Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Armed FBI raid on pro-life speaker

Thank you.
Here's a guy who was homeschooling seven children.
I don't know the details.
I'm more inclined to believe the wife, frankly, than the bureau.
But apparently, the thing they came to get him for had been dismissed by a U.S.
district judge last summer as being nonsense.
So, and by the way, remember, this is a man who voluntarily drives two hours into Philadelphia to be a missionary to people who are drug addicts, alcoholics, people who have had their lives shattered.
And instead of glorifying a person who is speaking for God and raising his children and trying to be a good person, you have the U.S.
government apparently sending people with weapons at 7 o'clock in the morning.
I mean, why did they feel they had to go at 7 a.m. and his seven kids, imagine what they're watching.
The great former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, one of the two smartest political minds in America today, with just one half a sentence, making a damning statement that should disturb making a damning statement that should disturb every American.
Irrespective of the political color you espouse.
I I trust that man's wife more than I trust the FBI.
Welcome, dear friends.
You're listening to America First with me, Sebastian Gawker, former strategist, former deputy to President Trump.
It is great to be back in the studio.
Thank you to former Congressman Doug Collins for covering off for me on Friday while I had to travel, fly across the nation.
It's an insane world we live in.
Our great, great supporters, Relief Factor, needed me in Seattle for a commercial.
And I went there and came back on the red eye.
Thank you to everyone there.
Lynn, Dr. Jerry, and everyone who hosted me so graciously.
And especially Wyatt, my stunt dog.
You will be seeing footage of the stunt dog that will appear with me in those commercials.
I think I'll have to post some of those later today.
When I'm back home on social media.
But we have more important things to discuss today.
So the first one is what you just heard.
The raid at 7am of Mark Hauk's home in rural Pennsylvania by an armed FBI SWAT team.
There he is.
With his lovely wife and the children, their biological children and the adopted children, he is a pro-life activist and speaker, one of the founders and the current president of something called the King's Men, which promotes healing for victims of pornography addiction and promotes Christian virtues amongst American men.
Well, probably that's the reason he had to be raided by the FBI.
Let's give you the details behind the story.
This is from LifeSite News, the excellent pro-life organization.
A well-known pro-life author, sidewalk counselor, meaning outside Planned Parenthood abortion clinics he assists those who are trying to kill the unborn from doing that.
Helping them see the error of their ways.
A father of seven!
...was the latest victim of a Department of Justice-sponsored SWAT raid and arrest for a supposed FACE Act violation.
We'll talk about that in a second.
It has to do with, you know, protecting the abortion mills.
We'll talk about that.
He was arrested at his rural home as his children looked on screaming.
Mark Houck is founder and president of the King's Men.
According to his wife, Ryan Marie, who spoke with LifeSite News, he drives two hours every Wednesday to sidewalk council for six to eight hours at two different abortion centers.
I wonder, how many of us can say we do that much?
For the most vulnerable in society.
I know one of our listeners, good friend of the show Antoinette, can say she does that.
She is one of the voice for the voiceless in California.
But when it comes to the rest of us, how much do we do?
For the most vulnerable in society, I think this man could embarrass most of us.
Ryan Marie, who is a homeschooling mother, described how the SWAT team of 25 to 30 FBI agents swarmed their property with around 15 vehicles at 7am.
Having quickly surrounded the house with rifles in firing positions, so they shouldered their weapons, they quote, started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.
What was he accused of?
Is he a human trafficker?
Member of the cartels?
A fentanyl smuggler?
A kidnapper?
A bank robber?
We'll get to that.
Before opening the door, she explained her husband tried to calm them down, saying, quote, Please, I'm going to open the door, but please, my children are in the home.
I have seven babies in the house.
But they just kept pounding and screaming, she said.
When he opened the door, quote, they had big, huge rifles pointed at Mark and pointed at me and throughout the house, Ryan Marie described.
When they came in, they ordered the kids to stay upstairs.
Our staircase is open, so the kids are at the top of the stairs, which faces the front door.
I was on the stairs as well, coming down.
The kids were all just screaming.
It was all just very scary and traumatic, she explained.
After asking them why they were at the house, the agent said they were there to arrest Mark.
When Ryan Marie asked for their warrant, they said, quote, They were going to take him whether they had a warrant or not.
Let me read that again for you.
Unarmed, pro-life, father of seven, raided at his home by FBI agents holding loaded M4 carbines to his chest and his wife.
They said that they were going to take him whether or not they had a warrant.
When Ryan Marie protested saying that is kidnapping, quote, you can't just come to a person's house and kidnap them at gunpoint, the agents agreed to get the warrant for her from one of their vehicles.
I'm just going to read that again.
After she said that's kidnapping, the agents agreed to get the warrant from one of the vehicles.
At this point, Mark asked her to get him a sweatshirt and his rosaries, but when she returned, they had already loaded him in their vehicle.
Why did they arrest him?
Because at an abortion clinic, a patient escort accused him of assaulting him and under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, the FACE Act, they arrested him because of that allegation.
An allegation which was dropped in a federal court last summer in a district court.
It was dismissed.
Why?
Because the patient escort had been screaming at Mark Houck's 12-year-old son screaming obscenities and Mark said, stay away from my son, move away from my son.
Got into his personal space and so Mark, protecting his 12-year-old son, shoved the pro-death, filth-mouthed pro-abortion activist out of his way.
The man who killed an 18-year-old conservative last week with his car walks out of the jail on a $50,000 bail because he killed a Trump supporter?
This man has his house raided by 25 FBI agents aiming carbines at him and his wife as his seven children are screaming!
I didn't think it was gonna be this bad, but it is!
Weeks ago I said what?
I said the FBI has become Biden's Gestapo.
I'm not surprised!
It is the fastest selling item at our website.
I was right then and I'm even more correct now.
Tell the world that you agree we've had enough of a political police force.
Go to SebGorkaStore.com.
You can get the mug, you can get the t-shirt.
Tell the world you understand Joe Biden's Gestapo is the FBI from Nazi Germany to the USA in 80 years.
That's SebGorkaStore.com.
We've only just started.
Thank you.
Mic's on.
Yeah, I've got the Justice.gov press release on it right here at the very end.
It mentions the case was instigated by the FBI, is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S.
Attorney Anita Eve and DOJ Trial Attorney Sanjay Patel of the Civil Rights Division.
This Hawk one?
Yeah.
Can you print it for me?
Yeah.
Jeff, if I send this to you, can you print it?
I sent you two pictures about Kelly.
Uh-huh.
Do you want the mics on or off for the guest?
For the guest, off.
The guest, off.
All right. All right.
All right.
.
The End
2015 I tried to commit suicide.
I tried to take my own life.
I took a bunch of pills and tried to drive off a cliff.
By 2023, we will have more deaths by suicide than we will post 9-11 combat.
Babe is referring to a report out just this summer that estimates that since 9-11, we've lost more active duty personnel and veterans to suicide than those actually killed in combat.
Just how wrong is that, dear friends?
Just how wrong is that?
More veterans lost at their own hands than in combat at the hands of our enemy since 9-11.
It was 22 a day under COVID.
It was 30 a day committing suicide.
We've got to stop it.
We've got to help them.
And you can be part of that.
There's an amazing organization called the Mighty Oaks founded and run by combat veterans who know what it's like to consider taking that step.
And they have a series of ranches across America where they send veterans, active service, military, and their families to find a bit of peace, a bit of tranquility, to fight those psychological demons.
It costs $2,500 per veteran to find that piece of tranquility at one of those ranches, but they don't pay a penny because we fund them.
Will you make a difference?
Will you donate to Mighty Oaks?
Be one of those people.
If you're a veteran who's been there, who's seen it, who knows what it's like, please help your brothers in arms.
Please go to my website, SebGawker.com.
It's the least we can do.
They stood on the wall for us.
It's the link at the top that says, Restore Our Warriors.
With me, Sebastian Gorka, and Chad Robichaux, former Force Recon Marine, the founder.
Please support.
Give as much, give as much as you can.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, and the Restore Our Warriors banner at the top.
All right, I want to hear from you on your reaction to the FBI raid of that pro-life man's home with his seven children watching and screaming.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
833-334-6752.
I need you to sound off as well.
Gorka, 833-334-6752.
I need you to sound off as well.
Now let's talk to somebody who knows what it is to be at the center of the storm because she's an effective America first patriot.
She is the chairwoman of the Arizona GOP and she's a personal friend of mine.
Kelly Ward, welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me.
Yes, I know exactly what it feels like to be a target of a weaponized federal government, that's for sure.
Right, so before Christmas I announced this at a Turning Point USA event.
I actually held up the FedEx envelope in which I received the information that Nancy Pelosi had subpoenaed for the January 6th committee.
Not only my phone records, but the phone records of my wife and my children, despite the fact that I was nowhere near Congress on January 6th.
I think we're in a rather exclusive club right now.
So what's happening with you?
Give us an update, Kelly, with regards to Your personal information and the January 6th committee.
You're exactly right.
I think we are in the same boat because this same unselected committee, via Nancy Pelosi, subpoenaed my phone records and my husband's and my children's.
And we have been fighting that in court.
We actually countersued the J6 committee and they delayed four times.
And then finally a judge said, hey, J6, you have to do something.
So they finally filed.
We filed again.
And so the first stage of that endeavor has happened, and they dismissed our case against the J6.
But we immediately filed an appeal.
And so, just so you know, and just so all the leftists out there who are celebrating that, thinking that the federal government has my phone records or my husband's or my kids, they don't.
God bless you for fighting.
I've known you for many years.
I consider you a personal friend, a warrior.
Here's a few photographs of the events we've been together at in Arizona.
While we were talking in the break, you say what's happening in Arizona could be a model for the rest of America.
So give us an update.
Give us a situation report on what's happening in your great state and why that could be a model for the rest of America.
Well, Arizona, we were able to elect the most America-first slate of candidates during our primary.
From the United States Senate with Blake Masters to, of course, the great Carrie Lake for governor, all the way down through the legislature.
And so when people say, well, we don't want to vote for rhinos, well, in Arizona, any Republican that you vote for is not going to be a rhino.
It's going to be a person who's standing up for faith, family, and freedom, a person who believes in what we believe in, small government, low taxes, personal responsibility, following the Constitution.
We, you know, the story wasn't just about who we elected with Kerry and Blake and Abe Hamaday and Mark Fincham and more.
It was about who we unelected as well.
We unelected people that were pretending to be Republicans like Rusty Bowers, who actually was the Speaker of the House.
He's gone.
He is out of politics.
And just like Wyoming got rid of Liz Cheney and she just can't let go.
let go of our party for some reason when she doesn't really believe in what we believe in um we have some of those as well but in arizona we are leading the way for america first and i hope other states follow our lead yeah we have some stunning stunning audio and video from the trump derangement syndrome patient zero that we will be playing later from liz cheney as She's Dr. Kelly Ward.
She has made rhinos extinct in Arizona.
Follow her at kellyward.com.
That's with an I. Kelly with an I. kellyward.com.
You look at what's happened.
With regards to Matt Gaetz, all of the allegations dropped against him after a year and a half.
You look at the weaponization of the FBI, what they're doing to President Trump, to yourself and to me, and it seems as if there's a pattern here.
I call it the criminalization of conservatives.
I have to ask you, as a seasoned patriot who's been involved in politics, Is this going to backfire in the midterms in 2024?
Is there going to be an awakening amongst those who maybe are independents and who say, you know, raiding a guy who's got seven kids screaming at home because he's pro-life, that's wrong.
Well, I think we're going to see it in 2022, in fact, and then it is going to be amplified in 2024.
People are waking up.
When Nancy Pelosi goes to a lefty liberal festival and goes out on stage and is booed by her people, you better believe people are mad at the overreach of this overbearing, overtaxing federal government.
And they don't want their privacy invaded any more than you do or I do.
And they know that the Republican Party, the America First Republican Party, is fighting for their freedom as well as all of ours.
Now, you're a successful business person, a medical professional.
Last 30 seconds, a message to our 3 million viewers and listeners across the nation.
Why on earth did you get involved in politics and why should all patriots?
Well, first of all, Obamacare was the impetus for me.
They were trying to take away healthcare liberty and freedom from my patients and destroy my profession.
And I said, somebody has to do something.
I looked in the mirror, said, I've got skills, talents, and abilities.
I've got to do something.
So look in the mirror, find out what you can do.
Everybody can't do everything, but everybody can do something.
So find out what your something is.
I love it when you ask yourself, somebody has to do something.
Guess what?
Look in the mirror.
That's why she's Kelly Ward.

