Doug Collins LIVE: The Democrats' stupidity
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
This is America First, and we are delighted to welcome our very special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
All right!
Welcome back, everybody.
It's Doug Collins filling in for Dr. Gorka.
Glad to be filling it in.
It is Second Amendment Friday.
Got my Glock hat on for anybody out there, especially liberals who are triggered by that.
Just go buy you a good gun.
It's a good thing.
Second Amendment Friday.
Glad to have you aboard with us.
Got a big show with you today.
We got Sarah Carter, John Solomon, Tom Holman.
We got Matt Whitaker gonna be coming along.
Everybody on.
But we are getting started today with Just let me just frame this when you're in elections and I've been in plenty of elections and been going forward when you're in elections September begins to be the time that it's sort of like the crunch time.
It's after halftime It's it's more late mid late third quarter for all the football folks out there You're in the eighth inning, you know past the seventh inning stretch for your baseball folks and at this point in time campaigns are either moving up or Or they're moving down, or they're standing still.
And I'm just gonna say this, if you're standing still, you're probably moving down.
And what we're seeing out there right now, especially among Democrats, is an amazing, just interesting feat that I've seen.
I have never seen more Democrats try to become conservatives in all my life.
I mean, you've had the COVID restrictions taken down.
You've had businesses opening up.
You've tried to make, you know, you see Democrats visiting small businesses, which they, you know, have basically tried to tear apart.
You know, all of this is going on.
But when you really see an election that is out there, for all of you across the country listening to Dr. Gorky, you hear it all the time and you hear it, you know, when you come to my podcast, the Doug Collins podcast, you hear this.
We're wanting to give you information.
So let's take some information here.
Information is that the Democrats are desperate and they're doing everything they possibly can to salvage this.
Now, the House pretty well is gone.
We're going to talk more about that.
We're going to talk about McCarthy and their, you know, their promise to America.
The Senate is still up in the air.
We're going to talk a little bit about that today.
We've got some issues coming up.
But where we see this the most is when rhetoric is just over the top.
And never more do you find that than down here in Georgia, in which you have what was once the rising star of Democrat politics.
She came in in 2018, she rode lightning in a bottle, she took now-Governor Brian Kemp right to the edge, never conceded, said that it was, you know, again, oh wait, wait, were we supposed to say that?
Wait, I thought that's an attack on democracy.
Oh, the lean leader of the attack on the democracy is Stacey Abrams.
Stacey said things like, you know, I'm not going to concede something that wasn't fair.
You know, I know he's going to be governor.
You know, again, all of this rhetoric, but he just built her national platform.
There's a lot of discussion between 18 and 20.
Would she run for president?
Would she run for vice president?
Was she going to run for Senate?
Everything was turning up Stacey.
And then she waited because she wanted another shot at governor because she felt governor would laid her into what she's already said many times is president.
She wants to be president.
Now, full disclosure, I've known Stacey Abrams for going on almost 16, 17 years.
Mentally, scholarly, she is as smart as any liberal you will find.
She will take points and in a debate, you better be ready.
But Stacey, something happened to Stacey Abrams between 2018 and 2022.
And that was she figured out that the only way she could really gain traction is to turn left.
That the party was leaving a centrist Democrat who had worked in Georgia for scholarship programs and other things while they were in the minority, and she took a hard turn to the left.
And right now polling is showing that she is anywhere from five to eight points behind Brian Kemp, which most people would have told you a year or so ago.
Number one, they didn't think Brian Kemp, the governor down here, Might have been the governor, the nominee, but he is and he's going to win.
I'm going to tell you that right now.
I'm supporting him because there's no way I can support Stacey Abrams.
And now she's down and those numbers are starting to harden.
So I guess you have to find stories any way you can.
First off this week, it was if she actually said this, folks, and that is if she could actually get black men to vote for her, she'll win.
Excuse me?
I mean, you're now, you're saying that if black men don't vote for me, and in basically blaming them, setting it up for that if some reason she lost, which she's going to, that it's black men's fault?
But the hits just keep on coming.
The other thing she had is this week, and folks, I'm not even going to try, I'm just going to let Stacey, in her own words, describe to you her latest addition into the abortion debate.
There is no such thing as a heartbeat at six weeks.
It is a manufactured sound designed to convince people that men have the right to take control of a woman's body and ways of work.
Excuse me?
We've just went now from a position of where they trust the science party to don't trust an ultrasound?
That you can't hear a heartbeat?
What does she think the ultrasound actually does?
Well, I mean, this one is just one that it just makes no sense and it shows the desperation.
And it shows the desperation and it also shows something else.
It shows that the Democratic Party has so sold out to the pro-abortion movement that there is no going back.
That there is no turning back.
And I think this is the part that bothers me.
In using the ultrasound, using the sonogram where you can actually hear the heartbeat, which by the way, does she claim that when you do that ultrasound on a grown male or female, you know, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, is that an artificial sound too?
Or is that, or when the stethoscope is placed on the chest, is that an artificial sound?
I mean, you can't make this up, folks, and today on America First, we're going to lay out the Democrat just hypocrisy.
We're going to lay out the Democrats, you know, just craziness that has come out that they're so desperate that their failed agenda nationally, their failed agenda internationally, and now in these state races in which most would have said Stacey Abrams is going to be the next governor of Georgia if you listen to all the liberal pundits, is now coming out with the craziness?
That this is not actually what you're hearing?
I mean, it is interesting to me.
I was reading and listening to that clip, and I saw it when it first happened.
At the same time, I pulled up on social media.
They were showing pictures, and this was, you know, mainstream media, showing pictures of a scientific study in which the baby's face was smiling when mom ate carrots and frowning when mom ate kale.
Now, I'm all aboard that one.
I, you know, look, I'll eat a carrot, I'll eat, but kale, I'll leave the kale to other people.
But they were showing the face, they were showing them the reactions to the child in the womb.
And even NBC actually put this out, and NBC I probably had a long talking to when the pro-abort crowd starts to call them, when they actually said, they actually said, baby's face in womb makes, you know, changes.
Folks, that's what we've been saying for all along.
We've gotten the point across.
The problem is, we now have to point out the just craziness of statements like this.
And we've got, and we talked about this before we got on the show today, I was talking about this, and let me just say this for all of you out there, and I know that truly, Democrats, you are either pro-abortion You know, at any cost, and if you don't believe me, then I ask anybody out there, if you want to call in and debate this, let me call in.
Explain to me then why California, Colorado, New York, any state that is liberal, Illinois, who wants to, quote, protect women's health care, has basically approved abortion up until the moment the child, and even in some cases, almost out of the birth canal.
I mean, and folks, if you don't know what one of those murders looks like, that's what it is, you need to go look it up.
And why are we not making Democrat candidates answer for that instead of them coming back and saying, you're destroying women's health care, you're putting us back in time.
No, we're simply saying let it go to the states where it belongs, that's what the court should have done, but we're making a case for life.
And make them have to answer for sex selection and gender identity and all these things, gender birth.
And look at it from a perspective of saying, we're the party of life, not only from birth, but also throughout life where you have life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Folks, we're just getting started.
And this is what we get to start with down here in my own home state of Georgia.
Stacey Abrams is, you know, making our case.
It's not about people.
It's not about making lives better and families getting up.
It's about an agenda.
It's about an agenda of government control.
It's about an agenda that is taking from us and taking it from where we go.
Folks, this is America First.
This is Doug Colling sitting in for Dr. Gorka.
Glad to have you with us today.
If you haven't got your seatbelt on, get it out.
Get it ready because we've got a show for you.
Sarah Carter coming up and I'll be here for the rest of the three hours.
We'll be right back on America First.
Thank you.
Transcription by CastingWords You're listening to America First with special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
All right, we're back.
We got the Friday groove going on down here.
Music, the bumper music, best in the business.
Doug Collins filling in for Dr. Gorka today.
And like I said, that first segment, we just got it started.
And I told you, strap your seatbelt on because we're going to get at it today.
This is a fun Friday.
Want you to be able to call in when you can.
You want to join the show, be a part of it.
But right now, I have One of the hardest working people in show business, so to speak.
Sarah Carter is with me.
Sarah, thank you for being a part today.
You just got back from down on the border.
Sarah, I'm not sure why you're on the border.
There's no problem on the border, is there?
According to Biden and the rest of them, there's no problems down there.
It's incredible.
It's incredible that they lie to the American people, this very radical left administration, you know, under President Biden.
And remember, I mean, it's unelected officials, Doug, that are running.
That are running this country, because I can't imagine that Biden is, based on what we've seen.
But to lie so blatantly to the American people when we know what's going on, because we see it every day.
We see the people pouring across the border.
We see the increase in deaths.
In July, the United Nations named the U.S.-Mexico border land crossing the most dangerous place on planet Earth for land crossings.
And now we see, you know, especially we see the increase of people coming from Venezuela, from Cuba, from parts of the world where we hadn't seen it before, from China, we're seeing an increase there too, with Chinese illegal immigration, as well as people from South Asia, from Africa, and the borders wide open.
And this administration wants it wide open.
And I think that should terrify every single American when you think about it, that we have an administration that is literally Putting our national security on the line.
It is.
I'm thankful for you that you're actually going down there and reporting it.
You're talking about it on your show.
You're talking about it on TV.
You're giving people a knowledge because it's just, I've never seen a negligent press corps over an issue, maybe except Hunter Biden's laptop, but then the, then the actual border and the, and the actual, the border is causing death everywhere.
And it's just, it's amazing.
I want you to listen to a clip real quick from our, Propagandist-in-chief, it seems like, because she doesn't seem to want to tell the truth, Jean-Pierre, and her blame on what's going on at the border.
Take a listen.
This is why the stunt that Republican governors are doing is so shameful.
It is so inhumane.
Because while we're trying to fix a problem that was decimated, an immigration system that was decimated by the last administration, they're not coming up with solutions.
They're using children.
They're using women and families as a political stunt.
No, the political stunt is that is the press secretary giving that kind of garbage out.
Sarah, I mean, look, Trump, blaming Trump on the border.
There's a lot of things they can talk about.
This is not one that they can go for.
And to say that Republicans hadn't come up with an idea, their idea is just to let them across.
Tell the American people exactly what you're seeing in that.
I can tell you, I've been at the border for years now, for maybe two decades, traveling up and down the border, writing stories about the border, going into Mexico, going into Central America.
This has never been as bad.
Never.
In the time that I have been to the border, under every administration, it has never been as bad as it is now.
President Biden opened that border wide.
He removed all of the executive orders that President Trump had put in place To not only protect American citizens, which was number one on his priority list, but to protect the people that are being trafficked in and out of that border by some of the most nefarious and horrible organizations on planet Earth, like the drug cartels.
I was just in Eagle Pass in Maverick County, Texas, along the U.S.-Mexico border, and I was talking to the sheriff there, and I was standing by a trailer, Doug, That is, that was brought there.
It's a, it's a, it's a freezer trailer that was brought there specifically to put the bodies in of the people that are dying that are crossing the border.
And I stood in a graveyard of a pauper's grave inside a cemetery where the county, which is impoverished and has enough to deal with.
had to put the bodies of those that weren't being claimed.
These are nameless people that died on their journey to the United States because President Biden and this administration has basically given carte blanche to the drug cartels and to the human traffickers that they can bring people in and that they can bring them in with impunity.
They're not going to get charged.
They're trafficking people into the United States.
They're trafficking fentanyl and killing our young children.
And I stood there at a grave, and I looked, as I looked closer at the lanyards and the posts, and by the way, it wasn't even a cross.
It was PVC piping shaped into a T in front of these graves.
There was a sign there on one of them that said, Baby John Doe.
It was a little baby that they had found in the river that had been lost in the river.
Either his mother passed away or made it through, and no one claimed this poor little baby boy.
