
What else would it be?
It's gotta be red.
It's gotta be red.
In the meantime, hang on.
Jeff, who's the alleged leader of the conservative movement?
If you don't like President Trump, who is it?
Oh, Karl Rove's favorite, Ron DeSantis.
Ron DeSantis.
What did he do in East Palestine?
I don't think he showed up yet.
But isn't his wife from Ohio?
I don't know, and he is the top gov, so you'd think he would come in and do that.
But he did give a very, very brave speech about... What did he say in his speech?
Oh, I didn't see this coming.
This is a pretty bold statement.
Oh, let's share it with everybody.
This is what Ron DeSantis, who some say is the new leader of the conservative movement, had to say about what needs to be done in America.
Let's play that cut.
We want all citizens here that want to vote to vote, but we don't want anybody here voting illegally.
And if you're not a citizen of this country, you should not be voting in our election.
Did he just say that if you're a foreigner, you shouldn't vote in our elections, Jeff?
You know, it's not only just that he said that.
It would have been OK if he said that, but that was his applause line, as if it was something to big deal.
That's what he got really revved up about and said.
And let's play the B-roll in the background.
Let's play that without sound, because Eric made a very trenchant observation as we were looking at the cuts today, which also, guys, whoever's running the communication team for the man who Allegedly he's the new head of the conservative movement.
You've got to do a little bit smarter than that, because for those who are listening on radio, Jeff, what is the first word under the sign of the, sorry, Eric, on the podium?
They've got a big sign, and the first word on the podium at which Governor DeSantis is speaking is?
It's Biden, and it's not just the word Biden, it has the stylized E from Biden's actual campaign logo in 2020.
Right, beneath that it says border crisis, but it says Biden using his campaign logo.
That's like President Trump giving a speech in, you know, East Palestine with, you know, Hillary's arrow, Hillary Clinton logo on his podium.
Who are these people, Eric?
People who obviously do not understand optics.
It doesn't even matter what it says below Biden's name.
The first thing they see, the highest word on there, right below him, on the podium, is Biden.
That's also... Subconsciously, that's all you're gonna think about is Biden.
Jeff, am I being too harsh on the governor of Florida?
No, if you're gonna go up against Trump, you're gonna have to try a little bit harder.
You do.
You gotta... These details matter, I think.
But a lot of people, a lot of the...
What should we call them politely?
The Ron Boosters have issues with my approach.
My approach is very simple.
If you're getting billions, or you're getting millions from a billionaire, called Ken Griffin, who's funded Senator McCain and Obama.
You should probably come out of the gate swinging and say why you're taking money from left-wing billionaires, or you should announce, shouldn't you?
Just simply announce, Jeff.
Exactly.
I think it's time for him just to announce.
We know that he's running.
He's got the book tour.
He's on this, what is it?
The law enforcement tour.
Yeah, exactly.
The signs he already has.
He's putting up a thing I sent you on Twitter, the video.
It looks like a campaign ad.
He might as well just come out and announce.
But I don't think you're being too hard because...
Up until the end of Trump, everybody said, how great is it not to have a politician?
Why do we all of a sudden decide to go back to politicians?
I thought we were done with politicians.
And not only a politician, a politician who before, before he decided to run for governor and was trailing, trailing to the other Republican in the race before President Trump endorsed him.
This is an individual who spent five and a half years in Congress, Jeff, and nobody knew who he was.
I have no idea what he did.
Well, nobody does!
That's the point!
And you brought up the point, too.
The book's coming out.
How much time do you think he's going to spend when he was in Congress in that book?
Right.
How many chapters on that?
So, here's the question.
Let's get... I know it's two years away, but it's already begun.
The campaign's begun.
Nikki Haley, John Bolton.
I need to go back to Jeff.
Stay on the photograph.
We've got Vivek Ramaswamy who's made it official just a few days ago.
He's going to be on the show as well today, and then President Trump next week.
But Jeff, what is the right approach here?
You said something very interesting about President Trump and how he should approach the governor of Florida.
Yeah, I think it's very simple.
He can't attack him like he did Jeb and the others because people like DeSantis because they think he's Trump without that.
He needs to make him the politician that he is.
He's a lifelong politician.
He's going to be beholding to the donors.
He's not even going to be able to... In a certain way, it's not even DeSantis' fault.
Because he doesn't have the money and he doesn't have the name recognition.
The only way he can get- But he can do what President Trump did.
He can target small donors with real patriotic messages.
Not, illegals shouldn't be allowed to vote.
I disagree.
The only way that he can get in there is to go the way of the big donors.
And get all the endorsements from the big groups.
I think that's the only way he can become president.
It's almost not even his fault.
To where I call him fake maggot and stuff.
Because he can't do it.
But should he be taking the money of billionaires who funded Obama and who funded McCain?
Of course not!
Not if he's gonna govern the way that he has in Florida.
Do you think that he could work inside a Trump administration like I think Vivek Ramaswamy could?
I think Vivek could.
No, I don't think so.
I think the egos are too much.
Interesting.
Interesting.
All right, guys, we want to hear from you.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
833-333-GORCA.
That's 833-334-6752.
We want to know what you think the right approach should be with regards to, A, how President Trump communicates concerning the governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis.
And secondly, should Ron DeSantis really be accepting all this money from billionaires who funded not only Senator McCain, but Obama as well?
I want to hear from you.
The number is 833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.

Uh, I usually just leave in what you do, but um... Can you add a little merch thing at the end?
Like the video?
Yeah, I can.
Yeah, I can do that.
Great.
And then Alex, um... He should be connected by the way, Comerx.
Want the mics on?
Oh, mic's on.