The FBI's latest Gestapo raid.
Mm-hmm.
Latest Gestapo raid.
Kelly and also Matt.
Kelly, um... We've made rhinos extinct in Arizona.
Nice.
Matt, um... Andrew Breitbart's a legacy today.
And then I'm gonna do PhD here, but first let's have a good cut.
We've got so many cuts.
What should we come in with?
Maybe something of the boss?
We've got a few of those.
You've checked them all, right?
I haven't checked them yet, but we can check them right now.
Play 13 and 14.
This November, the American people are going to show this repulsive political class exactly what we think of their lives.
This November, the American people are going to show this repulsive political class exactly what we think of their lies, their witch hunts, and the corruption by voting in overwhelming numbers to throw them the hell out of office, starting with this disgusting human being, Letitia Peekaboo James.
We're going to drain the swamp.
We're going to save our country.
We are going to drain that damn swamp.
And I'll tell you, I did a hell of a job.
But that sucker is deep.
That's deep.
It's deep.
They're bad people.
The only thing these deranged leftists care about, the only thing they talk about is trying to destroy your favorite president, me.
Have you ever heard of me?
And our great patriotic movement.
That's true.
There's never been a president that's gone through the crap that I'm going through left and right.
Left, you feel like a fighter.
Left and right.
and then you get up and you knock the hell out of them.
Alright.
Coming with 10.
Coming with 10.
Yep.
Eric, do you have a copy of the journal?
Thank you.
Will you remain a Republican, regardless of what happens in the next election?
I'm going to be a Republican.
That's Liz Cheney.
make sure Donald Trump, the majority of that can't make sure he's not the nominee.
And if he is the nominee, I won't be a Republican. - Okay. - That's weird because that means you don't believe in the will of the people.
That's Liz Cheney.
So if the party that you belong to chooses him, and then if the nation chooses him, what does that mean about you?
It says more about you, Liz Cheney, than it does about anybody else.
Dear friends, I was filming this weekend for the Relief Factor Company, and it was weird to see myself in the rushes afterwards.
Why?
40 pounds lighter!
I just didn't recognize the guy!

Is it Lido, San Diego, California?
Welcome to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
And I have spoken to you before and I do have your t-shirt and wear it proudly.
Which one?
Which one?
We've got multiple ones.
Which one?
No, America first.
Oh, nice.
With your name underneath it.
Good.
All right.
What brings you to our shores again?
What's that again?
What brings you to our shores today?
This is what I'm saying.
Everything the FBI is doing, everything the Justice Department is doing, we have been through this.
People who believe in freedom and that freedom is all that we truly have will stand up.
We are not going to back down.
We're going to support Mike Lindell and every other person who's being persecuted, plus Donald Trump, and we're going to come out stronger.
I am African American, and they don't even know what's going to hit them from the people that they've released There is a righteous indignation across the country.
I can hear it in your voice.
People see this and they know that it's coming from Democratic politicians.
They're going to be swept out and they're not going to understand it when it happens.
I guarantee you.
There is a righteous indignation across the country.
I can hear it in your voice.
Let's give this man one of the new Biden's Gestapo is the FBI mug because sadly, that's what they have become.
They are a political police force.
I'm going to quote him because I promised him.
I was texting with Dan Bongino today.
He was on fire.
And at the end of his second hour or first hour, he said the following.
The FBI have become what they were designed to fight.
They have become the anti-constitutional threat to America.
And we're witnessing it every day.
And Dan Bongino nailed it.
Stay on the line, Lido.
We'll send you one of our The FBI is Biden's Gestapo.
Get your mug today.

Let's go to Klaus, also in California.
Welcome, Klaus.
Welcome, Klaus.
Hey, I'm like Lito.
I have not gotten my shirt yet.
You didn't get your what?
My shirt!
Which shirt were you promised?
It was the, if you're woke, you're a loser.
Alright, we can get that to you.
We'll have Mr. G on the case, but there must be another reason you rang in.
Yes, sir.
To quote the so-called great John Lewis, make some good trouble.
We should all go protest in front of our local FBI headquarters and demand that we free Mark Huck.
I like the idea.
Stay on the line.
We'll get that t-shirt out to you.
But I love this idea that somebody should organize a protest outside of the local FBI field office or RA.
That's a brilliant idea.
Stay on the line, Klaus.
Let's go to Mike in California, line two.
Welcome, Mike.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Every time, I think the FBI has already piled up enough evidence and proof that they need to be disbanded and defunded because they cannot possibly be reformed.
It's obvious now.
They keep piling up more proof for us.
It's like there's no end to this.
Now, it's one thing to realize that they're under the influence, to some extent, of the Democrat party and Joe Biden, the party of Karl Marx, of Joseph Stalin, and of Mao Zedong.
However, the FBI should be an uncorruptible organization.
It is not.
They have too much power.
As Lord Acton said, power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
And the FBI has taken upon itself to have absolute power, along with the Biden administration.
We have to stop it before it's too late.
It's really up to us, and you're right.
Even Dan was saying that this morning.
The FBI has to be dismantled.
Disperse its mission sets across other parts of government, whether it's Treasury, whether it's the Secret Service, whether it's DHS or the Marshal Service.
But this is a brand.
That is unrecoverable.
Its corruption is now unrecoverable.
Great cause today.
Don't go anywhere.
The number is 833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans right now, me included.
Yes, I used to have a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor two weeks later.
I was pain-free.
And I'm still pain-free more than three and a half years later.
That should be you.
That could be you.
But there's only one way to find out.
But it's super easy.
You just go to Relief Factor.
You order the three-week quick starter pack for just $19.95.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me.
All righty.
Like, who had even heard of this guy before the raid happened?
Call today, 800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
All righty.
Like, who had even heard of this guy before the raid happened?
I hadn't.
Exactly, yeah, but now they're going to go after complete no-names that nobody even knows about, and that really means they're not going to stop.
This is the most ridiculous one out of all of them, I think.
Well, as soon as I read the story, I'm like, yeah, this is like... Presumably it wasn't on video or anything, but it's obviously a case of self-defense, and yet, of course... But it doesn't even matter.
I mean, it was dismissed in local federal court.
And so DOJ picks it up after it's dismissed?
Well, again, that's what they were gonna do with Derek Chauvin.
If Derek Chauvin was found not guilty, then they'd just have the DOJ file federal charges against him.
You can't win in this system.
They did that with the police in Louisville, too.
Right.
Mm-hmm.
Yep.
Mic's on or off for the guest?
Uh, mic's on.
Ah, John's a good old regular.
Oh, I wanna get General Baldock on.
I'm gonna send you his number, Jeff, alright?
Okay.
Minute 45.
He's not answering, I just texted him.
Okay.
Okay.
Welcome, Rumblers, all 1,500 of you.
Nice!
People fired up.
For unfortunate reasons, but fired up nonetheless.
There he is.
One minute.
Hey buddy, how we doing?
Good!
Doing well.
Let's talk about the whistleblower piece you sent me, okay?
And then Matt Gaetz.
Okay, sounds great.
Alright, 40 seconds.
Coming in with anything?
What have we got here?
30. 12.
30.
Come in with 12.
Okay.
Look, I think that Democrats, if the election is about who is the most extreme, as we saw Kevin McCarthy touch on there with Marjorie Taylor Greene, I'll say her name, sitting over his left side, then they're going to win.
If it is a referendum on the president, they will lose, and they know that.
Ooh, ouch!
Wasn't she the press secretary for the president she's talking about?
That's Jen Psaki.
She just said if the election is a referendum on her old boss, the Democrats will lose.
But I thought everything was going superbly!