You know, if they want, if AOC or Corinne Jean-Pierre or anyone wants to shed some tears, why don't they go down?
Or why doesn't the Border Czar Kamala Harris go down to the border and talk to the communities that are affected by this, and then Go across the country and talk to the parents whose children have died of fentanyl, or whose parents or friends have died of fentanyl, and then, then maybe we can get the truth out of these people.
Yeah, but Sarah, Sarah, come on.
They don't want to do that.
If they did, they would talk about it.
And again, I'm not going to make, you know, just a complete blame, but this administration and many of the, and we're going to turn to one of our favorite mayors here in just a second, they don't You know, it's one thing to say you care, there's another thing to do something about it.
And when you don't put the resource, you don't do anything about it, it frankly just says that you don't care.
Don't tell me how much you care for immigrants coming across, that are illegal coming into our country, that you'll help them, and yet you send them to Martha's Vineyard and you see the picture of the lady hugging them and pushing them onto the bus into the military base.
I mean, give me a break here.
This is just sad.
What you're seeing should just, you know, just make us all very uneasy.
But it's not just at the border.
Mayor Lightfoot, who is absolutely, I mean, she's quoted so many times on my podcast and my radio and on Dr. Gork's show.
She ought to be a co-host because she just comes up with the dumb, a lot of times, just dumb statements.
And now she's taking the McDonald's CEO to task because the McDonald's CEO says people are leaving Chicago shockingly because of what?
Crime.
The same thing you're seeing on the border in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and California and across country.
They're seeing it in Chicago.
He's saying, look, I'm just making an honest statement.
We're pulling out because of crime.
Starbucks is pulling out of Seattle.
And she had the audacity to say he ought to educate himself before he makes comments like that.
Sarah, where are we at in this country with these mayors?
Well, I think what we're seeing is how the radical ideological implementation of these leftist regimes is what I call in these cities where their children are suffering, where crime has increased 100 percent, 400 percent.
We've seen in Baltimore, we've seen it in Chicago, where children are losing their lives on the streets, where parents can't even walk.
Two blocks in some neighborhoods without worrying that maybe they'll be caught in the crossfires and gang violence.
And yes, this is the reason why great companies like McDonald's and Starbucks, who hire and give jobs to young Americans, young people, and give them scholarships, have to leave these communities because they can't even protect their own employees.
They're pulling.
The shame should be on the mayor.
The shame should be on the mayor, Doug.
Oh, I agree, Sarah.
Folks, you won't get a better one than Sarah Carter.
She tells the truth.
You see her all the time all over Fox and everywhere else.
Follow her.
You will get the truth.
We'll be back here on America First.
Seb Gorka Show.
I'm filling in.
Doug Collins.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
We'll see you in a minute.
All right, we're back here on America First.
You know, I want to just say, you know, as we head into the weekend, I want to personally thank from myself and also Dr. Gorka, each of y'all who have already made generous gifts to the campaign to support the efforts to help restore Americans warriors as they grapple with post-combat issues by going to SebGorica.com and clicking on Restore Our Warriors banner.
The friends at Mighty Oaks Foundations operate a faith-based veteran service organization that teaches combat veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress how to get beyond combat trauma and live their lives in the manner God intended.
Imagine how hard it is to go through a Christ-centered counseling and face issues like depression, but it also takes courage to share your story with others.
Here's Chris, one of the many ex-warriors who tells us how He was blessed by counseling and a peer-based discipleship at the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
Basically got here to Mighty Oaks from a friend from the church that reached out to me knowing that I was going through some problems at the time and over the past years been going through the same problems.
Suicide thoughts.
Going through a few things from my tour to Afghanistan in 2011 and 12.
And this program has definitely opened my eyes and changed the ways that I walk with God.
Obviously this program is changing a lot of lives, every program that they have.
It's definitely changed mine and I'm a proven example of that.
You know, there's no cost to veterans for this help.
The Mighty Oaks Foundation covers all travel, food, and lodging at its ranches throughout America, where they administer programs for our warriors.
But they need our help to continue this work.
And I'm just going to ask that you go to sebgorka.com, sebgorka.com, and click on the Restore Our Warriors banner to make a tax-deductible donation to the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
It costs $2,500 to send a warrior to Mighty Oaks for a week.
And your generous gifts, in any amount, will help veterans like Chris begin to find peace after serving America in wartime.
Once again, let me just say it again, I urge you right now, please go to SebGorka.com and click on Restore Our Warriors banner to help the campaign, to help the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
I appreciate it.
I know Dr. Gorka does.
I do as well as a 20-year veteran, just past 20 years in the United States Air Force.
This is so important.
Go to SebGorka.com, click on Restore Our Warriors banner.
You will not regret it.
The lives you may not ever see and you touch will last generations.
All right, folks, we've got a lot going on.
Folks, if you want to be a part of it, 833-33 GORKA, 833-334-752.
Wow, a lot of numbers there, but we got it.
And we've already got a lot of callers.
Let's get to some callers right now.
I want to go, we've got several in line.
I know Vincent, Eric, Steve, but first we're going to go to Peggy down here in Georgia.
Peggy, how are we doing?
I am doing awesome, Doug Collins, and we miss you so much.
Well, I appreciate that.
Whenever I hear Karine Jean-Pierre say, well, we're just, you know, cleaning up the mess as far as immigration, that the last administration, I wish somebody would say, what exactly are the policies that you're cleaning up?
Obviously it's not going to be reporters from the mainstream media, but somebody needs to, they just let it lie.
Oh, okay.
Maybe she's right.
You know, if somebody called her out on it, say, what specificities remain in Mexico?
The wall?
What exactly?
Oh, you're right, Peggy.
I mean, this is the one thing, and thank you so much for your support and also for calling in, but I'm going to ask, look, until the reporters actually fill the White House press room again, until reporters who actually believe that their job is not a political agenda of their own to make a certain administration look bad or look good, this is what we're going to get.
Peggy, you've just pointed that out, and I just thank you for your call in, but I'm just going to say it.
Until you only have, you know, a few folks from Fox, Peter Doocy, you have a few who've now actually, I mean, when they get so far out that they actually call them out on it, it's become, you know, the rarity.
But this is why you have America First, you have Dr. Gorka, you have my podcast, the Doug Collins podcast, you have other shows, you know, throughout the network that we are the ones having to call this out.
Mainstream media will not do this, folks.
Quit, you know, thinking they will.
And it's, look, history will write down that this is when The steps toward a consolidated socialist-style government is happening when you have a willing media who likes what they're seeing and will not call out the questions as we go.
Let's stick it down.
Keep it down here.
We're going to go across the country.
Eric out in San Jose.
Eric, how we doing, buddy?
Good.
Thanks, Doug.
Two questions.
why does Congress seem to ignore ethics complaints from the Ethics Committee after situations like Pelosi ripping up documents up front the nation?
And then B, isn't there a means by which, let's say, despite immunity from prosecution, that this behavior can be disincentivized by holding people accountable after they come out of office?
That is, having all of us do ethics complaints against law licenses, because I, as a Republican, don't want to be represented by someone who has such inappropriate behavior.
And I think that the public should actually be aware of, you know, when they get out of office, if you hung your law license in Congress for a while, you're immune from prosecution.
It should not preclude you from being immune to losing your license for the kind of behavior that's going on.
I agree.
Eric, you pointed it out.
There is some ways.
I'll get it on the next side of this break.
Thanks for calling in.
That is an interesting issue.
We'll hit it on the next side of the break.
We've got John Solomon coming up.
Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka.
Thank you.
host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
There we are.
Here I'm back.
It's Doug Collins filling in for the great Dr. Gorka on America First.
Also, I am the best host at the Airdrum.
If you don't believe me, just go to the Rumble channel and you will see that I can play the Airdrum better than anybody.
Folks, it used to be a saying that when 60 Minutes showed up, you got to work, 60 Minutes truck was out front, it was going to be a bad week.
Nowadays, for liberals and for the bureaucrats in Washington, D.C.
who do not want to give clear stories, The worst thing that they can have happen is know that our next guest is on their case, and that is John Solomon.
John's a great friend.
He's also one of the best investigators up there right now, breaking stories all the time, and I think we're going to get a little bit of that today.
John, buddy, it's good to see you.
Thanks for coming on.
It's good stuff.
Well, let's just don't hold back.
You know, there's one reported story that's never reported.
That's, of course, we have an open border.
The second most reported and avoided story is Hunter Biden.
You've got some new stuff on Hunter Biden.
Let's get to it.
Yeah, listen, President Biden portrays himself as the guy that's going to lead the transition to end Americans' reliance on fossil fuel.
In other words, you're not going to get to use the oil and gas that America has below its ground to benefit us.
But it was okay for his son, Hunter Biden, and his brother, James Biden, to go and try to take those oil and gas wealth in America and try to sell it to China.
Memos that we've obtained, along with interviews we've obtained, and as well as Now, confirmation from several of the congressmen in Congress is that during the 2017, 2018, 2019 timeframe, right after Joe Biden left the White House the first time, his son went out and tried to arrange 21 deals.
That's right, 21 deals to take natural resources under U.S.
control and transfer that wealth, transfer that energy capability to China.
We're talking about liquid natural gas, liquid natural gas ports where they can be distributed, drilling capabilities, pipelines, all the things that Joe Biden says he's not for.
But he was for it when his son was getting a nice $5 million payment to try to facilitate those deals.
And now we know also that we know about this because two whistleblowers have come forward and confirmed to Congressman James Comer that this was the plan.
And in addition to the documents I have, Congressman Comer has two witnesses that now from the inside of the Hunter Biden business dynasty confirmed that this was the scheme they were working on in 17 and 18 and 19.
It's unbelievable because if it was and here's the thing that gets me though John about this and you're just taking uh you know because everybody wants to you know you got Jean-Pierre and everybody's saying there's nothing good about the Trump administration anything else If it hadn't have been for Republicans in 17, 18, you know, opening back up our liquid petroleum, opening back up those markets, you know, I guess Hunter Biden would actually have to draw for a living because, you know, there's nothing there if we didn't do it.
And again, the big guy was in there at some point and it's just, you know, I can't believe that.
But right now we're also hearing something and I know you mentioned it and if you take off on this, we've got to be thankful for these whistleblowers because I have a feeling The Biden administration, they're going to start not being as happy about this.
And I think you may have some information on that.
We do indeed.
And just on the big guy real quickly.
So it turns out the company that was doing this oil transfer is a place called Hudson West III.
Joe Biden had keys to the office.
He must have been a partner because he had keys to the office according to one of the memos.
So the big guy knew something about this, at least.
So yeah, FBI whistleblowers, so important.
We learned today from Congressman Jim Jordan, ranking member on your old committee, House Judiciary.
That one of the FBI whistleblowers has been suspended.
Congressman Jordan telling me just a little bit ago that he's very concerned that this is a retaliatory move.
This is one of those FBI agents that spoke out about the misuse of categorizing cases as domestic violent extremists when they weren't.
Creating the illusion that we had a Joe Biden MAGA problem when in fact we didn't.
He's been suspended.
There's another thing I've learned about this whistleblower.
We'll be reporting this over the weekend.
He came forward and alleged that the FBI was using SWAT teams to arrest people on misdemeanor cases, just to show the force, just to do intimidation.
And he was concerned it was going to create an unnecessary security episode somewhere in the heartland of America.
All that, and now he's been suspended.
Republicans very concerned that this is a retaliatory move.
I think Jim is right about that.
John, I want to take a step.
You just hit something that I hadn't been thinking about, but I want to get your take on this.
Look, I've called for Ray to step down more for his own purposes than anything else, because I think he's just over his head.
He shouldn't have been there.
And I had to sit down with him before I left Congress, and they just were not implementing the recommendations the Attorney Inspector General and others had.
In the way it should have been.
But you just hit something using SWAT teams and others.