Now it's good, now it's good, now it's good.
Where do we find you today?
I'm back home in St.
Augustine, Florida, so that's why I can do the Comrex thing today.
We want to talk East Palestine, we want to talk Buttigieg, what else?
Absolutely.
By the way, we had a reporter with President Trump there yesterday.
So the whole day, Alana.
So she did a great job covering.
Yeah, I saw.
Yeah, that's great.
Yeah, very solid stuff.
So.
All right, Alex, the first question I did with Gil and my time did that should be like three and a half minutes.
So you should be able in the in the block.
Okay.
What was it?
It was about the left like Mixing the two genders together.
You'll work it out.
You'll work it out.
Got titles in mind?
For Gillum or the Monarch?
Gillum... From the Seals...
To the air marshals, to the FBI.
Alright.
And the, um... Monologue.
Monologue.
About the whole DeSantis thing?
East, no, East Palestine loves President Trump.
Um... Where's DeSantis, question mark.
Oh, look at all those calls!
What can I say?
A few things get us more fired up at this point than the DeSantis stuff.
I know.
And that's the thing, too.
I'm seeing a lot of people, like, sharing those videos and clips from Trump and the McDonald's, just saying, at the end of the day, like, do you think most of those people in that McDonald's are, like, active voters or really, like, they watch politics every single night?
Like, no, they're just Americans.
They're working-class Americans.
They barely follow politics.
Did you hear Tucker talking about it?
About what?
Talking about what?
The McDonald's video.
No.
He went nuts.
Why?
In a good way or a bad way?
Yeah, he's like, He's like, whatever you think of Trump, he's like, no one can work a room like him.
He's like, these are normal people he cares about.
But Jeff, is it good for the Fox Corporation?
That's the thing that we need to keep reminding people.
The whole Murdoch empire is behind DeSantis.
Did you see the article?
Somebody sent me an article from, what is it?
Did you see the Fox Nation?
Yeah, I saw the promo for it.
What was that?
So Fox Nation, Brian Kilmeade is apparently doing some big special on why it's time to push DeSantis and move on from Trump.
And they have Jeb Bush as the feature interview of it!
It's so obscene!
Maybe they're inadvertently pushing Trump that way.
No, not with Kill Me.
Jab!
Exclamation point, right?
So it's like, hey, Ron!
Exclamation point, Ron!
Clap now.
Clap now.
Please clap.
Please clap, Ron.
Do you want to come in with something?
No.
Ron!
Exclamation point.
No, look, does he need to speak up?
Hang on, hang on.
You got 10 seconds.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
Yes, indeed.
We've got so many calls.
Don't go anywhere.
David, Klaus, Victor.
Oh, and another day, two Davids.
There's only one line open.
It's 833.
33 Gorka.
Oh, there it goes.
All the lines are full.
833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
We've got a guest we have to connect with every single week.
Then we will take your calls.
But first things first, my PhD weight loss.
Have you given up?
I need to know if you have given up on being healthy and losing weight.
Because I had.
For 20 years I tried.
For a month I'd be good.
I'd lose some weight.
Then I'd pile it all back on.
Not until I met Dr. Ashley Lucas did I think it was possible.
And it is.
42 pounds is what I lost.
42 pounds.
My wife lost 36.
Together, that's like a Lauren Bobert.
We collectively lost a Lauren Bobert.
I mean, that's a big deal, guys.
Well, it's a little deal because she's tiny.
But together, in terms of weight loss, it's huge!
If I can do it, so can you.
Find out today.
They're amazing.
864-644-1900 or go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900 myphdweightloss.com.
Come on.
You owe it to yourself.
You owe it to your loved ones.
Do it today.
myphdweightloss.com.
Come on.
You owe it to yourself.
You owe it to your loved ones.
Do it today, myphdweightloss.com.
All right, let's check in with the man who is responsible for the swamp.
Yeah, he's the Washington bureau chief for that conservative juggernaut.
It's Breitbart.com and he's Matt Boyle.
Happy Thursday, Matt.
Dr. G, always a pleasure.
Great to be here.
All right, so how exciting was President Trump's visit to the people of Ohio yesterday?
Oh my gosh, it's Trump at his finest.
Like, it's the finest moment that Trump's had since he left the White House, there's no doubt about that.
And it's just, it's a reminder of just how much he loves this country and he loves the people.
And the contrast is how much the current administration hates the people.
This is genius.
I'm going to interrupt you right there, okay, and we're going to see a cut from Mayor Pete's press secretary.
So Mayor Pete goes there 20 days late, the day after President Trump, the guy who is the transportation secretary, and he has a press secretary, of course, called Carrie Arndt, and she is straight out of East German propaganda politics.
Play cut.
I'm a press person, I can help you.
Sure, sure, sure.
So, can we ask why it took him almost three weeks to get here?
I'm sorry, I don't want to do this on camera.
What was his personal time off while there was a tragedy happening here?
I'm happy to talk to you guys off camera.
And can we also ask, too, why he waited until President Donald Trump came here to actually make an appearance?
This is a very important question that people across America would like to know.
I'm happy to have a conversation with you.
I do not want to be on camera.
Please put your cameras away.
I'm sorry, we're on a public area, so we are allowed as press.
You guys, I would like you guys to turn your cameras off.
You're not on my camera.
Well, I'm on a camera.
I would like your cameras to be off, and then I'm happy to talk to you guys.
Well, if you're the press secretary of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation, don't you think you should be able to ask questions from the American public that you serve?
Absolutely.
I would like to do it without the camera on.
Can I ask why?
I think that is a little bit aggressive.
Oh dear, the camera's aggressive.
Let's give full credit, that's Kerry Arndt of Turning Point USA.
Jeff, if I hired you as my press secretary and then you said I don't talk on cameras, what should I do?
Hold on, what would be more ironic is if yesterday you took a picture of a reporter.
If I was the press secretary's boss and I took a picture of a reporter.
Matt, these people, I don't think arrogance cuts it.
It's not just arrogance.
It's a self-conceitedness and a blown up Blown out of proportion.
They think the world of themselves and they look down on the little people that they maybe throw some crumbs to.
The difference between the way Pete Buttigieg came there and the way Donald Trump came there is so apparent.
Donald Trump brought pallets of water because the people need water.
He took them all to McDonald's.
He bought McDonald's for the whole dang town, right?
It's like, you know, he enjoyed doing it.
He was throwing hats around, signing stuff, answering questions from anybody around.
It just shows you how, again, Trump at his finest.
The more Trump does this, the better.
He should be going out there and doing things like this every day.
Oh, hang on, hang on, hang on.
I screwed up big time.
I read the cut sheet wrong.
It's Savannah Hernandez is the reporter of Turning Point USA.
My apologies Savannah and the press secretary's carry on but yes but but the idea that she won't allow herself to be photographed the day after Mayor Pete after a journalist asks her a question he stops he refuses to talk to her and says I want to photograph you that's just that's that's out of the East Germany man Right.
And again, here's the problem.
The government, the federal government, of which Pete Buttigieg is the highest profile person to go to East Palestine yet.
By the way, Joe Biden still hasn't made his way over there.
I look forward to Joe Biden going drinking a bottle of water from Gordon's backyard.
Or going to McDonald's!
Do you think he's ever been to a McDonald's?
No, well, probably.
But I mean, does he like the soft serve ice cream, right?
Like at McDonald's?
But anyway, no, in all seriousness, Joe Biden should go drink a bottle of water from the creek in Kourtney's backyard and see what it's like.
Have you seen the girl, Kourtney, that was on Tucker Carlson's show last week, where she was out there in the backyard of her, in the creek in her backyard, and she threw a rock in and the water turned rainbow?
Right?
Joe Biden should go drink that water, and until he does, it's clear that the federal government has failed the people of this town, and they've failed the people of the whole country.
This is a failure of incompetence at the highest levels of government on display for Americans across the country, but it's also a really encouraging story because what's happening is the people of this town Or, and all across Ohio and all across America are stepping up to help these people.
I had this big story this morning about how Bernie Marino, who ran for Senate last time, he might run again next time, saw the story of Courtney on TV, on Tucker's show, and she was talking about how she has to walk to the store because she doesn't have a car, right?
And so she walked to the store and carried home Big cases of bottles of water because she can't drink the water from the tap.
And now they found a way to donate a car to her.
So now she has a car.
There's all these amazing stories that we're seeing out of people.
So let me ask you, you are the seasoned observer.
What does this mean politically?
Is this going to matter in a year and a half, in two years time, this kind of arrogant dismissal of working class America?
Oh, absolutely.
I think the next election is won and lost in East Palestine and towns like it all across America.
The next election will not be won and lost at Disney World.
It will not be won and lost in Washington, D.C. or New York City.
It will be won and lost in towns, working class places like East Palestine, Ohio.
Yeah, I completely concur.
Follow him.
He's back on TruthSocial.
No, he's back on social media at TruthSocial, President Trump's platform, at Real Matt Boyle, Washington bureau chief of that juggernaut that is Breitbart.com.
Make sure that you are bookmarked at brightbart.com and don't forget we are on all social media that matters anywhere that counts you can follow us on truth social on twitter on facebook instagram parlor get a telegram you name it you can actually watch us we are a tv show as well salemnewschannel.com.
Download the app or watch us on Roku.
And then lastly, my personal substack, the latest article there, The Truth About Ukraine, direct access to me, sebastiangorka.substack.com.
That's my whole name as one word, sebastiangorka.substack.com.
What is Alex Murdaugh doing?
He's actually testifying in his own defense.
Never a good idea.
I think he's going to get in trouble.
We'll be back with Matt Boyle in a moment.
Post that on Truth Social, Matt.
That is such a great statement.
The next election has already been won and lost in East Palestine.
That's such a great statement.
Yeah, no, I agree.
And by the way, I mean, there's a little bit of a shot at a certain governor of Florida.
But by the way, it's not about DeSantis.
DeSantis is a good governor.
He's done a good job as governor.
Don't get me wrong.
It's the people that are pushing him.
Well that's the point!
When you're taking Ken Griffins and billions, there's a problem!
Right, exactly.
Or you're taking Karl Rove's support, or Jeb Bush's support, and they're pushing you, and Paul Ryan, and all these people.
And by the way, DeSantis, his previous position on Social Security and Medicare is directly contradicted to Trump, which is he wants to cut those.
He hasn't corrected the record on that.
No, he doubled down!
He doubled down!
Right, exactly.
So anyway, but the point is that what I was saying is the next election will be won in the last city is Palestine, not at Disney World, right?
Look, the woke stuff is important.
Don't get me wrong.
Those fights are important and people like to see people fighting back.
And that's why I say he's a good governor.
But when it comes to presidential politics, like the way you're going to win is being out there being the champion of those people that were at that McDonald's, right?
Like that there in that town that don't have water, you know, so.
Yeah.
Well, I'm going to tweet it out, and I'm going to tag you.
Cool.
Alright.
Alright, what have we got?
We played... We played Trump, both Buttigieg cuts, DeSantis.
President Trump.
Oh, we didn't play cut three.
We did not, no.
Okay, Scarborough, Colbert, Scott.
Okay, Yuval Harari.
Okay, good.
Let's talk about what Alana was doing yesterday, and then take it from there.
Certainly.
Hang on.
I'm going to send you a link because we just put up another story on it with all sorts of pictures and stuff in it.
So hold on.
That has tons of pictures.
So she was like right there with him the whole day.
Love it.
Got it behind the scenes.
Alright, I'm sending this to you, Eric.
Just the headline?
I'm sending you the link so you can make a buffer.
Okay.
Here we go.
And then we're gonna go to our cause.
Alright, sent.
Okay.
Let's open some of these pictures.
Oh!
Somebody's reading me the article.
That's nice.
Alana.
What's her beat?
Is she just politics?
Yeah, or you know, kind of like viral stuff, right?
Like, so that's kind of her thing.
So like, you know, on a trip like this, it's she's perfect for it.
She also lives an hour away from East Palestine.
No way!
Yeah, so she was there earlier in the week for us too.
But like, you know, so it's but she's perfect for this because this is the that's what Trump is doing there is having viral moments, you know, so she's kind of that person for us.
She's always at those events like CPAC doing videos.
Yep, exactly.
Are you going to be there?
At CPAC?
No, not this year.
No, because I have to be in DC the week after, actually.
Stand by. Stand by.
America first.
That's what we do here.
We do it with the help of great Americans, friends of President Trump, like Mike Lindell, the inventor of the MyPillow.
He sold 71 million of them.
The pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.
He's just launched the 2.0 with an amazing BOGO offer.
He's got more than 150 other items on his website.
The left hates him and wants to cancel him.
Use my name to get up to 66% off.
Get a good night's sleep as well.
Treat yourself.
So much amazing stuff.
I love these sheepskin lion slippers.
Go to mypillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A, or call 800-829-8468.
We're back with Matt Boyle, Breitbart.com's Washington Bureau Chief.
You have a great colleague.
I always bump into her at, you know, superb events like CPAC called Alana Mastrangello.
Where was she yesterday, Matt?
She was with President Trump all day yesterday in East Palestine, Ohio.
So she was like running around with him.
She was there in the McDonald's with him.
So she was one of the ones who asked him a question like, what do you think of Biden not coming here and going to Ukraine instead and going to Kiev?
And President Trump was like, you know, he should get over here.
He should.
He should have been here and he should still come, but he went a different direction.
We put her article up on the screen.
Please check it right now.
I'm going to retweet it.
Exclusive behind the scenes with Trump in East Palestine.
You are not forgotten.
I think there's like six different videos with President Trump in it.
You've got to check it out.
Now, Matt, the political race is hotting up.
Vivek Ramaswamy is going to be on the show in the second hour.
We've got a senator who was making kind of noises yesterday that made it seem as if he's running as well.
Isn't the big challenge for anyone, doesn't matter whether it's a senator, a governor of Florida, or a very successful tech businessman like Vivek, is President Trump's policies are proven and they work, so if you differentiate yourself from him, you're going to have to go away from America first.
Well, basically, right?
Like, there is no America First without Donald Trump.
There is no Trump movement without Trump.
Trump policies without Donald Trump, right?
But look, at the same time, I also think that it is healthy to see all these different voices in the race.
I know.
I want to have a big, fun primary, but the challenge policy-wise is if you want to differentiate I mean, even Nikki Haley when she gets up there and does her announcement speech, she's literally talking about all the successes of the Trump administration, which didn't happen if Donald Trump wasn't the president.
Which is why I think Donald Trump is towering over the rest of the field in all the polls, if you look at them all.
Right?
But, look, at the end of the day, I mean, look, Vivek, really smart guy, you know, I've gotten to know him pretty well recently, and I think that, you know, he adds, you know, some vision to the race and some interesting views.
I'd like to see him in a Trump administration, in the kind of Jared Kushner role.
Sure!
By the way, even DeSantis I would like to see in a Trump administration.
I think DeSantis has done a great job as governor.
I think that, you know, All of these different people have something to add to the discussion, and they bring energy and focus from the public onto the fact that there is a presidential race.
Look, I was at Nikki Haley's announcement in Charleston.
She had 2,000 people there.
Most of them, I think all of them, are Trump supporters too, right?
But that's the point here, is that the energy that's out there, there's a lot of energy out there in the grassroots right now.
People would like to see the current occupant of the White House removed by the American electorate.
And the way you do that is you get involved in the process and you get out there, go to these events, hear these people out, make your decision, do your homework.
And then once the Republicans have a nominee, then you rally behind that person.
I happen to think that person's probably going to be Donald Trump at the end of the day.
When that day comes, it's time to get focused and get to work because we have 18 months to save this country from this loser in the White House.
But what about the other side?
He looks like he wants to run.
That's insane, Matt.
I mean, I don't know what he's going to do or not do.
I mean, I don't know.
How can the Democrats get rid of him?
I don't think they can.
I think if he wants to run, he's going to run.
I fully expect that we're very likely headed to a rematch between Donald Trump and Joe Biden in November 2024.
I think that's what's going to happen, barring some kind of a major health event with either one of them, which I don't know.
They're both up there a little bit.
Trump's I think 75, right?
Biden's 80.
I mean, we are going to see, very likely, a rematch between Trump and Biden in 2024.
And that drives the talking heads.
Have you noticed that, like, at Fox News, they're trying to jam on down our throats, this DeSantis thing?
Well, aren't they doing a special with Brian Kilmeade and with Jeb Bush and DeSantis?
Yeah, and they've got Jeb Bush out there pushing them.
But look, to be honest with you, this doesn't speak anything about DeSantis.
I think he's doing a good job as governor.
But what I'm getting at here is all these talking heads doing their darndest to try to stop Trump.
Go out of their way?
It feels like CNN election night 2016.
Somebody sent me an article just this morning from The Spectator in the UK that is based upon internal sources at Fox who admit that President Trump is banned from appearing on camera at Fox.
What does that tell you?
Follow this man right now at Real Matt Boyle on Truth Social.
Your calls next here on America First coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Don't just listen to me, listen to people like Leah from Ohio.
This is her story.
One Sunday morning I sat on my couch in so much pain I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered Relief Factor.
Following directions, in eight days I found relief, only to get better and better.
I'm a believer 100%.
That should be you.
That could be you, but there's only one way to find out.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Leah.
Did you find out about what days you're taking off next week?
Thursday and Friday, and France is locked in.
Okay.
Okie dokie.
90 seconds.
Okie dokie.
Okie dokie. Okie dokie.
With breaking news, here's Sebastian Gorka.
Well, they finally did it.
Hopefully, he's gonna die in prison.
Harvey Weinstein has just received a 16-year sentence for rape and sexual assault.
Good riddance to you pervert... person who... I just googled a couple of photographs.
Within seconds, I found people yucking it out with Harvey Weinstein, like...
Obama, Hillary, Billy Bob, Chuck Schumer and so many more.
I wonder if they feel a little bit unpleasant, a little awkward today.
Harvey Weinstein, may you rot in hell.
Dear friends, if you missed your opportunity, if you Really wanted to come with us in December to the Holy Land.
350 of you did and we had such an amazing time.
Well look, you shouldn't give up.
You should check out this incredible opportunity.