The phone board lit up as soon as we opened the show to discuss what happened to that pro-life activist in Pennsylvania who had his house raided by the FBI.
It's not just one instance.
I was sent earlier today a piece from one of our regular guests, the founder of justthenews.com, the author of the book Fallout, a story from another FBI whistleblower, John Solomon.
Welcome back to the Salem News Channel.
Yeah, good to be with you.
So who is Stephen M. Friend, and what is he saying, surprise, surprise, about the FBI's SWAT teams, John?
Yeah, so he's a special agent in Florida who had an exemplary record.
In fact, I think got an award just earlier this year.
And then he started to raise questions when he got assigned to the January 6th task force this summer, and he started to see things the FBI was doing that concerned him.
among them assigning cases to the field to make it look like there were national extremism cases in every community in America when they're all the January 6th thing.
But then the field case agent whose name's on the investigation, like his name was on some investigation, had nothing to do with the investigation.
It was just to create the aura that there was a national crisis with domestic violent extremism to back up Joe Biden's narrative.
That's one of the things he saw.
He saw constitutional rights being abused of some of the January 6th defendants.
The 6th and 8th Amendment rights, he said, regularly being violated.
And then using and calling out the SWAT team, something he used to serve on for many years, to make misdemeanor arrests, which he says is forbidden by the FBI operations manual.
So, he raises all these concerns and all of a sudden, an exemplary FBI agent gets suspended just a few days ago.
Name some of the places that you've worked for.
You've worked for AP.
What are some of the mainstream media organs?
AP, Washington Post, Washington Times, The Hill, and now...
Just the news.
I've covered a lot of whistleblowers.
So I'm curious, if we look at just what he alleges, and then this story, Mr. Hauk out of Pennsylvania, with the seven children, house-raided at 7am.
Again, a misdemeanor charge that was dropped by district court in the summer.
Why isn't that?
Because that looks like, I don't care what country you're in, a federal police force bursting in your house with M4 carbines, pointing them at your wife as the children are screaming.
That would be a story in any normal country, but I don't think that's a story for your former colleagues at the Post or the AP.
Could you give us a sense of perhaps why it isn't, John?
Yeah, I've seen some mainstream media coverage, to be fair, but it is very troubling, right?
And it's not unlike what we saw in the early 90s.
You know, one of the things that Stephen Friend says in his Office of Special Counsel whistleblower complaint is that a lot of what he's seeing now harkens back to the failures of the FBI during a time when they raided Ruby Ridge and had that terrible tragedy or Waco.
This sort of amped up, emotional, politically driven effort that isn't using common sense, isn't using the best training and tactics or, quite frankly, just the basic manual of the FBI.
So back in the 90s, it took a while for people to appreciate what happened at Ruby Ridge.
Waco was a little bit different because it played out on national TV.
But I think the media has been, from the beginning of this FBI scandal, the modern one, the one starting with Russia collusion, they've been silent and sometimes reporting the opposite of the truth.
And that's emboldened the FBI to do more and more things.
I've talked to FBI agents who say, my bosses, don't worry about the media.
They're never going to get called out by the Washington Post.
And so that that raises a real concern about the lack of watchdog journalism going on.
And maybe that's having an effect on the FBI.
Well, you can find Watchdog Journalism at justthenews.com, and the book, if you want to know about Russian collusion, is Fallout, Nuclear Bribes, Russian Spies, and the Washington Lies that Enriched the Clinton and Biden Dynasties.
John, give me your professional take, as now a media mogul, not just a reporter, on the news that, quote-unquote, charges will not be brought against Congressman Matt Gaetz.
Isn't a little bit more required than just the reporting of the fact that there will be no charges brought against him after what he has been accused of for more than a year?
Yeah, listen, his name was dragged through the mud thousands and thousands and thousands of times, and while the Washington Post did a fine job reporting what I've been hearing for several months now, I've been hearing for several months, and I brought Matt Gaetz on my show and asked him all the questions.
He looked in the camera, he answered everything.
He had nothing to hide.
Listen, we have to stop falling prey to these anonymous news stories.
The Matt Gaetz narrative was driven by anonymous sources in many cases.
And what happens is all of a sudden the presumption of guilt is flipped.
All of a sudden you're presumed guilty until you can prove yourself innocent.
That's not the way the system or the media has traditionally worked.
Is there anything usually you come on the show in a capacity to tease something?
What should we expect at Justin News in the next couple of days?
Yeah, I'm working on some interesting disciplinary issues at the Capitol Police.
Some of the players that were important to January 6th and the intelligence failures had some interesting past backgrounds, and yet they're failing upwards.
They're continuing to grow upwards in the Capitol Police ranks despite some failures.
We're going to expose some of those failures in the next few days.
All right.

Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
It's a challenge with some of the amazing video clips to play them on a show that is nationally broadcast across the nation as a radio show as well.
But this one, this is Fetterman.
dressed in a rainbow-colored cowboy hat at an event where he doesn't have a lot of supporters, but he's asked a very trendy question.
Cut eight.
Would you support the Department of Education making it mandatory in all schools for LGBTQ education?
I'm sorry, I didn't hear the last part of that.
Would you be supportive of legislation that makes it mandatory for LGBTQ education in our schools for history, literature, science, and so on?
I'm for as many perspectives and letting everybody be included because we're all part of America and we all have history and that should be a part of American history because you are a part of America in these communities.
Yeah, yeah.
Include everybody, like the pedophiles, the rapists, the murderers, the genocidal eugenicists at Planned Parenthood.
Include everybody.
By the way, he was wearing a rainbow-colored Stetson with a rainbow-colored flag on his back and a rainbow-colored lei around his neck.
Jeff, just for those who are on radio, how many people were surrounding John Fetterman at that event?
The rough number was how many?
It was five, six, seven.
Yeah, I think it was like zero.
It was the guy asking him the questions and then a couple of people in the background.
Is he going to win, Jeff?
They should put that on ads.
Honestly, he looks homeless.
He looks like a nuts guy.
Someone that's an absolute lunatic.
Send that.
Send that.
I'm sure they've seen it, but just send that to the Dr. Oz team.
All right, let's go to your calls.
The FBI again is the topic in Nevada.
Dave, welcome to America First.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you, Sebastian.
First time caller.
Hey, so I just wanted to comment real quick.
You should start referring to the FBI as just FB, because they've literally lost all of their integrity.
I like that.
I like that they have no integrity.
Stay on the line.
Let's get Dave a copy of The War for America Sold.
Al in California.
Al, welcome to America First.
Hey, Sebastian.
I actually had two questions.
One, the Constitution says all men are created equal, but it does not say all men are created Americans.
Ooh!
And here's the second one.
Karen Bass out here in Los Angeles is running for mayor of Los Angeles.
She's rabidly Eddie Gunn, but guess what?
A few days ago, somebody stole two handguns from her house.
Hang on, hang on, but I thought she doesn't like guns, Al?
But...
They stole two handguns from her house, they caught the guys that did it, but this rabidly anti-gun politician had two handguns in her house, which means she's a hypocrite.
Well, yes, as our friend Chris Plant says, if it weren't for double standards, the left wouldn't have any standards at all.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

When you look at these pictures, you get a sense of what black life was like.
Some of them look pretty prosperous.
Divine Providence was clearly operating in the lives of black Americans.
Throughout history, black folks were honorable.
They had integrity.
That's what black people were.
We were never taught that America was bad and that we were not Americans.
We were raised to love America.
Protesters topple a statue of Christopher Columbus.
Hundreds of statues have been vandalized.
You see people trying to rewrite history.
The American people know these names have to go.
Why is that?
Whenever you have something to be proud of, People have less of a chance of controlling you.
This country is racist from top to bottom, from right to left.
And for black people to become a part of that is for them to become, in fact, anti-black and to hate themselves.
There is no country in this world that a black person would rather be.
Unless, of course, they grow up in this country.
You broke the contract!
We've been playing this game for 400 years!
Then there's been a lie that is so deceptive The reason that that line exists is power.
There are certain people who are using the Negro in order to establish that power in Washington.
And the Negro is just merely a pawn in a game that's bigger than he is.
I support you!
Thank you.
- Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Thank you, Mr. President.
The number here to sound off on what the FBI has become is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833.
3, 3, 4, 6, 7, 5, 2.
And if you agree with me that they have become the political police force for the Democrats and the Biden administration, tell the world that you know what they're doing.
Check out the hottest selling item at our website today.
It is the t-shirt.
It is the mug that says Joe Biden's Gestapo, the FBI from Nazi Germany to the United States in 80 years.
That is the sad truth.
It's very sad because they had a reputation.
And now, they've destroyed it.
And I agree with my friend Dan Bongino, it has to be dismantled brick by brick.
Its missions, counter-terrorism, counter-intelligence, have to be given to other agencies that have not become Clearly a political police force for one political party in this country.
The number 833-33 Gorka, 833-334-6752.
It is not just the Department of Justice and the FBI, it is those in the mainstream media, the legacy lying press, that are their propaganda compatriots.
We're going to have Matt Gaetz On my Newsmax show this Sunday.