This has become a calling card of this FBI, the last five to eight years of the FBI.
Liberals, Hunter, Biden, other investigations of what is perceived a liberal side, handled behind the scenes, no questions, nothing.
But yet you get, and no matter what you think of what's going on, You know, Peter Navarro drug out of an airport.
You send 50 people it seemed like to Roger Stone's place.
I mean, this is just, I mean, people are not seeing this and more and more of the FBI agents have got to be, you know, unfortunately, they're the ones that's going to have to report this because we can see what's going on.
Mainstream media could care less.
Yeah, in fact, it's really a good point that you make.
So the FBI, after Ruby Ridge, after Waco, after some of those prior militarized moments in FBI's history, they set very specific rules for when you can actually use a tactical team, a SWAT team, and this whistleblower makes very clear that they're not following those rules now.
They want the shock and awe, the crushing power of the SWAT to be there, even for a misdemeanor case.
First of all, it's a really bad use of taxpayer expenditure.
But what happens if someone mistakes it, and all of a sudden there's an episode because someone thought there was bad guys coming into their neighborhood, not the FBI?
That is a real concern.
Safety, security, and as well as civil liberties.
Sitting out in front of us.
Next year is going to be a big year for Chris Wray.
He's going to be facing a lot of questions.
Oh, I think, I think there's several of them.
There's going to be on that one, but let's talk about this for a second.
I don't want to be, you know, more of my dad was, as you well know, was a, was a Georgia state trooper.
I mean, law enforcement mean a lot to me and the FBI folks who I dealt with, uh, they do mean a lot and there's a lot of calls for the, but this is this top level organization.
But what you just said, and we just got just a minute or two here is very important because I mean, in all fairness, you come to my house at five o'clock in the morning and you know, bust through the front door, you know, It might not end the way we want it to and it probably would end up very badly for me because I'm gonna be outgunned real quickly.
How are we seeing this?
How does this end?
Listen, at some point we have to dial politics back and get back to the investigative standards that made the FBI so successful for 20-30 years.
There don't need to be new laws.
They just need to go back to the way they did things.
Unfortunately, the current leadership doesn't seem to be on top of that.
I know, and that's the way it is.
But I know one thing that will be on top of it, and that is John Solomon is going to be on Justin News.
You're going to have him.
You see him all the time.
If you want to investigate it, John is the one to do it.
And, you know, this is, you know, really, John, what we've got to have.
Thank you for coming on.
We'll be back with you.
Thanks for everything that you're doing.
Go Bulldogs!
Go Dogs!
All right, America first.
Doug Collins filling in for Dr. Gorka.
You know, we're just getting started and if that seatbelt's not tightened, we may run into a little turbulence.
I'd say tighten it up because we're going to have a good time here the rest of the show.
We'll see you in just a minute.
We'll see you in just a minute.
We'll see you in just a minute.
We'll see you in just a minute.
We'll see you in just a minute.
We'll see you in just a minute.
We'll see you in just a minute.
We'll see you in just a minute.
All right, we're back here on America First.
Glad to be with you, Doug Collins.
Let me go back to a caller, I believe it was Eric out of California, and he asked about ethics.
Real quick, the Ethics Committee in the House and in the Senate, it is a tough assignment.
It's not one anybody wants to be on.
But there are things that I think should be toughened up.
And most people don't realize that if you are fined or you are censored in the House for something you do wrong, it actually comes out of your actual personal funds.
You can't take it out of campaign.
You can't have other people pay for it.
So there are mechanisms to get there.
A lot of it, though, they just depend on the political side of it.
And what he was talking about, you know, if they're a lawyer, and there's fewer lawyers than you actually think in Congress, but, you know, taking those licenses could be a An issue, but I think the political issue is more, and also the financial, if they would actually, you know, be a part of it.
All right, we got some time, though.
We got just a couple minutes of real quick calls, but Vincent, you've been hanging on.
Thank you, buddy.
Welcome to the show.
Hey, thanks for everything that you do.
Real quick.
I know that we take this election for granted, but Georgia is one of the most corrupt voting systems there is, probably second only to Philadelphia or Detroit.
There are some real concerns, so we all need to get out there and vote.
But I just get a feeling it's not quite as easy as people want to believe it actually is.
Yeah, Vincent, thanks.
You brought up a great point.
Thank you for waiting, and thanks for that question.
Look, in Georgia, there's been some laws that we've put in some place that has straightened up some issues.
The biggest thing, though, and Vincent just hit it, is you've got to get out and vote.
We've got to fix the problems that are there.
We've got to push the governor.
We've got to push the legislature to make sure that we have a free and fair election, that everybody who wants to vote has the ability to vote.
Hey Doug, I appreciate you.
and that people who shouldn't vote shouldn't vote.
But the biggest thing is, and I had this last time, here's my two-second rant for you folks out there, Republicans and conservatives.
If you don't get out and vote, if you do not vote, then shut up.
I don't want to hear from you.
If you won't go vote, I don't want to hear from you.
Get out there.
Use the tools you have.
I guarantee you the Democrats will use it.
You need to be out there using it as well.
All right, Steve out of Atlanta.
Steve.
Hey, Doug.
I appreciate you.
Hey, Steve.
Good show.
So the humanitarian crisis that just happened with the 48 illegal people up in Martha's Vineyard, that's the humanitarian crisis as defined by, I think, the local congressman there.
Yeah.
And they dispatched those 48 within 48 hours.
Now, doesn't that, I got more to say, but first question is, doesn't that give any local jurisdiction, therefore the authority to evict their illegal aliens Based on that example right there.
Uh, yeah.
I mean, we got less than a minute here, Steve.
Well, let me ask you real quick.
I mean, they have the ability to do whatever.
What concerns me, Steve, is when they went to Martha's Vineyard, the first thing and they did it in Mural Bowser, tried to do it in DC.
The first thing they want to do is use the military to do it out.
If you got one quick one, real quick, real quick.
What's your second one?
He's gone.
Okay, I'm sorry.
See, but you're right.
Yeah, they have the ability to do whatever they want to do in this.
And, you know, again, we're talking about illegal aliens here who are not supposed to be here to start with.
Where's the federal government?
Joe Biden, you have a southern border.
I know your press secretary doesn't know where that is.
And your vice president definitely don't know where it's at.
But you know, I do know one thing.
This is Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka on America First.
And we got one hour in the books.
We've got two more left to go.
We'll be ready.
You be ready.
Come back here in just a minute.
Thank you.
When you look at these pictures, you get a sense of what black life was like.
Some of them look pretty prosperous.
Divine Providence was clearly operating in the lives of black Americans.
Throughout history, black folks were honorable.
They had integrity.
That's what black people were.
We were never taught that America was bad and that we were not Americans.
We were raised to love America.
Protesters topple a statue of Christopher Columbus.
Hundreds of statues have been vandalized.
You see people trying to rewrite history.
The American people know these names have to go.
Why is that?
Whenever you have something to be proud of, People have less of a chance of controlling you.
This country is racist from top to bottom, from right to left.
And for black people to become a part of that is for them to become, in fact, anti-black, and to hate themselves.
You're a part of my friends!
There is no country in this world that a black person would rather be.
Unless, of course, they grow up in this country.
You broke the contract with me for 400 years!
Then they're fed a lie that is so deceptive The reason that that lie exists is power.
There are certain people who are using the Negro in order to establish that power in Washington.
And the Negro is just merely a pawn in a game that's bigger than he is.
Hey, it's a pawn!
Right!
Thank you.
Oh, yes, we are black back in black for what the Biden administration would want to say.
Or you're painted in red if you're a Rolling Stones fan and painted black as well.
But, you know, again, Biden's view of the world, folks, is just different than ours here at America First and Dr. Gorka, myself, Doug Collins.
We believe that America is the exceptional country in the world.
If it wasn't for America, the world would be at a much worse place.
And we believe that that America's best attributes are that we learn from mistakes and we move forward.
The Democrats.
They just, I think it's a struggle because they believe government is so much the power that they want to be that they institute just all of these different issues, you know, to divide us.
And this is the part that I just, you know, frankly just do not understand.
We have your answer and that is for the next two hours.
Stick with us as we go, uh, continue.
You've got a great show still ahead.
Uh, in this hour we have, uh, Tom Holm.
We've got Aiden Johnston from Gun Owners of America.
Uh, in this hour, Matt Whitaker, next hour.
Lots still going on, but we have your calls.
If you want to be a participant, please, all you have to do is take the phone and dial 833-334-6752.
Or for those of you who like a name in the, in the version 833-33-GORKA.
Uh, right now we have Jeff from California on the line.
Jeff, how are we doing buddy?
Yeah, hi, this is Jeff Rentrow, and I'm wanting to know, why don't we take over Mexico and Central America and South America?
We have over 50 million illegal aliens that are swaying the vote, and we're still America the last time I remember, but this is what my problem is, and it's a conundrum that I must say you, Doug Collins, X considerate individual and a real American in Congress.
I'm wondering why in the heck are we allowing this to happen to us in America?
Yeah, well, you make a great point there, Jeff, and I appreciate you calling in on this.
Here's the problem I have with the whole Biden administration, the whole border issue, is, number one, it goes back to the basics of who we are.
A country, in and of itself, the first thing, if you go back to the founding of a country, the first thing is, where's the borders of that country?
And the borders of that country define where that country is, that the borders of the country define who you are as a country, and that if you walked into the other side you were in another country, if you've gone to the other side you're in another country, and what jurisdiction you're in.
Democrats have fell into this trap of believing that if you Just give things to people.
You just open things up to people.
If you just, you know, if government handles it, then everything will be okay.
And what they're failing to realize is, is, is something that the world knows.
Now, from a legal immigration perspective, I'm not talking about the illegality that's going on right now in the invasion that is taking place.
And Frank and Jeff just hit something that's really interesting.
That from a perspective, I don't think we need to take over anything in Central America or Mexico.
I just, They got enough problems down there.
We need to have a legal system of entry if you want to come, or if you want to come and work and then go home, that's what we need to have.
But what we've got is the problem here is that they believe in this inherent open borders, everything ought to be fine, until it encroaches on them.
And this is exactly what we saw, and it's just, if it wasn't so just sad to watch Muriel Bowser in DC, to watch Lori Lightfoot in Chicago, to watch the folks at Martha's Vineyard, to see Philadelphia on edge, all of them wanting to bring out the National Guard to help them with their massive immigrant problem.
Where are these same cities and states in sending the National Guard to our southern border?
They don't want to do that because it makes them look bad at the pot-tail parties.
That's not a way that you want to be perceived as someone who's not caring.
But I will tell you what it is doing.
It is backfiring on them.
If you look at the polling, and we've talked a little bit about this off-air, polling in especially South Texas, you see it in some in Arizona, you see it in Nevada heavily, is Hispanic voters are saying no.
especially legal Hispanic voters, the ones who actually are able to cast votes here, who came here legally, are saying, no, we're tired of being told and pandered to.
We want an opportunity to do what America is, and that is to come and explore and to start businesses and to grow our families.
And we want to do it legally.
And they look around and they see if other folks coming in illegally and they say, we don't like this.
You're seeing more and more Hispanic population.
The numbers for Hispanic Asian voters are moving more into the Republican column.
And I think it's just because conservatism actually works.
And if we had members of Congress and governors and others who would actually articulate conservative values And say, this is what conservatism means.
This is why it matters to you.
Look, I've yet to speak anywhere in the country.
I was in Seattle just this week.
I just got back in.
I speak all over.
And I just ask basic questions to people.
I don't care if they're liberal, conservative.
Do most of you in this room believe that you ought to live within your means?
Almost every hand goes up.
Do you think that you ought to have a budget?
Almost every hand goes up.
You know, when you think about it, do you think you ought to have streets that are safe to walk down and that people should have a police force that is one there to protect and to serve communities so that you have, you feel free to walk down the streets again?