It's so powerful.
If you haven't been, you've got to go.
It is the trip that you will never forget.
Trust me, Right now, go and check out the website, holyland.israel.travel.
Israel, exactly like nowhere else.
Do it today, holyland.israel.travel.
I promise you, you won't regret it.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to New Hampshire, where Vivek Ramaswamy was campaigning yesterday for the A GOP nomination for the presidential candidacy.
He'll be on the show in the second hour.
But let's go to who's... I can't see the name on the board.
It's now been blocked out.
David, New Hampshire.
Welcome to America First.
Doctor, thank you.
I always appreciate your passion and your leadership.
You know, I always enjoy watching you on TV.
But right here, I think I have to interrupt the Trump slumber party a little bit.
What is the Trump slumber party, David?
Well, you know, I voted for Trump twice, but, you know, I lost my job in the food business during COVID, 20-year career, and to me, if he would have done his COVID package, didn't want to do it, I understand, didn't want to give the liberals in New York and California what they didn't deserve, but Biden got elected and they got that.
What does he didn't want to do his COVID package mean?
What is that referring to?
There was a package that he kicked down the road, because we didn't think we needed a package, and understood.
It put us into a big inflationary space, but that was the big reason why he did not get elected, because he did not want to give that money to New York and California.
Absolutely, utterly fallacious.
The reason he didn't get elected is that 80 million mail-out ballots were sent out illegally across America.
That's fair.
I mean, if you want to go at that route, that's fine, but you've got to be more balanced.
DeSantis has fought the Liberals.
He's done a good job.
We need a fight between two alphas, you know?
I mean, there's not many... Look, you're not listening to what I've said again and again and again every single day.
I've said, I want 2015 again.
I don't care whether it's 17 or whether it's 27 people.
I want that primary stage filled.
And I want to see the strongest guy, strongest gal win.
My support goes to my former boss, President Trump, but I'm not going to pick a candidate for anybody else in America.
I'm going to tell you who I support.
But Ron DeSantis is a politician, David.
Do you like politicians?
It's a very simple question.
Do you like politicians?
Well, I mean, Trump talks so much stuff, half the stuff's not even true.
So let's just keep it real here.
Well, you didn't vote for Trump, David.
Nice try.
Nice try.
Oh, he lies.
You never voted for him.
Get off my show.
Let's go to Klaus, California.
Line three.
Hey, I don't like politicians, Dr. G. You're a wise man.
You're a sagacious individual then.
I, you know, I prefer the men and stateswomen who actually give a damn about So what?
their constituents and their country.
So, all right.
So Vivek Ramaswamy, okay, he puts on a good show.
He goes on Tucker.
He goes on Salem News hosts and puts on a good show.
However, he was part of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders Group.
So what?
And that's a red flag for me.
But so what?
So what?
Has he said anything that's globalist?
Can you tell me right now anything that Vivek Ramaswamy has?
You know, I was at an Atlantic Council event 29 years ago when I met my wife.
The Atlantic Council today is a hive of neoliberalism crap.
Are you going to say because I went to an event 29 years ago with an organization that today I hate, does that make me a globalist, Klaus?
You've got to think clearly.
You can't besmirch people because they went to an event with an organization you don't like.
As long as you renounce it, which you just did.
But why does he have to renounce it if everything he's said and done is pro-market, pro-meritocracy and liberty?
I don't understand.
Why do you have to renounce it?
It's not about what you say in life.
You know that, Klaus.
It's about what you do.
I understand that.
Good!
Right, so don't be like, oh, he went to a cocktail party with a bunch of liberals.
I couldn't give a crap.
If he has demonstrated himself to be pro-markets, pro-meritocracy, America first, that's what I care about.
What people do, not what people say and what they were affiliated with six years ago or seven years ago.
President Trump, he gave money to Democrats in New York.
Why?
Because you had to as a contractor.
Does that mean that President Trump is now some kind of neoliberal globalist?
He renounced what, you know, his associations back then.
He never renounced anything.
He didn't say, I renounce my past.
He proved himself over 50 years to love America.
Klaus, you've got to be more sophisticated in how you analyze the world.
Don't be this person who thinks, oh, one piece of evidence destroys a person.
No, judge them on their performance, my friend.
Let's go to Victor, line one, Silver Spring.
Hey Sebastian, I got an idea for a t-shirt.
Alright, do it!
Okay, a picture of boot edge edge and underneath it says Trump derailment syndrome.
Oh, I see what you did there.
I like that.
Hang on a second, I'm gonna write that one down.
Boot edge edge.
Trump derailment.
Syndrome.
That's smart!
Maybe you can have a picture of a railroad wreck or something with Buttigieg sneering or something.
Yeah, I don't think we're going to do that.
That's going to be a little bit too sensitive to have an image of a train wreck as the people of East Palestine are suffering right now.
But I love what you did there.
Genius idea.
I'm going to send it to my guy Randy who runs the merch store.
We're going to noodle on that one because that is a great one.
Don't go anywhere, dear friends.
We've got David, Vince, Antoinette, and Laura.
The calls just keep coming in.
We are broadcasting to you from just outside the insolubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome swamp that is Washington, D.C.
From the relieffactor.com studios, Relief Factor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans right now, me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Reggie from Florida.
This is Reggie's story.
I have a lot of pain from aging, and after only four days of using Relief Factor, I am already experiencing less pain and stiffness.
Can't wait to see how I feel in a couple more weeks.
Relief Factor is a blessing sent by God.
Incredible words.
Find out for yourself.
There's only one way, but it's okay.
It's super easy.
You call relieffactor.com on 800-500-8384.
You order the three-week quick starter pack.
It'll be at your door.
In three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you, like it works for me, Reggie, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans!
You know it makes sense.
You deserve to know.
What are you waiting for?
What have you got to lose?
Nothing!
Well, except for the pain.
Call now.
800-500-8384.
Reliefactor.com.
800-500-8384. ReliefFactor.com. ReliefFactor.com.
Jack.
Oh, bloody hell.
Vivek Scott and his book, I just read this three pages thing that he has the emails and stuff in there where he says he didn't want to be any part of the World Economic Forum.
Oh, really?
So he did denounce them?
Yeah.
Yeah, I saw those tweets from Jack as well.
And that other guy.
Yeah, he lies a lot, but I voted for him twice.
Yeah, that's... that's... I didn't know what to think about that one.
Oh, come on.
That's a ringer.
You know that's a ringer.
But it's New Hampshire.
It's New Hampshire.
So, like... That is... That's a state realistically, I think, should have been run off a while ago.
That state's not gonna go red anytime soon, I don't think.
The rest of New England.
The last time it voted red was Bush in 2000.
Isn't it the state where it's like 1-4 or something like that?
Nebraska.
The electoral votes split.
Maine and Nebraska are the two states that do that, yeah.
All right, you can block. 30 seconds. you can block. 30 seconds.
30 seconds.
30 seconds.
America First.
Great calls!
Thank you, guys.
Love hearing from you, even if you're wrong.
But we're here to educate.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
If you are America First, show it with pride.
Check out our America First gear, especially the FBI t-shirt launched jointly with Chris Plant, FBI, Fascist Bureau of Intimidation, the Elon Musk mugs and shirts, Twitter files.
Are you paying attention?
And the challenge coins so much more.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to David, California.
Thanks for taking my call, Sebastian.
It's my opinion that DeSantis, if he keeps on course, will self-destruct.
He'll be the head of the Mike Pence club.
That being said, I know he's a good guy, but I think he'll self-destruct.
Hang on, I'm really curious.
Why do you think he's going to self-destruct?
Because he's got friends like the Bushes, and he's headed like all the other politicians who took the road to greed and self-accomplishment.
He wants to be president too much, and he's going to step on his own feet.
President Trump needs to dismiss him out of hand, not rudely, not disrespectfully, but he needs to let us know, and he already has done it.
that he's not, President Trump should not dignify this man's ability or his qualifications on any level to be a competitor.
Because Trump is a champion, and what everybody seems to miss, this guy took, what, 15 or 16 people out before?
Yep, 16.
They just have a short memory.
To put DeSantis against President Trump would be like putting a lightweight in the ring with a heavyweight because Trump will annihilate him.
I got it.
Thank you, David.
We got loads of more calls.
Vince, Ohio.
Yeah, I got two things.
Trump's a businessman.
He's not a politician.
He said stuff before he was elected and did it when he was.
On the women thing.
For my late wife and all women, for and against abortion.
Have your tubes tied for God's sake.
Then you can be the woman you want to be and then decide to be a mother if you choose to.
You don't have to have your tubes tied.
How about just contraception?
If your faith system, if you're such an atheist hound that you believe that it doesn't matter boy or girl, then you should be using contraception.
You don't have to kill a child simply because you want to have sex.
On that topic, let's go to Antoinette, line two.
Hey, Dr. G, you are so correct concerning contraceptives.
Wow, what a concept!
I know, it's crazy.
You don't have babies, you don't have to not have sex.
If your faith allows you, you could have contraceptives!
We've got 50 seconds, Antoinette.
I know it's Thursday.
What do you want to say?
Number one, we're working on our car rally.
This will be our third year and we're working on to have it the day before Mother's Day this year.
Nice!
Yeah, number two, one of our wonderful group members, Monica, her and her son went to Kentucky to the Ashbury College.
And what was it like?
What was the revival like?
It was amazing.
She still, she feels like everybody was praying, like the Holy Spirit was in each and every one of them.
All right, Antoinette, you've convinced me we have to have somebody on who can talk about the revival.
It's so exciting.
God bless you.
Happy Thursday.
Next up, we're going to have Jerry Perna on January 6th with Vivek Ramaswamy and you.
Thank you.
They pushed him to this.
I want people to understand what she just said.
A young man, a good young man, was pushed to death.
To commit suicide because of this administration and this Department of Justice.
I want every viewer to be clear that that man died because of the Biden administration.
And I want everybody who's watching to remember this man and to never give up in the name of America because he is a martyr to this nation.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Hour two of America First on the Salem News Channel with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
That was a clip that, um, it's important.
It's important because it is a diagnosis of what has happened to this nation in the last few years.
And it is an example of the price that some have paid because of the perversion of the judicial system.
man, Matthew Perner, who was persecuted politically by Biden's Department of Justice and as a result took his own life.
That's from my Newsmax show.
We will be discussing the victims of January 6th, the targeting of conservatives everywhere from pro-life activists, the people who worked in the White House with me.
You can watch it seven o'clock this Sunday, 7 p.m., ETL.
Eastern and 10 p.m.
re-air on Newsmax.
But because of a certain anniversary I wanted to have that woman, Geri Perner, who is Matt Perner's aunt, on our radio show today.
Geri, welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much for having me again, Sebastian.
So, for those who didn't see you on my Newsmax show, The Reality Check, or previously here on America First, would you just say a few words about who Matthew Perner was, and then in life, and then what he did on January the 6th?
Matthew Perner was my nephew, and he was a wonderful, wonderful person.
He taught English abroad to school children.
He had a huge heart, very generous spirit, and not a violent bone in his body.
And he went to the Capitol for the Stop the Seal rally, and he thought he was going to be part of a historic celebration, but instead he was caught up in what is obviously a planned attack on America.
A couple weeks later, he was arrested by the FBI and later charged with a felony of obstruction of Congress, even though he was not in the building while Congress was in session.
So was he, did he commit any violent crime?
Did he hit a police officer?
Did he break down the doors of Congress?
Did he do anything that we would recognize as a real serious crime?
No, as a matter of fact, he entered through a previously open door and he stayed within the velvet ropes, much like a tourist would.
And he had a cell phone in his hand that he was recording with at the time.
And that was the extent of his visit to the Capitol that day.
So he's initially charged with one crime.
He's told that he will receive, what's the, what's the range of sentencing that he was threatened with originally, Jerry?
Six to 12 months.
Six to twelve months, and then what happens as he's waiting for sentencing?
As he's waiting for sentencing, they informed his attorney that they were going, the prosecution was seeking to add a terrorism enhancement at his sentencing hearing, and that could have taken his sentence to as much as six years in a federal prison.
So from a misdemeanor of a few months to years and years in prison.
And the hearing, I think if I remember correctly, the next hearing was on a certain anniversary of a certain date.
What was that?
It was the anniversary of his mother's death that they scheduled the hearing.
And then, of course, like all of the hearings prior to that, they postponed it another month to April Fool's Day.
And it was just too much.
It was too much for Matt to bear.
And then what is the next phone call that you received?
The next phone call I received was on February 25th of last year, and it was my brother calling to tell me that Matt had just hanged himself in his garage.
And I relived that moment every minute of the day.
I live that moment.
And it's a nightmare.
That I wouldn't wish on anybody.
And that anniversary of his death will be this Saturday.
I want people to understand, first, I want people to remember this man because the blood of Matthew Perna is on the hands of Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, the FBI, the DOJ, all of them.
He is a martyr to justice in America.
I want you to talk a little bit more about him.
So, was this a man who hung out with hell's angels?
Is this a guy that, you know, went to the gun range to blow stuff up?
Who was Matthew Perna in his private life beyond teaching abroad?
Didn't he come back from abroad to help his sick mother?
Yes, he did, when he learned that his mom was diagnosed with leukemia.
I had reached out to him and I said, I think it's time you came home.
And he did and he just started helping her.
He was examining every possible holistic remedy he could come up with to make her life more comfortable while she went through chemo.