It's how I I watch the show most often on my phone, on my tablet.
That's the Newsmax app.
And why are we having Matt Gaetz on the show?
Well, let's start with the team.
What do we think?
If you had to summarize Matt Gaetz to somebody from another planet, what would you say about him, Eric?
Who is Matt Gaetz?
A firebrand.
A firebrand.
In a good way, right?
Absolutely.
Mr. G, Matt Gaetz, how would you describe him?
One of the best on our side at communicating with regular people.
Ooh, that's exactly what I was looking for.
Why?
Because that's the reason that back in 2021, on March 30th, A group of quote-unquote journalists from the New York Times who had been presented with awards for journalism for their coverage of the Russia hoax, the collusion hoax, penned an article with the following headline.
I'm reading excerpts from a piece by Molly Hemingway at The Federalist who summarized the latest developments with Congressman Matt Gaetz, who, by the way, I think I'm having lunch with Matt this week in Congress because he's always plotting something.
Ways to save the Republic.
We're going to have fun!
We're going to see if Steny Hoyer has a conniption like he did last time he saw me in the members dining room.
Oh, I do like the way Matt thinks.
This is the headline of the piece from March, March of last year.
Matt Gaetz is said to face Justice Department inquiry over sex with an underage girl.
Interesting phraseology, isn't it?
To face Justice Department inquiry.
If you've had sex with an underage girl, you don't face an inquiry, do you?
That's a crime.
That's called statutory rape.
You are charged with rape if you do that.
Why did the headline say, to face Justice Department inquiry over sex with an underage girl?
Because it was all crap.
It was a lie.
The story back then, 18 months ago, was, quote, sourced to three people briefed on the matter, none of whom were identified by the New York Times.
The story contained no evidence against Gates of any sex crimes, but much guilt by association with somebody else.
Later in the story, the pack of reporters, it's weird, why do they need a pack of reporters?
Matt Boyle's gonna be on our show tomorrow and Matt Boyle writes, you know, 3,000 word investigative pieces for Breitbart with just his byline, Matt Boyle.
Why do these places like CNN and New York Times, you know, need eight people to write a story?
The story contained no evidence against Gates of any sex crimes, but much guilt by association.
Late in the story, the pack of reporters admitted that no charges had been filed, and quote, that the extent of his criminal exposure is unclear.
The extent of his criminal exposure is unclear, meaning what?
That he's also possibly innocent?
This Friday, just, you know, the last Friday gone, 18 months later, 18 months after he's accused of being a pedophile, and a sex trafficker by the way, the Washington Post published its own anonymously sourced article.
Quote, career prosecutors recommend no charges for Matt Gaetz.
So 18 months ago, he's a pedophile sex trafficker of minors, but now they're not charging him?
Why's that?
Not only was he never convicted of any of the crimes he was alleged to have committed, he wasn't even CHARGED!
But, as Molly notes, the damage had already been done.
Why Matt Gaetz?
It's as Mr. G has just said.
Because he's bloody effective at destroying the lives of the left.
The colorful Florida congressman had been one of the few Republicans to help win the public relations battle against the Russian collusion hoax.
The conspiracy theory that President Trump had stolen the 2016 election.
When Adam Schiff, Democrat, California, held secret hearings, selectively released information, and lied about coordination with the so-called whistleblower during the Ukraine impeachment hearings, Matt Gaetz led a group of Republican congressmen in protest.
The move enraged the corporate media and helped unify Republicans in their eventual defeat of the impeachment stunt.
Then, after the January 6th riots, Gaetz defended concerns about election integrity, reminded Democrats of their support for nationwide riots the preceding summer, and criticized the media effectively over their protection of the rioters.
And perhaps this is the worst of all for the left.
He remains one of the very few Republicans to focus on the plight facing the men and women the Justice Department is targeting as January 6th political victims.
That's why.
That's why he had to be taken down because he's effective at pointing out the lies of the left.
On the one-year anniversary of the original smear tactic, the calumny against Matt Gaetz, the left-wing, yeah, he's no Trump lover, he's no MAGA Republican, the left-wing journalist Glenn Greenwald wrote the following.
The leaks against Matt Gaetz have the effect, and often the intent, of destroying someone's reputation.
Convicting them of repellent crimes in the court of public opinion that will never be brought to a court of law.
Thus, relieving the state of the requirement to prove the crime and depriving the accused of the opportunity to exonerate themselves.
Absolutely.
And that's exactly what happened.
You put it out there.
I mean, is there much worse than being accused of being a pedophile?
I don't think so.
Maybe of being a child murderer.
And you put the accusation out there.
But you're never given the opportunity to address it in a court of law and to face your accusers because it's a lie.
You never did anything.
But the damage has been done.
It is pure Alinsky.
It is, remember, Alinsky.
The mentor for Hillary Clinton.
The community activist whose tactics Obama taught as a quote-unquote constitutional law professor.
The only photograph you can find of Obama teaching in college is him with his left hand diagramming out on a chalkboard Alinsky's rules for radicals.
Don't take my word for it, look it up.
But what was Alinsky's tactic?
If you can't beat the person politically, you triangulate.
You isolate and you destroy.
But you do that with people who are effective truth-tellers.
Whether it's President Trump, whether it's Matt Gaetz, or whether it's our guest in the last hour, Kelly Ward.
But that's why standing up to them is more important than ever.
And courage is contagious.
And we cannot, cannot allow these people to maintain control of our country.

Depending on the time, there's between, for a long time it was 22 active duty soldiers or veterans that commit suicide every day of the year, on average.
That number during the pandemic has gone up to about 30.
So I think something really needs to be done because it's just not right for these people to risk their lives and then come back and not get all the support they need.
That man lost his son because he took his life after serving our nation.
And he's right, it's just not right.
When you come back home, you should be helped, you should be celebrated, you should be supported.
We shouldn't see 22 veterans a day commit suicide because they don't get that help.
One organization is stepping up to the plate.
It's founded and it's run by combat veterans, several of whom had the same challenge, were fighting those demons and thought that suicide was the way out.
What they've done instead is they've built a series of ranches across America where veterans with their families and even active duty service members can go to find some tranquility, some peace, and try and defeat those demons.
It's called Mighty Oaks and I'd like you to support it.
Because they've done enough for us.
And now we need to give back to them.
Especially if you're a veteran, if you've struggled with your own demons, your own PTSD.
Please help those that are fighting today.
It costs $2,500 per veteran, per service member to go to one of these ranches.
They don't spend a penny on travel, accommodation, nothing.
It's all paid for because of you.
Will you make a donation today?
As much as you can, as little as you can.
Whatever you give makes a difference and could literally save the life of a veteran.
Go to my website today, SebGorker.com and click on the Restore Our Warriors banner at the top.
You'll see me, and you'll see Chad Robichaud, former Marine Force Recon, a veteran with like eight tours, please support them right now.

It's at sebgorka.com, S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com.
It's at the very top, Restore Our Warriors.
God bless every single one of you who has donated and who is going to donate.
Let's talk about one of those combat Marines, a man who is a true warrior, who spoke out at home after his deployments against what he saw as the rank incompetence and arrogance of those above him.
He has served in the United States Marine Corps as a lieutenant colonel, and we are delighted to have him with us on the advent of his first book, Crisis of Command.
Colonel Stuart Scheller, welcome to America First.
Sebastian, thanks for having me on.
Let's start at the beginning.
I want everybody to order your book, Crisis of Command, but let's start with why you decided to become a devil dog.
Why did you become a Marine?
I was an accountant in 2004.
The war was hot and heavy.
I became an accountant because I always thought I was going to join the FBI.
And as I watched the war playing out, I decided I wanted to do more to Give back to this great nation, so I called the Marine Corps Recruiter.
I don't know why the Marines.
Back then, I thought it was one of the harder branches.
I chose infantry.
I wanted to be on the ground with a gun leading people into combat, and I got to have all those experiences.
All right, tell us some of the places where you served abroad in combat zones and what you did there, Colonel.
I served in Ramadi, Iraq.
I was a company executive officer.
I spent a year in Afghanistan as a counter-ID team leader.
I responded to the Israeli-Lebanon conflict and did an evacuation of American citizens, the platoon commander then.
As a captain, I was in Egypt during the military coup of 2013.
So five total deployments all over the place.
And then you got in trouble one day and you were actually put in the brig.
You were arrested and jailed.
Did you steal a tank?
Did you go absent without leave?
Were you drunk on duty?
What was the crime that got you incarcerated by your own armed services?
Well, I can't steal tanks because the Marine Corps got rid of them, all of them.
But yeah, to your point, the reason I got put in jail was because I made a public statement through my social media on August 26th of 2021.
Questioning the long list of decisions that were made in the Afghanistan evacuation.
To me, it was the punctuation mark on two decades of just bad senior leadership.
And I felt that service members deserved a timely and accurate assessment of failure.
Let me get this out there straight away.
I believe you're right on Afghanistan, but you're an O5, you're serving, you're in uniform, you haven't detached from the services, you are in a chain of command.
Why did you think it was okay for you to say, hey, flag officer, hey, Geo, you're a cretin, you're a moron, and this is reprehensible.
Why did you think that you wouldn't get in trouble for bringing What's the technical legal phrase, bringing the services into ill repute?
What made you cross that Rubicon kernel?
Well, I mean, I don't think I called anyone names.
I just pointed out mistakes that were made and that was absolutely hard to hear.
So on the base level, was I saying to my bosses that they were incompetent?
Yes, I was.
Was I breaking rules?
Yes, I was.
But I was doing it because I had played the game long enough that I knew none of them would have the courage to do it.
I knew not only was it a failure, but that they would try and weaponize the media and spin it as a success.
And I thought that the junior service members deserved a leader in uniform giving honest assessment of failure.
And what were the consequences?
You made that statement of incompetence, of failure.
You gave your assessment as a serving Marine.
What happened to you then, Colonel?
Well, after I made the initial statement, I was fired immediately.
I was bullied.
And I had a choice after that initial statement, whether I should apologize, you know, and the content of my statements were never addressed, so I could apologize for them.
Let me interrupt you.
I'm curious.
Your superiors came to you and they said what?
Did they say, no, Afghanistan was perfect, the withdrawal was honorable, or did they just say, hey, you broke the rules and you better apologize?
Yeah, they said it wasn't my place to address those big issues.
They just focused on the rules that I broke and all they told me was that I was a loss of trust and confidence and therefore no longer should be serving as a commanding officer.
So eventually what happened to you, Colonel Schaller?
It escalated and I was imprisoned in solitary confinement, pled out, had a special court-martial, resigned short of my retirement and got out of the military.
And was that dishonorable or honorable?
How far did they take it?
Yeah, there's like five rungs between honorable and dishonorable, so I'm the second rung down.
I am a general under honorable conditions.
The book is Crisis of Command, How We Lost Trust and Confidence in America's Generals in Politicians.
I'm going to ask the good colonel where we go next, where we go from here.
Is it recoverable?
What has happened to the military?
I saw what happened with the general officer class.
When I was in the DoD, and it wasn't good back then, and now it's even worse.