Almost everything goes up.
But what gets confronted is, too many times, is that we have allowed the liberal point of view to take over.
And one of the areas that we see it very much is in criminal justice reform.
And folks, let me just tell you real quickly, I've been a big advocate for criminal justice reform.
I will continue to be an advocate for criminal justice reform.
I wrote the First Step Act that President Trump signed.
It does make a difference when you have smart criminal justice.
But what is not smart criminal justice reform is letting people out who are violent back out of jail before they can even turn around in the police station.
That is not New criminal justice reform, that is stupid.
That is DA's not doing their job, that is judges not doing their job, and it's legislators who are not doing what they need to be doing.
So, you know, look, it all goes back to what he talked about, about a breakdown at the border is going to break down in other areas for liberals because they can't bring the concept That a government that is limited that actually empowers people is the best.
They believe in limited power amongst a few elites and then using government to take that that out.
This is just what we see.
And until we get that in order, we're not going to be able to do it.
But we still have call Sam in Orlando.
Sam, how we doing, buddy?
Sir, yes, sir.
So my point in the thought of thoughts is that the DOJ, our FBI or CIA, All the enchargements of the American people that we have no control over, evidently, can put the middle finger up to anybody they want to.
So are they going to do it to when it gets to the highest court in our country?
Are they going to put the middle finger up to them?
And if they do, I've asked this question before on the Crystal Hearts show later on this evening.
He had no real answer.
He says, no, they're not allowed to do it.
I want to know who can explain what's about to happen if it does not cool down.
Because if this does not cool down, we are not going to be just in World War III.
We're going to be in a Civil War, Revolutionary War right here in America as well at the same very time.
Well, Sam, I think one of the things we've got to look at, and thanks for calling in, is this very issue, and I'm going to answer your question directly.
We have got to find back a rule of law.
This is the one thing that is, and if you get to the Supreme Court, you have a Supreme Court now that has actually went back to an originalist mindset, originalist intent.
In fact, for those of you who listen, many of you ask, I do a podcast called the Doug Collins Podcast.
Just this week, go to wherever you find, I'm part of the Salem faculty with Seb and with everybody, with the others.
And I did two shows this week.
One was on Judge Robert Bork.
Judge Robert Bork, this was just past Wednesday, was the one who began pushing us toward what's originalist thought.
Back to a constitution that says, here are the defined powers that the federal government should be operating on.
The executive, the legislative, and the judicial branch.
Now what is happening, what I know that Sam is talking about here, is you see these executive branches overstepping their bounds, overstepping their authorities, and basically saying that we're going to do whatever we need to do.
This is where, if the Republicans get back control, now they're not going to be able, and again, I'll have more to say about this in the next hour.
They're not going to believe it.
Kevin McCarthy, as a friend, I served with him.
There's a lot of folks in Washington and Congress who will say things.
In meaningful ways, but in ways that are also going to frustrate you.
And one of the ways is that they're going to be able to change everything if they just get control of the House or even if they get controls in it.
Let me assure you very quickly, they will be able to throw in the brakes.
They will be able to stop things.
You will not see the legislative joggernaut that basically the Democrats have done as we go forward.
But what they're not going to be able to do is overturn bills and overturn funding unless they're willing to do things that I've not seen them willing to do.
And that is shut down the government or take things to the mat in a way in which Joe Biden would be forced to agree with.
If you continue this path, and one of the things that's going to be seen here is if you continue this path with an FBI that is operating off book in many cases.
John Solomon just talked about it, we've talked about it.
Then you're going to have to have a court that is going to be willing to rein them in.
If it gets to the Supreme Court, we have seen that happen just this past year.
We saw it in the case of West Virginia EPA.
I think you're going to be able to see that further.
But this is a problem in which we've got a wheel that is broken right now.
A wheel that is broken and it shows up at our border, it shows up in our departments, and everywhere else.
This is where we've got to fix it.
I'm still a great believer in this country.
We've got to work on our problems.
We've got to talk about our problems, and we've got to show what is actually best.
Got a lot going on.
Thanks for the great calls today.
So far, next up, we've got Tom Holmans, never at a loss for words about what's going on on our border.
I want to get his take on what's going on.
This is Doug Collins filling in on America First for Dr. Gorka.
We'll be back here in just a minute.
We'll be back here in just a minute.
We'll be back here in just a minute.
We'll be back here in just a minute.
We'll be back here in just a minute.
Phone.
Hey, ciao.
Mic's off, Alex.
Alright, we're back here on America First.
This is Doug Collins.
Glad to have you along.
And as always, it's Second Amendment Friday and our show sponsor, Car Firearms, wants you to know that the Auto Ordnance Custom Rally Cry 1911 is a new product for 2020 and can be ordered through any gun store nationwide.
Shipments will begin in December.
On board now, a good friend, one that I have watched.
He's one of the hardest working men around, but he is passionate about what he does.
He's passionate about what he has done in his life.
Somebody I'm proud to call a friend because he cares about the men and women, especially on that border, who are doing it every day.
Tom Holman.
Tom, thanks for being with us today.
Hey, thanks for having me.
I know you've been out and you've been, you know, getting the word out as much as we can.
I don't have necessarily the clip, but I want your comment on this because Secretary Marourkas made the comment that he said, we're doing so much at the border.
We're removing a lot of people who don't belong here.
There's you a long runway, Tom.
Take it.
Are you kidding me?
Once again, he's lying.
I mean, the numbers speak for themselves.
Look, we've had over one last year.
We had historically immigration 1.7 that they admit to.
I actually think it's 1.9.
Let's take the 1.7.
We're going to be at 2.3 this year.
So looking at 4 million people across that border legally, and you look at the 900,000, it's over 900,000.
Now it probably be closer to a million by the end of fiscal year because we're two months behind.
So that's a million dollars.
That's 5 million people across the border in two years.
What the secretary should be proud of.
And I'm sure he is.
The only thing he has done is to send more resources to the border to process quicker and release quicker.
And he thinks that's a win because if there's no overcrowding, like the 15,000 under the bridge was a bad day for him, if there's no overcrowding, then he can tell the press, nothing to see here, no surge, no overcrowding.
The bottom line is he hasn't done one thing And I would like to be in a room and question him.
Tell me one thing, Mr. Secretary, have you done to slow the flow?
Just one.
Just give me one.
Because he hasn't done a single thing to address the flow of illegal aliens across that border.
Everything's about... And you heard me say it.
They have a right to claim asylum.
We have a more humane system.
To him, the more humane system is not detained and released.
And let me tell you why he's doing that, Doug, because I don't think most people know this.
Why don't they detain these people?
Why they release them by the thousands?
I'll tell you why.
Because you look at the immigration court data over the last 10 years, it clearly shows 9 out of 10 of those people that claim asylum at our southern border never get relief from U.S.
courts because they don't qualify or they don't show up in court.
9 out of 10.
That's a solid record for last decade.
So what happens with that 9 out of 10 that get ordered removed by an immigration judge?
The Homeland Security Lifecycle Report, which he has, and it's also over the last decade, it says three things.
If you're in detention, you get order removal.
You're removed over 99% of the time.
99.6, I think the number was.
If you're not detained, like he's doing right now, If you're a family group, you leave 6% of the time.
If you're an unaccompanied child, you only leave 3% of the time.
If you're a single adult, you leave 18% of the time.
That is why he's releasing them.
Not only has he let millions across the border into the United States, he's making it so they can't leave, they won't leave.
And to add on top of this, the cherry on top of the sundae is, Even if ICE wanted to go look for him, he has already said being in the country illegally on its own is not enough to be arrested.
So tell me, when he says recent border entrants are a priority, if they don't qualify, we'll send them home.
I talked to leadership in the ERO.
They're friends of mine.
ERO isn't even looking for him at DHS Secretary of Direction.
So I'm sick of the lies.
I'm sick of the misdirection.
They're letting them in.
There's no plan to remove them.
He knows that, and for God's sakes, he's committed perjury in front of Congress several times.
He needs to be impeached on day one.
Yeah, I've told him.
I said he either needs to plan his early retirement in December when the House slips or he'll just be ready for impeachment.
Hey, I want to talk about something, and sometimes, you know, here on America First, you know, Dr. Gorka talks about it, I talk about it, and you and I have talked about it on my podcast and show, but one of the things that gets mixed up in this, and I want you to clarify this, this broad claim of asylum.
Jean-Pierre, the press secretary, talks about this, and, you know, AOC, oh, they're just coming from asylum.
Tom, you know the standards for asylum.
People coming from a country just because they don't want to be there does not meet the standard for asylum.
And you just talked about it.
99% or 9 out of 10 do not meet the standard for asylum.
Explain to people what that actually means.
Asylum is, is, it's, it's, it's because you're, you can claim asylum.
If you can prove that you're escaping fear and persecution from your home government, which means.
Based on your race, religion, political affiliation, or membership in a specific social group, it means you're being, you're being, you're escaping fear from your government.
Right.
And that's what it's about.
So, so that's why Donald Trump was great thinking out of the box, because he says, wait a minute now.
So if they, let's say there's, they're claiming asylum from Honduras.
So when they get out of Honduras and they're, and they're in Mexico, Didn't they escape their fear from the government?
They're no longer there.
Exactly.
President Trump says he worked at three Central American countries and Mexico.
Do you already claim asylum in the first free country you come to?
Because you escaped that persecution, obviously, right?
Right.
But they're not escaping fear and persecution.
They can use that term, asylum seeker, all they want.
The numbers are clear.
Nine out of 10 don't qualify.
And also, if you look at the videotapes of the caravans coming up, I've never seen anybody carry the flag of the persecutors.
These groups carry the Honduran flag, they carry the Guatemalan flag.
It's just ridiculous.
They use the term asylum seekers, but here's where AOC and the rest of them fall short.
They said they have a right to claim asylum.
Yes, they do, but they're supposed to claim the first country they come to.
But let's say they get to the United States to claim asylum.
If you truly believe they have the right to claim asylum, and taxpayers' monies must be used to give them due process to claim asylum, then you must abide by the ruling of the judge.
In the end, 9 out of 10, he says you gotta leave, then they need to support ICE, Getting them and deporting them.
They don't go that far.
AOC doesn't like the ending game.
Unless they get a warrant, she's fine with that.
They get ordered deported, then just forget about them staying.
That is not the way it needs to be.
That's not the way it's supposed to be.
If we don't have consequential deterrence for committing asylum fraud on our border, which has caused millions to come through, then we're not a country.
We don't have a border.
Let me add one more thing.
This asylum abuse, asylum fraud is being used.
So many people are coming across because he's releasing them.
People are coming across knowing they don't even qualify.
Let me use an example.
The remain in Mexico during President Trump.
When we made people wait in Mexico for hearings, over 96% were losing their hearings.
So they went home.
You know what happened?
The people waiting for hearings started hearing this, started seeing this and said, wait a minute.
Why am I going to stay in Mexico for three months waiting for my hearing?
I know I don't qualify.
I'm going to go home now.
People started leaving.
So we called the bluff.
It works.
Yep.
And I think, Tom, that's the thing that we got to have.
Real quickly, hit on something.
You hit on it earlier, and I'm seeing this as more and more, I think, the end game.
They're believing that if they just, because I mean, 30 to 40 million people, however we get it, is here.
Do they think at just some point that the weight of these illegals are going to be that they can convince people we just need to make them citizens and be done with it?
Real quickly, do you think that's what they're trying to do?
I think President Biden will return to Trump's census rule.
Millions of people across that border are going to head to sanctuary cities, most of them.
They're going to be counted in the next census, which you know is going to result in more seats in the House for the Democrats.
The Democrats Party believe they've got some future perpetual power out of this, either through the census or hoping they become voters for the Democratic Party.
There's no other reason to unsecure a border.