And he just stayed there at their home and just put his life on hold for them.
And Matt put his life on hold for a lot of people.
A lot of his friends afterwards came and told us these Fantastic things he did for people and the generous spirit that he had.
He was not unkind in any way.
He accepted all races and religions and he just had a heart for people.
He had a heart for people.
And when he was going through this persecution, somebody who did nothing violent, stayed within the velvet robes, did you reach out to anybody in authority to try and help Matthew?
Yes, several of my family members, including Matt, we reached out to many of the Congress people and I had even, it was a long stretch, but in the beginning Elizabeth Warren was actually showing a shred of sympathy towards the J6ers and I even reached out to her office and Out of all of the dozens of phone calls and emails, not one was returned by anybody, Republican or Democrat.
You've mentioned one person, Senator Warren.
Give us some other names of people who you reached out to who didn't respond.
Well, we reached out to Mike Kelly's office because he was the representative in the area where Matt lived dozens of times.
Even went to his office in person and he was never available or never there.
I reached out to Jim Jordan.
I reached out to Ted Cruz.
I mean, Ron Johnson, Thomas Massey.
I reached out to anybody and everybody I could think of.
And I was just so shocked that not one person returned a phone call or an email.
And these are our people that we elected.
What is your message, Gerry, to those who think, uh, this has nothing to do with me, um, I'm innocent, I'm a conservative, I've kept my nose clean, uh, Matt Perna's story has nothing to teach me.
What do you say to them, Gerry?
I say that Matt kept his nose clean too.
He had never even had a parking ticket prior to this.
This is not something that you're immune from.
This is something everybody is subject to.
And they're releasing this 40,000 plus hours of videotape right now.
And I'm wondering to myself, when the truth is revealed, and many, many of these J6ers are proved to be innocent of the crimes they're accused of, are their sentences going to be dropped?
Are their charges going to be dropped?
Are their lives going to be restored?
Are they going to be compensated?
But you know what?
Matt's life is gone.
They're never going to compensate or bring him back to us.
Nothing can fix this for my family.
Everybody right now, if you care for America, if you think that America matters, if you think what happened to those who have been persecuted for years now after January 6th is wrong, write this down.
Remembering Matt Perna, a man who took his life because he was targeted by the most powerful law enforcement Powers in the world today, the DOJ and the FBI under the quote unquote leadership of Joe Biden.
Remembering Matt Perna.
Remembering Matt Perna.
God bless you, Jerry.
We will be saying an extra prayer for Matt this Saturday.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
That's SebGorkerStore.com.
This is America First.
Switched the phone, yeah.
Okay.
So I've got a picture for him.
You can open the lines then.
Okie doke.
Thank you.
Title for that one?
Hang on, I may need to make a quick call.
Yeah, alright.
Kill the mics, Alex.
Thanks.
Thank you.
The one on the bottom is what came from Duffy's town, where she was a semester.
What is that?
I don't know, but the Netflix special about it came out last night.
On this?
Yeah.
Wow.
I heard it's good, I haven't seen it.
That was fast.
Trial's not even over yet.
Yeah, he'll be found guilty.
I have no doubt at this point.
90 seconds.
Got the mics on or off?
Off.
off 90.
hey v- you you you you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you
America first.
Magnificent.
Welcome back dear friends.
You know what's happened.
The only thing we have left for conservatives, for patriots, is talk radio.
The media, the colleges, the high schools have been taken over by those who hate America.
And you thought, you thought the private sector was safe.
Not if you understand three little letters.
ESG.
ESG is how they are wedging, inserting radical left-wing politics into the private sector, including into massive companies like BlackRock and Vanguard.
Every single Republican senator and even the Democrat Joe Manchin has said the following on the record.
ESG, quote, puts our entire economy in jeopardy.
Find out how they're playing politics with your pensions as well if you are connected in any way with Vanguard or BlackRock.
One organization has stood up for consumers against fraud and abuse for decades.
That's Consumers Research.
Now they want to tell you the risk to your retirement.
They don't want a penny from you.
They just want to educate you to the threat.
Go right now to ConsumersResearch.org.
That's ConsumersResearch.org.
You need to know The threat to your future.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by ConsumersResearch.org.
All right, somebody who can actually talk to that point and has done trenchantly with numerous of his media appearances and the two books he's already written.
Well, we might have to talk about something else with him first because he's candidate number four for the presidency on the side of those who love America and free markets.
Vivek Ramaswamy, welcome back to America First.
Good to be on.
How are you?
I'm great.
A lot of people thought it might be a PR stunt that you're throwing your hat into the ring, but when I talked to you yesterday, it was yesterday, then your press secretary.
I found out that you're in New Hampshire yesterday talking to pastors.
Today you tell me you're in Iowa.
You're doing two events already.
So, dude, you're serious, right?
I'm very serious.
You don't run for president unless you actually want the job.
That was actually one of the things I wanted to make sure of before we embarked on this.
But the reason I'm doing this has nothing to do with me.
It has to do with the what and the why.
And I just think we as a movement, we as a party, need to get better about focusing on what we stand for and why we stand for it.
That's what this year is about.
And then 2024, the voters get to pick who best represents that agenda.
And so I'm going in that order, but yeah, I'm working my tail off already.
It was, you know, four hours of sleep last couple of nights each, probably five, six events in New Hampshire, and we'll have five or six done by Iowa by the time I leave year two.
All right, well, we're going to talk about your, our listeners know who you are.
I think I told, didn't I tell you after the last interview we did with you, we had you on for an hour and afterwards offline, I said, I'm really excited about what you're doing, your message of your new book.
So, I'm excited.
I want to have as many people up on the stage for the primaries.
But first, I've got to share with you, about 20 minutes ago, somebody called in, because this is a national show from California to New York, across the nation, and somebody trashed you, called in to trash you.
And I had fun with them.
I think they left a little bit scolded.
And they're talking about Jack Posobiec posting this yesterday.
How strange, when you look at the WEF, the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders page for 2021, it appears that a certain name, Vivek Ramaswamy, has been scrubbed from the list.
You responded to Jack Posobiec rather robustly.
I stood up for you.
Tell us.
Your response to what Jack Posobiec posted?
So, I will tell you this unapologetically.
There is nobody in the country, and I don't like to brag about myself often, but I'm just speaking truth here.
There is nobody in America that has been a bigger crusader and doer against the World Economic Forum's agenda than me.
They have actually been coming for me.
Now, I would wait for one person to be named, okay?
If you're going to name one, maybe Elon Musk is on that list.
And guess what?
He also shows up on that same website and on that same list, as do other people like Peter Thiel and others.
You want to know why?
The dirty little secret, here's how the World Economic Forum works, is that they name you on their website without your permission.
Good news is I kept my receipts.
I have emails where I asked them not to name me.
I repeatedly told them that I rejected their award.
They wanted to give me this award as a young global leader.
I said, no.
They wanted me to go there.
I said, no.
Then it comes an announcement where they say, no, no, no, you don't understand.
You're going to meet all these billionaires that view you as a young leader.
I said no.
So it's worth knowing how this game is played.
But the funny thing about the way this internet and Twitterverse works is also kind of interesting, is that you know who attended and spoke at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2018 and 2019?
And I've got no problem with this, but just a fact, it was Donald Trump.
Do I hold that against him?
No, I don't.
But he trashed globalism.
That's the point.
He went there and he trashed the globalists, which is hilarious.
Totally.
Totally.
But what's interesting to me is, and I'm new to partisan politics, I'm not a politician, so this is all new to me.
But it's interesting to me that people are much more focused on this question of the who, and these clickbait attacks, rather than actually focusing on a shared agenda we want to advance, which is dismantling this globalist religion.
We've got a couple of minutes with you.
We've got three now, and then another segment.
Let's, you know, put this to bed for good.
You said you've been a warrior like nobody else against the WEF.
Tell us, explain, because you're talking to like three million people now, what the problem with organizations like the WEF is.
So their whole agenda is to sidestep democratic processes to pass a new global policy agenda.
They believe in dissolving boundaries between nations, dissolving boundaries between government and the private sector, To implement a one-sided agenda on issues related to climate change, to racial equity.
And the worst part, they're using your money to do it.
In fact, I was listening to that last ad you read.
That was actually pretty good.
It actually is spot on.
The environmental, social, and governance, the ESG agenda, is the byproduct.
It's the apostle of the World Economic Forum, where what it does is it uses the money of everyday citizens to advance agendas in corporate America's boardroom.
That most of those everyday citizens actually disagree with.
Forcing a company like Apple to do a racial equity audit.
Forcing a company like Chevron to adopt a Scope 3 emissions cap.
Using the 401k accounts and the retirement funds and the brokerage accounts of probably most people listening to this program right now without their knowledge.
So my mission has been A, to expose this.
Because the first ticket to freedom is knowledge.
Knowledge is the path to liberty.
But the second point is you also need to solve a problem.
I'm not just an author.
I'm not just a commentator.
I'm a doer.
So I started a company, Strive, to compete directly with BlackRock, which is one of the biggest proponents of this new ESG religion.
And you know what Strive does?
Strive mandates these companies to go back to focusing on their products and services while knocking it off with these environmental, social, and political agendas.
And I'm proud to say, you know, I don't like to brag again, but I've tended to succeed at most things I've done.
Well, you've been very successful in the private sector.
Now you have ventured into a completely different battlefield.
He's a Republican candidate for the presidency in 2024.
We're going to talk to you for one more segment.
Give us your website.
What's your campaign website, Vivek?
It is Vivek, V-I-V-E-K, 2024.com.
Vivek, 2024.com.
All right, let's add that.
Vivek, 2024.com.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
I've got lots of more questions for our buddy, Vivek.
But please make sure you never miss any of what we do for you here at America First.
How do you do that?
You follow us on social media.
We are where everywhere that matters.
You can follow us on True Social, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Parler, Getter, Telegram.
Also, you can watch us.
Yes, we're a TV show.
SalemNewsChannel.com.
That's SalemNewsChannel.com, Roku, all of those other devices.
And then for my personal substack, the latest article, the truth about what's happening in Ukraine, SebastianGorka.substack.com.
That's my whole name.
It's one word.
SebastianGorka.substack.com.
We'll be back with candidate number four here on America First.
Mike's back on.
So are you having fun? - No, no, no.
You know, I'm having fun so far.
I think I'm committed to making sure I have fun through this whole thing, though.
The only way I'm going to do that is I'm going to have to stop wearing a suit pretty soon.
No, really?
It's just wearing me out.
It's just like, it's heavy.
I don't know.
That's one thing.
I think another thing is I think I'm going to have to give all my speeches off the cuff.
Otherwise, I'm just going to get bored of myself.
Q&A is the most fun.
Just answer questions.
Q&A, exactly.
That's what we're doing more of, actually.
Because otherwise, it's just, I can't listen to myself say the same thing.
And I'm only two days in.
So we're already switching to Q&A.
Have you found a good team?
Are you building a good team?
Yeah, good team.
Good team.
I'm actually in the car with, do you know Kathy Barnett, by chance?
Of course, yeah.
Yeah, she's on my team.
She's running grassroots.
Is she there?
Yeah, she's going to be on speaker, you want to say hey?
Yeah!
Hey!
Hi there, how are you?
Oh dear, his chances just increased by about 50%.
Well done, Kathy.
He was my, this tech is a compliment to my wisdom.
She was my first hire, how's that?
Actually, literally was the first hire on the campaign.
Alright, so Kathy, make sure this guy's always wearing a suit, okay?
Can you make him respectable like President Trump?
Oh, I will do my best.
Okay.
All right.
I get away with it because it's so cold here in Iowa and New Hampshire that I'm just wearing like a big coat.
But anyway.
Where's next?
Where are you going next?
We're staying here in Iowa overnight.
So we got here last night, staying here today.
We've got events starting at 5.30am tomorrow actually.
Wow.
Who the hell is going to listen to you at 5.30 in the morning?
Can I tell you off the record actually?
Hang on, kill the mics.
Kill the mics.
Kill the mics.
and then it's just seven minutes and then we'll let you go.
Cool, man.
Alright.
90 seconds.
Got a title in mind for the Pernas segment?
What's a good... America First 2.0.
I love that.
For the previous segment, you can do... American Martyrs.
His death is on Biden's DOJ.
Yep.
Hey, Jeff.
Yes.
You know, I saw the video of the pallets being unloaded.
Yep.
And I retweeted it saying what you said.
What exactly did Ron DeSantis send to Ohio?
484,000 impressions.
Really?
Yeah.
On Twitter.
So weird how some things just take off so much more than others.
8,000 likes in one day.
All right, 30 seconds.
Hang on me, Vic.
Want to come in with anything or no?
Actually, yeah, hang on.
What was... Played a few.
20 seconds.
Come in with... Hang on, what am I reading here?
Come in with 8.
Oh no, I'll tee up 8.
I'll tee up 8.
Yes, the Ohio Rosemans.
It's 10 seconds.
Dr.
G is ready for anything on America First.
Do you recognize that old TV theme tune?
I watched an episode of Columbo last night.
So much fun.
If you enjoy America First, please support those who make it possible.
Great patriots, friends of President Trump like Mike Lindell.
He's under the gun.
The FBI have come after him just to intimidate him.
Walmart has gone woke!
Walmart has banned his products, but you can't keep a good man down.
He sold 71 million of the original MyPillow.
The pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.
Now he's just released the 2.0.
He's got some amazing BOGO offers, but if you use my name, you'll get up to 66% off his line of more than 150 products at mypillow.com.