They're bad people.
It is very, very deep and that's why we need him back in the oval.

We are back with Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller, author of the brand new book, Crisis of Command, How We Lost Trust and Confidence in America's Generals and Politicians.
Will you take us back in time, Colonel?
What was it about the withdrawal from Afghanistan that was so egregious to you as a military professional and as a Marine that forced you to speak out?
It was just a comedy of errors.
I mean, I think anyone could tell you that you shouldn't be pulling out military troops before you evacuate American citizens.
We did it during the peak fighting season.
So anyone that served in the military knows that the Taliban hides in the mountains of Pakistan during the winter.
We could have done it from October to March.
Uncontested, but the PR date of September 11th was more important than American lives and treasure.
We evacuated Bagram Air Base, the key piece of train we needed so that people wouldn't be hanging off airplanes and that we could actually provide security.
We left 5,000 to 7,000 prisoners in that prison.
The Taliban walked in unopposed, released all those prisoners.
That's more people than we even responded to Kabul with once we realized this whole thing was falling apart.
Then we throw 5,000 troops at Kabul on 15 August.
The Marines get into firefights with the Taliban.
Then they're ordered to stay in post the next day with those same people.
Obviously the Taliban lets a suicide bomber through the checkpoint, kills 13 service members, injures dozens more, kills hundreds of Afghanis standing at the gate.
And then we conduct a drone strike and kill nothing but women and children and then declare it an overwhelming success I mean, there's just no better example of failure through and through.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Shocking.
Somebody had to say something.
Here's my big question for you and don't tell anybody apart from the three million people listening.
I've taught all arms of armed services in America from, you know, Air Force to Coast Guard.
Marines are my favorite.
Love the devil dogs, especially by two and a half years in Quantico.
But here's the question for you after what you've been through, Colonel.
Can we save it?
Can we save the Marines?
Can we save the Army, the Air Force, the Navy from the woke ideologues?
I mean, you just look at the people who are being discharged, forced to separate because they refuse to take an experimental non-vaccine.
So, you are inside the machine.
Can it be done?
I think that the American military has the best training facilities, the best resources Their annual budget of 750 billion is larger than some countries GDP.
You have the best young talent, young company, great officers and young enlisted joined for the right reasons that are hungry and want to be taught.
The problem overwhelmingly is our leadership.
After World War One, there was a guy named Marshall who came in and cleaned up the general officer class, which allowed a guy like Eisenhower to ascend to the top was, uh, you know, all those reforms to the general officer class were probably a large part of our Success in World War II.
So we need another Marshall-type leader to come and clean out the leadership.
So the answer is yes, it can be saved, but there needs to be dramatic reshuffling in the senior leaders.
And it needs to be done by somebody who's prepared to break China.
I recommend Kurt.
Yes, we should get Kurt Schlichter in as the Defense Secretary and maybe Secretary of the Army could be our buddy and guest host Jim Hansen.
They know how to break China.
In the meantime, read this book.
It is out just now.
Crisis of Command.
How we lost trust and confidence in America's generals and politicians.
And follow Colonel Scheller at Stuart Scheller.

Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
It's insanity.
It's rank insanity.
Pro-life speaker.
House raided by 25 armed FBI agents pointing AR-15s, M4s at him and his wife as his children are screaming.
We have members of the former Trump administration arrested and put in leg shackles at Reagan Airport.
We have Mike Lindell ambushed in a fast food drive-thru by FBI agents demanding his cell phone.
At least we can show Mike some love.
They want to cancel him.
Walmart have banned his products now.
Why?
Because he's a conservative.
Not because he sold 51 million of his MyPillows.
Because he's a friend of the present.
Because he talks about the Bible, God, and the truth.
Let's support Mike right now.
Go to his website.
He's got some amazing BOGO offers, but if you use my name, he'll give you up to 66% off his line of more than 150 products.
Let's have his back and have a good night's sleep as well.
Call 800-829-8468.
That's 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code G-O-R-K-A.
It's one way of showing the left that we will support one another.
MyPillow.com.
Code Gawker.
All right.
So one of the few, the handful out of thousands and thousands and thousands of special agents, one of the few whistleblowers from the Bureau has gone on camera.
And our buddy Dan Bongino interviewed him twice, and here's just a little clip on just how bad the situation is inside the FBI.
Play cut.
The Mar-a-Lago raid's been of particular interest to me.
Of course.
It's unprecedented.
I mean, literally without precedent.
We've never done this before.
Regardless of anyone's personal politics, there have been paperwork disputes about this in the past.
I'm not asking you to comment on the politics at all.
But when FBI agents, specifically Christopher Wray and the management staff, that unquestionably are briefed in a high-profile case like this, do you think it even occurs to them that they're partaking in an act that's so overtly political it has a chance to change the politics of the United States moving forward for the negative?
In other words, do you think they're saying to Merrick Garland and DOJ, hey, maybe this isn't a good idea or is it just we're going to be loyal little soldiers here and do what you tell us to do?
I don't want to speculate on anyone else's motivation.
I know what I look at, right?
I've got friends that I don't speak to after that.
I assume they were part of it.
It's like, I don't know what happened, but you guys forgot to throw the BS flag on that.
You asked me to go raid President Obama's house.
You asked me to go raid President Bush's house.
It's not happening.
I'm sorry, it's not happening.
I'm not doing that.
And I'm going to probably be pretty vocal.
That's probably going to be my last day.
It's not going to happen.
So we had a lot of people that said yes.
And I think that so much compliance got done.
We talked briefly.
Here's what I'll kind of share as my last kind of concern.
Every single FBI agent has to go to the Holocaust Museum for a full day.
Um, when we're in the academy, and they have a special program.
I don't know if you've ever been to it, but it's well worth your time.
If you're a law enforcement officer, you should definitely go go through the Holocaust Museum and see the piece they do for law enforcement specific.
It's a walking tour.
It's looking through the lens of how did this atrocity take place?
And the only way it takes place is minor government officials are on board, and local law enforcement and state law enforcement and federal law enforcement has to say yes.
Because if anybody refuses to get with the program, it doesn't happen.
And the answer, I'm just following orders, the Nuremberg piece, it doesn't...
It doesn't fly.
We know better.
That's the whole point of history.
We're supposed to be able to see that.
That's why every agent has to go to that day.
We're supposed to know that if they ask you to do something that's illegal, immoral, or unethical, following orders is not an excuse.
It's not an excuse for me.
You can't tell me to go get a vaccine that I'm not going to go get.
It goes against my moral principles.
I'm not doing it.
You can do whatever comes next.
You can ask me to do a search warrant.
That's not right.
I'm not going to go do it.
Because it fundamentally changes the fabric of this country.
It changes the game.
It puts people in play in the political arena that shouldn't be.
Law enforcement shouldn't be in the political arena, number one.
I think we can all agree on that.
I think most Americans would stand behind that of all political inklings.
And the second piece is, is we don't go after our former leaders and we don't go after the opposition leader.
That's banana republic stuff.
Everyone's said it.
I know you've said it too.
It gets me...
Heated to a level that I can't stand.
And it's one of the reasons why when you made your appeal on your radio show, or you might have done on your podcast, it's like America is in jeopardy.
I agree.
And I don't want my children to grow up in a world Where that's the barrel they're looking down.
I don't want my daughter to have to show up and take a pregnancy test every month because it's really disruptive.
But we've already taken the COVID test every week.
So why wouldn't it be a pregnancy test?
I don't want my son to have to take STD tests because he was out with a weekend and sometimes guys meet girls.
I don't think that's reasonable.
I won't go down that line because I can see a straight path to it.
And I think everybody that's honest that goes through that museum and looks at all the shoes that still smell like the people that were wearing them, you know?
And there's thousands of them in there.
It changes your perspective on the entire world, on how law enforcement has an absolute responsibility to refuse things that are wrong.
And we can't do it.
We can't do it and have America survive the way that we grew up.
And I don't want to be part of it.
Indefinitely suspended from the FBI, Kyle Serafin, Special Agent.
And he's right.
When you start acting with political motivations and you're carrying a badge and a gun, that's what happens in totalitarian regimes.
We're reaching out to Kyle right now to get him on the show and we look very much forward to doing that.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to John in Michigan.
John, welcome to America First.
Hey, Dr. G. A little while ago, you said that we need to stand up to the FBI and the DOJ, which I truly believe that all right-minded, patriotic Americans would agree with, including myself.
But I have a question for you.
Can we turn that ship around without going after the likes of Comey and Brennan?
And Christopher Wray, and holding them criminally chargeable for what they've done to that and those organizations.
I don't think so, because if we don't, we live in a nation without consequences.
If the people who orchestrated the greatest persecution of a political candidate and the president in America aren't, I'm not saying we demand jail time because that's not how it works, but they have to be charged with obstruction of justice, with sedition, and in some cases, like Brennan, with treason. with sedition, and in some cases, like Brennan, with treason.
They have to stand in a dock and be judged by a jury of their peers.
So, no, John, you're absolutely right.
It's not enough to dismantle the FBI.
These individuals have to be judged in a court of law because what they did is unconstitutional.
It is undemocratic.
It goes against the principles of our Republic.
Thank you, John, for a great, great call.
More of your calls momentarily here on America First, coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.
Relief Factor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans right now.
Across the country, me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Debran from Massachusetts.
This is Debran's story.
I just started taking Reliefactor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you Reliefactor.
That should be you.
That could be you.
But there's only one way to find out.
But it's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Debra, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
You've waited long enough.
You deserve to know.
The only thing you have to lose, well, It's the pain.
Cool.
800-500-8384.
Reliefactor.com.
Reliefactor.com.
Alright.
8384. Reliefactor.com. Reliefactor.com. All right.
Okay.
This is the D segment.
Mm-hmm.
E.
Oh, no, this is E.
I'm sorry.
What am I saying?
Yeah, yeah.
All right.
Yes?
Come in with Nancy 7.
Nancy 7.
All righty.
90 seconds.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Do you have white ray?
Do you see?
Do you see?
What do I think of that?
I think I hear something like that every day around here.
When people say that women shouldn't be able to make their choices about contraception or their own reproductive health, that's a sign of disrespect for women.
She... Who is Nancy Pelosi hanging out with that she hears every day people wanting to rescind the right of women to vote in America?
Hey, Mr. G, have you ever heard that?
I mean, we got some pretty funky callers on the edge here.
Has anybody said that to you in the last three and a half years?
Yeah, some of these calls that don't get in the air, no one takes crazier people than I do and things that are said.
I have never heard that in three and a half years here.
Eric, you have some unusual friends.
Have you ever heard anybody say remove the vote for women?
Only whenever they just got done listening to AOC speak.
Ooh!
Harsh but fair!
Harsh but fair!
Let's go to your calls.
Carl, Alabama, line one.
Hey, Dr. Gorka, how are you?
Good, what's up?
Hey, I want to pass along a little outrage about this so-called family-friendly Uh, drag show up in Chattanooga, Tennessee at some, uh, brewery.
Have you heard about it?
I have.
I saw Robbie Starbuck post about it.
Absolutely filthy and disgusting in front of children.
And the police say they're not going to investigate.
And why is the FBI doing what they're doing, and they're not going to go after these pedophiles?
That's the question.
That's why we have to put pressure on them, and that's why we have to talk up.
And thank you for bringing it up on the show.
We only have three hours every day, but we should get Robbie Starbuck back on and talk about it.
Thank you, Carl.
Let's go to our buddy in Silver Spring, Victor.
Welcome to America First.
Sebastian.
Twenty-five years ago, I went to a pro-life rally in January, and I had my sign that said, weighed one pound, eight ounces at birth, and survived.
You wouldn't believe everybody taking pictures of me standing there.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
You weighed one pound, eight ounces?
Yes.
Oh my gosh, that's a miracle.
It is a miracle, because As I told the bus driver one time on the way home from work, if I had died, they would have put spontaneous abortion on the death certificate.
And this woman started screaming that she had a right to choose.
And I said to her, I'm glad you're not my mother.
Well, that is an incredible story.
Was that the March for Life?
I mean, January is the March for Life.
It was the March for Life.
So I'm really wondering, Because I am a walking billboard along with a lot of other blind people that were born in the 40s and 50s, got too much oxygen like me, they were underweight, and I wonder if the FBI is going to go and pay them a visit now.
Oh my gosh, don't even raise that.
I just hope to meet you in person at the next March for Life.
One pound eight ounces.
God bless you.
Miracles are real.
Next up, one-on-one, America's Sheriff Mark Lamb with us in studio.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
This is organized crime.
all out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputation.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
- And in no shape, in no way, in no time, is that legal.
- This is organized crime.
- Do you have video evidence?
- Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
- What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 Mules.
In select theaters May 2nd and 4th.
Virtual premiere May 7th.
Stream May 8th at Salem Now or Locals.
And look, I don't want Joe Biden to fail.
I'm an American.
I don't want anybody to fail.
I want to see this country succeed.
But right now, you're paying the price.
I didn't vote for him, but I'm paying the price.
It wouldn't have mattered.
If this would have happened under President Trump, exactly what's happening right now, I'd still be saying the same exact thing.
And I would be calling for their action, even if it was who I voted for.
It doesn't... That's not... It's not who I... I'm able to separate politics and common sense.
But this isn't politics.
This isn't politics.
This is human traffic.
Come out and tell me that there's nobody coming through this counter.
That isn't politics.
That's not politics.
And I want to emphasize... The wall is not right here.
The wall... There is no wall.
But where the border is, is 60 to 70 miles that way.
I'm not a journalist.
Don't ever call me that.
But sometimes, when you know that the legacy media is lying to you, don't want to cover a story, you just have to find out for yourself.
And that's what we did.
That's a clip from our exclusive for Newsmax.
I bought a camera.
I bought a plane ticket for Mr. G, my producer, and we went down to Arizona.
We were invited by the local sheriff of Pinal County, Sheriff Mark Lamb.
But it was over a year ago, and we saw shocking evidence of human trafficking, the debris, the smuggling tools.
And we need an update, because as of yesterday, we know we have a record, and it's not a good one.
Greatest number in American history.
Two million illegals have crossed our southern border.
That we know of in the last 12 months.
What's happened since our visit?
What does it mean for local peace officers?
Well, we are delighted.
He's braved it to the swamp.
Maybe he can shoot some more rattlers for us.
We'll tell you about that later.
He's Sheriff Mark Lamb.
Welcome in studio.
Thank you.
I might need a bigger gun for the creatures out here.
I don't like snakes, but what's here in D.C.
might be worse.
I don't know.
For full disclosure, if you didn't see our original Newsmax package, We spent a day with you.
You drove us around.
You took, I mean, 20 feet from your patrol vehicle.
We saw the signs of human smuggling.
We did a ride-along with one of your deputies.
But one of the last things we did with you is we got out of the car, and we started walking, and within a few feet, you heard that unmistakable rattler sound, and you pulled out your very short-barreled AR, and you fired.
You killed it!
But we didn't have any ear pro on, and we were a little bit ringing for the time being.
I think you've got to suppress us instead.
I have a suppressor now.
My ears rang for about a week after that, but the snake's no more.
The snake was vapor.
We couldn't fight it.
I would have had a nice belt or something, but it was like vaporized by that very fast five, five, six round.
All right.
We're having some fun, but this is a serious issue.
So that was over a year ago.
We need to go back and you've given us an open invitation.
Thank you.
So talk to us.
Given the shocking figures, the fact that it looks like the feds, CBP, INS are kind of stood down.
The Walmart greeters of the Biden administration.
What impact has there been on your job?
You were on my show yesterday on Newsmax.
Give us just some rough figures and just some anecdotes of how worse it has become.
Well, it's a tremendous impact on us.
You know, I've always said that what comes through my county doesn't stay in my county, so there's not a lot of long-term effects other than the fentanyl.
But what we see every day and the crime that comes with it is what's alarming.
we've had almost a 250% increase in pursuits over the last two years.
People running from us, trying to avoid being caught because they're transporting humans and they're transporting drugs.
- Tell us some of the figures.
You had like five vehicles.
- Just yesterday. - How many people in the five vehicles?
- Just yesterday, we stopped five human load vehicles in one shift with 27 people between the five vehicles.
Do the math.
I mean it's over five people per car.
Now what happens if you don't have there and then the evidence that either the smuggler or the people that are in the trunk of the car or whatever it is are felons If the Feds aren't helping you out, tell our listeners, our millions of listeners, what happens next?
When you intercept, you know, pick up truck with eight people slid in the back, and they're not American nationals, they've got no ID, what happens next?
I'm embarrassed to say, Sebastian, but if Border Patrol does not come pick them up, and we can only hold them for about 30 minutes, About outside of that, because that's the normal time frame for a traffic stop and for Border Patrol to come pick them up.
If they're not able to come pick them up, we have to release them into the public, unless they've committed some other state crime that we can hold them on.
But, you know, if they pull over on a traffic stop and we find five illegals in the car and Border Patrol can't come pick them up.
I have to release them.
Explain the industry of this, because there are people, there are Americans as well, who are involved in the moving of these individuals.
So this is really an industry, isn't it?
Right.
So the cartel is targeting our youth.
They're going on TikTok and other social media platforms and saying, hey, look, if you go pick up these illegals down in Pinal County or Cochise County, we'll pay you $1,000 per person.
to come and pick them up.
So you're getting these 16 year olds that are running from us.
They're driving down there and they are picking these people up making $1,000 per person in mom's car or grandma's car.
And it's happening every day all day.
Cochise County had a thousand vehicles in a month that didn't that came through there that didn't belong in Cochise County.
Not only that, there are people now flying from other states Flying into Tucson, renting a car, picking people up, taking them to Phoenix, going back to the airport and flying back home.
To be part of this industry.
To be part of it.
To make that kind of money that the cartel is paying.
If they're giving $1,000 per head to kids who are coming in to do this, the other end in Mexico must be making millions.
Well, the last estimate I heard today is they're making $200 million a week.
And it's cash.
Anybody in business knows that cash is king.
So it used to be when they had drugs, they would send the drugs into America.
They would have to make their way from Arizona over to Iowa.
They sell them in Iowa or Chicago and then they have to transport the money back and hope that law enforcement doesn't catch it.
Well, now they have, because of the Biden administration policies, now they have the clientele showing up at the doorstep of the cartel to say, hey, I want to pay you to take me across the border.
And so they're paying $5,000 to $6,000.
So now the cartels are cash rich.
They have hundreds of millions of dollars in cash that they can do whatever they want with, and it makes them more and more powerful every day.
And I want to talk to you about the human trafficking.
I don't know if you have a question, but I'd like to branch off onto that, too.
We'll talk about that.
But first, is there any commonality?
Who is being trafficked?
All Mexicans, where are they coming from?
Are they politically persecuted?
Do we know?
Are they just economic migrants?
Can you tell who these people are?
And that is a really good question because it varies from where you go on the border.
If you go to the Yuma sector, what you get in Yuma is you get Venezuelans and Brazilians and Chinese.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
We don't have a border with Brazil or China.
Exactly.
So they shouldn't be able to claim asylum.
Right.
They're flying into small towns in Mexico.
Let me just stop there because international law is clear on this.
If you're an asylum seeker, which is not an economic immigrant, you are claiming political persecution or religious or whatever from your home state.
International law requires, just for the record, that the first safe country you land in, once you leave your own, is where you apply for asylum.
You can't go through ten countries because you want to go to America and then apply for asylum, right?
Yeah, and they are going through 10 countries.
I ran into a Venezuelan family.
They told me they flew to one of the South Central American countries.
From there, they flew to Mexico.
From there, they had to traverse the dangers of the cartel to get across the border.
So they had two or three opportunities to claim asylum before they ever got to the borders of America.
So in Yuma County and in Del Rio, you might get Haitians and Brazilians and all sorts of people that have had an opportunity to claim asylum in Mexico or whatever country they got to first, which is the law.
Which means they're coming here for economic reasons, right?
Exactly.
They're coming here for economic reasons.
And when you ask them, they say we're here because Biden said we could come.
And so they come across.
Now, when you take my sector, I'm in the Tucson sector.
So Cochise County, Pima County, Pinal County.
What we deal with are military age men, typically from Mexico or Guatemala, camouflage clothes, carpet shoes or people.
Put that up on the screen, the carpet shoes.
This is something that we saw down there.
And they're literally, you're going to see, they're literally what they look like.
They're a shoe that goes over your boot with carpet on the bottom and it's designed to mask the sound.
He's holding it, the sheriff's holding it.
That's it.
It's designed to mask the sound and to keep us from being able to track them.
And that's what they wear those for.
And our desert, you saw it first hand, our desert is littered with those.
To be honest, because I'd never been down there with the sheriff, when we got out of the patrol vehicle, I thought this was a setup.
I thought this was like a, you know, a stage because we literally, we were tripping over the amount of smuggling equipment.
But wherever we stopped, wherever, he said, okay, let's jump out here.
It was everywhere, and that was over a year ago.