Folks, you're not going to find anybody better on the border than Tom Holman, especially someone who cares for our country.
Tom, thank you for all you do.
Keep fighting the fight.
We'll keep talking.
Thanks for everything, buddy.
Thank you, sir.
All right, this is Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka here on America First.
We're getting it all rolling.
Be ready.
Be back at Second Amendment Friday.
Looking forward to it.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
Come back here in just a minute.
You're listening to America First with special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
Oh All right.
You're looking for a good take.
Take on me.
Aha.
Oh, bringing me back to the eighties guys.
I'm telling you, you know, you're just going to, if now, if you could just see me on rumble, you can see it.
I think you could just do the, the, uh, filter that has me as a stick drawing right now.
I mean, I would be world famous here.
I love it.
We're on Second Amendment Friday though.
Show sponsors are Car Firearms and they want you to know that the Auto Ordnance Custom Rally Cry 1911 is a new product for 2022 and can be ordered through any gun store nationwide.
Shipments are beginning in December.
Glad to have you with us here again as we're rolling through a quick show today as we get this.
I want you to be a part of the call.
We've had a lot of great callers already.
833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752 as we look at where we are.
Gorka 833-334-6752 as we look at where we are.
Interesting, you know, comments that I'm seeing, you know, come through here.
And the Iran protests are interesting.
And especially, as most of you know, I have a podcast called the Doug Collins Podcast.
You can get it anywhere you get your podcast, part of the Salem faculty along with Dr. Gorka and others.
You can find us there and also work when I do his radio.
Joy Behar.
has basically, I use as many quotes from her as possible.
The whole, frankly, the whole view gang, that they're almost like co-hosts because they come up with, I mean, they're the walking, talking epitome of really what's wrong with liberalism.
And right now Iran is in the middle of some uproar.
Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to get fanned enough to really affect the Islamic government and the Iranian president and others.
But I think it's interesting that what is going on is from the protest of the death of a woman who was detained by the country in Iran's morality police here for not covering her hair is required by Islamic law.
Now, again, Iran just shows you that the government in particular is the terrorist thugs that they are.
It's going forward.
But never let a story of a country that is backwards, has no affinity for women, gay rights or anything else that the liberals all just scream about is the standard for ecological balance.
Never let that they would overlook or compare people here or especially conservatives, if you would, to I would.
Take a listen here.
We got a clip from Joy Behar on the abortion issue.
Just take a listen to this wonderful words of wisdom.
Iran and we should all be standing in solidarity with what's going on.
We should be standing in solidarity in this country for men who are trying to control us.
Let's not make that comparison.
Why not?
Because those women over there are getting killed.
I'm not saying they're equivalent.
I'm just saying we need to watch what's going on in our own country too.
Because these memories are very different conversations.
Besides many things is I have a question.
When is, when are they going to place, and they're not, so this is a rhetorical question, that Ana Navarro is not a Republican, is not a conservative.
Not in the sense of what we know is breakdown of a lot of the conservative values that I have been a part of, that others have been a part of.
Again, it's just, again, when you have a show that promotes one-sided view, this is what you're going to get.
But I mean, again, Joy Behar here going off on this discussion that, you know, that men are controlling women's bodies.
And again, one, it is interesting to me that it's always men controlling women's bodies.
What about...
Pro-life females.
They don't acknowledge them.
In fact, pro-life females to the Joy Behar's of the world are sellouts.
And just as the left treats African Americans or people of color who are conservatives as anomalies, as sellouts and others, they treat women the same way if they have a view that life is precious and should not be killed in the womb.
I mean, it is just amazing to me that, uh, you know, we keep this facade up with shows like The View, shows that others that again will bring up and compare.
And the only good thing that I'll say for Navarro there was that she did say, look, this is not that they're getting killed over there.
They're actually killing them for not covering their hair.
As required by Islamic law.
But again, I never hear the folks at The View, by the way, folks.
You want to get me fired up?
Get me fired up on the fact that the folks on The View are never going to talk about Joe Biden's disastrous pull out of Afghanistan in which the Taliban, which all of us said you had to give a buffer over there, otherwise the Taliban is going to come back and guess what's going to happen?
Women are going to be abused.
They're going to be selling kids into arranged marriages as young as 10, 11, and 12 years old.
The women are not going to be able to go to school.
They're going to be taken out of positions.
And all of this, you know, everybody said, oh, it's not going to happen.
Joe Biden just willy-nilly pulled out.
Guess what?
Guess what?
I don't hear the left out there screaming, Joe Biden empowered the Taliban by the boneheaded move, the way he got out of Afghanistan.
Let's at least be intellectually honest here.
I know that's very far in concept for The View, but we'll see how it goes.
All right, 2nd of November, Friday, coming up.
We've got more here on the show.
We've got Aidan Johnson.
You'll want to come back.
America First.
Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka.
It's in fifth segment.
Mike's off.
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right.
Folks, Donald Trump believes America should always be first.
His patriotism rallied Americans in a manner never seen before.
Carr Firearms Group loves America and shares President Trump's patriotism and his passion for freedom.
They have been making a truly beautiful line of custom-engraved pistols to honor President Trump, and the latest one is just stunning.
The Rally Cry, 1911, pays tribute to President Trump's ability to draw Americans together.
It is covered with engravings depicting MAGA rallies and the love of America shown by Trump supporters.
The engraving is amazingly detailed with pictures of crowds, President Trump, his signature, and the American flag.
And there are little messages for fans hidden in the engraving such as Let's Go Brandon and God Bless America.
Keep in mind these guns are not just art, they are shooters.
Each one has a match grade .45 caliber, barrel, enhanced trigger, extended safety, skeletonized hammer, and true glow night sights.
These guns are made from stainless steel.
100% here in the United States.
To get one of your own, see your local dealer.
You will definitely want the Raleigh Claw 1911 in your collection.
They're going to be starting shipping in December.
All right, that brings us to Second Amendment Friday here.
Aiden Johnson is with us from Gun Owners of America.
Aiden, how we doing, buddy?
I'm doing just great.
Thank you so much for having me on.
No problem.
I have a podcast out today, Aiden.
It says, the title of the podcast is, always be scared when Congress is in session in September, because one of the things that happens in September is you get CRs, you get appropriations bills, and they try to throw in things in these, especially Democrats, in the I don't like the guns crowd, and it looks like they're back up to their old tricks here in the CJR appropriations package.
Tell us about what they've got about ammo and background checks.
Well, you're absolutely right.
It is that season for Congress to spend your money and put your money where their mouth is.
We were analyzing the appropriations that the Democrats have proposed for the Department of Justice.
We found that they want to study how to implement background checks for ammunition in America.
That is absolutely unconstitutional.
It is a total infringement.
The report says that they're going to study how to implement those background checks for ammunition.
Whether or not they can use the existing background check system for firearms to implement that, how other countries have implemented background checks—last I checked, the Second Amendment is here in the United States and we don't have to listen to what other countries do with their gun policy—and finally, what blockers there have been, what problems there have been with states and local governments that have already implemented these unconstitutional infringements like California and New York.
Gun Owners of America is completely opposed to ammunition background checks.
As we always say, a right delayed is a right denied.
Exactly.
And one of the things here is your background checking ammunition.
Okay, for those in the audience that may be listening that are liberal and a little bit slow, let's understand this.
You don't have ammunition unless you have a gun.
Okay, let's put it in sort of principle here.
And if you're going to buy a gun in this country, you're going to have to go through the process to get that gun.
Explain to me, it would be almost like me, wouldn't you say this is sort of an example, it would be like me buying a car, doing everything I need to know to be a legal driver of a car, but yet every time I go to the quick trip, I've got to show my identification and somebody's got to call to see if I can put gas in the car.
That's absolutely right.
At least with a car, they have a VIN number and they can track it.
But with gas, there's no serial number.
And it's the same way with ammunition.
There is absolutely no way to know who bought what ammo at what time and to track those kinds of purchases because the ammunition is not serialized.
No, it's not.
And look, this is just the one case.
And we did have a great victory at the Supreme Court this year in New York.
And all of a sudden, the one thing I thought was really good, Paul Clement was actually the attorney who did that case, and I know him.
And I talked to him after that case, and I said, well, it looks like after New York decided to go just hyperbolic on the decision and just go overboard, it looks like you're going to be having plenty more times to go to the Supreme Court.
And he said, yeah.
The left just can't let it die, can they?
No, absolutely not.
And in fact, ammunition background checks is one of the infringements that New York has enacted since losing the New York State Rifle Pistol v. Bruin case.
And that's one of the reasons that GOA has sued them.
We are challenging them, New York State, on the gun control they've implemented.
And we hope to have it struck down because it certainly does not meet the Supreme Court's recently affirmed test that any law be found in the text of the Second Amendment or the historical tradition of this country.
Ammunition background checks does not fall in that category whatsoever.
Well, I really wish we'd get back to the point where silencers and suppressors were not under the scrutiny that they are as well.
I mean, that's just a... I mean, even Europe's got this right.
I mean, come on, on this kind of thing.
Let's turn our attention, though, to another one.
We want to keep as many people focused.
Doug Collins filling in here on America First for Dr. Gorka on Second Amendment Friday.
And one of the things right now, it's not just what's being written into the laws in the appropriations package, you're seeing now private companies that are singling out gun owners for purchases.
And we're seeing this latest in the credit card industry.
Alert people to what's going on here.
So what happened is that Visa, MasterCard, and American Express all agreed to create a new merchant code so that they can track purchases that people make at gun stores.
So whenever you make a purchase, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is going to share that data with all of the other banks and financial institutions that your money runs through.
And this is going to free up the woke corporate America to discriminate against Second Amendment purchases and say, I'm not going to, you know, we're not going to lend to someone who's buying at a gun store.
We're not going to facilitate firearm purchases.
And these banks and other financial institutions are now also free to snoop on your purchases to investigate and to try to flag stuff for the federal government, whatever they think is suspicious.
Now, what is a suspicious gun purchase to an anti-gun leftist?
Well, I would imagine that just buying a gun is concerning to them.
So who knows who is going to be reported to the federal government, and for what, and what the repercussions of this will be.
But now, they will be able to distinguish this set of credit card holders by guns, and they are some sort of deplorable second-class purchaser on that card network.
Well, one of the biggest things that is concerning most people, and this is one of the things, if you're listening to this show, you're listening to my podcast, you're watching this on Rumble, however you're getting it, is you've got to understand that there are already so many restrictions on firearms purchases.
There are so many things.
Real quickly, do you feel like most people understand how expansive we've already been infringed on?
Hayden?
You know, I think that's one of the most important things that we can do as for GOA, educationally for the American people, is to show everyone how much your rights have been infringed upon.
When this country was founded, you know, our founding fathers wanted us to have firearms in order to protect ourselves from a tyrannical government and to protect ourselves and our families from crime.
But, you know, that's just been infringed upon and taken away time and time again.
That's going on.
That's why we got Gun Owners of America.
That's why they're out there fighting.
Go to see them, Gun Owners of America.
You can find them online.
Aiden, thanks for being a part of us today here on America First.
Thank you so much for having me on.
All right, Doug Collins is sitting in for Seb Gork here on America First on Second Amendment Friday.
We'll be right back.
Don't go anywhere.
All right, Doug Collins back here with Seb Gorka, Show America First.
What are we doing, guys?
I mean, it's Friday on here.
I was getting ready.
I was just swaying in the breeze there a little bit.
But we got lots to do here.
As we head into the weekend, I want to, myself and Dr. Gorka, like to thank you for each of you who have already made generous gifts to the campaign to support the efforts to restore America's warriors as they grapple with post-combat
Issues by going to sebgorka.com going to sebgorka.com and clicking on restore our veterans banner my friends at the mighty folks mighty oaks foundation operate a faith-based veteran service organization that teaches combat veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress how to get beyond combat trauma and live their lives in the manner god intended Imagine how hard it is to go through the Christ-centered counseling and face issues like depression, but it also takes courage to share your story with others.