Treat yourself.

All right, we're back with presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
He is the author of superb books Woke, Inc.
and Nation of Victims.
Let's talk about some real victims, Vivek.
Here is a resident of East Palestine.
He's giving an interview Regarding what happened in the last 20 days there, he's Brian Scott talking about the visit of my former boss, President Trump.
Play cut.
You know, a lot of people have been walking around town with their heads full of doubt and fear and feeling neglected.
And I feel like Trump's presence today helped reassure them that, you know, they do care.
They have not been forgotten about.
And, uh, it definitely helped lift the spirits and give people some peace of mind, uh, knowing that people know who we are and what's going on around here.
And, uh, you know, with the president not showing up, it kind of did the opposite.
And that was, that's what was causing a lot of the neglect and the feelings of doubt and fear.
How much of what you write is about the forgotten American?
Because you are in favor of meritocracy, and despite being incredibly successful in the private sector, we've seen big corporations forget about middle America.
What's your message to them, Vivek?
Is that we're one country, okay?
We're not some vestige where there's just two coasts in a concentrated region that matters, and then everyone else that you fly over.
I mean, I live in Ohio as well.
I was born and raised in Ohio.
I think people there have an innate sense that the people in Washington, D.C.
and New York just look at them differently, look down.
And I think that there's no doubt that if this had happened in Washington, D.C.
or in New York, this would have gotten a very different federal response.
The people in my home state of Ohio know that.
They sense it.
And so when they don't trust what the federal government then tells them, be it Pete Buttigieg, be it the EPA, they, I'm sorry to say, have good reason not to trust them because they've been given no reason to trust the people in charge.
And I think it's really shameful that President Biden would go to Ukraine sooner than he would to Ohio.
But it says a lot about where we are as a culture.
All right.
It's vivek2024.com is the campaign website.
The books are Woke, Inc.
and Nation of Victims.
I don't think you can beat my former boss.
I want as many people on that stage and I wish you every luck.
However, I've already floated this, my friend.
I would love to see you in a Trump administration, perhaps with the kind of role Jared Kushner had to inspire growth in the economy, to bring the smartest people So, listen, President Trump is a friend.
In fact, I've said several times that, and I think he would say the same thing if you asked him.
in the Trump administration?
So, listen, President Trump is a friend.
In fact, I've said several times that, and I think he would say the same thing if you asked him.
I haven't talked to him since I launched.
But, you know, we both have a common energy.
We both have a common orientation towards actually solving problems.
Saying the things that other people aren't willing to say because they need to be said.
I probably saw him at dinner, what, three, four weeks ago?
And, you know, he was talking to me about Woking.
Jared's a friend as well.
Brilliant guy who actually helped him run the country in a lot of ways.
But I just think that, for me, I'm focused on America First 2.0.
Okay, President Trump... Okay, I get it, I get it.
But would you, in principle, work for President Trump if he's a buddy?
Look, I'm focused.
I mean, look, I would not be running for president if it was not my intention to actually win this race.
But what do I care about more than me or any other individual, even President Trump, is what we actually want to achieve for the country.
And I will tell you this.
I did not imagine going to politics.
This is the last thing I imagined myself doing.
Good, because if you wanted to go into politics, we wouldn't want you in politics.
Alright, we're out of time, but I need to share with all of our listeners, if we're allowed to, who was your first hire for your campaign, Vivek?
My first hire was Cathy Barnett.
I don't know if your viewers, you probably don't know her.
She should be the U.S.
Senator for Pennsylvania, but I'm lucky to have her helping me instead.
We've had her on the show.
She's a friend.
She is a veteran and she is a fighter.
I'm even more impressed that Cathy Barnett was your first hire.
All right, it's Vivek 2024.
He has to get back to meeting all the good people of Iowa.
He's also from Ohio himself.
Vivek Ramaswamy, we wish you every good fortune.
This is America First.
Your call is next.
833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.

I mean... I can understand why he didn't want to answer the question.
I know, I know.
Alright, what do we think, Alex?
I like the guy.
Alright, Guy?
I like President Trump more, but I like the guy.
And I totally agree with you.
He has a chance, you know, to take a spot, you know, under the future Trump's administration.
All right.
What do you think, Jeff?
How did he do?
He's finishing up filling a call.
Two minutes.
Same as always.
I've always liked him.
I think he's good.
That's it?
I'm impressed.
No, I like him.
He's a good guy.
He's not a politician.
Like I said, you don't always win the first time.
Right, right, right, right, right.
You can't all be Trump, I guess.
I know, but yeah.
Hiring Kathy O'Brien, that's a good choice.
That is.
That was like, what?
And he's going to chip some votes away from some people.
From the governor of Florida.
What did you call him?
Ron?
Establishment.
Establishment.
God, that's so good.
I say Ron DeSoros.
90 seconds.
Can I send that to Mar-a-Lago, Geoff?
Yes.
Establishment.
Okay.
We must.
I think Trump's pretty committed to sanctimonious, but establishment's great.
Sometimes he gets bored with a nickname, though.
He wants to go to another one.
Yeah, that's a good point.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, I've got the photographs of Giuliani.
Oh, good.
Do you want to send them to me?
I'll send them over.
I'll send them to you, and tell them just to turn the multiple photographs into a moving whatever.
Oh, I got a title in mind for that interview with Vivek.
Hang on, let me just deal with this.
Alright.
If I text him, is that one screw with the quality, right?
No.
Okay.
I was going to say, Woking is a very good title for a documentary, for a feature documentary.
Well, yeah, but it's already his.
Right.
He was kind of one of the first, I think.
The other thing they're talking about World Economic Forum.
Look at his first book.
It was all against that stuff.
Yeah.
And just, just, you know, the fact that they put his name there without telling him.
Oh, I want Simon Campbell back.
Oh, I want Simon Campbell I want Simon Campbell back.
All right, let's go to your calls.
Waiting patiently in Florida.
Keith, happy Tuesday.
Hello, sir.
Thank you for taking my call.
I know you're pressed for time, so I'll try to be brief.
I want to tell you, I thank you for you being a fighter, and you being strong, and you tell it like it is, and you ain't afraid of these bunch of commies.
That's one thing I'm not afraid of.
And that's a bunch of commies.
That was our caller yesterday.
Alex has turned it into a line.
I love it.
I love it.
All right, don't go anywhere.
James and Bill, the number here is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.