Depending on the time, there's between, for a long time it was 22 active duty soldiers or veterans that commit suicide every day of the year, on average.
That number during the pandemic has gone up to about 30.
I think something really needs to be done because it's just not right for these people to risk their lives and then come back and not get all the support they need.
The father of a veteran who took his life during COVID.
It was 30 a day.
The average is 22 veterans who commit suicide because they don't have the requisite support network because they May not simply be physically injured, they may be mentally have the wounds of war, the post-traumatic stress that is impossible to see but can lead them to take that fateful decision.
We are honored to be associated with the veteran-run Mighty Oaks Foundation.
That has ranches across America where they allow veterans and even active duty service members to just get some peace, some tranquility, center themselves again, travel with their families at no cost to them and try and defeat those demons that they're still fighting from those Months and years in the Middle East and Central Asia.

Can you give us a scale, Sheriff Lamb, of Arizona's a big state.
So how big is your territory?
How many guys have you got?
And what's happened to the collaboration between your team, the county team, and the state?
assets and the feds since Biden took over.
So we're 5,400 square miles, which is the size of the state of Connecticut.
And we do that with 240 deputies.
I have 600 employees because I have a jail and I have civilian.
But how many guys are on patrol at one time?
Well, 100 guys total, 25 at a time on patrol to patrol an area the size of the state of Connecticut.
We have a population of 500,000 people, so we've got our work cut out for us.
That is, we don't need the federal government to add more work on us by not securing the borders and having to go out and work in the desert.
Now, what was it like before under the Trump administration?
What was work relations like with HSI, CVP and DHS?
We've always had really good working relationships with Border Patrol, CBP, ICE.
We continue to have it on the ground level.
Where we don't have it is outside of the state of Arizona, it goes cold.
And it went cold January 21st of 2021.
The day after they were put in office, we lost all communication from Washington D.C.
and I've still never heard from anybody high up within the organization of DHS or Border Patrol outside of Arizona.
How many times did you make it to the White House on official business under the Trump administration?
I came to the White House 10 times.
And how many times in the last year and a half?
In the last year and a half, zero.
I don't get anybody in trouble, but what do these guys and gals say to you?
You know, the CBP and the ICE guy, off the record.
How is it?
Because they're sworn law officers.
They carry a badge and a gun.
And they're not being allowed to do their job.
So what do they say to you?
They're utterly disgusted.
They hate it.
I mean, the morale is super low.
They hate that they're not able to do their job.
And then when they do, you get things like what happened with the guys on the horses down there at the border, where they completely turn on them.
They just destroyed those guys in the media only to have those guys be vindicated for what they did.
And they still punished them.
That stuff kills morale.
The morale is super low.
Guys are leaving.
The guys that can retire are retiring.
They just don't want to work for this administration.
Let's be honest.
They're ruining Border Patrol and they're ruining the ranks there.
And in a larger part, I think they're doing it on purpose, Sebastian.
I think they want to undermine the rule of law.
And create chaos not only for those guys, but for us and local law enforcement.
This isn't a political question, so don't take it that way, but you know, you're your own agent.
You are the sheriff, so you're your own boss.
Your reaction to what we witnessed last week in Martha's Vineyard because it looks like we do have a national border that works very well in that little very high-end island in Massachusetts because only 48 illegals arrived and within less than 48 hours Massachusetts calls out the National Guard and deports them off the island and puts them in a military camp Your reaction, given what you've seen in the last year and a half from Mike.
So first of all, I don't want these folks in any of the cities in America.
But since we can't send them back, we're left with little to no options.
And so I love what DeSantis did.
I love what Abbott and I love what Doocy are doing.
But I love that they sent him to Martha's Vineyard.
He was smart enough to know that the elitists would lose their minds.
And they did.
Within 48 hours, they had those people off the island.
Imagine!
If under President Trump, or in Arizona, or in Alabama, we would have taken 50 people of one race, put them on a bus with armed National Guardsmen standing there, and then sent them to a military base.
The left would have lost their crap.
Put them in a camp!
That's what they did.
It's like the Japanese-Americans in World War II, another Democrat, put them in a camp.
And they acted holier-than-thou when they said it.
They're far more equipped to handle those folks than they are in McAllen, Texas or in Southern Arizona.
And yet they got 50 in Arizona and in Texas.
We're getting thousands a day in these border communities and through communities like mine into Phoenix.
Why should we have to carry the load because of our presidency and their administration's policies?
Don't they love fairness and equality?
And minorities!
Shouldn't we be able to distribute this, especially to the cities that claim to be sanctuary cities?
I thought it was brilliant, and clearly this is the most we've talked about, or they've talked about, illegal immigration.
It's not even illegal immigration.
The illegal aliens and human trafficking and smuggling, this is the most they've talked about it.
I have to admit, the team here thought it was a stunt to begin with, but some stunts actually work.
So DeSantis and Abbott, you've actually got a discussion going and they're actually admitting that it's an emergency.
You know what's going to be an even worse emergency?
We've got two more years!
of this clown show.
What's going to happen when next time it's not just baby formula but something far more serious?
What happens when you go to the local Gross and all the shelves are empty?
Are you going to be able to feed your children, your grandchildren, your loved ones?
Do what I've done.
I've gone with the biggest, the best in the business.