Here's Chris, one of the many ex-warriors who tells us how he was blessed by counseling and peer-based discipleship found at Mighty Oaks Foundation.
Obviously, this program is changing a lot of lives, every program that they have.
It's definitely changed mine, and I'm a proven example of that.
You know, there is no cost to veterans for this help.
The Mighty Oaks Foundation covers all travel, food, lodging, and its ranches throughout America where they administer programs for our warriors, but they need our help to continue.
Please go to sebgorka.com, sebgorka.com, and click on the Restore Our Warriors banner to make a tax-deductible donation to the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
It costs $2,500 to send a warrior to Mighty Oaks for a week, and your generous gift in any amount will help a veteran like Chris begin to find peace after serving America in wartime.
So, once again, I just want to encourage you and myself and Dr. Gorka as well.
Please go to SebGorka.com, click on Restore Our Warriors banner, help the campaign to help the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
We appreciate it.
Thank you very much.
All right, we got a couple of calls.
We're going to have a lot of time for calls here in the third hour, but right now I want to get to Judy real quick from Pittsburgh.
Judy, welcome to the show.
Thank you.
I just have a couple real quick questions.
OK, first of all, OK, the guys that ended up in Martha's Vineyards, the better ones, that they were just grinning from ear to ear.
They probably thought they died and went to heaven when they got up and put that back in such a beautiful place.
I'm a 70-year-old little old lady, and I was just wondering, as a MAGA Republican, can I apply for asylum?
After listening to the description of what you need to do, what you need to be.
Oh my god, Judy, you're amazing.
This is why the callers are the best here on America First.
I am so glad to fill in.
That is great.
Under this definition, you probably could, Judy.
And with what's going on in Pittsburgh, sometimes you might think you need to.
Judy, thanks so much for calling us.
All right, we got another hour left.
We've got Matt Whitaker coming up.
Gonna take your calls in the next hour.
Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka here on America First.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
Amen.
There was an illusion being created using the most awesome tools and the greatest tricks that the American intelligence community had learned to use against our enemies.
Now it was being deployed against the American people and our president.
This is the biggest political scandal in modern history, which makes Watergate look like a tiff.
The FBI director has no credibility.
The left used to not trust the FBI, and now they love them.
This can happen to General Michael T. Flynn.
Imagine what they do to anybody who has a single strike against them.
35 Russian diplomats in the U.S.
expelled.
The prosecution of General Flynn wasn't a pursuit of criminal activity.
It was a setup.
Flynn actually had details.
So he was talking about going after people's budgets.
They were terrified.
Media didn't start as neutral.
Media hasn't been neutral all its life.
The two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out.
In fact, through WikiLeaks, that she says one thing and...
Oh no.
They worked hand in glove with Comey to try to delegitimize Trump.
They were not there to tell the truth.
A political dirty trick is being carried out by our intelligence community.
Honestly, none of us really know, sort of holistically, what to think about this dossier.
They went into Congress.
They said, there's nothing here.
Doesn't matter.
We'll keep going with FISA.
We'll keep going with the investigation.
And more importantly, we will go on TV, day in and day out, and lie to the American people to their face.
And nothing's going to happen to us.
The nation and all of our freedoms hang by a thread.
And the military apparatus of this country is about to be handed over to scum who are beholden to scum!
Russian scum!
We had not one person claim that they had or had seen evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
Devin Nunes was the hero in the forest.
He was alone.
He was mocked.
He was attacked.
Devin Nunes was subject to such scorn for saying the conclusions that we brought forth in that report, which all proved to be true.
Russiagate was a false story.
To target their political opposition.
To carry out their insurance policies.
I believe that this is a conspiracy.
These guys have perpetrated the greatest crime against the American people ever seen.
It was a coup d'etat.
This is how sick and twisted these people are.
I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
citizens involved in the Trump transition.
It was shocking to see some of the over-classification that was done to hide either corruption or abuse of authority and just to make sure certain agencies didn't look bad.
We have a peaceful transition of power process.
That's not what happened.
There were more meetings, there were more leaks, there were more attacks.
The thing that they were investigating the Trump campaign for is what they themselves were doing.
Not just the Democratic Party and their operatives, but also the FBI.
I was writing about the time frame that we lived in.
...that we're living in now, I would say it wasn't supposed to happen.
They weren't supposed to know.
The entire time this was going on, they thought this was going to be what sunk the Donald Trump presidency.
and they were just looking for the golden goose and they still haven't found it because it doesn't exist.
you you you you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you you you you you you - Hi Matt.
- Hi Matt.
Yo, how are you my friend?
Good buddy, how about you?
Everything well?
I'm doing well.
Good, good, good.
Good, great.
Good.
Good. Good.
Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good.
All right, it's Doug Collins' third hour of America First, filling in for Dr. Gorka.
Glad to have you with us again.
Just a great show so far, and when you have callers like we just had who just brought up the simple fact, you know, Judy out in Pittsburgh, you know, given the standards for asylum, could she apply for asylum?
You gotta love it.
But that's what it's all about.
We've got a lot going on here.
If you want to be a part, I know we've got some callers still out there.
We've got Ken.
If you can hold on, Ken, we've got some coming out to you in the next couple of segments.
We're going to get to it.
833-33-GORKA.
833-334-6752.
But right now, we bring on to the show, good friend, former Acting Attorney General, you see him all over the place on TV, Matt Whitaker.
Matt, glad to have you with us, buddy.
How are you, my friend?
I'm doing well.
Thank you.
I'm doing... Matt, on a funny side note here before we get into some, you know, FBI and some lawsuit stuff, because you and I talk a lot about football as well.
What... did y'all... I mean, is this like bivalve at Iowa?
Can y'all not find an offense?
We've looked all over the country and we can't seem to find an offense.
No, we... yeah, we have some struggles.
We're the fourth-ranked defense in the country.
But yeah, our offense, I think, is last or one of the last.
But you know what?
We'll figure it out.
Coach Ferentz always gets better throughout the course.
So, you know, you want to catch us in September and not November.
Well, I think we'll get there.
Well, hopefully, I'm hoping Georgia will stay as bad to the opponents as they are in September as they is in November.
But we'll catch that up as we go.
Hey, let's switch gears.
John Solomon was on, a good friend of ours, and was making the comment, especially on some of these whistleblower accusations, that you're now seeing reprisals possibly happen.
One of the agents who had came forward on the Folks being labeled extremist and others, it seems like has been.
You and I have talked a lot about what I consider the issues and you're considered issues with Ray and some of the issues at the FBI.
Does this concern you?
Were you expecting it?
I mean, really, where do you see it right now with what's going on with some of the agents coming forward?
Well, you know, there was two ways this could go.
You know, the whistleblowers are pointing out some real political biases at the FBI, and they could have either taken those complaints to heart and made those reforms, or they could have, you know, punished the whistleblowers, and it feels like they punished the whistleblowers, and it feels like they went that direction.
I think it's disappointing.
I think Chris Wray is not seeing what's obvious to most people and that he's got some legacy challenges that maybe even go back to when Mueller and or Comey were the director.
And I think he's unwilling to really change the culture, really change the leadership at the FBI so that they can get back to the basics of blocking and tackling of law enforcement and what's made them the premier law enforcement organization in the country.
And I think this is, you know, and this isn't just, you know, sort of myself.
You know, I've talked to several people and I've had people reach out to me, retired folks that worked at the Bureau.
And, you know, they feel the same way.
They can't believe what's happened, and they can't believe how Chris hasn't been willing to make those reforms that are necessary.
Eventually, you know how this works, Doug.
If he's not going to be willing to do it himself, Congress is going to force him to.
Matt, let's just be honest here.
This is a concern.
I've seen it among, because, especially on the conservative side, we're so used to being, you know, the mainstream media, we're so used to, at this point, feeling like we're being censored, we're, you know, that the scales of justice are not being equally applied, and we see this.
And that is a concern that I have right now, and you're hearing some rhetoric out of Congress that, frankly, may be taking it too far, but yet the very purpose of it is Ray and them The opportunity.
It surprises me a little bit that when Chris came in that he had, he was in a position to make some fundamental changes, but chose not to.
Um, it, does it concern you?
It concerns me a lot.
I was in Congress that when Congress deals in an emotional kind of way and in one that, and they feel wronged that sometimes you don't get the best results there.
What do you see the balance being between Congress and maybe an administration trying to root, you know, root out this problem?
Well, you know, I mean, it has to come from Congress because the administration is really not able to do it because of the sort of belief that you can't touch the Department of Justice and you can't touch law enforcement or you're going to come off as looking political.
And so, you know, I think it's going to have to come from Congress, but you're right.
I mean, they're going to, you know, I'm not, I don't think that, you know, if Congress passes laws, Uh, to try to reform the FBI.
I'm not sure that those will be, uh, you know, in the best interest of the American people either.
But, you know, we have, you know, serious concerns.
You have these whistleblowers who you mentioned are now being punished for coming forward to Congress and demonstrating, uh, these political biases, especially in the Washington field office.
So, you know, Doug, I just, again, there's, there's, if Chris isn't willing to make those reforms himself, you're left with no other option than Congress doing it.
Like I said, this is Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka today on America First.
We've got Matt Whitaker on with us right now.
Matt, let's switch gears a little bit, because you've been doing a lot in not only dealing with politics, you've been looking at some of the races.
I know you've been very instrumental in looking at the Missouri race, also the Nevada race a little bit.
Give us your sense, and I was just in Seattle last, well, last night, night before last, and working up in there.
I sense it like in most elections.
We're down that 45-day range now.
Things are getting a little tighter.
What can you tell us about what you're seeing in especially Missouri and Nevada?
Yeah, and I've spent a lot of time on the ground, and I'm going to go back here in October.
I'm also going to be in Illinois and Arizona and New Mexico, in addition to some other places.
But, you know, I think we're seeing in Nevada, Adam Laxalt is starting to pull ahead by a couple points.
Consistently in the polling.
That's great news.
And then my friend Eric Schmidt, who won the primary in Missouri, he's been the last polls I've seen.
He's been up by 11 points in both the polls, but he's in a good place.
And I think about Eric.
Who's currently the state attorney general for Missouri and a really, you know, great guy and a very effective leader.
You know, we're seeing Schmidt in Missouri.
He's He's going to.
He's going to finish strong.
You know what?
He's going to run through the tape as they say, so I don't have any worries about Eric.
We still need to make sure we give him all the resources.
Necessary that we can run a good race and win that and hold that seat.
But you know, really, Nevada in my mind, Nevada is the place where we can pick up the 51st Senate seat and take the Senate for Republicans.
And I think that's you know, we need to put a lot of resources in Nevada.
Adam lacks with a great candidate.
He's Can't say that about some of our key states around the country, but, um, I'm feeling good about Adam, but he's, you know, it's going to be a dogfight.
I mean, it is a complete, uh, rock and sock and robot kind of punching match, um, from a political standpoint in Nevada.
Well, I'd say that.
Well, you know, look, people, and I'm going to finish the show out today, and we'll talk more about this, because I like to do it around the horn.
People forget that you've got to have that pickup.
You just mentioned the 51st Center.
It's got to come in, and it's really, frankly, come down to three seats where there is legitimate pickup opportunities.
There's a couple of seats that are possibles.
I mean, stretches a little bit more, New Hampshire, Washington State, but Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia.
That's your pickups.
Yep.
And you also, then you can't lose Missouri, which I think we're good.
But then you got Wisconsin, you got Ohio, you got Pennsylvania, and you got North Carolina that are all in there.
What do you see as Adams?
Because, I mean, we've seen this before, and I've been out to, and you and I still probably need to talk about some things offline, but about going out there, because I'm going to be in Illinois as well and some other places.