So we were talking about the World Economic Forum.
Who's the chief advisor to Emperor Palpatine, Klaus Schwab?
It is Yuval Noah Harari.
If you didn't think these people are evil, well, just listen to what they say.
And in this interview, how Noah Harari says, it's so great.
It's going to be so easy to manipulate the little man.
Play cut.
The key issue is the emerging ability to hack human beings, which was never the case before in history.
There is a lot of talk about hacking computers and smartphones and bank accounts, but the really big revolution we are living through is the emerging ability to hack people.
If you have enough data on a person, and you have enough computing power, you can hack that person, you can understand them better than they understand themselves, you can know their political views, their sexual preferences, their personality, even better than they, and then you can completely manipulate them.
And it's the same with the free economy.
That, you know, the customer is always right.
In the end, corporations say, customers have free will.
But once corporations and governments have the ability to hack humans, then there is no longer free will.
Oh yeah!
Who needs free will?
We're just gonna hack humans!
Yes!
Yes!
I love to hack humans!
How come they say this stuff out loud now?
That isn't some Project Veritas secret video.
That's Karl Schwab's advisor giving an interview.
They're telling you!
They're telling you what they want to do with you!
Talking of Project Veritas, I want to hear from you.
Do you think they can survive without James?
Irrespective of what he did or didn't do, did he spend $150,000 on limousines?
Did he fly on private jets to meet people to fix his yacht?
Which is the allegations.
He built Project Veritas 13 years ago.
He started it in his parents' basement.
Tell us what you think.
Go to my website sebgorka.com and fill out the poll.
Can Project Veritas survive without James O'Keefe?
It's a very simple question, yes or no.
Can Project Veritas survive without him?
Go to sebgorka.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com.
Let's go to your calls.
James, line one, welcome to America First.
Thanks for standing up to those commies, Dr. Corker.
It's easy.
With my family background, it's easy.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
I think it's going to be Michelle Obama.
No!
Stop it!
Have you not heard me react to people who've said that on this show?
Michelle Obama is quintessentially lazy and hates working.
The idea that she'd actually have to do something for once in her life is absolutely out of the question.
Let me suggest this.
I think that that's their game.
And even if Biden is their primary... But why?
Okay, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
What makes you think, give me one piece of evidence, not opinion, not I'm scared of it or whatever, what concrete empirical piece of evidence can you point to that Michelle Obama is their candidate or even wants to run?
Intersectionality.
It's all they care about.
What?
She's the only black left-wing woman in America?
With a huge organization and great name recognition.
Well, then it could be Oprah.
It could.
It could.
But why Michelle?
I need to know why you think somebody who's never had a real job, she's always had sinecures, she's always been given jobs by the left.
Being a president, even you look at Biden, he's tapped by the end of the morning, he's so tired and senile.
Why do you think she would want a real job, James?
Because she hates this country.
But she's living the life of Riley on Martha's Vineyard in her massive villa.
Why the hell would she want to work?
Ideologues really want to advance their revolution.
But she's not an ideologue.
She's a lazy woman who is useful to the ideologues.
Look, if I were a betting man, hundred bucks, write down James.
We'll see who's right.
Will you call back in a year and a half and we'll see?
Yes, sir, I will.
Thank you very much.
Good man.
God bless.
All right, let's go to Bill, St.
Paul, Minnesota.
Comment somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but after the rabbit hole that J6 caused, I wonder if I might be—I should say this out loud—do you think the DOJ might be having a meeting now to figure out how they can charge President Trump with obstruction of a federal project because he went to Ohio?
Oh, I think that's probably one of a hundred things they're plotting against him right now today.
Totally.
Well, the other question I have in regard to Jason... But Bill, you don't have to give him lots of more ideas with a show that has millions of listeners.
I'm just saying that they've got lots of ideas, but if that was tongue-in-cheek, you know what?
They might actually be trying to do that.
That's why I said with the rabbit hole that J6 was.
Right.
The other question I have for you is, you know, that poor fellow that, you know, committed suicide.
Matt Werner, yeah.
Matt, yeah.
I think the only way that they could have got a hold of him is that they were, and other people.
I think there was a lot of folks who just had their cell phones tracked.
What does that say for the Fourth Amendment?
The Patriot Act.
Do you think the Republicans are ever going to do anything about dialing that back?
Oh my gosh, I wish they would.
That's a great question.
But we know, I mean, I know I have friends of mine who have friends in Alaska who were tracked.
They did nothing on January 6th.
They weren't even charged.
The FBI went to their house in Alaska because they were tracked through their cell phones and the cell phone companies gave up the information.
That's why I went to Patriot Mobile.
All right, God bless you Bill.
Yeah, yeah, we need to do something about the Patriot Act.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First coming to you live from TheReliefFactor.com studios.

800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
Oh, title for Vivek. title for Vivek.
Um...
Thank you.
Can you help me out?
He himself said he preferred the title America First 2.0.
Guests don't get to title our segments.
Alright.
Will Vivek serve in a second Trump administration or something like that?
No, that's a little pointed.
I guess he's talking about the whole meritocracy thing.
That's kind of one of the main things he talks about.
Why I'm running for...
I never wanted to get into politics.
Oh.
He said that?
He did.
I never wanted to get into politics.
Um, what did you say, Jeff?
I never wanted to get into politics.
I never wanted to get into politics.
Alright.
That's good.
Alrighty, 35 seconds.
Want to use any last cuts here?
Uh, there's that Colbert cut.
Alex, Mitchell just sent a script that he needs today.
Okay.
Who sent that?
Mitchell.
Of course he bloody did.
Uh, detransition up.
The guy's just...
The guy is just so gross.
He really is.
I mean, talking about Trump water, branded Trump water.
And by the way, he's such a hypocrite, too, talking about attacking Joe Biden while Joe Biden is going, you know, risking his life, fighting for Western democracy, something he doesn't give a damn about.
You know, when you have a guy that talks about suspending the Constitution, it's just absolutely insane.
You know when something really, really works?
What your metric is?
When a conservative does something that's rock solid, on the money, you get stuff like that.
Jeff, Joe and Mika, they're not very happy about President Trump going to East Palestine, are they?
No, and Biden was risking his life, though.
Remember that tumble down the steps of Air Force One, so I will agree with him on that part.
But hang on, is he risking his life, or is he a savior of the world?
No, a savior of Europe.
No, no, and the world!
Yes, that's right.
But they were bitter.
Did you see the look on their faces?
They were very bitter.
Do you have any idea, Jeff, how many people watch that show?
Not very many.
Can you do it in multiples of our show?
I don't know the numbers on it, but I know it's a lot lower.
I think we have at least five or six times bigger audience.
And this is a radio show.
Yep.
They're really, really annoyed, aren't they?
Very bitter.
Very bitter.
Their faces were great.
Now, what does he need to do in the next few months?
Because Ohio was genius and the people loved him.
How does he get in front of all of these things?
No, I think what Jennifer Horn said yesterday was perfect.
Which is?
Joe Biden leaves so many holes because there's so many things that he should be doing.
There'll be so many more opportunities.
Because when you looked yesterday, it was like Trump was the president again.
When he was at the podium speaking, it reminds you of that point.
And he's going to have a lot of opportunities to do that over the next two years.
That's the campaign.
All right, let's remind everybody what it was like in that McDonald's yesterday in East Palestine with the workers, with the owners, buying lunch for the police, for the firemen.
Cut to play cut.
And we're going to get in the meals for the fire department.
Hello, everybody.
What's your specialty today?
How are you today?
Nice to meet you.
Hello, everybody.
That's a nice, beautiful-looking group of people.
So I know this menu better than you do, okay?
I probably know it better than anybody in here.
We're going to take care of the fire department.
Okay.
We're going to take care of the police department.
Eric, how cool if you just went to McDonald's to get lunch and then the president comes in and buys you another lunch.
to own, right?
Yes, it is.
One of the best.
So we're going to take care of your fire force.
Plus the people that are in here, they're going to get a nice free meal.
All right.
Thank you, everybody.
Eric, how cool if you just went to McDonald's to get lunch and then the president comes in and buys you another lunch.
How cool is that?
As I've been saying, that is the most American thing ever.
It's Donald Trump walking into a McDonald's.
I love it.
It reminds me of those piles of Big Macs that he had in the Oval in the White House when that... What was it?