Can I go back to the operational aspect of this all?
So the kind of policing or the tactical aspects of it.
Because these people aren't dumb.
So the coyotes, the human traffickers, they're not stupid.
When they send a large group, a splinter of a caravan, through one part of the border, what's happening 20 miles down the road, Sheriff?
Yeah, they're doing it there, too.
And what they'll do in the summer is they're leaving people behind on purpose.
And then they'll call 911, which goes to Border Patrol or my guys like my helicopter.
And then we respond to go save that one person while the rest of the group goes through.
They did it.
You know, we had one instance in the summer where they called us.
We went and found this guy that left behind.
We had to give him three bags of IV to save his life.
While we were doing that, there were seven more 911 calls on the board for smugglers that were either left behind or hurt or injured, you know, or that the cartels had left for dead.
And so this is something we deal with every day in the summer.
And then on top of that, we have to try to go out and stop these people from coming into this country illegally.
So operationally, I mean, they're just putting, they're taxing us to the max.
But if I'm in a legal business, like any business, you've got to diversify.
So you're going to be doing human trafficking, you're going to be doing prostitution, you're going to be doing drugs, you're going to be doing weapon smuggling.
If I've got some really bad stuff I want to get into America, or I'm smuggling some terrorists, This seems like a no-brainer to me, Sheriff, that you put a hundred people, including kids, across this one area, you're distracted, CBP's distracted because you've got to save those people or help them or intercept them, while I'm bringing in AKs or fentanyl a hundred miles down the road.
I mean, this surely must be how they do it.
That's exactly how they do it.
When you see those large groups being apprehended by Border Patrol or CBP, you can assure yourself that they're pushing a smaller group in through the desert areas into counties like mine with people that you have no idea who they are.
You have to be naive to think that out of the 300,000 people coming here every month that they all have good intentions for America.
A large percentage of them have bad intentions.
And you mentioned something I want to hit on.
You talked about the drugs and the humans.
How many times can I sell you a pill or an ounce of cocaine?
Once.
How many times can I sell you a woman or a child?
As many times as they survive.
And the cartel gets it.
We're seeing slavery.
This is massively important.
This is a very uncomfortable topic.
That's a never-ending income stream.
That's right.
If I can get that 14-year-old girl as a prostitute locked into a room in New York, smuggle them across the border.
I haven't sold you a dime bag once.
I've got a source of income for months and years.
Years.
Until they use them up and then they may just... Kill them.
Kill them.
This is an uncomfortable topic for America, but I think this is the worst slavery we've seen in the history of this country.
Hundreds of thousands of people come here every month.
Thousands and thousands and thousands are being put into the sex trade.
Women into the sex trade.
Children into the sex trade here in America.
You see children, right, being sponsored?
Yeah.
Yeah, children are being smuggled, and there's a very large appetite.
We're seeing now, as our society is trying to normalize MAP, Minor Attracted People.
You mean pedophiles?
Pedophiles, that's exactly it.
They're pedophiles.
And you don't think that the cartel is going to satisfy that appetite?
And they've got children, they've brought in 30,000, 40,000, 50,000, 100,000 children that either they just cast aside or they put into the sex trade.
And then they extort them in.
They may say, hey, you pay us $6,000 across the border.
We'll take $3,000 today.
And then when you get over there, you're going to pay us the other $3,000.
We're going to get you a job.
And then they don't let those people go.
Well, they don't have IDs.
They don't have a social security number.
They're indebted to the cartel.
And when is the cartel going to let them off their debt?
When the cartel feels like it.
Or never.
And it's usually never.
It's usually never.
Or because they threaten them with violence on the other side.
This is why you can justify calling them terrorists, because not only do they strike terror into the hearts of Americans, into the families who have lost loved ones at the hands of fentanyl or a person here illegally, But they strike fear into the hearts of those people that are being taken advantage of because of these policies.
People coming from other countries that want to come to America and experience the American way of life.
They're doing it wrong because of this administration.
They're not following the process.
But they're being taken advantage of by the cartels.
Let's put his book up there.
This is the Sheriff's first book.
His next book is just about to be released.
It's American Sheriff, Traditional Values in a Modern World.
We need a lot more of that.
American Sheriff, Traditional Values in a Modern World.
We are one-on-one with Sheriff Mark Lamb of Pinal County.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
All right, so I think the biggest, you know, you're in the swamp right now.
I think the biggest Useful thing.
The most useful thing we can do is to take your personal experience, what you and your deputies are doing every single day for the people of your state, of your county, and just help everybody.
Because we broadcast from New York to California.
Your mission isn't just something in the part of Arizona.
What we're talking about, you can't sit in Seattle or New Hampshire and say, that's Arizona's problem, right?
Sure.
Which is what they do.
I talked to reporters or journalists all over the country and they asked me, you know, how's Arizona or how's Texas dealing with this?
And I always say, this isn't an Arizona or a Texas problem.
The majority of that product is, which is humans and drugs, is not designed to stay in Arizona.
I mean, you showed me the interstate.
We did a couple of hot pursuits.
They're transiting through your operations.
Absolutely.
And they want to go to other places.
They get more money for those people in other places.
So this isn't an Arizona or Texas problem, and this isn't a red and blue problem.
This is a red, white, and blue problem.
It's an America problem that we're all going to be faced to deal with.
Fentanyl has become the leading cause of death amongst Americans between the ages of 18 and 45.
Over 100,000 Americans last year died from fentanyl.
And yet, I haven't heard the President say one word about fentanyl and what he's going to do to stop it.
To the contrary, he got in front of the country and told everybody that if you don't believe in his policies, you are the enemy.
And not only that, he said a couple of days ago it would be irrational irrational to send these people back to Venezuela or wherever they came from.
He doesn't know what he's saying.
I mean, look, it's the law.
Yeah.
Send them back.
Right.
What about what's irrational is to put American lives at risk every day, to put freedom at risk, put the rule of law at risk and make us vulnerable as a country.
If you don't think that the other countries, I know you do, but if you don't think as a listener that the other countries are seeing our weakness right now and that they don't they're not going to take the opportunity to exploit it like China is doing with the fentanyl.
Through the cartels, they are affecting America and weakening us even more every day.
Or if I was a bad guy running a terrorist organization, I'd exploit terrorist borders every single day.
Let's zoom back in on your AOR.
We were just chatting next to your vehicle when we were down there and a rancher drove by, a Hispanic rancher, and he was brave enough to go on camera with his name.
We interviewed him and he said, and I want you to share, How it's affecting the people you're responsible for, your citizens in that county.
He said when he goes out at night to feed the goats or check on his herd, He doesn't know if he's going to bump into somebody who's carrying a gun or a knife.
So, how is the local populace responding to the last year and a half?
They're fed up.
They're absolutely fed up.
They're tired of seeing the humans coming through, destroying their property.
These folks don't care.
They don't care about those ranchers, their property, their livestock.
They steal their cars.
Every rancher across the southern border has had their car stolen.
They can't let their kids go ride horses on the range because of that.
And it's filtering more and more into cities.
It's getting into the bigger cities.
It's getting into cities like mine.
I've seen an increase in violent crime and gang activity, which is directly related to smuggling.
You know, people owing people for smuggling drugs and people into this country or or or people who are being violence that arises because of drug sales.
This is on the rise.
And the more we undermine that rule of law and the more we leave this border open, the more susceptible we are as Americans and the more it's going to come off of Arizona and Texas and into the cities across this America.
What happens in our backyard today will be in your front yard tomorrow.
If it isn't already.
Now, this is a very tough job that you have.
It's getting tougher every day thanks to what's happening here in the Swamp.
Why did you do it?
Why did you run?
Tell us a little bit about the story.
Why did Mark Lamb want to be Sheriff?
You know what?
I never even thought about being a cop until I was 33 years old.
Did one ride along and I was hooked.
Woke my wife up that morning and said, hey, I'm going to be a cop.
About 10 years later, I realized, you know what?
I think there's a lack of leadership, strong leadership in law enforcement in this profession, and I didn't like the direction under Obama, and so I decided instead of just complaining about it, I would run for office and do something about it.
I was fortunate enough to win in 2016, and what drives me is my passion for America.
I love God, family, and freedom, and I'm going to do everything.
I'm going to put on my boots every day, my gumbelt.
My badge and my cowboy hat and I'm gonna go out there and do it every day regardless of whether the federal government's gonna get on board or not because I owe it to the American people.
I owe it to the people that voted me into office and that's what drives me.
I don't think I've ever seen Sheriff Lamb without his hat.
I'm not sure.
It might be Velcro too, he said.
He may sleep in it.
Your upcoming book, what's it about?
Tell us about it.
So my upcoming book is going to be American Sheriff Rules to Live By.
It's based on the poem by Rudyard Kipling called If.
And I tell a lot of founding father stories, and you know, I think one of those is Benedict Arnold.
You know, most people don't realize that Benedict Arnold was a war hero.
He was.
Long before he became a traitor.
Yeah.
I tell the stories of Joseph Warren and Mad Anthony Wayne and General Washington crossing the Delaware, and then I tie it in with some of my own personal stories of things.
I love that poem, and I think it's a great motto to live by.
And so each one of those stanzas, I kind of talk about the values, I think, in this world that we can live by.
So it sounds like you're an optimist that we can bring those values back for young men in America, Sheriff.
I am an optimist.
I think this is God's country.
I think the Constitution has God's stamp of approval on it, and it's been winning the day.
They don't want you to know that, but every time the left and the progressives challenge it, the Constitution continues to win.
I have faith in the American people, but we've got to get back to being the good people that we were.
And get back to what America was built on, which was courage.
The reason I get out and say so much, and I'm so vocal, is I believe what Abraham Lincoln said, when he said, to sin by silence when they should protest makes cowards of men.
It comes with criticism, you know that.
The criticism is hard, the bullies are out there, but like Aristotle says, the only way to avoid criticism, do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing.
And as the great Winston Churchill said, you've got enemies?
That's great!
It means you've stood for something in your life.
Let's put his book up on the screen.
This is his first book.

All right, so last kind of so what question.
You shared with us the reality, what's happening on the ground, how it should Matter to all Americans, wherever they live.
It's fixable, I think, because I think we fixed it in the Trump administration.
If saner people were running this country in DC, It would be fixable again, correct?
Absolutely.
What would it take?
Oh, I think the easiest way is to go back to the Trump era policies because we know statistics, just based on the statistics and based on what I'm telling you, it worked.
It worked.
So let's go back to those.
Are there things that we need to fix?
Absolutely.
I think that we've got to make some, we've got to overhaul immigration, you know, and if they truly cared about immigration, they have the Congress and the Senate and the presidency, they could have done it.
So it's not about immigration for them.
or else they would have fixed it.
This is something else for them, but it's fixable.
And, but it's gonna take some hard work because the longer we go, every day that they continue with these policies makes it harder and harder to roll back.
More and more American lives will be lost to fentanyl.
More Americans will be affected by crime from somebody here in this country illegally.
More illegals will be faced, will be placed into slavery in this country by the cartels.
So we've got to do something about it.
We can take it back.
Hopefully in November we can win back the House and hopefully even the Senate.
And maybe we can start working on some of these things and holding this federal government responsible.
People like Mayorkas, Magnus, let's hold them responsible for doing their job because right now what they're doing is omitting to do their job.
It's clear.
There is a law.
You have to have sovereignty.
You have to have borders.
I think Mallorca is perhaps one of the most evil individuals in this cabinet he knows what he's doing and uh... the blood of thousands uh... is on his hands because of the open border policy and we're right the sheriff is right this has to be couched in terms of slavery they are promoting slavery and we know why it's cynical it's political they're racist to think if we amnesty hispanic americans who came here illegally
They'll vote for us because they think skin color determines political identity.
That is the ultimate definition of bigotry.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
You've been listening to America First, one-on-one with Sheriff Mark Lamb.