But Adams, I've been to Nevada several times, and the thing that concerns me about Nevada is in this last 35 to 40 days, It's where it seems to move away from Republican candidates recently.
What's that?
What do you see happening out there now that can solidify that?
Besides having a bad Democratic senator who's not really adjusted well to that state, Adam can play that language.
What else are you worried about out there right now?
Yeah, I think as long as we keep the, it's really, I think the issue set, you know, right now, I think immigration and crime are important issues.
Obviously the economy, I mean, we, there's no doubt right now that we're heading into a recession.
I mean, we've certainly been in a recession, but the American people are really going to start to feel the pain with the increase in inflation.
We're going to see the economy stall because of these Fed rate hikes to try to get inflation under control.
And so I think that's going to obviously be very beneficial to candidates that aren't of the president's party.
Cortez Masto, who's Adam Laxalt's opponent, has taken some really bad votes.
She's 100 percent voted with the Biden agenda.
All the extra cash that's sloshing around the system.
She's the one that voted for the billions and billions and trillions of dollars that ultimately are causing a lot of this pain.
And we're seeing, you know, I don't know if you saw this, Doug, but there was just a report where the waste, fraud, and abuse in some of these programs has been exceptionally high.
And for some reason, the Biden administration hasn't been paying attention or vetting the people that are applying for all these programs and all this extra cash.
And so there's a lot of it went out the door without a lot of oversight recently.
So that's disappointing.
You know, again, President Biden has proven that he is not a good steward of the American economy.
Well, I can say that, folks.
This is Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka on America First.
Matt Whitaker joining us, giving us a great overview of what's going on not only in the Washington with the FBI, but also in some races out in Nevada and Missouri and other places.
Matt, thanks for being with us today on the show.
All right, Doug.
Let's catch up soon.
Thank you.
All right.
We'll be on, folks.
We're finalizing it in.
833-33-GORKA.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
We'll see you back in just a minute.
You're listening to America First with special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
All righty, we're here.
We got some music now, powered up.
It is Friday.
For those of us in the South, it is ready.
For those up in the North, I know y'all play football too, but hey, we're the SEC.
You know, get mad, call.
I mean, look, I'm also open to politics for the rest of the hour too, but at 833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
If you want to talk football, I mean, I'll entertain it.
833-334-6752.
If you want to talk football, I'll entertain it.
We'll get everybody involved here.
But what we are going to talk about now is, while we're waiting for folks to, you know, if they want to take part in this, we're going to turn their attention.
Something I like to do, and I've done this a little bit on my show and others, is let's just take a tour.
I mean, Matt Whitaker laid out a great, uh, bottom line there for us on, you know, Nevada and Missouri.
Let's just put it out there.
Missouri's done, cooked, it's over.
Schmidt's going to run through the tape.
That's, that's a done.
We're going to win there.
Probably, um, I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of 14-15%.
That's what that was a done deal.
So we put that away.
That was a keep for us.
We had to have that seat.
Laxalt, this one is one that frankly is going to have to be fought for.
And I think Matt had that right.
Laxalt's doing everything that he should be doing in this race.
And, you know, the race is coming down.
I mean, you got a Nevada Senate poll coming out as of yesterday.
It's a Trafalgar.
Now Trafalgar does tend to lean more Republican, but it's a 47-43 Laxalt over Cortez Mastro.
Then, you know, right on the backside of that, you have Insider Advantage, which that's out of Atlanta.
I know those folks, again, tends to be off the chart, has Laxalt up three.
So, I mean, you're seeing three to four Coming in.
So, what is it going to take in Nevada?
Let's just be honest.
Laxaw's got to have help.
He's got to have volunteers.
He's got to have money.
If you're wanting to make a difference in campaigns across the country, I hear this all the time.
What can I do, Doug?
Well, I mean, if you can't go, can you make phone calls?
A lot of these campaigns now, and this is just something for you to know, campaigns all over the country, and frankly, it's both sides, but if you're a conservative listening to this show, I want to get you in.
You could make calls say you're in a very safe district like and frankly in the one that I was represented up here in North Georgia it's not gonna Andrew Clyde's gonna get reelected the guy who took my place who won the seat after me he has no real opponent I mean Democrats not gonna win but maybe you're up here in in the seat like this and you want to help a Laxalt well get on the phone call Laxalt's campaign I'm sure that a lot of them they have phone calling that you don't have to have you don't have to be in Nevada you can do it from your computer you can do it from wherever
Hey, thanks for everything you do, sir.
Democrats have been doing this for ages.
Folks, Republicans, get off your rear end and quit griping about the world and try something, like working at it.
You know, if we do that, then I think we've got a definite shot at doing some of these things.
So a lot going on.
All right, but let's get to some calls first.
I want to hit that.
Ken in Oakland, you've been waiting.
Thanks a lot, buddy.
Hey, thanks for everything you do, sir.
Thank you.
You know, I've been really bummed out because I have come to the conclusion that these politicians on the left and the politicians on the right that are already in office, they don't care about us people.
They don't.
That's why the MAGA movement is so important.
We need to get people in there that care about American people.
I just wanted to say one thing about the voting.
You know, for years, I don't know how many years, but for years and years the left has been crying and screaming about these Voting machines, and even Kamala Harris has said, hey, I saw it manipulated right in front of my eyes.
And that's the truth.
They can be manipulated.
The left has been crying about it for years.
But now that they're in power, they don't want to say anything.
The Republicans aren't saying anything.
I don't get it.
The things are manipulated.
They can be manipulated.
There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
Yeah, and Ken, I think, you know, you hit it right at the first part and that is actually remembering, you know, who you work for.
Ken, thanks for waiting around and thanks for calling in from Oakland out there.
Keep the fight up out there.
You need to do that.
You know, one of the things that Ken just brings up is a simple fact that, you know, it's about getting things done.
And getting things done in the most conservative way possible, fighting for what you believe in, and not backing down when the fight is still out there to be had.
This is something I think that we've got to have further.
This is something I believed in, in getting stuff done, while at the same time, you know, not backing down on who I am as a conservative, or backing down on those principles.
So, I mean, he's got it right.
People feel left out in the process, and we got to fix that.
Speaking of another, we got California coming in right now.
Jeff from LA.
Jeff, welcome to America First.
Yeah, I just wanted to ask a question.
In the wake of the Ahmaud Arbery shooting there in your home state of Georgia and in the wake of January 6th, there are increasing amounts of black armed groups who are purchasing firearms and getting training in the event that they have to defend themselves against white nationalist extremism, which is on the rise in the country.
And I was wondering if If the gun lobby can support those movements, given the fact that so many of these white nationalist extremists are in the Republican Party and gaining power within the Republican Party, is that a problem for the gun lobby politically if they support people who are protecting themselves from extremists within the Republican Party?
Yeah, alright.
Jeff, thanks for your call.
Look, I think the gun lobby groups ought to be, you know, supportive of anyone who wants to exercise their Second Amendment rights, and it doesn't matter about color, it doesn't matter about where they are.
Now, I will say something about this, and from a perspective of being in the Republican Party, if you are a racist, if you're a white nationalist, if you believe that others are less than you simply because of the color of your skin, then you're in the wrong party, period.
You're in the wrong country.
Okay?
You can get mad at me, you can call me names, you know whatever, but I don't care.
You're a racist, you're a racist, I don't care what skin color is.
And protecting yourself is something that everybody in America has the right to do, and your 2nd Amendment rights, 2nd Amendment of Friday, that's why we talk about it.
Look, you come on my property, you try to break into my house, you know, maybe the police will get here before I do.
Because, you know, I'm going to protect my property and I'm going to protect it from people who are out against me.
And I've been in areas where they've been protesting me.
They've yelled at me and everything else.
So, look, I think everybody ought to exercise their Second Amendment right.
If you don't want to carry a gun, fine.
If you want to carry a bow and arrow, carry a bow and arrow or a knife.
It doesn't matter.
Protect their rights.
And gun organizations and groups have got to speak out for the Second Amendment.
This is not about who, but again, you know, to your point there, you know, Jeff, I'm gonna say this, you know, I would like everyone who exercises their Second Amendment rights, but you know, racism, it just has no place here in our country, period.
And that is just something that we've got to deal with as we go here in this.
We've got time for another quick one from California.
Gary is calling in.
Gary, how we doing?
Yes, hi, good afternoon or evening, wherever you are.
I wanted to bring up the issue about the Biden administration arming federal agencies with a billion dollars worth of military weapons and ammunition.
Not just the IRS, but the EPA and about five other agencies are being armed.
And this is a really concerning issue.
I don't know why people aren't screaming Our representatives in the House, our representatives in the Senate aren't screaming about this issue because that is what they're doing, and they're doing it because if there's an uprising in this country, when they institute digital currency or digital ID, they have these agencies who are going to be the military operation against the American people.
So we need to call, everybody needs to call their federal reps and let them know this must stop immediately.
Yeah, Gary, thanks for calling in.
I mean, this is exactly what we were talking about earlier with Aiden from the Gun Owners of America group, and that is, in these spending bills, you're seeing things that, frankly, you know, are not justified.
The IRS, you know, arming the IRS, and some of the things we saw out on the recruitment posters for that, would you be willing to use deadly force?
You're an IRS agent, give me a break.
You've got EPA out there as well.
Folks, we're still kicking in here on the America First show.
Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka.
I look forward to your calls and we'll finish up here in just a little bit.
bit.
Be back.
Thank you.
Alright, we're back here on America First.
Doug Collins filling in!
Yes, not only filling in as best I can for Dr. Gorka, but also giving absolutely the best for the all-zone, Rumble and others, the best air drum of any of your hosts that you have.
But I have a special thing before we get into this because we're getting ready for the weekend and Dr. Gorka and I both would like to thank you for those who already made generous gifts to the campaign to support the efforts to help restore American warriors as they grapple with post-combat issues by going to SebGorka.com.
That's SebGorka.com and clicking on Restore Our Warriors banner.
My friends at Mighty Oaks Foundations operate a faith-based veteran service organization that teaches combat veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress how to get beyond combat trauma and live their lives in a manner God intended.
Imagine how it is to go through the Christ-centered counseling and face issues like depression, but it also takes courage to share your story with others.
Here's Chris, one of the many ex-warriors who tells us how he was blessed by counseling and peer-based discipleship at the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
Obviously, this program is changing a lot of lives, every program that they have.
It's definitely changed mine, and I'm a proven example of that.
You know, there's no cost to the veterans for this help.
The Mighty Oaks Foundation covers all, the travel, food, lodging, and its ranches throughout America, where they administer programs for our warriors.
But they need our help to continue the work.
You need to go to SebGorka.com, SebGorka.com, and click on Restore Our Warriors banner.
to make a tax deductible donation to the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
It only costs $2,500 to send a warrior to Mighty Oaks for one week.
So it's your generous gifts and any amount that will help veteran like Chris begin to find peace after serving America in wartime.
Once again, Dr. Gorka and I both want to urge you right now to go to SebGorka.com, click on Restore Our Warriors banner to help the campaign to help Mighty Oaks Foundation.
We appreciate it.
This old Air Force chaplain appreciates it as well.
All right, we're back here.
Last few segments here on the America first show.
And it looks like we've got Daniel calling in from Texas.
Hey Doug, doing a great job for Dr. G there.
Since California has decided that diesel fuel is racist.
Why don't all these guys that happen to be going that way, you know, maybe driving an 18 wheeler that uses diesel fuel.
Why don't they just stop at the border?
of California and say, well, you know, I don't want to be a racist, so I can't come in there.
You know, and the engineers of these big trains that drive these big diesel train engines, you know, to pull all those goods into California, they can just stop.
I mean, California doesn't need anything they might have in those trucks, right?
You know, the ports, I'm sure those big cranes at the ports probably use diesel fuel.