One of the biggest problems in America today is the lack of the one virtue that makes all the other virtues possible, and that is courage.
Welcome, dear friends, to a very special one-on-one with a lady who exemplifies what courage looks like and standing up to those who want to denude us and our children of our civil liberties.
Here's a little reminder of who this woman is.
I spent almost 23 years at Levi's and was positioned to become the next CEO.
But in February 2022, I walked away from Levi's.
My crime was speaking out publicly about the real damage that was being done to our children.
In the name of safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, my views and social media posts enraged a woke mob of employees and anonymous social media trolls.
My advocacy for public school students risked Exposing the fact that the children of these Levi's executives have been attending in-person schooling almost the entire time at elite private institutions.
All while they supported public school shutdowns.
That lady is Jennifer Say, former executive with that American company, that legend that is Levi's.
Let me just read a few things about her.
Jennifer Say, American author, filmmaker, business executive, and retired artistic gymnast.
She was the 1986 USA Gymnastics National Champion, seven-time member of the U.S.
Women's National Team.
Her first memoir was Chalked Up, and now we're going to talk about her new book, Let's put it up on the screen.
Levi's unbuttoned.
The woke mob took my job, but gave me my voice.
That's a great title.
Jennifer Say, welcome back to America First!
Thanks for having me.
Happy to be here.
All right, so let's talk a little bit about you first, because you have this amazing athletic career, but you also have this life in corporate America.
So explain to us those two lives, how they melded and how you ended up at the top of one of the most famous companies in the world.
Yeah, absolutely.
I had an unusual childhood.
I was an elite gymnast, as you mentioned.
I made my first national team at 10 years old and was on the national team until I was 18.
Won the title of national champion in 1986.
I suffered a lot of terrible injuries, a broken femur, two broken ankles.
I trained on broken bones.
And ultimately, I left the sport despite my successes feeling fairly broken and ashamed.
It's a very cruel and abusive coaching culture.
And ultimately, 20 years after I left the sport, I continued to suffer from that.
And that's why I wrote the book.
It was it was a memoir and it was really just my personal story, but it was reflective of the broader coaching culture.
And I will tell you, it was not well received by the Olympic movement and the gymnastics community at the time.
They were not ready for what I had to say, and I was smeared for the first time as a grifter and a liar, but ultimately was redeemed in 2018 when Larry Nassar went to prison for life.
And for those that don't know, he was the team doctor for Team USA Gymnastics for over 30 years and sexually abused hundreds and hundreds of young athletes.
And it was known by the powers that be in the sport.
And they brushed it under the rug.
They sacrificed children.
So ultimately, I was redeemed.
And, you know, folks came to my side to say they had agreed with me all along, which was a lie.
But, you know, I welcome them to the fight.
But I started working at Levi's in 1999.
You know, I spent most of my professional life there.
I was an entry-level marketing assistant when I started.
Worked my way up to chief marketing officer and then ultimately brand president.
And I loved the company and the culture and the product.
I'd worn the product since I was six years old.
I traveled to Moscow in 1985 for the first ever Goodwill Games and packed my suitcase with lots of 501s and traded them with Russian athletes.
I mean, they were a symbol of freedom the world over.
What did you get in exchange?
I need to know, because Marlboro cigarettes and Levi's, that was the currency behind the Iron Curtain.
What were you being given?
Bottles of potato vodka?
No, I didn't bring cigarettes.
I just brought the Levi's, but you're right.
I, you know, the Russian gymnasts were the best in the world at the time.
And I traded the jeans for leotards and tracksuits from the Russian national team and pins and all kinds of memorabilia.
That's what I got in return.
All right, we're going to talk about what happened to you at Levi's in a moment.
We're going to talk about the Larry Nassar scandal and whether it's reflexive of a broader problem inside the sporting community in America.
But let's look at that first book.
I'm curious because Chalked Up was your personal experience as a gymnast.
Why was it wrong for you to write your story and even before the NASA scandal told us the truth of, you know, the depth of abuse at least in that one sport?
Is this like a club?
Is this like the Mafia?
Is there a code of omerta and you're not allowed to talk about what it's like to be a gymnast?
Apparently, I did not know that.
You know, I thought it was an open secret, but apparently it was a secret secret.
And keeping those secrets within the community, this closed off community of elite gymnastics and that broader Olympic movement, because I think it takes place in sports outside of gymnastics as well.
You know, they're willing to sacrifice children for money and medals, honestly.
You know, the image presented by USA Gymnastics is these shiny, happy little pixies bouncing around.
That brings in sponsorship dollars, they win Olympic medals, and that brings in more.
If the general public knew the way that these little girls and young women were treated, starved, forced to train on broken bones, and in some instances, you know, sexually assaulted, I don't think the sponsors would come to the table with money.
And in fact, we saw most of their sponsors leave after the Larry Nassar case broke.
So it was really protecting the adult, sacrificing children to protect adults.
Well, that theme of sacrificing children continued into what happened with you at Levi's.
So tell us your story of what it was, what awful sin you committed under the conditions of the pandemic here in America.
Well, I lived in San Francisco at the time, which is a very left-leaning city, and it had very much aligned with my values or what I thought they were up until that time.
But in March 2020, when the schools shut, and San Francisco was the first city in America to shut schools, they also shut playgrounds for close to 10 months.
Basically, anything kids could do was not allowed.
And I was very outspoken about this being wrong from day one, from March 13th, 2020, even before that, really.
I asked questions on social media.
I attended school board meetings.
I wrote op-eds in defense of children.
It was very clear from the first that the risk was very age-stratified and that this was going to cause more harm for our kids while being completely ineffective and, quote-unquote, slowing the spread.
And in San Francisco, schools stayed closed for 18 months, disrupted for two and a half years.
And we are seeing the impacts of that now.
And like I said, I was very outspoken about this.
I was warned time and again that I needed to stop.
Let's get into the details.
Tell us the first instance.
What were you told by the powers that be?
And what was their justification for curtailing your First Amendment rights?
So I did not get a call until September of 2020.
So I'd been at it for six months and hadn't heard anything.
And to be honest, I was sort of waiting and wondering when I might.
My peer, the head of corporate communications, called me.
We were all working virtual, so nobody popped by the office, you know.
And she said, people are noticing your social media.
You need to remember that when you speak, you speak on behalf of the company.
And I said, I don't, I'm a mom.
I don't have the company or my title and my profile.
I'm a mom of four public school children.
And she said, well, people don't like it.
And I said, I understand that.
I don't see really why that matters.
Your kids are going back to school at in-person private.
Why can't I advocate for the same for public school children?
She didn't really have an answer.
She asked me to hold the line.
I said, I don't really know what that means.
And I said this was, you know, a continuation of advocacy for children that I'd done in regards to children in the Olympic movement and in sports, and it was too important to me.
And I would keep it to kids, you know, I wouldn't branch out beyond that to lockdowns and all the other things I was opposed to, but that this was too important.
Kids' mental health and well-being and learning and development were at risk.
And that was kind of the end of the conversation.
It was awkward because I didn't agree to stop.
And I don't think that's what she expected.
And then I got a call probably every two weeks for the next year and a half, honestly, from some peer or my boss, the CEO or a board member saying the same thing.
And every time I held my ground and I said I wouldn't stop.
But saying the same thing that you represent our company, therefore you should shut up.
What was the logic?
Yeah.
Wow.
That's the logic, that I was a reputational harm to the company.
And here's the thing.
There was no harm being done to the company.
The stock, we were doing great coming out of COVID.
I actually got promoted in October of 2020 to brand president, which is what put me in line for CEO.
Our stock from the time I took over as brand president till the day I walked out the door had doubled.
You know, we emerged from this crisis of We had widespread store closures very, very strong, faster than our peers.
And, you know, there was this idea that I was going to cause reputational harm to the company.
But really, honestly, employees were angry.
There was a mob of employees, and it was a small group.
You know, this is not a big book.
We'll talk about the dynamics of what happened inside Levi's.
The book is Levi's Unbuttered.
We are with Jennifer Say.
Follow her on Twitter.
That's Jennifer S-E-Y.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

All right, so continue this story, please, Jennifer.
You started talking about what happened inside Levi's, that it wasn't a damage to the reputation of the company.
If you look at the indices of the success and the sales and everything else, everything was going fine.
But as we have seen in other instances, It sounds like there was a very vocal, a very noisy, squeaky wheel or a minority.
Tell us about the dynamics that were occurring inside the company and what they eventually resulted in.
Sure.
I mean, I should note that it's hard for people to understand how uniform the belief was in San Francisco that, you know, you could not question any COVID restrictions or any policies that made you a very bad, horrible person.
You're a grandma killer.
You're killing grandma.
You're also a racist because it meant you wanted all the black children to die because you wanted them to go to school.
I know it's a hard.
It's a lot of mental gymnastics to get there, but that's what I was told.
Here's in March of 2021.
I was invited to go on the Ingram angle on Fox.
And I accepted because moms like me had been trying to get a national platform and had been unable to, and you know, I felt telling my story was important.
These schools had been closed for over a year and there was no sign of them opening, and we saw our kids suffering.
Once I did that, you know, employees were already complaining, but that really opened the floodgates, as you might imagine, in a very woke company.
And at that point, I was bombarded with accusations of racism.
I was asked questions like, are you with us or against us?
Are you one of us or one of them?
What does that mean?
Do you have any understanding what they were intimating?
What the thread is there?
Are you one of us?
One of who?
Are you a Democrat?
Are you a Democrat?
And were you?
Are you?
I was.
I'm not now.
Because it's a lie.
They're liars.
Wow.
So it escalated.
Was this official?
Was there some kind of HR action?
Or was this all emails and innuendo and Skype meetings?
How did this work out?
There were emails to HR.
There were emails to my boss, the CEO.
And again, you're right.
It was a vocal and punitive minority.
I don't believe it was a lot of people.
But at this point, my peers, some of them were against me as well.
That first woman that called me, the head of CorpComm, was sending dossiers of things I posted on social media to my boss every day.
So they were absolutely going after me and they were tired of me.
And there was a small group of, you know, folks on social media who would go after me as well.
There was a little cohort of gymnasts who called the ethics hotline repeatedly to say I was... Hang on, gymnasts who called the Levi's hotline?
Yes, to report an ethics violation.
If you can explain what my ethical violation was in regards to the business, you know, I'll be very grateful.
I still don't know what it was.
So what happened?
So in, oh, I should tell you, you'll appreciate this.
In the summer of 21, I was forced, or I was made to do an apology tour.
This is where I was asked, are you one of us or one of them?
I did not apologize.
Did you have to put on sackcloth and ashes?
Did you have to do like a Maoist bow?
What did the apology tour consist of?
Well, what it consisted of for me was explaining myself.
I did not bend a knee and I did not apologize.
I explained myself.
And where did they make you go and do this?
What was the audience?
It was on Zoom because we still were too scared to go in the office in the summer of 21, so nobody was in the office.
So it was on Zoom with a specific cohort of employees who were particularly upset about my stance for children.
And they thought you were going to give in and genuflect and apologize, I presume.
I did not.
I assume that's what they thought.
I did not give them that.
Okay, and what happened next?
Next, In the late summer, early fall, I was actually told by my boss, the CEO, that I was in line for CEO if I would just stop talking about this stuff.
I think that was probably a lie to try to entice me to stop talking about it.
He said he needed to do a background check on me and my husband.
Not sure how my husband is relevant in this particular case.
After how many years had you been working there that he needed to do a background check?
I'm curious.
How many years were you at Levi's?
22 and a half at that point.
It's probably a lie that he had to do a background check.
Oh, a thousand percent.
What he wanted was some sort of a packet that had, you know, social media, whatever, that he could use to say, now you have to leave, which is what happened.
So in January of 22, he called me and he said, there's no longer a place for you at the company.
We'll give you a quote unquote soft landing.
We'll give you severance to stay quiet.
I rejected that and I quit instead so that I could keep my voice and tell the story because I think the censorship, you know, as much as I was alarmed about what was happening to children and continue to be, it's the censorship and the manufacturing of any sort of consensus that caused this problem.
And we need to get back to a culture of free speech.
I was not going to allow myself to be silenced.
Now I'm curious because in these cases there are sometimes people who are on your side but don't say anything and there's often people on your side who say, I'm with you but I can't say, I'm too afraid to say anything.
Was there anybody around you who had your back?
Levi's is a big corporation.
Zero.
Zero?
Zero.
Were there people who you considered to be friends and confidants who spurned you because of your attitude to getting children back into school?
Yep.
I was completely toxic.
Everybody distanced themselves from me.
I had been a well-liked, beloved leader.
I helped people build careers there.
I was very invested as a leader and a manager.
And I was suddenly persona non grata.
Everybody distanced themselves from me and I no longer speak to anyone there.
Or they don't speak to me.
I guess I should put it that way.
Well, you're a brave, brave lady.
The book is Levi's Unbuttoned.

I haven't bought a Levi's jeans since I heard about what happened to Jennifer Say.
But there's lots of America First gear made in America at our website.
The hottest selling item right now, jointly released with Chris Plant, is the FBI t-shirt.
Classic yellow on blue, but this time it stands for Fascist Bureau of Intimidation after what they've done.
To people simply because they spoke the truth.
Simply because they wanted their schools opened up again.
That t-shirt sadly is the hottest selling item.
Our latest item is the Elon Musk t-shirt and mug.
Are you aware of what he's released under the Twitter files?
You gotta pay attention.
Check out that as well.
And then you demanded it.
You called into the show.
We designed it.
And it's available right now, made in America.
The America First Challenge coin with President Trump, our logo, and the Stay Frosty motto.