They ought to just shut them down.
You know, they can't run the ports anyway, so it wouldn't be any big deal.
You know, just anybody running over that direction with diesel engines ought to just go ahead and stop at the border and say, hey, I don't want to be a racist.
And on those lines, if I could real quick, that gentleman that called in from California Like you said, I'm from Texas, so I'm a licensed gun owner and carry every day.
And do you know that I've had a lot of black people over here come up, and I happen to be a white man, come up and shake my hand and say, because I open carry, say thank you very much for, you know, being brave enough to open carry.
I feel a lot safer with you walking around because You know, maybe some crazy person won't pull some stunt once he sees that.
And, you know, over here in Texas, we're more likely, you're more likely to have a white man defend.
It doesn't matter whether you're Hispanic or black or whatever.
If there's some crazy guy shooting at people that has no right to, we're going to take them out over here.
That race has nothing to do with it.
It's a matter of somebody getting shot that doesn't deserve being shot.
And he did bring up that little instance over there in Georgia.
I believe it's in Georgia.
It was, yeah.
About the father and son.
You know, the son was standing in front of the truck.
The black man was across the street about halfway up on a driveway or in that yard.
Yeah, I saw him run across and attack the sun to try and get his weapon away from me before he was shot.
Nobody ever brings that up.
Yeah, Daniel, we're coming up on a break.
I'm sorry to have to cut you off, but we're coming up on a break here.
But yeah, it is.
And you know, that was litigated.
Those folks are in jail right now.
Interesting comment.
Talking about diesel in California.
Daniel, thanks for bringing it up.
California is going to ban diesel trucks by 2040.
Can't make this stuff up.
Doug Collins in for Seb Gorka here on America First.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
All right, we're rocking it into the Friday here.
Whether you're a little bit earlier out on the West Coast, you're over here going home already.
Here on the East Coast, we got you covered.
Doug Collins filling in on America First for Dr. G, Dr. Seth Borger.
He'll be back with you soon.
But first, from the friends at Job Creators Network.
We all know how the woke crowd seized control of America's public schools and universities.
Now they're trying to take over the America's corporations and businesses.
Disney and American Express, large investment firms like BlackRock, and even credit card companies are taking positions on political issues they have no business taking.
Positions that align with woke activists and no one, but no one else.
Not their customers, their shareholders, or the majority of their employees.
That is why I'm happy to be working with the great team at Job Creators Network.
They're pushing back against the woke takeover of American corporations, but they need your help in fighting back.
To find out how you can help, go to rockthewoke.com.
Disney and others heard from Woke America, now it's time they heard from you.
Go to rockthewoke.com now.
Help stop the woke crowd from doing to America's business what they did to our schools.
Give what you can to this great organization fighting for all of us.
That is go to rockthewoke.com and join the fight.
From our folks at Job Creators Network.
All right, as we're finishing up today, we've got caller in, Don from LA.
Don, how we doing?
Oh, Doug, great job.
Great job filling in.
Nice to talk to you.
Yeah, we're here behind enemy lines.
You know, I get, you know, you hear all this stuff from the left.
They're talking about white supremacists, white nationalists, et cetera, et cetera.
Now, I noticed the radical left, especially one would say the communist left, they use words differently than we do.
They say the same words, but they mean something different.
Like you and I, we know a white supremacist or a white nationalist, that's someone like the Ku Klux Klan.
Yep.
But like they seem to think it's like if you're a white American, if you're white and a nationalist, that all of a sudden you're a white nationalist, the ones like this white ethno state.
And here in California, I mean, you know, there's, I know, black organizations that want a black separatism.
There's this organization called MECHA, you know, they're Latino, they want, they want to annex the whole Southwest, call it Aztlan, you know, and they're going to have, I guess, a bronze or a brown ethnostate.
That's not us, you know, it's them, but the media never talks about it.
You ask somebody about MECHA or something, they look at you like, Is that like something you get in a Mexican restaurant?
They don't know what you're talking about.
Yeah, and what you bring of it, Don, is really the interesting thing is I'm going to take it a step further.
I think a lot of times the slurs and the smears and name-calling comes from the simple fact that a liberal does not want to debate a conservative on ideas.
They just don't want to.
And I think, you know, I've talked about this all along and this is where I've been trying to encourage conservatives that if you just take, you know, it's like the old bully on the playground.
The bully on the playground will be the bully on the playground until somebody stands up and hits him in the nose.
You know, it's like the old Mike Tyson.
Everybody has a plan until you get hit in the face.
Conservatives for too long have sat back and, you know, and not with folks like Dr. Gorka, myself, or others, you know, on platforms like this, but in everyday conversations, I'm trying to encourage folks like yourself and others to bring out these points, to make the left have to answer instead of just the overall talking points of just saying, you know, look, because you disagree with me, you're X. Fill in the slur.
Don, thanks for calling, buddy.
We appreciate Don calling.
You know, that's a great point.
What I've seen so often and so many times is the slurs from the left come from the simple perspective that they don't agree with you.
And, you know, that is a problem in and of itself.
Let's get back to some of these races.
We talked about Nevada.
We talked about I want to bring up one that is concerning because it's very close and it's in a state that has been in transition.
And, frankly, Ron Johnson has had close elections too many times.
Uh, and one of those is the Wisconsin Senate, of course, Johnson versus Mandela Barnes.
This is a plus two race.
Basically, this is a dead heat.
I mean, it's, it's, uh, so I know Wisconsin, uh, you got a lot going on up here, but this is a race that has got to get, uh, You know, we gotta keep.
This is a hold seat.
A reminder for everybody out there, real quick lesson on all of this.
Hold seats are seats that Republicans currently have, and that if you lose one, you don't just pick up one and gain 51 like Matt Whitaker was talking about earlier.
If you lose one of these hold seats, you have to pick up two.
That makes it even harder to get control of the Senate.
So let's think about this in, in, uh, Missouri, you have to hold Wisconsin.
You have to hold and Johnson is close.
Missouri is fine.
Wisconsin.
You're going to have to look at, then you have to go to Ohio.
Ohio right now is, is doing what I think Ohio will do.
And that's Vance is going to win two to three points.
Uh, Ryan is probably the best they could have put up there.
Uh, but you know, everybody who didn't support, uh, Vance in the primary Republican wise has got to turn out.
This is where Republicans have got to turn out together.
Otherwise.
You know, don't hand me this.
If you're a Republican out there and say, well, I'm going to vote for the Independent or the Libertarian because I don't like who won the primary, then you're part of the problem.
I would rather have, you know, at this point, after the primaries are over, the things are done.
It's like down here in Georgia.
I've had people come up to me and say, I'm not voting for Brian Kemp.
Brian Kemp did wrong.
Look, you don't, I mean, if you don't vote for Brian Kemp, are you going to vote for Stacey Abrams?
And if you're not going to vote for Stacey Abrams, you're going to stay out of the race.
Then that means more Democrat votes will count than yours.
Don't be dumb, folks.
We do this too much to ourselves.
And we gotta stop it.
So, you know, folks, get out there.
If you didn't vote for Vance in the primary, he's gonna be 52 times better than Ryan.
Get out there.
A couple of states that are concerning to me.
One, of course, down here in Georgia.
Warnock is the most popular Democrat in Georgia, not Stacey Abrams.
Stacey Abrams, we talked about her early on in this show.
Warnock is up against Walker.
Walker is coming back.
This race is going to be tight to the end.
Republicans have got to show up down here.
And they have to show up for not only Walker, but also Kemp as well.
Running back quickly to Pennsylvania.
This is one... I don't get this one.
And look, I don't... This has nothing to do... And I'm going to be as kind as I possibly can be here.
This has nothing to do... I won't... I do not want to see anything bad happen to Fetterman's health, okay?
If he's had a stroke, he's had, you know, I want him to recover.
I want him and his family to have a long life together.
Has nothing to do with that.
But there's a difference in having a stroke and recovering and in doing it in a regular job and being a United States Senator.
Right now, last poll out, morning call poll in Pennsylvania has Fetterman up five.
I have a feeling that part of this is that Republicans either are not answering the polls or Republicans are still mad about the primary.
For my folks and my friends in Pennsylvania, get over it.
If you didn't vote for Dr. Oz in the start, I understand.
Okay?
Maybe you had your issues.
I mean, a lot of us had issues with things that he said, but you know, you didn't win.
Barnett didn't win.
The others didn't win.
It's time we get together and you don't want Fetterman, you know, basically having issues from day one, not only in just doing the job and being extremely liberal, But he can't do the job.
I mean, he's having to have, you know, do a debate with closed captioning.
Folks, don't tell me that you can't vote for the Republican for Dr. Oz up there.
I don't get it.
I mean, you can make all the arguments you want.
I still won't be able to get it.
This is Doug Collins filling in for Dr. Gorka here on America First.
We'll be right back to close this puppy out.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
Welcome back.
Yes, it is the final countdown.
The final countdown.
We got just a few minutes left here.
I want to finish this up.
We were just talking off air, and I want to bring this out.
There's two states that are of interest to me.
One is an interest.
I'll just put it as an interest.
I think it's going to end up in the incumbent's hand, and that's Utah.
But if you look at the polling out there, Lee is only up by five and to McMullen and there's about 15% that has actually said they're voting for a third party candidate.
So that's it's an interesting race.
The other one is one that has been off the radar unless you've been listening to the Doug Collins podcast, which again, you pick up the Doug Collins podcast anywhere.
If you want to know how do you stick up with me when I'm not on here filling in for Dr. G, you can go and see the Doug Collins podcast, Salem Podcast Network.
Just go download it.
And we talk about a lot of things.
One of the things we've talked about on there is some of these races and that is North Carolina.
North Carolina, Ted Budd is up three.
I know the president is going to be there tonight in North Carolina in Wilmington for a rally.
This is within the margin of error and this is a race that is off the charts.
Nobody is talking about this race and Beasley is a very liberal candidate up there and you know this is one in which the Democrats are putting money in.
And again, what concerns me many times is the races.
You hear much about Vance in Ohio, you're Pennsylvania, you're Georgia, you're Florida, but these North Carolina races, the Wisconsin races, where you just don't hear as much going on.
Conservatives have got to get out and they've got to support these candidates.
If they've not, you're gonna, you will not take back the Senate.
Bottom line, you cannot lose North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio.
You can't lose Wisconsin.
You lose those, you got to pick up two.
And that's just going to be difficult, folks.
I mean, I'm not kidding you here.
If you don't do it, I mean, I'm not a big fan of math, but I can do math, and that's all politics is, is math.
And math tells me that if I lose one of those, I have to pick up two.
Where are you easily going to pick up those two?
Georgia?
Arizona?
Nevada?
Washington State, New Hampshire.
It's just, I mean, the maps are just tough.
And so you got to look at this as we go.
You know, so look at these numbers.
Don't take this for granted.
Don't take off the gas.
I mean, Laxalt is doing well in Nevada, but you know what can happen in the last little bit in a race out in that part of the world.
So we need to, you know, keep up here.
With these races as you go and that means getting involved and being a part Let me also give one last warning last little bit of time here Be very aware of what's going on in Washington over the next so probably gonna get a CR But they're trying to ram in some stuff look at that I know is your this is the most dangerous time in Washington over the next few months is in these are spending bills because there's gonna be a determination to get a lot of stuff in that they can't normally get in and So, something for you just to watch.
But as you go on this weekend, remember one thing.
Just like Dr. Gorka, this is Doug Collins, who's filling in today.
My honor to fill in this chair, but also I have just undying hope in America and what America stands for in the future.
And it's only going to come from people who are willing to stand up for what they believe, stand up for the rights that you've been given, knowing that you've been given a country in which you can live out what God intended you to be.
That's what it's all about.
God bless you.
Thanks for listening.
Go out and have a great weekend.