Now, you intersect two stories that have to do with censorship, Courage and the hiding of the truth.
Of course the one that made you famous is what was done under COVID to our children, what they lied about, the dangers to healthy children.
The other one has to do with something that's truly horrific, although the ramifications of what they've done to our children will be horrific in 10-20 years time, but the Larry Nassar scandal.
So I want to talk about that for a moment and here is A tough clip.
It's from one of the victims, Michaela Moroney, speaking in front of the Senate, talking about the powers that be who could have stopped this abuse and did nothing.
This was very clear cookie cutter pedophilia and abuse.
And this is important because I told the FBI all of this.
And they chose to falsify my report and to not only minimize my abuse, but silence me yet again.
I thought given the severity of this situation that they would act quickly for the sake of protecting other girls.
But instead, it took them 14 months to report anything when Larry Nassar, in my opinion, should have been in jail that day.
Let's be honest.
By not taking immediate action from my report, they allowed a child molester to go free for more than a year.
And this inaction directly allowed Nassar's abuse to continue.
What is the point of reporting abuse if our own FBI agents are going to take it upon themselves to bury that report in a drawer?
They had legal, legitimate evidence of child abuse and did nothing.
If they're not going to protect me, I want to know who are they trying to protect.
Wow, what a question.
If they're not there to protect the victims of crime, of sexual abuse and rape, who are the investigators, the federal law enforcement agents there to protect.
Now, you've written your first book on your experience as a champion, a gymnast that's chalked up.
Can you just give us an inkling, some kind of sense, of how for years this could have happened that young girls were telling the truth about what was happening to them and then nothing happened as a consequence, Jennifer?
Yeah, I mean, I think all too often we weren't speaking up.
You know, it was this very sort of closed off community and these terribly atrocious, cruel, abusive behaviors were normalized.
But for those who did dare speak up, they were not listened to.
I mean, I think in the Nasser case in particular, that was Michaela Moroney, an Olympian.
You know, when this case broke, people said, why didn't they come forward?
You know, they questioned the survivors.
Why didn't you come forward sooner if it was true?
You know what?
The first victim came forward in 1997 and was silenced.
She didn't come forward to the FBI.
She came forward to local police.
Others, every two years, came forward either to coaching staff or the university where they trained.
They were always told, you've got this wrong.
He's a good man.
You've got it wrong.
Nobody listened to these young girls and women for over 30 years.
And then, when we had the best in the world, The best athletes in the world report this to the FBI.
They did nothing for 15 months.
Why?
We still don't know why.
We still don't know why they did nothing.
Now, we know that the head of USA Gymnastics encouraged the local FBI officer to kind of drag his feet a little bit, but we don't know why.
I can only imagine there was so much collusion at that point because the head of USA Gymnastics knew about it.
The head of the U.S.
Olympic Committee knew about it.
And at a certain point, I don't want to say the cover-up is worse than the crime, because the crime is horrific, but the cover-up was pretty frickin' bad.
And they did not want to be exposed.
But they were all very invested in, like I said, presenting this image of shiny, happy little athletes, and off to the side they were being abused.
And it's not just the sexual abuse, it's the horrific mental and emotional abuse as well.
You mean that the gymnasts like yourself were put under by their coaches?
And the national team coaches, coaches like Bella Caroli and a coach I wrote about in my book named Don Peters, who's now banned from the sports.
My own coaches, the Strausses out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.
I mean, they literally starved us and forced us to train on broken bones.
We were young girls.
Absolutely shocking.
The first book, her story of being a champion athlete, what the reality of that closed system was, the abuse that people like Jennifer suffered, is chalked up.
The new book we're discussing, it leads to an article she's written on woke capitalism, is Levi's Unbuttoned, The Woke Mob Took My Job But Gave Me My Voice.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First, coming to you from just outside the insolubrious, fetid, rank malodorous Noisome swamp that is Washington DC.

Mart has gone woke.
They have banned his products.
Why?
Is he an international drug smuggler?
Is he a jihadi terrorist?
No, he's a conservative.

Alright, so you haven't hid your light under a bushel after leaving Levi's.
I have in front of me, we have the screenshot for the viewers.
An article from The Spectator, Sam Bankman-Freed and the scam of woke capitalism.
I was just looking up the figures.
This guy, this strange looking peculiar individual with his even stranger looking girlfriend, had a network, before FTX collapsed, This individual had a net worth of 26 billion dollars as a part of this Ponzi scheme and he had given in the elections, he had donated of course almost exclusively to Democrats, a billion dollars.
I mean, can you imagine what you can buy for a billion dollars?
When I worked for the Trump administration, his presidential campaign, the total campaign was 700 million dollars.
It was less than a billion.
This guy throws around a billion dollars.
So talk to us about why you wrote this article.
And it seems to me as if woke capitalism doesn't just affect blue jeans.
Oh, no, it's widespread at this point.
And, you know, I think it started in the mid 2010s, and it really accelerated in the summer of 2020.
But essentially, and it is much of what the book is about, because COVID became the woke stance of the left.
COVID locked down forever until there is no more COVID shut all the kids at home.
That somehow became a woke stance.
But the wokeness that woke capitalism or corporatism, which is something I analyze in the book, is really it's a marketing ploy.
You know, it's an attempt for companies to align themselves with the values they perceive Gen X and not Gen X, sorry, Gen Z and millennials to have to say, hey, we're like you, so you should buy our stuff.
While at the same time, not really upholding or furthering those values in any way, shape or form.
And as we saw with Sam Bankman Freed, it's a way to avoid scrutiny from the press.
No one investigates or interrogates his business, which was nothing more than a scam and a fraud and a Ponzi scheme, as you indicated.
But because he took all these woke stances, not just by giving to the Democratic Party, but environmentalism and pandemic response, whatever, pre-pandemic planning, All these things.
Everybody was like, Oh, he's a great guy.
And they put him on the cover of the magazines and allowed him to line his pockets and, you know, steal from the company and the employees and the people who bought into this service.
It's, it's gross.
And, and you know what, these executives love being celebrated as altruistic heroes and they are anything, but that's not what they are.
And they, there is a part of them deep, deep down.
They know they're lying.
They absolutely know they're lying, because that is why they have to banish anyone that challenges, because they risk being exposed.
You know, it's much the way Elizabeth Holmes took these woke stances was celebrated, and she fired anyone that asked any questions internally, because they risk being exposed as the frauds that they are, when people are willing to look for the truth and ask questions, and that's what I did, and so I had to go.
So, I'm looking at this.
I mean, you were at Levi Strauss for more than 20 years.
I'm looking at their market capitalization.
It's $6.8 billion with earnings of almost $600 million.
This is capitalism.
I mean, you know, the blue jean is, as you said during the Cold War, it was a currency in many parts of the world and the blue jean represented America along with, you know, the Marlboro cigarette and the cowboy hat and rock and roll, it was America.
So here's the thing I don't understand.
I'm not a businessman, as my wife will tell you, I know how to spend money, okay?
Why doesn't the free market forces, why don't the free market forces act as a kind of, you know, when you're at the bowling alley, the bumpers you put up for the kids when they're bowling?
Because it seems to me that Wokeness is going to kill the goose that lays the golden egg, because people don't go to the store to buy jeans, and they're not interested in being lectured to when they're buying a product.
So I'm just wondering, will the free market act as some kind of sanity check, or are the C-suite individuals just so afraid of BLM and the environmentalists and whatever it is?
Give us your prediction.
I think they are afraid, and they are cowed by these activists and the young people inside the company.
I think they're making cowardly decisions in the short term to avoid that sort of blowback from those groups.
And ultimately, I think you're right.
Consumers will vote with their feet.
You know, consumers are fickle as well.
They get mad about the stances, but if a product really matters to them and is an important part of their life, you know, like their iPhone, then they don't ultimately reject it.
It's kind of, it's too inconvenient.
And so I think, um, you know, consumers can and should vote with their, their, their wallets.
And I do think ultimately you're right.
Ultimately it will start to turn on these companies.
I think it will ultimately also start to turn on the banks.
I mean, there was just a case.
Well, look, FTX is obviously a great example of that, but there's just a recent case with JP Morgan.
They bought a company led by a very young, woke woman, and it turned out to be fraudulent.
They spent $170 million, didn't do the due diligence.
The company was called Frank.
It was supposed to help, you know, Low income kids get into college and the whole thing was a scam.
Well, I can tell you the banks are not going to want that egg on their face again.
They're going to do their due diligence and they're going to start to interrogate, you know, the profit and loss and all the things that they need to interrogate when acquiring a company.
It's absurd.
But I think it will ultimately fall apart.
Look, we're seeing Disney Suffer.
The other thing I will say is it's a real distraction from the business at hand.
I believe in capitalism.
Make a great product that people want, market it aspirationally in a way that is also honest, and treat your employees well.
The minute a company says they're trying to save the world and the CEO waves his arm about saving the world, he's lying.
He's lying and he's doing something that is corrupt and corrosive off to the side and you need to pay attention to that.
You can change the world as a business leader by changing the lives of the employees that work for you and changing the lives in a smaller way, yes, but for the people that buy your product.
Why isn't that good enough?
That should be good enough.
It should be good enough.
The best product at the best price.
That's all we're asking for.

All right, we're almost out of time.
There is a question that I ask many of our guests who have demonstrated their courage and their valor.
I think if I remember well, you're a mother of four.
What made you, in addition to the whatever golden parachute they were going to offer you, walk away?
I mean, you were on track to become the head of one of the most famous companies in the world.
Many other people would have just kept their head down and said, OK, OK, I'll shut up about schools and about COVID.
Will you explain to our three million listeners what it was inside of you that said, no, I'm not going to bend my knee?
Yeah, absolutely.
People ask me all the time, why is this the hill worth dying on?
And my response is, why wasn't it for you?
I don't understand it.
If you're not worth laying it all out there for truth and for our children, then what are you really about?
Honestly, I can't think of anything that should be less partisan and less political.
than standing up for free speech and children.
And so if you're not willing to put those principles first, then you have no integrity.
And I've always said I'm about principle over party.
I am loyal to principle, not party.
I haven't really changed much in the end, even though I am not a Democrat anymore, but my values have not changed.
I've just seen That they don't support the values that they claim to, so I no longer associate with the party.
But honestly, if you're not willing to stand up for kids, what are you willing to stand up for?
Nothing.
Then you have no integrity.
So I wouldn't have been able to look myself in the mirror.
It certainly made my life more interesting and difficult, I guess, but it's worth it.
And has anybody else around you followed your lead or somebody said, wow, have they met you in a vet and said, thank you, you've shown the way?
Have you seen a catalytic effect for what you did?
You know, I think for moms, yeah, I get a lot of thanks from moms saying, you helped me screw up my courage and stand up and run for school board.
What's really alarming is I hear from CEOs a lot who say, thanks for doing this.
Thanks for standing up.
I can't do it, but I'm glad you did.
Why?
You're the CEO.
Do it.
Why can't you do it?
You can change the company culture.
If you can't do it, who can?
And they say things like, well, I'm the breadwinner.
Well, so was I.
I am the sole breadwinner in my family.
At a certain point, I don't have a lot of empathy for leaders who are also cowards, and there's too many of them.
There are too many of them.
It is up to us, as she said, as Jennifer just said.
If you're not prepared to do it and stand up for your children, then you don't stand up for anything.
I salute you.
Everybody listening to this salutes you for your courage.
Please get the book right now.
